Waco I-35 Bridge Shutdown This Weekend | Waco News
Waco drivers brace for major weekend closures as Texas DOT tears down both the eastbound and westbound South Valley Mills Drive bridges over I-35, shutting down main lanes between New Road and 17th Street from Saturday 7 PM to Sunday 10 AM. Underpasses at 17th, 18th Streets, and Irving Lee St. are also closed, but New Road and 12th St. remain open for crossings. Northbound drivers exit at New Road, loop around the Waco Traffic Circle, and re-enter at 12th. Southbound traffic exits at Valley Mills and La Salle, then rejoins after Irving Lee.
