Latest / Cardinal Territory: A St. Louis Cardinals Podcast / Big Questions for Chaim Bloom and the Cardinals Offseason
Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Hello, everybody, and welcome to another edition of Cardinal Territory.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Jim Hayes with Kyle Gibson, who has a beautiful compound.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Thank you for showing that to us the other day.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Just beautiful. Lance is at the beach. Lance, I can
- 0:18Speaker 1: see the sunshine and everything. As for the Cardinals, they're
- 0:22Speaker 1: in a rebuild. We've talked about it time and time again.
- 0:25Speaker 1: That rebuild is not yet complete, so they have some
- 0:28Speaker 1: work to do in the offseason. So we thought we
- 0:31Speaker 1: would come up with three questions. that the Cardinals have
- 0:35Speaker 1: to face during the offseason, and as we talked about
- 0:38Speaker 1: it in our group text, Lance wanted to go first
- 0:42Speaker 1: and throw his number one question out there as we
- 0:45Speaker 1: move this puppy along.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Well, the number one question I think on everyone's mind,
- 0:51Speaker 2: is Jim going to be back on the sidelines next year?
- 0:57Speaker 2: Ready to go, because there is no Cardinals baseball without
- 1:02Speaker 2: Jim the Cat. testering with questions in-game and post-game in
- 1:08Speaker 2: the locker room. So that's the real pressing question I
- 1:10Speaker 2: think every fan wants to know.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Okay, that's a fair question. I was told I will
- 1:16Speaker 1: be back in a similar role. For context, thank you,
- 1:21Speaker 1: thank you. For context, I did have half my games chopped,
- 1:25Speaker 1: but they're going to start doing more pre- and post-shows,
- 1:29Speaker 1: full shows on the road. So I think I'm going
- 1:32Speaker 1: to get some of that. And they told me I'm
- 1:34Speaker 1: going to have similar roles like at home games. So
- 1:38Speaker 1: if I can trust the people that are in charge
- 1:40Speaker 1: of this, yes, I will be back in some form
- 1:43Speaker 1: or another. Thank you for your concern. I just don't
- 1:46Speaker 1: think that's the number one question about the Cardinals offseason.
- 1:50Speaker 1: But I will say this, Lance. Someone mentioned to me
- 1:55Speaker 1: and my son at his game the other day that
- 1:58Speaker 1: they've seen our back-and-forths. after you got hit by that
- 2:03Speaker 1: line drive in your first game with the Cardinals. I
- 2:07Speaker 1: know Kyle has seen it. We've talked about it on
- 2:09Speaker 1: the show before. So I'm sitting there with my son.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I go, let's see how many views that thing has.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So that thing's been posted by different people, and it's
- 2:17Speaker 1: got like 6 million views on one 5 million views.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Lance, have you seen the monetized part of that, or no?
- 2:25Speaker 3: Or is it only Jim?
- 2:27Speaker 1: I haven't monetized it. I never posted it. I got nothing.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Somebody's making money off that clip. Okay, so that's our
- 2:37Speaker 1: first question. I think it was a fair one. Lance
- 2:40Speaker 1: tried to put me behind the eight ball on that,
- 2:43Speaker 1: which I appreciate. But I think, like I said, if
- 2:48Speaker 1: the people that are in charge who've already talked to
- 2:50Speaker 1: me that I'll be back can be trusted, I'll be back.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And I think that's at least good news for me
- 2:56Speaker 1: and my family. that I'm trying to support. Kyle, do
- 2:58Speaker 1: you have a question?
- 3:00Speaker 3: Jim, my statement on that is I think everybody's worried
- 3:04Speaker 3: about this TV revenue, and I just have a feeling
- 3:07Speaker 3: that as soon as this deal is announced, which it
- 3:10Speaker 3: will be at some point, massive revenue increases will follow.
- 3:14Speaker 3: So I think there's good things on the horizon for
- 3:18Speaker 3: MLB and its media members. My question for you is
- 3:21Speaker 3: when it comes to this CBA deal, is there's going
- 3:24Speaker 3: to be a dead period from December 1st or 2nd
- 3:28Speaker 3: through the actual deal, all right? So who knows when
- 3:32Speaker 3: that deal is going to be? If that dead period lengthens,
- 3:37Speaker 3: how does that affect the Cardinals' plans going into next year? Now,
- 3:42Speaker 3: maybe they're just building inside the org, so maybe it
- 3:46Speaker 3: doesn't affect them, but they're going to have to bring
- 3:48Speaker 3: in somebody at some point. So how do you think
- 3:51Speaker 3: with that looming dead period coming, How do you think
- 3:54Speaker 3: that's going to affect Heimbloom's plans for this rebuild?
- 3:58Speaker 1: I'll go first on that. The Cardinals are very cautious.
- 4:02Speaker 1: You know, cost certainty are two big words for the
- 4:05Speaker 1: way that the Cardinals have always operated, which I think
- 4:08Speaker 1: is smart running a business. You don't know how much
- 4:11Speaker 1: money you'll have, so you have to watch how you spend.
- 4:15Speaker 1: So I think they're going to sit on things for
- 4:17Speaker 1: a while until they know the lay of the land,
- 4:19Speaker 1: which I think would be Now, at some point when
- 4:23Speaker 1: they know the revenue, and hopefully it's additional as you forecast,
- 4:27Speaker 1: then they can go out and take care of some
- 4:29Speaker 1: things that they'd like to take care of that aren't
- 4:32Speaker 1: necessarily things that are done in-house. I'm talking about acquiring
- 4:36Speaker 1: talent from outside trade, free agent. But until you know
- 4:41Speaker 1: what your funds are, I think it's wise to just
- 4:45Speaker 1: sit back and wait and see what's coming. And I
- 4:47Speaker 1: think that's how they're going to operate.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Lance, what do you think?
- 4:52Speaker 2: I might be wrong here, but don't they have $ 120
- 4:54Speaker 2: billion a year coming from national TV anyways? 100%.
- 4:58Speaker 3: That was going to be my point.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So they're going to see how much more they're going
- 5:04Speaker 2: to get? Is that what we're waiting on? But you
- 5:06Speaker 2: also have to realize he's already put the writing on
- 5:08Speaker 2: the wall that he said, we don't know exactly what
- 5:12Speaker 2: our core is. We've got a good idea what our
- 5:14Speaker 2: core is, but we still don't know what our core is.
- 5:17Speaker 2: So he was setting up it for another quote-unquote quiet
- 5:22Speaker 2: offseason and it's just to make sure that they're doing
- 5:25Speaker 2: the money thing to lock in what they need to
- 5:28Speaker 2: do when it comes to the next cba so um
- 5:31Speaker 2: that's where they're at right now i mean we can
- 5:33Speaker 2: have all the dead period we want they're gonna wait
- 5:35Speaker 2: for something to fall on their lap after the lockout's
- 5:36Speaker 2: over do a couple one years see if they can
- 5:39Speaker 2: hit lighting a bottle make a close season run and
- 5:41Speaker 2: then see what they get from there.
- 5:43Speaker 3: So Yeah, Robot Lance has spoken. Hold on, Jim.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, Jim, Jim, Jim.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Jim, this is my question. I think it's fair for
- 5:59Speaker 3: me to put in my two cents here.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Wait, can I just interject?
- 6:03Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, please.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Yeah, go ahead.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Go ahead, Jim.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Couldn't we have gotten Robot Lance as he was putting
- 6:09Speaker 1: me on the spot? Good point. Good point.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Good point. Lance brings up a good point. And I
- 6:17Speaker 3: think the thing that has to be kept in mind
- 6:19Speaker 3: is there is no drop in revenue sharing on the
- 6:23Speaker 3: horizon either. So if the Cardinals are worried about lower
- 6:28Speaker 3: share of the pie, I don't think that's a thing.
- 6:31Speaker 3: If anything, MLB and players are going to push for
- 6:35Speaker 3: more dollars being spread out because that's what everybody's clamoring
- 6:38Speaker 3: for when it comes to the cap on the floor.
- 6:40Speaker 3: I think they can solve that if they choose to
- 6:43Speaker 3: share more money. I think that number this year was
- 6:45Speaker 3: in between 100 and 120 million. So with the Cardinals'
- 6:48Speaker 3: salary of around 60-something or 70-something, whatever it was, of
- 6:53Speaker 3: just their active roster, I think next year if they're
- 6:56Speaker 3: around that number, they are still going to be well
- 6:59Speaker 3: below the amount of payroll sharing and revenue sharing that
- 7:04Speaker 3: goes around the pie.
- 7:05Speaker 1: All right. My question now is bullpen. The number one
- 7:12Speaker 1: need on this ball club is bullpen. So my question
- 7:15Speaker 1: that they have to face in the off season, regardless
- 7:18Speaker 1: of how much money there is, is where do you
- 7:21Speaker 1: start fixing the bullpen? Right? So if you look at
- 7:25Speaker 1: what they did last year, um, You had Riley O'Brien,
- 7:29Speaker 1: who faded at the end but was an all-star, had
- 7:31Speaker 1: a lot of saves. You figure he's in the mix somewhere.
- 7:35Speaker 1: You have Brule, who was very good out of the bullpen.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I don't think a lot of people saw this coming,
- 7:41Speaker 1: but he was as solid as it got. Gastelum, who
- 7:46Speaker 1: got rocked early until he learned how to pitch sequence
- 7:49Speaker 1: and sort of set up that change-up that you can
- 7:52Speaker 1: see guys have no clue against. And then you have Graceffo,
- 7:56Speaker 1: who was arguably their best guy out of the bullpen,
- 8:00Speaker 1: but who could possibly be a starter? He still wants
- 8:03Speaker 1: to start. So, Lance, the question is, where do you
- 8:06Speaker 1: start with that bullpen fix?
- 8:10Speaker 2: Well, the number one thing is you've got to see
- 8:12Speaker 2: how much money you have to spend. And if you're
- 8:14Speaker 2: trying to put a playoff caliber bullpen, then you've got
- 8:17Speaker 2: to go back in. And when you get back in,
- 8:19Speaker 2: everybody slants forward. So they play a little bit better
- 8:23Speaker 2: because if you have people in the back end that
- 8:25Speaker 2: you can't trust, now they become your middle relievers or
- 8:28Speaker 2: your set up men. And then you have back end
- 8:30Speaker 2: guys to cover what you need to. So if you're
- 8:32Speaker 2: going for it, you need two back end guys and
- 8:34Speaker 2: then everyone else can kind of fill in where they
- 8:36Speaker 2: need to from there. And we all know you can
- 8:41Speaker 2: build a bullpen in the offseason and free agent market.
- 8:44Speaker 2: It's the question is, what are you willing to do?
- 8:46Speaker 2: Are you looking for one for six million, one for eight,
- 8:50Speaker 2: one for twelve? and that's where they're going to have
- 8:53Speaker 2: to make some choices. They got Stanek for one for
- 8:55Speaker 2: three last year. So if you get a couple guys
- 8:57Speaker 2: like that and then splurge for a true setup or
- 9:01Speaker 2: closer type, next thing you know, you just bought three
- 9:05Speaker 2: relievers that you can pencil in from the seventh on
- 9:08Speaker 2: for right around $ 15 million. So that's kind of how
- 9:12Speaker 2: you have to do it and go from there if
- 9:14Speaker 2: you want to do that. Or you can bargain in
- 9:16Speaker 2: and get three or four guys for $ 3 million and
- 9:18Speaker 2: then see where it all shakes out at the end.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I do agree with Lance if depending on what
- 9:26Speaker 3: their plans are, right? I think the pitching side of
- 9:28Speaker 3: things is really going to show the hand here of
- 9:31Speaker 3: the Cardinals. How much they add is going to be
- 9:34Speaker 3: showing to me the level of confidence in the run
- 9:36Speaker 3: that they're going to make. I think if Stanek fit
- 9:38Speaker 3: in down there, which by all accounts seems like he did,
- 9:41Speaker 3: I think he threw the ball well down the stretch.
- 9:43Speaker 3: He also had a couple outings early that really impacted
- 9:46Speaker 3: his numbers from maybe May 1st on. He was really solid.
- 9:51Speaker 3: I think you bring him back. And then one guy
- 9:53Speaker 3: that we didn't talk any about this year, that was
- 9:56Speaker 3: Jim the Big Cat Hayes' favorite guy. coming into the
- 10:00Speaker 3: year is Swanson. I think he's a guy that we
- 10:04Speaker 3: look at and the Cardinals are going to be looking
- 10:06Speaker 3: at how can we get him back to 2025 form
- 10:09Speaker 3: and he becomes one of these back-end guys to help
- 10:12Speaker 3: O'Brien and Soriano and Gaslam and Graceffo if he's down
- 10:15Speaker 3: there and whoever else mixes in. So that's probably what
- 10:19Speaker 3: I would do if they add in another guy, I
- 10:22Speaker 3: think it shows some confidence in what this team can do.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I know you like that, Jim.
- 10:30Speaker 1: First of all, Swanson, I whiffed on that. I still
- 10:32Speaker 1: think there's something there. Maybe they can fix him. You
- 10:35Speaker 1: know what we're going to do? We're going to take
- 10:36Speaker 1: a quick break. We're going to take a quick break,
- 10:39Speaker 1: and we're going to come back, and then we'll see
- 10:42Speaker 1: if we can get the microphone straight.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Look.
- 10:45Speaker 1: This is live-to-tape podcast, right? It's not really live.
- 10:48Speaker 3: No big deal.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Maybe we can fix it out. You're watching Cardinal Territory

- 11:56Speaker 1: Well, we lost Lance Lynn, who's apparently becoming a robot.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And that conversion from Cuban to robotics, not complete. So
- 12:04Speaker 1: next time we see Lance, he might be like encased
- 12:07Speaker 1: in metal or something like that. But we're going to
- 12:09Speaker 1: carry on with Kyle Gibson. Kyle, let me ask you this,
- 12:12Speaker 1: because one of the big questions we've talked about on
- 12:14Speaker 1: this podcast is who gets extended. Now, if the Cardinals,
- 12:20Speaker 1: they have some time now, they're going to try to
- 12:22Speaker 1: figure out who's who in the lineup. They got a
- 12:25Speaker 1: couple of guys who are screaming for extensions. And if
- 12:28Speaker 1: If they figure the money's in the right place, the
- 12:31Speaker 1: two guys you're probably looking at are Burley and Walker.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And I don't know if they're going to go ahead
- 12:39Speaker 1: and do both, but a guy like what? Burley's going
- 12:42Speaker 1: to be a free agent after the 28 seasons. Walker
- 12:46Speaker 1: after the 29 season. Walker's younger than Burley. That might
- 12:50Speaker 1: factor in. Do you think this offseason we see an
- 12:53Speaker 1: extension with one of those guys? And if so, who
- 12:56Speaker 1: do you think is... tops on the priority list at present?
- 13:01Speaker 3: I do not think we see an extension until they
- 13:04Speaker 3: figure out the CBA and what that's going to look like.
- 13:09Speaker 3: And I honestly don't. I think they should be extending people,
- 13:12Speaker 3: but I'm also a former player, so that's probably a
- 13:15Speaker 3: little biased. But I don't believe you're going to see
- 13:18Speaker 3: any extensions until they know that this is the squad
- 13:24Speaker 3: that they're going with. If you get yourself in a
- 13:26Speaker 3: situation where you put extensions out there a little bit
- 13:29Speaker 3: too early and your team is not quite there, well,
- 13:33Speaker 3: then you've locked yourself into players that maybe you don't
- 13:35Speaker 3: necessarily see being there. I believe Jordan Walker and Rosen
- 13:38Speaker 3: will be there. I think it's a good idea. Or
- 13:41Speaker 3: else you're going to be flipping this core after 2028
- 13:45Speaker 3: and trying to find a different group of guys. So
- 13:49Speaker 3: I think that they should be doing it, but I
- 13:51Speaker 3: think they're going to wait until the CBA is up.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Just my opinion.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Do you have another one?
- 13:57Speaker 3: I have one more. I have one more question to
- 14:01Speaker 3: wrap this up. I think that going back to pitching,
- 14:05Speaker 3: because I'm a pitcher, I think regardless of what their
- 14:10Speaker 3: plans are for next year, I think they should be
- 14:13Speaker 3: adding a starter. Whether that's a one-year deal or a
- 14:16Speaker 3: multi-year deal, that is going to be my question for you.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Even if they move Graceffo to the starting rotation, I
- 14:23Speaker 3: think that adds depth, but I think you can't put
- 14:26Speaker 3: yourself in a situation where you have to call up
- 14:28Speaker 3: a guy like Liam Doyle or one of those other guys.
- 14:31Speaker 3: So my question for you, Jim, is if you are
- 14:33Speaker 3: adding starting pitching for this team, are you looking for
- 14:37Speaker 3: that one-year deal similar to a Dustin May? Or if
- 14:40Speaker 3: the right guy is available to add to this core
- 14:43Speaker 3: for four or five years, are you doing that?
- 14:48Speaker 1: I would look at it, but I don't think the
- 14:50Speaker 1: Cardinals will. They've never been a team that likes to
- 14:53Speaker 1: sign pitchers long-term talking about the big fish free agents
- 14:58Speaker 1: because I think pitchers are more likely to get hurt,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and that would really disable your rebuild process. I'm all
- 15:07Speaker 1: for a veteran with a track record and some veteran
- 15:10Speaker 1: guidance coming into that rotation, but I'm looking at what
- 15:13Speaker 1: they have coming back. I think Leahy will take a
- 15:15Speaker 1: step forward. I have no concerns about McGreevy getting better. Palante,
- 15:21Speaker 1: 12 wins, 3-8 ERA heat. He's coming off a really
- 15:25Speaker 1: good season. I think that's a pretty solid core. And
- 15:28Speaker 1: then maybe you have Quinn Matthews in there. Maybe you
- 15:31Speaker 1: have Dobbins in there. As you mentioned, there's young guys
- 15:34Speaker 1: that they could go with like Doyle. I think they
- 15:38Speaker 1: have options. Would I like to see a veteran with
- 15:41Speaker 1: a track record and some leadership ability in the rotation?
- 15:45Speaker 4: Yes.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I just don't see them going after a big ticket
- 15:48Speaker 1: free agent pitcher. just because even in the past where
- 15:51Speaker 1: they weren't talking about a rebuild, they didn't necessarily jump
- 15:57Speaker 1: deep into that pool. I can remember a couple of
- 15:59Speaker 1: times they were in on guys, but they didn't end
- 16:02Speaker 1: up really in the big fish. So I'm going to say,
- 16:05Speaker 1: especially based on the performance of the core of that
- 16:08Speaker 1: starting rotation, I'm not so sure that they're going to
- 16:12Speaker 1: go ahead and risk that with a big ticket guy,
- 16:16Speaker 1: because I think what they have coming back, is something
- 16:19Speaker 1: you can build on with the addition of maybe a
- 16:21Speaker 1: one-year guy, maybe a two-year guy, something I think they'd
- 16:24Speaker 1: be more interested in. Do you agree or not agree?
- 16:27Speaker 1: And then I have one more as I try to
- 16:29Speaker 1: extend our time with you, if I can.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I do agree with you. I do agree with you.
- 16:37Speaker 3: I also think that starting pitching injuries can derail a
- 16:41Speaker 3: season if you fail to have enough depth. If you're
- 16:44Speaker 3: forced to use a starter that you don't necessarily believe
- 16:48Speaker 3: is ready or can provide the length, then yeah, you're
- 16:51Speaker 3: going to have issues. I understand that we talk about
- 16:54Speaker 3: the Dodgers a lot and their wealth of depth, but
- 16:59Speaker 3: one thing that they have done is they have made
- 17:02Speaker 3: sure they have starting pitching depth because they realize that
- 17:06Speaker 3: with all the money that they've spent on offense, if
- 17:08Speaker 3: they do not have starting pitching, they can quickly become
- 17:12Speaker 3: the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim with Mike Trout and
- 17:14Speaker 3: Shohei Otani. A good offense and no starting pitching. So
- 17:18Speaker 3: I believe that this to me is going to be
- 17:23Speaker 3: another sign of what is Heim going to do. If
- 17:25Speaker 3: he brings in a couple starters, I think he's saying
- 17:28Speaker 3: we're setting us up for depth and quality to add
- 17:31Speaker 3: to the quality we have. If they bring in one,
- 17:34Speaker 3: I think it's, all right, we're going to see what
- 17:36Speaker 3: these guys are one more year down the road. We
- 17:38Speaker 3: still have three years control of most of them. So
- 17:41Speaker 3: then let's really see who we are going to supplement with.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Because at some point, unless they hit on all these
- 17:47Speaker 3: guys and one or two of them become a strikeout pitcher,
- 17:51Speaker 3: as Lance has alluded to, I don't think you have
- 17:54Speaker 3: that top-of-the-line number one ace that can go out and
- 17:57Speaker 3: win you game one of a series and make sure
- 17:59Speaker 3: that you take the lead in the series, which I
- 18:01Speaker 3: think we're seeing in the playoffs. That's a pretty important deal.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I think they have guards like Jerpy, Sinja, another guy
- 18:07Speaker 1: that has been talked about with a lot of upside.
- 18:11Speaker 1: So they have guys that they like, but it really
- 18:13Speaker 1: depends on how they see their future and when the
- 18:17Speaker 1: future starts, right? Correct.
- 18:19Speaker 3: When that future starts is the question.
- 18:22Speaker 1: That's what they're trying to figure out. Last thing, then
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm going to let you go. Third base is another one, right?
- 18:29Speaker 1: Blaze Jordan, look good at third. I think he's better
- 18:32Speaker 1: defensively than people gave him credit for, to me. because
- 18:36Speaker 1: he looks, I mean this in a good way, he's
- 18:39Speaker 1: a big guy, sort of like has a softball feel,
- 18:41Speaker 1: but he's a better hitter than that. He goes the
- 18:43Speaker 1: other way. And if you hit. 250 in your first
- 18:46Speaker 1: taste of the big league, he got hurt, so that
- 18:49Speaker 1: cut off his season, but your first taste of the
- 18:51Speaker 1: big leagues, you hit. 250, says you can handle it,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and he's pretty good defensively. He's one guy. And then
- 18:57Speaker 1: the other guy is Sejasi, who really got hot at
- 19:02Speaker 1: the end of the season. Struggled a bit when they
- 19:05Speaker 1: sent him back down to AAA, came up and started
- 19:07Speaker 1: hitting again, and he seemed defensively fine at third base.
- 19:11Speaker 1: So I think those are two guys I have a
- 19:13Speaker 1: feeling they might roll with one of those guys.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Sags is a ball player, man, and he can play
- 19:19Speaker 3: anywhere around the field. You know, Blaise Jordan, I think
- 19:22Speaker 3: there's still uncertainty. Obviously, he had a good start. And
- 19:26Speaker 3: a good first season up there, you know, that was
- 19:27Speaker 3: shortened by injury. But, you know, we will kind of
- 19:29Speaker 3: see what happens there. But I think Sejaisi has a
- 19:32Speaker 3: chance to probably, you know, take that for right now.
- 19:36Speaker 3: And I'd be surprised if Ramon Urias isn't back to help,
- 19:39Speaker 3: you know, add some stability there at two of those
- 19:41Speaker 3: three positions, second and third base. So um it's another
- 19:45Speaker 3: position that i don't see them adding a bigger bat
- 19:48Speaker 3: um which in my mind for this lineup is probably
- 19:51Speaker 3: what they need but i don't see them doing that
- 19:54Speaker 3: um until they figure out when it's time to go
- 19:56Speaker 3: for it you know they're going to look at the
- 19:58Speaker 3: guys that are available but until they think it's time
- 20:00Speaker 3: to go for it that's going to be uh you
- 20:02Speaker 3: know who do we have to fill this gap.
- 20:05Speaker 1: All right uh that's going to do it for this
- 20:06Speaker 1: edition we hope lance is okay because he did suddenly
- 20:10Speaker 1: transform into a guy. And he's sitting there on a
- 20:13Speaker 1: chase lounge, and he still called it. He's the best. Kyle,
- 20:17Speaker 1: you're also the best. We appreciate it. That's going to
- 20:20Speaker 1: do it for this edition of Cardinal Territory. We'll see
- 20:23Speaker 1: you next time. Hopefully that episode won't suck.
