- 0:01SPEAKER_38: You see, I got a little too clever.
- 0:04SPEAKER_38: I thought, I thought I was being clever when they mentioned Ilhan Omar in the Sydney Sweeney parody song.
- 0:12SPEAKER_38: I'm like, ooh, I'll drop in the World War 11 line, because this is what they're calling the investigation into Ilhan.
- 0:20SPEAKER_38: They're calling it World War 11.
- 0:21SPEAKER_38: Um, unfortunately, I made the mistake of forgetting that where I have the audio located, if I turn on one clip, it turns off the other clip.
- 0:31SPEAKER_38: So thankfully, I had a plan all along to play the Sydney Sweeney parody before the show starts officially, only because Sydney Sweeney did release a new ad.
- 0:40SPEAKER_38: Did you see the new ad there, uh producer on Devin?
- 0:42SPEAKER_37: Did you see that?
- 0:43SPEAKER_37: Yeah.
- 0:43unknown: No, I did not.
- 0:45SPEAKER_37: No, it's got to get us.
- 0:47SPEAKER_37: I did not.
- 0:48SPEAKER_38: Yeah, she's naked again.
- 0:49SPEAKER_38: It's for the Novig sports betting app, right?
- 0:52SPEAKER_38: Novig's a sports sports betting app?
- 0:53SPEAKER_38: I think so.
- 0:54SPEAKER_38: Yeah, I think I think it is too.
- 0:55SPEAKER_38: Odd name for a sports betting app.
- 0:56SPEAKER_38: Like you can't identify it right out of the gate.
- 0:58SPEAKER_38: I have no idea what Novig is.
- 1:00SPEAKER_38: Um this time she's topless in her underwear.
- 1:02SPEAKER_38: You don't get to see the naughty bits or anything, but you know, it's a it's enough.
- 1:07SPEAKER_38: Uh the ad sparked more controversy.
- 1:09SPEAKER_38: Some criticizing her once again for sexualizing women's sports, four-time Australian Olympic gold medalist.
- 1:17SPEAKER_38: Um Ariani Titnas posted on Instagram.
- 1:20SPEAKER_38: I can't describe how infuriated I feel.
- 1:23SPEAKER_38: How do we live in a world where monetizing a woman's body and sexualizing women's sports is still a thing?
- 1:29SPEAKER_38: Yeah, it's always going to be a thing.
- 1:31SPEAKER_38: It's kind of never not been a thing.
- 1:36SPEAKER_38: Sydney Sweeney just put it back in fashion.
- 1:38SPEAKER_38: That's all.
- 1:39SPEAKER_38: Uh, just after a race of British uh sprinter Amy Hunt told the BBC, Swid uh Sydney Sweeney.
- 1:46SPEAKER_38: This is what women in sports look like.
- 1:48SPEAKER_38: Muscles, hard work, sweat, blood, and tears.
- 1:50SPEAKER_38: Well, sure, that's true.
- 1:52SPEAKER_38: But you know, sometimes they also just look like Sidney Sweeney.
- 1:56SPEAKER_38: That's that's that's also true.
- 1:58SPEAKER_38: So, all right, let's go ahead and make it official.
- 2:01SPEAKER_38: It's Tuesday.
- 2:01SPEAKER_38: The Tuesday has a feel, and it is uh the uh John Justice show.
- 2:06SPEAKER_43: The best body of the wake.
- 2:40SPEAKER_38: Presented by American Experiment.
- 2:42SPEAKER_38: I am your host, John Justice.
- 2:45SPEAKER_38: Up a little later last night, I was on the Newsmax again last night, uh the Rob Fennerty show with uh Liz uh Collin.
- 2:54SPEAKER_38: Kept me up past my uh past my bedtime.
- 2:56SPEAKER_38: You could probably tell by my performance last night.
- 2:58SPEAKER_38: It was just okay.
- 2:59SPEAKER_38: I wasn't all that.
- 3:00SPEAKER_38: I wasn't all that.
- 3:01SPEAKER_38: I was like, eh, it was all right.
- 3:02SPEAKER_38: You know, it wasn't the best.
- 3:03SPEAKER_38: You know, it's hard when you have Liz Collin there.
- 3:06SPEAKER_38: She has all the relevant information.
- 3:08SPEAKER_38: I'm going off of all of her reporting, all of Bill Glon's reporting relating to uh Representative Vilhan uh Omar is, of course, what we're referring to this morning, as I mentioned.
- 3:19SPEAKER_38: Uh, producer uh Devin is here.
- 3:21SPEAKER_38: Let's go right to the blaster line.
- 3:23SPEAKER_38: Many of you already leaving comments, and we're gonna break it all down.
- 3:27SPEAKER_38: What we know, what we've learned, what we're waiting to find out.
- 3:30SPEAKER_38: We have a ton of audio to share regarding uh this federal investigation and the raid on Ilhan Omar's home that took place uh yesterday here on the show.
- 3:40SPEAKER_64: Good morning, John.
- 3:40SPEAKER_64: It's George and Brooklyn Parks.
- 3:42SPEAKER_64: Great show so far.
- 3:43SPEAKER_64: John, I'm going to lose my mind.
- 3:46SPEAKER_64: We all knew it was coming, but the defense of Ilhan is just beyond laughable.
- 3:51SPEAKER_64: I mean, did you guys forget what you did to Trump four times over?
- 3:57SPEAKER_64: And now this new Amy ad basically saying that he's been fighting Rob this entire time and it's your fault for not noticing.
- 4:05SPEAKER_64: And now she's gonna clean up the mess.
- 4:08SPEAKER_64: Yeah.
- 4:08SPEAKER_64: These aren't the droids you're looking for.
- 4:11SPEAKER_64: Serenity now, John.
- 4:12SPEAKER_64: Serenity now.
- 4:13SPEAKER_38: Yeah, I was um uh anybody, let me let me let me take this approach uh because I did hear some commentary, local commentary, and individuals that were really downplaying what's taking place with this investigation with Ilhan Omar.
- 4:27SPEAKER_38: Um, that's a mistake.
- 4:29SPEAKER_38: If you're downplaying this investigation into Ilhan Omar, you are probably thinking of this through the lens of how Democrats play this game.
- 4:44SPEAKER_38: Democrats go searching for a crime when there isn't an allegation of one, based off of the assumption that the person has done something bad.
- 4:53SPEAKER_38: President Donald Trump is the biggest example I could ever possibly give.
- 4:57SPEAKER_38: They assume President Donald Trump is bad.
- 4:59SPEAKER_38: They've assumed that since the beginning, and so they launch all of these investigations based off of assumptions, not actual tangible allegations, wherein the right does what you're supposed to do.
- 5:14SPEAKER_38: You go you don't go searching for a crime against the man, you go and search for the proof of the allegations of a crime against the man.
- 5:22SPEAKER_38: In this case, it's Ilhan Omar.
- 5:24SPEAKER_38: This is not an investigation that was just done willy-nilly to see what they can uncover.
- 5:31SPEAKER_38: The lengths that were necessary in order to bring about this raid of her home prove that they have actual tangible allegations.
- 5:45SPEAKER_38: And so individuals downplaying this, it's i it it's doing a disservice to how important this really is and how seismic, as I mentioned yesterday, I'm gonna do it.
- 5:54SPEAKER_38: It will rock DC and it will rock Minnesota if these allegations turn into some sort of criminal charges.
- 6:03SPEAKER_38: And there are those that are saying, as you'll hear in the audio today, that the mere fact that a judge had to sign off on this raid for as comprehensive as it was pretty much lends all the credibility you need that this is more than likely, and you'll hear this later, this is more than likely the tail end of an investigation that my understanding started back in the Biden years.
- 6:30SPEAKER_38: This is the tail end of the investigation rather than the beginning of the investigation, and that given the severity of the raid that took place yesterday, more than likely this is going to end up yielding some sort of criminal um charge against Representative Ilhan Omar, and I am absolutely here for it.
- 6:52SPEAKER_38: Individuals locally have done the legwork.
- 6:55SPEAKER_38: Bill Glaun, Scott Johnson over at Power Line, Bill Glaun here at American Experiment.
- 7:00SPEAKER_38: He'll be joining us on the comfy sofa coming up at 7:30 this morning to share his thoughts on this.
- 7:05SPEAKER_38: Because initially, Bill, yesterday, I think, like a lot of us thought, this may not be about immigration and the, you know, I say worst kept secret.
- 7:15SPEAKER_38: I mentioned this last night on Newsmax.
- 7:16SPEAKER_38: I say worst kept secret in Minnesota that she married her brother, but it's not even a secret.
- 7:20SPEAKER_38: It's just a thing.
- 7:22SPEAKER_38: Ilhan Omar married her brother.
- 7:23SPEAKER_38: I mean, there's there's plenty of evidence that exists out there.
- 7:26SPEAKER_38: That's what's been so frustrating for so many individuals who have done the legwork.
- 7:30SPEAKER_38: Your Scott Johnson over a power line friend of the show, your Bill Glaun, your Alpha News Liz Collin, other individuals that have run against Ilhan.
- 7:38SPEAKER_38: The allegations that Ilhan's father, of which her immigration status is all predicated upon, he may not have even come here legally.
- 7:45SPEAKER_38: There are individuals that have done the legwork on this that have been waiting for yesterday for years to arrive, and it's finally here.
- 7:54SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294.
- 7:57SPEAKER_38: That is the blaster line.
- 7:58SPEAKER_38: If you want to leave a voice or text message, we're going to dive into those in just a moment here on the show.
- 8:04SPEAKER_38: So we do have a lot of ground to cover.
- 8:05SPEAKER_38: I want to give you an update on the show today regarding AAA.
- 8:10SPEAKER_38: Uh, this is the 18-year-old who was in court yesterday after being released on bond.
- 8:16SPEAKER_38: And as we had a friend of the show mention, it was a hundred thousand dollars bail or bond.
- 8:20SPEAKER_38: They only paid like 10 grand.
- 8:22SPEAKER_38: It's ridiculous.
- 8:24SPEAKER_38: Another social justice zealot move by an activist judge to put this individual back out on the streets without any conditions when you had a perfect opportunity and a justifiable opportunity to set the example for other young criminals out there.
- 8:41SPEAKER_38: Like the individual driving on 100 this morning.
- 8:44SPEAKER_38: Holy cow, I had to move out of my lane to avoid getting hit by this lunatic that had to be doing 110 on 100.
- 8:51SPEAKER_38: It was just I I couldn't believe how fast this idiot was going.
- 8:56SPEAKER_38: Not to get too far out ahead of myself.
- 8:58SPEAKER_38: So we will give you an update on what took place at Eden Prairie, the charges yesterday, charges against other individuals who were there at the high school as well.
- 9:07SPEAKER_38: Of course, your comments all morning long uh on the show.
- 9:10SPEAKER_38: So let me take care of a business item of note.
- 9:13SPEAKER_38: I believe we can, if you're watching on the live stream, which you can do at Center of the American Experiment, Facebook, and YouTube, also on my um social media as well, including my ex feed.
- 9:23SPEAKER_38: Uh it's golden uh turkey time, and we actually have the trophy here in uh in studio, awaiting to be awarded the beginning of uh November.
- 9:33SPEAKER_38: But we need your help.
- 9:34SPEAKER_38: The uh golden turkey season has arrived.
- 9:37SPEAKER_38: The four bird-brained examples of waste in Minnesota government.
- 9:41SPEAKER_38: Submit your best nomination for the Golden Turkey Award to the Golden Turkey Committee by October 31st.
- 9:48SPEAKER_38: And remember, no idea is too big or too small.
- 9:51SPEAKER_38: The inspiration for the Center of the American Experiments annual Golden Turkey Award started years ago in D.C.
- 9:57SPEAKER_38: when the Pentagon paid hundreds of dollars in defense contract for a two-way defense contractor for a simple hammer sold for$6 at a local hardware store.
- 10:07SPEAKER_38: When it's uh our money, a waste is waste.
- 10:10SPEAKER_38: So uh past winners, by the way, just as a set a bit of an example.
- 10:14SPEAKER_38: Uh so you go back to we have a lifetime achievement award in 2022 for the Southwest Light Rail.
- 10:21SPEAKER_38: 2020, the still empty Tim Walls Morgue.
- 10:24SPEAKER_38: 2021, in the spring, 7.2 million Goose Creek Rest Stop.
- 10:30SPEAKER_38: 2021, in the fall, 6 million empty Newport uh transit station.
- 10:35SPEAKER_38: 2022, the Minnesota Department of Education's$250 million free food fraud and feeding our future.
- 10:41SPEAKER_38: That was that year's Golden Turkey.
- 10:43SPEAKER_38: $700 million in the new state office building in 23, millions wasted on the new state flag and steel in 24.
- 10:50SPEAKER_38: And last year, Governor Jim Walls and his$430,000 legal bill, of which we're waiting to find out what his most recent appearance in Congress is going to end up costing us.
- 11:01SPEAKER_38: So maybe that ends up being a uh nominee.
- 11:04SPEAKER_38: But we need uh your nominees for this prestigious Golden Turkey Award.
- 11:09SPEAKER_38: Head on over to American Experiment.org to submit your nomination.
- 11:14SPEAKER_38: Again, you have until October 31st, and we'll be announcing uh the winner right here on the John Justice show presented by American uh Experiment on uh, I believe Monday, November 2nd, right before the uh right before election day, I believe is when we're making that uh that announcement.
- 11:29SPEAKER_38: So Bill Walsh will be in studio with us on Thursday morning to talk more about this.
- 11:35SPEAKER_38: We actually have a uh kind of a quasi-Freedom Wednesday.
- 11:40SPEAKER_38: We have uh three people from uh Turning Point USA who are in uh the state.
- 11:44SPEAKER_38: Riley Gaines is making an appearance.
- 11:46SPEAKER_38: Uh, she won't be able to join us tomorrow morning, but we do have uh three individuals who work for Turning Point USA that'll be joining us in the eight o'clock hour.
- 11:54SPEAKER_38: Talk about recent events, turning point USA and how they are uh currently uh doing in the wake of, of course, uh the assassination of uh Charlie Kirk.
- 12:04SPEAKER_38: So they'll all be in studio with us coming up after uh after eight o'clock.
- 12:07SPEAKER_38: All right, let's get to some of your thoughts before we move on to some other news items this morning.
- 12:11SPEAKER_38: Again, the blaster line is 651-964-0294, and let's hear from this friend of the show.
- 12:18SPEAKER_28: Good morning, John Rich here.
- 12:20SPEAKER_28: So I believe you're probably going to talk about the Almar search warrant.
- 12:24SPEAKER_28: So I have two ideas for the search warrant.
- 12:28SPEAKER_28: First of all, there's federal judges in Washington, D.C., which is usually left-wing was pointed by Obama.
- 12:36SPEAKER_28: Can you see a fracture, small tractor Democratic Party at first, maybe removing themselves away from Somalia and Homer a little bit from all the recent national campaigns.
- 12:50SPEAKER_28: I don't think a federal judge is gonna give a democratic judge is looking at everyone's three works, is gonna train an affidavit from search warrant for a future of your party without a little weak and a nod.
- 13:06SPEAKER_28: So I think his approval was given from the National Democratic Party.
- 13:12SPEAKER_28: The second thing on the affidavit for search warrant is really investigators usually have fine inherited his uh his name with in officers and agencies under his direction.
- 13:27SPEAKER_28: So if the ICO racist or immigration officer, he's gonna invite probably the FBI to the party, to look for recalls, and look for fraud investigations, and then he's also gonna invite the internal revenue service to the party.
- 13:46SPEAKER_28: So here's the agencies or officers under his direction under just affidavit of search form.
- 13:51SPEAKER_28: That way You know, we there were some discrepancies in our taxes, and maybe you can look at the emails and see who's caught up in the fraud, Minnesota.
- 14:00SPEAKER_28: This could open up some wonderful information on what's going on in our state as far as fraud.
- 14:07SPEAKER_38: Uh, a couple of things here.
- 14:08SPEAKER_38: First off, on a um PSA note, try to keep your comments to 30 seconds or less.
- 14:16SPEAKER_38: We don't have a time limit on this blaster line like I did with the previous employer.
- 14:21SPEAKER_38: So I appreciate your guys' comments.
- 14:23SPEAKER_38: But uh, for the sake of getting through as many comments as we can, I would just appreciate if you keep your comments brief.
- 14:28SPEAKER_38: And Rich, I disagree with you on the motivation of the idea that Democrats signed off on this, and that's why this judge in D.C.
- 14:40SPEAKER_38: agreed to move forward with it.
- 14:43SPEAKER_38: No, I think the judge in D.C.
- 14:44SPEAKER_38: agreed to move forward with it because he saw the evidence, and we'll get into this on the show.
- 14:48SPEAKER_38: He saw the evidence laid out and saw that there was more than enough to move forward with this raid on her home.
- 14:56SPEAKER_38: And I was asked last night on Newsmax, and I it's absolutely possible whether or not we will see raids take place here in Minnesota of Ilhan's residences.
- 15:08SPEAKER_38: And well, first off, I mean, yes, you could possibly could, and I said, yeah, more than likely.
- 15:12SPEAKER_38: Clearly, Trump's not looking at this, and the Trump administration isn't looking at this through a political lens.
- 15:18SPEAKER_38: Um, because the calculus here regarding the impact it could have on the election, it's kind of negligible.
- 15:23SPEAKER_38: I mean, you can make arguments, and I did yesterday, pro and con of what kind of impact this could potentially have.
- 15:28SPEAKER_38: And let's just take it a step further and say this isn't the the end of the investigation, that somehow this final rate of her home was to get the necessary documents in order to move forward and present charges.
- 15:40SPEAKER_38: I'm just speaking hypothetically here.
- 15:42SPEAKER_38: And that happened before election day.
- 15:43SPEAKER_38: I mean, that could that could have ramifications.
- 15:46SPEAKER_38: And I would actually lean more towards it being beneficial to Democrats if that were to happen because of the frustration that people might have on the left of the Trump administration going and trying to hold Ilhan Omar accountable for potential crimes, and them looking at this as being this is retribution, this is what fascist states do.
- 16:05SPEAKER_38: Okay.
- 16:07SPEAKER_38: So, all that is to say, no, I think that this was uh this was signed off on because the judge in this case, who signed off on the affidavit to conduct the search warrant and the raid, saw the evidence and it was more than enough.
- 16:20SPEAKER_38: But Rich is right, this wasn't Obama-appointed judge.
- 16:23SPEAKER_38: This was not a conservative judge by any uh by any stretch.
- 16:26SPEAKER_49: Good morning, John.
- 16:28SPEAKER_49: What a beautiful morning it is.
- 16:30SPEAKER_49: See, I'm still waiting for Ilhan Omar to deny ever marrying her brother.
- 16:36SPEAKER_38: She has.
- 16:37SPEAKER_38: I actually heard the clip this morning.
- 16:39SPEAKER_38: So uh I know they were gonna they were gonna comment further uh on that, but uh I'll stop it there and uh give the uh friend of the show an opportunity if they want to leave a comment, uh, comment later on uh today.
- 16:50SPEAKER_38: Um but no, she has.
- 16:52SPEAKER_38: She was interviewed not all that long ago, and forgive me for not remembering who it was, but I heard the comment this morning and the reporter specifically asked her, hey, did you ever go and marry her brother?
- 17:04SPEAKER_38: And she said, she absolutely not, that's disgusting.
- 17:07SPEAKER_38: Why would you even go and question that?
- 17:09SPEAKER_38: And she was all just just all taken aback by the uh by the whole thing.
- 17:14SPEAKER_38: So yeah.
- 17:16SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294.
- 17:18SPEAKER_38: Somebody asked via the blaster line and text, no graphic tea today.
- 17:22SPEAKER_38: Yeah, so reason being is there's too many eyes on the show.
- 17:28SPEAKER_38: I have guests coming in studio the rest of the week, and uh, and because of everything that's been happening in Minnesota, uh, you know, be that as it may, you know, I'm still wearing a t-shirt for the most part.
- 17:40SPEAKER_38: But I decided, you know what?
- 17:41SPEAKER_38: Probably not the best week to come in wearing because I had Batman, I had a Batman t-shirt that was ready to go today, but probably not the best week for me to bust out the NASCAR Star Wars superhero Indiana Jones Top Gun, you know, DePesh mode t-shirts.
- 17:58SPEAKER_38: Probably not the best week.
- 17:59SPEAKER_38: So I decided, yeah, I think Devin, I think Devin Devin agrees.
- 18:02SPEAKER_38: You know, you got one.
- 18:03SPEAKER_38: I'll have one Friday for Freedom Friday.
- 18:05SPEAKER_38: But thank you for your concern, though.
- 18:07SPEAKER_38: I I greatly appreciate it.
- 18:09SPEAKER_38: Uh and somebody left another comment.
- 18:10SPEAKER_38: Uh, read it was a Democrat judge that signed a warrant.
- 18:12SPEAKER_38: Yes, as we mentioned, it absolutely was a uh Democrat judge that that signed the warrant.
- 18:17SPEAKER_38: All right, coming up, I want to play.
- 18:19SPEAKER_38: If you haven't heard this yet, if you're Metallica fans, I have a quick uh quick clip from Metallica frontman James uh Hetfield uh at a recent uh concert with Metallica performing at the sphere.
- 18:31SPEAKER_38: I want to uh share uh with you.
- 18:33SPEAKER_38: Also, uh I have some amazing audio sort of off the beaten path of what we're talking about this the this morning on the show that I want to share.
- 18:41SPEAKER_38: So on on a more of a humorous level, including this um this candidate in uh where was this Connorsville, Indiana, who was doing an interview with local media in the region.
- 18:54SPEAKER_38: I think she's running for a city council seat or something.
- 18:57SPEAKER_38: She's trashed.
- 18:59SPEAKER_38: Totally trashed.
- 19:00SPEAKER_38: It is hysterical.
- 19:01SPEAKER_38: We'll play that for you coming up uh in uh in just a little while.
- 19:05SPEAKER_38: I want to remind you that if you need to get a good night's sleep, I had somebody comment on X.
- 19:11SPEAKER_38: I gotta talk about that too, man.
- 19:12SPEAKER_38: I got a lot of ground to cover today.
- 19:13SPEAKER_38: Holy cow, my head's spinning.
- 19:15SPEAKER_38: The bots and the trolls were out in full force yesterday.
- 19:19SPEAKER_38: Tallerico must have sent out the minions to do his bidding.
- 19:24SPEAKER_38: I had so many ridiculous faux of the show comments from people outside of the state yesterday, just out of nowhere, commenting on every single post that I had on X.
- 19:35SPEAKER_38: One of them was like, How do you get up in the morning?
- 19:39SPEAKER_38: I was like, I get up with the alarm after getting a good night's sleep with the mini leaf night gummies.
- 19:43SPEAKER_38: How do you get up in the morning?
- 19:46SPEAKER_38: Linda Benson has taken advantage of the night gummies, the uh night plus CBG, the extra strength uh sleep gummy.
- 19:53SPEAKER_38: She's over 21, so she can purchase these products, saying, Great product.
- 19:58SPEAKER_38: Even after a bathroom trip, I go right back to a deep sleep.
- 20:01SPEAKER_38: I'm experiencing much better and deeper sleep since I started taking the sleep gummies.
- 20:06SPEAKER_38: Uh Brett got a friend of his, the uh pain knockout cream.
- 20:10SPEAKER_38: This is a triple diamond pain cream.
- 20:12SPEAKER_38: And after two applications, his friend, she no longer was experiencing pain in her side.
- 20:17SPEAKER_38: I want to remind you, too, that if you own a business and you want to carry mini leaf products, they sell like hotcakes.
- 20:24SPEAKER_38: Or I guess I would just say they sell like night gummies because the night gummies, they sell a ton of those.
- 20:28SPEAKER_38: Um Lake uh Superior Dispensary, that's a five-star review for Mini Leaf.
- 20:33SPEAKER_38: Amazing company to do business with.
- 20:35SPEAKER_38: So if you own a business and you want to carry mini leaf product, they can hook you up.
- 20:38SPEAKER_38: All you have to do is go to min-n-e-le-a-f dot com.
- 20:43SPEAKER_38: That's minileaf.com and taste happy at minileaf.com.
- 20:47SPEAKER_09: Hello, this is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 20:53SPEAKER_09: I'd like to thank John's listeners for their generosity.
- 20:56SPEAKER_09: Now, because this is Minnesota, you can vote for me in person as early as Friday, October 16th.
- 21:02SPEAKER_09: Now, let's talk about the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Test Scores for Eastern Carver County Schools.
- 21:08SPEAKER_09: Only 62.6% of our students are proficient in reading, only 62.5% are proficient in math, and only 29.9% are proficient in science.
- 21:21SPEAKER_09: So, how are we graduating 94.1% of our students?
- 21:26SPEAKER_09: You know, this has nothing to do with the quality of our teachers and everything to do with a lack of school board and administrative accountability.

- 21:38SPEAKER_09: Go to the blog section of my website, reelectjoeescott.com and eccsmcascores.com.
- 21:51SPEAKER_38: Metallica Frontman James Hetfield paused the October 10th concert at the Sphere to promise fans that he would.
- 22:00SPEAKER_38: Not be using the stage to lecture them and jabbed at other artists who have chosen to do so.
- 22:07SPEAKER_38: You a Metallica fan?
- 22:08SPEAKER_38: There, uh Devin?
- 22:09SPEAKER_38: You like it, no?
- 22:11SPEAKER_22: They got some good stuff.
- 22:12SPEAKER_38: Yeah, for sure.
- 22:13SPEAKER_38: You kind of sound like me.
- 22:14SPEAKER_38: Like, I like Metallica.
- 22:15SPEAKER_38: I I've owned some albums of Metallica, never seen them live.
- 22:19SPEAKER_38: Neither have I.
- 22:20SPEAKER_38: Not adverse to it.
- 22:21SPEAKER_38: I would.
- 22:22SPEAKER_38: If I was given a free ticket, maybe.
- 22:23SPEAKER_38: I don't think I'd pay for it.
- 22:24SPEAKER_38: Oh yeah, for sure.
- 22:25SPEAKER_38: Um, you know, and enjoyed some Metallica, but I don't think I've ever gone, I mean, unless when I was really young, uh early on at a you know, when at a rebellious age, when I got Kill Em All and For Justice for All.
- 22:37SPEAKER_38: Maybe then I actually put on a Metallica album, but I probably not have I probably have not gone and said, I need to listen to Metallica.
- 22:44SPEAKER_38: I probably haven't done that 30 years.
- 22:47SPEAKER_38: Probably, more than likely.
- 22:49SPEAKER_38: Be that as it may, mad props to the uh frontman performing with the band during several shows at the sphere.
- 22:55SPEAKER_38: Took a moment to thank the fans for traveling to see the show.
- 22:58SPEAKER_38: Unless you live in Vegas, you've come a long way to spend time with Metallica, and we're grateful for that.
- 23:02SPEAKER_38: It's always seemed like a cool dude.
- 23:04SPEAKER_38: You'd have to be a cool dude to be the frontman of Metallica for as popular as it all, as it as it is.
- 23:09SPEAKER_38: You'd you'd have you'd have to be a cool guy.
- 23:12SPEAKER_38: We're grateful for that.
- 23:13SPEAKER_38: Your travels, the money you spend, the time it took.
- 23:16SPEAKER_38: Thanks for celebrating with us.
- 23:18SPEAKER_38: Then he pivoted to address the recent rash of artists who have used the stage as a platform to promote certain political issues or agendas and made it clear that Metallica was having none of it.
- 23:29SPEAKER_36: Metallica's not here like some other entertainers to influence you with their bullshit.
- 23:39SPEAKER_36: Okay?
- 23:40SPEAKER_36: We are here.
- 23:45SPEAKER_36: We're here to forget about all the outside shit in the middle of the American agenda is love, energy, and heavy music, baby!
- 24:04SPEAKER_38: You know, at least they get it.
- 24:07SPEAKER_38: And you know, that's what I appreciate about it is that James Hetfield gets it.
- 24:11SPEAKER_38: Apologies for the colorful uh language out of the gate this morning.
- 24:15SPEAKER_38: I just had a lot, I got a lot of audio today, so not a not a lot of time to do the editing.
- 24:21SPEAKER_19: Metallica, they do a great show.
- 24:25SPEAKER_19: But they're not as cool as they were when Cliff Burton was still alive.
- 24:29SPEAKER_19: Cliff Burton being gone made a big difference.
- 24:34SPEAKER_38: Yeah, no, I know.
- 24:36SPEAKER_38: I know that a lot of uh Metallica purists out there feel uh very much the uh uh the same way.
- 24:42SPEAKER_38: So hat tip to him.
- 24:44SPEAKER_38: You know what?
- 24:45SPEAKER_38: Our celebrities need to be a little bit more, you know, like uh like James Hetfield.
- 24:52SPEAKER_38: I'm just gonna say that up front.
- 24:53SPEAKER_38: And our may our candidates be a little bit less like this Connorsville, Indiana candidate for uh for office.
- 25:03SPEAKER_38: So the video So I gotta set the stage here.
- 25:05SPEAKER_38: This looks like almost public access.
- 25:07SPEAKER_38: Like our camera shot here on the show is uh is true top-notch quality professionalism compared to this.
- 25:16SPEAKER_38: This looked like a closed circuit camera that was parked on the corner of the room down at a just a blank table where there was two candidates and a moderator.
- 25:25SPEAKER_38: This woman you're about to hear, uh leaning back, she had some printed t-shirt on.
- 25:30SPEAKER_38: It looks stained.
- 25:31SPEAKER_38: She's kind of leaning back at her chair, just and you know, she's she's asked a question, and this is her uh response.
- 25:39SPEAKER_39: What is the one decision that I would make that not might not be popular?
- 25:42SPEAKER_50: That may be unpopular with some voters, but is in the best interest of the county.
- 25:48SPEAKER_39: Firing all Republicans.
- 25:50SPEAKER_39: I wouldn't let them.
- 25:52SPEAKER_39: I mean, I don't even talk to them.
- 25:55SPEAKER_39: I don't like them.
- 25:56SPEAKER_39: I mean, they voted against our own state representative voted against her own party.
- 26:04SPEAKER_39: I mean, what do you want me to say?
- 26:08SPEAKER_39: I don't like being around them.
- 26:10SPEAKER_39: I mean, y'all did this to us, y'all voted for us, you made this happen, this ice coming.
- 26:19SPEAKER_09: Maybe the foes of the show are from Indiana.
- 26:25SPEAKER_37: This is what people sound like without voice disguises.
- 26:28SPEAKER_39: Coming into our communities, stealing people's jobs.
- 26:32SPEAKER_39: I mean, I've been threatened so many times to my face by MAGA, we'll call them, because there's Republicans who actually get it.
- 26:50SPEAKER_39: You know, there are good Republicans out there, but then there's these MAGAs who are just racist and aren't very intelligent at all.
- 27:02SPEAKER_39: They call you names.
- 27:04SPEAKER_39: Wow.
- 27:06SPEAKER_39: Sheriff's nephew threatened to blow my head off.
- 27:09SPEAKER_39: But, you know, what are you gonna do?
- 27:11SPEAKER_50: Well, that brings us to um your opportunity to um say just a few last words to um to the voters.
- 27:21SPEAKER_39: We have guns too.
- 27:24SPEAKER_39: All right.
- 27:26SPEAKER_50: Well, as a reminder, the general election is November 3rd.
- 27:29SPEAKER_50: Early voting began October 6th.
- 27:31SPEAKER_50: You can vote Monday 38.
- 27:32SPEAKER_38: What I wouldn't give Monday 38 to be to be in the head of the moderator.
- 27:41SPEAKER_38: Well, we got gun, we got guns too.
- 27:49SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294.
- 27:54SPEAKER_38: No David Gartenstein Ross today.
- 27:56SPEAKER_38: So uh he reached out yesterday.
- 27:58SPEAKER_38: He is uh very busy in his role as the uh CEO of Expert Theory.
- 28:02SPEAKER_38: He will be back uh next week.
- 28:04SPEAKER_38: He did uh ask me to apologize to uh those of you looking forward to today.
- 28:09SPEAKER_38: I know some of you have been sending in your artificial intelligence uh related questions, but unfortunately uh David Garzenstein Ross will not not be on the uh on the show today.
- 28:19SPEAKER_38: So he will be on again uh next week.
- 28:21SPEAKER_38: Uh I want to go here.
- 28:23SPEAKER_38: Uh I I have a couple of clips.
- 28:24SPEAKER_38: They're long.
- 28:25SPEAKER_38: I'm just gonna play one.
- 28:27SPEAKER_38: I want to make a few comments, and then I may save the others for the end of the show because something something uh happened on Fox yesterday that is not getting any attention at all.
- 28:40SPEAKER_38: I mean, it is insane the world that we live in right now with everything that's going on, wherein you had Brett Bear.
- 28:49SPEAKER_38: Brett Bear on Fox News, probably one of the most reputable anchors on Fox News, I would say.
- 28:56SPEAKER_38: Like if Brett Bear is interviewing somebody, you're taking it seriously.
- 29:00SPEAKER_38: He's not gonna have nut jobs on Fox News.
- 29:05SPEAKER_38: Well, yesterday he had on uh Jay Stratton.
- 29:09SPEAKER_38: For those that aren't familiar uh with uh Jay uh Stratton, uh this individual uh has been involved in politics, a defense contractor in the government for years.
- 29:24SPEAKER_38: And Brett Baer had on a special report yesterday went deep into the government UAP files.
- 29:30SPEAKER_38: And what this individual said on Fox News was incredible regarding the existence of non-human technology in possession by the government, regarding the existence of NHIs.
- 29:45SPEAKER_38: No one bats an eye at this right now.
- 29:48SPEAKER_38: It isn't this is insane to me.
- 29:51SPEAKER_38: It's essentially, again, the most credible Fox News reporter interviewing a guy with an extensive government background, meaning, you know, for the most part, you can put a level of seriousness and credibility behind the person that he's interviewing, and he's straight up saying, Yeah, there's aliens.
- 30:10SPEAKER_38: And like it's just not like nothing.
- 30:12SPEAKER_38: You probably didn't even hear about it until I brought it up.
- 30:14SPEAKER_38: I'll share with you one of the clips here in just a moment on the John Justice show.
- 30:19SPEAKER_38: We'll get back to more of your comments on the blaster line, 651-964-0294.

- 35:18SPEAKER_55: Now get out of my shot.
- 35:21SPEAKER_55: It was a pump.
- 35:24SPEAKER_55: Now let's hear some testimonials.
- 35:26SPEAKER_55: Uh, yeah, I'll talk about it.
- 35:28SPEAKER_55: I mean, first they showed up in the showed up.

- 36:31SPEAKER_38: And tell them that the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment, sent you.
- 36:36SPEAKER_38: And you can just say the John Justice sent you.
- 36:37SPEAKER_38: That works out just as well.
- 36:38SPEAKER_38: You don't have to get American Experiment in there if you don't want to.
- 36:41SPEAKER_38: But bonus points if you do.
- 36:43SPEAKER_35: Well, the one thing that the Ohmar issue has done was brought Jimmy Walls out of the basement.
- 36:50SPEAKER_35: He was out there right away making comments about everything about how Trump is doing illegal things and just doing it for politics and blah blah blah blah blah.
- 37:03SPEAKER_35: Well to me, you know, you could have done something.
- 37:06SPEAKER_35: Drop a little four dollars a gallon yesterday.
- 37:08SPEAKER_35: Up north of 390.
- 37:11SPEAKER_35: Maybe you could have done what uh Donald Trump was gonna do.
- 37:15SPEAKER_35: He was gonna suspend the federal gas tax.
- 37:17SPEAKER_35: Why didn't you suspend the state gas tax?
- 37:22SPEAKER_35: Didn't he go back in the basement?
- 37:24SPEAKER_38: And that is uh actually something we're gonna be talking about here in just a moment.
- 37:28SPEAKER_38: Trump's defending his Russian diesel uh deal amid the criticism from uh the GOP.
- 37:34SPEAKER_38: Although the individuals, uh the GOP uh members that are complaining, it's your usual suspect of moderates slash what many of you would call rhinos.
- 37:43SPEAKER_38: Your Senator Susan Collins of Maine, your Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Tom Tillis of North Carolina, uh John Curtis of uh of Utah.
- 37:51SPEAKER_38: Not a huge surprise there.
- 37:52SPEAKER_38: We'll give you details on that.
- 37:53SPEAKER_38: And two, uh that rally that took place regarding Ilhan Omar uh yesterday, uh, this may be all part of the plan.
- 38:03SPEAKER_38: If you want to go down the road of intention beyond just holding people accountable if they go and break the law, there is a line of thinking that the way in which Democrats are now defending Ilhan Omar might be kind of a trap, depending on what the DOJ, what Homeland Security investigators end up revealing, and what the charges, assuming that they come, will be uh against uh Ilhan Omar.
- 38:34SPEAKER_38: So we'll dive into more of that coming up in just a few minutes here on the John Justice show, presented by American Experiment.
- 38:39SPEAKER_38: I just want to share this with you.
- 38:40SPEAKER_38: It's one clip, and like I said, we may spike in the other ones that I grabbed later in the in the show because this is massive.
- 38:49SPEAKER_38: And I know in in light of, and perhaps that's why the federal government is releasing this information now.
- 38:55SPEAKER_38: I know in light of the midterm elections coming up in a few weeks, in light of all these investigations, and in light of everything that we've been dealing with here in Minnesota, you know, the existence of extraterrestrials or non-human intelligence is not the top of everybody's list right now, understandably so.
- 39:11SPEAKER_38: Be that as it may, it's pretty incredible that you had this Jay Stratton on Fox News last night saying the things that he was saying to Brett Bear and these alleged revelations regarding non-human uh origin of craft that the government has, according to this individual, the existence of uh NHIs.
- 39:34SPEAKER_38: Here's just a bit of the opening of the special report uh inside the government's UAP files from Fox News last night.
- 39:41SPEAKER_58: Jay, you served in the U.S.
- 39:42SPEAKER_58: military, national intelligence 30, almost 33 years, sir.
- 39:48SPEAKER_58: Long time, long time, long career.
- 39:50SPEAKER_58: And you ended up the highest civilian rank.
- 39:54SPEAKER_59: Yes.
- 39:54SPEAKER_59: I I moved up from uh the regular GS ranks to the senior executive service, which is the highest a civilian can get non-appointed.
- 40:02SPEAKER_59: So it's a career move, and it's a really uh boosted for a statement of my capability over the years and that I accomplished what I did and I moved moved the needle a little bit enough to get recognized.
- 40:14SPEAKER_58: I mean, you served on the battlefields and you served in the Pentagon, you served in the national intelligence community.
- 40:21SPEAKER_59: You know, I I never thought joining the Army in 1989 that I would be chasing UAP and working in this company.
- 40:31SPEAKER_59: It's a it's like amazing career to have almost 33 years.
- 40:35SPEAKER_59: Um over 16 of those were investigating UAP and non-human intelligent life on behalf of the U.S.
- 40:40SPEAKER_59: government.
- 40:42SPEAKER_59: I I really feel like it's been a monumental shift in the culture.
- 40:46SPEAKER_58: Hey, the Pentagon has begun declassifying and releasing records about UAPs on a rolling basis now.
- 40:54SPEAKER_58: This follows recent directives from President Trump.
- 40:57SPEAKER_58: Jay Stratton was a central figure in the government's investigation into these sightings and encounters.
- 41:03SPEAKER_58: His new book is called Out of the Shadows Revealing the Truth about Non-Human Intelligent Life.
- 41:09SPEAKER_58: It comes out tomorrow.
- 41:10SPEAKER_59: Why'd you write this book?
- 41:13SPEAKER_59: This book is very important to me.
- 41:15SPEAKER_59: I wanted to get the word out to the people.
- 41:17SPEAKER_59: I've been working behind the scenes for the last 20 years uh to get us where we're at today in this disclosure movement.
- 41:24SPEAKER_59: So it's very important that people understand the main point is that the world deserves to know the truth about the UAP topic and the presence of non-human intelligent life.
- 41:36SPEAKER_58: I've read it.
- 41:37SPEAKER_58: It's a page turner.
- 41:38SPEAKER_58: There's a lot in there that I haven't heard before.
- 41:42SPEAKER_58: Uh you led the government's hunt for this for 16 years.
- 41:47SPEAKER_58: Simple question.
- 41:49SPEAKER_58: Are we alone?
- 41:50SPEAKER_59: No, Brett, we're not.
- 41:52SPEAKER_59: Humanity is not the only intelligent life in the universe, nor do we know the intent of the non-human intelligent life that's here.
- 41:58SPEAKER_59: It's very concerning.
- 42:00SPEAKER_38: And again, there's two parts of this whole thing.
- 42:02SPEAKER_38: I am personally fascinated by all of this disclosure going on.
- 42:08SPEAKER_38: But I also find it incredibly amusing that the general public just doesn't seem interested in it at all.
- 42:20SPEAKER_38: And again, I kind of get it.
- 42:22SPEAKER_38: But there there was a time not all that long ago where everything that we're being told now about the government having, and this is the other comments that we have.
- 42:31SPEAKER_38: He talks about how um submarines have been used as bait to draw out some of these UAPs so they can get information on them.
- 42:39SPEAKER_38: He talks about the government being in possession of these craft.
- 42:43SPEAKER_38: There was a time when this would have been headline news, and even when you go back to earlier in the year when disclosure started, there was more interest in there than there is now.
- 42:51SPEAKER_38: It's so funny, just as a uh peeling back the uh the curtain um a little a little bit, uh on uh Freedom Friday, I'll preview the stories we're gonna cover.
- 43:02SPEAKER_38: And I like bringing up the UAP talk at uh topic with um with AK because it gets it gets him going.
- 43:08SPEAKER_38: And we're kind of you know brothers from another mother when it comes to uh our our interest in the uh in the topic.
- 43:14SPEAKER_38: But when I do, just the eye rolls that I get from especially Catherine Johnson, just like, oh, I don't want to talk about our I don't want to talk about aliens.
- 43:24SPEAKER_38: So, like I said, uh time permitting, I'll share with you the other clips coming up uh at the end of the show.
- 43:28SPEAKER_38: Let's get on to more pressing matters.
- 43:29SPEAKER_38: Again, if you want to comment, 651-964-0294.
- 43:34SPEAKER_38: President Donald Trump yesterday did defend his decision to purchase diesel from Russia as part of the effort to lower the high fuel prices.
- 43:42SPEAKER_38: The European Union paid Russia$250 billion for energy, and the fake news media doesn't want to get near that story, Trump wrote on Trucial.
- 43:51SPEAKER_38: I made the right choice for the American people.
- 43:53SPEAKER_38: Always America first, the president added.
- 43:56SPEAKER_38: And talking about this with Andrew Langer yesterday, I Made the point that this president, much like George H.W.
- 44:02SPEAKER_38: Bush, makes decisions that he believes are the correct decisions for the country, even if they're not popular.
- 44:12SPEAKER_38: These, you know, this decision to work with Russia in order to lower the diesel prices, because that's what is attached to the Russian and Ukraine uh war, he believes is the right move to try to get the gas prices lower.
- 44:24SPEAKER_38: And he doesn't care what commentary comes with it.
- 44:27SPEAKER_38: Trump's defense came after those six senators that I mentioned from both parties, demanded his administration reverse the deal with a Russian pre president Vladimir Putin to supply diesel to U.S.
- 44:38SPEAKER_38: and global markets.
- 44:39SPEAKER_38: It is interesting, too, by the way, that um this was, you know, six senators from both parties, and that was it.
- 44:44SPEAKER_38: So it's not like you have the total of the Democrats in Congress, and certainly not all the Republicans, that are out there against what Trump is proposing to do to lower the diesel fuel prices.
- 44:55SPEAKER_38: Trump announced on Friday that Russia would immediately provide more than 300,000 tons of diesel, followed by another 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons shortly afterwards.
- 45:08SPEAKER_38: It's a good thing I didn't have that uh economic uh individual on the Minneapolis City Council read that.
- 45:15SPEAKER_38: She never would have got through those big numbers.
- 45:17SPEAKER_38: That would have been very difficult for her.
- 45:19SPEAKER_38: Also, an additional 3 million tons would be delivered within a short period of time, Trump said.
- 45:25SPEAKER_38: The agreement is intended to ease the soaring fuel costs that have strained American consumers and businesses.
- 45:33SPEAKER_38: The Republicans assigning the statement again, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Tom Tillis, John Curtis.
- 45:40SPEAKER_38: They issued, along with two Democrats.
- 45:42SPEAKER_38: So you had six Republicans and only two Democrats that were against us.
- 45:46SPEAKER_38: Issued a joint statement Sunday accusing the administration of bypassing Congress and potentially violating federal restrictions on Russian energy import uh imports.
- 45:56SPEAKER_38: You know, that old adage, you know, keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer comes to mind when it comes when it uh when it comes to this.
- 46:04SPEAKER_38: You know, Trump knows the economic and physical toll that Ukraine has inflicted on Russia right now.
- 46:11SPEAKER_38: I mean, Russia has lost like millions in terms of their military million, uh millions of armed service members, it's my understanding, in this Ukraine war.
- 46:22SPEAKER_38: And he knows that Putin's in a tough spot.
- 46:24SPEAKER_38: So he's taking advantage, he's leveraging Russia's current vulnerabilities to our advantage here in the uh United States.
- 46:33SPEAKER_38: Those complaints coming from those conservatives, it more has to do with their own individual politics in their particular states than it does the larger issue of what Trump is trying to accomplish with this.
- 46:45SPEAKER_38: Speaking of Trump, a federal judge ruled that the Trump administration must end an advertising campaign that spent millions of taxpayer dollars on messaging that critics argued was political, and a move by this judge that was completely political, by the way.
- 47:01SPEAKER_38: District judge Jennifer Rochon granted a temporary restraining order sought by a coalition that claimed the ad campaign was an illegal misuse of funds and directed the White House to cancel any ads that were set to air, including those that were going to run over the weekend.
- 47:17SPEAKER_38: So the filing came forward on Saturday, and the Justice Department argued the restraining order was not needed because the alleged offended uh conduct will end tomorrow.
- 47:26SPEAKER_38: The Department of Homeland Security, just as a bit of a background on this, spent about$1 million, uh$20 million on the campaign using money that DHS officials stated was appropriated by Congress and available for, among other things, commemorating efforts and events related to border security.
- 47:46SPEAKER_38: The campaign began in September and included a spot that featured Trump discussing the threat of communism, one that was similar to an advertisement in his last presidential campaign, and an ad uh about the capture of the Venezuelan uh leader uh Nicolas Maduro.
- 48:01SPEAKER_38: The ads were quickly condemned by critics, including, again, John Thune makes an appearance.
- 48:05SPEAKER_38: Boy, he's just kind of a clown.
- 48:09SPEAKER_38: Who said it shouldn't be paid for with taxpayer dollars.
- 48:11SPEAKER_38: The White House defended the ads by comparing them to public service announcement announcements that previous administrations have aired supporting various policies.
- 48:20SPEAKER_38: Listen, I've got no problem with the expenditure.
- 48:25SPEAKER_38: People need to be informed of communism in this country, need to be made aware of the gains that this administration has made against some other countries and their uh leaders that were dictators.
- 48:39SPEAKER_38: So I have no problem with it.
- 48:41SPEAKER_38: The only reason this judge issued the restraining order is, you know, because of Trump.
- 48:46SPEAKER_38: That's all that it comes, that's all that it comes down to.
- 48:52SPEAKER_38: Yeah, exactly.
- 48:54SPEAKER_38: Speaking of controversial ads, let me share this one with you really quick.
- 48:57SPEAKER_38: This would have been a parody that nobody would have believed, say, I would say 10 years ago, but not 10 years ago.
- 49:03SPEAKER_38: They got to go back at least 15 years.
- 49:05SPEAKER_38: A friend of the show uh and uh defender of Minneapolis, uh Becca Thompson, posted this up on social media yesterday, and I had to grab it to share it with you.
- 49:16SPEAKER_38: These are progressives in Australia.
- 49:20SPEAKER_38: I guess they have an election uh coming up, uh, apparently.
- 49:24SPEAKER_38: But this is an ad for these progressives and what they say they're going to do if they were to go and get in office.
- 49:32SPEAKER_38: Becca's comment on this was: I think it's time to admit that we have a profound uh education problem in our nation.
- 49:38SPEAKER_38: Like five alarm fire worthy.
- 49:41SPEAKER_38: This political ad, like I said, would have been considered a parody not all that long ago.
- 49:50SPEAKER_52: Housing, healthcare, groceries, and bills, we're all paying more and getting less.
- 49:54SPEAKER_52: It's time for real change, and we've got a plan for how to do it.
- 49:58SPEAKER_52: We'll make housing affordable by cutting stand dunes, capping rents, and building public housing.
- 50:02SPEAKER_51: We'll make public transport free and more frequent, so getting around costs less, and there's more services more often.
- 50:09SPEAKER_52: We'll expand the public dental system and make dental care free so that having healthy teeth doesn't still lie and having a big bank balance.
- 50:15SPEAKER_52: We'll make groceries cheaper with publicly owned supermarkets selling everyday essentials for 30% less.
- 50:20SPEAKER_51: We'll end Victoria's rely on some coal and gas and invest in more publicly owned renewable energy.
- 50:26SPEAKER_51: And we'll get big money out of politics by banning corporate donations to politicians.
- 50:30SPEAKER_52: We'll make everyday life more affordable, and to pay for it, we'll make the big corporations and the ultra ultra wealthy pay more so that you can pay less.
- 50:37SPEAKER_52: A better t shirt is possible.
- 50:39SPEAKER_52: Join us.
- 50:41SPEAKER_52: Authorized by East Sandler, 50 Queen Street Celtic.
- 50:45SPEAKER_38: We'll just give you all this free stuff and then we'll just, you know, take all the money from the rich people to pay for it.
- 50:51SPEAKER_38: Never ever works out.
- 50:53SPEAKER_38: Socialism.
- 50:54SPEAKER_38: It's failed every single time they have tried to implement it.
- 51:00SPEAKER_38: It has failed.
- 51:02SPEAKER_38: And yet, it's that old listen, if you ignore history, you're doomed to repeat it.
- 51:09SPEAKER_38: And the education system, and this is where Becca Thompson's comment comes into play, she's right.
- 51:14SPEAKER_38: The education system across the planet has been an abject failure in failing to go and show how these communist, these Marxist ideologies bring about death and destruction and despair every single time.
- 51:31SPEAKER_38: No, there's not a generation that's going to go and get it right.
- 51:35SPEAKER_38: No, not this time we're gonna figure it all out.
- 51:38SPEAKER_38: No, every single time it's an abject failure.
- 51:42SPEAKER_38: You know, in the midst of all of this, I was reminded, and I haven't played this here on the John Justice show, presented by American Experiment, but this goes back many, many years.
- 51:51SPEAKER_38: Uh, I've talked about cracked.com.
- 51:55SPEAKER_38: Used to do a lot of great social commentary.
- 51:57SPEAKER_38: Uh now I don't know what they do anymore.
- 51:59SPEAKER_38: They've kind of fallen by the wayside.
- 52:01SPEAKER_38: This was one of my most favorite bits by them, though.
- 52:03SPEAKER_38: Uh, this is Cracked and their uh most electable uh candidate ad, and that Australian uh ad reminded me of uh of this.
- 52:12SPEAKER_40: Does anyone else miss the time when we used to work this land?
- 52:15SPEAKER_40: The time politicians serve the people.
- 52:18SPEAKER_40: Does anyone else miss America?
- 52:20SPEAKER_40: I'm Ronald Montgomery Taylor.
- 52:22SPEAKER_40: I don't want to be your president.
- 52:25SPEAKER_40: You can call me Ron, or you can call me Dr.
- 52:27SPEAKER_40: Taylor.
- 52:28SPEAKER_40: It's your choice.
- 52:29SPEAKER_40: I am pro-choice, but not in the way you're thinking.
- 52:33SPEAKER_40: Just generally.
- 52:34SPEAKER_40: No, I'm not some fast-talking politician.
- 52:36SPEAKER_40: I grew up on a farm right in the middle of Boston.
- 52:39SPEAKER_40: My father was a simple farmer, my mother was a simple dean of admissions at Harvard.
- 52:44SPEAKER_40: Everything is too expensive today.
- 52:47SPEAKER_40: That's fine.
- 52:48SPEAKER_40: Immigration.
- 52:50SPEAKER_40: Well, I'm not interested in addressing that.
- 52:52SPEAKER_40: I want to get us back to a simpler time.
- 52:54SPEAKER_40: A time when women knew their place, the workforce.
- 52:57SPEAKER_40: A time when kids respected their elders and grew up to start internet companies, and said their prayers before bed.
- 53:05SPEAKER_40: If they wanted to.
- 53:06SPEAKER_40: And when those planes hit those two towers, I thought, man.
- 53:11SPEAKER_40: America.
- 53:14SPEAKER_40: Okay.
- 53:14SPEAKER_40: Conservative, liberal, Democrat, Republican.
- 53:18SPEAKER_40: In the end, do these words really mean anything?
- 53:21SPEAKER_40: Yes.
- 53:22SPEAKER_40: Yes, they do.
- 53:23SPEAKER_40: That's their job as words.
- 53:25SPEAKER_40: I know what you're thinking.
- 53:26SPEAKER_40: Healthcare, abortion, Congress, banks.
- 53:30SPEAKER_40: Well, I want you to know.
- 53:32SPEAKER_40: I feel the exact same way as you.
- 53:34SPEAKER_40: Sometimes you just need to stop, slow down, take a look around, and say, okay, let's make Ron president.
- 53:43SPEAKER_40: I'm Ron, or Dr.
- 53:45SPEAKER_40: Taylor, and frankly, I'm a little ambivalent about this message.
- 53:49SPEAKER_38: One of my favorite, uh, favorite uh all-time bits.
- 53:52SPEAKER_38: It is the John Justice Show, uh, presented by uh American Experiment.
- 53:57SPEAKER_38: If you want to comment at any point during the show, you can email me John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org or leave us a uh blast voice or text message to the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 54:10SPEAKER_38: All right, one more item, and then we're gonna dive into.
- 54:12SPEAKER_38: Investigators are calling the Ilhan Omar probe World War 11.
- 54:17SPEAKER_38: Omar responds after the raid uh yesterday, and how this whole thing might have been a trap that the left has already fallen into.
- 54:27SPEAKER_38: We got a lot of ground to cover.
- 54:29SPEAKER_38: Bill Glon from Center of the American Experiment will be joining us in studio coming up at 7:30 this morning to share his thoughts.
- 54:35SPEAKER_38: He's written tomes.
- 54:38SPEAKER_38: He's written a ton about the allegations into Ilhan Omar and her immigration status.
- 54:44SPEAKER_38: Um, but as I mentioned, one more quick item of note.
- 54:46SPEAKER_38: Uh Hugh Hewitt, whose opinion I respect uh quite a bit, was on Fox News uh yesterday uh talking uh previews of uh election night and what to look out for and how uh it would indicate that Republicans would be holding the Senate.
- 55:01SPEAKER_38: There was some interesting um data out this morning uh showing that there's a that there is a chance that Republicans could hold the Senate.
- 55:09SPEAKER_38: The typical line has been that Republicans would keep the House but would end up losing uh the Senate.
- 55:16SPEAKER_38: And all depends on whether or not these polls actually turn out to be true.
- 55:19SPEAKER_38: But here on Fox News, Hugh Hewitt uh lays out what everybody needs to watch out for.
- 55:23SPEAKER_38: And we will be doing live election night coverage here on the show.
- 55:27SPEAKER_38: We will be live that night.
- 55:28SPEAKER_38: We're actually gonna spend the night here at American uh American Experiment.
- 55:31SPEAKER_38: I haven't talked to producer Devin about this, so um uh Isaac's gonna be here to produce as well if you don't want to go and spend the night here.
- 55:38SPEAKER_38: But uh the uh comfy sofas here in the studio might end uh end up being the place where I rest my weary head.
- 55:44SPEAKER_38: Or we just stay up all night.
- 55:45SPEAKER_38: Who knows?
- 55:46SPEAKER_38: But here's uh what uh Hugh Hewitt had to say on Fox News about what to watch out for.
- 55:50SPEAKER_07: I would like to go to Ohio because uh I see President Trump is going tonight to youngstown Warner of the Steel Valley.
- 55:57SPEAKER_07: I'd like to actually go because the Guardians are in the American League Championship series, but I cannot persuade anyone to send me there.
- 56:02SPEAKER_07: So it's just gonna be Beltway after I figure out Maine because Maine will come in early.
- 56:07SPEAKER_07: When Susan Collins is re-elected, the Republicans are gonna say, ha, we're gonna hold the Senate, and then they're gonna look for pickups in Minnesota and Michigan and to hold on in Texas.
- 56:17SPEAKER_07: It should be a pretty early night if things are going well for the Republicans, a late night if it's not.
- 56:23SPEAKER_38: And we will be here uh every step of the way on the John Justice Show.
- 56:28SPEAKER_38: So we hope that you will uh you will join us for our special election night coverage, and of course, we'll be live uh the next morning.
- 56:34SPEAKER_38: All right.
- 56:35SPEAKER_38: Let's get into the big news item of the day.
- 56:37SPEAKER_38: Federal agents searching Representative Ilhan Omar's home, part of an ongoing criminal investigation into her immigration history.
- 56:44SPEAKER_38: The investigation nicknamed World War 11 by the Trump administration officials centers, they say, on Omar's late father's immigration paperwork.
- 56:57SPEAKER_38: Of course, Ilhan Omar has denied allegations of immigration fraud and accuse the administration of targeting her.
- 57:03SPEAKER_23: Of course, the World War XI comes from the now uh infamous uh flub that she gave to detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants doing World War Eleven.
- 57:16SPEAKER_23: World War Eleven.
- 57:20SPEAKER_38: She did immediately correct herself in that clip, by the way.
- 57:23SPEAKER_38: She did say, Oh, I meant to.
- 57:25SPEAKER_38: So it's still funny.
- 57:28SPEAKER_38: A senior Trump administration uh official told the Washington Post the investigation accelerated in recent weeks.
- 57:35SPEAKER_38: The probe has been nicknamed World War 11, as I mentioned.
- 57:38SPEAKER_38: The phrase recalls the video that we just shared.
- 57:40SPEAKER_38: Federal agents searching Omar's Washington, D.C.
- 57:43SPEAKER_38: residence early yesterday morning as part of the ongoing criminal investigation.
- 57:47SPEAKER_38: The Justice Department confirmed the Homeland Security investigations, the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security, had executed a judicially authorized search warrant, but did not identify Omar or disclose the specific focus of the investigation.
- 58:01SPEAKER_38: Borders are Tom Homan was on Fox News to lay out uh details when asked about this.
- 58:07SPEAKER_06: There's another issue not directly related to this, but federal agents raided Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's home in Washington, D.C.
- 58:14SPEAKER_06: She was reportedly being investigated over her immig immigration paperwork.
- 58:19SPEAKER_06: Can you tell us anything about this raid?
- 58:22SPEAKER_45: Well, I can confirm that uh uh uh uh a a Sir Torrent was executed this morning, signed by a judge.
- 58:29SPEAKER_45: Department of Justice is leading the investigation along with uh Department of Homeland Security.
- 58:34SPEAKER_45: Um so there there is an investigation.
- 58:36SPEAKER_45: Uh a warrant was served.
- 58:38SPEAKER_45: I won't get into the specifics of the criminal investigation.
- 58:41SPEAKER_45: I don't want to get ahead of Todd Blanch on that.
- 58:43SPEAKER_45: So that'd be a question for Todd Blanch, but a warrant was served today.
- 58:46SPEAKER_06: All right.
- 58:46SPEAKER_38: And and again, to dismiss this is to mistakenly end up thinking like a Democrat.
- 58:57SPEAKER_38: To say this is not gonna be a big deal, this is not a big deal, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 59:03SPEAKER_38: It's more than likely because an individual making a comment like that, and I've heard some people talking about this locally, you're thinking like all the Trump allegations and investigations.
- 59:12SPEAKER_38: As I mentioned at the start of the show, the left launches investigations without any allegations.
- 59:19SPEAKER_38: The right doesn't do that.
- 59:20SPEAKER_38: The right goes and says, Oh, there's an allegation here.
- 59:23SPEAKER_38: Oh, there might be some evidence, let's go ahead and launch our investigation.
- 59:27SPEAKER_38: The left, especially when it comes to Trump, the moment that he beat Hillary Clinton, suddenly we're like, oh, he's a bad guy.
- 59:33SPEAKER_38: I'm sure he's done bad things.
- 59:34SPEAKER_38: We must now go find all the bad things that he's done.
- 59:41SPEAKER_38: And then, well, what bad things has he done?
- 59:43SPEAKER_38: I don't know.
- 59:44SPEAKER_38: We have to just we have to just uncover everything.
- 59:46SPEAKER_38: There must be a crime there somewhere.
- 59:48SPEAKER_38: They go looking for a crime where one hasn't been alleged.
- 59:51SPEAKER_38: And that's why you see the Democrats all freaking out about this.
- 59:54SPEAKER_38: Because they know how they conduct elections.
- 59:56SPEAKER_38: In their minds, as we dive into this, in the minds of those on the left, they are speaking the truth when they talk about how, oh, this is what fascist, a fascist police state does.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_38: Rashida Talib was raging about this, and I'll have more audio to share regarding the media's freak out upon the announcement of the raid yesterday, because that's how they go and conduct their investigations, like a bunch of fascists.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_38: John Justice must have done some crime, so we must go and investigate every aspect of his life and pull all of his records to find something that he did wrong.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_38: Well, do you know?
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_38: Do you have any idea?
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_38: I have no idea.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_38: I just don't like him, and therefore we must investigate him to find out what it is because I am just convinced that he has done a crime.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_38: That's how the left operates.
- 1:00:42SPEAKER_38: That's how they go and launch investigations.
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_38: This is a serious one.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_38: Uh, there was a judge that had to sign off on allowing these Homeland Security investigators to go and raid a sitting member of Congress's home.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_38: On top of that, Ilhan Omar, of all people, in the midst of a tremendous level of national controversy and coverage into the issue of Somali immigrants, of which Ilhan Omar is at the top of the list.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_38: If you want to take part in the show at any point in time, leave us a voice or text message at 651-964-0294.
- 1:01:47SPEAKER_38: You can email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_38: There at the website, AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_38: You can watch the show live and you can submit your best nomination to the Golden Turkey Committee for this year's Golden Turkey Award.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_38: It's Golden Turkey Time, a competition to find the most bird-brained examples of waste in state government.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_38: You have until October 31st, and remember, no idea is too big or too small.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_38: The award started years ago when the Pentagon paid hundreds of dollars to a defense contractor for a simple hammer that sold six for six bucks at a local hardware store.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_38: Last year, Governor Dim Walls and his$430,000 legal bill won the Golden Turkey Award.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_38: In 2024, it was the new state flag and seal and the millions wasted.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_38: Feeding our future has been a past winner as well.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_38: If you're watching on the live stream at YouTube or Facebook, you can see the Golden Turkey Award sitting there.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_38: So if you know of a wasteful project that you think is worthy to be nominated for the Golden Turkey, again, get those in.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_38: AmericanExperimented.org is where you can submit those.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_38: The winner will be announced here on the show, I believe, on Monday, November 2nd, right before the election is when we'll make that announcement of the Golden Turkey Award winner.
- 1:03:03SPEAKER_38: So head on over to the website, AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_38: You can go and uh check that out for yourself.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_38: Representative Ilhan Omar and submit your uh nominees.
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_38: Representative Ilhan Omar broke her silence yesterday after Homeland Security raided her Washington, D.C.
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_38: home.
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_38: She posted on X that she was targeted by the Trump administration over political motivations.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_38: Well, half of that's right.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_38: She was targeted.
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_38: There were allegations.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_38: A judge had to sign off on it, and the administration took action.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_38: Political motivations?
- 1:03:33SPEAKER_38: I mean, I maybe.
- 1:03:35SPEAKER_38: Be that as it may, it wasn't political motivations that got the judge to go and sign off on it.
- 1:03:40SPEAKER_38: She went on to say, make no mistake.
- 1:03:43SPEAKER_38: I'm okay.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_38: Make no mistake.
- 1:03:46SPEAKER_38: This is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize the federal government.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_38: Even if it was there isn't anybody on the left that can stand with any level of credibility and make a statement like they're outraged over that.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_38: This is all the left has done.
- 1:04:02SPEAKER_38: No, I don't believe this is what the Trump administration is doing, as I mentioned.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_38: They had credible evidence.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_38: They got a judge to sign off on it, and they went forward and issued their investigation.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_38: And some are saying this is the tail end of an investigation.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_38: I have some audio that will play here in just a moment.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_38: But it's the left that has abused the federal government in launching investigation after investigation after investigation against President Donald Trump.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_38: Even the calls for impeachment, if they were to go and take over Congress, the Democrats are utterly ridiculous.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_38: They're just impeaching for the sake of impeaching him.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_38: So when they talk about this being this is what a fascist state does, as I mentioned, it's because that's what they do.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_38: For 10 years, Trump has targeted me with business lies and smear campaigns.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_38: And then I guess she has nothing to worry about.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_38: And by the way, for all the Democrats that are complaining that this happened, Ilhan Omar herself said publicly multiple times, go right ahead and investigate me.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_38: So, you know, be careful what you wish for.
- 1:04:51SPEAKER_38: She went on to say this is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_38: Okay, whatever.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_38: I can't eye roll hard enough without my eyeballs falling out of my head.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_38: And then she added this.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_38: I will not be silenced.
- 1:05:09SPEAKER_38: What an odd choice of words.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_38: Nobody's really talked about this yet.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_38: It's an odd choice of words.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_38: And it's also incredibly telling being an odd choice of words to use.
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_38: It's incredibly telling about what Ilhan values as important.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_38: It's activism.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_38: I will not be silenced.
- 1:05:27SPEAKER_38: What is she talking about?
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_38: See, she believes that this is political retribution trying to silence her over-the-top rhetoric.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_38: Ilhan Omar could have served as the example.
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_38: For every single immigrant from Somali coming to America, she could have been the example.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_38: Doesn't have to switch parties.
- 1:05:47SPEAKER_38: She can stay a progressive, she can stay a Democrat, but she could have set the example of what you can achieve even as an immigrant in the United States of America and how it makes America so.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_38: Exceptional that even a person like her could go and reach the position that she reached.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_38: Instead, she's done the exact opposite.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_38: Some people did something.
- 1:06:12SPEAKER_38: She downplayed the most horrific act in our lifetime in American history on 9-11.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_38: People have not forgiven her for that, and I completely understand.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_38: She consistently talks about what a horrible white systemic racist country this is, decries the white male constantly.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_38: Was a part of the squad before the mentality of the commies, like and Marxists, like Ilhan Omar, ended up co-opting the entirety of the Democrat Party.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_38: You want to look at the problems that we are faced with regarding fraud, Somali gangs.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_38: And that you know, I've used this example a lot, but that Venn diagram, yeah, Ilhan Omar is right there, or pyramid, she's right there at the top.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_38: This is an individual who, through her words and activism, not as a leader, she's never been a leader.
- 1:07:09SPEAKER_38: She's never, she was never interested in serving her constituent.
- 1:07:12SPEAKER_38: She doesn't care.
- 1:07:14SPEAKER_38: They vote for her blindly.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_38: But through her activism, she has been the very voice of the community that has gone and been responsible for almost 90% of the fraud, and so much of that is dependent on this attitude of victimization.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_38: Like it's okay that you're doing this because society has been so awful against you.
- 1:07:43SPEAKER_38: She has been at the top of pushing those narratives.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_38: So we'll see if the federal government has the last laugh on this.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_38: She's not a good person, is what I'm trying to say.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_38: She's never shown herself to be a good person.
- 1:07:57SPEAKER_38: She's never shown herself to be a patriotic person.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_38: She's done the exact opposite.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_38: So it would not shock me at all that an individual who has put out that mentality and so much hatred towards America, of which she represents.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_38: It wouldn't shock me in the least bit if she was involved in crimes.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_38: And there are many individuals out there who have done the legwork to show, especially when it comes to the allegations of her marrying her brother, that there's more than enough evidence out there.
- 1:08:25SPEAKER_38: We'll get into more of this with Bill Glon when he joins us at the bottom of the hour.
- 1:08:29SPEAKER_38: Let's go to uh some of our audio clips, though, and we'll start out with uh Newsmax, former FBI agent, attorney Stuart Kaplan talking about the Ilhan Omar raid, and uh friend of the show and good friend of mine and friend of yours as well, Art Del Queto, uh the president, former president of the National Border Patrol Council on uh Newsmax yesterday had this to say as I uh preview some of your comments on the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_34: Well, I can tell you uh this warrant signals to me that this is far more than just the typical immigration fraud case.
- 1:09:07SPEAKER_34: I can tell you under the Attorney General guidelines, there are a tremendous amount of hoops that have to be jumped through to get the authority to go after a sitting uh U.S.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_34: Congress woman uh such as Ms.
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_34: Omar.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_34: And I can tell you what her problem will be is that because this is a document case, and the fact that these agents have full unfeathered access to go into her house and retrieve documents, that doesn't mean that they go in with blinders or singularly just looking uh for immigration documents.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_34: They are going to look for any and all documents that may have some criminal uh overture with respect to whatever else uh is part of this investigation.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_34: Because keep in mind, the immigration aspect or component of this case uh can readily be uh defined because those documents have already been submitted and uh a Homeland Security already has those documents.
- 1:10:03SPEAKER_34: You don't need to go into someone's home, evade their privacy, and execute a search warrant.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_34: This signals to me there are other criminal uh alleged probable cause uh contained within this warrant outside the purview of an immigration fraud case, and that is why at 6 o'clock this morning, DOJ with HSI is now going through Ms.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_34: Omar's home.
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_60: And Art, let me um uh ask you about this, because uh if if that's correct, and this has broadened a bit, um, you know, there had been concern when all that Somali fraud was uncovered in Minnesota.
- 1:10:39SPEAKER_60: Um, there were a number of uh videos that that showed uh Representative Omar with some of the people who had been uh who were charged and convicted of some of the greatest amounts of of fraud.
- 1:10:51SPEAKER_60: Um do you think that that would be something that might be factoring into this uh very unusual move?
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_57: Look, I that's a fantastic question because we we're assuming that this has to do with her immigration status or how she filled out her paperwork.
- 1:11:07SPEAKER_57: But that your point is is is right on.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_57: Think about it.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_57: It may stem with some criminal investigation on any ties that she may have had with any type of fraud that was being done by other individuals within the country.
- 1:11:21SPEAKER_57: So who knows what they're looking for at this point, but uh uh certainly that is a huge possibility.
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_38: And again, that was uh friend of the show, a friend of mine, Artel Cueto, along with that uh attorney Stewart Kaplan on Newsmax uh yesterday.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_38: We're gonna get to your uh comments from the blaster line here in just a moment.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_38: I have a lot more audio to share.
- 1:11:42SPEAKER_38: Right now, though, you need to be on your game.
- 1:11:44SPEAKER_38: You need to be getting a good night's sleep, you need to be feeling healthy about yourself.
- 1:11:49SPEAKER_38: There's a way to do that, and it's by dropping the weight.
- 1:11:51SPEAKER_38: And I know it's not as easy as it sounds, especially if you've gone through the yo-yo dieting in the past.
- 1:11:56SPEAKER_38: But when it comes to the program with Neutrowave, 35 pounds is what I've lost.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_38: I've seen other individuals, friends of the show, 15, 20 pounds, it's already changed their life, uh, their lives.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_38: No pills, no shots, no gimmicks.
- 1:12:08SPEAKER_38: It's just real food and a smarter approach to weight loss, to weight loss.
- 1:12:12SPEAKER_38: It's neutral, it's all natural 40-day program.
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_38: If you're on medication, if you're overweight, tired all the time, listen up.
- 1:12:18SPEAKER_38: Your body may be telling you a story that the scale can't reveal.
- 1:12:21SPEAKER_38: And that's why it was so effective for me.
- 1:12:23SPEAKER_38: I am on an abundance of medication because of my heart issues.
- 1:12:26SPEAKER_38: I was tremendously uh overweight.
- 1:12:28SPEAKER_38: The night gummies from Minileaf certainly helped with my sleep, but I'm even getting even deeper sleep and better sleep now.
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_38: I'm able to work out better than I did before after losing the weight.
- 1:12:38SPEAKER_38: But to get to the true story of what your body is dealing with, that's where the metabolic session comes into play and the free red light therapy session.
- 1:12:45SPEAKER_38: It's absolutely free.
- 1:12:46SPEAKER_38: All you have to do is make the phone call today to Neutrawave to take advantage of that almost$300 value.
- 1:12:53SPEAKER_38: Don't wait.
- 1:12:54SPEAKER_38: Call Dr.
- 1:12:55SPEAKER_38: Bob today and mention the keyword strike when you call 952-952-8685, 952-952-8685.
- 1:13:05SPEAKER_38: Neutrawave in Edyna.
- 1:13:06SPEAKER_38: There's no pills, there's no shots, and there's nothing else like it.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_38: Individual results may vary.
- 1:13:12SPEAKER_33: Good morning, John.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_33: I am not dismissing this whole thing.
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_33: I do think that there is fire where the smoke is with Ilhan Omar.
- 1:13:23SPEAKER_33: But that being said, if something significant does not become of this, we're gonna look like as big a laughing stock as all of their efforts to uh frame Trump look like lawfare.
- 1:13:43SPEAKER_38: And you know, and if that's the case, it'll be forgotten about just like uh it happens on the left all the time.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_38: I understand your point.
- 1:13:52SPEAKER_38: You do have a point.
- 1:13:54SPEAKER_38: I'm not particularly worried about it in this case, especially off of uh based off of all that I've heard over the lengths that the federal government had to go to to even put forward this investigation.
- 1:14:06SPEAKER_38: But even if that were to happen, which is a possibility, it would just be forgotten about, just as quick as the allegations of, haha, there was nothing there.
- 1:14:15SPEAKER_38: So thank you for the comment.
- 1:14:16SPEAKER_38: Let's get back to uh some more of your thoughts on the blaster line.
- 1:14:19SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_21: Hey, John, uh, my understanding is that this uh investigation started uh under the Biden administration and Merrick Garland's uh Justice Department.
- 1:14:31SPEAKER_21: Maybe you can check that out from the porch.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_38: No, it did.
- 1:14:34SPEAKER_38: We mentioned it uh in the first hour of the show.
- 1:14:36SPEAKER_38: You're absolutely right.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_38: This did not uh this didn't the impetus of this was not uh the Trump uh administration.
- 1:14:43SPEAKER_38: Uh let's go and hear from uh friend of the show.
- 1:14:46SPEAKER_18: Hey John, Jerry Rose Mount again.
- 1:14:49SPEAKER_18: It seems really funny how Ilhan Omar, uh Kamala Harris.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_18: They're always parroting this America is such a racist country, and the white man is the problem, and the white man is the enemy.
- 1:15:06SPEAKER_18: But those two women are married to white men.
- 1:15:12SPEAKER_38: Shut up already.
- 1:15:14SPEAKER_38: Yeah, Dems don't care.
- 1:15:15SPEAKER_38: Dems don't care.
- 1:15:16SPEAKER_38: Hypocrisy does not exist in their vocabulary.
- 1:15:19SPEAKER_38: They wear it as a badge of honor for crying out loud.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_38: Rashida Taleb posted yesterday, DHS raiding a member of Congress's home is exactly what a fascist police state does.
- 1:15:30SPEAKER_38: This president should not be allowed to weaponize the federal government against its political enemies.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_38: I stand with Ilhan.
- 1:15:36SPEAKER_38: Yeah, because only the left is allowed to go and weaponize the federal government against his political enemies.
- 1:15:42SPEAKER_38: Oh, too bad, so sad.
- 1:15:43SPEAKER_38: I guess we all forgot about that.
- 1:15:46SPEAKER_38: You're only allowed to do that if you're a Democrat.
- 1:15:48SPEAKER_38: If you are a Republican and you do that, oh, suddenly now you're a fascist.
- 1:15:53SPEAKER_38: Isn't it interesting how that works?
- 1:15:55SPEAKER_09: Hello, this is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools Board.
- 1:16:00SPEAKER_09: I'd like to thank John's listeners for their generosity.
- 1:16:03SPEAKER_09: Now, because this is Minnesota, you can vote for me in person as early as Friday, October 16th.
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_09: Now, let's talk about the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Test Scores for Eastern Carver County Schools.
- 1:16:15SPEAKER_09: Only 62.6% of our students are proficient in reading, only 62.5% are proficient in math, and only 29.9% are proficient in science.
- 1:16:28SPEAKER_09: So, how are we graduating 94.1% of our students?
- 1:16:33SPEAKER_09: You know, this has nothing to do with the quality of our teachers and everything to do with a lack of school board and administrative accountability.
- 1:16:41SPEAKER_09: Our superintendent is not contractually responsible for student proficiency.
- 1:16:45SPEAKER_09: Go to the blog section of my website, reelectjoeescott.com and eccsmcascores.com.
- 1:16:53SPEAKER_11: The stamp was paid for by reelectjoeescott.
- 1:16:56SPEAKER_30: Hey, good morning, John.
- 1:16:58SPEAKER_30: I think that it's important to understand much the way I see Teslas, it's not a one-for-one replacement for a normal gasoline engine car.
- 1:17:08SPEAKER_30: I think people forget that what we in America want for immigrants coming here is not necessarily what they want for themselves coming here.
- 1:17:18SPEAKER_30: I don't think a lot of these people that come from non-Christian countries, they don't want to be Americans.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_30: We're just a cash cow for them for a short-form period of time.
- 1:17:35SPEAKER_38: Ilhan Omar and the Rashida Talib comments regarding the raid, and again, I'm gonna keep repeating this.
- 1:17:43SPEAKER_38: They believe this because it's what they do.
- 1:17:47SPEAKER_38: So when anybody on their side actually has a legitimate investigation over credible allegations, they immediately run to, oh, they're weaponizing the government because that's what they do.
- 1:17:59SPEAKER_38: CNN was having a hard time with this yesterday when the news broke.
- 1:18:02SPEAKER_61: So some breaking news coming in as we speak.
- 1:18:05SPEAKER_61: Learning um that federal officers have conducted a search and did so early today at the home of Democratic Congresswoman Elon Omar.
- 1:18:13SPEAKER_61: CNN's Caitlin Polance is gathering the details on this for us and joins us now.
- 1:18:18SPEAKER_61: Caitlin, what are you learning?
- 1:18:20SPEAKER_46: Kate, we're learning bits and pieces of what's happening here, but there is a search that was going on this morning or is going on still at the home of Ilhan Omar, the Democratic representative from Minnesota, who is also running again for Congress in the middle of this election season.
- 1:18:40SPEAKER_46: This would be her D.C.
- 1:18:42SPEAKER_46: area home.
- 1:18:43SPEAKER_46: And the confirmation we've gotten of this is from the Justice Department itself, them saying that the Justice Department secured a court-authorized search warrant, and that Homeland Security investigators would be the agency that is conducting this search this morning.
- 1:19:01SPEAKER_46: We don't have much more indication on exactly what this is, but it appears to be some level of an immigration investigation, given that it is Homeland Security doing this.
- 1:19:13SPEAKER_46: And also some of the statements that are coming out out of the White House, specifically by White House Border Czar Tom Homan.
- 1:19:20SPEAKER_46: Here he is speaking to Fox News when asked about Representative Ilhan Omar.
- 1:19:28SPEAKER_45: Well, I'm not going to get ahead of uh Todd Blanch on this or Secretary Mullen, but we know this investigation was ongoing for a while.
- 1:19:34SPEAKER_45: There wasn't a warrant executed this morning.
- 1:19:37SPEAKER_45: So I'll leave it at that.
- 1:19:38SPEAKER_45: Specifics to the investigation, I think I need to get uh turn that over to Todd Blanch or Mark Wayne Mullen.
- 1:19:44SPEAKER_45: I don't want to get ahead of them in commenting on an ongoing investigation.
- 1:19:50SPEAKER_46: Now there have been allegations from Republicans and including from Homar uh from uh Tom Homan, the White House borders are, that there could be some level of immigration fraud.
- 1:20:02SPEAKER_46: We don't have any of that substantiated at this time, and there haven't been any criminal charges or other immigration enforcement actions against Representative Omar.
- 1:20:11SPEAKER_46: So this is an ongoing situation, and we're still seeing exactly what would come.
- 1:20:16SPEAKER_46: But it is quite notable it's in the middle of an election season, and that this is a sitting member of Congress running for re-election.
- 1:20:22SPEAKER_61: I was gonna ask more about that, Caitlin, because that being so close to an election, there are there are generally speaking, we've seen this discussed and very much highlighted in terms of past investigations and what can what does or should happen within a certain number of days of an election.
- 1:20:41SPEAKER_61: What is the Justice Department saying about this?
- 1:20:44SPEAKER_46: Right.
- 1:20:44SPEAKER_46: Well, Kate, there's a long-standing policy at the Department of Justice.
- 1:20:47SPEAKER_46: It's not a hard and fast rule, but it is a policy that the Department of Justice needs to take a lot of precautions in the 60 days before an election.
- 1:20:57SPEAKER_46: We are well into that.
- 1:20:59SPEAKER_46: We are not even uh a month away, and there is early voting happening across the country at this time for this election.
- 1:21:07SPEAKER_46: Uh primary season is largely over.
- 1:21:10SPEAKER_46: It is unusual for the Justice Department to make such a what they would call an overt investigative step.
- 1:21:15SPEAKER_46: And the Justice Department has all kinds of uh checks internally.
- 1:21:21SPEAKER_38: And again, to me, that would speak to the level of severity in the allegations put forward and the credibility of the evidence that this judge ended up signing off on.
- 1:21:37SPEAKER_38: You know, right now for those on the left, they need to be able to chill out.
- 1:21:40SPEAKER_38: They need to head on over to minileaf.com, right?
- 1:21:43SPEAKER_38: And get some of those fun gummies or the spooky mini leaf tonics just to just to chill.
- 1:21:48SPEAKER_38: Because they accept everything at face value.
- 1:21:49SPEAKER_38: I'll give this to you in just a second, especially on their side.
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_38: Right?
- 1:21:53SPEAKER_38: The right does this too, but not nearly as much as it.
- 1:21:56SPEAKER_38: It's like a this is a this is a feature, not a bug when it comes to the to the left.
- 1:22:00SPEAKER_38: But real quick, at minileaf.com, yeah, you can get the fun gummies over 21.
- 1:22:05SPEAKER_38: You can get the spooky mini leaf tonics, but the triple diamond pain cream, really effective way to deal with any sort of chronic or acute pain that you're dealing with, just like the five-star reviews, say, on the on the website at M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 1:22:35SPEAKER_38: Amazing company to do business with.

- 1:22:45SPEAKER_38: Head on over to the website, M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 1:22:49SPEAKER_38: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 1:22:57SPEAKER_38: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 1:23:07SPEAKER_38: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 1:23:14SPEAKER_38: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.
- 1:23:21SPEAKER_38: For more information, go to MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 1:23:25SPEAKER_38: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 1:23:29SPEAKER_38: We'll be speaking with a policy fellow here and an individual who's probably written more about uh Representative Ilhan Omar than most, Bill Glon.
- 1:23:38SPEAKER_38: We'll talk to him in just a moment.
- 1:23:39SPEAKER_38: He's making himself comfortable on the uh comfy sofa here in the center of the American Experiment Studio.
- 1:23:44SPEAKER_38: Robert Sterling on X shared this yesterday in light of the investigation.
- 1:23:48SPEAKER_38: I thought it was interesting.
- 1:23:50SPEAKER_38: He said that Trump is setting a trap for Democrats and they're walking right into it.
- 1:23:53SPEAKER_38: So if you're into the 4D chess kind of views on this, this is what he said.
- 1:23:58SPEAKER_38: He said the DOJ likely already had all the evidence they needed to indict Ilhan Omar.
- 1:24:03SPEAKER_38: Otherwise, a federal judge wouldn't have authorized the search warrant this close to the election.
- 1:24:07SPEAKER_38: If I had to guess right Sterling, the indictments were ready to go, uh ready to file weeks ago.
- 1:24:13SPEAKER_38: Uh the raid today, he says, his theory, was bait to get Democrat uh candidates on record supporting Omar.
- 1:24:20SPEAKER_38: And we've already seen it yesterday.
- 1:24:21SPEAKER_38: There was a rally that took place.
- 1:24:23SPEAKER_38: I stand with Ilhan.
- 1:24:24SPEAKER_38: Rashida Talley put that in her post.
- 1:24:26SPEAKER_38: Ilhan is the best of America, etc.
- 1:24:29SPEAKER_38: When the DOJ unveils the indictments in two weeks, every Democrat publicly supporting her today will have egg on their face.
- 1:24:35SPEAKER_38: Not that it will matter if that were to be the case.
- 1:24:38SPEAKER_38: The trap is sprung right before Americans head to the voting booth.
- 1:24:41SPEAKER_38: He says this isn't even 3D chess, as I was saying.
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_38: It's checkers level political strategy.
- 1:24:47SPEAKER_38: And the Democrats are still marching straight into it.
- 1:24:50SPEAKER_38: They're really completely oblivious.
- 1:24:51SPEAKER_38: Now, to end a little bit of credibility to Robert Stirling's uh theory here, CNN yesterday.
- 1:24:58SPEAKER_38: Noah Rothman was actually calling out Democrats for defending Representative Ilhan Omar, saying maybe it's a little bit too soon if you guys are rushing out saying I stand with Ilhan.
- 1:25:08SPEAKER_53: I've heard a lot of Democrats getting out over their skis today without knowing what's going on in this investigation, which began under Joe Biden, which has been conducted by the U.S.
- 1:25:15SPEAKER_53: Attorney's Office in Minneapolis and the Justice Department, which involves reporting for that.
- 1:25:20SPEAKER_62: Oh, even those details I'm not sure anybody really knows.
- 1:25:23SPEAKER_62: Well, that's your cite that there's a lot that is not known.
- 1:25:43SPEAKER_53: Again, if we you said people who've been paying attention to this, we have.
- 1:25:46SPEAKER_53: Minnesota Board of Elections found that she misused her campaign finance funds and they didn't didn't refer her, but they also found that in 2014 and 2015 she filed jointly with her second husband when they were not married, raising questions about her first husband and their immigration status.
- 1:26:00SPEAKER_53: All this stuff is public knowledge.
- 1:26:02SPEAKER_53: It's not public knowledge among Democrats, and they're experiencing it now, and I would recommend they keep their powder dry because there is no.
- 1:26:18SPEAKER_62: I'm not one to say.
- 1:26:20SPEAKER_62: Just real quick, I just want to just want to say on all the things that you talked about.
- 1:26:24SPEAKER_62: You talk about a lot of different types of things.
- 1:26:27SPEAKER_62: We don't know if any of those things are what this case is.
- 1:26:30SPEAKER_53: It's just in what's being reported to you.
- 1:26:46SPEAKER_62: She was a minor.
- 1:26:48SPEAKER_53: So she so why we should think there's more there there than just that, you know.
- 1:26:51SPEAKER_62: But do you think of birth is also a point of detail.
- 1:26:54SPEAKER_62: My point is, my my point only is um a lot of those those things that you mentioned don't have anything to do with her immigration status.
- 1:27:03SPEAKER_62: And so if it's about those other things, we don't really know.
- 1:27:06SPEAKER_62: But we also know she's denied, explicitly denied some of those claims that, for example, that she married her brother in order to get an immigration.
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_62: She's explicitly denied that.
- 1:27:16SPEAKER_62: Yeah.
- 1:27:17SPEAKER_23: So and I don't want to, you know.
- 1:27:19SPEAKER_38: And that's enough for those on the left.
- 1:27:23SPEAKER_38: There's cotton.
- 1:27:23SPEAKER_38: Let me give you another example.
- 1:27:24SPEAKER_38: Uh I want to play some of your clips here in just a moment on the show.
- 1:27:28SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294, and then we'll talk with uh with Bill Glaun.
- 1:27:33SPEAKER_38: But there was the controversy around James Tallerico in the Senate race in in Texas and whether or not he did or didn't stay at this mental health facility.
- 1:27:41SPEAKER_38: You have a an uh a credible conservative reporter who made a phone call there, got audio, and shared it with everybody.
- 1:27:48SPEAKER_38: Now, this particular institute has come out and said that he never stayed there in light of this.
- 1:27:54SPEAKER_38: Now, those statements changed.
- 1:27:55SPEAKER_38: You had a woman saying yes, he was there, he was discharged, then there was a comment coming out.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_38: Out of the mental health facility where they said we can't say yes or no either way, which would actually lend a little bit of credibility to the initial claim, meaning that woman spoke out of turn because they typically don't go and say either way whether or not a person has or hasn't been admitted to their facility.
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_38: And then they come out and flatly deny it.
- 1:28:17SPEAKER_38: Well, that's enough for people on the left.
- 1:28:19SPEAKER_38: They'll just accept it at face value.
- 1:28:20SPEAKER_38: Oh, it's been debunked.
- 1:28:22SPEAKER_38: They said it wasn't true.
- 1:28:23SPEAKER_38: Okay, well, no, there's still a lot of gray area and a lot of questions that need to be answered.
- 1:28:28SPEAKER_38: And the same thing rings true for Ilhan Omar.
- 1:28:30SPEAKER_38: Well, she's denied this, so clearly, you know, she did not marry her brother and never committed any crime.
- 1:28:36SPEAKER_38: Hey, Jen, do you think that CNN had a hurt buttons because they didn't get to do it like they did when the FBI raided school's residents in Florida and took the No, like I said, I think it's because they just take what Ilhan Omar says at face value, and the chance that this could actually hurt one of their own is what has them worried.
- 1:28:56SPEAKER_26: Liberals are worried about it.
- 1:29:21SPEAKER_28: When we remove illegal from voting, when would you forget 15 days?
- 1:29:49SPEAKER_28: I mean, again.
- 1:29:55SPEAKER_28: And the other thing is, wasn't Omer under investigation for fraud with her North Dakota State tuition?
- 1:30:03SPEAKER_38: That one I haven't heard.
- 1:30:05SPEAKER_38: Bill, do you know about that, by the way?
- 1:30:07SPEAKER_38: Do you know about the fraud in North North Dakota State?
- 1:30:09SPEAKER_38: Is that something else legitimate?
- 1:30:10SPEAKER_54: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:30:11SPEAKER_54: Well, that that's a theory as to why she married her brother.
- 1:30:16SPEAKER_38: Okay.
- 1:30:16SPEAKER_38: All right.
- 1:30:17SPEAKER_54: Her brother was able to attend North Dakota State.
- 1:30:21SPEAKER_54: Again.
- 1:30:21SPEAKER_38: Oh, that's right, that's right.
- 1:30:22SPEAKER_38: There's so many moving parts of this, I forgot.
- 1:30:29SPEAKER_54: And also uh the uh uh bizarre situation where everybody was living in married student housing at NDSU.
- 1:30:39SPEAKER_38: That's right.
- 1:30:40SPEAKER_54: So she was able to get her, her brother, the father of her children, and her children were all living together in this uh married student housing on campus at NDSU.
- 1:30:53SPEAKER_54: So again, a fraud to save a couple hundred dollars a month on rent.
- 1:30:58SPEAKER_54: Again, uh I don't spend a lot of time in Fargo, but it's just my observation the cost of living is much lower there than this of the Twin Cities.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_54: So this has been the pattern with Ilhan over her, and I would say her entire life, but certainly her entire public career.
- 1:31:14SPEAKER_54: Because she's never been held to account, except uh was pointed out on that CNN clip by the uh Minnesota Campaign Finance Board.
- 1:31:21SPEAKER_54: That's the only instant uh the only instance in which I can recall that she was ever found guilty of misconduct and held to account.
- 1:31:29SPEAKER_54: Uh, she she takes these huge risks for these very minimal gains.
- 1:31:34SPEAKER_54: You know, a few hundred dollars here, a few thousand dollars here, and she, for a normal politician, be risking their entire career, but you know, she's been immune from any kind of consequences.
- 1:31:45SPEAKER_38: That's Bill Glaun, a policy fellow here at American Experiment.
- 1:31:48SPEAKER_38: As we dive uh into this issue of the investigation yesterday, I want to play one more thought, or one more, excuse me, a comment from the blaster line, a thought from a listener, and then we'll uh we'll dive into this in more detail with uh with Bill.
- 1:32:01SPEAKER_38: If you have any questions, by the way, that you'd like to ask uh Bill Glaun.
- 1:32:05SPEAKER_38: He's certainly more of the expert regarding Ilhan Omar's background than I than I am.
- 1:32:09SPEAKER_38: Uh drop us a voice or text message, 651-964-0294.
- 1:32:14SPEAKER_38: You can also email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 1:32:18SPEAKER_29: The Justice Department has a policy within 60 days of an election.
- 1:32:26SPEAKER_29: Is it a policy?
- 1:32:26SPEAKER_29: Is it a rule?
- 1:32:27SPEAKER_29: Aren't policies rules?
- 1:32:29SPEAKER_29: Departments don't have rules, they have policies.
- 1:32:32SPEAKER_29: What are you trying to say, lady?
- 1:32:33SPEAKER_29: Are you trying to activate all these leftists to get all upset about this?
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_29: Because it's it's a policy, but it's not a rule.
- 1:32:40SPEAKER_29: She really said nothing.
- 1:32:42SPEAKER_38: Well, in somewhat of her defense, I will say that this was early on when the reporting broke out.
- 1:32:48SPEAKER_38: And uh, as somebody that does this for a living, typically you're looking for angles and things to talk about.
- 1:32:53SPEAKER_38: So I imagine that was that was an angle that they were looking uh looking for in light of not having a further picture of what we sort of have today regarding the uh the raid that took place.
- 1:33:03SPEAKER_38: Um, real quick note, uh we will get into this next hour.
- 1:33:07SPEAKER_38: Um, but Adam uh Abdi Hakim Adam, 18 uh years old, did make an appearance in Hennepin County court yesterday afternoon, charged with assault and riot, both with a dangerous weapon.
- 1:33:18SPEAKER_38: He was released from Hennepin County jail on Saturday night after posting bond.
- 1:33:23SPEAKER_38: I believe it was only 10 grand after it was like posted bond.
- 1:33:27SPEAKER_54: Uh so it's a hundred thousand dollar bond.
- 1:33:29SPEAKER_54: Right.
- 1:33:29SPEAKER_54: So this insurance company that you know I've never heard of before posted the bond.
- 1:33:34SPEAKER_54: So they're on the hook for the hundred grand.
- 1:33:36SPEAKER_54: Gotcha.
- 1:33:37SPEAKER_54: And typically what happens to get the insurance company to sign on, you have to put up ten percent in cash.
- 1:33:44SPEAKER_54: So the rule of thumb is a hundred thousand dollar bond underwritten by an insurance company, the defendant or the defendant's family, more likely in this case, put up ten grand in cash.
- 1:33:54SPEAKER_54: Did you have any thoughts on and congratulations?
- 1:33:57SPEAKER_54: I don't think I could raise ten grand in cash in 48 hours.
- 1:34:01SPEAKER_54: So, you know, good for them.
- 1:34:03SPEAKER_38: If you could, you'd be even more valuable to us here at American Experiment than you already are, Bill Glon.
- 1:34:08SPEAKER_38: Did you have any thoughts, by the way, on this?
- 1:34:10SPEAKER_38: Um, I know I we didn't talk about uh discussing this, but you know, you cover these matters, you're down at the courthouse all the time.
- 1:34:15SPEAKER_38: I mean, this seems like a ridiculously low bail amount considering the charges against this 18-year-old and the fact that you had a judge recently issue a$300,000 bond for a guy that was, I mean, he was a serial peeping Tom.
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_38: He's been doing it for years, but you know, looking at the severity of the crimes, there seems to be some disparity there.
- 1:34:34SPEAKER_54: Well, our colleague David Zimmer wrote a post on this very point where he was comparing the bond bail that was asked for in this case.
- 1:34:43SPEAKER_54: Uh Mr.
- 1:34:43SPEAKER_54: Adam shot two people allegedly.
- 1:34:46SPEAKER_54: He's alleged to have shot and injured two people.
- 1:34:49SPEAKER_54: They both had to go to the hospital.
- 1:34:51SPEAKER_54: And he was shooting into a crowd at a homecoming football game, so it could have been much, much worse.
- 1:34:56SPEAKER_54: And so he's charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
- 1:35:02SPEAKER_54: So there was uh an incident where it was an I can't remember if it was ICE agent, Border Patrol agent, uh got into an incident where he unholstered his weapon.
- 1:35:14SPEAKER_54: Right.
- 1:35:14SPEAKER_54: Didn't shoot anybody, right?
- 1:35:16SPEAKER_54: Didn't didn't, I don't think he even aim the gun.
- 1:35:18SPEAKER_54: He just unholstered his weapon in a in an incident, and he's charged with the exact same crime.
- 1:35:24SPEAKER_54: Two ch two counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
- 1:35:28SPEAKER_54: So the guy who shot two people in the middle of a homecoming football game, and a guy uh who unholstered his weapon, charged by Mary Moriarty with the exact same two counts uh and the exact same dollar amount for the bail.
- 1:35:44SPEAKER_54: So it doesn't seem like that's symmetrical.
- 1:35:47SPEAKER_54: So yeah, there you could draw lots, and then that he got out in less than 48 hours.
- 1:35:52SPEAKER_54: He did show up apparently for that court date yesterday, but he's not due back in court until December.
- 1:35:58SPEAKER_54: So that's yeah, that's a long ways off.
- 1:36:00SPEAKER_54: Yeah, seriously.
- 1:36:01SPEAKER_54: So uh yeah, and then they uh uh also charge four other individuals with with that same riot charge, a third charge.
- 1:36:11SPEAKER_54: So uh five individuals have been charged so far in that uh incident at the uh Eden Prairie High School homecoming football game.
- 1:36:19SPEAKER_54: Yeah.
- 1:36:19SPEAKER_54: But yeah, the the asymmetry between somebody just unholstering a weapon versus somebody who actually shot and injured two people but getting charged with the same thing because Mary Moriarty is still our county attorney.
- 1:36:31SPEAKER_38: Well, I believe the correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the unholstering the weapon uh one was wasn't that the ice agents on the side of the road where they came in contact with the public, they thought a vehicle was blocking them.
- 1:36:42SPEAKER_38: Wasn't that the same circumstance?
- 1:36:44SPEAKER_38: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:36:44SPEAKER_38: I I think that got all kinds of I mean more coverage than what we've seen over what happened with the Eden Prairie shooting that took place.
- 1:36:52SPEAKER_54: It's just amazing in the in the ACEs.
- 1:36:54SPEAKER_54: She doesn't like hops, the Barry Moriarty.
- 1:36:56SPEAKER_54: She's been consistent her whole career when she was the chief public defender.
- 1:36:59SPEAKER_54: She doesn't like hops.
- 1:37:00SPEAKER_54: She looks to charge them early and often, every time she can.
- 1:37:05SPEAKER_54: And actual criminals who shoot people, not as enthusiastic.
- 1:37:09SPEAKER_38: In terms of that race with Cedric Fraser and uh and uh and folks, um, you think folks has uh has a a better chance at this?
- 1:37:17SPEAKER_38: I know he's sort of the lesser, as he's viewed as the lesser of two evils from those that are examining this, but I'm curious if uh if you know what kind of support he's getting right now, Anders Folk.
- 1:37:26SPEAKER_54: Well, I don't think there's been any polling whatsoever.
- 1:37:28SPEAKER_54: I haven't seen any polls in that race.
- 1:37:30SPEAKER_54: It's again, it's a county-level race, so only Hennepin County voters have a say in it.
- 1:37:35SPEAKER_54: And uh the backstory is we have a really weird system here in Hennepin County with primary elections that the top two vote everybody competes in the same primary Republicans, Democrats, independents.
- 1:37:47SPEAKER_54: There's only one primary, it's open to everybody.
- 1:37:50SPEAKER_54: The top two vote getters, regardless of party, go on to the uh election in November.
- 1:37:55SPEAKER_54: It just so happens that because it was a five-way race for county attorney, Mary Moriari's not running again.
- 1:38:02SPEAKER_54: It was a five-way race, and all five candidates split the vote very evenly.
- 1:38:07SPEAKER_54: And so, as it happened, two Democrats made it through to the final round.
- 1:38:13SPEAKER_54: And uh the Republican finished a close third, yeah, but because of the five-way split, didn't make the final.
- 1:38:20SPEAKER_54: It's just like what happened in uh Los Angeles for the uh race for mayor, where the Republican finished third by a handful of votes, and there's two Democrats running for mayor of Los Angeles in November.
- 1:38:31SPEAKER_54: But uh Anders was a former U.S.
- 1:38:34SPEAKER_54: attorney in Minnesota, Democrat appointed, but he's been the actual prosecutor.
- 1:38:40SPEAKER_54: He has prosecuted cases as the U.S.
- 1:38:43SPEAKER_54: attorney for Minnesota, and Cedric Frazier is a state representative who has not been prosecuting cases.
- 1:38:49SPEAKER_54: Yeah, uh, but he got the DFL endorsement at the convention.
- 1:38:53SPEAKER_54: There was some question about the convention.
- 1:38:55SPEAKER_54: But if you're looking for amongst the two of them, it it would seem that Anders is the more serious prosecutor, more tough on crime of the two candidates.
- 1:39:06SPEAKER_54: Uh but Cedric has gotten the support of all the far-left groups.
- 1:39:11SPEAKER_54: He was endorsed by CARE, the Council on Islamic, uh, American Islamic Relations, endorsed by a bunch of other far-left groups.
- 1:39:18SPEAKER_54: Uh Anders has gotten endorsements too.
- 1:39:21SPEAKER_54: The mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry endorsed his candidacy.
- 1:39:24SPEAKER_54: Some of the more conservative members of the Minneapolis City Council uh endorsed his uh his race.
- 1:39:30SPEAKER_54: A couple of Republicans have endorsed him as well.
- 1:39:32SPEAKER_54: So it's really interesting to see, but I don't know how much attention this race is getting and how much uh uh you know, I don't have seen, I don't see the TV ads on Monday Night Football like I see for the other races.
- 1:39:44SPEAKER_54: No, I don't either.
- 1:39:44SPEAKER_54: I don't either see.
- 1:39:46SPEAKER_38: So uh let's go ahead and get to it.
- 1:39:48SPEAKER_38: Department of Homeland Security, as we've been talking about, raided the home of Somali-born Representative Ilhan Omar early yesterday morning, less than a month before the midterm election.
- 1:39:56SPEAKER_38: The raid is part of a larger criminal fraud investigation into the Congresswoman's immigration paperwork, was signed off by a federal judge.
- 1:40:03SPEAKER_38: Now, that U.S.
- 1:40:04SPEAKER_38: district court um judge in D.C., uh, that is magistrate judge Matthew Sharbaugh.
- 1:40:11SPEAKER_38: He would have signed the search warrant of Ilhano Mars D.C.
- 1:40:14SPEAKER_38: home.
- 1:40:15SPEAKER_38: He was picked by the Democrat-controlled D.C.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_38: federal court at the end of the Biden administration, previously twice clerked for D.C.
- 1:40:22SPEAKER_38: Obama judge Robert uh Wilkins.
- 1:40:25SPEAKER_38: So uh we've had about 24 hours now since this broke.
- 1:40:28SPEAKER_38: We have a little bit more uh information regarding what exactly we think the federal government was looking into.
- 1:40:35SPEAKER_38: So um, Bill Glaun, uh policy fellow here at American Experiment, our resident Ilhan Omar uh expert.
- 1:40:40SPEAKER_38: I don't know whether or not you wear that with pride, be that as it may, you are.
- 1:40:44SPEAKER_38: Um, what are your thoughts on what you know so far?
- 1:40:47SPEAKER_38: Where do you think this is heading?
- 1:40:49SPEAKER_38: And where do you think the focus of, do you have enough information to sort of, you know, guess where the focus of this investigation is going to lead?
- 1:40:56SPEAKER_38: Because uh we were talking a bit yesterday, you know.
- 1:40:58SPEAKER_38: I think the initial thought was the worst kept secret, doing that thing with my fingers, Avilhan Omar marrying her brother, but it may not even be in reference to that potentially.
- 1:41:07SPEAKER_38: So where are your thoughts on this?
- 1:41:09SPEAKER_54: Yeah, so we can speculate and we have some information upon which to speculate, but the answer exists.
- 1:41:17SPEAKER_54: The answer exists in that search warrant and the attached affidavit, which was filed in the federal court in the District of Columbia.
- 1:41:25SPEAKER_54: A judge, as you pointed out, uh the magistrate judges are all appointed by the sitting judges in that district, and the sitting judges are overwhelmingly Democrat, they're gonna pick Democrat magistrate judges.
- 1:41:37SPEAKER_54: So a Democrat judge signed the search warrant that was supported and uh provided probable cause by this affidavit.
- 1:41:46SPEAKER_54: That can that contains all the answers.
- 1:41:48SPEAKER_54: If we could see that document, we could stop speculating and we would just know what they have.
- 1:41:54SPEAKER_54: But again, as is the case typically in in uh criminal investigations, this is a criminal investigation.
- 1:42:01SPEAKER_54: They keep that under wraps until the indictment is handed down or or not as the case.
- 1:42:08SPEAKER_54: So this is all knowable.
- 1:42:10SPEAKER_54: This information exists.
- 1:42:11SPEAKER_54: Well, we you and I can't look at it.
- 1:42:13SPEAKER_38: Not yet, at least, right?
- 1:42:14SPEAKER_54: So so we're left to people familiar with the situation or speaking on background who say this.
- 1:42:22SPEAKER_54: And so we don't we we don't really know what's in there, but from what we've heard, it has to do with the with the almost the original sin of her family coming to the United States under a set of false names and false papers, and apparently even false birth dates.
- 1:42:41SPEAKER_54: So, how old is Ilhan Omar might be the key question in this entire affair.
- 1:42:47SPEAKER_54: You know, so she uh became a naturalized citizen officially when she was under 18, which meant there was a certain process that was followed that allowed that to happen.
- 1:42:57SPEAKER_54: But if she was actually, in reality, over 18, then that process didn't apply, and she never actually officially became a U.S.
- 1:43:06SPEAKER_54: citizen.
- 1:43:07SPEAKER_54: So the these fat questions that you would think for somebody in their 40s would have been long answered.
- 1:43:13SPEAKER_54: What is your name?
- 1:43:14SPEAKER_54: You know, what is your birth date?
- 1:43:16SPEAKER_54: What's your birthday?
- 1:43:17SPEAKER_54: How old are you?
- 1:43:18SPEAKER_54: These answers are still open questions for Illihan Omar.
- 1:43:22SPEAKER_38: Will you be surprised at all if there is nothing relating to the allegations that she married her brother to obtain immigration status?
- 1:43:32SPEAKER_54: Well, uh as as was pointed out on your CNN clip that you put an extended clip from the CNN panel discussion and a couple of your callers, there's so many things we could look at.
- 1:43:42SPEAKER_54: Sure.
- 1:43:43SPEAKER_54: The North Dakota State thing.
- 1:43:45SPEAKER_54: I'm uh particularly favored uh favored for the uh fact that she lived in public housing in Minneapolis when she worked for the city government.
- 1:43:55SPEAKER_54: You know, that's a scandal that hasn't gotten nearly as much attention.
- 1:43:58SPEAKER_54: Marrying her brother, uh again, this is almost a sidelight to her marriage frauds, her financial frauds, the fact she claimed she was worth$30,$40 million a few months ago and decided, oh no, that was a clerical error.
- 1:44:13SPEAKER_54: She's actually bankrupt.
- 1:44:15SPEAKER_54: And it's just pick a pick a scandal.
- 1:44:18SPEAKER_38: Is it the low-hanging fruit of the marrying her brother and just how salacious it sounds that gains it the most attention, do you think?
- 1:44:24SPEAKER_54: It's the thing that people just can't fathom.
- 1:44:27SPEAKER_54: So it's true, you know, you and I, I would hope, aren't aren't habitual fraudsters and habitual crooks, but we can kind of ah, you chisel here, you griff there, and save a couple hundred dollars on rent on your Fargo apartment and get your British citizen brother in state tuition at North Dakota State.
- 1:44:44SPEAKER_54: There's all kinds of little things you can imagine that, okay, I can see that, but marrying your brother, it's a crime against nature.
- 1:44:51SPEAKER_54: Yes.
- 1:44:52SPEAKER_54: Such an offense to the natural order.
- 1:44:54SPEAKER_54: That's a thing that uh I think a lot of people just can't get past.
- 1:44:57SPEAKER_38: Let's go to a couple of comments that have rolled into the blaster line as we continue our discussion here with uh policy fellow uh Bill Glauhn on the John Justice show, presented by American Experiments.
- 1:45:06SPEAKER_56: Hey John, I just want to uh call and tell Bill thank you for everything he does.
- 1:45:11SPEAKER_56: He's one of my favorite followers on X.
- 1:45:14SPEAKER_56: And uh I just I just appreciate it.
- 1:45:16SPEAKER_56: Love what he does.
- 1:45:17SPEAKER_38: You got a fan.
- 1:45:18SPEAKER_38: Thank you.
- 1:45:19SPEAKER_56: Thank you for the positive feedback.
- 1:45:22SPEAKER_04: Question for Bill.
- 1:45:23SPEAKER_04: Wouldn't it be a good idea to check her birthday on other North Dakota State University?
- 1:45:31SPEAKER_04: And if the date is of the one that um is being suspected, and not the one that she's changed recently, wouldn't that give a pretty good idea of where we're going?
- 1:45:43SPEAKER_04: There might have got to be some ways, I think, to to get on this before we they finally make an official announcement.
- 1:45:50SPEAKER_54: Yeah, I've I would speculate along those same lines, and I have been speculating for it was very interesting.
- 1:45:55SPEAKER_54: It was a couple of weeks ago, kind of out of nowhere.
- 1:45:58SPEAKER_54: The Secretary of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullen, the uh Border Patrol boss, Tom Holman, and I think J.D.
- 1:46:06SPEAKER_54: Vance just all of a sudden started talking about Ilhan Omar.
- 1:46:08SPEAKER_54: Just kind of out of nowhere.
- 1:46:09SPEAKER_54: Yep.
- 1:46:10SPEAKER_54: So again, as to the yesterday's raid, it's been my experience following these uh fraud cases in federal court.
- 1:46:17SPEAKER_54: When the when the guys in the blue uh windbreakers show up to your house, that's one of the last acts in the in the whole drama.
- 1:46:25SPEAKER_54: That they they already have all the evidence, and uh they're just cleaning up the last few loose ends when they actually show up to your house.
- 1:46:33SPEAKER_54: So they whatever they case they have, they already have in the can.
- 1:46:37SPEAKER_54: And maybe they've already had the indictment uh handed down by the grand jury.
- 1:46:41SPEAKER_54: We don't know.
- 1:46:42SPEAKER_54: But uh yeah, the the raid is one of the very last things that they get around to because once you do that, you've tipped everybody off.
- 1:46:49SPEAKER_54: Right.
- 1:46:49SPEAKER_54: It's it's gone public.
- 1:46:50SPEAKER_54: All the other investigations you can do quietly behind the scenes without letting anybody know.
- 1:46:56SPEAKER_54: But when you're there with the windbreakers and the and the boxes, uh baker's boxes, hauling them out the front door, that's in the public.
- 1:47:03SPEAKER_54: Everybody knows what's going on.
- 1:47:05SPEAKER_38: So there's so there, there's a a high likelihood that that even what they may have gathered from her home yesterday may be completely irrelevant because they may have they may have everything already.
- 1:47:15SPEAKER_54: That's exactly what happened.
- 1:47:17SPEAKER_54: Everybody's bringing up the Mar-a-Lago raid.
- 1:47:19SPEAKER_54: As far as I know, they didn't get a single piece of paper out of Trump's uh whole complex there that had any relevance to the photos that looked really scary.
- 1:47:28SPEAKER_54: But they they brought their own top secret cover sheets.
- 1:47:31SPEAKER_54: Those weren't in the building, they showed up with them that morning and then spread them across the floor and took a photo as if they had found something.
- 1:47:39SPEAKER_54: But your color is right.
- 1:47:40SPEAKER_54: This is what I've been speculating that when you are dealing with the government, where you're in government, you sign lots of paperwork, you know, North Dakota State applications for financial aid, all that.
- 1:47:52SPEAKER_54: And if you haven't been a hundred percent consistent with your lies each and every time, those forms all have a thing at the bottom that says, I signed this under penalty of perjury, and assure, affirm that everything above is true or correct.
- 1:48:08SPEAKER_54: So if she signed with the wrong birth date, she signed with the wrong name, her name is not Ilhan Omar.
- 1:48:14SPEAKER_54: Her name is Ilhan Elmy.
- 1:48:16SPEAKER_54: Her father and her brother.
- 1:48:18SPEAKER_54: So she's been signing all these documents under a fake identity for her for almost her whole life.
- 1:48:24SPEAKER_54: So if she did that as an adult, you know, this is perhaps a the offense of perjury.
- 1:48:30SPEAKER_38: I would be curious, using your example of Mar-a-Lago, I would be curious of the timeline there.
- 1:48:35SPEAKER_38: Not that it's going to be completely relevant to what we're talking about.
- 1:48:38SPEAKER_38: I bring all this up because I'm wondering if they do have everything that they need to put forward an indictment.
- 1:48:45SPEAKER_38: Like how long will it be until that ends up being revealed?
- 1:48:48SPEAKER_54: I mean, we don't have any gauge, but and the feeding our future example, they did they did 200 federal agents showed up to Minneapolis and the Twin Cities on the coldest day of 2020.
- 1:49:01SPEAKER_54: Sorry, 2022.
- 1:49:03SPEAKER_54: January 20th, 2022.
- 1:49:05SPEAKER_54: 200 federal agents, they flew them in from around the country.
- 1:49:07SPEAKER_54: Probably never get that happen again because, you know, not going in January.
- 1:49:11SPEAKER_54: So they got uh to the Twin Cities three dozen raids, they executed simultaneously around the Twin Cities.
- 1:49:20SPEAKER_54: That was in January.
- 1:49:21SPEAKER_54: The indictments weren't announced until September.
- 1:49:25SPEAKER_54: So that was the lag between January and September before they announced, and it was a batch of forty-seven individuals who were indicted in that very first batch.
- 1:49:35SPEAKER_54: So it could yet be months before we see anything.
- 1:49:38SPEAKER_38: If it uh, you know, or it could be, you know, I just again to go the other way, it could be like the October surprise, and this was the last little bit, and they end up dropping indictments right before, you know, mu election day, which would, you know, that would certainly make the left would certainly make hay of that if that were to be the case.
- 1:49:54SPEAKER_38: It would immediately run to, oh, see, clearly this was politically uh motivated.
- 1:49:58SPEAKER_38: So I don't know whether or not the Administration has that plan, but that could certainly happen as well.
- 1:50:03SPEAKER_54: So where is Ilhan Omar?
- 1:50:06SPEAKER_54: Where is she?
- 1:50:06SPEAKER_38: She's still in she's got to be in D.C.
- 1:50:08SPEAKER_38: right now, right?
- 1:50:08SPEAKER_38: I had heard yesterday.
- 1:50:10SPEAKER_54: Did she come back to her house?
- 1:50:11SPEAKER_54: Was any what I had heard was she escaped in her brand new Lexus.
- 1:50:15SPEAKER_54: That's what I had heard.
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_54: So somebody tipped her off that the guys at the blue jackets were coming, and she got into her Lexus and she drove away.
- 1:50:24SPEAKER_54: And I haven't heard of her since.
- 1:50:26SPEAKER_54: Maybe she's still driving this way.
- 1:50:28SPEAKER_38: Maybe she's still driving here to heading for the border.
- 1:50:30SPEAKER_38: Does she have a home here?
- 1:50:31SPEAKER_38: She has to have a home here, right?
- 1:50:33SPEAKER_38: Probably.
- 1:50:33SPEAKER_38: I had Newsmax ask me last night, do you think they're going to raid her residence here?
- 1:50:37SPEAKER_38: And I was kind of surprised.
- 1:50:38SPEAKER_54: Well, I don't think she actually spends any time.
- 1:50:39SPEAKER_54: Yeah, I was kind of super surprised if there were any documents or anything.
- 1:50:43SPEAKER_54: Does she even have a?
- 1:50:45SPEAKER_54: I think she officially rents an apartment or something like that.
- 1:50:48SPEAKER_38: Uh let's go here to the blaster line.
- 1:50:50SPEAKER_38: 651-964-0294.
- 1:50:52SPEAKER_38: Bill Glon, Policy Fellow here at American Experiment, joins us.
- 1:50:55SPEAKER_25: I'm sitting here listening to Bill list off all the things around Ilan Omar and her history as a politician.
- 1:51:04SPEAKER_25: What does this tell us about the voters and her district?
- 1:51:09SPEAKER_54: Well, it's it's I know that's a good thing.
- 1:51:11SPEAKER_54: Didn't mean didn't mean to interrupt your caller there.
- 1:51:13SPEAKER_54: Sorry.
- 1:51:13SPEAKER_54: Uh uh, her district is one of the most democratic, one of the most liberal in the country.
- 1:51:19SPEAKER_54: There are 435 districts across America, and the fifth district of uh Minnesota is one of the most far left districts.
- 1:51:29SPEAKER_54: What's interesting about Ilhan Omar's electoral history is given her advantage, and Democrats typically win races in the city of Minneapolis, which is the bulk of the district, 90-10.
- 1:51:42SPEAKER_54: That it's overwhelmingly 80-20, 90-10, Democrat over Republican.
- 1:51:47SPEAKER_54: She wins 60-40, or maybe 70-30 in a good year.
- 1:51:52SPEAKER_54: She runs a good 20 points behind the rest of the ticket.
- 1:51:56SPEAKER_54: So what tells me about her district is she doesn't have the solid support.
- 1:52:01SPEAKER_54: I know she's got ambitions to run for higher office, but you know, just given how far behind the rest of the Democratic ticket she runs, I can't see her getting elected to a U.S.
- 1:52:13SPEAKER_54: Senate seat or as governor or anything like that.
- 1:52:17SPEAKER_54: So it tells me that uh uh maybe a little bit contrary to what people would assume that the voters in her district are less insane than you would think.
- 1:52:26SPEAKER_54: That a good chunk of them see through her and and click the Democrat candidate all the way down the line or even s either skip her line item or or vote for the Republican.
- 1:52:37SPEAKER_38: Well, and I think that's you know it's it's indicative of how she's treated her position.
- 1:52:42SPEAKER_38: I mean, she's treated it as a position of activism more than she has a leader.
- 1:52:45SPEAKER_54: She kind of again, except for uh passing that Meals Act that enabled the feeding our food for fraud.
- 1:52:51SPEAKER_54: Well then there's that.
- 1:52:52SPEAKER_54: I can't list a single legislative accomplishment in all of her years in Congress.
- 1:52:56SPEAKER_38: Aaron Powell Do you have any thoughts on the on the speculation about this being um uh this being a part of a of a RICO charge?
- 1:53:03SPEAKER_38: Does that does that say anything to you on the speculation front, Bill?
- 1:53:07SPEAKER_54: Well, I don't know.
- 1:53:08SPEAKER_54: You know, you could go back to the original now, her father passed away.
- 1:53:12SPEAKER_54: Her father uh didn't survive COVID.
- 1:53:14SPEAKER_54: Uh so the idea that they signed off on this uh uh search ward because they're gonna prosecute her father for five yeah no, that's that's just not possible.
- 1:53:25SPEAKER_54: Uh but she has siblings, you know, and perhaps they've been engaged in very similar activity.
- 1:53:31SPEAKER_54: And then uh, you know, it's just infinite possibilities.
- 1:53:35SPEAKER_54: You know, what could it be?
- 1:53:36SPEAKER_54: She's been traveling the world, or at least under the Biden administration.
- 1:53:40SPEAKER_54: She traveled throughout Africa, the Middle East, quote, representing uh governments, our government to other governments, and her husband was trailing along and trying to raise money for his various ventures.
- 1:53:52SPEAKER_54: So who knows?
- 1:53:53SPEAKER_54: It could be anything.
- 1:53:55SPEAKER_38: It sounds like it could be uh it could end up being a situation of like Al Capone, where we have all these other things, but we ended up getting, you know, they end up getting her.
- 1:54:03SPEAKER_38: I say we, I say they.
- 1:54:05SPEAKER_38: You know, the federal government ends up basically I had a comment that rolled in.
- 1:54:07SPEAKER_38: They got her on tax fraud.
- 1:54:09SPEAKER_38: The federal government ends up getting her on tax on tax evasion.
- 1:54:11SPEAKER_54: They got Al Capone on tax fraud, and uh they could well get her because we we know for a fact, this was established as a fact by the campaign finance board that she filed her 2014 and 2015 tax returns as married filing jointly with a man who wasn't her husband.
- 1:54:30SPEAKER_54: So at the time it just seems like oh, the IRS allowed her to refile correctly, pay whatever penalty had to be paid for for incorrect filing and just let it go at that.
- 1:54:44SPEAKER_54: But you or I wouldn't have gotten away with that.
- 1:54:46SPEAKER_38: Do you think there's any chance?
- 1:54:48SPEAKER_38: And I know we're just speculating here, but do you if they come back and suddenly like will you be surprised if there's no indictment at all on anything?
- 1:54:56SPEAKER_54: Well, no, I'm I'm I'm never surprised.
- 1:54:59SPEAKER_54: And I'm always surprised about who doesn't get indicted.
- 1:55:01SPEAKER_54: So I've been following this feeding our future thing for four and a half years, and I know of individuals who, from everything I can see as a as a person out here in the public, look just as guilty of the exact same crimes as the people who are doing decades in prison, but never got charged.
- 1:55:18SPEAKER_54: So the the mysteries of who gets charged and who doesn't get charged in these uh in these cases is is just beyond me.
- 1:55:26SPEAKER_38: Well it kind of goes back to the uh to the to the bail bond and what we were talking about earlier.
- 1:55:31SPEAKER_38: It just seems so arbitrary depending on who's issuing, you know, who's issuing the uh the rules.
- 1:55:36SPEAKER_38: Let's go back here to the blaster line as we continue our conversation with Bill Glaun, policy fellow here at American Experiment.
- 1:55:42SPEAKER_28: Good morning.
- 1:55:42SPEAKER_28: Question for Bill.
- 1:55:44SPEAKER_28: So they did this search warrant.
- 1:55:46SPEAKER_28: Do you think maybe they seize a computer and there might be emails and some links to other politicians like Keith Ellison and Tim Waltz and even Amy Covichar?
- 1:55:58SPEAKER_28: That could lead to something.
- 1:55:59SPEAKER_38: Yeah, that's pure.
- 1:56:00SPEAKER_38: I mean, we'd have to totally speculate at that point in time.
- 1:56:03SPEAKER_38: Do you think information like that went into being in the affidavit when that gets revealed?
- 1:56:07SPEAKER_54: Yes.
- 1:56:07SPEAKER_54: So so they'll they'll say specifically what they're looking for, and they'll say, we're looking for the laptop.
- 1:56:12SPEAKER_54: We're looking for the laptop associated with with this, you know, account.
- 1:56:16SPEAKER_54: And it could be that perhaps there's stuff stored on the hard drive that's not stored in the cloud that they can't get to through, say, uh subpoena sent to Google.
- 1:56:25SPEAKER_54: So there could well be stuff that she has on the hard drive of a laptop or uh or you know, maybe just her tax returns or something like that, that uh, or drafts are something like that that that weren't filed in the end, supporting documents that don't actually get filed with the IRS that they're looking for, that are in paper form.
- 1:56:46SPEAKER_54: But this is speculation.
- 1:56:47SPEAKER_54: Yeah, we'll know if anything, but yeah, uh stuff stored on the hard drive of a laptop probably would be the Occam's razor thing they're looking for.
- 1:56:56SPEAKER_17: Hey John, this is in regards to the previous um blaster who talked about uh those who are in Elon Omar's district.
- 1:57:08SPEAKER_17: As a quote-unquote constituent of hers, there are some fame conservatives who live in her district and you try to vote her in the insane democratic that live in Minneapolis, continue to vote her in.
- 1:57:26SPEAKER_17: But there are some there is a pocket of uh uh fane conservatives who are out there trying to fight to get her out of office.
- 1:57:34SPEAKER_38: Well, and let me add something to that because what the previous um uh blast that rolled in, the further comment that he made, he was referencing a lot of what you had mentioned, that sort of I think you said it yesterday and this morning, the chiseling that she's done throughout her career, you know, here here and there.
- 1:57:49SPEAKER_54: And thanks for using that word, by the way.
- 1:57:51SPEAKER_38: Yeah, you're very well.
- 1:57:51SPEAKER_54: I'm trying to bring it back.
- 1:57:52SPEAKER_38: Yeah, no, I'd say I'm gonna do my part, Bill.
- 1:57:54SPEAKER_38: I'm gonna do my part.
- 1:57:55SPEAKER_38: Um but I think also you have to I think a lot of times we view things through a lens of how we go and take in the news, how close we pay attention, you know, to these different issues.
- 1:58:07SPEAKER_38: You know, there might be a lot of people, if not maybe even the majority of people that live in our district, that are completely unaware of all of these different controversies surrounding Ilhan Omar because you really wouldn't know apart from the big ones unless you were paying close, uh, close attention.
- 1:58:21SPEAKER_38: So you never know what the mentality is of those voters and how much they know or don't know.
- 1:58:25SPEAKER_54: And that's why I I encourage people, my colleagues, to just repeat, repeat, repeat, because uh you'll be surprised where you get to a point where somebody's hearing it for the first time.
- 1:58:36SPEAKER_54: Yep.
- 1:58:36SPEAKER_54: And the fraud is the best example of that.
- 1:58:38SPEAKER_54: I've been reporting on this for four and a half years, but you know, we did the summer tour and I encountered people all the time, and or people tell me, hey, I talked to my cousin or my uh my aunt, and they've they had never heard of any of this stuff.
- 1:58:53SPEAKER_54: And so this is the phenomenon Rush Limbaugh used to talk about the low information voter.
- 1:58:58SPEAKER_54: Yeah, and and again, it's not an insult.
- 1:59:00SPEAKER_54: There are people who are raising their families or living their lives or developing their careers, they have their hobbies, they don't pay attention to the news.
- 1:59:09SPEAKER_54: And you know, I can't say I blame them.
- 1:59:10SPEAKER_54: You watch the news for half an hour, and you're you know, your whole mood is uh deflated.
- 1:59:15SPEAKER_54: So people pay attention, and again, we don't have the dominant media outlets we used to where everybody got the newspaper, everybody watched the the evening news.
- 1:59:24SPEAKER_54: That's all gone now.
- 1:59:26SPEAKER_54: So people pick up this here, pick up that there.
- 1:59:29SPEAKER_54: So I am sure there are people who have never heard about the brother marriage story, never heard about the campaign finance fraud.
- 1:59:37SPEAKER_54: You know, I'm steeped in all this stuff, but uh people haven't heard about this or they're new to the story because it doesn't get repeated over and over.
- 1:59:46SPEAKER_54: And so, yeah, so there are people who vote for her who have never heard it or just dismissed it at all, that's just propaganda, there's nothing to that, and and uh you don't know what information somebody's bringing with them into the voter booth.
- 2:00:00SPEAKER_54: That uh everybody could vote, it's almost universal right to vote, but uh we don't have a universal system of educating voters equally.
- 2:00:10SPEAKER_54: They they learn what they learn and they take that into the boat voting booth.
- 2:00:14SPEAKER_38: I'll tell you, when we did uh, and I've mentioned this before, when I did the America 250 road trip in between the last job and and here for those uh two weeks with my son Kyle, I completely checked out and it was bliss.
- 2:00:24SPEAKER_38: It's it was amazing how uh how little you can find out about what is going on in the world if you just don't pay attention.
- 2:00:31SPEAKER_38: Well, you know, it's very refreshing.
- 2:00:32SPEAKER_54: Pursuing a career, raising a family, these are rewarding pursuits in and of themselves.
- 2:00:37SPEAKER_54: This this politics thing is uh you know, it's not always good for the mental health.
- 2:00:42SPEAKER_38: Um, I know I gotta I gotta cut you loose.
- 2:00:43SPEAKER_38: I know you got places to be, but one last question, Bill Glon, again, our policy fellow here at American Experiment, and thank you so much for the time uh this morning.
- 2:00:50SPEAKER_38: Uh I know the audience greatly appreciates it, and I do too.
- 2:00:53SPEAKER_38: What was your instinctive reaction when the news broke uh yesterday morning about the raid?
- 2:00:58SPEAKER_54: Finally, finally, about time.
- 2:01:00SPEAKER_54: You know, there had been rumors, and I think probably even were earlier iterations of this investigation where there had been reports that the FBI was looking into it and had dropped it because of the statute of limitation.
- 2:01:13SPEAKER_54: I don't know exactly what they were talking about.
- 2:01:16SPEAKER_54: Uh you played that CNN clip where, and I've seen it suggested several places that this current investigation, the thing that resulted in the raid yesterday, was actually started under the Biden administration.
- 2:01:27SPEAKER_54: Yep.
- 2:01:27SPEAKER_54: So we've heard about these investigations going back years, but to see the guys in the blue jackets, to see the cameras outside our house, it's it's finally, finally, something is happening.
- 2:01:41SPEAKER_54: So I, you know, on the other side, I run into the cynicism, the oh, nothing ever happens, no one's ever held accountable.
- 2:01:48SPEAKER_54: Here was a concrete example of boot of people on the ground carrying out those banker boxes.
- 2:01:55SPEAKER_54: It was just such a great I it's just gratitude in seeing that.
- 2:02:00SPEAKER_38: Have you uh have you uh I know I said I was gonna ask you that last question, but I have one more.
- 2:02:03SPEAKER_38: Have you thought much about sort of the the fallout that would ensue if the if and when the indictments uh come down?
- 2:02:12SPEAKER_38: You know, the sort of the political, the political fallout of that of that.
- 2:02:15SPEAKER_54: Yeah, you know, here my cynicism is gonna come out here.
- 2:02:19SPEAKER_54: So for I don't know, two hours, three hours yesterday morning, this was the number one story on planet Earth.
- 2:02:27SPEAKER_54: Yep.
- 2:02:28SPEAKER_54: I uh one of the things I did was I checked the BBC News website.
- 2:02:33SPEAKER_54: The BBC News had the Ilhan Omar raid as their number two story worldwide after something uh Zelensky was doing in Ukraine.
- 2:02:41SPEAKER_54: So this was the biggest news, and it feel it felt like by late afternoon it kind of died down.
- 2:02:46SPEAKER_54: I would look for the Democrats who didn't come to her uh aid yesterday.
- 2:02:52SPEAKER_54: You know, we talked about the the rally that happened in Powderhorn Park yesterday, and I was joking on Power Line, dozens showed up.
- 2:03:00SPEAKER_54: You know, you know, they had the tight crowd shot, and I think I could have counted the number of people who are actually there on the ground.
- 2:03:07SPEAKER_54: Uh she's going to outlive her usefulness to the movement, and we shan't hear of her again.
- 2:03:13SPEAKER_54: So I think that's how this ends.
- 2:03:15SPEAKER_38: Bill Glon, uh, thank you so much.
- 2:03:16SPEAKER_38: Uh I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
- 2:03:18SPEAKER_38: I know you have a busy day ahead of you, uh, but it was great talking with you, and I really appreciate the insight.
- 2:03:22SPEAKER_54: Thanks for having me back.
- 2:03:24SPEAKER_38: All right, uh, to the Powderhorn Park uh rally that took place uh yesterday as we head into the third hour here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:03:32SPEAKER_20: Good morning, John.
- 2:03:34SPEAKER_20: So I watched some clips of the Ilhan support rally at Powderhorn Park yesterday, you know, and even MPRs like hundreds of people come out in support of Ilhan.
- 2:03:44SPEAKER_20: Hundreds.
- 2:03:45SPEAKER_20: Hundreds, hundreds.
- 2:03:47SPEAKER_20: You know, I didn't see a lot of I didn't see a lot of diversity at this Ilhan support rally.
- 2:03:52SPEAKER_20: And I don't mean it was small.
- 2:03:54SPEAKER_20: It was all white liberals, mostly women, non-old people.
- 2:04:00SPEAKER_20: I also didn't see any other people like Hengy Flanagan, Rami Klobicher there speaking on behalf of in defense of Ilhan.
- 2:04:10SPEAKER_20: He tells you they're not for sure that there isn't something behind this investigation either.
- 2:04:16SPEAKER_20: Looking forward to Bill coming on, he's the best.
- 2:04:19SPEAKER_20: Thanks, John.
- 2:04:20SPEAKER_20: Have a great day bye.
- 2:04:21SPEAKER_23: To detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants doing World War Eleven.
- 2:04:28SPEAKER_23: Or War Eleven.
- 2:05:02SPEAKER_38: Devin is producing this morning as we continue uh to cover the big news from yesterday, Department of Homeland Security raiding the home of Somali born Representative Ilhan Omar yesterday morning, and all of the fallout as we await the release of the affidavit so we know exactly uh what to uh expect, what the government was actually looking for in um, well, the raid on her home, but also overall, because many are saying Bill Glon said a moment ago here on the show that this is the end more than likely of an investigation.
- 2:05:38SPEAKER_38: And this was sort of the dotting of the I's and the crossing of the T's of the federal government before they bring about an indictment on whatever charge, we don't know yet.
- 2:05:48SPEAKER_38: We'll know more when we see that affidavit.
- 2:05:50SPEAKER_30: Hey, John, in light of all this Ilhan Omar news, I think you need to reach back up to Scott Johnson with Powerline Blog.
- 2:05:57SPEAKER_30: If I remember correctly, he's the one that did the real in-depth dive, and he's got all the receipts.
- 2:06:04SPEAKER_38: You uh would be remembering uh correctly, and uh may just do that uh this week.
- 2:06:09SPEAKER_38: Hopefully uh get him uh on the show.
- 2:06:11SPEAKER_38: He was, however, on News Nation last night, talked with uh my good friend and friend of the show, Katie Pavlich, uh talking about breaking down what the federal HSI raid on Ilhan Omar means and what they may have collected.
- 2:06:25SPEAKER_38: So here's uh Katie Pavlich, uh News Nation, and also from Power Line blog, a friend of the show, uh Scott Johnson.
- 2:06:31SPEAKER_44: Scott, in terms of an HI H HSI uh raid on Ilhan Omar's home, what would they be taking out?
- 2:06:37SPEAKER_44: We're looking at them taking out boxes.
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_44: Uh it looks like they have something in a uh looks like a poster board potentially.
- 2:06:44SPEAKER_44: What would HSI be looking for specifically?
- 2:06:47SPEAKER_10: Well, the New York Times story today suggested that uh investigation involved false statements and fraud in immigration filings as well as general conspiracy charges.
- 2:06:58SPEAKER_10: So I wonder about the conspiracy charges.
- 2:07:01SPEAKER_10: The misconduct that she has committed over the years, I think, involves some coordination with many people inside and outside her family.
- 2:07:09SPEAKER_10: And uh I I think that what I I would think that what they're looking for is the kind of usual information you get from personal devices and and related uh documents that she's filed over the years in in connection with her work in Congress and uh and with the State Department and so on with respect to immigration and and passports.
- 2:07:30SPEAKER_14: Hey, good morning, John.
- 2:07:32SPEAKER_14: I uh used to fly a fair amount to the uh from the MSP airport for my job.
- 2:07:38SPEAKER_14: Each time I take uh an Uber out to the airport and back, I get in a political discussion with the smaller drivers.
- 2:07:45SPEAKER_14: Not one of them that I ever talked to liked Omar.
- 2:07:48SPEAKER_14: I found that most interesting.
- 2:07:50SPEAKER_14: So maybe she's not as popular as we're led to believe.
- 2:07:52SPEAKER_38: Yeah, I think Bill Glon made a really good point about the uh potential political fallout uh on this.
- 2:07:58SPEAKER_38: Uh she has not served her constituents, she has not served Congress, she has not served this country in any sort of positive capacity.
- 2:08:07SPEAKER_38: She's used her role as an activist, and it may be a circumstance where I thought Bill's uh comment was incredibly um uh pointed.
- 2:08:17SPEAKER_38: Probably more interesting, the individuals who have not come out and done the I stand with Ilhan.
- 2:08:23SPEAKER_38: That's more interesting than those so far who have.
- 2:08:26SPEAKER_38: She may not be as popular as what everybody thinks, especially when you consider something we talked about earlier in the show.
- 2:08:33SPEAKER_38: And that was she was a part of the squad, and this was the radical part of the squad.
- 2:08:38SPEAKER_38: Rashida Talib was a part of you know the squad, and they were called that for a reason.
- 2:08:43SPEAKER_38: This was a handful of individuals that represented the most radical of radical elements within the Democrat Party.
- 2:08:49SPEAKER_38: Well, that now is representative of the entirety of the Democrat Party.
- 2:08:52SPEAKER_38: And while there are plenty of Democrats that have hopped on board who have said, hey, we're a big tent, we accept all these Democrats, socialists, and these communists, my war's not theirs.
- 2:09:01SPEAKER_38: They have to do that because they're worried about the elections.
- 2:09:05SPEAKER_38: But at the same time, there are plenty of Democrats who don't like the fact that the party has gone as progressive and far left as it has.
- 2:09:12SPEAKER_38: They'll never be vocal about it.
- 2:09:14SPEAKER_38: But there's a level of concern that they have that it could actually cost them in the midterm elections coming up, which again, Ilhan Omar would be one of the heads of many heads of that snake.
- 2:09:25SPEAKER_38: Sort of a Frankenstein's monster-esque snake, and Ilhan Omar would be one of those, uh, one of those heads.
- 2:09:32SPEAKER_38: There'll still be some left if she ends up getting indicted and held responsible for whatever crimes she may have uh committed.
- 2:09:39SPEAKER_38: All of this speaks to a complete and total lack of trust.
- 2:09:43SPEAKER_38: And people don't have a trust in a lot of things anymore, especially politicians.
- 2:09:47SPEAKER_38: But that also rings true when it comes to home service.
- 2:09:50SPEAKER_38: You want to make sure that you can trust a company to come in and do the right work with trained professionals that aren't gonna go and give you upsells, commissions, and one trade fixes.
- 2:09:59SPEAKER_38: I'm talking about Ericsson Plumbing, heating air, and electrical.
- 2:10:02SPEAKER_38: Most other home service companies, they try to go and sell you more.
- 2:10:05SPEAKER_38: But Ericsson plumbing, heating air, and electrical, no, they're absolutely different.
- 2:10:09SPEAKER_38: Their trained technicians are all non-commissioned across the major trades, right on down to safety and security.
- 2:10:15SPEAKER_38: But your expectations when it comes to home service, plumbing, HVAC, electrical gas, because they're non-commissioned, they're not going to take you for a ride.
- 2:10:23SPEAKER_38: The recommendations you get will be truly honest and in your best uh interest.
- 2:10:26SPEAKER_38: Head on over to the website iHarTERickson.com.
- 2:10:30SPEAKER_38: That's iHeartAErickson.com, or give uh Ericsson, plumbing heating air and electrical, a call today.
- 2:10:37SPEAKER_38: That number is 763-783-4545.
- 2:10:40SPEAKER_38: That's 763-7834545, and tell them that John Justice sent you.
- 2:10:45SPEAKER_27: Hey, good morning, John, Bruce and Shackby.
- 2:10:48SPEAKER_27: You know, uh following up on a point there about um Ilhan Omar's uh actual impopularity or however however you call it, uh I have some Somali customers that despise the woman.
- 2:11:02SPEAKER_27: They they feel like she has given the Somalis a bad name, at least the ones that are um good ones or or the ones that are following the laws and coming here for the opportunities that we give them in this country.
- 2:11:17SPEAKER_27: Um it's pretty interesting.
- 2:11:20SPEAKER_27: Um in fact, one of them, his wife worked for the state and was one of the whistleblowers that got retaliated against.
- 2:11:28SPEAKER_27: So anyway, um, be that as it may, have a good day.
- 2:11:32SPEAKER_27: Bye.
- 2:11:33SPEAKER_38: Thank you for the uh comment.
- 2:11:34SPEAKER_38: Uh it's always great to uh hear from you, uh, Bruce.
- 2:11:37SPEAKER_38: Keep your comments rolling in.
- 2:11:38SPEAKER_38: We got a lot of them coming into the blaster line.
- 2:11:40SPEAKER_38: Voice and text message six five one nine six four zero two nine four.
- 2:11:46SPEAKER_38: If you want to take part in the discussion here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 2:11:50SPEAKER_09: Hello, this is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 2:11:55SPEAKER_09: I'd like to thank John's listeners for their generosity.
- 2:11:59SPEAKER_09: Now, because this Is Minnesota, you can vote for me in person as early as Friday, October 16th.
- 2:12:05SPEAKER_09: Now, let's talk about the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Test Scores for Eastern Carver County Schools.
- 2:12:11SPEAKER_09: Only 62.6% of our students are proficient in reading, only 62.5% are proficient in math, and only 29.9% are proficient in science.
- 2:12:24SPEAKER_09: So, how are we graduating 94.1% of our students?
- 2:12:29SPEAKER_09: You know, this has nothing to do with the quality of our teachers and everything to do with a lack of school board and administrative accountability.
- 2:12:37SPEAKER_09: Our superintendent is not contractually responsible for student proficiency.
- 2:12:41SPEAKER_09: Go to the blog section of my website, reelectjoeescott.com and eccsmcascores.com.
- 2:12:48SPEAKER_11: The save was paid for by reelect Joe Scott.
- 2:12:52SPEAKER_29: Your previous caller's comments about the airport drivers bring to mind maybe they have something on her about the briefcases, duffel bags of money that have been coming out of MSP Airport, heading back to Somalia.
- 2:13:07SPEAKER_29: And she's been using her security clearance to aid and abed the removal of cash from fraud out of the state, back to the country.
- 2:13:17SPEAKER_29: She has allegiance to.
- 2:13:19SPEAKER_38: Bill Glaund raised an interesting question.
- 2:13:22SPEAKER_38: Where is she currently?
- 2:13:23SPEAKER_38: So she left the statement yesterday on uh online saying I'm okay, you know, saying this was political retribution, Trump's abuse of the federal government's authority, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 2:13:35SPEAKER_38: And then wrapped it up with I will not be silenced, which again is incredibly telling about what's most important to her.
- 2:13:41SPEAKER_38: Right?
- 2:13:42SPEAKER_38: It's her voice, it's her activism.
- 2:13:43SPEAKER_38: It's not actually being a leader.
- 2:13:46SPEAKER_38: But there's an argument to be made.
- 2:13:50SPEAKER_38: Maybe she has made an appearance so far.
- 2:13:52SPEAKER_38: Maybe we just haven't heard yet, but has anybody checked the flight logs out of the out of the DC airports at all?
- 2:14:01SPEAKER_38: Has anybody seen her?
- 2:14:04SPEAKER_38: Out of curiosity.
- 2:14:06SPEAKER_38: I mean, wouldn't that be wild?
- 2:14:07SPEAKER_38: I just want to throw it out there.
- 2:14:08SPEAKER_38: Wouldn't it be wild if she ended up leaving the country?
- 2:14:11SPEAKER_38: If anybody's gonna know what she's involved in, she certainly would be the uh first.
- 2:14:15SPEAKER_38: And if the allegations so far, the speculation, let me rephrase, let me rephrase that.
- 2:14:22SPEAKER_38: If the speculation so far rings true, this is the end of this investigation into Ilhan Omar, not the beginning, and the indictment could be forthcoming.
- 2:14:31SPEAKER_38: She might be fully aware of that.
- 2:14:32SPEAKER_38: To that point, I want to read this to you.
- 2:14:35SPEAKER_38: Uh what just happened to Ilhan Omar?
- 2:14:38SPEAKER_38: I was a private investigator, says this individual uh online.
- 2:14:42SPEAKER_38: I was a private investigator uh for I was a criminal investigator for a private contractor with TS clearance.
- 2:14:49SPEAKER_38: I've been on warrant raids.
- 2:14:51SPEAKER_38: I know what it takes to get a warrant.
- 2:14:53SPEAKER_38: It's extremely frustrating and difficult.
- 2:14:56SPEAKER_38: Yesterday morning, Homeland Security investigations and the agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant of Omar's DC area home as part of the ongoing federal criminal investigation for immigration fraud.
- 2:15:09SPEAKER_38: The home search warrant is not handed out lightly.
- 2:15:12SPEAKER_38: The federal judge reviewed the evidence and found probable cause that incriminating material would be found.
- 2:15:18SPEAKER_38: That's a high bar, especially for a sitting member of Congress three weeks before the midterms.
- 2:15:25SPEAKER_38: Ilhan says she's being targeted by a political enemy.
- 2:15:29SPEAKER_38: Federal judges do not sign these warrants because someone on X is mad.
- 2:15:34SPEAKER_38: They sign them when the government presents evidence.
- 2:15:39SPEAKER_38: Now no charges have been filed yet.
- 2:15:41SPEAKER_38: This is not a conviction.
- 2:15:43SPEAKER_38: It is, however, the clearest sign yet that the long-running allegations about her immigration history have moved from political talking points and into an active criminal investigation.
- 2:15:54SPEAKER_38: Even worse for Ilhan, she now will possibly and hopefully face federal RICO charges for the Minnesota fraud scandals carrying up to 20 years in prison.
- 2:16:04SPEAKER_38: They wrap with this arrest her, convict her, imprison her.
- 2:16:07SPEAKER_38: When she gets out of prison, deport her.
- 2:16:08SPEAKER_38: Either way, they say her career as an American politician is over.
- 2:16:17SPEAKER_38: Interesting words.
- 2:16:18SPEAKER_38: A lot of them.
- 2:16:18SPEAKER_38: We have more audio to share with you coming up on the show.
- 2:16:21SPEAKER_38: You know, we're talking a lot about crime.
- 2:16:23SPEAKER_38: You know what else is criminal?
- 2:16:24SPEAKER_38: When you go and you take advantage of a thing, you think it's a worthy weight loss program and you just put all the weight back on again.
- 2:16:30SPEAKER_38: That's criminal.
- 2:16:32SPEAKER_38: That sucks.
- 2:16:33SPEAKER_38: With Neutrawave, there's no pills, there's no shots, which means there's absolutely no gimmicks.
- 2:16:40SPEAKER_38: Just real food and a smarter, more effective approach to weight loss.
- 2:16:45SPEAKER_38: This is Neutrawave's all-natural 40-day program.
- 2:16:48SPEAKER_38: I lost 35 pounds going through the program, and I would love the same for you.
- 2:16:52SPEAKER_38: And so would Dr.
- 2:16:53SPEAKER_38: Bob at Neutrawave, a fantastic individual.
- 2:16:56SPEAKER_38: He is passionate about helping you get healthy.
- 2:16:59SPEAKER_38: If you're overweight, if you're on medication, if you're tired all the time, your body may be telling you a story, your scale can't reveal.
- 2:17:05SPEAKER_38: But Dr.
- 2:17:05SPEAKER_38: Bob can.
- 2:17:06SPEAKER_38: The truth metabolic session at NeutroWave, which is free, along with a red light therapy session for just making the phone call.
- 2:17:13SPEAKER_38: You can see your body fat, your muscle mass, your metabolic age, and then the program is tailored to you.
- 2:17:20SPEAKER_38: That's how you go and make the next move.
- 2:17:22SPEAKER_38: Do not wait.
- 2:17:23SPEAKER_38: Take action now.
- 2:17:24SPEAKER_38: Call Neutrawave today.
- 2:17:26SPEAKER_38: More than 31,000 clients for over 13 years have taken advantage of this amazing program.
- 2:17:32SPEAKER_38: 952-260-1965.
- 2:17:35SPEAKER_38: 952-260-1965.
- 2:17:38SPEAKER_38: Tell them that John Justice sent you to take advantage of this amazing program at Neutrawave.
- 2:17:45SPEAKER_38: Again, 952-260-1965.
- 2:17:49SPEAKER_38: That's Neutrawave.
- 2:17:51SPEAKER_38: Listen, make the choice today.
- 2:17:53SPEAKER_38: Lose the weight before the holidays.
- 2:17:54SPEAKER_38: And just know I'm keeping the weight off, and you can too.
- 2:17:58SPEAKER_26: I love how the Democrat hypocrisy has come around full circle.
- 2:18:05SPEAKER_26: I mean, we always expect them to, you know, kind of pull the same stuff and say, oh, it's just unprecedented to weaponize the government against a political enemy and these raids on a house.
- 2:18:23SPEAKER_26: Oh, it's so horrible.
- 2:18:25SPEAKER_26: Um but now the chronically online blue and on people have decided that the midterm elections are going to be rigged and that Trump is going to rig the voting machine to change the vote.
- 2:18:48SPEAKER_26: Am I wrong?
- 2:18:50SPEAKER_26: Do I recall them saying that that was insanity when people claim that on the right?
- 2:18:57SPEAKER_38: Do not forget, Dems don't care.
- 2:18:59SPEAKER_38: Dems don't care.
- 2:19:01SPEAKER_38: Them Dems, they do not care.
- 2:19:05SPEAKER_38: You're right.
- 2:19:05SPEAKER_38: Hypocrisy is a word that does not matter to them, or they wear it as a badge of honor and they wear it proudly.
- 2:19:14SPEAKER_38: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 2:19:22SPEAKER_38: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 2:19:32SPEAKER_38: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 2:19:38SPEAKER_38: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.
- 2:19:45SPEAKER_38: For more information, go to MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 2:19:50SPEAKER_38: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 2:19:54SPEAKER_38: So we have another blaster line anomaly taking place.
- 2:19:58SPEAKER_38: Now I just feel like it's trolling me.
- 2:20:01SPEAKER_38: So uh the program that I use for the blaster line is 651-964-0294.
- 2:20:06SPEAKER_38: It often gets confused over the translation when I'm reading them.
- 2:20:09SPEAKER_38: So as we talked about, it started last week as we were continued talking about the Somali fraud and Somali gangs.
- 2:20:16SPEAKER_38: It translated Somali to Tamali, which really threw me off.
- 2:20:21SPEAKER_38: Suddenly now I'm wondering why are people commenting on Walmart?
- 2:20:26SPEAKER_38: It's translating Ilhan Omar into Walmart.
- 2:20:33SPEAKER_37: It's it's very, very confusing.
- 2:20:41SPEAKER_38: Like this one! It translated this one to to Walmart.
- 2:21:02SPEAKER_32: Like there she is.
- 2:21:11SPEAKER_38: Yeah, in that it said, uh I'm just sitting here thinking that if Ellen Walmart actually went to prison.
- 2:21:16SPEAKER_38: In this one, I would not be surprised at all if you have Walmart disappeared.
- 2:21:21SPEAKER_35: I would not be surprised at all if Ilhan Walmart disappeared.
- 2:21:25SPEAKER_35: So weird.
- 2:21:26SPEAKER_35: Basically off the face of the earth for a couple days.
- 2:21:30SPEAKER_35: And re-emerges in Somalia as a hero.
- 2:21:34SPEAKER_35: And is raised up on the shoulders of Somalians as a hero.
- 2:21:38SPEAKER_35: I don't would not surprise me a bit.
- 2:21:42SPEAKER_38: Okay, let's do this.
- 2:21:44SPEAKER_38: I have a I have a lot of audio to share.
- 2:21:45SPEAKER_38: Let's go, let's go here.
- 2:21:46SPEAKER_38: Let me share this with you because this'll this will provide me an opportunity here.
- 2:21:51SPEAKER_38: Because for whatever reason, I'm now stuck on this.
- 2:21:53SPEAKER_38: She left the country.
- 2:21:55SPEAKER_38: I have no evidence of this whatsoever.
- 2:21:57SPEAKER_38: None.
- 2:21:58SPEAKER_38: Maybe she's out of Walmart.
- 2:21:59SPEAKER_38: Maybe she's maybe that's why.
- 2:22:03SPEAKER_38: Maybe my blaster line program is privy to the information.
- 2:22:07SPEAKER_38: Is she shopping at she's shopping at Walmart?
- 2:22:09SPEAKER_38: Well, maybe she's gonna get it.
- 2:22:10SPEAKER_38: Maybe she needs to go and upgrade the furniture in her home because the FBI took a bunch of her stuff.
- 2:22:14SPEAKER_38: So maybe she went to Walmart to take uh advantage of their fine home collection or or or something.
- 2:22:22SPEAKER_38: I just want to throw it out there.
- 2:22:24SPEAKER_38: I just in the world that we live in right now, I like I mentioned at the beginning of the show, we had a dude with Brett Bear last night on Fox News.
- 2:22:30SPEAKER_38: They spent an entire special investigation report with Brett Bear, who is, in my opinion, one of the most credible journalists and reporters with Fox News.
- 2:22:40SPEAKER_38: And the dude's just dropping bomb after bomb, revelation after revelation about the existence of aliens and like nobody cares.
- 2:22:47SPEAKER_38: So at this point in time, it wouldn't shock me at all if suddenly we find out, and uh we have uh we've gotten word that uh Ilhan Omar has fled the country.
- 2:22:55SPEAKER_38: Wouldn't that be wild?
- 2:22:57SPEAKER_38: I just want to put it out there in case.
- 2:22:59SPEAKER_38: Maybe I can manifest it.
- 2:23:00SPEAKER_38: There are those lunatic uh foes of the show out there that still say that I'm shadow running things, so maybe I can manifest it into existence that Ilhan Omar goes on the lamb.
- 2:23:09SPEAKER_38: Former acting ice director Jonathan Fahy warns that Omar does face a probe into the fresh allegations after that raid on her home.
- 2:23:18SPEAKER_38: Uh, here's some of that commentary uh early on in the uh news after it broke uh from Fox uh Fox News here on the John Justice show, presented by American Experiment.
- 2:23:28SPEAKER_03: Well, what jumps out is sort of first of all, like you said at the beginning, this is probably the towards the end of an investigation, they've sort of compiled a lot of evidence, got a uh enough evidence for a judge to sign off on it.
- 2:23:39SPEAKER_03: And remember, the judge has to sign off.
- 2:23:41SPEAKER_03: There's probably a cause that a crime was committed, and there's evidence of that crime in her home.
- 2:23:46SPEAKER_03: So I think what they're doing is looking for documents and things like that that would either corroborate evidence they had from before, and this could be going back to maybe immigration fraud or naturalization fraud that may have gone back 20 years, but they may be looking at documents that she signed recently that has discrepancies from earlier documents signed or things that are that are the same but false, because the sexual limitation may have run on some of the earlier charges.
- 2:24:14SPEAKER_03: But again, if you're signing things incorrectly, maybe other government forms, bank forms, things like that, there may be new crimes being committed based upon action that might have occurred 15, 20, 25 years ago.
- 2:24:27SPEAKER_47: Okay.
- 2:24:27SPEAKER_47: Uh that's very interesting and probably uh and perhaps I should say key here, because the statute of limitations would have run out on a number of these immigration situations.
- 2:24:37SPEAKER_47: But you're saying if she has signed documents uh testifying essentially to facts that are incorrect and that broke the law, that gives them sort of another leg in uh to potential criminal behavior here?
- 2:24:52SPEAKER_38: Let me pause this before he gives the answer.
- 2:24:54SPEAKER_38: I want to get to a couple of comments that rolled in to the um to the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:25:01SPEAKER_38: Before we return to more uh commentary.
- 2:25:04SPEAKER_38: Again, this is the uh I gotta get my paperwork here, apologies.
- 2:25:08SPEAKER_38: Former ICE Director, Jonathan Fahy.
- 2:25:10SPEAKER_38: Uh, we had a couple of comments that rolled in.
- 2:25:12SPEAKER_38: Yes, uh, as we've been reporting all morning long, this investigation started under uh former president Joe Biden.
- 2:25:21SPEAKER_38: This was not a new investigation under uh President uh Donald Trump.
- 2:25:24SPEAKER_38: So I had a couple of people that commented uh on that.
- 2:25:27SPEAKER_38: And yes, we've been reporting that all morning.
- 2:25:29SPEAKER_05: Hey, John.
- 2:25:40unknown: Vote.
- 2:25:41SPEAKER_38: I'm thinking of a t-shirt idea, right?
- 2:25:43SPEAKER_38: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:25:47SPEAKER_38: Something Walmart tamales in Costco or something.
- 2:25:50SPEAKER_38: I don't know.
- 2:25:51SPEAKER_38: I gotta workshop it.
- 2:25:58SPEAKER_38: Just say, what have I done now?
- 2:25:59SPEAKER_38: I've just all right, let's get back to the commentary from the former ICE Director.
- 2:26:08SPEAKER_03: That would be it.
- 2:26:09SPEAKER_03: Say, for example, there was immigration fraud 25 years ago, you put something false on there, and now there's another government document that comes up, you know, maybe renewing a passport or other types of things, tax forms.
- 2:26:21SPEAKER_03: You continue that fraud by continuing with that false statement or false information.
- 2:26:26SPEAKER_03: That would be a new crime, even if the other crime was beyond the statute of limitations.
- 2:26:31SPEAKER_03: So that's one thing they could be looking at.
- 2:26:33SPEAKER_03: The other thing could also be maybe a conspiracy that's still ongoing.
- 2:26:37SPEAKER_47: Yeah, I I know that you know there's been a lot of questions about the fraud going on in Minnesota.
- 2:26:41SPEAKER_47: It sounds like because this was led by um HSI that it, you know, is not likely that road that they're going down here, but we'll see um when we get a little bit further down the road here.
- 2:26:52SPEAKER_47: But you know, with regard to um the election and the DOJ's general typical blackout rule within 60 days, she's up for re-election in 22 days.
- 2:27:03SPEAKER_47: What's your take on that part of this story?
- 2:27:07SPEAKER_03: Uh a few real quick points.
- 2:27:09SPEAKER_03: One, there might be a reason they need to do this now because information about the investigation is out there and they don't want evidence destroyed.
- 2:27:16SPEAKER_03: Number two, is this policy it's a policy that they can choose to follow?
- 2:27:20SPEAKER_03: But it also has a second part.
- 2:27:22SPEAKER_03: Could this influence an election?
- 2:27:24SPEAKER_03: She's in a very safe district, so it probably isn't going to influence her election.
- 2:27:28SPEAKER_03: So to act more broadly, it influences others, I think, is a stretch.
- 2:27:32SPEAKER_03: And there's the final argument that Jack Smith's and Merrick Garland sort of blew this all out of the water in 2024 when Jack Smith was filing substantive filings, I think upwards to Halloween of the election.
- 2:27:43SPEAKER_03: But I think it could be most most likely the first two is there's something important, timely, or you know, it doesn't matter with her election.
- 2:27:53SPEAKER_47: Okay.
- 2:27:54SPEAKER_47: Uh Jonathan Feige, thank you very much.
- 2:27:56SPEAKER_47: Uh we will continue to keep an eye on that situation.
- 2:28:00SPEAKER_47: Uh she says she's fine.
- 2:28:01SPEAKER_38: Uh and again, but we she says she's fine, but I don't we have where is she?
- 2:28:07SPEAKER_38: I haven't had I've been so I was gonna use the moment to play the audio and then go looking online.
- 2:28:12SPEAKER_38: Are you on X right now, Devin?
- 2:28:13SPEAKER_38: I know.
- 2:28:14SPEAKER_38: D, can you Yeah, why don't you why don't you hop on X and see if you can just do a Ilhan Omar search and see if maybe you can see if she's had any recent comments or she's been seen.
- 2:28:24SPEAKER_38: Somebody left a uh comment on the blaster line.
- 2:28:26SPEAKER_38: Oh man, the Walmart tamales is not going away, right?
- 2:28:30SPEAKER_38: It's so weird that it does that.
- 2:28:33SPEAKER_37: It's just what a weird, what a weird, what a weird thing to do.
- 2:28:37SPEAKER_38: I'll tell you what, you know what's been really fun throughout the show this morning?
- 2:28:40SPEAKER_38: I probably shouldn't say this because I want it to happen more often.
- 2:28:43SPEAKER_38: But there's been foes of the show that have been leaving all these comments, like really, really lengthy comments too.
- 2:28:48SPEAKER_38: I've just been deleting them.
- 2:28:50SPEAKER_38: So when the call pops up, it says like uh transcript not available while the while the AI or whatever the program is goes and does the transcription.
- 2:29:00SPEAKER_38: But I know the phone number, so I just delete the comments.
- 2:29:03SPEAKER_38: And then the ones that have gotten through this been like these two-minute-long rants and just deleted them.
- 2:29:08SPEAKER_38: Lost to the void, your ridiculous commentary of which I'm not gonna waste the listener's time on here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment, because I'd much rather spend time talking to you about the latest allegations against Ilhan Omar.
- 2:29:22SPEAKER_38: I want to get into some more specificity.
- 2:29:24SPEAKER_38: I've been holding off on this.
- 2:29:26SPEAKER_38: Also, I'd rather talk about Mini Leaf and how they want you to live a better life through their products, because I'm living a better life through Mini Leaf's products.
- 2:29:33SPEAKER_38: Now, a lot of people have reservations about the industry, but Mini Leaf wants you to know they look at their company.
- 2:29:40SPEAKER_38: It's like a health and wellness company.
- 2:29:41SPEAKER_38: The products that they sell are here to better your life.
- 2:29:44SPEAKER_38: My cardiologist signed off on the night gummies, made with all natural ingredients, no bitter aftertaste.
- 2:29:48SPEAKER_38: But if you're looking to just relax and you want an alternative to the alcoholic beverages you typically consume, you can go with the uh with the gummies, you can go with the spooky mini leaf tonics.
- 2:29:58SPEAKER_38: Those are brewed right here in Eden Prairie.
- 2:30:00SPEAKER_38: Everything is packaged locally with mini leaf as well.
- 2:30:04SPEAKER_38: So head on over to the website.
- 2:30:06SPEAKER_38: You can see all the products are third-party tested, made with all natural ingredients, as I mentioned.
- 2:30:11SPEAKER_38: Triple Diamond Pain Cream is incredibly effective.
- 2:30:13SPEAKER_38: The dark chocolates are absolutely delicious.
- 2:30:16SPEAKER_38: MiniLeaf.com, taste happy at M-I-N-N-E L E A F dot com.
- 2:30:22SPEAKER_38: That's minileaf.com.
- 2:30:24SPEAKER_38: This comment rolled in.
- 2:30:25SPEAKER_38: Did you check mental institutions for Ilhan Omar?
- 2:30:28SPEAKER_38: Yeah, maybe she went to the same one that James Tallerico allegedly uh went to.
- 2:30:33SPEAKER_38: All right, let's go uh let's go here.
- 2:30:37SPEAKER_24: I left the blast a little earlier.
- 2:30:39SPEAKER_24: Um this better be about money.
- 2:30:42SPEAKER_24: They better have a money trail, otherwise, this is a nothing burger.
- 2:30:45SPEAKER_24: They'll sweep the immigration stuff under the rug and just poo-poo it.
- 2:30:49SPEAKER_24: So this better be about money and fraud, and they better have a trail.
- 2:30:54SPEAKER_24: Otherwise, this is a nothing burger.
- 2:30:57SPEAKER_38: Well, I wouldn't say I wouldn't say it's a nothing burger if it hinges on uh immigration, but you are correct.
- 2:31:09SPEAKER_38: What are you guys doing to me?
- 2:31:11SPEAKER_38: You are you sorry.
- 2:31:13SPEAKER_38: Somebody just sent a picture over on the on the blaster line, and it just says, I found her! And then it's a dude at Walmart and he's holding bags of tamales.
- 2:31:26SPEAKER_38: And that doesn't look that could be AI generated.
- 2:31:29SPEAKER_38: That doesn't look AI generated.
- 2:31:32SPEAKER_38: Did you find anything on X?
- 2:31:33SPEAKER_38: Do you have any any any?
- 2:31:35SPEAKER_38: I haven't yet.
- 2:31:35SPEAKER_38: Nothing?
- 2:31:36SPEAKER_38: Okay.
- 2:31:36SPEAKER_38: Well, don't break, don't, don't, don't, don't spend too much time on it.
- 2:31:40SPEAKER_38: I was just curious if she's actually made a public appearance as of yet.
- 2:31:43SPEAKER_38: Back to the to the blaster comment, though.
- 2:31:45SPEAKER_38: So if this ends up being immigration related, as we were talking about with Bill Glon last hour, the policy fellow here at American Experiment, um, that will be downplayed.
- 2:31:54SPEAKER_38: Uh 100% that'll be downplayed.
- 2:31:57SPEAKER_38: Especially if it's something minor, like about the housing or something relating to her father and immigration status.
- 2:32:03SPEAKER_38: The left has already established it doesn't mean that she can't still be held accountable.
- 2:32:06SPEAKER_38: It doesn't mean that she can't still have broken the law and could end up having to receive whatever punishment is associated with whatever immigration law that she's broken.
- 2:32:16SPEAKER_38: But it does mean that the left will completely dismiss this, even more so than they already are, of it being completely and totally politically motivated because they've already made their intentions known and their opinions known regarding illegal immigration, and they simply do not care about illegal immigration.
- 2:32:33SPEAKER_38: So, in that sense, yes, I believe that you are correct.
- 2:32:36SPEAKER_27: Hey, John, um, I'd like to propose something for election Monday and election Tuesday, and that would be freedom from show foes, because they're just gonna call up, be absolutely ridiculous, and as you say, derail the show.
- 2:32:52SPEAKER_27: So that's what I'm saying.
- 2:32:54SPEAKER_38: I've already kind of taken that stance just because I, you know, I try.
- 2:32:58SPEAKER_38: If the foes of the show were offering something of substance and counter-arguments beyond just the uh pushback on everything that's said on the show without basing it on any sort of, you know, tangible, relevant information, just anti-MAGA, yeah, I would be more than happy to have that conversation.
- 2:33:16SPEAKER_38: But as I uh delete another one, there's 47 seconds of that person's life completely gone.
- 2:33:21SPEAKER_38: Didn't even read what the comment was, just poof.
- 2:33:25SPEAKER_38: I feel so powerful.
- 2:33:27SPEAKER_38: You know what?
- 2:33:27SPEAKER_38: It's my show, and I can do whatever the hell I want on my show as we continue to discuss World War Eleven.
- 2:33:34SPEAKER_23: To detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants doing World War Eleven.
- 2:33:41SPEAKER_23: Or War Eleven.
- 2:33:45SPEAKER_22: Hey good morning.
- 2:33:46SPEAKER_22: I I think the guy that says this is an uphing burger if it's about immigration.
- 2:33:51SPEAKER_22: I I think I sort of agree with them, only because unless they can take legal action, the constituents don't even believe in borders.
- 2:33:59SPEAKER_22: So If she lied by a year to get in, do you really think her voters are gonna care?
- 2:34:05SPEAKER_22: They don't even think voters should exist.
- 2:34:07SPEAKER_38: Yep.
- 2:34:08SPEAKER_38: And uh that just in his uh I know that was commentary that I just gave.
- 2:34:12SPEAKER_38: I didn't know he was gonna say that, so that came in prior to when I just did my uh rant on the show.
- 2:34:17SPEAKER_38: So I have a few more items relating to Representative Ilhan Omar and the investigation, and then I want to move on to a few other issues and the time that we have remaining here on Tuesday's show.
- 2:34:26SPEAKER_38: I want to remind you, tomorrow's show, we kind of have a bit of a Freedom Friday roundtable thing going on.
- 2:34:31SPEAKER_38: Three different prominent members of Turning Point USA are in town.
- 2:34:35SPEAKER_38: Riley Gaines is making an appearance, and they'll be joining us uh in the comfy chairs here in the American Experiment Studios just after eight o'clock tomorrow morning to talk about recent events.
- 2:34:47SPEAKER_38: This will be one of them, but also uh Turning Point USA and how they continue in the in the uh in the wake of the assassination of their founder.
- 2:34:56SPEAKER_38: So that'll be on uh tomorrow morning's uh show.
- 2:35:00SPEAKER_31: John, good morning, Tim from Chicago.
- 2:35:03SPEAKER_31: Uh I'm afraid that all of us salivating over this Ilean Omar thing is kind of like a teenage boy looking at a Playboy.
- 2:35:12SPEAKER_31: It's a nice fantasy, but it ain't ever gonna happen.
- 2:35:15SPEAKER_38: No, I completely have an idea.
- 2:35:17SPEAKER_38: I completely disagree.
- 2:35:19SPEAKER_38: Based off of what we know of this investigation, what the based off of all the evidence and the judge having to sign off to allow federal agents to raid the home of a sitting member of Congress, and on top of that, a prominent and controversial sitting member of Congress.
- 2:35:40SPEAKER_38: You know, there there is nothing grandiose about the coverage and the commentary surrounding this particular issue and the pending indictment.
- 2:35:53SPEAKER_38: I would be stunned if there wasn't some sort of indictment.
- 2:35:56SPEAKER_38: Let's get into a few more details of this, as I as I mentioned.
- 2:36:00SPEAKER_38: So the reporting points to the investigation involving Omar's paperwork.
- 2:36:05SPEAKER_38: Trump administration officials have previously raided uh raised allegations she misresented, misrepresented information on immigration documents.
- 2:36:11SPEAKER_38: And Bill Glauck mentioned this earlier, and I probably should have brought it up more often, but you've had comments from Mark Wayne Mullen saying that he knows of what she's done.
- 2:36:20SPEAKER_38: President Donald Trump has said directly that he knows what she's done.
- 2:36:24SPEAKER_38: They have been incredibly open and honest about what they believe she has done in terms of criminal activity.
- 2:36:31SPEAKER_38: And then you have this raid, you know, it's all it's all absolutely connected.
- 2:36:36SPEAKER_38: Now, Omar, of course, denied wrongdoing, characterized uh the search as political retaliation.
- 2:36:42SPEAKER_38: Uh the search occurred weeks before the midterms.
- 2:36:44SPEAKER_38: The timing is another source of controversy in all of this.
- 2:36:47SPEAKER_38: And apparently uh the Dems are out fundraising off the raid right now, which is not a huge surprise, running New York Times articles and then asking for donations.
- 2:36:57SPEAKER_38: The Department of Justice confirmed that it was a judicially authorized search warrant yesterday.
- 2:37:02SPEAKER_38: HSI is the criminal investigations arm of immigration enforcement.
- 2:37:07SPEAKER_38: The agents investigate offenses such as immigration document fraud, identity fraud, fraud involving immigration benefits.
- 2:37:13SPEAKER_38: The agency's involvement is consistent with an investigation into immigration paperwork, although the agency alone does not establish the specific crime yet under the investigation.
- 2:37:25SPEAKER_38: CBS News, citing some sources familiar with the investigation, report that they may be examining the potential allegations of false statements and immigration fraud.
- 2:37:35SPEAKER_38: The paperwork in question reportedly dates Ilhan Omar's childhood and includes documents completed by her father.
- 2:37:43SPEAKER_38: Alpha News has really compelling uh coverage over this.
- 2:37:46SPEAKER_38: Uh, here's what we know about the Ilhan Omar raid on her home.
- 2:37:51SPEAKER_38: Uh, allegations about her changing her birth year, that she married her brother, the additional controversies.
- 2:37:57SPEAKER_38: Earlier this year, Omar's net worth became the subject of significant controversy after it was revealed that her and her husband's current net worth is between 6 million and 30 million in 2024 due to her husband's co-ownership in the two companies.
- 2:38:11SPEAKER_38: But the revelation came with the financial disclosure forms.
- 2:38:15SPEAKER_38: Omar later updated those forms to say she and her husband Tim Minette, who left his wife after making a shocking declaration of love for Ilhan Omar, that their net worth was only between$18,000 and$95,000, as Minette's two companies had no net worth.
- 2:38:33SPEAKER_38: Omar's staff at the time attributed the massive shift in the net worth to an accounting error.
- 2:38:39SPEAKER_38: So I would encourage you to go and check out that lengthy piece at uh Alpha News.
- 2:38:45SPEAKER_38: So we cannot yet establish these items, though.
- 2:38:49SPEAKER_38: The exact federal statute cited in the warrant, that'll be revealed when the affidavit becomes public, the particular documents, electronic devices, or other evidence agents were authorized to seize, the specific factual aff allegations in the affidavit, we don't know yet.
- 2:39:03SPEAKER_38: Whether investigators allege that Omar herself knowingly made false statements or were seeking evidence concerning actions by other people, the date and range of the scope of the search authorization, and what the agents actually received.
- 2:39:32SPEAKER_38: The warrant must particularly describe the place to be searched and the things to be seized.
- 2:39:38SPEAKER_38: So again, it is no small thing that the judge signed off on this warrant.
- 2:39:46SPEAKER_38: So looking look for the issuing of the court, the docket number, the affidavit.
- 2:39:50SPEAKER_38: As soon as it gets released, it's going to be shotgunned everywhere.
- 2:39:54SPEAKER_38: Federal rule of criminal procedure 41 generally requires officers provide a copy of the warrant and the receipt for the property taken and to return the warrant with an inventory.
- 2:40:05SPEAKER_38: Those records could help establish what was seized even if the affidavit remains sealed.
- 2:40:10SPEAKER_38: So we still could get information even if the affidavit isn't released to the public.
- 2:40:15SPEAKER_38: CBS reports that Attorney General Todd Blanch was aware of the search and that DOJ consulted its public integrity section.
- 2:40:24SPEAKER_38: Now that makes it worth, you know, questioning whether prosecutors documented their review of the timing given the approaching November election.
- 2:40:33SPEAKER_38: Consultation alone does not establish either political interference or improper conduct.
- 2:40:37SPEAKER_38: That is to say that for this judge to sign off on the warrant right now with weeks to go until the midterms means that there was enough substantial information provided for them to go and conduct uh this search.
- 2:40:50SPEAKER_38: Regarding Attorney General Todd Blanch, let me uh play the clip from Tom Homan again on Fox News yesterday.
- 2:40:56SPEAKER_06: There's another issue not directly related to this, but federal agents raided Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's home in Washington, D.C.
- 2:41:03SPEAKER_06: She was reportedly being investigated over her immigration paperwork.
- 2:41:08SPEAKER_06: Can you tell us anything about this raid?
- 2:41:11SPEAKER_45: Well, I can confirm that uh uh uh uh a a Sir Torrent was executed this morning, signed by a judge.
- 2:41:18SPEAKER_45: Department of Justice is leading the investigation along with uh Department of Homeland Security.
- 2:41:23SPEAKER_45: Um so there there is an investigation.
- 2:41:25SPEAKER_45: Uh a warrant was sorted.
- 2:41:27SPEAKER_45: I won't get into the specifics of the criminal investigation.
- 2:41:30SPEAKER_45: I don't want to get ahead of Todd Blanch on that.
- 2:41:32SPEAKER_45: So that'd be a question for Todd Blanch, but a warrant was sorted today.
- 2:41:35SPEAKER_38: All right.
- 2:41:35SPEAKER_38: And by the way, I just deleted another uh 35 uh seconds from a foe of the show.
- 2:41:41SPEAKER_38: I should really be keeping tabs of just how much commentary that they've completely wasted this morning, leaving um voice messages on the uh blaster line that uh I didn't read and nobody will ever hear.
- 2:41:54SPEAKER_38: I mean, am I the first host that is now unintentionally creating a situation where you have a left-wing wack-a-doodle just screaming into the void because I'm not playing any of their stuff?
- 2:42:09SPEAKER_38: I think I like I think I single-handedly created that.
- 2:42:12SPEAKER_38: Right?
- 2:42:13SPEAKER_38: They're just now they're just screaming into the void.
- 2:42:15SPEAKER_38: Nobody, nobody will ever know what it is they wanted everybody to know.
- 2:42:19SPEAKER_38: Oh, it's glorious.
- 2:42:21SPEAKER_38: All right, so things we're waiting on.
- 2:42:23SPEAKER_38: What specific suspected offense justified searching Omar's home?
- 2:42:29SPEAKER_38: What evidence did the investigators present to the judge?
- 2:42:32SPEAKER_38: We'll find that out in the affidavit if it's unsealed.
- 2:42:35SPEAKER_38: What did the search produce?
- 2:42:37SPEAKER_38: Were the document were documents or devices seized?
- 2:42:40SPEAKER_38: Did the investigation identify alleged conduct by Omar personally?
- 2:42:43SPEAKER_38: Or again, is she connected to records or actions involving other individuals' family members, which may speak to the RICO charges in uh in all of this?
- 2:42:54SPEAKER_38: When did the investigation begin?
- 2:42:56SPEAKER_38: When was the warrant sought, and who made the decision to execute it immediately before the midterms?
- 2:43:01SPEAKER_38: We do know that it did start with uh the Joe Biden administration under attorney uh general uh Emerit Garland.
- 2:43:11SPEAKER_38: Uh let's see.
- 2:43:12SPEAKER_38: Somebody wrote, Omar has a bookkeeping error and it's no big deal.
- 2:43:15SPEAKER_38: Trump had a bookkeeping error, uh, error, error, and it turned into 34 felonies.
- 2:43:21SPEAKER_38: Weird, writes Barb from uh Glenwood.
- 2:43:24SPEAKER_38: Uh let's see.
- 2:43:24SPEAKER_38: Hey John, consider keeping those voicemails and stringing them together and playing them in off hours.
- 2:43:29SPEAKER_38: It's kind of like the libs of TikTok voicemail version.
- 2:43:31SPEAKER_38: Yeah, you know what?
- 2:43:32SPEAKER_38: I thought about that, to be quite honest with you.
- 2:43:34SPEAKER_38: I do not want to give the ridiculous commentary a time of day.
- 2:43:38SPEAKER_38: They get very upset and vindictive.
- 2:43:41SPEAKER_38: They start taking things personally.
- 2:43:43SPEAKER_38: Yeah, so I just don't want to expose anybody to that.
- 2:43:46SPEAKER_38: Listen, we have credible reporting that this is a criminal investigation focused on historical immigration paperwork with allegations involving false statements, immigration fraud.
- 2:43:57SPEAKER_38: We do not yet know the warrant's actual language or the evidence supporting it.
- 2:44:01SPEAKER_38: That missing affidavit will be the key to getting more info.
- 2:44:05SPEAKER_38: Let me share with you one more clip and then we'll dive into some other issues, including uh the individual involved who basically got a slap on the wrist for shooting into two people at a high school game.
- 2:44:17SPEAKER_38: It's all connected.
- 2:44:19SPEAKER_38: But let's go here.
- 2:44:20SPEAKER_38: Uh this clip.
- 2:44:22SPEAKER_38: My apologies.
- 2:44:23SPEAKER_38: I gotta get my uh I gotta get my notes.
- 2:44:27SPEAKER_38: Um, points to consider in Ilhan Omar's uh case.
- 2:44:32SPEAKER_38: Here's a bit of a uh a bit of a recap.
- 2:44:34SPEAKER_38: Here you go.
- 2:44:36SPEAKER_02: So where is this Ilhan Omar investigation going next?
- 2:44:39SPEAKER_02: I'm Paul Morrow, and this is the three-minute recap on Monday, 12 October.
- 2:44:43SPEAKER_02: Here we go.
- 2:44:44SPEAKER_02: So, as we've all heard by now, the feds hit her door this morning at 6 a.m.
- 2:44:49SPEAKER_02: pursuant to a search warrant signed off by a Democrat-appointed judge.
- 2:44:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you heard that right in Washington, no less.
- 2:44:56SPEAKER_02: And you know, this is very counter to the DOJ policy of doing this kind of enforcement close to an election, especially one in which the candidate is running that they hit the door of, and yet they did it.
- 2:45:07SPEAKER_02: They must have really had some compelling evidence that they felt they had to get on, and the judge agreed.
- 2:45:12SPEAKER_02: Now, where does it go here?
- 2:45:13SPEAKER_02: Well, first of all, we we've all heard the stories about how she might have committed immigration fraud by claiming she was 17 and therefore coming in as a child under her father's refugee claim, or maybe she did this thing marrying her brother.
- 2:45:25SPEAKER_02: There's a whole series of stuff, and there are financial allegations as well.
- 2:45:29SPEAKER_02: There's a couple of things here that I find interesting.
- 2:45:31SPEAKER_02: Number one, the conspiracy charge.
- 2:45:33SPEAKER_02: There's a blanket conspiracy charge here.
- 2:45:35SPEAKER_02: Well, federally you need two people for a conspiracy charge.
- 2:45:39SPEAKER_02: At the state level, in some states, you can have one and an agent of the government, an undercover or something.
- 2:45:44SPEAKER_02: But in this case, you need two.
- 2:45:45SPEAKER_02: Who's the other co-conspirator?
- 2:45:47SPEAKER_02: What are they alleging here?
- 2:45:49SPEAKER_02: What are they contemplating?
- 2:45:50SPEAKER_02: That's interesting to me, and that could, to me, feels financial.
- 2:45:53SPEAKER_02: Let's see how it goes.
- 2:45:55SPEAKER_02: Number two, a lot of people are pouring water on this and saying, oh, why are they bothering?
- 2:45:59SPEAKER_02: They've already covered their tracks.
- 2:46:01SPEAKER_02: No, no, it is extremely difficult to completely disappear financial records and uh even uh regular cyber records because this stuff goes into the cloud.
- 2:46:12SPEAKER_02: Remember Hunter Biden.
- 2:46:14SPEAKER_02: Hunter Biden used to lose his phone all the time.
- 2:46:16SPEAKER_02: He thought it made him safe.
- 2:46:17SPEAKER_02: What he didn't realize is that the phone backed up to the laptop.
- 2:46:20SPEAKER_02: The laptop's the laptop from hell that he left at that store.
- 2:46:23SPEAKER_02: And that's why they got all the stuff from his phone, not from the phone itself, from the laptop.
- 2:46:28SPEAKER_02: So a lot of people don't realize what the cyber universe looks like, and it's always evolving.
- 2:46:33SPEAKER_02: So of course you're in there, you're looking for electronics, stuff that they think they deleted is probably still gettable.
- 2:46:39SPEAKER_02: Paperwork tends to be lying around, you forgot about it, you get up in the attic.
- 2:46:42SPEAKER_02: So, no, it's a worthwhile endeavor, and even if they think they covered their tracks, they may find out they're wrong.
- 2:46:48SPEAKER_02: They being Ilhan and any other co-conspirator here, whoever it is.
- 2:46:53SPEAKER_02: Lastly, why they didn't hit Minnesota.
- 2:46:55SPEAKER_02: I understand that that's puzzling, but recognize two things.
- 2:46:58SPEAKER_02: Number one, they might not have had probable cause for that location.
- 2:47:01SPEAKER_02: These search warrants got to be very specific, but I gotta raise another possibility.
- 2:47:05SPEAKER_02: They may not have wanted to go to a judge up there, they may not have trusted the system up there, they may have been denied the search warrant, and then what they were looking for is out.
- 2:47:13SPEAKER_02: And I've had this kind of circumstance where you're dealing with a certain uh you know a situation where maybe you want to keep your powder dry until you're really sure, because that's her territory.
- 2:47:25SPEAKER_02: I don't know that, but I get that feeling maybe.
- 2:47:27SPEAKER_02: Paul Morrow, check us out at opstest.org and sign up for our free newsletter.
- 2:47:32SPEAKER_02: You hear a lot of stuff like this.
- 2:47:33SPEAKER_38: You don't hear uh, that's a great uh comment from Paul Morrow, especially the end there, talking about why they may not come to Minnesota.
- 2:47:41SPEAKER_38: I was asked this again last night, and I kind of said, Well, given that Trump, you know, and his administration are more inclined to do what's right in their minds than they are to look at this from a political lens and what kind of impact it could have on the midterm elections, I could absolutely see the raids taking place here.
- 2:47:57SPEAKER_38: But to Paul Moore uh Paul Morrow's point, yeah, they may not want to have to have a judge sign off on something here because they may not end up getting it and it could end up undermining other aspects of this investigation into Ilhan Omar.
- 2:48:10SPEAKER_27: Hey John, for those who think that nothing will ever come of this, I understand.
- 2:48:16SPEAKER_27: And we'll see.
- 2:48:17SPEAKER_27: But there was a Senator Menendez in New Jersey, famous for having gold bars lined in his suits.
- 2:48:25SPEAKER_27: Um When the Democrats realize they're done, they're done.
- 2:48:30SPEAKER_27: And so if the baggage gets too heavy or looks too bad, they'll bail on her.
- 2:48:35SPEAKER_27: And she could face real justice.
- 2:48:37SPEAKER_27: It's rare, but it happens.
- 2:48:39SPEAKER_38: Well, and to the point that you know individuals have made wanting to say that this is a a nothing burger, let me play this for you.
- 2:48:45SPEAKER_38: This is uh Collie Stimson, uh, former DOD detainee affairs at council, and what he had to say regarding the Trump administration moving forward on this.
- 2:48:55SPEAKER_01: Become a citizen.
- 2:48:56SPEAKER_01: So something immigration related.
- 2:48:58SPEAKER_01: What kind of items do you think the feds were looking for?
- 2:49:04SPEAKER_01: My gut tells me it would be something related to official documents related to her age or age verification or her birth certificate.
- 2:49:12SPEAKER_01: She's never really produced her birth certificate saying that Somalia is not a beacon of uh awesome paperwork because of their war-torn country.
- 2:49:22SPEAKER_01: So I I would think either correspondence, emails, texts, uh financial records, or more likely something related to passport, something like that.
- 2:49:33SPEAKER_15: If the feds have gotten to the point of raiding a home, how strong is their case?
- 2:49:41SPEAKER_01: Well, you gotta understand here that, you know, the bench in Washington, D.C., where I used to practice law, is not particularly fond of the Trump administration.
- 2:49:49SPEAKER_01: Uh and so, in fact, they've called out Trump lawyers in court questioning their credulity.
- 2:49:54SPEAKER_01: And so here, the fact that a federal magistrate, a judge, signed off on a search warrant for a sitting member of Congress's home, there had to be some there there that convinced this judge uh that there was enough uh probably well beyond probable cause.
- 2:50:09SPEAKER_01: So this is not just the Trump administration willy-nilly slithering into uh a rep's house.
- 2:50:14SPEAKER_01: This is the federal judge who's the stopgap, said, okay, there's enough here, go ahead.
- 2:50:19SPEAKER_15: So what happens now, Cully?
- 2:50:23SPEAKER_01: Well, hopefully what happens is the facts drive the decision of whether or not to prosecute.
- 2:50:29SPEAKER_01: Uh and if the facts aren't there, they just back down and say there was nothing there.
- 2:50:33SPEAKER_01: Uh but uh you've seen this Trump administration take a very aggressive approach towards uh immigration-related matters, especially fraud.
- 2:50:41SPEAKER_01: So if there's a there there, then they'll seek an indictment.
- 2:50:45SPEAKER_01: I have grave doubts that a D.C.
- 2:50:47SPEAKER_01: grand jury would indict somebody, especially a sitting member of Congress, who's a Democrat, uh unless there's a big, big amount of evidence and they just have to go forward.
- 2:50:57SPEAKER_38: And then, yeah, and that affidavit, holy cow, that is going to be um, that is going to be stunning when we see it.
- 2:51:07SPEAKER_38: What it is that they exactly uh went after and what the judge ended up signing off on.
- 2:51:14SPEAKER_38: Hopefully we get it uh sooner than uh sooner than later.
- 2:51:17SPEAKER_38: Uh JD Vance was asked while traveling uh his thoughts uh speaking uh to uh Fox News this morning.
- 2:51:25SPEAKER_38: What are you talking about regarding Ilhan Omar and her home being raided?
- 2:51:29SPEAKER_13: When it comes to representative, look I did not have advanced notice that her home was being raided.
- 2:51:34SPEAKER_13: I I look I I never we try to run our department justice in a fair and honest way.
- 2:51:39SPEAKER_13: We try to let the law follow the facts rather than creating the facts.
- 2:51:55SPEAKER_13: We're gonna look into the husband again if there's a real case there, we're gonna follow the facts if there's not a real case there.
- 2:52:01SPEAKER_48: Republicans are pulling money out of like New Jersey and some Iowa races.
- 2:52:05SPEAKER_48: Do you think that means the House cannot be control for Republicans?
- 2:52:09SPEAKER_48: Noticed that.
- 2:52:11SPEAKER_38: That was an interesting comment.
- 2:52:12SPEAKER_38: I do want to dovetail off of the last thing that he uh that he said um there, but that was a really interesting comment that he made that the Trump and JD weren't even aware or may not even have been aware of the raid.
- 2:52:26SPEAKER_38: So this could all be happening via Homeland Security investigations in the DOJ, completely separate from President Donald Trump, which would undermine this whole idea.
- 2:52:35SPEAKER_38: It won't matter.
- 2:52:36SPEAKER_38: The left won't change their tune on this, but it could go and undermine their arguments relating to how this was political retribution designed to impact the midterms, if it was the Department of Justice through the Homeland Security investigations, who decided on their own accord to move forward with this, what many are saying is the final sort of piece of the puzzle regarding any potential indictments that could be brought forward against um uh Ilhan uh Omar.
- 2:53:04SPEAKER_38: Uh, with that, he mentioned though, there was a question there in the clip cutoff, but talking about the midterm elections.
- 2:53:09SPEAKER_38: Uh the left is uh panicking right now, especially MS now.
- 2:53:13SPEAKER_38: Elon Musk is set to drop$336 million for Republicans uh in the midterms.
- 2:53:20SPEAKER_12: Well, now Musk appears to have changed his tune and he is back and spending more than ever.
- 2:53:25SPEAKER_12: According to brand new reporting by the New York Times, Elon Musk has quietly funneled$366 million to Republicans for the midterms.
- 2:53:34SPEAKER_12: More than$276 million of it just since the start of July.
- 2:53:38SPEAKER_12: That means Musk has spent more money on the midterms than he did on the entire 2024 presidential race.
- 2:53:45SPEAKER_12: Joining us now is the New York Times reporter who broke that news, Teddy Schleifer.
- 2:53:48SPEAKER_12: Teddy, you write that Musk's donation to Senate Republicans Super PAC was, quote, one of the largest political donations in American history, and more than the group's Democratic rival raised from all of its donors that quarter.
- 2:54:00SPEAKER_12: No Democratic billionaire is spending nearly as much as Mr.
- 2:54:03SPEAKER_12: Musk, and money remains a central worry for the party in an otherwise favorable political environment.
- 2:54:09SPEAKER_12: Where it Oh, cry harder.
- 2:54:15SPEAKER_38: All right, let's talk about what has taken place yesterday regarding AAA.
- 2:54:22SPEAKER_38: Uh Adam uh Abdi Hakim Adam, I guess that's how they're pronouncing.
- 2:54:27SPEAKER_38: I don't know why it gets spelled the same way, uh, made his first appearance yesterday in Hennepin County court, charged with assault and riot, both with a dangerous weapon, was released from the Hennepin County jail on Saturday night after posting bond.
- 2:54:38SPEAKER_38: It was only 10 grand.
- 2:54:39SPEAKER_38: Uh to that point, I had a comment that rolled in um earlier uh this morning talking about, and unfortunately, I ended up uh clearing it out.
- 2:54:49SPEAKER_38: But he was talking about, we were getting into it with Bill, how the bail bondsman ends up uh fronting the entirety of the money.
- 2:54:56SPEAKER_38: They only have to end up paying uh 10 grand in this.
- 2:54:59SPEAKER_38: Fox 9's Emily uh Pofal was in the courtroom yesterday reporting on the judge in the case, adding electronic monitoring and bail conditions for a DOM.
- 2:55:10SPEAKER_38: He must not have access to a passport, stay away from Eden Prairie High School, not allowed to have weapons and cannot contact the victims and not have any drugs or alcohol.
- 2:55:19SPEAKER_38: But as Bill Glau mentioned earlier, this is the next hearing is set for December 2nd.
- 2:55:26SPEAKER_38: He's not yet even entered a plea.
- 2:55:29SPEAKER_38: This kid pulled up to an existing fight taking place, and I'll give you the details here in just a moment, during the Eden Prairie football game, pulled a firearm and fired.
- 2:55:42SPEAKER_38: We cannot make the mistake of downplaying the severity of what happens in circumstances like this.
- 2:55:49SPEAKER_38: And that's exactly what's happening.
- 2:55:53SPEAKER_38: The individuals who ended up being shot, a couple of teenagers, non life threatening injuries, it doesn't matter.
- 2:56:00SPEAKER_38: Could have ended up murdering multiple individuals.
- 2:56:04SPEAKER_38: And yet, this judge, who's now drawing fire over the Somali-gangling homecoming shooting, reporting from the Daily Wire, we're once again a laughing stock.
- 2:56:15SPEAKER_38: Right.
- 2:56:18SPEAKER_38: This judge treating this as social justice, all he's gone and done is removed the responsibility of the alleged suspect in this.
- 2:56:31SPEAKER_38: And in doing so, he takes away justice for those that were directly impacted.
- 2:56:37SPEAKER_38: You hear the left cry all the time.
- 2:56:40SPEAKER_38: The chilling effect, the chilling effect.
- 2:56:42SPEAKER_38: Kids are afraid to go to school.
- 2:56:44SPEAKER_38: Operation Metro Surge, you heard the arguments.
- 2:56:47SPEAKER_38: We talked about them on the show.
- 2:56:48SPEAKER_38: You have an ICE agent that comes within, you know, a block of a school, and suddenly ICE agents are sending a chilling effect at the schools, and the kids don't know what to do and they're not showing up to school and all this.
- 2:57:00SPEAKER_38: You have individuals that are pulling out weapons, guns, firing into crowds in the middle of fights going on, and yet crickets.
- 2:57:10SPEAKER_38: And the mainstream media, um, local media hasn't stopped and they're trying to bring Metro Surge to the forefront of the news.
- 2:57:17SPEAKER_38: There's another article that we don't have time to get into today.
- 2:57:21SPEAKER_38: Homeland Security, how Homeland Security infiltrated anti-ICE organizations during Operation Metro Surge.
- 2:57:28SPEAKER_38: Yeah, they did, and good for them.
- 2:57:30SPEAKER_38: And thank you, Minnesota Reformer, for laying out in detail exactly how our ICE law enforcement officials who were paid to go and protect us citizens here in America from those who have come into the country illegally and ended up breaking the law, or have just come into the country illegally.
- 2:57:52SPEAKER_38: And yeah, they did infiltrate a bunch of anti-ICE organizations.
- 2:57:55SPEAKER_38: Good on them.
- 2:57:57SPEAKER_38: It's a fascinating read about law enforcement going and doing their job in the wake of morons out there acting like would-be insurrectionists on the street.
- 2:58:06SPEAKER_38: And yet, here this judge ends up slapping this dude on the wrist, won't have to be back in court until December 2nd.
- 2:58:15SPEAKER_38: He's barely out with any sort of conditions, and he could have murdered a whole bunch of people.
- 2:58:19SPEAKER_38: Crickets coming from the left.
- 2:58:26SPEAKER_38: The homecoming shooting erupted in the high school parking lot during the heavily attended game against Eden Prairie's rival Minatonka, sending panic fans, sprinting for safety, forcing administrators to evacuate the stadium.
- 2:58:39SPEAKER_38: Two teenagers, as I mentioned, 17 and 18, were injured in the shooting.
- 2:58:43SPEAKER_38: According to the criminal charges, the mayhem began when two vehicles rolled into the lot and a ball, a brawl broke out among roughly 10 people.
- 2:58:51SPEAKER_38: Investigators allege that Adam stepped out of his brother's car, opened fire, and fled like the coward that he is.
- 2:59:01SPEAKER_38: Went walking into the courtroom courthouse yesterday wearing a stupid mask for crying out loud.
- 2:59:07SPEAKER_38: Cops tracked his phone, mashed his clothing to surveillance footage, and arrested him on October 8th.
- 2:59:12SPEAKER_38: Despite the severity of the charges, which include two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, Adam was released on Saturday after meeting the$100,000 bond option without restrictive conditions, meaning he only paid$10,000 through the bail bondsman.
- 2:59:26SPEAKER_38: Frustrated law enforcement leaders, including Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher, have publicly slammed the leftist count Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty for refusing to aggressively prosecute the active violent offenders.
- 2:59:38SPEAKER_38: There's been heightened security surrounding Minnesota's Somali community of 80,000 people, fraud, federal fraud prosecutions,$250 million feeding our future scandal, terror recruitment cases have triggered debate over integration, accountability, and public safety.
- 2:59:56SPEAKER_38: It's the double standard that's contributing to the problem.
- 2:59:59SPEAKER_38: Just like Ilhanomar has contributed to the problem, as we've been talking about all morning long.
- 3:00:04SPEAKER_38: Four men were charged.
- 3:00:08SPEAKER_38: So you have um Abdi Abdi Drahman Ahmed Jama 18, Mousab Ibrahim Aden, 18 of St.
- 3:00:18SPEAKER_38: Paul, the other was of Minneapolis, Omar Adan Abduali, 19 of Burnsville, and uh Muhammad Ali Haji, 20 of Savage.
- 3:00:29SPEAKER_38: I sense a theme here.
- 3:00:32SPEAKER_38: Investigators believe all those involved in the fight and the shooting are associated with gangs according to the criminal complaint.
- 3:00:42SPEAKER_38: We cannot forget the severity of what actually transpired, and that's what happens in circumstances like this.
- 3:00:47SPEAKER_38: You hear the stories, you hear the shootings, and then you get so many of them that you lose the proper context over how severe all this stuff is.
- 3:00:55SPEAKER_38: You lose the proper context that kids were sent panicking.
- 3:01:01SPEAKER_38: Running for their lives for all that they knew.
- 3:01:05SPEAKER_38: In the wake of a completely unnecessary gang brawl, as if gang brawls are ever necessary, but you know what I'm talking about.
- 3:01:12SPEAKER_38: These individuals aren't even arguing over drugs or anything like that.
- 3:01:15SPEAKER_38: They're just stupid, petty online beefs, as the police chief in Bloomington said.
- 3:01:22SPEAKER_38: I mean, this could have scarred these kids.
- 3:01:24SPEAKER_38: I'll just take the Democrat, the the the leftist, you know, bleeding heart liberal route and talk for just a moment about how the impact this could have had on students.
- 3:01:33SPEAKER_38: The chilling effect that it sends, that the left seems to care about so often, and yet they really don't, because Dems don't care.
- 3:01:40SPEAKER_38: But we can't forget what played out here.
- 3:01:44SPEAKER_38: And the impact that it could potentially go and have uh on uh on these kids.
- 3:01:49SPEAKER_38: Just it would be a complete and total disservice to do that.
- 3:01:53SPEAKER_38: Thank you so much for hanging out uh on the show today.
- 3:01:56SPEAKER_38: If you missed any portion uh of today's show, I encourage you to check out the podcast.
- 3:02:01SPEAKER_38: That'll be available up on the Mix LR app and across all the podcast uh platforms wherever you go and uh listen to your podcast.
- 3:02:08SPEAKER_38: You can do a rewatch of the show at Center of the American Experiments uh Facebook and uh YouTube.
- 3:02:14SPEAKER_38: Also will be available up on uh Rumble as well.

- 3:02:23SPEAKER_38: I'm looking forward to that.
- 3:02:24SPEAKER_38: And I want to remind you get your nominations in for the Golden Turkey Award.
- 3:02:28SPEAKER_38: It's Golden Turkey time, and we need your help.

- 3:02:35SPEAKER_38: AmericanExperiment.org is where you can submit your best nomination for the Golden Turkey Committee by October 31st.
- 3:02:42SPEAKER_38: No idea is too big or too small.
- 3:02:44SPEAKER_38: The winner will be announced on the show here on Monday, November 2nd.
- 3:02:48SPEAKER_38: Pretty sure that's true.
- 3:02:48SPEAKER_38: I gotta get that confirmed, but I'm pretty sure it's November 2nd.
- 3:02:51SPEAKER_38: The inspiration for the Center of the American Experiment's annual Golden Turkey Award started years ago in Washington, D.C., when the Pentagon paid hundreds of dollars to a defense contractor for a simple hammer sold for$6 at the local hardware store.
- 3:03:05SPEAKER_38: When it's uh Our Money, waste is waste.
- 3:03:08SPEAKER_38: So, who do you think uh should be nominated for the Golden Turkey Award?
- 3:03:12SPEAKER_38: Get your nominees in at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 3:03:16SPEAKER_38: Leave your comments overnight to the blaster line, 651-964-0294.

- 3:03:27SPEAKER_38: God bless.
- 3:03:28SPEAKER_38: I'll talk to you guys tomorrow morning, and I'll just leave you with uh this uh piece of advice as you go about talking about the issues of the day.
- 3:03:39SPEAKER_38: Just keep in mind, watch your language.
- 3:03:44SPEAKER_38: Have a fantastic day, everybody.
- 3:03:46SPEAKER_38: I'll talk to you tomorrow at 6 a.m.
- 3:03:48SPEAKER_38: Like I said, God bless.
- 3:03:50SPEAKER_38: Bye.
- 3:03:51SPEAKER_43: There's a group in the North Star State, and up until now they've had it pretty great.
- 3:03:58SPEAKER_43: Started with feeding our future and the fancy stage, but then came the fraud and a lack of accountability.
- 3:04:08SPEAKER_43: But don't go stay, even if it's actually, and even though it may not stay on an idea, and the country's flag with the rally, don't dare stay activity car jack and rides on the streets of the twin cities, shooting up high school games, gas stations in the prairie comes to play the denial to be very moving, go stay back to the ID, and they'll have a lot of words of allegiance to the valley.
