- 0:17Speaker 1: It is time to leave your warriors outside and laugh
- 0:21Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:25Speaker 1: Trey Trenholm, Raj Sharma and Jerry called well. Today is Friday,
- 0:35Speaker 1: July eleventh, twenty twenty five. Seven eleven, twenty five. Happy Friday.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Hope you've had a great week.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Also seven eleven day, Go get your free slurp. These people,
- 0:49Speaker 2: it is why are you all today?
- 0:50Speaker 3: Why are you all looking at me when you say that?
- 0:57Speaker 1: Because it hurts mm hm.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I mean it makes us entrepreneurs and wealthy.
- 1:05Speaker 4: But still both of you went seven eleven and Dan
- 1:08Speaker 4: look right at me and he's like, go get your
- 1:11Speaker 4: three hot dogs. And I'm like, hey, stop looking at
- 1:14Speaker 4: me when you say this stuff.
- 1:17Speaker 5: No, I mean it hurt to give stuff away for free.
- 1:19Speaker 3: It does, yeah, yeah, yeah, just kills the profit margin
- 1:22Speaker 3: for the day.
- 1:26Speaker 1: On the plus side, you're like Indian Santa, one day
- 1:32Speaker 1: a year, bringing joy and smiles to all the little
- 1:36Speaker 1: boys and.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Girls three hot dogs. But if you break it, you
- 1:40Speaker 3: buy it. That's still the policy. We don't come down
- 1:43Speaker 3: the chimney. You have to come into our store.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Yeah, like I said, today is Friday, July eleven, two
- 1:52Speaker 1: thy twenty five. We have a new trend alert. We
- 1:57Speaker 1: have a new trend alert. Actually I should not so
- 2:00Speaker 1: much new trend, a new term alert, a new term alert.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Micro retirements. Gen Z is using something it is calling
- 2:14Speaker 1: micro retirement to avoid burnout, find greater fulfillment in their work,
- 2:20Speaker 1: and enhance their overall well being. Micro retirements specifically involved
- 2:27Speaker 1: perhaps taking a one to two week break from work
- 2:31Speaker 1: every twelve to eighteen months, or, as Merriam Webster called it, vacations.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Side note, I'm now following Merriam Webster on social media
- 2:44Speaker 1: and it is a joy. I mean, you thought the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Wendy's account was snarky. Oh wow, Mariam is spitting fire
- 2:58Speaker 1: and facts because you know it's neary stuff.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:01Speaker 4: So it's just it's just Dan hanging out with a
- 3:03Speaker 4: bunch of Indian kids. That's sweet.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I am a firm believer in words. I live by words.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Words matter, and there has been something of a decimation
- 3:16Speaker 1: of words in recent years, people trying to pretend like
- 3:20Speaker 1: what they say doesn't matter. What you say matters, how
- 3:24Speaker 1: you say it matters almost as much, and in some
- 3:27Speaker 1: cases more. And I'm tired of people treating words as nothing.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I've dealt with this a lot in recent years. People
- 3:36Speaker 1: will like to say a lot of things, but then
- 3:38Speaker 1: they'll do something completely different. I don't know what gen
- 3:43Speaker 1: Z calls that. I just call that lying. They might
- 3:49Speaker 1: call it micro untruths or some other nonsense. I'm just
- 3:53Speaker 1: saying that words matter, and I think I would like
- 3:56Speaker 1: to see a return to people putting in importance on
- 4:00Speaker 1: words the things you say, and you should be accountable.
- 4:05Speaker 1: You should be words matter. I sounded stupid right there.
- 4:09Speaker 1: You should be held accountable for the things you say.
- 4:12Speaker 3: You nunciated accountable? Is still that's correct? Nobody.
- 4:17Speaker 1: That's a great example of it's important what you say
- 4:19Speaker 1: and how you say it.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Yeah, and nobody enunciates it goes back to the old
- 4:23Speaker 4: JFK theory. It's what is it the twenty percent what
- 4:27Speaker 4: you say in eighty percent how you say it, or
- 4:28Speaker 4: something like that was the effect.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I don't know. I think ninety percent of all statistics
- 4:33Speaker 1: are made up.
- 4:37Speaker 5: There is there a a have they defined that? There
- 4:45Speaker 5: is there a line of delineation between vacation and micro retirement?
- 4:50Speaker 5: How do we how do we separate those?
- 4:51Speaker 1: I don't know, and I honest to God, I don't
- 4:53Speaker 1: effing care. I'm so tired of gen Z going around
- 4:56Speaker 1: relabeling things to whatever they want to start calling it.
- 4:59Speaker 4: It's still but you're missing out on a business opportunity.
- 5:03Speaker 4: We're all missing out on a business opportunity.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Here.
- 5:05Speaker 4: We can be the ones like you have weddings that
- 5:07Speaker 4: you that you guys do on the island. What if
- 5:09Speaker 4: we did micro retirement parties. We're getting these kids every
- 5:12Speaker 4: two weeks, throwing a party every twelve months, every twelve
- 5:16Speaker 4: to eighteen months, same kid. We're throwing a micro retirement
- 5:19Speaker 4: parties very quick. It's very fast in the break room.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It's brilliant.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Mm hm.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Those free slurpies really get their creative juices flowing, don't.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I'm telling you the seven eleven day guess us in
- 5:31Speaker 4: business mode, these profits.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Get these idiot kids for their micro retirement parties. Yeah,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and then a micro retirement edible arrangement.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Yeah, we can get the guy from micro machines, Remember
- 5:48Speaker 4: the guy that talked really fast.
- 5:49Speaker 3: We can come in and have a speech.
- 5:51Speaker 1: God, you talk about a spokesperson for words matter and
- 5:56Speaker 1: how you say being just as important as what you say.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Yep.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The micromachines. Guy would not have stood out if he
- 6:03Speaker 1: talked very slowly.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Or if he was a mushmouth.
- 6:09Speaker 4: That's exactly right. Yeah see, and I'm sure he's free.
- 6:14Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure he's not doing anything right now.
- 6:17Speaker 5: And I think we get, you know, sign long like
- 6:20Speaker 5: contracts with companies because I think there are a lot
- 6:22Speaker 5: of companies that would absolutely pay extra to get rid
- 6:26Speaker 5: of some of the gen Z people.
- 6:27Speaker 3: They have, oh every twelve to eighteen months.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, macro life ending, mm hmm. Yeah, I mean
- 6:36Speaker 1: that's just dying.
- 6:41Speaker 4: Macro retirement is a lot easier than saying than getting
- 6:43Speaker 4: s canned.
- 6:50Speaker 1: That definitely is a more triggering term.

- 8:01Speaker 3: We'll see you there.
- 8:02Speaker 1: This is the tree House Show. I'm Dan, He's trade,
- 8:04Speaker 1: that's Rod. He is Jerry called well. A harrowing video
- 8:13Speaker 1: has been released. It shows an escaped lion chased and
- 8:19Speaker 1: mauled a mom and her two young kids.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Wow.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I'm surprised this story isn't bigger breaking news because you
- 8:34Speaker 1: would think a lion that escapes a zoo and attacks
- 8:38Speaker 1: people would be massive news. But I would be wrong
- 8:43Speaker 1: because this lion did not escape a zoo. A video
- 8:47Speaker 1: showed an escaped lion attacking a mother and who and
- 8:50Speaker 1: her two children in the street as its owner allegedly
- 8:54Speaker 1: stood by and watched. Yeah, those are not zoo terms.
- 9:01Speaker 1: The big cat escaped from a farmhouse in Lahore, Pakistan.
- 9:06Speaker 3: My people.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Surveillan surveillance footage caught the lion leaping over a wall
- 9:15Speaker 1: and running out of mom and her two kids, aged
- 9:17Speaker 1: five and seven. The unidentified mother turned and tried to flee,
- 9:21Speaker 1: just for the terrifying animal to leap on her back,
- 9:24Speaker 1: clinging to her as she fell to the ground. And
- 9:28Speaker 1: then while some bystanders were seen rushing over to help
- 9:31Speaker 1: the mom and kids as they were mauled, the lion's
- 9:34Speaker 1: owner was there, but he made no effort to help.
- 9:38Speaker 1: The unidentified owner was arrested days later. He made no
- 9:42Speaker 1: effort to restrain the escaped lion. And that's according to
- 9:48Speaker 1: the dad of the children who had been attacked.
- 9:54Speaker 2: He's like, yeah, I'm not getting involved in that. I'm
- 9:58Speaker 2: a trained line professional. Better yeah, thermometer.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Young kids did suffer injuries to faces and arms under
- 10:05Speaker 1: life threatening, which is good news. The lion was kept
- 10:07Speaker 1: in the farmhouse without a license. That's according to the
- 10:10Speaker 1: Director General of the Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, which
- 10:14Speaker 1: I assume is the Pundabi version of Parks and rec Yes,
- 10:21Speaker 1: if you want a house lion, you've got to get
- 10:23Speaker 1: a license.
- 10:24Speaker 4: For those gonna be hard to get.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Dan.
- 10:29Speaker 4: One would hope it's the background chap that gets you.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I know you would think it'd be the home visit,
- 10:37Speaker 1: but no, it's the background check.
- 10:40Speaker 2: It can't be that hard. I mean, we've all seen
- 10:42Speaker 2: lan king. I mean not lan King, tiger king, right.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Nope, the Director General of the Punjab Wildlife and Parks
- 10:49Speaker 1: Department told local news. According to the new regulations for
- 10:53Speaker 1: keeping big cats, no individual is allowed to keep a
- 10:55Speaker 1: lion without a license, without adhering to the required cage
- 10:59Speaker 1: size and without following other standard operating procedures. They noted
- 11:04Speaker 1: that illegal ownership is punishable by up to seven years
- 11:07Speaker 1: in prison. The director said farms in the region would
- 11:10Speaker 1: be inspected by the end of the week and that
- 11:12Speaker 1: eighteen big cats had already been confiscated in department raids.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Go back to this a second. That means that you
- 11:19Speaker 1: are allowed to have a house lion as long as
- 11:24Speaker 1: you have a license and adhere to the required cage
- 11:27Speaker 1: size and you follow other standard operating procedures.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Yeahs Pakistan, It's like the Florida of South Asia.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Look.
- 11:42Speaker 1: I think even Florida looks at this and goes bro.
- 11:47Speaker 5: I think that that other number, that eighteen had already
- 11:49Speaker 5: been confiscated when they decided they're going to do inspections.
- 11:53Speaker 5: I'm gonna guess that's in a fairly small area.
- 11:56Speaker 3: And yeah, it's called keeping up.
- 12:00Speaker 4: With the cons. I don't know the Joneses. I don't
- 12:04Speaker 4: know which one. Yeah, I mean like if you if
- 12:08Speaker 4: your neighbor has a house line, Uh, your wife's gonna
- 12:11Speaker 4: want one to duh. It works and you have to
- 12:15Speaker 4: be better, be a better line and a bigger line
- 12:17Speaker 4: than the other one.
- 12:19Speaker 1: New on the Housewives of Pakistan.
- 12:23Speaker 4: It's one episode, but yeah.

- 13:13Speaker 1: on YouTube. This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Daniel Malley
- 13:16Speaker 1: along with Trey Trenholm, Bras Sharma and Jerry called Well.
- 13:20Speaker 1: We started out today talking about gen Z's new term
- 13:24Speaker 1: micro retirement, or as the rest of us know it, vacation.
- 13:29Speaker 1: And they're not done. They're never done. All they do
- 13:32Speaker 1: is they go around. It's like they were given a
- 13:34Speaker 1: brother p touch for their birthday and they just go
- 13:37Speaker 1: around and label things. But they give it a new
- 13:40Speaker 1: name so as to put their own idiot stamp on it.
- 13:44Speaker 1: And I am really desperate for gen Z to do
- 13:47Speaker 1: some really good things so I can stop bagging on them.
- 13:51Speaker 1: But it takes two to tango. Another new term that
- 13:55Speaker 1: puts the rest in restroom. Gen Z has coined bathroom camping.
- 14:03Speaker 1: What is bathroom camping? Why is this viral trend the
- 14:07Speaker 1: new raw dogging therapy at work as safe place for
- 14:11Speaker 1: gen Zers? Raw dogging, bathroom camping, quiet quitting, quiet firing,
- 14:21Speaker 1: micro retirements. This is out of hand. This is ridiculous.
- 14:25Speaker 1: They just go around a room and just rename everything
- 14:28Speaker 1: as if they've discovered it for the very first time.
- 14:33Speaker 1: If you can't tell, it's really starting to annoy me, Yeah, Belieger.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Gen Zers are increasingly sequestering themselves inside the bathrooms to
- 14:42Speaker 1: scroll social media, listen to music, and otherwise shut out
- 14:44Speaker 1: the pressures of the outside world. As detailed in viral
- 14:47Speaker 1: TikTok videos. One said it was the only room I
- 14:50Speaker 1: ever felt safe in. And this is very common for
- 14:53Speaker 1: gen Zers to do at work to avoid the stresses
- 14:57Speaker 1: and vigors of the workplace.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Bathroom camping. Who knew how ahead of their time the
- 15:06Speaker 4: homeless were.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Who knew how ahead of his time? Phil in accounting
- 15:14Speaker 5: was that, you know, when he took a thirty minute dump.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Or the program director with a medical issue.
- 15:26Speaker 4: You should see what they call going without a backpack.
- 15:30Speaker 4: I don't know, you should look it up. They have
- 15:33Speaker 4: a week We called it something different, but they call
- 15:38Speaker 4: it going without a backpack.
- 15:40Speaker 1: You mean, like the school and stuff.
- 15:44Speaker 4: They don't they don't take their backpack with them. And
- 15:47Speaker 4: there's a term for it that we used to use
- 15:50Speaker 4: as as as guys back in the day. You'll see
- 15:54Speaker 4: what I'm saying when you when you look it up
- 15:57Speaker 4: that I didn't mean to say homeless for any of
- 15:58Speaker 4: our gen Z people that are listening. The unhoused, Yeah,
- 16:03Speaker 4: that's another one.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Unhoused.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Hm, you know it would be of all the things,
- 16:07Speaker 5: it's just dawn on me. I mean we talked about,
- 16:09Speaker 5: you know, if you put a rotary phone in front
- 16:11Speaker 5: of someone, gen Z, it would absolutely stump them or
- 16:14Speaker 5: a TV with no remote. Don't let them take you
- 16:18Speaker 5: a phone into the bathroom and then put a newspaper
- 16:20Speaker 5: in there.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Oh no, they don't know what to do with it.
- 16:28Speaker 4: Have you found it yet?
- 16:30Speaker 1: No, Well just tell me. I don't even know how
- 16:32Speaker 1: to search for this. What's uh? What is the term
- 16:35Speaker 1: for not taking a backpack with you bare backing? They're
- 16:44Speaker 1: so clever, gen Z, because your back's bear because you
- 16:49Speaker 1: don't have a backpack, I get it. Yeah, instead they
- 16:54Speaker 1: have like the sling, got it?
- 17:00Speaker 3: You got it? Yeah?
- 17:05Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, but it was I just like they
- 17:08Speaker 4: was like, uh yeah.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I think we're all all I think
- 17:11Speaker 1: we're all there. Yeah you know what I'm I'm like,
- 17:15Speaker 1: you can have your pouch that slings across your chest
- 17:18Speaker 1: or otherwise known as a bag or a didy sling,
- 17:22Speaker 1: whatever you want to use, but you're still carrying something.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Mhmm. Yeah.
- 17:28Speaker 4: This is I mean, that's gonna be very shocking for
- 17:31Speaker 4: the parents to hear for the first time, Like, hey,
- 17:33Speaker 4: you know, I'm off to school. You know, you're sure
- 17:35Speaker 4: you have everything now I'm baar backing today.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I'm baar backing at school right after I raw a
- 17:40Speaker 1: dog on the bus. People wonder why it's so hard
- 17:46Speaker 1: to communicate with the kids these days.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I mean, we have terms that that does that to them.
- 17:52Speaker 3: You know.
- 17:52Speaker 2: It's like when I say me and my buddy are
- 17:54Speaker 2: going to hook up later and they're like what, Yeah.
- 17:57Speaker 1: That's true. It does go both ways. But I mean
- 18:00Speaker 1: of these days, when your kid comes to you and
- 18:01Speaker 1: says that, yeah, I'm just gonna write in her you
- 18:08Speaker 1: have to stop and go, WHOA which generational language are
- 18:14Speaker 1: you using here? Because I need to know.
- 18:18Speaker 4: That's when as an adult, I'm like, you know what,
- 18:19Speaker 4: I'm gonna go bathroom camp I can't do it.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Which, by the way, bathroom camping also not a new thing.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I was twelve and I was a damn good bathroom camper.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Oh Danny.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I mean, I haven't watched many a clowns in my day,
- 18:49Speaker 1: but it takes a rare talent to be able to
- 18:52Speaker 1: donkey punch yourself.
- 18:58Speaker 3: So gen Z, we're sorry at the animal cruelty jokes.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Did you know gen X goes around punching donkeys?
- 19:08Speaker 3: Oh my god?
- 19:14Speaker 4: As their mom walks by, she's like, I know, yeah,
- 19:24Speaker 4: that's a bathroom camping. Okay, I'm waiting to see what's next.
- 19:29Speaker 4: I'm waiting to see what's on their agenda after this.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm actually physically waiting. I know it's gonna pop up.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Here's a new idiot thing from gen Z. I should
- 19:43Speaker 1: just set a Google alert for it.
- 19:46Speaker 5: I just you know, we could have t shirts made,
- 19:48Speaker 5: you know, for them saying yeah, we we love to
- 19:52Speaker 5: bear back, and then you go drop them off on
- 19:55Speaker 5: Cedar Springs to be incredibly popular.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Then they're gonna learn about raw Doggin.

- 21:07Speaker 1: for sending me this politically charged headline. A Russian minister
- 21:13Speaker 1: was found dead hours after being fired by Vladimir Putin.
- 21:18Speaker 1: M sorry, it's our standing operator, our standard operating procedure.
- 21:24Speaker 1: When you read a Putin story, M h, it just
- 21:29Speaker 1: it has to happen. Yes, why does anyone? Why does
- 21:32Speaker 1: anyone keep going to work for this guy? Like if
- 21:36Speaker 1: it's pretty bad when you get contacted by a headhunter
- 21:39Speaker 1: in Russia, that's what they actually do.
- 21:44Speaker 4: Their version of micro retirement's very different.
- 21:50Speaker 1: It's called mackerel murder.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Nobody's overqualified for the position.
- 21:58Speaker 1: No authorities said. Roman Story of Weight was found with
- 22:04Speaker 1: a gunshot wound in his car just west of Moscow.
- 22:08Speaker 1: What are the odds of that? He is the former
- 22:12Speaker 1: transportation minister? My god? All right, look, we all know
- 22:18Speaker 1: Bootin's bad and Russia is pretty damn crazy. That's there's
- 22:21Speaker 1: no hiding that. But they're offering their transportation minister in
- 22:27Speaker 1: their cars. I mean that's really driving home a point.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Well done, that make you appreciate that.
- 22:40Speaker 1: In other ridiculous News, Florida has done something that is
- 22:49Speaker 1: even legendary by Florida's standards.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Okay, mm hm.
- 22:55Speaker 1: A honeymooner was killed in Florida on his honeymoon. A
- 23:01Speaker 1: man was killed in Florida on his honeymoon while standing
- 23:05Speaker 1: in ankle deep water when he got hit by lightning.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Of all the things that have to line up for
- 23:18Speaker 1: that to happen, Oh my god.
- 23:24Speaker 2: All you have to do is just do the exact
- 23:26Speaker 2: opposite of what your instincts tell you to do when
- 23:29Speaker 2: there's lightning outside standing in an open space with water.
- 23:36Speaker 2: I'm not shocked.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Then? Can I know?
- 23:39Speaker 1: How dare you? Jerry?
- 23:41Speaker 3: He was?
- 23:45Speaker 4: And what was this white guy's name?
- 23:49Speaker 2: Assumptions?
- 23:51Speaker 3: Okay, what was his name?
- 24:01Speaker 1: Mike Chitwood?
- 24:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I bet you chitt more than that when he
- 24:07Speaker 4: got hit by lightning.
- 24:11Speaker 1: No way, Sorry, that is not his name.
- 24:13Speaker 3: That is not his name. Oh.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Jake rosen Krantz. Jake rosen Krantz was dipping his feet
- 24:22Speaker 1: in the ocean two Fridays ago around twelve thirty PM
- 24:26Speaker 1: at New Smyrna Beach when he was hit with a
- 24:28Speaker 1: lethal bolt of electricity lightning.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 24:36Speaker 1: And his wife were on honeymoon in Florida from Colorado, and.
- 24:43Speaker 5: I guess he thought that the storm clouds were different down.
- 24:45Speaker 4: There as a as a As a wedding gift, his
- 24:52Speaker 4: wife did give him a kite with a key on it.
- 24:54Speaker 1: So well, now hang on, because this is this is
- 25:00Speaker 1: why I say that this Florida story reaches legendary status
- 25:05Speaker 1: even for Florida, because according to a witness, it was
- 25:09Speaker 1: clear blue sky in the storm was miles away from us.
- 25:14Speaker 2: A bolt from the blue. Wow, that's an omen that
- 25:20Speaker 2: came a little too late.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Yeah, Vlusha County Emergency Services said, at twenty nine years old,
- 25:29Speaker 1: he should have had many more anniversaries for years to come.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Sending sincere condolences to this young woman on behalf of
- 25:35Speaker 1: all of us in Volusia County who were hoping against
- 25:37Speaker 1: hope that the diligent efforts of our lifeguard's EMS team
- 25:40Speaker 1: and ER staff would bring him back to her.
- 25:44Speaker 3: What did he do?
- 25:47Speaker 6: Hm?
- 25:47Speaker 2: I was about to say, there had to have been
- 25:48Speaker 2: signs before all this that everyone was ignoring.
- 25:54Speaker 5: Do you even try the defhibit on something like this?
- 25:58Speaker 1: I mean, look, if you're a lifeguard and a man's
- 26:02Speaker 1: if you're a lifeguard and the skies are blue, and
- 26:05Speaker 1: a man is standing in ankle deep water and he
- 26:09Speaker 1: gets hit by lightning and it kills him. I think
- 26:12Speaker 1: the question inevitably creeps into your mind. This was meant
- 26:17Speaker 1: to be?
- 26:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's.
- 26:22Speaker 4: Or if she had one of the world's biggest hair
- 26:25Speaker 4: dryers or toasters that she just kind of tossed into
- 26:27Speaker 4: the oceans.
- 26:30Speaker 1: He wasn't paying attention and she quietly stuck a lightning
- 26:33Speaker 1: rod in his swimsuit.
- 26:35Speaker 2: And how much was the life insurance policy work?
- 26:37Speaker 3: Yeh's exactly right.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Think about that. The next time you go to the
- 26:45Speaker 1: lake or you go to the beach and it's blue
- 26:47Speaker 1: skies and you're standing in ankle deep water, you'll think
- 26:50Speaker 1: of Jake Rosenkrantz.
- 26:53Speaker 4: I will not, because that doesn't happen. I won't be
- 26:58Speaker 4: an ankle deep water be uh lounging on a chair
- 27:02Speaker 4: into the bar.
- 27:03Speaker 3: But no, no, ankle deep water.
- 27:06Speaker 4: That's where that's you know, that's where people die.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Not according to the Volusia County Emergency Services, a county
- 27:17Speaker 1: in Florida, said they were shocked. You're in the tree House.

- 28:27Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate today with some birthdays. Best
- 28:33Speaker 1: New Artist winner at the twenty eighteen Grammys ALESI Jakara
- 28:37Speaker 1: turns twenty eight. It hits include here stay, It's like
- 28:44Speaker 1: a theme, Here is like, this is Songs for Dogs. Oh,
- 28:48Speaker 1: also Scars to Your Beautiful and the Mowana theme How
- 28:51Speaker 1: Far I'll Go? Other birthdays today. David Henry is thirty six.
- 28:57Speaker 1: He is Ted's future son on How I Met Your Mother.
- 29:00Speaker 1: He was also on Wizards of Waverley Place. Rachel Taylor
- 29:05Speaker 1: turns forty one. She played Trish Walker on Marvel's Jessica Jones, which,
- 29:08Speaker 1: as I've heard, and Jerry, you might be able to
- 29:10Speaker 1: back me up on this since you're a Marvel fan
- 29:12Speaker 1: like I am, that Jessica Jones is reportedly going to
- 29:16Speaker 1: be in the next Daredevil season. Perhaps does that sound
- 29:23Speaker 1: right or something soon?
- 29:24Speaker 3: Right?
- 29:25Speaker 2: I'm not one hundred percent sure how they're bringing her back,
- 29:27Speaker 2: but they are planning on. They have said that they
- 29:34Speaker 2: are bringing back everybody except Danny Rand who played Iron Fist. Yes,
- 29:41Speaker 2: why need emo a little anyway? Yeah, so yeah, they've confirmed.
- 29:47Speaker 2: That's the word I'm looking for. See word's matter. They
- 29:49Speaker 2: have confirmed Jessica Jones, We'll be back, Luke Cage. Luke
- 29:54Speaker 2: Cage will be back, whether or not they're getting their
- 29:56Speaker 2: own series. I don't think they've actually said that or not,
- 29:58Speaker 2: but they are going to be back.
- 30:00Speaker 1: All I know is, you know, Marvel has the Avengers
- 30:04Speaker 1: now they have the new Avengers. I'd still like the
- 30:07Speaker 1: Thunderbolts name, but they also have the Defenders, which is
- 30:12Speaker 1: Luke Cage, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist. And I'm
- 30:17Speaker 1: sorry But if you have a member of your super
- 30:20Speaker 1: hero team who goes by the name Iron Fist, that's
- 30:24Speaker 1: the guy I'm worried about because I don't know where
- 30:27Speaker 1: he's gonna put it.
- 30:31Speaker 3: Oh, yes, you do.
- 30:36Speaker 1: And that's why I'm afraid of them, probably more than
- 30:39Speaker 1: the other Marvel heroes. Like honestly, like if it's I
- 30:45Speaker 1: if I'm in a dark alley and a one end
- 30:47Speaker 1: of the alley is the Avengers that I've pissed off
- 30:49Speaker 1: and the Defenders that I've pissed off, But the Defender's
- 30:52Speaker 1: team includes Iron Fist. I'm gonna take my chances with
- 30:56Speaker 1: Captain America m h. Because I don't think Iron Fist
- 31:00Speaker 1: is going to be as forgiving, as cap capably a
- 31:05Speaker 1: little more wholesome, right, he might at least hug me
- 31:09Speaker 1: as he kills me. And to make matters worse, Danny
- 31:16Speaker 1: Ran after he fisted You's like you've just been fisted.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Oh that just makes it way worse.
- 31:24Speaker 4: I am Iron Fister.
- 31:29Speaker 1: See, he couldn't have done the Thanos thing because he
- 31:31Speaker 1: can't even open his hand. He can't snap his fingers.
- 31:36Speaker 1: If he snapped your ass, maybe you know what, Maybe
- 31:47Speaker 1: they just haven't told us, Jerry. Maybe there's it's going
- 31:50Speaker 1: to be a surprise appearance by the Iron Fist in
- 31:54Speaker 1: some new Marvel project, maybe Secret Wars. That would be interesting. Yeah,
- 31:59Speaker 1: everyone's worried about doctor Doom and his amazing power, but
- 32:03Speaker 1: he needs to keep his eyes behind him because Iron
- 32:05Speaker 1: Fist might be lurky.
- 32:12Speaker 4: That's the name you don't want for your cellmate. What's
- 32:16Speaker 4: your name, iron Fist?
- 32:18Speaker 1: Oh no, no, yeah, but just imagine the actor who
- 32:23Speaker 1: got the call. I forget his name, and I apologize,
- 32:25Speaker 1: But imagine being the actor that gets the call from
- 32:28Speaker 1: the agent. It's like, hey, remember that Marvel audition he
- 32:30Speaker 1: went on, Yeah, well I got good news. I got it. Yeah,
- 32:34Speaker 1: you are going to be iron Oh my god Fist.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Oh no, yeah, that's not the Iron character I wanted.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I was in Hollywood long enough.
- 32:46Speaker 4: They'll get it wrong to be like, hey, body, you
- 32:48Speaker 4: know I told you were going to be Iron Man. Yeah,
- 32:50Speaker 4: you got it. But here's the thing. I got the
- 32:53Speaker 4: money you're looking for. Oh this is great, but I
- 32:56Speaker 4: was wrong on the name. You still want it, right,
- 32:59Speaker 4: I'm gonna go ahead and yep you're Iron Fist, And
- 33:01Speaker 4: then you put the phone down.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Look, the good news is this character may not last
- 33:07Speaker 1: very long in the m c U. But when it's done,
- 33:11Speaker 1: you're gonna have a great career At Ditty's house.
- 33:21Speaker 4: You'll just showmen and loube I got iron fisted.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Yeah, except Diddy can't keep calling him white parties. After that,
- 33:30Speaker 1: it's gonna be like red and White.
- 33:37Speaker 6: You're in the tree House.

- 34:48Speaker 1: great Friday. Ours is off to a great start. We'll
- 34:51Speaker 1: send you off into the weekend with this. Serial killer
- 34:57Speaker 1: inspired baby names are trending. Hmm gen z, Yeah, you expect.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Expecting parents are taking a stab at baby names villains, hooks,
- 35:09Speaker 1: and knife wielding nuts. Although they're bad guys of society,
- 35:13Speaker 1: their first names are becoming bloody good options for moms
- 35:17Speaker 1: and dads to be per a new Terrible report, So
- 35:23Speaker 1: expecting parents are being inspired by serial killers' names to
- 35:27Speaker 1: name their offspring. Now they're saying in here that they're
- 35:33Speaker 1: using their first names, things like John or Ted m
- 35:40Speaker 1: But this is an opportunity to be bold and name
- 35:44Speaker 1: that baby Bundy mm hmm, name that cutie, Petuti Gacy.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Mm hmmmm mmmm.
- 35:52Speaker 1: You could be the brave soul that brings Adolph back.
- 35:57Speaker 2: The name not the man's right. I was about to
- 36:03Speaker 2: say some of their names are actually pretty cool.
- 36:07Speaker 1: I mean, and I'll be I'll say this. I'm surprised
- 36:10Speaker 1: that if it wasn't for the fact that Ted Bundy
- 36:12Speaker 1: was a horrific serial killer, that does sound like a
- 36:15Speaker 1: name you would get out of a young parent. Oh
- 36:17Speaker 1: this is Bundy with two.
- 36:19Speaker 8: E's, yeah, you know, but there is our little bundle
- 36:24Speaker 8: of joy Bundy with two e's, yeah, or perhaps two
- 36:29Speaker 8: eyes and an e.
- 36:31Speaker 3: I'm just I'm grateful they're using their actual.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Names and not their monikers, because he'd be like, here's
- 36:37Speaker 4: my child, night stalker.
- 36:41Speaker 1: This is son of Sam. I thought your husband's name
- 36:43Speaker 1: was Mike.
- 36:44Speaker 3: It is.
- 36:47Speaker 2: He's filing to have a change though. Yeah, you kind
- 36:49Speaker 2: of need to.
- 36:50Speaker 3: Highway killed her.
- 36:51Speaker 4: Get over here.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Sorry, that's highway killer. He's a mess.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Cracks me up. What is it, Trey?
- 37:04Speaker 5: I said the twins Zodiac and Ripper.
- 37:12Speaker 1: I didn't think about that. Just imagine all the fun
- 37:14Speaker 1: you could have if you do have like like triplets
- 37:17Speaker 1: or you know.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Yeah, so at least I'm going by Ted's and John's
- 37:23Speaker 4: like that's you can. You can name them that and
- 37:26Speaker 4: not have to tell people what the inspiration was to me.
- 37:30Speaker 1: That's that's the whole point. I think that's what the
- 37:32Speaker 1: trend is is a parent saying, oh, this is this
- 37:35Speaker 1: is Theodore. We named him after the serial killer because
- 37:38Speaker 1: otherwise you're just no one's going to know. And parents love.
- 37:43Speaker 1: They're going to tell you why they named the child that.
- 37:46Speaker 1: If it's after a serial killer, they're going to tell
- 37:48Speaker 1: you that's how we know about this stupid story.
- 37:51Speaker 2: This is my son Menendez. That's his brother. His name
- 37:55Speaker 2: is also Menendez.
- 37:59Speaker 4: That's a version of Daryl, my other brother Daryl.
- 38:03Speaker 1: That a sleepy vermont in.
- 38:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I think we run out of inspiration when isn't it
- 38:15Speaker 4: it's now uh, serial killers as well, you're having to
- 38:19Speaker 4: go after like is it a family name.
- 38:22Speaker 3: No, it's not. It's not like my best friend or god.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Yeah, this is just a do you mean you're you
- 38:29Speaker 1: sure you don't have like a long lost or brother,
- 38:33Speaker 1: or you sure you don't have an uncle named Polepot
- 38:35Speaker 1: that you just really admired. It's for the horrible Dictator.
- 38:42Speaker 5: Okay, gotcha, the weird uncle Kazinski you talk about bathroom camping.
