Property values in Franklin County jumped 10% this year, but only 2,000 homeowners have requested reviews—way down from 12,000 three years ago when values soared 41%. The deadline to contest your property’s value is September 5th. You can meet with an appraiser for 20 minutes to argue your case and bring evidence like photos or third-party appraisals.
