- 0:00I believe a lot of people that I work with have the ingredients
- 0:03of seven figures. They don't have the recipe.
- 0:05Going to seven figures is not going to be a matter of
- 0:07motivation. Going to seven figures is not
- 0:09just going to be a matter of more hustle.
- 0:12If it was just more hustle than anybody who was a hard worker
- 0:15would hit it. Going from six figures to seven
- 0:17figures isn't more offers, It's not more marketing, It's not
- 0:20more ideas. It's not more team members.
- 0:22It's not just more and more and more.
- 0:23It's actually about removing and subtracting things that are not
- 0:27removing the needle. We know simplicity scales, but
- 0:30what a lot of people don't talk about is if simplicity scales,
- 0:33can you handle simplicity? One target market, one offer,
- 0:37one sales process, one primary channel, one year?
- 0:41Scaling is about subtraction, not addition.
- 0:45Hello and welcome back to Ambitious.
- 0:47Today we are talking about the thing that I feel like is the
- 0:49number one goal of a lot of people that I work with and a
- 0:52lot of people that I have conversations with, which is I
- 0:56want to make $1,000,000. How do I do that?
- 0:59I want to make 7 figures within my business.
- 1:01Maybe it's within 12 months. Maybe you kind of like me, just
- 1:05really want to see can I do it? Can I do 7 figures?
- 1:08Can I make that happen? And with that, when we're in
- 1:12this pursuit of trying to achieve 7 figures, we often
- 1:16times believe that when we first started our business, we were
- 1:19hustling our butt off. And so we're like, I just have
- 1:22to work really, really, really hard to get to 7 figures.
- 1:25More work is obviously going to mean more money.
- 1:28But today, I'm going to kind of breakdown why more is actually
- 1:32not the way that you achieve more revenue within your
- 1:36business. And I also want to help in
- 1:39today's episode to breakdown for you that there are 1,000,001
- 1:45different ways to get to 7 figures.
- 1:48But today I want to share with you the thing that a lot of
- 1:51those people that you may be watching, you might be
- 1:54consuming, you may be inspired by what a lot of those people in
- 1:58their businesses have in common. And so, you know, we see people
- 2:02on social media that have scaled to seven figures doing passive,
- 2:06or we see people who have scaled with high ticket.
- 2:08They have a mastermind, they have an agency.
- 2:10You know, this person's got a big team, this person has a
- 2:13small team. And so when we see all of these
- 2:17differences, it can sometimes feel hard to say, OK, well what
- 2:20is the path? What is the way that I achieve 7
- 2:23figures my business? And today I'm going to break
- 2:26down the five things that you actually need to have in your
- 2:30business to scale to $1,000,000. And this is something I want to
- 2:42give credit where credit is due. This was actually something that
- 2:45is originally sourced I believe from Clay Collins and then was
- 2:51also dove deeper into by talking more.
- 2:53And so with this, these two incredible entrepreneurs have
- 2:58been the source of really the expansiveness of this framework
- 3:02that I'm going to share. So I want to be very clear, this
- 3:04is not a framework that I came up with, but it is a framework
- 3:08that when I discovered it, I really started to reflect on all
- 3:14the businesses that I've helped. And I've helped many, many
- 3:16people to go to seven figures into multiple 7 figures.
- 3:19And it was really interesting because when I, when I, you
- 3:21know, saw this framework and I kind of, you know, dove into it,
- 3:24it made me really start to reflect on all the businesses.
- 3:27And it became very apparent that, you know what?
- 3:29Yeah, all these businesses did have this common through line.
- 3:34I just kind of never had, I guess, a way to be able to
- 3:37showcase exactly what it was as the through line of like these
- 3:42singular buckets, the singular framework.
- 3:44And so for myself, I always focus on principles.
- 3:47I focus on, you know, core beliefs, core perspectives that
- 3:52all 7 figure businesses have. And this framework literally
- 3:57organizes all those principles into one perfect visual for you.
- 4:01So with that, if you are somebody that right now you know
- 4:04is in your business, maybe you're doing about 6 figures
- 4:06right now and you're like, I'm gunning for seven figures.
- 4:09I really want to do that. The thing I want you to know is
- 4:12going to seven figures is not going to be a matter of
- 4:14motivation. Going to seven figures is not
- 4:17just going to be a matter of more hustle because truthfully,
- 4:20if it was just more hustle than anybody who was a hard worker
- 4:23would hit it. It's not also just a matter of
- 4:28talent either, right? Like there's people who are
- 4:30really great at what they do in delivery or they're really great
- 4:33at what they do in marketing. But if you're missing one of the
- 4:36five, you're not going to go to seven figures.
- 4:39And so one of the things that I think is going to be the
- 4:42biggest, I guess I would say disconnecting your brain of
- 4:46today's framework is the fact that a lot of people believe
- 4:50that when you're growing your business, I need more.
- 4:52So if you're on TikTok, you're like, I need to be on Instagram
- 4:55and I need to be on YouTube. Or you maybe you're doing short
- 4:57form, you're like, now I need a podcast or I, you know, I'm
- 5:01helping this person, but I want to also help this person.
- 5:03I have this offer, but I want two more offers behind it.
- 5:06And we add a lot of complexity, we add a lot of bloat.
- 5:10We add a lot of stuff to our business because we believe that
- 5:15of course I must need something else because if the thing that
- 5:18was going to get me to 7 figures I already had, why would I not
- 5:21be hitting it? And I would say that you know
- 5:25the way to 7 figures. If I was going to give you an
- 5:27analogy, I believe a lot of people that I work with have the
- 5:30ingredients of seven figures. They don't have the recipe.
- 5:34And I think that a lot of people go search.
- 5:38You might be searching for ingredients.
- 5:40You're like, there's got to be an ingredient that I'm missing,
- 5:43which is why this is not working.
- 5:44But have you ever asked yourself if maybe it has nothing to do
- 5:48with your ingredients, meaning your offer, the person you're
- 5:51serving, the platform you're on, the algorithm, right?
- 5:55Maybe it has nothing to do with your ingredients.
- 5:57Maybe it has everything to do with how those are all
- 6:00interacting with each other. How is that package coming
- 6:03together? And so, you know, going from six
- 6:07figures to seven figures isn't more offers, it's not more
- 6:09marketing, it's not more ideas, it's not more team members.
- 6:12It's not just more and more and more.
- 6:13It's actually about removing and subtracting things that are not
- 6:18moving the needle and therefore, on the contrast, doubling down
- 6:22on the things that actually are. So one of the things that I kind
- 6:26of wanted to unpack because I have helped a lot of people to
- 6:29create 7 and multiple 7 figure businesses is what are the
- 6:33mistakes you're going to want to be aware of that you don't make
- 6:36because there are some commonalities.
- 6:37If I'm going to be honest, I, as I said, have helped authors,
- 6:40lawyers, have helped in person, you know, naturopath clinics, I
- 6:44have helped coaches, agencies, service providers, you name it.
- 6:47So one of the first mistakes is that people add instead of
- 6:51optimize. And this is kind of what I
- 6:54consider like the jump ship mentality, which is that if you
- 6:59feel like you have revenue that's low, so maybe your cash
- 7:02flow this month is low. You feel like next month or two
- 7:05months, you're like the cash flow really starts to dip off.
- 7:07The mindset of the person who looks to say, OK, great more but
- 7:11not optimize is you see that your revenue is dipping.
- 7:14You see that you even can forecast that it's about to dip
- 7:17and you're like, do I need a new offer?
- 7:19I think I need a new offer because this offer is not
- 7:21selling. So I think I'm going to need to
- 7:23get a new offer. Maybe I need to create something
- 7:24different. Maybe my person that I'm serving
- 7:27needs or is looking for something different.
- 7:30If your social media is not doing well, I see this all the
- 7:32time. My my TikTok is not doing well.
- 7:34I got to get on Instagram. My Instagram is not doing well.
- 7:36I got to do a podcast. My podcast isn't doing well.
- 7:39I think I'm going to do YouTube or I think I'm going to do paid
- 7:41ads. There's this jump ship mentality
- 7:44of the if the thing that you're doing is not working, what else
- 7:47can we do is kind of the question.
- 7:49And also we see us with sales because I even had somebody
- 7:53that, you know, their sales were lower and they were struggling
- 7:57with the consistency of sales and they were like, great.
- 7:59Like how do we switch all of our positioning?
- 8:01And I remember saying like, OK, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 8:04We don't necessarily need to go from where marketing blue to
- 8:07where marketing red the next day.
- 8:09We need to look at is there a different shade of blue that is
- 8:14kind of what your ideal client is looking for that maybe we're
- 8:16just not speaking to right now. So the question when you know
- 8:19you're looking to build a 7 figure business is not what else
- 8:23can we do? But really how can we make this
- 8:27work better? And it's a really simple
- 8:31reframe, but it is going to be the difference that saves your
- 8:33business. And I'm going to be honest with
- 8:34you because what else can we do? Instantly invites.
- 8:40Let's do more, let's do different, Let's look elsewhere.
- 8:43How can we do this better? Insinuates that there's
- 8:47something that needs to be optimized that's sitting
- 8:49underneath your nose. And as a result, it leads your
- 8:52next steps to saying, OK, we've got an application, they're
- 8:56booking calls, they're not converting.
- 8:58What can we adjust in the application?
- 9:00Social media, Let's say you're on Instagram, you know, people
- 9:03are not reaching out through DMS on Instagram.
- 9:05OK, great. Well, with that, what do we need
- 9:07to look at within the Instagram side to increase the amount of
- 9:12how many people are activated from our Instagram social media
- 9:14content? It's not about saying, OK,
- 9:16great. Like we're off to TikTok, we're
- 9:17off to YouTube. And that's something that you
- 9:20want to be really aware of because we always know, right?
- 9:23The classic line is the question you ask determines the answer
- 9:25that that you will be given. And so when we're at 7 figures
- 9:30as this, you know, goal posts we're going for, we'd be very
- 9:33conscious of what are the questions that we're asking
- 9:34ourselves. And is it possible that the
- 9:37questions you ask to get the answer you're looking for are
- 9:40kind of part of why you're taking those next steps in the
- 9:42wrong direction? OK, so one big mistake is adding
- 9:47more stuff before asking to optimize the things that you
- 9:50already have. The second big thing that I see
- 9:53is that people are confusing activity and busyness and often
- 9:59like that things are chaotic. There's a lot going on and you
- 10:02know, we're working on a lot of stuff and we're super busy.
- 10:05You're confusing being busy with being in leverage able tasks.
- 10:10OK. And this is something that I
- 10:12think many of us struggle with, myself included, We when we see,
- 10:17you know, we're working on a new marketing, we're working on an
- 10:21e-mail thing, we're working on a sales thing, we're working on a
- 10:23launch, we're working on building out our offers for our
- 10:25clients, we're like, yes, OK, like we're doing this.
- 10:28Like we're getting stuff done. You're super busy.
- 10:31But to be honest, it doesn't mean anything about what's
- 10:33actually leverageable. Because when I look at someone's
- 10:37calendar and I say, OK, great, tell me all the stuff that you
- 10:40worked on this week, like show me where your time is going.
- 10:43It's often times that people are really bloated in their calendar
- 10:47and really bloated in their schedule and you're super busy.
- 10:50But the things that you're working on are not necessarily
- 10:52leverageable. So they're not things that are
- 10:55going to move the needle. And again, this kind of is a
- 10:57little bit similar to the aspect of adding more.
- 11:00When we add more things, we become more busy with those
- 11:04projects and we get busy with those projects.
- 11:07We're spending time, you know, and hours and days and sometimes
- 11:10even months in this deep belief that if we're just really, if we
- 11:14work hard, we stay busy. You know, we do more calls, we
- 11:17make more content. You know, we're we're in more
- 11:19meetings, we're doing launches. You're so busy, but then you
- 11:23look up and you think nothing is moving.
- 11:25And I just had a call with somebody this week and this was
- 11:28a situation. Same thing.
- 11:29She was like Kate, I really want to scale.
- 11:31And so she told me all of the stuff that she was, you know,
- 11:34thinking she's like, I want to do the paid workshops and I want
- 11:36to, you know, do content here, But I also have a podcast.
- 11:38But I have this offer and then there's offer two and three.
- 11:41And then I have this person in my DMS and I have this person
- 11:43who the sales calls for me. And I was like, whoa, whoa,
- 11:46whoa, whoa, whoa. Like there's a lot being juggled
- 11:50here. So I asked a very simple
- 11:51question, What is moving the needle right now?
- 11:55And she was like, I don't know. And I'm like, OK, great.
- 11:57Let's go through each of the pieces.
- 11:58So I said to her, the person who's taking calls, sales calls,
- 12:02the calls that they're taking, how many of them are closing?
- 12:04And the person's close rate was very low.
- 12:06So OK, great. That's something that's not
- 12:08really moving the needle right now for us.
- 12:09We need to tweak that. That was something that need to
- 12:11be tweaked because it was getting some people, but not
- 12:14nearly the percentage that we should.
- 12:15OK, great. Second was the person, the DMS,
- 12:18and she said, you know, there's someone who's booking calls for
- 12:19us. I said, great, how many calls
- 12:21does that person booked? And she goes, oh, well, you
- 12:24know, it's been a little bit rough the last couple months.
- 12:26We haven't booked a lot of calls.
- 12:28So I said no, I want like tangible data, like what is it
- 12:30literally done? What does it produce for you in
- 12:32the last 90 days? And when we went deeper into it,
- 12:35truthfully, the answer when we kind of evaluated everything was
- 12:38that it really wasn't moving the needle.
- 12:39It wasn't a thing that was actually helping the business to
- 12:43grow. And so I want to talk to you
- 12:45about the busyness of that though, because this team
- 12:47member, by the way, this is not the team members fault.
- 12:50This has nothing to do with the team member.
- 12:52This has to do with the fact that the strategy around what it
- 12:55is that the CEO gave is not a strategy that the business needs
- 13:00to focus on. So I said, listen, we're not
- 13:01firing this team member, but what we should be doing is we
- 13:04should be shifting that team member to a department, to a
- 13:07project or an area of the business that really is creating
- 13:09momentum so that we're not bloated and distracted and
- 13:12looking in a million different places.
- 13:14And So what I basically had explained to her is, you know,
- 13:18OK, well, what does it look like to deal with it?
- 13:20She goes, well, I have to, you know, outline the strategy.
- 13:22I'm giving feedback on the DM conversations all the time.
- 13:25So again, there's her alone working on the strategy. 2,
- 13:29she's giving feedback to this person.
- 13:31And 3rd, she's like, yeah, I do meetings, I do coaching of them
- 13:35to help them with, you know, the effort in the DMS.
- 13:38And even with all the meetings they've done, the feedback
- 13:40they've done the refining the, the strategy they did, this
- 13:44person's not booking people in. So it may be that that specific
- 13:48system or pipeline in her business isn't actually
- 13:52necessary. We see this also with people who
- 13:55have, for example, like the desire to have a membership,
- 13:58let's say, and you're like, OK, great, I have this membership
- 14:01and you're so connected to it emotionally, but I say, OK,
- 14:04great. How many people have enrolled
- 14:05into the membership until the last, you know, 30-60 days?
- 14:09Well, it's been a little bit lower than usual.
- 14:10OK, great. What is the show up call of the
- 14:12people who are in the membership?
- 14:13Are people showing up? Well, not consistently.
- 14:16OK, great. So people aren't buying
- 14:17consistently? They're not showing up
- 14:18consistently. How much time is it taking from
- 14:21you? And so they would say, well, I'm
- 14:22marketing it, but nobody's buying or I'm making these
- 14:25trainings or resources, but people don't show up.
- 14:27And so it's always this, I'm putting time in.
- 14:31There's nothing to show for it. That's a really easy indicator
- 14:35that you are in busy. You're not in really moving the
- 14:38needle in that area. So what I look for into the busy
- 14:43versus leverage is I look to in your business right now, you can
- 14:47ask yourself these questions. What are the things that are
- 14:51producing even a little bit of fruit?
- 14:54OK, so this was actually something that recently when I
- 14:59was reading my Bible, one of the lines that comes out and it
- 15:02doesn't matter. This is just more for me as to
- 15:04how this kind of where the fruit part comes from to give a
- 15:06context. They always say that, you know,
- 15:11being Christian, that you should check for fruit, which basically
- 15:14means or, you know, like check them or, you know, evaluate them
- 15:17by their fruits. Which means that it's not about
- 15:20somebody who tells you that they're one way or shows you
- 15:22that they're one way, or they say it's, you know, working or
- 15:26they say that they're a good person checked by their fruits.
- 15:28You will see in the way in which the evidence of their lives
- 15:32present to you that this is evidence that something here is
- 15:36they say what it is and it is this way.
- 15:38I took that same principle into business, which is check for the
- 15:41fruit, which is if someone says that they are, you know, a
- 15:46passive selling business, check for the fruits.
- 15:49How many passive sales do we have?
- 15:51If we say hey, like, yeah, this application funnel, this is the
- 15:54way that we scale. I'm like, awesome, check for the
- 15:57fruit, which is where? Is there a example or a
- 16:02producing of evidence that tells me that what you intend to be
- 16:06the way you grow is actually the way you grow?
- 16:09And if I don't see those two correlate, if you tell me one
- 16:13thing and the other side and you're like, yeah, this is the
- 16:15thing that's definitely like what's going to work for us.
- 16:18And I look into it and there's no actual fruit there.
- 16:21It tells me that there's a disconnect and that part, either
- 16:25one of two things has to be optimized or has to be cut out
- 16:27entirely. And that is the thing that I
- 16:30will say a lot of people don't like about going to seven
- 16:33figures. And you've heard me say this
- 16:35quote before that scaling is about subtraction, not addition.
- 16:39And this is a quote that I had from one of my mentors and I, it
- 16:43was like the, again, these quotes, these frameworks are
- 16:45such crystal clear ways to help guide us in our boundaries of
- 16:49growing. And it was something that I
- 16:51hated even myself, the idea of someone telling me, no, you're
- 16:55not going to serve that that audience or no, you're not going
- 16:58to serve that offer. What was the best reframe is
- 17:01that the most successful business owners are not looking
- 17:04at what they can add. They're looking at what they can
- 17:06take away. And I was, you know, even tuning
- 17:09in and listening to someone who does about, I think it's about
- 17:1318,000,000 a year. And they were sharing the same
- 17:16sentiment. They said one of the practices
- 17:18that we really lean into is that we always look at what can we
- 17:23take away, what can we remove, what can we take away constantly
- 17:26because they recognize that if they don't ask those questions
- 17:30again, back to the question versus the answer you get.
- 17:33If you don't ask the right question of what can we remove?
- 17:35Your brain automatically goes into, OK, what's next of what
- 17:38we're going to add? So people don't like the
- 17:41subtraction. And I'm going to be honest.
- 17:43There's parts of your business that you may feel emotionally
- 17:48connected to. We hear this like stereotypical
- 17:51story of entrepreneurs who are like, no, this has to work and
- 17:55this has got to work. And this is the thing I want to
- 17:57do. And I want to be honest with
- 17:58you. I've had those moments.
- 18:00I had that moment this past week.
- 18:02There was something that I was evaluating in scaling.
- 18:04And so I, I called George and I said, you know, this is
- 18:07something that I'm, I'm thinking on and that I, I'm kind of
- 18:09wrestling with. And he said, Kate, like you
- 18:12literally know what the answer is.
- 18:14And I was like, I know, but I really want to do it.
- 18:17And I really like, you know, I was really emotionally connected
- 18:20to it, But he grounded me in this principle is he was like,
- 18:24Hey, subtraction, not addition. And I'm like, yes.
- 18:29And he's like, follow the fruit, like follow the evidence.
- 18:32If the evidence is not there, we're not doing it.
- 18:34So I'm like, OK, so he's like, take the principles, you know,
- 18:37and put them in the business. Evaluate yourself the way you
- 18:39would do a client. So even for me, this is
- 18:42something that I struggle with because I also fall in love with
- 18:46the things that I'm creating or the ideas that I have or the
- 18:49concepts that I'd love to bring to life.
- 18:51But the reality is just because I love it doesn't necessarily
- 18:54mean that it's something that helps build the business.
- 18:56And so the second big mistake is the idea that we are confusing
- 19:00all of the busyness, all of our ideas, all these concepts that
- 19:03are keeping us booked and busy with things that are actually
- 19:06moving the needle. And those two things are not
- 19:09necessarily always the same. The third, which I will say is
- 19:12very common and you may be falling into this too, you get
- 19:17bored. OK, boredom is a very, if you
- 19:22don't have the right frame of mind, it's scary place for some
- 19:24entrepreneurs to be because when you're like, OK, great, I've
- 19:26got, you know, this offer, it's doing well.
- 19:29I've got this marketing channel, it's doing well.
- 19:31I've got, you know, my lead magnets like OK, like I feel, I
- 19:35feel good. We got what we need.
- 19:37We got the core things. It can be really easy to be OK,
- 19:41what's next? And always feeling like there
- 19:46has to be something in problem solving mode because if not
- 19:51that, you know, I'm bored, I'm bored of this.
- 19:55And sometimes when people are bored in their business because
- 19:58things are, you know, truthfully a simple business that's
- 20:01scaling, there's not a lot of dopamine.
- 20:03And I'm going to be honest, as entrepreneurs, we love, we love
- 20:07a good dopamine spike. And with this.
- 20:11The dopamine spike, when we don't have it, a lot of us chase
- 20:14it. We chase, how do I get that
- 20:16dopamine? How do I, you know, get that
- 20:18feeling back, the excitement about, you know, something new
- 20:23and innovation again, the way that I did when I was first
- 20:25starting my business. And so we know simplicity
- 20:28scales, but what a lot of people don't talk about is if
- 20:31simplicity scales, can you handle simplicity?
- 20:35Can you handle having a business that doesn't have constant
- 20:40dopamine? And that's something that some
- 20:43people don't really know until they get into it and they
- 20:46realize, OK, wow, I'm bored, I need to go do something.
- 20:49So there's a big mistake of I'm bored, so let's build.
- 20:52I'm bored, so let's build. So going to build $1,000,000 is
- 20:57actually about allowing the things that work, which goes
- 21:01back to leverage, which goes back to not adding more stuff.
- 21:04It's about the constant repetition of making sure that
- 21:09you're doing that consistently. Going to $1,000,000 is basically
- 21:14about the constant reps of the things that actually are
- 21:17leverage able and allowing those to compound over time.
- 21:21So the example our analogy I give to people is it's like
- 21:24investing into the stock market. If you're going to invest in the
- 21:27stock market on a Tuesday and you're going to take it on a
- 21:29Thursday, you're not going to see anything happen.
- 21:32So the reason that boredom is important for us to manage and
- 21:35to be aware of and to, you know, navigate is because if we don't,
- 21:40what ends up happening is we're like, OK, here is my blueprint.
- 21:43Here's all the stuff that's leverageable.
- 21:44Here's all the things that I have evidence I know are the way
- 21:48that we're going to grow. And you're like, let's do it.
- 21:51And you hit the ground running and you do that for three weeks
- 21:55and you're like, I'm bored. And you go build something else.
- 21:58What you've done is when you switch, what you're putting your
- 22:02focus in, when you switch what you're putting your resources
- 22:04in, where you switch, when your attention goes to when you
- 22:08switch that, what ultimately happens is I want you to think
- 22:11you're taking your money out of the bank.
- 22:13And then you're like, why is it not growing?
- 22:14You never gave it time to compound.
- 22:17And so boredom and the ability to fall in love with the simple
- 22:23in a scaling business is such a crucial part of your ability to
- 22:29be successful. Because otherwise, if you cannot
- 22:33manage that or navigate that, you will actually be part of why
- 22:38your business is breaking, not the strategy.
- 22:41OK, so it's like if someone's like I invest in the stock
- 22:44market, person A and person B, the person A and person B have
- 22:47the same amount of money. The only difference is one
- 22:49person keeps taking it in and out because they're bored and
- 22:51they don't have that dopamine and one person left it in the
- 22:54let it compound and boom, now they've got their massive
- 22:57investment portfolio. That is the difference of
- 22:59boredom and not understanding, you know, the difference between
- 23:05innovation and doing things out of a truthfully a pursuit of
- 23:09dopamine and just because you are bored or you're not feeling
- 23:12activated in a given moment. OK, so all of us to say these
- 23:16are the things that are the core things you want to be aware of.
- 23:19If you are someone who wants to go to seven figures now you're
- 23:21probably thinking, tell me the blueprint, OK, tell me the
- 23:24steps, tell me the way to get there.
- 23:26Tell me exactly what to do. And this is something that each
- 23:30of these five that I'm going to break down for you can actually
- 23:33be dove into like intensively on their own because truthfully
- 23:38these are different parts of mastery of A7 figure business.
- 23:42So I want to again breakdown this model by Clay Collins and
- 23:48talking more, this model is basically at a high level 1
- 23:52target market, one offer, one sales process, one primary
- 23:57channel, one year, OK, I'm going to repeat that.
- 24:03One target audience, so one person that you're marketing to,
- 24:06OK, one problem 21 offer that you're offering three, one sales
- 24:14process, one way that you convert them for one primary
- 24:19channel in which you are connecting to them or that
- 24:21you're marketing to them and five one year.
- 24:26So these are the five that are considered to be the five ones
- 24:32of getting to $1,000,000 a year in your business.
- 24:37Now you might be thinking, well, I got a lot more than that.
- 24:40I have a lot more than that. I've got TikTok, I've got
- 24:43Instagram, I've got, you know, the low ticket to the mid second
- 24:45to the high second. I've got, you know, people that
- 24:48are, you know, beginners, but I've got people who are
- 24:50intermediate that I work with. This is my point is that you
- 24:53might be doing too much. And so as a result, if you do
- 24:56too much, you're always going to feel that you're scattered and
- 24:59it's probably part of why you're not growing.
- 25:01So what I want to share with you is really a little bit of a
- 25:04breakdown of what each of these are and give you things to think
- 25:07about. So I literally outlined
- 25:09reflection questions for this. So if you are somebody who wants
- 25:13those reflection questions, what I would say is I'm going to read
- 25:17them here. But if you want, I have also put
- 25:19these into a PDF and this PDF, we have an incredible ambitious
- 25:24network which I'm going to be fully on.
- 25:26It's going to take a second here.
- 25:28The Ambitious Network is something that I really wanted
- 25:32to connect with you who listened to the podcast and I want to be
- 25:35able to answer your questions and I wanted to be able to
- 25:37connect with you and I wanted to be able to give you resources.
- 25:39And as part of the Ambitious Network, what we will be doing
- 25:43is for our really rich strategy episodes, for our episodes where
- 25:47we ask these really, you know, powerful reflection questions.
- 25:50We have journal prompts, we have models that we be, we'll be
- 25:53teaching with those. Sometimes it's a little bit hard
- 25:55to grasp the whole thing when you're listening, right?
- 25:58It can have these aha moments. Maybe you're on a walk, you're
- 26:01working, you're getting ready, but you're like, man, I really
- 26:04want to come back to that. What we've done is that we have
- 26:07taken this episode and we have put this into APDF, which is
- 26:11literally a list of all the five ones and corresponding questions
- 26:16that you can ask yourself to help you to start to get clarity
- 26:19on each one of these buckets. So all you need to do is
- 26:22literally just shoot me a message on Instagram.
- 26:24If you are already in the ambitious network, you will see
- 26:26this in the resources after this episode goes live.
- 26:29And if you are someone who's not yet in the ambitious network,
- 26:31all you need to do is literally message me the word network on
- 26:35Instagram and I will literally send you a link to join us.
- 26:37So as a side note, if you're not in there yet, you're going to
- 26:40want these questions, but I'm going to share some of these
- 26:42with you here. OK?
- 26:43So number one is the target market, which basically is that
- 26:46you need to choose a very specific person to help.
- 26:50OK? This is a specific target
- 26:52market. So even for example, people will
- 26:55say, you know, oh, I help coaches or I help agencies.
- 26:59The question that would be a follow up, for example, would
- 27:01be, OK, but what kind of agencies, what stage of coaches?
- 27:04What kind of coaches? Or I have an agency that helps
- 27:08people with their podcast, let's say, OK, great.
- 27:11Well, are these beginner podcasts, intermediate podcasts?
- 27:14Are they doing this for marketing?
- 27:16Are they doing it for editing? Like what's kind of the reason
- 27:18or the incentive as to why they're coming to you?
- 27:20We need way more granular detail.
- 27:23So the one target market is not about one big category.
- 27:28I help service providers, I help you know this general
- 27:32population. It's about getting really
- 27:34specific. So getting specific on stage,
- 27:37getting specific on ideal traits.
- 27:40It could also be problems that that person experiences.
- 27:43So you know, for me, I really look at, I have these things
- 27:47called the five PS And so it talks about in my model this,
- 27:51you know, breaking down of the person, the problem, the
- 27:53promise, so and so forth. So getting that clarity of
- 27:57really on a granular level, who is the person we're talking to?
- 28:01And you know, I will say going to broad can mean that you just
- 28:06add a lot more complication because you're trying to adapt
- 28:09things to all different types of people.
- 28:11If, for example, let's just say you're a fitness coach who helps
- 28:14people with weight loss, then that is, you know, for example,
- 28:19is it women or men that you help with weight loss?
- 28:21Is this about major weight loss? Is it the last 10 lbs?
- 28:23Like we want to think about what's the specifics, but if
- 28:26you're just like, I help women with fitness or I help women to
- 28:30get in shape, do you add muscle? Do you do this through CrossFit?
- 28:34Do you do it through home workouts?
- 28:35Do you do it through the gym? Is this for beginners?
- 28:38Is this for intermediates? Like who is it Like there's so
- 28:41many questions. You got to get granular.
- 28:44And I think that's kind of part of #1 do you have that clarity?
- 28:48So question for you, if you had to generate $1 million serving
- 28:53one type of client, who would you choose?
- 28:56And a great thing that was passed on to me from my coach is
- 29:01when we kind of go through these exercises was I was at this
- 29:06place where I was like, OK, I want to help 50% of this person.
- 29:09And 50% of this person that was who I had been helping.
- 29:11And it was who I wanted to help. And I remember being like, you
- 29:16know, the data, I'm a real data nerd.
- 29:18So the data basically was 5050. So I said, great, you know, this
- 29:22is who I want to serve. And I remember him saying flip a
- 29:24coin. And I was like, because I
- 29:28thought about I don't want to not serve a specific person.
- 29:30I again, still myself have resistance to these questions.
- 29:35And so even myself right now this year, I am in this
- 29:42reflection process of how can I subtract, subtract, subtract.
- 29:46And so I literally was like, OK. And I remember him saying
- 29:50something to the effect of like, if your business was the most
- 29:54simple, it could because that's what I had basically been
- 29:56focusing on. How do I have a simple business
- 29:59that scales? If your business was the
- 30:01simplest it could be, who would you work with?
- 30:04And I was like, I don't know. And he's like, if you flipped a
- 30:06coin, who would you hope it landed on?
- 30:08And I was like, well, OK, fine. So then that's when I really
- 30:11started to realize, OK, yeah, this is the person that I, I
- 30:14definitely see myself working with long term.
- 30:16So if I had to generate this for you, if you had to generate 1
- 30:20$1,000,000 serving one person, who would you choose?
- 30:25Second, where do you already have the most proof with the
- 30:30people that you serve? Where do you already have the
- 30:32most evidence in the people you serve?
- 30:34Three, who converts the fastest and pays the highest?
- 30:40OK, so who converts out of all the people you've served, who
- 30:43converts consistently and who often times invests the highest?
- 30:47Also, who do you deeply understand at a psychological
- 30:52level? Who's the person that you really
- 30:54know in and out more than anybody?
- 30:57And are you being broad because you believe it's strategic?
- 31:01Or are you doing so because you were afraid to exclude certain
- 31:06people from your brand or from your sales?
- 31:09OK. So that's pillar number one of
- 31:10the five, which is target audience #2 the offer.
- 31:15This is something I had to learn the hard way.
- 31:19I have always been this way since I was a child.
- 31:21I had to taste test things before knowing that I could
- 31:24really make a decision. So I would be the kid at the ice
- 31:26cream shop who's like, I wanna try that sample and that sample
- 31:28and that sample and they're like, Oh my God, kid picking ice
- 31:31cream, right? I was that person.
- 31:33And I think that that's even OK. As I said, I'm doing the same
- 31:37practice right now in my own business, which is I, and I've
- 31:42talked about other episodes. I've done the retreats, I've
- 31:45done the dinners, I've done the master classes, I've done the
- 31:48mastermind intensives, I've done, you know, the foundations
- 31:52program that we had. I considered making a course.
- 31:54I didn't in the end. I've done private mentorship.
- 31:57I've done some team training within that.
- 31:59I've done VIP days. Your girl has taste tested lots.
- 32:04Here's the thing that I will tell you, the core of what has
- 32:09worked for me was one offer, like basically the entire time.
- 32:14So this was something that while I was doing all this stuff, I
- 32:19had to have a very confronting conversation with myself when I
- 32:22was reflecting on this to realize, yes, you did it.
- 32:25But I think I did it out of ego. I did it out of like, OK, well,
- 32:29like I want to basically see and show myself that I can do all
- 32:32these things and now I have that evidence.
- 32:35But I realized very quickly that's not necessarily, even
- 32:38though I enjoy doing it, it's not something that necessarily
- 32:41moves the needle in our scaling. And so now because of that
- 32:44awareness, I have to look at, OK, wow, I want to do all this
- 32:47stuff. But the truth is most of our
- 32:50sales come from blank, which is like this one offer.
- 32:54So it really means that you want to have one core offer that
- 32:59solves 1 main problem for people.
- 33:02It gets them one core promise and outcome.
- 33:05And it's specific and a defined outcome.
- 33:08And you basically double down on that.
- 33:10You're doubling down the marketing of it, You're doubling
- 33:12down on the the selling of it. You're doubling down on the
- 33:15delivery of it. And I see people all the time
- 33:18who have these like 7 or 9 or 12 different offerings.
- 33:22And I think, Oh my goodness, like, how do you, how do you
- 33:25build anything when as soon as you got the walls up for the
- 33:28house you started, you're like, well, never mind that house,
- 33:31let's go to the next house, right?
- 33:32You're not really building anything substantial because
- 33:37you're constantly pivoting your focus, you're constantly
- 33:40pivoting your attention. And so one offer is basically
- 33:44about doubling down on what we consider to be a hero offer or a
- 33:48hero product. Some people also call this your
- 33:50signature offer or your signature product, the signature
- 33:54thing that people come to you for and that they consistently
- 33:57buy from you. And this is something that I
- 34:00really do think if you don't know what that is, we need to
- 34:04figure out what that offer for you is.
- 34:05You may have been too scattered that you just don't know.
- 34:08And two, if you do know what it is, ask yourself how much you're
- 34:11leaning into it. And for myself, what I found
- 34:13when I reflected on this was that I was kind of so scattered,
- 34:17so busy with all these other things that I've been doing that
- 34:21I never really poured enough love and TLC into the offer.
- 34:26That really was going to be the way in which we scaled.
- 34:29And so Fast forward, it basically has allowed again the
- 34:33subtraction reflection questions for you.
- 34:35If you could only sell and deliver one offer for the next
- 34:3912 months, which of your offers would it be?
- 34:43OK? So if you could only sell and
- 34:45deliver one offer for the next 12 months, which of your offers
- 34:47would it be? Which offer do you see actually
- 34:52produces the strongest level of client results?
- 34:57Which offer is easiest for you to sell?
- 35:01Which offer has the cleanest path to delivery and as a
- 35:06result, scalability? So which is the easiest for you
- 35:10to deliver and to support on? And are you creating new offers
- 35:16because the old one is broken or is it because you just simply
- 35:21have not refined it yet? OK, so this is something that I
- 35:27want to leave you with. You may even as you're answering
- 35:29those in your head, you're like, Oh my God, I know it's off for
- 35:31two. I know it's off for four.
- 35:33Like if you have that inclination, just remember that
- 35:37anchor on to that. Because if it's that easy for
- 35:39you to recall, I want you to realize, you know, you know, the
- 35:44program or the offer or the the agency service that you should
- 35:49be doubling down on. If you can answer those
- 35:51questions and it keeps coming up consistently, listen to it
- 35:54because it means that you know what it is now part of your
- 35:57brain right now is like, but I don't want to, I don't want to
- 35:59delete that offer. I don't want to, you know, only
- 36:02serve XI don't want to subtract. That's more of a mindset piece
- 36:06that I can't quite dive into completely in the way that I
- 36:09would want to today. But we will have a separate
- 36:10episode. I'm going to make a mental note
- 36:12of this where we will dive into the resistance to subtraction.
- 36:16Now we've got one target market, remember and now we also have
- 36:19one offer. The third of the five ones is 1
- 36:22sales process or what people consider to be 1 converting
- 36:25mechanism. And so this is really about
- 36:28having a repeatable buyer's journey and how the person goes
- 36:35through your process. So here's the thing this I want
- 36:39to be very clear, doesn't need to be sales calls.
- 36:41I don't need you to do sales calls to be, you know,
- 36:45successful. For me, it's sales calls, but
- 36:48you know, you don't have to sales calls.
- 36:49I also do DM selling, but again, the main way that I scaled to
- 36:53seven figures was with sales calls.
- 36:55So I now have DM selling and I now have some people who buy via
- 37:00e-mail. Like I have that now, but I
- 37:03didn't when I was going to seven figures.
- 37:05And so I want you to think about maybe the different ways you're
- 37:08trying to convert people. Some people you send, you know,
- 37:10to a call, then you do a proposal.
- 37:13Some people you're trying to close them in the DMS maybe are
- 37:15they ghosting you? You know, you've got people that
- 37:17you're trying to have buy from webinars, but you're like, how
- 37:21many of those people have actually bought from the
- 37:22webinar? So all of those are things that
- 37:25we want to take in consideration.
- 37:26OK, so you want to lean into that process.
- 37:31My process was the application process because when I came from
- 37:35being a high ticket phone closer, I knew that I knew how
- 37:39to sell on the phone. And So what I did is I tweaked
- 37:42my application. I tweaked my call booking
- 37:43process. I would tweak, you know, my call
- 37:47structure of how I would actually talk to somebody on the
- 37:49phone. I would tweak the emails that I
- 37:52send afterwards about the offer and you know, if someone didn't
- 37:56close on the call, what would be the things that I send
- 37:59afterwards? Each of those were things that I
- 38:01optimized to be able to get to 7 figures.
- 38:04And so it's not about, you know, for me, I didn't really move to
- 38:09D Ms. I wouldn't say until after 7 figures.
- 38:13And that's because I used the call clarity that I had to
- 38:16basically be the thing that guided my DM process.
- 38:19So the questions for you are, can you clearly articulate your
- 38:24buyer's journey? Do you actually know with your
- 38:27current sales process you use, what is your close rate of that
- 38:32process? So if you are converting people
- 38:35in the DMS, how many people that you have conversations with
- 38:38right now have bought in the last 30 days?
- 38:40Or if you have calls, how many people have bought via a phone
- 38:44call with you in the last 30 days?
- 38:46Really ask yourself where is the evidence again, or data that
- 38:50tells us that this, you know, there's a close rate that's
- 38:53connected to this that shows us it's working.
- 38:56Do you actually know right now in your sales process where your
- 38:59prospects or the people that you're connecting with are
- 39:01dropping off? Is your sales process actually
- 39:05documented? So do you have a clear way to
- 39:10show or demonstrate your conversion process, whether it
- 39:14be through call, DMS, emails, however you want to convert
- 39:18people? And if I hired a sales team for
- 39:23you tomorrow, could they easily plug themselves into your
- 39:27system? Because that insinuates that you
- 39:30do have it documented. It insinuates that obviously we
- 39:33are going to have this be a process that's working.
- 39:36And it really tells us, OK, great.
- 39:38If I have this thing that I'm saying is the sales process that
- 39:42works, could I put somebody in it tomorrow and they would just
- 39:45be as successful as you, OK. So that is #3 which is the one
- 39:50sales process now then we have which people are not going to
- 39:53love. You've got the one primary
- 39:57channel, and I want to be very specific on what I mean by this.
- 40:02Your primary channel. I'm not saying you have one
- 40:05channel, meaning that you can't post anywhere else and you never
- 40:08should be on another platform. I'm saying you need to have a
- 40:11primary channel. And I'm going to tell you an
- 40:13example or story of exactly what this looked like for me when I
- 40:16was first starting my business. I remember I was on Instagram as
- 40:19my main platform and just like many, I was OK, this is cooking
- 40:23for us. I want to do something else.
- 40:24And I remember messaging our team member.
- 40:27Kelsey at the time and I was like, hey, I really want to do
- 40:30YouTube and I want to repurpose it to a blog and I want to do
- 40:34this connected to an e-mail. And like she was the best and
- 40:37she was like a good sport. And she was like, OK, like, you
- 40:39know, that's a lot, but OK. I remember being like that's a
- 40:42lot at one time. And I at the time was OK, like
- 40:45more is more, more is more. And I wanted to go wide.
- 40:49Guess how many months that lasted?
- 40:53Maybe the better question is guess how many weeks that
- 40:55lasted? I think I I filmed in total like
- 40:596 YouTube videos and by the time I was done those six I was so
- 41:03exhausted that I was like I no this is not for me.
- 41:07So I quit and guess what? I went back to Instagram and
- 41:11then we're cooking on Instagram. We're doing our thing, we're
- 41:14growing, we're growing, we're growing.
- 41:15And Kate's again, like, oh, but Tik Tok's around.
- 41:18I got to go to TikTok. So then I was like, great, 3 Tik
- 41:21Toks today. Guess what happened?
- 41:23All of the leads that we were getting, we're coming from
- 41:25Instagram mainly. So we're like, man, this
- 41:28Instagram thing is really take like it's really the core of
- 41:31where our momentum is. And so we next doing tik Toks.
- 41:36And so the thing that I, I'm clearly in this bucket, a slower
- 41:40learner. There was the evidence to say
- 41:43that these extra things were not what we needed.
- 41:45The evidence of if I had just taken a step back, would have
- 41:48shown me quicker that I didn't need to have more and more and
- 41:53more. I didn't need more platforms.
- 41:54I didn't need more stuff. I didn't need to go elsewhere.
- 41:58I needed to double down on Instagram is what I needed to be
- 42:00doing. And so we did that and so we
- 42:03leaned into, you know, at one point we were posting a reel a
- 42:07day and a carousel a day. We were selling on stories every
- 42:10day and provide providing value on stories every day.
- 42:13We would go live like we were really leaning into Instagram
- 42:16and that was something that helped us to be able to grow.
- 42:19And so the primary channel is not to say that you can't be on
- 42:23another place, but it's also to make sure that if you're going
- 42:26to go to another platform, you need to make sure that you
- 42:30aren't completely neglecting the initial primary channel that got
- 42:35you success in the 1st place. Too many people try to go wide
- 42:39with the marketing and because they believe if I'm seeing more
- 42:41places, you hear these things like no one can buy from you if
- 42:44nobody knows you. Well, nobody said that for
- 42:47people to know you, you had to be on all different platforms.
- 42:49You just have to get people to know you.
- 42:52So you can be known by being the top person known on Instagram.
- 42:57That's not necessarily being known means being everywhere.
- 43:00So again, one primary channel. So you want to master, I mean
- 43:06dominate 1 core marketing channel before you ever move on.
- 43:11And instead, if you don't do that, you'll end up basically
- 43:15surface level on every single place that you market.
- 43:17So things to think about. If you had to bet $1,000,000 on
- 43:24one channel right now that you're using or one platform,
- 43:28which platform would it be? OK, so if you had to bet
- 43:31$1,000,000 that there's one platform or one channel that was
- 43:34going to be the reason that you grew, what would it be?
- 43:37Where do you already have traction that you can clearly
- 43:41see when it comes to marketing? Where does your ideal client
- 43:46naturally spend their time? Are you switching platforms
- 43:52because you have mastered and you're ready to expand?
- 43:55Or are you switching platforms because your current platforms
- 43:58results are low? And if you actually, to be
- 44:02honest with yourself, have you given the current channel that
- 44:05you're on a true, intense, consistent, unquestionable 12
- 44:13month commitment? So here's what I would say is an
- 44:16example of that. So if you're on Instagram, what
- 44:18you would want to ask yourself is, are you consistently every
- 44:22week on Stories, posting on your feed, answering your comments,
- 44:27chatting with people in DMS, potentially going live, having
- 44:31video content out, static feed content going out, engaging with
- 44:35your audience and things like questions or polls?
- 44:37Are you really leveraging Instagram?
- 44:41And if part of that, you're like, I post, then this is your
- 44:46invitation to double down. It's a matter of doubling down
- 44:48on the current place. You already have traction.
- 44:50OK. Now that is #4 so it leads us to
- 44:54the last, which is one year of relentless focus.
- 44:59So remember, if we go back to the five, we've got one target
- 45:02audience, we've got one offer. We have one sales process, the
- 45:06way we convert people, and we have one primary channel.
- 45:09And we also need to have one year of relentless focus.
- 45:13So what this means is that you're going to focus on those
- 45:15previous four for an entire year for 12 months, for 12 months,
- 45:20you're going to focus on one person, one offer, one sales
- 45:23process, 1 core marketing channel as your dominant place
- 45:27for 12 months. And you're not going to get
- 45:30distracted. You're not going to be like, but
- 45:32I want to do a YouTube channel, but I want to do X.
- 45:36And could you have singularity of focus?
- 45:38Now, here's the thing. I am not a coach who believes in
- 45:43rules as in the sense of like that you can't do blank.
- 45:47You can only do blank. I just shared stories today of
- 45:49how I myself, I was doing the five ones, but I was like, this
- 45:54is kind of sexy over were here and I would go over here and I'm
- 45:57like, this seems a little sexy to me.
- 45:59And I would consider doing all these other things.
- 46:01Even though I really the entire time, the thing that actually
- 46:04grew the business was the five ones.
- 46:06And if I'm going to be honest, the way that I was able to do it
- 46:09all is because I was honestly at that point working so much.
- 46:13I literally have videos on my phone of me at my desk working
- 46:17at 5:00 in the morning and I was up till 12 midnight working.
- 46:21So I didn't do all this stuff and achieve all of these
- 46:25different things and was scattered because that's what
- 46:28was leverageable. I think I did it because I
- 46:30honestly was working so much that I overworked to be able to
- 46:33make it all happen. Whereas I think now looking back
- 46:36on it, if I had pulled back and really doubled down on the stuff
- 46:39that I was doing during the day and just did that, I probably
- 46:43could have slept a lot more. I could have worked a lot less,
- 46:45I could have had a lot more fun and I would have probably hit
- 46:48the same goal. So it is something that was the
- 46:51through line of my business. I just didn't have the
- 46:52perspective at the time to be able to see it.
- 46:55So when we think about doing this for 12 months, I know your
- 46:58brain is like what? Come on, because I want to do
- 47:01blank. I know.
- 47:03But things reflect on where have you quit too early in the past?
- 47:10What would happen if you removed the option to be able to pivot?
- 47:16What would you fix right now to go to $1,000,000 instead of
- 47:22replace? OK, what would you fix instead
- 47:25of replace? Where are you chasing novelty or
- 47:30ego versus building an actual asset for yourself?
- 47:36And if you stayed the course for 12 months for a year, what do
- 47:42you know could compound? The thing that I wanted to do
- 47:46today in breaking down the mistakes as well as the five
- 47:50ones of this model is that I want to make sure that you know
- 47:56those people who have 7 figures and multiple 7 figure businesses
- 48:00a year, OK, Like cash per year. The people who have those
- 48:05businesses are not necessarily more talented than you.
- 48:09They're not necessarily more intelligent than you.
- 48:12If I'm going to be honest, they're not even necessarily
- 48:14smarter than you. They're people who are
- 48:18relentless about their core needle movers and making sure
- 48:23that those are mega consistent. So if I was to distill down,
- 48:28these 5 ones are basically you asking yourself what are the
- 48:32five needle movers in my business in these buckets?
- 48:34And if you don't know, this is a great place to start.
- 48:38So if you want to hit $1,000,000 a year in your business, if you
- 48:45want to hit 2,000,000, if you want to hit $3,000,000 a year in
- 48:49your business, the conversation today is more a matter of asking
- 48:54yourself one critical question. What can you subtract in order
- 48:59to make that happen? And I know it's uncomfortable.
- 49:04I know it's probably not something that you want to ask
- 49:06because you love to add, But if you can really take this
- 49:11reflection, this model seriously, I can with pretty
- 49:16high certainty guarantee that you're going to see massive
- 49:20momentum toward the 1,000,000 by doing so.
- 49:24And truthfully, it's going to separate you from your
- 49:27competitors. Because while Susie is out there
- 49:31trying to create the offer and the product and the marketing,
- 49:35and she's trying to be everywhere and do everything and
- 49:38create everything, all she's doing is bloating her life,
- 49:42bloating her schedule. She's got decreased focus.
- 49:46She doesn't have singularity on evidence of what's moving the
- 49:49needle. She doesn't know where to
- 49:50compound her energy. She's probably not compounding
- 49:53her energy anywhere because she's so scattered.
- 49:55When you think about how do I in my industry get to that top
- 49:59tier, it's not just about working more.
- 50:02I'm not going to lie, getting to build $1,000,000 business, it is
- 50:05hard work, but it doesn't necessarily mean that hard work
- 50:09is connected or equals to complicated.
- 50:13And that's the main thing that I think we're unpacking here is
- 50:15that 7 figures is not about complication.
- 50:18It's actually quite simple or streamline in its structure.
- 50:22It's just a matter of making sure that you're able to be
- 50:25consistent with it and that you don't overcomplicate it.
- 50:28Remember, simplicity scales. Scaling is about subtraction and
- 50:33not addition. OK O I would love for you to #1
- 50:39go through these reflection questions.
- 50:41As I said, if you do not as you were going through today, feel
- 50:44like we were going through them maybe too quickly.
- 50:45Maybe you were doing something else while tuning in today.
- 50:48No problem at all. Message me the word network on
- 50:50Instagram and I will add you to our ambitious network if you are
- 50:54already one of our OG peeps who are in there.
- 50:56Love you to pieces and thank you so much for listening.
- 50:58We will have that inside of the resource area for you with these

- 52:23show. So with that being said, I hope
- 52:25you have an amazing week. You know, I'm filming this right

- 52:35And so with this, I hope you have an awesome week.
- 52:37I hope everything starts to go into flow for you today after
- 52:40listening to this. Let this be your fuel and your
- 52:43engine to be like, OK, I'm getting focused, I'm
- 52:45subtracting, I'm doubling down, I'm compounding.
- 52:49Like let this be the thing that allows you to finally reset and
- 52:52say, OK, let's trim away. Stuff is not working.
- 52:56Let's double down on what is. And I can't wait to see you in
- 52:58the next episode. And as always.
