- 0:14Speaker 1: And Lowe. Welcome to the Naughty but niceha. I'm your host,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Rob Shooter, and it is Friday, which means our dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend Corey. Andrew joins us, Hey, Corey, are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 1: I am here.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Happy Friday, everyone.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Happy Friday, Corey. We've been doing this a long time.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We're on season four of our podcast. Corey. I'm still
- 0:32Speaker 1: a little nervous about the technology.
- 0:36Speaker 2: I know people can only see like right before we start,
- 0:38Speaker 2: like every Friday, and you know, it's always a thing.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Well, here we are, it's always a thing really good
- 0:47Speaker 1: at the content. I can say that with total total
- 0:50Speaker 1: conviction the technology. It's always a little bit of a
- 0:55Speaker 1: give and to take. But we're here, we're here, it's
- 0:57Speaker 1: all working well. So let's keep going while things seem
- 0:59Speaker 1: to be doing just fine. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:01Speaker 1: It is big story at the top of the show.
- 1:04Speaker 1: So Ellen is deeply hurt after John Wilvaney took a
- 1:08Speaker 1: brutal jab at her, saying that she feels like the punchline.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Let me explain. So John Bulvaney, I love him. It's
- 1:15Speaker 1: very very funny. He took a dig at her. He
- 1:17Speaker 1: was really doing one of his shows and he talks
- 1:19Speaker 1: about being a parent, and he compared life with a
- 1:23Speaker 1: toddler son as working on the Ellen Degenerous show, like
- 1:28Speaker 1: it's trickery, It's never that easy. Might look like a
- 1:31Speaker 1: lot of dancing and singing, but it's a lot of drama.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And you know that having a three year old son
- 1:38Speaker 1: is like working on that show. So after he said this,
- 1:41Speaker 1: people laughed. It was very gentle. It was I think,
- 1:44Speaker 1: very very funny. Ellen did not appreciate their sources tell
- 1:49Speaker 1: me she's really angry. It's so interesting, isn't it. Always
- 1:53Speaker 1: the people that can dish it out can never take it.
- 1:57Speaker 1: And if Ellen's naughtiness means had just been the level
- 2:02Speaker 1: of John maulvain is towards her staff, her staff would
- 2:05Speaker 1: have laughed, it's fine, we can take a joke. I
- 2:08Speaker 1: think we can get so sensitive so wrapped up. Yeah,
- 2:11Speaker 1: and not wanting to upset anybody that we sort of
- 2:14Speaker 1: stifle having actually a good time. John's been funny. Ellen.
- 2:18Speaker 1: You've been a comedian for a really long time. You know,
- 2:21Speaker 1: a joke's a joke. And this is different from what
- 2:24Speaker 1: Ellen did to her staff. Yeah.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I think also she is really in a place of
- 2:30Speaker 2: she's still sort of very sensitive to that. That way,
- 2:34Speaker 2: her brand got damaged in that regard, and she's never
- 2:37Speaker 2: really recovered from that. I mean, she's trying to do
- 2:39Speaker 2: different things, and you know, she's got the skincare line
- 2:41Speaker 2: that pops up like at two in the morning and strange,
- 2:44Speaker 2: which strange, but I know, yeah, she never really recovered
- 2:47Speaker 2: from that, and I think, you know when your brand
- 2:49Speaker 2: is nice, Remember at Rosie o'donald had the same situation.
- 2:52Speaker 2: She never quite recovered from that brand damage. So I
- 2:56Speaker 2: guess I understand why she's sensitive to it.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I get it, but she's also I think, get a
- 3:00Speaker 1: forty million dollar home in England. You know you do? Not?
- 3:04Speaker 1: You doing okay? Rosie do? You both are doing okay.
- 3:07Speaker 1: It just makes me laugh that people that give it out.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I found this in my own life, not with celebrities,
- 3:13Speaker 1: just in my regular life too. The people that could
- 3:16Speaker 1: dish it out can't take it. I've had to learn
- 3:21Speaker 1: to take a criticism because I talk about people for
- 3:23Speaker 1: a living. This is what I do all day log
- 3:26Speaker 1: so I can laugh at myself. In fact, even better
- 3:28Speaker 1: than that, I'm the first to laugh at myself, and
- 3:31Speaker 1: then it takes away the sting. It takes to anybody
- 3:34Speaker 1: else's power. Ellen's very sensitive. I in my pr DA's
- 3:39Speaker 1: would take celebrities to all the different TV shows, and
- 3:42Speaker 1: I went to the Ellen Show several times with different clients.
- 3:45Speaker 1: It was always a little off. You know, when the
- 3:48Speaker 1: vibes just just off when you walk in a room.
- 3:51Speaker 1: It might be a bar of restaurants and something's not
- 3:53Speaker 1: quite right. That's how I felt at the Ellen Show.
- 3:56Speaker 1: It was just the staff are walking on eggshells and
- 4:00Speaker 1: frightened of her. She was not that kind to them.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And I think Ellen, having somebody make fun of this.
- 4:08Speaker 1: This is what comedians do. And if the foot you see,
- 4:11Speaker 1: if the shoe was on the other foot, you might
- 4:14Speaker 1: make a joke like this yourself. John mulvany is a
- 4:17Speaker 1: really nice guy. There's comedians out there that are much tougher, nicky, glazier.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I'd love to know what she thinks about like that. Though. Yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 1: this is a soft dick. It's soft hate. It's not
- 4:29Speaker 1: even hate, it's soft. And so I think we can
- 4:32Speaker 1: get a little bit carried away here, Ellen. It's so
- 4:35Speaker 1: narcissistic too. Calm down. He told a thousand jokes over
- 4:38Speaker 1: the last week this is what he does. It's just one.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Your life ain't gonna change. It's not gonna change the
- 4:43Speaker 1: way we feel about you, not gonna change your ank account.
- 4:46Speaker 1: You're gonna be just fine, Which brings us to our
- 4:48Speaker 1: whole question of the day. Ellen's deeply hurt over John
- 4:50Speaker 1: Mulvaney's brutal jab. I think it's actually quite a soft jab.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Do you think Ellen is right to be upset? Would
- 4:59Speaker 1: you be upset? Or can you for yourself? That's basically
- 5:01Speaker 1: the question here? Can you naughties? Can you laugh at yourself?
- 5:05Speaker 1: Be honest, be honest about it? I can, I really can,
- 5:09Speaker 1: But after the fourth joke its a little you know,
- 5:12Speaker 1: if you keep going, But like you know, you can
- 5:15Speaker 1: you can make fun of me? What about you? Go
- 5:17Speaker 1: vote on our Twitter page at Naughty n Ice rob
- 5:20Speaker 1: Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure to
- 5:23Speaker 1: check back on Monday to hear your results. Hey Corey,
- 5:27Speaker 1: what are you working on?
- 5:28Speaker 2: Yes, well, this is a story that I didn't even
- 5:29Speaker 2: remember it happened, but now that it's in the headlines again,
- 5:32Speaker 2: you know. Serena Williams is raising eyebrows this week after
- 5:36Speaker 2: she is finally revealing why she dodged a face to
- 5:39Speaker 2: face moment with her longtime friend. I almost said best friend,
- 5:43Speaker 2: but you know, they're all so close. But her good
- 5:46Speaker 2: friend Taylor Swift at this year's Super Bowl, and you know,
- 5:50Speaker 2: the explanation is not necessarily what the fans are believing,
- 5:53Speaker 2: and they're kind of scratching their heads now. According to
- 5:55Speaker 2: Time magazine, Serena, who is forty three years old, and
- 5:58Speaker 2: her husband Alexis they brought their daughter Olympia, right up
- 6:01Speaker 2: to the pop Stars VIP suite and hopes of getting
- 6:04Speaker 2: like an autograph and but you.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Know, despite being just steps away.
- 6:09Speaker 2: From the cruel Summer singer, Serena suddenly backed off and
- 6:13Speaker 2: like just didn't engage at all with Taylor Swift, which
- 6:16Speaker 2: people thought was kind of strange because they are supposed
- 6:18Speaker 2: to be such good friends and she was apparently, you know,
- 6:20Speaker 2: getting hackled by fans, by Philly fans. Actually, it was difficult,
- 6:24Speaker 2: and it was difficult for her to kind of get
- 6:25Speaker 2: in the moment because she felt like there was like
- 6:27Speaker 2: too much going on, and so they said that she
- 6:29Speaker 2: just sort of like backed away, and she's that kind
- 6:32Speaker 2: of quietly pushed away from the moment. Now, Taylor Swift
- 6:35Speaker 2: apparently is not buying it one saying that you know what,
- 6:38Speaker 2: they're friends and if you're that close, then you've just
- 6:40Speaker 2: got to step up right and come to the room
- 6:43Speaker 2: and you just walk in. But I will say I
- 6:46Speaker 2: think that so much in life revolves around us doing
- 6:50Speaker 2: things that make us uncomfortable to make other people feel better.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And if, for whatever moment in that situation, Serena felt
- 6:59Speaker 2: something was off, the fact that they are close friends
- 7:02Speaker 2: means Serena has that ability to go, you know, I'm
- 7:04Speaker 2: going to step away and I'm going to talk to
- 7:06Speaker 2: her later and let her know why. The fact that
- 7:08Speaker 2: that part didn't happen, that's peculiar because I would call
- 7:11Speaker 2: you later and go, hey, Rob, sorry I left the
- 7:13Speaker 2: party quickly.
- 7:14Speaker 1: But here's why. Why why? Yeah, My instincts would be
- 7:18Speaker 1: the opposite. If somebody was being mean to you, if
- 7:21Speaker 1: you were being Heckledu'd march into that room and give
- 7:23Speaker 1: you a big hug and say come and sit next
- 7:25Speaker 1: to me and so. And the other thing too, is
- 7:28Speaker 1: there was a child involved me, and that's a very
- 7:31Speaker 1: difficult thing to explain to a child who wanted an
- 7:34Speaker 1: autograph with Taylor Swift. I would have marched and given
- 7:37Speaker 1: her a hug. We would have took a photograph, had
- 7:38Speaker 1: an autograph. It's not that big a deal. Some celebrities
- 7:41Speaker 1: go nuts about this and it drives me so crazy.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Take her selfie, sign something. It takes you two three,
- 7:48Speaker 1: four seconds. Yes, sometimes you might not be in the mood,
- 7:52Speaker 1: but also to this isn't just a fan, this is
- 7:54Speaker 1: a friend. I've often had friends, people I know, come
- 7:58Speaker 1: up to me in a restaurant or a bar and
- 8:00Speaker 1: I'm just not really in the mood. I don't want
- 8:02Speaker 1: to talk about celebrities. I just want to like hang
- 8:04Speaker 1: with my real friends. But I put on the rub
- 8:07Speaker 1: Shooter show. You've seen it, Corey. I've been having drinks
- 8:09Speaker 1: with you and people might come over and say hello,
- 8:11Speaker 1: and I'm happy to give them a ten minutes, but
- 8:13Speaker 1: not too don't a chair, don't you go? And so
- 8:18Speaker 1: I think, here, Serena, there's something not right about this story. Serena,
- 8:22Speaker 1: your backstage, You're one of the most famous athletes in
- 8:25Speaker 1: the world, your friends with Taylor, your daughter wants a picture.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Why did that not happen. I'm not buying that. It's
- 8:32Speaker 1: because the moment wasn't right. The moment's always right for
- 8:36Speaker 1: a friend. We'll never a bad moment. What do you
- 8:39Speaker 1: think it was about? This was I was told and
- 8:42Speaker 1: I can't confirm this, So this is just here say
- 8:45Speaker 1: she couldn't get past Taylor's security. Listen, that's a big deal.
- 8:50Speaker 2: If you're a celebrity and you get start and treat
- 8:52Speaker 2: it like the rest of the people.
- 8:54Speaker 1: It's hard to deal with that. I've seen that happen
- 8:58Speaker 1: a friend of by Miss One's performing for Bill Clinton
- 9:01Speaker 1: and we couldn't get backstage because of the secret service.
- 9:04Speaker 1: That It made me giggle because I was like, I
- 9:06Speaker 1: can't get past secrets. I'll meet you later. I'll meet
- 9:10Speaker 1: you at the restaurant. I texted him and I was like,
- 9:12Speaker 1: we'll meet you later. I'm fine with this. So Tailor's security,
- 9:15Speaker 1: they don't care who you are, and they had a
- 9:17Speaker 1: big event like that. These security guards can get a
- 9:19Speaker 1: little aggressive. So that's what I heard. But there's something
- 9:22Speaker 1: strange about this one. Okay, moving along, Bethany Frankel has
- 9:25Speaker 1: been shamed by a twenty four year old Gia Judici,
- 9:28Speaker 1: who is Teresa's daughter, is saying that there was just
- 9:31Speaker 1: no place for this mean girl behavior. Recently, Bethany went
- 9:35Speaker 1: after Teresa, but she also involved Gia in it too.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I know she's not a kid anymore. I know she's
- 9:39Speaker 1: twenty four, but nevertheless, dragging kids into this is just
- 9:43Speaker 1: or someone's at least child into this. It's just so weird.
- 9:46Speaker 1: So Bethany was on TikTok mouthing off, getting attention, and
- 9:49Speaker 1: g took a moment. It's been a few days, maybe
- 9:52Speaker 1: a week, and she is now fighting back, and I'm
- 9:54Speaker 1: told Bethany is quite stung by this reaction. It sounds
- 9:57Speaker 1: like Ellen, doesn't it at the top of the show
- 9:59Speaker 1: that she's someone always on TikTok saying really really tough
- 10:02Speaker 1: things about people, and the minute you say something about her,
- 10:05Speaker 1: oh my goodness, she goes yes, devastated, like heartbroken. You know,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I don't I think you know. She's twenty four, she's
- 10:13Speaker 1: got her own reality show, Nijera. She is an adult,
- 10:15Speaker 1: but I still tread carefully around it. Teresa's crimes pun intended,
- 10:20Speaker 1: are not the daughters, and so if you howives want
- 10:23Speaker 1: to go out each other. That's the other thing that's
- 10:25Speaker 1: weird about Bethany. For a long time, she didn't want
- 10:28Speaker 1: to be known as a housewife. She wanted to be
- 10:30Speaker 1: a mogue or a business person, a philanthropist giving money away.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Now she's gone back to being really sort of like
- 10:36Speaker 1: a bitchy housewife and just gossiping about this show. You
- 10:40Speaker 1: can't have it both ways, Bethany. I know you want
- 10:42Speaker 1: the hits. I know you want the viewers. I know
- 10:44Speaker 1: you want the readers. So what's going to get them
- 10:46Speaker 1: talking smack about housewives? But then you can't pretend to
- 10:49Speaker 1: be Martha Stewarts. Pic your lane piculate, and this is
- 10:52Speaker 1: probably the best lane for her. This is who Bethany is.
- 10:54Speaker 1: But it is interesting when someone much younger than you
- 10:58Speaker 1: clapse back. It's yeah, well, you know what.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Gia got the sympathy from the crowd because they know
- 11:05Speaker 2: that Bethany is more seasoned as a shark in this space.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And quite honestly, Bethany is the one who started it
- 11:13Speaker 2: because she did.
- 11:13Speaker 1: She once solicited.
- 11:14Speaker 2: She made comments about Teresa being you know, a walking
- 11:19Speaker 2: tax study or whatever. She called her all these names,
- 11:22Speaker 2: and but she mocked her for being a person who
- 11:24Speaker 2: had gotten in trouble with the irs, and Jia defended
- 11:27Speaker 2: her mom, and I liked that what she said to
- 11:29Speaker 2: Bethany was well, you know, you mock my family, and
- 11:32Speaker 2: I hope that one thousand dollars check was worth it
- 11:34Speaker 2: because you know, on TikTok you get paid for and
- 11:37Speaker 2: I think that is what really hit Bethany. So if
- 11:39Speaker 2: you look at what Gia said, she actually went for
- 11:42Speaker 2: the jugular and said, you're just You'll say anything from that.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That's what truth hurts. Okay, this story made me laugh
- 11:50Speaker 1: and sort of upset me too. I've known Debbie Metanopolis
- 11:52Speaker 1: for you. She was originally on the View, one of
- 11:55Speaker 1: the first so the View, but it's just broke. I
- 11:57Speaker 1: think this morning in page six that she was in
- 11:59Speaker 1: tall to join the Real high Swives at Beverly Hills,
- 12:03Speaker 1: But within the last twelve hours, I think that job
- 12:05Speaker 1: off her has gone away. What am I talking about?
- 12:08Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know, I don't know how I feel
- 12:09Speaker 2: about this, so I can't wait to hear your thoughts.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Rob.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So, So Debbie Metnopolis she lost the Real Housewives gig,
- 12:14Speaker 2: apparently because she had been dropped from consideration for apparently
- 12:19Speaker 2: spilling the beans on her Bravo casting talks way too soon.
- 12:24Speaker 2: So basically Bravo hates leaks. You know, they want to
- 12:27Speaker 2: be the one to drop the surprise, and that's what
- 12:29Speaker 2: keeps the suspense going. So you really have to be
- 12:31Speaker 2: tight lipped when you're on these shows. And apparently her
- 12:34Speaker 2: big mouth cost her the job. She talked to herself
- 12:37Speaker 2: right out of her contract when apparently she was talking
- 12:40Speaker 2: to Page six Radio and she said that she was
- 12:43Speaker 2: in active talks to join the Iconic franchise, and she
- 12:46Speaker 2: went as far f to say that the discussions were
- 12:49Speaker 2: actually happening as recently as last week.
- 12:52Speaker 1: So she's boasting that. Yeah.
- 12:55Speaker 2: But you know, here's my thing about this. You and
- 12:57Speaker 2: I work in TV radio, all that good stuff. You
- 13:00Speaker 2: are embargoed. They tell you, they tell you what not
- 13:03Speaker 2: to say, and they not to say it. So I
- 13:05Speaker 2: don't know how I feel about this, Like they needed
- 13:07Speaker 2: to tell her, hey, you really can't say anything, and then.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I think they did. It's just dead be showing off,
- 13:14Speaker 1: I think. And I've done that too. I've said stuff
- 13:17Speaker 1: to show off, and I want to tell everybody my
- 13:19Speaker 1: good news, but it's not my moment to tell them.
- 13:21Speaker 1: And what I was told by Brather insiders here is
- 13:24Speaker 1: it's given a bigger insight into DEBI if they can't
- 13:27Speaker 1: trust her with the casting, how are they going to
- 13:29Speaker 1: trust them when she's on the show. And is she
- 13:31Speaker 1: going to leap photographs? Not not to be mean, not
- 13:34Speaker 1: sell them to newspapers, but is she going to go
- 13:36Speaker 1: on Instagram? Is she is? These ladies have to really
- 13:39Speaker 1: shut it down. They take these episodes months before they air,
- 13:43Speaker 1: sometimes a year before they air, and so all these
- 13:45Speaker 1: secrets they want to be revealed live on the show,
- 13:49Speaker 1: not six months in advance. And so they this has
- 13:53Speaker 1: given us an insight. And I think I've seen this
- 13:56Speaker 1: too with people. It's not what they said, it's the
- 13:58Speaker 1: fact that they said it. And so I was like, oh,
- 14:01Speaker 1: if I tell somebody a secret from working on a
- 14:03Speaker 1: story but I haven't gone to print at and they
- 14:07Speaker 1: mention it, I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, No, I can't
- 14:10Speaker 1: do that. And then it just turns me off, Like
- 14:12Speaker 1: once I realized once the trust is broken, that's what
- 14:14Speaker 1: I'm getting to it. Once you break my trust, I'm like, oh.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And then the other thing too, is even if all
- 14:20Speaker 1: this was a mistake, and I believe it was, Debb
- 14:22Speaker 1: is a good person, it's just bad judgment. And do
- 14:25Speaker 1: I need to be in business with bad judgment. I
- 14:28Speaker 1: have a lot of friends who have terrible judgment. I
- 14:31Speaker 1: love that. But in business, and this is a business.
- 14:33Speaker 1: And that's what they forget about the Housewives. It is
- 14:36Speaker 1: a business, hundreds of millions of dollars around the world, absolutely, Corey,
- 14:42Speaker 1: and so they just don't they don't mess about with this.
- 14:45Speaker 1: They love the sloppiness when the cameras are rolling, But
- 14:48Speaker 1: behind the scenes, it is a business. If you ever
- 14:51Speaker 1: go up to Brothers offices, it's not Andy Cohen drinking gin.
- 14:56Speaker 1: It's not people running around in bikinis. What's a real lot.
- 15:00Speaker 1: It's inside NBC News, it's in thirty Rock and it's
- 15:03Speaker 1: so so corporate, and it's not campy. It's not funny.
- 15:06Speaker 1: It's not pink. I thought everyone would be on Harveball
- 15:09Speaker 1: drinking martin Is. It's not. It's like a real office. So,
- 15:13Speaker 1: DeBie Derby, I know what you're doing. You weren't trying
- 15:15Speaker 1: to be mean, you were just showing off. But I
- 15:16Speaker 1: think this has cost you a really good job. Okay,
- 15:19Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:21Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but I
- 15:25Speaker 1: show my host from Hey Cory let's get to the polls.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Last year we talked about Prince William has every intention
- 15:31Speaker 1: of formally stripping Harry and Meghan of they're royal titles
- 15:35Speaker 1: once he becomes the king. Is this the right or
- 15:37Speaker 1: the wrong thing to do? Let's have a look. Sixty
- 15:39Speaker 1: percent said the wrong thing to do. I think I
- 15:42Speaker 1: agree here. I know it's been difficult, but it's petty.
- 15:45Speaker 1: You've got bigger problems to worry about than this. This
- 15:49Speaker 1: is going to play into their hands, This is going
- 15:51Speaker 1: to give them sympathy. Sure, I think that. You know,
- 15:53Speaker 1: they took away Diana's hr H and that did not
- 15:56Speaker 1: hurt her, and so it's just it's petty. It's just petty.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Don't forget todos. On today's Paul got a Twitter page
- 16:02Speaker 1: at naughty Nice rob at facebook page is Nordy Yossip
- 16:05Speaker 1: and Michel has to check back on a Monday to
- 16:08Speaker 1: hear your results. And now it's time for a nice
- 16:13Speaker 1: Nisiest of the day.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I have to say I do agree with this, and
- 16:19Speaker 2: so I would just share that kit. Chloe Kardashian. All
- 16:22Speaker 2: those k's, I always get confused that which one I'm
- 16:24Speaker 2: talking about. Chloe Kardashian she has banned sleepover even at
- 16:28Speaker 2: Courtney's house, you know, for her kids. She really she's
- 16:30Speaker 2: very strict on that. And she says, you know what,
- 16:33Speaker 2: she's putting her perfectly manicured foot down, and she says,
- 16:37Speaker 2: nobody's kids are sleeping over at anybody's house, not even
- 16:40Speaker 2: at Auntie Courtney's.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And so the.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Reality star and momm revealed that she's a strict no
- 16:44Speaker 2: sleepover mom. And she has this, you know policy for
- 16:47Speaker 2: her kids at one's seven and one's two years old.
- 16:49Speaker 2: And she shares these kids, of course, of course with
- 16:51Speaker 2: Tristan Thompson, and so she just does not like them.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And she says, whether the rule applies to her famous
- 16:58Speaker 2: siblings home or not, she just believes that she's really
- 17:02Speaker 2: protective of her kids and she doesn't want to have
- 17:04Speaker 2: them out of her sight for one minute. And I
- 17:06Speaker 2: have to say, this is kind of funny, but she says,
- 17:09Speaker 2: you know what, I watch a dateline, Okay, I know
- 17:12Speaker 2: what happens. And I have to say, we know those shows.
- 17:15Speaker 2: There's always someone, unfortunately out there, even under your own nose,
- 17:20Speaker 2: sometimes in your own home, a friend of the family,
- 17:22Speaker 2: you just don't know. So she's being very protective, and
- 17:24Speaker 2: I have to say I commend her.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I think I get this. You have to remember too,
- 17:27Speaker 1: these are not homes like as. They have staff, they
- 17:30Speaker 1: have gardeners, they have people in there, they have lots
- 17:33Speaker 1: of people in there, and so I totally get this.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I think it's your choice. I'm not a parent, but
- 17:39Speaker 1: we never had sleepovers when I was little. We used
- 17:42Speaker 1: to go out and play with for friends and have
- 17:43Speaker 1: an amazing and amazing, amazing time. However, we would all
- 17:47Speaker 1: have to be home on time, and we slept in
- 17:49Speaker 1: around this. I like sleeping in my own bed too.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I honestly too. I can't be home, rather be and
- 17:54Speaker 1: I don't want friends sleeping on my bedroom floor. Get
- 17:56Speaker 1: out my room. I wouldn't share, okay, and nice is
- 17:59Speaker 1: the day now, I'm not which is the date. Bobby Brown,
- 18:02Speaker 1: the rapper, is slamming Britney Spears, but he did cash
- 18:05Speaker 1: her checks. So Bobby Brown is slamming Britney's two thousand
- 18:08Speaker 1: and four cover of his huge hit My Prerogative. I
- 18:12Speaker 1: love that song. He said she butchered it, and he
- 18:15Speaker 1: said he only cleared it because it was Britney Spears
- 18:17Speaker 1: and he thought she'd kill it but instead it killed
- 18:19Speaker 1: him inside and people. I spoke to her saying, but
- 18:23Speaker 1: he did cash the checks. This song was over for
- 18:26Speaker 1: little bits of huge hit. She brought it back. He cashed.
- 18:29Speaker 1: There's checks and now to talk smack about her. You know,
- 18:33Speaker 1: and you're not exactly Mozart yourself, Bobby Brown, like calm down.
- 18:40Speaker 1: It's a pop song. Whenever people sing Bruce's songs. My husband,
- 18:43Speaker 1: Bruce is a songwriter. We're thrilled. It's great. Even if
- 18:47Speaker 1: they butcher then it makes us laugh. It's absolutely thrilling.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Ugh makes me angry. It's an honor and not is
- 18:53Speaker 1: the day. Let's end with the moment of you get Rob.
- 18:56Speaker 1: The most important thing is to enjoy your life and
- 18:59Speaker 1: be happy. That's It's all that matters at the end
- 19:01Speaker 1: of the day. It's not titles or trophies or money
- 19:04Speaker 1: or to do lists that define a life well lived.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It's Joycorey. It's in the laughter. It's in the piece
- 19:11Speaker 1: you get when you're your true self. It's in the
- 19:14Speaker 1: freedom to be present, to love, to live. Don't wait
- 19:17Speaker 1: for happiness to find, you find it, create it. Let
- 19:21Speaker 1: me tell you the biggest secret to being happy. Write
- 19:25Speaker 1: down all the things on a piece of paper that
- 19:28Speaker 1: make you happy, and then do them. That's how you
- 19:31Speaker 1: get happy. I like to listen to music, so I
- 19:34Speaker 1: do it every day. I like to go for a
- 19:36Speaker 1: walk every day, so I do it every day. Makes
- 19:38Speaker 1: me really happy to have dinner with Bruce and to
- 19:41Speaker 1: catch up on what's been going on in our lives.
- 19:43Speaker 1: So we have dinner together every single night. Write down
- 19:47Speaker 1: a list of what makes you happy. Flowers make me happy,
- 19:49Speaker 1: So once a week I buy a cheap bunch of flowers.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I love them. They're on my coffee table. Write down
- 19:54Speaker 1: a list of what makes you happy, and do it? Hey,
- 19:58Speaker 1: that is it. You make me so happy, Corey, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: so do you nough tease. Thank you so much for
- 20:03Speaker 1: listening to the Naughty but Nice with Robin Corey Show.
- 20:05Speaker 1: A prediction of iHeart Radio and Elvis Duran that sounds good.

- 20:11Speaker 1: Wherever you listen, leave us a review if you can.
- 20:13Speaker 1: They really do help and remember altogether. Now let me
- 20:16Speaker 1: hear you singing along. If you're going to be naughty,
- 20:21Speaker 1: got to be. It's not even nice with Bra
