- 0:23Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:28Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse.
- 0:31Speaker 2: I'm Dan O'Malley along.
- 0:32Speaker 1: With Trade Trendholm and Raj Sharma on a very special day,
- 0:38Speaker 1: not just in the treehouse, but in the O'Malley house.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Because not only have we had.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Electricity now for twelve hours plus straight, the only thing
- 0:53Speaker 1: that could put us on a higher cloud is the
- 0:58Speaker 1: joy that my wife is currently experiencing. I don't know
- 1:04Speaker 1: how it is in your relationship, Raj or Tray, in
- 1:08Speaker 1: your previous relationships, but there seems to be no greater
- 1:15Speaker 1: feeling in a home.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Than when the misses is proved right.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, not that the proof was necessary, but the
- 1:28Speaker 1: proof is good and it is just, and it is
- 1:33Speaker 1: empowering because with every time one is declared correct or right,
- 1:41Speaker 1: it emboldens you.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So, now imagine you are right hundreds of times over.
- 1:50Speaker 1: You're gonna have quite a bit of confidence in your intuition,
- 1:52Speaker 1: your suspicions, all these things.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Right. Now, imagine you are right.
- 1:59Speaker 1: One hundred plus time's over on just one instance, and
- 2:04Speaker 1: you will maybe start to understand a sliver of a
- 2:08Speaker 1: fraction of a morsel of a nugget of the joy
- 2:12Speaker 1: my wife is currently experiencing for being right.
- 2:16Speaker 3: What were you wrong about?
- 2:18Speaker 2: Wait you wait, I don't like your assumption, sir.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I'll stand by it, though.
- 2:33Speaker 1: This is one time you should olay that that assumption
- 2:36Speaker 1: because this, in this instance, I am not wrong.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean you said it with confidence, So.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I am not wrong in this instance. I am on
- 2:47Speaker 1: her side the whole way through.
- 2:48Speaker 4: Okay, gotcha. So you're you're you're writing.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Her right, yes, like a magic carpet ride.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Oh so that's an Indian Wow.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Okay, I gotta take him where I can.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It's yeah.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Anyways, so you guys remember all the troubles we've had
- 3:11Speaker 1: with bats, Right, that's among us bats in our bedroom.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And by bats, I mean two that we saw fly
- 3:20Speaker 1: around the bedroom on two separate instances. Right, two separate
- 3:25Speaker 1: incidents of bats flying around the bedroom.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Now, wait, so you had the old place where you
- 3:31Speaker 3: had bats, and then you had the hitchhiker stowaway bat
- 3:34Speaker 3: that came to your new place.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Yes, okay, yes, as further proof of the infestation of
- 3:42Speaker 1: bats in our previous home.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Right, So that makes three.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Instances of bat interactions, right, which led my wife to
- 3:57Speaker 1: contact the bat ex spurt at the University of the
- 4:02Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. They have a department I guess for flying rodents,
- 4:08Speaker 1: and they they have a professor I swear. This is
- 4:12Speaker 1: like this is like a like a like a horror
- 4:14Speaker 1: movie first act where something happens, you get your inciting incident,
- 4:19Speaker 1: and to help explain it, you got to go to
- 4:21Speaker 1: the local university to find the expert that just happens
- 4:24Speaker 1: to be the expert of that thing in that small town.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And that's and that's what my wife did.
- 4:31Speaker 1: She contacted the bat expert at the University of the
- 4:35Speaker 1: Virgin Islands and this morning my wife and batwoman drove
- 4:44Speaker 1: to the house we used to live in to investigate
- 4:48Speaker 1: the bat infestation.
- 4:50Speaker 4: So she's always scared of them at night, my.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Wife, Yes, No, I think she'd be you know, afraid
- 5:00Speaker 1: of them during the day when they're flying around her
- 5:02Speaker 1: head at a million miles per hour.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Isn't that what they would be doing if you drove
- 5:06Speaker 4: to them.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Well, you have to drive if you're going to investigate
- 5:12Speaker 1: the bats. You can't do it from you know, four
- 5:14Speaker 1: miles away. You have to actually go where the bats are.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Rah.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, So Tara and the bat expert that I've
- 5:22Speaker 1: dubbed Batwoman drive to the house that we used to live,
- 5:26Speaker 1: where the bats still reside, and they proceed with an
- 5:33Speaker 1: investigation into.
- 5:36Speaker 4: The bats.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And I know my wife was right because I heard
- 5:44Speaker 1: the bats, not as loudly as she did over the
- 5:47Speaker 1: months that we lived there, but I also heard them.
- 5:49Speaker 1: They were loud, and you could tell that there was
- 5:51Speaker 1: more than one. And then you had the three different
- 5:54Speaker 1: instances of bats flying around our bedroom. And so we
- 5:58Speaker 1: needed the expert. Need the expert to come out because
- 6:02Speaker 1: sometimes these creatures might be protected and you don't want
- 6:05Speaker 1: to do anything that might get you in trouble. So
- 6:10Speaker 1: Tara and the bat expert go to where we used
- 6:12Speaker 1: to live for the bat investigation with the landlord.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Okay, and not.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Only does the bat experts say, yeah, you got bats,
- 6:22Speaker 1: but she says, you don't just have a few bats.
- 6:26Speaker 1: You don't have a handful of bats. You don't have
- 6:30Speaker 1: several bats, which is you know, when the treehouse is
- 6:33Speaker 1: at seven, you have hundreds of bats. It turns out
- 6:39Speaker 1: for six months my wife and I were living in.
- 6:41Speaker 2: A bat cave.
- 6:44Speaker 4: You are badman.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I'm not, at least not knowingly.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I mean, one could say, you were living in a
- 6:54Speaker 3: bat cave for years.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Yeah, but that was a figurative bat cave. Now my
- 7:04Speaker 1: life has transitioned from figurative into literal living in a
- 7:08Speaker 1: bat cave.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Wow, here on the island.
- 7:13Speaker 1: So it was very interesting to uh to hear the
- 7:16Speaker 1: report back as as Tara and the university bat expert
- 7:21Speaker 1: say that, yeah, you weren't just living with like one family.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I made this specific note the I was told that
- 7:32Speaker 1: they suspect the species of bat that's been tormenting us
- 7:36Speaker 1: is the really terrifyingly named velvety free tailed bat.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Sounds vicious, thank you.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Trey was adorably lovable.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Taken Yeah, maybe silky smooth.
- 7:58Speaker 1: They went with velvety Yeah, velvety free tailed bat. Yeah,
- 8:02Speaker 1: it doesn't sound like a menacing bat. It sounds like
- 8:04Speaker 1: if Berry White was a bat y so velvety vicious,
- 8:12Speaker 1: something that.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Might make this seem more.
- 8:15Speaker 4: That's a great pimp name, by the way, velvety vishal
- 8:20Speaker 4: what's that, baby, I'm velvety visious. That's what I'm going on.
- 8:25Speaker 4: As for Halloween this year.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Oh so, uh, the terrifyingly named velvety free tailed bat
- 8:36Speaker 1: is believed to be the species that was tormenting us
- 8:40Speaker 1: during our sleep. And again, this wasn't just a couple
- 8:43Speaker 1: of the bats that we saw, and not just one family,
- 8:46Speaker 1: but the bat expert believes that this is a colony
- 8:49Speaker 1: of hundreds of bats, likely all to be females with
- 8:54Speaker 1: their babies.
- 8:55Speaker 2: In other words, not only were we living.
- 8:57Speaker 1: In a bat cave, but it was a batman tternity
- 9:00Speaker 1: ward as she called it.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Wow, so what is she going to do with it? Like,
- 9:04Speaker 4: how do you? Is she going to remove them?
- 9:06Speaker 3: And then.
- 9:08Speaker 1: The next see the next step for the bat expert
- 9:12Speaker 1: is she's now going to pull a Jane Goodall and
- 9:14Speaker 1: she's going to go live with them for a bit.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Oh, so she just needs some place to stay.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it turns out bad experts don't make a ton
- 9:23Speaker 2: of money. She just needs a place to crash.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Yeah. Were they all residing in the attic?
- 9:32Speaker 2: Yes, so our suspicion.
- 9:35Speaker 1: In addition to there being a lot of bats therefore
- 9:38Speaker 1: terra being right, there was also our suspicion that they
- 9:42Speaker 1: were residing in between the corrugated roof and the actual
- 9:48Speaker 1: wood ceiling, you know rafters, right, So they gap between
- 9:54Speaker 1: those two, the gap between the ceiling and the roof
- 9:56Speaker 1: and that is in fact where they were, because they
- 9:58Speaker 1: even got a pinhole type camera. The landlord did this
- 10:02Speaker 1: and snaked it up in between in that gap and
- 10:06Speaker 1: found what did she say, generations of batpoop of guana,
- 10:13Speaker 1: generations of guano wow in the ceiling. Yeah, generations.
- 10:20Speaker 4: That's insane. Okay, So she's gonna stay with them for
- 10:23Speaker 4: a second.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So the next thing she's going to do is she's
- 10:28Speaker 1: going to go back and she is going to observe
- 10:32Speaker 1: them in their natural habitat of the house we used.
- 10:36Speaker 2: To live in.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And uh, and so she's gonna, you know, observe them
- 10:41Speaker 1: coming and going. Everything that Tara told her checked all
- 10:46Speaker 1: the boxes for you. Yeah, these are bats because they
- 10:47Speaker 1: would come and go at a certain time, they'd make noises.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And the expert was saying, yeah, this is you know this,
- 10:54Speaker 1: everything you're saying makes sense to when the mama bats
- 10:57Speaker 1: would come and go and then come home and feed
- 10:59Speaker 1: the baby.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Yeah, and they would ship everywhere. Yeah.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Luckily none of it seeped through the ceiling, so we
- 11:07Speaker 1: didn't see it, although it was really interesting.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Tara was saying, as.
- 11:10Speaker 1: The bat expert uh climbed up the house steps she's
- 11:16Speaker 1: not also a spider woman. Tara said she could smell
- 11:22Speaker 1: the bat expert could smell of the bats.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Yes, what's gonna do? What is she accomplished by living
- 11:31Speaker 3: with them?
- 11:32Speaker 4: Nothing? Rent free?
- 11:37Speaker 1: It's hard to find long term rentals here. Frankly, they're
- 11:41Speaker 1: quite expensive.
- 11:42Speaker 6: So I'm surprised this lady is not Indian David them
- 11:47Speaker 6: indefinitely and generations of shit that we have generations of.
- 11:56Speaker 1: So uh so, again, Tara wasn't just right about a
- 12:00Speaker 1: handful of bats. She was in fact right, yeah, hundreds
- 12:03Speaker 1: of times over on one thing. And now she's basically
- 12:10Speaker 1: going to be the next villain in the Avengers franchise.
- 12:16Speaker 1: That's how powerful she's now become on being right so
- 12:18Speaker 1: many times in in her life, but especially with this
- 12:22Speaker 1: one exponential moment.
- 12:25Speaker 2: She's Kane's rash right.
- 12:27Speaker 3: This is gonna be the next Netflix special Curry and Guano.
- 12:36Speaker 2: And you'll be right there to watch it with Daisy Dray.
- 12:41Speaker 4: She's gonna lean over one night, And like, I was
- 12:43Speaker 4: born in darkness, and.
- 12:53Speaker 5: I hope, I hope.
- 12:54Speaker 1: That that expert actually does go around telling people that
- 12:57Speaker 1: she was born in darkness.
- 13:01Speaker 4: And this is the University of the Virgin Islands.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Is that what you said?
- 13:05Speaker 1: Yeah, real school, it's not. But okay, it's a real
- 13:10Speaker 1: it's a real building.
- 13:11Speaker 3: How about that.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Boy and.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Hey, it's at least as real as Walden University.
- 13:25Speaker 4: It's right next to Debrye. That's good.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I don't think ever had a bat program.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Neither does the University of the Virgin Islands. That just
- 13:38Speaker 4: sounds like it comes with the Margarita machine.
- 13:43Speaker 2: It's on the it's on the opposite end of the
- 13:45Speaker 2: island from Margaritaville.
- 13:47Speaker 4: So no, it's actually yeah, okay, so it's a it's
- 13:50Speaker 4: a private island. It's nice. It's an all inclusive it's
- 13:54Speaker 4: an all inclusive university.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Seven nights in a degree.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Don't forget about the shows every night.
- 14:08Speaker 4: It's a place where mixology is actually a degree.
- 14:13Speaker 2: In shots at the swim up bar.
- 14:18Speaker 4: Mixology from the University of the Vision Islands.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Seriously, where was that school when it came time to
- 14:24Speaker 1: look up universities when we were all into high school.
- 14:26Speaker 2: It's like that would have been the same place it
- 14:28Speaker 2: is now.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Not real.
- 14:32Speaker 2: It's at the table next to Hogwarts.
- 14:39Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 14:42Speaker 8: Visit us online at Treehouse on air dot com.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Time now to talk to Daniel Cook from cook DFW
- 14:56Speaker 1: Roofing and Restoration for your free roof inspection and to
- 14:59Speaker 1: get yourself on the very important cook list eight three
- 15:02Speaker 1: three cook DFW or the website cookdfw dot com. It's
- 15:07Speaker 1: that time of season, Daniel, and that season is, of course,
- 15:09Speaker 1: people on their roofs decorating for the holidays. Many people
- 15:12Speaker 1: already have decorated, which means they're going to take them
- 15:15Speaker 1: down soon. And is that when they're going to discover
- 15:18Speaker 1: that maybe they did little damage to their roof when
- 15:20Speaker 1: they put up Santa Claus and his reindeer.
- 15:23Speaker 9: Dan, it is that time of the year. Merry Christmas
- 15:26Speaker 9: to you and everybody listening. And yes, sir, we see
- 15:30Speaker 9: a lot of roof damage, especially around the edges of
- 15:35Speaker 9: the people's homes. A lot of people will skirt around
- 15:38Speaker 9: the sides because they get scared about going too far
- 15:40Speaker 9: up and they kind of hold themselves up around the
- 15:43Speaker 9: edge as they're plugging the lights around, or they'll hold
- 15:47Speaker 9: the ladder against the side of the roof and they'll
- 15:49Speaker 9: damage the shingles all the way around the edges.
- 15:52Speaker 4: So there's a lot of things.
- 15:53Speaker 9: That happen to shingles, and it may not damage it
- 15:55Speaker 9: right away enough to leak, but it's going to potentially
- 15:58Speaker 9: put it there. So always suggest having your roof checked
- 16:01Speaker 9: out once a year at least obviously for all the
- 16:04Speaker 9: weather that we have, but especially if you know you've
- 16:06Speaker 9: had people on top of your roof hanging lights or decorations,
- 16:09Speaker 9: or you know you see some shingles that are starting
- 16:12Speaker 9: to fold on the corner, so let us come out.
- 16:14Speaker 9: Let's do an inspection. May need some minor repairs, but
- 16:16Speaker 9: it could save you potentially thousands of dollars later on.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Eight three three cook DFW. That's eight three three cook
- 16:22Speaker 1: DFW or that website cookdfw dot com.
- 16:28Speaker 8: You're listening to the Treehouse, visit us online at Treehouse
- 16:32Speaker 8: on air dot com.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Based on the TV show recommendation you just gave me
- 16:41Speaker 1: and my wife, I believe we now have a seventh
- 16:44Speaker 1: addiction for you, Trey, okay, and that is documentaries. You
- 16:51Speaker 1: are inside this here Treehouse the documentarian expert. If there
- 16:57Speaker 1: is a documentary about something, you know what. You've seen it,
- 17:01Speaker 1: You've listened to it, you've watched it, you have consumed it.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I think you've reached the end of all the Netflix
- 17:08Speaker 1: document all the Netflix documentaries, because now you're starting to
- 17:13Speaker 1: recommend ones that you're seeing on other platforms. So what's
- 17:16Speaker 1: the one that you just told me about.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Uh, it's called It's Uh, It's on Disney Hulu. It's
- 17:22Speaker 3: called Billy and Molly and Otter Love Story.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Is this a is this an animated no? Or is
- 17:31Speaker 2: this a live action?
- 17:32Speaker 3: It's a documentary of a about a man who It's
- 17:37Speaker 3: in Shetland, England, which I did not know. This is
- 17:41Speaker 3: is the northernmost tip of England, right below the Arctic Circle.
- 17:47Speaker 3: And it's about this orphaned otter that shows up on
- 17:51Speaker 3: his peer jetty as they call it. And it's just
- 17:58Speaker 3: it really is. It is eighty minutes of just heartwarming,
- 18:03Speaker 3: sweet you know, you laugh a little, you might shed
- 18:06Speaker 3: a tear, but it's a happy ending. It's it's just
- 18:10Speaker 3: very few times like most of the documentaries I watch
- 18:13Speaker 3: are like murders, you know, mass murders and stuff, or
- 18:15Speaker 3: ancient civilizations. This one was just it's just a sweet, nice,
- 18:20Speaker 3: you know, eighty minutes of you just feel good at
- 18:24Speaker 3: the end, and put the.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Eighty minutes of Wholesome Yes, which is probably a nice
- 18:31Speaker 1: break given all the murder and horrific stuff that you
- 18:34Speaker 1: typically watch in documentaries.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I mean I have, you're a I've even
- 18:44Speaker 3: subscribed to there's a an app a channel. It's I
- 18:49Speaker 3: don't even know. I think it's gaya g A I
- 18:52Speaker 3: A and it's all about it's just nothing but documentaries
- 18:55Speaker 3: a lot about you know, ancient civilizations, and there's I
- 18:58Speaker 3: don't get into the UFO stuff a lot, but I am.
- 19:04Speaker 3: I am starting to think that, Yo, our archaeology has
- 19:10Speaker 3: not been forthcoming on. You know that there really was
- 19:14Speaker 3: another civilization, pre Ice Age.
- 19:18Speaker 1: You think archaeologists know this, and there's been an archaeological
- 19:22Speaker 1: conspiracy to cover up a civilization pre Ice Age.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Yes, because it it it it, it's been.
- 19:31Speaker 2: I'm done.
- 19:35Speaker 1: That's it's that's too much for me to handle by myself.
- 19:39Speaker 1: It's the tray's going full conspiracy.
- 19:44Speaker 4: You know.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I feel like I'm outmanned.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Well as as we as the science gets and we're
- 19:50Speaker 3: dating things better, like we know that we there were
- 19:55Speaker 3: civilizations you know, nine nine to eleven thousand years ago. Now,
- 19:59Speaker 3: if you really archaeology, you know, has this go about
- 20:03Speaker 3: five thousand BC is where everything kind of starts, but
- 20:06Speaker 3: we know there is, we've dated, we found the remains,
- 20:10Speaker 3: and it also goes to the pyramids are always the
- 20:14Speaker 3: one thing such complex engineering. Yeah, you know, and it's
- 20:20Speaker 3: like where to believe that people went, you know, went
- 20:22Speaker 3: from agriculture to building pyramids of incredibly complex engineering.
- 20:30Speaker 2: And just the size of it. You're right because it is.
- 20:32Speaker 1: It is an interesting leap to make where you're going
- 20:34Speaker 1: from you know, farmers to basically huge stone metropolis is
- 20:44Speaker 1: in the middle of the desert. Not only is it
- 20:46Speaker 1: an enormous feat of engineering, but who had the idea,
- 20:51Speaker 1: Like like, there's always there's always got to be that
- 20:53Speaker 1: guy who had the thought. One day he was hoe
- 20:55Speaker 1: in the desert sand trying to plant some opium or
- 20:59Speaker 1: something for his family, and he decides one day he
- 21:03Speaker 1: looks up towards this guy and says, you know what,
- 21:05Speaker 1: and he looks around the field, He looks around the
- 21:08Speaker 1: desert and says, you know what, this place is missing
- 21:10Speaker 1: a big old pyramid. And no one even knew what
- 21:12Speaker 1: a pyramid was at that time. But some guy had
- 21:14Speaker 1: a thought or like you've been saying, uh throughout the
- 21:18Speaker 1: entire history of this Treos podcast, they had a little
- 21:22Speaker 1: help from above.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Well, or that there was just there was another civilization
- 21:28Speaker 3: that because think about it, the pyramids, you know, so
- 21:31Speaker 3: many of them line up, you know there, whether it
- 21:35Speaker 3: be the solstice or there's always there is an astronomical
- 21:40Speaker 3: you know lining up of things that how did they know? Uh?
- 21:46Speaker 3: And and also the pyramids aren't just like there's caverns,
- 21:50Speaker 3: there's chambers. It's not like they're just solid built. I mean, yeah,
- 21:54Speaker 3: if they were just building trying, you know, pyramids with
- 21:57Speaker 3: that were solid, maybe a different story. But then you
- 22:00Speaker 3: also what did they say. It's like they had for
- 22:03Speaker 3: the timeline that they've suggested that they were setting two
- 22:07Speaker 3: and a half ton stones once a minute for twenty years.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I don't think there was enough slave labor at the
- 22:16Speaker 1: time to really get that done.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Well they have found, you know, the that it wasn't
- 22:24Speaker 3: even so much slave labor that you know that their
- 22:26Speaker 3: encampments that were obviously home to thousands, tens of thousands
- 22:31Speaker 3: of people, but that's a lot. And you also have
- 22:34Speaker 3: to remember the pyramids in their day had this shiny
- 22:38Speaker 3: white stone. They're not like they are today that's decayed,
- 22:41Speaker 3: but they were you know, almost white.
- 22:46Speaker 2: They were smooth.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Yeah, they were smooth and shiny and white and you know,
- 22:50Speaker 3: are off white, I guess, but if you see the renderings.
- 22:54Speaker 3: But I mean, it's just it's there's just I think
- 22:58Speaker 3: there's more out there. And but you think about it
- 23:01Speaker 3: when you go back, if you start resetting dates and going, yeah,
- 23:04Speaker 3: well if if what they say was five thousand year
- 23:08Speaker 3: ago years ago was actually seven eight thousand years ago,
- 23:11Speaker 3: it changes the timeline of everything.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:13Speaker 3: And then and then you there's a religious aspect of
- 23:15Speaker 3: it too that gets gets a little dicey mm hm.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Yeah, people start wagging out once you start to throwing
- 23:21Speaker 1: and questioning the timeline of of Jesus and stuff.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Well, this goes back to the the great you know
- 23:28Speaker 3: there we know there was a great flood. But you know,
- 23:31Speaker 3: if if you the Bible technically, yeah, they would say
- 23:36Speaker 3: six thousand years ago, when we know it was more
- 23:38Speaker 3: eleven thousand years ago. So you've got five thousand years missing.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And that's where the documentaries you watch come into play.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Yeah, and just and and the remarkable the fact that
- 23:52Speaker 3: the Mayans Incans incas you know, they the similarities between
- 23:58Speaker 3: the Egyptians and some of the stuff they did is
- 24:00Speaker 3: remarkable and people don't realize they have their own. There's
- 24:04Speaker 3: you know, a bunch of pyramids and central and uh,
- 24:07Speaker 3: South America.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, this is why I.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Raid in Louisiana and Ohio.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Say that again.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Yeah, there's pyramids in the United States in Mississippi.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Uh it's uh cares, it's eastern Louisiana or Mississippi. But yeah, no,
- 24:26Speaker 3: they're not great, but they're they're Earth but they're definitely pyramids.
- 24:30Speaker 3: And then there's this whole, the whole snake thing in Ohio.
- 24:33Speaker 3: And see, you need to start. Start with Ancient Apocalypse
- 24:40Speaker 3: on Netflix.
- 24:41Speaker 2: I don't know if I can.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I don't know if I don't know if my little
- 24:43Speaker 1: brain can hit it is fascinating.
- 24:46Speaker 3: And the guy, uh, I think his name is Graham Norton.
- 24:51Speaker 3: He's been on Joe Rogan a bunch. And but there's
- 24:56Speaker 3: the British TV show host. Now, yeah it's not Graham Norton,
- 25:00Speaker 3: it's gramp something I'll think of in a second. But
- 25:05Speaker 3: watch Ancient Apocalypse. It really is. It's it's a fascinating watch.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Even if you don't believe a thing of it, you'll
- 25:13Speaker 3: at least, you know, learn a little more history than yes,
- 25:17Speaker 3: you probably knew now no, no.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I might do that, But it also feels like a
- 25:22Speaker 1: Pandora's Box type situation.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Now that's I mean again, I struggle with it with moderation,
- 25:31Speaker 3: so once I get into something, I'm gonna try to
- 25:33Speaker 3: soak it all in. You don't have that problem as much.
- 25:36Speaker 3: And but you really, Ancient Apocalypse is a fascinating show,
- 25:40Speaker 3: just just for the the the different places they take
- 25:44Speaker 3: you around the world and and how it was built.
- 25:47Speaker 3: I mean some of the the temples and Indonesia and
- 25:55Speaker 3: forget the country anyways, all over the world. It's fascinating.
- 26:02Speaker 5: Gotcha.
- 26:03Speaker 1: It's interesting to think that two influences in my life
- 26:10Speaker 1: really want me to watch documentaries. One is you and
- 26:14Speaker 1: the other is my mom. Like she's been on me
- 26:17Speaker 1: trying to get me to watch this octopus documentary for
- 26:19Speaker 1: over a year.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Uh, the one about the friendship between the guy and
- 26:24Speaker 3: the octopus.
- 26:26Speaker 2: I guess.
- 26:29Speaker 4: There.
- 26:30Speaker 3: I've never really gotten it. I've been meaning to watch
- 26:33Speaker 3: that one. I forgot the name of it. But octopus, octopi, octopuses,
- 26:41Speaker 3: octopusses incredibly intelligent.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Maybe that's why my mom wants me to watch it go.
- 26:50Speaker 1: She said it was fascinating, she loved it. And then uh,
- 26:52Speaker 1: and then not long after that, you came to visit
- 26:55Speaker 1: and you're like, Oh, you gotta watch this documentary. You
- 26:56Speaker 1: gotta watch this documentary. I'm like, I used to watch
- 26:59Speaker 1: I used to actually watch the History Channel what it
- 27:01Speaker 1: was about history, because I liked that.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I like watching that stuff.
- 27:05Speaker 1: But I haven't gone all the way down the rabbit
- 27:08Speaker 1: hole that you have. I have a tendency to focus
- 27:12Speaker 1: more on things that are a lot more surface oriented.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Maybe it's because I dealt with so much crap for
- 27:20Speaker 1: a handful of years. I'm trying to lean in on
- 27:23Speaker 1: more lighthearted things.
- 27:25Speaker 3: In fairness to me, one of the reasons why I
- 27:29Speaker 3: have always had a fascination with Egyptian archaeology is I
- 27:34Speaker 3: got to see the King tut exhibit when it first
- 27:38Speaker 3: came through in like nineteen eighty. It was at the
- 27:40Speaker 3: Dallas Museum of Art, and I had my grandmother took
- 27:45Speaker 3: me about books and everything else. So that's what kind
- 27:47Speaker 3: of sparked my interest in the subject.
- 27:51Speaker 2: This is interesting.
- 27:52Speaker 1: I'm starting to realize something both fascinating and terrifying.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Are you ready, Trey uh.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Okay, documentaries, history, and I'm trying to think. I'm trying
- 28:12Speaker 1: to think of how to phrase this for you, and
- 28:14Speaker 1: not just for you, but for me as well. So
- 28:19Speaker 1: your interests documentaries, history, and watching TV are very similar
- 28:27Speaker 1: to someone else in my life. And that other person
- 28:30Speaker 1: in my life is my mom. And so I am
- 28:33Speaker 1: now starting to think that perhaps you might be one
- 28:37Speaker 1: another's soulmate. And I will tell you this tray. I
- 28:43Speaker 1: have known no crazier woman in my life than my mother.
- 28:50Speaker 1: You guys, might be meant for one another. You can
- 28:52Speaker 1: sit and watch documentaries about ancient civilizations and go crazy
- 28:57Speaker 1: on each other until one of you who is murdered
- 29:00Speaker 1: by the other one. And you know what, Trey, I'm
- 29:04Speaker 1: gonna be honest with you.
- 29:07Speaker 2: I think I'm okay with it.
- 29:11Speaker 1: It feels weird to say it, it feels even it
- 29:14Speaker 1: feels weird to think it, But I think I think
- 29:17Speaker 1: I would endorse this.
- 29:19Speaker 3: You know, uh, Dan, there there would have to be
- 29:23Speaker 3: a you know, I think you're now at this point
- 29:26Speaker 3: trying to pawn your mom off on me, and which
- 29:30Speaker 3: you know, if you if you want to break from
- 29:31Speaker 3: that crazy, I'll swap you.
- 29:36Speaker 2: We're not swapping moms.
- 29:37Speaker 3: No, if we can start a whole new reality TV
- 29:41Speaker 3: show mom swap.
- 29:45Speaker 2: I don't want my name anywhere near that.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I'm honestly a little bit worried about you that you
- 29:52Speaker 1: even said that out loud compared to what I said.
- 29:58Speaker 3: I nothing, you know, just dealing with the old and crazy.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Yeah, although it wouldn't make a good T shirt.
- 30:08Speaker 2: You just with just a quote you want to swap moms.

- 32:44Speaker 1: date my mond. Okay, let me clarify this. I'm not
- 32:46Speaker 1: saying I want you to date my mom. I'm just
- 32:48Speaker 1: saying that you guys might be really good for one another.
- 32:54Speaker 3: I I just go back to the old.
- 33:00Speaker 2: That's all you have to say.
- 33:05Speaker 4: That.
- 33:05Speaker 1: There's really nothing else that needs to be said, And
- 33:09Speaker 1: yet yet it says everything.
- 33:12Speaker 3: That Jack Nicholson line of you know so crazy somewhere else.
- 33:15Speaker 3: I'm a I'm all stocked up here.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I thought you were going for the line in as
- 33:22Speaker 1: good as it gets, like you're gonna go to dinner
- 33:23Speaker 1: with my mom and tell her you make me want
- 33:25Speaker 1: to be a better man.
- 33:29Speaker 3: No, but that's all from the same movie, I believe.
- 33:32Speaker 3: And then the other my other favorite line of how
- 33:36Speaker 3: do you write women so well? Take away reason and accountability?
- 33:40Speaker 3: Take a man, You take a man?
- 33:44Speaker 1: That is That's a movie that deserves a rewatch. It's
- 33:47Speaker 1: been a while since I just had that was that
- 33:49Speaker 1: was the man He had some He had some as
- 33:51Speaker 1: as as the olds would say, he had some real
- 33:54Speaker 1: hum dingers in that movie he did.
- 33:56Speaker 3: That was.
- 33:58Speaker 1: You take a man, reason and accountability, And you're left
- 34:06Speaker 1: with the Trey's idea for a fun Friday night. All right,
- 34:11Speaker 1: Today is Fred Day, May seventeenth, twoy twenty four. Before
- 34:18Speaker 1: we can get into the rest of the show, which
- 34:20Speaker 1: will include things like anti sex beds, road rages out,
- 34:26Speaker 1: but sidewalk rages in, and bodies piling up in Florida,
- 34:30Speaker 1: we must first get to birthdays, So celebrating birthdays today
- 34:35Speaker 1: on Fred Day, May seventeenth, twenty twenty four, we will
- 34:39Speaker 1: begin with Levin Rambin. Do not know her name as
- 34:46Speaker 1: a person, but she is thirty four today. I do
- 34:49Speaker 1: know her as Glimmer in the first Hunger Games movie, Trey.
- 34:52Speaker 1: I don't know if you saw any of the Hunger
- 34:54Speaker 1: Games movies, but for those that have, she is the
- 34:57Speaker 1: one that Catanus kills with the tracker Jackers in the
- 35:01Speaker 1: first movie.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Okay, so good. I have actually seen the Hunger Games movies.
- 35:07Speaker 3: I did not see the new prequel one, but.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I highly recommended it was actually really really really good. Yeah,
- 35:13Speaker 1: Tara and I went to the theater and saw that one.
- 35:15Speaker 1: That was that was a lot of fun. So anyway,
- 35:18Speaker 1: she is thirty four today. Other birthdays today, where I
- 35:22Speaker 1: put it. We've got Derek Huff from Dancing with the Stars,
- 35:27Speaker 1: he is thirty nine. He actually has won the show
- 35:30Speaker 1: six times with Here are his dance partners, Okay, so
- 35:36Speaker 1: it's not a bad day of work for him. Brooke Burke,
- 35:39Speaker 1: Nicole Scherzinger, Jennifer Gray, Kelly Pickler, Amber Riley from Glee,
- 35:45Speaker 1: and Bendy Irwin, which was Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin's daughter.
- 35:50Speaker 3: And he probably banged at least three of them.
- 35:55Speaker 2: Yep, that's really.
- 36:02Speaker 3: That was all the while, you know, being in the
- 36:04Speaker 3: shadow of your hotter sister.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that should have been the alternate title
- 36:09Speaker 1: of Dancing with the stars is banging the stars?
- 36:12Speaker 3: Yeah, wasn't that? But aren't they twins? Are they? Are
- 36:15Speaker 3: they twins?
- 36:17Speaker 2: Oh? Derek Huff and his sister.
- 36:18Speaker 1: I I don't know if they you know what, I'm
- 36:22Speaker 1: going to assume that they're not, because if they were,
- 36:24Speaker 1: then her birthday would be next on the on my list,
- 36:26Speaker 1: that's true. Retired NBA star Tony Parker is forty two frenchie.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Mm hmmm.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Uh, Trey, you want to you want to do a
- 36:37Speaker 1: quick degrees of Kevin Bacon game to Tony Parker?
- 36:42Speaker 2: All right, here we go. So there's a okay, you
- 36:45Speaker 2: want to try it, go for it.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Oh, all right, Kevin Bacon.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Link link yourself, actually take out the Kevin Bacon thing,
- 36:54Speaker 1: link yourself to to Tony Parker and in as many
- 36:58Speaker 1: as few steps as you could imagine, uh, because I
- 37:04Speaker 1: call it doing the Kevin Bacon game. But it's really
- 37:07Speaker 1: it's for yourself with certain celebrities.
- 37:10Speaker 3: I mean, I'm sure I've met someone who's met Eva
- 37:12Speaker 3: Longoria that mm hmm. If you have Tony Parker.
- 37:16Speaker 1: To uh, it's actually a very short path to get
- 37:21Speaker 1: you Trey to Tony Parker via Ava Longoria.
- 37:25Speaker 2: So if I told you at the start of today,
- 37:30Speaker 2: you would have.
- 37:30Speaker 1: A your odds of meeting Ava Longoria would be better
- 37:35Speaker 1: than Tony Parker.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Would you have believed me say you know it helps? No, okay,
- 37:43Speaker 2: thank you?
- 37:44Speaker 1: Uh so to get you to Tony Parker via Ava Longoria.
- 37:48Speaker 1: You Trey no Tone bell our buddy Tone and Tone
- 37:53Speaker 1: was in a movie with Ava Longoria who was married
- 37:55Speaker 1: to Tony Parker. See, these games are really easy now
- 37:58Speaker 1: that we have someone that tax successful in Hollywood.
- 38:01Speaker 2: They're all only like one step away.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Which, by the way, did you see that photo Tone
- 38:05Speaker 1: posted the other day after the Netflix is a joke festival.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Oh my god, I let me see if I can
- 38:13Speaker 2: pull this up real quick.
- 38:15Speaker 1: So they do at the end of the Netflix as
- 38:19Speaker 1: a joke festival, they do sort of a yearbook photo
- 38:22Speaker 1: of all the comedians that performed and all these various shows.
- 38:25Speaker 1: It's a comedy festival in La Right, and Tone on
- 38:30Speaker 1: his Instagram page and probably all his pages posted the
- 38:37Speaker 1: photo of him because he participated. And then Netflix is
- 38:40Speaker 1: a joke festival, all the comedians that had performed, and
- 38:44Speaker 1: he is in the middle of all these comedians, right,
- 38:48Speaker 1: and I can show you the photo. It's going to
- 38:52Speaker 1: be difficult to show all of them because he decided
- 38:54Speaker 1: he did he he did a whears Waldo. He wears
- 38:58Speaker 1: Waldot himself. So in this photo at this you know
- 39:04Speaker 1: house somewhere in la in a pool, you've got Burt
- 39:08Speaker 1: Kreischer in the pool shirtless, but then surrounded you when
- 39:14Speaker 1: you find Tone, and then you find all the people
- 39:16Speaker 1: in this photo, You've got people like Sindbad, Jim Gaffigan,
- 39:24Speaker 1: jud Apatow.
- 39:26Speaker 2: Hang on, I swiped too far. Uh, let's see you
- 39:30Speaker 2: go again.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Is that Bert Kreischer in the Is this the one?
- 39:34Speaker 3: Like he's shirtless in the pool?
- 39:36Speaker 2: Yep, that's the one.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Okay.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Then Uh, then you've also got, oh man, some of
- 39:42Speaker 1: these people and I can't even recall their names, but
- 39:44Speaker 1: I recognize all their faces. Uh. Roastmaster General Jeffrey Ross
- 39:50Speaker 1: is in there. I believe that's Dave. That might be
- 39:52Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle.
- 39:55Speaker 2: You've also got John Stewart is in there. Basically he's
- 40:00Speaker 2: surrounded by a ton of famous people and our buddy
- 40:04Speaker 2: Tones in the middle of it. So if you ever
- 40:05Speaker 2: want to do the Kevin Bacon game with yourself, all
- 40:08Speaker 2: you gotta do is just is just name drop tone
- 40:10Speaker 2: and and you're good.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Now that is I I gotta put my glasses on
- 40:14Speaker 3: to really study that picture. But damn that's impressive.
- 40:17Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 40:18Speaker 3: That that would be.
- 40:20Speaker 2: Hey, there's poll Shore, So it's not all A listers.
- 40:25Speaker 3: That I'd be curious to ask tone because that for me,
- 40:28Speaker 3: like it seems like that would be like a pinch
- 40:30Speaker 3: yourself moment of you know, holy shit.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, And he even even put that in the
- 40:36Speaker 1: caps and he said, straight up bucketless moment. For me,
- 40:38Speaker 1: it's too much funny in this class of twenty four
- 40:40Speaker 1: yearbook photo to possibly tag everyone. But if you see him,
- 40:43Speaker 1: tag him in the comments. Yeah, Chelsea Handler, Sebastian Man
- 40:48Speaker 1: of Scalo's in there. I mean it's it really is
- 40:50Speaker 1: a who's who of comedians and stars. It's and and
- 40:54Speaker 1: then then there's the guy we know in the middle
- 40:56Speaker 1: of all of it, and occasionally he hangs out with us.
- 41:02Speaker 3: We hope.
- 41:04Speaker 4: He did.
- 41:04Speaker 2: A couple of weeks ago after this photo. He may
- 41:06Speaker 2: not be more. He's like, right, I'm I hanging it
- 41:07Speaker 2: out with you.
- 41:08Speaker 5: Yeah, idiots.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Other birthdays today inside the Treehouse, Jordan Knight, You're ready
- 41:13Speaker 1: to feel old Trey Okay, the good looking one from
- 41:18Speaker 1: New Kids on the Block. He is fifty four today
- 41:22Speaker 1: and separated by only five years. Trent Resnor from Nine
- 41:26Speaker 1: Inch Nails is fifty nine. It's just weird to me
- 41:29Speaker 1: to think that Jordan Knight and Trent Resnor you might
- 41:32Speaker 1: see them at an Early Bird special somewhere because maybe
- 41:37Speaker 1: they also are our members.
- 41:39Speaker 3: You know, I Jordan Night, because New Kids still tour.
- 41:43Speaker 3: I think I've at least seen some videos with all
- 41:47Speaker 3: of them.
- 41:47Speaker 2: And it's Trey. It's a fine line between touring and panhandling.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Well, I just I was reading one thing talking that
- 41:58Speaker 3: they were like, you know, the crowd has retired justin
- 42:02Speaker 3: Timberlake because I guess his last tour just bombed.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Really yeah, I.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Mean I I think he's incredibly talented, but I didn't
- 42:12Speaker 3: even know he had a tour recently.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Well, I mean it held like the recent tours I've
- 42:20Speaker 1: that have been on my radar. If it's not that,
- 42:22Speaker 1: and I say my radar, like it's just been Taylor
- 42:26Speaker 1: hitting my eyeballs, It's it's either Taylor Swift, Beyonce or
- 42:31Speaker 1: or or I know.
- 42:32Speaker 2: That that Kenny Chesney's on tour right now.
- 42:34Speaker 1: That's about all I see. So it's like, if not
- 42:37Speaker 1: one of the if you're not making a billion dollars
- 42:40Speaker 1: in your tour, then I guess they're all a flop.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Yeah, that's I mean, it's like there's Taylor Swift and
- 42:48Speaker 3: then kind of everyone else mm hmm. But I guess
- 42:51Speaker 3: she just wrapped up her I was reading that she
- 42:54Speaker 3: wrapped up her arras tour in Paris and there was
- 42:58Speaker 3: a lot of love signs between her and Travis. Oh
- 43:01Speaker 3: really Yeah.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I also heard that at one of the Paris shows,
- 43:04Speaker 1: someone took a photo of one of the concert goers
- 43:07Speaker 1: baby on the floor of the concert.
- 43:12Speaker 5: Well there's you know, but.
- 43:14Speaker 2: You know they had earmuffs on.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:19Speaker 1: So at Trent Resner fifty nine, Ya is sixty three,
- 43:22Speaker 1: Sugar Ray Leonard is sixty eight, and if I remember correctly,
- 43:27Speaker 1: fort Worth's own Bill Paxton, today is his birthday, but
- 43:31Speaker 1: he had his life cut way too short. All the
- 43:34Speaker 1: way back in twenty seventeen. Bill Paxton one of the
- 43:37Speaker 1: greatest character actors of all time in Hollywood. I'm gonna
- 43:42Speaker 1: give you a quick rundown of some of the films
- 43:44Speaker 1: that he was in, and he was memorable in all
- 43:46Speaker 1: of these, right, Terminator, weird science.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Remember he played Jet Yeah, that's that's where I first
- 43:56Speaker 3: I remember seeing Bill Paxton.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Yeah, he was phenomenal in that Aliens of course, true lies.
- 44:06Speaker 2: I got a little dick.
- 44:07Speaker 5: It's pathetic.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Apollo thirteen Twister, which the remake comes out later this year.
- 44:14Speaker 3: I believe it looks soft did yeah Twisters, But yeah,
- 44:19Speaker 3: it looks it. I didn't know how they were going
- 44:21Speaker 3: to do it, but it looks really good.
- 44:24Speaker 1: I get look that up. I don't think i've seen
- 44:26Speaker 1: that yet. He was also in Titanic. Tombstone, of course,
- 44:30Speaker 1: is one of the Irp brothers, and he was also
- 44:33Speaker 1: in Edge of Tomorrow. Edge of Tomorrow is one of
- 44:35Speaker 1: those movies that if you haven't seen it, I try
- 44:36Speaker 1: to tell people you should see it, even if you
- 44:38Speaker 1: hate Tom Cruise.
- 44:39Speaker 2: It's one of his best movies.
- 44:42Speaker 1: It's the one with him and Emily Blunt and he
- 44:45Speaker 1: gets stuck in a time loop in a war slash
- 44:49Speaker 1: battle with Aliens.
- 44:51Speaker 3: I don't think I think I started that movie, and
- 44:53Speaker 3: I don't think I finished it.
- 44:54Speaker 1: You should, unless, of course, you hated it so much
- 44:57Speaker 1: you didn't want to know, But I don't. It's one
- 44:58Speaker 1: of those movies that to me it it. It's like
- 45:01Speaker 1: I said to me, it's one of his best films.
- 45:04Speaker 3: I will put it on my list, Tray.
- 45:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna let you choose your own adventure here, all right,
- 45:17Speaker 1: Anti sex beds.
- 45:20Speaker 2: Or sidewalk rage.
- 45:23Speaker 3: Mmm, I'll go with anti sex beds. I'm curious about.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Anti sex beds. It is h uh, stop it, your
- 45:37Speaker 1: stupid pop ups, just.
- 45:39Speaker 3: Myths, go away.
- 45:40Speaker 1: New York Post anti sex beds have arrived in Paris
- 45:43Speaker 1: for the Olympics after horning athletes admitted to Orgies a
- 45:45Speaker 1: mid competition. Okay, every well, now, now that the Olympics
- 45:55Speaker 1: are staggered between winter and summer Olympics every two years,
- 45:59Speaker 1: every couple years, these stories pop up where you hear
- 46:02Speaker 1: about all the sex that happens between athletes in different
- 46:05Speaker 1: nations because they've all been abstaining or whatever they've been,
- 46:09Speaker 1: you know, hardcore training for all their events, and you
- 46:12Speaker 1: get all these young, really healthy, fit people in one
- 46:19Speaker 1: small area and they all start hooking up, either before competitions,
- 46:24Speaker 1: maybe deering in some people's cases, but definitely after their
- 46:27Speaker 1: competitions are done. They just go crazy in the athlete's village.
- 46:31Speaker 1: And Paris is trying to get ahead of it.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Which, Yeah, if you think beds are the only place
- 46:38Speaker 3: they're doing it, you haven't read some of the stories
- 46:42Speaker 3: I've read.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Yeah, the pole vault this year is going to be really.
- 46:46Speaker 4: Fun to love.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember, I guess it was all the way
- 46:52Speaker 3: back in the when Atlanta had the Olympics and what
- 46:55Speaker 3: was that ninety six yep of reading about that, you know,
- 47:00Speaker 3: especially I forgot who it was, but one of the
- 47:03Speaker 3: athletes you know that competed and finished early and there
- 47:08Speaker 3: was a story written about and you just talked about
- 47:11Speaker 3: just it was a free for all that. Especially once
- 47:14Speaker 3: they're done, it's like, you know, they they have all
- 47:18Speaker 3: you know, they're all of the same mindset because Olympic
- 47:20Speaker 3: sports are different, and that most of them are not
- 47:23Speaker 3: very commercial, and so you have been You've dedicated your
- 47:27Speaker 3: whole entire life twenty four to seven, three sixty five
- 47:30Speaker 3: to competing, and then when you're done, it's like you've
- 47:33Speaker 3: got a lot of pin up things. And both the
- 47:36Speaker 3: guys and girls and they they said, it's almost as
- 47:39Speaker 3: easy you want to Yeah.
- 47:43Speaker 2: You hot, I'm hot, Let's do it.
- 47:44Speaker 3: Yeah, let's say.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Anti sex beds have arrived in Paris ahead of the
- 47:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty four Olympic Games, with their materials and small
- 47:52Speaker 1: size allegedly aimed at deterring athletes from getting kinky during competition.
- 47:57Speaker 1: The beds twin size means there's no room for the
- 48:00Speaker 1: competitors to sidle up together.
- 48:04Speaker 2: How many people do you know do it side by side.
- 48:06Speaker 1: The beds are manufactured by Airwave, which also made the
- 48:09Speaker 1: products for the twenty twenty Olympic Games in Tokyo, so
- 48:13Speaker 1: this is not a new thing that they're trying to
- 48:15Speaker 1: deter the athletes.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Sustainability is cited as.
- 48:19Speaker 1: The primary reason why Olympic officials opted for the beds
- 48:22Speaker 1: this year. The mattresses and cardboard frames one hundred percent recyclable,
- 48:28Speaker 1: but it's unlikely cardboard beds will stop the horny Olympians
- 48:31Speaker 1: from fornicating, with one competitor claiming a hot tub orgy
- 48:34Speaker 1: took place at one Olympics and another news outlet sites
- 48:39Speaker 1: a US two. Another news outlets cited a US two
- 48:44Speaker 1: time gold medalist as saying, quote, I've seen people having
- 48:47Speaker 1: sex right out in the open on the grass between buildings.
- 48:50Speaker 2: People are getting down and dirty.
- 48:52Speaker 3: They so they put fifty five gallon drums full of
- 48:57Speaker 3: condoms in the Olympic village and it goes empty. They
- 49:02Speaker 3: have to refill it.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Where's where's the medal ceremony for that event?
- 49:08Speaker 1: That's like your your national anthem deserves to be played
- 49:12Speaker 1: and everyone needs to see that you got the gold
- 49:14Speaker 1: and silver. And like Michael Phelps I think has the
- 49:20Speaker 1: record for the most medals, but it was like, okay, well,
- 49:24Speaker 1: who's the Wilt Chamberlain of the Olympics.
- 49:26Speaker 2: That's that's a stat I think we need to know.
- 49:30Speaker 3: Being that he competed in four or five he may
- 49:34Speaker 3: have the record.
- 49:35Speaker 2: You know, I don't think okay, as far as number
- 49:38Speaker 2: of Olympics. I'm sure that he had his turns.
- 49:43Speaker 1: But because of the swimming stuff, they do those events
- 49:46Speaker 1: and he did so many of them. He was he
- 49:48Speaker 1: was competing throughout the Olympics, he may not have had
- 49:51Speaker 1: time to really enjoy all the all the fruits of
- 49:57Speaker 1: the Olympic village. I think the person that you need
- 49:59Speaker 1: to take look at as far as who might have
- 50:02Speaker 1: betted the most fellow Olympians is gonna be someone from
- 50:05Speaker 1: some rant. That guy that walked in shirtless covered in oil.
- 50:10Speaker 5: Was that was.
- 50:11Speaker 1: That was that the Tonguan from a couple of Olympics.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Back that guy because I don't think he medled. He
- 50:16Speaker 1: had one competition, no medal, so he had plenty of
- 50:19Speaker 1: free time and he made an impact at the opening ceremony.
- 50:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna bet that guy is the champion.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Yeah, or just whoever whoever competes in the sport that
- 50:27Speaker 3: that finishes like they do the first part of the Olympics. Yeah,
- 50:31Speaker 3: whether it's like a sprint sprinter or diver or something,
- 50:34Speaker 3: and they're they're just hanging out for the next two weeks. Yeah,
- 50:36Speaker 3: you're right there. Yeah.
- 50:37Speaker 2: And that guy, that guy came ready. He came already
- 50:40Speaker 2: oiled up in half to ice.
- 50:46Speaker 11: Urian visits online a treehouseonair dot com.
- 51:04Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 51:07Speaker 8: Visit us online at treehouseonair dot com.

- 51:31Speaker 1: q make a quick mention. If you are watching, I
- 51:36Speaker 1: appreciate that. If you're listening, also appreciate it. But specifically,
- 51:40Speaker 1: if you're watching over my shoulder, you may see the
- 51:42Speaker 1: television behind me, which is currently on the Internet. Some
- 51:45Speaker 1: people don't realize you can actually use the Internet on
- 51:47Speaker 1: your television. It's paint and the ass for most people,
- 51:49Speaker 1: but it's there anyway. Over my shoulder, you can actually
- 51:52Speaker 1: see the very new Treehouse on air dot com website.
- 51:56Speaker 1: It's very handy, it's very flashy. Right there on the
- 51:59Speaker 1: homepage is a player that you can immediately start listening
- 52:02Speaker 1: to the latest episode of the show. Makes it very
- 52:04Speaker 1: very simple for you to not only listen to the show,
- 52:07Speaker 1: but also to share it with a friend. So we
- 52:09Speaker 1: would appreciate you doing that Treehouse on air dot com.
- 52:12Speaker 1: And if you don't want to listen on that player
- 52:14Speaker 1: right there, there's a whole bunch of little icons beneath
- 52:17Speaker 1: it of all the places that you can listen to
- 52:20Speaker 1: the show, including the big three, Spotify, Apple, and iHeart.
- 52:25Speaker 2: So do all those things listen to the show? Share it?
- 52:30Speaker 3: We appreciate it.
- 52:32Speaker 2: Now. I posted the other day. I'm not sure if
- 52:37Speaker 2: you guys saw this, but.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Our group chat between me, You, Trey, and EU Raj
- 52:46Speaker 1: is entertaining. It's a show within a show, just in
- 52:50Speaker 1: text form, right. And so the reason why I bring
- 52:57Speaker 1: this up is because the other day, before or even
- 53:00Speaker 1: we were talking about my Bruce Lee Gift and Trey
- 53:04Speaker 1: with jokes because my power was out, and he sends
- 53:08Speaker 1: a YouTube link to the song I Have the Power
- 53:11Speaker 1: by Snap. Before all that exchange happened, was one night,
- 53:19Speaker 1: I can't remember if it was you, Trey or U
- 53:21Speaker 1: Raj in our group text had taken a screenshot of
- 53:26Speaker 1: your television to a little program on one of the
- 53:30Speaker 1: ESPN channels called Slippery Stairs. That was me, I thought, so.
- 53:38Speaker 1: So I purposely did not click on this one because
- 53:42Speaker 1: I thought, let me bring it up on the show
- 53:43Speaker 1: and maybe be and maybe have a genuine reaction to it.
- 53:47Speaker 1: And two because I didn't want to get sucked into
- 53:50Speaker 1: what I thought was you pulling a hose job on
- 53:53Speaker 1: being rag trying to convince us that something as stupid
- 53:57Speaker 1: as Slippery Stairs was actually airing on ESPN.
- 54:02Speaker 2: So that's where I am currently. Is it real?
- 54:07Speaker 4: It is?
- 54:09Speaker 3: It's uh, you know when they do the Oh show
- 54:15Speaker 3: that uh they come up with new and and and
- 54:18Speaker 3: inventive things and and I'm embarrassed to say that I
- 54:20Speaker 3: actually I watched about five minutes of Slippery Stairs.
- 54:27Speaker 1: And it's your fault, Tray, it is your fault. We
- 54:30Speaker 1: can no longer have good ESPN shows and or talent.
- 54:34Speaker 1: They keep laying them off because they're so talented, and
- 54:38Speaker 1: they're clouding the airwaves for things like slippery Stairs.
- 54:42Speaker 3: Yeah, and when one of the guys said, you know, yeah,
- 54:50Speaker 3: he'd been training for this his whole life because he
- 54:53Speaker 3: lets the three story house.
- 55:01Speaker 1: Did he underestimate his opponent? Because the the guy that
- 55:03Speaker 1: walks out says, well, I grew up in a three
- 55:08Speaker 1: story house with a basement.
- 55:15Speaker 2: And an attic.
- 55:19Speaker 4: I don't know how you get that gig right, Like,
- 55:24Speaker 4: how do you get like the color commentary for slips?
- 55:28Speaker 1: Yeah, because typically the color commentator is the person that
- 55:31Speaker 1: has played the sport correct and knows a lot about
- 55:34Speaker 1: the sport, so you can then give that essential commentary
- 55:38Speaker 1: to those of us that are less familiar with the
- 55:41Speaker 1: sport we're watching.
- 55:43Speaker 3: First of all, let me say, Raja, I'm disappointed you
- 55:48Speaker 3: missed this one. Slippery stairs is a wider sport than
- 55:51Speaker 3: mountain climbing.
- 55:58Speaker 2: I don't know. It sounds a little Japanese game show.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Does right up there with that mx P or whatever
- 56:05Speaker 1: the show was where you'd have you'd have three doors
- 56:08Speaker 1: or four doors.
- 56:09Speaker 2: And uh, you know, one or two of them.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Actually, I think if you had, like if you had
- 56:15Speaker 1: three doors in front of you, you had to pick
- 56:17Speaker 1: which one to run through at full speed. Two of
- 56:21Speaker 1: them had paper and one of them had like a
- 56:22Speaker 1: brick wall behind it.
- 56:24Speaker 3: I think if it was a Japanese show that the
- 56:25Speaker 3: difference is they be throwing things down the stairs at you.
- 56:28Speaker 4: Oh, this is the white show, so they give you
- 56:32Speaker 4: a chance win.
- 56:40Speaker 3: This just needed a marshmallow sponsorship.
- 56:45Speaker 4: This is brought to you by Swiss Miss uh Ra.
- 56:48Speaker 2: Should you ever watch the ab.
- 56:49Speaker 4: Brown It can't be sponsored by Coco.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Raj.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Did you ever watch the show wipe Out and think
- 57:03Speaker 1: why didn't they just call it white out?
- 57:06Speaker 4: Again? You walk. You help me with this so much.
- 57:09Speaker 4: I appreciate that you do this because I've had listeners
- 57:12Speaker 4: know you do a lot of race stuff and I'm.
- 57:14Speaker 5: Like, you guys, do I don't we serve it up?
- 57:20Speaker 4: Wipe Out is a white person sport or whatever that
- 57:23Speaker 4: it's a white person show.
- 57:25Speaker 2: Uh I love that show.
- 57:28Speaker 4: Yeah, of course you do it, just like you like
- 57:30Speaker 4: staying in airbnbs. Like it's the same thing. There's the
- 57:34Speaker 4: same level of like of extreme possibility, Like you can
- 57:39Speaker 4: you can be on wipe Out and get hit by
- 57:42Speaker 4: whatever that wand thing is, or you can stay in
- 57:45Speaker 4: Airbnb and get hit by one of those wand things
- 57:48Speaker 4: whatever that is.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Like well, I mean, look, wipe Out is just American
- 57:53Speaker 1: ninja without any of the possibility of winning.
- 57:57Speaker 4: Yes, or a ninja just just calling American people falling down.
- 58:04Speaker 4: That's what slippery stairs is.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Thank you for bringing it back to slippery stairs. So, Trey,
- 58:09Speaker 1: slippery stairs? Is it a sport?
- 58:14Speaker 2: Or is it just.
- 58:17Speaker 1: How do you win slippery stairs? I'm pretty sure I
- 58:19Speaker 1: got the handle on how you lose.
- 58:23Speaker 3: You get to the top of the stairs. It's very
- 58:26Speaker 3: slippery an oil pig.
- 58:35Speaker 4: Okay, that's another I think that's another white sport.
- 58:41Speaker 3: Or or like you know, they just everyone took a
- 58:43Speaker 3: bath in k y and then tried to, you know,
- 58:46Speaker 3: climb the stairs.
- 58:48Speaker 2: So it's King of the Mountain with lube, yeah, and stairs.
- 58:55Speaker 4: Okay, it's astroblied with stairs. That's that's what it is.
- 59:00Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, we've just rattled off a handful
- 59:03Speaker 1: of really obvious sponsorship opportunities that, if ESPN is not
- 59:08Speaker 1: taking advantage of their people need.
- 59:10Speaker 5: To be fired.
- 59:11Speaker 4: I don't know how.
- 59:12Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, how do you not have the
- 59:13Speaker 2: astroglide two hundred.
- 59:16Speaker 4: I don't know how cornhole isn't sponsored by astrokelid.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Look, there's a very there's a very popular spot on
- 59:25Speaker 1: Saint Thomas, very historic called ninety nine steps. They could
- 59:29Speaker 1: do this like Grand Prix does, like the f One does,
- 59:33Speaker 1: and go around different famous steps.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Around the world. The Great Wall of China.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Hello. And Astroglide missed out on cornhole because Johnsonville wanted
- 59:45Speaker 3: they got their meat sponsorship.
- 59:48Speaker 4: Explain explain bushes baked beans. I don't know how that
- 59:51Speaker 4: works with cornhole, but they seemed to sponsored also.
- 59:56Speaker 1: I'll tell you why, Raj, because the cornhole board is
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: very reminiscent of a I mean, that's where if you
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: eat enough bushes baked beans, you're going to squad over
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: the corn hole.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: Yes, that makes sense.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: Now, Meanwhile, Johnsonville saw a hole and figured there brought
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: wars would be perfect to fit it.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: And there was no lub like, hey, we need to
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: lube up this brought to put it in.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: I just know that there's a guy that plays cornhole
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: that has no arms. And if you can do that.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: Sport and he's sponsored, I'm like, if, okay, that's that's
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: white people sport.
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: Do you have no arms?
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Somehow I have missed somehow I have missed the stump man.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: You have the internet behind you on your TV just very.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: Quickly, So there is a stump man that is professional. Yes,
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: in the corn hole league.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: I've told you guys before that Arnold Schwarzeneger's bastard son
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: is also pro in that league.
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: Is he really?
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: Wow, Okay, that's you know.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Is he the one that looks like really looks like Arnold?
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Yeah, he's the one that looks exactly like Arnold. Swartzeneger
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: got it on with his homely maid and instead of
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: getting into the family business of either politics from the Kennedy's, well, no,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: he couldn't do politics on the Kennedy side because that
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: wasn't his mom uh. Instead of getting into the movie
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: business or I guess he could have done politics. And
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: that's what you know, Arnold did you know, was governor
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: of California.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: Uh so and so. Instead he's he's blazing his own
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: path to corn.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: Start them.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: You can check your check your phones.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Oh good, we're adding more fun to our group chat
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: quadruple amputee and ace c l pro Dayton Weber is
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: an unstoppable cornhole player.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: I give up.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: I just.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: He is unstoppable?
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: Guy?
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Is he unstoppable? Really?
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: He's very stable.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: I can speak of it.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: I think you know what, How good would he be
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: on slippery stairs?
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: He wins.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: You know that he'd be the best in that too,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: wouldn't he. It's hard to slip on slippery stairs if
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: you got no letters.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: I don't know how you get to the top with
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: no arms. But god damn, I'd watch it.
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: It's a lot of gumption.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: Raj'm the determination alone. I would watch that man try
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: to golip.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: Well, let's see.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: It's either a lot of determination or you get Arnold
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: schwartzen Anger's bastard son to put you in a papoose.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: Which in the baby bor and take you to the top.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: You both okay, Yeah, it's very.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: Much a you go, we go situation. Roger, I'm glad
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: you laughed.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: At that because I said that punchlines specifically for Tray's benefit.
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: I just got it.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna go I'm gonna go out. I'm
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: gonna take a break.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna go outside and throw myself down my stairs.
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: Visit us online that Treehouse on air dot com.
- 1:04:09Speaker 11: You're in the tree House. Visit us online at treehouseonair
- 1:04:13Speaker 11: dot com.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: We need to discuss something a little more topical that
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: I thought was just a a made up thing. I
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: didn't realize this was real. That happened, uh, just a
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: handful of days ago.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: And that is.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: The right in the butt puzzle on Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: I saw this when I was scrolling social media, and
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: I just thought it was like just someone playing with
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: an AI video or just creating something out of nothing.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: But Raj, you swear this happened.
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: It did? It did happen a few days ago, and
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: it's a kind of gone viral. It's a it's gonna
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: go more. I don't know how you're more viral, but
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: it's on its way to being legendary. To what this
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: What happened?
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: Did you see this?
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: I thought I thought it was a joke, Like I
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: thought it was like the south Park Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: I was thinking the same thing, trick, I.
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: Forgot about that.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: That's how do you forget about that?
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: That's I mean, I haven't there's that one. There's also
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: do you remember the the what was it dating? Dating?
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: The wedding thing with bomb you banks.
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: Were the game?
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah that's a classic.
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: That's a classic.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: And then yeah yeah yeah yeah. Okay, hang on, you
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: guys keep talking and pulling up fun videos here.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: The south Park video is still the camera guy is going.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: That is I think I'm with you.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: I think that Uh.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: And there's also the uncensored version of that one, which is, uh,
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: I can't believe they released it, but there's the uncensored
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: version happens and everybody, oh yeah that was that was
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: pretty fantastic. But this one, uh, in this day and age,
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: just to that's your first guess you didn't want to
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: buy a vowel at all? Uh? Yeah, so you can,
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Uh it's I think it's TMZ has the story, uh
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: and the video, so you can we can pull up
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: uh that because I mean, just a brilliant answer. I mean,
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: you're that guy forever. Now it doesn't matter where you go.
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: You're the right in the butt. That's that's who you are.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: All right, let's see here.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: This Wheel of Fortune contestant getting major props for not
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: winning big, but he did lose in spectacular fashion with
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: a guess that you just got to see to believe.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: So thank you very much there, TMZ. It really is
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: one of those things where it's like, I'm with Tray.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: I thought it was a joke. Initially, I really did
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: thank you TMZ.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Phrase.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Okay, so I've not since the first time, full disclosure,
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: this is the first time I've actually seen this and
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: heard this. So the puzzle clue is phrase, which isn't
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: everything on Wheel of Fortune and phrase? So then they're
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: doing I have not watched a whole episode of Will
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: of Fortune in years, so they're doing it's like a
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: fast version where instead of guessing, instead of spinning the
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: wheel and guessing the letters, they're just revealing themselves one
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: after another in quick succession, and I guess.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: The first person to buzz in and guess correctly wins.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Okay, all right, lightning round, got it?
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: Okay, here we go.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: So they start out with an exclamation point at the
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: very end, and then a T and then some other letters,
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: I E. All right, I can see where so tavares
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: here buzzes in and there's four blank tiles.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: Then the second word is two tiles.
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: With it.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: The first tile has an I lit up. Then the
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: next word is three tiles with a T, a blank,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: and an E. And the fourth word is a B,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: A blank, a blank, a T and an exclamate point.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: I certainly see how this happened. Yeah, I can, but
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: you don't say it. There's no way that. Okay, I'll
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: just leave you.
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: Tomorrows right in the butt.
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: No.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: So the other two contestant, so you've got to boris
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: in in the in the one hole, you've got what
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: looks to be blonde hair, white lady Blake in the
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: two hole, and bringing up the rear is an older
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: black lady. And she's the one that you hear, go
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: what meanwhile, the white chick in the middle right the
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: first time for her.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: To be taking this in stride.
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: Tomorrows right in the butt, No, No.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: This is interesting.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: So so the black lady on the end, she's she's
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: she's shocked. What look at Blake's reaction in the middle
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: here again. All she does is she just kind of smiles,
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: and then she does a quick little side I look
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: over to Tavars go like, did you see it? Yeah,
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: it's one more time. Here you go, keep an eye
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: on Blake in the middle, Tomorros.
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: See.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: Now her reaction doesn't change much.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: She's already smiling, and then she just looks over and goes, yeah, no, Blake.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: Yeah, of course she thinks it is.
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: But he says, right, and only four tiles. Yeah.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Not only was that nowhere near the actual phrase that
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: they were looking for, but it doesn't even match the
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: proper number of tiles.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: Yes, so it was one tile off.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: But uh what What it really seemed to me is
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: this is a classic example of him having a phrase
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: in his mind already that he was trying to force
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: into this one.
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: He was looking at Maggie, say Jack off stage, who
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: Pat's daughter is smoking hot?
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: Yes?
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: Pat Sajack's daughter, Maggie, Maggie, let's see this. I gotta
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: look it up. You guys talk amongst or so, I
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: gotta see what the say Jack is producing. It's oh okay, yeah, wow,
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: oh yeah, well done.
- 1:11:51Speaker 3: Yes, Pat obviously has some good genes. I don't know
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: what his wife looks like, but I don't eat.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: I didn't know he was married.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: It's just a you just thought he was married to
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: will of Fortune.
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what his daughter looks like. He and
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: Vanna had a baby.
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: That's exactly what I was gonna say.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well, then in that case, Pat's not a
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: In that case, Pat is not a believer of right.
- 1:12:14Speaker 12: In the butt.
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: Well yeah, that's.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: Uh but uh but it does it does uh, it
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: does you know, make us think back to other times?
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Oh is that her?
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, that's that's definitely that. That's definitely it, Pat
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: Sage Van of White Baby.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: Hang on, let me what's what's I'm gonna type, Pat say,
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Jack's wife? Yeah, hang on, because I want to see
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: what she looks like, to see if it's even possible that.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: That could be their kid. Uh.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Well, this is actually kind of difficult because I guess
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: he's on his second wife. The first one passed away
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: in eighty six.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: Yeah, Maggie would be. She's probably in her twenties, so
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: it'd second wife.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: Okay, Cheryl, I guess they divorced in nineteen eighty six.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: She's blonde, Okay, so they broke up in eighty six,
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: so you think this is gonna be the second wife Trey. Yeah,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: so that would be Leslie Brown. M yeah, No, Maggie
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Say Jack is very much I think the love child
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: of Vana White and Patsay Jack. After seeing what Leslie
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Brown Patsay Jack's current wife looks like, Yeah.
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: But well done. I mean that's a she's a she's
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: a smoke show good lord. Yeah, and she works for
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: the show. So come on.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: Oh yeah, if you had a daughter that looked like that,
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: wouldn't you want to keep an eye on her rash,
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: especially when you've got contestants running around. Actually, maybe the
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: set of Wheel of Fortune is not a good spot
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: when he got contestants throwing out things like in the
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: butt on puzzles, right in.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: The butt' that's your go to answer, right in the butt?
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: You thought, Okay, my question is this, what if he
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: was right?
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Then I think Will of Fortune will have would have
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: taken a uh family feud with Steve Harvey turn where
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: like they're doing sorts of things on purpose.
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: Yeah, but what if if it was like right in
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: the butt, they're like, you're the winner.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Not only does he win the puzzle, but he wins Blake.
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: But definitely not the lady on the other end, she
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: is not having it in the butt.
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: She doesn't want any of that.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Speaking of in the butt, this from the Nilliwed game
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: many many years ago. Is the weirdest place that you personally,
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: girls have ever gotten the urge to make whoopee?
- 1:15:06Speaker 5: The weirdest place? Oh? Yes, in the no no, no, no,
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: the weirdest location.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: I think here's the problem with that. I think it's
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: still a location.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: But it is a location. But back then location was
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: a little more of a fluid term. It's not like
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: today where you go to Google and drop a pin
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: in it.
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: Uh and then obviously not chs.
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: Olga is in the s.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: Yeah, but what are the reviews have to say?
- 1:16:00Speaker 11: You're in the tree Visit us online at Treehouse on

- 1:16:37Speaker 1: eight three three Cook DFW. The website cookdfw dot com
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: to see all the great work they do not only
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: on top of the house, but.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Inside it and even around it.
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: Eight three three cookdfw the website again cookdfw dot com
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: coming off of the in the butt on Wheel of
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Fortune and uh in the ass on the Newlywed Game
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: back in the seventies, which is there's not an isolated incident.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: By the way, there was another one that I was
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: trying to find where it's the blonde check where she says,
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: I believe it's in the butt.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Bob, So.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: That is not an isolated incident on the Newlywed Game.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: This is the first I've seen it on Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: So good for them for getting into pop culture again.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: But we went into that last break talking about okay,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: well where you know, what are the locations for that?
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: And then what are the reviews like? And then Drey,
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: I think you brought up Yelp, and I think yelp
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: is the proper place that you bring up reviews for
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: the butt sex. Yeah, that's probably why you don't see
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: as many on Google, but you'll definitely find the butt
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: sex reviews on Yelp.
- 1:17:53Speaker 4: I just like the fact that she says in the butt,
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: Bob is going to be right?
- 1:18:04Speaker 5: Is Look?
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: The only thing that was not an issue.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Her answer wasn't so much an issue except for the
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: fact that she has her answer has to match what
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: the husband's card said he said in the car. But yeah,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: she may have been correct. Maybe it was in the
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: butt in the car, but she went too specific and
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: the husband went too broad. So as long as their
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: answers matched, they would have had to have awarded them
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: those points.
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: Yes, again, it goes to the right in the butt
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: wheel fortune thing. If they would have been like, ding,
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: you got it, man, that's that's that was the winning answer.
- 1:18:43Speaker 5: I think that.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: Would have been the moment where Pat Sajack does flip
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: the card and walk off and go, that's it.
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: I'm retiring Ryan Seacrest now. But yeah, that's the uh
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: now he's the right in the butt guy for the
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: rest of his life. Oh yeah, yeah, that's gotta that's
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: gotta suck. Like everywhere you go, it's like, hey, man,
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: right in the butt, And it was like, yeah, I
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: got it. I messed up. Okay, you gotta.
- 1:19:13Speaker 12: Lean into it, like make sure's gonna say right there,
- 1:19:23Speaker 12: you do want to lean into it.
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you're right merchandising.
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: Right in the butt t shirt guy. Then you got
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: to be the guy that makes the T shirts for
- 1:19:41Speaker 4: the right and the butt guy. It just never ends.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: I think I think you can just order that through
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: Vista Print. So before we can move on into uh,
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: any of the aliens or the moose babies or the
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: other thing, I'm going to mention to you that I
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: witnessed over the last a couple of days, let's, uh,
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: let's just get this out of the way so we
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: can get out of our system, because we've all been
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: thinking it as soon as we uh mentioned wheel of
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: Fortune and bad guesses.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: So here we go. Let's go with the classic South
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: Park Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: And oh please Okay, Well, looks like you're gonna get
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: a lot of help here.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: Category is people who annoy.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: You on the show in a blank A G, A G,
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: an E, an R, and an S. And the clue
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: is people who annoy you.
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: Please, Hey, well, looks like.
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: You're gonna get a lot of category.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Is people who annoy you help you. So when they
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: cut to the audience, everyone all their faces are just
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: a gas like, oh my god, what you going to say?
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: And then just a little bit in the foreground, the
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: camera operator.
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: Leads into the frame, and he's a black man who
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: does not look as.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: A gust as most of the members of the audience do,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: because if you notice in the audience, all the white
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: people are going, but if you look in the in
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: the background, there are two people of color who also
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: look like they have pre anger faces on, similar to
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: the camera operator. But that that is absolutely the best
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: part is when that camera operator leans in, like what
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: are you about to say?
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: One of the best parts in the beginning is like
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: you're gonna get a lot of help here.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: Oh ten seconds. I know it, but I don't think
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: I should say it.
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: The puzzle.
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: Pulls the tile back, revealing it.
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: A well, you found the uncensored version, don't even I
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: don't think they have that up anymore.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: I guess they do have the uncentered version, because I'm
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: with you Rise most of the time. When I pulled
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: this up on YouTube, it's the bleeped version. Now I'm
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: wondering maybe I should bleep this.
- 1:22:46Speaker 4: It was nice working with you. I know this was
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: our last show.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: Hey, look, any anytime we get a snort out of tray,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I'll take it.
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: I don't care what word had to be used beforehand
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: to get it, as long as I wasn't the one
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: that used it.
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: Can you be imagine being the voice actor that I
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: had to do that?
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: But believe it's either or Matt Stone. Yeah, it's one
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: of them. I think at that point you got to
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: deliver that line.
- 1:23:19Speaker 3: Yeah they got.
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: You.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: Don't outsource that line to somebody else.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: They cash that in for nine hundred million. I think.
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: It goes back again to when I go, what if
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: they went that's.
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: Correct, and that camera operator would have had a different reaction.
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: That would have been the last Wheel of Fortune episode.
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: Ah yeah, that's a that's one of the greatest moments.
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: It's in cartoon history or just in television history. Uh
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: I note the answer. Oh you guys are killed me today, okay,
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: uh yeah. When I start having a panic attack again,
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: I'm going to listen to this episode because it's will
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: take it all the way. That's so good.
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: That'll solve your pan attack. If I was having one
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: and did that, I can't you band
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: A ba
