- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04In this episode, we're going to continue taking a look
- 0:07at Gallaine Maxwell's response to Virginia Roberts Contested Facts and
- 0:13the Plaintiff's Undisputed Facts Number thirty eight. Plaintiff re enrolled
- 0:19in high school from June twenty first, two thousand, until
- 0:22March seventh, two thousand and two. After finishing the ninth
- 0:25grade high school year at Forest Hills High School on
- 0:29June ninth, nineteen ninety nine, Plaintiff re enrolled at Wellington
- 0:33Adult High School on June twenty first, two thousand, again
- 0:37on August sixteenth, two thousand, and August fourteenth, two thousand
- 0:41and one. On September twentieth, two thousand and one, Plaintiff
- 0:45then enrolled at Royal Palm Beach High School. A few
- 0:48weeks later, on October twelfth, two thousand and one, she
- 0:51matriculated at Survivor's Charter School. Survivor's Charter School was an
- 0:56alternative school designed to assist students who had been uns
- 0:59scxsful at more traditional schools. Plaintiff remained enrolled at Survivor's
- 1:06Charter School until March seventh, two thousand and two. She
- 1:11was present fifty six days and absent thirteen days during
- 1:14her time there. Plaintiff never received her high school diploma
- 1:17or ged. Plaintiff and Figueroa went back to school together
- 1:22at Survivor's charter school example p at twenty three through
- 1:26twenty seven. The school day there lasted from morning until
- 1:30early afternoon id at twenty three through twenty seven. Plaintiff argues,
- 1:36again without evidentiary support, that the codes on the school
- 1:40records indicate semester's start and end dates rather than dates
- 1:44plaintiff was in school. Her misreading of the records is
- 1:48a parent from their face. One column is labeled entry
- 1:51date and the next withdrawal date, neither say semester start
- 1:55date or semester end date. Moreover, the codes simply prove
- 1:59the point plainfi if entered school codes EO one and
- 2:03EA one on the designated entry date, and withdrew either
- 2:07prior to completion to enter another training program or who
- 2:11will continue in the class program the next term or
- 2:14school year on the dates designated with jawel. The school
- 2:18records display entry and withdrawal dates for Wellington High School
- 2:22Adult Program from June twenty first, two thousand through August fifteenth,
- 2:27two thousand, from August sixteenth, two thousand through August thirteenth,
- 2:31two thousand and one, and from August fourteenth, two thousand
- 2:34and one through September twentieth, two thousand and one, and
- 2:38then an entry that same day, September twentieth, two thousand
- 2:41and one, at Survivor's charter school. Plaintiff would have one
- 2:45belief that the records show a school on Plaintiff's official
- 2:48transcript that she never went to Wellington High School Adult
- 2:52program that indicates that she withdrew the very day she
- 2:56concededly entered Survivor's charter school. Her intentional misreading of the
- 3:00record is yet another attempt to offuscate plaintiff's lack of
- 3:04memory regarding where and when she went to school, just
- 3:08like she failed to remember eight jobs that she held
- 3:11in two thousand, whereas she claimed to have none. The
- 3:14test is admissible evidence to the country, and plaintiff offers none.
- 3:19The flight logs which show trips in early two thousand
- 3:21and one do not contradict the evidence because they are
- 3:24during the period of time she was enrolled in adult
- 3:27high school, a place where night classes were taught and
- 3:30where one might circumstantially infer careful attendance records were not
- 3:35kept Fact number thirty nine. During the year two thousand,
- 3:40Plaintiff worked at numerous jobs. In two thousand, while living
- 3:43with her fiance, Plaintiff held five different jobs at Aviculture
- 3:47Breeding and Research Center, Southeast Employee Management Company, the Club
- 3:52mar A Lago, Oasis Outsourcing, and Neiman Marcus. Her taxable
- 3:57earnings that year totaled nearly nine thousand dollars. Plaintiff cannot
- 4:01now recall either the Southeast Employment Management Company or the
- 4:05Oasis Outsourcing jobs. Example at Q at four seventy and
- 4:09four seventy one reply. Plaintiff does not dispute the facts
- 4:14as presented, merely argues regarding their significance. The Social Security
- 4:18Administration records detail the five jobs at which she worked
- 4:22in two thousand. The month and day of the jobs
- 4:25are irrelevant for purposes of this recitation of facts. Likewise,
- 4:30plaintiff does not dispute the taxable earnings she made that year,
- 4:34or that she does not remember the jobs associated without
- 4:37Southeast Employment Management Company or Oasis Outsourcing, whether they were
- 4:42payroll or not. Where she made three thousand two hundred
- 4:45and twelve dollars and two thousand, thirty seven dollars that year.
- 4:49She also forgot about the job at Nieman Marcus, where
- 4:52she made one four hundred and forty dollars in two thousand,
- 4:56until she was confronted with the SSA records declaration a
- 5:01example five number forty undisputed fact forty. Plaintiff's employment at
- 5:07mar A Lago SPA began in the fall of two thousand.
- 5:10Plaintiff's father, Sky Roberts, was hired as a maintenance worker
- 5:14at the mar A Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida,
- 5:17beginning on April eleventh, two thousand. Miss Roberts worked there
- 5:21year round for approximately three years. After working there for
- 5:25a period of time, mister Roberts became acquainted with the
- 5:28head of the spy area and recommended plaintiff for a
- 5:31job there. Mar A Lago closes every Mother's Day and
- 5:35reopens on November first. Example you at mar A Lago
- 5:39zero two one two. Most of the employees who work
- 5:42at mar A Lago, including all employees of the SPA
- 5:45area such as SPA attendants, are seasonal and work only
- 5:48when the club is open. I e. November one and
- 5:51Mother's Day. Example t at seventy two and seventy three,
- 5:56plaintiff was hired as a seasonal SPA attendant to work
- 5:59at the mar A Lago club in the fall of
- 6:01two thousand, after she had turned seventeen the reply. Plaintiff's
- 6:07response is misleading. First, she does not dispute that Miss
- 6:10Roberts and her father began working at mar A Lago
- 6:13in April of two thousand, nor that he worked there
- 6:15for some time, became acquainted with the head of the
- 6:18spy area, and recommended his daughter for a job. Second,
- 6:21plaintiff contends that job postings in job descriptions from two
- 6:25thousand and two and later are irrelevant. There are no
- 6:28such job posting cited. Rather, the job posting cited was
- 6:33from October two thousand, the same time the plaintiff was hired.
- 6:37Compare example v posting for Saturday, October fourteenth and Sunday
- 6:42October fifteenth with calendar for year two thousand showing Saturday
- 6:46and Sundays in October corresponding to those dates. Finally, plaintiff
- 6:51points to her own recollection as contrary proof. Her recollection
- 6:54about when she worked at mar A Lago has shifted
- 6:57dramatically over time. First she claim aimed it was nineteen
- 7:00ninety eight see Jane do one O two complaint. Then
- 7:03it was nineteen ninety nine see document number one. Now
- 7:07in this response she has changed her answer to two thousand.
- 7:11Her vague recollections about what year have been off base.
- 7:15No credit should be given to her new found recollection
- 7:18of which month that she worked there. In any event,
- 7:21she presents no admissible, credible evidence to contradict mar A
- 7:25Lago's own records. Even Plaintiff's father, a longtime employee of
- 7:30mar A Lago, admitted that the plays closed down in
- 7:33the summer. Plaintiff simply is not credible in her testimony
- 7:37that she recalls it being a summer job, and the
- 7:39fact that she did not work at the spa until
- 7:42at least November two thousand at the age seventeen, should
- 7:45be deemed admitted undisputed. Fact forty one. Plaintiff represented herself
- 7:52as a messuse for Jeffrey Epstein while working at mar
- 7:56A Lago's spa and reading a library book about massage,
- 7:59plainf met miss Maxwell. Plaintiff thereafter told her father that
- 8:04she got a job working for Jeffrey Epstein as a missus.
- 8:08Plaintiff's father took her to Epstein's house on one occasion
- 8:12around that time, and Epstein came outside and introduced himself
- 8:15to mister Roberts. Plaintiff commenced employment as a traveling messuse
- 8:19for mister Epstein. Plaintiff was excited about her job as
- 8:23a messuse, about traveling with him, and about meeting famous people.
- 8:27Plaintiff represented that she was employed as a massuse beginning
- 8:31in January of two thousand and one. Plaintiff never mentioned
- 8:35Miss Maxwell to her then fiance, Ostrich. Plaintiff's father never
- 8:39met Miss Maxwell. Reply. Plaintiff does not actually refute any
- 8:44of the facts set forth above, but rather spends her
- 8:47time discussing different facts. Plaintiff's father testified to what she
- 8:51told them that she was going to learn massage therapy.
- 8:55She does not contest her father's testimony that Epstein came
- 8:58out of the house and greeted her, fought, and that
- 9:00her father never met Miss Maxwell. See a reply to
- 9:03Undisputed Fact number forty one. Whether someone can receive a
- 9:07massage license under Florida law without a high school equivalency
- 9:11diploma is of no moment. Plaintiff does not dispute she
- 9:15represented herself as the masseuse to others in her own
- 9:18handwriting beginning in January two thousand and one. Examples M
- 9:22and N. These facts should be deemed admitted. Number forty
- 9:28two Plaintiff resumed a relationship with convicted felon Anthony Figueroa
- 9:34in the spring of two thousand and one. While living
- 9:36with Ostrich, Plaintiff lied to and cheated on him with
- 9:39her high school boyfriend, Anthony Figaroa. Plaintiff and Ostrich thereafter
- 9:44broke up, and Figaroa moved into the Bento compartment with plaintiff.
- 9:49When Ostrich returned to the Bento compartment to check on
- 9:52his pets and to retrieve his belongings, Figaroa, in Plaintiff's presence,
- 9:56punched Ostrich in the face. Figaroa and plaintif if fled
- 10:00the scene before police arrived. Figaroa was then a convicted
- 10:04felon and a drug abuser on probation for possession of
- 10:08a controlled substance. Reply. Plaintiff argues relevance regarding these facts,
- 10:13but contests none of them. They should be deemed admitted
- 10:18Plaintiff's slies, cheating, and association with a convicted felon and
- 10:22known drug abuser are all relevant in this defamation case
- 10:26concerning her reputation, purported damage to such reputation, and whether
- 10:30she was a known liar. As the January twenty fifteen
- 10:34statement contends, Number forty three, plaintiff freely and voluntarily contacted
- 10:40the police to come to her aid in two thousand
- 10:43and one and two thousand and two, but never reported
- 10:46to them that she was an Epstein's sex slave. In
- 10:49August two thousand and one, at age seventeen, while living
- 10:53in the same apartment, plaintiff and Figueroa hosted a party
- 10:56with a number of guests. During that party, according to
- 10:59the player paintiff, someone entered Plaintiff's room and stole five
- 11:03hundred dollars from her shirt pocket. Plaintiff contacted the police.
- 11:07She met and spoke with police officers regarding the incident,
- 11:10and filed a report. She did not disclose to the
- 11:13officer that she was a sex slave. A second time,
- 11:17in June two thousand and two, plaintiff contacted the police
- 11:20to report that her former landlord had left her belongings
- 11:24by the roadside and had lit her mattress on fire. Again,
- 11:28Plaintiff met and spoke with law enforcement, but did not
- 11:32complain that she was the victim of any sexual trafficking
- 11:35or abuse or that she was being held as a
- 11:37sex slave. Reply, Plaintiff again presents no admissible evidence to
- 11:43contradict these facts, instead arguing their relevance they should be
- 11:47deemed admitted. Forty four From August two thousand and one
- 11:51until September two thousand and two, Epstein and Maxwell were
- 11:54almost entirely absent from Florida on documented travel unaccompanied by
- 11:59plantf Flight logs maintained by Epstein's private pilot, David Rodgers
- 12:05evidenced the substantial number of trips away from Florida that
- 12:08Epstein and Maxwell took unaccompanied by plaintiff between August two
- 12:12thousand and one and September two thousand and two. Rogers
- 12:16maintained a log of all flights on which Epstein and
- 12:19Maxwell traveled with them. Epstein additionally traveled with another pilot
- 12:23who did not keep such logs, and he also occasionally
- 12:27traveled via commercial flights for substantially all of the thirteen
- 12:31months of the twenty two months from November two thousand
- 12:35until September two thousand and two, the plaintiff lived in
- 12:38Palm Beach and New Epstein. Epstein was traveling outside of
- 12:41Florida unaccompanied by Plaintiff. During this same time period, Plaintiff
- 12:47was employed at various jobs, enrolled in school, and living
- 12:50with her boyfriend. Reply, Plaintiff goes to great lengths to
- 12:54dispute facts other than those presented as undisputed Fact forty four.
- 13:00Competitive recitation of the flights that plaintiff was on do
- 13:04nothing to demonstrate the thirteen months of flights from July
- 13:07two thousand and one until August two thousand and two
- 13:10that Epstein and Maxwell were on without Plaintiff, as reflected
- 13:14in the logs. Her assertions regarding the other flights that
- 13:18she took commercial or any other plane do nothing to
- 13:21establish all of the many flights she was not on
- 13:25during thirteen of the twenty two months period during which
- 13:29Epstein and Maxwell were away from Palm Beach. Plaintiff does
- 13:32not dispute that Epstein and Maxwell were on the flights
- 13:35without her. The facts as presented by defendant should be
- 13:39deemed admitted. All right, folks, we're going to wrap up
- 13:42this episode right here, and in the next episode, we're
- 13:44going to pick up where we left off. All of
- 13:47the information that goes with this episode can be found
