And here, [5] 00:00:11.860 --> 00:00:13.200 gifted souls step up to the mic [6] 00:00:13.700 --> 00:00:14.680 sharing their spiritual journey. [7] 00:00:15.180 --> 00:00:16.400 We're hitting the high notes and [8] 00:00:16.900 --> 00:00:17.440 the low notes of their [9] 00:00:17.940 --> 00:00:19.360 awakening, creating a symphony [10] 00:00:19.860 --> 00:00:21.240 of enlightenment. This isn't [11] 00:00:21.740 --> 00:00:22.480 just another interview show. [12] 00:00:22.980 --> 00:00:24.120 This is where divine insights [13] 00:00:24.620 --> 00:00:25.840 are channeled and universal [14] 00:00:26.340 --> 00:00:28.360 truths are revealed. So crank up [15] 00:00:28.860 --> 00:00:29.840 your stereo and sit back, [16] 00:00:30.340 --> 00:00:31.360 because who knows, this just [18] 00:00:33.480 --> 00:00:34.620 transformative chapter of your [19] 00:00:35.120 --> 00:00:36.620 soul's purpose. Are you ready? [20] 00:00:37.100 --> 00:00:40.740 Let's go. This is the Drop [21] 00:00:41.240 --> 00:00:42.140 the Needle Podcast and I'm Jim [22] 00:00:42.640 --> 00:00:45.660 Alstatt. My guest today was a [23] 00:00:46.160 --> 00:00:49.020 committed atheist until two near [24] 00:00:49.520 --> 00:00:50.500 death experiences cracked the [25] 00:00:51.000 --> 00:00:52.780 world wide open. She went to [26] 00:00:53.280 --> 00:00:56.180 Medical School at 54, trained as [27] 00:00:56.680 --> 00:00:57.780 an evidential medium in England, [28] 00:00:58.280 --> 00:00:59.980 and now helps people heal wounds [29] 00:01:00.140 --> 00:01:02.890 they inherited, but never earn [30] 00:01:03.450 --> 00:01:04.970 the bridge between science and [31] 00:01:05.470 --> 00:01:06.890 soul walking and talking. [32] 00:01:07.690 --> 00:01:10.410 [33] 00:01:10.910 --> 00:01:13.130 Valentin. Welcome, Lottie. Oh, [34] 00:01:13.630 --> 00:01:14.330 thank you, Jim. It's such a [35] 00:01:14.830 --> 00:01:16.250 pleasure to be here. You know, [36] 00:01:16.490 --> 00:01:20.090 I am beyond excited to have you [37] 00:01:20.330 --> 00:01:23.290 on, I really am, because you and [38] 00:01:23.790 --> 00:01:25.890 I had an opportunity to speak [39] 00:01:26.390 --> 00:01:27.490 beforehand, which I normally do [40] 00:01:27.990 --> 00:01:29.810 with all of the guests, to do a [41] 00:01:30.310 --> 00:01:31.850 pre show call just to see if we [42] 00:01:32.330 --> 00:01:34.270 vibe and all that good stuff. [43] 00:01:34.770 --> 00:01:36.950 But one step further. We went [44] 00:01:37.450 --> 00:01:39.990 one step further and I was [45] 00:01:40.490 --> 00:01:42.430 actually able to have an [46] 00:01:42.930 --> 00:01:43.790 ancestral healing session with [47] 00:01:44.290 --> 00:01:44.790 you, which we'll talk about [49] 00:01:48.810 --> 00:01:49.910 find that pretty interesting. [50] 00:01:50.550 --> 00:01:54.070 But now, Dr. Laddi, can you do [51] 00:01:54.550 --> 00:01:56.390 me a favor? And everyone else, [52] 00:01:56.550 --> 00:01:58.390 can you take a moment and let [53] 00:01:58.890 --> 00:01:59.830 people get to know you a bit, [54] 00:02:00.550 --> 00:02:03.110 give us your background. Yes, [55] 00:02:04.070 --> 00:02:05.830 I was actually born and raised [56] 00:02:06.330 --> 00:02:07.470 in Europe, in northern Europe, [57] 00:02:07.970 --> 00:02:08.910 in Sweden, which is part of [58] 00:02:09.410 --> 00:02:10.830 Scandinavia. So you got Norway, [59] 00:02:11.330 --> 00:02:12.830 Sweden, Finland, and people [60] 00:02:13.330 --> 00:02:13.870 often confuse it with [61] 00:02:14.370 --> 00:02:15.470 Switzerland and the Alps. But [62] 00:02:15.970 --> 00:02:17.550 Sweden is further north. So [63] 00:02:18.050 --> 00:02:19.750 think reindeer and polar bears. [65] 00:02:21.570 --> 00:02:24.750 Circle. Oh, okay, ok. We do have [66] 00:02:25.250 --> 00:02:26.110 reindeer, you know, Santa's [67] 00:02:26.610 --> 00:02:27.430 reindeer. They actually, [68] 00:02:27.990 --> 00:02:29.550 they're reindeer herders in the [69] 00:02:30.050 --> 00:02:31.680 northern part of Sweden. Okay, [70] 00:02:31.840 --> 00:02:33.680 right. So very different. I grew [71] 00:02:34.180 --> 00:02:35.880 up in Stockholm, which is more [72] 00:02:36.380 --> 00:02:37.840 in the middle or a little bit [73] 00:02:37.920 --> 00:02:39.960 further south in the middle in [74] 00:02:40.460 --> 00:02:41.520 the capital or in the suburb of [75] 00:02:42.020 --> 00:02:44.160 the capital. And back when I [76] 00:02:44.660 --> 00:02:46.320 grew up in the 1960s and 70s, [77] 00:02:46.960 --> 00:02:48.920 the state and the church had not [78] 00:02:49.420 --> 00:02:51.000 yet separated. So if you were [79] 00:02:51.500 --> 00:02:52.680 [80] 00:02:53.180 --> 00:02:54.960 born 1958, you were [81] 00:02:55.460 --> 00:02:56.760 automatically a Lutheran. And if [82] 00:02:57.260 --> 00:02:57.680 you didn't want to be a [83] 00:02:58.180 --> 00:02:59.360 Lutheran, you would have to tell [84] 00:02:59.860 --> 00:03:00.960 somebody. So you were [85] 00:03:01.460 --> 00:03:02.640 automatically a Lutheran. And [86] 00:03:02.940 --> 00:03:04.900 when we needed a passport, we [87] 00:03:05.400 --> 00:03:06.940 went to the Church to get. Oh, [88] 00:03:07.440 --> 00:03:10.100 really? Yes. Wow. And I think it [89] 00:03:10.600 --> 00:03:12.500 was during the 70s when I was [90] 00:03:13.000 --> 00:03:13.900 like, junior high, high school, [91] 00:03:14.060 --> 00:03:15.620 the church and the state finally [92] 00:03:16.120 --> 00:03:19.660 separated, and I met my American [93] 00:03:20.540 --> 00:03:21.940 husband in high school. He was [94] 00:03:22.440 --> 00:03:23.340 an exchange student in my high [96] 00:03:25.980 --> 00:03:28.180 And then I got married and I [97] 00:03:28.680 --> 00:03:30.310 moved to the United States in [98] 00:03:30.810 --> 00:03:33.990 1979, and he had one year left [99] 00:03:34.070 --> 00:03:36.150 at Boston University. And I [100] 00:03:36.650 --> 00:03:38.430 worked as a secretary at the [101] 00:03:38.930 --> 00:03:39.790 biomedical engineering [102] 00:03:40.290 --> 00:03:42.150 department at Boston University [103] 00:03:43.110 --> 00:03:45.709 when we came here. And then the [104] 00:03:46.209 --> 00:03:47.750 professors there convinced me [105] 00:03:48.250 --> 00:03:49.070 that I should transfer from [106] 00:03:49.570 --> 00:03:50.790 Stockholm's university in Sweden [107] 00:03:50.870 --> 00:03:52.550 to Boston University, and they [108] 00:03:53.050 --> 00:03:53.790 really wanted me to study [109] 00:03:54.290 --> 00:03:55.430 engineering. They said, you have [110] 00:03:55.930 --> 00:03:56.430 a knack for this. You know, [112] 00:03:58.610 --> 00:03:59.230 know, you should study computer [113] 00:03:59.730 --> 00:04:01.450 science. I said to myself, I [114] 00:04:01.950 --> 00:04:05.330 just can't do that. I said, no, [115] 00:04:05.830 --> 00:04:07.250 I'll do business. Because [116] 00:04:07.650 --> 00:04:09.570 growing up in Sweden, we major [117] 00:04:09.810 --> 00:04:12.170 in high school. And so if you're [118] 00:04:12.670 --> 00:04:13.970 going to be a doctor or a nurse, [119] 00:04:14.470 --> 00:04:15.929 you go the science line in high [120] 00:04:16.429 --> 00:04:17.890 school. And so we go from high [121] 00:04:18.390 --> 00:04:19.610 school straight into nursing, [122] 00:04:20.110 --> 00:04:21.010 straight into medical school, [123] 00:04:21.330 --> 00:04:22.770 straight into study to be a [124] 00:04:23.270 --> 00:04:24.130 lawyer. We don't have that four [125] 00:04:24.630 --> 00:04:26.170 years because we do those years [126] 00:04:26.670 --> 00:04:28.570 [127] 00:04:29.070 --> 00:04:30.090 it's set up is three years of [128] 00:04:30.590 --> 00:04:31.450 junior high and three years of [129] 00:04:31.950 --> 00:04:34.790 high school. Okay. So back then, [130] 00:04:35.290 --> 00:04:36.070 all my teachers said I was very [131] 00:04:36.570 --> 00:04:37.230 good, you know, in chemistry and [132] 00:04:37.730 --> 00:04:38.550 physics and all of that. And we [133] 00:04:39.050 --> 00:04:40.030 do a lot of that in junior high. [134] 00:04:40.350 --> 00:04:41.670 And they said, oh, you should go [135] 00:04:42.170 --> 00:04:43.430 the science line. And I said to [136] 00:04:43.930 --> 00:04:45.230 myself, again, I can't do that. [137] 00:04:46.190 --> 00:04:47.310 I'm not gonna have. I'm not [138] 00:04:47.810 --> 00:04:49.030 gonna meet anybody. They know [139] 00:04:49.530 --> 00:04:50.950 they're all very nerdy. And I [140] 00:04:51.450 --> 00:04:52.430 wanted to be in the popular [141] 00:04:52.930 --> 00:04:54.230 group. I mean, you're 14, 15 [143] 00:04:56.130 --> 00:04:57.550 these decisions. So I made [144] 00:04:57.790 --> 00:05:00.270 decisions as a teenager. Wow. [145] 00:05:00.720 --> 00:05:03.480 Yes. And so I said, no, I'm [146] 00:05:03.980 --> 00:05:04.760 going to major in languages and [147] 00:05:05.260 --> 00:05:06.040 business. So I majored in [148] 00:05:06.540 --> 00:05:07.200 languages and business in high [149] 00:05:07.700 --> 00:05:08.920 school. So then here I am at [150] 00:05:09.420 --> 00:05:10.640 Boston University working as a [151] 00:05:10.720 --> 00:05:12.080 biomedical engineering [152] 00:05:12.580 --> 00:05:13.960 departmental secretary, typing [153] 00:05:14.460 --> 00:05:16.120 research papers on not [154] 00:05:16.620 --> 00:05:19.360 computers, but typewriters back [155] 00:05:19.860 --> 00:05:21.280 then. And I had no idea what I [156] 00:05:21.780 --> 00:05:22.320 was typing because they were all [157] 00:05:22.820 --> 00:05:23.800 science words. And you don't [159] 00:05:25.580 --> 00:05:26.920 know, school English. You learn [160] 00:05:27.420 --> 00:05:28.240 conversational English. So [161] 00:05:28.480 --> 00:05:29.920 every. All the words were just. [162] 00:05:30.420 --> 00:05:32.120 I was just letters. I had no [163] 00:05:32.620 --> 00:05:33.340 idea. Idea what I was typing [164] 00:05:33.840 --> 00:05:35.860 sometimes. Anyway, so I decided [165] 00:05:36.360 --> 00:05:36.860 to major in business and [166] 00:05:37.360 --> 00:05:39.580 computer science. And out of [167] 00:05:40.080 --> 00:05:42.620 college, I was working for IBM [168] 00:05:43.120 --> 00:05:44.220 in Westchester County, New York, [169] 00:05:44.620 --> 00:05:45.940 for the America Far East [170] 00:05:46.440 --> 00:05:47.740 Corporation headquarters in [171] 00:05:48.240 --> 00:05:51.380 Tarrytown. New York. And then I [172] 00:05:51.880 --> 00:05:52.900 started having kids and my [173] 00:05:53.400 --> 00:05:54.580 [174] 00:05:55.080 --> 00:05:56.860 California, and so I took a [175] 00:05:57.360 --> 00:05:58.140 leave of absence and eventually [176] 00:05:58.640 --> 00:05:59.540 I ended up having to leave IBM [177] 00:06:00.040 --> 00:06:00.700 because then I had another child [178] 00:06:01.310 --> 00:06:02.910 and then I had a third child, [179] 00:06:03.550 --> 00:06:05.750 and we were living in Southern [180] 00:06:06.250 --> 00:06:07.830 California, and this is where my [181] 00:06:08.330 --> 00:06:10.470 life really took a turn. So [182] 00:06:10.970 --> 00:06:12.070 growing up in that Swedish [183] 00:06:12.570 --> 00:06:14.510 society, I was confirmed when I [184] 00:06:15.010 --> 00:06:16.190 was 14 with, you know, a lot of [185] 00:06:16.690 --> 00:06:18.470 my friends. It was kind of more, [186] 00:06:18.970 --> 00:06:19.750 you know, tradition, this is [187] 00:06:20.250 --> 00:06:21.910 what you do kind of thing. And I [188] 00:06:22.410 --> 00:06:24.030 had no belief system. And it's [190] 00:06:26.370 --> 00:06:27.840 physician and he grew up going [191] 00:06:28.340 --> 00:06:29.200 to Sunday school since he was [192] 00:06:29.700 --> 00:06:30.600 three years old. I mean, he knew [193] 00:06:31.100 --> 00:06:31.800 the Bible backwards and forward. [194] 00:06:32.680 --> 00:06:34.600 And he said, no, I am not going [195] 00:06:35.100 --> 00:06:36.200 to push that on my own children [196] 00:06:37.240 --> 00:06:38.400 for whatever reason. And he [197] 00:06:38.900 --> 00:06:39.600 said, when you grow up, you [198] 00:06:40.100 --> 00:06:41.120 decide what religion is right [199] 00:06:41.620 --> 00:06:43.960 for you. And that's how I grew [200] 00:06:44.460 --> 00:06:45.200 up. So I was never forced to go [201] 00:06:45.700 --> 00:06:46.240 to church, though I was [202] 00:06:46.740 --> 00:06:49.480 confirmed. And then my life took [203] 00:06:49.980 --> 00:06:51.600 a turn after I had my third [204] 00:06:52.100 --> 00:06:53.320 child and had my first near [206] 00:06:57.520 --> 00:06:58.740 so we're gonna, we're gonna [207] 00:06:59.240 --> 00:07:02.340 drill down into some of those [208] 00:07:02.420 --> 00:07:05.020 here in, in just a moment. And [209] 00:07:05.520 --> 00:07:06.300 when we start asking some [210] 00:07:06.800 --> 00:07:07.420 questions, and I hope you don't [211] 00:07:07.920 --> 00:07:10.539 mind. Yeah. Because that's [212] 00:07:11.039 --> 00:07:12.940 something that I have found to [213] 00:07:13.440 --> 00:07:15.500 be a common thread with a lot of [214] 00:07:16.000 --> 00:07:18.820 people's gifts opening up. [215] 00:07:18.900 --> 00:07:22.720 Right. And I'd like [216] 00:07:23.220 --> 00:07:26.880 to, and I'm sure you've talked [217] 00:07:27.380 --> 00:07:29.240 about this over and over again [218] 00:07:30.040 --> 00:07:33.720 to ad nauseam, but can you maybe [219] 00:07:35.080 --> 00:07:38.600 explain to people what it was [220] 00:07:39.100 --> 00:07:40.440 [221] 00:07:40.520 --> 00:07:43.560 else that was going on with [222] 00:07:44.060 --> 00:07:45.360 that? Yeah. So I was [223] 00:07:45.860 --> 00:07:47.320 hemorrhaging after I gave birth [224] 00:07:48.390 --> 00:07:50.590 to my daughter, and I [225] 00:07:51.090 --> 00:07:51.790 hemorrhaged after birth. And [226] 00:07:52.290 --> 00:07:53.270 then I hemorrhaged 10 days [227] 00:07:53.770 --> 00:07:55.030 later, 11 days later, 12 days [228] 00:07:55.530 --> 00:07:56.710 later, and I went to the ER. [229] 00:07:57.210 --> 00:07:58.030 They sent me home. I went to the [230] 00:07:58.530 --> 00:07:59.230 doctor, they sent me home. This [231] 00:07:59.730 --> 00:08:01.750 is 1992. And I ended back up in [232] 00:08:02.250 --> 00:08:04.670 the ER, and, you know, I had [233] 00:08:05.170 --> 00:08:05.910 lost so much blood by now [234] 00:08:06.410 --> 00:08:07.030 because it's like the third day [235] 00:08:07.530 --> 00:08:09.910 of hemorrhaging in a row. And as [237] 00:08:12.530 --> 00:08:14.350 ER and I can hear the room [238] 00:08:14.850 --> 00:08:15.750 filling with people, I got a [239] 00:08:16.250 --> 00:08:17.070 nurse on my right quoting my [240] 00:08:17.570 --> 00:08:18.710 blood pressure. I got a nurse on [241] 00:08:19.210 --> 00:08:20.270 my left trying to place an iv, [242] 00:08:20.770 --> 00:08:21.670 but I'm not going into shock, [243] 00:08:22.170 --> 00:08:23.510 so your veins collapse, so it [244] 00:08:24.010 --> 00:08:24.830 makes it really hard to access [245] 00:08:25.330 --> 00:08:27.110 your veins. So here I am on this [246] 00:08:27.610 --> 00:08:29.630 table, and to me, it just felt [247] 00:08:30.130 --> 00:08:31.750 like I jumped out of an airplane [248] 00:08:32.250 --> 00:08:33.470 without a parachute. I'm just [249] 00:08:33.970 --> 00:08:34.950 like feeling like I'm falling [250] 00:08:35.450 --> 00:08:36.790 through space. And it's probably [251] 00:08:37.290 --> 00:08:38.310 my blood pressure right as this [253] 00:08:41.690 --> 00:08:43.550 nurse on my right yells out, 50 [254] 00:08:44.050 --> 00:08:46.320 over 15. Hurry. And that's my [255] 00:08:46.820 --> 00:08:47.560 blood pressure. And I keep [256] 00:08:48.120 --> 00:08:50.800 feeling like I'm falling. And [257] 00:08:51.300 --> 00:08:52.160 I'm thinking, I'm lying on this [258] 00:08:52.660 --> 00:08:52.960 table thinking, you know, [259] 00:08:53.460 --> 00:08:55.160 what's taking her so long? And [260] 00:08:55.660 --> 00:08:57.840 then I realized at that moment, [261] 00:08:58.340 --> 00:09:00.200 I realized that I was dying. [262] 00:09:00.360 --> 00:09:01.960 And it was very different from [263] 00:09:02.360 --> 00:09:03.920 giving birth because I gave [264] 00:09:04.420 --> 00:09:05.600 birth in the middle of the [265] 00:09:06.100 --> 00:09:07.640 Landers quake, which was a 7.4 [266] 00:09:08.140 --> 00:09:09.400 earthquake and a 7.2 earthquake. [267] 00:09:09.560 --> 00:09:11.560 [268] 00:09:11.720 --> 00:09:14.280 the two, the 7.4 and the 7.2. [269] 00:09:14.440 --> 00:09:15.920 So we lost all the power in the [270] 00:09:16.420 --> 00:09:17.860 hospital. Uh, it was one of [271] 00:09:18.360 --> 00:09:19.140 those moments in my life when I [272] 00:09:19.640 --> 00:09:21.420 thought I was going to die. And [273] 00:09:21.920 --> 00:09:22.340 this was a very different [274] 00:09:22.840 --> 00:09:24.420 experience because I knew that I [275] 00:09:24.920 --> 00:09:25.620 was dying, right? A lot of times [276] 00:09:26.120 --> 00:09:26.860 we're driving on a freeway, [277] 00:09:27.360 --> 00:09:28.180 somebody cuts us off, and we're [278] 00:09:28.680 --> 00:09:29.620 like, this is it. I almost died. [279] 00:09:30.020 --> 00:09:32.340 Right? My life is over. Yeah, [280] 00:09:32.840 --> 00:09:34.260 right. You're all you. You come [281] 00:09:34.340 --> 00:09:37.140 so close. But this was a [282] 00:09:37.640 --> 00:09:38.220 different experience because I, [284] 00:09:40.120 --> 00:09:41.220 was dying. And the complete [285] 00:09:41.720 --> 00:09:42.900 atheist that I was at the time [286] 00:09:43.400 --> 00:09:44.780 did not believe in anything. It [287] 00:09:45.280 --> 00:09:47.320 was very black and white. My dad [288] 00:09:47.820 --> 00:09:48.400 was a physician, very [289] 00:09:48.900 --> 00:09:50.720 scientific. You can't prove it, [290] 00:09:51.200 --> 00:09:52.880 then it doesn't exist, right? [291] 00:09:53.380 --> 00:09:55.960 It doesn't exist. So here I am, [292] 00:09:56.460 --> 00:09:57.480 the atheist on the table in the [293] 00:09:57.980 --> 00:09:59.360 er. So what do I do? I pray to [294] 00:09:59.860 --> 00:10:01.360 God to save my life. I said, [295] 00:10:01.520 --> 00:10:03.080 well, if there is any. If [296] 00:10:03.580 --> 00:10:04.680 there's any truth in what they [297] 00:10:05.180 --> 00:10:06.680 taught me when I was 14, this is [298] 00:10:07.180 --> 00:10:08.840 all I have at this moment. And [300] 00:10:10.860 --> 00:10:12.080 me live. I have three children [301] 00:10:12.580 --> 00:10:13.640 under the age of six. I had a [302] 00:10:14.140 --> 00:10:14.800 six year old boy, a three and a [303] 00:10:15.300 --> 00:10:16.200 half year old boy, and a newborn [304] 00:10:16.700 --> 00:10:18.500 baby girl. And as soon as I said [305] 00:10:19.000 --> 00:10:19.780 that, I got pulled out of my [306] 00:10:20.280 --> 00:10:22.940 body. And, you know, the first [307] 00:10:23.440 --> 00:10:25.060 thought was, how can I be [308] 00:10:25.560 --> 00:10:27.180 outside my body and still be me? [309] 00:10:27.500 --> 00:10:29.660 How does this work? Because my [310] 00:10:29.900 --> 00:10:31.900 I. My whole belief system was, [311] 00:10:32.140 --> 00:10:34.980 you die, it's black, you're [312] 00:10:35.480 --> 00:10:36.700 gone, you don't exist anymore. [313] 00:10:36.780 --> 00:10:38.420 And here I am outside my body. [314] 00:10:38.920 --> 00:10:39.700 [315] 00:10:40.200 --> 00:10:41.020 and I'm floating here in space, [316] 00:10:41.660 --> 00:10:43.980 and I'm still me. I'm still [317] 00:10:44.220 --> 00:10:46.060 thinking. I'm still the same. [318] 00:10:46.460 --> 00:10:48.500 The way I feel right now in my [319] 00:10:49.000 --> 00:10:50.720 body, I'm outside my body, but [320] 00:10:51.220 --> 00:10:52.680 I'm still the same Person, did [321] 00:10:53.180 --> 00:10:54.880 you see yourself? Were you able [322] 00:10:55.380 --> 00:10:56.680 to see yourself? Like, I have no [323] 00:10:57.180 --> 00:10:58.200 memory of seeing myself, just [324] 00:10:58.700 --> 00:10:59.960 knowing my body is below me. [325] 00:11:00.120 --> 00:11:03.240 Okay, but in this state, there [326] 00:11:03.320 --> 00:11:05.039 you have access to time and [327] 00:11:05.539 --> 00:11:06.480 there was no time. It drove me [328] 00:11:06.980 --> 00:11:08.520 crazy for years. There was no [329] 00:11:09.020 --> 00:11:10.040 past, no present, no future. It [331] 00:11:13.000 --> 00:11:14.160 you know, you could access the [332] 00:11:14.660 --> 00:11:15.200 past and the future and the [333] 00:11:15.700 --> 00:11:17.520 present all at the same time. I [334] 00:11:18.020 --> 00:11:18.680 searched the library, the San [335] 00:11:19.180 --> 00:11:20.560 Francisco Public Library, for [336] 00:11:21.060 --> 00:11:21.840 anything that could tell me, [337] 00:11:22.000 --> 00:11:23.520 why is there no time on the [338] 00:11:24.020 --> 00:11:25.960 other side? So anyway, there is [339] 00:11:26.460 --> 00:11:27.800 just. You're completely, you [340] 00:11:28.300 --> 00:11:29.160 know, you're at peace. It's [341] 00:11:29.660 --> 00:11:30.600 just, you know, unconditional [342] 00:11:31.100 --> 00:11:31.920 love and peace. You're not [343] 00:11:32.420 --> 00:11:34.520 worried anymore about, you know, [344] 00:11:35.020 --> 00:11:35.560 oh my, you know, oh my gosh, [345] 00:11:36.060 --> 00:11:36.880 you know, my kids and how are [347] 00:11:38.700 --> 00:11:40.600 mom? It's just gone. You're just [348] 00:11:41.100 --> 00:11:42.000 in this peace state. Wow. I'm [349] 00:11:42.500 --> 00:11:43.760 outside my body. How can I, [350] 00:11:44.260 --> 00:11:46.120 how, how can I be me? Why am I, [351] 00:11:46.620 --> 00:11:48.080 how does this work? Right? So [352] 00:11:48.580 --> 00:11:50.140 it's, you lose all those [353] 00:11:50.220 --> 00:11:53.020 worries. And then luckily they [354] 00:11:53.520 --> 00:11:55.180 saved me. I got pulled back into [355] 00:11:55.680 --> 00:11:56.220 my body. And then the next [356] 00:11:56.720 --> 00:11:57.740 morning as I'm in the hospital [357] 00:11:58.860 --> 00:12:00.580 and I'm thinking, I'm trying to [358] 00:12:01.080 --> 00:12:02.620 come to terms with how could I [359] 00:12:03.120 --> 00:12:03.540 be outside myself? What just [360] 00:12:04.040 --> 00:12:05.420 happened? What just happened? [361] 00:12:05.740 --> 00:12:07.420 [362] 00:12:07.920 --> 00:12:09.580 hallucination? You come close to [363] 00:12:10.080 --> 00:12:11.740 death and then now we know it's [364] 00:12:12.240 --> 00:12:13.140 not a hallucination. They're [365] 00:12:13.640 --> 00:12:14.860 doing a lot of research on this, [366] 00:12:15.660 --> 00:12:18.040 so. But this is 1992, and I [367] 00:12:18.540 --> 00:12:19.480 don't know anything about near [368] 00:12:19.980 --> 00:12:20.880 death experiences. I have no [369] 00:12:21.380 --> 00:12:22.240 spiritual experience. I don't [370] 00:12:22.740 --> 00:12:23.240 believe in angels. I don't [371] 00:12:23.740 --> 00:12:24.360 believe in the afterlife. I [372] 00:12:24.860 --> 00:12:25.200 don't believe in the spirit [373] 00:12:25.700 --> 00:12:27.200 world. It was not part of my [374] 00:12:27.700 --> 00:12:29.000 belief system. And here I am, [375] 00:12:29.500 --> 00:12:31.360 and now I hear my sister in law [376] 00:12:31.860 --> 00:12:33.320 talking to me. And she had just [378] 00:12:34.900 --> 00:12:36.440 earlier from cancer. And she [379] 00:12:36.940 --> 00:12:37.920 says, everything is going to be [380] 00:12:38.420 --> 00:12:40.840 okay. And I'm like, yesterday I [381] 00:12:41.340 --> 00:12:42.760 was outside my body. Now I hear [382] 00:12:43.260 --> 00:12:44.360 my sister in law talking to me. [383] 00:12:44.900 --> 00:12:46.300 I mean, you know, am I going [384] 00:12:46.800 --> 00:12:47.740 crazy? I can't tell anybody [385] 00:12:48.240 --> 00:12:48.700 because they're going to lock me [386] 00:12:49.200 --> 00:12:50.580 up in the psych ward, right? [387] 00:12:51.700 --> 00:12:53.100 And then they sent this very [388] 00:12:53.600 --> 00:12:54.820 nice Norwegian nurse because [389] 00:12:55.320 --> 00:12:56.140 they figured I was going to bond [390] 00:12:56.640 --> 00:13:00.260 with her. Oh, yeah. She goes, [391] 00:13:00.980 --> 00:13:03.140 did anything unusual happen in [392] 00:13:03.640 --> 00:13:05.700 the ER yesterday? And I knew [394] 00:13:07.680 --> 00:13:08.420 was referring to. And she [395] 00:13:08.500 --> 00:13:09.980 probably had knowledge about [396] 00:13:10.480 --> 00:13:11.900 near death experiences. And she, [397] 00:13:12.400 --> 00:13:13.060 she might even have been there. [398] 00:13:13.760 --> 00:13:15.520 And I just said, no, no, [399] 00:13:16.020 --> 00:13:18.080 nothing. Happened. Oh, wow. [400] 00:13:18.160 --> 00:13:20.040 Yeah. I was petrified that if I [401] 00:13:20.540 --> 00:13:20.960 said something, they were going [402] 00:13:21.460 --> 00:13:23.880 to lock me up. So then my mother [403] 00:13:24.380 --> 00:13:25.320 in law came. My parents changed [404] 00:13:25.820 --> 00:13:26.200 their tickets, you know, [405] 00:13:26.700 --> 00:13:27.960 several times back home to [406] 00:13:28.460 --> 00:13:30.120 Sweden. And my mother in law [407] 00:13:30.620 --> 00:13:32.120 came and she said, tell me what [408] 00:13:32.620 --> 00:13:33.320 [409] 00:13:33.820 --> 00:13:34.400 could tell something was not [410] 00:13:34.900 --> 00:13:35.520 right. And I hadn't even told. [411] 00:13:36.020 --> 00:13:37.280 I didn't even tell my parents at [412] 00:13:37.780 --> 00:13:39.240 that point because I knew my dad [413] 00:13:39.740 --> 00:13:41.470 was so scientific and I couldn't [414] 00:13:41.970 --> 00:13:42.870 wrap my head around it. And I [415] 00:13:43.370 --> 00:13:44.590 was also really sick because I [416] 00:13:45.090 --> 00:13:46.830 had lost so much blood and they [417] 00:13:47.330 --> 00:13:47.910 were going to give me blood in [418] 00:13:48.410 --> 00:13:48.950 the hospital. That was the first [419] 00:13:49.450 --> 00:13:50.150 thing they said. And I pleaded [420] 00:13:50.650 --> 00:13:51.950 with the doctor and I said, do [421] 00:13:52.450 --> 00:13:53.110 you have to give me blood? I [422] 00:13:53.610 --> 00:13:54.110 have three children under the [423] 00:13:54.610 --> 00:13:56.470 age of six. And it was in 1992 [425] 00:13:59.130 --> 00:14:00.070 been given blood transfusions [426] 00:14:00.230 --> 00:14:01.670 then found out they had aids. [427] 00:14:01.750 --> 00:14:04.270 Aids, yes. So it was during that [428] 00:14:04.770 --> 00:14:06.990 time. And so we decided not to [429] 00:14:07.490 --> 00:14:08.110 do blood. And he said, you know, [430] 00:14:08.610 --> 00:14:09.870 you're a very healthy 34 year [431] 00:14:10.370 --> 00:14:11.710 old. I had just gotten my [432] 00:14:12.210 --> 00:14:13.890 diploma in nutrition. I mean, [433] 00:14:13.970 --> 00:14:15.450 we had the healthiest diet. I [434] 00:14:15.950 --> 00:14:17.210 was super healthy going into [435] 00:14:17.710 --> 00:14:19.170 this ordeal. So they said, you [436] 00:14:19.670 --> 00:14:19.930 know, you're not going to feel [437] 00:14:20.430 --> 00:14:21.330 too good for a few months, but [438] 00:14:22.050 --> 00:14:23.290 we're going to send you home [439] 00:14:23.790 --> 00:14:24.570 with all these supplements and [441] 00:14:26.350 --> 00:14:28.050 gave me? I have no idea. And [442] 00:14:28.290 --> 00:14:30.850 anyway, so then my mother in law [443] 00:14:31.350 --> 00:14:32.090 came and she said, what happened [444] 00:14:32.590 --> 00:14:33.450 to you is called the near death [445] 00:14:33.950 --> 00:14:35.730 experience. And she went out and [446] 00:14:36.230 --> 00:14:37.610 she bought the book Life After [447] 00:14:38.110 --> 00:14:40.240 Life by Raymond Moody. So. And [448] 00:14:40.740 --> 00:14:43.160 that's how it all began. Wow. [449] 00:14:44.360 --> 00:14:45.760 And then I had this bone marrow [450] 00:14:46.260 --> 00:14:47.160 suppression and I had a lot of [451] 00:14:47.960 --> 00:14:49.680 electrical interference, which [452] 00:14:50.180 --> 00:14:50.920 are all funny stories, but I'll [453] 00:14:51.420 --> 00:14:52.520 tell you the second NDE first [454] 00:14:52.680 --> 00:14:54.200 and then we can go into talking [455] 00:14:54.700 --> 00:14:56.040 [456] 00:14:56.540 --> 00:14:58.920 came from all of this. But I was [457] 00:14:59.000 --> 00:15:00.240 struggling with a bone marrow [458] 00:15:00.740 --> 00:15:01.800 suppression and I had bruises. [459] 00:15:01.880 --> 00:15:03.160 I was getting pneumonia every [460] 00:15:03.660 --> 00:15:05.400 six months. And yeah, I was a [461] 00:15:05.900 --> 00:15:06.520 mess. And it took a good six [462] 00:15:07.020 --> 00:15:09.090 years to come out of that. And [463] 00:15:09.890 --> 00:15:11.170 so I couldn't really function [464] 00:15:11.670 --> 00:15:12.690 normally for, for like six [465] 00:15:13.190 --> 00:15:14.530 years. And during this [466] 00:15:14.610 --> 00:15:16.890 struggling of, of healing, I had [467] 00:15:17.390 --> 00:15:17.970 a second near death experience. [468] 00:15:18.370 --> 00:15:20.370 And I laugh at that now because [469] 00:15:20.930 --> 00:15:22.650 I feel like I needed. It was two [470] 00:15:23.150 --> 00:15:24.570 years later and I feel like I [472] 00:15:27.330 --> 00:15:28.570 to start understanding what [473] 00:15:29.070 --> 00:15:30.050 happened during the first near [474] 00:15:30.550 --> 00:15:31.170 death experience. And I had a [475] 00:15:31.670 --> 00:15:32.610 lot of spiritual experiences [476] 00:15:33.110 --> 00:15:34.450 during these two years as well. [477] 00:15:34.690 --> 00:15:35.810 And it started, you know, I [478] 00:15:36.310 --> 00:15:37.250 would hear the spirit world and [479] 00:15:37.750 --> 00:15:38.970 things Were happening. And then [480] 00:15:39.470 --> 00:15:40.670 I have experience. It's almost [481] 00:15:41.170 --> 00:15:42.670 like it was divided up. Sure. [482] 00:15:43.170 --> 00:15:43.990 If I had had the first. The [483] 00:15:44.490 --> 00:15:45.470 second experience first, I don't [484] 00:15:45.970 --> 00:15:46.350 know, I might have checked [485] 00:15:46.850 --> 00:15:48.430 myself into a psych ward. So [486] 00:15:50.510 --> 00:15:52.430 it's a lot to take on. Right. [488] 00:15:54.270 --> 00:15:55.629 again, I get pulled out of my [489] 00:15:56.129 --> 00:15:56.950 body. Same thing. Instant. It's [490] 00:15:57.450 --> 00:15:58.870 instantaneous. One second you're [491] 00:15:59.370 --> 00:16:00.150 there, and the next second, you [492] 00:16:00.650 --> 00:16:01.510 are not. You're outside. It's [493] 00:16:02.010 --> 00:16:03.710 this instantaneous transfer of [494] 00:16:04.210 --> 00:16:06.750 your soul. And I get. I have [495] 00:16:07.250 --> 00:16:08.470 this feeling of tumbling through [496] 00:16:08.970 --> 00:16:09.910 darkness. And I get to this [497] 00:16:10.410 --> 00:16:11.540 place that I call the midst [498] 00:16:11.690 --> 00:16:13.810 station because there was an [499] 00:16:14.310 --> 00:16:14.970 awareness that you could go [500] 00:16:15.470 --> 00:16:16.770 higher or lower, as if you go [501] 00:16:17.270 --> 00:16:18.250 into a skyscraper. Really? [502] 00:16:18.410 --> 00:16:20.210 [503] 00:16:20.710 --> 00:16:21.090 hundred floors in the [504] 00:16:21.590 --> 00:16:23.410 skyscraper, and you get off on [505] 00:16:23.910 --> 00:16:26.330 the 50th floor. When you're on [506] 00:16:26.830 --> 00:16:27.690 that 50th floor in the [507] 00:16:28.190 --> 00:16:29.730 skyscraper, you know there's [508] 00:16:30.230 --> 00:16:31.010 floors above you. You know [509] 00:16:31.510 --> 00:16:32.770 there's floors below you. You [510] 00:16:33.270 --> 00:16:33.770 don't know what's on those [511] 00:16:34.270 --> 00:16:35.090 floors because you're on the [512] 00:16:35.590 --> 00:16:36.450 50th floor. You've never been to [513] 00:16:36.950 --> 00:16:38.850 the other doors. But it was that [514] 00:16:39.350 --> 00:16:40.890 kind of a feeling, as if I call [515] 00:16:41.390 --> 00:16:42.330 it. I ended up at the bouncing [516] 00:16:42.830 --> 00:16:44.210 station because they sent me [517] 00:16:44.710 --> 00:16:46.330 back. You know how some people [519] 00:16:48.030 --> 00:16:49.050 I had a choice. I could stay if [520] 00:16:49.550 --> 00:16:51.010 I. Right, right. Yeah. No, no, [521] 00:16:51.510 --> 00:16:52.490 no. There was no choice. It was. [522] 00:16:52.990 --> 00:16:54.290 You're going. Get out. You gotta [523] 00:16:54.790 --> 00:16:56.530 go. You're not. We're gonna [524] 00:16:57.030 --> 00:17:00.290 talk. But this very. [525] 00:17:00.610 --> 00:17:01.970 Yeah, it's really interesting [526] 00:17:02.470 --> 00:17:04.020 because. And I know that that is [527] 00:17:04.520 --> 00:17:07.020 in my astrological chart that I [528] 00:17:07.520 --> 00:17:09.020 cannot leave. I've been told by [529] 00:17:09.520 --> 00:17:10.900 an astrologer that I cannot [530] 00:17:11.400 --> 00:17:13.340 leave until my work is done. So [531] 00:17:14.140 --> 00:17:15.580 that's just my incarnation. [532] 00:17:16.080 --> 00:17:17.300 It's very interesting. So [533] 00:17:17.800 --> 00:17:18.819 anyway, so here I am at the [535] 00:17:21.760 --> 00:17:24.100 most beautiful music. You cannot [536] 00:17:24.600 --> 00:17:25.500 make this music on earth. And I [537] 00:17:26.000 --> 00:17:26.580 know other people that have [538] 00:17:27.080 --> 00:17:29.100 heard music and have tried to [539] 00:17:29.600 --> 00:17:31.160 recreate it. Yes, it's [540] 00:17:31.660 --> 00:17:33.440 beautiful, but again, it's not [541] 00:17:33.600 --> 00:17:35.800 that quality. It's more [542] 00:17:36.300 --> 00:17:37.080 beautiful than the music we can [543] 00:17:37.580 --> 00:17:38.920 make on the earth plane. And I'm [544] 00:17:39.420 --> 00:17:39.960 gonna say there is also [545] 00:17:40.460 --> 00:17:43.000 something hauntingly familiar [546] 00:17:43.500 --> 00:17:44.760 about it. It's a very simple [547] 00:17:45.260 --> 00:17:46.720 melody, Almost as if we already [548] 00:17:46.800 --> 00:17:49.840 know the music. So I sat at our [549] 00:17:50.340 --> 00:17:52.160 [550] 00:17:52.660 --> 00:17:53.440 recreate it. There was not one [551] 00:17:53.940 --> 00:17:54.440 sound. And I think there was [552] 00:17:54.940 --> 00:17:55.920 over 200 sounds on that [553] 00:17:56.280 --> 00:17:57.960 synthesizer. That was not one [554] 00:17:58.460 --> 00:18:00.760 sound that even came close. So [555] 00:18:01.400 --> 00:18:03.200 as I'm looking around, I'm like, [556] 00:18:03.700 --> 00:18:04.520 where is this beautiful music? [557] 00:18:05.020 --> 00:18:06.520 Coming from. I look to the right [558] 00:18:07.020 --> 00:18:08.520 and I see a little log cabin. [559] 00:18:09.160 --> 00:18:10.560 And I open the door, I look [560] 00:18:11.060 --> 00:18:12.560 inside, but it's empty. So then [561] 00:18:13.060 --> 00:18:14.320 I look to my left and I see [562] 00:18:14.820 --> 00:18:16.320 another log cabin. And I open [563] 00:18:16.820 --> 00:18:17.560 the door, I look inside, but [564] 00:18:18.060 --> 00:18:20.640 it's empty. But then it's. If [566] 00:18:22.500 --> 00:18:24.640 dense fog, right? The fog rolls [567] 00:18:25.140 --> 00:18:26.760 in and you totally. You get [568] 00:18:27.260 --> 00:18:28.740 completely surround in this fog, [569] 00:18:29.240 --> 00:18:30.380 right? You're in this fog and [570] 00:18:30.880 --> 00:18:31.460 the sound changes and [571] 00:18:31.960 --> 00:18:33.260 everything, but it was light. [572] 00:18:33.760 --> 00:18:35.300 It was the brightest, widest [573] 00:18:35.860 --> 00:18:37.620 healing light you can imagine. [574] 00:18:38.120 --> 00:18:39.340 And it kind of came in and [575] 00:18:39.840 --> 00:18:41.940 enveloped me. And as I'm turning [576] 00:18:42.440 --> 00:18:44.139 around to. As I'm wondering [577] 00:18:44.639 --> 00:18:45.540 where this music is coming from, [578] 00:18:46.020 --> 00:18:48.140 I see an outline of angels. [579] 00:18:48.640 --> 00:18:50.020 It's like a silhouette of angels [580] 00:18:50.520 --> 00:18:51.820 in the light. And the music is [582] 00:18:54.560 --> 00:18:56.350 multiple angels. And you saw [583] 00:18:56.510 --> 00:18:58.390 individual silhouettes. Angelic [584] 00:18:58.890 --> 00:19:00.990 choir. Okay. Wow. I don't [585] 00:19:01.490 --> 00:19:04.590 believe in angels. Okay? So here [586] 00:19:05.090 --> 00:19:06.830 I am again. I'm having [587] 00:19:07.330 --> 00:19:09.150 experiences and seeing things [588] 00:19:09.650 --> 00:19:10.710 and hearing things in things [589] 00:19:11.210 --> 00:19:12.990 that I did not believe, right? [590] 00:19:13.150 --> 00:19:14.990 It would be different if I said, [591] 00:19:15.490 --> 00:19:16.310 of course there are angels. Of [592] 00:19:16.810 --> 00:19:17.590 course there's afterlives. Of [593] 00:19:18.090 --> 00:19:19.430 course there is a God or Source [594] 00:19:19.930 --> 00:19:21.550 or spirit guides, right? I had [595] 00:19:22.050 --> 00:19:24.490 no belief system that this would [596] 00:19:24.990 --> 00:19:26.610 [597] 00:19:27.110 --> 00:19:27.970 fact that I don't believe in [598] 00:19:28.470 --> 00:19:29.370 angels. But here I'm hearing [599] 00:19:29.870 --> 00:19:30.890 music coming from this angelic [600] 00:19:31.390 --> 00:19:33.330 choir, right? So I'm going to [601] 00:19:33.830 --> 00:19:34.450 say this is because I was so [602] 00:19:34.950 --> 00:19:35.850 scientific. I had to have [603] 00:19:35.930 --> 00:19:38.890 experiences where I was being [604] 00:19:39.390 --> 00:19:40.209 shown things that I didn't [605] 00:19:40.709 --> 00:19:42.050 believe in. If I had met Grandma [606] 00:19:42.550 --> 00:19:43.930 and Grandpa, I would just have [607] 00:19:44.430 --> 00:19:45.490 completely discounted the whole [608] 00:19:45.990 --> 00:19:46.850 experience. And I would have [609] 00:19:47.350 --> 00:19:48.290 said, of course I'm going to see [610] 00:19:48.790 --> 00:19:49.250 Grandma and Grandpa. I love [611] 00:19:49.750 --> 00:19:50.550 Grandma and Grandpa. Of course [613] 00:19:52.910 --> 00:19:55.150 So. Right. So again, I'm having [614] 00:19:55.650 --> 00:19:57.750 experiences that I didn't [615] 00:19:58.250 --> 00:20:00.510 believe would be possible. So as [616] 00:20:00.670 --> 00:20:02.910 that, right? So this light, [617] 00:20:03.150 --> 00:20:05.110 though, I'm going to say it [618] 00:20:05.610 --> 00:20:05.750 doesn't matter what your [619] 00:20:06.250 --> 00:20:07.110 religion is. I don't like to [620] 00:20:07.610 --> 00:20:08.990 call it God because it sort of [621] 00:20:09.490 --> 00:20:11.590 pins me down in specific [622] 00:20:12.090 --> 00:20:13.750 religions, right? So I call it [623] 00:20:14.250 --> 00:20:15.430 Source. You know, we all come [624] 00:20:15.930 --> 00:20:16.950 from Source. We are part of [625] 00:20:17.450 --> 00:20:19.470 Source. Source is just pure, [626] 00:20:19.970 --> 00:20:21.510 unconditional love and [627] 00:20:22.010 --> 00:20:23.490 consciousness. We carry that [629] 00:20:25.550 --> 00:20:26.530 of that consciousness. We're [630] 00:20:27.030 --> 00:20:28.890 part of that source. And then [631] 00:20:29.290 --> 00:20:31.610 when you know that that [632] 00:20:32.110 --> 00:20:33.410 unconditional love that you get [633] 00:20:33.910 --> 00:20:35.210 from this light, right, that we [634] 00:20:35.710 --> 00:20:37.370 have, that we were born that way [635] 00:20:37.870 --> 00:20:39.130 and then we were conditioned as [636] 00:20:39.630 --> 00:20:40.650 we grew up and we became [637] 00:20:41.150 --> 00:20:42.450 different people. But we came to [638] 00:20:42.950 --> 00:20:44.130 Earth like that, with this [639] 00:20:44.630 --> 00:20:46.490 light, with this unconditional [640] 00:20:46.990 --> 00:20:49.190 love. And we, you know, when we [641] 00:20:49.690 --> 00:20:51.230 leave this plane, we go back to [642] 00:20:51.730 --> 00:20:52.870 that, to that unconditional [643] 00:20:53.370 --> 00:20:55.790 [644] 00:20:56.290 --> 00:20:56.710 you know, looking into the [645] 00:20:57.210 --> 00:20:58.510 lights, listening to the angels [646] 00:20:59.010 --> 00:21:00.870 choir, I become aware of two [647] 00:21:01.370 --> 00:21:02.270 spirit guides. And the one on my [648] 00:21:02.770 --> 00:21:03.910 right says to the one kind of [649] 00:21:04.410 --> 00:21:05.950 left in front of me, what is she [650] 00:21:06.450 --> 00:21:07.350 doing here? She has to go back. [651] 00:21:07.830 --> 00:21:10.990 And I say, no, no, no, wait a [652] 00:21:11.490 --> 00:21:13.910 second. How can my body and [653] 00:21:14.410 --> 00:21:15.550 still be me? How does this work? [654] 00:21:16.050 --> 00:21:16.670 It's been two years of me [655] 00:21:17.170 --> 00:21:19.070 pondering this, right? And the [656] 00:21:19.570 --> 00:21:20.190 spirit guide on my left says, [657] 00:21:20.690 --> 00:21:21.470 well, if I told you, you [658] 00:21:21.970 --> 00:21:22.870 wouldn't remember. Okay. And [660] 00:21:24.690 --> 00:21:26.230 about like a wiping mechanism or [661] 00:21:26.730 --> 00:21:28.190 they have control, right? And I [662] 00:21:28.690 --> 00:21:29.590 also say that men in black, [663] 00:21:29.830 --> 00:21:31.870 that neural eyes are feeling [664] 00:21:32.370 --> 00:21:33.550 wiped out after a normal day in [665] 00:21:34.050 --> 00:21:35.110 public. Always called too [666] 00:21:35.610 --> 00:21:37.510 sensitive. Take a breath. The [667] 00:21:38.010 --> 00:21:40.430 sensitivity isn't a flaw. It [668] 00:21:40.930 --> 00:21:41.790 might just be intuition you were [669] 00:21:42.290 --> 00:21:43.390 never taught to manage. At the [670] 00:21:43.890 --> 00:21:45.110 listening field retreat, August [671] 00:21:45.610 --> 00:21:47.350 21st to the 23rd at Eaglewood [672] 00:21:47.850 --> 00:21:49.390 Resort and Spa in Itasca, Gail [673] 00:21:49.890 --> 00:21:50.670 Alexander shows you how to [674] 00:21:51.170 --> 00:21:52.350 protect your energy. And Kerry [676] 00:21:54.170 --> 00:21:55.110 nervous system finally settle [677] 00:21:55.610 --> 00:21:57.230 into safety. Space is limited. [678] 00:21:57.470 --> 00:21:58.950 Click the link below or visit [679] 00:21:59.450 --> 00:22:00.430 thechillcrew.org [680] 00:22:00.750 --> 00:22:02.750 thelisteningretreat. No, you're [681] 00:22:03.250 --> 00:22:03.630 not going to get to remember [682] 00:22:04.130 --> 00:22:04.790 that. We're not going to tell [683] 00:22:05.290 --> 00:22:06.310 you, basically, but you will [684] 00:22:06.810 --> 00:22:08.430 remember this. And then it was [685] 00:22:08.930 --> 00:22:09.950 as if I was standing on the moon [686] 00:22:10.450 --> 00:22:12.100 looking down on the earth, but [687] 00:22:12.600 --> 00:22:13.660 around the earth there was a [688] 00:22:14.160 --> 00:22:15.180 silvery, what I called at the [689] 00:22:15.680 --> 00:22:17.340 time, because this is 1994, a [690] 00:22:17.840 --> 00:22:20.260 [691] 00:22:20.760 --> 00:22:22.380 growing up in Sweden, in [692] 00:22:22.880 --> 00:22:23.900 Stockholm, outside Stockholm, [693] 00:22:24.400 --> 00:22:25.620 there is an archipelago of about [694] 00:22:26.120 --> 00:22:28.900 24,000 islands. And I spent my [695] 00:22:29.400 --> 00:22:31.180 summers on one of these islands. [696] 00:22:32.460 --> 00:22:34.700 And there was no electricity, [697] 00:22:35.200 --> 00:22:37.590 no running water, no phone. So [698] 00:22:38.090 --> 00:22:39.630 very, very primitive. And I [699] 00:22:40.130 --> 00:22:41.270 would row this little boat for [700] 00:22:41.770 --> 00:22:43.150 my grandmother as a 6, 7 year [701] 00:22:43.650 --> 00:22:44.670 old with my big orange life vest [702] 00:22:45.150 --> 00:22:47.030 in the ocean and she would lay [703] 00:22:47.530 --> 00:22:48.630 these fish nets to catch fish [704] 00:22:49.130 --> 00:22:50.630 for the family to eat. But when [705] 00:22:51.130 --> 00:22:52.310 you lift out these fishnets in [707] 00:22:54.090 --> 00:22:54.950 these little water droplets on [708] 00:22:55.450 --> 00:22:56.390 the fishnet and they sort of [709] 00:22:56.890 --> 00:22:58.230 sparkle in the sunlight. But a [710] 00:22:58.730 --> 00:23:00.310 fishnet has those diamond. It's [711] 00:23:00.810 --> 00:23:04.150 diamond shaped, right? So I see [712] 00:23:04.650 --> 00:23:05.870 this image and it looks like, [713] 00:23:06.630 --> 00:23:08.030 literally like the silvery [714] 00:23:08.530 --> 00:23:09.230 glitter fishnet around the [715] 00:23:09.730 --> 00:23:11.470 earth. Now with Google. Okay, [716] 00:23:11.970 --> 00:23:12.710 we didn't have Google back then. [717] 00:23:12.950 --> 00:23:14.590 I searched the San Francisco [718] 00:23:15.090 --> 00:23:16.030 Public Library again from floor [719] 00:23:16.530 --> 00:23:18.950 to ceiling. What is this fishnet [720] 00:23:19.450 --> 00:23:20.510 around the Earth? What is. You [721] 00:23:21.010 --> 00:23:21.590 know, But I couldn't find [723] 00:23:24.090 --> 00:23:24.790 wasn't searching in the right [724] 00:23:24.870 --> 00:23:26.870 departments of the library or. [725] 00:23:27.110 --> 00:23:28.350 And I didn't want to ask for [726] 00:23:28.850 --> 00:23:29.310 help because I thought they were [727] 00:23:29.810 --> 00:23:31.470 going to think I was crazy. So I [728] 00:23:31.970 --> 00:23:32.790 was just kind of randomly [729] 00:23:33.290 --> 00:23:34.950 searching the library, right, [730] 00:23:35.450 --> 00:23:36.230 to find something that could [731] 00:23:36.730 --> 00:23:38.790 explain why is there no time and [732] 00:23:39.290 --> 00:23:40.350 what is this fishnet around the [733] 00:23:40.850 --> 00:23:42.910 Earth? Well, so now you can just [734] 00:23:43.410 --> 00:23:44.710 Google grid around the Earth and [735] 00:23:45.210 --> 00:23:45.790 you're going to see images that [736] 00:23:46.290 --> 00:23:48.310 look very similar to what I saw. [737] 00:23:49.110 --> 00:23:50.870 [738] 00:23:51.670 --> 00:23:54.190 everything on Earth is connected [739] 00:23:54.690 --> 00:23:56.550 to each other and everything on [740] 00:23:57.050 --> 00:23:58.390 Earth is connected up to this [741] 00:23:58.890 --> 00:24:01.800 grid. And that is literally what [742] 00:24:02.300 --> 00:24:03.520 has become my work today with [743] 00:24:04.020 --> 00:24:06.880 ancestral healing. Wow. Because [744] 00:24:07.380 --> 00:24:10.160 we are all interconnected. So [745] 00:24:10.660 --> 00:24:12.520 you talked about a few different [746] 00:24:13.020 --> 00:24:14.640 things that are of interest to [747] 00:24:15.140 --> 00:24:17.200 me. And from time to time we'll [748] 00:24:17.700 --> 00:24:21.760 have guests on that are [749] 00:24:21.840 --> 00:24:23.920 well versed in the God particle [750] 00:24:24.420 --> 00:24:25.080 and different things like that, [751] 00:24:25.580 --> 00:24:26.680 interconnectedness or unity, [752] 00:24:27.180 --> 00:24:28.760 consciousness, all of those [754] 00:24:33.640 --> 00:24:34.920 Something that I wanted to go [755] 00:24:35.420 --> 00:24:39.800 back to that I found eye opening [756] 00:24:40.440 --> 00:24:43.960 was you can't leave until [757] 00:24:44.460 --> 00:24:47.880 your work is done. So a [758] 00:24:48.380 --> 00:24:52.920 side note to that comment was my [759] 00:24:53.420 --> 00:24:55.560 mother, who died in 1994, [760] 00:24:57.670 --> 00:25:00.230 knew that she was going to die. [761] 00:25:01.190 --> 00:25:03.350 And in a conversation with my [762] 00:25:03.910 --> 00:25:05.910 aunt, her sister and her mother, [763] 00:25:06.410 --> 00:25:09.430 my grandmother, she waited till [764] 00:25:09.930 --> 00:25:10.430 my grandmother was off the [765] 00:25:10.930 --> 00:25:11.549 phone. They did that three way [766] 00:25:12.049 --> 00:25:13.990 calling thing. And she says, [767] 00:25:15.430 --> 00:25:17.430 shell, I'm going to die soon. [768] 00:25:18.230 --> 00:25:21.030 And my aunt Shel was like, [770] 00:25:23.570 --> 00:25:24.100 that? How are you going to die? [771] 00:25:24.970 --> 00:25:26.970 And she said, I don't know how, [772] 00:25:27.470 --> 00:25:28.650 but I know I'm going to die soon [773] 00:25:29.370 --> 00:25:33.970 because I dreamt it. And my [774] 00:25:34.470 --> 00:25:36.050 aunt Shell said, we'll just go [775] 00:25:36.550 --> 00:25:37.410 back to sleep and dream another [776] 00:25:37.910 --> 00:25:39.450 dream. And she said, my mom [777] 00:25:39.930 --> 00:25:41.690 said, it doesn't work like that. [778] 00:25:43.530 --> 00:25:47.290 I have completed my list. [779] 00:25:47.450 --> 00:25:50.050 And my aunt said, go back and [780] 00:25:50.550 --> 00:25:51.970 dream another list. And that's [781] 00:25:52.470 --> 00:25:53.730 what it was. Go back and dream [782] 00:25:54.230 --> 00:25:56.200 another list. And my mom said, [783] 00:25:56.700 --> 00:25:57.440 it doesn't work that way. It's [784] 00:25:57.940 --> 00:26:00.560 [785] 00:26:01.440 --> 00:26:03.960 That reminded me of essentially [786] 00:26:04.460 --> 00:26:05.840 what my mom was saying, that her [787] 00:26:06.340 --> 00:26:08.040 work was done and it was time to [788] 00:26:08.540 --> 00:26:12.200 leave. And my aunt told me that [789] 00:26:12.700 --> 00:26:14.120 after, you know, a couple of [790] 00:26:14.620 --> 00:26:15.360 weeks after my mom's passing. [791] 00:26:16.400 --> 00:26:18.840 And I always thought that that [792] 00:26:19.340 --> 00:26:20.240 was interesting. The other [793] 00:26:20.740 --> 00:26:23.500 interesting part was that all of [794] 00:26:24.000 --> 00:26:26.220 my dealings, [795] 00:26:26.940 --> 00:26:28.980 experiences all started with [796] 00:26:29.480 --> 00:26:32.260 prophetic dreams and the fact [797] 00:26:32.760 --> 00:26:35.900 that my mom had that and I wrote [798] 00:26:36.400 --> 00:26:37.340 about it actually in my book [799] 00:26:39.260 --> 00:26:42.700 that I had those things [801] 00:26:45.320 --> 00:26:48.310 there, you know, [802] 00:26:48.870 --> 00:26:50.510 metaphysically with my mom and [803] 00:26:51.010 --> 00:26:53.990 I. Out of curiosity, is there [804] 00:26:54.490 --> 00:26:56.270 anyone else in your family that [805] 00:26:56.770 --> 00:26:57.950 you know that has the gifts that [806] 00:26:58.450 --> 00:27:01.230 you do? Probably my maternal [807] 00:27:01.730 --> 00:27:04.150 grandmother. Because there was [808] 00:27:04.650 --> 00:27:08.110 lots of things that happened in [809] 00:27:08.610 --> 00:27:09.910 between. When I was one year out [810] 00:27:10.410 --> 00:27:11.070 in between the two near death [811] 00:27:11.570 --> 00:27:13.230 experiences. You know, as soon [812] 00:27:13.730 --> 00:27:14.470 as I had my first near death [813] 00:27:14.970 --> 00:27:15.830 experience, it started, right. [814] 00:27:16.330 --> 00:27:18.910 I heard my sister in law, but I [815] 00:27:19.410 --> 00:27:20.790 know now that I'm a born medium, [817] 00:27:22.550 --> 00:27:24.390 I saw spirits when I was little. [818] 00:27:24.870 --> 00:27:27.590 And so when my. [819] 00:27:27.990 --> 00:27:29.150 So it was in between the two [820] 00:27:29.650 --> 00:27:30.430 near death experiences and I [821] 00:27:30.930 --> 00:27:32.310 woke up, my uncle had been sick [822] 00:27:32.790 --> 00:27:34.229 with lung cancer for many years. [823] 00:27:34.729 --> 00:27:37.430 I had no idea where he was at or [824] 00:27:37.930 --> 00:27:38.670 that he was, you know, going to [825] 00:27:39.170 --> 00:27:40.150 die soon or anything like that. [826] 00:27:40.470 --> 00:27:41.470 You know, he could live another [827] 00:27:41.970 --> 00:27:43.350 year or two, who knows? Sure. [828] 00:27:43.750 --> 00:27:45.750 So it was one night and I woke [829] 00:27:46.250 --> 00:27:48.950 up and I was like, wow, my uncle [830] 00:27:49.450 --> 00:27:50.590 is here. He's in again corner, [831] 00:27:51.090 --> 00:27:52.430 [832] 00:27:52.930 --> 00:27:54.350 but in the corner along the [833] 00:27:54.850 --> 00:27:57.350 ceiling. And he came to tell me [834] 00:27:57.850 --> 00:27:59.350 that he had passed on and he [835] 00:27:59.850 --> 00:28:00.990 had, you know, left the earth [836] 00:28:01.490 --> 00:28:02.110 plane and gone to the spirit [837] 00:28:02.610 --> 00:28:05.150 world. And obviously I expected [838] 00:28:05.230 --> 00:28:07.110 my mom to call me the next day [839] 00:28:07.610 --> 00:28:08.110 because it was her brother. [840] 00:28:08.270 --> 00:28:10.880 Right, right. And she didn't [841] 00:28:11.380 --> 00:28:12.120 call. And I said, wow, that's so [842] 00:28:12.620 --> 00:28:13.920 weird. You know, my uncle was [843] 00:28:14.420 --> 00:28:15.400 here last night and he told me [844] 00:28:15.900 --> 00:28:17.800 he had passed. And another day [845] 00:28:18.300 --> 00:28:19.480 went by and my mom still didn't [846] 00:28:19.980 --> 00:28:21.400 call. I said, wow, that's so [848] 00:28:23.460 --> 00:28:25.600 yet. That is, that is a little [849] 00:28:25.680 --> 00:28:27.440 bit. Yeah. She was probably just [850] 00:28:27.940 --> 00:28:29.040 grieving, you know, and like [851] 00:28:29.760 --> 00:28:31.160 arranging for funerals and who [852] 00:28:31.660 --> 00:28:33.400 knows. So then finally the third [853] 00:28:33.900 --> 00:28:36.040 day, my mom calls and she does a [854] 00:28:36.540 --> 00:28:37.360 little, you know, to chit chat, [855] 00:28:37.860 --> 00:28:38.800 you know, how are you feeling? [856] 00:28:39.300 --> 00:28:40.480 How are the kids? Da, da, da, [857] 00:28:40.980 --> 00:28:43.660 Right? Oh yeah, right. [858] 00:28:44.060 --> 00:28:46.620 And then she says, well, I have [859] 00:28:47.120 --> 00:28:48.860 some sad news to share. And I [860] 00:28:49.360 --> 00:28:50.100 interrupted her and I said, [861] 00:28:50.600 --> 00:28:51.740 yeah, I know your brother died. [862] 00:28:52.220 --> 00:28:54.020 And he was just dead silence on [864] 00:28:55.420 --> 00:28:57.900 Yeah. And she says, how do you [865] 00:28:58.400 --> 00:28:59.340 know? And I said, he, he died [866] 00:28:59.840 --> 00:29:01.100 like you know, two days ago or [867] 00:29:01.600 --> 00:29:02.220 this is now, this is the third [868] 00:29:02.720 --> 00:29:03.740 day. And she goes, how do you [869] 00:29:04.240 --> 00:29:04.900 know? I said, he was here, he [870] 00:29:05.400 --> 00:29:06.980 came to say goodbye. And she. [871] 00:29:07.480 --> 00:29:08.940 And her response to that was, [872] 00:29:09.810 --> 00:29:11.370 wow, you're just like your [873] 00:29:11.870 --> 00:29:13.690 grandmother, her mom. Oh, wow. [874] 00:29:14.190 --> 00:29:16.530 Okay, so. And I have memories [875] 00:29:17.030 --> 00:29:17.970 right, from when I was little. [876] 00:29:18.290 --> 00:29:20.570 That was once, you know, we were [877] 00:29:21.070 --> 00:29:21.690 on the island with no [878] 00:29:22.190 --> 00:29:23.090 [879] 00:29:23.250 --> 00:29:25.009 nothing. So in order for us to [880] 00:29:25.509 --> 00:29:26.730 Make a phone call. We had to get [881] 00:29:27.230 --> 00:29:28.370 in the little rowboat with a [882] 00:29:28.870 --> 00:29:29.930 little outboarder motor. And [883] 00:29:30.430 --> 00:29:31.890 then we had to go, you know, [884] 00:29:32.050 --> 00:29:33.770 between the islands for about 10 [885] 00:29:34.270 --> 00:29:35.210 minutes until we got to a bigger [886] 00:29:35.710 --> 00:29:37.210 island that had had a payphone [887] 00:29:37.710 --> 00:29:38.940 on it. Okay. That's how we made [888] 00:29:39.440 --> 00:29:42.780 phone calls. I get down to my [889] 00:29:43.280 --> 00:29:44.220 grandmother's house and she [890] 00:29:44.720 --> 00:29:46.140 says, we have to go. We have to [891] 00:29:46.640 --> 00:29:47.820 go make a phone call. You know, [892] 00:29:48.320 --> 00:29:50.820 my friend passed away at 2am and [893] 00:29:51.320 --> 00:29:51.900 I was like, how do you know? [895] 00:29:53.919 --> 00:29:55.580 it hit my window and it told me, [896] 00:29:56.300 --> 00:29:58.700 you know, she had passed. And so [897] 00:29:59.200 --> 00:30:00.460 I said, okay. So me and my [898] 00:30:00.960 --> 00:30:02.180 brother took grandma to the [899] 00:30:02.680 --> 00:30:03.540 other island to make the phone [900] 00:30:04.040 --> 00:30:05.970 call. And sure enough, that was [901] 00:30:06.470 --> 00:30:07.610 the news that that person had [902] 00:30:08.110 --> 00:30:09.170 passed away at 2am when the bird [903] 00:30:09.670 --> 00:30:12.250 came. Wow. So, you know, you [904] 00:30:12.750 --> 00:30:13.010 have all these crazy [905] 00:30:13.510 --> 00:30:14.530 experiences, and I hadn't. I [906] 00:30:15.030 --> 00:30:15.570 mean, I've had many crazy [907] 00:30:16.070 --> 00:30:17.810 experiences. The future. I mean, [908] 00:30:17.890 --> 00:30:19.250 there are times when I feel [909] 00:30:19.750 --> 00:30:23.050 like, are we just avatars? The [911] 00:30:25.510 --> 00:30:26.610 and this is my little avatar [912] 00:30:26.850 --> 00:30:28.690 when I'm here on Earth. Because [913] 00:30:29.090 --> 00:30:31.210 the soul survives death, right? [914] 00:30:31.710 --> 00:30:32.410 We go on to the spirit world and [915] 00:30:32.910 --> 00:30:33.570 we're still there. Right? [916] 00:30:34.070 --> 00:30:34.730 Because I'm a. I'm a medium, [917] 00:30:35.230 --> 00:30:36.130 and I work as a medium as well. [918] 00:30:38.110 --> 00:30:39.750 You know that when you bring in [919] 00:30:40.250 --> 00:30:41.150 a spirit from the spirit world, [920] 00:30:41.550 --> 00:30:43.550 they come through showing their [921] 00:30:44.050 --> 00:30:44.990 personality. That's how we know [922] 00:30:45.490 --> 00:30:46.550 who it is. Right? So if they [923] 00:30:47.050 --> 00:30:48.390 were not a nice person, if they [924] 00:30:48.890 --> 00:30:50.150 were, let's say, an alcoholic [925] 00:30:50.650 --> 00:30:51.310 [926] 00:30:51.810 --> 00:30:52.550 way, that's what they're going [927] 00:30:53.050 --> 00:30:54.030 to show me first. And I'm going [928] 00:30:54.530 --> 00:30:54.870 to say, there's a, you know, [929] 00:30:55.370 --> 00:30:56.990 there's a man here, and it feels [930] 00:30:57.490 --> 00:30:57.950 like it's really close family. [931] 00:30:58.450 --> 00:30:59.030 Could be your father or [932] 00:30:59.530 --> 00:31:01.630 grandfather, but he had a [933] 00:31:02.130 --> 00:31:03.720 drinking problem and he was not [934] 00:31:04.220 --> 00:31:05.160 nice, and he would yell and [935] 00:31:05.660 --> 00:31:06.680 scream, you know, when he got [936] 00:31:07.180 --> 00:31:08.720 drunk. Yep, that's my dad, says [937] 00:31:09.220 --> 00:31:10.560 the client. Right. Wow. And then [938] 00:31:10.960 --> 00:31:12.600 the. The spirit changes and [939] 00:31:13.100 --> 00:31:14.560 says, I am so sorry for all the [940] 00:31:15.060 --> 00:31:17.320 harm I caused you. Right. So we [942] 00:31:18.940 --> 00:31:20.080 when they come through, they're [943] 00:31:20.580 --> 00:31:21.480 going to show who they were. [944] 00:31:21.980 --> 00:31:22.600 Because if they came through and [945] 00:31:23.100 --> 00:31:25.080 said, oh, I, you know, I'm so [946] 00:31:25.580 --> 00:31:27.040 sorry, yeah, I love you, blah, [947] 00:31:27.540 --> 00:31:28.280 blah, blah. You know, we're not [948] 00:31:28.780 --> 00:31:29.320 going to recognize the person, [949] 00:31:29.820 --> 00:31:30.520 so they have to show who they [950] 00:31:31.020 --> 00:31:31.920 were first so we can recognize [951] 00:31:32.420 --> 00:31:32.920 that we know who we're talking [952] 00:31:33.420 --> 00:31:35.890 to. And then the apologies come [953] 00:31:36.130 --> 00:31:37.530 and they're really sorry and [954] 00:31:38.030 --> 00:31:38.930 they're, you know, I'm going To [955] 00:31:39.430 --> 00:31:40.450 say the most common is, you [956] 00:31:40.950 --> 00:31:41.770 know, they're sorry for the harm [958] 00:31:44.270 --> 00:31:45.450 you know, often proud of. Of [959] 00:31:45.950 --> 00:31:46.930 the, you know, you as a person. [960] 00:31:47.570 --> 00:31:49.489 But you can see that turnaround, [961] 00:31:49.989 --> 00:31:51.650 because I'm going to say, you [962] 00:31:52.150 --> 00:31:52.810 know, we have an agenda when [963] 00:31:53.310 --> 00:31:54.010 we're here and we're supposed to [964] 00:31:54.510 --> 00:31:55.850 incarnate. We have some free [965] 00:31:56.350 --> 00:31:58.490 will. And maybe that person was [966] 00:31:58.990 --> 00:32:00.370 given a chance to correct that [967] 00:32:00.870 --> 00:32:01.970 in this life, but they couldn't. [968] 00:32:02.590 --> 00:32:03.390 They couldn't correct [969] 00:32:03.890 --> 00:32:04.310 alcoholism. They couldn't [970] 00:32:04.810 --> 00:32:05.350 correct the abuse. They just [971] 00:32:05.850 --> 00:32:06.990 couldn't do it. And so here we [972] 00:32:07.490 --> 00:32:07.830 [973] 00:32:08.330 --> 00:32:09.870 another life and try and correct [974] 00:32:10.370 --> 00:32:12.110 it again. Who knows? But you [975] 00:32:12.610 --> 00:32:13.030 know what I'm saying? It's just [976] 00:32:13.530 --> 00:32:15.630 we come with an agenda. We may [977] 00:32:16.130 --> 00:32:17.230 fulfill it or we may not. And [978] 00:32:17.470 --> 00:32:19.910 sometimes I think what [979] 00:32:20.410 --> 00:32:21.310 astrologers have told me that [980] 00:32:21.810 --> 00:32:22.990 some people come, it's like a [981] 00:32:23.490 --> 00:32:24.590 cross in their chart. And so it [982] 00:32:25.090 --> 00:32:26.630 makes it very difficult for them [983] 00:32:27.130 --> 00:32:28.310 to change in this life. They [984] 00:32:28.810 --> 00:32:29.630 came with a personality, and [985] 00:32:30.130 --> 00:32:31.030 that's part of the lesson [986] 00:32:31.530 --> 00:32:32.070 they're learning in this life, [987] 00:32:32.570 --> 00:32:34.490 is they're getting it divorce, [989] 00:32:36.190 --> 00:32:37.610 own feet. They have to find [990] 00:32:38.110 --> 00:32:40.490 their way in this life. And. [991] 00:32:40.990 --> 00:32:42.610 And that's just. They incarnated [992] 00:32:43.110 --> 00:32:44.890 for that, and they have to find [993] 00:32:45.390 --> 00:32:46.130 their own path. They have to [994] 00:32:46.630 --> 00:32:47.890 find their own way. They have to [995] 00:32:48.390 --> 00:32:49.250 get out of that jam on their [996] 00:32:49.750 --> 00:32:50.169 own. You can't. You know, you [997] 00:32:50.669 --> 00:32:51.290 can lead a horse to water, but [998] 00:32:51.790 --> 00:32:53.450 you can't make him drink. So, [999] 00:32:53.930 --> 00:32:55.130 yeah, so it's really interesting [1000] 00:32:55.630 --> 00:32:56.450 because we. We come with that [1001] 00:32:56.950 --> 00:32:58.690 agenda. And, you know, when my [1002] 00:32:59.190 --> 00:33:01.420 mom said, you know, oh, my gosh, [1003] 00:33:01.920 --> 00:33:02.060 you're just like your [1005] 00:33:04.020 --> 00:33:04.980 having more and more [1006] 00:33:05.480 --> 00:33:07.700 experiences, and years went by [1007] 00:33:08.660 --> 00:33:10.420 and took me 12 years to trust in [1008] 00:33:10.920 --> 00:33:12.860 the spirit world. It's like I [1009] 00:33:13.360 --> 00:33:15.220 needed so much proof and so much [1010] 00:33:15.720 --> 00:33:16.660 evidence, and every time [1011] 00:33:17.160 --> 00:33:17.980 something would happen or I [1012] 00:33:18.480 --> 00:33:19.340 would know something, I would [1013] 00:33:19.840 --> 00:33:21.020 write it down. I would tell my [1014] 00:33:21.520 --> 00:33:22.260 kids, I would tell my husband, [1015] 00:33:22.580 --> 00:33:24.500 because otherwise I would just [1016] 00:33:25.000 --> 00:33:26.500 say, oh, it was just a deja vu. [1017] 00:33:26.660 --> 00:33:28.320 It was just my memory playing [1018] 00:33:28.820 --> 00:33:30.880 tricks on me. And so if I wrote [1019] 00:33:31.380 --> 00:33:32.640 [1020] 00:33:33.140 --> 00:33:34.000 say, okay, well, I wrote it [1021] 00:33:34.500 --> 00:33:36.160 down. I did have this knowledge [1022] 00:33:36.660 --> 00:33:37.480 yesterday or three days ago, [1023] 00:33:37.800 --> 00:33:39.840 and I saw my. I knew my dad was [1024] 00:33:40.340 --> 00:33:42.880 passing away. So my dad had a [1025] 00:33:43.380 --> 00:33:45.480 stroke, and this is like year [1026] 00:33:45.980 --> 00:33:47.680 2000, he had a stroke, and he [1027] 00:33:48.180 --> 00:33:51.360 was 81 at the time. And I called [1028] 00:33:51.860 --> 00:33:52.480 one of my brothers. I have three [1029] 00:33:52.980 --> 00:33:53.680 older brothers, and one is a [1030] 00:33:54.180 --> 00:33:55.280 surgeon. And I called my surgeon [1031] 00:33:55.780 --> 00:33:56.280 Brother. And I said, hey, [1032] 00:33:56.360 --> 00:33:57.880 should I get on a flight like [1033] 00:33:58.380 --> 00:33:59.320 now, tomorrow? Because we were [1034] 00:33:59.820 --> 00:34:00.540 living in California and it [1036] 00:34:02.500 --> 00:34:03.820 And he said, you know, he's [1037] 00:34:04.320 --> 00:34:05.580 doing, he's doing well. They've [1038] 00:34:06.080 --> 00:34:06.780 moved him. They're going to be [1039] 00:34:07.280 --> 00:34:09.260 moving him into the rehab. He. [1040] 00:34:09.760 --> 00:34:10.820 He's lost his ability to speak, [1041] 00:34:11.320 --> 00:34:12.300 but he's laughing at our jokes, [1042] 00:34:12.800 --> 00:34:13.580 so we know he's understanding [1043] 00:34:14.080 --> 00:34:15.300 what we're saying. That's [1044] 00:34:15.800 --> 00:34:17.380 wonderful, right? So he said, [1045] 00:34:17.880 --> 00:34:19.580 you just come. I think this was [1046] 00:34:20.080 --> 00:34:20.820 like Tuesday or Wednesday. And [1047] 00:34:21.320 --> 00:34:22.020 he said, just come next week. [1048] 00:34:22.260 --> 00:34:23.300 So we said, all right, I'm going [1049] 00:34:23.800 --> 00:34:25.140 to bring the kids. My kids were [1050] 00:34:25.710 --> 00:34:28.270 like 12, nine and a half and six [1052] 00:34:30.690 --> 00:34:31.710 husband's gonna stay behind. I [1053] 00:34:32.210 --> 00:34:32.830 was gonna bring the kids over. [1054] 00:34:33.870 --> 00:34:36.790 We had just recently, we had [1055] 00:34:37.290 --> 00:34:37.750 three months earlier, we had [1056] 00:34:38.250 --> 00:34:39.630 moved to San Francisco. So my [1057] 00:34:40.130 --> 00:34:42.350 kids were like in a transition [1058] 00:34:42.850 --> 00:34:43.590 space. So it was easy to bring [1059] 00:34:44.090 --> 00:34:46.950 the kids along. And as we were [1060] 00:34:47.450 --> 00:34:48.230 going to the bookstore that [1061] 00:34:48.730 --> 00:34:50.230 Friday afternoon, so now it's [1062] 00:34:50.730 --> 00:34:52.410 Friday evening in Sweden, I kept [1063] 00:34:52.910 --> 00:34:54.090 seeing a coffin. And I knew it [1064] 00:34:54.590 --> 00:34:56.130 was my dad's coffin. And I saw [1065] 00:34:56.630 --> 00:34:59.170 it on an angle from above. Now, [1066] 00:34:59.670 --> 00:35:01.130 [1067] 00:35:01.630 --> 00:35:03.490 in Sweden, right, The coffin is [1068] 00:35:03.990 --> 00:35:04.690 either horizontally or [1069] 00:35:05.190 --> 00:35:06.570 vertically placed in the church [1070] 00:35:07.070 --> 00:35:08.410 in the front of the people. I'm [1071] 00:35:08.910 --> 00:35:11.050 seeing the coffin from above on [1072] 00:35:11.550 --> 00:35:14.570 an angle. Very weird, right? [1073] 00:35:14.730 --> 00:35:16.250 And it's a white coffin. It's [1074] 00:35:16.750 --> 00:35:17.210 with a specific flower [1075] 00:35:17.710 --> 00:35:18.250 arrangement with kind of like [1076] 00:35:18.750 --> 00:35:21.430 dark red violet flowers. So I [1077] 00:35:21.930 --> 00:35:22.830 keep seeing the coffin and I [1078] 00:35:23.330 --> 00:35:24.070 keep telling my husband, I keep [1079] 00:35:24.570 --> 00:35:25.390 seeing my coffin. I know my [1080] 00:35:25.890 --> 00:35:27.350 dad's gonna die. And my husband [1081] 00:35:27.850 --> 00:35:28.430 said, no, no, no, no, no, he's [1083] 00:35:30.090 --> 00:35:31.110 they moved him into rehab. He's [1084] 00:35:31.610 --> 00:35:33.150 doing well. Nobody is calling [1085] 00:35:33.650 --> 00:35:34.430 you. You're just worried about [1086] 00:35:34.930 --> 00:35:36.189 him. Well, it kept going, which [1087] 00:35:36.689 --> 00:35:37.750 makes sense, by the way, that [1088] 00:35:38.250 --> 00:35:39.390 you would make perfect sense. [1089] 00:35:39.710 --> 00:35:41.710 And so then we get there. We get [1090] 00:35:42.210 --> 00:35:43.470 there Tuesday morning, we fly [1091] 00:35:43.970 --> 00:35:45.110 out Monday, get there Tuesday [1092] 00:35:45.610 --> 00:35:46.710 morning. And it wasn't one of my [1093] 00:35:47.210 --> 00:35:47.910 brothers meeting me, it was my [1094] 00:35:48.410 --> 00:35:49.580 sister in law. So right away I [1095] 00:35:50.080 --> 00:35:51.300 knew something was wrong. And [1096] 00:35:51.800 --> 00:35:52.540 she said, we have to go now. [1097] 00:35:52.620 --> 00:35:53.780 And I'm like, can we use the [1099] 00:35:56.060 --> 00:35:58.580 we're leaving now. And we're [1100] 00:35:59.080 --> 00:36:00.620 like, okay. So. Because it was [1101] 00:36:01.120 --> 00:36:02.260 bumpy. It was bumpy like the [1102] 00:36:02.760 --> 00:36:03.780 last two hours. And we were [1103] 00:36:04.280 --> 00:36:04.700 like, okay, we're just getting [1104] 00:36:05.200 --> 00:36:06.940 in the car and, you know, drove [1105] 00:36:07.440 --> 00:36:08.820 about 45 minutes to get into the [1106] 00:36:09.320 --> 00:36:11.100 city. And she drops me off at [1107] 00:36:11.600 --> 00:36:12.620 the hospital she takes my kids, [1108] 00:36:13.260 --> 00:36:14.980 and I get up, you know, [1109] 00:36:15.480 --> 00:36:16.820 upstairs, and my dad passes away [1110] 00:36:17.320 --> 00:36:19.440 an hour after I get there. So, [1111] 00:36:19.940 --> 00:36:20.680 I mean, he literally just [1112] 00:36:21.180 --> 00:36:22.120 waited. But here comes the [1113] 00:36:22.280 --> 00:36:24.080 [1114] 00:36:24.580 --> 00:36:25.120 course, we changed our tickets [1115] 00:36:25.620 --> 00:36:27.320 to go back home. We. My mom [1116] 00:36:27.400 --> 00:36:28.880 takes us to the flower store. [1117] 00:36:29.380 --> 00:36:30.320 We are getting flowers for the [1118] 00:36:30.820 --> 00:36:33.000 funeral. There's, like, I don't [1119] 00:36:33.500 --> 00:36:34.040 know if it was two or three [1120] 00:36:34.119 --> 00:36:36.080 thick binders with flower [1121] 00:36:36.580 --> 00:36:38.040 arrangements. She narrows it [1122] 00:36:38.540 --> 00:36:40.840 down to this one. Page one has, [1123] 00:36:41.340 --> 00:36:42.400 like, a blue flower arrangement. [1124] 00:36:42.900 --> 00:36:43.800 And on the bottom right corner [1125] 00:36:44.300 --> 00:36:45.840 in this binder was the exact [1126] 00:36:46.340 --> 00:36:47.400 flower arrangement that I had [1127] 00:36:47.900 --> 00:36:49.690 seen in the image of when. The [1128] 00:36:50.190 --> 00:36:51.570 image of the coffin with the [1130] 00:36:53.390 --> 00:36:54.530 goodness. She asks me, she says, [1131] 00:36:55.170 --> 00:36:56.610 which one do you think I should [1132] 00:36:57.110 --> 00:36:58.370 pick? The blue one or this one? [1133] 00:36:58.690 --> 00:37:00.090 Well, I know which one I had [1134] 00:37:00.590 --> 00:37:02.170 seen in the image. So the [1135] 00:37:02.670 --> 00:37:03.930 science person that I am, I need [1136] 00:37:04.430 --> 00:37:04.970 confirmation on everything [1137] 00:37:05.470 --> 00:37:06.130 because I'm still going through [1138] 00:37:06.630 --> 00:37:08.130 my, you know, learning. [1139] 00:37:08.290 --> 00:37:10.570 Learning to trust. So I said to [1140] 00:37:11.070 --> 00:37:13.530 mom, well, you know, you know, [1141] 00:37:14.030 --> 00:37:15.460 you knew dad the best. Why don't [1142] 00:37:15.960 --> 00:37:17.100 you pick the one that you think [1143] 00:37:17.600 --> 00:37:18.500 he would have liked the best? [1144] 00:37:18.980 --> 00:37:20.220 So she goes, I think he would [1146] 00:37:22.080 --> 00:37:23.860 red violet ones. So she picks [1147] 00:37:24.360 --> 00:37:25.180 the exact flower arrangement [1148] 00:37:25.680 --> 00:37:26.380 that I had seen in the image on [1149] 00:37:26.880 --> 00:37:28.820 that coffin. Then we get to the [1150] 00:37:29.320 --> 00:37:31.900 funeral. It's held in this [1151] 00:37:32.400 --> 00:37:33.860 cremation center. So I don't [1152] 00:37:34.360 --> 00:37:35.220 know what happened with the [1153] 00:37:35.720 --> 00:37:36.660 church thing. He didn't want to [1154] 00:37:37.160 --> 00:37:37.900 have. I guess my dad didn't want [1155] 00:37:38.400 --> 00:37:39.100 to have a funeral in the church [1156] 00:37:39.600 --> 00:37:40.900 for whatever reason. So we were [1157] 00:37:41.400 --> 00:37:43.340 in this cremation center, and it [1158] 00:37:43.840 --> 00:37:46.880 was a round room, right? [1159] 00:37:47.380 --> 00:37:49.040 And it was a round room, and it [1160] 00:37:49.540 --> 00:37:50.560 [1161] 00:37:51.060 --> 00:37:52.120 were going up. So you were, [1162] 00:37:52.620 --> 00:37:54.640 like, sitting on tears in this [1163] 00:37:55.140 --> 00:37:57.160 round room. And so now I [1164] 00:37:57.660 --> 00:37:59.520 understand why I saw the coffin [1165] 00:38:00.020 --> 00:38:02.320 from above on an angle. But [1166] 00:38:02.820 --> 00:38:03.760 again, I don't want to go sit in [1167] 00:38:04.260 --> 00:38:05.680 that spot. So I'm going to ask [1168] 00:38:06.180 --> 00:38:08.240 the person. I said, hi, my name [1169] 00:38:08.740 --> 00:38:10.160 is. I am the daughter of the [1170] 00:38:10.660 --> 00:38:12.080 deceased. Where should I be [1171] 00:38:12.580 --> 00:38:14.130 sitting? And she goes, right [1172] 00:38:14.450 --> 00:38:16.730 there. And so she takes me to my [1173] 00:38:17.230 --> 00:38:18.170 seat, and guess what? It was the [1174] 00:38:18.670 --> 00:38:20.370 exact angle from above on the [1175] 00:38:20.870 --> 00:38:22.370 right that I had seen the image. [1177] 00:38:25.630 --> 00:38:26.690 mean, why is it that we can see [1178] 00:38:27.190 --> 00:38:28.850 the future before it happens, [1179] 00:38:28.930 --> 00:38:30.610 right? And I have many stories [1180] 00:38:31.110 --> 00:38:31.770 like that when I've seen the [1181] 00:38:32.270 --> 00:38:33.410 future. But because you talked [1182] 00:38:33.910 --> 00:38:34.530 about, you know, your mom dying, [1183] 00:38:34.690 --> 00:38:36.450 that's the story that came. But [1184] 00:38:36.610 --> 00:38:38.650 we can see the future, right? I [1185] 00:38:39.150 --> 00:38:40.570 had a. I'll tell you a quick [1186] 00:38:41.070 --> 00:38:42.690 Other story, which is I was [1187] 00:38:43.190 --> 00:38:43.930 living. I was doing my residency [1188] 00:38:44.430 --> 00:38:45.310 up in the mountains, north hour, [1189] 00:38:45.710 --> 00:38:47.630 two hours north towards Sedona [1190] 00:38:48.270 --> 00:38:50.430 here in Arizona. And I was going [1191] 00:38:50.930 --> 00:38:51.510 down to Phoenix to visit my [1193] 00:38:53.730 --> 00:38:54.230 and my purse off the kitchen [1194] 00:38:54.730 --> 00:38:57.230 counter. As I do that, I hear, [1195] 00:38:57.310 --> 00:38:58.750 watch out for the red truck. [1196] 00:38:59.070 --> 00:39:00.830 And I see an image of a red [1197] 00:39:01.330 --> 00:39:02.350 truck that swerves into the left [1198] 00:39:02.850 --> 00:39:03.630 lane and back into the right [1199] 00:39:04.130 --> 00:39:05.710 lane. And I know it's on the 17 [1200] 00:39:05.790 --> 00:39:07.430 freeway that goes through the [1201] 00:39:07.930 --> 00:39:08.750 mountains down into the valley [1202] 00:39:09.250 --> 00:39:10.990 to Phoenix. So I get in my car, [1203] 00:39:11.490 --> 00:39:12.550 I drive 45 minutes. I finally [1204] 00:39:13.050 --> 00:39:15.020 get to the 17, and I'm on. Now [1205] 00:39:15.520 --> 00:39:16.500 I'm on this freeway. I know what [1206] 00:39:17.000 --> 00:39:18.060 the message was. Watch out for [1207] 00:39:18.560 --> 00:39:20.380 [1208] 00:39:20.880 --> 00:39:22.060 white truck, black truck, white [1209] 00:39:22.560 --> 00:39:22.980 truck. There's so many white [1210] 00:39:23.480 --> 00:39:25.140 trucks here. Eventually, I come [1211] 00:39:25.640 --> 00:39:27.060 up on a red truck. So I'm [1212] 00:39:27.560 --> 00:39:28.100 sitting behind. So there's only [1213] 00:39:28.600 --> 00:39:29.940 two lanes on this freeway. I'm [1214] 00:39:30.440 --> 00:39:31.540 behind the truck. There is a car [1215] 00:39:32.040 --> 00:39:34.740 passing it. So I'm like, well, [1216] 00:39:35.240 --> 00:39:35.940 I heard the warning. Watch out [1217] 00:39:36.440 --> 00:39:37.340 for the red truck. I have a [1218] 00:39:37.840 --> 00:39:38.970 guardrail on my left. So if I. [1219] 00:39:39.120 --> 00:39:41.040 I follow the car in front of me [1220] 00:39:41.440 --> 00:39:43.200 and this car and this truck then [1221] 00:39:43.700 --> 00:39:44.480 swerves into the left lane, I [1222] 00:39:44.980 --> 00:39:45.800 have nowhere to go. I'm going to [1224] 00:39:47.740 --> 00:39:49.040 ravine, basically off the [1225] 00:39:49.540 --> 00:39:50.640 guardrail. Right? Right. So I'm [1226] 00:39:51.140 --> 00:39:51.640 not going to do that. So I'm [1227] 00:39:52.140 --> 00:39:52.960 sitting behind the truck. I know [1228] 00:39:53.460 --> 00:39:55.159 to trust the messages. So I sit [1229] 00:39:55.659 --> 00:39:56.680 behind the truck. I wait and [1230] 00:39:57.180 --> 00:39:58.280 wait and wait for this car to [1231] 00:39:58.780 --> 00:40:00.760 finally pass and be in front of [1232] 00:40:01.260 --> 00:40:02.640 the truck. Enough space that [1233] 00:40:03.040 --> 00:40:04.440 when I don't have the guardrail [1234] 00:40:04.940 --> 00:40:05.760 anymore and there is a shoulder, [1235] 00:40:06.000 --> 00:40:08.440 I can quickly try and pass the [1236] 00:40:08.940 --> 00:40:09.980 truck. Truck, right. Well, I'm [1237] 00:40:10.480 --> 00:40:11.100 sitting behind the truck. The [1238] 00:40:11.600 --> 00:40:12.380 other car is now completely in [1240] 00:40:14.640 --> 00:40:15.980 the truck do? It completely [1241] 00:40:16.480 --> 00:40:17.580 swerves into the left lane and [1242] 00:40:18.080 --> 00:40:19.460 back into the right. I'm just [1243] 00:40:19.960 --> 00:40:21.460 like, thank you, spirit world. [1244] 00:40:21.960 --> 00:40:23.740 Thank you for saving me. Oh, my [1245] 00:40:24.240 --> 00:40:25.420 goodness. And I've had lots of [1246] 00:40:25.920 --> 00:40:26.980 experiences like that, you know, [1247] 00:40:27.480 --> 00:40:28.380 so people out there that are [1248] 00:40:28.880 --> 00:40:29.620 listening, when you get a [1249] 00:40:30.120 --> 00:40:31.340 message like that, don't [1250] 00:40:31.840 --> 00:40:32.900 discount it. Listen, don't [1251] 00:40:33.400 --> 00:40:33.980 discount it. That could be your [1252] 00:40:34.480 --> 00:40:35.020 spirit guide. It could be an [1253] 00:40:35.520 --> 00:40:36.340 ancestor. You're getting that [1254] 00:40:36.840 --> 00:40:38.340 [1255] 00:40:38.840 --> 00:40:40.060 just trust it. Better to be safe [1256] 00:40:40.560 --> 00:40:42.720 than sor. Right? Right. Yeah. [1257] 00:40:43.200 --> 00:40:45.120 Every single time. Yeah, every [1258] 00:40:45.620 --> 00:40:46.440 single time. But, you know, [1259] 00:40:46.940 --> 00:40:48.360 what is that? So, I mean, the. [1260] 00:40:48.860 --> 00:40:50.080 The future is already there. [1261] 00:40:50.640 --> 00:40:52.240 Right? Is that why there was no [1262] 00:40:52.740 --> 00:40:54.600 time on the other side? Why is [1263] 00:40:55.100 --> 00:40:55.960 it that the we can see the [1264] 00:40:56.460 --> 00:40:57.440 future. I saw my kids [1265] 00:40:58.320 --> 00:41:01.080 simultaneously. I saw my kids in [1266] 00:41:01.580 --> 00:41:03.320 a remote viewing when we lived [1267] 00:41:03.820 --> 00:41:04.560 in. In the San Francisco Bay [1268] 00:41:05.060 --> 00:41:06.240 area. My kids were in the city [1269] 00:41:06.740 --> 00:41:09.520 and my son was driving the car [1271] 00:41:11.780 --> 00:41:12.400 front seat. My daughter, who was [1272] 00:41:12.900 --> 00:41:14.160 about 14 at the time, was in the [1273] 00:41:14.660 --> 00:41:16.640 backseat. And I'm on my way. [1274] 00:41:17.140 --> 00:41:17.920 I'm walking into the kitchen. [1275] 00:41:18.320 --> 00:41:19.800 You know, we're like 40 minutes [1276] 00:41:20.300 --> 00:41:21.000 from this someday, from the [1277] 00:41:21.500 --> 00:41:23.000 city, in a suburb in East Bay, [1278] 00:41:23.500 --> 00:41:24.920 San Francisco. And as I walk to [1279] 00:41:25.420 --> 00:41:27.240 the kitchen, all of a sudden [1280] 00:41:27.740 --> 00:41:28.520 it's like I'm standing on the [1281] 00:41:29.020 --> 00:41:31.360 sidewalk in San Francisco. I see [1282] 00:41:31.860 --> 00:41:34.120 my kids at the red light, and I [1283] 00:41:34.620 --> 00:41:35.200 can see my son looking at the [1284] 00:41:35.700 --> 00:41:36.800 light. He's waiting for the [1285] 00:41:37.300 --> 00:41:39.000 light to turn red and he's going [1287] 00:41:41.260 --> 00:41:42.780 when it's on yellow going to [1288] 00:41:43.280 --> 00:41:44.780 red, okay? So he waits for that. [1289] 00:41:45.280 --> 00:41:45.940 I can see him looking at the [1290] 00:41:46.440 --> 00:41:46.820 light. He's looking. It's [1291] 00:41:47.320 --> 00:41:47.980 yellow, it's going to red. [1292] 00:41:48.220 --> 00:41:50.300 There is a truck bombing down [1293] 00:41:50.800 --> 00:41:51.580 the street in the opposite [1294] 00:41:52.080 --> 00:41:53.820 direction. And as it goes from [1295] 00:41:54.320 --> 00:41:55.620 yellow to red, my son whips the [1296] 00:41:56.120 --> 00:41:58.220 car around, thinking that the [1297] 00:41:58.720 --> 00:41:59.660 truck is going to stop. Stop, [1298] 00:42:00.160 --> 00:42:02.420 right, yeah. Accelerates. He's [1299] 00:42:02.920 --> 00:42:03.740 saying, I can make it through [1300] 00:42:04.240 --> 00:42:06.060 before the red light. So as my [1301] 00:42:06.560 --> 00:42:07.940 [1302] 00:42:08.440 --> 00:42:10.100 truck accelerates and literally [1303] 00:42:10.600 --> 00:42:12.520 misses my kid's car by inch, [1304] 00:42:12.680 --> 00:42:14.320 right? I'm having a literally [1305] 00:42:14.820 --> 00:42:15.520 feel like I'm having a heart [1306] 00:42:16.020 --> 00:42:17.080 attack in the kitchen. I [1307] 00:42:17.240 --> 00:42:18.800 literally sat down on my kitchen [1308] 00:42:19.300 --> 00:42:20.360 counter for 10 minutes to wait [1309] 00:42:20.860 --> 00:42:21.720 for my heart to stop pounding. [1310] 00:42:21.800 --> 00:42:24.440 And I can see my kids car going [1311] 00:42:24.940 --> 00:42:25.800 off into the distance. So I knew [1312] 00:42:26.300 --> 00:42:28.239 they were okay. And then when [1313] 00:42:28.739 --> 00:42:29.400 they came home, you know, like [1314] 00:42:29.900 --> 00:42:31.360 an hour or two later, I said, [1315] 00:42:31.860 --> 00:42:32.280 well, I'm going to feed them [1316] 00:42:32.780 --> 00:42:34.240 first. Because they were had [1318] 00:42:36.140 --> 00:42:37.320 in the performing arts. And so I [1319] 00:42:37.820 --> 00:42:38.160 knew they were really hungry, [1320] 00:42:38.660 --> 00:42:38.920 so I said, I'm going to feed [1321] 00:42:39.420 --> 00:42:40.500 them first. As soon as my [1322] 00:42:41.000 --> 00:42:41.860 daughter took the last bite, [1323] 00:42:42.360 --> 00:42:43.180 she looks up at me and she goes, [1324] 00:42:43.680 --> 00:42:45.300 mom, we almost got hit by a [1325] 00:42:45.800 --> 00:42:47.300 truck. And I said, yeah, I know. [1326] 00:42:47.800 --> 00:42:49.700 I saw you make the U turn. Oh, [1327] 00:42:50.200 --> 00:42:52.100 my goodness. Jaw does just drop. [1328] 00:42:52.600 --> 00:42:53.500 It's just like stared at me. [1329] 00:42:53.740 --> 00:42:55.500 And that's the only time I've [1330] 00:42:56.000 --> 00:42:57.900 had that experience of seeing [1331] 00:42:58.400 --> 00:42:59.780 something, you know, live. And I [1332] 00:43:00.280 --> 00:43:01.100 know like the military used to [1334] 00:43:03.000 --> 00:43:03.540 back. Right, right, right, [1335] 00:43:04.040 --> 00:43:05.460 yeah, 70s. I've learned that [1336] 00:43:05.960 --> 00:43:06.540 from, you know, trying to figure [1337] 00:43:07.040 --> 00:43:08.250 out about how can you see [1338] 00:43:08.750 --> 00:43:10.410 something at a distance, but, [1339] 00:43:10.490 --> 00:43:11.770 you know, we're all connected. [1340] 00:43:12.090 --> 00:43:14.290 I mean, so. And especially to [1341] 00:43:14.790 --> 00:43:15.650 our children and loved ones. [1342] 00:43:16.150 --> 00:43:17.210 We're very, very much connected [1343] 00:43:17.370 --> 00:43:19.850 to them. And, you know, and also [1344] 00:43:20.350 --> 00:43:21.690 I'm here on my spiritual journey [1345] 00:43:22.190 --> 00:43:22.969 in this life. I'm. I'm this [1346] 00:43:23.469 --> 00:43:24.890 spiritual healer and I think, [1347] 00:43:24.970 --> 00:43:26.490 you know, part of it is having a [1348] 00:43:26.990 --> 00:43:28.770 [1349] 00:43:29.270 --> 00:43:29.930 help other people understand [1350] 00:43:30.430 --> 00:43:31.490 their experiences, but also to [1351] 00:43:31.990 --> 00:43:33.250 turn it around and bring healing [1352] 00:43:33.750 --> 00:43:35.180 for people. People. So you [1353] 00:43:35.680 --> 00:43:37.220 mentioned something about the [1354] 00:43:37.720 --> 00:43:38.700 military doing that, and I know [1355] 00:43:39.200 --> 00:43:41.260 that that still goes on CIA and [1356] 00:43:41.760 --> 00:43:43.220 I wasn't the Monroe Institute. [1357] 00:43:43.540 --> 00:43:45.980 Really. Yeah. Integral in. In [1358] 00:43:46.480 --> 00:43:48.420 that. I thought so. I had. I [1359] 00:43:48.900 --> 00:43:51.180 read about that. And I know that [1360] 00:43:51.680 --> 00:43:54.180 you. A couple of different [1361] 00:43:54.680 --> 00:43:57.020 things. I. I listened to some of [1362] 00:43:57.520 --> 00:43:59.780 the. The recordings, the Monroe [1363] 00:43:59.860 --> 00:44:02.760 recordings, and find them [1365] 00:44:05.140 --> 00:44:05.920 they're on hemisync and you're. [1366] 00:44:06.420 --> 00:44:08.880 You're on hemisync and. As well [1367] 00:44:09.380 --> 00:44:11.440 as the SHIFT Network, which I [1368] 00:44:11.940 --> 00:44:13.880 believe Suzanne Geisman is. Is [1369] 00:44:14.380 --> 00:44:15.720 on there in. Yeah, yeah, I can [1370] 00:44:16.220 --> 00:44:17.600 see one of the faculty. Yeah, I [1371] 00:44:18.100 --> 00:44:18.720 am also on the faculty for the [1372] 00:44:19.220 --> 00:44:20.240 SHIFT Network. I've taught [1373] 00:44:20.740 --> 00:44:21.800 several courses for them. I've [1374] 00:44:22.300 --> 00:44:24.000 taught a lot of ancestral [1375] 00:44:24.500 --> 00:44:25.520 healing courses for the SHIFT [1376] 00:44:26.020 --> 00:44:28.160 Network. So that's. I'm glad [1377] 00:44:28.660 --> 00:44:31.000 we're kind of making that segue [1378] 00:44:31.500 --> 00:44:33.600 because epigenetics comes into [1379] 00:44:34.100 --> 00:44:35.680 play and we talk about the [1381] 00:44:39.260 --> 00:44:40.360 between metaphysical and [1382] 00:44:40.860 --> 00:44:42.800 science. And epigenetics is [1383] 00:44:43.300 --> 00:44:43.920 something that is becoming [1384] 00:44:44.420 --> 00:44:46.840 increasingly more prevalent as [1385] 00:44:47.340 --> 00:44:48.440 far as a theory and an [1386] 00:44:48.940 --> 00:44:49.720 understanding of how things [1387] 00:44:50.220 --> 00:44:53.200 happen, happen, which then goes [1388] 00:44:53.700 --> 00:44:54.950 to the ancestral natural [1389] 00:44:55.510 --> 00:44:57.510 healing. Correct. Is. Is that. [1390] 00:44:57.750 --> 00:44:59.270 That's where your tie comes in. [1391] 00:44:59.830 --> 00:45:01.830 So I want to talk about that. [1392] 00:45:02.330 --> 00:45:03.190 And I also want to talk about [1393] 00:45:03.270 --> 00:45:05.390 one thing else that you've [1394] 00:45:05.890 --> 00:45:06.550 mentioned before about the [1395] 00:45:07.050 --> 00:45:09.510 [1396] 00:45:10.470 --> 00:45:12.430 which, you know, hemisync is a [1397] 00:45:12.930 --> 00:45:15.910 lot of, you know, music or [1398] 00:45:16.470 --> 00:45:19.350 solfeggio frequencies, that sort [1399] 00:45:19.850 --> 00:45:21.270 of thing, as well as other [1400] 00:45:21.770 --> 00:45:26.350 recordings. But the frequencies [1401] 00:45:26.850 --> 00:45:31.390 and sound patterns that you're [1402] 00:45:31.890 --> 00:45:33.190 involved with as far as [1403] 00:45:33.690 --> 00:45:35.030 synchronization of brainwave [1404] 00:45:35.750 --> 00:45:36.470 activities. [1405] 00:45:39.350 --> 00:45:40.710 Can we talk a little bit about [1406] 00:45:41.210 --> 00:45:42.390 that? Because there's an obvious [1407] 00:45:42.550 --> 00:45:46.150 correlation between those things [1408] 00:45:46.310 --> 00:45:47.910 and the Drop the Needle podcast, [1409] 00:45:48.410 --> 00:45:51.660 because music being such a big [1410] 00:45:52.160 --> 00:45:53.660 part of my life, but also one of [1412] 00:45:56.800 --> 00:46:01.020 Muller is a sound therapist, [1413] 00:46:01.520 --> 00:46:05.380 certified sound therapist, [1414] 00:46:05.880 --> 00:46:07.140 as well as hypnotherapist and so [1415] 00:46:07.640 --> 00:46:08.380 on and so forth. And she makes [1416] 00:46:08.620 --> 00:46:11.020 beautiful soundscapes. And [1417] 00:46:11.180 --> 00:46:13.540 that's one of the things that we [1418] 00:46:14.040 --> 00:46:15.540 talk about regularly because of [1419] 00:46:16.040 --> 00:46:19.160 the. The meditations [1420] 00:46:19.660 --> 00:46:20.880 that I do in conjunction with [1421] 00:46:21.380 --> 00:46:22.120 her soundscapes in the [1422] 00:46:22.620 --> 00:46:23.320 background, depending upon what [1423] 00:46:23.820 --> 00:46:24.560 we're working on for that [1424] 00:46:24.640 --> 00:46:26.360 particular meditation. But I [1425] 00:46:26.860 --> 00:46:28.480 want to. I want you to tell me [1426] 00:46:29.120 --> 00:46:32.640 about essentially that being a. [1428] 00:46:35.420 --> 00:46:36.760 catch some sort of vibe and be, [1429] 00:46:37.260 --> 00:46:39.120 you know, and. And be in the, [1430] 00:46:39.680 --> 00:46:42.040 you know. Well, flow state is a [1431] 00:46:42.540 --> 00:46:45.260 vibe too, but can. Let's. I'll [1432] 00:46:45.760 --> 00:46:47.060 stop talking now because I'm. [1433] 00:46:47.380 --> 00:46:48.940 I'm trying to explain everything [1434] 00:46:49.440 --> 00:46:50.260 when you can do it much better. [1435] 00:46:50.740 --> 00:46:53.940 So have at it, please. Well, [1436] 00:46:54.340 --> 00:46:56.460 you know, the frequencies, you [1437] 00:46:56.960 --> 00:46:58.140 know, I'm not like a physicist [1438] 00:46:58.640 --> 00:46:59.380 or anything like that, but. [1439] 00:47:00.580 --> 00:47:02.180 Freak. Yes, but you are a [1440] 00:47:02.680 --> 00:47:03.540 science. You're involved with [1441] 00:47:04.040 --> 00:47:05.980 science, right? Everything is a [1442] 00:47:06.480 --> 00:47:07.980 [1443] 00:47:08.480 --> 00:47:10.580 frequency for dis ease. Right. [1444] 00:47:10.660 --> 00:47:12.420 Disease, right? You have, you [1445] 00:47:12.920 --> 00:47:13.460 know, your frequency is off. [1446] 00:47:14.000 --> 00:47:16.640 The way I look at it, it's like [1447] 00:47:16.800 --> 00:47:17.960 the whole body is like an [1448] 00:47:18.460 --> 00:47:20.480 orchestra, right? And if you [1449] 00:47:21.120 --> 00:47:23.560 sound very musical, why we get [1450] 00:47:24.060 --> 00:47:26.600 along. That's right. Because I [1451] 00:47:27.100 --> 00:47:27.880 grew up in music and I always [1452] 00:47:28.380 --> 00:47:30.960 hear music in my head. And so we [1453] 00:47:31.460 --> 00:47:32.280 are. I mean, the body is like an [1454] 00:47:32.780 --> 00:47:34.600 orchestra. Now if you listen to [1455] 00:47:35.100 --> 00:47:37.520 an orchestra and one violin is [1456] 00:47:38.020 --> 00:47:39.080 out of tune, you are going to [1457] 00:47:39.580 --> 00:47:40.080 hear that. You're going to say, [1459] 00:47:41.440 --> 00:47:43.120 Attention is drawn right to it, [1460] 00:47:43.900 --> 00:47:45.820 right? It's off. It's off key, [1461] 00:47:46.300 --> 00:47:48.260 right? Or if somebody is singing [1462] 00:47:48.760 --> 00:47:49.500 with the work assigned, same [1463] 00:47:50.000 --> 00:47:51.460 thing, right? You're going to [1464] 00:47:51.960 --> 00:47:53.460 know, wow, it's off key. I mean, [1465] 00:47:53.960 --> 00:47:54.500 it's the same thing with the [1466] 00:47:55.000 --> 00:47:56.740 body. The body, you know, we [1467] 00:47:57.240 --> 00:47:58.020 have kind of broken down in [1468] 00:47:58.520 --> 00:47:59.900 western medicine, the body, you [1469] 00:48:00.400 --> 00:48:00.940 know, oh, you have a heart [1470] 00:48:01.440 --> 00:48:01.940 problem, let's look at the [1471] 00:48:02.440 --> 00:48:03.540 heart. Oh, you have a liver [1472] 00:48:04.040 --> 00:48:04.420 problem, let's look at the [1473] 00:48:04.920 --> 00:48:06.060 liver. Right? We kind of [1475] 00:48:08.140 --> 00:48:09.860 works together. Which is now why [1476] 00:48:10.360 --> 00:48:11.020 we have more functional [1477] 00:48:11.520 --> 00:48:12.740 medicine. Doctor, holistic [1478] 00:48:13.240 --> 00:48:14.420 medicine, right? We're looking [1479] 00:48:14.920 --> 00:48:16.460 at the whole being. Everything [1480] 00:48:16.860 --> 00:48:18.860 plays a role. It's not just that [1481] 00:48:19.360 --> 00:48:22.860 one thing. You can have severe [1482] 00:48:23.360 --> 00:48:25.100 headaches, okay? You can have [1483] 00:48:25.600 --> 00:48:27.820 severe headache problems because [1484] 00:48:29.500 --> 00:48:30.980 you have what's called [1485] 00:48:31.480 --> 00:48:33.740 nutcracker syndrome, where the [1486] 00:48:34.300 --> 00:48:36.580 blood leaving, typically the [1487] 00:48:37.080 --> 00:48:39.580 left kidney, is being compressed [1488] 00:48:40.300 --> 00:48:41.660 between the aorta and the [1489] 00:48:42.160 --> 00:48:43.520 [1490] 00:48:44.020 --> 00:48:45.120 it looks like a nutcracker on [1491] 00:48:45.200 --> 00:48:47.520 imaging. Now, if the blood can't [1492] 00:48:48.020 --> 00:48:50.120 leave the kidney, what is the [1493] 00:48:50.620 --> 00:48:52.080 blood gonna do? It's gonna flow [1494] 00:48:52.580 --> 00:48:53.640 backwards, okay? It's gonna go [1495] 00:48:54.140 --> 00:48:54.880 back through the kidney, back [1496] 00:48:55.380 --> 00:48:57.000 down. It says, well, that [1497] 00:48:57.500 --> 00:48:58.640 highway is blocked, right? So [1498] 00:48:59.140 --> 00:49:00.120 think of it as like the blood [1499] 00:49:00.620 --> 00:49:01.680 has all these vessels. It's just [1500] 00:49:01.840 --> 00:49:03.640 like a road map. All these [1501] 00:49:04.140 --> 00:49:04.600 different roads. You got [1502] 00:49:05.100 --> 00:49:06.440 highways, you got kind of [1503] 00:49:06.940 --> 00:49:07.880 surface streets. You Got the [1504] 00:49:08.380 --> 00:49:09.560 dirt roads that are the smaller [1506] 00:49:12.170 --> 00:49:13.230 there is a backup, you're going [1507] 00:49:13.730 --> 00:49:14.070 to say, well, I'm going to get [1508] 00:49:14.570 --> 00:49:15.150 off the freeway. I'm going to [1509] 00:49:15.650 --> 00:49:16.790 take the surface streets, and [1510] 00:49:17.290 --> 00:49:17.870 you're going to go around that [1511] 00:49:18.370 --> 00:49:19.470 accident. Is it blocked? It's [1512] 00:49:19.970 --> 00:49:21.710 traffic. There's road work. The [1513] 00:49:22.210 --> 00:49:23.110 blood is moving so slowly [1514] 00:49:23.610 --> 00:49:24.510 because it's being compressed, [1515] 00:49:25.010 --> 00:49:26.190 so that vein kind of gets narrow [1516] 00:49:26.690 --> 00:49:27.710 right there, so the blood can't [1517] 00:49:28.210 --> 00:49:30.390 flow normally. Now you're [1518] 00:49:30.890 --> 00:49:31.950 thinking, well, I'm getting a [1519] 00:49:32.450 --> 00:49:32.950 headache. What does that have to [1520] 00:49:33.450 --> 00:49:33.870 do with the blood leaving my [1522] 00:49:36.330 --> 00:49:38.030 going to make new pathways and [1523] 00:49:38.530 --> 00:49:38.910 it's going to increase the [1524] 00:49:39.410 --> 00:49:40.670 pressure in other blood vessels [1525] 00:49:41.170 --> 00:49:42.640 in the spinal cord, and then [1526] 00:49:43.140 --> 00:49:43.600 that's going to trigger your [1527] 00:49:44.100 --> 00:49:45.160 headache. Has nothing to do with [1528] 00:49:45.660 --> 00:49:47.480 your head. Right? Right. [1529] 00:49:48.840 --> 00:49:50.840 So this is a perfect example of [1530] 00:49:51.000 --> 00:49:52.120 how you have to look at the [1531] 00:49:52.620 --> 00:49:54.480 whole being and not just the [1532] 00:49:54.980 --> 00:49:55.920 head. Because if you say, oh, [1533] 00:49:56.420 --> 00:49:56.720 well, you have a headache, must [1534] 00:49:57.220 --> 00:49:58.040 be a migraine then. Do you have [1535] 00:49:58.540 --> 00:49:59.880 an aura? Do you have this? Or [1536] 00:50:00.380 --> 00:50:00.800 [1537] 00:50:01.300 --> 00:50:02.000 pollen. It's something you ate. [1538] 00:50:02.500 --> 00:50:03.000 You didn't get enough sleep. [1539] 00:50:03.500 --> 00:50:04.200 You. You're. You must be [1540] 00:50:04.700 --> 00:50:06.120 experiencing stress. Right. And [1541] 00:50:06.620 --> 00:50:07.600 you go down and nothing is [1542] 00:50:08.100 --> 00:50:09.080 helping. Yeah. Because that's [1543] 00:50:09.580 --> 00:50:10.240 not where the problem is. The [1544] 00:50:10.740 --> 00:50:11.520 problem is a little tiny blood [1545] 00:50:12.020 --> 00:50:13.300 vessel that's not. Not. It's a [1546] 00:50:13.800 --> 00:50:15.220 traffic jam down there. You got [1547] 00:50:15.720 --> 00:50:16.780 to fix the traffic jam. Right. [1548] 00:50:16.860 --> 00:50:20.060 So we can see that in. [1549] 00:50:20.560 --> 00:50:22.100 Sometimes we have to look at the [1550] 00:50:22.600 --> 00:50:24.780 whole body, but that's also when [1551] 00:50:24.860 --> 00:50:26.340 the frequency is now off for [1553] 00:50:29.240 --> 00:50:29.660 feeling well, they keep getting [1554] 00:50:30.160 --> 00:50:30.940 headaches, nobody knows what's [1555] 00:50:31.440 --> 00:50:31.900 wrong, so they're just getting [1556] 00:50:32.400 --> 00:50:33.700 pain medication and the problem [1557] 00:50:34.200 --> 00:50:35.060 is never getting fixed until you [1558] 00:50:35.560 --> 00:50:35.940 actually have surgery and [1559] 00:50:36.440 --> 00:50:37.820 correct the problem. But many [1560] 00:50:38.320 --> 00:50:39.220 times it's like that, and many [1561] 00:50:39.720 --> 00:50:40.260 times people fall through the [1562] 00:50:40.760 --> 00:50:42.970 cracks because the way we're [1563] 00:50:43.470 --> 00:50:44.010 trained, we're, you know, [1564] 00:50:44.330 --> 00:50:45.930 Western medicine. You have to [1565] 00:50:46.430 --> 00:50:47.810 see a specialist in order for [1566] 00:50:48.310 --> 00:50:50.010 that to get found. Right. [1567] 00:50:50.090 --> 00:50:51.290 Because if you have a headache [1569] 00:50:52.870 --> 00:50:53.330 they're going to look in your [1570] 00:50:53.830 --> 00:50:55.370 head because it's as if this is [1571] 00:50:55.690 --> 00:50:57.210 by itself. Your little head [1572] 00:50:58.250 --> 00:50:59.970 belongs to the body below you. [1573] 00:51:00.470 --> 00:51:01.090 Let me get that head off the [1574] 00:51:01.590 --> 00:51:03.850 shelf. Yes. And then you get [1575] 00:51:04.350 --> 00:51:05.010 disease. Right. Then your [1576] 00:51:05.510 --> 00:51:06.130 frequency gets off because you [1577] 00:51:06.630 --> 00:51:07.970 can't function. You're tired, [1578] 00:51:08.470 --> 00:51:09.330 you're exhausted, your blood's [1579] 00:51:09.830 --> 00:51:10.345 not flowing, you have headaches, [1580] 00:51:10.845 --> 00:51:12.900 headaches. Right. And then now [1581] 00:51:13.400 --> 00:51:14.340 what happens with that? All [1582] 00:51:14.840 --> 00:51:15.940 those problems is probably going [1583] 00:51:16.440 --> 00:51:16.900 [1584] 00:51:17.140 --> 00:51:18.620 Right? Right. And Then that [1585] 00:51:19.120 --> 00:51:19.900 problem causes another problem [1586] 00:51:20.400 --> 00:51:21.020 because now you're exhausted, [1587] 00:51:21.520 --> 00:51:22.020 and then you get adrenal [1588] 00:51:22.520 --> 00:51:23.340 fatigue, and then your hormone [1589] 00:51:23.840 --> 00:51:24.860 balance get off and it just [1590] 00:51:25.360 --> 00:51:26.660 becomes this cascade. Right, [1591] 00:51:27.160 --> 00:51:28.860 right. And I have six problems [1592] 00:51:29.360 --> 00:51:30.260 instead of one problem. The one. [1593] 00:51:30.660 --> 00:51:32.660 Right. But, but it's. [1594] 00:51:33.160 --> 00:51:34.300 Everything is frequencies, you [1595] 00:51:34.800 --> 00:51:35.220 know, in the end. Because [1596] 00:51:35.720 --> 00:51:36.570 everything is energy in the end. [1597] 00:51:37.120 --> 00:51:38.800 Right. And so when we look at, [1598] 00:51:39.200 --> 00:51:40.480 you know, the frequencies, and [1600] 00:51:42.940 --> 00:51:43.800 the epigenetics. Right. So [1601] 00:51:44.300 --> 00:51:46.720 epigenetics is what runs the [1602] 00:51:47.220 --> 00:51:48.320 hard. The hardware. Right. Our [1603] 00:51:48.400 --> 00:51:50.320 genetics code. So it's not [1604] 00:51:50.820 --> 00:51:51.680 really that different from a [1605] 00:51:52.180 --> 00:51:53.120 computer. If you have a [1606] 00:51:53.620 --> 00:51:54.280 computer, you got all the [1607] 00:51:54.780 --> 00:51:56.160 hardware, you need the software [1608] 00:51:56.320 --> 00:51:58.680 to do stuff for you, but it's [1609] 00:51:59.180 --> 00:51:59.680 kind of the same with the body. [1610] 00:52:00.180 --> 00:52:01.280 So the epigenetics runs the [1611] 00:52:01.780 --> 00:52:03.200 code. Right. So that's just what [1612] 00:52:03.700 --> 00:52:04.930 the epigenetics does. But, but [1613] 00:52:05.490 --> 00:52:07.610 that epigenetics, we changed the [1614] 00:52:08.110 --> 00:52:09.810 coding based on our experiences. [1616] 00:52:12.690 --> 00:52:13.850 something different. And now [1617] 00:52:14.350 --> 00:52:15.970 we're. Let's say you were born [1618] 00:52:16.470 --> 00:52:17.850 with this cancer gene, like the [1619] 00:52:18.350 --> 00:52:19.730 BRCA gene. Doesn't mean you're [1620] 00:52:20.230 --> 00:52:21.130 going to get breast cancer. You [1621] 00:52:21.630 --> 00:52:22.730 were born with a gene. But, [1622] 00:52:23.230 --> 00:52:24.050 hey, you need the epigenetics, [1623] 00:52:24.550 --> 00:52:25.330 you need the software to run it. [1624] 00:52:25.410 --> 00:52:26.370 You need the perfect [1625] 00:52:26.870 --> 00:52:29.090 circumstances to activate it to [1626] 00:52:29.590 --> 00:52:30.250 produce the cancer. And that [1627] 00:52:30.750 --> 00:52:31.530 could be, you know, you were [1628] 00:52:32.030 --> 00:52:33.410 exposed to water contamination [1629] 00:52:33.490 --> 00:52:36.590 or the pesticides that spray on [1630] 00:52:37.090 --> 00:52:38.590 [1631] 00:52:38.990 --> 00:52:42.830 has codes that says your detox [1632] 00:52:43.230 --> 00:52:45.230 doesn't work that well. And so [1633] 00:52:45.730 --> 00:52:46.790 you're more prone to get an [1634] 00:52:47.290 --> 00:52:49.070 issue. So the whole family can [1635] 00:52:49.570 --> 00:52:51.110 have. Can have this gene. Your [1636] 00:52:51.610 --> 00:52:52.510 sister has it, your mom has it, [1637] 00:52:53.010 --> 00:52:54.150 your grandma has it. Doesn't [1638] 00:52:54.650 --> 00:52:55.670 mean any. And none of them got [1639] 00:52:56.170 --> 00:52:57.310 it. But you got breast cancer. [1640] 00:52:57.810 --> 00:52:59.310 Yeah. Because your genetic code [1641] 00:52:59.810 --> 00:53:00.770 is different and your detox [1642] 00:53:01.270 --> 00:53:02.570 cycle doesn't work as well. And [1643] 00:53:03.070 --> 00:53:04.010 now you got a problem. Right? [1644] 00:53:04.510 --> 00:53:05.370 So it's never just, it's never, [1645] 00:53:05.610 --> 00:53:07.090 you know, it's not as simple as [1647] 00:53:09.190 --> 00:53:10.170 look into things. Right. You [1648] 00:53:10.670 --> 00:53:11.290 know, there's so many different [1649] 00:53:11.370 --> 00:53:13.010 components because the whole [1650] 00:53:13.510 --> 00:53:15.370 body works like an orchestra. [1651] 00:53:15.690 --> 00:53:17.490 Like all the different parts are [1652] 00:53:17.990 --> 00:53:19.090 playing together. And you have [1653] 00:53:19.590 --> 00:53:20.570 to figure out which part is it [1654] 00:53:21.070 --> 00:53:22.370 that's not working in order to [1655] 00:53:22.870 --> 00:53:28.440 fix it. That is. And I [1656] 00:53:28.940 --> 00:53:31.040 find it incredibly fascinating [1657] 00:53:31.540 --> 00:53:36.000 to. I oftentimes will call [1658] 00:53:36.500 --> 00:53:38.640 these things rabbit holes for [1659] 00:53:39.140 --> 00:53:41.320 me, because they are. I'm just [1660] 00:53:41.820 --> 00:53:43.520 so intrigued by these topics. [1661] 00:53:43.920 --> 00:53:45.040 Well, tell me more about that. [1663] 00:53:46.500 --> 00:53:47.520 you know, those types of things. [1664] 00:53:48.080 --> 00:53:51.520 And so I know we're running out [1665] 00:53:52.020 --> 00:53:54.630 of time. Here. What I'm. Would [1666] 00:53:55.130 --> 00:53:57.710 you be open to doing another [1667] 00:53:58.270 --> 00:54:00.910 show too? Would you be? Okay. [1668] 00:54:01.070 --> 00:54:03.070 Yeah. It actually happens quite [1669] 00:54:03.570 --> 00:54:04.870 often because we have so much to [1670] 00:54:05.370 --> 00:54:06.390 talk about, sometimes a ton to [1671] 00:54:06.890 --> 00:54:08.390 talk about. And which is. I want [1672] 00:54:08.890 --> 00:54:10.270 to talk because I had mentioned [1673] 00:54:10.770 --> 00:54:11.830 it in the beginning about the [1674] 00:54:12.330 --> 00:54:13.590 session where I was fortunate [1675] 00:54:14.090 --> 00:54:14.950 enough to have an ancestral [1676] 00:54:15.450 --> 00:54:17.630 healing session with you and we [1677] 00:54:18.130 --> 00:54:18.750 [1678] 00:54:21.860 --> 00:54:22.420 Oh, the. [1679] 00:54:26.660 --> 00:54:28.660 Where you came from. Well, [1680] 00:54:28.900 --> 00:54:31.820 well, yes. So why don't. While [1681] 00:54:32.320 --> 00:54:34.340 I'm trying to remember exactly [1682] 00:54:35.060 --> 00:54:38.180 what I wanted to. To touch on [1683] 00:54:38.680 --> 00:54:40.540 with that, why don't you maybe [1684] 00:54:41.040 --> 00:54:41.780 explain a little bit, give a [1685] 00:54:42.280 --> 00:54:42.740 little background on what [1686] 00:54:43.240 --> 00:54:45.100 ancestral healing in is for [1687] 00:54:45.600 --> 00:54:46.740 everyone in the. Kandra. [1688] 00:54:46.900 --> 00:54:48.340 Kandraya. Is that how it's [1689] 00:54:48.840 --> 00:54:50.850 pronounced? Yeah. Yes. Healing [1690] 00:54:51.350 --> 00:54:53.370 session. Yeah. So you know, we [1691] 00:54:53.870 --> 00:54:54.730 are all connected, right? So I [1692] 00:54:55.230 --> 00:54:55.930 learned that with that silvery [1694] 00:54:58.430 --> 00:55:00.210 couldn't be more true. So when [1695] 00:55:00.710 --> 00:55:01.890 you work with ancestral healing, [1696] 00:55:02.290 --> 00:55:04.050 we all came from somewhere, [1697] 00:55:04.130 --> 00:55:05.210 right? We all, we all have [1698] 00:55:05.710 --> 00:55:06.890 parents, even if we don't know [1699] 00:55:07.390 --> 00:55:07.930 our parents, even if we were [1700] 00:55:08.430 --> 00:55:09.410 adopted. We came from somewhere, [1701] 00:55:09.730 --> 00:55:11.530 right? We came from that genetic [1702] 00:55:12.030 --> 00:55:14.170 code. So half of you have mom's [1703] 00:55:14.670 --> 00:55:17.170 DNA and half of it is dad's DNA, [1704] 00:55:17.670 --> 00:55:18.730 right? You can't. Dad's. That's [1705] 00:55:18.810 --> 00:55:21.090 how this world works. But then [1706] 00:55:21.590 --> 00:55:22.850 also, you know, how you were, [1707] 00:55:23.350 --> 00:55:24.210 how you were treated, how you [1708] 00:55:24.710 --> 00:55:26.410 grew up, what was instilled in [1710] 00:55:29.030 --> 00:55:30.730 say, to make things easy, let's [1711] 00:55:31.230 --> 00:55:31.730 say you were raised by your [1712] 00:55:32.230 --> 00:55:34.489 biological parents. Well, they [1713] 00:55:34.989 --> 00:55:36.530 were raised a certain way. They [1714] 00:55:37.030 --> 00:55:38.410 were raised by their parents or [1715] 00:55:38.910 --> 00:55:40.370 whoever raised them. The things [1716] 00:55:40.870 --> 00:55:42.770 that they learned, right. Is how [1717] 00:55:43.270 --> 00:55:44.610 their nervous system adapted to [1718] 00:55:45.110 --> 00:55:46.290 that. And we all, in the end, [1719] 00:55:46.790 --> 00:55:47.490 we all want to belong. We all [1720] 00:55:47.990 --> 00:55:49.030 want to be loved. Loved, but [1721] 00:55:49.110 --> 00:55:51.670 depending on what. What they [1722] 00:55:52.170 --> 00:55:52.710 were struggling with. So [1723] 00:55:53.210 --> 00:55:54.630 ancestral healing is the [1724] 00:55:55.130 --> 00:55:56.150 [1725] 00:55:56.230 --> 00:55:58.510 in the previous generation. So [1726] 00:55:59.010 --> 00:55:59.990 to make something very simple, [1727] 00:56:00.310 --> 00:56:02.430 let's say you're married to a [1728] 00:56:02.930 --> 00:56:03.630 partner. Let's say you're [1729] 00:56:04.130 --> 00:56:05.150 female, because this is just a [1730] 00:56:05.650 --> 00:56:07.270 common issue. And she, this [1731] 00:56:07.770 --> 00:56:08.710 female complains and she says, [1732] 00:56:08.950 --> 00:56:11.390 I don't understand it. I unload [1733] 00:56:11.890 --> 00:56:12.990 the dishwasher, you know, three [1734] 00:56:13.490 --> 00:56:14.510 times a day, and I do the [1735] 00:56:15.010 --> 00:56:16.300 laundry. And, you know, my [1736] 00:56:16.800 --> 00:56:17.700 partner is very helpful, but I [1737] 00:56:18.200 --> 00:56:18.900 always have to tell him, like, [1738] 00:56:19.400 --> 00:56:20.060 can you please take the garbage [1739] 00:56:20.560 --> 00:56:21.380 out? Can you please do this? [1741] 00:56:23.040 --> 00:56:24.100 she carries the mental load, [1742] 00:56:24.600 --> 00:56:26.420 right? Having to make sure [1743] 00:56:26.920 --> 00:56:27.460 everybody. She remembers [1744] 00:56:27.960 --> 00:56:28.540 everybody's birthday. And she [1745] 00:56:29.040 --> 00:56:30.740 does. She knows what needs to be [1746] 00:56:31.300 --> 00:56:32.420 brought home from the grocery [1747] 00:56:32.920 --> 00:56:33.820 store. She does all the [1748] 00:56:34.320 --> 00:56:36.700 planning, right? And then she's [1749] 00:56:37.200 --> 00:56:38.180 irritated about that. Right. [1750] 00:56:38.680 --> 00:56:39.460 Well, where. Where did that come [1751] 00:56:39.960 --> 00:56:41.900 from? She. Many times we say, [1752] 00:56:42.400 --> 00:56:44.460 how do I make my partner help [1753] 00:56:44.960 --> 00:56:46.900 more? Right. Yeah. That's all, [1754] 00:56:47.400 --> 00:56:47.860 you know, you guys start [1755] 00:56:48.360 --> 00:56:49.300 somewhere. But when we take a [1757] 00:56:51.720 --> 00:56:53.020 what was your mom like? When you [1758] 00:56:53.520 --> 00:56:54.060 start asking them, what was your [1759] 00:56:54.560 --> 00:56:55.380 mom like? My mom was a [1760] 00:56:55.880 --> 00:56:56.660 homemaker. She did everything. [1761] 00:56:56.820 --> 00:56:58.100 She did all the laundry, she did [1762] 00:56:58.600 --> 00:56:59.739 all the cooking. She. She was [1763] 00:57:00.239 --> 00:57:01.140 very subservient to my dad. [1764] 00:57:01.220 --> 00:57:03.540 Yes. And guess what? [1765] 00:57:04.040 --> 00:57:05.460 Subconsciously, even though you [1766] 00:57:05.960 --> 00:57:06.780 told yourself that you're not [1767] 00:57:07.280 --> 00:57:07.820 going to do the same thing as [1768] 00:57:08.320 --> 00:57:09.620 your mom did, you are. Because [1769] 00:57:09.700 --> 00:57:11.660 subconsciously. So we learn [1770] 00:57:12.160 --> 00:57:12.540 these things, you know, when [1771] 00:57:13.040 --> 00:57:13.940 [1772] 00:57:14.440 --> 00:57:15.860 see that and we want to blend [1773] 00:57:16.360 --> 00:57:17.340 in. We want to be like mom and [1774] 00:57:17.840 --> 00:57:18.980 dad. And it doesn't matter. [1775] 00:57:19.380 --> 00:57:21.380 Even if we hate that and says, [1776] 00:57:21.880 --> 00:57:22.980 I'm never going to be like you. [1777] 00:57:23.380 --> 00:57:24.860 And when we push something away, [1778] 00:57:25.360 --> 00:57:26.339 that also has a tendency to come [1779] 00:57:26.839 --> 00:57:27.900 back. So let's say this young [1780] 00:57:28.400 --> 00:57:30.180 woman, you know, her mom did [1781] 00:57:30.680 --> 00:57:31.700 everything at home, and she [1782] 00:57:32.200 --> 00:57:33.340 didn't like her dad because he [1783] 00:57:33.840 --> 00:57:35.020 was an alcoholic. And guess [1784] 00:57:35.520 --> 00:57:36.820 what? She married an alcoholic. [1785] 00:57:37.060 --> 00:57:38.420 And she does everything in the [1786] 00:57:38.920 --> 00:57:39.780 house. Yeah. She rejected dad. [1788] 00:57:41.360 --> 00:57:42.770 park, partner. And then we do [1789] 00:57:43.270 --> 00:57:43.810 all the dishes because that's [1790] 00:57:44.310 --> 00:57:46.050 what mom did. So we can see. So [1791] 00:57:46.550 --> 00:57:48.090 patterns repeat. And it doesn't [1792] 00:57:48.590 --> 00:57:49.810 matter sometimes if we reject it [1793] 00:57:49.970 --> 00:57:52.290 or we repeat it, but it has a [1794] 00:57:52.790 --> 00:57:53.730 tendency to come back. So that's [1795] 00:57:54.230 --> 00:57:55.370 like, in a nutshell, what [1796] 00:57:55.870 --> 00:57:57.130 ancestral healing is. We think [1797] 00:57:57.630 --> 00:57:58.570 we are independent, but we are [1798] 00:57:59.070 --> 00:58:00.010 not as independent as we think [1799] 00:58:00.510 --> 00:58:01.650 we are, because. And these [1800] 00:58:02.150 --> 00:58:03.530 things also transfer down on [1801] 00:58:04.030 --> 00:58:05.770 your DNA. So the traumatic [1802] 00:58:06.270 --> 00:58:07.170 events of your ancestors [1804] 00:58:08.690 --> 00:58:09.650 because they changed the [1805] 00:58:10.150 --> 00:58:10.970 epigenetics and the expression [1806] 00:58:11.470 --> 00:58:13.010 of that. And we know from [1807] 00:58:13.090 --> 00:58:15.170 research that we can see, [1808] 00:58:15.670 --> 00:58:16.090 they've done research on [1809] 00:58:16.590 --> 00:58:18.610 Holocaust survivors, that the [1810] 00:58:18.930 --> 00:58:20.370 certain genes are expressing in [1811] 00:58:20.870 --> 00:58:21.770 the. In the grandchildren that [1812] 00:58:22.270 --> 00:58:23.890 came from the traumatic events [1813] 00:58:24.390 --> 00:58:25.090 that those grandparents [1814] 00:58:25.590 --> 00:58:27.250 experienced. So it's a, you [1815] 00:58:27.750 --> 00:58:28.730 know, again, it's a. It's a big [1816] 00:58:29.230 --> 00:58:32.970 enchilada. Because it's not just [1817] 00:58:33.470 --> 00:58:34.170 one thing. It's not just the [1818] 00:58:34.670 --> 00:58:35.890 [1819] 00:58:36.390 --> 00:58:37.330 environment. It's. It's. It's a [1820] 00:58:37.830 --> 00:58:39.880 soup of all of it. And your own [1821] 00:58:40.380 --> 00:58:41.080 experiences. It could be what [1822] 00:58:41.580 --> 00:58:42.720 you experienced. Yeah, that's [1823] 00:58:43.220 --> 00:58:44.040 some of the extra spice. Right? [1824] 00:58:44.520 --> 00:58:46.760 It's exactly. It's. It's. It's a [1825] 00:58:47.260 --> 00:58:49.000 lot to take into account. And. [1826] 00:58:49.500 --> 00:58:50.440 But that is what. So it doesn't [1827] 00:58:50.940 --> 00:58:52.080 really matter what the problem [1828] 00:58:52.580 --> 00:58:53.200 is. You could have Lost [1829] 00:58:53.700 --> 00:58:54.960 connection with a family member [1830] 00:58:55.460 --> 00:58:56.520 or you're one of your children. [1831] 00:58:57.020 --> 00:58:57.840 I lost communication. That [1832] 00:58:58.340 --> 00:58:59.840 happens a lot. And then you do [1833] 00:59:00.340 --> 00:59:01.800 ancestral healing. But because [1835] 00:59:04.180 --> 00:59:05.920 when we do a healing, you know, [1836] 00:59:06.420 --> 00:59:07.120 people tell me the most [1837] 00:59:07.620 --> 00:59:09.170 miraculous things happen. You [1838] 00:59:09.670 --> 00:59:10.210 know, this one woman hadn't [1839] 00:59:10.710 --> 00:59:11.610 spoken to her mom in 10 years. [1840] 00:59:11.690 --> 00:59:13.690 And then, you know, six months [1841] 00:59:14.190 --> 00:59:15.370 goes by and she comes back, oh, [1842] 00:59:15.870 --> 00:59:16.570 I want to heal something else [1843] 00:59:17.070 --> 00:59:18.010 now, you know, And I said, how, [1844] 00:59:18.510 --> 00:59:18.770 you know, how did it go with [1845] 00:59:19.270 --> 00:59:19.850 your mom? And she goes, we're [1846] 00:59:20.350 --> 00:59:21.130 best friends now. We talk every [1847] 00:59:21.630 --> 00:59:22.410 day. Isn't that something? [1848] 00:59:22.910 --> 00:59:23.890 Yeah. And other people too, who [1849] 00:59:24.390 --> 00:59:25.330 have lost connection with our [1851] 00:59:27.670 --> 00:59:28.090 and they say, you won't believe [1852] 00:59:28.590 --> 00:59:29.810 who just called me that daughter [1853] 00:59:30.310 --> 00:59:31.410 who I haven't spoken to in four [1854] 00:59:31.910 --> 00:59:33.690 years. That's. So I'm going to [1855] 00:59:34.190 --> 00:59:35.090 say this is that spooky action [1856] 00:59:35.590 --> 00:59:36.390 at a distance Einstein said. [1857] 00:59:37.100 --> 00:59:38.940 Right. But it's more like magic [1858] 00:59:39.100 --> 00:59:40.020 because we are all [1859] 00:59:40.520 --> 00:59:41.300 interconnected. We don't know [1860] 00:59:41.800 --> 00:59:42.940 exactly how that works. Right. [1861] 00:59:43.100 --> 00:59:44.980 But there is something very [1862] 00:59:45.480 --> 00:59:47.340 divine that, you know, we're [1863] 00:59:47.840 --> 00:59:49.700 being guided through vision [1864] 00:59:50.200 --> 00:59:51.740 boards. Affirmation still stuck. [1865] 00:59:51.980 --> 00:59:53.420 [1866] 00:59:53.580 --> 00:59:55.100 It's hard to manifest from a [1867] 00:59:55.600 --> 00:59:56.500 body still stuck in survival [1868] 00:59:57.000 --> 00:59:58.340 mode. Sometimes the vision has [1869] 00:59:58.840 --> 00:59:59.460 to wait for the body to catch [1870] 00:59:59.960 --> 01:00:00.940 up. At the listening field [1871] 01:00:01.440 --> 01:00:02.670 retreat, August 20th, 21st to [1872] 01:00:03.170 --> 01:00:04.350 the 23rd at Eaglewood Resort and [1873] 01:00:04.850 --> 01:00:06.190 Spa, Julie Grant clears old [1874] 01:00:06.690 --> 01:00:07.950 family patterns. Kerry Muller [1875] 01:00:08.450 --> 01:00:09.230 uses sound to bring your body [1876] 01:00:09.730 --> 01:00:11.110 back online. And Jim Alstott [1877] 01:00:11.190 --> 01:00:12.590 shows you what it takes to turn [1878] 01:00:13.090 --> 01:00:13.910 intention into something you [1879] 01:00:14.410 --> 01:00:15.310 live. You don't need another [1880] 01:00:15.810 --> 01:00:16.630 notebook. You need to feel [1882] 01:00:18.210 --> 01:00:19.270 thechillcrew.org [1883] 01:00:19.910 --> 01:00:23.830 thelisteningretreat so then [1884] 01:00:23.910 --> 01:00:26.550 we went through the session, [1885] 01:00:27.270 --> 01:00:30.770 which I will say was [1886] 01:00:31.270 --> 01:00:33.570 really interesting on a number [1887] 01:00:34.070 --> 01:00:34.850 of levels. And it started out [1888] 01:00:35.350 --> 01:00:39.450 with the 13 question email [1889] 01:00:39.770 --> 01:00:42.090 that was asking about background [1890] 01:00:42.330 --> 01:00:45.250 and different situations or if [1891] 01:00:45.750 --> 01:00:46.330 there was something going on [1892] 01:00:46.810 --> 01:00:50.370 physically or emotionally or [1893] 01:00:50.870 --> 01:00:51.970 what have you. And you had a few [1894] 01:00:52.470 --> 01:00:53.090 different options as far as that [1895] 01:00:53.590 --> 01:00:54.770 was concerned. But then when we [1896] 01:00:55.270 --> 01:00:56.450 started, and I won't give [1898] 01:00:59.950 --> 01:01:03.170 think people would benefit from [1899] 01:01:04.210 --> 01:01:06.650 your sessions, but I will say [1900] 01:01:07.150 --> 01:01:09.370 that prior to the show, we were [1901] 01:01:09.870 --> 01:01:13.090 talking about what happened and [1902] 01:01:13.489 --> 01:01:15.290 one of the things Dr. Lahti said [1903] 01:01:15.790 --> 01:01:18.930 was, it'll start to open up. [1904] 01:01:19.250 --> 01:01:21.810 And we both use the term unravel [1905] 01:01:23.730 --> 01:01:27.740 as time goes on. And I [1906] 01:01:28.240 --> 01:01:31.180 start. I had an unraveling of [1907] 01:01:31.680 --> 01:01:34.260 sorts on Saturday evening, [1908] 01:01:35.860 --> 01:01:38.180 which went all the way into [1909] 01:01:39.460 --> 01:01:43.860 Sunday Evening at basically [1910] 01:01:43.940 --> 01:01:46.980 9:45 when I couldn't stay awake [1911] 01:01:47.480 --> 01:01:48.540 any longer. And I finally, my [1912] 01:01:49.040 --> 01:01:49.860 [1913] 01:01:51.620 --> 01:01:56.190 So. So what started was. [1914] 01:01:56.690 --> 01:01:59.550 And I had. I had explained to [1915] 01:01:59.950 --> 01:02:02.430 Dr. Lahti what was happening. [1916] 01:02:02.670 --> 01:02:04.510 And the best I can. [1917] 01:02:05.870 --> 01:02:07.190 The best words I can use to [1918] 01:02:07.690 --> 01:02:09.710 describe it were. And actually [1919] 01:02:10.270 --> 01:02:12.750 she mentioned it was almost like [1920] 01:02:13.250 --> 01:02:14.630 having a bit of a seizure, like [1921] 01:02:15.130 --> 01:02:18.830 a jolt. And it's that whole body [1922] 01:02:20.260 --> 01:02:22.780 jolt jump of when you're just [1923] 01:02:23.280 --> 01:02:24.980 about to fall asleep and it's [1924] 01:02:25.480 --> 01:02:26.740 boom. And then you wake up. [1925] 01:02:27.220 --> 01:02:29.900 Well, here's the thing. I wasn't [1926] 01:02:30.400 --> 01:02:33.020 asleep and this was going on. I [1927] 01:02:33.520 --> 01:02:36.020 was wide awake. My eyes were [1929] 01:02:38.960 --> 01:02:39.660 of the time, but most of the [1930] 01:02:40.160 --> 01:02:43.780 time. And these scenes or [1931] 01:02:44.280 --> 01:02:46.230 images or questions, dialogue [1932] 01:02:46.700 --> 01:02:50.060 was going on. And it was when. [1933] 01:02:51.260 --> 01:02:53.020 At the end of that. Which [1934] 01:02:53.520 --> 01:02:54.900 happened to be very quick, by [1935] 01:02:55.400 --> 01:02:58.580 the way. And it. What it. And [1936] 01:02:59.080 --> 01:03:01.420 you had mentioned this. It's [1937] 01:03:01.920 --> 01:03:04.220 almost like your body, your [1938] 01:03:04.720 --> 01:03:05.740 operating system within your [1939] 01:03:06.240 --> 01:03:08.860 body needing an upgrade. You're [1940] 01:03:09.360 --> 01:03:11.100 upgrading the system in order to [1941] 01:03:12.390 --> 01:03:14.990 accept or be able to interpret [1942] 01:03:15.490 --> 01:03:16.590 what's being said to you. [1943] 01:03:17.090 --> 01:03:18.110 Because otherwise it's just, as [1945] 01:03:20.290 --> 01:03:20.950 the typewriter, it's just a [1946] 01:03:21.450 --> 01:03:22.950 bunch of letters. Then it didn't [1947] 01:03:23.450 --> 01:03:26.790 mean anything. So at the end of [1948] 01:03:27.290 --> 01:03:28.350 each sequence, as I said, that [1949] 01:03:28.850 --> 01:03:29.790 was relatively quick. It could [1950] 01:03:30.290 --> 01:03:33.590 have been 60 seconds, 90 seconds [1951] 01:03:34.090 --> 01:03:36.030 somewhere in there, boom. It [1952] 01:03:36.530 --> 01:03:38.190 would be another jolt and then [1953] 01:03:38.690 --> 01:03:39.950 onto something else and onto [1954] 01:03:40.450 --> 01:03:41.780 something else. And if this was [1955] 01:03:42.280 --> 01:03:45.140 any. Any indication of each time [1956] 01:03:45.640 --> 01:03:46.140 there was a jolt, that was [1957] 01:03:46.640 --> 01:03:47.460 something I needed to work on. [1958] 01:03:47.860 --> 01:03:49.740 There was a lot of them, you [1959] 01:03:50.240 --> 01:03:53.180 [1960] 01:03:53.680 --> 01:03:55.700 the better part of the night [1961] 01:03:55.940 --> 01:03:59.060 until I finally decided, okay, [1962] 01:03:59.620 --> 01:04:01.860 that's enough, I'm getting up. [1963] 01:04:02.260 --> 01:04:05.740 And that was about 3:45 when [1964] 01:04:06.240 --> 01:04:09.790 that happened. And I'm sorry, [1965] 01:04:10.290 --> 01:04:10.990 I'm bouncing around, but it's [1966] 01:04:11.490 --> 01:04:12.870 how my brain works. And one of [1967] 01:04:13.370 --> 01:04:14.870 the things that. During the [1968] 01:04:15.190 --> 01:04:17.550 session, Dr. Lottie does a [1969] 01:04:18.050 --> 01:04:20.190 meditation. And during the [1970] 01:04:20.690 --> 01:04:23.030 meditation, I had said to her, [1971] 01:04:23.190 --> 01:04:24.670 she said, did anything [1972] 01:04:25.170 --> 01:04:26.990 interesting come up during the [1973] 01:04:27.490 --> 01:04:28.870 meditation? I said, well, yeah, [1974] 01:04:29.670 --> 01:04:31.910 for sure. And I said it was odd. [1976] 01:04:34.410 --> 01:04:35.910 the image of somebody with their [1977] 01:04:36.410 --> 01:04:38.380 hand on the wall, all bent over [1978] 01:04:38.880 --> 01:04:42.060 and vomiting. It's not a pretty [1979] 01:04:42.620 --> 01:04:44.900 mental image necessarily. And [1980] 01:04:45.400 --> 01:04:46.380 she said, oh, yes, that's your. [1981] 01:04:46.620 --> 01:04:50.380 Your. Your purging that. It was [1982] 01:04:50.880 --> 01:04:52.540 like, oh, yeah, that makes sense [1983] 01:04:53.340 --> 01:04:55.740 why I didn't put two and two [1984] 01:04:56.240 --> 01:04:57.660 together. Of course, it's not my [1985] 01:04:58.160 --> 01:04:59.140 program, it's your program. So [1986] 01:04:59.640 --> 01:05:01.740 it's why, you know. But. [1987] 01:05:03.510 --> 01:05:04.790 So that was one of the things. [1988] 01:05:05.290 --> 01:05:06.390 Other things that came up in [1989] 01:05:06.890 --> 01:05:09.590 there were. And I'll. [1990] 01:05:10.710 --> 01:05:15.630 They were energetic images or or [1992] 01:05:17.590 --> 01:05:19.630 forms. That's probably the best [1993] 01:05:20.130 --> 01:05:20.750 way to put it because it didn't [1994] 01:05:21.250 --> 01:05:23.510 take on the features of a face [1995] 01:05:24.010 --> 01:05:25.390 or anything. But they were [1996] 01:05:25.890 --> 01:05:27.830 moving and they would move in [1997] 01:05:28.720 --> 01:05:32.000 and I would. It was like some. [1998] 01:05:32.240 --> 01:05:33.560 It was like they were trying to [1999] 01:05:34.060 --> 01:05:35.440 tell me something or the energy [2000] 01:05:35.940 --> 01:05:37.000 was displaying something, [2001] 01:05:37.500 --> 01:05:38.720 sharing something, and it move [2002] 01:05:39.220 --> 01:05:40.560 out of the way and another one [2003] 01:05:41.060 --> 01:05:41.840 would come in and another one [2004] 01:05:42.340 --> 01:05:43.480 would come in. And I had [2005] 01:05:43.980 --> 01:05:46.240 mentioned to Dr. Ladi, I said, [2006] 01:05:46.740 --> 01:05:48.560 [2007] 01:05:49.060 --> 01:05:52.240 was an image of two puppies, [2008] 01:05:52.740 --> 01:05:54.640 black and white, that just kept [2009] 01:05:55.140 --> 01:05:57.080 melding one into the other. And [2010] 01:05:57.580 --> 01:05:58.880 it wasn't like anything gross. [2011] 01:05:59.120 --> 01:06:01.100 It was just, okay, here's white, [2012] 01:06:01.420 --> 01:06:03.260 now it's black, now it's white [2013] 01:06:03.340 --> 01:06:05.420 on top of each other, just [2014] 01:06:05.920 --> 01:06:07.700 coming in and out like a yin and [2015] 01:06:08.200 --> 01:06:10.700 yang scenario is what she had [2016] 01:06:11.200 --> 01:06:14.620 said. So that was, that was my [2017] 01:06:14.700 --> 01:06:16.820 experience. I'm sure many others [2018] 01:06:17.320 --> 01:06:19.500 have, you know, interesting [2019] 01:06:20.000 --> 01:06:23.180 experiences as well. But the [2020] 01:06:23.680 --> 01:06:25.340 long and short of the [2021] 01:06:28.150 --> 01:06:29.510 experiences throughout the night [2023] 01:06:33.090 --> 01:06:35.190 anything else. It wasn't like, [2024] 01:06:35.350 --> 01:06:37.110 why is this person doing this to [2025] 01:06:37.610 --> 01:06:39.110 me? It was nothing like that. [2026] 01:06:40.390 --> 01:06:44.630 It was more internal. And like, [2027] 01:06:45.130 --> 01:06:46.870 one of the things that came up [2028] 01:06:47.830 --> 01:06:53.110 was when did [2029] 01:06:53.910 --> 01:06:58.220 this sort of behavior or, [2030] 01:06:58.720 --> 01:07:02.140 you know, accepting the, the [2031] 01:07:02.220 --> 01:07:05.100 environment that is, I would [2032] 01:07:05.600 --> 01:07:07.380 say, relatively negative. When [2033] 01:07:07.880 --> 01:07:10.020 did that become acceptable to [2034] 01:07:10.520 --> 01:07:13.140 you? Why is that acceptable to [2035] 01:07:13.640 --> 01:07:15.460 you? Do you know what that's [2036] 01:07:15.960 --> 01:07:20.660 doing to you? And it [2037] 01:07:21.160 --> 01:07:23.770 was because the questions like [2039] 01:07:26.750 --> 01:07:28.210 even have an opportunity to [2040] 01:07:28.930 --> 01:07:32.850 answer them. It was boom, [2041] 01:07:33.650 --> 01:07:35.930 boom. And like I said, with the [2042] 01:07:36.430 --> 01:07:38.290 jolts. But you had said [2043] 01:07:38.610 --> 01:07:40.450 something about Kundalini [2044] 01:07:40.950 --> 01:07:43.650 awakening. Actually, [2045] 01:07:44.770 --> 01:07:46.010 why don't I, I'm going to turn [2046] 01:07:46.510 --> 01:07:47.730 it over to you because this [2047] 01:07:48.050 --> 01:07:49.330 interpretation of these things [2048] 01:07:49.830 --> 01:07:51.690 is obviously where you're, [2049] 01:07:52.250 --> 01:07:53.770 you're going to be the expert [2050] 01:07:53.930 --> 01:07:55.490 instead of me going, I wonder [2051] 01:07:55.990 --> 01:07:59.810 why that happened. So, yeah, [2052] 01:08:00.310 --> 01:08:01.330 I've had many experiences like [2053] 01:08:01.830 --> 01:08:02.690 [2054] 01:08:03.190 --> 01:08:05.410 body jolts and it always [2055] 01:08:05.910 --> 01:08:08.530 coincides with some kind of a [2056] 01:08:09.030 --> 01:08:11.410 spiritual awakening. So I've [2057] 01:08:11.910 --> 01:08:12.690 come to learn that it's, you [2058] 01:08:13.190 --> 01:08:14.210 know, part of like a Kundalini [2059] 01:08:14.710 --> 01:08:16.890 awakening. And I used to get a [2060] 01:08:17.390 --> 01:08:18.610 lot of energy running up my [2061] 01:08:19.110 --> 01:08:20.330 spine ever since I had my first [2062] 01:08:20.830 --> 01:08:22.099 near death experience. But, but [2063] 01:08:22.259 --> 01:08:23.819 as time went on, I would also [2064] 01:08:24.319 --> 01:08:26.259 experience these random jolts, [2065] 01:08:26.499 --> 01:08:27.659 right? And it would be, you [2066] 01:08:28.159 --> 01:08:29.459 know, several, you know, one [2067] 01:08:29.959 --> 01:08:32.459 minute just going on to the [2068] 01:08:32.959 --> 01:08:34.739 point when I even considered [2070] 01:08:36.599 --> 01:08:37.699 like, but this is not a seizure, [2071] 01:08:38.499 --> 01:08:40.579 just a body jolting. But it [2072] 01:08:41.079 --> 01:08:43.419 would always coincide with, you [2073] 01:08:43.919 --> 01:08:44.739 know, seeing More information, [2074] 01:08:45.299 --> 01:08:46.379 having access to more [2075] 01:08:46.879 --> 01:08:47.299 information from the spirit [2076] 01:08:47.799 --> 01:08:49.839 world, becoming more aware in, [2077] 01:08:49.990 --> 01:08:52.790 in one way or another. And so [2078] 01:08:52.950 --> 01:08:54.590 now I just call it the computer [2079] 01:08:55.090 --> 01:08:56.030 upgrades because literally it's [2080] 01:08:56.530 --> 01:08:57.350 like you're getting an upgrade. [2081] 01:08:57.850 --> 01:08:59.430 You're becoming more aware, [2082] 01:08:59.750 --> 01:09:01.270 you're changing your, your, the [2083] 01:09:01.770 --> 01:09:02.910 way you perceive things. You [2084] 01:09:03.410 --> 01:09:04.950 having an easier time access the [2086] 01:09:07.810 --> 01:09:08.990 there's something to that. And [2087] 01:09:09.490 --> 01:09:10.830 I'm going to say that the spirit [2088] 01:09:11.330 --> 01:09:12.430 world is, you know, there are [2089] 01:09:12.930 --> 01:09:14.830 people that go to like Kundalini [2090] 01:09:15.330 --> 01:09:17.719 yoga, right? I worked with many [2091] 01:09:18.219 --> 01:09:19.399 of those people. And then they [2092] 01:09:19.899 --> 01:09:21.119 get sick because they're forcing [2093] 01:09:21.619 --> 01:09:22.639 it, they're pushing it, right? [2094] 01:09:23.039 --> 01:09:24.559 They're pushing their body into [2095] 01:09:25.039 --> 01:09:26.359 something that the body's not [2096] 01:09:26.859 --> 01:09:28.399 ready for yet. It's better to. [2097] 01:09:28.899 --> 01:09:30.079 I'm going to say if you want to [2098] 01:09:30.579 --> 01:09:31.439 have a Kundalini awakening, [2099] 01:09:31.679 --> 01:09:33.919 just meditate. Because if you're [2100] 01:09:34.419 --> 01:09:35.999 [2101] 01:09:36.499 --> 01:09:37.239 then you're just going to [2102] 01:09:37.739 --> 01:09:39.519 experience them. Do you have to [2103] 01:09:40.019 --> 01:09:40.759 have jolts to have a Kundalini [2104] 01:09:41.259 --> 01:09:42.440 awakening? No, of course not. [2105] 01:09:42.940 --> 01:09:44.360 It's all different ways of [2106] 01:09:44.860 --> 01:09:45.600 having these experiences, [2107] 01:09:45.840 --> 01:09:47.120 right? I'm just going to say, [2108] 01:09:47.360 --> 01:09:49.240 you know, I had the jolts, you [2109] 01:09:49.740 --> 01:09:50.640 had the jolts. We're on a very [2110] 01:09:51.140 --> 01:09:51.920 specific kind of spiritual [2111] 01:09:52.420 --> 01:09:54.160 journey in this life. And other [2112] 01:09:54.660 --> 01:09:55.680 people may just have energy [2113] 01:09:56.180 --> 01:09:56.800 running up their spine. I had [2114] 01:09:57.300 --> 01:09:58.880 that for years. I had that for [2115] 01:09:59.120 --> 01:10:02.240 probably 25 years before I had [2117] 01:10:04.660 --> 01:10:05.560 time I had a lot of, you know, [2118] 01:10:06.060 --> 01:10:09.720 just random spinal energy from [2119] 01:10:10.220 --> 01:10:11.000 the base of my spine and up my [2120] 01:10:11.500 --> 01:10:12.950 spine. So, you know, everybody [2121] 01:10:13.180 --> 01:10:14.620 is on their own journey. So I'm [2122] 01:10:15.120 --> 01:10:16.460 going to say, don't try and [2123] 01:10:16.960 --> 01:10:18.140 force something that, because [2124] 01:10:18.640 --> 01:10:19.900 somebody else had that, you [2125] 01:10:20.400 --> 01:10:21.660 know, and you know, I had near [2126] 01:10:22.160 --> 01:10:23.340 death experiences. That was just [2127] 01:10:23.840 --> 01:10:24.740 part of my journey. They're in [2128] 01:10:25.240 --> 01:10:26.300 my astrological chart. I know [2129] 01:10:26.800 --> 01:10:28.220 that was I incarnated to have [2130] 01:10:28.720 --> 01:10:29.580 those experiences. They serve [2131] 01:10:30.080 --> 01:10:31.900 this purpose. You can have a [2133] 01:10:34.320 --> 01:10:37.420 experience, an S T, E that is [2134] 01:10:37.920 --> 01:10:38.980 serves the same purpose as the [2135] 01:10:39.480 --> 01:10:41.400 nd. And I'm like, I wish [2136] 01:10:41.900 --> 01:10:42.640 sometimes without having to [2137] 01:10:43.140 --> 01:10:46.080 flatline, I wish I had an nde. [2138] 01:10:46.580 --> 01:10:47.360 And I'm thinking to myself, no, [2139] 01:10:47.860 --> 01:10:49.360 you don't. Because a near death [2140] 01:10:49.860 --> 01:10:50.880 experience means there was also [2141] 01:10:51.380 --> 01:10:52.160 trauma involved in that. And [2142] 01:10:52.660 --> 01:10:53.040 you're gonna have to resolve [2143] 01:10:53.540 --> 01:10:55.040 that trauma and the PTSD that [2144] 01:10:55.540 --> 01:10:56.600 comes with having that near [2145] 01:10:57.100 --> 01:10:58.360 death experience. But if you [2146] 01:10:58.860 --> 01:10:59.280 have a spiritually [2147] 01:10:59.780 --> 01:11:00.960 [2148] 01:11:01.460 --> 01:11:02.280 will have the exact same effect [2149] 01:11:02.780 --> 01:11:04.120 on you as a near death [2150] 01:11:04.620 --> 01:11:05.560 experience, right? So I'm saying [2151] 01:11:06.060 --> 01:11:06.680 you can be spiritually [2152] 01:11:07.180 --> 01:11:08.140 transformed form without the [2153] 01:11:08.640 --> 01:11:09.940 PTSD and the Trauma involved. [2154] 01:11:10.340 --> 01:11:12.300 So. And how do we, how do we [2155] 01:11:12.800 --> 01:11:14.580 become more aware? You meditate. [2156] 01:11:15.300 --> 01:11:16.740 And it's when we find that [2157] 01:11:17.240 --> 01:11:19.020 stillness within that we can now [2158] 01:11:19.520 --> 01:11:23.140 hear what's beyond. So one of [2159] 01:11:23.640 --> 01:11:26.180 the things that came up to, we [2160] 01:11:26.680 --> 01:11:28.060 talked about NDEs, you had [2161] 01:11:28.560 --> 01:11:30.300 mentioned that there's, you [2162] 01:11:30.800 --> 01:11:31.460 know, that white light, the [2164] 01:11:34.180 --> 01:11:35.080 that. They're very similar or [2165] 01:11:35.240 --> 01:11:37.000 the going through this tunnel of [2166] 01:11:37.500 --> 01:11:40.240 light. I know that there's more [2167] 01:11:40.740 --> 01:11:41.920 and more studies coming up right [2168] 01:11:42.420 --> 01:11:43.960 now about DMT and the release [2169] 01:11:44.040 --> 01:11:47.440 from the pineal gland. What are [2170] 01:11:47.940 --> 01:11:49.200 your thoughts about that? And I [2171] 01:11:49.700 --> 01:11:50.680 just opened up a whole new can [2172] 01:11:51.180 --> 01:11:52.960 of worms with that. And then you [2173] 01:11:53.460 --> 01:11:54.720 could go from DMT that's [2174] 01:11:55.220 --> 01:11:57.320 naturally manufactured in the [2175] 01:11:57.820 --> 01:12:01.170 pineal to the DMT that you can [2176] 01:12:01.330 --> 01:12:05.250 do from like a plant event [2177] 01:12:05.330 --> 01:12:07.650 or what have you. Yeah. I'm [2178] 01:12:08.150 --> 01:12:09.250 gonna say again, it's different [2180] 01:12:12.030 --> 01:12:13.450 Eben Alexander, the neurosurgeon [2181] 01:12:13.950 --> 01:12:16.130 who was in a coma. Yes, Famous, [2182] 01:12:16.630 --> 01:12:18.770 right. Because he, he was a [2183] 01:12:19.270 --> 01:12:20.490 neurosurgeon and he had this [2184] 01:12:20.990 --> 01:12:21.930 whole near death experience even [2185] 01:12:22.430 --> 01:12:22.890 though there was no brain [2186] 01:12:23.390 --> 01:12:25.650 activity. And so, and so he's [2187] 01:12:26.150 --> 01:12:27.560 been, I know he was part of, of [2188] 01:12:28.600 --> 01:12:29.800 something. I want to say it [2189] 01:12:30.300 --> 01:12:31.080 could have been a movie where he [2190] 01:12:31.580 --> 01:12:32.200 spoke about, where he was like [2191] 01:12:32.700 --> 01:12:35.120 interviewed, but I know that he [2192] 01:12:35.620 --> 01:12:36.640 was part of something. There was [2193] 01:12:37.140 --> 01:12:39.680 a documentary with DMT and he [2194] 01:12:40.180 --> 01:12:42.560 [2195] 01:12:43.060 --> 01:12:45.320 looking through a keyhole versus [2196] 01:12:45.800 --> 01:12:47.120 going through the keyhole and [2197] 01:12:47.620 --> 01:12:48.400 seeing the whole enchilada on [2198] 01:12:48.900 --> 01:12:50.240 the other side. So it's, it's [2199] 01:12:50.740 --> 01:12:51.520 like you get, I'm gonna say the [2200] 01:12:52.020 --> 01:12:53.200 DMT probably gives people a [2201] 01:12:53.700 --> 01:12:56.310 glimpse of, glimpse into that or [2202] 01:12:56.810 --> 01:12:57.990 people who do, you know, ayaska [2203] 01:12:58.490 --> 01:12:59.230 and all these. Yes, yes, yes. [2204] 01:12:59.730 --> 01:13:01.390 Different things that they get [2205] 01:13:01.890 --> 01:13:03.910 like a glimpse of something on [2206] 01:13:04.410 --> 01:13:06.630 the other side. But again, you [2207] 01:13:07.130 --> 01:13:08.270 know, how do I know? I can't, [2208] 01:13:08.770 --> 01:13:09.470 you know, how do we compare [2209] 01:13:09.970 --> 01:13:11.430 that? Are there people that had [2211] 01:13:13.610 --> 01:13:14.710 ayahuasca or something? I'm sure [2212] 01:13:15.210 --> 01:13:16.630 there are. Yeah. Right. And, [2213] 01:13:17.130 --> 01:13:18.030 and that's again, that's what's [2214] 01:13:18.530 --> 01:13:19.220 so difficult because I think, [2215] 01:13:19.370 --> 01:13:21.930 think part of it is what we're [2216] 01:13:22.430 --> 01:13:23.450 here to experience. We all have [2217] 01:13:23.950 --> 01:13:24.890 some kind of an agenda. We all [2218] 01:13:25.050 --> 01:13:27.170 have the free will. Right. It's [2219] 01:13:27.670 --> 01:13:29.850 not a clear, you know, clear cut [2220] 01:13:30.170 --> 01:13:32.530 system. It's, it's, everything [2221] 01:13:33.030 --> 01:13:34.170 is integrated into each other. [2222] 01:13:34.410 --> 01:13:35.770 You know, part of it is you [2223] 01:13:36.270 --> 01:13:36.890 incarnated to have this [2224] 01:13:37.390 --> 01:13:38.410 experience. This is what you [2225] 01:13:38.910 --> 01:13:39.410 signed up for in your [2227] 01:13:41.790 --> 01:13:43.210 have free will and you can learn [2228] 01:13:43.710 --> 01:13:44.570 your lesson by taking one of [2229] 01:13:45.070 --> 01:13:46.380 these Five Right. Routes, and [2230] 01:13:46.880 --> 01:13:47.380 you're going to end up at the [2231] 01:13:47.880 --> 01:13:48.420 same. You know, it's like Tay [2232] 01:13:48.920 --> 01:13:50.300 saying, I want to get to point B [2233] 01:13:50.800 --> 01:13:51.820 in the city. Well, there's many [2234] 01:13:52.320 --> 01:13:52.620 different options. You could [2235] 01:13:53.120 --> 01:13:54.180 take the subway, bus. You could [2236] 01:13:54.680 --> 01:13:55.540 drive. There's five different [2237] 01:13:56.040 --> 01:13:58.820 routes. Yeah. I mean, but you're [2238] 01:13:59.320 --> 01:14:00.460 still gonna get to that building [2239] 01:14:00.940 --> 01:14:02.820 where you're going. But I feel [2240] 01:14:03.320 --> 01:14:04.460 like life is. Is similar like [2241] 01:14:04.960 --> 01:14:07.340 [2242] 01:14:07.580 --> 01:14:08.980 we're also all going to get to [2243] 01:14:09.480 --> 01:14:11.060 that building. Right. But [2244] 01:14:11.560 --> 01:14:12.220 there's different routes to get [2245] 01:14:12.410 --> 01:14:13.530 there, and there's different [2246] 01:14:13.610 --> 01:14:15.570 experiences along the way. And [2247] 01:14:16.070 --> 01:14:17.210 so you have five options. You [2248] 01:14:17.710 --> 01:14:18.530 can choose experience A, [2249] 01:14:19.030 --> 01:14:20.330 experience B, experience C. [2250] 01:14:20.570 --> 01:14:22.010 Okay, I'm going to take C. [2251] 01:14:22.650 --> 01:14:23.690 That. That means you're going to [2252] 01:14:24.190 --> 01:14:26.330 get a flat tire and tow your [2253] 01:14:26.830 --> 01:14:28.730 car, and something else is going [2254] 01:14:29.230 --> 01:14:30.610 to happen. Right? Right. You [2255] 01:14:31.110 --> 01:14:31.930 took the route B, but you're [2256] 01:14:32.430 --> 01:14:32.810 still going to end up in the [2258] 01:14:35.670 --> 01:14:36.530 like different routes to get to [2259] 01:14:37.030 --> 01:14:39.640 the same endpoint. So. And I. I [2260] 01:14:40.140 --> 01:14:42.240 love that I had a. A debate [2261] 01:14:42.960 --> 01:14:45.360 about something similar with [2262] 01:14:45.860 --> 01:14:50.080 someone a while ago, and they [2263] 01:14:50.580 --> 01:14:53.400 were telling someone, no, you [2264] 01:14:53.900 --> 01:14:54.800 know, you're wrong. It's this [2265] 01:14:55.300 --> 01:14:56.440 way. And I said, well, hold on a [2266] 01:14:56.940 --> 01:15:00.480 second. It seems to me that [2267] 01:15:00.880 --> 01:15:02.480 there are a number of ways to [2268] 01:15:02.720 --> 01:15:05.260 accomplish a goal, right? Yeah. [2269] 01:15:05.760 --> 01:15:06.900 So why is there only one right [2270] 01:15:07.400 --> 01:15:09.820 way? There isn't. The answer is. [2271] 01:15:10.320 --> 01:15:12.180 There isn't. Exactly. It's that [2272] 01:15:12.680 --> 01:15:14.820 person's way of doing it, which [2274] 01:15:16.600 --> 01:15:18.420 totally fine, by the way. But [2275] 01:15:18.920 --> 01:15:20.180 that doesn't mean that you [2276] 01:15:20.680 --> 01:15:22.620 dismiss what that person just [2277] 01:15:23.120 --> 01:15:26.660 said or believes, because at [2278] 01:15:27.160 --> 01:15:28.540 this very moment, that's what [2279] 01:15:29.040 --> 01:15:29.580 they believe. That doesn't mean [2280] 01:15:30.080 --> 01:15:31.550 it won't change. Change. And [2281] 01:15:32.050 --> 01:15:32.670 maybe they will come around to [2282] 01:15:33.170 --> 01:15:33.950 your way of thinking, but you [2283] 01:15:34.450 --> 01:15:35.150 have to leave the door open in [2284] 01:15:35.650 --> 01:15:39.030 order to recognize that there [2285] 01:15:39.530 --> 01:15:41.910 are other ways of doing things. [2286] 01:15:41.990 --> 01:15:45.070 So what I'd like to do is do you [2287] 01:15:45.570 --> 01:15:46.150 have your musical question, [2288] 01:15:46.229 --> 01:15:47.870 [2289] 01:15:48.370 --> 01:15:49.750 chance? So what we're going to [2290] 01:15:50.250 --> 01:15:51.110 do for this one is we're going [2291] 01:15:51.610 --> 01:15:53.390 to do rapid fire on the [2292] 01:15:53.890 --> 01:15:55.070 questions. Okay. Because I want [2293] 01:15:55.570 --> 01:15:56.510 to get your playlist, because I [2294] 01:15:57.010 --> 01:15:58.340 wasn't kidding. I know you're [2295] 01:15:58.840 --> 01:15:59.740 busy, but we're going to do [2296] 01:16:00.240 --> 01:16:02.380 another show relatively quickly [2297] 01:16:03.100 --> 01:16:05.780 because I've got so much I want [2298] 01:16:06.280 --> 01:16:07.580 to talk about, and I think [2299] 01:16:08.080 --> 01:16:09.220 people. People would absolutely [2300] 01:16:09.720 --> 01:16:11.220 love to. To know this. So here [2301] 01:16:11.720 --> 01:16:12.380 we go with the questions. [2302] 01:16:12.540 --> 01:16:14.380 Number one, what was the first [2303] 01:16:14.880 --> 01:16:15.860 song that you fell in love with [2305] 01:16:19.580 --> 01:16:21.020 the Banana Boat song by [2306] 01:16:21.520 --> 01:16:23.210 Haribellafonte. Love it. It, [2307] 01:16:23.530 --> 01:16:26.250 Love it. I used to play that, [2308] 01:16:26.410 --> 01:16:28.050 like, over and over. I'm sure I [2309] 01:16:28.550 --> 01:16:30.050 drove my parents crazy. Love [2310] 01:16:30.550 --> 01:16:32.010 that. Yeah. Okay, what about. [2311] 01:16:32.570 --> 01:16:34.210 I'm not sure that this happened [2312] 01:16:34.710 --> 01:16:36.610 or not, but did your family have [2313] 01:16:37.110 --> 01:16:38.330 a song that everyone would sing [2314] 01:16:38.410 --> 01:16:40.890 on road trips or. Okay. [2315] 01:16:41.850 --> 01:16:43.690 I came from a musical family and [2316] 01:16:44.190 --> 01:16:45.610 my mom would often, often sing, [2317] 01:16:46.890 --> 01:16:48.290 and it was always the Sound of [2318] 01:16:48.790 --> 01:16:50.610 Music. So. Yeah, because that [2319] 01:16:51.110 --> 01:16:51.680 came out when I was a little kid [2321] 01:16:55.010 --> 01:16:56.030 years old when that movie came [2322] 01:16:56.530 --> 01:16:58.470 out. But I couldn't see over the [2323] 01:16:58.970 --> 01:16:59.510 people in the movie theater, [2324] 01:16:59.750 --> 01:17:01.430 and I had to sit on my mom's [2325] 01:17:01.670 --> 01:17:03.710 huge purse because back then in [2326] 01:17:04.210 --> 01:17:05.790 the 60s, they had those huge. [2327] 01:17:06.290 --> 01:17:08.310 It was like a bag. Yes. Yeah. [2328] 01:17:08.390 --> 01:17:10.110 If you like my bag, I can pick [2329] 01:17:10.610 --> 01:17:12.470 it up. Right. To see the movie. [2330] 01:17:12.870 --> 01:17:14.870 And. Yeah, so it was. Dore me [2331] 01:17:15.670 --> 01:17:17.510 some music by. With Julie [2332] 01:17:18.010 --> 01:17:19.390 Andrew. Boundaries. Wonderful. [2333] 01:17:20.430 --> 01:17:22.390 How about this one? What was [2334] 01:17:22.890 --> 01:17:23.990 your favorite song that you and [2335] 01:17:24.490 --> 01:17:25.470 [2336] 01:17:25.970 --> 01:17:28.150 you were in school? Okay, so I [2337] 01:17:28.650 --> 01:17:29.790 grew up during the ABBA [2338] 01:17:30.290 --> 01:17:31.390 movement. I also grew up in [2339] 01:17:31.890 --> 01:17:34.870 Sweden. And Benny Anderson, [2340] 01:17:35.370 --> 01:17:36.510 actually, Benny Anderson went to [2341] 01:17:37.010 --> 01:17:38.190 my elementary school. Get out. [2342] 01:17:38.350 --> 01:17:40.390 Yeah. But he was. He was out of [2343] 01:17:40.890 --> 01:17:41.470 that school by the time I got [2344] 01:17:41.970 --> 01:17:42.430 there because he was born [2345] 01:17:43.150 --> 01:17:44.710 probably like 12 years before I [2346] 01:17:45.210 --> 01:17:47.820 was born. Right. So. But he went [2347] 01:17:48.320 --> 01:17:49.500 to. He went to my school. So [2348] 01:17:49.980 --> 01:17:51.820 every, you know, it was abba. [2349] 01:17:52.140 --> 01:17:53.860 Dancing Queen by abba. I was. [2350] 01:17:54.360 --> 01:17:55.380 And that song came out when we [2352] 01:17:58.140 --> 01:18:00.100 Now, what about when you went to [2353] 01:18:00.600 --> 01:18:02.140 university? Did your musical [2354] 01:18:02.640 --> 01:18:05.500 taste change? Oh, yes. [2355] 01:18:05.660 --> 01:18:08.140 So I'm going to say college. [2356] 01:18:10.380 --> 01:18:12.220 So that was, you know, like [2357] 01:18:12.700 --> 01:18:14.940 1977. So I graduated high school [2358] 01:18:15.440 --> 01:18:19.150 1977. And that fall I [2359] 01:18:19.650 --> 01:18:21.910 went to a junior college in [2360] 01:18:22.410 --> 01:18:24.910 Boston. And just to see. [2361] 01:18:25.410 --> 01:18:26.070 Because our relate. My [2362] 01:18:26.570 --> 01:18:27.150 relationship with my American [2363] 01:18:27.650 --> 01:18:28.510 boyfriend was getting serious [2364] 01:18:29.010 --> 01:18:30.510 and kind of wanted to see, do I [2365] 01:18:31.010 --> 01:18:31.270 want to live in the United [2366] 01:18:31.770 --> 01:18:32.310 States? You know, I had already [2368] 01:18:35.450 --> 01:18:37.910 few years, and yeah, so it was [2369] 01:18:38.410 --> 01:18:40.710 very much more raucous. The song [2370] 01:18:41.210 --> 01:18:43.310 that came out was We Will Rock [2371] 01:18:43.810 --> 01:18:45.070 youk with Queen. Queen. Yeah. [2372] 01:18:45.570 --> 01:18:47.110 And you are the Champion song [2373] 01:18:47.610 --> 01:18:48.790 came out. Yes. At the same time. [2374] 01:18:49.290 --> 01:18:50.140 You are the champion. Right. [2375] 01:18:50.640 --> 01:18:51.300 And that's what we were all [2376] 01:18:51.800 --> 01:18:52.620 singing all the time because it [2377] 01:18:53.120 --> 01:18:53.900 was always playing on the radio. [2378] 01:18:54.400 --> 01:18:55.260 It was a big, big hit. Right. [2379] 01:18:55.760 --> 01:18:57.500 And it still is fantastic. [2380] 01:18:58.000 --> 01:18:59.540 Yeah, that's a. So far you've [2381] 01:19:00.040 --> 01:19:01.260 got all originals. Nobody else [2382] 01:19:01.760 --> 01:19:03.860 [2383] 01:19:04.360 --> 01:19:05.100 guilty pleasure song? Do you [2384] 01:19:05.600 --> 01:19:07.740 have a guilty pleasure song? A [2385] 01:19:08.240 --> 01:19:10.940 guilty pleasure song that, [2386] 01:19:11.020 --> 01:19:12.780 like. You mean now? Not. Just. [2387] 01:19:13.280 --> 01:19:14.700 Not. Not The Positive Juices [2388] 01:19:15.200 --> 01:19:16.240 one. No. Well, you can do [2389] 01:19:16.740 --> 01:19:17.680 Positive juices, and we'll hit [2390] 01:19:18.180 --> 01:19:19.400 the. All right. Positive Juices. [2391] 01:19:19.560 --> 01:19:20.840 Positive Juices song. Okay. [2392] 01:19:21.340 --> 01:19:21.640 You're gonna laugh at this [2393] 01:19:22.140 --> 01:19:22.840 because they're all musicals. [2394] 01:19:23.800 --> 01:19:26.720 So the first one is the Circle [2395] 01:19:27.220 --> 01:19:29.000 of Life by Lion King. Love it. [2396] 01:19:29.500 --> 01:19:31.240 And so, literally, I. I don't [2397] 01:19:31.740 --> 01:19:32.800 think one day goes by without me [2399] 01:19:34.340 --> 01:19:36.840 the house. I love that. I don't [2400] 01:19:37.340 --> 01:19:37.960 know. It just gets me going. [2401] 01:19:38.440 --> 01:19:41.490 So, Circle of life. Do you hear [2402] 01:19:41.990 --> 01:19:43.690 the people sing? Oh, Les Mis. [2403] 01:19:44.190 --> 01:19:47.050 Yep. Yeah. Le Mis. And then the [2404] 01:19:47.550 --> 01:19:49.650 Phantom of the Opera. Oh, [2405] 01:19:49.890 --> 01:19:51.410 Can't. Can't say. You know. And [2406] 01:19:51.910 --> 01:19:52.730 I mean, I can just go on Rag [2407] 01:19:53.230 --> 01:19:55.410 Time. So I'm gonna say all [2408] 01:19:55.910 --> 01:19:57.930 these, you know, all the. They [2409] 01:19:58.430 --> 01:19:59.170 have so much oomph in them. [2410] 01:19:59.570 --> 01:20:01.410 It's just. You hear those songs [2411] 01:20:01.910 --> 01:20:02.570 and it's just like, you're ready [2412] 01:20:03.070 --> 01:20:03.970 to run a marathon. I mean. [2413] 01:20:04.050 --> 01:20:07.090 Yeah. No, that's fantastic. [2415] 01:20:12.310 --> 01:20:13.730 father, but my mom, my [2416] 01:20:14.230 --> 01:20:15.810 grandfather. Musical, very [2417] 01:20:16.310 --> 01:20:17.210 creative and very good [2418] 01:20:17.710 --> 01:20:20.530 musicians, actually. How about [2419] 01:20:21.030 --> 01:20:23.210 we go to. What's a song that you [2420] 01:20:23.710 --> 01:20:25.130 believe could change the way [2421] 01:20:25.630 --> 01:20:27.090 people think about the, the [2422] 01:20:27.590 --> 01:20:28.370 world. Think or feel about the [2423] 01:20:28.870 --> 01:20:30.290 world in a positive way if they [2424] 01:20:30.790 --> 01:20:31.330 just listen to the song's [2425] 01:20:31.830 --> 01:20:34.010 lyrics? I'm going to say Imagine [2426] 01:20:34.250 --> 01:20:36.170 by John Lennon. Okay. Because [2427] 01:20:36.670 --> 01:20:38.810 it's. We're all one. No borders. [2428] 01:20:39.310 --> 01:20:40.600 We all, We're. We're all people [2429] 01:20:41.100 --> 01:20:43.000 [2430] 01:20:43.160 --> 01:20:44.840 That's a good one. That's a [2431] 01:20:45.340 --> 01:20:46.720 really good one. This is my [2432] 01:20:47.220 --> 01:20:48.400 favorite one. And it will be the [2433] 01:20:48.900 --> 01:20:50.040 last one for us. Okay. We, we [2434] 01:20:50.540 --> 01:20:51.400 skip one. We skipped the guilty [2435] 01:20:51.900 --> 01:20:53.280 pleasure. I know we did. And [2436] 01:20:53.780 --> 01:20:54.280 we're going to do that because [2437] 01:20:54.780 --> 01:20:57.120 when we do our next one, I want [2438] 01:20:57.620 --> 01:20:58.960 to have some other questions for [2439] 01:20:59.460 --> 01:21:01.000 it. I, I, I purposefully went by [2440] 01:21:01.640 --> 01:21:05.360 a couple of them. But sometimes [2441] 01:21:05.860 --> 01:21:06.960 there are songs that you hear [2442] 01:21:07.460 --> 01:21:08.480 that ring so true that they can [2443] 01:21:08.980 --> 01:21:09.940 stop you in your track. The [2444] 01:21:10.440 --> 01:21:11.500 song's lyrics sound like they [2446] 01:21:13.280 --> 01:21:14.820 for you or by you. What's that [2447] 01:21:15.320 --> 01:21:17.620 song? I'm gonna say. [2448] 01:21:19.220 --> 01:21:20.860 So it's all. I have three kids, [2449] 01:21:21.360 --> 01:21:21.580 and they were all in the [2450] 01:21:22.080 --> 01:21:22.980 professional performing arts. [2451] 01:21:23.380 --> 01:21:25.139 So they were all professional [2452] 01:21:25.639 --> 01:21:27.460 performers. You know, musical. [2453] 01:21:28.500 --> 01:21:29.820 You know, like lead roles in [2454] 01:21:30.320 --> 01:21:30.940 musicals and things like that. [2455] 01:21:31.440 --> 01:21:32.220 Not, not children's theater, [2456] 01:21:32.720 --> 01:21:33.540 professional theater, theater. [2457] 01:21:34.820 --> 01:21:38.170 And. And my son, when he [2458] 01:21:38.670 --> 01:21:40.650 was 12, he was the lead in the [2459] 01:21:41.150 --> 01:21:43.210 Children of Eden. And there's a [2460] 01:21:43.710 --> 01:21:45.090 song. And then my other kids [2462] 01:21:46.870 --> 01:21:49.090 it. He was 10. They wanted to [2463] 01:21:49.590 --> 01:21:50.650 put my daughter in it, but she [2464] 01:21:51.150 --> 01:21:52.050 was too small for the costumes. [2465] 01:21:52.210 --> 01:21:53.970 The costumes were from Broadway, [2466] 01:21:54.290 --> 01:21:56.490 so it was the Los Angeles Lyric [2467] 01:21:56.990 --> 01:21:58.010 Opera, I think, that put that [2468] 01:21:58.510 --> 01:22:01.010 on. And there's one song there [2469] 01:22:01.480 --> 01:22:02.760 that's called the Hardest Part [2470] 01:22:03.260 --> 01:22:05.800 of Love. And the text is, [2471] 01:22:07.000 --> 01:22:08.640 you know, you cannot close the [2472] 01:22:09.140 --> 01:22:11.360 acorn once the oak begins to [2473] 01:22:11.860 --> 01:22:13.640 grow. And you cannot close your [2474] 01:22:14.140 --> 01:22:15.400 heart to what it feels it needs [2475] 01:22:15.900 --> 01:22:17.560 to know. And the hardest part of [2476] 01:22:18.060 --> 01:22:19.720 [2477] 01:22:20.220 --> 01:22:21.560 so I got my kids in this show, [2478] 01:22:21.720 --> 01:22:23.520 right? And it's just stuck with [2479] 01:22:24.020 --> 01:22:25.320 me all these years. And this [2480] 01:22:25.820 --> 01:22:28.220 was. This wasn't like. Like, [2481] 01:22:28.380 --> 01:22:31.100 we're talking year 2000 or 19, [2482] 01:22:31.420 --> 01:22:34.500 actually 1998, 1999, when they [2483] 01:22:35.000 --> 01:22:35.700 did that show. So my kids were [2484] 01:22:36.200 --> 01:22:37.740 still little, but it's so true, [2485] 01:22:38.240 --> 01:22:39.820 right? Because the kids are that [2486] 01:22:40.320 --> 01:22:41.700 acorn. And when they, you know [2487] 01:22:42.200 --> 01:22:43.460 that the trip against the. You [2488] 01:22:43.960 --> 01:22:45.780 can't. You have to just, you [2489] 01:22:46.280 --> 01:22:47.100 know, you. You try and make them [2490] 01:22:47.600 --> 01:22:48.260 strong, and the text is all [2491] 01:22:48.760 --> 01:22:49.380 about you make them strong. And [2493] 01:22:51.240 --> 01:22:53.500 off, right? And. And that is [2494] 01:22:54.000 --> 01:22:55.180 means that you succeeded because [2495] 01:22:55.680 --> 01:22:56.420 they're flapping their wings and [2496] 01:22:56.920 --> 01:22:57.460 they're flying off on their own. [2497] 01:22:57.960 --> 01:22:59.500 But. But it's also the hardest [2498] 01:23:00.000 --> 01:23:01.420 thing to do is to let go. The [2499] 01:23:01.920 --> 01:23:03.540 hardest part of love is to let [2500] 01:23:04.040 --> 01:23:05.420 go and let that other person fly [2501] 01:23:05.920 --> 01:23:07.820 free. And even in relationships, [2502] 01:23:08.320 --> 01:23:09.980 that's hard. Yes. Yeah. [2503] 01:23:10.860 --> 01:23:13.100 Beautiful. Thank you so much for [2504] 01:23:13.820 --> 01:23:16.180 those great songs and thank you [2505] 01:23:16.680 --> 01:23:17.180 so much for your time and [2506] 01:23:17.680 --> 01:23:18.460 sharing everything with us.
