- 3:36[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_04]: So I think this was like an 18th time.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_04]: It got to be got to be like the 18th time.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_04]: So that means we're stamped.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_04]: We only showed that many times.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate you.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_04]: So my name is Derek Boone.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_04]: We're the state investor based in Philadelphia.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_04]: We've been in real estate since 2016 generated over 10 million in real estate as far as transaction go on about eight million hours with real estate right now.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_04]: helped at this point over a hundred thousand people would just get into the real estate business have a lot of people who start real estate by real estate is do a whole bunch of different things but my passion is right now is making sure people are setting up things for the next generation my main thing I'm focused on right now is my mom and my son as many houses as possible so when he turns 18 years, 10 million hours in wealth through real estate cash and actual life insurance so that's what we are right now.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_04]: I love that love that big joy.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_02]: Hi.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_02]: You know, your episode went so crazy like they love you.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: The inside is loving you, so I'm very going to be happy to see you back for sure
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so hey, I'm Joey on your business bestie.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a Mr.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Turning in a serial entrepreneur.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: And I hope you struck for a fun and market your business to the bank and make sure that you're properly structured so that one law, so it does not take away all of your assets.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: Love that, love that.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: And did we got, we got the guy, man, and now Sam from the New World.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: Mr. Boyne, this is a millionaire himself.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good brother.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_03]: That's the fact, man.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_03]: Rob Mel New World is a self-storage king.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_03]: My goal is to teach you how to buy businesses that already exist.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_03]: That's already making money.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_03]: So you don't gotta start from scratch.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_03]: been in a real estate business last 12 years 13 years that a bunch of residential commercial and really at this point of helping more people be able to get back there free.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to get straight to it because time is of the essence, not time of
- 5:21[SPEAKER_02]: You know how how long this episode is gonna be but time is up the essence where there's a lot going on right now There's a wealth transfer happening.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: There's a spiritual war.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's physical war.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of uncertainty a lot of people have trying to figure things out You got AI taking over like there is so much like I've never seen so much uncertainty in the world You know and and I come from an era where I
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: I remember not 11, I remember the great depression, the great recession, like there's a lot that has been happening, but right now feels like what are those times, right?
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: So what is the wealth code and what should somebody be doing with their money right now?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_02]: So they should, they could feel like protected as much as they can.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_03]: I'll kick it off, right?
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: So right now, a lot of people have focused on the next AI tech company, the next being another idea, and then missing out on the largest transfer of ownership of both an American history.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_03]: So we think about the economy being down with.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_03]: I don't really say it's economic downturn.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_03]: We're going through a economic transition because we are in a retirement crisis.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_03]: There's 10,000 baby boomers retiring every day.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_03]: And 26% of these baby boomers own small businesses, like the launching mat, the car wash, the storage facility up and down in the street.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_03]: that they now want to retire and they want to exit.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_03]: So there's a major opportunity for the everyday person to buy a business that's already making money.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_03]: To be able to get a piece of this 10 trillion dollar wealth transfer, but they're not talking about it, right?
- 6:51[SPEAKER_03]: Because the people that's really gatekeepers, they go on about a business in, so we like, no, we go bring the keys, we go open up the gate, and we go give you the wealth code, like that's what the mission is in my part and what we put together.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_04]: I think also to, like you said, a lot of people worried about the future and things like that, they're about to miss out on something which we so focused on in the future, we not realize and there's some small things that we can do now.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_04]: So hey, I'm worried about AI taking over my job or AI doing this, was something that you can be doing there that can compound effect.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_04]: And why I say that so strong for me personally like I want to touch on this stuff during the episode Like in the last 12 months, I generate my son 2 million hours worth of wealth That didn't take a whole bunch of AI to do that didn't take a whole bunch of 10 million hours to do that didn't take a lot to go and do it Just start with making one move in one step.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but we talked about this last night right majority of people carnoots five hundred six hundred seven dollars
- 7:43[SPEAKER_04]: You can have one house pay you extra $1,000 a month.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_04]: They don't take rocket science to go ahead and do so.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_04]: Imagine if you wouldn't have got two or three of them.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_04]: Why you focus on your big future plan?
- 7:52[SPEAKER_04]: Why you focus on your AI thing?
- 7:53[SPEAKER_04]: Knees to something you could do on the side.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like financial freedom is just being free from finance.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_04]: So, okay, if I can focus on getting a couple of $1,000 coming over here.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_04]: So now I don't have to do the weekend shift.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have to do the overtime.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have to go ahead and go to a one ship to do the second ship.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_04]: Now I can focus on my business that I really want to do long-term.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_04]: Why I got this real estate or you know, X, Y, Z paying me every single month, guarantee that I don't have the well, nothing like guarantee, but damn their guarantee.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't have the worry about things.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I think people focus so much on this big AI bone net, hunnawee.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_04]: These little other accounts, these are the little moves I can make.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_04]: Don't require air to do that.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_04]: That's just buying something, written it out or buying something, flipping it.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_04]: And then I look, I got to lump some of money, $40, $50,000 that I can utilize.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I don't have to do overtime anymore.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_04]: Because I feel like that's where we are right now.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_04]: People working two jobs, three jobs, all this overtime that they can't think about the next big thing.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_04]: Well, let's focus on how can we remove that second job and then go into the next thing from there.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so if I'm here you correctly, you know, we have the same here at the Bundan Studios and it's better than an or and I think that it would it feels like you're saying it's that a lot of people are choosing right they're like all right I want the big thing I'm nervous I don't know where to start I want the big thing so I'm focusing on this so I'm gonna let the little thing go go go go to waste but you're saying and you're saying
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, they'll focus on what the next big thing is, but do the small things to kind of get you there.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_02]: Joy, talk a little bit about like the structuring, right?
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: Because, you know, Romero, you know, is talking about these, you know, these businesses that the baby boomers are about the pass out pass on to and, you know, figuring out how to get them, you know, you know, Boone is talking about real estate and, you know,
- 9:34[SPEAKER_02]: these other vehicles to be able to build well for his son.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: But I think that even knowing that knowledge, a lot of people mess up a lot of times because they're not structured the right way.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_02]: Probably a little bit about structure and what is that first then?
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: So number one, we don't want to own anything in our name because if you really get sued, now we're going to lose our assets.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: And so a lot of times we're so busy trying to acquire and trying to get the thing in the hustle of bustle of life and in basketball practice and swim and this and that, you don't realize that our structure is not proper.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: So we want to use things like holding companies or trust to make sure that if something happens, if you're going to get in a car accident and kill someone,
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: and the judgment is more than what your insurance policy is that you don't lose everything that you sacrifice to get.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: And in this era, how our mail said, you know how simple it is to buy a business versus having to build that bad boy out the ground?
- 10:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's, it already may all the same.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's already make, it's already has all the trial and error.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: You're just, I was like an ally you, or being able to invest in real estate.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to have a
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: then we are now setting everything up for success.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: So when we do pass, everything can go to our kid versus we think it's going to our kid and it gets caught in probate court, estate fees and all of that.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_02]: I hear this saying, especially in our community, if the sounds too good to be
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: And like you just mentioned, joy like it's easier to buy a business than it is to start one.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: Bonus is saying man like you you know, you could do the small things right a lot of people are getting to it three jobs that's what we were taught.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm now talking a little bit about how easy it is, though, because somebody watching right now is like, you know, they're probably saying, we're at nine, that's too good to be true.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_02]: You talk about it, it's easy to start.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm going to get a second job, right?
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: If I, like, I know how to, you know, our community knows how to work for money instead of making money work for them.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_02]: So talk a little bit about that.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_04]: No, Graham for that.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_04]: But go ahead, I was going to say that we've talked about that.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_03]: That's what you say, but it's true.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's program programs.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_03]: It's also mindset because
- 11:50[SPEAKER_03]: We've been trained to work towards everything that's against us, right?
- 11:54[SPEAKER_03]: And not work towards things as for us by design, right?
- 11:58[SPEAKER_03]: And buying businesses is what all the B&S do.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_03]: If you do the research, you look at the richest people in the world.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_03]: Think about Robert Smith, right?
- 12:06[SPEAKER_03]: Black billion in.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_03]: buying businesses, private equity.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_03]: This is where the money is, but they keep it up here.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_03]: And in an everyday person for like, it's too far fetched.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's not attainable when it acts years.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_03]: So I'll give a step-by-step process.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_03]: And what we've built together is our wealth code.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: So we build income.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_03]: We protect our income and if you want to pass it down.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_03]: the first generation may in the typically what's it get to the second generation is going yep right but you can go out there and you go to websites like bizbysel.com where you can go up and down the street and not going to do a local mailbox store or a call-all.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_03]: I should build a report with that business owner and if you could work out an opportunity to buy their business whether it be creative finance and so
- 12:47[SPEAKER_03]: seller financing is one of the strategies that we teach with the owner of that business will act as the bank and give you a loan to buy the business from them and you pay them back with a portion of the cash flow and it sounds crazy but the studies show more than 80% of transactions done when you buy a business is done through some sort of seller financing like this is a real thing that people do all day long and what you also could do is
- 13:10[SPEAKER_03]: We teach this stuff in our program, it's the set of a coach in Paris.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_03]: So let's say I get with you and I'm looking to go by a mailbox store, store, which was from U as a owner that you ran it for 20 years.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to put in the agreement that you stay on it, coaching me for the next 90 days.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_03]: So now it's like entrepreneurship with training wheels.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: By your business, it's making money, customer systems, and the owner who ran it for two decades is working with me.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_02]: But why would I do that?
- 13:37[SPEAKER_02]: Why would I just pass it on to my kid?
- 13:40[SPEAKER_02]: Take it all if you're not like you're going to give me the money, but if it's going to continue to make money, like they don't even make sense to me.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: Because every kid isn't designed for entrepreneurship.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of kids don't want it.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like they saw mom and dad putting on that hard work.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm a prime example.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: My dad was entrepreneur.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: And so when I went to law school,
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sort of on law practice, I don't want to be honest, you know, I see all of the hard work it takes being at the office.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: I went and ran to a job of firm and realized, oh, this is definitely not even.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of kids don't want it.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want it.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's not in them.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: They want something else.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: And we can't force what we want on our children.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so why not pull the money out?
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: Cause when when my dad retired, he saw his practice to Jackson and you.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: So he wanted to get a lump sum versus, you know, passing it down because I didn't want it.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, my brother, we didn't, we already had our, our own ventures going.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: So in our minds, we're doing all this so that our, our kids can have a bit, what if they don't want it?
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, for sure.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and not, like, I was, like, I was setting up the out of you because, because, because I, you know, I want to ask the questions I know the audience will ask.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_02]: And it's funny because I mean, you know, I have two kids, 80 year old, 11 year old, and my daughter, like, I had a trying, you know, I feel like you're learning this, do this.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_02]: And she was like, no, like, see what I want to do, what she want to do, and, you know, in my mind, I'm like, yo, me and my wife were building all of this, we're doing this for you.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you got to take this over, right?
- 15:13[SPEAKER_02]: Because because in our minds, we're like, we don't want to pass you down money.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_02]: We want to pass you down knowledge, and then, you know,
- 15:20[SPEAKER_04]: All right, question for you though.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_04]: You build up all this stuff next 20, 30 years, right?
- 15:25[SPEAKER_04]: And you see that your daughter or your son is just not on this.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_04]: Are you going to take the chance to pass it down to them?
- 15:30[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely not no exactly.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so it's like this is what happens with these older business owners or older really state owners They're like I built this big portfolio.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_04]: I got this big business.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_04]: They already showing signs I'm just believed them and I'm a citizen make sure my remaining 30 40 years of life I can live.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_04]: I want then taking a chance and they lose everything so
- 15:51[SPEAKER_02]: that's how it is and I think that also so so this is the beauty the beauty of the well-coar right because number one like you mentioned you have these people who have these businesses who they know they have an asset that they're retiring and they don't want it but they they want to get the money out of it or whatever the case may be so they're willing to sell it that's number one number two even if they do want to pass down money to that kid they're probably going to take the money that you have and
- 16:18[SPEAKER_02]: maybe put it in real estate or maybe put it in the market or put it in some type of income producing asset to make sure that that money is making money and that they have sort of like that income.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: But then also to your point about real estate, you know, you said earlier that you helped your son, you know, you created $2 million of network for your son in
- 16:47[SPEAKER_02]: How, and then what is the...
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: Um, what is that part of the wealth code that you're going to be teaching that that, you know, helps them with that real estate thing because if I'm listening to what the, the, the, the internet is saying, uh, real estate is dead like nobody's buying business, nobody's buying houses and, you know, you know, you know, nobody has a desire for them corporations of buying them up.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_02]: So the opportunity for people to, to make money off of, or for real estate is no longer there.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_04]: So the couple things is one is reinvesting.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_04]: So in order to get to two million or three million or even five hundred thousand to take reinvestment, you make their first initial investment for that, maybe it's a small source of big hours, and you take that money and bring it to the second one.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_04]: So a lot of times, people make their first investment.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_04]: They make their profit and they blow it all on a Miami weekend.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_04]: Now you have to start from scratch all over again so for me with my son and also I want to make this clear For people that don't have kids or maybe you like I don't want to pass I want to focus on trying to get myself together.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_04]: These all strategies that you could do for yourself right now Then you can get to the point when you pass down to my presidency of Sunday only reason I'm in a position Where I want to pass down to my son because I already put together eight nine million for myself already so now it's his turn now so for in the other pieces
- 18:05[SPEAKER_04]: I noticed Doug is big time developer and Philadelphia and he has a whole neighborhood like huge all new construction and he said I got there because I was buying a small house his first I took all the smiles then I sold him and then went big but he started out small and if you're in a position where you know you have millions you can start out big do there but for that everyday person they don't have that kind of capital so they have to start but it's compound effect
- 18:29[SPEAKER_04]: kind of pound effect.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_04]: The first house I got my son was a 36,000 dollars.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_04]: So you think about that?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: 36,000.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_04]: We bought that and it turned it in the 211,000.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: Took that money, bought the second one.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_04]: Took that money, bought the third one.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_04]: And then took that money, put it into life insurance.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_04]: So you see the first investment we made, we just kept rolling over rolling over, rolling over, but then also don't delay.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_04]: a lot of people they say how much I'm going to do this again in my five years no just running right back in three months yeah that's running right back again in three months yeah and the other thing too we got to remember is name one person that wants to be homeless so they can say you're a real estate is bad but name one person that wants to be homeless
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: And another the other biggest thing I see people making mistakes is they see everybody online or they see all these billionaires and things and they feel like I have to buy a hundred unit apartment complex a thousand unit apartment I have to go huge which I'm not mad at that but on the same token are you going to wait 20 years before you get to that point actually do something that I can build it up.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_04]: By the time you waited 20 years to finally be able to make that move, I already built up another 50 million in the net where why you waiting to go get your first timid.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_04]: You see what I mean?
- 19:35[SPEAKER_04]: So actually, starting and getting a ball rolling, and with a lot of people on the same like for the houses that we buy, we'll go ahead and buy them for, let's say, 36,000.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_04]: And once we're all in a mortgage payment, maybe $900 a month, but the rent is $1800.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_04]: So it needs a 60-day turnaround.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, 60-day turnaround.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_04]: So think about every 60-90, 120 days.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_04]: We got another thousand dollar net coming in.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_04]: Another thousand dollar before you know it at the end of the year.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_04]: We generate a four or five thousand dollars coming in a month net.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_04]: Well, are you still trying to figure out?
- 20:05[SPEAKER_04]: In three years, we got actually 15,000 coming in net every single month.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_04]: So you put it like that's like, I should have just started at one, some small, rather than waiting for the big thing.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_04]: But like you said, it's not handle or you could do both.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_04]: Well, these are building up.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_04]: You know what?
- 20:20[SPEAKER_04]: Let me pick it.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_04]: The storage units on the side.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_04]: Now you know what?
- 20:24[SPEAKER_04]: This makes sense.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_04]: Let me sell three of these houses and then buy the storage units.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_04]: So now you could do both at the same time.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: Can you talk about the importance of being in a right environment, right?
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: Because I feel like a lot of people, and I see this online a lot, a lot of people who will hear something like this.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I mean, your stuff is all over the internet, right?
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: So I've been on this show many a time, so they could go back and see, you have many testimonials of people who've helped.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_02]: So there's no,
- 20:57[SPEAKER_02]: doubt, not in my mind, not in anybody who really pays attention that you all really do this at a high level and you are really get the results.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: But for whatever reasons that somebody who is watching or somebody who skeptical, somebody would say, uh,
- 21:13[SPEAKER_02]: poor means passing over opportunity repeatedly, right?
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's somebody who has a, and portal have anything to do with the, with the dollar.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's the mindset, um, what's, like, why's that important to be in the right environment?
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: Because usually what I see is that there's somebody who wants to take that leap and their, and their ambitious, and they, but they act,
- 21:33[SPEAKER_02]: you know, a friend or they act a mother or they act somebody in the person is like, oh, no, I don't do that.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_02]: That's a scam.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_02]: We're only like talk about environment, talk about the importance of it.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_02]: Talk about like, is that part of the wealth code?
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: So we actually have a community that we put our mentees in so that they can collaborate with like minded people.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to become who your five closest people are.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing is, a lot of our friends and family are our biggest dream killers, not because
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_00]: And so God didn't give them the vision.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_00]: They gave us the vision.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: So we sound crazy.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: And so you got to get around people who've already done it because the conversation is different.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_00]: And so I would say, well, do you want to keep being the same person that you are right now?
- 22:17[SPEAKER_00]: Do you want to keep being in the same position or do you want to get around other people who are doing different things?
- 22:23[SPEAKER_00]: At the first time I've been heard about people making six figures a month.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_00]: I was like,
- 22:30[SPEAKER_00]: I guess that was crazy but my whole thing is what you're doing because if it sounds crazy but you're doing it well let me see what it is because I think society teaches us to play small and you know we got to stay in the box and you know no you want to get around new people and new ideas and learn something new to change your life.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, not
- 22:53[SPEAKER_02]: I want to stay there for a second though because what if you said friends and family, but like you can't
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, for the most part, you can't get rid of the friends and family though, right, like you're sort of like in that environment like what it what if it's what if it's a significant other like what if you sleep with the person that is that that is holding you back you got to understand what kind of information you can give them.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: So my mom is my number one fan.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: She pay my rent when I left that toxic marriage and I need some help.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: If someone puts a call on my pay, she own them.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: My mom is my number one dream killer every time I was when I left working for the firm and then my solo practice You gonna leave that good job?
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, my mom will leave that good job as I'm building Salons and I'm pregnant Wait to the babies to hear that wrote wait to the baby and then when he's here Then what I got to steal you know I'm playing build so I realized oh mom I don't understand my vision so as I'm expanding my my enterprise.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: I don't tell mom I don't about tumor locations She just sees it on
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: You got another, I didn't tell you I got another, so you, you have to know who can I disclose information to and who I just keep right here in my thumb because everyone can't see it.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone doesn't have it for you.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes you are sleeping with your enemy.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's that, that is a real thing.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_00]: And the problem is now I'm married, we have kids and I realize I'm dreaming way bigger than where you can even handle.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: And so that, that is going to cause a conflict.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'll talk a little bit about using other people's money also to be able to make your dreams happy because I think, you know, to to, you know, bones point earlier, we talked about, you know, buying a home for 36 million, he built, I mean, 36,000, he built up a million,
- 24:52[SPEAKER_02]: Access to funds.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_02]: They might have good credit.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_02]: They might have I mean, I'm even as VA like just talk about all of the opportunities like I want When somebody watches this episode I want anybody I want to kill the excuses I don't want anybody to to to finish watching this episode It has any excuse whatsoever because at this point after y'all watched this I want them to feel like yo if I stay poor if I don't build generation of wealth I made the choice.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_02]: I made the decision
- 25:21[SPEAKER_04]: Now we're talking, let them read.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we got pants to fluff, good.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_03]: One of the things that we do in our program, we have, well, our students complete what is called a leverage checklist.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_03]: So that leverage checklist is you going through 50 plus things that you can actually tap into our identified what you have access to.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have a 401k?
- 25:39[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have money in your IRA?
- 25:40[SPEAKER_03]: do you have equity in your home?
- 25:42[SPEAKER_03]: What business parts do you have around it?
- 25:44[SPEAKER_03]: They may have money in its savings, right?
- 25:46[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have people around you that are looking to invest?
- 25:49[SPEAKER_03]: Who do you know that has information?
- 25:51[SPEAKER_03]: There's so many things that we have access to, but we don't even realize it because we don't stop to just think and do it audit.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_03]: of what we can actually leverage.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: So this is a framework that I'll teach us three eyes, right?
- 26:01[SPEAKER_03]: The first eyes information.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_03]: So you need to know exactly what type of money you could go get, how to actually do the thing, the strategy, getting the mentorship, get the information.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_03]: Once you have the information, you need integrity, which is, you know what to do.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_03]: Now I gotta do it.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_03]: 96% of people are something I've seen a lot that get information, joint mentors, and programs, don't even execute them.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like, I gotta do the thing that I'm learning and then the third eye is influence, because if people see you know something, they see you doing that thing, guess what?
- 26:29[SPEAKER_03]: When it's time to do a deal, I'm a call ash cash, say bro, look, I need you to send me $100,000 because this is a storage facility, we're gonna be at a break bread, sell it, and make some money together.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_03]: Or it may be a situation where you can plot for grants.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_03]: She just got a $200,000 rent that she wrote November of last year.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_03]: Wow, right for a non-profit free money.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_03]: I said, well, you need to write that for me.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_03]: You got to write that for me, but it's so many ways to go get the money where there's money in the 401k.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_03]: You got a he-lock.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_03]: You have seller finance and you got a grant and the last thing I'm gonna say is insurance and boom talk about it because
- 27:09[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of people get money, but we don't talk about this wealth preservation, how do you keep the money?
- 27:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_03]: So you can utilize life insurance, so you have audio worlds, you have whole life insurance where you can put your money in this type of vehicle and then leverage against it.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_03]: So we're still making this money growing, your money is working for you two, three, four times.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_03]: And now I go pull that money or leverage against that to go buy a business, and go invest, and really be able to creatively put deals together.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_03]: So I say this stuff.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_03]: OPM, but I people say, you know, other people's money.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: I say all people's money.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, far.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_03]: Because we got it right here within us.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's a fact, right?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, plenty of times don't got family members.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: They, so I got this deal.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_03]: They put some money up.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: Go make the money happen.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_03]: Right?
- 27:51[SPEAKER_03]: Go join more.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: Let's put together.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_03]: We have the money circulated in this.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_03]: What happens is this?
- 27:56[SPEAKER_03]: We worked 40 hours, 50 hours a week, and when we get out paycheck, it don't even go to us first.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: First Uncle Sam got his cut, right?
- 28:04[SPEAKER_03]: Then they go to the bank, the bank ticked the money, and they go put it in tension.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_03]: They put it into the stock market, and make 400 percent on the money that you work for, and then you get pennies on it.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_03]: So we can actually control our money, it's our people's money.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_02]: We know what to do with it.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_03]: And we have realized.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's a concept that I want to stick on for a little bit, because I think about ownership, right?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think about us being the biggest consumers.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think about us being the heads and sports, us being the heads and music, like all the things that we actually are the creators of, we don't necessarily own or control them.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_02]: Right, someone else is able to make money off of our backs, the trillions of dollars that run through our community.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_02]: And so we say, our people's money is like, how do you enjoy, like how do you change that mindset so we can start seeing that and understand that everything we need we already have.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_02]: I think it come over.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to say this in the past year, first started with the conversation.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_03]: And we need to trust each other number one.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of people don't even believe that it's possible.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_03]: I show people all the time and they don't think there's a real thing.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_03]: So I think getting in rooms like how we have and we built with the wealth code to get that exposure is the first piece.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: And then boom that to that.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_04]: I think social media is a blessing and a curse at the same time.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_04]: It's a blessing because it gives us a lot of opportunities, ideas, but then it forces us to only think this is the only opportunity.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_04]: So for example, one of the biggest things going on around right now has been going for years is credit card stack and credit cards, which I'm not mad at it, because it doesn't work, but that's not the only way.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_04]: So a lot of people are thinking like, I have to go to Chase.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_04]: key in all these places to get funny.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_04]: And if I can't get a proof of that, life is over.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's just just not business.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_04]: It just can't happen for me.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_04]: When there are other options, like you said, our money, so for me, for example, I remember the first big deal I did.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_04]: This was like a 700,000 dollar loan I was trying to get to do this commercial mixes building.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_04]: And the bank told me, the lender told me they said, hey, if you partner with somebody to his 10 or more deals on any boat, you don't have no damn payment.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_04]: call my friend y'all bro you've been there for a long time do you want to partner me on this yeah he said cool no brainer yeah brought my day on payment from need a hundred plus whatever thousand needed down to pennies so that didn't require credit cards that's just using hour influence our money and utilizing the bank that already was going to give the money i just needed support from a friend the second thing is um this is so crazy one time it was something from a long time ago came and
- 30:50[SPEAKER_04]: It dropped my score dance like a father and just it took like a hundred and sixty points off What I did I'm like dang what can I go ahead and do?
- 30:57[SPEAKER_04]: So I think and I saw the box the best thing is something can happen for somebody is there a back begins to walk You start thinking you know I go you start thinking about okay.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: I work.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: I do this.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: I got to do this.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_04]: Something got to do So I said you know what Wait my grandma I'm don't use enough it hair credit score got to be good color.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_04]: She said I got a seven something
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: All right, look, my mom.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is what we got to do.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_04]: I need you to put you in this operating agreement so I can still get my loan approved.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_04]: And what I'll do is I'm gonna cash you out of a couple thousand on the strength.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_04]: She wanted some stuff done at the house.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_04]: It's re-seem.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_04]: I say, I pay for all that stuff.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_04]: I just need you to sign and be the front face on this.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_04]: So we could use your credit.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_04]: She said, cool, got the loan approved, made $70,000 in that deal, gave her $1,000 in the dollars.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_04]: And that was enough to get me through.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_04]: My credit, I fixed the issue to happen and I was able to get back and do what I was going to, what I needed to do.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_04]: But neither one of those things require credit cards.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_04]: Neither one of those things required.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_04]: Some social media, it just required me utilizing our environment.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_04]: But it goes back to what Joey said.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_04]: You had to be around the people that are willing to actually do stuff with you and do stuff in abundance.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_04]: But the other piece is though, you have to have proof of concept.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_04]: The problem is it's not that you don't have your sleep with the enemy or you have all these negative people around you.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_04]: So what I started doing and and pre-relationship I have I just started so I used to use notaries the by-house is it kind of I hate it going to the title company close.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_04]: My X Y shooting like this uh, why such an unbounded other house today.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_04]: It was every month two, three times we just signed on the closing that I know it's just like
- 32:34[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, this is real.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_04]: This is really so you're trying to ask somebody to believe in you when you haven't proved anything So now when you actually like kind of with this the third house you bought this week something happened.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, we have oh, yeah We made a million of shit.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_04]: Whoa, wait So what you're doing in the other room is actually okay
- 32:53[SPEAKER_04]: I see what's going on there, but your ex and somebody going to sign on the loan for you, and you go to work late every day.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_04]: You keep going to the bar every day after the work.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_04]: You keep doing this.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like, your ex and me to go half with you and all these bills.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_04]: But then you want me to trust you to sign this 10 million out of the loan.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm not saying it's done wrong with that, but...
- 33:12[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to give me some reason to have fake the sign on the $700,000 loan for you.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what I think the biggest thing is that social media kind of forces us a certain kind of way.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_04]: And then you have enforced yourself to give yourself with a concept, so people can trust you.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I love that.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_02]: Joy, we talked about this in our last episode, because you know, boom talked about credit card stacking.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_02]: And I remember you were like, yo, don't even think about credit.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: like don't even like like we got the order operations the wrong way, right?
- 33:41[SPEAKER_02]: Um, talk a little bit because because we're about to talk about that grant, right?
- 33:45[SPEAKER_02]: Like talk a little bit about how can the everyday person get access to money that they don't have to pay back?
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: apply for business grants.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: So understanding why you need the money, what, what do you need that's going to make you make more money?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: So do you need the inventory that you equipment?
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: Do you need the money to remodel the house that you're about to get?
- 34:06[SPEAKER_00]: What do you need and being able to explain exactly what that is and how is it going to make me some more money?
- 34:11[SPEAKER_00]: And because there's free money, well there's debt free money, we don't have to pay it back, that organizations, businesses are giving to business owners to help them start scale their business.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_00]: But we feel like I'm not good at writing.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what to say.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not in English, so we just don't do it.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: See, a lot of times the problem is us.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_00]: We can say it's the communities, it's us.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_00]: We just buy our own excuses.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a grant right now that Galaxy Ostar grants.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_00]: You don't even have to have a business.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: You don't even have to have an LLC.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_00]: They're five questions.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: Your name, your email address, your zip code.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_00]: What is your race and ethnicity in gender?
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: And then do you have a business?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: Do you want to start a business?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's the entire grant application.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: So if you apply for two to three grants every single month, you're going to increase your likelihood of winning them.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: But just having a specific knee, not just, I want some extra money.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_00]: No, I want to be able to rehab this house.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I can X, Y, and Z. I want to be able to get the, get the down payment to go by a stores facility to plaza.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: Well, like why do you, oh, you want to buy a store facility and it's already half way booked.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's already profitable.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'll show that that makes sense.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_00]: But that also takes work for us to actually research because a lot of us want to sit around and Twitter our thumbs anyway for the opportunity to come to us.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_00]: No, we have to go to it.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's why we're having the wealth code.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: We're about to for five days give you all the information that you need to change your entire life financially.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: And you choose what, what, what means you want?
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: Because if information is not tied in schools on purpose, this information is not really available on purpose.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_00]: They're saying real estate is the worst time to buy right now.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: When it's not, this is the best time to buy.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_00]: The huge is wealth transfers taking on right now, but we're, we're, we're watching TMZ in, in, in, in, in, in, and who slapped who and what's going on?
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: We're, we are missing the entire game.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_02]: on purpose, though.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because I think I was funny.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_02]: I was watching 60 minutes and the president of Israel and Yahoo literally like on publicly said that we can control you with the phone.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: He said we could make you think whatever we want.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_02]: Like he said that.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_02]: And like to me, I'm like, you know, he says your hour is really intelligence can control you.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_02]: If you have a phone, we are using that as a weapon.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_02]: and I truly believe in, and I think history repeats itself, right?
- 36:42[SPEAKER_02]: When you think about drugs and how they got into our community guns, right?
- 36:47[SPEAKER_02]: Think about it.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I come from an era where in order to get a gun, you had to have a big home, you had a gun, right?
- 36:55[SPEAKER_02]: And then they would give you like a third degree.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm not talking, I'm not talking about no big.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about like a, like a handgun.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: You had a big home either, be like, oh, and they would give you a third degree before and then if it's not of their satisfaction, they'd be like, come on, we're going to go and you're going to fight right now I'm looking like little kids with these assault breath.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so how are you 16?
- 37:18[SPEAKER_02]: How are you 16 with an AK 47 like and you can light up a whole Like military great like where they're getting this from like how right and so in my mind the same way I believe the CIA I mean I need my belief this documents the CIA has put
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: drugs and guns in our communities, where do you think these things are coming from?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_02]: And so when you think about, if they're willing to physically make sure, like they could do it from, they could do it through the phone.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a lot of distraction happening.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_02]: And so it's purple seed done.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's why I appreciate what you're doing because like y'all got a lot to fight against, right?
- 37:57[SPEAKER_02]: Because people have to see, right?
- 37:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like, like, if somebody wanted to get into the world code, like, how did they get into the world code?
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: the the the the transformation like how did they get in and what's the transformation and why do they like why do they have to do it now why don't they have to like by the end of the pause this go to the link and and never happen like right now before you give them that I want to I want to say a lot of people here to work well and they start thinking a long term like this isn't money I can't tap into for another five or ten years like all the strategy we talk about is money you can make today
- 38:31[SPEAKER_04]: And that's the one thing I want to make sure we touch on because a lot of people are like, all right, well, but I got stuff going on right now.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_04]: I worry about the wealth later, like, no, these strategies that we, he's talking about.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_04]: She's talking, I'm talking about like, no, you can make money.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_04]: For example, I said this stuff on my son in 60, 90 day turnaround.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: I just kept the money in the in the count and in life insurance because I want to do something long term.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_04]: But if I didn't want to, I could have been $50,000 cash right there.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_04]: So we just want to provide you with the opportunity.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_04]: So you can make the decision, don't want to make the cash now or maybe
- 39:00[SPEAKER_04]: put it to the south of the future is up to you, but you have the opportunity.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_04]: So I wanted to touch on that.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_04]: So people going this day and like, oh, this is something I could do right now.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's very point.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_03]: Right now, what's what I was saying right now.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_03]: If you pause right now, you want to text wealth to read where we are, which camera, where's what?
- 39:17[SPEAKER_03]: Text wealth to 3474296496 right now.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_03]: So pause the episode and you're going to go click the link and you're going to sign up for our five day wealth code training.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to show you how to build income, protect it and pass it out and add to what you said.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_03]: Right, we noted that the system is rigged against us.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's a war or not just physically right, spiritually financially because we went to the
- 39:41[SPEAKER_03]: to the public full system.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I mean, the public school system.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_03]: Right?
- 39:44[SPEAKER_03]: But if you got to think about it, then.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_03]: Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come
- 40:01[SPEAKER_03]: How we doing the factory, right?
- 40:03[SPEAKER_03]: They are training you when it's time to take an exam.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_03]: It's only one way to get this exam done, get it right.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_03]: No, when you want hardship or no, there's multiple ways to get this thing done.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_03]: So they've trained up everybody to go through this process of going through the school system.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_03]: taking on debt in college to go and get a job that's not there anymore, right?
- 40:21[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, I technology, you're going to get the degree in the job ain't there, just like you're doing something that's a old model, right?
- 40:27[SPEAKER_03]: And I want to bring this up because this is some of the things that we're going to be focusing on for business owners, that's making money for high income earners, it's making six figures in their business, right?
- 40:38[SPEAKER_03]: High performance people that have money,
- 40:41[SPEAKER_03]: but look at the bank account, where it goes.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_03]: At the end of the year, you look at your tax return, like, man, I mean, six fingers, but my lifestyle don't reflect the action.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_03]: What happened?
- 40:50[SPEAKER_03]: I've been working at this job for 20, 30 years, but I'm scared to retire.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_03]: How am I gonna live up for 50% of what I'm making now with the cost of living in inflation?
- 41:00[SPEAKER_03]: That's why we need information to show us how do we diversify income, where you put your money into life insurance, whether you, you know, buy business, even a state plan which Joe is going to break down because of my dad, he's a promise of that's why I take this old person because he worked 25 years.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_03]: in a department of corrections as a captain, right?
- 41:18[SPEAKER_03]: Cause I was, you know, I wanted to talk his own.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_03]: Jails in the concept of metaphor, Adalesa said, what?
- 41:25[SPEAKER_03]: That's what he was doing, and he would have to do over time.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_03]: And you know, by time he get home from work, I'm asleep, I never really get to see him as much.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_03]: And they had it in his work contract that he can only spin up to 10 hours a week on anything outside of corrections.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 41:42[SPEAKER_03]: Anything outside of corrections, they catch you doing.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_01]: You're fired.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's modern day slavery.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of people don't realize that a lot of government jobs and things like that.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_03]: That's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's,
- 42:04[SPEAKER_03]: You get your full 1K, when you 59 and a half, all of you get hit with all the penalty.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_03]: So he didn't have financial awareness, right?
- 42:13[SPEAKER_03]: He had financial literacy.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_03]: So he took a lot of his money out early.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_03]: Now that he hit you with all these taxes because you don't know any better, right?
- 42:19[SPEAKER_03]: And then if I wait, which he portion of his money, he waited till he's 59 and a half, but he passed away at 54 years old.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_03]: So he didn't even live long enough to get the benefits of the work
- 42:35[SPEAKER_03]: And then because we didn't have proper estate plan it, who myself, my brothers, we didn't get access to another money in his bank accounts, none of the full one came because the paperwork wasn't set up right.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_03]: We didn't have, he didn't have a trust, poverty, attorney, living will.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_03]: Most of us in our communities, or which people has been making money, viewing got the paperwork right.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_03]: You don't have the business of you, right?
- 42:56[SPEAKER_03]: So the wolf code is not only for individuals looking to start to make money, get into ownership and create income, but if you do have money, how do you keep that money and make sure that your family has it the right way and this set up for generation to come.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_03]: So it's bigoted, just one lane is really about, how do we help you transform your finances from A to Z?
- 43:15[SPEAKER_03]: And that's why the three of us teamed up to do it.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_02]: That's a, um,
- 43:20[SPEAKER_02]: Man, like if y'all just heard that story and you know, if not pause this right now I'm about to sign up.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_02]: That's a fact because you know you don't know what you don't know Correct, and I think that's the biggest thing, right?
- 43:34[SPEAKER_02]: People perish because of lack of knowledge, right?
- 43:36[SPEAKER_02]: So you don't know what you don't know and kind of you can't unheat this, right to to to to proverbially do the right thing
- 43:47[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_02]: They told us go to school, get a good job.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: We do all of that.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_02]: We want to take care of our children, but because we don't understand the rules and how things are set up, it actually works against us.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_02]: And then where does that money go?
- 44:01[SPEAKER_02]: Like, so now all that money that your brothers didn't get does it go?
- 44:06[SPEAKER_03]: It goes back to the state, back to the state, then you got to go to court, then you got to pay legal fees, even get that money out.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_03]: Who has the money?
- 44:13[SPEAKER_04]: It might be more than the day when money's sitting.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_04]: Why?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's what assets are lost because when you don't have them passed down the correct way, now you're caught up in the court system.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: And so if you don't have attorney fees, court costs, then you have to do what?
- 44:26[SPEAKER_02]: Go ahead.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: And then now when you quit all of that work, the 25 years, all of that wealth goes back to the state and the state gets to do whatever they won't with it.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy, man.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_02]: Man, y'all definitely, y'all definitely got a sign up for the wealth code.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_02]: How important is mindset, right?
- 44:48[SPEAKER_02]: Cause I know we talked about a lot of the practical things, which I know that they're gonna have a lot of benefit from, but even what you said, Rob Mell about making money and then wondering like we're all the money has went.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_02]: a lot like a lot of that is like demoralizing like you work so hard and be like you know what like like I don't I remember like I'm talking to somebody who makes good money and I'm telling them all the things that they could be doing they're like nah I didn't even worry about that like to to that point where they like you know my money don't go nowhere anyway so I might as well live for now right so what is the how important is mindset as it relates to building wealth or even
- 45:30[SPEAKER_04]: extremely important.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like mine says what makes you start momentum is what keeps it going.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_04]: So for example, you all of us said this earlier, like a lot of people are what they say scam, still confused about money.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_04]: It's not that this stuff is difficult.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_04]: It's just our mindset is keeping us from starting.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_04]: So for example, where I'm out of share, straight is you're on getting into buying businesses, but somebody their mindset is like, it can't be that easy.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's too good to be sure I'm not going to start.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_04]: No, it's not that it's not easy.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_04]: It's just you just think it has to be.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_04]: The problem with our people, right?
- 46:06[SPEAKER_04]: I don't say our people in general, it always has to be something.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_04]: Why does it always have to have something on it?
- 46:11[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I tell somebody how to buy.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_04]: I'll tell somebody how to buy.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: If you find something cheap, you buy, you fix that if you sell it.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_04]: So, it's really just, that's really what it is.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_04]: And I got to be something more, no, no, it got to be.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_04]: So, I'm not going to start because you'd not tell me the food, no, that's really what it is.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_04]: But now we're arguing over the fact, but it's the mindset, that's why you are going to Where's though?
- 46:33[SPEAKER_04]: While you're arguing or you're mindset is that way, someone that doesn't have the mindset, what's who sells stores.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_04]: Started to trust both two houses.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_04]: You see what I mean?
- 46:42[SPEAKER_04]: So, I think the mindset is,
- 46:44[SPEAKER_04]: was going to start that first domino and then a momentum keeps the rest of them going.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_04]: So if you have the mindset right, it's, it's, it's a right way to do it.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_02]: Joy.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_02]: As somebody who is blessed and highly bankable.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_02]: That was good.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_02]: How do you, or talk to, because I know it didn't start there, right?
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: I know you've had a lot of ups and downs in your personal story.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: There's a woman right now watching and it's tired.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: They're trying to do everything in their power.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_02]: They don't know where to start, but they know they want change.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_02]: Why is it important that they take action right now?
- 47:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, talk a little bit about the importance.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not even going to say important, because there's a lot of things that's important, but not urgent.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think what you do and what y'all are doing is urgent like we like it has to happen right now Like this is like like I look at this like life and death right talk to the woman right now Like why is this now urgent like why is this so urgent for them to Implement and learn and you know and get financial independence
- 47:59[SPEAKER_00]: because of money answers all problems.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_00]: So especially as a woman, when you're able to be financially sound, you have money, it gives you options.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_00]: You can choose where you're going to cry.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_00]: You can choose where your kid is going to go to school.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can choose everything.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of times, as a woman, we kind of,
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: give that power to a man.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_00]: And we need to regain that power and keep that power.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_00]: So what I would say is, if you are where you are right now, six months from now, is that going to scare you?
- 48:31[SPEAKER_00]: If your account is the exact same number, it is six months from now, is that what you want to be?
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: The last time we look at the cost, as was going to cost to get in, not the cost of staying in the same.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_00]: So any transformation that I've ever made that was huge,
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know where I was going.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know where I was building.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_00]: I just knew I can't stay here.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna be here for the answer.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna have a Chanel bag, but I don't have three Chanel's, you know, invest in real estate.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna have the car or the lifestyle, but I know if I were to die right now, my kids are not set up.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: So I gotta change not now for right now because I know right now I'm not ready to be in its fine.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's why we're having this class to show you how to do it.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_00]: No one's teaching this, so I feel like, as a woman, you got to always have your own, you got to know where you're going, because the wrong person can lead you the wrong way.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to be able to stand on your own as a woman financially, especially if you are a mother that has kids, because your kids are depending on you.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_00]: And every man doesn't have this information.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: So you can, you can be married and you're spouse, still not be able to lead you in this direction.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: So sometimes the woman being the neck, the woman being the help meat, the property one woman, your job is to go get the information, make it make sense and realize, hey, I don't know what we're about to do, but I know as of today, we're about to change our generational wealth today.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_02]: So honey, we're going to do X, Y, and Z. Yeah, yeah, and I love that, I love that.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_02]: Right now, talk a little bit about, right?
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: So she talks about the woman like, why they have to do this now.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_02]: As somebody who, knowing your story as well, you know, having to take care of yourself like early, right?
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: Having like marry kids.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_02]: why is it urgent for the man who has those responsibilities, who are, you know, they are the backbone of the family, right?
- 50:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like why is it like imperative that they learn the wealth code so that they could
- 50:41[SPEAKER_02]: earn their time back because I think that's the other thing that we don't talk about is that money buys us time.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: It gives us the ability to spend time with our loved ones and raise them and things in that nature.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like that man who's either married has kids is the back bone.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_02]: They might be the backbone of the whole family.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like why is now the time?
- 51:01[SPEAKER_03]: As men, it saw a spiritual assignment to take off families and lead the right way.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: And whenever you're not in alignment with your assignment, that's when you feel struggle.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_03]: That's where you feel chaos.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_03]: And I say all the time, like well, disparate you.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_03]: And in Proverbs 13, 22, it says a good person leads an inheritance for their children's children, right?
- 51:23[SPEAKER_03]: And we all taught that
- 51:25[SPEAKER_03]: as a man.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_03]: If you are no longer in, you leave this earth.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_03]: You shouldn't leave enough money for your wife and for your children to not have to worry about any bills for at least two years.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, we are really big out of money to say two days.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you don't even love money for two weeks.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: So it's just really, you know, a spiritual assignment.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_03]: And I think we need to understand that at a bigger level and get rid of the ego.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_03]: We got to get rid of the pride.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_03]: So as men right now, this is the opportunity, the biggest opportunity that we have, and that's why we have in this world code is so important for us to understand they are distracting us.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: While we are focused on everything else, these big companies, private equity.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_03]: They're buying the small mom and pop business in.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_03]: They are buying up the assets.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_03]: The estate plan is in place.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_03]: I went to a masterman last year, bro, and I was the only person that looked like me in that room, right?
- 52:22[SPEAKER_03]: 50,000 of a masterman.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_03]: The guy at the front of the masterman, he was teaching his story to the point where he started crying, because he was having tears of joy seeing that.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_03]: This neck these next 10 years is going to be the 10 years that set up his last name for the next four generations Tears of joy and everybody in the conference is excited.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yes We about to go buy all these businesses because doing times of struggle most entrepreneurs they cut cost They go out of business.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_03]: They don't want to fight through another economic downturn So that he's selling off the wall for pennies on a dollar
- 52:57[SPEAKER_03]: And the person over here had no creative finance and it's good.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, let me get that business Let me get that property.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, let me get it for 50 cents on a dollar Yeah, and I'm gonna go stack this up and there's an entire group of individuals that's out here with that plan Yeah, and we just don't know the game that they play it.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, boom talk a little bit about That transition period right that I know I know it like I noticed somebody watching right now.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_02]: They stuck
- 53:25[SPEAKER_02]: right like they normally want to do better like they want to mistake away from losing everything they know they want to do better but all this sounds like overwhelming and they gotta like it's like that period where they like they just know it's like it's like the example of the um i call it like the butterfly they go through that transition right
- 53:45[SPEAKER_02]: So I go from the egg to the caterpillar.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_02]: But then they're at the Christmas stage where they wrap them around.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_02]: Like everything is the way that the world's on their shoulders.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_02]: They want to get out.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_02]: They want to.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_02]: But they're wings are not strong enough.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_02]: What does that person do right now?
- 54:05[SPEAKER_04]: I think we all get to that point in our lives.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_04]: And it's not necessarily just about money, but sometimes you just fed up.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_04]: And a lot of times when we fed up, our back is against the wall, but a lot of people use that wall to kind of lean on a crying one, like, oh my God, life is over.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_04]: But instead, you choose that wall as leverage to push up off of it, and lean into which a dust in your abundance.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_04]: Now what I think a person should do first thing do is just get them their own quiet time like I like waking up five o'clock in the morning's quiet I can really sit and think of my thoughts.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_04]: Sometimes we're trying to move in Chaos.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to think in chaos like you need to separate yourself from chaos I don't know if you need to have a day by yourself or just has some time to really think what's really important was not important Sometimes the things that we're stressed over aren't even things that's really important.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_04]: You ever have a time to yourself where bills is just you like
- 54:54[SPEAKER_04]: Wait, this bill ain't really going to cut me off.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's another three months.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_04]: This one is good right now.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_04]: So let's really start reorganizing things.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_04]: And the second thing was Joey was saying is get around some people that is moving in abundance.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_04]: You start realizing it starts kind of rubbing off on you.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_04]: She says people were making six figures a month.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_04]: It was just seemed crazy.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_04]: And so you me somebody's making six figures an hour.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_04]: And then you're like, okay, and I'm pretty sure the person is you and the room they have in conversations about and they'll have to be six figures But they have in a abundant conversation some of that stuff starts trickling over on to you.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like for me When I started making the right when I had that moment where things just felt like it just was a rat for me I I invested my last cup of dollars ago to a mastermind was a couple hundred dollars and I didn't know because I had nothing going on
- 55:42[SPEAKER_04]: I'm in this room and it was a bunch of everybody in there sitting talking about this thing they want to do this.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_04]: The host talking about all this stuff and I'm just saying it like this, okay, okay.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_04]: I'm leaving this room with somebody phone number.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_04]: I went ahead and I used like a hundred hours, create this LLC.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_04]: He said, wish you playing on door with this LLC, I said, I think real estate.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_04]: He said, okay, I'm going to connect you with this person.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_04]: I connect with that person.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_04]: We put something together.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_04]: They connect me.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_04]: This person.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's just like a spider web before you know that I was out of my jam.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_04]: So I think just being around a group of people that actually can connect you a lot of us What is what did they say misery loves company we go hang around a lot of people that's in the jam So how can we help each other?
- 56:22[SPEAKER_04]: So I took my last cup of dollars went to a mastermind and it just the cadastar to connect them And the funny thing is the person that was hosted a mastermind wasn't even a person that put me on my next couple of days I just was in a room with other people
- 56:35[SPEAKER_04]: They didn't have put me on my next couple of plays.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_04]: So I think that's give yourself some quiet time to really see what's important Now with social media says it's important, but what do I feel is important then being wearing environments and everybody environment is different You may not have access to a eight figure environment, but you may have access to a five figure environment A six figure environment and you just keep going up the ladder
- 56:57[SPEAKER_04]: All of us wasn't a real eight figure environments at first.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_04]: We started at a little five figure environment that we bumped up to six.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_04]: Then we bumped up to seven.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_04]: Now we ain't eight and nine figure environments.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_04]: But you go up the scale.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_04]: What kind of what I said at first start out where you are right now.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_04]: And then always flip up the web to the next level.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_02]: Talk a little bit about what has to change with you internally as you go to different levels.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_02]: Or do you just stay the same?
- 57:25[SPEAKER_04]: a decision.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_04]: Got to make a decision.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't want this number.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_04]: They enjoy you talk about this all the time.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_04]: Like, yeah, this ain't going on.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not, I'm not dealing with this number.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_04]: Which, you know, your personal situation.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not, it's just today is the day.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not dealing with no more.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_04]: I want you all to touch on them.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_04]: But that's me.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_00]: make a decision to make that decision the right decision like you know what I'm taught at playing a small so as of as of right now I am playing a small no more yeah and then you now go actively do things that are going to be different than what your comfort zone is I always say if you feel nervous about making the investment doing something certain this is that means next level that means you're changing so it all starts with you and it is just one step at a time we think we
- 58:11[SPEAKER_00]: Chupy-toe, if you were from zero to 100, you couldn't handle the burden that come with the hundred.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: Oh.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_00]: You want to go from making five figures to eight figures.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_00]: You can't handle that stress.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to take your life.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to take you all the way out and you can't sustain that.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_00]: So you want to just go, how can I get better every single day?
- 58:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_00]: Small progress beats no progress.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_00]: We always think we got to go, being able to go home.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, just every day did you do something different?
- 58:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_00]: Did you reach up and do a book?
- 58:41[SPEAKER_00]: Did you learn a new skill set?
- 58:43[SPEAKER_00]: Did you lose some weight?
- 58:44[SPEAKER_00]: Did you meet a new person?
- 58:46[SPEAKER_00]: Did you get to a new environment?
- 58:47[SPEAKER_00]: Just do something small every single day, but it starts with you making that decision.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_00]: And then making that decision, the right decision.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm not, I'm not stopping until I'm changed.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not stopping till I've lost.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_00]: I've gotten to the 200 per month.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm not stopping.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_00]: So you're on the 75th hard, right?
- 59:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter if it rains today, you're going to still walk because you are committed.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_00]: Are you a side?
- 59:09[SPEAKER_00]: Are you a you are you at your dream size on day one of the weight loss thing?
- 59:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, but you know, if I keep doing these things, I'm going to get a new result.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I can't keep doing the same thing, picking up and getting a different result.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_02]: So you got to go change and that was powerful, so powerful and it made me think of something that even in his journey, so your inside is with notice right so I'm down sixty seven pounds and so one of the things that it made me realize is that the moment I stopped focusing on a goal.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_02]: and started focusing on the action as when things started to change.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's a fact.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_02]: Because for the longest, I used to beat myself up, right?
- 59:53[SPEAKER_02]: Because I was a hooper, so I was always 200, something else.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_02]: So I would be so depressed to beat three, six.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, you'll have a f**k.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_02]: you even can't hear and I used to be so depressed and I used to be so beat myself up like now I can't be 360 to the top and I kept focusing on 360 360 360 to the point where I started thinking like a 360 man right and because I kept thinking 360 360 I'm a 360 man I'm doing
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_02]: correct, opposed to thinking like a 250 man, like a 63.
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_02]: So if I keep thinking about a 250 man a 250 man a 250 man, I start doing what a 250 man does, which is what I what I did and I never focused on
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_02]: being 360, the action is just, is why I'm do 90 something now.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_02]: You want to say it, and so it made me realize that a lot of us, even, I mean, the analogy sticks like if you think that you're broke and you keep thinking, broken, broken, broken, broke, it's too late.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's too late.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's too late.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to do what people were broke, who people think it's too late that you're going to do what they do instead of thinking like the well, like talk a little bit about like that.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, the importance of that like the importance of assuming the identity of what you desire like right now So about like as y'all watch this you can assume the identity of somebody well if you talk about that You gotta see it first.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I remember when I joined the MLM people people people making six figures a month.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_00]: They're like right a vision board down in go test drive the car and go see it
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's not crazy, but it worked for him, I'm gonna do it.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_00]: So when you're actually driving the Rolls Royce and you're spending the leather, you see yourself in it.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_00]: When you're actually going to the gaity community seeing the homes, maybe someone's looking in there, you actually go see it.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta go see what you want.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you're visualized, like, okay, the house I want, the car I want, the Becca, I don't want, I gotta go make myself see it.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: And by getting in other rooms,
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: If I want to be a 7-figure earner, what do 7-figure people do?
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_00]: Where are those habits?
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_00]: And I start those habits now.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: If I want to lose 10 pounds, what do people who have lost 10 pounds do?
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_00]: Are they going to be a Chick-flam McDonald's?
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_00]: They're not.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_00]: So we got everything on it.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_00]: You just are doing a small thing every single day for your new person, for your new self, for your new picket count.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_00]: And slowly but surely you're going to change.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_00]: But it's who you become in the process is what's needed.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_00]: We missed that concept.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_00]: We want it now.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_00]: You can't hit it now, but all the ups and downs and turns, now I understand, oh, now I get why I got to do all this.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_00]: And so now when you walk into that new level, you can sustain that new level.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I want to add to that.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_03]: That's so powerful because I'm going to use the basketball analogy as you talk to my new, you're a hooper and stuff like that, right?
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_03]: I was watching this interview with Carmelo Anthony and he said that he asked the Michael Joe and how was he averaging 40 points a game right and Joe and telling like I don't focus on the 40 points at the end of the game I break it down step by step it's four quarters to the basketball game all right so four quarter that means 10 points each quarter all right let me break it down in each quarter 12 minutes all right that means that I've probably need to have maybe two layups free throw maybe at three point or either next
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm thinking about every single possession and I'm breaking down in the process.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_03]: Next, you know, I look up at 40 points and now I'm dead.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of times people want to get to the mountain top, but don't realize that on the way up, when they climb and it's how they get stronger.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_03]: That's when you build that muscle.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_03]: You know, in the day, you know, he or she that thinks they can, okay, not all both right.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_03]: It's just whatever you think.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_03]: And I want to add this on the flip side, because
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to keep talking to only people that maybe you're at the lowest space in your life and you're going to get to another level, but it's people that make money and they comfortable with it.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_03]: You can make more money.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_03]: All right, and comfort is where you die.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_03]: Two, if the minute that you think you got it all, that's the fact, is the minute that you're going to lose it.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_01]: So we want to hear it on different levels if you're not what you need to be.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_01]: But if you think you will, you need to be.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_03]: You got to keep working.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_03]: I realized that the wealthiest people that I've seen have been around.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_03]: They were hard in need of four, five of you.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_03]: They answered a phone, they asking more questions.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_03]: They in the land of discovery.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_03]: You know that, I don't know at all.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_03]: What you said, how that work?
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_03]: Teach me this, and I, it'd be, it'd be, I said there's a lot of one time I said, it's usually the people that got the least amount of money, the poorest people that think they know at all.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_03]: Tell them some, I don't know how that work.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_03]: That's that a very easy thing.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_03]: You know how I work, but you don't got the life stat of a strike right here, right?
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_03]: So make no sense.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we're just people around the best listening skills.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's the fact.
- 1:04:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's all funny though, because even as Joy was talking to us, he was like, if your bank account is the same place, it's six months.
- 1:05:01[SPEAKER_02]: I felt that.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, whoa, like that ain't going to feel right to me.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's going to be, that's going to be a travesty of the habit.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_04]: I was pissed over and he was like, that ain't sharp, pointy.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_02]: He's got a point, like wait.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_02]: We need to, we need to think, go up on, before we wrap then.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_02]: Is there anything that I didn't ask on this interview or any gems that your didn't give us that that you want to give our insiders
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_00]: I want to add if there's anyone who's watching this, who is on their second, third or fourth run at life, like you already had the success, but something may have happened.
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_00]: You may have gone through a bankruptcy or you lost your spouse or the businesses went bad.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_00]: And you feel like, man, I don't have an Emmy for another run.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have another 10 years to give it.
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_00]: I want to inspire you guys, understand that God is going to decrease the time it's going to take on your second round.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_00]: Speaking from experience, having to rebuild from scratch, in my mid 40s, God would take what takes 10 years and can knit it to 10 months.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I want to encourage everyone, you know, Colonel Sanders didn't get his first franchise and he was 65.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_00]: If he had quit every time someone told him, no, we would never know if KFC.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_00]: If you're on, if you're sitting, watching, it's like, well, I want to get in, but just that excitement of maybe I could win is like, I've had so much bad.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I've been beat up by life, get back in the game.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_00]: You can do this and with God, he's going to, it's like a boomerang.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_00]: I got this mic.
- 1:06:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, boomerang, it pulls you back, and you're in your dark, and you get no after no and slam door and bad, bad deal, bad this.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_00]: But when he releases the boomerang, you just go fast.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_00]: So you may be in your boomerang season.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_00]: It just looks bad, but he, guys, giving you the alve you do not quit.
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_00]: Keep on going that butt, God blessing the one that you can't even hold on to.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_00]: They ever look connected to you's going to win because they're the overflow with so real That's what's next.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I love that one game one piece of gym game I want to give is never soon When you're talking to banks you're talking to partners you're talking to lenders always very important always eggs What other options what other products do you have or I know you do you drop the video on this about the all in one like
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_04]: They don't promote this.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_04]: I got to ask about this.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_04]: So remember, I talked about the story when I brought my partner in on a deal to get a better interest, not better damn payment.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_04]: They didn't offer that I just asked.
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_04]: I said, you know, listen, I don't have a hundred plus thousand dollars to drop down.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_04]: What other options?
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_04]: Well, if you ask, well, we have this.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_04]: Why don't you say it to begin with?
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_04]: They're not in the business to go ahead and show you all the options They allow you to bring the least amount down.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_04]: They want you to put as much money down because that's love's leverage for them But the options are there.
- 1:07:46[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, so when you go and talk into a bank.
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, what are the grant programs here?
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the damn payment assistance programs you have
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_04]: what other low inches right rate products do you have?
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_04]: What other things can I can do so I don't have to bring as much money to the table so I can go in and leverage more so I can do more deals whatever the case may be is one of the banks that I utilize a lot now.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_04]: Um they had a product that they didn't promote.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_04]: I found out for me just being curious.
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_04]: I'm X and questions and I said yo listen I'm buying a bunch of houses from y'all.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_04]: I'm dropping 20% every single time.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_04]: What what can we do?
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, we do got this a product of the house falls under a certain percentage use no down payment Why do you have this?
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_04]: Like all the house I'm doing are falling at a percentage, right?
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_04]: They're like oh, yeah, so you don't have to put no money down
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_04]: So, but if you don't start X and questions, you assume, like when you assume it, ask out yourself.
- 1:08:39[SPEAKER_04]: So, when you don't assume it, X questions, what other products do you guys have?
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_04]: So, we can go ahead and do more business.
- 1:08:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.

- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that's where a lot of people go wrong as well when you hit a certain level, and that you own cruise control.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_03]: Now you're thinking it's all good.
