- 0:03SPEAKER_01: Well, hey everybody.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to yet another exciting episode of the Steve and Jeff Experience Podcast.
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: I'm Steve.
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: And I'm Jeff.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: How's it going, Steve?
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: Oh, Jeff, it is going so good that really, if it was any better, I would think somebody was setting me up.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: I would look over my shoulder because it's it's just everything's going so great, Jeff.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: We are we are way up the charts.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Google Diuretics has us like number one with a bullet.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Wow, that sounds amazing.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: And you know, Steve, I was thinking uh you and I are have been an amazing success story, but I think in the bigger picture, it's really all about the audience, you know, because without them, where would we be?
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Well, we'd we'd just be a couple guys in our basements, uh, you know, talking into a screen.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, wait.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, but I but I digress.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: No, we're we'd just be we would not have these successful podcasts that we have without our audience.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: That is absolutely true.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: We need one of the one of the core rules, one of the first things we learned.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Remember, I remember the day we learned this.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: One of the first things we learned is in order to have a successful podcast, you have to have people who listen to the podcast.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: What did you say?
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there, yeah, yeah.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Well, see, yeah, that's exactly it.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, oh, oh, yes, yes.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: I I completely agree.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And and we certainly have people listening somewhere.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Um, and this is very exciting.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Now, do we have a guest this week?
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: I don't remember uh inviting any.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: You know, yeah, you know, Jeff, you Jeff, great minds like ours, and I'm I'm including us.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: We're we're in this great minds, great minds like us run together because just like you were talking about our great audience.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: I thought for this week, you know, rather than have somebody on, and we've had some we've had some wonderful guests, rather than have a guest on, let's throw the show back to our listeners.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Let's read, let's go back and read some emails because we get a lot of emails from our listeners.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: And you know, besides we had somebody for this week and they canceled because you know, well, but but I digress, but yeah, but but I thought, well, what a great opportunity to honor our audience, honor our listeners, just exactly what you're talking about, Jeff.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: I think we should just read emails from from our listeners.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: I agree.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Uh it's a little scary, but hey, it's yeah Halloween.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: So, you know, coming up.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: It's very seasonal, very seasonal.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: Very we're we're just going to, you know, this is kind of like, you know, this is kind of like improv.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, we're just gonna go, we're just gonna read, we haven't read these emails, right?
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: Because I, you know, who reads email?
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Do you read email?
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: Who reads it, you know, read email?
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, I get thousands a day.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: I can read all that crap.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: No, of course not.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: So we haven't read any of these, so we're just gonna we're just gonna pull them at random and we're gonna read them live on the air.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: That's the exciting thing.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: This this show is vibrant, this show is current, this show is with it.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: This show is with the times, this show is timely.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: What I would have can continued, but I like I couldn't think of anything after timely.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: Uh well, well, you know, you wrote a role there.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: I was impressed.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: So yeah, let's get started.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: You want to uh kick it off with the first one?
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, let me let me grab one here.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: Uh this one.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: Oh, look at this.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: This one's from my mom.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: How about that?
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: It's from my mom.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: It says, Stevie, it's your mother.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: I you know, she a lot of times she'll say, you know, this is your mother, Gladys, right?
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: It's like uh oh, as opposed to my mother, Sophie, I mean my mother Irene.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, you know, come on.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: I you know, okay.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: But anyway, but I digress.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Stevie, it's your mother.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: Uh I'll try to do like him.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: Stevie, it's your mother.
- 3:42unknown: Okay.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: Got to do it like her a little bit.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: Uh it's creepy.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: It feels like she's right here.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: I'm like channeling her, you know?
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: Stevie, it's your mother.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: I just got a letter from Jeff's dad, and he sent two beautiful codachrome photos.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, see, they still they're still going to Walgreens to get their pictures.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Look at that.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: I'm excited to meet him.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Exclamation point.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: A little heart over the exclamation.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: I don't know how you do that on email, but you know, she doesn't really even know how to do email, but uh, she got a heart of the exclamation point.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: How's that even work?
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: But anyway, um, I'm excited to meet him.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Maybe I can make some mac and cheese and you can come over when we have our date.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: You can take your little my little ponies with you too.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, you know, I guess I keep forgetting to pick those up.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: You know, oh, and then she says, uh, P.S.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: How do I cancel OK Reaper?
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: Some Hittite keeps stalking me.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: You know, you gotta watch those Hittites.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: I tell you, that's that's that's why they're hard to find.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Because they're well, you know, you know, Steve, six months ago or so, we our relationship began.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and and it's just grown.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Um and and funny because I remember sending you photos of me back when we first started, too.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Yes, so like you know, I guess the uh apple doesn't far fall far from the tree or something like that.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: It certainly doesn't, Jeff.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: I'm a little concerned, I'm a little concerned that he's still sending out photos because I think that maybe via in violation of his parole.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: But but yeah, depends on what the photos are of.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: They may be, you know, and maybe and maybe since since he's not really your dad, maybe the photos aren't really him.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: That's photos could be could be a photo of could be a photo that came with the wallet, could be a photo that I you know, who knows?
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: That's true.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Um, as far as as far as Mac and Cheese, now I remember him talking about when he was in prison, uh, a lot of his friends, and I think weren't a couple of his friends' names Mac and Cheese as nicknames.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: I don't remember I remember Mac.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: Cheese, I don't I don't remember, but he did have he had some odd nicknames.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: And and so, anyway, so the idea of your mom making Mac and Cheese.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Well, anyways, I'm sure it's the food.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: It's probably doesn't have anything.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Clearly means the food.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: She wouldn't make the gutter.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: She wouldn't make prisoners other than maybe, you know, maybe you're not really dad.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Yes, I think that that's I mean, I think she's getting ready for that.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: You know, I think that I I think that's gonna happen, Jeff.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: That's so exciting because we'd be like like stepbrothers.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: We'd be like twins.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: Now, I'm not and I guess more like stepbrothers.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: We wouldn't really be twins.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, and and do you think at some point we should well maybe we should get them together?
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: It sounds like they're ready.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh, they're at the point.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Maybe uh get them together to to meet either offline or maybe even bring them on the show sometime.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: I think we should bring them on the show, and you know, you know, with all the holidays coming up, I'm I'm starting to get some ideas, Jeff.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: I think I think we could have we could have a family holiday show.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: We'll bring them on and we'll oh you know, Jeff, I'm I'm liking this.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: I'm liking this idea.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: I love that idea.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: So what a wonderful way to kick off this uh this segment.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, I like it.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Jeff, why don't you why don't you grab an email?
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Let's uh let's see who else is right because we get so many emails, ladies and gentlemen.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: People write us constantly.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Here's one uh looks like it's to both of us.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Ah, it's uh dear Stephen Jeff.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I'm Mike from Texas, and I just love your podcast.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: You always get me thinking, with all the cool guests you have, was listening to last week's podcast with that Republican chick or a guy.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: I guess he's not real sure.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: And uh and love hers or his suggestion that uh we round up pregnant women and send them to states and still do abortions.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Another great idea would be to ship homeless people out as well.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: For that matter, I'd pay to send all the liberals along with them, keep up the good work, you know.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Wow, yeah, this is a thinker, this is a guy who has a thinking cap on, you know.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: And I'm glad that our guests connected.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: You know, it would be nice if he knew whether it was a woman or a man, but still he he did bring up some really interesting points.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: He does, you know.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: I think this guy has a future as either the next attorney general of Texas or maybe as the dean of Texas AM one day.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: I think, I think with that, with that way of thinking, I think he's got a a bright future.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: I agree completely.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: So keep listening, um Mike, and uh uh you know, keep us informed as to what's going on in your head and and in the great state of Texas.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Uh why don't you try one?
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Uh Steve.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: It's uh, oh, oh, this one, you know, this one is is you know how some emails like most emails are just your usual typeface, but some of them you can you can change, you can have like script on this one's in script.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: You know, that the boy they these people take a lot of time with their email, they they put the care into it.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: You can really tell.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: Really tell this oh uh let's see, Steven Jeff.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: This is Stephanie from New York City.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Love your show.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: See, we we are not just a Chicago and Omaha thing like New York City.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: Wow, we've had Los Angeles, we've had Texas, we're all over the place.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: We we we had Australia, Australia.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, but I think that's Stephanie from New York City.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: Love your show.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: It was wonderful that you both are still close to your parents and had them on your show.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: Wow, that's uh very nice, Stephanie.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: I guess technically that wasn't Jeff's real dad, but it sounded like Jeff might want to get adopted by him, which would be so cool.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: He sounded wonderful.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: My question is Have you ever thought of introducing Steve's mom to Jeff's dad?
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Look at look at this talk about great minds.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: This is Stephanie.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, you were on you are on the wavelength with us, Stephanie.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: This is perfect.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: How cool would that be if they ended up getting married?
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: I would guess that would make you brothers.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Your thoughts, Stephanie.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: This is exactly what we've been thinking about.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Stephanie, we would be step brothers, right?
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that's amazing.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: I always wondered about that word stepbrothers.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: Like, what does that mean?
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: You like you you you stand on a staircase?
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, what what is that?
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: What do you have to do if you're a stepbrother?
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: Do you have to like walk, like take a step?
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I've always been in in need of stepping up anyway.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm only like five foot, so well, and and you know, this Stephanie, I bet her nickname probably when she was a kid was Steph, which is very similar to step.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: And so not that not that different from Steve, really, if you want to think about it that way.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: I think in Spanish it means Steph means step.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: I think it does.
- 10:29SPEAKER_01: I think it means Steph Braseros, I think means uh step brothers in Spanish.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: So we would be like Steph Braseros.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: I think gosh, our listeners are so in tune with with our thoughts, with with what this podcast is all about.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: Gosh, that's so exciting, Jeff.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and and you know, I uh it would be fun to move on to some other topics, but Steve, I got another one here that is is kind of timely.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: They're all they're these people are thinking like us.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: This is so good.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: It's amazing.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: So this one's for you.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh Steve, this is Lance from Joliet.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: Ah, your your mother is darling and such a great personality.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: I can see where she gets her looks and charm.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Well, thank you, Lance.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: I I know that if you're from Joliet, you you might be incarcerated, but you know, it doesn't mean you can't be an admirer of good looks.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: So it does not.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Um my question is, uh, according to Lance, um I was just wondering how old she is and is she in good health.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: If you were in your 60s, she must be pushing 90, and she seemed very alert for someone that age.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: I myself am in my 50s and I'm looking for somebody to date who is mature and sexy like her.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: I I may be a bit busy for the next five to ten years, uh, but after that, maybe we could hook up, hook us up.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: You know, sounds like my dad's got a little competition.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: I think he does.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: And Lance, you sound like a wonderful guy.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Now, unfortunately, I think Jeff's dad is maybe has the inside track, but well, he's out of prison, so well, you're right, exactly.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: He's able to meet up sooner.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: He's not he doesn't have this five to ten issue, but uh, you know, uh anything is possible, you know.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I I wouldn't rule it out, Lance.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, there is a distinct possibility, but you know, we'll just we'll just have to stay tuned and you keep listening, Lance.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: And now and Steve, I think this is another example of us responding to the desires of our audience.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: The first three emails are about your mom and my dad, right?
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Exactly sounds like we absolutely have to pursue this further.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: I I think we do.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: Well, we we definitely do, and it's the idea of home for the holidays, or as they say in Alaska, there's no place like gnome for the holidays, but but but I digress.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: But the idea of getting the family together for the holidays just is is really appealing.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: I I think we gotta do that, Jeff.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: I think we gotta get your dad, my mom, bring them all in.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: What the heck?
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: Bring in the cousins.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: I'll bring in my sister who is adopted and doesn't even listen and is three feet taller than everybody else.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: But but you know, it's it's audio, nobody'll know, right?
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Doesn't matter, it's audio, you know, you don't see that.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: Let's uh you know, let's grab one here.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: Now, this one, this is actually on a different topic, but kind of it's the sim is similar in the sense that it's somebody else that is listening to our show and is in tune with us.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: This is from a a Dr.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: Johnson.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: Now, I think wasn't isn't there an adult novelty store called Dr.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Johnson?
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I think there is.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: I uh not saying this is the same one, but but I don't recognize him.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: God knows I've been there.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: It's uh hi Steven Jeff.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: Longtime listener, first time writer.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Uh I usually don't see that in print, but okay.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: All right, we'll we'll go with that.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Uh I enjoyed the episode where you broke up with your psychologist.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: What you enjoyed it?
- 13:58unknown: Wow, okay.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: Well, let's let's let's see what he means here.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: Even though she won't continue to treat you, it is clear that you both need substantial psychological intervention.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: Intervention?
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: Wow, that sounds wow, that's a big word for someone who's the first time he's ever written anything.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that sounds pretty severe.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: Intervention.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: Ooh, I'd like to offer my services.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: So as a doctor, while I was trained as a podiatrist.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes, but okay, podiatrist.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: All right, all right, here we go.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: While I was trained as a podiatrist, I'm a very good listener, and I'm currently on an involuntary sabbatical.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, so my schedule is very open.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: Uh Jeff, let me assure you that even though the medical board has locked up my prescription pad for a while, yeah.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: Well, I think I know what that means.
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: I still have very deep pharmaceutical contacts.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: I think I know what that means too.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: Let's schedule our first session.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: Well, Dr.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Johnson, maybe if you, you know, if you throw in a few adult novelties, uh, you know, this this could work.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: You know, the other thing that seems to be a pattern here is a lot of people who may have been or are currently incarcerated.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: And I think that's a market that hasn't been tapped into.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: Uh, you know, these are people too, there's lots of them, you know.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we incarcerated a whole lot of people every year.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: And what are those people listening to?
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Joe Rogan?
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Come on, right.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: No, you know, so we have a lot to offer here.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: They're welcome on our show anytime.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, we absolutely not in not in the in the studio, right?
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: On on audio or in print, but yeah, yeah.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: Eccentric Lady Land studio would not let felons in.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: They have they have a guard at the door, yeah, right next to that rat trap, you know.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: The thing I keep stepping in.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: I stepped in again today.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: I got it off this time, but oh man.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: Stepped in again today.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: But uh right next to that, they got the they got this guard, you know.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, they kind of don't like that.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: You know, you know, Jeff, we've we've got quite a few more emails to read, but I gotta tell you, Jeff, we've got a new sponsor.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: Wonderful.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: It's and this is this is a wonderful sponsor.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: It's a uh well, it's it's it's a um, you know, here, you know what?
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: Uh why don't I just why don't I just play it here?
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: So uh here, let's uh let's go to commercial.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: If you're in the Omaha Metro and love the nightlife, come on across the Missouri River to experience a Metro nightlife you'll never forget.

- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Maybe best of all, we have the O Face Bar, a bar rescue reject where you can stagger in and take your chances.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: We'll show you how to make sure you get a clean glass.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Plus, we answer your burning Council Bluffs questions like why did the Oregon and California settlers, the Mormons, the Railroads, and Lewis and Clark all dash out of town?
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: Or what is that metal junk on that bridge?
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: We'll tell you.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: So blow the myth smell away and join us every night, all night, on Council Bluffs After Dark.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: We may be high crime, but we'll show you a high time.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: Well, Jeff, I'll tell you if that doesn't make you want to go to Council Bluffs and just try your luck at the casinos, I don't know what does.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: I I don't either.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And what I really like is the diversity of our advertising base.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: You know, uh Steve, and you you're the one that kind of spearheads this for most people, a little, you know, behind the curtain uh information here.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Steve pretty much produces all of our commercials, and I think he chooses the best customers, the the best match for our audience.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: You should be patted on the back for that.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: And oh, thank you.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Well, and Steve, I have um a letter here that I think addresses and just has a question for you related to that.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: Wow, and yeah, once again, once again, our listeners are just they're with us, they're with our thoughts.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: They're just like it's crazy.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: They're thinking it and we're thinking it at the same time.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: That's so that's so, and they're not even from the future like me.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: And they're thinking and they know what's happening.
- 18:35unknown: Wow.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: It's like they're watching us, yeah.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: You know, yeah, it's it's weird.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: So you think they are?
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Wait, they could be, uh, which I think violates most of their parole requirements.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: So, you know, just stalking us like that hit type.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Wow, exactly.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: So, anyway, so this is uh this is Gary.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: Good evening, Stephen Jeff.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: This is Gary from Santa Fe, New Mexico, beautiful country.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Beautiful country.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: I was there just uh a couple weeks ago.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: It was awesome.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you know this, it's not really Mexico, it's part of the U.S., it's plus New Mexico.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Well, that's yeah, but it's you know, it's kind of a false advertising thing because it's really not Mexico, but it's like it's like the cigars that they they call New Cuba, and they're not Cuba exactly, but it's like the new Cuba So uh Gary, so Gary from Santa Fe, New Mexico.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: I love your show and never miss it.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: You are both so witty, and your guests are always interesting and entertaining.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: This question is for Steve.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Steve, it sounds like you are the guy with a great uh with a great business mind and also handles the advertising for the show.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: As I just said, I think that he's the brains.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: I think I think Gary sounds very, very intelligent, very perceptive.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: Gary.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Uh, because of that, I have a great business opportunity that will guarantee that you that we will make your show much richer.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: Um it's so good.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: I I wouldn't share it with Jeff.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: But that's your choice.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: Well, here I am complimenting Gary.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Uh you know, you had me right up until that, you know, because because you know, this is the Steve and Jeff experience podcast.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: And at least for now.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: At least for now.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, but but you know, we we have some other names reserved, but we're we're not gonna go there.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: But uh Gary, Gary, is I if I'm gonna do it, if we're gonna do it on the show, I mean Jeff's sitting right here.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: I mean, it it's like right here.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: Let me let me tap the glass.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: And we're actually on the same side of the glass.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: He's not even the other side, nobody's on the other side, right?
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: This is tonight.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so Gary, let's see what you got here, Mr.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: I don't trust Jeff with this.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: So, Steve, um, I'm selling franchises for weekend puppy rentals.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's currently the money already.
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: Oh, oh, I know, I know.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: You know what?
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: I know he's insulting me, but I'm I'm intrigued by the first sentence.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: Um, it's currently the fastest growing pet rental service in the U.S.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: We ship you the puppies and you rent them on a daily or weekly basis, uh, weekly for an additional fee.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: And just when the excitement and love for the puppy begins to wear off, you drive your van over, we drive our van over and pick up the unwanted pet guilt-free.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Then you simply repackage the unwanted, but still somehow somewhat cute animal.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: We repackage them and then we give them to another customer, or we put them out to the farm for a permanent vacation.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: It's that simple.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: Like when the dog, like when the family dog was you say, Oh, he really belongs on a farm.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: You know, exactly.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I know what that means.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: Gary.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Uh, give me a call if you're interested, or maybe you can we can advertise on the show.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Uh, let's get going before the busy Christmas holiday is a Upon us.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: I have to say, even though he's insulting me, this is a brilliant idea.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And one that I really wasn't aware of.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: And you know, you know, it it it really is tying in because you know, you hear about like Airbnb, and then you hear about people like with Uber and Lyft and people who are are like leasing out their cars.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: There you can rent like somebody's car to to drive for a weekend.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: You know, what's the next step?
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: The next step, well, rent a pet.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: And after that, maybe your spouse.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, I I've been doing that for years.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: Wait, wait, did I say that?
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, I no.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: Let me I'm I'm edit that.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: I'll let it that.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: That's probably good.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: That's probably good.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: Well, well, gosh, we're we're really we're on a roll here with these great listener calls.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: Unbelievable.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: Let me uh let me see what else we got here.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: I've got uh let's see, oh, oh hi, here's one.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: Hi, this is Bertha.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: Bertha, Bertha.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: Wow, I knew of Bertha when I was a kid.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: You don't see a lot of berthas anymore, you know.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: That's just those great old names.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: It's like Gladys, like my mom, you know.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: You don't see a lot of Gladys' either, but Bertha, wow.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: Is there I always wondered, you know, when I as a kid I do this Bertha, I was wondering, well, is there a DeTa too?
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: I don't know, you know, but but I digress.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: But I hi, this is Bertha, and my question is for both Steve and Jeff.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Uh, with Halloween just around the corner, I was wondering if you were planning to dress up, and if so, what are you planning on wearing?
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: Bertha says, uh goes on to say, I usually go as a French hooker.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: Well, and and and then on Halloween she dresses up differently too.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: Oh, but okay.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, I usually go as a French hooker and love the crazy looks and thumbs up I get from people as I walk down the street.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: You know, I think I I I think I gave her a thumbs up last year.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: I was walking and I saw this French, I go, Yeah, you know, and I I I I think that was me.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: That was that was you, Bertha.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Anyway, well, I was gonna give her a thumbs up, but I think it was 20 bucks.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I didn't have it.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: So uh, you know.
- 24:07SPEAKER_01: I I think it's a really cool and totally believable costume.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, wait, I missed the part.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: Sometimes people are so impressed they give me money.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, oh, yeah, well, there you go.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: That was the hence the 20 bucks.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: I was the other side of the street, so it was really it was impractical to exchange money, but uh oh, here we go.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: Uh I think it's a really cool and totally believable costume, as I've even been arrested a couple of times by the police who think I'm really a hooker instead of a full-time escort that I am.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: Maybe I can come to your studio sometime and show you it.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Thanks, and boo.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: I cannot tell you.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can't tell you how many times I've confused escorts with hookers.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Oh you know, it's yeah, I can count that on one thumb.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: In fact, years ago, you remember the I I drove a Ford escort.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: You remember the Ford Escort?
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: I drove a Ford escort years ago, and I I just I kept calling it the hooker car, you know.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: I don't know why.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: I I just I I kept getting it confused.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: It's just it's one of those things.
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: It's like, no, it's different, it's different.
- 25:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah, absolutely.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: Well, I think I think Bertha makes uh makes a good point.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: And you know, though, uh Jeff, I what would you dress up as if you were going to uh dress up for Halloween?
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, every year I dress up as Joe Rogan.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: And uh, you know, but now you actually look a little like Joe Rogan.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: I think I think that would work.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: Um, but now uh I hear Joe dresses up like us, which is you know, I think it's the ultimate compliment, but it would probably be somebody from the the TV show Friends.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe Joey.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: Uh always been a big fan of Joey.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I might go some.
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: What about you, Steve?
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, I did I I think I I did see Joe Rogan dressing up as us, and he got my hair all wrong, all wrong.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: Just but but but I digress.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: That's that's you know, it didn't matter that much, but no, for I think for Halloween, I'm gonna kind of stay in the TV theme.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna I'm gonna dress up as um probably somebody from Mad Men, you know.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm probably uh you know, maybe the uh the older partner, you know, the one who uh did the dance in the last episode, you know, kind of thing.
- 26:13SPEAKER_01: I I always kind of liked him, you know, the guy who was always took his shoes off and was walking on the carpet.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna dress up as him.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's pretty great as that.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: That was uh Cooper, I think it was of Sterling and Cooper.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm gonna dress up as Bert Cooper.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: It's a great idea.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: Nobody'll get it, but so I'll have to explain it, and it won't be a great costume, but you know, what the heck.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: I I've done bad costumes in the past.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: I one year I I I wore a tweed jacket with a Stevenson button and a I carried a pipe, and I went as a liberal, and nobody got that one either.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't know, you know, so I don't mind.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: I don't mind.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Uh that's that sounds perfect.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, I think it's my turn.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Uh this one is for both of us.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: Oh uh dear Steve and Jeff.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: This is Gene from Buffalo.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Um, I love your show.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: Hi, Gene.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: Hi, Gene.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: Um, I love your show and the interesting guests you have on, especially the woman who invents board games.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I yeah, that was one of my favorite episodes.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, she was great.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: Um, she was wonderful.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, this is a hobby of mine too, and was wondering if she can help me with uh an idea that I have.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: I think she listens to our show.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: It's a game where each contestant goes through the board of life trying to avoid offending any one of the other players with just one misstep.
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: The guilty player is eliminated from the game and never allowed to play a game.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: Again, the game is called canceled thoughts, hmm.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: Very original.
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: Well, and and you know, if you get all the way through without offending, then then you're the winner, right?
- 27:52unknown: That's right.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's right.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: So you probably don't want to say much because you know, pretty much anything is offensive, right?
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: If like if I say, Hey, it's my move to say, Well, you're no, why is it why is it always your move?
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh, there's not there's a problem that that could be a problem.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: It's like, yeah, totally or yes, I I I landed on the red square.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: It's like, well, why why do you always get the red squares?
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: You know, yeah.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: And that was an obvious one, Steve.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: You know, I mean, I I I think any game, if you land on a red square, you should be out permanently.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but uh, we should pass this along to to her because I I think uh I think you're onto something.
- 28:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh, I think so.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: And you know, maybe maybe we'll get back in touch with that the board game designers.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: Like I say, I think she I think she listens.
- 28:40SPEAKER_01: So she may she may write to us and say, you know, I'm gonna build that game or I'm not gonna build that game, whatever.
- 28:46SPEAKER_01: You know, she'll have an opinion on the game.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: So let me uh you know, we're we're a little low on time, but let's I think we got time for a couple more, don't we?
- 28:53SPEAKER_01: I think okay.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: I think we do.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: This one, uh this one is for you.
- 28:57SPEAKER_01: Uh hi, Jeff.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: This is Mar this is Mary.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: I thought I said Marty at first, but no, it's Mary.
- 29:01SPEAKER_01: That's that's used to be Marty different name.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: Used to be Marty for the change.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: Uh hi, Jeff.
- 29:06SPEAKER_01: This is Mary from Madison, Wisconsin.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: Madison, Wisconsin.
- 29:09SPEAKER_01: Great old man.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, you've you've spent a lot of time in Madison, haven't you?
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: I did.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: I lived there for a little while.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Lived in Madison, yeah.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: I've been there, been to both of those lakes and shot up shot a man in Madison and watched him die.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: Well, no, that wasn't there.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: But and and and then you were in Folsom after that.
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I heard that song.
- 29:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I remember that.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Uh Madison, Wisconsin.
- 29:31SPEAKER_01: Love your show.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry you had COVID and hope you make a complete recovery.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Well, that's nice, Mary.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thank you on behalf of Jeff.
- 29:39SPEAKER_01: Or he.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Uh I just came down with it myself and found your doctor guest very helpful in giving me suggestions on how to handle the virus.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: That was that was Dr.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: Eh.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: He was great.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: Oh, he yeah, he had a lot of great suggestions.
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: My only question is that I tried to research him on the computer and he doesn't come up.
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: I did find a guy that sounded like him, but is actually a veterinarian or a vet tech.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: Well, that's a there's a difference between a veterinarian and a vet tech.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: The veterinarian has the education, the vet tech does the work.
- 30:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh everybody knows that.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: I mean, come on.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: No, that's I mean, there's a big difference.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: Everything else seems to match.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: He even had a top 10 list of what to do if your dog gets worms.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: Let me know what I'm doing wrong and how I can follow up with him to get more medical advice.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: Thanks.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
- 30:33SPEAKER_01: Well, I I know he he said something about he had a connection with Sydney, Sydney Green Street or Sydney, uh, univers Sydney University of Sydney, I think it was.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: So I maybe start there.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: I I don't know, Jeff.
- 30:45SPEAKER_01: I uh have you been in touch with him at all since the show?
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: I no, but this could be one of those crank emails because you know, I mean this guy had a reputation as long as my arm.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: And uh, you know, and I yes, there are many doctors that are also veterinarians, and uh I think that makes you more qualified, uh not less qualified.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: So uh I don't know.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: Uh do you do you have a feeling about this one way or the others?
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: I you know, I think I think that if he if he is a veterinarian, if that is Dr.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: A, then he's not only uh to me that gives him even more qualification because he can he can diagnose problems with animals and with people.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: I mean, to me, that makes him a cut above.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: He's head and shoulders above the others.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: I think you're right.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: I think uh we only get the best people on this show.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: So uh the fact that he was on the show that should prove that he's one of the top people.
- 31:43SPEAKER_01: I agree with that.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: Jeff, I think we got time for one more.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: You want to grab one?
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Uh let's see what we got here.
- 31:49SPEAKER_00: Here's one for it looks like it's for both of us.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: Hi, Stephen Jeff.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: Uh it's Stuart from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: Uh, this question is pretty much for both of you, as it has to do with the Uber driver you had on the podcast a few weeks ago.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: He was great.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: He was amazing, and a good driver.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: I've used him for the airport, you know, trip to the airport.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I think he took me out of here that night, remember?
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: He was that was his last fair before he got suspended, but they they let him back, I think.
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for yeah, he's okay.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: It was a misunderstanding, I'm sure.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: Um, I think he gave me a ride a couple days ago, and I left my wallet in the back seat.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: I contacted Uber and they said that he was fired recently, is in jail currently for kidnapping charges.
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: This cannot be true, but no, you know, I not the guy that I know.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: Um she continues.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: I guess my question is more of a statement about the cancel culture we're dealing with these days.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: Here, you have a great driver.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: This is exactly how I feel.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: You have a great driver, very pleasant and helpful, and even escorting me into my house and offering to buy me a beer, but now he is no longer a productive member of society and he still has my wallet just because we don't approve of everything he does or say, what's this world coming to?
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: Another cancel commentary.
- 33:13SPEAKER_00: And I agree, you know, he uh where would we be without drivers like him?
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: You know, you know, and and come on, you're gonna just because a guy kidnaps and steals some money, you're gonna cancel him.
- 33:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, come on, what is that?
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: I mean, everybody's gotta obey the law now or something.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: I mean, come on, uh, it's just wrong.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: But you know what, Steve?
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: These were amazing questions, and this shows I love the this shows that I love the way our audience thinks.
- 33:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it shows that our listeners are the best listeners, they are way better than they are that other guys, you know, listeners.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, but uh but Jeff, we are gonna get kicked out of electric the F yeah, we're gonna get kicked out of eccentric Ladyland Studios here pretty soon.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: So we will uh be back next time with another another great show.
- 33:58SPEAKER_01: I'm sure it's gonna be great.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: So Jeff, you take it easy.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: Have a good night, Steve.
- 34:03SPEAKER_01: Uh thanks, you too.
