- 1:19Speaker 2: it is. It's with Jay Santos and let's listen to
- 1:22Speaker 2: it man here on the world famous Phil Henry Show.
- 1:25Speaker 1: The following is a world famous Phil Henry Show encore presentation.
- 1:30Speaker 4: We've had and I'm sure you understand the rash of
- 1:34Speaker 4: sexual assaults in the city of Los Angeles and in
- 1:37Speaker 4: the outlying areas that begin, and law enforcement will tell
- 1:40Speaker 4: you this. They begin as individuals who are stalking homes,
- 1:47Speaker 4: looking through windows and observing the occupants of those homes.
- 1:52Speaker 4: While they feel that they're not being observed, why they
- 1:54Speaker 4: feel they are safe within the security of their own home.
- 1:57Speaker 4: In point of fact, there's these peeping cons.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I understand that, and peeping Tom's eventually in many cases
- 2:03Speaker 2: become rapists.
- 2:05Speaker 1: So I understand that.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Let me finish what it is that I'm trying to say,
- 2:09Speaker 4: and I can get some questions. So the training film
- 2:12Speaker 4: is very simply one that was shot by myself, and
- 2:15Speaker 4: Randy Gleason is one of our subcommanders. We also had
- 2:18Speaker 4: Major Elvis Dutent who was bringing an equipment van. And
- 2:23Speaker 4: I think we had Jerry Clements too, Is that right, Randy?
- 2:29Speaker 4: So Jerry Clemens is also one of our sub commanders,
- 2:31Speaker 4: and I think Jerry was with Major Newton in an
- 2:34Speaker 4: equipment van. We used the equipment van to transporters from
- 2:38Speaker 4: home to home. The film or the video is a
- 2:42Speaker 4: point of view, and again I want to unrelate on
- 2:44Speaker 4: that point of view of a criminal.
- 2:48Speaker 1: What does it show?
- 2:50Speaker 4: It shows the point of view, mister Henry of.
- 2:53Speaker 2: The perpetrator, all right, So it shows the point of view.
- 2:58Speaker 2: So is this a video that shows women in their bedrooms?
- 3:04Speaker 4: It is a video. And here is where this is
- 3:06Speaker 4: where we got into trouble. And this is where this
- 3:09Speaker 4: is where I believe a couple of these periodicals are
- 3:13Speaker 4: going to be. You know, I have done things actual
- 3:16Speaker 4: I want to sue, all.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Right, But I understand that you feel that you'd like
- 3:20Speaker 2: to sue, and that you've been misrepresented.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Can you tell me what the video shows.
- 3:25Speaker 4: I will tell you what the video is about. It
- 3:27Speaker 4: is the point of view of a peeping tom. It
- 3:30Speaker 4: is the point of view of an individual who could
- 3:32Speaker 4: very well evolve into a violent criminal, a rapist, or works.
- 3:38Speaker 4: It is the point of view of a individual at
- 3:42Speaker 4: stocks homes, that at stocks neighborhoods, that goes door to door,
- 3:46Speaker 4: house to house and peers in the windows of unspecting people.
- 3:51Speaker 4: This is very, very valuable training footage for those lesser
- 3:56Speaker 4: one front lines of law enforcements.
- 3:58Speaker 1: All right now, now, Jay, I don't want to pis
- 4:00Speaker 1: you and I and.
- 4:01Speaker 4: I know that we have done nothing phil to be
- 4:03Speaker 4: embarrassed about.
- 4:04Speaker 2: I understand that. But can you please tell me, if
- 4:07Speaker 2: you wouldn't mind, what exactly is depicted so that so
- 4:11Speaker 2: that we understand what the what the issues are here.
- 4:14Speaker 4: What is depicted is the point of view of a
- 4:19Speaker 4: person who is invading the privacy of individual homes. It's
- 4:26Speaker 4: what he sees as he goes along the darkened walls,
- 4:31Speaker 4: if you will, and the shadows and areas of darkness
- 4:34Speaker 4: and areas of of of cover in the out of
- 4:38Speaker 4: doors at night, moving from one house to another. House.
- 4:43Speaker 4: So you're seeing Yeah, I know that.
- 4:45Speaker 2: But that's not what caused the stir because that when
- 4:49Speaker 2: this when this video.
- 4:50Speaker 4: You want me to tell you what it's exactly in
- 4:52Speaker 4: these videos, and I would ask you why, Well, if
- 4:57Speaker 4: you say this is the point of view of a
- 4:58Speaker 4: peeping tom, let me just ask you are you do
- 5:02Speaker 4: we see naked women? We when you say we don't
- 5:08Speaker 4: see anything? Because this was not intended for the general public.
- 5:11Speaker 4: It's a training film. Now, this film was originally taken
- 5:14Speaker 4: back this footage, this video I should call it because
- 5:17Speaker 4: it is video, it's digital video. The video was taken
- 5:20Speaker 4: back to a sub commander Leason's home. We were using
- 5:25Speaker 4: a one of the sheds in his backyard as one
- 5:29Speaker 4: of our subcommander posts, and at that time we took
- 5:33Speaker 4: the video and we had the other subcommanders there as
- 5:38Speaker 4: well as Major Newton and a couple of other people
- 5:42Speaker 4: we know from retired law enforcement, and we reviewed the
- 5:45Speaker 4: footage to make sure that we got the point of
- 5:48Speaker 4: view that we wanted to get, and we judged it
- 5:52Speaker 4: to be standard. We judged it to be suitable. We
- 5:55Speaker 4: judged it to be perfectly suitable for what we wanted
- 5:58Speaker 4: to do.
- 6:00Speaker 1: All right.
- 6:00Speaker 2: We're talking here with Jay Satis of the Citizens' Auxiliary Police.
- 6:04Speaker 2: They're being threatened with a couple of lawsuits and invasion
- 6:07Speaker 2: of privacy, et cetera. Because there was excuse me, training
- 6:10Speaker 2: film that is called the Nightstalk or point of View.
- 6:14Speaker 1: It was a piece of video footage shot.
- 6:16Speaker 2: From the point of view of a peeping tom who
- 6:19Speaker 2: was holding the camera.
- 6:21Speaker 4: That camera was mounted on a helmet that I was wearing,
- 6:24Speaker 4: so it was a helmet cam. I was moving along
- 6:28Speaker 4: the wall. I was being directed by Subman Leasa, Major Elviston.
- 6:33Speaker 4: They were directing me as to which which angle again
- 6:37Speaker 4: at which point of the house I should turn and
- 6:39Speaker 4: look in the wind? Which point of house I should
- 6:41Speaker 4: move al rule?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Okay, so you were you were the operator of the camera.
- 6:46Speaker 4: I was The camera was on my person, but.
- 6:49Speaker 1: There were people directing you as to which way.
- 6:51Speaker 4: To turn bread that's best break.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Guess did you have a viewfinder?
- 6:55Speaker 4: I had one eye viewfinder. I had a viewfinder that
- 6:59Speaker 4: stepped down from the camera that could look at you.
- 7:02Speaker 1: All right.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Uh, And you asked me a question why, Because I'll
- 7:06Speaker 4: tell you why, phil Well, I asked the question. Let
- 7:08Speaker 4: me let me tell you why because I've had just
- 7:10Speaker 4: about enough of people asking me questions about did you
- 7:16Speaker 4: get your will you get your cookies? Looking at No,
- 7:19Speaker 4: I'm not I'm.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Not asking you that.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I just wanted to know who had Initially, who was
- 7:24Speaker 2: looking through this camera? Now you say you weren't directing it,
- 7:27Speaker 2: that the others were directing you, but you could see
- 7:29Speaker 2: through the camera what you.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Were looking at?
- 7:31Speaker 4: All right?
- 7:32Speaker 1: What were you looking at?
- 7:34Speaker 4: I was looking at the point of view.
- 7:36Speaker 2: No, I've heard you say that already, Jay, But I mean,
- 7:39Speaker 2: you know, let's be honest. Were you looking through bedroom
- 7:42Speaker 2: windows at women dressing and undressing?
- 7:45Speaker 4: I was looking at what a peeping tom, what a
- 7:48Speaker 4: successful peaking, what a successful peak peaka tom would look at?
- 7:53Speaker 4: In other words, if he were successful in his peak
- 7:58Speaker 4: and his out of what they call it, you know,
- 8:01Speaker 4: because I can be anest you. I mean, we've we've
- 8:04Speaker 4: busted these people before, but what they themselves call if
- 8:07Speaker 4: he was successful in his in his peekaboo, you know,
- 8:11Speaker 4: a night of peekaboo, or how are they doing? If
- 8:13Speaker 4: he were successful, then he saw what I.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Saw, and that I don't understand that I don't understand.
- 8:19Speaker 4: In other words, Phil, if this were a peeping tom
- 8:21Speaker 4: who were successful at his peak, at his peaky peepy peaking.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I'm sorry, pee, yes, successful at at spying on.
- 8:32Speaker 4: People exactly a spying on people. Then he would definitely
- 8:36Speaker 4: have seen what I saw. And that's what makes it
- 8:39Speaker 4: a good training film.
- 8:40Speaker 1: And why are you reluctant to tell me what it
- 8:43Speaker 1: is that you saw.
- 8:44Speaker 4: I'm not reluctant. I don't think I need to. I
- 8:46Speaker 4: think you can pretty much use your imagination.
- 8:50Speaker 1: All right, So so let me get this straight.
- 8:52Speaker 2: And our number eight seven seven eight seven six philm
- 8:55Speaker 2: eight seven seven eight seven six seven four four five,
- 8:59Speaker 2: so one one more.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Thing filled, they could go ahead. We got probably twenty
- 9:05Speaker 4: minutes of good footage. We were out two hours, but
- 9:08Speaker 4: we only got twenty minutes of quality training footage. And
- 9:14Speaker 4: we went back to the As I said to the substation,
- 9:20Speaker 4: there was some commentary that there was music or there
- 9:24Speaker 4: was beer drinking. I can tell you that that is
- 9:27Speaker 4: a slander.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Were you guys drinking beer watching this stuff? Because it
- 9:31Speaker 2: gets it has the feeling of a stag.
- 9:33Speaker 4: Party, not at all. That is a lie that was
- 9:37Speaker 4: perpetrated most I think perpetrated for the most part by
- 9:42Speaker 4: this newspaper reporter.
- 9:44Speaker 2: All right, Jay Satis with us from the Citizens Auxiliary Police.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Our number is eight seven seven eight seven six PHIL.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Eight seven seven eight seven six PHIL. A training film
- 9:53Speaker 2: that was produced by himself and the Citizens Auxiliary Police
- 9:57Speaker 2: where they literally were peaking in the win windows of
- 10:01Speaker 2: women changing their clothes, so they were giving you the
- 10:04Speaker 2: point of view of a peeping tom. Well, there's one
- 10:07Speaker 2: problem with that. There's one problem with that. They are
- 10:12Speaker 2: actually the peeping toms. Now they don't feel that way.
- 10:15Speaker 2: They are not releasing the videotape. They are defending themselves
- 10:19Speaker 2: against the threat of lawsuit and they say that what
- 10:21Speaker 2: they did absolutely did not violate the law.
- 10:26Speaker 4: All right, Anyway, we were looking using a camera. All
- 10:29Speaker 4: of a sudden, Bell Army Team Chimber's Bellamy, who's one
- 10:35Speaker 4: of the subcommanders. But he's about to be promoted to
- 10:39Speaker 4: he's going to be promoted chief petty lutenant or not
- 10:42Speaker 4: chief petty lieutenant. But yeah, chief petty lutenant.
- 10:45Speaker 1: He's what a chief petty lieutenant?
- 10:47Speaker 4: What the fuck is that?
- 10:48Speaker 1: Would you watch your language?
- 10:49Speaker 4: Please?
- 10:50Speaker 5: I would love to watch my language if someone would
- 10:52Speaker 5: give me a reason to watch my language.
- 10:55Speaker 1: What is chief petty lieutenant. It sounds to be like
- 10:57Speaker 1: you marry together.
- 10:59Speaker 4: I'll explain it, strainer, we married together Army and navs. Army,
- 11:03Speaker 4: we married together Army and Navy terms.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Right, that's exactly what Phil just said.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I didn't hear. I'm not familiar. But anyway, uh keeper
- 11:12Speaker 4: bell Mony h Bellamy cheeper Belummy stepped on the extension
- 11:17Speaker 4: cord and he bent it, kep ban it and I'm going,
- 11:21Speaker 4: are you kidding me or something? I looked down and
- 11:25Speaker 4: all of a sudden, we got no power to the microphone.
- 11:30Speaker 4: So I was, you know, Army. I was extremely upset.
- 11:34Speaker 4: I don't quite know what I was going to do
- 11:35Speaker 4: about it. I talked to said, you know what, we
- 11:42Speaker 4: got busted peepe caam. So I took a look at
- 11:44Speaker 4: the peepecam and that's when we began to review what
- 11:47Speaker 4: we called tom footage. And we're going down to the
- 11:51Speaker 4: Tom footage. I'm looking at peep caam only had two
- 11:54Speaker 4: peep caam. Peep Caam one peek Cam two was over
- 11:57Speaker 4: on Swinson, which is a block down. Now. I put
- 12:01Speaker 4: the brace together and didn't see anything. You didn't see nothing.
- 12:04Speaker 4: And a lady came out of a baptob at one
- 12:06Speaker 4: point and subcommanded Gleishan was there had on? I had
- 12:10Speaker 4: the time, I had the peep peep cam on, and
- 12:14Speaker 4: you didn't see nothing. And you should have been able
- 12:16Speaker 4: to see everything.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yeah, mister Henry, see everything as in the woman would
- 12:20Speaker 1: have been nude. Yeah, well yeah, we did even see everything.
- 12:23Speaker 1: You sound like a five year old, miss Gray.
- 12:26Speaker 4: I'm trying to save you myself, the Newton. We're all
- 12:30Speaker 4: trying to save you from the embarrassment of getting out
- 12:32Speaker 4: of your tub, turn it around, bending over to pick
- 12:34Speaker 4: up a quarter or something, and you're on Prime Prime Now.
- 12:38Speaker 4: I'm trying to save you from that.
- 12:39Speaker 6: What a graphically disgusting and imbecilic thing to say. You
- 12:43Speaker 6: have no proof that I have ever been at risk
- 12:45Speaker 6: of anything like that. And besides, Frank and I live
- 12:47Speaker 6: in a very exclusive neighborhood. There are very few people.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Uh.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I don't even think that anyone that would countenance doing
- 12:56Speaker 6: something like that would be anywhere near our home.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Well, I can tell you he's great. That peeped Tom.
- 13:03Speaker 4: They came all shapes and sizes, and we've had a
- 13:05Speaker 4: lot of Tom. We've had a high level Tom Ray.
- 13:08Speaker 1: What do you mean Tom Ray, are you making up
- 13:10Speaker 1: all these terms?
- 13:10Speaker 2: Wait a minute, Jay's saying something very smart. A lot
- 13:13Speaker 2: of these peeping toms are from the neighborhoods. They're guys
- 13:15Speaker 2: that live in the neighborhood.
- 13:16Speaker 1: You know.
- 13:17Speaker 2: They're guys that are not going to get a lot
- 13:19Speaker 2: of people are going to look at them weird because
- 13:22Speaker 2: oh wow, I see him all the time. He lives here,
- 13:24Speaker 2: and they might be a neighbor or something. Well, what
- 13:27Speaker 2: are you trying to tell him?
- 13:27Speaker 1: You try to tell me that any one of my neighbors,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Great, and you can tell me there's a guy down
- 13:33Speaker 4: the street by name of.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Don't say any names. There's a man who lives down
- 13:37Speaker 6: the street from us. We live in a gated community,
- 13:40Speaker 6: as does Bobby Dooley and a few others. So anyone
- 13:43Speaker 6: that would get into our community. No, this guy that
- 13:46Speaker 6: lives down the street, I know him. Uh, Jim Jim Durgan.
- 13:50Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't think Durgan's weird. He's real weird.
- 13:54Speaker 4: You don't think Durgh we gets his jollys peeping in.
- 13:58Speaker 1: I don't think so now, but I you know, I
- 14:01Speaker 1: couldn't be sure.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Well, I'd be very happy to send over one of
- 14:04Speaker 4: our men. We've got two men who are on tom
- 14:08Speaker 4: duty right now. I could dive work them over to
- 14:10Speaker 4: your neighborhood in sam Monica and see about this guy
- 14:15Speaker 4: Durgan d he's home.
- 14:16Speaker 6: I don't know if Jim Durgen's home. If Frank is listening, Frank,
- 14:19Speaker 6: would you I don't know Frank's listening. Could we get
- 14:22Speaker 6: a phone call in too, Frank, I'll call him right
- 14:24Speaker 6: now to see if Jim Durgen's home. If Durgon is
- 14:27Speaker 6: home and he knows that I'll be getting back there
- 14:31Speaker 6: in a few minutes, he may be setting his.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Watch to that.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Yeah, there's a lot of times they'll synchronize your watches. Okay,
- 14:38Speaker 4: I know Ms Gray's getting home about this time. Do
- 14:40Speaker 4: you come right home and you take a bath? I do?
- 14:43Speaker 4: I don't.
- 14:43Speaker 1: This is very private information.
- 14:45Speaker 4: No, I understand it. I'll try to be as delicate
- 14:47Speaker 4: as I can. You come home and you do take
- 14:50Speaker 4: a bath? Yes? All right? Do you then when you
- 14:54Speaker 4: get out, do you bend over to Sometimes.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I'll bend over to get the lint out from between
- 15:00Speaker 1: my toes.
- 15:01Speaker 4: Okay, when you do bend over is your posterior toward
- 15:05Speaker 4: the window.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Well, yes, that's where the brush is. So you're saying,
- 15:09Speaker 1: don't do that.
- 15:10Speaker 4: I would, Yeah, got mister.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Gray on the phone.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Listen, Margaret, I've listened to this garbage. Okay, this Jay Santas,
- 15:19Speaker 4: let me tell you something. If you're bending over to
- 15:22Speaker 4: pick up quarters and the Newton is out in the van,
- 15:25Speaker 4: because I know the Newton, I've known the Newton for
- 15:26Speaker 4: a long time. You there, Newton, miss Ray. Oh yeah,
- 15:30Speaker 4: I've known her for a long time, and she has
- 15:32Speaker 4: been in that van, come hell or high. But if
- 15:36Speaker 4: Margaret's bending over to get lent out of his belly button,
- 15:39Speaker 4: and the Newton is out there with a camera on
- 15:42Speaker 4: her head and she's getting a full wide screen shot,
- 15:45Speaker 4: I mean seventy two millimeter.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And all right, Frank, thank you very much.
- 15:50Speaker 4: Wait a second, Margaret, you will you.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Just hung up in your own husband. That's right. I
- 15:55Speaker 1: called the shot on that one a wide screen. Well,
- 15:59Speaker 1: I just saying he's a he's a film guy. He
- 16:01Speaker 1: speaks in those terms.
- 16:05Speaker 4: You know.
- 16:05Speaker 1: We hung up on Jay Sanna's Well, I'm sorry, Dad,
- 16:07Speaker 1: Get Jay Samas back on.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Jay hung up on me.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Jay, but I'm trying to hang up on
- 16:13Speaker 1: Frank and I hit all the buttons.
- 16:15Speaker 4: The Newton when you get home, Uh, if you do,
- 16:19Speaker 4: bend over will be there to cover If there's a pipe,
- 16:22Speaker 4: viser's a tall Okay, the Newton? If you makes you
- 16:27Speaker 4: feel better.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I don't want anyone looking at me while I'm cutting
- 16:30Speaker 1: got it? Are you serious?
- 16:32Speaker 6: But if anyone is going to be looking at me,
- 16:34Speaker 6: I suppose it should be the highest ranked individual.
- 16:36Speaker 1: So who would that be?
- 16:37Speaker 4: That be Newton?
- 16:38Speaker 6: All right, have the Newton at my bathroom window? Wait
- 16:41Speaker 6: a second, why would I even have the window open?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Exactly? Why are you even exposing yourself? Put some curtains
- 16:47Speaker 1: on it? Well, Phil, I didn't think of that.
- 16:49Speaker 4: Okay, all right, Well the Newton can still be there
- 16:52Speaker 4: to film, just just in case.

- 16:57Speaker 5: she want her ass filmed by you guys to show.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Her evidence of the time, of the potentiality of it.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Of the potential of a tom.

- 17:33Speaker 5: you might if I explained just so as I understand it.
- 17:37Speaker 5: You guys have a camera up to the open bedroom
- 17:40Speaker 5: windows of women and you video that and then you
- 17:43Speaker 5: show it to the homeowner to show how vulnerable they are.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Correct, that is correct. Yeah, and that did cause some
- 17:49Speaker 4: confrontations for a ton of time.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Well, the last thing I saw you tweet was that
- 17:53Speaker 2: you got jumped from behind by a husband slash homeowner
- 17:56Speaker 2: and you had reconstructive dental work.
- 18:00Speaker 4: To him, laugh, you had reconstructive That's exactly what I
- 18:04Speaker 4: just heard you do, mister Eddry.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Well it's pretty funny, Jay, I'm sorry.
- 18:07Speaker 4: What's funny about a guy have his teeth driven back
- 18:10Speaker 4: into his throat?
- 18:11Speaker 1: Jay?
- 18:11Speaker 6: When you say you had you when you say you
- 18:14Speaker 6: get jumped from behind by a husband, next thing you know,
- 18:16Speaker 6: you've had reconstructive dental work and you considered a chin implant.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Oh bullshit, get.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Him under control. Yeah, Jay, you can't say that, mister
- 18:27Speaker 1: Henry can Yeah, you're not allowed to. You're not allowed
- 18:30Speaker 1: to a Batman costume and the phone, bud. I don't
- 18:33Speaker 1: know what you're talking to people about.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Jay, Listen, I gotta Jay listen. You gotta watch that language.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Hey, listen. I can tell you I didn't have a
- 18:42Speaker 4: I didn't consider a chin implant. Okay, that is a dirty,
- 18:45Speaker 4: silthy lie, a dirty filthy lie.
- 18:48Speaker 6: All right, Okay, Well what I heard Jay, though, was
- 18:50Speaker 6: the homeowner jumped you from behind, drove your teeth back
- 18:54Speaker 6: into your head. Like you said, Now, you've got reconstructive
- 18:56Speaker 6: dental work, and you had to ice something down.
- 18:58Speaker 7: Well, he had ice it down.
- 19:01Speaker 1: What did you have to ice down? You had ice doown?
- 19:03Speaker 1: You're what your jentles I.
- 19:05Speaker 4: Said on I tweet, I said yes, as a matter
- 19:08Speaker 4: of fact, nightly, the doctor has told me this has
- 19:11Speaker 4: been about sixty days, and he told me to go
- 19:14Speaker 4: ahead and ice it down.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Ice down your ice down?
- 19:17Speaker 4: What you know?
- 19:18Speaker 1: I told you a bull bay, Okay, I understand.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Yeah, So I had a reconstructive dental work. I got
- 19:26Speaker 4: an ice down my ball back, well not my ball,
- 19:28Speaker 4: but I have to ice down down there, and no,
- 19:31Speaker 4: I did not consider no cha in plan Jay.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Santos the citizens Auxury Police with us as we talk
- 19:37Speaker 2: about Operation Peep Tom Tom Peep all this crap, you
- 19:40Speaker 2: guys getting your helmet Frisbee. It seems like the community
- 19:43Speaker 2: Jay is is kind of picking up on you guys
- 19:45Speaker 2: and realize you're not really I mean, you're just not
- 19:48Speaker 2: really a cop.
- 19:49Speaker 4: I don't have the kind of arrest powers police officer has. Nonetheless,
- 19:53Speaker 4: I do have Susans Auxury Police Susan's arrest powers. Sub
- 19:58Speaker 4: Commander Blueberry because Subcommander Gleason got married and he went
- 20:02Speaker 4: into his His father in law has got a dairy
- 20:04Speaker 4: business that he's doing something on. Subcommander Blueberry, though, has
- 20:08Speaker 4: been out with me in a lot of calls, and
- 20:10Speaker 4: Subcomander Mowberry hadn't been on a job. Forty eight hours.
- 20:13Speaker 4: We went out to Ronando Beach. We were double checking
- 20:16Speaker 4: whether the thongs were sucked up too much. A lot
- 20:18Speaker 4: of these things were double checking and Mouberry, I mean,
- 20:21Speaker 4: he had his pants pulled down and it has Frisbee.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Well, it's too bad about the kid.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Maybe you ought to consider something other than the citizens
- 20:28Speaker 5: OBSERVERI police.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Now, maybe he's not gonna do that. Maybe Subcommander Buberry
- 20:33Speaker 4: is going to be a part of this great organization.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Jay Sanders of the said, all right, so tell me Jay,
- 20:39Speaker 2: you got punched out by a homeowner as the result
- 20:45Speaker 2: of Operation Tom peepe or Peep Tom.
- 20:47Speaker 4: That was as a result of Operation Tom Peep. And
- 20:50Speaker 4: what happened, as you know, Operation Peep Tom is when
- 20:53Speaker 4: we are video and to the bedroom window to show
- 20:55Speaker 4: a woman who has got her clothes off or is
- 20:59Speaker 4: about to remove her own, and that got us into
- 21:03Speaker 4: There was a series of controversial Operation Peep Tom operations
- 21:08Speaker 4: over the course of the last two three summers, at
- 21:10Speaker 4: which that was when the harassment started. We had our
- 21:13Speaker 4: pass getting pulled down and our helmets getting frisbee into
- 21:15Speaker 4: collection pawns at that time, and at that place we
- 21:19Speaker 4: decided that we would then go to operation to Operation
- 21:22Speaker 4: Tom Peep and Operation Tom. People would be wearried, do
- 21:25Speaker 4: it not have No, we don't have no camera in
- 21:27Speaker 4: the bedroom window. We've got a subcommander as in the
- 21:30Speaker 4: case of sub Commander in Bluberry or the Subcommander bun Waw,
- 21:34Speaker 4: they would be staring in the name. Who's that?
- 21:37Speaker 1: Subcommander?
- 21:38Speaker 4: What I got? Subcommanded Booberry and Subcommander bun Wah. What
- 21:41Speaker 4: about it?
- 21:43Speaker 1: Go ahead Jesus so.
- 21:47Speaker 4: So yeah, So Subcommander Booberry and Subcommander bun Wah will
- 21:51Speaker 4: be staring through the window and we will videotape them.
- 21:55Speaker 4: Stand So we're not even videotaping the woman. We're videotaping
- 21:57Speaker 4: Bueberry or bun Wah staring through the window. Staring through
- 22:01Speaker 4: the window. Two weeks ago on Japper Steve at Hawthorne,
- 22:06Speaker 4: I got jumped from behind by a mister Cole who
- 22:11Speaker 4: immediately punched me out. Got the luckiest punch in the
- 22:16Speaker 4: history of the world. He punched me out and drove
- 22:19Speaker 4: a knee right in there, and as a result, I
- 22:22Speaker 4: had to have reconstructive dental work and I've had to
- 22:27Speaker 4: put I've had to ice it down. See you, I'm
- 22:30Speaker 4: SAMs Henry.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, I hear you so far.
- 22:33Speaker 5: What you're telling us status is all of your injuries
- 22:35Speaker 5: and all of your failure. Well what now, hold on
- 22:37Speaker 5: for a minute.
- 22:38Speaker 4: I want to know what do you mean all of
- 22:40Speaker 4: my failure?
- 22:40Speaker 5: Well, you're talking about who have you actually saved from
- 22:44Speaker 5: being peep tommed or tom peeped or whatever.
- 22:47Speaker 4: We are there showing women how they're vulnerable, so we'll
- 22:49Speaker 4: do either peep charm or tomp peep.
- 22:50Speaker 1: You don't make any sense. Wait a minute, what Margaret,
- 22:53Speaker 1: I want to know? In other words, after.
- 22:56Speaker 6: You got punched out, and this is not the first
- 22:58Speaker 6: time by this husband, did you explain to him what
- 23:02Speaker 6: you were doing?
- 23:04Speaker 4: Sub Commander Mooberry was trying to explain to him that
- 23:06Speaker 4: we're not video videotaping your wife or videotaping me staring
- 23:10Speaker 4: at your wife. You know, Yes, he was looking at
- 23:14Speaker 4: her appeel, her underwear off, and she was putting a
- 23:16Speaker 4: lotion on her But I guess, oh that's great.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Well, and that's when the homeowner jumped you from behind.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, but Mowberry tried to explain him, Hey, it's
- 23:26Speaker 4: not it's that's not uh, bring it to her, Admiral
- 23:29Speaker 4: Santus's fall. That's my fault because I saw your wife
- 23:32Speaker 4: putting lotion on her butt, on her but on her
- 23:34Speaker 4: butt off. And I want you to know, sir, that
- 23:36Speaker 4: any pervert could see that unless she closed the windows.
- 23:40Speaker 4: I saw her putting lotion on her butt and I
- 23:42Speaker 4: saw her peel off her underwear and take some selfies
- 23:44Speaker 4: of herself. And that's when this guy, that's when this
- 23:47Speaker 4: guy picked He picked Moueberry up and put him headfirst
- 23:50Speaker 4: into a garbage can and come after me.
- 23:52Speaker 1: So you guys are out of line again with this.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Peep Tom and Tom Peep, No, no, nowhere in.
- 23:58Speaker 4: No, Officer, Henry, you've with us, We've been on the
- 24:01Speaker 4: mobile operations and we've seen some pretty harry stuff.
- 24:04Speaker 6: We haven't heard you do anything Jay other than be
- 24:07Speaker 6: entirely inappropriate with people.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I think what you gotta do is you got to
- 24:11Speaker 1: get rind of operation. Tom Peep and Peep Tom. Where's
- 24:14Speaker 1: Major Elvis Newton?
- 24:14Speaker 4: In the middle of all this, Major Evis Newton was
- 24:17Speaker 4: back in the van. He was at the time. I
- 24:20Speaker 4: think he was watching some entertainment tonight. I don't know
- 24:22Speaker 4: what he was watching, but he had something on a
- 24:24Speaker 4: TV in a van and he was having I think
- 24:27Speaker 4: somebody made some Pepeter's or Tomaly's for him.
- 24:30Speaker 1: You know, all right, so he's eating pepits. You got
- 24:32Speaker 1: a problem, Yeah, I got a problem.
- 24:34Speaker 5: Listen to Major Elvis Newton's eating Timali's. Well, you guys
- 24:37Speaker 5: are up there. You're getting reconstruction.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Okay, every time I come on your program, mister Henry's
- 24:44Speaker 4: a mistake.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Jay, I want to hear the story.
- 24:46Speaker 4: No, no, no, no no. Every time I come on
- 24:49Speaker 4: your program, it's a mistake. And I will tell you now, Missanry.
- 24:53Speaker 4: We put our allies all bad boy?
- 24:56Speaker 1: Bad boy? What did you gonna do? What did you
- 24:58Speaker 1: gonna do?
- 24:59Speaker 8: If the thing?
- 25:00Speaker 4: You know?
- 25:01Speaker 1: Put some you want this all the time. I never
- 25:03Speaker 1: miss it.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Well I don't know if they're gonna use bad boys,
- 25:06Speaker 1: but that's uh, now that's the show they have on
- 25:07Speaker 1: the on the TV. Oh my god. So the citizens
- 25:10Speaker 1: Ox every Plice is going to do a copstyle show. Yeah,
- 25:12Speaker 1: they're going to do a copstyle show.
- 25:15Speaker 2: And uh they'll use their theme music, you know, the
- 25:18Speaker 2: uh Don Dunn.
- 25:21Speaker 4: What a what? You know what?
- 25:22Speaker 1: It's going to be a disaster.
- 25:23Speaker 4: I can.
- 25:24Speaker 6: I know that, Jay means well, and I know I
- 25:26Speaker 6: think it'll be a rip roaring, snorting and gas emitting disaster.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And uh I I really I fear for all concerned.
- 25:35Speaker 1: I'm market Gray. Thank you all right, that's great, good friend.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Jay Santos of the citizens Uxory.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Please God damn it, Bud, turn that downright think blasting
- 25:45Speaker 2: my freaking ears out?
- 25:46Speaker 1: Man and Jay, how are you feel you're really good?
- 25:52Speaker 4: Or get you ready for thank you coming out here
- 25:54Speaker 4: and you know, gett a twenty feeling.
- 25:59Speaker 9: You know, I broke a duly authorized organization swings in direction. Yeah,
- 26:04Speaker 9: it may be called the state Police, militia arrangers, our assitizens,
- 26:09Speaker 9: Auxury Police. These are the stories of the men who's training,
- 26:13Speaker 9: skill and courage.
- 26:15Speaker 4: Yeah, right now, Phil, I'll tell you where we are
- 26:20Speaker 4: right now is just essentially, you know, cruising around trying
- 26:28Speaker 4: to just in our own way, trying to make sure
- 26:30Speaker 4: that we've got a good handle on what's going to
- 26:33Speaker 4: be happening here in the next to the next several months,
- 26:37Speaker 4: because what is happening for the next several months, filloms,
- 26:39Speaker 4: We're going to be going through the neighborhoods. We're gonna
- 26:42Speaker 4: looking and see, uh if there are if there are
- 26:44Speaker 4: women who are being compromised, if there are women who
- 26:47Speaker 4: are being uh take advantage of with these peep tom
- 26:50Speaker 4: what we call peep tom. I know the technical term
- 26:53Speaker 4: is a peeping tom. But for us and as citizens
- 26:55Speaker 4: on Xury Police, and for for me and mine we
- 27:00Speaker 4: prefer to shorten it. It's something that police are going
- 27:03Speaker 4: to do and we call it Peep Tom. The program
- 27:06Speaker 4: and the project which originated last summer will continue. And
- 27:09Speaker 4: I'm just one more comment. Films. You know, you have
- 27:12Speaker 4: some questions you probably want to ask. H extra comment
- 27:16Speaker 4: would be that we do have right now a deal
- 27:19Speaker 4: in place with a production company we hope is well.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I wanted to get to that. What is the name
- 27:24Speaker 1: of the production company.
- 27:25Speaker 4: I'm really not at liberty to say right now, but
- 27:27Speaker 4: we are going to produce a series of citizens Auxuri
- 27:30Speaker 4: police shows. Do we hope we'll you know, people are
- 27:35Speaker 4: going to enjoy and they'll like to watch, you know.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Okay, fine, Jay, status of the Citizens of Uxori police
- 27:43Speaker 2: with us. Now, you guys are out and about tonight
- 27:47Speaker 2: doing what we're at.
- 27:47Speaker 4: About tonight, and we're going to be looking for Peep
- 27:50Speaker 4: Tom or Operation Operation Tommy Peep.
- 27:53Speaker 1: But what is the name of this thing? I know
- 27:56Speaker 1: the thing's called Peeping Tom.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Yeah, it's called Peeping Tom, but that's not the name
- 28:00Speaker 4: of the operator. General that one more time you try
- 28:03Speaker 4: to get out a good put down. You can't say
- 28:05Speaker 4: diddle squid.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Sh didle squid that SATs. Everybody knows you're.
- 28:11Speaker 4: In a top. Hey, let me tell you what you
- 28:14Speaker 4: people are a thing. I'm a copper nt. The fact
- 28:16Speaker 4: that we've got Operation Tom Peep is going to save
- 28:19Speaker 4: a lot of women.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Operation Tom Peep. Now I thought it was called Peeping Tom.
- 28:23Speaker 4: It is called it. The guy that looks through a
- 28:26Speaker 4: window to try to get his cookies, that's called peeping Tom. Yes,
- 28:29Speaker 4: so why don't you call it that because we call
- 28:31Speaker 4: it Operation Palm palm peep.
- 28:34Speaker 1: What do you mean Operation tom peep? It's you said,
- 28:37Speaker 1: it's Tom peep.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Yeah, it's Tom peep.
- 28:39Speaker 1: No, you said pump teep. All right, it's it's Operation
- 28:42Speaker 1: Peeping Tom. How about that?
- 28:44Speaker 4: No, No, it's Operation Peeping Tom. It's operation It doesn't
- 28:49Speaker 4: make any difference. Who gives a shit?
- 28:52Speaker 1: Hey, Jay, watch the language, you guys get to do it. Yeah. Well,
- 28:55Speaker 1: I'm the host of the show. So you are out
- 28:57Speaker 1: right now, out and about, and that's.
- 28:59Speaker 4: Right, Phil. And what we're gonna do is monitor the radio.
- 29:03Speaker 4: Turn a radio up, will you? Hey, glease and turn
- 29:05Speaker 4: it up? Okay, don't kick field right, I'm on channel sixteen.

- 29:26Speaker 10: up Harlan. Now there's a woman who's been over and
- 29:28Speaker 10: she's got the comics spread out on the floor and
- 29:31Speaker 10: apparently she's laying on the floor of start naked. And
- 29:35Speaker 10: you know this how because one of our ospurs is
- 29:38Speaker 10: over there right now he has identify a peeper. Totally
- 29:41Speaker 10: miss stump to peep. All right, once we get over there, film,
- 29:46Speaker 10: we're going to jump from the vehicle. We got a
- 29:48Speaker 10: major Lviis Newton is with a major Dowtony you.
- 29:50Speaker 4: All right, I'm Finney. That's exciting. And here's a box

- 29:57Speaker 4: you want the cheese bits you're with I want to
- 29:59Speaker 4: please jeez. Major Newton needs a squeeze chee. Who's got
- 30:03Speaker 4: to squeeze you? So phil uh?
- 30:05Speaker 1: Now, Major Elvis Newton is with you, the founder of
- 30:07Speaker 1: the Citizens of Oxord Police.
- 30:08Speaker 4: That is correct, he's with us here. He's watching one
- 30:11Speaker 4: of a closed shirtuit. Why do you watch right now?
- 30:13Speaker 4: That's a wheel of points. He's got a wheel of

- 30:23Speaker 4: Why don't you go straight to hell?
- 30:25Speaker 1: H What does that mean?
- 30:26Speaker 4: Jay?
- 30:27Speaker 1: What was that all about?
- 30:28Speaker 4: I just I'm getting sick and turing a lot. It's
- 30:29Speaker 4: more on asses and everything like that. Right pull up here,
- 30:32Speaker 4: all right, we're gonna jump out and Major Newton, you

- 30:53Speaker 1: A peeping tom at that address?
- 30:55Speaker 4: Yes, ma'am, remis okay, all right? We at the window
- 30:58Speaker 4: here is just a bedroom window here at the right
- 31:00Speaker 4: bedroom with a lady is I'm looking in the window
- 31:04Speaker 4: to see where and if there is nudity. And again,
- 31:06Speaker 4: mister Andy's got understand we're not uh, we have to

- 31:56Speaker 1: sounds like it's rama of the jungle.
- 31:58Speaker 4: Oh, sir, put down a weapon? Okay, why are you doing?
- 32:00Speaker 4: I'm like, but we were checking to see if you're

- 32:25Speaker 8: Pulled a weapon, Yeah, well he pulled a weapon, right,
- 32:27Speaker 8: you had your weapon pulled?
- 32:29Speaker 4: Hey, you know something, dickman. Even if I had that's

- 32:41Speaker 4: Okay, Now you guys are gonna be in trouble now, sir,
- 32:43Speaker 4: you pull a weapon. We were checking for a peeper.
- 32:45Speaker 4: We did have an identity of a peeper. Tom, are

- 33:06Speaker 4: What are you guys do it? It couldn't get in there, yes,
- 33:08Speaker 4: slob I fill on our way to another call. Now, okay, Jay.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Can you talk to me for a minute. You got
- 33:17Speaker 2: a guy there, a husband who thinks you're peeping in
- 33:19Speaker 2: his wife's window.
- 33:21Speaker 1: What happened there?
- 33:22Speaker 4: We had a peeper in the area. How many times
- 33:25Speaker 4: were I gonna tell you? She Jay.
- 33:28Speaker 6: All we know is that you went over there because
- 33:30Speaker 6: you said there was seven peeping in the window by
- 33:32Speaker 6: the time you got over there.
- 33:33Speaker 1: This is what we heard. You were going almost as
- 33:37Speaker 1: if you were getting your cookies.
- 33:39Speaker 5: Why don't you admit, at Satos, you're looking in the
- 33:41Speaker 5: window getting your cookies?
- 33:42Speaker 4: No, I was not. That is called residual in collateral.
- 33:46Speaker 4: It's gonna happen. You're gonna look in the window. You're
- 33:48Speaker 4: gonna see a lady there, and you're gonna see her naughty.
- 33:52Speaker 1: You know, Oh, you're gonna see her naughty.
- 33:55Speaker 5: This guy Satos is a danger to every living swinging
- 33:59Speaker 5: dick out there.
- 34:00Speaker 1: God General, No, I mean it, And Henry, if I
- 34:04Speaker 1: put it on you, you're got to get the cuts
- 34:06Speaker 1: on this guy.
- 34:07Speaker 4: I hit it. It's on Jefferson Circle, So we got
- 34:09Speaker 4: an emergency now, so we do feel I headed. There's
- 34:15Speaker 4: a guy looking at a window down there on Jefferson Circle.
- 34:19Speaker 4: And as soon as we get pulled it up there, now,
- 34:21Speaker 4: let's right over keeping talking over that window here on
- 34:32Speaker 4: a free.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Have you caught up to the guy?
- 34:39Speaker 4: No, we're standing at the window right now.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, man, this sounds pretty sick.
- 34:44Speaker 4: Okay, oh my god, you're trying to say I'm getting
- 34:47Speaker 4: a cookie.
- 34:47Speaker 5: That's exactly what we're saying. It sounds like you're standing
- 34:50Speaker 5: at the window there.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Nobody explain some of you general because I don't I
- 34:55Speaker 4: know you're in the military, but you know, a police
- 34:56Speaker 4: work that's residual.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Okay, what do you mean by residual?
- 34:59Speaker 4: Yeah, saying that now, residual is yeah, of course, if
- 35:02Speaker 4: I look in the window to make sure the lady's okay,
- 35:05Speaker 4: to see if the peeper looked at her. If the
- 35:07Speaker 4: peeper looked at her, then she was violated his eyeballs.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Technically speaking, his eyes violated her. So I want to
- 35:14Speaker 4: look and see she's nude, and so she's been violated,
- 35:19Speaker 4: even though she may not have known that he was there. Now,
- 35:22Speaker 4: the residual effect is I'm gonna look and see her
- 35:25Speaker 4: nude naturally. Oh wow, man, you're saying I'm not allowed
- 35:28Speaker 4: to get excited. Oh god.
- 35:30Speaker 6: So in other words, you are standing there panting like
- 35:32Speaker 6: an animal, like a fourteen year old Yeah.
- 35:35Speaker 1: So I mean like a fourteen year old boy.
- 35:37Speaker 4: And you're going ahead, man, mus Gray. You gotta understand something,
- 35:41Speaker 4: you know. First of all, I don't don't forget it.
- 35:48Speaker 4: What's going on? Good, Major Newton has just been attacked
- 35:52Speaker 4: by the man that we got to get back.
- 36:00Speaker 1: Back to the truck right now.
- 36:01Speaker 4: I'm sure here looking at the naked lady.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Will you come on, man?
- 36:03Speaker 4: All right, let's go, let's go go. Hey, what do
- 36:06Speaker 4: you think they're doing? Huh hit, there's no man over
- 36:08Speaker 4: the head. If he hit me over the head, take
- 36:11Speaker 4: him into custody. Why you dirty? Now put him back
- 36:14Speaker 4: in a truck.
- 36:15Speaker 2: You know, you guys have kidnapped that man. You're looking
- 36:17Speaker 2: at a woman's window. You think this is gonna be
- 36:20Speaker 2: on TV. It may be on TV if you guys
- 36:22Speaker 2: ever get out of prison, which I seriously doubt is
- 36:24Speaker 2: ever gonna happen.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Good, no, where you're going now, said.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Like the now we got another one, got another one now?
- 36:30Speaker 4: Actually we're leaving that guy in a okay, yeah, but
- 36:33Speaker 4: you kick him out. I kicked the guy out. I
- 36:35Speaker 4: threw him out. I think the better part of valor.
- 36:37Speaker 1: All right, So Major Newton threw that guy out of
- 36:39Speaker 1: the truck.
- 36:39Speaker 4: That's right.
- 36:40Speaker 1: You guys got you know something to what I'm gonna
- 36:42Speaker 1: do saddles. I'm gonna call the cups on you after
- 36:44Speaker 1: the show and let him know about everything I've heard.
- 36:47Speaker 4: That's your wordy, gas Mine. It's gonna be your work,
- 36:49Speaker 4: gas Mine.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Well we have the address? Do we have the addresses? Bud?
- 36:53Speaker 1: What of where these women were being peeked?
- 36:55Speaker 4: Noah? Really better, Harry? You don't think I'm completely stupid,
- 36:59Speaker 4: do you? I may up the street names any addresses.
- 37:02Speaker 4: We did have actual, real live peeps. We did. We
- 37:07Speaker 4: peeped and we know that the peeper did, but we
- 37:09Speaker 4: didn't give you no real address. It's Jay Samos and
- 37:12Speaker 4: this is going to be she is the hallmark of
- 37:14Speaker 4: the new show that we're going to do. We're gonna say, yeah,
- 37:16Speaker 4: we're looking at peepers, but guess what, maybe no, we're
- 37:19Speaker 4: not looking at peepers, and you don't know what the
- 37:20Speaker 4: hell it is we're doing. So I hope you know
- 37:24Speaker 4: he's at a helicopter. Man. That sounds kind of weird.
- 37:26Speaker 4: Doesn't this sound like that?
- 37:29Speaker 1: You know something?
- 37:30Speaker 2: Santos, right, I don't know how. I don't know why
- 37:33Speaker 2: it is. I even put I put you on the
- 37:35Speaker 2: air myself.
- 37:36Speaker 4: Maybe saung cowls. You love me.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's at Santas. We love you Jesus.
- 37:44Speaker 9: Whenever the laws of any state are broken, a duly
- 37:47Speaker 9: authorized organization swings into action. It may be called the
- 37:51Speaker 9: state police, state troopers, militia, the.
- 37:54Speaker 4: Rangers, joy police.
- 37:57Speaker 9: These are the stories.
- 37:58Speaker 2: The guys that couldn't care for those two escapees from
- 38:01Speaker 2: upstate New York.
- 38:02Speaker 4: Excuse me, excuse me? Excuse me? Hey? Wait wait wait
- 38:04Speaker 4: wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait
- 38:06Speaker 4: wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait
- 38:09Speaker 4: wait wait shut up? Shut? Oh my god? Did I
- 38:14Speaker 4: just hear what you said?
- 38:15Speaker 1: What is it with you?
- 38:16Speaker 4: Man? Oh? Dad? Just hear what you said?
- 38:18Speaker 1: Did you hear me? Say?
- 38:19Speaker 4: What did you say? The guys that couldn't capture the
- 38:23Speaker 4: guys that was in the upstate, in the prison of
- 38:26Speaker 4: an upstate New York Yes, all right, Well that's that's
- 38:30Speaker 4: actually pretty accurate. So I I guess I don't have
- 38:32Speaker 4: really much too.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Sorry, Yeah, you better believe it's accurate.
- 38:37Speaker 4: All right, Fine, stick it in and break it off, though. God, oh,
- 38:41Speaker 4: I'm trying to say lives you know you lost? Dig
- 38:44Speaker 4: it in and break it off, you know, Jay.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I am so upset with this program today that I
- 38:49Speaker 1: think I may blow another hole in the crown.
- 38:52Speaker 4: Oh my god, Yes, I.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Knew you'd read something filthy end of that? Would you
- 38:56Speaker 1: turn this?
- 38:56Speaker 4: God? Do the citizens on Jerry police?
- 39:01Speaker 9: These are the sortaries of the man who's training, skill
- 39:03Speaker 9: and courage.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Goodbye, I gotta tell you some of my everything that
- 39:08Speaker 2: I heard Jay doing there from jerking off in front
- 39:10Speaker 2: of the window.
- 39:11Speaker 1: You really think that was going on?
- 39:12Speaker 4: Oh?
- 39:13Speaker 2: Without question? Without question? Yeah, I mean he's all standing
- 39:16Speaker 2: and going. Yeah, guy's purving out and everything.
- 39:20Speaker 5: Well, if that's the case, and I came out of
- 39:23Speaker 5: my home and I saw some guys standing on a
- 39:25Speaker 5: winter oh man, I you know the fantasy that goes
- 39:29Speaker 5: through my.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Mind of taking a guy like that apart?
- 39:31Speaker 4: WHOA now what?
- 39:33Speaker 6: Well, if that's the case, then absolutely the police should
- 39:36Speaker 6: be alerted well to know, Like I said, the guy's
- 39:39Speaker 6: giving out fake addresses.
- 39:40Speaker 1: He can claim he never was there. As a matter
- 39:42Speaker 1: of fact, maybe he wasn't there. Well, what do you
- 39:44Speaker 1: think he made the whole thing up? I don't know.
- 39:46Speaker 2: I don't know whether there was a peeper at those
- 39:48Speaker 2: addresses or not. Santus has been he ever since cops
- 39:52Speaker 2: was went on the air. That guy has been hungry,
- 39:56Speaker 2: he's been thirsting to have a show on that is
- 39:59Speaker 2: like that. That's gonna be a cop style show that
- 40:02Speaker 2: features the citizens Uxuri police. That has been his dream,
- 40:06Speaker 2: that has been his uh whatever you want to call it.
- 40:09Speaker 4: Operation peep Tom, if you may go ahead. Operation peep
- 40:13Speaker 4: Tom was we would go to different bedroom windows if
- 40:17Speaker 4: we heard. We would have a subcommander who would be
- 40:19Speaker 4: on a two way radio say okay, we got a
- 40:21Speaker 4: peep Tom, and then we would go into a full sprint.
- 40:24Speaker 4: We'd park the van, go in a full sprint to
- 40:26Speaker 4: the location of the peep Tom window where a woman was, yes, exposed,
- 40:31Speaker 4: and we would video her exposed and then knock on
- 40:36Speaker 4: the knock on the door and show the husband. You
- 40:40Speaker 4: find that funny.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I find it very funny. I foind it that.
- 40:43Speaker 2: That's the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Will you knock on the door and say, hey, sir,
- 40:46Speaker 2: we just videoed your wife. That's correct, Yes, and you
- 40:49Speaker 2: got beat up at least twice I got I was.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Let me tell you something right now. First of all,
- 40:53Speaker 4: I did knock get beat up. The guy put his
- 40:55Speaker 4: hands on me. You talk about the you talk about
- 40:57Speaker 4: the Dave Dugan episode. Is that right?
- 40:59Speaker 1: I don't know who the guy was.
- 41:01Speaker 4: There's a guy by named of Dave dug and he
- 41:02Speaker 4: put his hands on me. We did a three step
- 41:04Speaker 4: takedown at Halam. Okay, it was all big misunderstanding.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Yeah, three step takedown.
- 41:09Speaker 5: This guy at least threw a couple of punches at
- 41:11Speaker 5: you when he found out that you'd videoed his wife
- 41:14Speaker 5: with no.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Clothes on that.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Yes he did, but not every husband did that.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Yeah, because they probably weren't home. You know, Hey, Jay, listen,
- 41:24Speaker 1: I want to know what operate. This is Operation tom Peep, right,
- 41:26Speaker 1: this is Operation tom Peep.
- 41:28Speaker 4: But I don't want to have to justify what a
- 41:30Speaker 4: lot of very hard working siss Audrey Police osers have
- 41:33Speaker 4: done and will continue to do to protect the syss
- 41:36Speaker 4: this community.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Maybe what you can do, Jay is not.
- 41:38Speaker 6: Keep calling them osiphers because you sound you sound like
- 41:41Speaker 6: you've got Oliver Twist's.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Gruel for a mind.
- 41:43Speaker 4: You know what.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I agree with, Margaret?
- 41:50Speaker 4: You do you?
- 41:51Speaker 2: You sound like you've got someone's leftover breakfast for a mind,
- 41:54Speaker 2: not a brain a mind.
- 42:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna get Subcomandic Gleason come here.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Oh, can I talk to you?
- 42:07Speaker 4: Can I do it? Oh?
- 42:09Speaker 1: Can I talk to Jay?
- 42:10Speaker 4: This soap commander Gleason that Jay wants me to talk
- 42:14Speaker 4: to you.
- 42:14Speaker 1: No, I don't want to talk to Subcommander Gleason.
- 42:16Speaker 4: Given.
- 42:18Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, Jay, I'm sorry, but we asked tough questions
- 42:22Speaker 2: here on the Phil Innry Show, especially when you're going
- 42:24Speaker 2: around with cameras.
- 42:26Speaker 4: We are not going around with cameras and sticking them
- 42:28Speaker 4: in the bedroom windows.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Yeah, you did me, he just said, you did.
- 42:31Speaker 4: We're not doing it so we can get our cookies. Okay,
- 42:33Speaker 4: we're doing it.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Didn't you take one videotape back to the van where
- 42:37Speaker 2: Major Elvis Newton was having whatever it was, macaroni and cheese.
- 42:40Speaker 4: No, he wasn't. He was having cheese it and he
- 42:42Speaker 4: was watching Wheel Fortune.
- 42:44Speaker 1: And he reviewed this tape of this woman getting undressed.
- 42:48Speaker 4: Yes, he did. And when we determined that it was
- 42:51Speaker 4: it was serious peept on material, we took it back
- 42:54Speaker 4: to the husband.
- 42:54Speaker 1: They show it to him and that's when you got
- 42:56Speaker 1: your ass kick.
- 42:57Speaker 4: And I did not get my ass kicked for the night.
- 43:00Speaker 4: He didn't get his ass kicked. I was there. He
- 43:02Speaker 4: did get Yeah, he got his ass kicked, do it?
- 43:06Speaker 4: I got a guy through a couple of punches. We
- 43:09Speaker 4: did a three step take down, right, said, yeah, we
- 43:11Speaker 4: did the three step take down.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Yeah, then you did the three step was the guy arrested?
- 43:16Speaker 4: We agreed to disagree on that one? Yeah, uh huh,
- 43:19Speaker 4: we agreed to disagree, mister Henry on that one. What
- 43:22Speaker 4: is this?
- 43:23Speaker 5: You know, Jane, I don't Did you ever actually find
- 43:26Speaker 5: any guys that were Peeping Tom's No, because Operation Peep
- 43:29Speaker 5: Tom was a prevaive measure.
- 43:33Speaker 4: You know what I mean by preventive measure? What a
- 43:36Speaker 4: preventive measure?
- 43:36Speaker 1: Preventative measure.
- 43:37Speaker 4: Yeah, so we would show women and the husband. See
- 43:40Speaker 4: look at this. We just videoed your wife sitting on
- 43:43Speaker 4: a toilet. Okay, there she is. She's sitting on a
- 43:45Speaker 4: toilet and she's wiping. Do you know what would happen?
- 43:48Speaker 4: Hold on for okay, we just got a call. We
- 43:53Speaker 4: got a call. Let's go out to the van. Hold on,
- 43:57Speaker 4: got this is a Peep Tom call. No, it's a

- 44:11Speaker 4: I'm shown me right now. I'm side of the VAM.
- 44:13Speaker 4: We are on our way to operate tom peep. This
- 44:15Speaker 4: is an area of the neighborhood here down the street.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Let's slow down, Jay, I can't huh.
- 44:23Speaker 4: Okay, listen, we've just spotted an area where there's a woman.
- 44:27Speaker 4: We've got two hans or two women are taken her
- 44:29Speaker 4: clothes off. Now Operation tom peep if.
- 44:31Speaker 1: You wanna know, Ugh, Jay, you wanna slow down?
- 44:35Speaker 4: No, I can't. Operation tom Peep is we don't video
- 44:39Speaker 4: the woman. We video us looking at the woman. So
- 44:42Speaker 4: we have Subcommander Hipcat there. He identified a woman as
- 44:46Speaker 4: taking her pants off and she's naked, and we're gonna
- 44:49Speaker 4: go and with video him looking.
- 44:50Speaker 1: At her, you're gonna video him staring at her.
- 44:54Speaker 4: Yes, so we're not videoing her, we're showing him looking
- 44:57Speaker 4: at her. Okay, Oh what was this? Okay? We got
- 45:03Speaker 4: to keep going. There's an operation tom peeple okay. So,
- 45:07Speaker 4: and this is essentially this is essentially to address all
- 45:11Speaker 4: you monkeys. This didn't lay pee Tom.
- 45:13Speaker 1: I don't like being called a monkey.
- 45:15Speaker 4: Santos, Well, yes, I'm gerald you didn't like co operation
- 45:18Speaker 4: peep Tom, that's tom Peep. Whatever Okay, all right, here's
- 45:23Speaker 4: I'm comanderr he Cowway. See I'm looking at her now.
- 45:26Speaker 4: She's got no clue and she's she's about to use
- 45:28Speaker 4: the toilet.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Okay, are you guys with the camera and the toilet.
- 45:32Speaker 4: No, there's no camera on her. No camera. Now he
- 45:36Speaker 4: is wearing a gar You win a helmet cam. I
- 45:38Speaker 4: got a helmet cam on, yeah, and it's I've turned
- 45:41Speaker 4: it on. But we're not gonna look at the table.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, sure, okay, Now, no, I'm not looking in
- 45:47Speaker 4: the window. Sub Commander Gleas is not looking in the window.
- 45:49Speaker 4: Major Ovis Smuton is back in the van. But you are,
- 45:53Speaker 4: huh you are right? Yeah, that's what I'm doing. I'm
- 45:55Speaker 4: talking to Henry on On. Okay, yes, I'm looking at now.
- 45:59Speaker 4: She removed her brazier, and she's removed her underwear and
- 46:05Speaker 4: she's going into the bathroom. Now she went into a stall.
- 46:08Speaker 4: I can't see nothing. So this is not a full
- 46:10Speaker 4: tom peep. Okay, this is not a full tom peep.
- 46:12Speaker 1: So what do you mean you just said you saw
- 46:14Speaker 1: her that guy saw her taking her top off?
- 46:17Speaker 4: Well, and I guess there, hold on show we got
- 46:21Speaker 4: here just had to be fun. Here's that there were
- 46:24Speaker 4: Jay Santas. This is obviousntly pratty. He saw your wife
- 46:31Speaker 4: got a d Jesus Christ.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Well what happened?
- 46:34Speaker 4: Jay? This prick came out of the house. Can you
- 46:39Speaker 4: do that? You call a cop? I am a cop.
- 46:41Speaker 4: This prick came out of the house. Mister Henry, just

- 46:48Speaker 4: Mister mister Santa's bringing admiral bringing her Admiral Santos. He
- 46:53Speaker 4: got checked in the balls.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Okay, I don't know what's going on, but I suggest
- 46:58Speaker 2: that you guys get the police over there.
- 47:00Speaker 4: Well, we had the police told her about God. He
- 47:02Speaker 4: kok me right the Major Newton, Sir anles go, we'll
- 47:06Speaker 4: clod in the van right now. And uh, Major Newton's
- 47:09Speaker 4: what happened? I both know I can't do that's sad.
- 47:12Speaker 4: I'm Major Eldest Newton. Is this mister Henry, Yes, Sir,
- 47:15Speaker 4: Sir Henry, I've just now been informed that my Brigadier
- 47:19Speaker 4: aim had I took a kiss to the groin. This
- 47:24Speaker 4: is Tom Peepe and only I want you to describe.
- 47:28Speaker 4: We talk. We do not film anyone.
- 47:30Speaker 2: You have one of your sub commanders looking in the
- 47:31Speaker 2: window and saying, yeah, she's exposed.
- 47:34Speaker 4: Yes, did the homeowner was the at least interested in
- 47:36Speaker 4: what you were able to see? Jay, No, he wasn't.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Heave all right, let me talk here to hepcat. Come here.
- 47:44Speaker 4: I saw a lady taker brof and she took off
- 47:47Speaker 4: her pants and then she went into the toilet. But
- 47:49Speaker 4: I couldn't see nothing. You couldn't see anything. Do you
- 47:51Speaker 4: have any of the tape I was told not to record.
- 47:54Speaker 4: This is Tom Peep.
- 47:55Speaker 1: Yeah, well what is it with you? Major Newton? You
- 47:58Speaker 1: gotta get your your cookies looking at this stuff?
- 48:01Speaker 4: My cookies, my cookies, he says. I started the Citizens
- 48:06Speaker 4: Auxidiary Police twenty seven years ago trying to protect this neighborhood.
- 48:10Speaker 4: I can tell you said the list thing that I want.
- 48:12Speaker 4: Give the phone maborhood ever pulled the phone away from me.
- 48:16Speaker 4: You pull the phone away from me. The next time
- 48:18Speaker 4: you take your pets off to take a leak, there
- 48:20Speaker 4: won't be anything there but a catheter.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Oh wow, So the Citizens Auxiary Police will join us
- 48:27Speaker 2: and Operation Eyeball to Eyeball. This is another you know
- 48:30Speaker 2: program that they had named Operation good Morning. It was
- 48:34Speaker 2: originally Operation peep Tom.
- 48:35Speaker 8: Is that it bud Yeah, grizzy, Operation peep Tom that
- 48:39Speaker 8: they did did sorry Jun and some oner son you
- 48:42Speaker 8: sir that they said that David, excuse me, that was
- 48:46Speaker 8: Operation peep Tom a couple of summers ago. Thatday rolled
- 48:48Speaker 8: out and debued for us. You mean debuted, you mean debute, Yeah,
- 48:52Speaker 8: I'm sorry, debute. And then they decided to change it
- 48:56Speaker 8: because they got negative publicity. They changed it to good
- 48:59Speaker 8: operation good morning, little schoolgirl. Then they thought that that
- 49:02Speaker 8: was bad on account of the whole school girl. It's
- 49:04Speaker 8: just kind of said wreck. So then he changed the
- 49:06Speaker 8: operation eyeball. And then he changed operation eyeball eyeball.
- 49:10Speaker 1: What the hell, man, why to do that?
- 49:11Speaker 8: Because it's more descriptive and everything more descriptive. We'll find
- 49:15Speaker 8: out a long time since week, since we had been
- 49:18Speaker 8: talking to you. And this is important stuff, man, because
- 49:21Speaker 8: eyeball eyeball as what was called. Now, whoever thought that that,
- 49:25Speaker 8: you know, you'd still be in business on this thing,
- 49:28Speaker 8: you know, lo these many days later and everything, you
- 49:31Speaker 8: know what I mean, I'm not.
- 49:33Speaker 4: Exactly sure I know what you're talking about, dick.
- 49:35Speaker 8: Man, But if I if I take you how do
- 49:38Speaker 8: we know that Operation Operation Peep Tom still be around
- 49:42Speaker 8: with all stuff that people told you?
- 49:44Speaker 2: What he's saying, you know, after all of the heart,
- 49:48Speaker 2: after all the heat you took on Operation peep Tom.
- 49:51Speaker 6: Don't you remember, Jay, all of the people that called
- 49:53Speaker 6: in and complained about you sticking a camera in a
- 49:55Speaker 6: bedroom window?
- 49:56Speaker 4: All right, okay, I mean if dick Man said that
- 49:58Speaker 4: would be a whole lot easier understand. But really, essentially,
- 50:02Speaker 4: what Operation Peep Tom evolved into.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Well see, that's what we want to know.
- 50:06Speaker 5: Peep Tom evolved into what good Morning Little school Girl?
- 50:10Speaker 5: Jesus h I could have told you, Sanos, that was
- 50:13Speaker 5: a boneheaded.
- 50:14Speaker 1: Idea at general.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Unfortunately you weren't there. If you have been there, maybe
- 50:18Speaker 4: you would have been able to warn us. Maybe not.
- 50:20Speaker 4: Good Morning Little Schoolgirl was an evolution of peep Tom.
- 50:24Speaker 4: So that you know, we made it more colloquial. We
- 50:27Speaker 4: made it kind of have a blues favor flavor to it.
- 50:30Speaker 4: So what man?
- 50:31Speaker 1: So what so what if it had a blues favor?
- 50:34Speaker 7: I didn't say blues favorite, blues flavor.
- 50:37Speaker 1: All right, So what if it had a blues flavor?
- 50:39Speaker 4: So it's more, it's more, uh, you know, people get
- 50:43Speaker 4: are more comfortable with it, you know what I mean,
- 50:45Speaker 4: they're more comfortable with it.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Well, that doesn't make me comfortable as a woman. Good morning,
- 50:49Speaker 1: little school girl.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Well I know, so we changed it. Okay, we changed
- 50:52Speaker 4: the operational Eyeball. Operation Eyeball went out in the field
- 50:56Speaker 4: as of the first of June. And when we went
- 50:59Speaker 4: out with Operation Eyeball, we had the camera which was
- 51:03Speaker 4: strapped to a helmet. And as you know, Phil, operation
- 51:06Speaker 4: Eyeball operates peep Tom was designed to let women and
- 51:10Speaker 4: husbands know that they're they're you know, vulnerable to peeping toms.
- 51:15Speaker 4: That's what our camera would do. We would, you know,
- 51:17Speaker 4: take film footage of a new lady and show it
- 51:21Speaker 4: to the husband and go it is.
- 51:26Speaker 1: What Yeah?
- 51:27Speaker 2: And how many times did you get belded? How many
- 51:29Speaker 2: times you get your teeth knocked out?
- 51:30Speaker 4: Just once? I mean the other times I was assaulted,
- 51:33Speaker 4: but it wasn't a face.
- 51:34Speaker 7: What do you mean?
- 51:35Speaker 4: I kipped in the nuts?
- 51:36Speaker 2: They knocked him, They knocked you. You crazy, So you
- 51:39Speaker 2: know you had to come up with something else. What
- 51:41Speaker 2: are you doing putting a camera in people's bedroom windows for.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Top race peep Tom? Okay, and I tried to tell
- 51:46Speaker 4: the guys a lot of peeping tom's around here. So
- 51:48Speaker 4: we did operation eyeball. We had the camera on the
- 51:50Speaker 4: helmet and we had a gigantic eye that was made
- 51:54Speaker 4: by Lou Westerfield's daughter. She works in a clay class
- 51:57Speaker 4: and she made a big eye and he painted blue
- 51:59Speaker 4: and put the eye on top of the camera and
- 52:01Speaker 4: we call operation We just set operation eyeball, and that
- 52:05Speaker 4: got me beat up. So we went back to the
- 52:07Speaker 4: drawing board.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I got you beat up, all right.
- 52:09Speaker 5: You know what you are, you Sanos, You're the whitely
- 52:11Speaker 5: coyote and the road runner is just any neighborhood person.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Out there that catches you.
- 52:17Speaker 4: Well, you say what you all say. But guess what.
- 52:19Speaker 4: We game up with operation eyeball eyeball. And by coming
- 52:22Speaker 4: up with operation eyeball eyeball, we have the eyeball on
- 52:25Speaker 4: the camera. Then we look in a bedroom window and
- 52:28Speaker 4: women know, oh it's eyeball eyeball, so they know that,
- 52:32Speaker 4: you know they're safe.
- 52:33Speaker 1: Why wouldn't that work with operation eyeball.
- 52:35Speaker 4: Because it's hand to one sided.
- 52:37Speaker 1: So this way you call it operation eyeball to eyeball.
- 52:40Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 52:41Speaker 4: So the woman looks in and she sees the camera.
- 52:43Speaker 4: She goes, yeah, I'm okay, all right, I'm good. Or
- 52:46Speaker 4: I got your message. I'm nude. I better close the window.
- 52:50Speaker 1: So let me get this straight. No, no, I'll do this.
- 52:52Speaker 1: So I'm standing in my bedroom or some friend of mine.
- 52:55Speaker 6: We're naked, and your camera comes around the corner and
- 52:59Speaker 6: I see the can because I see the giant eyeball, like, oh,
- 53:02Speaker 6: that's great.
- 53:02Speaker 1: That's Jay. So I'm fine and I'm naked, and I'm
- 53:07Speaker 1: supposed to feel better about that.
- 53:08Speaker 4: It's great. With all due respect, I seriously doubt if
- 53:11Speaker 4: we would be having video of you nude.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Now what does that mean? Look, Margaret, let it go.
- 53:21Speaker 1: What does it mean?
- 53:22Speaker 4: No, you're right. We would. We would. We would. We
- 53:24Speaker 4: would take the video footage of you.
- 53:25Speaker 1: All right, that's better, even though I'm more outraged.
- 53:27Speaker 4: Good. We would take video video of you, and then
- 53:31Speaker 4: you'd see us and we'd go, look, we pointed the eye.
- 53:36Speaker 4: We'd pointed the eyeball.
- 53:37Speaker 1: You pointed at the eyeball?
- 53:39Speaker 4: Was it the Guthington Family General Shop?
- 53:41Speaker 1: No, the guy he pointed at the eyeball, and she
- 53:44Speaker 1: went and got her husband.
- 53:45Speaker 2: The guy came around the corner and Jay was still
- 53:47Speaker 2: pointing at the eyeball when this guy hit him with
- 53:49Speaker 2: a baseball bat.
- 53:51Speaker 4: That guy hit me from behind too.
- 53:53Speaker 2: So you're standing there with a camera and you're filming
- 53:56Speaker 2: the woman naked, and you're pointing at the eyeball on
- 53:58Speaker 2: top of the camera to.
- 53:59Speaker 1: Tell or what tell her?
- 54:00Speaker 4: It's Operation eyeball eyeball? How many times ago say it?
- 54:03Speaker 1: Yet you ask kick it?
- 54:05Speaker 4: Got? Yeah? It did technically get my ass kicked, but
- 54:07Speaker 4: it shouldn't have.
- 54:08Speaker 2: Because the guy doesn't want his wife being photographed, whether
- 54:12Speaker 2: it's Operation eyeball to eyeball, Jay Santos or anybody else.
- 54:16Speaker 4: All right, And that's why we're on the program tonight
- 54:18Speaker 4: to explain it and to educate people. Oh if you
- 54:22Speaker 4: let me say.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Things, Yeah, well you get explain it, man, but you
- 54:25Speaker 1: don't do it very good.
- 54:26Speaker 4: Yeah. I am operate. Yeah you're gonna give me a chance.
- 54:29Speaker 1: Go ahead, Yeah, go ahead.
- 54:30Speaker 4: I like that. I got to hear this, Oh man,
- 54:33Speaker 4: do it? Jay? All right? Operation eyeball eyeball. The matter
- 54:37Speaker 4: of fact, we happen to be out tonight and I
- 54:40Speaker 4: just pull up and I've been sitting here screaming and
- 54:41Speaker 4: yelling at you, right near your house. And now we
- 54:43Speaker 4: have put the eyeball on. I got it right here,
- 54:46Speaker 4: put it on top of the thing that's a subcommand
- 54:49Speaker 4: or Gleason. What we're gonna do, Phil is we are
- 54:52Speaker 4: near the Bologny home Jim and Jessica Bologna, Bologne, excuse me,
- 54:57Speaker 4: and we're gonna sneak up the window here. And what
- 55:01Speaker 4: I'm doing is I've got the camera. Now. She is
- 55:04Speaker 4: known to get undressed for a bad rub about now.
- 55:09Speaker 1: And so what do you mean?
- 55:11Speaker 4: Well, in the past, we did. We picked up a
- 55:13Speaker 4: couple of greasy, stinking punks who told us about eyeballer
- 55:17Speaker 4: and I said, oh, keeping Tom, and they go, yeah.
- 55:20Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm bull crap.
- 55:22Speaker 4: Hey, General, that's what happened. I swear almighty gone.
- 55:24Speaker 1: All right, So what are you doing now, pep, We're coming.
- 55:27Speaker 4: Up on the window. Shut up, all right? Shut up,
- 55:30Speaker 4: you guys. Do you want me to get some Coca cola?
- 55:32Speaker 4: Would you? Shut up? All right? Now, I come up
- 55:35Speaker 4: on a window. She's in the window right now, all right?
- 55:39Speaker 4: And yeah, now her panties come off, Okay, her panties
- 55:43Speaker 4: just now did come off? The panties just now, did
- 55:46Speaker 4: come off. Okay, So I am now taking footage of her,
- 55:50Speaker 4: and she's sitting and she's gonna put some lotion or
- 55:53Speaker 4: some on her butt. God damn, what's she doing? Put butt?
- 55:56Speaker 4: Usually put it on their legs. But uh so, all right,
- 56:01Speaker 4: now she's turned and she sees us. All right, we're
- 56:03Speaker 4: pointing at the eyeball. I'm pointing at the eye. What
- 56:05Speaker 4: are you doing? I'm pointing at the eyeball? You know,
- 56:07Speaker 4: take a look at this.
- 56:11Speaker 1: Hello, what happened to him?
- 56:14Speaker 4: Hello?
- 56:14Speaker 1: Hey? Is this Gleason? Is Phil Henry on the on
- 56:17Speaker 1: the air right.
- 56:17Speaker 4: Noway, got clapp get out of here? Ahu, clot got
- 56:22Speaker 4: a dragon back?
- 56:25Speaker 1: Is he all right?
- 56:26Speaker 4: He's okay, he's unconscious.
- 56:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:30Speaker 4: Wow, hey mister Henry. Yeah, I got your got your
- 56:36Speaker 4: sponge cake and I got your hamburger.
- 56:38Speaker 1: Jay, we're on the air.
- 56:40Speaker 4: Oh okay, Oh eyeball.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Eyeball, the eyeball. You just got hit with a baseball.
- 56:45Speaker 2: Bat by who by the husband?
- 56:49Speaker 4: Oh okay, Well, back could draw back a drawing board.
- 56:53Speaker 1: I'd just say, back to the drawing board. You know
- 56:54Speaker 1: what you ought to do? Throw the drawing board out
- 56:57Speaker 1: and get something else to play with.
- 57:00Speaker 4: You want to conker cown, you got bad Breathley fucking
- 57:04Speaker 4: get out of my faith.
- 57:05Speaker 1: All right, there's Jay Sanders of the Citizens of Auxury Police.
- 57:08Speaker 6: You know, I know there's a lot of idiots you
- 57:11Speaker 6: have on this show. God knows, there are many many
- 57:13Speaker 6: idiots you have in this program, but none are quite
- 57:16Speaker 6: as distinctive as Jay. And often I wonder whether he's
- 57:19Speaker 6: just putting everyone on.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Oh he is.
- 57:21Speaker 5: I've talked to him at length. He wants to be
- 57:23Speaker 5: law enforcement.
- 57:25Speaker 2: Well that eyeball to eyeball and pointing at a gigantic eye.
- 57:28Speaker 2: He took a baseball. By the way, he's lucky he's
- 57:32Speaker 2: not getting arrested.
- 57:33Speaker 1: Well, that's the whole thing. I think that guy is
- 57:35Speaker 1: probably gonna wind up getting busted. And he's gonna go downtown. Man,
- 57:39Speaker 1: I mean going downtown. You don't go downtown because you
- 57:42Speaker 1: know what they do.
- 57:42Speaker 11: Man.
- 57:42Speaker 5: You go downtown and uh everything, God go Operation eyeball
