- 0:11What's going on everybody? Alright, it is Wednesday.
- 0:15Well, it's not Wednesday when I record this.
- 0:18I took a quick trip up to the mountains with my wife, so I
- 0:22didn't want the channel to miss a beat.
- 0:24So I recorded this a couple of days early.
- 0:27As always, I appreciate all of you who submit a question for my
- 0:32weekly Q&A episodes. I say it all the time, but it's
- 0:36true. Without questions, there is no
- 0:38Wednesday Q&A episode. So please take a second.
- 0:42If you have anything, any topic, any question, anything you want
- 0:47to hear my thoughts about or just be a conversation starter,
- 0:50ask it down below in the comments.
- 0:53Appreciate that. Also, I mentioned on Monday that
- 0:58my friends over at Auction Wire are giving away 10 of my books
- 1:04signed to the 1st 10 people who who signed up for Auction Wire
- 1:10with the promo code midlife. So with that said, head on over
- 1:15to Auction Wire and sign up if you're interested in checking
- 1:19out their service, which I think is fantastic, or you want to get
- 1:22my book. So again, thank you to my
- 1:25friends at Auction Wire for doing that.
- 1:27Auction Wire dot AI promo code midlife will put you in for
- 1:32that. Now, is it possible they've
- 1:34already given them all away at this point?
- 1:36It's possible. I have no idea.
- 1:38Again, I'm out of communicado right now.
- 1:42OK, so a wide variety of questions this week.
- 1:47Some questions about how I store cards kind of my card room setup
- 1:52situation. I've shown that a little bit
- 1:54before, but not specifically how I store things.
- 1:57So I'm going to do some of that. Some questions about, you know,
- 2:02what's going to happen in the future, not just with baseball,
- 2:04but other sports. Great, great stuff as always.
- 2:07Let's go ahead and take a look at that first one, that first
- 2:11question right here. His first question says Hi Greg,
- 2:18random question for you that has been on my mind and would love
- 2:21to know your thoughts. Most of us have left
- 2:23instructions as to what to do with our collection for loved
- 2:27ones for after the time the good Lord takes us home.
- 2:30With the I Appeal movement bigger than ever, we all have
- 2:35had some success picking up cards that we thought were a
- 2:38steal based on the grade. For those of us who don't have
- 2:43anyone really interested in our cards after we are gone, do you
- 2:48think the best course of action should involve directing our
- 2:51loved ones regarding the higher value steals we picked up in
- 2:55hopes of our family being able to capitalize on our I Appeal
- 3:00pickups and increase some values?
- 3:02Or just sell them off based on current grade since we know it
- 3:07could be also a backfire. I know this is a bit of a loaded
- 3:12question as the state of grading is like a box of chocolates, and
- 3:16we also have no idea what it will be like whenever our time
- 3:21does come. Thanks for all you do for us,
- 3:24Billy. OK, I think this is a great
- 3:29question. It's something that I've not
- 3:31talked specifically about. If we're high, I appeal
- 3:35collectors and we feel that they have a premium, are there
- 3:39different instructions that we should leave our loved ones Now,
- 3:43I strongly believe personally that we should have some form of
- 3:48instructions for our loved ones if our collection has much of
- 3:53value at all. Now, again, value may not matter
- 3:56to you. It may not matter to the people
- 3:59that you collect with, But I think that when your heirs
- 4:04liquidate your estate, you want them to get Max out of it.
- 4:08And so leaving instructions on how to do that is probably a
- 4:11good idea because let's just say taking your cards to the local
- 4:18card shop or putting them up on Facebook Marketplace is probably
- 4:22not going to net the most money for them.
- 4:25So I think instructions are great.
- 4:26Now there are a lot of places you could go for that depending
- 4:31on your collection, depending on the size of your collection, the
- 4:34breadth of your collection, the value of your collection would
- 4:37greatly depend on what I what kind of instructions I would
- 4:40leave. If you have a small, you know,
- 4:43very just sort of normal collection like like myself
- 4:47probably or like many of us, if the cards are graded, I think
- 4:53that eBay probably works. Now I'm going to talk in a
- 4:56minute specifically about your I appeal aspect to it.
- 5:00If you have a big collection, I would say probably get in touch
- 5:04with some of the auction houses. Now, I, I, I don't know exactly
- 5:09how I come across Sometimes when I share different suggestions,
- 5:15when I share different people I'm affiliated with, I'm sure
- 5:19there are some people who think, oh, he's just trying to make a
- 5:23few extra dollars by having a sponsor.
- 5:28Well, let me explain this. I didn't take a sponsor for
- 5:32three years and I only affiliate myself with sponsors and
- 5:37companies and people that I trust and that I would do
- 5:41business with myself. So one of my sponsors, one of
- 5:46the groups that I'm affiliated with and friends are my friends
- 5:51over at CIA auctions, collector investor auctions.
- 5:56If you have a high eye appeal collection, that's the kind of
- 6:00collection that I think might do better up for auction.
- 6:05It might do better at auction than it would be a card that's
- 6:10just kind of a a standard card like a, you know, APSA 7 Joe
- 6:15Montana tops card is probably rookie card.
- 6:20I didn't say rookie card. A rookie Joe Montana and APSA 7
- 6:24pretty standard card. I think it would be fine on on
- 6:28eBay, for example, just, you know, find out what the average
- 6:32is, put it up around what they've sold for.
- 6:34That would probably work. But if you have a perfectly
- 6:38centered 1958 Jim Brown rookie card in a 7, and that card does
- 6:45not come perfectly centered at the moment as things stand right
- 6:49now and things could change, that card would probably do much
- 6:52better at auction. So reaching out to my buddy Theo
- 6:56at Collector Investor Auctions, reaching out to Jeremy Johnson,
- 7:01the owner of Collector Investor Auctions, that might be a better
- 7:05way to do it. So leaving their contact
- 7:08information, you know, I've said Theo's a million times.
- 7:11Theo at Collector investorauctions.com.
- 7:14Theo will take care of your family.
- 7:16I I believe that with, with my, you know, I, I truly believe
- 7:20that, you know, a sponsor of surface issues over on the
- 7:26sports card clubhouse website and and network and my surface
- 7:32issues pal Mike junk wax hero. You know, we're sponsored over
- 7:37there by Chris Sewell of collector investor dealer Chris.
- 7:42He buys collections all the time.
- 7:45I, I could see reaching out to Chris Sewell.
- 7:48And if you just want it to be super easy for your family, you
- 7:51don't want to deal with auctions.
- 7:53You want somebody trustworthy, That's an option.
- 7:56Another option is, you know, just collect Leighton Sheldon,
- 8:00like Leighton's a good guy. I, I've gotten to know Leighton
- 8:04pretty well over the last year, putting your, your family, your
- 8:09heirs in contact with him. If you just want somebody to
- 8:13come show up, write you a check and then take the stuff that
- 8:17might be easier. So it kind of depends on what it
- 8:20is. My personal opinion as things
- 8:23stand at this moment and again it could change there, there is
- 8:29more demand for cards that are really well centered and have
- 8:33high eye appeal. And so if if you were to sell it
- 8:38your card on eBay, for example, just as a best offer, you're
- 8:42going to sell it to someone. A lot of the times those just
- 8:45kind of comp for what the what the number is on the slab.
- 8:49But if it's a card that deserves a premium, that's the kind of
- 8:55card I might put up for auction. So if you are specifically a
- 9:00high I appeal collector and you've been paying premiums for
- 9:05premium looking cards of maybe lower grades.
- 9:09Those those are the types of cards I would say an auction
- 9:13might be a better a better idea. Another thing you can do, and I
- 9:17mean this, I'm not just saying this, if if you wanted to put
- 9:25your family in contact with me, I could help steer them in the
- 9:27right direction too. My e-mail address is
- 9:31midlifecards@gmail.com. I could help them.
- 9:37So I have no problem helping your family as they're dealing
- 9:40with that. So you could always reach out to
- 9:42me too. If, if that I mean, I don't, I
- 9:47don't know. I, I probably wouldn't be
- 9:49somebody to buy the whole thing, but I can at least point them in
- 9:52the direction of a trustworthy person.
- 9:55And some of the intricacies about what the collection has
- 9:59and and the rarity and the I appeal might dictate one
- 10:04recommendation over another. So I can help you broker the
- 10:07deal, for example. Help help them broker the deal,
- 10:11for example. I think that's a good question
- 10:14because you can't always put the value on a card with a comp.
- 10:22Some cards are hard to comp and cards that are hard to comp are
- 10:27cards that sometimes you might treat differently.
- 10:32But I, I do think Layton's a good guy.
- 10:34I do think Crystal's a good guy. You know, Ash is a good guy.
- 10:39All these people that I surround myself with, I do it because I
- 10:43like them and I think they're good people until until I find
- 10:47out otherwise. And then if you wanted to put it
- 10:52all up for auction, you know, CIA auctions is a great way to
- 10:57do it. Don't.
- 10:59That's my recommendation. But but those are great
- 11:04questions. Yeah.
- 11:07So I hope that helps. This one says thanks.
- 11:11Love the Q and AI have two questions.
- 11:14First, do you insure your cards? Any suggestions?
- 11:18I live in Florida and most companies don't insure for water
- 11:22damage. Every hurricane season I get
- 11:24nervous. Second question is what do you
- 11:28think about my thesis? You know I love big cards for
- 11:31many reasons. I love that the details are
- 11:34easier to see. They are often times lower
- 11:37population, especially graded. Finally, like you, I am a
- 11:42contrarian. They are just not as popular to
- 11:45collect. I recently graded A Wilt
- 11:47Chamberlain Ruler. It cost $100 for PSA to grade.
- 11:51This very reasonable price makes me believe that not many people
- 11:56are willing to spend that much money on grading, especially
- 12:01lower priced cards. For example, I have a 1977
- 12:05Sportscaster Thurman Munson in APSA 9.
- 12:09I paid $31. It's now $100 to grade bargain
- 12:14Pop 18. These cards will be very low
- 12:17population as long as they are so expensive to grade.
- 12:22If you believe that rarity is a driver of value, hence ergo.
- 12:26I buy these types of cards whenever I find them.
- 12:30No one is spending $100 to grade A31 dollar card.
- 12:34What do you think about my thesis?
- 12:36Thanks again by the way, Congrats on the Robinson auto.
- 12:40I love auto rookies as well, but the cats definitely out of the
- 12:45bag on this group of cards. That said, I scooped these up as
- 12:48well, just less frequently. I definitely don't have Tony
- 12:53Southern collectors budget. I do admire his auto collection.
- 12:58OK, two questions on this one. I will do my best.
- 13:02I will start by saying I don't ever want to give advice with
- 13:06something I don't know anything about.
- 13:08And with all due respect, I don't know anything about
- 13:12collectible insurance. I I don't have collectible
- 13:17insurance. And the main reason why I don't
- 13:20have collectible insurance is because I've always had just a
- 13:24very kind of average collection and sometimes the deductible on
- 13:30that stuff, it is, it can be kind of high.
- 13:34And so my, my collection, I didn't really think for a long
- 13:39time, at least it made sense to to have collectibles insurance
- 13:44now with some value increases with some of the bigger pickups
- 13:49I've had over the last, you know, a couple of years, I'm
- 13:53probably at the point where I should start thinking about
- 13:56that. And, and so again, I can tell
- 14:00you we'll use this company, use that company.
- 14:02I, I don't have experience with it.
- 14:05So I don't want to just say something just to say something.
- 14:09I know there are a couple of my friends in the community that
- 14:12have had collectibles insurance and had to file claims and they
- 14:16paid, but I don't know enough about it.
- 14:20So what I'm going to say to this part of the question, because
- 14:23again, there were two parts of the question, if you do have
- 14:26experience with collectibles insurance down below in the
- 14:30comments, if you could share your experience, who you use,
- 14:35what it costs, that sort of thing, I think that would be
- 14:38super helpful and beneficial for others because I don't know the
- 14:43answer to that. Now.
- 14:44The second part of the question is extremely interesting to me,
- 14:50what you're saying. And, and I, I, I just want to
- 14:52kind of paraphrase and summarize because I think I, I understand
- 14:57it correctly, but because oversized cards cost more to
- 15:02grade. So if you have like an oversized
- 15:05card, like a sportscaster card, which is approximately, we'll
- 15:09call it 8 by 10, five and a half by 9, something like that, they
- 15:14charge more to slab that card then a standard size card.
- 15:20And so because of that, there's a really low population on them
- 15:25because people don't want to pay $100 to slab a card that's only
- 15:31worth $40. Makes sense.
- 15:34I mean, I mean, so if you look at a lot of oversized cards now,
- 15:37we're not talking about like tall boy, you know, Wilt
- 15:42Chamberlain cards or Kareem rookie cards.
- 15:44What we're talking about here are, you know, 64 tops giant
- 15:50cards of Roberto Clemente. That's a $50 card.
- 15:54You know, should you should you slab it?
- 15:58Most people don't because the cost of the slabbing outweighs
- 16:01the the value of the card. Now this is the case in
- 16:06sometimes with with cards themselves.
- 16:09There are, if you looked at the population of certain cards, the
- 16:13population would be very low. So what somebody could say is,
- 16:17Oh my gosh, that's a rare card. The population is so low on PSA,
- 16:22but the population might be low because the card has never had
- 16:28enough value to make it worthy of the cost of grading it.
- 16:34So this is especially something that I've been learning and
- 16:37looking into a lot as I've been learning about some of these 90s
- 16:42refractor cards. Now the 90s refractor cards,
- 16:46there are lots of inserts. I, I shouldn't just say
- 16:49refractors, I should say insert cards.
- 16:51There are lots and lots and lots of inserts and subsets and, you
- 16:56know, and, and some of them, I'll look them up and I'm like,
- 16:58Oh my gosh, there's only seven of these that have ever been
- 17:01graded, but it's only selling for $15.
- 17:06Well, that's probably why so few have ever been graded.
- 17:13Other things are low population because they're actually rare.
- 17:18So is something rare and, and that's why it has a low
- 17:22population or does have a low population because it's not
- 17:25worth the cost of slabbing. So I think that's what you're
- 17:30asking suggestion. What do you think about this
- 17:33that there's going to that it's smart to buy A cause 'cause
- 17:37think about it. If you have a, like you just
- 17:39said, a Thurman Munson Sportscaster car, that's a $35
- 17:43car and you could buy it for $35 already in the PSA slab, but it
- 17:46costs $100 to put it into APSA slab, then you can get it
- 17:51already slab for $35 and the population is going to stay low.
- 17:57But if the value were to climb, if the value of APSA 8 or 9
- 18:05Sportscaster Thurman Munson card were to get to 203 hundred
- 18:10$400.00, they would start to come out of the woodwork, they
- 18:14would start to show up and they would start to get slapped.
- 18:18So there's sort of like this where supply hits demand thing
- 18:23where the lines, you know, if the, if the supply stays so low
- 18:29that the equilibrium price starts getting high, then the
- 18:34supply will probably go up. If they're actually not rare, if
- 18:40they're actually rare, then yes. But if there's a bunch of them
- 18:44hanging out in closets and shoe boxes and tote boxes under
- 18:50people's beds and they start to become four or $500 cards, then
- 18:55it would be worth slabbing. So there's like there's scarcity
- 19:01and then there's slabbed scarcity and some things that
- 19:06are slabbed scarcity and the population report on the slab of
- 19:11them is low that I believe would go up.
- 19:15So how do you know how many are out there?
- 19:18How do you know if it's slab scarcity or there's actually
- 19:21just not a lot of them? Well, it kind of depends.
- 19:26If you go online right now and you type in sportscaster Thurman
- 19:29Munson, you can find 50 of them raw.
- 19:32That's a pretty good clue that they're not that rare, right?
- 19:37If what I've been doing with some of these 90 refractor cards
- 19:41as I look at the pack odds. So like there's, there are a
- 19:45couple of cards that have been up for auction recently.
- 19:47In fact, they were up for auction the other day and I
- 19:50actually put a couple of bids in on some of them and it was ACIA
- 19:54auction, by the way, it ended Sunday.
- 19:55So as I'm recording this on Saturday, it hasn't happened
- 19:59yet, but it will have happened by the time this airs.
- 20:04And so I was like, Oh my gosh, this card, this card, there's
- 20:09only like 20 of them that have ever been graded.
- 20:11And then I looked at the pack odds and the pack odds were like
- 20:15one in three packs that that insert was was put into packs.
- 20:21But then there was another card in there that there was like 20
- 20:25that had ever been graded and and the pack odds were like one
- 20:30in 150 packs and there's 20 cards in the insert set.
- 20:36So if there's one in 150 packs for any of the 20 for this
- 20:41particular player, it would be 20 times the 150.
- 20:47So that would be like one in 2500 that that ever have been in
- 20:55that that came in packs with that exact card in it.
- 20:59That's an actual rare card. So sometimes we have to dig
- 21:02around for clues to see what is actually rare and what just has
- 21:06a low pop report. But my height my my hypothesis
- 21:10back to you, or I guess you call it a thesis.
- 21:13My hypothesis of your thesis is this.
- 21:20If it's truly rare, I agree. If it's not rare, it is not
- 21:26truly rare and there's just not a lot that have been slabbed.
- 21:29As soon as the price creeps up above a certain point, then they
- 21:34would be worthy of slabbing them.
- 21:36So the pop report would actually go up really fast.
- 21:40That's my thoughts. Tell me if you think I'm wrong,
- 21:45but that's kind of what I think about a card that's not actually
- 21:49rare, but the pop report is low because of the cost of grading.
- 21:58This one says. How do you organize your
- 22:00collection? What boxes, binders, dividers,
- 22:03and cases do you use? Do you use any watertight
- 22:06containers? OK, I'm going to take you guys
- 22:10onto a field trip into the other room.
- 22:14Again, I record these sitting on my bed, but I'm going to take
- 22:21you into the other room and I'm going to show you kind of my
- 22:23card room situation and how I store stuff.
- 22:27I'll tell you this, it's not that interesting.
- 22:31I mean, no, I shouldn't say that.
- 22:33It's not that elaborate. My collection isn't massive.
- 22:38I mean, I have, oh, I probably have 6 or 700 cards, maybe maybe
- 22:461000 cards. So it's not that difficult to
- 22:50organize that. But I am an OCD freak and I
- 22:54don't say that lightly, like literally.
- 22:58So you'll see when I show you how I organize things, just how
- 23:04you know, I use different boxes for different things and but
- 23:08there are several different types of boxes and and storage
- 23:13methods that I use. But instead of just explaining
- 23:16them, I figured it'd be better if I showed them.
- 23:19So let's go on a field trip into the other room and I will
- 23:23narrate through how I do it. This one says question for next
- 27:54week. Do you think the ongoing
- 27:57international expansion of the NFL playing into so many
- 28:02countries will get more people interested in collecting
- 28:05football cards? If you do, will that eventually
- 28:08lead to vintage football becoming more popular?
- 28:11I really feel vintage football is severely underappreciated.
- 28:16I would love to hear your opinions on this issue.
- 28:20OK, just give me an interesting response here.
- 28:25First of all, I'll say I definitely believe that with the
- 28:30popularity of football in the United States that vintage
- 28:34football eventually has a lot of legs to it.
- 28:38I, I, I will continue to say that I know a lot of people say
- 28:41I'm crazy. That's cool.
- 28:43I believe there's a lot of upside in vintage football
- 28:47because because the sport is so popular now, I understand that
- 28:53there are rule changes and that guys are no longer relevant for
- 28:56stat reasons because of rule changes.
- 28:59I understand that a lot of famous football players and some
- 29:02of the best football players don't live as long and they're
- 29:05kind of broken down. So we don't see them out and
- 29:07about as much as we do baseball players or other athletes.
- 29:12So I do think vintage football has upside.
- 29:16I do. Now, that's not investment
- 29:20advice. That's just an opinion right
- 29:23now. If we look at the model that
- 29:25basketball did under David Stern, he tried to take
- 29:29basketball globally and he did. He did a really good job at
- 29:35that. And you know, we had some big
- 29:38name guys come from overseas. You had, you know, Yao Ming come
- 29:43over from China. That was a big deal for the
- 29:45growth of basketball. You had, you know, Dirk come
- 29:50over from Germany. That was a big deal for
- 29:52basketball. There's there's a lot of
- 29:55international players that have helped grow the the sport and,
- 30:01and some of those are at as a result of some of the things
- 30:04David Stern did. Some of those things are just,
- 30:09you know, it it, it happened to sync up well.
- 30:14But but so, so if you look at the basketball model, because
- 30:18basketball is very much a global game now.
- 30:20It is very much a global sport. And a lot of people would say
- 30:25one of the reasons Shohei is so important is because being an
- 30:31absolute superstar, he is continuing to add momentum to
- 30:36the growth of, of baseball in the Eastern world and deservedly
- 30:44so. I mean, the guy is a freak
- 30:46superstar stud. So.
- 30:50So I'm not really answering the question yet, but bear with me.
- 30:53I'm laying the groundwork for what I believe now.
- 30:57Basketball became a global sport, which has really helped
- 31:01the basketball values. Baseball has had some global
- 31:06aspects to it. I think the World Baseball
- 31:08Classic is great. I think the the players out of
- 31:11Japan making a huge impact in Major League Baseball is
- 31:15fantastic. Obviously Latin America for many
- 31:19years and decades has been had a massive impact on baseball, so
- 31:24it does have some regional and international interest, but
- 31:32football kind of hasn't. Now, if we look at basketball,
- 31:37which is a very worldwide popular sport, and we look at
- 31:44soccer, the world's most popular sport, there's something
- 31:49dramatically different between basketball, soccer and American
- 31:57football. And, and the massive thing is
- 32:01how easy is it to, for somebody in a, in a growing country, What
- 32:12are the, I'm blanket on the term progressive country.
- 32:18I don't know. All you need is a ball, any size
- 32:23kind of works and space. That's all you need for soccer,
- 32:28one of the reasons soccer is so popular.
- 32:31All you need is a ball. That's it.
- 32:35Now basketball, to a certain extent, all you need is a ball
- 32:41and a circle, a cylinder, like that's the IT.
- 32:48It's a very low barrier of entry for those two sports, even to a
- 32:54certain extent baseball, like you need a ball or something
- 32:59that you could, you know, wind tight.
- 33:01I mean, me and my buddies growing up, we used to take a
- 33:03sock and put duct tape around it and we'd play, we'd play
- 33:07baseball with that. And, and the reason we did that
- 33:10is a little bit softer. So if it hit a house or
- 33:12something, it wouldn't break a window.
- 33:15And then you need like a stick, like a broomstick or a batter,
- 33:19something to hit with. That's all you need.
- 33:22And, and there were even times when I was a kid growing up, we
- 33:25would use like our hand, like someone would pitch it.
- 33:27We'd just take our hand and smack it and we'd play.
- 33:30So again, very low barrier of entry.
- 33:34American football played, at least played the way that it is
- 33:41played at the professional level or a a, a very high level at
- 33:46all, is significantly more expensive and significantly more
- 33:51dangerous. You need helmets, you need pads,
- 33:56you need, you know, you need a football and, and you could turn
- 34:02a lot of different types of balls into a soccer ball or a
- 34:05basketball, but there aren't as many types of balls you could
- 34:09turn into a football. A football and a rugby ball
- 34:14would both kind of work, but other types of balls it would be
- 34:19more difficult. What am I getting at?
- 34:24I think one of the best ways for a sport to grow on a worldwide
- 34:29level is a very low barrier of entry for the sport, for people
- 34:34to be able to participate in the sport and, and all of the
- 34:39biggest sports in the world and, and some people would say
- 34:42cricket. I think cricket is like number
- 34:44two or three in the world biggest sport and that doesn't
- 34:46have a super low barrier of entry.
- 34:48So maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me like American football
- 34:54with the injuries, with the equipment, it's a much higher
- 35:00barrier of entry than basketball or soccer at the very least and
- 35:05and and baseball to a certain extent too.
- 35:08So I don't know if the long term growth of American football, I
- 35:12mean, a lot of high schools in my area are struggling to field
- 35:17the team right now for football. Now, I know if you live in
- 35:20Texas, I know if you live in parts of Florida, you're going
- 35:23are you serious? Yeah, Northern California right
- 35:27now we are struggling to field teams.
- 35:31And so that doesn't really align itself with a sport that's ready
- 35:38to take over globally. So I don't, I, I think that
- 35:42playing games in Germany and Mexico City and and you know,
- 35:46the UK and all that is great. I'm all for that.
- 35:50But I don't know if it's going to gain the same sort of steam
- 35:56for the card market as the potential of soccer of the
- 36:03current what we see with basketball, because barrier of
- 36:08entry to be a participant, I believe is significantly higher.
- 36:12If I'm crazy, tell me I'm crazy down below.
- 36:14I might be crazy, but that's kind of my take.
- 36:19My question this week is what's your wife's favorite restaurant?
- 36:23After watching this video, it seems to me you need to take her
- 36:27there. Have a good time and see you in
- 36:29Strongsville slash independence. OK, this one, this one made me
- 36:35laugh. What's my wife's favorite entry?
- 36:38Because after this last episode, I should take her hair.
- 36:42If you didn't see last week's Q and AI did a whole I was I was
- 36:48answering a question and my wife was unloading the dishwasher and
- 36:53then she started running the garbage disposal.
- 36:56And I was kind of laughing because, you know, I I know that
- 37:02sound gets picked up by the microphone.
- 37:05So it's talking about how great she is and how sweet she is
- 37:09that, you know, she's always doing stuff to help the house
- 37:13and, and all of that. And, and that sometimes she kind
- 37:20of forgets that I'm recording and I'm like, hey, just hold off
- 37:23for a few minutes. And so I was saying, yeah, you
- 37:27know, I'm kind of a punk because I'm like, my wife's like doing
- 37:31stuff around the house. And I'm like complaining as I'm
- 37:35sitting here making my silly YouTube video.
- 37:39So I mean, my thought is let's go ask her.
- 37:45I just assumed let her ask, right?
- 37:47And let her answer. I'll ask her.
- 37:49So we will close out this episode with hearing Megan and
- 37:56her favorite restaurant. I'll go ask her and hear from
- 37:59her herself. Before I do that, just a
- 38:03reminder, if in the future you have a question for an upcoming
- 38:07episode down below in the comments, simply type out the
- 38:10question. But let's go in the other room
- 38:14and ask her what her favorite restaurant is and ask her if I
- 38:17could take her out there. All right, Megan, Midlife Nation
- 38:22is asking. They want to know from you what
- 38:26is your favorite restaurant. Fast food restaurant or just
- 38:32regular they? Didn't they didn't specify?
- 38:36They didn't specify in the question, so I'm going to just
- 38:40say they. How many do one of each?
- 38:43OK so favorite fast food restaurant 1st?
- 38:47In and out. In and out, hands down.
- 38:49OK, so if if I were to take you to in and out, would that would
- 38:53that make you like me more? Absolutely.
- 38:58OK. And then what about non fast
- 39:01food restaurant? I would say Makuni.
- 39:06Makuni, So people that don't live in Northern California,
- 39:09they don't know what Makuni is. So you got to remember Midlife
- 39:13Nation, Megan, we go all over the world.
- 39:15I know it's Japanese restaurant, so sushi, yes.
- 39:21Sushi is the the. It's it's superior over many
- 39:25other sushi places. All right, well, do you have
- 39:29anything else you want to say to your adoring fans?
- 39:32They're not my fans, they're yours.
- 39:34No, they love you. They love you.
- 39:38That's it, That's it.
