- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawtral Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
- 0:19Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:21Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day for you to become
- 0:23Speaker 1: the hot grail energy you want to attract. I need
- 0:26Speaker 1: to start off by saying I apologize for this episode
- 0:29Speaker 1: being up a day late. I feel like the podcast
- 0:31Speaker 1: has definitely been something that I can't always make a priority. Unfortunately.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I feel like life has been truly the busiest it's
- 0:42Speaker 1: ever been. Like I feel like I compare my life
- 0:45Speaker 1: now versus like when we were planning the wedding, and yeah, sure,
- 0:48Speaker 1: like planning a wedding was like a lot of work.
- 0:49Speaker 1: But I feel like my life right now has been
- 0:52Speaker 1: the busiest it's ever have And I think I've been
- 0:55Speaker 1: putting a lot of stress on myself with trying to
- 0:57Speaker 1: do everything with obviously being social media my full time job,
- 1:01Speaker 1: like jumping on tiktoks, jumping on Instagram reels, trying to
- 1:05Speaker 1: be as active as I can on YouTube while also
- 1:08Speaker 1: recording an episode on a weekly basis is very tough,
- 1:12Speaker 1: especially when you don't have anyone that's working for you. Like,
- 1:14Speaker 1: I'm obviously a solo kind of gal. I am by
- 1:17Speaker 1: myself doing it all, and I have thought about hiring someone,
- 1:22Speaker 1: but I feel like I'm not there yet. I'd like
- 1:24Speaker 1: to wait a little bit more until I do so. Obviously,
- 1:28Speaker 1: I have a management team that helps me with my job,
- 1:33Speaker 1: offers that I get throughout my social media. But the
- 1:35Speaker 1: point is is that I don't have an editor for
- 1:37Speaker 1: the podcast, I don't have an editor for YouTube anything
- 1:42Speaker 1: like that, so I'm really just doing it myself. So
- 1:44Speaker 1: I apologize if this episode is up a daily But
- 1:47Speaker 1: the point is is that we really need to do
- 1:50Speaker 1: a reset here. Okay, As I said, I have been
- 1:53Speaker 1: feeling very, very overwhelmed. I have been feeling like things
- 1:58Speaker 1: have really just taken a tour earn these past few months,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and I'd rather be real here. I'd rather be real
- 2:05Speaker 1: and honest of like how things are going in my life.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And this is a month where I really promise myself
- 2:11Speaker 1: that I would try my best to reset and just
- 2:14Speaker 1: feel like I can find solutions to the problems that
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm currently facing. And you know what the reality is
- 2:22Speaker 1: is that we're all going through shit. Okay, We're all
- 2:24Speaker 1: going through something in our life, whether it's small things,
- 2:28Speaker 1: big things, things that we just like want to work out.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And I really wanted to make this episode about things
- 2:34Speaker 1: that I'm currently going through that you could probably relate to,
- 2:38Speaker 1: or things that you can do on your end to
- 2:41Speaker 1: solve your own problems. Just how I'm going to share
- 2:44Speaker 1: these problems that I'm currently going through and the solutions
- 2:47Speaker 1: to how I'm going to solve these problems that I'm
- 2:48Speaker 1: currently going through. So essentially, I've created a shit list
- 2:52Speaker 1: of things that are shit in my life right now
- 2:55Speaker 1: that are bothering me, and I want you to do
- 2:58Speaker 1: the same. I want you to create a shit list
- 3:01Speaker 1: of things that are going on in your life currently
- 3:03Speaker 1: that you're not proud of or things that are bothering you.
- 3:06Speaker 1: And so you're going to look at this shit list
- 3:07Speaker 1: and be like, Okay, I need to work on this, this, this,
- 3:10Speaker 1: this right, And then you're going to create a getting
- 3:13Speaker 1: my shit together list of things that you can do
- 3:16Speaker 1: to help solve those problems that you're currently going through.
- 3:20Speaker 1: And we're going to create a solution. We're going to
- 3:22Speaker 1: create something that's going to make your life feel better
- 3:25Speaker 1: if you tackle this problem that you've been facing right
- 3:28Speaker 1: now in my life, I feel like we've been all
- 3:31Speaker 1: over the map. We have been trying to prepare this
- 3:33Speaker 1: house for move because we are leaving this house obviously
- 3:36Speaker 1: and moving into the new house. We are still designing
- 3:39Speaker 1: the new house, so I've been attending a lot of
- 3:41Speaker 1: meetings with the designers, and there's a lot of like
- 3:44Speaker 1: other people that I have to communicate with. It's not
- 3:47Speaker 1: just the designers, it's the builders, it's the contractors, it's
- 3:51Speaker 1: the manufacturers. Like there's so much communication that I'm trying
- 3:54Speaker 1: to go through with other contractors and all that. So
- 3:58Speaker 1: I'm dealing with that, I'm dealing with trying to prep
- 4:00Speaker 1: this house for moving. I'm obviously trying to prep for
- 4:04Speaker 1: pregnancy with my husband, which has been a whole other subject.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Then obviously managing my job, and then just managing life,
- 4:12Speaker 1: like managing relationships with friends, managing the relationship with your husband,
- 4:16Speaker 1: your family, like trying to like also make that a
- 4:19Speaker 1: priority while still you know, running your job and doing
- 4:23Speaker 1: your job and doing all those other things. So I'm
- 4:26Speaker 1: sure a lot of you are probably facing similar situations
- 4:29Speaker 1: where it's like you feel like you're literally running multiple
- 4:33Speaker 1: things at once and it's like you're feeling so overwhelmed
- 4:35Speaker 1: that you're like, I don't know what to do, Like
- 4:38Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like that's how I feel
- 4:39Speaker 1: like I'm at in my life right now, where I
- 4:41Speaker 1: feel like there's so much happening all at once that
- 4:44Speaker 1: I'm like it's clearly impossible for me to do it
- 4:46Speaker 1: all at once, but like there is small things that
- 4:49Speaker 1: I can do in my life to make me feel
- 4:52Speaker 1: like I'm just feeling a little bit better about myself,
- 4:54Speaker 1: if that makes sense, And like there's just like many
- 4:57Speaker 1: things that are going on in my life. Like, for examp, sample,
- 5:00Speaker 1: something that I put on my shit list was I'm
- 5:02Speaker 1: extremely behind on my laundry. My laundry room is literally
- 5:05Speaker 1: a shit show right now. Am I proud of it? No,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I've cleaned every other part of this house. I'm talking baseboards,
- 5:11Speaker 1: I'm talking mirrors, windows, you name it. I've done deep
- 5:15Speaker 1: cleans of this entire house and deep cleaning my closets,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you know, under my cabinets, in my sink. But for
- 5:21Speaker 1: some reason, I put all my time and energy in
- 5:23Speaker 1: doing those things versus, oh, maybe I should do a
- 5:25Speaker 1: load of laundry. Maybe I should do a load of laundry,
- 5:27Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like that's an example of, like,
- 5:30Speaker 1: this is not a big problem, but like it's a
- 5:32Speaker 1: problem that bothers me that I've been ignoring that it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: like I should probably find a solution to this problem
- 5:37Speaker 1: that could maybe help me out in the grand scheme
- 5:40Speaker 1: of things. So that's kind of like an example of
- 5:42Speaker 1: like how I'm going to be sharing my shitless. And
- 5:45Speaker 1: this is a judge free space. Okay, we do not judge.
- 5:48Speaker 1: We do not judge about the things that I'm about
- 5:50Speaker 1: to say, because I'm sure there is stuff that you
- 5:52Speaker 1: may be not proud of right now with yourself that
- 5:54Speaker 1: you want to work on. So that's kind of what
- 5:57Speaker 1: I wanted to do in this episode. It was more
- 5:59Speaker 1: so just to inspire you guys, to you know, write
- 6:03Speaker 1: out a list of things that you might not be
- 6:05Speaker 1: proud of right now or happy with right now that
- 6:07Speaker 1: you want to change and make yourself just feel better
- 6:11Speaker 1: going into the month of May of doing small little
- 6:14Speaker 1: things to maybe help you get out of this problem
- 6:16Speaker 1: that you're currently facing. And that's what I really wanted
- 6:19Speaker 1: it to be about, is that I'm going to share
- 6:21Speaker 1: my examples of things that are on my shit list.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'm going to share examples of how I'm going to
- 6:25Speaker 1: create solutions to these problems, and we're going to do
- 6:29Speaker 1: it together. Here is my shit list, again a judge
- 6:32Speaker 1: free space. We do not judge. Anything that's on this list.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Firstly is my laundry. I need to get my shit
- 6:37Speaker 1: together and figure that out. I feel like I literally
- 6:40Speaker 1: will just wash my socks and underwears and you know,
- 6:43Speaker 1: my workout clothes when I need it, and that's about it.
- 6:46Speaker 1: There are so many other things that I'm like, towels,
- 6:49Speaker 1: things that I wear on a daily basis, like we
- 6:51Speaker 1: just we need to clean that. So I think I've
- 6:53Speaker 1: just been making everything else a priority that needs to
- 6:56Speaker 1: be cleaned in this house and not the most important thing,
- 7:00Speaker 1: which is clothes that I wear on my body, which
- 7:02Speaker 1: is obviously important. So I need to figure out a
- 7:04Speaker 1: plan of how I'm going to get this laundry room
- 7:05Speaker 1: back to its original state and also just like make
- 7:08Speaker 1: it a priority to get laundry done. Another thing that's
- 7:11Speaker 1: on my shit list is that I have a very
- 7:13Speaker 1: bad night routine right now. And this is something that
- 7:15Speaker 1: I've been currently working on a night routine for myself
- 7:19Speaker 1: is definitely the top priority for me right now, because oh,
- 7:24Speaker 1: I've barely been getting sleep at night. I have been
- 7:26Speaker 1: waking up extremely anxious, overthinking, just like I don't know,
- 7:31Speaker 1: I wake up and I just like feel wired. I
- 7:34Speaker 1: almost feel like I'm constantly thinking of random things, like
- 7:37Speaker 1: why am I thinking about this one thing in the
- 7:39Speaker 1: middle of the night, And then oh, I can't sleep
- 7:41Speaker 1: for hours, and then it's six o'clock and I have
- 7:44Speaker 1: to go to a pilates class, Like I am purposely
- 7:48Speaker 1: like creating this anxiety for myself for no reason, and
- 7:51Speaker 1: I'm overthinking about these things that I shouldn't have to
- 7:53Speaker 1: overthink about in the middle of the night. So I
- 7:56Speaker 1: need to work on a night routine for myself. Scrolling
- 8:00Speaker 1: on my phone. You know, I'm addicted to my phone.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I think we all have a slight addiction to our
- 8:05Speaker 1: cell phone. And obviously I love scrolling, and it's part
- 8:08Speaker 1: of my job, obviously is to be scrolling on social media.
- 8:11Speaker 1: But I do think I'm consuming it probably too much,
- 8:15Speaker 1: and doing that before ben is probably the worst thing
- 8:18Speaker 1: you can do, especially for your sleeping, because I feel
- 8:20Speaker 1: like I have a hard time falling asleep and being
- 8:23Speaker 1: on my phone and scrolling is probably not helping the situation.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So working on a night routine is something that I'm
- 8:30Speaker 1: currently working on, and I'm going to share with you
- 8:32Speaker 1: guys things that I've been doing these past few days
- 8:34Speaker 1: of just like trying to have a better night routine
- 8:37Speaker 1: for myself. Another thing on my shit list is I've
- 8:40Speaker 1: been drifting away from my friends, not purposely, just accidentally.
- 8:45Speaker 1: As I said, I feel like there's been so much
- 8:46Speaker 1: going on in my life right now that I've been
- 8:48Speaker 1: having a hard time making my family a priority, making
- 8:51Speaker 1: my friendships a priority, not reaching out. We're texting people saying, hey,
- 8:55Speaker 1: you want to go for a walk, you want to
- 8:56Speaker 1: go get a coffee, Like I feel like I'm constantly
- 8:59Speaker 1: texting maybe my sister and my husband and my parents,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and that's basically it. I barely even see my parents
- 9:04Speaker 1: at this point. So I'm like, I need to make
- 9:07Speaker 1: an effort this month of getting my connections back with
- 9:10Speaker 1: my friends and my family, because I feel like you
- 9:12Speaker 1: don't realize how important that is until you feel like
- 9:14Speaker 1: you've been disconnected with those people, and then you're like,
- 9:17Speaker 1: oh shit, wait, I need to make that a priority.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I need to get back out there I need to
- 9:21Speaker 1: text my friends and like see them again and like
- 9:24Speaker 1: connect with them. So that's one thing that I feel
- 9:27Speaker 1: like I've been lacking at is just like not making
- 9:31Speaker 1: my friendships a priority and just like feeling disconnected from
- 9:34Speaker 1: them because I feel like I've just been consuming other
- 9:36Speaker 1: things and not making my friendships a priority. Another one
- 9:40Speaker 1: is feeling I'm inspired. I feel like I've been in
- 9:43Speaker 1: this rut with like creating content, but also just like
- 9:49Speaker 1: I don't know, like in my life, I'm not feeling
- 9:51Speaker 1: inspired by things, and I think that is something that
- 9:54Speaker 1: some people go through, and we're going to talk about
- 9:57Speaker 1: how we're gonna feel inspired again and doing thing things
- 10:00Speaker 1: that could really help make yourself feel inspired again. I'm
- 10:04Speaker 1: feeling stuck. I think that's another thing that's really common
- 10:07Speaker 1: for people. I feel like I like know what I
- 10:11Speaker 1: want as like my big goals. But I think the
- 10:14Speaker 1: point is is that we're supposed to create smaller goals,
- 10:17Speaker 1: which we always talk about here on the podcast, but
- 10:19Speaker 1: like smaller goals that will like make you feel really
- 10:22Speaker 1: good each week each day, and not just focusing on
- 10:26Speaker 1: like that big goal that we have to achieve, and
- 10:29Speaker 1: like also making slight changes in your day to day life.
- 10:32Speaker 1: So that is something that I feel like I'm going through.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I feel like I've been like living the same life
- 10:37Speaker 1: of obviously like doing the same things and going to
- 10:40Speaker 1: Pilate's and going on my walks, and like I love it.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I do love it, but like I do also think
- 10:45Speaker 1: that might be a sign of like, Okay, what can
- 10:47Speaker 1: I change to like reinspire myself but also like make
- 10:50Speaker 1: me feel less stuck, right, So kind of changing things
- 10:53Speaker 1: up in your day day life could be a huge
- 10:55Speaker 1: help as well. Another thing on my shit list is
- 10:58Speaker 1: overthinking everything and just feeling anxious kind of goes hand
- 11:02Speaker 1: in hand with my bad night routine. I'm trying to
- 11:04Speaker 1: find ways to, you know, not make me feel as anxious.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Anxiety is so freakin' real, and I'm so frickin' there
- 11:12Speaker 1: with you if you're currently going through it. The last
- 11:14Speaker 1: thing I want is to be on medication. I don't
- 11:17Speaker 1: want to have to do that, but if I have to,
- 11:19Speaker 1: I will maybe do it. I don't know. I'm just
- 11:23Speaker 1: like I'm not thinking medication yet because I'm like, you know,
- 11:25Speaker 1: I haven't done these little things that could really help
- 11:27Speaker 1: with my anxiety. So I'm doing everything I can to
- 11:30Speaker 1: work on my mental health and find ways to like
- 11:33Speaker 1: ease it by taking action instead of just resorting to medication. Right,
- 11:37Speaker 1: we never want to just like resort to that. So
- 11:40Speaker 1: really not loving that phase of my life of just
- 11:43Speaker 1: overthinking things and being overly anxious. But hey, it's the reality,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and that's what I'm currently going through. Not dressing up
- 11:49Speaker 1: for myself anymore. I feel like I'm constantly wearing sweatpants
- 11:53Speaker 1: twenty four to seven or active wear, and I'm like, Kayleie,
- 11:56Speaker 1: you used to love dressing up and styling yourself and
- 11:59Speaker 1: like going shopping buying things that like make you feel good.
- 12:03Speaker 1: And I feel like I've just dropped the ball on
- 12:05Speaker 1: that completely and just like haven't found the love for
- 12:08Speaker 1: fashion anymore, which is like kind of upsetting for me
- 12:10Speaker 1: because I feel like I always used to love like
- 12:13Speaker 1: styling my outfits for the day and like dressing up
- 12:16Speaker 1: for myself even if I wasn't going anywhere, I like
- 12:19Speaker 1: wanted to make sure I put a cute outfit on
- 12:20Speaker 1: for myself because I feel like it also like boosts
- 12:23Speaker 1: your confidence, which obviously we don't want to lack confidence.
- 12:26Speaker 1: That sucks, right, So I'm just in this phase where
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'm like, I need to reevaluate my efforts of putting
- 12:34Speaker 1: like effort in myself essentially, like I need to find
- 12:37Speaker 1: that energy and love again of like dressing for myself
- 12:40Speaker 1: and like feeling good about myself. So like wearing sweats
- 12:43Speaker 1: has just not been the vibe, Okay, I need to
- 12:46Speaker 1: change that. I need to stop wearing sweatpants all the
- 12:48Speaker 1: time or active wear and actually dress cute and feel
- 12:51Speaker 1: good about myself. And then the last one on my
- 12:54Speaker 1: shit list is running late. I tend to run late
- 12:57Speaker 1: to appointments or meetings and and I feel like this
- 13:01Speaker 1: is something that I really wanted to improve on this year.
- 13:04Speaker 1: And don't get me wrong, I feel like there's been
- 13:06Speaker 1: months where I've been really good or there's been months
- 13:09Speaker 1: where I'd been really bad. So I'm like, we just
- 13:11Speaker 1: need to find a better game plan and honestly, just
- 13:13Speaker 1: a better solution to this issue that just keeps coming back.
- 13:17Speaker 1: So that is definitely something that I've been shit at
- 13:20Speaker 1: and I need to work on this month. So that's
- 13:22Speaker 1: my shit list. That's everything that I can think of
- 13:24Speaker 1: right now that I'm currently feeling unhappy with in my
- 13:27Speaker 1: life that I'm like we need to figure out how
- 13:30Speaker 1: we're going to solve these many problems, cause they're not
- 13:32Speaker 1: big problems. I'm sure if you wrote a list down
- 13:35Speaker 1: right now of all the little things that have been
- 13:37Speaker 1: bothering you, whether it's like things that bother you with
- 13:40Speaker 1: your job, or things that bother you in your home,
- 13:43Speaker 1: or things that bother you in your routine, Like when
- 13:46Speaker 1: you actually write them down, it's like, Okay, it's not
- 13:48Speaker 1: that bad, but like, we can figure out a solution
- 13:51Speaker 1: to this, Like we can figure out how to problem
- 13:53Speaker 1: solve and make this not be a problem anymore and
- 13:56Speaker 1: make yourself feel better about this situation. Let's talk about
- 14:01Speaker 1: my getting our Shit together list. So these are things
- 14:04Speaker 1: that I just talked about, and these are going to
- 14:05Speaker 1: be the solutions that I'm going to have to these problems.
- 14:08Speaker 1: So one of them being feeling disconnected. I talked about
- 14:11Speaker 1: how I feel like I've been super distanced with my friends.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I feel disconnected. I feel like, you know, I haven't
- 14:17Speaker 1: made the effort of seeing them. So now I'm going
- 14:20Speaker 1: to be taking the effort this month of reaching out
- 14:23Speaker 1: to one person each week, planning something small, like it
- 14:26Speaker 1: could be going on a walk, it could be going
- 14:28Speaker 1: on a coffee date. It could be going on a
- 14:29Speaker 1: dinner date. I've actually already done a really good job
- 14:32Speaker 1: at this to the point where I will literally put
- 14:35Speaker 1: texts my friend Alyssa to plan a walk date next week,
- 14:40Speaker 1: so that's on my to do list. I literally will
- 14:43Speaker 1: text her be like, hey, how are you. We need
- 14:45Speaker 1: to catch up one e free next week, Let's go
- 14:48Speaker 1: on a walk. I ended up seeing her yesterday. We
- 14:50Speaker 1: had a great catch up. It was so nice to
- 14:52Speaker 1: see her. Felt so connected. She texted me after saying,
- 14:54Speaker 1: I'm so happy you texted me. I'm so happy we
- 14:56Speaker 1: connected again. I felt really good about having that date
- 15:00Speaker 1: with her because it felt like it was a great
- 15:02Speaker 1: way to catch up. It was a great way to
- 15:03Speaker 1: see her. I felt again connected with her because I
- 15:06Speaker 1: reached out to her and wanted to see her. Not
- 15:09Speaker 1: only that, I've actually seen three of my other friends
- 15:12Speaker 1: last week and then this week as well, So within
- 15:15Speaker 1: these what six days of May that we've been in,
- 15:18Speaker 1: I've already seen four of my friends. So I have
- 15:21Speaker 1: actually made the effort of reaching out planning something, like
- 15:24Speaker 1: I said, something just as small as a coffee date
- 15:27Speaker 1: or a walk or even just chilling with your friend
- 15:30Speaker 1: in her kids playroom and playing with her kids and
- 15:34Speaker 1: entertaining herself that way while catching up. I am not
- 15:36Speaker 1: picky about what we do. I really just like want
- 15:38Speaker 1: to get together and chat and yeah, just connect again.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So that's been a really big goal for me, and
- 15:44Speaker 1: I think just making the effort of even like as
- 15:47Speaker 1: I said, adding it to your to do list, of
- 15:49Speaker 1: saying you want to text this person or call this
- 15:51Speaker 1: person to plan something makes yourself feel so good and
- 15:55Speaker 1: you're again already feeling connected by reaching out and planning something.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Another thing is phone addiction. So obviously I've mentioned that
- 16:03Speaker 1: I've been on my phone constantly, especially before bed, which
- 16:06Speaker 1: is probably the worst time to go on your phone,
- 16:08Speaker 1: is before you fall asleep. Like I'm consuming stuff that
- 16:11Speaker 1: I just probably shouldn't be consuming before bed. So I've
- 16:14Speaker 1: been making it a non negotiable to not be on
- 16:16Speaker 1: my phone thirty minutes before bed. I've actually started to
- 16:19Speaker 1: put my phone in an area in my bedroom where
- 16:21Speaker 1: I don't feel the urge to grab it, so I
- 16:24Speaker 1: actually have it, like in the far corner where we
- 16:27Speaker 1: have obviously an outlet that I can charge it, and
- 16:30Speaker 1: I use my hatch alarm clock as my alarm clock,
- 16:32Speaker 1: so I don't need my phone for like my alarm
- 16:34Speaker 1: in the morning, so I don't need it right by
- 16:36Speaker 1: my nightstand or buy me twenty four to seven. So
- 16:39Speaker 1: having it on my dresser in like the corner of
- 16:42Speaker 1: our bedroom has been honestly a game changer because I
- 16:45Speaker 1: don't feel the need to grab it. I'm usually watching
- 16:48Speaker 1: a TV show a Zach But anyways, at the end
- 16:50Speaker 1: of the day, I just I don't feel tempted to
- 16:52Speaker 1: grab it right now, And I think that has been
- 16:54Speaker 1: a really big game changer, is not feeling this urge
- 16:57Speaker 1: to like grab my phone and scroll. So the phone
- 17:01Speaker 1: addiction is real. I think we can all agree that
- 17:03Speaker 1: everybody probably has a slight phone addiction. So finding times
- 17:07Speaker 1: like you know, not going on it for thirty minutes
- 17:10Speaker 1: before bed or waking up in the morning, maybe not
- 17:12Speaker 1: going on it for thirty minutes in the morning when
- 17:14Speaker 1: you want to have your routine and get things done,
- 17:16Speaker 1: Like I feel like in the morning, I'm fine, I
- 17:18Speaker 1: don't ever have this urge to grab my phone and scroll.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I'm usually like turn off my hatch and I have
- 17:24Speaker 1: to get to a workout right, so I book workouts
- 17:26Speaker 1: in the morning. That way, I'm not scrolling aimlessly. Like
- 17:29Speaker 1: I start my day immediately by getting a workout in,
- 17:32Speaker 1: and that's how I kind of start my day, right,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I have my breakfast, go on my walk, whatever the
- 17:36Speaker 1: case I may be, so I don't always feel an
- 17:38Speaker 1: urge to scroll in the morning. My issue is scrolling
- 17:41Speaker 1: at night. So that's why I've been trying to make
- 17:43Speaker 1: a routine for myself to really like limit my screen
- 17:46Speaker 1: time and like focus on doing these things for myself
- 17:49Speaker 1: to help with obviously multiple things like my anxiety and overthinking,
- 17:52Speaker 1: which goes into my conversation of my next problem, which
- 17:55Speaker 1: is overthinking and anxiety. So this kind of goes hand
- 17:59Speaker 1: in hand with my bad night routine, which is what
- 18:02Speaker 1: I've been trying to create, is a good night routine
- 18:05Speaker 1: for myself to hope ease the overthinking and anxiety that
- 18:09Speaker 1: I've currently have been going through. Journaling at night is
- 18:12Speaker 1: something that actually a lot of you guys recommended because
- 18:15Speaker 1: I did post the video about just me and trying
- 18:18Speaker 1: to build a night routine for myself currently, and Zach
- 18:22Speaker 1: also has been pushing me to journal at night and
- 18:24Speaker 1: like brain dump and express how I'm feeling about this
- 18:28Speaker 1: certain situation and express how I'm feeling. So that is
- 18:32Speaker 1: something that I feel like I should do because I
- 18:34Speaker 1: do think that would help a lot. Is just like
- 18:37Speaker 1: brain dumping how I'm feeling, especially before bed. I feel
- 18:40Speaker 1: like I would usually do that in like my notes
- 18:41Speaker 1: in my phone, but again we're trying to avoid being
- 18:44Speaker 1: on a cell phone, so this is why we need
- 18:46Speaker 1: to resort to a journal. So anyways, obviously there's always
- 18:51Speaker 1: things that we can do to improve things that we're
- 18:53Speaker 1: currently going through. So I feel like journaling is something
- 18:55Speaker 1: that I do during the day obviously, and like use
- 18:59Speaker 1: my planner for like any of my day, but I
- 19:00Speaker 1: don't really think about using it at night, So it
- 19:03Speaker 1: might be worth me purchasing a journal that I can
- 19:06Speaker 1: bring dump and like express how I'm feeling, especially before beds.
- 19:10Speaker 1: So before sleeping, I feel like I've gotten everything out
- 19:13Speaker 1: that I'm overthinking. I don't have to think about it.
- 19:15Speaker 1: And so obviously with dealing with this overthinking and anxiety,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm also not having the best sleeps. So I've been
- 19:22Speaker 1: really trying to adjust my night routine by adding two
- 19:26Speaker 1: to three new habits to support a more relaxing environment
- 19:30Speaker 1: for myself and just all in all support my sleep
- 19:32Speaker 1: because I just haven't been getting the best sleeps. Some
- 19:36Speaker 1: of you guys said magnesium, which I have been using
- 19:39Speaker 1: the ritual magnesium, which has helped a little bit. I
- 19:43Speaker 1: wouldn't say it's helping fully. I don't know if I
- 19:44Speaker 1: need a higher dosage or not. But one time when
- 19:47Speaker 1: I did a higher dosage up magnesium with a different company,
- 19:51Speaker 1: I had the opposite effect of where I felt more
- 19:55Speaker 1: wired and more awake, and then I couldn't sleep but
- 19:58Speaker 1: all throughout the night. Like I don't really want to
- 20:02Speaker 1: like find something stronger. I'd rather just like stick to
- 20:05Speaker 1: something that works. But I don't know. So the ritual
- 20:08Speaker 1: magnesium has helped a little bit, but like, yeah, I
- 20:11Speaker 1: don't want to go down the road of like trying
- 20:13Speaker 1: something stronger because I've done that before and it's done
- 20:16Speaker 1: literally the complete opposite effect, which I was really shocked
- 20:18Speaker 1: about because I'm like, it can't be the magnesium, Like,
- 20:21Speaker 1: you know, I've never felt wired in the middle of
- 20:24Speaker 1: the night before and till now, and literally my doctor
- 20:27Speaker 1: was like, if you take too much magnesium, like if
- 20:30Speaker 1: you take too strong of a dosage, which I have
- 20:33Speaker 1: done in the past, as I said, it could do
- 20:35Speaker 1: the opposite effect, which I had no idea about. So
- 20:37Speaker 1: that's something I learned. But right now I'm really just
- 20:41Speaker 1: trying to do other things like kim emeal tea before bed.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Hot showers before bed hot showers have actually been the
- 20:47Speaker 1: biggest game changer. Heat for me is like the most
- 20:50Speaker 1: relaxing thing ever. I've also been trying to use my
- 20:53Speaker 1: heating pad on the bed just to like have some
- 20:56Speaker 1: sense of comfort, if that makes sense. I don't need
- 20:58Speaker 1: it for like muscle recovery or anything like that. I'm
- 21:00Speaker 1: really just using the heating pad for enjoyment because I
- 21:04Speaker 1: really find it very relaxing. So anything with heat has
- 21:08Speaker 1: been like a really big game changer just for like
- 21:11Speaker 1: relaxing myself and then just like doing a little form
- 21:15Speaker 1: of self care, whether it's like a face mask, you know, eyepatches,
- 21:20Speaker 1: reading red light therapy mask, like just like finding something
- 21:24Speaker 1: that brings me some like comfort in doing some self
- 21:28Speaker 1: care makes me feel really relaxed, And the whole point
- 21:32Speaker 1: is really just to make my body feel very relaxed
- 21:35Speaker 1: before bed and not feel tense or stress. So that's
- 21:39Speaker 1: kind of like what I'm doing currently. It's definitely a
- 21:41Speaker 1: work in progress. I'm like documenting my experience on TikTok
- 21:45Speaker 1: just because I feel like that's something that I've just
- 21:48Speaker 1: been shitited at lately and I just like need to
- 21:50Speaker 1: work on it. So that's currently what I've been going
- 21:52Speaker 1: through with my night routine. In terms of the laundry problem.
- 21:55Speaker 1: How are we going to solve this? We're going to
- 21:58Speaker 1: be doing loads of laundry. So I've been trying to
- 22:01Speaker 1: do one to two loads every single morning before I
- 22:03Speaker 1: leave for my workout class. So I've made it a
- 22:05Speaker 1: non negotible to wake up, make my bed, you know,
- 22:08Speaker 1: do my skincare, brush, my teeth, get changed, into my
- 22:11Speaker 1: workout clothes. Literally throw whatever color I see, whether it's white, grays, colors,
- 22:17Speaker 1: throw it in the laundry. Do it. Then when I
- 22:20Speaker 1: get home from plates, go upstairs, throw it in the dryer,
- 22:23Speaker 1: eat my breakfast, do whatever, and then I'll quickly fold everything,
- 22:26Speaker 1: put it away, and then I move on with my day.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So my goal right now is to not like do
- 22:30Speaker 1: multiple loads at once and feel overwhelmed. I'm really just
- 22:33Speaker 1: trying to do like one to two loads a day.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So it sounds so funny because it's just like it's laundry,
- 22:39Speaker 1: you know. I think everyone has difficulty keeping up with
- 22:41Speaker 1: their laundry. It's just an annoying task that I personally
- 22:44Speaker 1: don't love. Like Zach is so on top of his
- 22:47Speaker 1: shit with laundry, I'm the complete opposite. It's just something
- 22:49Speaker 1: that I'm not good at, I'll be honest. So that
- 22:51Speaker 1: is something that I'm trying to do this month is
- 22:53Speaker 1: just like make it a little mourning non negotiable and
- 22:56Speaker 1: my morning routine to just get it done. So I'm
- 22:58Speaker 1: hoping that I'll have my laundry done fully this week
- 23:01Speaker 1: because I've been making that a non negotiable. Another thing
- 23:04Speaker 1: that was on my shit list that we're going to
- 23:06Speaker 1: solve is feeling stuck. I think this is a big
- 23:09Speaker 1: one for a lot of people, is just feeling like
- 23:13Speaker 1: maybe every day feels the same, or feeling like you're
- 23:16Speaker 1: just like needing some type of change. And it could
- 23:20Speaker 1: be the smallest thing. It could be changing up something
- 23:21Speaker 1: in your routine, it could be changing up your environment.
- 23:25Speaker 1: I think like forcing yourself to be in a new
- 23:28Speaker 1: space is definitely a good idea. And a new space
- 23:31Speaker 1: meaning like instead of working from home, maybe start working
- 23:34Speaker 1: at coffee shops more, or you know, maybe change your
- 23:37Speaker 1: bedroom furniture around, maybe you know, change the gym that
- 23:42Speaker 1: you're going to. I know, for me, I've been obviously
- 23:45Speaker 1: going to like the same workout studios for a long
- 23:47Speaker 1: period of time. I have been feeling the urge to
- 23:51Speaker 1: not change, but like add something into my routine. Instead
- 23:54Speaker 1: of just like doing pilates multiple times a week, I've
- 23:56Speaker 1: been trying to do strength workouts again. So I've been
- 23:58Speaker 1: doing two strength workouts a week and then two pilates
- 24:01Speaker 1: classes a week, and I've been wanting to look at
- 24:04Speaker 1: getting a gym membership. Right now, I'm just using the
- 24:07Speaker 1: weights at my home, which is fine, but I feel
- 24:09Speaker 1: like because I've worked from home, I need to be
- 24:11Speaker 1: out more and like get out of the house more.
- 24:13Speaker 1: So I've been trying to figure out a gym that
- 24:15Speaker 1: I can get a membership too. I also love Matt Plates,
- 24:19Speaker 1: and I used to do a hot Matt pilates class
- 24:23Speaker 1: a few times a week, but I haven't been wanting
- 24:25Speaker 1: to do the heat of workouts. I've been wanting just
- 24:27Speaker 1: to do like a normal pilates class. And there's a
- 24:31Speaker 1: new pilate studio opening up next month. And Guys, if
- 24:37Speaker 1: I could describe the perfect esthetic for a pilate studio
- 24:40Speaker 1: that you would see on Pinterest, this place is giving
- 24:44Speaker 1: that exact Pinterest vibe, like literally matches my Pinterest board.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So I'm so excited because not only are they doing
- 24:51Speaker 1: matt plates, but they're also doing yoga, which yoga is
- 24:54Speaker 1: another thing that I really want to get into for again,
- 24:57Speaker 1: distressing anxiety, stretch for my back all that. Like everyone's
- 25:02Speaker 1: always like to me, Killy, you need to get into yoga,
- 25:03Speaker 1: And I know, I know I need to get into yoga.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I just don't like any of the yoga studios that
- 25:08Speaker 1: are near me. I've tried literally every single yoga studio
- 25:11Speaker 1: you can think of that are nearby, and I absolutely
- 25:14Speaker 1: hate it. It's just not worth it. And I like convenience.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Like I'm not saying every studio in Ottawa is shit.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I'm just saying that, like I'm not going to travel
- 25:22Speaker 1: forty minutes or thirty five minutes to all the way
- 25:26Speaker 1: downtown to like go to the best studios there and
- 25:28Speaker 1: then drive thirty five minutes home. Like I like the
- 25:32Speaker 1: convenience of being in something that's in close proximity. And yeah,
- 25:36Speaker 1: so I'm really excited about this new place opening up.
- 25:38Speaker 1: I think that's going to make me feel really excited
- 25:41Speaker 1: to try something new, kind of like again branch out
- 25:44Speaker 1: of my routine and try something new for my routine,
- 25:47Speaker 1: and a new environment just kind of feels exciting new change.
- 25:52Speaker 1: So yeah, so it could be like little things like that.
- 25:54Speaker 1: It could also be like, if you've been a gym
- 25:56Speaker 1: girl for a while and you've been kind of like
- 25:58Speaker 1: over just like doing strength workouts, maybe change it up
- 26:02Speaker 1: by doing, like, instead of working out in the gym
- 26:04Speaker 1: like five times a week, maybe do it two times
- 26:06Speaker 1: a week and then the other days try different workout
- 26:08Speaker 1: classes out like maybe try spinning, try pilates, try whatever, right, like,
- 26:13Speaker 1: just try and change it up. So I think that's
- 26:16Speaker 1: something that I'm currently working on. It's kind of changing
- 26:18Speaker 1: up my routine and like making it a little bit
- 26:21Speaker 1: more different by being in new environments. So that's something
- 26:25Speaker 1: that I'm currently working on. My problem of constantly being
- 26:28Speaker 1: in sweatpants, Okay, we're going to actually make the effort
- 26:30Speaker 1: of dressing up once or twice a week by wearing
- 26:34Speaker 1: clothes that make me feel good. And again, it could
- 26:36Speaker 1: be for me wanting to go to a coffee shop.
- 26:38Speaker 1: It could be me working from home. Still, like, I
- 26:41Speaker 1: also feel like I've actually done a really good job
- 26:43Speaker 1: at not buying new clothes for myself. Last week was
- 26:46Speaker 1: the first time I was shopping in like forever, Like
- 26:50Speaker 1: I think I bought two things in Toronto when I
- 26:52Speaker 1: was a zach and that's it. Like literally, I've I
- 26:56Speaker 1: have not boughten myself anything. Like of course I received
- 26:58Speaker 1: pr from brands, which I I truly do appreciate, but
- 27:01Speaker 1: like when it comes to like buying clothes for myself,
- 27:04Speaker 1: like I've done a really good job this year of
- 27:05Speaker 1: not doing so, which I'm not complaining about. I'm actually
- 27:08Speaker 1: proud of myself for doing that. But I do feel
- 27:10Speaker 1: like when a new season comes around, I do feel
- 27:12Speaker 1: like this sudden urge of like wanting to style fun
- 27:15Speaker 1: pieces and like buy fun things for a new season.
- 27:18Speaker 1: So I do think a shopping spree is due. I
- 27:22Speaker 1: did buy a few things last week from Aritzia and
- 27:25Speaker 1: Dynamite that I just wanted for like going out clothes.
- 27:28Speaker 1: So when you know it's someone's birthday or you know
- 27:32Speaker 1: my girlfriends want to go out for dinner, I feel
- 27:34Speaker 1: like I have like two to three good outfits now
- 27:36Speaker 1: where I'm like, these could be like my go to
- 27:37Speaker 1: outfits to wear. I'm also traveling this year to Europe,
- 27:40Speaker 1: so saph and I are going to Portugal in the summer,
- 27:43Speaker 1: so I really want to obviously find cute outfits for that.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So I think I'm just like waiting for things to happen.
- 27:49Speaker 1: But it's like, girl, just buy yourself something nice. Dress
- 27:52Speaker 1: the way you want to dress, and feel good and
- 27:55Speaker 1: feel confident in the things that you want to wear
- 27:57Speaker 1: and not feel ugly and worsewetpam. It's an active war
- 28:00Speaker 1: all the time. Like I just like you need to
- 28:02Speaker 1: branch out and start dressing up more running late for
- 28:05Speaker 1: appointments or meetings. This is something that I actually tried
- 28:09Speaker 1: today for the very first time. I had a appointment
- 28:13Speaker 1: before recording this podcast episode. You guys are going to
- 28:15Speaker 1: see this day, to be honest, because I filmed a
- 28:17Speaker 1: full day in the life today for TikTok and Instagram,
- 28:22Speaker 1: So you guys are going to see everything that's happened
- 28:24Speaker 1: before this, which has just been once again a shit
- 28:26Speaker 1: show of a day. But I had an appointment downtown Ottawa,
- 28:30Speaker 1: and downtown takes some time to get from where I am,
- 28:34Speaker 1: and there's also no parking, so of course I have
- 28:37Speaker 1: to take time to find a parking spot. And there's traffic, right.
- 28:41Speaker 1: So the one thing that I suck at when it
- 28:44Speaker 1: comes to like traveling to places to attend meetings or
- 28:46Speaker 1: appointments is that I think everywhere takes ten to fifteen
- 28:51Speaker 1: minutes to get which is not the reality. It takes
- 28:54Speaker 1: way longer. Like, it takes way longer than that because
- 28:59Speaker 1: you have to take into a affect the traffic or
- 29:01Speaker 1: unexpected you know, things that could happen when you're driving there,
- 29:04Speaker 1: obviously car accidents, whatever, Oh, can't find parking, there's street parking,
- 29:08Speaker 1: there's no parking lot there, So like I've sake all
- 29:10Speaker 1: those things into account. So I literally set a timer
- 29:14Speaker 1: for how long I had to get ready and actually
- 29:17Speaker 1: be out the door in order to make it to
- 29:20Speaker 1: my appointment ten to fifteen minutes early, which is what
- 29:23Speaker 1: I wanted. So I ended up setting a timer, and
- 29:28Speaker 1: let me tell you guys, I got there fifteen minutes early,
- 29:30Speaker 1: which I never get to an appointment fifteen minutes early,
- 29:34Speaker 1: to be fully honest, I usually get there like maybe
- 29:37Speaker 1: two minutes before, or like literally on time or five
- 29:41Speaker 1: minutes late. Like usually that's just my world. I just
- 29:43Speaker 1: like I'm always like running to get to somewhere and
- 29:46Speaker 1: be there within that timeframe. So the fact I was
- 29:48Speaker 1: there fifteen minutes early, I'm going to say the timer worked.
- 29:52Speaker 1: So I'm a timer girl. I'm going to be setting
- 29:54Speaker 1: timers to keep myself on task. I get easily distracted.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I have ADHD. I'm going to be honest here, So
- 30:00Speaker 1: I think having the timer just like makes me walk
- 30:04Speaker 1: in and like I realize, like, Okay, I need to
- 30:06Speaker 1: get all this done before this time, and it just
- 30:09Speaker 1: creates like that motivation and that urgency of like needing
- 30:13Speaker 1: to get shit done before I leave. I have talked
- 30:15Speaker 1: about this in the past too, but like setting timers
- 30:17Speaker 1: for yourself when you're trying to get task done around
- 30:19Speaker 1: the house also really helped. So if you've been feeling
- 30:23Speaker 1: like a lack of motivation or just like there's shit
- 30:25Speaker 1: around the house that you've just been ignoring that you
- 30:27Speaker 1: like you need to get back into. I'm telling you
- 30:30Speaker 1: right now, if you set a timer, you are going
- 30:33Speaker 1: to feel so productive and you're going to see how
- 30:36Speaker 1: much you can actually get done in thirty minutes or
- 30:38Speaker 1: sixty minutes and complete tasks around your house that you've
- 30:42Speaker 1: been avoiding and just feel so much more accomplished. So
- 30:47Speaker 1: I do think that setting timers are a big game
- 30:49Speaker 1: changer for anything. Whether it's like running late for appointments
- 30:53Speaker 1: and you want to keep yourself on track, set a timer,
- 30:56Speaker 1: or if you want to get shit done around the
- 30:58Speaker 1: house and you feel like you need some thing to
- 31:00Speaker 1: keep you motivated or again on task, set a timer
- 31:04Speaker 1: for you to clean and tidy up around your house
- 31:07Speaker 1: and it does wonders. So I'm a timer girl. I
- 31:10Speaker 1: think timers work. So that's a tip for anyone that
- 31:14Speaker 1: feels like they need something to hold themselves accountable for
- 31:17Speaker 1: or just like actually like have the motivation and urge
- 31:20Speaker 1: to get things done. And the last thing that was
- 31:22Speaker 1: on my shit list that I need to improve on
- 31:25Speaker 1: is just feeling inspired again, and I've been feeling uninspired.
- 31:30Speaker 1: I've been feeling stuck. I've been feeling like I just
- 31:34Speaker 1: like need to change up my environment or just like
- 31:37Speaker 1: do something different. Right. So it's hard for me specifically
- 31:41Speaker 1: because you know, some of these things that I feel
- 31:45Speaker 1: like help for me, which is like you know, rearranging
- 31:47Speaker 1: my space. So like last year, I feel like I
- 31:48Speaker 1: flipped my entire bedroom around, which I feel like really
- 31:51Speaker 1: helped it. I felt really inspired when we changed my
- 31:53Speaker 1: bedroom around, and then I changed it back this year.
- 31:57Speaker 1: But I've been wanting to change up like spaces in
- 31:59Speaker 1: my head. But financially, that's really stupid of me because
- 32:02Speaker 1: I'm moving, like I'm literally leaving this house in four months.
- 32:06Speaker 1: So I think for me, I'm like obviously being impatient
- 32:09Speaker 1: and I just like want to move into my new
- 32:11Speaker 1: house because i know I'm going to feel so inspired again,
- 32:15Speaker 1: so excited. It's a new space, you know, it's change.
- 32:18Speaker 1: It's a house that like obviously like we put so
- 32:21Speaker 1: much love and energy towards that we are just so
- 32:24Speaker 1: excited for. But I think I'm feeling uninspired almost because
- 32:28Speaker 1: of that, where it's like I know that I have
- 32:30Speaker 1: this new house coming that I'm feeling uninspired in my
- 32:33Speaker 1: space that I currently am in, where i feel like
- 32:35Speaker 1: I'm like not really putting any effort into it because
- 32:38Speaker 1: I'm putting so much effort into the next, the next thing,
- 32:42Speaker 1: the next best thing, right, So I feel like I'm
- 32:45Speaker 1: starting to outgrow this place. And as much as I
- 32:47Speaker 1: love it, and like I do still think it's such
- 32:50Speaker 1: a beautiful house, Like I love my house. It's just
- 32:52Speaker 1: the point is is that I feel like I'm just
- 32:54Speaker 1: ready for the next I'm ready for the next step
- 32:57Speaker 1: of my life, and I feel like I'm just like waiting,
- 32:59Speaker 1: you know, I'm just like sitting here waiting and like
- 33:01Speaker 1: wanting to just go into it. And so I think
- 33:04Speaker 1: my energy right now is just chasing something new. I
- 33:08Speaker 1: can just feel that I'm craving change and I just
- 33:10Speaker 1: like really want to start this new chapter in her
- 33:13Speaker 1: life of like being in this new house. And I
- 33:15Speaker 1: don't know, I think that's okay to feel that way.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I know there's small things that I can do, like
- 33:21Speaker 1: changing up my routine, And if you have the luxury
- 33:24Speaker 1: of like changing up your bedroom or changing up your
- 33:27Speaker 1: home to make yourself feel inspired, I highly recommend doing so.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Like I just can't right now because it doesn't make
- 33:33Speaker 1: sense for me to do that, but if you can
- 33:36Speaker 1: do that, I do find it actually really helps. Like
- 33:38Speaker 1: me changing my bedroom last year was like such a
- 33:40Speaker 1: nice refreshing feeling and just like a really nice change
- 33:44Speaker 1: that I felt like I wanted for so long, and
- 33:47Speaker 1: I felt really inspired again. After doing that, So I
- 33:51Speaker 1: don't know, those little things do actually make a huge difference.
- 33:56Speaker 1: But yeah, right now I'm just like craving change and
- 34:00Speaker 1: I'm creating my new chapter. Also side note, this kind
- 34:03Speaker 1: of goes with the phone addiction one where obviously I
- 34:06Speaker 1: need to stop scrolling at night and I've been trying
- 34:08Speaker 1: to not go on my phone for thirty minutes and
- 34:10Speaker 1: also put my phone in an area where I won't
- 34:12Speaker 1: grab it. But I talked about reading a little bit,
- 34:15Speaker 1: but like, reading for me is something that I really
- 34:17Speaker 1: want to make a goal this year and this summer alone,
- 34:20Speaker 1: because I feel like it stimulates your mind. It's something
- 34:23Speaker 1: to consume that's probably better than just consuming random videos
- 34:27Speaker 1: and content on social media. So I'm trying to be
- 34:30Speaker 1: better at picking up a book and reading for scrolling,
- 34:33Speaker 1: and I don't know, I just think it's way more
- 34:35Speaker 1: beneficial to do that first scrolling on my phone. So anyways,
- 34:38Speaker 1: that is my shit list and the things that I'm
- 34:41Speaker 1: doing to get myself back on track and solve those
- 34:44Speaker 1: problems of getting my shit together. I really wanted to
- 34:48Speaker 1: create this episode just because I really wanted to inspire
- 34:50Speaker 1: you guys to create yourself your own shit list and
- 34:54Speaker 1: finding ways to solve your problems of getting your shit
- 34:58Speaker 1: together again by yeah, problem solving and finding ways to
- 35:02Speaker 1: find solutions to your problems. So that's kind of like
- 35:05Speaker 1: what I wanted to make this episode about. Obviously, we're
- 35:07Speaker 1: in a new month, we're so close to a new season.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I really just wanted to make this episode about you
- 35:12Speaker 1: resetting and finding yourself again, going into this new month
- 35:17Speaker 1: and just finding the motivation and inspiration again. So I
