- 1:38Speaker 1: birthday coming up here on The Woody Show Today, August
- 1:42Speaker 1: tenth is National Lazy Day, which let's go back to that. Well, Yeah,
- 1:48Speaker 1: I think I told you, like I think I've determined
- 1:50Speaker 1: that I'm really you know, I really prefer the weekend
- 1:52Speaker 1: lifestyle so bizarre. Yeah, it's like I got really got
- 1:56Speaker 1: really good at it over the years. Yeah. Never used
- 1:58Speaker 1: to be good at days off for you know, weekends
- 2:01Speaker 1: and stuff kind of would just get antsy, And that
- 2:04Speaker 1: just makes perfect and you go like, you know what, man,
- 2:06Speaker 1: I'm I'm when Monday, when Monday comes.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Around, I'll be ready to go back. I mean those
- 2:10Speaker 4: days have long gone about do nothing weekends. But like,
- 2:14Speaker 4: what do you like actually do because you say you
- 2:17Speaker 4: don't watch anything, So what are you actually doing on
- 2:19Speaker 4: that do nothing weekend?
- 2:21Speaker 1: Things that have been putting off like some kind of
- 2:23Speaker 1: like oh, we had this desk area, you know, that
- 2:27Speaker 1: had a bunch of stuff that kind of got collecting.
- 2:29Speaker 1: You know, everybody's got that area of the house where
- 2:30Speaker 1: things collect. Like you want to get something out of
- 2:34Speaker 1: out of the way, you put it over here on
- 2:35Speaker 1: in our case, this desk that sits in our bedroom, Greg,
- 2:38Speaker 1: so it's out of the way of like compass desk
- 2:43Speaker 1: in the bedroom, a clutter. Not to sound bougie, but
- 2:46Speaker 1: it's a seating area in the in the master bedroom.
- 2:50Speaker 1: The whole idea was that that that's where I could
- 2:52Speaker 1: sit and like you know, do bills or do some
- 2:54Speaker 1: work and get away from the chaos of the house.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Because the kids are a little time, we've never used it,
- 2:57Speaker 1: we're probably gonna move it out. Like you know, we
- 3:00Speaker 1: had to go through that. My wife had a bunch
- 3:02Speaker 1: of stuff to uh, you know for donation and things
- 3:05Speaker 1: like that, but just productive stuff, you know, whatever you
- 3:08Speaker 1: want or if you don't want to do anything. Sometimes
- 3:09Speaker 1: it's you know, I'm gonna do I'm gonna take a nap. Good.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, what about grilling? You're a good griller.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Uh yeah, you know, if if we if you if
- 3:18Speaker 1: you get the if you get that breeze.
- 3:20Speaker 2: It accounts as doing nothing, right, yeah, I think so.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Yeah, we don't have cree plans, concrete plans. Like do
- 3:26Speaker 1: nothing means it's not like there's nothing we're going here
- 3:29Speaker 1: on this day at this time. It's no plans weekend,
- 3:31Speaker 1: no plans weekend. Whatever comes up today is a National
- 3:35Speaker 1: Shapewear Day.
- 3:38Speaker 5: Is that.
- 3:40Speaker 6: That's like sanks like foundation yeahthletics.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You use shapewear menace.
- 3:47Speaker 4: I get like fabletics, not actual shapewear, but they that's
- 3:51Speaker 4: the stuff that kind of squeeze you in right girdle.
- 3:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Oh, I got these news shorts off Amazon. Yeah, and
- 4:00Speaker 4: they look like regular shorts, but under the shorts they
- 4:04Speaker 4: are kind of like spandexy spandexy, and you can plete
- 4:07Speaker 4: your phone. It's a little hidden pocket.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Oh that's nice. Yes, yeah, it's actually having that too. Yeah,
- 4:15Speaker 1: but the lady's been, like Gina said, lady's been having it,
- 4:19Speaker 1: but the technology has gone over to men. Well, if
- 4:22Speaker 1: you're shopping, it's a National Bargain Hunting Week, noice every week, Greg,
- 4:26Speaker 1: here's something bougie afternoon tea week. It's National spoil your
- 4:31Speaker 1: Dog Day every day, maybe every it's It's vlogging Day. No,
- 4:36Speaker 1: thank you. It was Today in History Today in nineteen
- 4:40Speaker 1: eighty five. Michael Jackson bought ATV Music, which is every
- 4:44Speaker 1: Beatles song in eighty five in nineteen eighty five, and
- 4:49Speaker 1: he bought it for forty seven million dollars. I know
- 4:53Speaker 1: you hear about these deals down like people selling their calid,
- 4:55Speaker 1: But we're talking about the Beatles, like the Beatles catalog
- 4:58Speaker 1: crazy forty seven million dollar and uh, that destroyed his
- 5:02Speaker 1: friendship with Paul McCartney. Oh well that was that was
- 5:05Speaker 1: That was the end of that. That's the story.
- 5:06Speaker 4: The story is that Paul McCartney told Michael Jackson like, hey,
- 5:10Speaker 4: good investments are buying up catalogs, and then he ended
- 5:13Speaker 4: up buying the Beatles, Like why.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Would Paul McCartney buy it? Then exactly, he's got Beatles
- 5:19Speaker 1: money if.
- 5:19Speaker 8: A company owned it, if you sold it, which means
- 5:21Speaker 8: you sold it at some point Paul anymore.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Well, that was kind of the story behind Uh, Taylor Swift,
- 5:27Speaker 4: like everybody you by the catalog, dude.
- 5:31Speaker 1: One of the other stories I heard about Michael Jackson
- 5:33Speaker 1: and this is my love look petty, like, I forget
- 5:36Speaker 1: what Eminem said about Michael Jackson, you know, at one point,
- 5:39Speaker 1: but then Michael Jackson went and bought I think the
- 5:43Speaker 1: rights are something to one of Adam M's either biggest
- 5:45Speaker 1: albums or biggest songs, and so every time the song played,
- 5:48Speaker 1: Michael Jackson was the one getting Oh, that's fun good
- 5:51Speaker 1: for him, that's pretty funny.
- 5:53Speaker 6: And by the way, forty seven million okay, But in
- 5:56Speaker 6: nineteen eighty five five, that would be one hundred and
- 5:58Speaker 6: forty six million.
- 6:00Speaker 1: But even for the Beatles. We're talking about the Beatles,
- 6:04Speaker 1: heard of them? Yeah? All right, Time to play the
- 6:06Speaker 1: Woody Show original trademark copyright game. Is this a chick
- 6:09Speaker 1: or a dude? I love this game?
- 6:11Speaker 4: All right?
- 6:11Speaker 1: So I'm gonna tell you a story. I got a
- 6:13Speaker 1: little clip here. You gotta tell me. Is this a
- 6:15Speaker 1: chick or is this a dude? People have been talking
- 6:17Speaker 1: about this story. Maybe you've seen something about it already.
- 6:20Speaker 1: If you did, please what are the refuse your recuse yourself?
- 6:26Speaker 1: Recuse what is it?
- 6:29Speaker 2: All right? Please?
- 6:30Speaker 1: In Houston, Texas say a forty seven year old funeral
- 6:33Speaker 1: home operator forged the will of this seventy eight year
- 6:36Speaker 1: old dude after he died. This is back in twenty
- 6:38Speaker 1: twenty five. In the forgery, he claimed to be a
- 6:42Speaker 1: surviving spouse, and he used fake documents and a fake
- 6:45Speaker 1: death certificate to take control of his estate. See the
- 6:48Speaker 1: scamming is everywhere, even after death. Even in death, prosecutors
- 6:51Speaker 1: say they stole more than two point two million in money, property,
- 6:55Speaker 1: and vehicles before this whole scheme was uncovered and when
- 6:58Speaker 1: they investigated the funeral home. They found dozens of boxes
- 7:01Speaker 1: containing cremated remains that families had either been waiting months
- 7:04Speaker 1: and even years for. They also found a bucket of
- 7:07Speaker 1: human organs. Reporters tried to get them to comment, but
- 7:12Speaker 1: they were getting ignorant and getting in some sick burns
- 7:16Speaker 1: on the on the reporter. So listening, guess is this
- 7:19Speaker 1: a man or is this a woman? I don't have
- 7:22Speaker 1: nothing to say. What about did those documents?
- 7:32Speaker 4: Did your mother forge them for them?
- 7:35Speaker 1: Got them?
- 7:39Speaker 7: Say?
- 7:40Speaker 4: So?
- 7:41Speaker 1: Is this a man? Or is this a woman?
- 7:43Speaker 6: A fabulous man, a.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Fabulous many insults.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Based on certain things. Woman.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Woman.
- 7:51Speaker 2: I will tell you afterwards.
- 7:53Speaker 1: About correct, lamboyant man? All right, menace, I recuse myself.
- 7:59Speaker 8: He cruises, all right, sammy man, man, have you seen
- 8:04Speaker 8: this one? I'm really but I want to hear what
- 8:06Speaker 8: Greg has to say because those insults to me scream
- 8:09Speaker 8: gay man.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Yeah all right, Greg, I'm still sticking with woman, sticking
- 8:13Speaker 1: with woman.
- 8:13Speaker 2: But you want to explain, well, when you were setting
- 8:15Speaker 2: it up in the traditional heteronormative sense, took his will,
- 8:20Speaker 2: altered his will, and claimed to be a former spouse,
- 8:24Speaker 2: So I went with woman.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Can't get married Greg's that's what.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I said in the heteronormative world.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Okay, alright, well this is a trick question. It's a
- 8:35Speaker 1: dude who thinks he's a chick. Okay, I'd say I
- 8:38Speaker 1: got closes. It goes by the name Unique Green. Google
- 8:42Speaker 1: it and here's just a couple of the pictures that
- 8:43Speaker 1: come up and full on like you know, you know
- 8:47Speaker 1: what getting green.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Hey, girl, you're gonna have to go way back for
- 8:51Speaker 6: this reference. But I'm kind of getting a Hollywood from
- 8:53Speaker 6: the movie mannekin vibe.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, Jesus, yeah, thats a good movie thing.
- 9:02Speaker 7: What about you?
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm a celebrity mother forged them forge them video. He
- 9:13Speaker 1: was wearing a suit he's wearing in the video. He's
- 9:15Speaker 1: wearing a she thank you, Like it's all reference in
- 9:19Speaker 1: all the articles I as. Okay, this is wearing like
- 9:23Speaker 1: a smock slash scrubs. Yeah it looks like yeah, it
- 9:26Speaker 1: looks like it looks like medical scrubs. And it's a
- 9:28Speaker 1: giant neck tattoo and a five o'clock shadow. Pretty cool.
- 9:32Speaker 6: What is her name?
- 9:33Speaker 1: Unique Green? Here's the thing I would do business with
- 9:36Speaker 1: this person. Okay, so you have money in this person's pocket.
- 9:39Speaker 1: You have a dead relative, you show up at the
- 9:41Speaker 1: funeral home and this is there, and you're like, yeah,
- 9:44Speaker 1: seems legit, no problems, Like just they open their mouth
- 9:48Speaker 1: and they sound crazy, right because all all the clips,
- 9:52Speaker 1: all the things, Like, man, what the hell's going anyway?
- 9:53Speaker 1: So the judge set the bond eight hundred thousand dollars
- 9:56Speaker 1: ordered her to stay out of the funeral business while
- 9:59Speaker 1: the criminal case moves forward. You stay out of the
- 10:04Speaker 1: funeral business.
- 10:05Speaker 9: Could you imagine a waiting for your relatives ashes for
- 10:08Speaker 9: over a year.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Like what are you waiting on? I'll tell you what, Like,
- 10:11Speaker 1: what's taking so long?
- 10:12Speaker 4: Here?
- 10:13Speaker 1: Just give me, give me everything back. I'm gonna take
- 10:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna take my business elsewhere. I'll get my uncle
- 10:19Speaker 1: cremated down the street, put.
- 10:20Speaker 4: Them in the trunk and take them over.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Yeah, so cynical. I don't assume any of those ashes
- 10:25Speaker 2: are the actual ashes, probably with a big giantator and
- 10:29Speaker 2: they're like, yeah, just take a couple of pounds.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Yeah, they take your your pet or your loved one
- 10:34Speaker 1: or whatever. They throw them on the pile, and then
- 10:36Speaker 1: whenever they get around to you know, it's like it's
- 10:38Speaker 1: like how you uh, you go out and you split
- 10:40Speaker 1: a bunch of logs for the winter, and you have
- 10:42Speaker 1: them all kind of stocked into the into the woodship.
- 10:45Speaker 1: There you need it, and as you need them, you
- 10:47Speaker 1: just take them as you and as you need to
- 10:49Speaker 1: give people more ashes, you just kind of take a
- 10:51Speaker 1: scoop out of what you already burned up. Ye.
- 10:52Speaker 2: I was thinking, when you buy a car and you
- 10:54Speaker 2: make the offer, let me go talk to my manager.
- 10:56Speaker 2: They disappear for ten minutes talking to anybody. They're playing
- 10:59Speaker 2: a game. Yes, when you're waiting on the ashes, they're
- 11:02Speaker 2: just taking it out of a pile.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 9: Man, that hurts because we all brought in our dogs
- 11:05Speaker 9: ashes like we fought, right.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Do you and and do you identify those as your
- 11:11Speaker 1: dog's ashes?
- 11:12Speaker 4: I like to hope, So, well, there you go.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I think they throw I think they throw on like
- 11:16Speaker 1: the collar or like maybe like a like a chunk
- 11:19Speaker 1: of bone or a t or something, just to kind
- 11:21Speaker 1: of make chicken bones belongs to a dog. Yeah, because
- 11:24Speaker 1: that isn't the other thing they do. Like once they
- 11:26Speaker 1: they cremate somebody, don't, they put everything through a grinder
- 11:28Speaker 1: to make sure they get any kind of like bone fragments.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Make it more fine. Yeah, this is fun for a
- 11:34Speaker 1: Monday hunt. Yeah, good morning, cheer all right, time for
- 11:38Speaker 1: your birthdays. Show this Simar and you know you don't.

- 14:25Speaker 1: Man Jeff g sprays this.
- 14:31Speaker 4: Today, make it all the way into your mouth.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Sorry it'side my mouth. But like all that stuff hand sanitizer,
- 14:37Speaker 1: I don't know if I thought your senses kind of
- 14:40Speaker 1: dulled as you got older, the hand sanitizer has either
- 14:44Speaker 1: gotten a lot stronger or these things have gotten a
- 14:46Speaker 1: lot stronger. Maybe because we have more intense bacteria and
- 14:50Speaker 1: stuff on the planet. I don't know. It's like they
- 14:52Speaker 1: have to have like more hardcore stuff to fight the
- 14:54Speaker 1: more hardre stuff that's out there. I thought, lie all reach,
- 14:58Speaker 1: I always thought i'd smelled like bombit. Yeah, well remember
- 15:01Speaker 1: that stuff that he brought in at first? You liked it.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Oh yes, but then after but then Greg couldn't go
- 15:06Speaker 1: to the restroom more than five times.
- 15:11Speaker 2: And it's still Yeah, Like I.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Say, it gets it gets more potent. My uh, my
- 15:15Speaker 1: daughter just got some stuff, some hand sanitizer and I swear, dude,
- 15:21Speaker 1: and it turned my stomach. It smells like robotussin, and
- 15:26Speaker 1: robotussin to me, is the most foul tasting. That is
- 15:30Speaker 1: like one of those core memories of being sick and
- 15:34Speaker 1: your mom giving you a robotussin. Yeah, and that's why
- 15:39Speaker 1: I never understood when you saw like the wrappers and
- 15:42Speaker 1: stuff doing yeah, the double cupping, Yeah, yeah, they were
- 15:47Speaker 1: You're drinking that stuff on Like I could be so
- 15:50Speaker 1: sick and this would be the cure, and I would
- 15:52Speaker 1: still go, eh, is it that bad? I'm good? Yeah, man,
- 15:55Speaker 1: The smell of robotussin instantly turns my stomach. Yeah.
- 15:58Speaker 4: But they would mix it, they put so in it.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I'm like, this is what and this this is what
- 16:02Speaker 1: you make hand sanitize her to smell like. I made
- 16:05Speaker 1: her get rid of it. I like, I'll take it
- 16:06Speaker 1: a store. I'll buy you a different kind. You can't
- 16:08Speaker 1: have that in this house. Was it like grape or chair.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I don't know what the flavor was. Well, the stuff
- 16:13Speaker 1: Jeff had last week was like this almost like a
- 16:16Speaker 1: close Yeah.
- 16:18Speaker 6: It was good yeah, yeah for a minute.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Yeah, and then it was Jeff's so crazy? Are you
- 16:24Speaker 1: a germ of phobe officially? Yeah to the tenth degree.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Now where did that come from?
- 16:30Speaker 4: Uh?
- 16:31Speaker 9: My mom really because she had a kidney transplant, right,
- 16:34Speaker 9: so she doesn't have an immune system at all, so
- 16:37Speaker 9: she got on it and then she made everyone around
- 16:39Speaker 9: her to get so.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Yeah, why don't you just get her and the immune
- 16:46Speaker 1: system store.
- 16:47Speaker 8: There maybelace maybe maybe Yeah, So she kind of did it,
- 16:52Speaker 8: and then it rubbed off on me and then now
- 16:54Speaker 8: it's just become like.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Super c D.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it probably is not even effective anymore for him.
- 16:59Speaker 1: I'm sure he uses so much they said, like antibiotics. Yeah,
- 17:04Speaker 1: like if you take too many of them, it stops
- 17:06Speaker 1: being effected. This is like your standard, your new zero.
- 17:10Speaker 1: It doesn't even like do anything anymore. He's used so much.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Hands And are your hands super like dried up?
- 17:15Speaker 4: That's pretty soft?
- 17:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's good flathered weekend cheers and jeers menace. Uh well,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I first cheers.
- 17:30Speaker 4: I went to these uh this radio station event for
- 17:33Speaker 4: a show called Petros and Money, and they had an
- 17:38Speaker 4: awesome event. I just wanted to go to another event
- 17:41Speaker 4: and see how people do things. And they had kind
- 17:43Speaker 4: of had to like set up like a little fair.
- 17:46Speaker 4: It was pretty incredible. I had to really some stuff. No,
- 17:50Speaker 4: but just like you know when we went to Gabriel
- 17:52Speaker 4: Iglesias's birthday party, he had like all these food stations.
- 17:56Speaker 4: All the start off games do they had like the
- 17:58Speaker 4: same setup. They just didn't have a fair as wheel.
- 18:00Speaker 4: And then like they had this huge stage and they
- 18:02Speaker 4: had all their listeners there and I thought it was
- 18:04Speaker 4: really cool. It was at the Van's headquarters and the
- 18:08Speaker 4: layout was incredible. So I just want to see how
- 18:11Speaker 4: people do things, and you love headquarters.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And I love headquarters. But it was just like and stuff.
- 18:19Speaker 7: No.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I didn't go like actually inside restaroom.
- 18:22Speaker 4: No no, no.
- 18:22Speaker 1: It was like giving their big like patio area that
- 18:25Speaker 1: they had this event, and it was really really cool.
- 18:28Speaker 4: So I enjoyed that. My my gears though, is uh
- 18:33Speaker 4: And I heard like I heard Howard Stern mentioned this
- 18:36Speaker 4: once he goes you get a point in life where
- 18:39Speaker 4: all your phone calls become bad calls. You know where
- 18:42Speaker 4: people call you and check in and it's just bad news.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:46Speaker 4: I think I've reached that point in my age, in
- 18:48Speaker 4: my in my life where a lot of calls that
- 18:51Speaker 4: I just get.
- 18:51Speaker 1: It's just bad news, like you know with health issues
- 18:54Speaker 1: and people with health issues or something bad happened to
- 18:56Speaker 1: him or somebody. No, not No, It's like my buddy
- 19:02Speaker 1: called me the other day he told me his mom
- 19:03Speaker 1: passed away.
- 19:05Speaker 4: And then also Spicy Nacho was out of town. My
- 19:08Speaker 4: wife she fell and injured her knee, and I'm like
- 19:11Speaker 4: trying to like coordinate her going to the doctor and
- 19:14Speaker 4: that and get her back. We'll find out were I
- 19:17Speaker 4: have the check in with another doctor crutches or she's
- 19:19Speaker 4: on crutches.
- 19:20Speaker 1: She can barely walk.
- 19:22Speaker 5: You know.
- 19:22Speaker 1: It's like I want to go.
- 19:24Speaker 4: Back to where I was a kid, and I didn't
- 19:26Speaker 4: even if you heard about a problem, the adults were
- 19:29Speaker 4: taking care of.
- 19:29Speaker 6: It, you know, not you well, and if you heard
- 19:32Speaker 6: the phone ring, you dove for it because it could
- 19:34Speaker 6: be something exciting.
- 19:35Speaker 1: I know, because like with Nacho and her knee, like
- 19:38Speaker 1: she wouldn't be able to do as much for you. No,
- 19:41Speaker 1: it was just gonna affect me. Yeah, she won't be
- 19:43Speaker 1: able to pack my suitcase, my laundry metas called like
- 19:49Speaker 1: his friend. It's like, dude, Nacho's injured. Now I'm gonna
- 19:52Speaker 1: have to do this stuff on my own.
- 19:53Speaker 4: I mean when she was I cleaned the house like crazy,
- 19:56Speaker 4: did all the laundry.
- 19:57Speaker 1: It was It was fun, But did you do it right? Well,
- 20:02Speaker 1: we'll find out who's the clean one in the relationship.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I think I'm starry to be the clean one orderly
- 20:09Speaker 1: you were you were talking about like yeah, because you know,
- 20:11Speaker 1: we were out of town for I think it's.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Kind of falling off where I'm the cleaner one.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Jeff Jeff got home. Yeah, it was just the place
- 20:17Speaker 1: with a mess.
- 20:18Speaker 9: Yeah, dude, like you needed to be vacuum. There was
- 20:20Speaker 9: crap all over the counter. Your head would have exploded.
- 20:26Speaker 9: You live and I'm not here exactly. Do you guys
- 20:29Speaker 9: have a part of you when I was here even
- 20:31Speaker 9: keeping exactly?
- 20:33Speaker 4: So yesterday everyone was gone and all I did was clean.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll be honest, I don't think I'm like a
- 20:40Speaker 1: really good deep cleaner, you know, like organizing, Yeah, just
- 20:44Speaker 1: organizing more tidy not yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, there's a difference.
- 20:49Speaker 1: There's organized, but not even organized. But there's like you
- 20:52Speaker 1: know where there's not just clutter correct scrubbed correct. Yeah,
- 20:58Speaker 1: I think I can do a better job at the scrubbing.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Sammy cheers and jeers.
- 21:02Speaker 10: My cheers is to Bloomingdale's Loyalist rewards.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I know, I know it should be like the Basic
- 21:11Speaker 1: Bit report cheers. She doesn't get to participate in that.
- 21:15Speaker 1: We just checked in with Sammy on the Basic Report.
- 21:17Speaker 6: How's your laundry, how are your points?
- 21:19Speaker 1: And what's going on Bloomingdale's.
- 21:21Speaker 10: So I usually am not a big rewards person. I
- 21:24Speaker 10: don't want to sign up for your credit cards. I
- 21:25Speaker 10: don't want to sign up for your loyalist program. I
- 21:28Speaker 10: was talked into the Bloomingdale's one and now over the weekend,
- 21:31Speaker 10: I just got a curling iron for free because I
- 21:33Speaker 10: had so many rewards ports points, and I'm psyched about
- 21:37Speaker 10: it because I haven't got a new curling iron.
- 21:39Speaker 1: In so long. Just a curling iron, it depends if
- 21:42Speaker 1: you want a good one. It's t three noticed what
- 21:49Speaker 1: makes that one good?
- 21:51Speaker 6: It's probably ceramic or porcelain. It doesn't burn your hair. Yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 6: you don't meddle fry your hair off.
- 21:57Speaker 2: I've never seen your hair with so much of as
- 21:59Speaker 2: a wave in it, Like, it's perfectly straight. What do
- 22:02Speaker 2: you need a curling iron for?
- 22:03Speaker 1: She could do a free scrag. Yeah, I don't do
- 22:05Speaker 1: my hair when I come here.
- 22:06Speaker 10: But also because my hair is straight, I need a
- 22:09Speaker 10: curling iron when I curl it. It's fancy yes, for
- 22:13Speaker 10: fancy time, Yes, exactly, so super psyched on that. I
- 22:17Speaker 10: highly recommend rewards system so you get free stuff.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Yeah, everybody Bloomingdale's. Yeah, you know, get on board.
- 22:23Speaker 2: You rack up nine thousand dollars orth the points and
- 22:25Speaker 2: you get a free nineteen dollars.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it'll pay off at some point.
- 22:30Speaker 2: It's just so much savings.
- 22:32Speaker 10: And my gears goes out to coyotes because I was
- 22:37Speaker 10: walking my dog over the weekend and other people around
- 22:41Speaker 10: were walking their dogs too, but bigger dogs. And there
- 22:44Speaker 10: was a guy with a bigger dog who came up
- 22:45Speaker 10: to me and said, hey, just pass that fence up there.
- 22:48Speaker 10: I mean, I'm walking straight in the direction there are
- 22:50Speaker 10: four houses. He said, there's a coyote on the other
- 22:52Speaker 10: side of that fence right there. I just saw it,
- 22:54Speaker 10: so then I had to just pick her up and
- 22:55Speaker 10: run run away basically, and didn't get to finish my
- 22:59Speaker 10: walk and it's so and I'm like, why are coyotes
- 23:01Speaker 10: still out at this time?
- 23:03Speaker 1: So it wow? Do they not know what time it is?
- 23:10Speaker 1: It's not the time to be out schedule, it's not done.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Or dust closes.
- 23:17Speaker 10: So yeah, I had to cut my whole walk short
- 23:18Speaker 10: because there's coyotes around in the neighborhood.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Came, wow, I don't want to do to get eaten
- 23:24Speaker 1: nature in the world. A huge swing between like her
- 23:30Speaker 1: cheer and her jeer, right, like we talk about like,
- 23:32Speaker 1: you know, overall, like if a jeer is a ten
- 23:36Speaker 1: and a cheer is a ten and a jeer is
- 23:38Speaker 1: a one, you know, Bloomingdale's you know rewards, right. But
- 23:43Speaker 1: I'm saying, like, if your biggest problem is that you
- 23:45Speaker 1: had to cut your walk short because a wild animal
- 23:48Speaker 1: was out in the wilds greatly golf, that's the biggest jeer,
- 23:53Speaker 1: you know what I mean?
- 23:53Speaker 6: It'scial contracting dusk, Sam, I get it, But no more.
- 23:59Speaker 4: I have a question.
- 23:59Speaker 9: How can me didn't take the dog back home and
- 24:01Speaker 9: just continue your walk?
- 24:04Speaker 11: Well, because I didn't really feel like I drove to
- 24:08Speaker 11: my old neighborhood that I really still love and took
- 24:11Speaker 11: her on a walk there because I love walking around there,
- 24:14Speaker 11: So it was really just back to the car.
- 24:16Speaker 4: Oh got it?
- 24:16Speaker 1: Yeah, Greg, cheers and jeers.
- 24:19Speaker 2: I'm gonna say cheers to having daylight again. So I've
- 24:23Speaker 2: mentioned this a couple of times that I'm getting my
- 24:25Speaker 2: house painted and the windows have been covered with.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Paper and tapee a week.
- 24:31Speaker 2: My wet dream used to be to survive the apocalypse
- 24:36Speaker 2: and it's just me and the outside world. Maybe there's
- 24:39Speaker 2: zombies out there, but who cares because I'm boarded up
- 24:41Speaker 2: at home. Hell no, not anymore. It's so depressing. And
- 24:45Speaker 2: they finally took the paper off. I can finally see
- 24:47Speaker 2: out the window, and it's like being set free.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I love it. It's great, so happy.
- 24:52Speaker 6: I don't know how you lived with like a boarded up,
- 24:55Speaker 6: haunted house.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Yeah it was. I mean, talk about taking something for granted.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Being able to see out a window. Heaven.
- 25:02Speaker 1: I'm so happy. So glad that's over.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Jeers. Simple round sunglasses. Round sunglasses are the nose ring
- 25:10Speaker 2: of eyewear. Nobody nobody looks good in the one thousand, really,
- 25:17Speaker 2: and I feel like.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I'm noticing them more.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I was out the other day and some dude was
- 25:22Speaker 2: wearing it, and I thought, douche.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Bag, you'd be like John Lennon's Yes, just a perfect
- 25:27Speaker 1: circle in any form looks good on nobody. The tiny,
- 25:31Speaker 1: small ones, not the bigger no matter what John bigger, yes, right,
- 25:37Speaker 1: I mean if they're smaller, that's not perfect circle.
- 25:41Speaker 2: If they're big, like if a woman's wearing big round ones,
- 25:43Speaker 2: it could maybe they could pull.
- 25:45Speaker 1: It like oversized.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree with you.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Kate Hudson on the Almost Famous any Lane. Yeah, I
- 25:53Speaker 1: don't know. Round sunglasses must.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Preach Greg.
- 25:58Speaker 4: Yeah, they are back.
- 25:59Speaker 2: They guess they're back, and they're dumb. You look like
- 26:01Speaker 2: a douche.
- 26:04Speaker 1: That's it. It's terrible.
- 26:06Speaker 6: All that ninety stuff is back, the big Gs, the
- 26:09Speaker 6: whole vibe is all trying.
- 26:11Speaker 2: To help people.
- 26:12Speaker 1: No Woody show. What about those trending news headlines, Gina
- 26:18Speaker 1: graand Well.
- 26:18Speaker 6: Spider Man is still killing it in the theaters. It
- 26:21Speaker 6: was number one again this week. Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey
- 26:24Speaker 6: hanging in there at number two. The rom com One
- 26:27Speaker 6: Night Only is in third, Our Buddy is over at
- 26:29Speaker 6: Broken Lizard. They finished fourth with Super Troopers three and
- 26:32Speaker 6: Toy Story five rounds out the top five. Still hanging
- 26:35Speaker 6: on and two people died and twelve were injured when
- 26:39Speaker 6: a boat capsized in New York City. It happened near
- 26:42Speaker 6: the Statue of Liberty. The Coast Guard n YPD fd
- 26:45Speaker 6: N Y. They're still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Gives the boat to do that?
- 26:49Speaker 1: Yeah, the sight seeing things, that's what it sounds like.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Well, they think maybe it was like an illegal charter exactly.
- 26:56Speaker 2: He exceeded the capacity of this boat exactly.
- 26:59Speaker 6: So the two people who died were a twenty seven
- 27:01Speaker 6: year old woman and her five month old daughter. So
- 27:03Speaker 6: it wasn't for work, you know, it was definitely sight seeing.
- 27:06Speaker 6: The boats operator was arrested and charged with reckless engagement,
- 27:09Speaker 6: and like you said, they're looking into whether it was
- 27:10Speaker 6: even legal to begin with.
- 27:12Speaker 2: That sucks.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very sad.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Well.
- 27:14Speaker 6: The trial of former gang leader Dwayne Keffe d Davis
- 27:18Speaker 6: is finally getting started in Vegas over the nineteen ninety.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Six murder of Tupac Shakur.
- 27:23Speaker 6: Prosecutors say Davis helped organize the drive by shooting and
- 27:26Speaker 6: supplied the gun, although they may never be able to
- 27:29Speaker 6: prove who actually pulled the trigger. So as a little recap.
- 27:32Speaker 6: Tupac was killed at only twenty five years old. I
- 27:34Speaker 6: can't believe it sounds like a baby now after going
- 27:37Speaker 6: to a Mike Tyson fight. Investigators think the shooting was
- 27:40Speaker 6: connected to a fight earlier that night between Tupac and
- 27:42Speaker 6: members of the South Side Compton Crips, including Davis's nephew.
- 27:46Speaker 6: So Davis was in the car when someone opened fire
- 27:48Speaker 6: on Tupac's car, but everyone else who was in that
- 27:51Speaker 6: car has since died.
- 27:52Speaker 1: So what was the whole deal of why it took
- 27:55Speaker 1: this long to get to this point?
- 27:57Speaker 4: Well, because he was making some de deels, the guy
- 28:01Speaker 4: that's been accused of the murder, he was making deals
- 28:04Speaker 4: with the police, and he thought that he had immunity
- 28:09Speaker 4: for the murder, and so he started talking. So he
- 28:13Speaker 4: admitted doing the murder, like multiple times.
- 28:15Speaker 6: Well he didn't just admit it. He wrote a memoir.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Exactly how he was involved and that part yeah.
- 28:21Speaker 4: Yeah, And now the police say, wait a minute, you
- 28:23Speaker 4: don't have immunity.
- 28:26Speaker 6: Exactly now, but menace, you're totally wrong because now he
- 28:30Speaker 6: says he's innocent, and the book's author exaggerated it just
- 28:34Speaker 6: to sell copies. So the trials expected to last about
- 28:38Speaker 6: a month.
- 28:38Speaker 1: There was a there was just this radio guy that
- 28:40Speaker 1: was busted in Milwaukee. Yeah, saw that. He was like,
- 28:44Speaker 1: he's a kiddie toucher. And the way that that came
- 28:49Speaker 1: out was, I guess he was talking to his therapist
- 28:52Speaker 1: and he was telling his therapist about this stuff. Now therapy,
- 28:55Speaker 1: they are, you know, obligated to keep their mouth shut
- 28:58Speaker 1: about a lot of things except things that are illegal
- 29:00Speaker 1: like that, like if you're blessing a child, yourself or
- 29:03Speaker 1: someone else. Yeah, exactly. So they sent the email off
- 29:07Speaker 1: to the cops. The cops rest this guy, and it
- 29:09Speaker 1: seems like he was telling enough people about it where
- 29:13Speaker 1: like he wanted to be caught because he was out
- 29:16Speaker 1: of control. He's like, man, you know, I have this problem.
- 29:19Speaker 1: It really weird. But the way that one came out
- 29:21Speaker 1: the same kind of thing. It's like he wrote an email. Yeah,
- 29:24Speaker 1: this guy wrote a we were cool. Yeah.
- 29:29Speaker 6: Well, remember how we talked about Chipotle pulling their halapinos
- 29:32Speaker 6: last week because of you know, salmonilla and salmoniler's. Well,
- 29:36Speaker 6: now Taylor Farms is recalling more than a dozen foods
- 29:39Speaker 6: containing halapinos after an outbreak that made three hundred and
- 29:42Speaker 6: forty five people sick in twenty seven states.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Isn't that the same company we had the lettuce show is? Yeah,
- 29:48Speaker 1: So what's going on to Taylor Farm?
- 29:49Speaker 6: It's it all gets traced back to Sineloa, Mexico. That's
- 29:53Speaker 6: where the problem is.
- 29:53Speaker 4: You'll see that name at a lot of places if
- 29:56Speaker 4: you like really look around. Yeah, like getting your grocery
- 29:58Speaker 4: store and stuff like that.
- 29:59Speaker 6: Well, speaking that, the recalled products include dips and sauces
- 30:02Speaker 6: and guacamoles sold at Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe s, Kroger,
- 30:05Speaker 6: all over the place. The foods were distributed in twenty
- 30:08Speaker 6: six states and have best of used by dates through
- 30:11Speaker 6: August sixteenth. Meanwhile, there's a new food born parasite outbreak
- 30:16Speaker 6: connected to Taylor Farms that's also growing. The FDA says
- 30:19Speaker 6: potentially contaminated iceberg lettuce was distributed to Subway.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Said, I'm good.
- 30:28Speaker 6: I figure if you're gonna eat lettuce, it's gonna be Iceberg.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I do have a question, have I been saying jalapenosjlapenos wrong?
- 30:34Speaker 1: Because how have you been saying it? Ijlapenos jalapenos pinos?
- 30:44Speaker 4: Yeah? But on ABC News last night, they were saying,
- 30:48Speaker 4: hala pennos. They were like, they're doing there were being
- 30:55Speaker 4: extra on the pronunciation, and I was like, dude, am
- 30:58Speaker 4: I saying it wrong?
- 30:59Speaker 1: I have been saying like kilipino peppers, jalapeno peppers, it's yellow.
- 31:07Speaker 1: And then you got over the ends and yeah yeah.
- 31:11Speaker 1: But they were like, I'm white. I don't know, I
- 31:14Speaker 1: don't know how to pronounce that. Yeah, Tilla's the way
- 31:19Speaker 1: they were saying last night on the news.
- 31:21Speaker 6: I'm like, have I been saying it at jalapeno? Is that?
- 31:25Speaker 1: Allowed? Pen Well Ben Jones.
- 31:28Speaker 6: He was best known for playing Cooter Davenport in the
- 31:31Speaker 6: as the lovable mechanic on The Dukes of Hazzard. He
- 31:34Speaker 6: has died at eighty four years old. His wife said,
- 31:38Speaker 6: good old boy, Yeah, just a good old harm. He
- 31:45Speaker 6: had a massive heart attack in home on Sunday while
- 31:47Speaker 6: watching his favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves. Jones appeared
- 31:50Speaker 6: in all seven seasons from nineteen seventy nine to nineteen
- 31:54Speaker 6: eighty five, and later returned for two Reunion movies, but
- 31:57Speaker 6: he eventually left acting and went to politics. He want
- 32:00Speaker 6: a seat in Congress in nineteen eighty eight and served
- 32:02Speaker 6: as a Democratic representative from Georgia from nineteen eighty nine
- 32:06Speaker 6: to nineteen ninety three.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I did.
- 32:08Speaker 6: I was not caught up by my post Dukes of
- 32:10Speaker 6: Hazzard trivia that is a pretty interesting I think.
- 32:13Speaker 2: There was a love boat person who went into politics
- 32:16Speaker 2: and then throw other actors that did.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Yeah, Dukes of Hazzard. I love that show as a
- 32:21Speaker 1: kid because I thought it was two things. Number one, generally,
- 32:24Speaker 1: it was cool how they got in and out of
- 32:26Speaker 1: the car because the doors didn't work, so they would
- 32:28Speaker 1: go in through the windows, right, and then they would
- 32:30Speaker 1: jump the car all the time, right, and so jump
- 32:33Speaker 1: in the car looked hell of cool. Yea, yeah, yeah.
- 32:36Speaker 1: I thought that was awesome because we.
- 32:38Speaker 6: Couldn't tell time when we were little. My mom's going
- 32:40Speaker 6: somewhere and we'd say, what are you going to be back?
- 32:41Speaker 6: And she'd say in one Duke's of Hazzard, Yeah.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Roscoe Pea Cole train, boss Hog, Yeah, boss Hog.
- 32:50Speaker 4: Shout out Daisy Duke.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Oh dude, Daisy Duke. That was funny. She wasn't on
- 32:55Speaker 1: my radar at all. Really, No, I was the little kid.
- 32:59Speaker 1: I wasn't like, you know, check out Daisy Duke. I mean, yeah,
- 33:03Speaker 1: I was like six. I was like, look at the car,
- 33:06Speaker 1: drip in the car. Yeah, I was all about the car.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Dude, the car, and I thought horns on it.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Yeah. I was thought like, you know it was cool
- 33:13Speaker 1: how like uh you know Roscoe peokul Train was such
- 33:15Speaker 1: an idiot totally. Yeah. It would hang out at the
- 33:18Speaker 1: hot his dog flash flash yeah, basset hound whatever yeah flash.
- 33:24Speaker 6: Yeah, Tom Wopat Who is the other one, John Schneider.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Yeah, but with Luke Duke Bone Luke Duke Man, Yeah,
- 33:31Speaker 1: I thought they were cool.
- 33:32Speaker 7: Man.
- 33:32Speaker 6: My brother was lucky because for his birthday one year
- 33:34Speaker 6: he got it generally like a little you know, action one.
- 33:37Speaker 1: And then you know it became problematic because of the
- 33:40Speaker 1: Confederate flag. Yeah, you know, the whole problem. But I
- 33:43Speaker 1: don't know, Bone Duke didn't seem racist or anything, right,
- 33:46Speaker 1: so they were meaning no harm.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:50Speaker 6: Well, the NFL Hall of Fame in Can't Ohio just
- 33:52Speaker 6: got some new bronze statues. The Pro Football Hall of
- 33:56Speaker 6: Fame officially welcome it's twenty twenty six class on.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Saturday with Drew Larry Fitzgerald, Luke.
- 34:01Speaker 6: Keighley, Adam Vin Terry and forty nine ers Legend Roger
- 34:05Speaker 6: Craig finally getting his gold jacket. Vinitary was the most
- 34:09Speaker 6: clutch kicker in NFL history, with four Super Bowl rings,
- 34:12Speaker 6: but he was also clutched with his induction speech.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Dude, it was great. Oh it was a total roast. Yeah,
- 34:17Speaker 1: he turned it into a roast. He was going after everybody,
- 34:20Speaker 1: went after like you know, Pat McAfee. Yeah, he went
- 34:22Speaker 1: after Bill Belichick. I think we have some audio of that. Yeah,
- 34:26Speaker 1: this is this is him talking about Pat McAfee. Now,
- 34:28Speaker 1: Pat McFee everybody knows from ESPN, but he was an
- 34:32Speaker 1: NFL player, is a kicker, He was a punter. Okay,
- 34:35Speaker 1: So the punter a lot of times will end up
- 34:37Speaker 1: being the person who, you know, when the place kicker
- 34:40Speaker 1: comes in to kick, like a field goal or an
- 34:42Speaker 1: extra point, the punter is usually the one who's doing
- 34:45Speaker 1: the hold.
- 34:46Speaker 7: You know.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Sometimes it's the backup quarterback, although they seem to have
- 34:49Speaker 1: gotten away for that. Yeah, and now it's more the
- 34:51Speaker 1: the punters, so as it should be. Yeah. So Pat
- 34:53Speaker 1: McAfee was the holder for Vinitari when they played together
- 34:57Speaker 1: on the Colts. Yeah, and this is what he had
- 34:59Speaker 1: to say about Pat McFee. Pat McAfee here in the
- 35:00Speaker 1: crowd today. Great to see you, brother.
- 35:05Speaker 5: The only person who enjoyed holding my balls more than
- 35:08Speaker 5: my wife's.
- 35:14Speaker 1: So good, dude, And they panted the wife and she
- 35:18Speaker 1: just mortified the family him And then yeah, here here
- 35:25Speaker 1: he is talking about Bill Belichick.
- 35:27Speaker 5: I would repeat those last few statements about coach Bill
- 35:30Speaker 5: Belichick as well. Thank you for demanding excellence every single day.
- 35:35Speaker 5: Unfortunately Bill couldn't make it here today. There's a lot
- 35:38Speaker 5: going on at UNC right now. I thought it was
- 35:41Speaker 5: because training camp had already started, but in truth, it's
- 35:44Speaker 5: because he's judging his girlfriend's cheerleading competition.
- 35:50Speaker 1: He does not give. It was just funny. He's friends
- 35:53Speaker 1: with all these guys. That's how dude, that's that's that's
- 35:56Speaker 1: how you ball. That's the guy to guy love and friendship.
- 36:01Speaker 1: You don't say I love you or I appreciate you
- 36:04Speaker 1: or what like you break their balls.
- 36:05Speaker 6: And also like, ooh, everyone has reminded I have a
- 36:08Speaker 6: hot young girlfriend.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Like that seems pretty complimented. That's the first person to acknowledge. Yeah, right, yeah.
- 36:15Speaker 6: And finally, the latest powerball jackpot basically enough money to
- 36:18Speaker 6: make every bad decision in your life seem affordable. The
- 36:21Speaker 6: jackpot has climbed to nine hundred and five million dollars
- 36:25Speaker 6: after nobody hit all numbers and Saturdays drawing, which makes
- 36:28Speaker 6: it still the eighth largest powerball jackpot ever. So the
- 36:31Speaker 6: drawing is tonight, and if somebody gets it, they can
- 36:33Speaker 6: take the full nine hundred and five through annual payments
- 36:37Speaker 6: or take the lump cash sum of three hundred and
- 36:39Speaker 6: ninety two million before taxes. Nobody has won the power
- 36:42Speaker 6: ball since May second, which is why the number has
- 36:46Speaker 6: gotten so insanely high. And as we mentioned last week,
- 36:48Speaker 6: the odds of actually winning are one and two hundred
- 36:51Speaker 6: ninety two million. So get two tickets.
- 36:53Speaker 12: You never know.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I think they're what five bucks.
- 36:55Speaker 6: Now, I've never bought one, ever bought one either.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe I'll get one, all right.
- 37:00Speaker 1: People pissed that they I think they expanded it. Yeah
- 37:04Speaker 1: it's other yeah, other countries.
- 37:06Speaker 7: Right.
- 37:07Speaker 6: So we talked about how the odds don't change, but
- 37:09Speaker 6: the odds of you splitting it, right, yeah, exactly, So
- 37:13Speaker 6: that's what's going on.
- 37:14Speaker 1: All right, Thank you very much, Gina grad it. We're
- 37:16Speaker 1: gonna take a quick break. More Woody shows next, Hang up,
- 37:23Speaker 1: you know the Woody Show. It's like Russian Roulette but
- 37:29Speaker 1: with Giz exactly. That's the show. You know who's gonna
- 37:37Speaker 1: be on the show this week is that Flash Shelton guy,
- 37:40Speaker 1: the squatter Hunter. Dude's got that show squatters It on
- 37:45Speaker 1: A and E. I was watching some of that. Man
- 37:50Speaker 1: such a trash. My My favorite is always like, why
- 37:55Speaker 1: are you in my house? My house? What did you
- 37:59Speaker 1: just talking about? I have so many questions, like do
- 38:02Speaker 1: these people work? I'll write them down, he'll be here, okay.
- 38:05Speaker 6: The way he deals with them is experts.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's another level because he he got into
- 38:10Speaker 1: it because his mom's house got taken over by a squad.
- 38:14Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, but the way he I don't want to
- 38:17Speaker 6: spoil it, but the way he does it is awesome.
- 38:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:19Speaker 1: So he went and he researched it and you know,
- 38:21Speaker 1: went real deep to get all the loopholes and all
- 38:23Speaker 1: the other things so that he's not because there's so
- 38:25Speaker 1: many things that people say, well I would just do this,
- 38:27Speaker 1: and I would just do that. Well what happens. They
- 38:29Speaker 1: will arrest you exactly, even though it's your house, you're
- 38:33Speaker 1: the one who gets arrested because you did something that uh,
- 38:37Speaker 1: you know, you turn off the water, right, Yeah, even
- 38:39Speaker 1: though this person is not supposed to be there. It
- 38:41Speaker 1: shouldn't matter if the water's not in the house, they're
- 38:43Speaker 1: not supposed to be there.
- 38:44Speaker 4: What about if I just don't pay the bill?
- 38:46Speaker 1: It's just so, I mean, we see trashy stuff all
- 38:47Speaker 1: the time. And Greg's always bitching about, you know, people
- 38:49Speaker 1: getting plums, which I told my wife that the other
- 38:54Speaker 1: day because she's like, oh, should we get some plums?
- 38:55Speaker 1: Like Greg says, these are white trash.
- 38:59Speaker 2: You want to be held?
- 39:00Speaker 1: Sure, He's like, plums, Tell yah, thumbs are white trash.
- 39:07Speaker 1: Now if I asked Greg the question, he would probably
- 39:09Speaker 1: say plumbs. But like, what's the what's the trash here?
- 39:11Speaker 1: The most redneck thing that you've seen? Uh? If? I
- 39:15Speaker 1: would love to be something more recent, but we've heard
- 39:18Speaker 1: some really good stories. Because we're gonna get to that
- 39:21Speaker 1: topic coming up later in the week, and you can
- 39:23Speaker 1: hit up the wood you show after hours voicemail eight
- 39:26Speaker 1: seven seven forty four, or what you could do is
- 39:28Speaker 1: you could text us, of course over to two two
- 39:31Speaker 1: nine eighty seven. And if you have something really good,
- 39:34Speaker 1: you know, kind of redneck uh, you know observation thing
- 39:37Speaker 1: that you've you've actually seen yourself, not you heard about. Yeah,
- 39:41Speaker 1: exactly like something you've seen personally, Like my wife walking
- 39:45Speaker 1: through walmart and the woman's pushing the cart and the
- 39:49Speaker 1: kids sitting in that like the seat in the front,
- 39:51Speaker 1: like by the handle that you push it with, and
- 39:53Speaker 1: the kids leaning over and breastfeeding as they're walking through
- 39:57Speaker 1: the walmart. And the kid was like four, like three
- 40:02Speaker 1: or four years old. This was not a baby. This
- 40:04Speaker 1: was like a you know, like a pre k.
- 40:07Speaker 6: I can see your wife going right up to her going,
- 40:10Speaker 6: oh hell no.
- 40:11Speaker 1: She didn't say anything, but she said something to me.
- 40:13Speaker 1: She goes, I'm done. I'm not going because the week before,
- 40:17Speaker 1: the week before, they had to evacuate that same uh,
- 40:21Speaker 1: that same walmart because somebody had a shaken bake meth
- 40:24Speaker 1: lab and so they had to evacuate the whole store.
- 40:27Speaker 1: So it was the second time within a week. She
- 40:29Speaker 1: was like, I'm done, I'm not going there anymore.
- 40:31Speaker 9: What was that story you were telling me about someone
- 40:34Speaker 9: putting in an air conditioning unit and.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Yeah, like you'd have like for your house, like a
- 40:38Speaker 1: window unit.
- 40:38Speaker 7: Right.
- 40:39Speaker 1: They had it installed on their on their truck, on
- 40:42Speaker 1: their on their pickup truck. It was in the back window.
- 40:46Speaker 1: I don't know where they plugged it in though.
- 40:48Speaker 6: Well that's like when Morgan didn't know how to use
- 40:50Speaker 6: her bluetooth, so she got like a little speaker.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:53Speaker 1: So if you've seen something you think, hey, man, I
- 40:56Speaker 1: got the the trashiest, most redneck thing. I guarantee I
- 41:00Speaker 1: got to go. You can even send us a text
- 41:01Speaker 1: over to two to two ninety seven, she says, like,
- 41:03Speaker 1: call her, text me, I got a great story, and
- 41:05Speaker 1: then we'll hit you up. Cool, we'll hit you up.
- 41:07Speaker 1: I want to get some of those people lined up
- 41:09Speaker 1: for that topic or they leave it eight seven seven
- 41:12Speaker 1: forty four wooding and and we'll get back to you. Yeah.
- 41:16Speaker 1: So we were just out of town for the last
- 41:19Speaker 1: couple of days. Morgan is out of town. She's in
- 41:22Speaker 1: Tokyo on that trip to Japan. Looks pretty awesome. And
- 41:26Speaker 1: I've been watching some of the videos and stuff that
- 41:28Speaker 1: she's been posting. And she's with that new boyfriend of
- 41:32Speaker 1: course official, the guy who's the trainer for UFC. And
- 41:36Speaker 1: so she is, I mean, she's around fighters, you know,
- 41:39Speaker 1: she's you know, she gets to travel. She traveled first class.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Gina has a birddiction.
- 41:44Speaker 6: You guys, Oh yeah, Well, I've been talking to her
- 41:47Speaker 6: a little. You know, how are you? You know, is
- 41:49Speaker 6: your head in a double bag? And the first thing
- 41:51Speaker 6: she said, she's safe. Yeah. The first thing she said
- 41:54Speaker 6: to me was, what the F Gina, I'm living my
- 41:56Speaker 6: dream life here.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Yeah, but everybody's living on vacation.
- 42:00Speaker 6: But I get it.
- 42:00Speaker 1: I totally get it.
- 42:01Speaker 6: Send me some cool videos and chit chatting. She is
- 42:07Speaker 6: really into this dude. And I don't think she's coming
- 42:11Speaker 6: back a single woman.
- 42:12Speaker 1: She's not a single She's coming back a.
- 42:16Speaker 6: Non married woman. I don't know if the rules are
- 42:18Speaker 6: about getting married in other countries, but if she came
- 42:21Speaker 6: back and said, at least at least he proposed to her,
- 42:24Speaker 6: I wouldn't be surprised because they are according to her,
- 42:28Speaker 6: they are like like they were soulmates, like they were
- 42:32Speaker 6: always meant to be together. They're having the best time.
- 42:35Speaker 6: She sent me some selfies of them that are adorable.
- 42:39Speaker 6: And she is girls girls down bad.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Yeah, you know you might.
- 42:46Speaker 1: She seems to fall fall hard and fast.
- 42:50Speaker 4: Yeah, but why are we every time some wee gets
- 42:52Speaker 4: a relationship beer, they're getting married with it.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Have you not witnessed? Have you not witnessed? Morgan's energy.
- 43:02Speaker 1: We make fun of Sammy, like we tease Sammy, but
- 43:05Speaker 1: have you not witnessed Morgan's energy around this whole thing.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I mean, Jeff, you're a newer person, you know, around
- 43:11Speaker 1: this group. She's really into this dude, like, I mean,
- 43:14Speaker 1: really quickly. For only a met him in person one time.
- 43:17Speaker 1: It's amazing how close they.
- 43:19Speaker 6: Are well now. And also she said when he picked
- 43:23Speaker 6: her up, he had gifts for her and all this stuff.
- 43:25Speaker 6: And I said, girl, he wants to lock it down,
- 43:27Speaker 6: and she agreed.
- 43:28Speaker 4: She's getting pregnant. Pregnant you think pregnant.
- 43:32Speaker 6: Before she gets a ring?
- 43:33Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't think you brought like.
- 43:35Speaker 1: A ring with him. I mean from a financial security standpoint,
- 43:39Speaker 1: that's the better way to go.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Morgan's got it made right now. She's in the best
- 43:43Speaker 2: position of her life.
- 43:45Speaker 1: She's having a doggie more than likely reverse. What are
- 43:53Speaker 1: we talking about it?
- 43:54Speaker 6: If you said this hotel room, it's all of them, Well,
- 43:58Speaker 6: we'll see when she gets back.
- 44:01Speaker 1: We've been saying rules, the boy doesn't want to have sex. Yeah,
- 44:05Speaker 1: you gotta put your mouth on no.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Okay, that is quite impressive, quite quite quite impressive.
- 44:13Speaker 1: That's lovely saying all right, well, cheers and jeers, cheers.
- 44:25Speaker 1: I'm so happy. Uh we survived the last Sunday without
- 44:31Speaker 1: football until February, so yeah, we lived. Yeah, this is
- 44:37Speaker 1: and I'm always excited for football season. This is the
- 44:40Speaker 1: most excited I feel like I've been even in the
- 44:42Speaker 1: last handful of years. I don't know what it is
- 44:44Speaker 1: about this year. Let's be quite clear. Your team's not
- 44:46Speaker 1: going to be awesome, No, I don't think. But I
- 44:49Speaker 1: just have football back. Yeah, I'm excited for my team
- 44:53Speaker 1: to have a new coach and to see kind of
- 44:55Speaker 1: where that goes. And there's some players I'm interested to see.
- 44:58Speaker 1: It's it's a brand new day for the Steelers organization.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You know, Mike Tomlin was was great for while he
- 45:05Speaker 1: was great, you know what I mean. But it's it's
- 45:06Speaker 1: nice for a change. So that's why I'm excited to
- 45:08Speaker 1: see what that is. But yeah, just football being back.
- 45:12Speaker 6: Wait a second, this just gave me a thought. Is
- 45:14Speaker 6: that basically the same as like basic bitch girl being
- 45:17Speaker 6: like I'm excited for fall.
- 45:19Speaker 1: Guys are like, I'm just excited for football. That's not wrong, No,
- 45:22Speaker 1: it's it's it's equivalent.
- 45:24Speaker 6: I just wanted to see if there was, if there
- 45:26Speaker 6: was any similarity, like to.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Wear your jersey, yeah, my.
- 45:31Speaker 6: Scarf, your jersey photoady.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Yeah. As a person who doesn't have a lot of hobbies,
- 45:36Speaker 1: like up until I started the whole flying thing, yeah,
- 45:39Speaker 1: like I like to watch uh, football games and hockey games,
- 45:42Speaker 1: and that was pretty much it. That was it. So
- 45:46Speaker 1: I'm doing the flying thing fine. But now it's like
- 45:48Speaker 1: there's something else to add into the mix. And it's chill,
- 45:52Speaker 1: you know, Like it's more like I know baseball right,
- 45:55Speaker 1: Like there's something about it's like it's summer and like
- 45:59Speaker 1: just laying on the cow and kind of zoning out,
- 46:01Speaker 1: like while the windows open there's a summer breeze and
- 46:04Speaker 1: you're watching a you're watching the baseball game, kind of
- 46:06Speaker 1: dozing in and out of it or whatever.
- 46:07Speaker 4: You know.
- 46:08Speaker 1: That to me is more like a feeling.
- 46:10Speaker 2: It feels normal.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a there's a feeling attached to it that
- 46:13Speaker 1: I think is part of the addiction. I get that.
- 46:16Speaker 4: Yeah, if you have any games on the calendar yet,
- 46:18Speaker 4: I know you were trying to forget that.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Now there's only like a two or three weekends where
- 46:23Speaker 1: the Steelers and the Penguins are in town the same weekend,
- 46:26Speaker 1: and my son and I always do like a super
- 46:27Speaker 1: sports weekend, go to one and then go to the other,
- 46:30Speaker 1: see both teams in one weekend. I think I'm definitely
- 46:33Speaker 1: gonna go see the Penguins in uh in Denver because
- 46:36Speaker 1: then they play Friday night in Denver and a Saturday
- 46:38Speaker 1: night in Vegas, and I think I'm gonna do both.
- 46:41Speaker 1: But I'm gonna fly to both. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's
- 46:44Speaker 1: less than two hours, which would be which would be
- 46:46Speaker 1: super cool. So anyway, Cheers two. We survived the last Sunday. Yeah,
- 46:51Speaker 1: well dude, I mean between World Cup baseball, you know,
- 46:56Speaker 1: like I didn't mad, just boring stuff I don't care about.
- 46:59Speaker 1: So yeah, now we're back to football every Sunday through February.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Jeers goes to what's his brad's name, Martha Reves roth Reeves,
- 47:08Speaker 1: oh whatever. She was like that old timey singer, you know,
- 47:14Speaker 1: and you remember the did the It was the first
- 47:16Speaker 1: game for the new women's professional Baseball League, and she
- 47:21Speaker 1: sucked like her anthem sucked.
- 47:25Speaker 8: I've been hearing commercials for that. And they said they
- 47:27Speaker 8: said we couldn't play baseball. We just said would shop
- 47:32Speaker 8: to watch you?
- 47:32Speaker 1: All right, so anyway, but her anthem was atrocious, one
- 47:36Speaker 1: of the worst anthems. Right, that's pretty bad. And she
- 47:39Speaker 1: is my jeer because dude, come on, you sucked. You
- 47:43Speaker 1: were terrible. She's blaming the other two girls singers. Oh yeah, dude,
- 47:51Speaker 1: that they were out of tune. Her like, she sounds
- 47:57Speaker 1: like a dying animal. The other women. If it was
- 48:01Speaker 1: just them, it would have sounded fine. Women. She goes on.
- 48:06Speaker 1: She's from Detroit, so she's on a Detroit television station
- 48:09Speaker 1: and she is talking to the guy. And listen to
- 48:12Speaker 1: what she says. I didn't do that. Those girls were singing,
- 48:15Speaker 1: they were off key. Were they were trying to make
- 48:18Speaker 1: some money? What did you think about after that performance?
- 48:21Speaker 1: And when we're walking off the field, I didn't cry.
- 48:23Speaker 1: I was glad.
- 48:24Speaker 13: I'm proud of me that I held my composer. I'm happy. Yeah,
- 48:28Speaker 13: I didn't take the mic and hit that girl, bitch,
- 48:33Speaker 13: you sucked, you sul.
- 48:35Speaker 6: There is nobody in her life that will tell her
- 48:37Speaker 6: the truth.
- 48:38Speaker 1: But you're thinking about it.
- 48:41Speaker 13: Listen, I'm dancing on the street.
- 48:45Speaker 1: It okay. Before we get to her redo, Oh I
- 48:48Speaker 1: like that. I like that?
- 48:49Speaker 4: What redo?
- 48:51Speaker 1: Before we get to the redo and we can see
- 48:54Speaker 1: now they use to go to women aren't there. It's
- 48:56Speaker 1: just her with her anthem.
- 48:57Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Uh. I just listen to my list of pet peeves.
- 49:01Speaker 1: You guys, I think we'reund like nine thousand. When people
- 49:06Speaker 1: think that because they're from a certain city or town
- 49:09Speaker 1: or whatever, that they are all of a sudden a
- 49:11Speaker 1: certain way, you know, Like I'm from Detroit, Like bitch,
- 49:17Speaker 1: there's plenty of people from Detroit who are I'm sure,
- 49:19Speaker 1: like super big pussies or super big things that aren't
- 49:23Speaker 1: like stereotypical.
- 49:24Speaker 8: Detroit, you know what I mean. Shout out to her
- 49:26Speaker 8: for name checking her song from six. Well, I'm saying,
- 49:29Speaker 8: but I hear that literally every day. I'm from every day. Yeah,
- 49:33Speaker 8: I'm from I'd like to see you try to hear
- 49:34Speaker 8: I'm from. Like, dude, just because you're from whatever city,
- 49:37Speaker 8: I don't care what city, town, country, whatever, you want
- 49:40Speaker 8: to say that and then therefore we are x y Z.
- 49:43Speaker 2: Now you're not.
- 49:43Speaker 1: You're not.
- 49:44Speaker 8: And by the way, and by the way, your town
- 49:46Speaker 8: or city is not that hard. I've walked, literally to
- 49:49Speaker 8: forget from Oakland to Detroit, from Compton to Queens. I've
- 49:52Speaker 8: been in the worst neighborhoods and everything, and it's not
- 49:55Speaker 8: that bad, but is.
- 49:56Speaker 6: The opposite true? Like I'm from Kansas, so we're pretty
- 49:59Speaker 6: polite and uncommon.
- 50:00Speaker 1: That's also true. But like whenever somebody like it's one
- 50:05Speaker 1: thing to have, like a oh, this area is known,
- 50:07Speaker 1: but when you say, I'm from wherever, so therefore i'm
- 50:11Speaker 1: by default as.
- 50:12Speaker 8: An eight year old woman, you guys, ready for the redo.
- 50:19Speaker 1: It right now? Then she just like launches into it
- 50:21Speaker 1: and you can tell them he just wanted like maybe
- 50:23Speaker 1: the first few lines. I'm gonna spare you from the
- 50:26Speaker 1: whole thing two and a half minutes here you can
- 50:30Speaker 1: see what's so fun. I will tell you as a
- 50:40Speaker 1: person who listens to the whole thing to see how
- 50:43Speaker 1: it went, it deteriorates. So this is what you're hearing
- 50:47Speaker 1: right now is the best part. It's the best part.
- 50:50Speaker 1: So for her to sit there and say, like, oh,
- 50:51Speaker 1: I didn't hit You're lucky it hit these girls with
- 50:53Speaker 1: these microphone or what it was not? It was not,
- 50:57Speaker 1: It was not these these two ladies.
- 50:59Speaker 6: Does anybody remember the chicken lady from the kids in
- 51:01Speaker 6: the Hall schedule, because that's what.
- 51:04Speaker 1: I think her problem is.
- 51:05Speaker 8: She's so old, she doesn't she her vocal cords can't hold,
- 51:08Speaker 8: and that's why you hear that wavering.
- 51:09Speaker 4: Yeah, she's deaf.
- 51:11Speaker 8: Well, I don't think she's doing it on purpose, is
- 51:13Speaker 8: what I'm saying. I think I think it's.
- 51:15Speaker 1: She she is old. She can't hear it, or she
- 51:18Speaker 1: can't control it, doesn't register. I don't just have Nobody
- 51:21Speaker 1: tells her that. I don't know. But look, it's almost
- 51:23Speaker 1: time for her to hit the Rainbow bridge. You know sucks,
- 51:27Speaker 1: She sucks, all right, Cheers and jeers. Jeff g my
- 51:31Speaker 1: kid going back to school this week.
- 51:33Speaker 4: Yes, if anybody needs to be back on the schedule,
- 51:37Speaker 4: it's him.
- 51:37Speaker 9: I mean he's never home, always out with you know,
- 51:40Speaker 9: girlfriends and stuff, and thank god, thank god, he will
- 51:43Speaker 9: be up late, doom scrolling anymore reasonable bedtime, Take the
- 51:46Speaker 9: phone away, get back to work.
- 51:48Speaker 1: I tell you, just kind of a hardcore dad.
- 51:51Speaker 4: I mean, with some stuff.
- 51:53Speaker 6: You literally locked all of their electronics.
- 51:55Speaker 4: Up, Yes they do. I put a mail crate in
- 51:56Speaker 4: their room at like eight o'clock. Seabas, you'd appreciate.
- 51:59Speaker 1: This, and then that's kind of stuff that I'm talking about.
- 52:02Speaker 4: You put the phone in there, you don't hate Xbox.
- 52:05Speaker 4: In there.
- 52:05Speaker 9: You put your laptop and your school iPad in there,
- 52:08Speaker 9: and I take it all because he just device hop
- 52:11Speaker 9: if I leave anything.
- 52:13Speaker 1: He's a senior in high school.
- 52:16Speaker 4: It's never too late to learn good habits.
- 52:19Speaker 8: A wiley teen. How would you get around that?
- 52:21Speaker 4: Okay, so he's taking every single.
- 52:25Speaker 1: Yeah, my son did that and he was younger than
- 52:29Speaker 1: smart TV he does. Yea. You can log into like
- 52:40Speaker 1: your Wi Fi and you can set it like where
- 52:41Speaker 1: you get his disabled like individual the remote man that'll
- 52:45Speaker 1: do something. That's why it takes the Xbox, the whole thing,
- 52:50Speaker 1: not just like the power cable or.
- 52:51Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe the cable for the TV would be good to.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Assurance. But I thought it was funny, like a good story.
- 53:00Speaker 1: His son went to a party and before he left,
- 53:03Speaker 1: he was supposed to take the trash cans out. So
- 53:05Speaker 1: Jeff calls him, says, hey, dude, oh.
- 53:09Speaker 9: Yeah, So basically what is I control? Like his extra
- 53:11Speaker 9: time on his phone for social media? And he hit
- 53:13Speaker 9: me up, Dad, I need time, you know, And I
- 53:16Speaker 9: said chores please, you know, and question mark and and
- 53:19Speaker 9: make I make him literally send a pic of his
- 53:21Speaker 9: chores because he'll say yeah and then I'll get home
- 53:24Speaker 9: and it's not done.
- 53:25Speaker 6: Like the Amazon drop off, they have to take a picture.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Exactly, so I want quality assurance. Yeah, so he goes
- 53:30Speaker 1: to the party. He didn't take the trash cans out.
- 53:32Speaker 1: So Jeff goes, all right, man, well you better come home,
- 53:34Speaker 1: take the trash cans out. Made him leave the party,
- 53:36Speaker 1: Come home, put the trash can out, then he can
- 53:39Speaker 1: go back to the party.
- 53:40Speaker 9: Priorities, man, Guess what Listen, you don't get get your
- 53:43Speaker 9: check early at your job.
- 53:44Speaker 6: And guess what you and he still loves you in respect.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Uh huh, Well, allegedly, yeah, what your what's your jeers?
- 53:52Speaker 9: Jeers has to do with kids too, but it's actually
- 53:54Speaker 9: more of the parents that let their kids make helln
- 53:56Speaker 9: noise in church. Listen, there's a baby slash crying room
- 53:59Speaker 9: at church for a reason. If your kids a little
- 54:02Speaker 9: a hole, take them to that room and so everybody
- 54:04Speaker 9: else can just be at church and enjoy their peace. Man,
- 54:07Speaker 9: because that yesterday I couldn't even believe that these kids
- 54:10Speaker 9: were running around, you know, yapping, crying, screaming, and all
- 54:15Speaker 9: the parents are doing was.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Oh, they don't do a thousand.
- 54:20Speaker 9: And it meant nothing, though I mean for an hour straight,
- 54:22Speaker 9: these kids were just running around being little a holes
- 54:25Speaker 9: and I would turn around and give the you know,
- 54:26Speaker 9: the stare, and it didn't make any difference.
- 54:29Speaker 4: They could care less.
- 54:30Speaker 1: But this is where what he will come in.
- 54:31Speaker 8: Well, look, it bothers the parents just as much as
- 54:34Speaker 8: it does you.
- 54:34Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, not in that situation. Oh,
- 54:38Speaker 1: church is different than a plane. The plane, you're stuck
- 54:41Speaker 1: on the plane. There is no baby room, there is
- 54:43Speaker 1: no place to take them at that point. And when
- 54:45Speaker 1: they were a little tiny infants like that, what are
- 54:47Speaker 1: you supposed to do? Not take the plane? But that
- 54:51Speaker 1: when that's you're the plane, there are also passengers back there. Man,
- 54:55Speaker 1: this is right that you that would be but that
- 54:57Speaker 1: we don't have that system yet. But we like, we
- 54:59Speaker 1: would like if they were crying, we at least get
- 55:01Speaker 1: up and start walking with them to the move that's what,
- 55:04Speaker 1: and pot them down restaurants other public places and stuff.
- 55:07Speaker 1: You we would never let we would. If the kid
- 55:09Speaker 1: was making a disturbent, we picked them up. We take
- 55:11Speaker 1: them outside and.
- 55:12Speaker 6: Like Jeff said, there is a room dedicated to crying children.
- 55:15Speaker 4: Specific double pane glass.
- 55:17Speaker 8: You can't hear them, Is that the people are not
- 55:22Speaker 8: utilizing the room, which I didn't even know existed, and
- 55:24Speaker 8: I like it. They're not utilizing the room because they
- 55:26Speaker 8: can tune it out because it's their kids and they're
- 55:28Speaker 8: used to it.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Although those are the bad parents, but I'm saying you
- 55:33Speaker 1: were just saying all parents for the other because nobody,
- 55:37Speaker 1: nobody really wants to deal with that. The good parents
- 55:39Speaker 1: will take them out of a restaurant, but when you're
- 55:42Speaker 1: on an airplane, the good parents they don't want it either,
- 55:45Speaker 1: but there's nowhere they can go. You're on a plane,
- 55:48Speaker 1: what are you supposed to do?
- 55:51Speaker 4: I found priests to be more like upfront about stuff.
- 55:54Speaker 4: I'm surprised they didn't call them out and be like,
- 55:57Speaker 4: get your kids out of here. Yeah, I mean I
- 55:59Speaker 4: wish they would. Yeah, it's so funny. I went to
- 56:01Speaker 4: my buddy's wedding and after the wedding, I was looking
- 56:05Speaker 4: for the bathroom when I was in the back of
- 56:06Speaker 4: the church, and the priest was like going off on
- 56:09Speaker 4: these nuns because they messed up some Q.
- 56:11Speaker 1: And it's so.
- 56:12Speaker 4: Funny because like during the wedding, they're all like super
- 56:15Speaker 4: holy and stuff. But when I when I snuck back there,
- 56:20Speaker 4: riven in the Nuns and New Ones something.
- 56:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it's hilarious. We rehearse this, yeah, eight seven forty
- 56:31Speaker 1: four Wooding. You could text us over to two to
- 56:34Speaker 1: nine eight seven. Sea Bass has an opportunity.
- 56:37Speaker 8: I mean, if you love money and lots of it,
- 56:39Speaker 8: this is a real good opportunity.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Nice, but uh so it's it's it's half update, you know,
- 56:45Speaker 1: like an update to something we already know about, and
- 56:48Speaker 1: then half opportunity, an updated tunity for for people listening.
- 56:53Speaker 1: The woody ship Sea Bass has an opportunity for everybody
- 56:59Speaker 1: listen name. Yes, now the recap of where this money
- 57:05Speaker 1: that he wants to discuss where this money came from
- 57:07Speaker 1: from his lawsuit which I won.
- 57:09Speaker 8: Yes, so if you your call, I was going to
- 57:10Speaker 8: run for city council. I hired a company to gather signatures.
- 57:13Speaker 8: They failed, and they failed in a manner in which
- 57:15Speaker 8: I believed broke the contract that I signed for their services. They,
- 57:20Speaker 8: upon failing it, first offered me a small like three
- 57:22Speaker 8: thousand dollars back, and then they took that that offered
- 57:25Speaker 8: back total.
- 57:26Speaker 1: How much did you up? Almost sixteen thousand dollars.
- 57:28Speaker 8: It was a lot of money, not a little bit
- 57:30Speaker 8: of money. However, so they offered me a refund. Then
- 57:33Speaker 8: they took it back when I said, give me the refund,
- 57:35Speaker 8: so I said, well, we're going to court.
- 57:36Speaker 1: We went to court.
- 57:37Speaker 8: I prevailed, which is again parentheses lawsuits pay please do
- 57:42Speaker 8: people if you want free money. But when I when
- 57:45Speaker 8: I won this lawsuit, technically fifteen nine and seventy eight
- 57:49Speaker 8: dollars and eighteen cents, I told I told people at
- 57:52Speaker 8: the start, like win or lose, I had already spent
- 57:55Speaker 8: that money, essentially, like I planned on them getting that money.
- 57:58Speaker 1: They just gave me a bad result.
- 58:00Speaker 8: So if I if I win to lose, I'm not
- 58:01Speaker 8: like gonna it's not gonna kill me either way.
- 58:04Speaker 1: So now, and they budgeted for that loss, right, but
- 58:06Speaker 1: they sent me the check. The check cleared. Hell yeah, wow, So.
- 58:10Speaker 8: Now I have I'll call it sixteen thousand dollars sitting
- 58:14Speaker 8: and I said, you know what I'd love more than
- 58:15Speaker 8: anything is giving money to what you show listeners.
- 58:20Speaker 1: But I'm not, like, I don't understand why he wants
- 58:23Speaker 1: to give the money away. I mean, it's cool, it's good,
- 58:25Speaker 1: but it's cool.
- 58:26Speaker 8: Let it be for a productive purpose. Let it be
- 58:30Speaker 8: for something that that that is good for you, but
- 58:32Speaker 8: for me that produces something for the world.
- 58:34Speaker 6: He's a venture capitalist.
- 58:35Speaker 1: Are you independently wealthy? Like do you could you not
- 58:38Speaker 1: use that money for I don't know, like brand, Yeah,
- 58:41Speaker 1: it could be for expense.
- 58:42Speaker 8: I could you retire a month earlier or whatever, or
- 58:47Speaker 8: if you vested properly, so that's by the time you retire,
- 58:50Speaker 8: that that's you know, like half years a year, it's
- 58:51Speaker 8: worth of expenses. Yeah, But I say, you know, it's
- 58:54Speaker 8: much more fun is to to go out there like
- 58:56Speaker 8: Mark Cuban or mister Wonderful or Barbara Corkcorn. I want
- 59:02Speaker 8: to hear your pitches people. Now these are not just
- 59:05Speaker 8: pitches like hey, you should go to take a cruise
- 59:08Speaker 8: around the world. No, give me something that you can
- 59:11Speaker 8: provide or you can facilitate with any or part of
- 59:14Speaker 8: that sixteen thousand dollars that would be interesting, fun, beneficial,
- 59:20Speaker 8: beneficial for you, me or somebody else.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Even I saw there was like some organization they just
- 59:25Speaker 1: put up I want to say, it's one hundred and
- 59:27Speaker 1: fifty million dollars. They're looking for three good ideas to
- 59:32Speaker 1: bring back the city of San Francisco.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Oh that nice, good look and.
- 59:36Speaker 1: So I have these ideas out there, and then the
- 59:38Speaker 1: each fifty fifty million dollar quote winner that money goes
- 59:42Speaker 1: toward implementing their idea.
- 59:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 59:45Speaker 1: I think Cus is on something.
- 59:46Speaker 8: We can do it for free, right Yeah, fire everyone
- 59:48Speaker 8: in charge.
- 59:49Speaker 1: You've already spent billions and you've gotten worse.
- 59:52Speaker 2: So stop allowing all this track.
- 59:54Speaker 1: But I mean it's the same type of concept though,
- 59:56Speaker 1: where you're putting it out there saying okay, like let
- 59:58Speaker 1: me hear your idea, right, and and not just like
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: something that would be not just hey flight.
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: To Dubai, which again I think was fun and cool,
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: but that's like not not something.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: But give you an example. So let's say you can't
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: now write in with this one and expect to get
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: the money.
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: But just let's say you have a products here would
- 1:00:14Speaker 8: be here would be a a plus example. You have
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: some new product or technology that you think would make
- 1:00:19Speaker 8: cart narks way more interesting, like some some like segue
- 1:00:23Speaker 8: vehicle that's like super fast and cart shaped, or you
- 1:00:25Speaker 8: could design one and fabricate one for me that it's
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: like like me to zip around, you know, parking lots
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: in an interesting manner like that would be like the next.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Level that's a plus plus or.
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: Like or like, give me ten grand and I'll introduce
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: you to Sidney Sweeney.
- 1:00:39Speaker 8: That's let's see the problem with introducing Sidney Sweety is
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: that I might have that boner.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: There's not enough books.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: And also, let's Carter Brawn, who she's dating, is a billionaire.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: And it's to comte. But what you tell her that
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: you have a cyber truck though, yeah, yeah, changes everything.
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: Yeah, but Gina, that's that's on the right track because
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: it's something that that person can specifically provide that a benefit,
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: right exactly. And this is again, so those are like
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: a plus ideas low. Our ideas would be, Hey, I'm
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: hot and I need my rent paid.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Okay. On the text and he says, how about some
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: cash toward my classroom broke special ed teacher here?
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, I'm not gonna again no SOB stories. Let's
- 1:01:24Speaker 8: we should. I don't think we say that enough on
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: the show, and we're pretty good about it. But please,
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: for any contest, any giveaway, anything we're doing, we will
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: not listen to your SOB story. It sucks and it's boring.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: It's the way it works.
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: Yeah, people go hard automatically for anything.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: You know what.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: I think you're right because anytime we have like the
- 1:01:43Speaker 8: tiniest giveaway, it's dumbest.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: My son hasn't blah blah blah.
- 1:01:46Speaker 8: It's preloaded, it's locked and loaded. So that's what I
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: never it's boring, it's it's unuseful.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: I'm rinning back. No, want to make sure before your money,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: you're the one in charge here. And by the way,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: like that's not productive and interesting for me.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: Yeah, you know we'll have like a gift card for
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: a yogurt shop. And then it goes into like, oh.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Mike, I've never grandma Grandma's cancer. By the way, when
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: you watch how do you like, well, you know when
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: my when my foot fill off last year. No, it's
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: like I have something that's useful and productive for you.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: Whereon else? How do people submit their ideas well to
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: the text is good?
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: But somebody recently who made a very stupid decision to
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: not let me look at the text anymore.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: So I can't even see you said.
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: You did give him the opportunity.
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: To get I told you, I take it am I
- 1:02:38Speaker 8: back on, huh my.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Back on, that's what you said. You didn't care. I
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: said I would take it. Okay, I'm not my logging
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: does not work, so okay, So Sam, the text is fine.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Uh that person is.
- 1:02:50Speaker 9: Like just I already actually sent it for you, see
- 1:02:52Speaker 9: best actually last week, yeah, when we talked about this.
- 1:02:55Speaker 9: So I sent it, but I haven't heard back, but
- 1:02:57Speaker 9: I'll get on it.
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: The Texas the text is fine because we can go
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: that can look into that at that afterward or email
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: at the what do you show dot com?
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: That's those are two good reason things.
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: If you got a pitch for something, not just like
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: give me, but like, this is how we could I
- 1:03:10Speaker 8: give you an example.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Of like, you know, like a way to level up
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: a cart arc right yeah, concept or.
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: Right yeah yeah, but not just like hey, but you're
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: not just like, oh you should fly to Japan, like
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: something I can use, something you can facilitate, even something
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: like what Gina said, I have access to blah blah
- 1:03:23Speaker 8: blah blah blah.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: I can help you get doo doo doo doo doo this.
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: This would be a finder's fee or you know something
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: like that. So think, think along and the options are limitless,
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: and I'm willing to spend any.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Other there's like some kind of incentive like if they
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: do come up with, say some type of you know
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: thing for cartn arcs where yees, okay, the money is
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: used to do whatever that is.
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: But then there's like a always a finder consultant absolutely money, like, Hey,
- 1:03:49Speaker 8: my cousin does blah blah blah, I can help you
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: with this and that.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: I got a text saying throw a boxing match with Morgan.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: I like that.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: That's not a bad idea, but that's more of a
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: that's more of a pitch for Woody then for me,
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: that's that's what again for the show would be fun.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: So this is one of those things you'll know it
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: when you see.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: It, right right. I'm not saying this is definitely gonna happen.
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: I'm just saying if the right idea is out there,
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: I'll definitely jump on it, because again, I have this
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: essentially free money as far as I'm concerned.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Sea Bass's shark tank. Yeah, So send us a text
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: if you got an idea along those lines, Uh you
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: know that? Do you think Sea Bass mind entertained? You
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: could text it over to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: You can also send your ideas through the email email
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: at the woodieshow dot com. Take your time think hard. Yeah,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: I mean, do you have any kind of like how
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: long do you want to leave this open for suggestions?
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: Like a couple weeks?
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: All right?
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Podcast people catch up? Okay? Cool? All right, so again
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: over to two two ninety seven. We'll keep you know,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: seating it out there and reminding everybody, Yeah to ninety seven.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Your ideas on the text or send the email. Yeah.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Address again is email at the woodieshow dot com and
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: we'll and we'll see where it goes. Yeah, how about
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: uh fund my honeymoon to Japan? You can be our
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: tour guy.
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: What one you Hey, I get to pay them money
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: to have fun when they're married.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: I like that.
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: There's a suggestion for a strip club here. That seems reasonable.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: Yeah, just to start one. They need see money to
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: start in the life, just to go. What about like
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: something I could do by myself? Nine, great idea, let's
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: go to the strip club? Okay? How could I possibly
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: achieve that without you?
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Close mouths, don't get fit.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: I think this is more kind of the idea, right.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: Seven one for a sea bass game show that we
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: film and pitch to Netflix. All right, that's not bad.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: That's something more long lines of stuff that he's interested, right,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: but you would you.
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: Need to be able to do something to access that
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: for me, like, for instance, when.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: I have a studio guaranteed.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: I'll give you a perfect example.
- 1:05:53Speaker 8: Our friend Gabriela Gleasis when he first came on this show,
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: heard the d U i Q and he actually pitched
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: that he took me to meeting that only he could
- 1:06:01Speaker 8: get to because he's Gabriela. So that like, unless you
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: can provide that kind of access, then your idea is
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: just an idea.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: I'm looking for.
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: Ability, like you work for Hulu.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Yeah, whatever happened to that Sea mass we went a
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: few meetings and dance fizzled out, But that's.
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: Way, didn't somebody rip it off and do it anyways?
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Right after you know who did a version, But I
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: don't believe.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: It was like immediately after you guys had your meeting.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Right, I remember something there was something like that. Yeah,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: it was on like MTV too. Yeah, yeah, they did
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: a terrible job. Yeah I remember that.
- 1:06:30Speaker 8: I do remember that. Yeah, like it it ran like
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: six episodes and died. H Bert and Tom Segura did
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: something about not not copying me at all, but something
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: involving drinking when they shot a pilot that they could
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: not sell because everyone was like out of their mind.
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: Trunk was like they told the story like the producer,
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: the producers like.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: Who's going to sponsor this? How can we sell this?
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Uhh yeah, next time he's in here, let's ask him
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: about that story.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: Six to six.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Sea Bass, but the show listeners are stupid.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: The art here's that's true. It says their ideas won't
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: be great. But look when when you're trying to be
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: insulting to other people, and i mean, maybe maybe you're right,
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: maybe we won't get any really great ideas, but you
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: might might give the kernel of something that could be coming,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: but you also might want to spell things correctly. I'm sorry,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: but the show listeners are stupid. There t H E
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: R E. Ideas won't be great. I mean, I don't
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: know what the issue is. Yeah, your ideas for what
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: to do with Sea Bass's money. If you have a
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: good idea, what if it's like a business idea that
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: they want to cut you into, kind of like they
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: would for Shark Tank.
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: Sure exactly, but then that's exactly the kind of thing
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: Like I'm I'm working on this I have this blah
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: blah blah. What do they say in sharkic all the time?
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: We have a patent, not patent pending, but we have
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: a patent application in the works.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Something.
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: You've got some stuff going for If.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: The perfect right idea in your mind doesn't come along,
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: so it offers off the table because you're not going
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: to just say, I guess that's.
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: The one, right right, there's Shark Tank episodes where everybody's
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: out yeah yeah, So that.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: Then then I guess it'll have to go towards uh.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: I'll take it, or I can do something fun with.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: It, towards the Menace Fund. I'll send your send your
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: ideas over two two nine eight seven or on the
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: email email at the woodieshow dot com. All Right, we'll
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: take a break. We'll come back More wood Shows next time.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I so wasted.
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: The next morning, I will naked on the hotel floor.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: More Woody Shows next. Greg is one of the smartest
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: people I know and.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: One of the dubest people I know.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Really, don't am I going crazy?
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Am I dumb? I don't have that other side like
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: you where you're really smart.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: I think you're being too generous.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: The Woody Show all right, welcome back everybody. It is
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: the Woody Show. Thank you, by the way for all
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: the nice, nice words about the award. I got an award.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: You sure did a major award, like the first, the
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: first actual industry award. I don't count like there was
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: like somebody said, oh, well you got four. Now it's
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: like getting the world's best dad mom. We got the
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: internal company. Yeah, I'm talking about like an industry recognize. Yeah,
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: where it's outside of your own home. Everybody gets world's
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: best mom and stuff like that. Yeah, but I won
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: this award, and uh, it was it was very nice,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: you know. It was also very interesting and the menace.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: You've been to this event before, Seabash, you've been to
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: this event before. You know, sometimes it's good to get
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: out of your own environment. I think it's a it's good.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: It's healthy. It's a really good eye opener because man,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: you hang around here for five minutes, you see how
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: nobody cares. You know, Jeff, this is this was your
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: first experience at this event altogether. But like, also, wasn't
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: it interesting how much respect what this show gets in
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: the industry among like all the people who run programming
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: for every other major radio company in the country and
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: other people who do this job and like all these
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: other morning show hosts across the country and people who
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: do this stuff, agents, consultants, everything else. This show is
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: a big deal everywhere, but here in our in our
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: own building, like we don't get the world's best at and.
- 1:10:20Speaker 9: They and they weren't like glazing because they were citing
- 1:10:23Speaker 9: very specific things.
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: Specific.
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, they really check in and it was
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: very genuine.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: It was nice. It was it was so nice. Yeah,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: it really was. And you know, I'm not a person.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: I don't take compliments very well easily. It makes they
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: make me uncomfortable. And then you know, the award things
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: where I didn't know what to do or say, but
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: I just kind of, you know, I said what was
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: on my heart. You guys, I.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Like how you shouted out all the program directors that
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: through your career.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Ye, in chronological order. Yeah, it was just like, because
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: there's there's this small hand full of people, I would say,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: you know, there's plenty of people who have been cool,
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: but the people who are like really you know, significant, Yeah,
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: instrumental in the influence that they had, not not just
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: on me, but who's like maybe gave me a break
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: or whatever. So it was very nice. It was it
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: was very nice. It's easy to get caught up of
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: what happens around here. We told you about like how man,
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: we could have incredible ratings or whatever, big events and
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: there's tons of people there, and there's not a mention
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: of it. There's not a whisper of it. In fact,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: when it came to more recently, there was like some
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: really great ratings and blah blah blah blah blah. There's
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: no mention of it whatsoever. Because and I found out
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: because they didn't want to hurt the feelings of the
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: other posts. I've never heard of anything like that in
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: the building. No, because I tell you what, if it
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: was one of these other hosts that they were mentioning
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: to me who they had gotten those ratings, they wouldn't
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: care about like, oh, well maybe exactly luncheon. Well, the
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: blue arch thing that we always make fun of and
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: then we joke about, it's a real thing. It's not
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: like we're just being silly and saying, oh, they probably
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: have a balloon arch in a parade. No, there really
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: was a balloon arch arch for one of the other
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: host's birthdays. They make a big deal about when it's
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: their birthday.
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: If we say parade, that's not a joke either.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: They buy them a bus to be in a parade.
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: Oh that's right, there, you go, totally true.
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: They will as this person's face and again, this is
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: not a bad person.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: They send out they send an email to everybody in
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: the building to remind everyone that it was a certain
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: host's birthday and to make sure that they wish them
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: a happy birthday. I'm like, Jesus Christ, like, what's going
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: on again, we don't blame that person, but because what
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: if they did that for you wouldn't even show up
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: that day? Yeah, they had a balloon arch for you, you
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: would hate it. No, No, but like it's just it's
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: just again, it's it's more efforts. It's more the compare
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: and contrast to like, you know, how things happen in
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: your own building compared to outside. I did this building. Uh,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: but it was But I guess the point is it
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: was it was very nice. Yeah, it was. It was
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: fair and a lot of nice people like on the
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: on the Instagram leaving nice comments and things like that.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: Voicemail sor right way.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: Too early to do that Hi E. Witty show. The
- 1:13:16Speaker 7: reason I am calling is because I saw that Woody
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: won the kid Cratic Award. Kitty Kratic Kit that award.
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: Congratulations Witty and the kid Cratic Award. I'm so happy
- 1:13:28Speaker 7: for you. It's well deserved. I think you are awesome.
- 1:13:31Speaker 7: I love your show. The radio show is great. I'm
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: in Kansas City now, so it's not something that's played
- 1:13:39Speaker 7: on our airways, but I still listen to you guys
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: on iHeartRadio. I hope you guys come back to Kansas City.
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: But yeah, I just want to let you guys know
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: that I was so proud of you guys. Congratulations Witty
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: and Greg Me love you are my forever favorite. Dina.
- 1:13:54Speaker 7: I wish we were friend menace you're You're a good
- 1:13:59Speaker 7: little buddy. And I also Morgan, I like you now
- 1:14:05Speaker 7: even more now that you've been open with us and
- 1:14:08Speaker 7: vulnerable and see best you keep on being that Summer's
- 1:14:11Speaker 7: Eve for the group. Okay, So yeah, I love you all.
- 1:14:14Speaker 7: I gotta go in until next time.
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: By right by.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: The Summer's Eve. That's so funny, little buddy for me.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Yeah there's another.
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: One, Hey, guys, I was just watching the Woody show
- 1:14:33Speaker 10: on the Instagram and how proud that it was cool?
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: Not proud, but like cool. That was to see Woody
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: get that award. And I also wanted.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: To say that I've had sex with a go before.
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: Nice.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: You know we are saying, like whatever you want to
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: share on the after Hours voice was cool? They did.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: He's referencing was would you rather we did while you
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: were gone?
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: Would you rather, like legit, have sex with a goat
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: one time.
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: One time secretly and no one knew about it, or
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: or every time you met a new person you had
- 1:15:12Speaker 4: to tell them how you had sex with a goat
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: but you really didn't.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Like and you couldn't.
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: You had to be like serious, like, hey, nice to
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: meet you. Oh I should let you.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: But you actually did have sex with the No, no, no,
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: you never did?
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: You know?
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: You had to tell people that you did.
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: Yeah, every time you met that, I do.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: I would do that really, Yeah, I went with goat
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: one and done.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: You can get it up for a goat. I would
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: do whatever I could to not have to tell people
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: when I meet them that.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: I had And you can't do it all sarcastic like
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: he's doing it.
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: Yeah, you have to.
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: You have to. But I think if even if you
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: did say it, like with a straight face and sincere,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: it would probably come across as a joke because people
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: wouldn't think that you were serious. It would be your
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: responsibility and the only reaction would be.
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: Like, uh, okay.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: In this scenario, you have to anyway.
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: Table for two, but every person.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: Yeah, because it'd be like, oh, here's the guy who
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: always introduces himself as I had sex with a goat guy.
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: Very funny.
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: No, No, I really did. Yeah, but you really didn't
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: really know, but you have to say.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: No, I understand. Yeah, I would still go with that,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: all right, I could. I don't think I can get
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: a boner for a goat?
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: Ain't you dot com goat man?
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: It's just say you want to have sex with a goat?
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: I think I did.
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: I don't know what you went with, yeah, goat sex?
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: All right? All right, back to school week and we're
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: looking for teachers who's saying f that kid or parents
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: or the district that you're working for or whatever. We've
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: we've given an open mic to many people. But with
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: with back to school happening, this is an opportunity for
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: teachers to hit us up and let us, know, you know,
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: like you can just you can just open up and
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: vent to us. So like, same deal on our after
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: hours voicemail eight seven seven forty four, Woodie, if you
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: would like to just send us a text. Like everybody,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: I think every teacher that I've ever met, man, they
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: love to complain about like the kids and the parents. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: I've I've heard a lot over the years. Yeah, and
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: some really good stories Like dude, I can't believe that
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: that actually I would have been I would have been
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: in troubled school, sure, yeah, but I would have been
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: destroyed at home. Yeah. I wouldn't have my parents coming
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: down to the school back to yell at the teachers
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: for yelling at me because I did something that I
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: wasn't supposed to do. Yep. Yeah. So again, if you
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: got a good thing that you're a good story, you
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: could be anonymous, but just hit us up on the text,
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: just say, you know, call me, text me and then
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: and then we'll get back to you. But that'll be
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: that'll be coming up a little bit later on in
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: the week. Phones here they're open, same number, eight seven
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: seven forty four, Wooding. You can set us a text
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: over to two to nine eight seven. Dude, the w
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: NBA is nothing but drama. Yeah, it's just straight dude,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: It's just straight drama. So there, there's there's a there's
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: a couple of things. Number one, I don't know if
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: you saw the Kaitlyn Clark technical foul. Yes, okay, so
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: very light. But yeah, Kaitlyn Clark was was uh, you know,
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: uh driving through and this block happened and like she
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: was basically directed into you know, out of bounds, you know,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: out of the basket. Yeah, and her momentum carried her
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: to where she just barely grazed the official, who made
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: no effort to get out of the way. The official
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: was just standing there, right, and it wasn't like she
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: went out of her way to hit the official. So
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: the official gave her a technical barrel. That's, you know,
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: my mistake, girl.
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what year is this?
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: And they why did you say, Jeff? They rescinded that.
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: Yeah, they rescinded it so she'll be able to play
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: tomorrow night.
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, so they rescinded that one. Then there was
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: a game between same Indiana Fever who who Caitlin Clark
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: plays for and the Chicago Sky. This chick name uh
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Dejohnny Carrington. I believe it got tossed because she closed
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: lined Sophie Cunningham on Indiana. Now, Sophie Cunningham's that you've
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: seen the meme where she the female the basketball player
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: pointing yeah and she closed lined, I mean, right across
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: the head in the game. So the refs initially called
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: a common foul, but then they reviewed it, they upgraded
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: to a flagrant two, which that gets you kicked out. Right,
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: So Dejohnay was not over that posts after the game
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: on social media with the words white privilege and tagged
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: the Indiana Fever account. Right, Oh okay, so she's not
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: talking about any and all. But you like, so now
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: this regular w NBA game is a full blown social
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: media beef. I mean, it's already ridiculous. It just seems
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: like it's about everything but basketball. You you you were
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: talking about in the office, and I think you're right.
- 1:20:10Speaker 9: Yeah, it's never any good news. And they have like
- 1:20:12Speaker 9: a lot of good players, They got a lot of
- 1:20:13Speaker 9: great personalities. Thirty years, they're celebrating their thirtieth anniversary this year.
- 1:20:17Speaker 9: But everything you hear is about something of fighting or
- 1:20:20Speaker 9: a ref or Kitlyn Clark. It's never just about anything
- 1:20:23Speaker 9: positive about the game, and it's embarrassing, so I.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Obviously don't pay enough attention to it. I've just seen
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: the clips like everybody else has on social media. Do
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: you think they really have it out for Caitlyn Clark,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: like the players and stuff.
- 1:20:35Speaker 9: I think a certain portion of them do. I think so? Yeah, Well,
- 1:20:38Speaker 9: I just think because she got all the shine initially
- 1:20:41Speaker 9: and they're like, hey, we were here too, and blah
- 1:20:43Speaker 9: blah blah. But you know, at the same turn, people
- 1:20:44Speaker 9: who argue that, hey, thanks to Caitlin Clark and all
- 1:20:47Speaker 9: the attention in the rings going up, you all got
- 1:20:49Speaker 9: paid more too.
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: It.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: Finally people are paying attention now.
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: They say, yeah, the narrative has been like everyone's always
- 1:20:55Speaker 4: attacking her and stuff like that, but there has been
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: a kind of a turning point with her. If you
- 1:21:01Speaker 4: actually go break down all the videos, they say that
- 1:21:04Speaker 4: she is the lebron of the w n B A
- 1:21:08Speaker 4: where she's like a big time actress, like big time flopper,
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: passive aggressive, Yeah, like where she pretends to be the
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: victim all the time. These are not my words. This
- 1:21:18Speaker 4: is what people are saying on social media that actually
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: follow this that she is more of an actress than
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: it's made out to be. Not that she can't shoot
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: threes like all day long and you know, back it up,
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: But when it comes to this, like people are being
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: aggressive towards her, it's like not as as crazy.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: As not that there's a ton of people taking the
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: w n B A seriously. They're still not. They're still
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: not taken seriously. But of the people who do take
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: them seriously, I believe, and somebody had just texted her
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: about this, the only reason that they are is because
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: of Caitlin Clark, like she.
- 1:21:53Speaker 8: Bron's, the attendance, the like, like the money, all that
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: stuff is solely thousand percent we had with you. Remember
- 1:22:01Speaker 8: Bill Burr a few years ago said, you guys always cry,
- 1:22:04Speaker 8: right before Kaitlyn Clark came out. He said, you guys
- 1:22:06Speaker 8: always cry about nobody's going to NBA game WNBA games,
- 1:22:09Speaker 8: no one's watching.
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Why is that on me as a dude to go do?
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Why why do I have to do that?
- 1:22:13Speaker 8: Because when you guys are left to your own devices,
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: guess what does get ratings? The Real Housewives? Yeah, drama,
- 1:22:18Speaker 8: the fighting, which again is exactly what the WNBA is
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: getting all this press for is drama and fighting because
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: the product is terrible, is what Menace will say.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: So here's here's the other thing with the w NBA today.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: There's a former NBA player, his name is Royce White.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: I love this, and he is now saying that he
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: is entering his quote feminine era, and he's planning to
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: declare for the twenty twenty seven w NBA Draft.
- 1:22:47Speaker 14: You say, right now, I'm just having a blast in
- 1:22:50Speaker 14: my feminine era. I never thought that I was a woman,
- 1:22:53Speaker 14: you know. I've always trusted the science and I thought
- 1:22:55Speaker 14: I was a man my entire life. But you know,
- 1:22:58Speaker 14: after further review, you know, look strong, look at my
- 1:23:01Speaker 14: personal preferences, it would appear that I am indeed sometimes
- 1:23:06Speaker 14: identifying as a transgender woman. And I think it's only
- 1:23:09Speaker 14: fair I'd get a chance to play with with some
- 1:23:10Speaker 14: of my queens here on the twilight of my career,
- 1:23:13Speaker 14: my athletic primeme.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: Yeah, and he says he wants to play basketball with
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: his quote fellow ladies. Yeah, totally it. Yeah, he announced
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: that he identifies as a transgender woman for the purpose
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: of playing professional basketball again. He and another former NBA player,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: Enus kantor Freedom. They're both using the league's own eligibility
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: language against them. So the WNBA's current agreement only says
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: that quote women are eligible, but they don't really explain
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: how transgender eligibility works. So when you say women, like
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: what do you mean? Which is crazy? You have to
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: even ask what do you mean by that? Women? Should
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: just be self explanatory? Not a biology major neither dude.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: It has actually submitted official draft paperwork yet, but mark calendars,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: you guys. Twenty seven w NBA Draft. It's everything you
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: want basketball drama, and I guess at least one dude
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: shown up in a wig. Ye literally, yeah he did. Yeah,
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: I said that with purpose.
- 1:24:11Speaker 7: Now.
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: I get what Royce is doing here from a performative
- 1:24:14Speaker 8: stick standpoint, but it doesn't help that he did it
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: on the Alex Jones Show.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't think he's trying to hide that. He's
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: making a mockery of it. Yeah, but sure through his actions.
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: Yeah, you're passionate and what you want to go after,
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: I think that's weird.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: There are better ways to do it. I don't think
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: he's really going after anything. I think he's I think
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: it's just for this. I think it's just for the joke.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: Well obviously. Well, it's like I think, wasn't there a
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: lawsuit in Denver a number of years ago where there
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: was like a group of guys they filed like some
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: kind of lawsuit against the bars and clubs that had
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: ladies nights?
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: Right, again more weird behavior. Well, I mean, like why
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: do you care just go to another bar? I I
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: agree with that, but it's all.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: We would handle it. But they're making a point.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: Yeah, correct, But I'm saying, if you know, there are
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: other things that like if you're trying to make a
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: point about how why is it that certain groups have
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: this privilege or this whatever, why can't we have that
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: same privilege? And you're using something to make your point.
- 1:25:19Speaker 6: I get that. Yeah, but the answer is do you
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: want ladies to show up at the bar or not?
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: Right?
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: Yeah, But like what I'm saying, But that Julia case
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: was tossed by the way, Yeah, oh no it was.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: It was I'm saying, but again I don't think it
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: was ever serious serious. It more of just used to
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: make a point. It was the vehicle to make a point.
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: Right, and that we should point out here that why
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: is this even a point to be made is because
- 1:25:40Speaker 8: this question was raised a week or two ago and
- 1:25:42Speaker 8: certain w people did not we're not black and white
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: about it, And because these guys aren't just coming out
- 1:25:46Speaker 8: of nowhere to just make a point for no reason.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I guess the WNBA has to be something
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: other than the play itself because it's not good. We
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: saw the All Star game that's supposed to be one
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: one dunk, one dump, you one dunk. You look at
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: the ratio to dunks to air balls.
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: Hey, it's more like it's more bricks that hit underneath
- 1:26:07Speaker 8: the rim. Yeah, it's liked real bad layups.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: And Jeff, you said the w NBA has been around.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: For thirty years.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: Dude, Yeah, it's crazy to think that, right, Like he
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: said that, I go, is that right? I know I
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: was thirty years?
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: Like am I The only one who didn't know is.
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: I would have said like fifteen tops.
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: I would have said ten time.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: I would have said thirty because I'm a feminist. Oh right,
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: cheers and jeers who have not got to yet Sea
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: mass cheers to horticulture. We brought up horticulture.
- 1:26:40Speaker 8: When is that hoarding or like, yeah, it's not that
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: it's not.
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: It's not prostitution.
- 1:26:45Speaker 8: It is the plants, technically, the science and art of
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: growing plants like fruits, vegetables, flowers.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: I said that not being totally confident. I'll be honest
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: with you. Yeah, I'm just happy I got it right.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: I thought it was agriculture.
- 1:26:58Speaker 8: Agriculture, but what did you sature at a culture?
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: Look what that is.
- 1:27:06Speaker 8: So here's what it is. We talked about how I
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: bought a banana tree. I think it was inspired by
- 1:27:11Speaker 8: Greg talking about plums and stuff like man I would
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: have I've been pluming to plant some trees.
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: The banana trees kicking ass.
- 1:27:16Speaker 12: It is.
- 1:27:17Speaker 8: And by the way, it is like a new, big,
- 1:27:19Speaker 8: new leaf grew out of it. They don't grow leaves
- 1:27:21Speaker 8: on arms, which is what they call them arms. Uh,
- 1:27:25Speaker 8: they because bananas are not actually trees. They are technically
- 1:27:28Speaker 8: giant herbs.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: What bananas are.
- 1:27:32Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, the world's the largest giant herb. So like
- 1:27:36Speaker 8: a little spiral come out the middle of it. That's
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: that leaf unfold, it'll flop over and then it keeps
- 1:27:41Speaker 8: coming and coming and coming. And so my little banana
- 1:27:44Speaker 8: tree is out public on public land.
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: Because when you got it.
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: It was all thin and kind of brown. Yeah, those
- 1:27:51Speaker 8: leaves are dying off, but new ones are coming in.
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: And that's now that two new leaves coming in. How
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: was Jeff G's post holes told great?
- 1:28:00Speaker 8: And but the thing with banana Nanner's is you got
- 1:28:03Speaker 8: to water the hell out of them because they are
- 1:28:04Speaker 8: basically tropical plants. Well, what I did is I bought
- 1:28:08Speaker 8: a hollow plastic rock that's designed to be a slow
- 1:28:11Speaker 8: drip waterer, so it holds five.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: This guy loves a project many because it's in plain sight.
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: And I don't want to just throw a bucket of
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: the thought you're.
- 1:28:21Speaker 6: Gonna use little like QVC Home Shopping Network bulbs, you
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: know those ugly.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: How long until crackhead like finds it kicks it over?
- 1:28:29Speaker 8: Okay, there's the problem, and it's you raise a very
- 1:28:30Speaker 8: good point because I have gone to water my band
- 1:28:33Speaker 8: a tree and I've seen crackheads in the neighborhood and
- 1:28:35Speaker 8: kind just chilling by it. Yea, and so so I'm
- 1:28:39Speaker 8: aware of but I put it out of the way.
- 1:28:40Speaker 8: It's not enough footpath directly, but crackheads will just break
- 1:28:44Speaker 8: stuff for the sahead.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: Walk just walk by a tree.
- 1:28:47Speaker 8: But here's what I think I think nature of his
- 1:28:49Speaker 8: finds a way because I walked over to it over
- 1:28:52Speaker 8: the weekend, someone else had watered it no way, Like
- 1:28:56Speaker 8: the ground was obviously moist and was obviously exactly around
- 1:28:59Speaker 8: the root of the tree. It looked like when I
- 1:29:00Speaker 8: but I hadn't.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: Been there in a few days. Didn't smell mound dew.
- 1:29:06Speaker 8: There was way too much water to be that way. Also,
- 1:29:09Speaker 8: there was a giant jug that was there. But but
- 1:29:11Speaker 8: but it wasn't just like someone dropped a jug. It
- 1:29:13Speaker 8: was exactly around if they recognize what I'm doing, if
- 1:29:18Speaker 8: they saw me doing it. So that was last month.
- 1:29:22Speaker 8: This month, I've already bought and planted an apple tree.
- 1:29:28Speaker 8: It's in the same neighborhood, but also in the wild. Okay,
- 1:29:31Speaker 8: why because I like it?
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: It's fine, Well Craig, why gardening? Yeah, why, well, that's
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: one thing if you had a house, you had some
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: land or whatever. I was going around the city, just
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: like in random areas. If he's going to do tree,
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: is the way SeaBASS would do it, like gorilla style. Yeah,
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: he gets on these tears. Why but uh, Greg brought
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: up what's the meaning of life? And it's to be
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: of service? Yes, and supervising nourishment.
- 1:30:00Speaker 8: But to your point, minutes, these things are in areas
- 1:30:02Speaker 8: where the second bananas start sprouting off, that's thing.
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: They're gone. I mean, the crackheads will sam hunger smoke them.
- 1:30:10Speaker 8: Because bananas actually they can grow pretty quickly and they're
- 1:30:15Speaker 8: I'm learning a lot about bananas. So they'll grow like
- 1:30:18Speaker 8: a big shoot up the middle that'll bust up to
- 1:30:20Speaker 8: maybe six eight, maybe even fifteen twenty feet depending on
- 1:30:23Speaker 8: the banana tree. And then the flower will come out
- 1:30:25Speaker 8: and a big bunch of bananas will come out and
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: it'll hang down, and then the crackheads will steal it.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: And now again why because on the text and one's like, yeah,
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: I may have forgotten the reason behind the planting. It
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: was just to do it. I just liked seeing stuff
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: like that.
- 1:30:37Speaker 8: I think it's fun when you walk around neighborhoods and
- 1:30:39Speaker 8: there's like oranges.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: I planned that a tree, well, Greg, you know, I
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: looked up. I looked at does take ten years too,
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: I thought.
- 1:30:47Speaker 8: So when I bought the banana tree, I saw that
- 1:30:49Speaker 8: I already had an account with this particular horticulturist. I
- 1:30:53Speaker 8: bought an avocado tree five years ago. I forgot about it.
- 1:30:56Speaker 8: Where then I think it's around the station somewhere.
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: I couldn't find.
- 1:31:01Speaker 8: I was like, well, I go back in my Google
- 1:31:02Speaker 8: my Google Maps timeline, which they've.
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: I did give Sea Bass my air tags exactly.
- 1:31:11Speaker 8: Well, but Google Maps re wiped all their stupid location data, which,
- 1:31:15Speaker 8: let's say I hate it was useful. So there's an
- 1:31:20Speaker 8: I had the same idea like five years ago, And
- 1:31:22Speaker 8: there's an avocado tree somewhere, probably dead, but but greg
- 1:31:26Speaker 8: because I cause I live in an area where both
- 1:31:28Speaker 8: bananas and because apples need cold typically, but there are
- 1:31:31Speaker 8: They've they've done all this genetic engineering, thank you jeans,
- 1:31:33Speaker 8: and they've got ones that are they're warm, hearty, and
- 1:31:36Speaker 8: bananas can't go places that are too cold. They get
- 1:31:38Speaker 8: that's considered GMO, right, probably in this case, there's there's
- 1:31:42Speaker 8: they always like GM.
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: The bananas we know today are vastly different than what
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: they are.
- 1:31:51Speaker 8: One, there's artificial selection, which is how we have bananas
- 1:31:54Speaker 8: and corn and wheat and rice. But then there's actually
- 1:31:56Speaker 8: going in and splicing geens, which is different.
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: I don't know if this is true. You guys at
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: one point said you don't like the artificial banana flavoring.
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: I hate it and stuff. I don't know if it's
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: true or not. That was what banana's originally tasted like.
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: And because of how they've been whatever over the years,
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: now they taste the way that you think they're supposed
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: to taste in the original like the flavoring. The artificial
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: flavoring is how they used to taste.
- 1:32:22Speaker 8: Fake banana flavor tastes different from modern banas because it's
- 1:32:25Speaker 8: based on the chemical iso aimyal acetate, which mimics the
- 1:32:29Speaker 8: rich and intense profile of the historic gross Michelle banana.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: Right the research somebody mentioned it to me and I
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: I hate the banana.
- 1:32:40Speaker 6: It's an interesting you said, it's an herb. I always
- 1:32:43Speaker 6: thought the big fun fact with bananas that they were.
- 1:32:45Speaker 8: Berry because of how they wear, how they bury.
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: The banana fruit is a berry.
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: Can you plant the little mini bananas? Because I like those.
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: I have seen those, and they advertised those plantains bananas.
- 1:32:57Speaker 8: Well, there's difference between that. They make many bananas and
- 1:33:00Speaker 8: like potatoes, right, pented plantata.
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: Kind of gross.
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: It's like a little minis.
- 1:33:04Speaker 8: Yeah, but they make menace. They make basically these mini
- 1:33:08Speaker 8: nanno trees and They're designed to be put on like
- 1:33:10Speaker 8: a patio or something.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: You can put them in your house.
- 1:33:12Speaker 8: Yeah, keep it on a roller pot.
- 1:33:13Speaker 4: Because when I was going through Maui, you know, you
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: go through that super windy road, there's all these little
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: road to Hanna, Yeah, the road to Hanna and then
- 1:33:23Speaker 4: to the Seven Sacred Pools, and they had little tiny
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: banana stands there and all it was all little mini bananas.
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: I could get there before we move on to your
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: Geers eventually here ye, yes.
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: So I said.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: I used to work for the city Urban Force, and unfortunately,
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: when we come across unpermitted trees we that are not
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: approved by our bursts in the area, we have to
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: cut them down and removing.
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: Yeah, because I'm sure they do, because we didn't pay
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: nine hundred dollars to plan them.
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: Here's the thing. I'm sure you do. But I've seen
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: how the city operates, and I worried about it.
- 1:33:50Speaker 15: You're talking to the guy who's going out and cutting
- 1:33:54Speaker 15: the off people who chain signs to light poles that
- 1:33:57Speaker 15: sit there for years. So I'm not too worried about
- 1:34:01Speaker 15: the effectiveness of mad brush everywhere.
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: Have you been what you got for Geers? Jeers to
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: fudgeticles specific well specifically the no sugar fudge pops. Why
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: would you ever buy those in the first place, because
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: they've come along no sugar has come a long way. Yeah,
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: it's like men false cigarettes.
- 1:34:24Speaker 8: I was I was walking by there they were in
- 1:34:25Speaker 8: the end caps like forty calories per fudgicle. I've had Halo,
- 1:34:28Speaker 8: We've had Halo top, all those like all those ice creams.
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: Are pretty down good.
- 1:34:32Speaker 8: Well that was ten years, but what it is. Yeah,
- 1:34:35Speaker 8: So I was like, I'll try that an hour later
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: because I had had about six of them.
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 1:34:41Speaker 8: The most painful gas of my life. Yeah, and not
- 1:34:44Speaker 8: a good way like with gas like okay, I'm farting whatever. No,
- 1:34:47Speaker 8: but like when it sticks in your stomach and can't
- 1:34:48Speaker 8: get out and you're like, oh, I've got appendicitis.
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: Uh huh, terrible this one is in this case. And
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: I wasn't worried about that because I've complained about that before.
- 1:34:58Speaker 8: I'm aware that like hard care candies or like the
- 1:35:01Speaker 8: fake peanut like the no sugar peanut butter cups have
- 1:35:03Speaker 8: the stuff in there that gives you just diarrhea and gas.
- 1:35:05Speaker 8: But I thought vegetacles are like there's solidified liquids, and
- 1:35:10Speaker 8: we figured out those, you know, like diet coke doesn't
- 1:35:13Speaker 8: give you gas in diarrhea, sorbital terrible.
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: I was two hours either on the toilet or just
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: farting after six after after. I appreciate the warning about
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: the no sugar fudgeicles. Yeah, I mean there's not I
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: can't imagine a world what I would ever buy one.
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: Would you buy a udgetacle a fudgeticle? Yes, oh, but
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: because it's no sugar, then sudden because it's hell no, no, no,
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: Like there's just something with those. Like the desserts, like
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: the sodas are fine, but a lot of the desserts,
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: the no sugar dessert they always they always gonkey yeah right, yeah,
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: like sugar free candies.
- 1:35:50Speaker 4: Sugar free you're talking about like Halo Top stuff.
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: Right, Halo Top, same thing. I'm with Greg on the Yeah,
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: it's my daughter somehow grabbed the wrong package. These were
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: like sugar were low sugar whatever, they were gummy worms. Man,
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: these things were awful. Yeah, we're not there yet.
- 1:36:08Speaker 8: Yeah, well not only are we not there apparently in taste.
- 1:36:10Speaker 8: As far as like the taste, I didn't care. It
- 1:36:12Speaker 8: wasn't bad when I was eating them. But it just
- 1:36:14Speaker 8: the the artificial sugars or these sugar alcohols are so bad.
- 1:36:18Speaker 8: And if you're not looking, and if you have six,
- 1:36:20Speaker 8: which again this box eighteen, I could have had.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: More, I could have been dead. It was so I
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: couldn't eat anything, I couldn't drink. Oh, alright, Gina, cheers
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: and jeers.
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: All right, big old, big, big, big cheers to puppy preschool. Man,
- 1:36:33Speaker 6: God blessed these people. God blessed these trainers.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: We've gone pet.
- 1:36:40Speaker 6: Yeah, but it's like in the back.
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: And pet store work. Yeah, they are the best.
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: I you know, I hate the phrase I trust the process,
- 1:36:49Speaker 6: but man, I had to trust the process. We've gone
- 1:36:52Speaker 6: to like six classes and my little girl has gotten
- 1:36:55Speaker 6: so much better. It's it's just this has been a godsend.
- 1:36:59Speaker 6: First of all, she's scared of dogs because she was
- 1:37:01Speaker 6: a litter of one, and she's a brat, so she's
- 1:37:03Speaker 6: always barking at other dogs and being a pain in
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: the ass. Not anymore, because this is also part, you know,
- 1:37:08Speaker 6: half the classes, puppy socialization. She doesn't hide behind me anymore.
- 1:37:12Speaker 6: She didn't hide under the chair. She's getting out, she's playing,
- 1:37:15Speaker 6: she's so much calmer at home now. She's also five
- 1:37:17Speaker 6: months old now, but she's less. There's less barking, she's
- 1:37:21Speaker 6: more obedient. She's just like growing.
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: Up well less.
- 1:37:26Speaker 6: But also I don't care because she lost all her
- 1:37:28Speaker 6: vampire teeth, so we're in that great sweet spot of
- 1:37:30Speaker 6: how she basically has no teeth, so she's nipping less,
- 1:37:33Speaker 6: but also when she doesn't it doesn't matter.
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: But yeah, she's.
- 1:37:36Speaker 6: Following commands better, she's sleeping more, she's basically less spassy.
- 1:37:40Speaker 6: And again I think it's.
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: I had you figure it out what the sleeping thing,
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: because you, oh.
- 1:37:44Speaker 6: Easy, you guys kill because there was no reason for
- 1:37:49Speaker 6: her There's no there was no reason for her to
- 1:37:52Speaker 6: be going to bed when I was going to bed,
- 1:37:53Speaker 6: which is like right after dinner and you know, hearing
- 1:37:56Speaker 6: everyone else in the house was keeping her up. But
- 1:37:59Speaker 6: it's more psychological because I felt responsible for her, like
- 1:38:02Speaker 6: maybe Andy and the kid weren't paying attention to her.
- 1:38:05Speaker 6: I was supposed to this somehow. She was my dog
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: and I had to put her to bed, and I
- 1:38:09Speaker 6: was like, what am I doing? This is all of
- 1:38:11Speaker 6: our dog. I go, you guys have fun with her.
- 1:38:13Speaker 6: I'm going to bed and that stopped immediately. That So
- 1:38:16Speaker 6: that was me thinking that, like everyone assumed I was
- 1:38:19Speaker 6: supposed to only.
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: Oh see, I didn't realize that. I didn't realize like
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: there was still action going on in the house and
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: you were trying to.
- 1:38:24Speaker 6: Get Yeah, I was taking her like an idiot. So
- 1:38:28Speaker 6: that really wasn't That wasn't her fault. That was operator error.
- 1:38:31Speaker 6: But she's just she's just gotten so much more well behaved,
- 1:38:34Speaker 6: and I have to attribute it to these wonderful trainers,
- 1:38:38Speaker 6: so that it's just been so good for her. We
- 1:38:39Speaker 6: go twice a week and it's great. Jeers. I know
- 1:38:43Speaker 6: this is going to sound a little late to the party,
- 1:38:45Speaker 6: but it's not. Jeers to Dennis Hoff. Remember Dennis Hoff,
- 1:38:49Speaker 6: the Bunny Bunny Ranch, guys.
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: The owner of the Bunny Ranch in Nevada, the.
- 1:38:54Speaker 6: Cat House or ip is not is not.
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: And I know we've all I was dead still in trouble.
- 1:39:02Speaker 6: Yes, we've all had interviews with him. I've interviewed he's
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: you know, he's been around in our orbit. But I
- 1:39:08Speaker 6: just watched the Secrets of the Bunny Ranch on Hulu,
- 1:39:11Speaker 6: and again we all kind of knew he was like
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: this big, outlandish dude. You know, pamp and whatever, and
- 1:39:16Speaker 6: like doing his thing. Oh I'm a businessman. But there
- 1:39:19Speaker 6: were so many more things that were so much more disturbing,
- 1:39:22Speaker 6: Like you know, on.
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: The show was alway supposed to.
- 1:39:24Speaker 6: Be like the girls are having fun, and allegedly, you know,
- 1:39:27Speaker 6: obviously all that was just for the camera.
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: The girls weren't getting pain.
- 1:39:29Speaker 6: In fact, they were losing money because they weren't working
- 1:39:31Speaker 6: when they were filming. He was drugging them. He was
- 1:39:36Speaker 6: tasting the wearers. When a new girl would come, he loved.
- 1:39:39Speaker 6: Right when they turned eighteen, he would they would campaign
- 1:39:44Speaker 6: or have like tables set outside high schools and places
- 1:39:47Speaker 6: where kids go, would be like, oh, you know, when
- 1:39:48Speaker 6: you're a teen year should give me a call. Loved
- 1:39:51Speaker 6: that kind of stuff.
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: Allegedly. Also, how the hell could that happen? What do
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: you mean?
- 1:39:56Speaker 6: How was off property across the street?
- 1:40:00Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:40:02Speaker 6: Also, when you say you can leave any time you
- 1:40:04Speaker 6: want and you make a ton of money, here's the thing, ay,
- 1:40:08Speaker 6: you could not leave any time you wanted. He got
- 1:40:11Speaker 6: very threatening. And also he basically, according to this documentary,
- 1:40:15Speaker 6: made these girls indentured servants. So they said we split
- 1:40:17Speaker 6: everything fifty to fifty. But then oh, I got to
- 1:40:20Speaker 6: take out your room and board, I got to take
- 1:40:21Speaker 6: out this, I got to take out that I got.
- 1:40:23Speaker 6: So they were in so much debt working there. They
- 1:40:26Speaker 6: had to work just to get out of debt.
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: It's like signed to a record label exactly.
- 1:40:34Speaker 6: Yes, they call it financial bondage because you're bonded to
- 1:40:37Speaker 6: them because you're so in debt. You're never getting out
- 1:40:39Speaker 6: of this. So we all thought we knew this guy,
- 1:40:42Speaker 6: you know, just like this bomb basket over the top whatever.
- 1:40:44Speaker 6: But yeah, you know what, good riddance.
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: That's on Hulu.
- 1:40:48Speaker 6: Yeah, it's on who. It's called Secrets of the Bunny Ranch.
- 1:40:51Speaker 4: He's a really good camera was a really good camera man. Yeah,
- 1:40:58Speaker 4: he came in, did you an interview? And then one
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: of the ladies service, one of the guys on the
- 1:41:03Speaker 4: show him.
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: And Dennis Hoff was the cameraman for.
- 1:41:07Speaker 4: Warned it and then we played it back in the studio.
- 1:41:09Speaker 2: So this is good quality.
- 1:41:10Speaker 6: And it's funny because when I saw when I interviewed him,
- 1:41:13Speaker 6: he was actually he seemed kind of nervous, like not
- 1:41:15Speaker 6: for me, but just I don't know if something happened
- 1:41:17Speaker 6: to him that day. And I was like, oh, he's
- 1:41:19Speaker 6: not as confident as I thought he was.
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: We had him on the show and he was fun,
- 1:41:22Speaker 1: yeah from what I remember, but yeah, a man.
- 1:41:24Speaker 6: And then I get it like happy go lucky, weirdo,
- 1:41:27Speaker 6: kind of pimp dude. But after watching this, I'm like, nah,
- 1:41:29Speaker 6: we didn't need him.
- 1:41:30Speaker 1: Well he's good news. He's dead anyway, So.
- 1:41:34Speaker 8: This just happened to you, happen to recently too. Is
- 1:41:36Speaker 8: once you're dead, people could say whatever, you're not there too. Yeah,
- 1:41:39Speaker 8: you're not there to defend yourself.
- 1:41:41Speaker 6: He's not somebody I would go up against if he
- 1:41:43Speaker 6: was alive. So I think this is probably the better way.
- 1:41:47Speaker 7: Four.
- 1:41:47Speaker 1: Wooding sent us a text over to two two nine
- 1:41:50Speaker 1: eighty seven more what he showed next, Hang up right back.
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: It doesn't sound or look appealing at all. It's just
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: like you got to pretend that they're actually entertaining. Yeah,
- 1:42:01Speaker 1: and I pretend it is exhausting. The Woody show. Well,
- 1:42:08Speaker 1: the nurse in Montana went out to Granite Peak went
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: hiking with two friends. They were about twelve thousand feet
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: up when this nurse stepped on a small loose rock
- 1:42:21Speaker 1: and fell forward and paled themselves on their trekking pole
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: pole went through the lat muscle was sticking out on
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: both sides, roughly eight inches in between the two holes. So,
- 1:42:35Speaker 1: you know, being a nurse realizing nothing vital was punctured,
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: no bleeding or light headedness, instead of waiting for the extraction,
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: I just decided to hike on down and get some help.
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: Oh yeah. So the hike, by the way, was was
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: ten miles. Ten miles even from the bottom of the
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: hill was still another two hours to the nearest hospital.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: So between the time of the accident happened at the
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: time when the pole was finally moved, dude, nine hours
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: and they took this own. Gonna be fine, but still,
- 1:43:06Speaker 1: you know, even though you're gonna be fine, going through
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: that whole experience mentally going how could that have been avoided?
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: Greg? Well, let's see, you got a mountain and you
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: have your couch, you pick.
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: Yeah, not hiking wouldn't have happened at Just another story
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: about how a hike has gone bad and you don't
- 1:43:24Speaker 1: what are you what are you gonna get impaled on?
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: If you're at home on the couch when you're remote,
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: Let's go hiking.
- 1:43:30Speaker 2: You don't need those skip phole hiking things when you're
- 1:43:32Speaker 2: at home, thank you. Yeah, plain and simple.
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: Do you really need them when you're on a hike though?
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: Is it just to look like an official hiker?
- 1:43:41Speaker 2: I think it's if you're old.
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: We see it for old people.
- 1:43:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: I love them. I want to use them because they're
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: kind of sissy, you know. I mean, nobody on the
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: shows and authority anything physical.
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: Or hiking or no.
- 1:43:51Speaker 6: But when I go on leisurely walks in the woods
- 1:43:53Speaker 6: and won't call it hiking. It's only the elderly that
- 1:43:56Speaker 6: I really was.
- 1:43:57Speaker 2: And they're really really really long.
- 1:43:58Speaker 4: But if you're like hiking some of the kind of
- 1:44:00Speaker 4: like loose gravel like that, you should use them.
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: All right now, you guys know, I love Shake Shack.
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: It's awesome. I'm a fan. It's my favorite fast food burger,
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: really good. But this video, and I don't know if
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: you saw it, has gone viral because this customer had
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: heard that. You know, when you do the Kiosks, which
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: I don't like ordering from the Kiosks when there's a
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: counter right there and there are people at the counter,
- 1:44:25Speaker 1: can't you take the order?
- 1:44:27Speaker 6: They're saying hi and everything.
- 1:44:28Speaker 1: Like I it's fine, Like if there is a kiosk
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: available to maybe those who don't want to have that interaction.
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: To me, it's quicker because it's like, all right, well,
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: let me just put the order in. You do this
- 1:44:37Speaker 1: all the time, boom boom. It seems to be faster.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: I love the kiosks.
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: I hate the kioka. I can see the full menu.
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: You can't see the menu otherwise.
- 1:44:47Speaker 4: I feel like you can see more. Yeah, customize anyway.
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: I don't like. I mean, I will use the kiosk
- 1:44:55Speaker 1: if I have to. But this person had heard and
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: they tried it out for themselves. You put your order
- 1:45:00Speaker 1: in at shakechack on the kiosk, and it gives you
- 1:45:04Speaker 1: a price, and then, like everywhere else now, it asks
- 1:45:06Speaker 1: would you like to leave a tip for what? For
- 1:45:08Speaker 1: your robo computer? You're at the kiosk, everything right, and
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: so when you say no, it says, stand by, there's
- 1:45:18Speaker 1: a recalculation of price, and the price on your items
- 1:45:22Speaker 1: goes up. WHOA, there's a bit. He shows it. So
- 1:45:25Speaker 1: he and his wife they went and they tried it.
- 1:45:27Speaker 1: They ordered three shakes. The price per shake was five
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: dollars and ninety nine cents. They hit skip on the
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: tip and it brought up the screen about how, oh
- 1:45:38Speaker 1: ever do that when you're booking a flight or you're
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: booking something. Oh, hold on the price has changed, where
- 1:45:43Speaker 1: they say there's something hey, that price is no longer
- 1:45:45Speaker 1: available and recalculae. It's that same kind of message that
- 1:45:49Speaker 1: comes up. And so now instead of it being five
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: to ninety nine per shake, the adjusted price went to
- 1:45:55Speaker 1: six forty nine per shake. So you're given that dollar
- 1:45:59Speaker 1: fifty if you're getting three shakes, no matter what.
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: So shake Shack responded because they were getting blown up
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: by everybody online. They said, and let's see if you
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: believe this. The up charge is not shakeshack policy. We're
- 1:46:13Speaker 1: looking into it with the licensee that operates that specific location.
- 1:46:17Speaker 1: They're saying, this is an isolated issue.
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: Just at that one place.
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: I didn't realize they franchised. Yeah, because I was there recently.
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: I don't remember if I tipped or not. I must
- 1:46:27Speaker 6: have because I didn't see that.
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: Well did you pay attention? No? But I mean I
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: would have noticed. We're recalculating. You would have noticed, damn
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: no thing. No. Well, it's like restaurants that they automatically
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: charge you whatever percent so they can offer our employees benefits. Yeah, right, right, Well,
- 1:46:45Speaker 1: just put it into the price already that's on the menu,
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: don't We would don't recalculate it once I've decided that
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: I'm either you know, tipping or not tipping. Does a
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: bigger tip get you a bigger discount?
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: Like we're adding three percent to your bill for healthcare
- 1:46:59Speaker 2: for the right Wait.
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: You said this was America.
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: Yeah they did. Yeah, because I'm looking up right now.
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: They said they don't franchise in the United States. But
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: the license that operates that it's well, I don't know,
- 1:47:11Speaker 1: I don't know how it worse. Who cares. The point
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: is when you when you say you're not tipping on
- 1:47:17Speaker 1: the shake shack kiosk, it'll adjust the price to be high.
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: Yeah, per thing.
- 1:47:24Speaker 1: Yeah, they're going to get that dollar fift What do
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: you want to type in the you know, just type
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: in shake shack tip, yeah, and you'll you'll see it pop.
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: It pops up.
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: Because sometimes these franchise guys they get a little crazy.
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they start doing their own thing. Yeah. But
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: is that how McDonald's got the fish sandwich. Yeah, because
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: there was like a there was a franchise e who
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: it was lent and he wanted he was getting killed
- 1:47:50Speaker 1: on Fridays during lent money, and so a right smashed
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: your face on the headphones, thinking I looked over there,
- 1:47:58Speaker 1: looked like you smashed your face.
- 1:48:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:48:00Speaker 1: So he was getting killed on Fridays, and so he
- 1:48:03Speaker 1: decided to offer up a fish sandwich on the menu
- 1:48:07Speaker 1: at his particular location, and it blew up. And the
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: guys who were running you know this is back in
- 1:48:14Speaker 1: the earlier days, They're like, oh, technically that wasn't allowed, right, Well,
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean now, there's very specific rules
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: of you are a franchise about things that you can
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: or can't do. They can't like Greg's McDonald's, and you
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: do things wildly different Dog Donald's right there.
- 1:48:30Speaker 7: The Wood show.
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: 's see, I got a couple of things here. I
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: got a story involving a fun accent. This is in Colorado.
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: This driver gets pulled over by the cops. Yep, and
- 1:48:52Speaker 1: see if you can see if you can relate here
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: Greg this demeanor.
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, you know my demeanor when I get
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: pulled over because you been with me.
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: Oh wait, we have the body can flats drink right Yeah. Anyway,
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: so gets pulled over for speeding and uh, let's see
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: how this interaction with this police officer when here we go. Yes, sir,
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: a little fast, I wanted warning again? Uh fun accent ahead, Yes, sir,
- 1:49:23Speaker 1: a little fast I I was.
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: I wasn't driving.
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: That's a test.
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: Driving or the pilots. He's in a Tesla, so I
- 1:49:30Speaker 1: wasn't driving. It was on autopilot.
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: Not my fault.
- 1:49:33Speaker 1: Yeah, how stupid, medis.
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: Don't you think he kind of has a point.
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: No, because even when you're on cruise control or autopilot,
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: you are still responsible, You're still wheel.
- 1:49:43Speaker 4: You're supposed to be paying attack.
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: I know you are, I'm saying, but legally he.
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: Was not driving.
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: Yes, No, he does not have a point. Why because
- 1:49:53Speaker 1: legally he is responsible, was driving?
- 1:49:56Speaker 2: He will? Okay, That's why I'm asking medics, because he's
- 1:49:59Speaker 2: mister your generator.
- 1:50:00Speaker 8: But that doesn't apply to way most though, which essentially
- 1:50:03Speaker 8: is the same technology.
- 1:50:04Speaker 1: Are they not licensed differently?
- 1:50:07Speaker 8: I'm sure they are, but I think but I think
- 1:50:09Speaker 8: the I'm sure they are, which is the whole point.
- 1:50:11Speaker 1: But the results what matters. Yes, sir, a little fast,
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: I was.
- 1:50:15Speaker 7: I wasn't driving.
- 1:50:16Speaker 4: That's assess driving all the pilots.
- 1:50:18Speaker 1: You're in charge, though, so I need to see your
- 1:50:20Speaker 1: driver's license.
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: I interest, but I wasn't driving, so it doesn't matter.
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: Like you're in the driver's seat.
- 1:50:26Speaker 1: You can you can say you can blame the car
- 1:50:28Speaker 1: all you.
- 1:50:28Speaker 16: Want, but but how how can we prom do you
- 1:50:31Speaker 16: have a driver's license, you're still driving. You can say
- 1:50:36Speaker 16: the car is driving, is all you want. The judge
- 1:50:38Speaker 16: is not going to play that game you were driving.
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: If you changed to trust the bar.
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: I need to see your superboys, thank you.
- 1:50:44Speaker 1: Can you imagine asking for the supervisor in that situation
- 1:50:47Speaker 1: at that point you tried the whole it was on autopilot.
- 1:50:49Speaker 1: It didn't work at that point. Just take the ticket man,
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: shut up and deal with.
- 1:50:52Speaker 4: It later, and say there's no way that the car
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: was going over to the speed limit because it has
- 1:50:57Speaker 4: computers and he knows how fast it should be going.
- 1:50:59Speaker 8: You can, I'll tell you can program testlast to go
- 1:51:01Speaker 8: faster than the speed limit.
- 1:51:02Speaker 1: Hell yet, dog mad max mode.
- 1:51:06Speaker 4: But in this case, I didn't do that.
- 1:51:09Speaker 1: In your honor, show me show me the burgraming.
- 1:51:12Speaker 16: That is not going to play that game you were driving.
- 1:51:15Speaker 2: If you to trust the bar, I need to see your.
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: This is your ticket. On the bottom is a complaint number.
- 1:51:22Speaker 1: Do you want to talk to I just want to speak?
- 1:51:24Speaker 2: Wis this is your copy? Do you want your drivers back?
- 1:51:27Speaker 2: So you can't a question?
- 1:51:29Speaker 7: Sir?
- 1:51:29Speaker 2: Do you want to.
- 1:51:30Speaker 8: You can't aggress me like don't aggress the The Sovereign
- 1:51:34Speaker 8: Citizen movement has gotten a lot of people in a
- 1:51:36Speaker 8: lot of trouble. Are we still over that half of
- 1:51:39Speaker 8: what he's saying.
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: I'm not traveling, I'm not driving, he's not going that far.
- 1:51:43Speaker 8: But he's doing a lot of their stuff about supervisors
- 1:51:45Speaker 8: and blah blah blah.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: You can't talk to me like this.
- 1:51:47Speaker 2: Where's this gofund me for me?
- 1:51:51Speaker 16: So you can't a question, sir?
- 1:51:52Speaker 2: Do you want you?
- 1:51:53Speaker 1: I want to got my drovers the bat.
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: I need to speech before you.
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: You want me to call him here? Yes, well I'll
- 1:51:59Speaker 1: tell him that you want him here. I'll see what
- 1:52:01Speaker 1: he says.
- 1:52:03Speaker 4: Okay, you kind of trick me that.
- 1:52:06Speaker 1: Are you going to say I want your supervisor right now?
- 1:52:09Speaker 7: And you would be here?
- 1:52:10Speaker 1: Went goodbye. I don't know how they change your voice
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: like that?
- 1:52:16Speaker 2: Greg getting getting that so it just never stops being hilarious,
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: and we.
- 1:52:23Speaker 8: Should probably do PSS number one. Don't act like Greg
- 1:52:26Speaker 8: number two. The cop is not lately required to bring
- 1:52:28Speaker 8: you a captain or a supervisor film. They're not legally
- 1:52:31Speaker 8: required to do anything.
- 1:52:31Speaker 1: I'll put the word in if they want to come
- 1:52:33Speaker 1: meet you here on the side of the road. But like,
- 1:52:34Speaker 1: I'm going to go about my job. You were speeding.
- 1:52:36Speaker 1: I gave you the ticket. You want to fight it,
- 1:52:38Speaker 1: here's the way it can plain. You can show up
- 1:52:40Speaker 1: at cord or whatever you will later.
- 1:52:44Speaker 6: The German first time I've personally ever heard a cop
- 1:52:48Speaker 6: leaving and be like.
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: No, no, no, I'm here.
- 1:52:52Speaker 6: I've never heard that.
- 1:52:53Speaker 8: I mean, I'm basically the same as a card mark.
- 1:52:55Speaker 8: And that happens to me all the time. People are
- 1:52:56Speaker 8: like they're calling nine on one and they're like.
- 1:52:58Speaker 1: No, you gotta stay. I do not. Oh so I
- 1:53:03Speaker 1: can get the recapt on this. But people kept telling
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: me there was like a beef between Greg and Sea Bass. Well,
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: it's really between Greg and facts. Unfortunately.
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: Okay, let's do it today and daily gas lighting from
- 1:53:17Speaker 2: Sea Bass.
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: You can nuts use the word cherry pick. What was
- 1:53:21Speaker 1: it about? He was playing some audio about some dude
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: talking about Dougan News and it was I E. Pitbull
- 1:53:26Speaker 1: hatred segment. As always, it's the same thing every time.
- 1:53:30Speaker 1: To be fair, that it would like it, right, He's like, no.
- 1:53:34Speaker 2: It's different, it's different. It's going to be different. You're
- 1:53:36Speaker 2: gonna love it.
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: And it was some dog trainer saying, how the breed
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: pit bull, he'll know the breed when he sees it
- 1:53:43Speaker 1: because it's not an actual breed, and that you could
- 1:53:46Speaker 1: be sitting with your family dog a pit bull and
- 1:53:48Speaker 1: out of nowhere it could attack, and I said, so
- 1:53:51Speaker 1: can any dog. And then I was cherry picking, hold
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: on before we go, before we go any further. Yeah,
- 1:53:57Speaker 1: question ques technicality, like I've heard you say, like you
- 1:54:01Speaker 1: know it's not a breed, then how do you then
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: how does it get identified as a pit bull? According
- 1:54:07Speaker 1: to this guy, a block shaped head. Yeah, like just
- 1:54:12Speaker 1: just in general though, like our pit bull is not
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: a is that not? I mean it's a blanket term
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: for many different.
- 1:54:18Speaker 8: Types blockheads, and well by by many types, so by
- 1:54:22Speaker 8: the numbers that there's a lot of cross.
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: Breeding and things of that nature, right, Okay. I've always
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: just wondered about that because.
- 1:54:27Speaker 2: I in the audio we heard, he was pointing out
- 1:54:30Speaker 2: that the pit bull can out of nowhere just attack
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: a family member, And I said, so can a Doverman
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: son of rottweiler, so kind of cocker spaniel. And then Nope,
- 1:54:40Speaker 2: you're cherry picking, your cherry picking. And that went on
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: for about twenty minutes.
- 1:54:45Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, it was good.
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: I think the argument when it comes to the dogs
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: at least like, yes, there are a lot of dogs
- 1:54:51Speaker 1: that will bite, you know. Uh, I guess it's how
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: much like you know, you don't really hear if it's
- 1:54:57Speaker 1: I'm saying, if it's a if it's all enthusiast, I'm
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: thinking it's like a chihuahua. Right, No one's dying from
- 1:55:04Speaker 1: the chihuahua bites, you know what I mean? Like, no,
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: no one's getting their throat ripped out by the chihuahua, right, Greg,
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: when we you know, it's more like the extent of
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: the injury or the amount of deaths as a result
- 1:55:17Speaker 1: of getting mauled by whatever. Yes, you know, you know,
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: blockheaded dog or whatever, uh, whatever type of dog you
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: were talking about now to as I was quiet there, Uh,
- 1:55:27Speaker 1: the DUCA news was good.
- 1:55:29Speaker 2: Job.
- 1:55:29Speaker 8: Gult Star News was different because I opened with a
- 1:55:33Speaker 8: The reason was brought up is because John Barenthal interview
- 1:55:36Speaker 8: had resurfaced of him talking about how pit bulls are racist, Like, oh,
- 1:55:38Speaker 8: that reminds me of heard the show. I mean, probably too.
- 1:55:48Speaker 8: Uh So I said, now that reminds me of somebody
- 1:55:50Speaker 8: I heard. So I played that audio, which was different.
- 1:55:52Speaker 8: That was a dumb actor agreeing with just came in
- 1:55:56Speaker 8: and what Greg see when unfortunate When we bring up
- 1:55:58Speaker 8: pit bulls and how deadly they are, he gets like
- 1:56:01Speaker 8: tunnel vision and he doesn't think. And the reason I
- 1:56:02Speaker 8: said cherry picking is because I was talking not about
- 1:56:05Speaker 8: this dog trainer who's trained thousands of dogs and was
- 1:56:08Speaker 8: talking about how the dogs, like pit bulls, have been
- 1:56:11Speaker 8: bred to be aggressive and that's why they kill at
- 1:56:13Speaker 8: such a high rate compared to their dogs. And when
- 1:56:16Speaker 8: I said cherry picking, I was talking about how he
- 1:56:17Speaker 8: was saying, well, I've had two pit bulls and they
- 1:56:19Speaker 8: never killed anybody yet. So so that's what I was
- 1:56:22Speaker 8: talking and so but Greg, and again he's not listening
- 1:56:27Speaker 8: to the rest of that. Again super seasoned pit bull
- 1:56:33Speaker 8: trainer among other dog trainer talking about how it doesn't
- 1:56:37Speaker 8: matter these dogs can overpowers.
- 1:56:42Speaker 1: Because for fighting. I asked, what his endgame was, and
- 1:56:48Speaker 1: he said to ban the breed, which done, which we did.
- 1:56:52Speaker 6: Get a really interesting nugget that that was going to
- 1:56:54Speaker 6: be part of Sea Bass's platform if.
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: He ran to a mile. Yes, because Greg, because Gregg.
- 1:57:00Speaker 8: Again he was full of logical fallacies that day, but
- 1:57:02Speaker 8: one of them is, well, you can't say that unless
- 1:57:05Speaker 8: you're actually gonna go out there and do something about it.
- 1:57:07Speaker 8: Show me the show, be the legislation, go out and
- 1:57:09Speaker 8: pitches like, well, I was planning on doing that. I
- 1:57:11Speaker 8: made steps to do that. Yeah, I'm actually.
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: Say any of these words.
- 1:57:14Speaker 1: Yes, legislation done anything.
- 1:57:18Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: All I wanted to know was what is the end
- 1:57:20Speaker 2: game for the pit bull?
- 1:57:22Speaker 1: He said?
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: After how many.
- 1:57:24Speaker 1: Years of doing Dougan News did we get the answer?
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: About three years?
- 1:57:31Speaker 8: And the whole point of this years the point of
- 1:57:33Speaker 8: the Dougan News was which he's your drumming closing is
- 1:57:37Speaker 8: I had a I had a mega mega mega experienced
- 1:57:41Speaker 8: dog trainer explain why pit bulls are not a safe
- 1:57:43Speaker 8: breed for people to own, and he does that.
- 1:57:46Speaker 1: Didn't hear any of that? Nor did you hearing that
- 1:57:49Speaker 1: pit bull is not a breed but that's the cherry.
- 1:57:52Speaker 8: No, no, that's not what that means? What what what
- 1:57:55Speaker 8: the guy said, Greg?
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: And the reason he's I guess it would be the
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: elimination of Malta if that, if that's the rebuttal of that,
- 1:58:01Speaker 1: I guess you're talking about the elimination of elimination of
- 1:58:05Speaker 1: all the blockheaded dogs. And here's the thing.
- 1:58:09Speaker 8: The reason that that guy said that I'm not he said,
- 1:58:13Speaker 8: I'm talking about all these big, squareheaded dogs, is because
- 1:58:16Speaker 8: he's heard the reply of well, pitbulls actually not blah
- 1:58:19Speaker 8: blah blah he said.
- 1:58:20Speaker 1: He said, I don't care.
- 1:58:22Speaker 2: You're choosing not to hear the portion of his audio
- 1:58:25Speaker 2: where he said the pit bull out of the blue
- 1:58:27Speaker 2: could attack a family member. You're not hearing that any
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: dog could do that.
- 1:58:31Speaker 8: But you didn't hear the rest of his audio where
- 1:58:33Speaker 8: he said, and kill and maim to a much larger
- 1:58:36Speaker 8: degree than other dogs do. Agreed, they're very So why
- 1:58:39Speaker 8: are you bringing so why are you bringing that up
- 1:58:41Speaker 8: as a rebuttal?
- 1:58:43Speaker 1: I think this is a clip from your arguments.
- 1:58:49Speaker 2: Basically, would not let me finish?
- 1:58:51Speaker 1: Well, just say there's a there's a clip in there
- 1:58:53Speaker 1: if you want it, there's another clip if you go
- 1:58:54Speaker 1: to let me if you while you're in there, what
- 1:58:57Speaker 1: he if you got a Dougan news. There's a song
- 1:58:59Speaker 1: that was released about this.
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: News. It's like this threet.
- 1:59:05Speaker 1: But the point being is that is that I was
- 1:59:08Speaker 1: bringing not all.
- 1:59:09Speaker 8: I was bringing Greg's point up via this dumb actor
- 1:59:11Speaker 8: I didn't know anything and rebutting it with just fact
- 1:59:14Speaker 8: after fact for fact from a mega excording guy from
- 1:59:17Speaker 8: a guy who was sitting they're training a pit bull
- 1:59:19Speaker 8: talking about how he's training.
- 1:59:21Speaker 6: Is it possible?
- 1:59:22Speaker 1: And Greg?
- 1:59:23Speaker 6: Is it possible that both can be true?
- 1:59:24Speaker 7: Now?
- 1:59:25Speaker 6: John Burnhal saying that and Greg saying that because they
- 1:59:27Speaker 6: have pipules that are sweet and adorable and it's never
- 1:59:30Speaker 6: hurt anyone.
- 1:59:31Speaker 2: And it's like, sorry to interrupt, Uh, it's if you
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: have a favorite band and somebody else doesn't like your
- 1:59:38Speaker 2: favorite band, are you going to stop liking that band?
- 1:59:40Speaker 1: No, You're free to hate pit bulls all day.
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: I love them. My point is Greg the end, and
- 1:59:47Speaker 2: that's why I keep that not the ends.
- 1:59:54Speaker 8: Three minutes of Boredom shows a guy being mauled by
- 1:59:58Speaker 8: two pit bulls. A pit bull goes on the attack
- 2:00:03Speaker 8: of New Jersey to chase down this little girl.
- 2:00:06Speaker 2: I wonder what's next.
- 2:00:06Speaker 10: The family who lives here says they've had the twelve
- 2:00:08Speaker 10: year old pit bull since it was a puppy and
- 2:00:11Speaker 10: it around children.
- 2:00:12Speaker 1: But today it attacked a five year old boy. What
- 2:00:17Speaker 1: we got attacking a child slinging a chat around by
- 2:00:20Speaker 1: our face? Mambers are attending to get a jump.
- 2:00:23Speaker 2: Don't worry.
- 2:00:23Speaker 1: Jeff's pid full attacks in the last year, but since
- 2:00:28Speaker 1: then they played not much.
- 2:00:29Speaker 6: Has been the end game of the song again, he.
- 2:00:34Speaker 1: Was attacked by betch pit bull dog, but he was
- 2:00:36Speaker 1: playing at a barck near his house in Germany. Yeah,
- 2:00:40Speaker 1: that's crazy.
- 2:00:41Speaker 2: Let me how did you finish the song? You would
- 2:00:43Speaker 2: have heard about.
- 2:00:44Speaker 8: Here's the point, Greg is I know, I know. I'm
- 2:00:48Speaker 8: not going to convince you. That's not the point of
- 2:00:51Speaker 8: having the discussion. The point is to reach the people
- 2:00:54Speaker 8: who can be convinced you are going to be.
- 2:00:59Speaker 2: Jeff.
- 2:01:00Speaker 8: Another thing, one of us is trying to literally save
- 2:01:05Speaker 8: children's lives. The other person has blood on his hands.
- 2:01:09Speaker 1: So that is the difference. Is your dog is your
- 2:01:12Speaker 1: dog racist? Racist dogs to be racist?
- 2:01:16Speaker 8: We have We had a German shepherd at our frat house.
- 2:01:21Speaker 8: And this is not an isolated story. I've heard many
- 2:01:23Speaker 8: stories like this, Who are are our? Maleman happened to
- 2:01:26Speaker 8: be of a certain persuasion, and when his substitute was
- 2:01:30Speaker 8: of a different persuasion, the dog did not bark at
- 2:01:32Speaker 8: the substitute.
- 2:01:32Speaker 1: Do you remember, Kirby your enthusiasm? Larry had the racist dog.
- 2:01:37Speaker 12: You know what's going on?
- 2:01:39Speaker 1: You have a racist dog. The dog hates black people.
- 2:01:43Speaker 12: There you train the dog behave bor I didn't people,
- 2:01:47Speaker 12: Has it barked at any white people?
- 2:01:49Speaker 7: Exactly?
- 2:01:50Speaker 12: Your dog is racist? Sheriffs dog eats black people.
- 2:01:59Speaker 8: What the let's tell you what.
- 2:02:01Speaker 12: I am not bringing my black ass back up into
- 2:02:04Speaker 12: this until y'all get clan dolls.
- 2:02:10Speaker 1: Racist dog, that is not a lot that happens. You
- 2:02:12Speaker 1: know what, I didn't hear Larry say. I did not
- 2:02:14Speaker 1: hear Larry say, let me.
- 2:02:17Speaker 2: Once. Well he wasn't being all right.
- 2:02:25Speaker 1: So let's see, if you had to pick one, which
- 2:02:30Speaker 1: one would you go with?
- 2:02:32Speaker 2: Okay?
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: I saw this thing. I thought was kind of as
- 2:02:34Speaker 1: millennials eventually become one of these. Okay, Disney adults, Yes,
- 2:02:42Speaker 1: Costco executive member, pickleball addict, Nope, home espresso scientist, Nope,
- 2:02:50Speaker 1: sour dough parent, Lego collector, cold plunge guy, cast iron expert,
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: like a cast iron watch guy, marathon runner. I live
- 2:03:06Speaker 1: with one of those, and then an air friar evangelist.
- 2:03:09Speaker 4: Yep, yep, yep.
- 2:03:12Speaker 8: This is all a version of things boring, things that
- 2:03:14Speaker 8: happened to you when you're thirty.
- 2:03:15Speaker 6: Fe exactly like you go to girl brunch and suddenly
- 2:03:19Speaker 6: instead of talking about like who you banged the night before,
- 2:03:20Speaker 6: you're like, so, what kind of deductible does your insurance have?
- 2:03:25Speaker 1: Yeah, they start the adulting stuff.
- 2:03:27Speaker 8: Of those options, they're all pretty bad. I guess marathon
- 2:03:32Speaker 8: just because that's that's active.
- 2:03:36Speaker 4: You want to be that one.
- 2:03:37Speaker 1: If I had to choose to be one, you choose
- 2:03:40Speaker 1: to be what marathon guy probably, But then they're always
- 2:03:42Speaker 1: so skinny, and I mean, there's nothing wrong with the
- 2:03:46Speaker 1: costco executive one that's also useful.
- 2:03:51Speaker 9: Also one is good because I mean, you're making coffee
- 2:03:54Speaker 9: yourself all the money.
- 2:03:56Speaker 1: But they take it like way to the problem with
- 2:04:00Speaker 1: that's when they say not just home espresso lover, but
- 2:04:03Speaker 1: a scientist. When they put that in there, it means
- 2:04:05Speaker 1: that they're over the time.
- 2:04:05Speaker 8: The problem is you have to assume with all of
- 2:04:07Speaker 8: these that it becomes your personal and that's all you
- 2:04:09Speaker 8: talk about, right, So that's that's the that's the kind
- 2:04:11Speaker 8: of take these all to the extreme.
- 2:04:13Speaker 2: Yeah. I have a neighbor who's sourdough guy now, and
- 2:04:15Speaker 2: I challenge myself when I read into him, like how
- 2:04:18Speaker 2: long until he brings up? And it's usually about ten seconds.
- 2:04:22Speaker 1: Well, I mean it's it's difficult, man, because as you know, menace,
- 2:04:26Speaker 1: I mean, you're in the f one thing now. Yeah,
- 2:04:28Speaker 1: uh legos, It's it's hard when you're talking about stuff
- 2:04:32Speaker 1: because you're so excited about it or it's what you're
- 2:04:35Speaker 1: thinking about, and so you bring it up. You don't
- 2:04:37Speaker 1: realize how much you're bringing it up, and you have
- 2:04:40Speaker 1: to you have to, like, you know, find mechanisms that
- 2:04:43Speaker 1: remind yourself to shut the hell up about it, because
- 2:04:47Speaker 1: you you will become obnoxiously one dimensional with whatever it is.
- 2:04:52Speaker 1: I see how it happens.
- 2:04:53Speaker 8: It's you know, Yeah, I'll go with Costco because at
- 2:04:57Speaker 8: least with Costco there's a lot of ways you can
- 2:04:59Speaker 8: go with that.
- 2:05:00Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, and it's universal, Like people want to hear
- 2:05:03Speaker 1: about you have to run marathons. I'd rather go to Costco. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:05:08Speaker 1: at least Costco you can tell people about deals.
- 2:05:11Speaker 8: Oh, speaking of which you know they have that know
- 2:05:12Speaker 8: Greg hates their chicken salad, as we should, but they
- 2:05:15Speaker 8: have a new chicken product. It's like a pot leg
- 2:05:18Speaker 8: grilled chicken. So it's they I assume that it's it's
- 2:05:21Speaker 8: like which you'd buy if you bought bulk.
- 2:05:25Speaker 4: Loo.
- 2:05:26Speaker 1: It's a two pound bag. It's quite healthy other than
- 2:05:29Speaker 1: the sodium. The Halloween stuff's out, Greg everywhere, it's everywhere.
- 2:05:34Speaker 2: Yeap.
- 2:05:34Speaker 4: Oh. Going back to the Lego thing real quick, I
- 2:05:36Speaker 4: want to I went to the target last night and
- 2:05:41Speaker 4: it was all adults all looking at legos.
- 2:05:44Speaker 1: How many would you say, I.
- 2:05:46Speaker 4: Would probably say, dude. So the target that I go to,
- 2:05:49Speaker 4: there's three aisles of lego and I would say there
- 2:05:53Speaker 4: was probably like six, probably six adults, no kids with
- 2:05:58Speaker 4: no kids.
- 2:05:59Speaker 2: No kids.
- 2:06:00Speaker 1: Well that yeah, Christmas really comely. Yeah.
- 2:06:04Speaker 8: The grocery store they got a poke in a related
- 2:06:06Speaker 8: news that got a Pokemon machine has now put like
- 2:06:08Speaker 8: several signs and they will not let people just hang
- 2:06:11Speaker 8: out later by the Pokemon machine. I saw another I
- 2:06:13Speaker 8: think it was a target that was unsealing Pokemon packs.
- 2:06:16Speaker 1: Yeah, we talked about that, so they'll get the boxes.
- 2:06:19Speaker 1: They'll unwrap the boxes so that the people can't just
- 2:06:22Speaker 1: buy the sealed boxes and then turn around and sell
- 2:06:25Speaker 1: them for keeping this product that's made for kids for kids. Yeah, terrible.
- 2:06:29Speaker 1: I saw a lot of that in the comments. Well
- 2:06:31Speaker 1: good because it makes it so that just kids who
- 2:06:33Speaker 1: are the ones who were just four, who are coming
- 2:06:36Speaker 1: in just to get like a pack for fun, just
- 2:06:37Speaker 1: to look at what their friends can actually maybe get
- 2:06:40Speaker 1: some right, they aren't just hoarded by the adults.
- 2:06:43Speaker 6: And I know this is kind of like an exhausting
- 2:06:45Speaker 6: cliche thing to say, but can you imagine like telling
- 2:06:48Speaker 6: your grandfather, Oh, no, grown men just hang around the
- 2:06:50Speaker 6: grocery store pokemon vending like, oh god, but it's for
- 2:07:02Speaker 6: the reshow.
- 2:07:03Speaker 1: A lot of these guys are playing with them, to dude,
- 2:07:04Speaker 1: and you cannot you cannot be a person who does
- 2:07:08Speaker 1: cold plunge and not talk about it. They're as bad
- 2:07:10Speaker 1: as vegans the cold man about it. Oh well, did
- 2:07:15Speaker 1: you know? And they have all the we right, even
- 2:07:19Speaker 1: though it's medically been proven out to be true and
- 2:07:21Speaker 1: it's not good. Foren we don't don't tell them that.
- 2:07:25Speaker 1: It's like telling the weed people that weed doesn't care
- 2:07:27Speaker 1: every doesn't care what it is sensitivity training for a
- 2:07:32Speaker 1: politically correct world show.
- 2:07:35Speaker 2: I don't care about your feelings.
- 2:07:39Speaker 1: Oh that's gonna do it for Monday. All right, wrapping up,

- 2:08:13Speaker 1: He delicious. Some neighbors they had their smoker going the
- 2:08:18Speaker 1: other day. Oh man, it smells so good. I love
- 2:08:20Speaker 1: the smell of that barbecuing and the smell of a campfire.
- 2:08:25Speaker 2: I could do without the campfire.
- 2:08:26Speaker 1: No, I like it. I don't want to go camping,
- 2:08:28Speaker 1: and to you it does. It does. But like it's
- 2:08:31Speaker 1: got going to Benny Hannah, you walk out of those places,
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: you can't walk out there without.
- 2:08:35Speaker 4: Smelling like that.
- 2:08:35Speaker 2: That's true.
- 2:08:36Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, good campfire and then the neighbors man, they
- 2:08:39Speaker 1: had that smoker going, keep it going. Hell yeah, all right,
