- 1:08SPEAKER_02: This week I have Emily Dukes on the show, and you met her on the Untangling from the Matrix Roundtable episode.
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: So Emily, I have known actually since the early 2000s when I lived in Tucson.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: I met her and we actually worked together.
- 1:23SPEAKER_02: We became really close friends.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: And then when I moved back to Philly, we kind of lost touch.
- 1:28SPEAKER_02: And then we reconnected in the last couple of years because she became my client and she did the metamorphosis.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: And in the metamorphosis, she discovered this very powerful and unique ability that she has to help people heal through sound.
- 1:45SPEAKER_02: And she created her brand and her company, which is called Claire Vocal.
- 1:50SPEAKER_02: And she's in the process of trademarking that name too, because it's such an amazing, powerful name and is really hers.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: And you'll hear that more in the episode about what she does.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: It's incredibly powerful.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: And she is truly a visionary and a very profound healer.

- 3:38SPEAKER_02: Hi everyone, welcome back to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: I am super excited about today's guest.
- 3:45SPEAKER_02: So I was gonna read her bio, but I'm just gonna talk about her because you she's so many things to me.
- 3:51SPEAKER_02: Um, so today we have Emily Dukes on the show, and I have known Emily since 2005, maybe 2006, from when I lived in Tucson.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: We met because we worked next door to each other and we became really close friends immediately.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: And then we reconnected when she came into my program, The Metamorphosis.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: And then I've just watched her go on a journey of launching her business, Claire Vocal, which is really, really, really unbelievable.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: And you guys are gonna hear all about that today.
- 4:25SPEAKER_02: But she is an amazing sound healer and has created her own form of sound healing, which you guys are gonna learn about today called Claire Vocal.
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: So welcome to the show, Emily.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, that was the best intro.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: You're so many things to me as well.
- 4:44SPEAKER_02: Well, I'm really excited to have you here.
- 4:46SPEAKER_02: So I think I just like to start, you know, with just a little bit about your story.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: Like how did you go from coming out of the womb to starting clairvocal?
- 4:56SPEAKER_02: Like give us a little background and in your journey.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: That's a lot to condense.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: So when I came out of the womb, you know, you know, I'd say, I mean, as you know, when I entered the metamorphosis, I had reached a part of my life where I was feeling completely stuck in just in the fact that I knew there was more.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: And I've known since I was little that I had these gifts and had these things that I wanted to look at, that I wanted to develop, but I just was, I didn't have, I felt like I didn't have the tools.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: And I also I think was really stuck in that place where I really cared a lot about how other people saw me.
- 5:37SPEAKER_01: So I think one of the biggest parts of my journey was entering the metamorphosis and really just stepping into that part of myself where I was going to become authentic or bust.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: You know, like I just, and I really felt that like it felt dire.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: Like I was like, I need to, I need to do some really major changes.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: And I didn't know what they were.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: But I mean, that's what an awakening is, right?
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: It's not an overnight process, but it's it happens over time.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: And sometimes it's pretty, pretty forceful.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: When I did the metamorphosis, pretty soon after I got really sick, uh, which sort of forced me to be in a cocoon of my own thoughts, where I was doing a lot of your breath work and was um just sort of, I think, realizing what I needed to do.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: And like I said, didn't happen overnight.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: But I think in terms of quarantine and then the universe forcing me to be sort of incapacitated and then it forcing me again.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: I mean, quite a few things happened where it was like, nope, uh, you're not doing that anymore.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: Some of it felt like my choice, and some of it very much felt like, okay, like if I don't do this, I'm going to have to do it anyways because I'm gonna get like sick or I'm gonna sprain my ankle, or I don't know.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Felt like there was one thing after another where that was like, no, you're not going to do your nine to five job anymore.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: You're just not.
- 7:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know.
- 7:03SPEAKER_02: And I remember when I saw that that you were gonna quit and you didn't really believe me.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: And then it was just kind of like a series of events that unfolded that it was just like slowly became evident that you weren't going back to your job.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: And I think for you, there's something really powerful about your story.
- 7:21SPEAKER_02: And this does happen for a lot of people, but I think it happened so powerfully for you, where it was like you had this transformation, you woke up to what your abilities were.
- 7:31SPEAKER_02: And then it was almost like immediately you quit your job and you started your business and you became successful, like really quickly.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: So can you talk about that a little bit?
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: I can, and it excites me to do so, yeah.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Um because it still sort of blows my own mind.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: I feel like I feel like the the truth of it is that I did sort of always know that I needed to be doing something with sound.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: I shouldn't even say sort of.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: I knew.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: I knew that bullets to bone.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: Except, you know, following the traditional timeline of it, like I, you know, I took piano lessons and then I was like, no, that didn't stick.
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, my I'm in a very musical family.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: I have my ancestors or yeah, I have a famous, you know, composer and my on my dad's side, yeah, yeah, whatever music is a part of my soul, a part of my makeup, a part of my ancestry.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: So I knew that that was something I really always did, and especially when it had to do with the way I felt when I was using my voice, like what happened for me.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I guess just like sort of being like coming to the the fact that I needed to create my own thing around it.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: I needed to invent my own medicine around it in a way that was just completely authentic to me.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 8:53SPEAKER_02: And can you like talk about like what that process was for you?
- 8:56SPEAKER_02: Because I know with a lot of people who go through the metamorphosis, it just kind of like comes to them.
- 9:01SPEAKER_02: And I know that it kind of came to you, but this thing that came to you is like so powerful and so unique.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: Can you like talk about the process of how this completely unique medicine came through for you?
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: Um yes.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: So I had done some in my 20s, actually, like when you and me were hanging out, like I had done some work with a sound healer who used um crystal bowls and did it had like the whole amethyst blanket thing and did work with the chakras and the voice.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: But I feel like I started having these very real dreams and sort of visions.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: I would say one of the first epiphanies being like my like past life in Egypt.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: And I was I was having all of this knowing about what the pyramids were really used for and how it really had everything to do with sound and frequency.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: And then diving deeper into that and um, you know, looking into like there's all this, you know, these the symbolism in the hieroglyphics, like there's these zED pillars that are very clearly like look like frequency devices.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: And I don't know, I just started really having a knowing without reading it anywhere, that that was a thing.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: And then I I don't even know when I I think I've I just did a a practice thing toning the chakras.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: I think my my first client was Andrea Donnelly, which was amazing because she was so into it and so just eyes wide open, open heart, and was like, yeah, let's do this, like you know, practice on me.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: And I think that it was a knowing, a deep knowing of what to do.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't feel like I had to write things down or be like, okay, this is this, this is this.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: I feel like I just sort of came and started making the tones that were resonating in the chakra.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: And when I could feel that in my chakra, I was like, yeah, I'm there.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: And then was teaching other people to do it.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: And then I had this realization that as I was teaching them to make these noises, I was getting all these messages like from their guides and from their past lives and from their higher self.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: And also from a 3D perspective, feeling when there was like physical blockages too.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: Like I feel like I can feel when someone's got something like up with their liver.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: And I feel like I often get things like messages of, oh, this person like really needs to get their feet in the dirt, you know, they need to ground and really absorb some minerals through their feet.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, I just feel like I get the layers of information that I get from hearing the resonance in someone's voice is immeasurable.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: And I don't even feel like it's capped off yet.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: I feel like every time I have a session with someone, I discover something new about it.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: Or I'm like, whoa.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: And you know what?
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: I feel like this is a good bridge into my recent epiphanies of okay, when you think about the fact that you can activate water, right?
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: You can activate crystals, you can activate water.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: You know, water is a crystal in a certain sense.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: So our bodies are 60% water.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: If we're using our bodies like an instrument to activate the water in our bodies and like move trauma that way, that is some potent ass medicine.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: Oh my God.
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, totally.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: It really is.
- 12:25SPEAKER_02: And it's it's it's so funny because I, you know, I always say when you came up with the term clairvocal, I was like, how is that not already a thing?
- 12:34SPEAKER_02: And that was so weird to me because it makes so much sense.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: It sounds so like it already exists and it didn't because it was yours, obviously.
- 12:45SPEAKER_02: But that was really powerful.
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: But also just going back to your work, it is incredibly potent and powerful.
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: And the fact that you're able to see things about people based on the sound that is coming through.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: You obviously have this really potent ability to hear sound and frequency and be able to read it.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: And I think it's similar to how like I can easily just read energy and you can easily read frequency, like sound frequency.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: And it's not all that different, it just has a little bit of a different um flavor to it, you know.
- 13:20SPEAKER_02: But um I think because you're so inept when it comes to sound, like you're able to get all of this information about a person based on the way that they make a sound.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: And then additionally, the sound itself is actually healing them.
- 13:36SPEAKER_02: Like I know for me, so we just had a session two days ago, and um, we worked mainly on my lower chakras.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: And um, it's interesting.
- 13:45SPEAKER_02: I'm actually just thinking of more things that happen around my uh root chakra since we had the session.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: First of all, I well, I got my period immediately after, which it was a little bit late too, and I was like wondering where it was.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: And then like right after the session, I went to bed and like I woke up in the middle of the night and I had gotten my period and it was like really like intense.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: And I was like, whoa, it was like this huge clearing.
- 14:11SPEAKER_02: And then also I'm realizing too, I started having very my bowels started clearing.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: Sorry if that's TMI.
- 14:19SPEAKER_02: No, but um, but I it's funny because I had been taking these other herbs that my friend Ed recommended to me, and I reached out to him first because I was like, oh, it must be the herbs.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: And he was like, no, those shouldn't make you go to the bathroom.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: Like nothing in those makes you go to the bathroom.
- 14:36SPEAKER_02: And I was like, oh.
- 14:37SPEAKER_02: And then I was like, okay, well, maybe it was just because I got my period, and now it's just dawning onto me.
- 14:42SPEAKER_02: It was this, it didn't even dawn on me.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: So um, I feel like so much moved and so much cleared, especially in my root chakra, because we did a lot of work around that.
- 14:53SPEAKER_02: Additionally, I feel like when we worked on my second chakra, I was able to really connect with my creative power in a way that I can't even really describe because it's not like verbal or like 3D, but like I was able to connect with my innate ability to create, but it's also my like cosmic ability to create.
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: Like it was a very interesting way that I was able to connect with that frequency for myself.
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: And it's almost like, you know, I think with like a lot of this work too, because it happens with my work too, where we have these shifts that it's like hard to even describe because they're not really happening on the 3D level.
- 15:33SPEAKER_02: So yeah, it was so powerful for me and it moved energy in a way that that I had never experienced before.
- 15:40SPEAKER_02: And like the other thing for me is I'm not singing or making sound is not like something where I would be like, ooh, I really want to do that.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'm so glad you're you're bringing this up.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: I know because I'm just like, okay, like even Ed will be like, oh, make this sound to move the energy, and he'll give me like different like sounds to make.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: And I'm always like, all right, I'm like, okay.
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: And then like I don't do it.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: Um I think probably it means that I actually need to do it.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: You know, the things that we like resist are always the things that we need to do the most.
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it was really, really powerful for me.
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: And I'm sure I'm still gonna be uncovering the ways that it affected me.
- 16:25SPEAKER_02: So, like, other than my experience, like what are some of the other benefits that people have or like results that people get out of it?
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: And I'm sure you're still kind of learning all of this, right?
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: I am like electrified right now.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: First of all, that was so great.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: And I I feel like you touched on so many things that I wanted to eventually like get to.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: So this is great.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: The first being that I wanted to put it out there and let everyone know who's like interested in working with me, that it has nothing to do with ever having used the voice before or being a singer in any way.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: Like I think that because you know, some people are like, oh, you're a vocal coach, like that means that you need to like be good at singing.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: And that is no, not at all.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: Do you have a voice?
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Do you have vocal cords?
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is for you.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yay.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: But then so, well, first of all, it's kind of wild because I do feel like when I do a session with someone, it's such a co-creation.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: So literally, we had that session yesterday, two days ago, two days ago, and I just started my period as well.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: And I also had a major bowel evacuation as well.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: Which is like so, which I mean sometimes can't coincide with, you know, my my cycle, but I'm so wowed by that because this goes to your kind of second thing that you were bringing up.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Like, what are you discovering about this?
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: And I feel like I've I've reached another layer of what's happening.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: And that is like, I came across this photography.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Um, his name is Lyndon Glendale.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: He's like the most famous at doing this thing called sematics, which is where he does like time-lapse macro photography of like bowls of water on speakers and like various words being set into the water and like music and different things, and then photographing it.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: And it the results are wild.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's all this just like it's stunning sacred geometry stuff that you're just like that is wild beyond my comprehension.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: So that is a part that I want to talk about, but the other part that I want to talk about is what you were saying, in terms of like, I've seen macro photography of tears, like the difference between onion tears, grief tears, happy tears, laughter tears, you know, things like that, and how they look very, very different.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: And it's also a way where we know stress hormone is purged through tears.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: So when you're activating the water in your body, and then you know, you're releasing it, that is a way to move trauma that is very different than a lot of other methods.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: And not only did you, we did our root and we did our sacral, and we're like, we both had to pee.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: That always happens because it's just like immediately like super activating, you know, just like sometimes you get in the car, but it's physically activating and it's also emotionally activating.
- 19:16SPEAKER_01: So that's moving that way.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: So like you really are moving things that way.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, there's like a whole other layer, like we toned our sacral, and then we're like shedding that lining.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: Like it's basically compounding because we are activating that fluid and then we're and we're putting intention on it.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: So like it's exponentially, it's just doing so much more than the average potty or the average.
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know what you mean.
- 19:45SPEAKER_02: I know what you mean.
- 19:46SPEAKER_02: We're releasing so much more, and it's releasing through that mechanism, right?
- 19:51SPEAKER_02: Like instead of it being the energy through the vibration, right?
- 19:55SPEAKER_02: Like the energy is releasing through the vibration, but also it's like physically releasing from the body through those ways, you know, instead of it being like just on an energetic level or whatever.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: Right, exactly.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: And I mean, a lot of times, especially it's funny because a lot of times from like solar plexus, actually, and people a lot of times cry, you know, regardless it because they need to do a release.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: Like it just activates feelings, it activates things that need to move.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: But that was going to sort of take me to my next spot where where I just say another layer of why I love this work is that the body is a perfectly designed instrument.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: And so you don't have to necessarily define what needs to move.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: You don't have to be like, oh, this is from when I was bullied in third grade.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: Like, this is like what I need to like write down and move.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: It's like the body knows and it's just moving it without you having to define it, type of thing.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: It's like it's a way to sort of let the body take over and move this, you know, the stagnation that needs to move.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: So it's like just relying on the intelligence of the body.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: Oh, I love that.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Yes, exactly.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: Exactly what I'm trying to say.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's amazing.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: So I kind of want to go back for a little bit, Sue, because I know people would want to understand your journey a little bit in the sense of, so I know you mentioned before that one of the things that really tripped you up growing up and really being who you know you're meant to be is like caring about what other people think.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: And I know that that is such a huge thing that so many of my clients will say when it comes to like putting themselves out there and really stepping into this new version of yourself.
- 21:34SPEAKER_02: So, like, how would you say that you essentially got over that or moved through some of that fear around really stepping into who you really are?
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: Boy, I think I'm still very much in that process.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: Like that would be ridiculous for me to be like, all done.
- 21:50SPEAKER_02: I think we all believe me, like I still will be like, oh, that person most likely thinks I'm nuts.
- 21:56SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: Like, I still like I don't think it's ever ended.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: But it definitely shifts, you know?
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: So I mean, I I would say it's been a very long process of the layers of the onion, right?
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: So I think it would, it would certainly have started with a pretty major thing for me.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: I feel like it's, I think it's still major, but I think it's getting a little more accepted.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: But me being a pretty feminine female, dated lots of guys and, you know, high school cheerleader, la la, when I had to come out, when I finally was like, I can't, I'm not gonna like care anymore.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: I am going to come out.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: And like I now have a wonderful wife, and like that is a great chapter of my life, that whole process.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: But I would say that that was a big first step in it because I really had so much more than I could even wrap my head around, so so much anxiety around how people were gonna look at me.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: And you know, and including my parents who are very loving and accepting, but I feel like for a lot of people, like kind of out of left field and whatever.
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: So that I think was I'm gonna do this because this is my authentic self.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: So when that happened, I feel like I did sort of take that first step, like off of the beaten path, right?
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: Where I was like, fuck it, like I'm going to live my life.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: And this is a part of that, and I'm going to honor it.
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: So that was a big, big part.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: And then I think later the metamorphosis and really doing the breath work and having the azopitomies, learning about my birth story and all those things that were just sort of born into, and um how much stock I had wrapped up in the approval of my parents, which I think we all, I mean, I don't know.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: We all do on some level.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there's there's a lot there.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: And so when I did finally decide I'm doing this, I think it it really was after a few things.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Uh my parents like rolled their trailer and were fine, but like it was major and it shook me.
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: And it made me think, what do we have?
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: We have the now.
- 24:11SPEAKER_01: I'm doing this.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: If I'm really gonna practice what I'm preaching about like being in the moment and really becoming my own truth, I need to live my truth, which means I don't want to work a nine to five job, even if it does mean a cushy 401k.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: And even though I I'm good at it and my bosses were sweet as can be and like the nicest people, and that stops mattering because when I looked at it, and I remember you telling me too like you're like, you can't stay at a job because you don't want to hurt your boss's feelings.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Like, that's like sounds so dumb, but it's true.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: I really had a really hard time with that because I'm like, there's I'm leaving something that's so comfortable.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: And I think that really goes to that whole thing, you know, do you want to be comfortable or do you want to grow?
- 25:01SPEAKER_01: Do you want to do what you're here to do?
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: Because I I do know that I'm I came here for a reason.
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: I have a purpose.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: I don't know exactly what it is, it's unfolding, but I definitely know that I'm on the right track because the way that I'm feeling is more alive than I've ever felt.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's amazing.
- 25:19SPEAKER_02: And um, and I think everyone goes through that.
- 25:22SPEAKER_02: And I think on some level, we're all wanting our parents' approval, whether we're projecting it onto somebody else thinking we want their approval or just wanting the approval of society in general, right?
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: And like not wanting people to judge you or whatever.
- 25:41SPEAKER_02: Like that's such a huge part of this process because once we step out of the regularly scheduled program, it's gonna make people uncomfortable.
- 25:50SPEAKER_02: But really, like the real reason it makes people uncomfortable is because they're not willing to look at the part of themselves that actually wants that too.
- 25:58SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, that just hit me.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: And you're out there like, yes, exactly.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, and that's like part of I think what ended up being really cool about my transition into this is another part of me was really worried about like what my wife was gonna say, you know, like was she gonna support me and like maybe kind of not knowing exactly how I'm gonna make money and not knowing exactly what it's gonna look like.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: Like, is she gonna support me in that?
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: And then really realizing, no offense, I don't give a fuck.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, because when once I was like, I'm doing this, I'm good at this, I am alive with like the passion of my purpose.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: She was like, hell yeah.
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: You know, people can feel that.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: When I became on board with it myself, I could feel her shift.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: And she was like, then she was on board with it because it's really all about are you good in your in your yeah, and people will respond to that.
- 26:55SPEAKER_02: And I'm glad you brought that up because I think that's so important.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: Because one of the things I always talk about because I see it's a big mistake that I see a lot of people making is this like waiting for permission.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: So thinking that like if we can get the permission of our partner or we can get the permission of our parents or our friends, then we can finally do something.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: But really, what that is, is it's the unconscious waiting of permission for your parents to finally acknowledge you, to finally see you, to finally tell you that they're sorry, that they didn't treat you right, or that they finally see how great you are.
- 27:30SPEAKER_02: And that's never gonna happen.
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: So when you come at it with that energy of like, like if you had come to your wife saying, like needing her permission, then it would be a lot harder for her to give it.
- 27:41SPEAKER_02: But if you show up saying, I'm lit up, this is what I'm doing, you can get on board or you can stay behind, then it's kind of like, all right, let's do this, you know.
- 27:49SPEAKER_02: And I had a very similar experience with my husband when I went to him and told him that I was quitting my job.
- 27:55SPEAKER_02: You know, when I first went to him, he was like, hell no, basically, kind of a thing.
- 28:01SPEAKER_02: But then I like got my wits about me and I did my energy work and I got into the knowing, you know, because I I think you get to a certain point too, where the knowing is so clear and it feels so wrong to you to keep going in the other direction that you have to stop, you have to change.
- 28:20SPEAKER_02: Like it just becomes impossible not to.
- 28:22SPEAKER_02: And then when I came to him with that energy of like, this is what's happening, and it would be nice for you to get on board because this is the train's leaving the station, type of a thing.
- 28:34SPEAKER_02: Then he was like, Okay, you know, yeah.
- 28:36SPEAKER_02: So I think it's really important for you.
- 28:40SPEAKER_02: Like you have to be all in on yourself, like you have to.
- 28:44SPEAKER_02: There's really no other way of doing it because you know, I see a lot of people who aren't or who have like one foot in, one foot out all of the time, and that energy never works.
- 28:54SPEAKER_02: And you that's the energy you're gonna get back, is that halfway energy.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: Yes, like you are straddled, like you can't move when you're in a straddle.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: That's so true.
- 29:07SPEAKER_02: You can't move when you're in a straddle.
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: You just can't, you just can't move.
- 29:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 29:15SPEAKER_02: So the other thing I wanted to ask you, because you know, I love to look at everything through the lens of trauma.
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: And like I know for you, it was really actually, I feel like such a I don't want to say quick process because I know it was like long and there was a lot of stuff that you went through, but it seemed like for you, and I know this this really happens for almost everyone, as soon as you really heal your trauma, that's when your gifts just came through so wildly and so easily.
- 29:41SPEAKER_02: So, like, how do you feel like you clearing your trauma like played a role in that?
- 29:45SPEAKER_02: Or what was that like for you?
- 29:47SPEAKER_01: Boy, is that the truth.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: You know, I think that that really goes to the whole thing about that.
- 29:55SPEAKER_01: I really didn't think I had trauma.
- 29:58SPEAKER_01: I mean, I know that's ridiculous now, like looking at it now, everybody has trauma.
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: But when I was first starting this workout, I was like, I should be ashamed of myself.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: Like, what's wrong with me?
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: I have a loving family that, you know, like is financially stable, the cutest brother in the world.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: I live a nice life with my wife, you know.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: Why am I like depressed and like drinking a bottle of wine a night and like always in a feeling like I'm just not doing what I'm supposed to, not what I'm supposed to be doing, not doing what I need to be doing to like fulfill myself, like to fulfill my purpose.
- 30:35SPEAKER_01: And so I think realizing that I did indeed have trauma, and actually, I am like my mother is my best friend, but I had a lot of stuff to work through with the mother wound.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we all do.
- 30:47SPEAKER_02: And I'm really glad you're bringing this up because I feel like so many people can relate to this.
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: Me included, you know, I was just talking to somebody the other day.
- 30:54SPEAKER_02: When I first started doing breath work at 19, I was like, what is everybody healing from?
- 31:00SPEAKER_02: Like I didn't understand what healing meant at the because I'm like, well, I don't have anything to heal from.
- 31:05SPEAKER_02: Like I didn't get it.
- 31:06SPEAKER_02: And I think a lot of people are like that.
- 31:08SPEAKER_02: Even now when I talk about trauma, I feel like there's a lot of people who are like, well, you know, I didn't have any trauma.
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: So like, yeah, can you speak to that a little more?
- 31:17SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like that's something a lot of people can relate to.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: Yes, I can definitely, because yeah, I think because if we're if you're looking at like trauma on paper in terms of really huge, horrific textbook events, no, but there are a lot of layers to trauma.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: And really, um, I think what I learned is that yes, you do have it.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: And until you acknowledge it, it's just gonna keep rearing its ugly head in the patterns of your life over and over and over again.
- 31:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: Like you won't be able to move beyond it until you feel it.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: I'll say that.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: I'm sure I don't even know necessarily like written down every exact moment of what, you know, what my trauma bucket holds.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: But I do know that I let myself start feeling some really painful.
- 32:13SPEAKER_01: Some of it was feelings about myself, like the way that I treated myself and like the way that I felt that I wasn't worthy.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: And I mean, I think that there is a lot that I needed to feel that once I did, it was like, oh, my gifts are coming in.
- 32:30SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: Like then I felt like I would I had made room for the good stuff to come in.
- 32:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, totally.
- 32:37SPEAKER_02: And I'm glad that you brought up the self-worth stuff because that's like such a huge like layer for people.
- 32:45SPEAKER_02: And everybody deals with self-worth stuff.
- 32:48SPEAKER_02: And a lot of it is just is just taken on from our parents.
- 32:51SPEAKER_02: Like, even like you said, if you have the best childhood or you have like two parents that really love you and take care of you, whatever they weren't able to give you, right, because they didn't have it within themselves.
- 33:03SPEAKER_02: It's not that they didn't want to give it to you, but the self-worth stuff is so important because it literally impacts everybody.
- 33:11SPEAKER_02: And until you realize, and I know for you, if you don't mind me sharing just a little bit more about your story, I know for you, there was like these real things that you felt were true about yourself.
- 33:22SPEAKER_02: And I think this is so common for people that actually had no validity, right?
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: That you weren't a good driver, right?
- 33:30SPEAKER_02: Like that whole thing.
- 33:31SPEAKER_02: And that you that you weren't capable of doing certain things because of like kind of this narrative that you had growing up about you can't do this on your own or you're always gonna need help with that.
- 33:42SPEAKER_02: And and I think so many people grow up this way where like your parents kind of see you a certain way, and then they like develop this narrative around like who you are and what you're capable of that you start believing it, right?
- 33:56SPEAKER_02: And then you start feeling like, oh, well, maybe I can't do these things on my own, and I always need someone else to lean on, or someone else to take care of me.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: And I think once you shed all of those stories, then it was like game on, you know what I mean?
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: Like all of these things, and it was just wait, why do I believe this about myself?
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: And I'm so glad you brought up the driving thing because for me, that was, I think, one of the largest um and deepest parts of my trauma is the story that I believed where I was incapable of being in control of my own life and like being in the driver's seat.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: Like I think that's why driving had such a I mean, I would get like full-blown anxiety attacks when I like needed to make a left-hand turn, like in college.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: It's like, what is that?
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: That's rooted somewhere else, you know?
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: And it really had very much to do with those things.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: And it's not like it's not a blame thing, you know, but I was told, like, oh, you know, you you're you're fearful, you have your anxiety, and then you're like, yes, I am fearful, I'm skittish.
- 35:01SPEAKER_01: I don't like to drive.
- 35:02SPEAKER_01: I like to be the passenger, I like to look out the window and let someone else decide where we're going.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: And that is so, I feel like telling as to what we're all even coming into as a collective right now, is that like we are our own authority.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: And if you're not living that way, you'd not okay.
- 35:27SPEAKER_02: Like totally, totally.
- 35:29SPEAKER_02: I'm so glad you brought this up because you're right.
- 35:32SPEAKER_02: This is a huge thing we're moving into as a collective, especially with like the age of Aquarius, and like the sun just moved into Aquarius right now, and it's all about that inner authority and really not looking to other people to tell you what you're capable of, what you should be doing, what you can do, what you can't do.
- 35:52SPEAKER_02: Like that's so important right now.
- 35:55SPEAKER_01: It is literally the entire story of what's going on in the world right now.
- 36:01SPEAKER_01: That is like the main theme.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: That is the main theme.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think in terms of, you know, astrology, in terms of what's going on politically, in terms of what's going on socially, everything is boiling down to sort of that that tussle.
- 36:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 36:18SPEAKER_02: Between like, are we gonna listen to what other people say?
- 36:22SPEAKER_02: Are we gonna listen to this narrative of this very limited way of thinking that you can only have one or the other?
- 36:28SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: Or are we gonna, like uh Jennifer Longmore says, are we gonna live in the end also?
- 36:34SPEAKER_02: Which is that I know that I create my own reality and I know that I get to have everything.
- 36:40SPEAKER_02: It's not that I have to choose between one thing or the other.
- 36:43SPEAKER_02: So I think that that is a huge, a huge piece.
- 36:47SPEAKER_02: And I see so many people waking up to that right now.
- 36:50SPEAKER_02: And like a lot of that is through like what we're talking about is releasing these stories.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: And really, these stories are like, it's not that like your mom was like, Oh, I don't want you to feel empowered, but that was just like her way of thinking, you know what I mean?
- 37:05SPEAKER_02: It's nothing, she didn't do anything wrong, but we take on the ways that our parents look at the world, you know.
- 37:11SPEAKER_02: Like for me, I had so much around like how my parents were both teachers and I was a school counselor and like getting out of that whole stream of mentality and way of living, you know, because that's what I took on from them.
- 37:26SPEAKER_02: That's what I knew, yeah.
- 37:28SPEAKER_02: And like so many of us are just waking up to the things that we saw growing up and the things that we knew growing up aren't necessarily in alignment with who we are and what we actually came to this planet to do.
- 37:41SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: And around so much of it is wrapped up, I think, in fear.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: It just it's oh yeah, it's it's just been such a, I mean, that's just everything revolves around that.
- 37:52SPEAKER_01: And we absorb so much of that from our parents from an early age.
- 37:56SPEAKER_01: That how do you really just chuck it to the wind and make your own path when we've been so indoctrinated and so deeply programmed to just live in fear?
- 38:10SPEAKER_01: And I mean, I remember talking to you about this too, where uh one of my go-to things that I learned from when I was a kid was, you know, from my parents, not from my parents, but like from my mom.
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: But she's probably gonna watch listen to this.
- 38:24SPEAKER_01: So I no offense, mom.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: But we love you.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: But you know, the thought process of being like, okay, what's the worst thing that can happen in this scenario?
- 38:35SPEAKER_01: And the way that thinking in that way and thinking of like what's the worst that could possibly happen is not a good place to jump from because right, we're just like training, yeah, we're training the outcome, and we are manifesting creatures, like we are creating our own reality with our thoughts, with our actions, like every second, every moment.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: So when you're when you're operating on that completely other that software, you are not going to align with where you need to be.
- 39:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you're not gonna align with the best possible outcome, that's for sure.
- 39:09SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 39:10SPEAKER_01: In fact, pretty textbook, you're gonna align with the worst, right?
- 39:14SPEAKER_02: So yeah, exactly.
- 39:17SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 39:17SPEAKER_02: But I think a lot of people are think that way.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: And I think a lot of people, well, everyone, basically the programming we've received is just so fear-based that it's like you you almost feel like if you're not in fear, then you're doing something wrong, or like if you're not worried about something, then something bad is gonna happen.
- 39:37SPEAKER_02: But really, like when you're worrying, it's really like creating bad things.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: It's literally like focusing on manifesting bad things when you're worrying.
- 39:45SPEAKER_02: But like people, like we're programmed to think that if we don't worry, then something bad is gonna happen.
- 39:51SPEAKER_02: But it's actually the opposite.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: So true.
- 39:53SPEAKER_01: And actually, I'm glad that you're saying that because I feel like it's um, it brings me back to the work I'm doing because I feel like doing the tones every day as a practice, um, as a meditation, as a practice, uh, where you just devote a certain amount of time to it, it doesn't even need to be much, but you're basically working with your own truth and your own frequency, and you're becoming that frequency.
- 40:18SPEAKER_01: And those tones are like they live in your body already and they want to be expressed.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: So when you're going there and you're you're moving that and you're just you're also completely bypassing the ego and tapping into your highest place and like the place where you really are well and whole.
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: So when you're taking moments every day to just become that pure vibration, it's a really direct way to tune yourself and embody the moment, right?
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: Like, oh my god, yeah.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: Which is everything.
- 40:56SPEAKER_02: It is everything, and it's so important right now.
- 40:59SPEAKER_02: And I love that you brought it back to that because I was thinking that too, because it really brings you back to like that primal part of yourself.
- 41:08SPEAKER_02: Oh, and that was the other thing I forgot to mention in our session.
- 41:11SPEAKER_02: Remember, I was having those visuals of like these prehistoric amoeba-like creatures.
- 41:17SPEAKER_02: It was so crazy.
- 41:19SPEAKER_02: Like when I was doing the root tone, I had these very clear visions of this like prehistoric underground creature that was like, I don't even know, but it was definitely like a thing that I'm sure exists.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: But I feel like it brought me back to this primordial place.
- 41:41SPEAKER_02: And I know that like the sound is first, right?
- 41:44SPEAKER_02: Like everything started with sound.
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: And I feel like it connected me with this deep primal place within me, almost like where, like it feels like where we come from or where you came from.
- 41:58SPEAKER_02: And like that is the most important thing right now, like to connect with where you came from.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: Like, I think that's such a root of the work that we're all doing.
- 42:09SPEAKER_02: All of us who came here to help with the evolution of humanity are literally screaming from the rooftops for people to remember where they came from.
- 42:19SPEAKER_02: That is the only way that we're gonna shift things, is like, because the biggest thing that we that has been hidden from us is the truth of who we are.
- 42:28SPEAKER_02: Hallelujah! Totally.
- 42:34SPEAKER_02: So, like to have that ability within us to do that whenever we want is such a powerful tool for people to learn.
- 42:43SPEAKER_02: And it's so, so, so important right now.
- 42:46SPEAKER_02: And the thing about it too is just like the fact that you basically channeled these sounds.
- 42:51SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't know how else to describe the way you came up with these tones, but it's literally like, you know, I keep getting the message.
- 43:00SPEAKER_02: Well, first I want to say too, around frequency that our frequency is the most important thing right now, and weight raising our frequency is the most important thing right now.
- 43:09SPEAKER_02: And this is like a direct way to do that.
- 43:11SPEAKER_02: And a really like, I don't want to call it easy because I don't find it easy, but it's simple.
- 43:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 43:19SPEAKER_02: It's simple, and it's not like it's not easy, but for me, it feels even though it's such a simple thing, it feels like I'm going to this very deep place.
- 43:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:29SPEAKER_02: So it's like, oh, okay, like I'm going there, you know.
- 43:32SPEAKER_02: So that's the only reason why I say it's not easy.
- 43:35SPEAKER_02: No, you are simple.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: It is simple, but you're right, you are going someplace, and oftentimes it is a little bit well, not even a little bit.
- 43:42SPEAKER_01: It can be a lot uncomfortable.
- 43:44SPEAKER_01: I mean, just from a from a standpoint of the fact that we've been deeply trained to like not make weird noises.
- 43:51SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, that's definitely a thing.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: That's a thing.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: You know, I've talked about that before.
- 43:55SPEAKER_01: Like the thing that can cause the most anxiety like in life is like the Fear of like making a weird noise, right?
- 44:01SPEAKER_01: Like farting or farting, burping, like whatever.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: But it is also something that is so completely necessary.
- 44:11SPEAKER_01: And I always feel like we want to do it.
- 44:14SPEAKER_01: It's why a lot of times you want you want to scream or you want to be like, oh, you know, you want to just you need to release it somehow.
- 44:22SPEAKER_01: And so I, you know, I worked with a really amazing sound healer who gave me a lot of directions.
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: Like she does chakra toning too.
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: And then I just feel like I made it into like my own thing where for me, certain mouth shapes, body position, a certain thrust in a certain spot, a certain visualization would help me feel it, feel the tone in that chakra.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: So all of those things, like the note doesn't matter.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: I've said that a million times, you know, what the my root tone, as low as I can go and feel it in my, you know, pelvic floor and my tailbone is not going to be the same as like my male clients.
- 45:01SPEAKER_01: Obviously, their range is much lower.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: So it really doesn't have to be a note matching situation.
- 45:09SPEAKER_01: It is definitely it's where your body needs to go.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: Like if you're feeling it resonate in that chakra, then you're doing it right.
- 45:15SPEAKER_01: But a lot of times to get it there, you know, the root, you have to do it's the oh, you know, that's not even it.
- 45:23SPEAKER_01: But like you have to get down and you have to get completely comfortable with the fact that like you're not going to be making a sound that is like, oh, like doesn't that sound pretty?
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: She should go on American Idol.
- 45:35SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, definitely, I would say maybe startling to the earth ear, but also the feelings and what you start to stir up when you're going there, it is often uncomfortable because it's it's usually a stagnation, a trauma that needs to be looked at, felt, moved.
- 45:57SPEAKER_01: And you know, sometimes when you're doing it, you don't even know why you're you are bursting out crying, or you don't know why you suddenly feel sick, or you know, when we're doing the solar plexus, that causes some nausea.
- 46:09SPEAKER_01: And not always because we have a physical tummy ache, although it it can work with that too.
- 46:16SPEAKER_01: I've definitely toned my solar plexus for indigestion and it works, but it it can be stirring up the you know, sometimes when you've deeply ignored your intuition.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: There's stuff that uh needs to be felt, and then you know, it's moved.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: And a lot of times things will come up, you know, later too, and then then we feel them, and then the work is done.
- 46:38SPEAKER_01: It's great.
- 46:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, the work is never done.
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 46:42SPEAKER_02: And then can you give an example too of maybe like what kind of messages come through for people for you?
- 46:49SPEAKER_02: Cause I know you receive all of this like really cool information.
- 46:52SPEAKER_02: I mean, I know for me you've received something really cool, so you could share that.
- 46:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, or whatever other examples, but I feel like that's always really cool to know like what kind of information people can expect to get about their themselves when they do this.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: Cause it's just so cool how you can literally just hear somebody make a sound and receive so much information about themselves, their higher selves, their past selves, their process.
- 47:19SPEAKER_02: It's so cool.
- 47:19SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, that just made me burp because I because I got excited.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: Um, so I feel like, well, I'm just, yeah, let's talk about your thing that just happened because that was definitely that like that was very, very cool.
- 47:36SPEAKER_01: So I a lot of times when I'm when I'm hearing the tones, like I'll just get like a pretty sometimes I'll get a really pretty loud audio sort of thing where I hear a name or I really get the sense of a present of probably, you know, like somebody's spirit guide.
- 47:50SPEAKER_01: Actually, I'll tell a story about a client.
- 47:53SPEAKER_01: I kept hearing name Mira over and over again, and said it and and she was like, that is wild, she said, because I just had this other past life reading, and and they said that there was a being there named Mira.
- 48:08SPEAKER_01: And it just, it's like, whoa, you know, that type of thing.
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: And so with you, I got a really that really strong visual of once I looked it up later, which you know, sometimes they don't mean anything to me in the moment until I like see what's up later.
- 48:23SPEAKER_01: But it was basically like the sun disc and the symbol of the horizon in a lot of Egyptian iconography.
- 48:33SPEAKER_01: And the goddess who wears that on her head, which is like where I said I saw it, was not only depicted in Emma Breritan's spirit portrait, which you notice.
- 48:45SPEAKER_01: I didn't even, I didn't remember that.
- 48:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but she had drawn your spirit guide with this like crescent symbol, which was like very much like the disc, this like similar shape.
- 48:56SPEAKER_01: But when I looked up what I was seeing, it was seen all over on statues and in hieroglyphs like of Isis, who's also in various incarnations, I think Hawthorne, who's also Wedget or Mary Magdalene.
- 49:12SPEAKER_02: And Mary Magdalene is also associated with Mary Magdalene, who I have been told that I channel and Isis energy as well.
- 49:20SPEAKER_02: So like um, it was just crazy because the symbol you saw A is the symbol that was on the forehead of the spirit guy drawing that I have.
- 49:29SPEAKER_02: And then it was also associated with these other beings that I have been told that I channel their energy, or I'm like directly related to their lineage.
- 49:39SPEAKER_02: So um it was like not surprising that that came through, but it it's just really cool how you're able to see that stuff.
- 49:48SPEAKER_01: Yes, and just like tickling and yes, but then also that when I looked it up, you have been channeling the Council of Nine.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: And yes, that's I then looked up.
- 49:58SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh my god, look who is a part of this Enid, Eniad.
- 50:02SPEAKER_01: I never know how to pronounce these Egyptian Egyptian words.
- 50:05SPEAKER_01: Who is a part of this divine nine Isis?
- 50:09SPEAKER_01: Like that's that's wild.
- 50:10SPEAKER_01: That's not a coincidence.
- 50:11SPEAKER_01: Like that is wild and so so cool.
- 50:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, and for myself too, I I channeled one of my higher, I think it's my higher self, I think like in the fairy realm, but Amalora.
- 50:23SPEAKER_01: And I was like, that name, when I said it out loud, I was like, that is my name, like, but in like a different dimension or something.
- 50:30SPEAKER_01: And it also is interesting because I think, well, it's it sounds a lot like Emily, but like totally different.
- 50:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 50:36SPEAKER_01: And like when I scribbled it down, I wrote, you know, I didn't even know what I was writing.
- 50:40SPEAKER_01: I just like wrote down letters and like looked at it later.
- 50:43SPEAKER_01: And it just it speaks a lot to names and like why those have a lot to do with frequency, right?
- 50:50SPEAKER_01: They totally know, which is something I wanted to talk about also, just in terms of why sound healing is so essential.
- 51:00SPEAKER_01: And it has to do with basically like what is in a mantra, right?
- 51:04SPEAKER_01: Like, what are we doing when we're doing an ohm?
- 51:07SPEAKER_01: When things began, it was all that was was a cosmic symphony, essentially, right?
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: Like just a bunch of sound waves.
- 51:14SPEAKER_01: So when we're doing this work where we're becoming the vibration and we're we're also setting the intention, and you know, I have you hold a stone for the chakra, and then we're we're also doing the mantra of, you know, like the root is I have, and et cetera.
- 51:32SPEAKER_01: I think that that's just like adding another layer to like what I don't know, what is in that magic, the magic of sound, vibration, and then a mantra, right?
- 51:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and it's essentially just tuning your yourself and your your frequency to a certain frequency, which essentially has a huge effect on the way that you feel and the way that you're showing up, right?
- 51:55SPEAKER_02: Because your frequency has a huge impact on just how you're showing up in the world.
- 51:59SPEAKER_02: So it's like super, super important.
- 52:02SPEAKER_02: And I know we could probably talk about this all day, but I know we're coming to time here.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: So I just wanted to first ask you if you could share how people can get in touch with you because I know everyone's gonna want to experience their chakra toning session.
- 52:15SPEAKER_02: So can you tell everyone where they can find you?
- 52:18SPEAKER_01: Yay, yes.
- 52:19SPEAKER_01: And I just I want to reiterate that anyone who is even slightly who has their interest peaked should definitely work with me because it is for everybody.
- 52:28SPEAKER_01: A hundred percent for everybody.
- 52:30SPEAKER_01: It really is for everybody, and it's a tool that you can take with you.
- 52:33SPEAKER_01: Like once you sort of get in the groove of it, you won't need me to guide you through it.
- 52:38SPEAKER_01: You can make it into your own, you know, meditation practice.
- 52:42SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 52:42SPEAKER_01: A lot of times I like to do the tones as my exhale when I'm doing breath work, so you can combine it with your other practices as well.
- 52:49SPEAKER_01: So my website is newly launched, it's clairevocal.com.
- 52:53SPEAKER_01: Easy peasy.
- 52:54SPEAKER_01: I uh you can DM me.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: I'm on Facebook.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: I have a Facebook group which you can ask to join.
- 52:59SPEAKER_01: It's Claire Vocal.
- 53:01SPEAKER_01: And I actually just recently filed all the paperwork and got that trademark.
- 53:06SPEAKER_02: Oh, yay! Yay, that's so exciting.
- 53:09SPEAKER_02: You definitely needed to do that.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited about it.
- 53:13SPEAKER_01: It's still to this day.
- 53:14SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm like, how is that my word?
- 53:17SPEAKER_01: I'm so because it is.
- 53:19SPEAKER_01: It's just meant to be your word.
- 53:21SPEAKER_01: I'm just so thankful for that because I it came to me immediately.
- 53:25SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh, surely when I Google this, like somebody else has like done something with this.
- 53:31SPEAKER_01: It's nowhere.
- 53:32SPEAKER_01: It's mine and it's so amazing.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: No, it's all of ours.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: I want to share it.
- 53:35SPEAKER_01: So but I did I do that's such a Taurus, like way to be.
- 53:43SPEAKER_01: I really was really excited by that that name because I feel like it encompasses what I'm doing.
- 53:48SPEAKER_02: It's exactly what you're doing.
- 53:50SPEAKER_01: It's what is clairvoyance, what is clear audience, what is clear anything.
- 53:54SPEAKER_01: This is literally like tapping into you know the knowing of the voice and what needs to come out through the voice.
- 54:00SPEAKER_01: So it's it's perfect for the work.
- 54:02SPEAKER_01: So yes, I'm also on Instagram, it's ClaireVocal333.
- 54:07SPEAKER_01: And I think those are all the ways.
- 54:09SPEAKER_01: Um, but please feel free to DM me.
- 54:11SPEAKER_01: But you can sign up to work with me uh directly through my website now.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 54:16SPEAKER_02: Yay, and then I'm gonna ask you my thank you for sharing all that, and I'm gonna ask you our last question before we hop off.
- 54:23SPEAKER_02: For you, what is a non-negotiable in fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 54:28SPEAKER_01: For me, it is toning my chakras.
- 54:31SPEAKER_01: Perfect and music.
- 54:33SPEAKER_01: But I would say, yeah, toning my chakras on the daily.
- 54:38SPEAKER_01: That makes me um feel like if I get to that place, wherever I kind of jump off from or ping off from there, I was like a weird word.
- 54:50SPEAKER_01: But you know, wherever, wherever my day takes me from there, I feel like it's gonna be in alignment because I feel like when I get to that space, and there's just so much um coming at us, right?
- 55:02SPEAKER_01: That we're having to decipher and sort of shield against, and we're there, we're just being constantly bombarded.
- 55:08SPEAKER_01: That if we can just sort of start the day with a practice that that gets us into our our inward truth and like a place where we're where we feel good and just feel alive and whole.
- 55:22SPEAKER_02: It's like tuning an instrument almost.
- 55:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is so like tuning an instrument.
- 55:27SPEAKER_01: So you don't want to like start your day out of tune.
- 55:30SPEAKER_01: That's so true.
- 55:32SPEAKER_01: Then you'll make a gross sounding song.
- 55:34SPEAKER_01: This is a really good metaphor, actually.
- 55:37SPEAKER_02: I know, I love it.
- 55:38SPEAKER_02: It is, yeah, it's a perfect metaphor.
- 55:41SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 55:42SPEAKER_02: It is well, thank you so much.
- 55:43SPEAKER_02: This was amazing.
- 55:45SPEAKER_02: Um, and I'm sure everyone's gonna want to experience for this for themselves.
- 55:48SPEAKER_02: And I know I've been super inspired to do my tones, especially the root one.
- 55:54SPEAKER_02: So thank you so much.
- 55:56SPEAKER_02: And yes, this is such a pleasure.
- 55:59SPEAKER_02: Yay! Then thank you everybody for being here, and we will see you soon.
- 56:04SPEAKER_02: Bye.
