So back in the day, we used to do a lot, deer driving and

that's kind of a dying thing. We do a little bit knowing ours,

just some potholes but so I was Christ.

So we're driving my buddies property out and he had to go

pro. And I've never used shotgun

because I hunt the one, my one stands in Door County so I can

So and I have my youth model, 20 gauge, that's too small for me

because that's the only only other shotgun I have.

And so all the sudden they're driving or whatever and if it

I was working with the Fitters at EMC, when we were slow, I

Thanksgiving didn't see Squat, and, but I had heard so many

deer. That where I couldn't see him

and I said that's it. I'm leaving at the time.

I think it was work. De Brasília says I'm going to

take off, I'm going to go hunting and I took my climber

and went in there and I shot like an hour before dark and a

spot that never hunted before never even walked, I just didn't

even know what was there. I knew I was on the property,

went up in a tree and it was a hit.

It was really a point frame, but he and has 12 points because

there was a contest and I got What was it?

10 bucks for each point, for the biggest block, brought in at

So, I mean, the easy way to get it out, either got to stick your

It is still to this day, they still do it as a joke, like with

years. I've felt like I was pretty

efficient. I feel like I've gotten worse

Well, if I walk and I walk in my stand, then I'm gonna blow

What I did, I put a bigger food plot in this year and cut a lot

So I feel like if I'm out there first, all the other people are

scaring the deer up. I'm sitting there waiting like,

I'm in a swamp or a tree swamp. I'm alongside a swamp.

I used when I went up north on my buddy one or two years up in

Eagle River, they've shot a lot of nice deer and but they so

they go like a mile and a half back and it opens up to like

kind of a big bog and they Overlook that.

But they get in there extra early because in all the

out-of-state Illinois, guys, go like 50 to 100.

Is off of the logging Trail and sit there but they don't go in

there till light or 15 minutes before light.

So, it's crazy. How you do see that all sudden,

the deer start at lights are pushing back further into the

into the woods. And I sit on the southern edge

of the property that we hunt on, in the people, to the south of

Us come in, after I do. And they're riding four-wheelers

around in. Like, they're making so much

Because they're going to be crashing coming from the south.

truck and like if I'm working on it, I let my truck run

So after work, I went straight out there and I just left my

truck run the whole time and then probably half hour.
