- 0:53Speaker 1: So check it out. Use our link down below to
- 0:56Speaker 1: get started, all right, let's go over to a couple
- 0:58Speaker 1: of points I want to hit on. President Trump is
- 1:01Speaker 1: going to reveal the Bitcoin reserve strategy at the White
- 1:03Speaker 1: House Crypto Summit on Friday. This of course is coming
- 1:07Speaker 1: from Lutnik, the Commerce Secretary, And there are some things
- 1:10Speaker 1: happening within this that I think are intriguing on I'll
- 1:13Speaker 1: break it down in the video today, but a lot
- 1:16Speaker 1: of working parts here, and I think also a strategy
- 1:19Speaker 1: that will come into the reserve as well. The confirmed
- 1:23Speaker 1: attendees we think, and I'll zoom in on this right here.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Trump apparently is going to be there, Bohindz, David Sachs,
- 1:30Speaker 1: we have garling House coming in from Ripple, Michael Saylor,
- 1:33Speaker 1: Paalo Ardonio who is the Tether CTO. Also, we've got
- 1:38Speaker 1: Kathy Wood coming in that'll be a good one. Cardono
- 1:42Speaker 1: possibly there, Salona possibly there, Ethereum, and so on. So
- 1:46Speaker 1: some really good representation that will be at this summit.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I think this could be the big break for crypto overall.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Bitcoin to be treated differently though, that's the big question
- 1:58Speaker 1: right now from all coins in the US crypto Reserve,
- 2:02Speaker 1: and this is a little different, so the question will
- 2:04Speaker 1: be do we get a strategic reserve on bitcoin and
- 2:08Speaker 1: then some sort of crypto benefits for American made cryptos.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And that's kind of the question. He went on in
- 2:15Speaker 1: this article, his president's interest in a strategic reserve while
- 2:19Speaker 1: other tokens will be treated positively but differently. And this
- 2:24Speaker 1: is coming from Howard Lutnik. And if you look further in,
- 2:26Speaker 1: I think the model is going to be announced. I
- 2:28Speaker 1: think the model is going to be announced on Friday
- 2:32Speaker 1: when we do that. And he suggested that Pavlovic, which
- 2:36Speaker 1: is that to the researcher here, that the bitcoin reserve
- 2:40Speaker 1: would be a unique status under Trump's plan, so very
- 2:44Speaker 1: unique in the sense of maybe it's going to be
- 2:46Speaker 1: a reserve that's going to have all sorts of working parts.
- 2:49Speaker 1: My anticipation there could be a tax incentive or attax credit.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And I think the question will be if you're an
- 2:56Speaker 1: American crypto company, because remember we're seeing tariffs all over,
- 3:01Speaker 1: why couldn't he do a crypto tariff? And then could
- 3:04Speaker 1: that be And let me know down in the comments
- 3:06Speaker 1: if you like that idea or you don't like that.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I'm sure if you're invested in anything that is not American,
- 3:12Speaker 1: then you're probably against that idea of putting a crypto
- 3:15Speaker 1: tax on that. I want to go over to a
- 3:17Speaker 1: couple of clips. Here, here's Pamplano going into what the
- 3:20Speaker 1: reserve would mean globally. Take a look earlier this week,
- 3:24Speaker 1: I call it a Robin Hood's co founder and seal
- 3:25Speaker 1: of blat Ten if he said he didn't sound like
- 3:29Speaker 1: we're getting a bitcoin reserve this year, but we may
- 3:31Speaker 1: get a stable point regulation.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Do you think we get a bitcoin reservetion? I think
- 3:35Speaker 2: we'll get both. Stable cooin regulations can be very important.
- 3:38Speaker 3: I think we will get that, But I also think
- 3:39Speaker 3: that there's very different forms.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Of a strategic bitcoin reserve.
- 3:43Speaker 3: We can hold the two hundred thousand bitcoin that we have,
- 3:44Speaker 3: you just say we're not going to sell it, Technically
- 3:46Speaker 3: that'll count. And I don't think that's what people want.
- 3:48Speaker 3: I think people want the United States to go and
- 3:50Speaker 3: buy bitcoin. And the question is what is that process.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Can it be done through executive order or are we
- 3:54Speaker 3: going to have to go through kind of the legislative
- 3:55Speaker 3: process which gonna be much harder and may not happen
- 3:58Speaker 3: this year.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Bitcoin reserve where just bitcoin got.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Much higher, much higher.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, look anytime that you look at kind
- 4:04Speaker 3: of these new fools.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Of capital entering into the market.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Usually there is some initial buyer that it provides career
- 4:11Speaker 3: cover for everybody else. So you saw Paul Keuter Jones
- 4:13Speaker 3: and Stanley Truckiet Miller do this in twenty twenty. They
- 4:15Speaker 3: came out and said we own bitcoin. Every portfolio manager
- 4:18Speaker 3: on Wall Street could then go buy bitcoin.
- 4:20Speaker 2: When you saw Black Rocket Fielity come out and.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Say we're gonna have an ETF every single financial institution,
- 4:24Speaker 3: they're in the game. If the United States of America
- 4:26Speaker 3: starts buying bitcoin, every country in the world now has
- 4:29Speaker 3: to cover to.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Go and do it the same.
- 4:30Speaker 3: And so it's not just a US story, It's gonna
- 4:32Speaker 3: be a global FOMO story.
- 4:33Speaker 2: And I think that puts at the price much much higher.
- 4:35Speaker 4: All right.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So as you can see there, he's getting at the
- 4:37Speaker 1: point of the idea of more countries that would agree
- 4:42Speaker 1: with the strategy that Trump has put forth, and that
- 4:45Speaker 1: is to go in with a bitcoin reserve. If you
- 4:46Speaker 1: think about gold reserves, almost every country has a gold reserve.
- 4:49Speaker 1: So could this put a buying spree around at least
- 4:52Speaker 1: the G seven, if not some of the G twenty.
- 4:55Speaker 1: They could really pressure up the market. So is there
- 4:58Speaker 1: a possibility for a pump incoming? We'll go to this
- 5:01Speaker 1: next clip and you'll see why.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Take a look focks looking like there said to attempt
- 5:06Speaker 3: to rebound this morning following yesterday's wild market swing.
- 5:09Speaker 2: You know, can we trust what happened yesterday?
- 5:11Speaker 4: What are people dealing with in terms of this little
- 5:14Speaker 4: uptick in volatility?
- 5:15Speaker 5: I think not much so far. You know, there's there's
- 5:18Speaker 5: been a lot of come to Jesus moments here to date.
- 5:20Speaker 5: I think last year, you know, I can't tell you
- 5:22Speaker 5: the number of investors who said to me, we think
- 5:24Speaker 5: Trump's going to manage the market. The market is a
- 5:27Speaker 5: gauge of his success. You know, we've had a reckoning
- 5:29Speaker 5: over that, and so everything that happens from now you know,
- 5:32Speaker 5: to me, has actually been relatively orderly because there had
- 5:35Speaker 5: been hedges in the market. The question is if we
- 5:38Speaker 5: start to get these gap downs, or these volatility potholes
- 5:41Speaker 5: as we like to call it, you know what happens then?
- 5:44Speaker 5: Because the truth is, there's a lot of strategies right
- 5:47Speaker 5: now in the derivatives world that just hinge on the
- 5:50Speaker 5: idea that volatility is going to remain suppressed, and I
- 5:53Speaker 5: don't know that we can count on that going forward, all.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Right, So there's still some factors playing out here in
- 6:00Speaker 1: the markets in general, and obviously the S and P
- 6:02Speaker 1: and just the stock market in general has a lot
- 6:05Speaker 1: of pressure on risk assets everything we're doing here in crypto,
- 6:09Speaker 1: so just be aware of that. Now, the wild card
- 6:12Speaker 1: that seems to be in this discussion is the whole
- 6:15Speaker 1: idea of American made crypto. And when you look at
- 6:19Speaker 1: this tweet right here, big winners of US crypto policy
- 6:21Speaker 1: XRP as Soul, also Avalanche possibly waiting recognition. But you've
- 6:26Speaker 1: got swee file coin, aptos, near Protocol Move, There's quite
- 6:30Speaker 1: a few here along with Link. I know that Chang
- 6:33Speaker 1: Link is going to be at the event, or they
- 6:35Speaker 1: claim to be at the event on Friday, but there
- 6:38Speaker 1: are many others. You've got Hadera in this group. The
- 6:42Speaker 1: question is are we going to see a maybe a
- 6:45Speaker 1: splintering of the market. And what I mean by that
- 6:48Speaker 1: is American made crypto is going to be treated this way.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Any crypto not in America is going to be treated
- 6:54Speaker 1: this way. I mean that it's a lot in the
- 6:56Speaker 1: theme of what Trump seems to be doing around the
- 7:00Speaker 1: world right now, but he's usually dealing with governments, and
- 7:03Speaker 1: since crypto really isn't a government scenario, it's going to
- 7:07Speaker 1: be something to watch for sure. I want to go
- 7:09Speaker 1: to another clip because this gets into more of the
- 7:12Speaker 1: strategic plans that could flow down into the states, and
- 7:17Speaker 1: Florida could be one of the leaders listening what do.
- 7:21Speaker 2: You want to do in Florida.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Digital assets has really found a home in Miami Dade,
- 7:26Speaker 4: and one of the things with the state's portfolio I
- 7:28Speaker 4: want to be able to do is probably at bitcoin
- 7:31Speaker 4: to be a piece of the state's financial portfolio. It's
- 7:35Speaker 4: really proven to be a great holder of value and
- 7:39Speaker 4: of wealth, and if we incorporate that into our state's
- 7:41Speaker 4: balance sheet, it could be something that will help us
- 7:44Speaker 4: whether any potential future storms economically in the future.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Already you're starting to see Miami and other areas of
- 7:51Speaker 3: Florida become a hub for crypto and digital assets.
- 7:55Speaker 2: How can you take that to the next level.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Up in DC. There's some things that we need to change.
- 8:00Speaker 4: You might want to talk about the accredited investor rule.
- 8:02Speaker 4: We might have to look at some other regulatory features
- 8:04Speaker 4: out of the SEC. Can there be a crypto exchange
- 8:07Speaker 4: where you can actually tokenize assets real world asset, stocks, bonds,
- 8:13Speaker 4: real estate, et cetera, Bitcoin, crypto assets, blockchain technology. This
- 8:17Speaker 4: is new stuff. We're not just talking about future contracts
- 8:20Speaker 4: with oil or with cattle, et cetera. This is a
- 8:23Speaker 4: very different stuff. I would like to see a new
- 8:24Speaker 4: regulatory environment, but if we're just going to play it
- 8:27Speaker 4: how it is right now, the CFTC is the likely
- 8:29Speaker 4: place for that. And Maria, we have to stop living
- 8:32Speaker 4: in the pass in the United States when it comes
- 8:33Speaker 4: to our regulatory system. We need to live in the future.
- 8:37Speaker 4: This is one of the reasons why Donald Trump has
- 8:39Speaker 4: decided to endorse me for governor and real quick to
- 8:42Speaker 4: my friend Vivic Wamaswami and I heard his comments. I
- 8:45Speaker 4: wish him all the best in Ohio, but Florida is
- 8:48Speaker 4: the best date in the country now and we're going
- 8:50Speaker 4: to remain the best date in the country.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So Barron Donald's ara course hitting on a lot of this,
- 8:55Speaker 1: and I think this is this would be a good
- 9:00Speaker 1: I think for the market in general. And what he's
- 9:01Speaker 1: referencing is what Vladis talked about. This is the CEO
- 9:04Speaker 1: of Robinhood before is that being able to onboard companies. Now,
- 9:08Speaker 1: what he did mention is possibly an exchange that could
- 9:12Speaker 1: be involved in this in some way for non accredit
- 9:15Speaker 1: investors for doing startups, things about nature, think of a
- 9:18Speaker 1: ipo ico potential that could happen here in the state
- 9:22Speaker 1: of Florida, all related to where blockchain investing is going.
- 9:25Speaker 1: So he's definitely turning on a dime here in terms
- 9:28Speaker 1: of again, whether or not they pull it off here
- 9:30Speaker 1: in the state of Florida, we'll see, but at least
- 9:32Speaker 1: we've had somebody that's really for it. Let's go over
- 9:35Speaker 1: to Cryptopolitan. This is the headline right here. The crypto
- 9:39Speaker 1: community is turning on President Trump. That's a good thing.
- 9:43Speaker 1: There's some things within this article that I don't necessarily
- 9:45Speaker 1: agree with, but I'm going to show you he took
- 9:48Speaker 1: it too far. Over the weekend, Trump announced the US
- 9:50Speaker 1: Strategic Asset Reserve not just for Bitcoin but also for
- 9:52Speaker 1: ETHEXRP Salana Soul Cardinal. Everybody was a little bit upset
- 9:56Speaker 1: about that. Obviously, there was immediate shambles on Sunday when
- 10:01Speaker 1: it happened, and even bitcoin because bitcoiners were just like, WTF,
- 10:06Speaker 1: what's going on here? But buying bitcoin with the government
- 10:08Speaker 1: money is one thing. Buying a mix of you know,
- 10:10Speaker 1: other things is not necessarily on it, And the community
- 10:14Speaker 1: turned on him very fast. So I think they've kind
- 10:16Speaker 1: of walked that back with this whole idea of treating
- 10:19Speaker 1: it differently. Or maybe there was a move that was
- 10:23Speaker 1: in play by Trump because he's a pr guy and
- 10:26Speaker 1: he knows how to spend this stuff. Did he already
- 10:28Speaker 1: have a strategy and he wanted to see what the
- 10:30Speaker 1: market would do based on his release of information on Sunday?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Because I often wondered why on Sunday and why a
- 10:37Speaker 1: week before the summit when you would do the announce
- 10:40Speaker 1: This gives them a lot of chance to really see
- 10:42Speaker 1: how the market responds. Blatant market manipulation, insider trading that's
- 10:46Speaker 1: going to truly be heartbreaking. Very next day, another whale
- 10:49Speaker 1: opened up some short positions merely hours before Trump made
- 10:52Speaker 1: the announcement go ahead with tariffs China, et cetera. And
- 10:56Speaker 1: then you've got Eric Trump who keeps posting and telling
- 10:58Speaker 1: people to hold I know there's a lot of speculation
- 11:01Speaker 1: here that there's some sort of insider scenarios playing out,
- 11:04Speaker 1: and there will could be, but the idea is right
- 11:07Speaker 1: now is this still is an investment market, just like
- 11:10Speaker 1: anything else, whether you're in stocks, bonds, real estate. People
- 11:13Speaker 1: will learn things in all of these areas, including what
- 11:16Speaker 1: we've seen even coming out of DC and the investments
- 11:20Speaker 1: of our own Congress people. Is that people will learn stuff.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And a lot of times it's in these back rooms, conferences,
- 11:27Speaker 1: cocktail parties, and all it takes is one little mention
- 11:31Speaker 1: that somebody has said something like this that will open
- 11:33Speaker 1: up an idea of a savvy trader that could move
- 11:36Speaker 1: on that. So I think everybody has to understand this.
- 11:38Speaker 1: We are in a different time right now, especially around
- 11:41Speaker 1: blockchain and crypto going forward. Everybody looked in and listened
- 11:45Speaker 1: to the speech last night. Trumps silence on cryptos in
- 11:49Speaker 1: the congressional speech there signals it's not a priority. I
- 11:52Speaker 1: disagree with this. Also, there's a reason why when you
- 11:55Speaker 1: look at going out in front of Congress, and you
- 11:59Speaker 1: look at you're going out really in front of the
- 12:02Speaker 1: American people, and for the most part, you have to
- 12:05Speaker 1: remember crypto holders. I know we all think it's a
- 12:07Speaker 1: very big bubble, it's a very small bubble. It's a
- 12:10Speaker 1: very powerful bubble, but it's a small bubble, and I
- 12:13Speaker 1: think that's the scenario. When you're going out in front
- 12:15Speaker 1: of Congress and the American people, you're going to focus
- 12:17Speaker 1: on the core things that put you in office. And
- 12:20Speaker 1: I think that's kind of what he did was just
- 12:23Speaker 1: go and read it, deliver a lot of the campaign speech.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Whether you like it or you don't like it, the
- 12:28Speaker 1: point is is I wasn't really worried that Crypto wasn't
- 12:30Speaker 1: mentioned because we have the Crypto Summit coming on Friday.
- 12:33Speaker 1: That's the home run that either will make it or
- 12:36Speaker 1: break it for the market. One thing to be aware
- 12:38Speaker 1: of is you got to think about that coming on Friday.
- 12:43Speaker 1: This may pump the market, and we also may see
- 12:46Speaker 1: a dump if something isn't said perfectly for that because
- 12:50Speaker 1: it's a very finical market. So just be very cautious
- 12:53Speaker 1: in how you're making your trace today. Trump also could
- 12:55Speaker 1: back off him on some tariffs today. There was a
- 12:59Speaker 1: lot of speculation on this last night, and especially since
- 13:03Speaker 1: Mexico and Canada got their twenty five percent tariffs hit yesterday.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I think he's going to work something out with them.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And this is Lutnik, the Secretary of Commerce. It's not
- 13:12Speaker 1: going to be a pause, none of that pass up.
- 13:14Speaker 1: So they're still playing hardball. But I think he's going
- 13:17Speaker 1: to figure out either you do more or I'll meet
- 13:20Speaker 1: you in the middle some way. So he's working on
- 13:22Speaker 1: some deals I think, with Canada and Mexico to try
- 13:25Speaker 1: to work this out. Does it mean? And remember these
- 13:27Speaker 1: are all negotiating tactics. This is what Trump does. He
- 13:31Speaker 1: understands that. The question is is does the market understand
- 13:34Speaker 1: that that's the real one. Also, the US is considering
- 13:38Speaker 1: a month month delay on auto TIFFs, both on Canada
- 13:41Speaker 1: and Mexico. So that's kind of the first step in
- 13:42Speaker 1: the right direction. That's a pretty big deal when you
- 13:45Speaker 1: look at the line list of comparable tariffs on much
- 13:49Speaker 1: of our stuff going into these countries versus the United States.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I want to go to another clip. This is Lutnik
- 13:54Speaker 1: where he talks about the pain that this could cause,
- 13:57Speaker 1: this tariff war. Take a look, and how much pain
- 14:00Speaker 1: are we going to be willing to take?
- 14:02Speaker 2: And inflation if you know, if all of a sudden they.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Hit us right back. Remember so you made one comment.
- 14:10Speaker 6: So inflation comes from a government printing more money. Some
- 14:14Speaker 6: prices can get Take this bottle of water.
- 14:17Speaker 2: It can't happen at all.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Tariffs do not.
- 14:20Speaker 6: Tariffs do not do not do not create inflation. Printing
- 14:24Speaker 6: money creates inflation. You have a balanced budget, there can't
- 14:27Speaker 6: be inflation. It doesn't mean one product could be more
- 14:29Speaker 6: expensive and one product could be less expensive. But China,
- 14:33Speaker 6: I'll give you an example. China has the highest tariffs
- 14:36Speaker 6: in the world in the world, everything gets tafted in China,
- 14:40Speaker 6: and they don't have inflation.
- 14:41Speaker 1: In fact, they have deflation.
- 14:43Speaker 6: India the second highest tariffs in the world.
- 14:46Speaker 1: They don't have inflation.
- 14:47Speaker 6: So this concept is just people whining and complaining and
- 14:51Speaker 6: not being truthful. The fact is, we need to protect America.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Why does China tariff everything and we give them a
- 14:59Speaker 6: free ride back here?
- 15:02Speaker 1: All right? So, I mean Lutnik is making some good points.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Granted this could cause price increases, does that really cause inflation?
- 15:10Speaker 1: His explanation there is exactly accurate, and he's got a
- 15:15Speaker 1: good example of two major powers out there, both India
- 15:18Speaker 1: and China. But if you look at the goods side,
- 15:20Speaker 1: and then you kind of consider the deficit that has
- 15:23Speaker 1: happened between the US and some of these countries. US
- 15:26Speaker 1: goods trade deficit widen twenty five point six month over month.
- 15:30Speaker 1: This is a recorded a record of one hundred and
- 15:33Speaker 1: fifty three billion in January. Now, most of this was
- 15:36Speaker 1: probably people ordering more goods out of these countries because
- 15:39Speaker 1: they were expecting these inflations to hit. So yeah, that's
- 15:43Speaker 1: going to be a possibility. But exports did rise only
- 15:45Speaker 1: two percent one hundred and seventy two billion, due to
- 15:48Speaker 1: an increase in capital goods. So these massive imports, I
- 15:52Speaker 1: think a lot of people were prepping.
- 15:53Speaker 4: This.
- 15:53Speaker 1: My question to a lot of these retailers, and this
- 15:56Speaker 1: is the concern I have is that if these retailers
- 15:59Speaker 1: got all these goods in and they know, hey, we're
- 16:01Speaker 1: probably going to get something here, we might as well stockpile.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Are they going to implement prices immediately, because if they
- 16:07Speaker 1: do do, then they're simply price gouging because their cost
- 16:10Speaker 1: is still the same on those goods and services. So
- 16:13Speaker 1: I think that's the question that we'll be asking in
- 16:16Speaker 1: the future, and it's very possible that's going to be
- 16:18Speaker 1: keeping an eye on that. I also want to talk
- 16:20Speaker 1: about recession because this is what everybody's discussing. This could
- 16:23Speaker 1: still be a scenario where we see a recession pushing
- 16:27Speaker 1: into the market. Many people are looking at Trump's strategy
- 16:30Speaker 1: that could push us into a recession, similar like what
- 16:33Speaker 1: we've seen with the Reagan era. I want to go
- 16:35Speaker 1: to this clip right here. This is Bloomberg talking about that.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 16:38Speaker 7: Expectations were for two percent plus in twenty twenty five.
- 16:43Speaker 7: Does that have to be revised down?
- 16:45Speaker 8: I think, sir Romain, and thanks for having me the
- 16:48Speaker 8: median expectations two point three percent. I suspect we're going
- 16:51Speaker 8: to see a whole series of downward revisions in the
- 16:54Speaker 8: next few weeks. I suspect those revisions will be from
- 16:58Speaker 8: about half a percentage points as much one percentage point.
- 17:01Speaker 8: And if that happens, we're going to be discussing the
- 17:05Speaker 8: risk of what's called stall speed, which means the economy
- 17:09Speaker 8: isn't going fast enough to gain the sort of subtraction
- 17:12Speaker 8: that keeps us out of something worse.
- 17:15Speaker 7: So, when we talk about what the economic conditions are
- 17:18Speaker 7: going to be, Mohammad, are we talking about recession or
- 17:20Speaker 7: is this more of those sort of stagflation scenarios that
- 17:24Speaker 7: a lot of economists have been warning about for the
- 17:26Speaker 7: past few weeks.
- 17:28Speaker 8: So my own probability of recession has gone up from
- 17:30Speaker 8: ten percent at the beginning of the year to somewhere
- 17:34Speaker 8: between twenty five and thirty percent. So it's a risk scenario.
- 17:37Speaker 8: It is not a baseline. Is there so many things
- 17:40Speaker 8: moving right now that I'm afraid business will step back
- 17:45Speaker 8: and say, you know what, let me wait and see
- 17:47Speaker 8: how things evolve, and if that happens, then the economy
- 17:50Speaker 8: slows all right.
- 17:52Speaker 1: So this is interesting because the stall speed this is
- 17:54Speaker 1: a term I had heard before and I wasn't really
- 17:57Speaker 1: sure how it applied, but I think he is exactly right.
- 18:01Speaker 1: What we could be facing right now is this period
- 18:04Speaker 1: of slow down without it really being a recession, but
- 18:08Speaker 1: it could definitely lead into one. There are so many
- 18:11Speaker 1: as they kind of induced there is. There is a
- 18:13Speaker 1: lot of working parts right now, both on the QEA
- 18:16Speaker 1: side but also on the global macro side. This is
- 18:20Speaker 1: the thing that plays into it now. Michael Saylor had
- 18:21Speaker 1: an interesting statement and this was a video. We did
- 18:24Speaker 1: a full video on this whole strategy and theory yesterday,
- 18:28Speaker 1: and what he was saying was that Truff's tariffs could
- 18:31Speaker 1: be stealth QE, weakening the dollar, fueling inflation and forcing
- 18:36Speaker 1: the FED to cut rates or expand the balance sheet,
- 18:40Speaker 1: so this liquidity could be on the way in if
- 18:43Speaker 1: that isn't true in fact the case now, remember we
- 18:46Speaker 1: talked about it in that video and it was yesterday
- 18:49Speaker 1: where we were talking about three potential rate cuts. Remembered,
- 18:53Speaker 1: less than a month ago, we were not talking we
- 18:55Speaker 1: were talking about zero rate cuts in twenty twenty five.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Now we're already up to potentially three. Something has changed
- 19:01Speaker 1: between the Fed and the White House. I don't know
- 19:05Speaker 1: where this is going, but something is definitely a foot
- 19:08Speaker 1: here or where this is going to play out. Dollar
- 19:11Speaker 1: and rates and oil are heading lower. All specific aims
- 19:15Speaker 1: of Bessett and Scott has talked about this. This is
- 19:18Speaker 1: you know the Treasure secretary, he's talked about this at length.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Is that this is something that is a structured model
- 19:25Speaker 1: on how they're trying to address the conditions and financial
- 19:28Speaker 1: conditions are now easing fast. Lead risk as assets are
- 19:31Speaker 1: by a couple of months should signal a good que two.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So this would be both fortech and crypto. Some of
- 19:37Speaker 1: these people are kind of looking at it. I agree
- 19:38Speaker 1: with Raoul on this point is that if this does orchestrate,
- 19:43Speaker 1: but it's very sensitive. There's a lot of working parts.
- 19:46Speaker 1: These tearffs still have some I think validity. I think
- 19:49Speaker 1: still the Ukraine situation has a lot of validity. But
- 19:51Speaker 1: the bigger thing right now is the amount of money
- 19:55Speaker 1: that's going into the global ecosystem. And if you just
- 19:58Speaker 1: look at what Germany did, Germany really kind of went
- 20:02Speaker 1: off the res off the reserve, so to speak, and
- 20:05Speaker 1: has start to put their amount of printing at a surplus.
- 20:10Speaker 1: So what it's the most ever in history of Germany.
- 20:14Speaker 1: So that move right there could see some other domino
- 20:18Speaker 1: start to fall in the EU as well. So with
- 20:21Speaker 1: that being said, the US dollar Dixie right there is
- 20:24Speaker 1: falling bet a blow. It's two hundred day moving average
- 20:27Speaker 1: for the first time since November. This could be another
- 20:29Speaker 1: factor right here that again plays into the potential of
- 20:33Speaker 1: risk assets and the stock markets starting to cease movement here.
- 20:36Speaker 1: So all this could play very good, but it is
- 20:39Speaker 1: delicate right now. Dan Gambardello says, Hey, look, since Trump
- 20:45Speaker 1: took office, the dollars started as its descend, just like
- 20:47Speaker 1: he said or did in the first term. The fractal
- 20:50Speaker 1: might be the most important fractal in crypto. Last cycle,
- 20:54Speaker 1: this triggered a parabolic, but run. Everybody was probably looking
- 20:57Speaker 1: at that the Dixie last time. When the dollar is weaker,
- 21:01Speaker 1: crypto is stronger vice versa. So this could be the
- 21:04Speaker 1: scenario which fundamentals right now and I would agree, are
- 21:08Speaker 1: one hundred times stronger now. Granted it's fundamentals, but also
- 21:12Speaker 1: a lot of manipulation, guys, because we have entered into
- 21:15Speaker 1: a new era in crypto, and it's one that I
- 21:17Speaker 1: think a lot of the crypto market is a little
- 21:20Speaker 1: upset with. And that is because they understand now that
- 21:24Speaker 1: you know, the chain is off and the big bulldogs
- 21:28Speaker 1: are in the yard, and I think that's the problem
- 21:31Speaker 1: that many people are trying to deal with right now.
- 21:33Speaker 1: It's what we've seen with these little you know, antics
- 21:36Speaker 1: of what we know probably are as insider trading, but
- 21:39Speaker 1: we'll see, we'll see. It still has a lot to say.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Let's talk about Solana for a second. This is something
- 21:46Speaker 1: that's coming up, and of course Solana is going to
- 21:48Speaker 1: announce well already announced May twenty second, third in DC
- 21:51Speaker 1: or excuse me, in New York. This is a big
- 21:54Speaker 1: one because it's called the event for Solana Accelerate. This
- 21:58Speaker 1: is similar, I guess this is similar to point, my
- 22:00Speaker 1: question is are they really going to showcase as an
- 22:04Speaker 1: American company, because I think by then we are going
- 22:07Speaker 1: to have very clear situations with American based crypto that
- 22:13Speaker 1: it's going to dictate a lot of strategy overall for
- 22:18Speaker 1: many of these blockchains and many of these projects going forward.
- 22:21Speaker 1: So we got to look at it, guys, we got
- 22:23Speaker 1: to look at it. Arbitram was just listed on Robinhood.
- 22:26Speaker 1: This is a big deal because robinhood does not list
- 22:29Speaker 1: new projects very often, and of course Arbitram took a
- 22:32Speaker 1: nice little bump up. Final up is we'll take a
- 22:34Speaker 1: look at the chart on Bitcoin. Of course, a little
- 22:37Speaker 1: bit of move up here recently over the last couple
- 22:39Speaker 1: of days, starting to perch back into the ninety k range.
- 22:44Speaker 1: And I think as we get into this and you
- 22:46Speaker 1: look at XRP holding it around two fifty right now,
- 22:50Speaker 1: Solana holding it around one forty five right now, this
- 22:54Speaker 1: of course is these manipulation bars that we've seen in
- 22:57Speaker 1: a lot of these things. And even if we go
- 22:58Speaker 1: Intole's go into uniswap, that had a nice little move
- 23:01Speaker 1: up back up to round seven thirty eight. So this
- 23:04Speaker 1: might be a goodbye for a lot of these tokens. Again,
- 23:07Speaker 1: if you zoom out and kind of take a look
- 23:09Speaker 1: at some of these projects, many of them are nearing
- 23:13Speaker 1: some of their all time lows. So good timing here,
- 23:16Speaker 1: and remember this could be the one rabel Pal says
- 23:19Speaker 1: this all time. This is the cycle that we could
- 23:21Speaker 1: see that makes a lot of wealth transfer, maybe for
- 23:25Speaker 1: the first time into millennials in gen Z. So kudos
- 23:29Speaker 1: to everybody that's in crypto out there. If you're not
- 23:32Speaker 1: subscribed to our Diamond Circle, we'll get in on that
- 23:34Speaker 1: and also get into my telegram group. There's only one
- 23:37Speaker 1: telegram group out there, guys, I have no others. It's
- 23:40Speaker 1: only one. It's official Paul Baron and we leave a
