- 0:00In this video, I'm gonna share with you how you can hit your 2027 goals in the next 12 weeks.
- 0:07And so we're going into November, December, and January.
- 0:09In my opinion, these are probably the least productive months of the entire year for most people.
- 0:15And the best way to get ahead of your competition, the best way to get ahead in life, is to push hard when everyone else is easing up.
- 0:26As we head into November, it's been a long year,
- 0:29You have spring rush, you have the summer, and people were wore out.
- 0:33And so we start giving ourselves permission as to why we should be able to let up a little bit.
- 0:39And I don't believe that you should always push forever.
- 0:41I don't believe that you should always be go, go, go, hustling seven days a week.
- 0:46I don't believe that.
- 0:48But what I do believe is that there are certain periods and seasons of your life, and if you can go all in, and if you can really lock in when your competition and when everyone else
- 0:57is doing the exact opposite, which is relaxing, taking it easy, sleeping in, getting lazy when it comes to their food, their diet, their nutrition.
- 1:08They're not marketing, they're not advertising, they're not expanding their business, they're not thinking about strategy for next year.
- 1:13When they're not doing that, if you can lean in, if you can lock in during that time,
- 1:20You're going to come out ahead.
- 1:21And you're likely, even in November and December, just two months, likely being able to surpass what they will do all of 2027.
- 1:28Because here's what the logic is for most people.
- 1:31You go into November, you're beat up after the entire season, you're feeling worn out, and November's coming, we've got Thanksgiving coming up.
- 1:38And so, what do people do?
- 1:40Well, I've got family coming in for the second half of November, I'm going to take a couple weeks off.
- 1:44That's fine.
- 1:45I'm not against taking time off, by the way.
- 1:47And I would just say whatever your goal is in life, I want you to go all in on it.
- 1:53building a business, whatever that is, having a relationship with your dreams, whether it's having the body of your dreams.
- 1:59I make this content for the person that wants more in life.
- 2:01And I don't believe it's a bad thing or immoral to want more.
- 2:07want a better life, a better livelihood, more success, more money, the ability to be able to impact more people.
- 2:13I don't believe that there's anything wrong with having more.
- 2:15And if your desire is to have more, and if you've made it already the first two minutes of this video, I can with certainty believe that you're probably the type of person that also wants more in life.
- 2:24If that's you, I encourage you for the next 90 days to lock in.
- 2:31Everyone's going to slow down for Thanksgiving.
- 2:34They're going to, like, literally by the middle of November, most people have basically wrote off the rest of the year.
- 2:40And so what do they do?
- 2:41They get ready for Thanksgiving.
- 2:43Oh, by the way, I feel like Halloween is literally the time that people just check out.
- 2:50They dress up.
- 2:51They eat way too much candy.
- 2:52Their diet goes to kaput.
- 2:53They're like, oh, I guess New Year's resolutions.
- 2:56I'll go back in the gym.
- 2:58I guess I'll have an annual planning thing in January to figure out where my business is going to be at.
- 3:03Oh, I guess it's literally the last day of October as we head in November, December, and January, the next three months.
- 3:10It's this celebration of being something that we're not in terms of dressing up and having a rowdy night, drinking too much.
- 3:17People do crazy stuff on Halloween night.
- 3:19And then they enter what I believe is the most important three months of the year.
- 3:23And they enter it completely with way too much sugar.
- 3:26Many times too much alcohol.
- 3:28And it's just like the rest of their year is blown up.
- 3:32Thanksgiving is the next thing.
- 3:34So we've got family coming in.
- 3:35We're going to eat way too much.
- 3:37We're going to gain five pounds.
- 3:38We're going to lackadaisical around the house.
- 3:40We're going to spend a bunch of money we don't have on Black Friday.
- 3:44We're going to get concerned about buying people gifts that...
- 3:48We do it out of obligation instead of actually wanting to get them anything.
- 3:53we're going to have a whole bunch of gatherings with people that we don't really want to be around because, well, we're obligated to be with these people and we know that these people pull us down.
- 4:02They pull us away from our goals, but we're going to do it anyways because that's what we're supposed to be doing on Thanksgiving.
- 4:08Okay, and then all of a sudden, it's Black Friday and now all of a sudden we've got December rolling around.
- 4:14Well, it's the end of the year.
- 4:15We're going to relax a little bit.
- 4:17We've got winter break for kids out of school.
- 4:20We've got Christmas holidays.
- 4:22We got Boxing Day up in Canada.
- 4:24We make up vacation days now.
- 4:27And all of a sudden, the end of the year is here.
- 4:30And so now November's gone.
- 4:32December's gone.
- 4:33Oh, but now it's New Year.
- 4:34And so it's going to take us a little while to warm back up.
- 4:37It's going to take us a while to get back on our initiatives.
- 4:40back focused on our goals, back in the gym.
- 4:43And what we did for the past three months of not staying focused on our goals, we basically have to warm the engine back up from zero to 60 in January.
- 4:51What if you could hit January and you were already going 60 miles an hour?
- 4:55What if you could hit January and not need New Year's resolution to get back in the gym, focused on the business, focused back on your strategy, focused on your goals?
- 5:03And that's what I'm encouraging you to do.
- 5:05And here's the actual roadmap.
- 5:08For the next 12 weeks, November, December, and January, I want you to take the monthly goals that you have in 2027 and complete them in the next 12 weeks.
- 5:17So for every monthly goal, I want you to try to do it in one week.
- 5:21This is a forcing function to actually lock in.
- 5:24Because one of the best ways I have found to lock in is to take what looks like an insurmountable, unachievable goal, and then ask yourself, what would have to be true for this to occur?
- 5:35And so for me to tell you that by February 1st, 2027, you're going to achieve everything that you had planned for 2027.
- 5:43That seems incredible.
- 5:44That seems insane.
- 5:45But it's a large enough goal for you to ask yourself, OK, well, if that was to happen, what would have to be true?
- 5:51Well, I need X amount more customers.
- 5:53OK, well, if I need X, how many customers?
- 5:55What if I figured out that marketing plan now?
- 5:58What if I actually tested that marketing channel now?
- 6:00What if I deployed some budget towards it and saw if I could get customers now, instead of waiting till February and March, I would have to hire two or three more people.
- 6:07What if I, instead of waiting till March and April to do that, I hired them now, I kept them on the bench, I kept them warm, I brought them to meetings, I got them a uniform, I got them all trained up, I create a bench of five, six, 10 technicians that are ready to go, so that when spring rush comes, I'm not less scrambling trying to get technicians, but rather I've already done the work
- 6:26during the next 12 weeks to get prepared for the spring rush.
- 6:29So whatever you have determined in January, I've got to do this.
- 6:32February, I've got to do this.
- 6:33March, I've got to do this.
- 6:34April, I want you to line up the month of the year with the next 12 weeks and lock in.
- 6:41If you can figure out a way to hire technicians and managers and talent, when the rest of your competition is laying them off, you will win.
- 6:50If you're able to figure out how to buy trucks and equipment and buy assets, when everyone else is selling them off because they don't have any work coming in and they're selling it for pennies on the dollar because they've over leveraged, they've got too much debt, you will win.
- 7:04If you're able to advertise and spend money on marketing when the rest of your competition can't figure out how to get customers at that time of year, because the only way they get customers is when everyone needs their service and demand is through the roof.
- 7:18And so if you can figure out a way during the off season
- 7:20during November, December, January, when they're stuffing their face with turkey and you're able to lock in and figure out how to get customers from Google or in Facebook, even though your customer acquisition cost is maybe a little bit higher, you've done the math on what your lifetime value is and you're able to make sense of actually spending money on ads when no one else is doing that.
- 7:37There is no competition on Google when it comes to the the way that they do the bidding process of your Google ads and you're paying per click.
- 7:47They've all turned off their ads.
- 7:48They've all phoned it in for the next 90 days.
- 7:52And so I encourage you to lock in now more than ever.
- 7:54And again, I'm only speaking to the person that wants more in life.
- 7:57I speak to the 18 year old version of me that dropped out of medical school and the only thing I knew how to do was mow grass.
- 8:03And the only thing I knew how to do to get out of my place in life financially was to work extremely hard.
- 8:10And those 10 years through my 20s that I spent grinding and hustling is why I have the life I have today and why I'm able to wake up every single day, whether it be software or the franchising or the media and do what I love.
- 8:23And even though I work harder now today in terms of hours and higher leverage, I work way more hours and way more blood, sweat and tears then because it was the foundation required to build what I wanted to have.
- 8:35And if you have the anticipation to build a big business, it's going to take five or 10 years of locking in.
- 8:40But I will say this, if you can accomplish what most people do in a year in the next 12 weeks, I believe that your dream is more possible than you could ever imagine.
- 8:50and you will get everything you want in 2027 if you just lock in for the next 12 weeks most people are going to phone it in most people are going to just coast till the end of the year they're exhausted they're depleted they don't have any energy and if you can lock in at this time you'll get so far ahead of your competition and you'll get so much closer to your goals and so i encourage you to resist the temptation to overeat
- 9:18We're going to Thanksgiving, we're going to Christmas, holidays all over the place, bunch of gatherings.
- 9:23Resist the temptation to overeat.
- 9:24Why?
- 9:25Because the likelihood that you will wake up the next day and want to execute on your 12 week mission to get what would usually take 12 months, the likelihood of that happening is very low when you wake up in a food coma.
- 9:37And that's what most people are going to live in for the next 60 to 90 days.
- 9:41And then the new year's gonna come, they're gonna come with new year's resolutions and they're gonna wonder why they're at the exact same place as they were last year in their business, in their relationship, in their body, in their health.
- 9:49And it's simply due to the fact that we somehow treat the last 60 days of the year and the first 30 days of the year as if it doesn't exist.
- 9:58Encourage you to lock in.
- 10:01I've always talked about a five or 10 year run, where you lock in, make a generational run, and you build the foundation required to build the empire that you want to have.
- 10:10And I truly believe that.
- 10:11But I think there are certain seasons and times when everyone else is letting up off of the gas that you go all in.
- 10:18And if you're happy right now, if you just want to spend the next three months with your family because you're satisfied and you're content with where you're currently at, awesome.
- 10:26I believe that contentment is success.
- 10:29And so if you're there and you're like, I have enough, I am thrilled for you.
- 10:33I would love for you to spend time with family.
- 10:35It's the whole objective of building a business that can run without you, that is super profitable, is to be able to do what you want in life, to have that freedom.
- 10:42And if you've achieved that, awesome.
- 10:44I'm not really making this video for you.
- 10:46I'm making this video for the person that's a little bit unsatisfied with where they're at right now.
- 10:51They feel a little bit of discontentment.
- 10:52They know there is more for them.
- 10:54There is more for them to be able to contribute back to their community, to their church, to their family.
- 10:59And this is the time to sacrifice instead of trying to just lay back.
- 11:04Because I talk about this notion of sacrifice or regret, you choose.
- 11:10I remember printing off those eight and a half by 11 sheets and then mounting them all up on my wall as I was going through college because at the time I thought I was gonna become a surgeon.
- 11:18And so it was like sacrifice or regret.
- 11:20My way of getting out of what I had seen in my family in terms of like not having a lot of money, my thought was like, I gotta become a surgeon.
- 11:27I've gotta become a doctor.
- 11:28And I pushed myself to do that.
- 11:29I started college when I was 13 years old.
- 11:31And to get to those moments of time where I wanted to quit, I plastered that my wall.
- 11:35Sacrifice or regret, you choose.
- 11:37And for the next 90 days,
- 11:40and you're going to do what is required to do what most people take 12 months to do you're going to in 12 weeks because you're just going to compress time things are going to it's a gas it just expands to the space you give it and so if you give it 12 months it's going to take you 12 months but you say if i must i must compress this amount of gas down to the smaller period space of time it'll take effort but you'll be able to compress it down to the next 12 weeks if you do that
- 12:06and you sacrifice the inclination to do all the things that feel good in the moment, for the next 90 days, you will come out so far on top.
- 12:13And there are certain seasons where I think you have so much more leverage by the time that you do invest and the time that you do sacrifice.
- 12:20In the next 90 days, I want you to lock in.
- 12:23I truly believe you will not regret these next 90 days because for all of 2027, when you're playing with house money, when you've accomplished everything you wanted in 2027 in the first couple months and the rest of everyone else is getting warmed up, talk about the ability to go all in.
- 12:39Talk about the ability for the next eight, nine, 10 months of 2027 to just double down and beat your goals and create this huge delta between what your goals were for the year and what you're achieving.
- 12:51It is the most thrilling experience to be able to beat your goals and then have this time, this effort that you can discretionally put towards your goals even further and compound and go beyond what your goals, what you even think is possible for 2027.
- 13:05The next 90 days, lock in.
- 13:09Do what most people will do in 12 months in the next 12 weeks.
- 13:12So if you're watching the video and you're like, I'm going to do this for the next nine days, I'm going to lock in.
- 13:17One of the best ways to do that is use your AI assistant like GrokBot or Gemini or Claude or ChattwT to keep you accountable using your calendar and connecting that to your CRM.
- 13:29And that's what HomeWorks does.
- 13:30And so for the next 60 days, I want to give you free access to HomeWorks.
- 13:34You can click down in the description and just use the code TX26.
- 13:39And that's going to give you access for two free months, two homeworks that will allow you API and MCP access to connect directly to your chatbot.
- 13:48And this will keep you on track and accountable as it watches your calendar, it watches your email, and it watches your CRM to make sure you're hitting your goals.
