- 0:31SPEAKER_01: Bigfoot.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Bigfoot.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:37SPEAKER_02: So happy Halloween.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Hyped.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: It's Thursday the 29th.
- 0:41SPEAKER_02: It's a little before Halloween, but how to do an episode.
- 0:45SPEAKER_02: I love this.
- 0:46SPEAKER_04: Um the tuft.
- 0:48SPEAKER_04: The tuft of matted cheap fur.
- 0:51SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 0:52SPEAKER_04: That's awesome.
- 0:53SPEAKER_04: With the little teeth.
- 0:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah in your boobs.
- 0:56SPEAKER_04: You've got some.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: It's harder to find a big outfit than you would think at this time of year.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: But look at your shirt.
- 1:08SPEAKER_04: Pretend I'm big.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: He's very excited to be wearing this getup, clearly.
- 1:11SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: And if you're seeing us, you're seeing us on YouTube.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: So if you're listening on audio, and you'd like to see us in our little outfits, because they're pretty cute.
- 1:23SPEAKER_04: They're not cute and they're tight and they're itchy.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: We look like the thumbs from spy kids and they're itchy.
- 1:29SPEAKER_02: Um, go watch us on YouTube, early beloved podcast.
- 1:32SPEAKER_02: I'd appreciate it.
- 1:34SPEAKER_02: So yeah, we're gonna be talking about Bigfoot today, specifically um accounts from submitted to the BFRO website, which we're gonna be talking about in a second.
- 1:45SPEAKER_02: And yeah, we're gonna get into all things Bigfoot.
- 1:47SPEAKER_03: BFRO?
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 1:50SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 1:51SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: All right, let's do it.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: What are the undisputed facts about the Bigfoot sass slash sasquatch mystery?
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: It is a fact that for more than 400 years, people have reported seeing large, hair-covered man-like animals in the wilderness areas of North America.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: It is a fact that sightings of these animals continue today.
- 2:12SPEAKER_02: Real or not, these reports are often made by people of impeachable character.
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: It is a fact that for over 70 years, people have been finding, photographing, and casting sets of very large human-shaped tracks.
- 2:23SPEAKER_02: Most are discovered by chance in remote areas.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: These tracks continue to be found to this day.
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: It is a fact that the cultural histories of many Native American and First Nation peoples include stories and beliefs about non-human peoples of the wild.
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: Many of these descriptions bear striking resemblance to the hairy man-like creatures reported today.
- 2:44SPEAKER_02: These are some of the facts.
- 2:46SPEAKER_02: There is, however, much disagreement as to what these facts mean.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: To many, these facts taken together suggest the presence of an animal, probably a primate, that exists today in very low population densities.
- 2:57SPEAKER_02: If true, the species, having likely evolved alongside humans, became astonishingly adept at avoiding human contact through process of natural selection.
- 3:06SPEAKER_02: To others, these same facts point to a cultural phenomenon kept alive today through a combination of the misidentification of known animals, wishful thinking, and the deliberate fabrication of evidence.
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: The BFRO and its members take the former view.
- 3:22SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 3:23SPEAKER_04: Probably squatches.
- 3:24SPEAKER_04: Probably not this view of what we're of uh what we're wearing here.
- 3:28SPEAKER_02: So that's taken directly from the BFRO website.
- 3:32SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 3:32SPEAKER_02: All that all that stuff.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: So the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, the BFRO.
- 3:40SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: We mean was founded in 1995.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: And sorry, I had a bigfoot.
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: Where's our Bigfoot clicker?
- 3:56SPEAKER_02: Oh, our sound soundboard.
- 4:00SPEAKER_02: Okay, this is our Is that our ranking system?
- 4:03SPEAKER_04: Emergency Bigfoot.
- 4:05SPEAKER_04: We've got a howl.
- 4:10SPEAKER_04: That's pretty awesome.
- 4:12SPEAKER_04: Okay, we've got a snort.
- 4:21SPEAKER_04: A roar.
- 4:26SPEAKER_04: And a groan.
- 4:29SPEAKER_04: That's just about the sound I made.
- 4:31SPEAKER_04: That's just about the sound Malin made.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: Okay, so we have our emergency Bigfoot here.
- 4:35SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 4:35SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: So the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, BFRO, was founded in 1995 and is considered the only research organization exploring and tracking reports of Bigfoot or Sasquatch.
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: The BFRO is a virtual community of scientists, journalists, and researchers designed to study the species.
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: One way this is done is by verifying submitted reports, and when credible, engaging in expeditions to the reported area to collect information to add to the collective knowledge of the species.
- 5:05SPEAKER_04: Okay, so people send engaging expeditions.
- 5:09SPEAKER_02: And if there's like a local researcher nearby, they'll go to the place and like ask the person questions and say, oh, take me to the place.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: Maybe there's stuff there that we can collect footprints, hairs on water.
- 5:21SPEAKER_02: Evidence.
- 5:22SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 5:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that kind of stuff.
- 5:24SPEAKER_02: The overall mission of the BFRO is multifaceted, but the organization essentially seeks to resolve the mystery surrounding the Bigfoot phenomenon.
- 5:31SPEAKER_02: That is to derive conclusive documentation of the species species' existence.
- 5:37SPEAKER_02: This goal is pursued through the proactive collection of empirical data and physical evidence from the field and by means of activities designed to promote an awareness and understanding of the nature and origin of evidence.
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: So that's the BFRO.
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: From our BFRO mission mission statement.
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: They're very much like we're doing this from a research perspective, not necessarily because they're trying to prove anything.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: They just want to know more about this.
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: Collect data, have it all together.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:07SPEAKER_02: So, like I said before, the BFRO website was launched in 1995 and was the first site to provide a comprehensive database of Bigfoot sighting reports.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: All reports are assigned to a classification of A, B, or C.
- 6:21SPEAKER_02: So class A indicates clear visual identification is made.
- 6:27SPEAKER_02: Other potential animals that could be attributed to the sighting are most often ruled out.
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: Class B indicates that the Bigfoot is observed from a great distance or seen in low visibility circumstances.
- 6:42SPEAKER_02: Sounds and characteristics of Bigfoot, but lacks affirmative visual identification.
- 6:47SPEAKER_04: Okay, so like all those crappy pictures we see that are like blurry from the 1970s, that would be a class B?
- 6:55SPEAKER_04: No, I think that would be a class A.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 6:58SPEAKER_02: Class B is like at night.
- 7:01SPEAKER_02: Or early in the morning.
- 7:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you see a dark figure, but you can't like quite tell.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Or sounds clacking of tree branches.
- 7:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:14SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 7:15SPEAKER_02: But no like visual yes, like that.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: But no visual identification.
- 7:19SPEAKER_02: And then class C, second or third hand reports, stories with unreliable sources with questionable accuracy.
- 7:25SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 7:26SPEAKER_03: Everybody's rumor.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: But those are not often submitted to the website.
- 7:32SPEAKER_02: If anything, they're left out because it's like wide.
- 7:36SPEAKER_04: Well, and they don't catalog one so they can't like cooperate, right?
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: Yes, right.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: Most, if not all, of the sources are followed up on.
- 7:46SPEAKER_02: Followed up on?
- 7:47SPEAKER_02: Followed up by.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: Whatever.
- 7:50SPEAKER_02: Part of their team.
- 7:52SPEAKER_02: So there'll be like notes.
- 7:54SPEAKER_02: I talked to so and so on the phone.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: They confirmed they were doing this at this time on this road.
- 8:02SPEAKER_02: This was the these were the conditions.
- 8:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: Big footage Hugh sends out a squad.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: Yep, exactly.
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: And unsurprisingly, Oregon and Washington have the highest sightings in all of North America.
- 8:22SPEAKER_02: With Washington coming out having three, nope, 734, and Oregon having significantly less at 262.
- 8:34SPEAKER_02: Since 1995.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: Is that it?
- 8:37SPEAKER_02: These are the verified.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 8:40SPEAKER_02: The verified and confirmed ones.
- 8:42SPEAKER_02: But British Columbia also has 137.
- 8:46SPEAKER_02: It's like similar.
- 8:48SPEAKER_02: Close to Oregon.
- 8:49SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 8:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 8:50SPEAKER_02: So definitely Pacific Northwest.
- 8:52SPEAKER_04: Mm-hmm.
- 8:53SPEAKER_04: Heavy.
- 8:54SPEAKER_04: Mm-hmm.
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: California also has 471, but it also could be attributed to the size of the state.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: Wow, yeah, but I thought Bigfoot was Pacific Northwest.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 9:05SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: But just kind of all up and down the West Coast.
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: And on the BFRO website, you can click on an individual state, and then it's narrowed down by county where the sightings have taken place.
- 9:20SPEAKER_02: So it's quite a pretty detailed.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 9:24SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: The first.
- 9:27SPEAKER_02: So we're gonna be reading these.
- 9:29SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be reading these.
- 9:30SPEAKER_02: Um the first report is a class A.
- 9:33SPEAKER_02: I think we're reading all class A reports.
- 9:35SPEAKER_02: Um, from what I from what I remember.
- 9:38SPEAKER_04: Okay, so these are the very eyes and it's been verified by someone.
- 9:45SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 9:45SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 9:46unknown: Yep.
- 9:47SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: This one is submitted July 22nd, 2025, and happened just the month prior in June of 2025.
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: And it happened in Washington, if I didn't already say that.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: So it says, observed.
- 10:00SPEAKER_02: I was out camping with a buddy at the Wenatchee River along the bank, a couple miles down from the mouth of the riverslash lake.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: Nobody around us for days except for the occasional group of people floating or kayaking the river.
- 10:11SPEAKER_02: Our camp was up the cliffside from the river, so we had an awesome viewpoint across and down the river.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: Saturday night we were sitting around camp, relaxing and trying to get out of the sun as we had been in the water swimming and fishing all day.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: We were just having a normal conversation and my buddy's face went blank like he had seen a ghost.
- 10:26SPEAKER_02: I just kept talking and he wasn't responding, so after a minute or so, I go, What's going on?
- 10:31SPEAKER_02: He asked me to get up quickly and quietly and go grab the binoculars.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: I retrieve them, hand them to him, and he starts looking, looking again, staring through them, not saying a word or answering me.
- 10:43SPEAKER_02: About a minute after, just staring off through the binoculars, he starts pointing, goes, Look, down by my hand, you see those two trees on the tall tree line, and points at the tree in front of those, a very leafing looking tree, about twenty foot tall if I had to guess.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: He says, Look to the left of that tree and handed me the binoculars.
- 10:58SPEAKER_02: This is where it gets crazy.
- 11:00SPEAKER_02: I start looking through the binoculars and see a creature standing there on two legs, damn near half the height of the tree, so I'd guess eight to ten feet tall standing there.
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: He had very dark, reddish brown hair that covered its whole body except its face and hands.
- 11:13SPEAKER_02: It was super thick and wide, not just tall.
- 11:15SPEAKER_02: Its face looked very ape-like with its features, big mouth poking out, big old nose kind of flat, thus at the same time just very monkey ape-like.
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: As it is standing, it's using his arms hand and hands to move stuff around like branches and brush.
- 11:29SPEAKER_02: I shook my head in disbelief as to what I was seeing.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: When I looked back through the binoculars, I see the same thing I saw before.
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: As I'm looking this time, I asked my buddy, You saw whatever this is moving, right?
- 11:40SPEAKER_02: He goes, Oh yeah.
- 11:42SPEAKER_02: I hadn't seen its face until this point yet.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: The creature turned its head and I was just staring at its face just from the sun.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: I was mind blown at what I was seeing.
- 11:50SPEAKER_02: In that instant and looked over the river, scanned up the river a bit, looked straight up at us on top of the cliff, and it ducked down for about 15 seconds, then sprinted off into the woods on two legs upright.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: I regret not having my phone with me.
- 12:04SPEAKER_02: I will now be investing in a camera and investing some time in the area and searching until I find again.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: Until I find it again.
- 12:11SPEAKER_02: I've added coordinates, it'll be very close, but we'll go back for the exact place this weekend.
- 12:17SPEAKER_02: So was there a follow-up?
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: It was around 7 p.m.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: on June 26th, 70 degrees out, little to no clouds, sun was setting, but it was still bright enough.
- 12:28SPEAKER_04: No, but I mean he said he was gonna go back and like keep searching or whatever.
- 12:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, there's no no other follow-up.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: I think he can call off the search.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: I'm looking at what he saw right now.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: I think he's good.
- 12:41SPEAKER_04: Spotted in Salem.
- 12:43SPEAKER_04: The abs in the boobs.
- 12:45SPEAKER_04: That's that's what fits me.
- 12:46SPEAKER_04: Okay, so interesting.
- 12:48SPEAKER_02: This was spotted by both guys through binoculars.
- 12:51SPEAKER_04: So they have two people to verify it for their purposes.
- 12:54SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: Okay, so what do we think?
- 12:57SPEAKER_02: Should we read these on a creepy level and believability?
- 13:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean we gotta do the do the job.
- 13:02SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 13:04SPEAKER_04: You wanna go first?
- 13:06SPEAKER_04: Mr.
- 13:08SPEAKER_04: Squirtes?
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: I'll give it a two out of ten creepy.
- 13:19SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: I mean, some in binoculars, so pretty far away.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: He was chilling, doing his own thing.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: I mean it's like seeing a bear out in the distance.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: He's not he's not doing much.
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: But it looks at you.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but he doesn't do anything about it, so it's fine.
- 13:39SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: I mean if he's that far away, binoculars, I mean.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: Believability, I'll give it a uh a four out of ten.
- 13:52SPEAKER_04: Okay, why though?
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Because all we have is two dudes with some binoculars.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: Could've just made it up.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: I mean it's class B, right?
- 14:00SPEAKER_04: So it's no no, it's class A.
- 14:02SPEAKER_04: Class A.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: I thought class B was like a thousand feet away, whatever.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, there's no distance.
- 14:10SPEAKER_02: Class B is just it's dark, so you can't uh positively identify that it's not another animal.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean they didn't talk to it, so they didn't talk to it.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: I'll give it to yeah.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: Yep, quarter time.
- 14:25SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 14:25SPEAKER_04: Okay, so my creepy is higher.
- 14:30SPEAKER_04: Because even though it's far away.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: What's he gonna do?
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: Teleport?
- 14:36SPEAKER_04: Maybe he I don't know how fast I can go.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: Run at you on all fours.
- 14:40SPEAKER_04: Ma maybe.
- 14:41SPEAKER_04: Quadruped?
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: You could.
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: I wanted to be a quadruped big foot, but let the record show.
- 14:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I got you got a shirt and some square toes on your head.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: I don't got much.
- 14:54SPEAKER_04: So yeah, I think um creepy I'm I'm at like uh seven.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 15:00SPEAKER_04: But believability, I mean two people, they filed it, it was verified.
- 15:06SPEAKER_04: I think um seven out of ten.
- 15:08SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Verification is just calling the people and making sure they're real there, right?
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think so.
- 15:14SPEAKER_02: On that one, I didn't have any um researcher notes or follow-up.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: Okay, so okay, maybe at six.
- 15:20SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: Cause like they're not going to the same spot, seeing the same thing and saying, Yeah, I saw two.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Well, they're just giving them a call.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: Hey, are you alive?
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
- 15:29SPEAKER_04: I would have liked it if they would have gone back the next weekend and followed up and been able to give exact, you know, exact coordinates.
- 15:35SPEAKER_02: So they they talked about some big I don't I don't know how tree um if when you submit a report you're able to edit it.
- 15:43SPEAKER_02: I don't know if you're you can do that or if you have to email them and you know say I'd like to it might be a little more complicated than just going back and okay.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: So you you gave it like a news chopper out there.
- 15:57SPEAKER_04: He provided coordinates.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Okay, let's go.
- 15:59SPEAKER_04: So I think this one would be a snort.
- 16:01SPEAKER_04: It would qualify as a snort.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, they didn't smell it, so no.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Usually Bigfoot has a pungent snow.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: That's true.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: Stinky.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: Stinky.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 16:15SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 16:15SPEAKER_02: On to the next one.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: This thing's itchy.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: So itchy.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: This thing's mad itchy.
- 16:20SPEAKER_04: I actually was thinking we should rate the itchy.
- 16:22SPEAKER_04: I gotta I don't know.
- 16:23SPEAKER_04: Can I write the sweat?
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: I gotta like scratch my toes.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: Can I write the sweat that's running down my back right now?
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 16:31SPEAKER_04: We're gonna rate at the end how uncomfortable we are.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: I really hope this video works out.
- 16:38SPEAKER_02: Submitted November 2012, but it happened January 2008.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: Wait.
- 16:44SPEAKER_02: And this happened in Unumclaw?
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: Not about the core.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: No.
- 16:53SPEAKER_03: Misty Copsy, I think.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: So they waited four years.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this believability is already tanking.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
- 17:00SPEAKER_02: Garrett's done.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: It's already in the gutter.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: So this last one happened in Shillan County, and this one's happening in Kin King County.
- 17:08SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Wow, okay.
- 17:11SPEAKER_02: So they observed.
- 17:13SPEAKER_02: I was driving down a gravel road late at night, and this big black thing ran across the road.
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: I instantly got chills, especially because it looked at me while darting across the road.
- 17:21SPEAKER_02: It had a face I will never forget.
- 17:23SPEAKER_02: It did not run on two legs, however, more like on feet and hands, not knees and hands and feet and hands.
- 17:31SPEAKER_02: So does that make sense?
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: So it was just bouncing on all fours?
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: No, it wasn't like, you know, like a cat walks.
- 17:41SPEAKER_02: It was doing kind of like bouncing.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: It was like a butt.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: Like a bunny type.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:45SPEAKER_02: If that makes sense.
- 17:47SPEAKER_02: But a quadruped bigfoot.
- 17:49SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 17:49SPEAKER_02: Behind my house, I would always hear what sounds like hammering and screaming late at night in the woods.
- 17:55unknown: What?
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: Time and conditions.
- 17:57SPEAKER_02: The visual incident was in the winter.
- 17:59SPEAKER_02: It was a clear night, probably 11 p.m.
- 18:01SPEAKER_02: and it was right in my headlights, very close.
- 18:04SPEAKER_02: Environment, trees, and hiking trails.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: So this has a follow-up investigation report by BFRO investigator Chris Gonzalez.
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: Who provides us a little more detail.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, Chris.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Four years later, what's going on here?
- 18:16SPEAKER_02: Witness was a pro approximately 17 years old at the time of her sighting and is now 21.
- 18:20SPEAKER_02: She seemed intelligent and sincere during our conversation on December 19th.
- 18:24SPEAKER_02: Witness was delivering newspapers in her vehicle around midnight.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: She saw a huge black creature walk on all fours out on the road.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: The creature stopped for about one to two seconds in the middle and stared at her.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: She described the animal as having black, medium-length hair.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: The eyes were shining yellow in her headlights.
- 18:39SPEAKER_02: She could only describe the face as ape-like and hairless.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: She described the body tap type as large as an adult cow, but in a human form.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: Hairless?
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: It the face is a hairless.
- 18:50SPEAKER_02: It then walked quickly into the bush and was not seen again.
- 18:53SPEAKER_02: The witness quickly drove away.
- 18:55SPEAKER_02: The witness has also heard strange screams and what sounds like hammering in the woods behind her father's house over the years that she lived in with him in Unumclaw.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: She has also heard what she describes as someone walking on the gravel driveway late at night.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: Her father always told her that it was just the usual wildlife and that everything was alright.
- 19:11SPEAKER_02: The road crossing incident was within 20 miles of her father's house.
- 19:15SPEAKER_02: The road crossing incident occurred very near Flaming Geyser State Park and Black Diamond State Park.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: The terrain is very well suited for a large amount of wild animals and plenty of food and shelter.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: It is my opinion that based on the description given by the witness and the location of the incident, that she did see a Bigfoot creature, not a bear, cow, or a human in a costume.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: Human in a costume was would be pretty funny.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: So you said quadruped big Bigfoot.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: I had to throw one in there.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: That's a good one.
- 19:43SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's weird though.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: Like bounding like a bunny.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure bears run normally like cats do.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure apes do the same thing.
- 19:53SPEAKER_02: I mean, but if it gets to a high speed, maybe it just looks like Yeah.
- 19:59SPEAKER_02: They're not trotting.
- 20:01SPEAKER_04: And I don't think it'd be weird the animal would look at something like headlights because that's coming at it.
- 20:07SPEAKER_04: I mean, right?
- 20:07SPEAKER_04: We we see that with like domestic cats we see in the in the road.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: I don't um I wonder why they rode off bear so fast.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: I feel like that'd be pretty easy.
- 20:18SPEAKER_02: Because they saw its face.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: They saw this.
- 20:22SPEAKER_02: It does not look like a bear, bro.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: I mean, yeah, I guess bears don't have like the broccoli hair.
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 20:30SPEAKER_04: That looks like I'm like balding Bigfoot.
- 20:33SPEAKER_04: That's not you had like a matted tuft of grossness.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: You got a toupee?
- 20:38SPEAKER_04: I'm middle-aged Bigfoot.
- 20:40SPEAKER_04: Um yeah.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: I mean, interesting.
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: I I just feel like if she was driving at a speed and this guy was going at another speed, I feel like the features would kinda kind of blend in.
- 20:55SPEAKER_04: Yeah, the interaction would be brilliant.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: It'd be fast.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: Wind headlights is dark.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: I feel like it'd be bear.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: Really?
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: Because bears have like the tan face.
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: But like when a deer crosses in front of you, you don't say, Oh, that's a that's a dog.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: And I wouldn't say, oh, that's Bigfoot.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: I'd say, oh, it's a bear.
- 21:19SPEAKER_04: Okay, so I would So what's your creepy?
- 21:22SPEAKER_01: It's just a huge animal.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: It's gotta be a bear.
- 21:24SPEAKER_04: What's your creepy unbelievability on this one?
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: Um I'll give it a I'll give it a uh a two out of ten creepy.
- 21:37SPEAKER_03: What?
- 21:38SPEAKER_03: That's it?
- 21:38SPEAKER_03: It's running on on all fours.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I'm in a speeding vehicle that weighs like how many tons?
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: Like I'm I think I got that.
- 21:47SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And if need be, I could always like run away too.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: But that thing's flying by me.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: I mean, that'd be scary if I hit it, but.
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: I don't think.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: I don't think it can be that it'd be that crazy.
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: I I mean I think it was a bear, which would be pretty scary, but again, I'm in a vehicle.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: Like I'm Okay, so creepy level is low.
- 22:09SPEAKER_02: Believability, what do you think?
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: Believability?
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: Um that she saw Bigfoot?
- 22:14SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Five out of ten.
- 22:20SPEAKER_02: That's not really the benefit of the doubt.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: It is though, like 50-50.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: I mean, she could have seen a bear, could have seen Bigfoot.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: I feel like it's pretty valid.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: I think it was I'm leaning more towards bear, but so it would be like a two out of ten, but I'm giving her the benefit, so it's five out of ten.
- 22:34SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 22:34SPEAKER_04: Mom.
- 22:36SPEAKER_04: Um, creepy is way up there only because of the other things that she said.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: You know, they're living in Okay, well that, yeah, that is crazy.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: The screams and the hammering.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:47SPEAKER_04: What's going on in the woods?
- 22:49SPEAKER_04: Um, I'm c I'm creeped out.
- 22:50SPEAKER_04: Bigfoot.
- 22:51SPEAKER_04: I don't love that they waited so long to report.
- 22:54SPEAKER_04: I think that's doesn't make sense.
- 22:57SPEAKER_04: But okay, so I'll give it creepy like six or seven.
- 23:01SPEAKER_04: Pretty creepy.
- 23:02SPEAKER_04: But believability is mine's pretty low.
- 23:05SPEAKER_04: Garrett's gonna give her the benefit, but I'm gonna say believability for me is like four.
- 23:10SPEAKER_04: Like if if someone was hearing screaming and hammering the woods, they that should be checked out.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: I mean, those are noises consistently associated with Bigfoot.
- 23:21SPEAKER_04: Bigfoot wields a hammer?
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: No, just like making loud.
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: Bigfoot the forge.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: He's got a tool belt.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: Loud knocking noises and screams.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: But I remember that one Bigfoot story of the the couple in the in the trailer.
- 23:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 23:36SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: That had the windows open and Bigfoot was just out there mating on a tree or something.
- 23:40SPEAKER_04: Okay, okay, yeah.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: We don't doing something wild.
- 23:42SPEAKER_04: So I think this one gets a roar.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: Is that better than a than a snort?
- 23:49SPEAKER_04: No, it's worse.
- 23:50SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, I guess I'm not familiar with the scale.
- 23:53SPEAKER_04: Hal, snort, roar, and groan.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: So the last one got a snort.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: A snort snort?
- 23:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 24:03SPEAKER_04: Hal is the highest.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: We're giving that a three out of four?
- 24:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: That for that one.
- 24:09SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 24:10SPEAKER_02: On to the onto the next term.
- 24:12SPEAKER_02: So this is our last Washington story before we get into Oregon.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: So this was submitted January 2001, but it happened July of 1981.
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: 20 years?
- 24:23SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 24:25SPEAKER_02: So this happened in Wash Stevens County, Washington.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: In Colville, Washington.
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: In late June slash early July of 1981, I was staying at a friend's home in the Colville, Washington area.
- 24:38SPEAKER_02: I was sleeping on the floor near the window in the downstairs bedroom of my friend's home.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: The windows are tall and narrow groups, three three below, three above, with a heavy wood beam dividing them.
- 24:48SPEAKER_02: The second set of windows are seven, eight feet from the outside ground.
- 24:52SPEAKER_02: I awoke to the sound of a loud grumbling slash humming type noise, hard to describe and unlike anything I've ever heard before.
- 24:58SPEAKER_02: I looked up and saw something looking in the upper window.
- 25:02SPEAKER_02: I saw shoulder and arm and the side of a hand as if someone were cupping it to look in.
- 25:06SPEAKER_02: But I saw only an outline, but the head was large and with a wide neck and broad shoulders.
- 25:12SPEAKER_02: The arm looked very muscular.
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: I was terrified, trying to wake up my friend who was in a nearby bed.
- 25:17SPEAKER_02: A gun was located on the other side of the room where she could reach it, but I could not and I was too scared to go for it.
- 25:22SPEAKER_02: My friend did not fully wake and see this incident, but mumbled something about it possibly being a drunk neighbor who sometimes came around.
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: What?
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: My friend rolled over and went back to sleep.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: I had met this neighbor previously, and he was about 5'11 and very skinny.
- 25:36SPEAKER_02: This was not the neighbor.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: In order to see into the window, this thing would have had to be very tall, at least seven feet tall, and there's no object outside for it to stand on.
- 25:45SPEAKER_02: The thing looked in for about a minute, I'm guessing at the length of time, I was very frightened, then left.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: I heard it walking outside around the side of the house.
- 25:54SPEAKER_02: I heard it walk into the woods and resume making the deep sing song type humming sound.
- 25:58SPEAKER_02: When my husband and friends and friend's husband returned from their night shift at work the next morning, we looked for prints or any indent indentations and found nothing as the dirt was packed hard.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: I know this was not the neighbor, but cannot say for sure what it was.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: Only that it that it was big and I was very frightened.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: Too scared to grab the gun to protect yourself?
- 26:19SPEAKER_02: Well, if you move, what if it didn't see you before and then it like you would have moved and it would have seen you?
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: Nah, that's some horror movie logic.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: Can't get to the protection?
- 26:32SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 26:32SPEAKER_04: Somebody's reaching their arm in.
- 26:33SPEAKER_04: Come on.
- 26:34SPEAKER_04: No, no.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: They're looking in the window.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, give them something to look at.
- 26:40SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: Okay, believability and creepy.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: I mean, I can't believe your friend let you sleep on the floor.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: She was chilling a bed.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: Tell me you guys couldn't share?
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: Come on now.
- 26:54SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: I'll give it a 8 out of 10 creepy.
- 27:00unknown: What?
- 27:02SPEAKER_04: Because it's so close?
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: No, because No, that's in Washington.
- 27:07SPEAKER_04: No, I mean s so close to the person when they're experiencing it.
- 27:12SPEAKER_04: They're not in a moving car, they're not thousand feet away.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: No, I mean because whether it's Bigfoot or a person, someone's peering into my room.
- 27:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I agree.
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: That's pretty but it's pretty big no no.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: Um it's also creepy that the friend lets you sleep on the floor.
- 27:28SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 27:29SPEAKER_04: Or they didn't wake up.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, it could be drug.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm saying.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, a person, Bigfoot, it doesn't matter.
- 27:38SPEAKER_01: Like honestly, humans more concerning, probably.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: Believability, um.
- 27:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean.
- 27:48SPEAKER_04: Sure, it could happen.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 27:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:50SPEAKER_04: I'm with you.
- 27:52SPEAKER_04: Seven out of ten.
- 27:52SPEAKER_04: Same numbers.
- 27:54SPEAKER_04: Same numbers?
- 27:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 27:55SPEAKER_04: Really?
- 27:55SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 27:56SPEAKER_04: I mean, but it's but it's not for me, it's not a Bigfoot story.
- 27:59SPEAKER_04: It's uh someone peering in the window story.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: That's home invasion type story.
- 28:04SPEAKER_04: But it's creepy regardless.
- 28:05SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's creepy regardless.
- 28:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 28:07SPEAKER_04: So that one gets actually the howl.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: I guess the only suspicious thing is the the window's seven feet off the ground.
- 28:18SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: So unless one Ben Yama's trying to break in, I'm trying to figure out who like the drunk neighbor must have some basketball players over or something, but could be Bigfoot.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: Leaning towards that way.
- 28:35SPEAKER_02: Okay, this next story happened and was submitted in the fall of 2010.
- 28:40SPEAKER_02: And this is in Oregon in Josephine County.
- 28:43SPEAKER_02: Okay, so Eastern Oregon, okay.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: Game close.
- 28:47SPEAKER_02: We're back we're to the Oregon stories now.
- 28:49SPEAKER_02: So we did the Washington once and now we're to the Oregon once.
- 28:52SPEAKER_02: It was about 7 15 a.m.
- 28:53SPEAKER_02: in Orva Cast, but had just stopped raining.
- 28:55SPEAKER_02: I was hunting near Hugo, Oregon, and I was about half a mile from where I parked my vehicle walking on an ATV trail.
- 29:01SPEAKER_02: It was still mostly dark, and I had my flashlight in my hand but turned off.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: I was trying to be quiet as possible while walking quickly because I wanted to make good time to a favorite clearing without spooking any deer that may be in the area.
- 29:13SPEAKER_02: As I was walking, I saw a very large animal walking upright in front of me across the trail about ten yards.
- 29:18SPEAKER_02: It didn't appear to be running, but expanded the distance of about 15 to 20 feet in two strides from left to right of the trail.
- 29:25SPEAKER_02: It did so without making any noise that I can remember.
- 29:28SPEAKER_02: I instantly froze and clicked on the flashlight.
- 29:30SPEAKER_02: What I saw made my hand hair stand on end.
- 29:33SPEAKER_02: I saw a large, muscular, dark fur covered animal that looked to be about seven to seven and a half feet tall.
- 29:39SPEAKER_02: I guess it would be around 500 pounds.
- 29:41SPEAKER_02: I've seen a few bears and I know positively that it was not a bear.
- 29:45SPEAKER_02: It was maybe 20 yards away from me and moving quickly down the hillside and into the trees.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: The entire encounter lasted just a few seconds.
- 29:52SPEAKER_02: I don't believe it looked back at me, so I don't know what its face looked like.
- 29:55SPEAKER_02: I was fixated on its body.
- 29:57SPEAKER_02: It never made any threatening movements toward me, but I had never been that scared in my life.
- 30:01SPEAKER_02: I quickly turned around and quickly walked back to my vehicle and left.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: Smart person.
- 30:07SPEAKER_02: No, is there a follow-up?
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: So there's a follow-up by BFRO investigator Trace Tabor.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: He said, I contacted the witness.
- 30:16SPEAKER_02: Our conversations were by email and by phone.
- 30:18SPEAKER_02: I found him to be articulate and able to recall the events of the day without hesitation.
- 30:23SPEAKER_02: As he recalled his encounter, he admitted to having goosebumps as he told me what happened.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: After much questioning, I'm able to add the following to his encounter in his own words.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: End quotes.
- 30:32SPEAKER_02: The ambient light was very low, and the only way I even saw it was because I was walking slightly uphill on a ridge, and I noticed something very large moving against the clouds.
- 30:41SPEAKER_02: When I turned on the flashlight, it was wet and dark brown almost black fur.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: When it walked, its legs were bent, torso slightly hunched over, and the body seemed kind of d to kind of glide and didn't bounce like people do.
- 30:53SPEAKER_02: Its arms were long to the side of its body and swung like a person.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: I don't remember what its hand looked like, sorry.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: I have no idea if it was a male or female or how old it was.
- 31:02SPEAKER_02: It was just big and muscular with a big rear end.
- 31:04SPEAKER_02: Its head looked like it was sitting almost directly on its shoulders.
- 31:07SPEAKER_02: I want to say its head looked pointy, but I'm not positive.
- 31:11SPEAKER_02: There's one more thing I'd like to add but forgot to say.
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: I had a camera with me, but the encounter was so short-lived that even if I remembered the camera, there was no way I could have taken a picture.
- 31:21SPEAKER_02: I used to think with all the digital cameras out there that Sasquatch couldn't exist because there'd be tons of pictures, but now I see why that isn't true.
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: End quotes.
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: The witness stated to me he watched a big foot cover twenty-four twenty-five or so yards in less than five seconds, but noted it didn't seem in a hurry.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: He was an avid nonbeliever prior to this encounter, having spent a great deal of time in the woods and had not had any similar experiences.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: He's now changed his mind and stated he will see the area where he had steer in a whole new light from now on.
- 31:49SPEAKER_02: I believe the witness has retold his encounter as it happened, and I am convinced what he saw was indeed Bigfoot.
- 31:55SPEAKER_02: And the witness also drew sketch.
- 31:59SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 32:00SPEAKER_01: Wow, Bigfoot's got a wagon.
- 32:02SPEAKER_04: He's got a big ass.
- 32:04SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 32:05SPEAKER_01: He's got thunder thighs, too.
- 32:08SPEAKER_02: But uh Liam's neck and he doesn't have a neck.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: That's what he said.
- 32:11SPEAKER_02: The head is sitting directly on his shoulders.
- 32:13SPEAKER_01: Looks like the beast titan.
- 32:15SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 32:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, Liam's doing his measurements.
- 32:20SPEAKER_04: Liam's gonna do his measurements this week.
- 32:22SPEAKER_04: Maybe um that that's like uh Liam's goal right there.
- 32:27SPEAKER_04: But show the audience.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Whyin.
- 32:34SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 32:34SPEAKER_04: That's a nice behind Bigfoot.
- 32:39SPEAKER_02: Maybe I'm dressed up as a beast titan.
- 32:42SPEAKER_04: It's close enough.
- 32:43SPEAKER_02: I'll start throwing rocks.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, this is the this is the best one yet.
- 32:47SPEAKER_04: Okay, so um okay, let's do creepy and believability.
- 32:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean my creepy's way up there because you know it's the woods and and it's close.
- 32:59SPEAKER_04: I mean ten feet and it's dark at night.
- 33:01SPEAKER_04: Even ten yards, it's yeah, it's dark.
- 33:05SPEAKER_04: So I'm an eight or nine.
- 33:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was seven fifteen in the morning.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: Would you be walking with your flashlight off though?
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: If you couldn't see in front of you.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: If he was a deer hunter and he wasn't he didn't want to disturb the deer.
- 33:16SPEAKER_02: No, I know, I'm asking Mama.
- 33:18SPEAKER_04: Well, okay, uh well you're asking me, and then you know I wouldn't be anywhere.
- 33:22SPEAKER_04: That has anything to do with that.
- 33:24SPEAKER_04: Um, would a normal person potentially?
- 33:26SPEAKER_04: Maybe.
- 33:26SPEAKER_04: Maybe if they were just following the trail, you know, and they kind of knew where they were going.
- 33:32SPEAKER_04: 715, it's gotta be the way almost getting light.
- 33:36SPEAKER_04: So creepy for me up there.
- 33:38SPEAKER_04: Believability.
- 33:40SPEAKER_04: I mean, I guess it's an account that's been verified.
- 33:45SPEAKER_04: Verified at least in part.
- 33:46SPEAKER_04: So seven or eight.
- 33:48SPEAKER_04: I think it's I mean, seems like a plausible story.
- 33:50SPEAKER_04: I don't the picture actually if I wouldn't have seen the picture, I would have probably believed it more now that I see the picture.
- 33:57SPEAKER_04: That picture uh Bigfoot, if you're out there, you got a nice behind Liam.
- 34:04SPEAKER_04: Liam wants to know what your glute routine is.
- 34:07SPEAKER_02: Um what does Bigfoot eat?
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: If Is he a vegetarian or is he a carnivore?
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm sure he's an omnivore.
- 34:20SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 34:22SPEAKER_02: I'm just curious.
- 34:24SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry, no one else is wondering that?
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: No, I mean he's eating a lot of plants.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Probably just eating what he can.
- 34:29SPEAKER_04: I was just thinking if he has a if he has a butt that big that's a berry's butt.
- 34:35SPEAKER_04: Really?
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: Dude's eating ice cream.
- 34:39SPEAKER_04: That that's not a that's not a bat, you know.
- 34:42SPEAKER_02: He's protein maxing for sure.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: No, that's not protein.
- 34:45SPEAKER_02: Bigfoot cop protein maxing looks max.
- 34:48SPEAKER_04: Okay, what's your creepy invalidability?
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: I'll give it a six out of ten creepy level.
- 34:55SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: I feel like it'd be less creepy and more surprising.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: I mean he wasn't just like the other ones, like Bigfoot's not running at you.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: He's not he's not making hostile movements, he's just doing his own thing.
- 35:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: Believability, I'll give this one like a nine.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: Woo! Yeah, this one's actually pretty believable.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: I mean earned it.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: I can appreciate how the guy didn't like try to make up something about what his face looked like because the whole time he was saying it was moving away from him.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: Um that adds some credibility.
- 35:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah, the story adds up.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: The caboose is new.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's a that's a new development, and that that'd be something pretty hard to come up with.
- 35:43SPEAKER_04: So we've heard about the tie d's and the right?
- 35:46SPEAKER_04: I mean, we've seen that the chisel dabs and spin-in accounts, but but that behind.
- 35:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that that thing.
- 35:55SPEAKER_04: But but what I was surprised about, he didn't say anything about the smell.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: Two blinks.
- 36:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so far none of them have said anything about a smell.
- 36:03SPEAKER_04: Which we've heard in all the other accounts.
- 36:06SPEAKER_04: I mean, all the others, the ones from Reddit.
- 36:08SPEAKER_04: I know, we just have to figure that out.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: Well, maybe the Reddit ones were fake.
- 36:12SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so maybe it's a regional.
- 36:14SPEAKER_02: Well, let's find out.
- 36:16SPEAKER_02: What's our next story?
- 36:17SPEAKER_02: This one was submitted in June of 2005, but it happened in June of 2003.
- 36:22SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 36:23SPEAKER_02: And this happened in Marion County and Detroit, Oregon.
- 36:27SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 36:27SPEAKER_02: Now we're close to home.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: Oh, but see not there anymore.
- 36:31SPEAKER_04: Okay, I'm already uh have an opinion on this already.
- 36:33SPEAKER_04: Wait, why?
- 36:34SPEAKER_04: I'll tell you when I'll tell you when we're ready.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, because you've seen him there?
- 36:38SPEAKER_04: No, because it all burnt down.
- 36:41SPEAKER_04: And there there was no no one's ever found any evidence of were they looking?
- 36:48SPEAKER_04: Well, as they've been like rebuilding and re restoring, you you're telling me that they would never come across a bone that was, you know, twice the size of a regular bone or I mean it's a forest fire, they can run away.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: It could be deeper in the forest.
- 37:04SPEAKER_02: No.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: If this guy's going 15 yards in a second, like you can move.
- 37:10SPEAKER_04: No, the fire burned too fast.
- 37:12SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 37:13SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 37:14SPEAKER_04: Holy Okay, I'll I'll I'll put my I'll put that to the side.
- 37:17SPEAKER_04: Let me pretend I don't know.
- 37:20SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 37:21SPEAKER_02: I believe it was in June of 2003 when I was fishing on the Brightonbush River, approximately four miles upstreet from upstream from Detroit, Oregon.
- 37:29SPEAKER_02: The river flows through a fairly steep gorge at this point.
- 37:32SPEAKER_02: Because of a hip replacement I had less than a year before, I moved very slowly and deliberately down the river.
- 37:37SPEAKER_02: The weather was clear and the ground was dry.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: The river was approximately 50 feet wide, 50 feet wide, swift, and could be as deep as 10 feet.
- 37:45SPEAKER_02: I'd been fishing for about 15 minutes when I heard a loud branch snap across the river.
- 37:49SPEAKER_02: In retrospect, I would say the snap sounded like a dry three-inch branch snapping.
- 37:54SPEAKER_02: I placed the sound about 20 feet up the bank.
- 37:57SPEAKER_02: Since I was armed and very immobile with my bad hip, I decided to continue fishing.
- 38:01SPEAKER_02: My thought was that there was a bear or elk in the thick brush.
- 38:04SPEAKER_02: I kept an eye on the other bank but soon lost interest.
- 38:07SPEAKER_02: I then heard a second loud snap, similar to the first.
- 38:10SPEAKER_02: Now, whatever it was had my attention.
- 38:13SPEAKER_02: There was something big across the river and the brush.
- 38:15SPEAKER_02: However, I was armed and separated by the river.
- 38:18SPEAKER_02: I continued to fish with my eye on the other side.
- 38:21SPEAKER_02: As I continuously skinned the area, I observed what I first thought was a man move from right to left through a clearing near the source of the sound.
- 38:29SPEAKER_02: The sighting lasted only about three seconds.
- 38:31SPEAKER_02: There was no sound as it moved.
- 38:33SPEAKER_02: My actual thought was, oh, there's a man over there.
- 38:36SPEAKER_02: And then I thought, damn, he was a big one.
- 38:40SPEAKER_02: I was approximately twenty five yards away when I saw it.
- 38:43SPEAKER_02: As my mind digested the information, I realized that what I saw had the profile of a Sasquatch.
- 38:48SPEAKER_02: I remember a barrel chest, no neck, and that it was bipedal.
- 38:52SPEAKER_02: I climbed over the hill to my car to drive up to the other side.
- 38:56SPEAKER_02: No way could I cross directly.
- 38:58SPEAKER_02: Approximately one quarter of a mile upstream, I found a place to park in a path.
- 39:02SPEAKER_02: The path along the river was well above the point where I spotted it.
- 39:05SPEAKER_02: Because of my hip, I could not cut through the brush to the river.
- 39:08SPEAKER_02: There was no lower path.
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: Okay, and then we have a phone.
- 39:12SPEAKER_02: By BFR and bar BFRO investigator Dr.
- 39:15SPEAKER_02: Wolf H.
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: Farenback.
- 39:18SPEAKER_02: The second snapping sound fixed the whist fixed the witness's attention on the other side of the river.
- 39:23SPEAKER_02: Because he was looking in that direction, he was able to see the animals that walked about twenty feet through an opening between trees, approximately ten feet up from the river's edge.
- 39:31SPEAKER_02: The witness only saw an animal from the waist up, but remarked on his classic sasquich sasquatch appearance.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: The witness defined the location with topo zone.
- 39:39SPEAKER_02: I don't know what that means.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: That's all that's all we have.
- 39:44SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 39:46SPEAKER_02: Nope.
- 39:48SPEAKER_01: Wow, so there's different types of uh fitness influencers in the in the bigfoot community.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: This one was a a chest, chess guy.
- 39:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 39:55SPEAKER_02: That's you.
- 39:56SPEAKER_04: Like there, yeah.
- 39:57SPEAKER_04: That's what you got.
- 39:57SPEAKER_04: Chess guy.
- 39:58SPEAKER_04: What you got?
- 39:58SPEAKER_02: Beer pack and you yeah, if you wanted a visual on what this guy saw.
- 40:03SPEAKER_02: This is this is it.
- 40:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, you kinda got a neck though.
- 40:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 40:07SPEAKER_04: Oh.
- 40:08SPEAKER_04: Well, you gotta look like us because these things are tight and we we can't hardly fit our heads through these tiny little or like little pilgrims.
- 40:16SPEAKER_04: Believability and creepy.
- 40:18SPEAKER_04: Creepy, no.
- 40:19SPEAKER_04: Sorry.
- 40:20SPEAKER_04: Really?
- 40:21SPEAKER_04: Yeah, for me zero.
- 40:23SPEAKER_04: I mean, I'm sorry.
- 40:24SPEAKER_04: I I heard a tree snapping, a dry, a three, a three-inch diameter dry.
- 40:29SPEAKER_04: What what does that sound like?
- 40:30SPEAKER_04: Versus a sounds like a No, it sounds like a man.
- 40:34SPEAKER_02: Well, I kept fishing.
- 40:37SPEAKER_02: I got my gun on me and I have fish.
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: No, the guy fish fear me, woman warm me.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: I shouldn't be fishing when I have a hip replacement, but my wife wouldn't.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I can't I can't I can't move, but I'm gonna go chase.
- 40:48SPEAKER_01: Let me go get my boat and go fishing.
- 40:50SPEAKER_04: Chase down a Sasquatch.
- 40:52SPEAKER_02: No, I don't think I think he was fishing in the like fly fishing.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:56SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 40:56SPEAKER_04: It wasn't in a boat.
- 40:57SPEAKER_04: Well, no one should be doing that with the hip.
- 40:59SPEAKER_04: Okay, anyway.
- 40:59SPEAKER_01: Let's let's You know, I thought it might be a bear in the brush over there, so I kind of just kept an eye on it and then I I forgot.
- 41:06SPEAKER_04: I don't move too well these days, but don't worry, I got an eye on it.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: But when I then I don't move too well, so I start shooting.
- 41:13SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna go up a hill with the pieces on me.
- 41:16SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna go up a hill with a bad hip and get in my car and go to the other side and see if I can find it.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: You couldn't cut across the brush because it's bad hip.
- 41:23SPEAKER_02: No, maybe his rationale was oh, maybe there is another path down there, so it must have been a person.
- 41:28SPEAKER_02: But when he got over to the other side, he realized there wasn't a path.
- 41:31SPEAKER_02: He said it was a Sasquatch down to the river.
- 41:33SPEAKER_04: I think it was what the description?
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: No, no.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: What was his uh his recollection?
- 41:38SPEAKER_01: Damn, that's a big one.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Must be a big dude.
- 41:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, creepy zero.
- 41:46SPEAKER_04: Sorry, I'm not creeped out by it.
- 41:47SPEAKER_01: Oh no.
- 41:48SPEAKER_04: Believability two.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 41:52SPEAKER_04: I I'm sorry, even the researcher that there was no he the researcher even said animal.
- 41:58SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think Sasquatch is considered an animal though.
- 42:00SPEAKER_01: He's not human.
- 42:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he was able to see the animal.
- 42:03SPEAKER_01: The animal.
- 42:04SPEAKER_01: I mean a chimpanzee's an animal.
- 42:07SPEAKER_04: Okay, well then.
- 42:07SPEAKER_04: Ape's an animal.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: I know, but an ape's an animal, like Sasquatch would be an animal too, wouldn't he?
- 42:13SPEAKER_02: Did they have bears in Detroit?
- 42:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:15SPEAKER_02: Like what could it have been if it wasn't a Bigfoot?
- 42:19SPEAKER_02: And I feel like um if I was a Bigfoot, I would definitely be up there.
- 42:22SPEAKER_01: Could have been Tom.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: It's so forested.
- 42:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I don't know.
- 42:28SPEAKER_04: There's not a lot of like Nope, that's nothing for me.
- 42:31SPEAKER_04: What about you, G?
- 42:34SPEAKER_04: I gotta get out of this hat.
- 42:35SPEAKER_04: We have one okay, we have one story left.
- 42:37SPEAKER_01: I'm giving it like a You can loosen it.
- 42:41SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'll give it like a a seven creepy level.
- 42:45SPEAKER_04: What?
- 42:46SPEAKER_01: If my if I had a bad hip and I'm fly fishing and there's something in the woods over there, even with a gun, that's pretty creepy.
- 42:53SPEAKER_04: You just kind of wouldn't drive over to go see it.
- 42:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't see so good, so I just nah yeah.
- 43:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, it it's creepy that he's on the road too, I guess.
- 43:07SPEAKER_01: It's creepy that he's allowed to handle a gun.
- 43:10unknown: True.
- 43:11SPEAKER_02: Nancy thinks I'm going to the store.
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: Drop down down to the fishing hole.
- 43:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: No, yeah, pretty creepy that like being out in nature and not being able to move too well.
- 43:23SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
- 43:24SPEAKER_02: Believability.
- 43:25SPEAKER_01: And then you yeah, you have a gun on you, but like what's like too.
- 43:30SPEAKER_02: Why do you have a gun on you when you're anyways when you're fishing?
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: Say a little 22.
- 43:34SPEAKER_02: Okay, believability.
- 43:35SPEAKER_02: Bigfoot.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: Um believability.
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm gonna give this like a seven.
- 43:40SPEAKER_01: This this sounds like classic dude.
- 43:44SPEAKER_01: This is just a dude being a dude.
- 43:45SPEAKER_04: That branch, three inch, three inch diameter.
- 43:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, that's yeah, it's such a dude thing.
- 43:51SPEAKER_01: Not only that, but dang, there's a human over there.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: Whoa, he's big.
- 43:55SPEAKER_01: Dang, he's got a good root workout routine.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: That's just a dude.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: Wow, barrel chested.
- 44:01SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 44:02SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay, but also a person wouldn't wear wouldn't have a shirt wouldn't not have a shirt on.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: Said who?
- 44:11SPEAKER_01: He could be going swimming.
- 44:13SPEAKER_02: Maybe, but like a a bear I don't have a shirt on half the time.
- 44:17SPEAKER_02: That's different.
- 44:18SPEAKER_01: You guys are lucky today.
- 44:19SPEAKER_02: But like you don't see a bear and think, oh, that's a barrel chusted.
- 44:24SPEAKER_02: That's a barrel chest.
- 44:25SPEAKER_02: You don't see a bear have this.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: Nah, but if I saw a dude with that, I'd be like, yeah, respect.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: Like you you worked for that.
- 44:33SPEAKER_01: You worked for it, flying it.
- 44:35SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 44:35SPEAKER_04: This one gets Mom for this one.
- 44:38SPEAKER_04: No, I guess I was hoping to give this only a groan.
- 44:41SPEAKER_04: Well no stored it too high.
- 44:42SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm starting to relate to this guy though.
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: Like, I might eat one of those pretty soon with all his golfing.
- 44:47SPEAKER_04: I I can I can tell.
- 44:49SPEAKER_04: Okay, this one gets a roar.
- 44:54SPEAKER_04: I find myself fishing.
- 44:55SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: This is this is the last one.
- 44:58SPEAKER_02: It happened and was submitted in December of 2003.
- 45:02SPEAKER_02: So this happened in Polk County.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 45:05SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: Happened in our backyard.
- 45:08SPEAKER_02: The nearest town was Grand Ronde.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: Wait, does this have to do with uh I was driving from Portland to Lincoln City to retrieve my work bag that I had left in Lincoln City over the weekend.
- 45:23SPEAKER_02: I left Portland at 3 a.m.
- 45:24SPEAKER_02: and had only had a coffee and donuts to eat.
- 45:27SPEAKER_02: There were not many other cars on the road.
- 45:29SPEAKER_02: Gotta go to the bathroom.
- 45:31SPEAKER_04: Oh Mom can relate to that.
- 45:39SPEAKER_01: Coffee and donuts.
- 45:41SPEAKER_04: That would be a roadside emergency.
- 45:45SPEAKER_04: Roadside emergency.
- 45:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, so we can relate to that, but not the guy fishing with a gun and a broken hip.
- 45:52SPEAKER_01: What?
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: I'm sweating so bad right now.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: The meat sweats or what?
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: And my hands smell like that's somewhere sandwiched.
- 46:02SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 46:03SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 46:03SPEAKER_02: There were not many other cars on the road at all, none that were going in a westerly direction that were inside of me, and only about two cars passed me between Spirit Mountain and the site where I had my sighting.
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: I was driving about 50 miles per 55 miles per hour and had my bright lights on and had just come over a rise in the road shortly after you start down back the backside of Murphy Hill Summit.
- 46:24SPEAKER_02: As I crested the rise out in the distance, I saw what I thought at the time was a deer on the left shoulder of the road about 200 yards out from me.
- 46:32SPEAKER_02: I slowed down to 40 miles an hour or so because I didn't want it to jump in front of me, or if there were other deer in the area, I might spook them into the road.
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: As I got within 75 yards of the object, it began to move across the road from left to right.
- 46:46SPEAKER_02: That is, when I saw that it was not a deer and that it might be a bear, which I have seen cross the road before.
- 46:52SPEAKER_02: But this was way different.
- 46:54SPEAKER_02: The object was hunched over slightly.
- 46:57SPEAKER_02: The object was hunched over slightly and was on two legs and cleared the road in about four steps.
- 47:02SPEAKER_02: The best way to describe the color was dark brown to black.
- 47:05SPEAKER_02: I would guess the hair to be about four or five inches.
- 47:08SPEAKER_02: The arms looked to come down to the mid-thigh area.
- 47:11SPEAKER_02: I did not see my arms come down the mid-thigh area.
- 47:17SPEAKER_02: I did not see the face except for there seemed to be a deer like shine coming from the face.
- 47:23SPEAKER_02: The height was about seven feet as it disappeared over the edge of the road to the right.
- 47:27SPEAKER_02: I was about fifty yards away at this time.
- 47:30SPEAKER_02: I was starting to feel pretty weird.
- 47:32SPEAKER_01: I bet.
- 47:33SPEAKER_01: Like donuts and coffee.
- 47:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, good lord, bro.
- 47:36SPEAKER_02: I was starting to feel pretty Yeah.
- 47:39SPEAKER_02: Their stomach was probably doing Like this was something I had never seen.
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: Hard to explain the feeling as I passed the spot where it went over the bank.
- 47:45SPEAKER_02: I tried to look over and see where it had gone.
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: I was going about 20 miles an hour, 25 miles an hour now.
- 47:51SPEAKER_02: As I went about 20 yards past the spot and stopped, I then reversed my car to the spot where I'd seen it go over the bank.
- 47:58SPEAKER_02: I stopped my car and left the engine running.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: I had my window rolled down slightly for airflow as I was driving.
- 48:03SPEAKER_02: When I stopped, I could smell a musty type smell.
- 48:06SPEAKER_02: Not real bad, but strong enough to notice.
- 48:09SPEAKER_02: I could hear some movement in the brush, but not a lot because of the car noise and the fact that my window was only down two or three inches on the left side when the object was now on my right.
- 48:19SPEAKER_02: I had a really strong feeling that I was being watched.
- 48:22SPEAKER_02: Every hair on my body was rigid.
- 48:23SPEAKER_02: I had goosebumps over my whole body.
- 48:25SPEAKER_02: I have them now as I write about this.
- 48:27SPEAKER_02: Not as bad, but the chills.
- 48:29SPEAKER_02: Keep driving.
- 48:30SPEAKER_02: I decided then that it would be a really good time to leave, so I drove off as fast as my metro would go.
- 48:35SPEAKER_02: I made it to Lincoln City at 6 a.m.
- 48:37SPEAKER_02: and had about ten cars past me going east on the highway 18 in that time.
- 48:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you and your geo metro.
- 48:43SPEAKER_02: When I got there, I went to my girlfriend's to get my bag and was going to come right back to Portland to work, and to instead I stayed until 9 a.m.
- 48:50SPEAKER_02: and then left to go back.
- 48:51SPEAKER_02: As I drove by the spot, I thought about stopping but decided against it.
- 48:55SPEAKER_02: I know the area well though because I had helped a lady who rolled a car off the road in the same area many years ago.
- 49:00SPEAKER_02: The bank that is there goes about seven feet down on both sides and is swampy in some places.
- 49:05SPEAKER_02: I lived in Lincoln City for many years and have spent time in the woods alone and with others, and I've never felt anything like this, and I don't know what to make of it, except for it being Bigfoot.
- 49:14SPEAKER_02: No bear walks on its back legs like this.
- 49:17SPEAKER_02: If you want to see the spot, I can take you there.
- 49:19SPEAKER_02: Just let me know.
- 49:19SPEAKER_02: Also, I drive the stretch of road two times, sometimes more a week.
- 49:23SPEAKER_02: Jeez.
- 49:24SPEAKER_02: And was that verified?
- 49:26SPEAKER_02: Did someone go out and no no research, no BFRO verification or follow-up on that one.
- 49:36SPEAKER_01: Okay, first off, this lady thinks we're all cops.
- 49:39SPEAKER_01: I was going 55 miles.
- 49:41SPEAKER_01: No, you weren't, dude.
- 49:42SPEAKER_01: No, you weren't.
- 49:43SPEAKER_01: I hope you weren't.
- 49:44SPEAKER_01: 55 miles an hour on the highway?
- 49:46SPEAKER_03: I think it was a man.
- 49:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, why would you say lady?
- 49:49SPEAKER_03: I thought it was a man.
- 49:50SPEAKER_01: My fault.
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: My fault.
- 49:54SPEAKER_01: My fault team.
- 49:58SPEAKER_01: I should have known by the way the guy was like, oh yeah, it's 75 yards away.
- 50:02SPEAKER_01: As if that just like in his head.
- 50:03SPEAKER_01: He's like, oh, you know, this is probably about a wedge.
- 50:05SPEAKER_02: Hey, but that would also be a perfect area for Bigfoot though.
- 50:08SPEAKER_01: A highway?
- 50:09SPEAKER_02: No, but like that stretch that stretch of woods.
- 50:12SPEAKER_02: I agree.
- 50:12SPEAKER_02: That's like spooky over there.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Spear Mountain.
- 50:15SPEAKER_00: Well, was he just stopping in?
- 50:17SPEAKER_00: I was thinking the lady.
- 50:18SPEAKER_00: He just lost it all at the tables.
- 50:20SPEAKER_04: Rolled her car off the road.
- 50:21SPEAKER_04: Does that was that lady wearing a safety vest?
- 50:25SPEAKER_04: Big gray sweatsuit.
- 50:28SPEAKER_02: Why is it always this stupid road where all this stuff happens?
- 50:32SPEAKER_02: That's creepy.
- 50:32SPEAKER_01: This guy was going 25 miles an hour.
- 50:34SPEAKER_02: Why is he driving so what?
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: Danger to himself.
- 50:36SPEAKER_04: Well, he was driving a Geo Metro.
- 50:38SPEAKER_04: If that was uphill, that's probably all he could go.
- 50:40SPEAKER_04: Well, 55 though?
- 50:42SPEAKER_01: That's like those are the people you honk at.
- 50:44SPEAKER_02: There's no one else on the road.
- 50:46SPEAKER_01: Man, I'm on the road.
- 50:48SPEAKER_04: Probably.
- 50:48SPEAKER_04: His car's like a glorified Lawnmower.
- 50:51SPEAKER_01: Is he the ghost trucker?
- 50:54SPEAKER_04: Ghost trucker.
- 50:55SPEAKER_04: Or falling apart.
- 50:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think um let's.
- 50:58SPEAKER_04: Okay, believability and creepy level.
- 51:01SPEAKER_04: Creepy community.
- 51:02SPEAKER_04: What?
- 51:03SPEAKER_04: You didn't like this one?
- 51:04SPEAKER_04: I I'm creeped out by it because I don't believe this guy at all.
- 51:08SPEAKER_04: I saved it for last because it was just like the Jagger story.
- 51:11SPEAKER_04: It is.
- 51:11SPEAKER_04: It is.
- 51:12SPEAKER_04: That's why I'm creeped out by it also.
- 51:13SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 51:14SPEAKER_04: And we've driven that.
- 51:16SPEAKER_04: We just drove it last week.
- 51:17SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna give it a creepy of an eight.
- 51:19SPEAKER_04: But the thing is, I would have not stopped my car and left it idle.
- 51:22SPEAKER_04: Well, that's how we know it's a man.
- 51:23SPEAKER_01: I yeah, yeah.
- 51:24SPEAKER_01: That should have kept me in.
- 51:27SPEAKER_04: That's a that's a horror story.
- 51:29SPEAKER_01: That that the 75 yards and the the internal speedometer on this guy, I should have known, yeah, it's yeah.
- 51:35SPEAKER_04: So creepy, I just way up 20.
- 51:37SPEAKER_04: 25 miles an hour.
- 51:38SPEAKER_04: Uh believability.
- 51:39SPEAKER_04: I mean, you know, it maybe it if that it's a smell thing.
- 51:46SPEAKER_04: So if the smell is real This one had the smell.
- 51:50SPEAKER_03: Musty.
- 51:51SPEAKER_03: Musty.
- 51:52SPEAKER_04: But probably everything there's musty.
- 51:54SPEAKER_04: It's wet and gross.
- 51:54SPEAKER_03: Like Plus this was December.
- 51:56SPEAKER_04: The Oregon Coast is musty, period.
- 51:59SPEAKER_04: So I'll give it um believability like a six.
- 52:03SPEAKER_04: Okay, creepy.
- 52:05SPEAKER_04: I gave that like an eight.
- 52:06SPEAKER_04: Oh, what the hell?
- 52:09SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm gonna give this like a five creepy level, I guess.
- 52:14SPEAKER_03: For real?
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, the creepiest part about this is that he's going on a long stretch after Spirit Mountain on donuts and coffee.
- 52:21SPEAKER_03: That's not after Spirit Mountain.
- 52:23SPEAKER_03: He was a he was coming from Pl.
- 52:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 52:27SPEAKER_03: He would have been not feeling good.
- 52:29SPEAKER_01: No.
- 52:30SPEAKER_01: Not good at all.
- 52:32SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, I mean, not really much else to say there.
- 52:36SPEAKER_01: So just not that creepy.
- 52:38SPEAKER_01: Believability, I'm giving this like a two out of ten.
- 52:41SPEAKER_04: For real?
- 52:42SPEAKER_01: This guy didn't stop at Spear Mountain, I don't believe him.
- 52:46SPEAKER_01: Drove by, he drives by three times a week, and he doesn't say how often he stops at Spirit Mountain.
- 52:52SPEAKER_01: Not believable.
- 52:54SPEAKER_02: Maybe you can find out next time you go to the casino.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: You would have to stop.
- 53:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean you'd have to.
- 53:03SPEAKER_04: Before we end, I want to rate first of all, your costume is amazing, Madeline.
- 53:07SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 53:08SPEAKER_04: Spirit Halloween.
- 53:10SPEAKER_02: Stacks.
- 53:10SPEAKER_02: Jeez, these are kind of they're rising up a little bit.
- 53:14SPEAKER_02: They're sitting out.
- 53:20SPEAKER_04: I feel like your toe hair looks a little bit better than my toe.
- 53:24SPEAKER_04: But I hold you can't maybe you comb it out and make it like more believable than it's like on a it's matted on something.
- 53:33SPEAKER_04: Um curly.
- 53:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's kind of weird.
- 53:36SPEAKER_04: Uh but I think we should rate the itchiness of these things because I'm giving it a 2,000 out of 10.
- 53:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm giving this uh an 8 out of 10.
- 53:44SPEAKER_01: This is worse than a beanie for sure.
- 53:46SPEAKER_02: I'm actually surprised they stayed, uh those are pretty good finds actually.
- 53:52SPEAKER_01: Bigfoot?
- 53:53SPEAKER_02: They're big feet.
- 53:54SPEAKER_02: They're big feet.
