- 2:59[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I like these topics where there's no real right or wrong answer.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's really more of your opinion.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, do you think it's going to be a coach?
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think it's going to be a player?
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: Is it going to be an offensive player on an older offensive unit?
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: That's asked to come in and make a play?
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: Is it going to be Mike Evans?
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so all 3rd to you, John will start, oh, before I should be before we get rolling.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: Um, we're going to share the screen.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_01]: John, of course, almost whip the Niners.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: And, uh, you can travel with John.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, we were just talking we were a little bit delayed because we were talking a little bit about what traveling I'm going to do this year.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're planning going to Atlanta for Niners Falcons because my daughter's out there going to Emory.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: But here is John's official tweet, remember when the 49er schedule comes out to party with the 49er rush road trip, games that they will be at this year or John, you're going to Australia, Mexico City, Dallas, KC, Atlanta.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: And Seattle, we got Seattle on there too.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: We added that one.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: But man, the whole idea is you don't travel alone.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: These are enemy territory places.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: Come party with the faithful.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: We run out of venue the day before the game from 2 to 6 p.m.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's an absolute blast.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there we go.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 49ers rush road trip is going into it's 60 years like that with over 40 of them.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: When me, me, I think volumes coming out of my speaker over here, so me does double check that.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but yeah, you guys travel and you have a good time doing it.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: And you can see all the people here.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, games.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: If you are traveling to see the 49ers play this year, you got to come party with us.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: And on top of that, we give games, trivia, giveaways.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: We've partnered with tick pick this year.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: All you have to do is search 49ers rush on any of the tick pick sights, apps, you name it.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: And on top of all of that.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: best dressed, giveaways, autographed jerseys, kids are always included and get in for free with a ticket at adult.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of times for select cities, we will have 49ers legends come out and you get to meet and greet them and get autographed.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: Vorrow Bowman, Frank Gore, Patrick Willis, Fred Warner, are all players that we have worked with in the past.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: It trusts me.

- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: We got you covered 49ers rushroatrip.com.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: Good stuff, man.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: Good stuff.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, you can follow John on X and he and you can take a look at this video again and again and again if you'd like.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_01]: John good stuff.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: How many people?
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: What's the most people you've ever had travel with you to a nine or game?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: Was it a play?
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: No, actually last year Houston, we had about 700 people to our day before party and we probably had about 850 to our tailgate.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: that was by far the bit and it's all inclusive.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: We had ribs, drinks, food, you name it and we didn't even run out of food or drinks.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: After the game which the Houston game didn't go too well, we went back and ate and drink more like we had enough.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: This year the Dallas Cowboys game is going to surpass that where we're fully expecting close to a thousand people coming out.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be a blast.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: 49ersrushroadtrip.com.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Go check it out.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: go check it out, travel with John, have a great time.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully we can meet up in Atlanta.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: What's the event going to be in Atlanta?
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: Is it the day of the game or is it day before?
- 6:24[SPEAKER_01]: We have two.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: So the day before we'll be at the battery, which is right next to the, you know, the Atlanta brace stadium, that entire true stadium clock.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we've got it all set up.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: And then we're right next to the stadium with an all inclusive tailgate.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_00]: We even have parking available for Atlanta.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: So, but we only have like 30 spots.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: So that's up on the side if you want to get, you know, parking included with your all inclusive tailgate and 49ers rush road trip dot com.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we titled the stream tonight, who's going to make the big difference?
- 6:55[SPEAKER_01]: Who's the big difference maker?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: And the Niners have had a good offseason.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: They've brought in some real significant players.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, so Digi Zua, Mike Evans.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think they had a really good draft.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: And and the question I guess is do they have a great draft?
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: Is there a player there that's going to be great is to Sean Strubling going to be great is Kaylon black going to be great is a mellow height going to be great or any of these guys going to bust out and really be like among the best players in the team and that's kind of an unknown so I'll throw to you who is who's the high impact who's the difference making addition of the off season number one who's at the top of that list.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think my Kevin's is probably going to be the easy answer for a lot, but I'm going to pivot.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to give you a curve ball here.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: The best the 49ers defense has been since Kyle Shanahan's arrived was probably that like first quarter in the Super Bowl and it shifted dramatically with one player's injury.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: That was straight Greenlaw.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: You remember Travis Kelsey's pushing Andy Reed on the sidelines getting in his face.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: They couldn't do anything.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: And it all started with five seven.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_00]: Since that moment that killies and, you know, he was gone for much of the year, even though he was with the Niners the following year, then he went to Denver.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: If Drake Greenlock can be around and stay healthy, hasn't really done that much in his career.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: There is not a higher impact player that brings all of the energy that the defense needs to survive and to squash its opponents.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's not only just do that, but intimidate players to where they don't want to come over the middle.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: I really think 57 could change everything and you add into the fact that he's playing Exodus best friend Fred Warner was coming back from the injury.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: Having a solid linebacker core helps the safeties, which the safeties have not had a good season since Steve Wilkes was the DC.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: I just think it can make everything the run game to pass game everything just sync up the communication and getting those high impact plays.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: Drake Greenwall is going to be my number one difference maker being added this year.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: ah can trade green law bring it again and just be that mic Tyson on the defense that just delivers the knockout punches.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I want to see.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: So 57, I'm going with trade green law.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he looked good against Denver in the playoffs.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_01]: Now the question I wouldn't immediately have is how many games do you think Drake can give the Niners this year?
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the question.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: I would say with what's your payin' them because you got them on a huge discount, diverse, technically still paying them.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you get seven games, you got what you paid for, anything above that's gravy.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna hope for a 12 game season.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: He just plays so physical that,
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you look up it down as career.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't finish seasons.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: But if you get on those crucial games, the ones that matter the most and the play, the playoffs, who can forget you, you could argue that Drake Greenlaw's stop on the one inch line against Seattle is among the most memorable place in Cheney hands, Ben here.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: If it's not one, it's number two, like it's one or two.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: It just changed the fate of this franchise.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: and so the impact important plays you go to the playoff series against Green Bay where he had not won but two interceptions to knock the higher seed you know Green Bay Packers out of place so he's done it in pivotal moments time and time again I would pencil him in
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: For 12 games this year, but even that 12's kind of a You're hoping a little bit, but if you get 7 you get what you paid for anything after that's gravy Maybe he finally stays healthy and proves that he is an all-pro-pro-bola player He's never received any of those accolades, which is kind of ridiculous.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: He's been over shadowed lining up next to 54
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: Now he goes to Denver to try to be the guy and the play caller and the captain and all those things didn't work out wasn't a good fit.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: Grasses and always greener Larry comes back.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to see him play his best football of his career.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: My buddies are Rams fans like dude he's ancient.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like dude he's 29.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: he's ancient.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: If on Miller's ancient, Drake Green lost 29, 29 years old, there isn't a better dude.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: By the way, love the guy.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's just an awesome dude.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: You got to have, you got to have some guys who it means everything to them.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_01]: because, and who are some of the toughest, if there's a super tough guy in your locker room, and it means so much to him, guess what?
- 11:48[SPEAKER_01]: It means so much to you, too.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: Because he's all both.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's just like the, you know, it's no different than life, you know, it's like, you know, the baddest, the baddest guy in the room carries weight.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_01]: you know, and he's the baddest guy in the room.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and he's just beloved, offensive players, defensive players, coaches.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, he plays so hard and it means so much to him.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: And if he can just, you know, hopefully his body is, is gotten a good off season of rest.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_01]: And if they can, you know, I, I would use him.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: very much like a, you know, like a Hall of Fame type player, like I get him off the field in the second half of games where I'm up by 14 points.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 12:35[SPEAKER_01]: If I get up by 10, and I think offensively, you know, we'll see there's a lot of question marks, a lot of age on this offense, but I think Brock Perty could have his best year.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think this offense, if they catch a couple breaks, could be the most explosive offense per
- 12:52[SPEAKER_01]: And I think they might be able to put up 35 of a game and make it easier on themselves defensively.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, how much can Dre play and then, you know, what can he give you?
- 13:04[SPEAKER_01]: But, if he, the way he plays and how dedicated he is,
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: And if you give you a half the year, that would be amazing because I think he's a, he's a tone center.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_01]: I was going to go with the biggest impact guy coming with with, uh, Reheem Morris.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: And I just really think that the 49ers needed to, you know, diversify the scheme a little bit.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: They were just kind of very, a little bit predictable.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, it's all about the game, the players are not the
- 13:37[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you're going to rush for out of a wide nine alignment.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to play zone behind it, you know, and teams have a pretty good feel that that's what they're going to get.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: They get them, they can be a little bit more calm and comfortable and how they attack it with Raheem.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_01]: I think you're going to get, you know, different looks pre-stap than post-nap and I think you're going to get more five-man fronts and you're going to get more blitzing and you're going to get more man coverage and you're going to get
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: more variety, you know, they'll be more multiple up front, they'll be more multiple on the back end.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_01]: They'll offensive, you know, play colors and quarterbacks are going to pause a little bit because they're not going to know exactly what's coming.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's, I think Raheem also is a guy that, you know, he might be able to get more out of some of these players.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Martin barely played last year.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: He's a tremendous athlete.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: Does he get on the field this year?
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I think he might.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: Um, Marky Seagull, I think it's a really good young safety, you know, does he get on the field with some consistency, how about who, you know, what about some of their corners, you know, what about, you know, some of the young D line, and they have, um, I think it's going to be interesting.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be really volatile because some of these guys that Robert Salal liked may not be for him's guys, and you may see a trader too.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but also some of these guys that maybe didn't play well in your solah might really blossom under Rahim Morris.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: So he's thought to be a very, very good, um, you know, developer of defense of back talent and you got, you got 60 B's under the age of 26, so you got a lot of young D.B's here, hopefully he can coach him up, hopefully they can have a much better past rush.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's going to be interesting to see who are his guys and who aren't his guys.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_01]: And there might be somebody that surprises us there.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_01]: Is there, is there, is there somebody that you're thinking is going to be every him guys?
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: There's somebody that you could think of and be like, you know what, he may not be every him guy.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: Took four practices before they brought in Ashton Davis and that was the name that you know You kept asking you know in our streams like are there some free agents out there that you're looking at that You like Ashton Davis was top of both of our lists for a long time They they've eventually brought them in after four you know OTA practices They're like okay, we need somebody that can come in here and play safety then you had Matt Barrows come out and say Don't be shocked if you're starting week one safety's our Ashton Davis marky Siegel
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think the consistency of jay or brown and I'm going to lump in there, Malak and stuff, uh, I'm not sure they're Jerry Gray, the new defensive backs coach and where he Morris, I think that they have to show.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: you've got to be better than what you've done the last two seasons, especially what you did last year.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: The inconsistent's in the run game and the past game, you just can't play consistently with that on the back.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_00]: And now does Ashton Davis or, you know, Marquis Sigo answer those questions.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not so sure.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: Special teams wise, it's very, very easy.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_00]: Marquis Sigo's a stud special teamer already.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: Ashton Davis has played with Brent Boyer, his entire career.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: So like from a special team standpoint, that's there as well, it carries over defensively.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: If there's guys, you could trust in the consistency factor.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_00]: Probably one of the biggest differences from a defensive perspective.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: from 2025 to 2026 is this consistency, getting rid of these boomer bus players like Jordan Elliott or Khalil Davis or D-Winners.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like those guys were the opposite of consistency.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you have some flash plays, but it's too positive three negatives.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's not winning football.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why you go after all these veterans like Drake Greenlaw, also Diggie Zua, Ashden Davis, Jack Jones, you go get these guys
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that's kind of what Rahim Morris is training towards, consistent, proven assets instead of boomer bus, get rid of those negatives.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: They traded D winters.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'd love to know which linebacker made, made, redeemed comfortable in, you know, giving the green light to trading D winters.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_01]: Is it Nick Martin?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: Is it Bethune?
- 17:53[SPEAKER_01]: Is it this kid, Jaden Dugger?
- 17:55[SPEAKER_01]: They just drafted?
- 17:56[SPEAKER_01]: Is it the kid they signed out of the Triout camp?
- 17:59[SPEAKER_01]: And they signed Larry Worth at Arkansas at the OTA Triout.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, they said there's just we had too many linebackers and then they the very next day they turn around drafted on the linebacker like It's interesting.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the way they treated D winners and that that whole trade is interesting.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_00]: I love how you're looking behind like why did they get rid of them?
- 18:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm curious to see who's gonna line up at that same, you know hybrid linebacker spot.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: I have very curious to see day one of training camp who's taking those snaps
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and how much of the same do we see do we see is the base going to be you know, what are they how often do they go to the five men front and do the in is it is it a kind of a five to look?
- 18:42[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, I mean, I would imagine, right?
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I can go 3 dBs.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's that's going to be interesting to see kind of the impact of Reheem Morris.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: Um, Renardo Green, you know, Kim Inman's got an article out right now saying that Renardo Green's on the hot seat.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, I had somebody close to the Niners tell me they thought that he just didn't fit in personality wise and he'd be traded in the off season.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: Then we got the feeling that, you know, maybe they were going to wait to see what Raheem thought.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_01]: And Renardo Green, you know, are the Niners going to Raheem likes to blitz more.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: When you blitz, you play man.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_01]: Renardo Green played a ton of man at Florida State.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and yet he's come into the NFL and the Niners are a zone heavy steam and guys who played man to man in college from Art of Green and Dorel Luther are with the Niners playing nothing but zone and then they're not looking all that great playing those zones and then the Niners brought in Jack Jones.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_01]: Who's a, you know, got four career picks six is he's a, he's a, he's a press man cover corner.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he's, he can play his own, but he's basically a guy who you can play man to man with.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_01]: So it's Jack Jones here in Matt Mayo, go today on the radio and can be our said, hey, Jack Jones did not sign with the Niners to to backup.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_01]: He signed with the Niners to start.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_01]: So, what does that mean for Renardo Green?
- 20:07[SPEAKER_01]: He's the backup to Renardo at left corner.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: Is Renardo going to be traded?
- 20:11[SPEAKER_01]: Is he on the hot seat?
- 20:15[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's probably one of their better corners.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't trade him, but how do you see that?
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: Kyle Shanahan definitely like he stays out of the defenses business for the most part.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: Renardo Green, not once, not twice, but three times last season, had Kyle Shanahan in his face for biting on double moves towards the end of the half third and 16 biting on a quick out and up.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: You have these repeated mistakes.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_01]: Bench to the first quarter against Seattle at Lumenfield.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_01]: We saw some scanning on the sideline sounding him out in front of the KTV cameras.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think they liked the ceiling of Ronaldo Green.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: He fits what they want.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the second round pick, like one of the highest, the highest drafted corner, since Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch have showed up, but they liked that.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's just again back to this consistency in these huge boom bus plays and giving things up in this cover three cover six scheme.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can't let people behind you.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think it's going to be Renardo Green's job to lose, but man, he pulls one of those in training camp or the preseason, and you've lit Nate Hobbs or Jack Jones or even your guy, Dorel Lurder Jr, who played just as well as he did last year in regular season games, that job might not be given back to him as quick as it was with Robert Sala last year.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: So it's one of those things.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_00]: Look, you've earned it.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: We like what you have.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get rid of
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: But man, you can in their practice and you show us that you have not fixed this into your three, there is veteran death established veteran death behind you.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: Jack Jones, Nate Hobbes ain't going to give that job out.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's hard to say what the Niners are going to be able to overcome this year.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_01]: Last year, they overcame a ton, you know, one of the points that Mayo come made today is that, you know, we're thinking about all the improvement that they get from Mike Evans and also Digi Zua, but what about the improvement that they get from getting Bosa back and Kittle back and some of the guys that they didn't have and, you know, Fred Warner back and Drake Green will actually back.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_01]: And you're the other older players where you're getting all these guys back, you didn't have them at the end of the year and you still found a way to beat Philly in Philly.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: And so, you know, there's that there's, you know, there's, you know, how much better are the Niners going to be when they get a lot of their players back, but I guess.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll throw to you, what is your biggest concern because my biggest concern is that.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: Beyond just the basics of like, you know, the frail teas of the roster.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: I just think that there's a chance CMC just played, you know, 400 plus snaps and last time he did that he played three or four games.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_01]: Mike Evans is coming off a year where he had 30 targets.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_01]: His most disappointing year, he's entering his age 33 season.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes when you press the hill in the NFL, there's no getting that back.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_01]: You can't put the sand back in the hourglass.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, you know, you know, it's he, what does he got left?
- 23:21[SPEAKER_01]: Kittle, all this talk about he's going to play week one.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: I bet she's not there for week eight.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: So he's got the torn Achilles.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_01]: So I just,
- 23:30[SPEAKER_01]: Can the Niners win the Super Bowl if Evans, CMC and Kittle miss a ton of time?
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think so, I really, really don't.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the offense is gonna be much better than it was last year because you have many more dynamic pieces all around, even if Mike Evans is out.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: Last year, the offense was CMC and George Kittle at times.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: That was pretty much it.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: You had one or two games of Kendrick Boren, you had one or two games of, you know, to Marcus Robinson, one or two games to Juan Jennings, but that was pretty much it.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now there are pieces.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: you have to shine dribbling that could step in and play that actual in is a dynamic player now he's a rookie but this is a rookie that had over 3,000 snaps at the college level and not one not two but three different programs three different offenses so you're hoping a little bit of that rookie curve you know and all of the draftable wide receivers in this draft he had the most experience snaps of all of them he had a 10 out of 10 experience on our scale that we rated uh... because he has played
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: So that helps and you know we were talking before the show it like kind of one of the things that I think stands out different between 2025 and 2026 49ers they have established depth across the roster at majority of positions.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: Now the running back position that you brought a Christian recovery that is the one that gives me the most concern I know you're a K-lon black guy, but CMC goes down how much.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: of the load is he going to be able to take from Christian McAfrey in the past when the Christian McAfrey goes down, the offense is completed.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's done.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's completely stalled and whatever else.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: So you're hoping with the five new edition wide receivers, you can alleviate some of that.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_00]: But then you look at the tight end position, you didn't add one tight end and George Kiddles coming off in Achilles in January.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: So you're looking at two key positions, and you said CMC and George Kiddo are not in there, can they win the Super Bowl?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that they addressed adequately the depth of those two positions.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, pretty much all the other positions they did, but those two are huge for the Kyle Shanahan offense.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_00]: Jake Tangis is awesome, and he can step in and, you know, help an
- 25:53[SPEAKER_00]: And you don't have anybody to fill in for Christian me, Katherine, maybe Jordan James takes a huge state but step up, maybe K-Lon black lives up to the third round pedigree.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: But man, those two positions are those two where I'm just like tight in and runny back.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_00]: You did not really address in my opinion.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_00]: Now the good news is you can get those for cheap on the market if you're gonna trade it to trade deadline.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: But those are my two biggest questions on this roster.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_00]: Running back debt and tight in.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_00]: Unless George Kittle comes back and makes a never before seen 32-year-old Achilles, we've never seen it.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: I hope it's true, George Kittle's one of one, but I'm a little doubtful.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know, the tight end thing is perplexing.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: It really is.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's like, you know, Kittle's the kind of guy that's going to try to come back early.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: You know that you want to be playing in the Super Bowl.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_01]: Um, it seems like it's, it would be in their best interest to fortify that position.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_01]: The whole trend in the league is to have more and better tight ends on your roster.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_01]: The ramps of five tight ends, uh, 12 personnel, two tight ends is very invoked.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_01]: Three tight ends, 13 personnel is being utilized by some teams around the league.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_01]: And yet, Shannon, not leaning into that at all.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, he's probably stiff-arming that.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_01]: I guess my only.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_01]: thinking on this is that maybe they drafted Enrique Cruz.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to have to roster him or lose him.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_01]: He's not going to be the third tackle most likely.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_01]: So maybe he's the blocking tight end.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe juice, you know, you're going to, you're getting most teams don't don't even roster a fullback the Niners do.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: maybe juice will be that receiving tight end, you know, part of the time.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_01]: It seems to me that unless they're going to, unless they, to me, that's got to be the mindset.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_01]: Juice is going to, you know, we're going to have juice plate some tight end, we're going to kill with an extra offensive line, and we're going to let that guy block.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_01]: in certain situations and we'll try to get by with Tondis and Ferrell and whoever we can find on the scrap heap because they see I mean they haven't had a single injury.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's also really, really early and yet they already look pretty thin at tight end and and and Kindle talking week one and I don't
- 28:19[SPEAKER_01]: I don't understand that.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_01]: I don't see why that's in anybody's interest.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_01]: It just seems, it's a good target.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_01]: Like, shifter came out today, John, and was like, yeah, I don't think that's ironclad.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, yeah, of course it's not ironclad.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the guy probably shouldn't play until November.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, playing after seven months, torn Achilles,
- 28:40[SPEAKER_01]: nobody's done it.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_01]: Let alone a tight end.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't do year old tight end.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: I don't need.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I need to see that.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, I'm pretty sure I don't.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a little perplexed by their, their tight end approach.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_01]: But the only thing that makes sense to me is maybe they just feel like cruise is going to be rostured and juice can fill in.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_01]: And so they don't need to invest in another tight end.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: I want to thought for sure they would have gotten another
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: back years, I felt that way.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it hasn't happened.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: And so like, and even the Titan that they did get who I think both you and I like, Khalil Dinkens, he had a pre-entry before they signed them.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: He's on the NFI, which means he had an entry before the contract was brought in, and they knew about that.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: So, you're looking at Titan's heading into camp.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Luke Feral, Jake Taunches, Braden, Willis, Hayden, Rucci.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_00]: The Niners have gone in with four tight ends on their 53-man roster.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: You're only gonna have four tight ends for camp right now.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that is the shallowest position and like who, you like Taunches and the receiving aspect, I understand that.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: Luke Feral's stud special teamer.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't think that we give
- 29:56[SPEAKER_00]: him, the credit, he is one of the best special teams player all year, but man, when kiddo was out, he could not step up his game.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: Luke Feral's best games were whenever he was playing extra kiddo the entire time.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: His worst games were where he had to step up and try to take over some of those roles.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_00]: And you go back to that Seattle game.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: I have this play burned into my mind where it's third quarter.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: Niners are getting blown out.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_00]: Brock pretty steps back.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_00]: Luke
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: Brock party goes to throw it to his first read.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's wide open and he he he just ducks it because he's like I can't throw it to stone hands He turns around and freaking Ricky Pierce all rated to the other wide receiver.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_00]: They're both on the ground and Brock party gets set Like that is what I see in my head whenever I think like okay Luke Ferrell's gonna be your Titan one He's gonna play the George Kittle role and Brock party won't even throw it to him
- 30:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure what the answer there is.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they just believe Jake Tongis is going to take a huge step up, which I love Tongis.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_00]: Even if that is the case, what's the death behind them?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_00]: This is a scary position.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_00]: And I would argue the weakest position on the Niners current roster, the most shallow position, and I love George Kittle more than anybody.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_00]: but banking on a 32-year-old coming off in the killies and seven months and flying to Australia with all that time there and back.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: That is scary scary scary juice has to play a bigger role.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's all there is to it.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_01]: And he's old.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_01]: And it's been around a long time.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_01]: You know, this leads us towards the Debo Samuel topic.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: And Debo, you know, people are like, crew, I know you're nostalgic for Debo.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, dude, you don't know me at all.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_01]: He don't know me at all.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm nostalgic for my deceased dog.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_01]: I'm nostalgic for, you know, times when my kids were in diapers.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_01]: But I am not nostalgic for
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: D-Bo, or any football player, any football era.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm looking at this thing going, you know what, this wide receiver core, scares the shit out of me.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: Well, look at this thing on paper.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'm gonna share the screen so we can all see it.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, John and I, we have this thing memorized, but we might as well show this share the screen.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_01]: And you guys can all see this, and see what I'm talking about.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_01]: 49ers on one hand have a lot of receivers right this the defense right this is the offense shout out to our lads man our lads here there you go good job there by the way yeah seriously I've known those guys from the start of this thing based in New Jersey they do a real good job my Kevin's
- 32:39[SPEAKER_01]: age 33 season had 30 touches last year had two major injuries, you know, when guys start getting hurt and get old, do they, it's not baseball.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's not like, oh, you know, he was old last year, but this year he's better and next year he may look old again, but right now he's awesome.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: Usually when guys start to look old, they keep looking older.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_01]: So the Niners got my given and it sounds great, the pressure is great because the guy had 11 straight thousand yard seasons and he's had he's one of the great receivers of his era.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: But he's old.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_01]: He's this is age 33 season and he only got 30 touches last year.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_01]: So he's an injury risk.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_01]: Christian Kirk has been injured throughout his whole career.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_01]: He's an injury risk.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: Ricky Pear saw is always going to be an injury risk as far as I'm concerned.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_01]: four different hamstring recurrences last year.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_01]: He has not been able to use a 20, 24 draft choice.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's never played basically because he's heard all the time.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan Wackens got hurt fell out of the rotation last year.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_01]: You see the trend here.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_01]: You see the how many injured guys there are, uh, to Marcus Robinson's had injuries.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and then, then let's count how many rookies there are because rookie receivers don't do anything in the NFL generally, Wesley Grimes, rookie, wheel-palling rookie, junior burg and basepiece of rookie.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_01]: to Sean's dribbling is a rookie.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan walkins is basically a rookie.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_01]: Jacob Cowling is basically a rookie.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_01]: So you have six either rookies or guys who are basically rookies and then in that they've never played even five or six NFL games.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_01]: So they're rookies.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_01]: They're totally unproven at this level.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_01]: Can they bounce back and they take hits week after week and
- 34:30[SPEAKER_01]: violence that comes their way.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_01]: Who knows?
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: So to me, this is the ultimate cotton candy position.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, hey, you got a big thing a cotton candy and then all of a sudden it's sort of drizzle and now my cotton candy evaporated
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: Well, if Evans Pierce saw Kirk and Watkins and Kowing, all continue in the path that they've gone down as far as injuries and all the other young receivers who's a receiver that you have in their prime that you can bank on, there is not one.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_01]: So I like all these guys, I like Kowing.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think he was good at Arizona, I like Watkins.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_01]: I have high hopes for him.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: I like what I saw from Strybling.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like, I even like these undrafted guys, Wesley Grimes will polling.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_01]: They're all interesting, but there is potential for this wide-receiving core to kind of evaporate, at least the depth of it, to evaporate relatively quickly.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_01]: And if you don't have George, and I don't think you're going to have George, and who knows how much you're going to have Christian,
- 35:37[SPEAKER_01]: and you got he's check who's old and you're you're we're going to put five eligible's out in the field and you got debo who looks like he's in the best shape of his career right now that's why I'd be interested in debo not because of memories of twenty twenty one it's because he looks like he's in great shape the only times I've ever seen debo in great shape he's been great going back to South Carolina
- 36:00[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, he was great when he was in great shape with the Niners the same thing.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: So I remember Will must champ talking when the night is drafted them and Will must champ said you got to be careful whenever he's away from you guys this he'll come back five pounds overweight like you've got to stay on him whenever he's away So it but he looks lean now.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know and he probably is lean now because guess what he's never a gig so he's gonna have to be lean and look good.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_01]: But if he's if he's lean
- 36:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm interested, he's a one of one.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_01]: Do you realize that the 49ers were number one in the NFL in yards after the catch, 2018, number one, 2019, number one, 2020, number one, 2021, number one, 2022, number one, 2023, number one.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_01]: You know what they were last year without Debo?
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: Don't tell me that this guy can't help the 49ers.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_01]: He, there's things that he does that nobody else can do.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_01]: And you can line him up at fullback.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_01]: You can line him up at running back.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: What if you lose Christian?
- 37:10[SPEAKER_01]: You just said, they don't have great depth in the backfield.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_01]: He can help him that.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_01]: He can help him that category.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to put him at tight end, he's big enough to probably help there.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_01]: You want to put him in the slot, not to mention he's probably your best and most reliable kick returner.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_01]: So he's got a special team's role.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_01]: Now usually it goes to younger guys and this would kind of be a little backwards to have an older guy as your special teamer.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_01]: But you know what, Kyle loves him, juice and kiddo or like, hey, you can sleep on our couch.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_00]: I have a few questions and I'm curious because these are the questions that come to my mind.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so I've I've got a series.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to send them to you one at a time How do you react to the way Debo forced himself off this team despite being one of the highest paid players in the NFL?
- 38:02[SPEAKER_00]: Does that affect you bringing him back onto this roster whenever he forced himself out and almost did it twice?
- 38:11[SPEAKER_01]: Does that change the day he said the other day he was asked about his situation and he's like, hey, look, you know, I think he's like, he was he had a lot of humility about it and he was like, you know, I forget exactly the exact quote, but it was something along the lines of like, hey, you know what?
- 38:30[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, you know, we'll see where we'll see how this goes.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, it was like the kind of things that I you should be saying, Diba was saying instead of being like, I'm not doing this and I'm only doing that.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, you know, she doesn't have a gig and he's like, you know, um,
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, basically he just kind of made it seem like, hey, I'm just waiting for the phone to ring and you know, I'm I'm I'm humble and I'm you know, I've been humbled by fact that I'm on the beach and it's late in the summer and you know he knows, but so I think he's saying the right things it's interesting that you that you looked at that way I think that he didn't.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: you know, alienates Shanahan and Lynch.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_01]: I think he left on good terms.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_01]: Even though he did say, I'm not struggling.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just not getting a ball.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then he got the ball.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_01]: They force fed him the ball and he was struggling.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_01]: So, but I mean, he had a, he's coming off a year where he was better in Washington than he was with the Niners the year before.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: And 70 some odd catches, five or six touchdowns.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_01]: He can play a bunch of different spots.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_01]: He knows the offense.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_01]: If he's in shape,
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: and it's going to cost you under five million dollars.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I, that's the other thing.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_01]: People are like, oh, he's not kind of signed for anything less than 12 mil.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, that's the price.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_01]: Then screw it.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_01]: And I want him.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I wouldn't want him in half that.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_01]: But if I can get him between two, three, four in that neighborhood,
- 39:54[SPEAKER_01]: I think I'd be interested because I will say this, there's at least a 5% chance that the nine or wide receiving core is going to evaporate right before our eyes.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_01]: That guy's that a couple of these guys, cowing, I bet you anything is going to have a recurrence of his injuries.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_01]: Ricky Pierce saw I would almost bet anything that he's going to have a recurrence of injuries.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_01]: People would be like, well, how could you say that?
- 40:16[SPEAKER_01]: Cruz has only been hurt one time.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's like only been hurt one time.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's had three different injuries since he's been a 49er.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: He said the only one that kept him out for an extended period was the PCL, but that wasn't the only injury he's had since he's been a 49er.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_01]: He's missed 11 games in two years.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's played 20 and missed 11.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, that sounds okay, but it's really not.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_01]: That's a lot of misgames.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm concerned.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_01]: I'd be very concerned.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_01]: And to me, if you could get one player that kind of covers you
- 40:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they can do a lot.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: And there were the special teams and the playing multiple positions helping us see him see goes now.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's the most advantageous thing for Debo.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now, my next question is, this would be my last question on Debo.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, who?
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: What's six wide receivers are you keeping?
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: And I understand that you see it as an insurance policy.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_00]: But one, are you okay, telling Debo, dude, you're not going to be a starter here?
- 41:15[SPEAKER_00]: your rotational special teams utility player is Debo going to be cool with that.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_00]: And then like you're not going to keep more than six wide receivers.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_00]: So let's just say somebody, everybody does stay.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I don't, I don't roster him as a wide receiver.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_01]: I roster him as the fifth running back or the sixth running back.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, at running back, you've got Kaylon Black, Jordan, James, CMC, and
- 41:45[SPEAKER_01]: because debook is guess what, Patrick Taylor, sincere McCormick, these guys are just guys.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_01]: You can cut these guys and you can get them in week two, week three.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: We've already cut off this off season and got them right back.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, great.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_01]: All the other guys they have are just guys.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_01]: you're a back shy and the kind of back that you'd want would be somebody who knows your offense and can do a few different things and that's what Dibo can do.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_01]: So I would have him, I would, if I were the Niners, I'd go with two quarterbacks.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_01]: I would go with two tight ends, probably.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like maybe Tongyus and one other guy and use Enrique Cruz has my third tight end.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: Use juice has my third tight end.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll save a roster spot by doing that.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'm going to try to, you know, have five running backs and six receivers, I could probably add one more to that mix and I really had to.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I think as far as who the receivers would be, my six receivers would be.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_01]: My guess is we'll Pauling, but might be Wesley Grimes, it could be Cowling to Marcus Robinson, you're out here, huh?
- 43:15[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it could be to Marcus Robinson, yeah, it could be to Marcus Robinson.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_01]: I just kind of think that maybe that last receiver better help you in the return game.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: with fair is democracy is going to help you in the return game.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: And also, I think that there's, you know, you might have a trade here.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_01]: You might be able to trade one of your receivers.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_01]: I kind of think there's a good chance that Wesley Grimes and Will Pauling both look pretty good.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_01]: And then then what?
- 43:43[SPEAKER_01]: Then maybe you have an extra receiver.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe you don't need Debo.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_01]: But I think your roster between running back and while your receiver, you have enough flexibility there where you could carry Debo.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_00]: If he was in great shape, I do like the utility aspect that you highlighted much better.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_00]: I like the more I think about that with the running back talking about the weaknesses and the depth there, man.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_00]: Debo, you're going to come in special teams, plant returner, kick returner, running back.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to throw you some screens and some end arounds.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_00]: We know you can't beat man coverage.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if Pierce all goes down again, that's the position Teebo's played it for so many years, you can step back into that role.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_00]: So, I like it a little bit more after this conversation.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: You're convincing me more than I was initially Larry.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that again, please.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like that.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_01]: But for me, it's all predicated on the guys conditioning.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want him if he's out of shape.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want him if he's in decent shape.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_01]: I only want him if he's in all time shape.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_01]: If he's just absolutely done the work and he's just ripped and looks great because he's not old and he's super versatile.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_01]: And he does give the 49ers a little juice.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_01]: He does give the 49ers a little something.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: Um, still does that.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you watched the quarterback series where you know, they and all the Netflix.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: I like, yeah, he's still.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: He's still got the juice man.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think he's Debo evolved.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think you probals in his career, but he's going to hit three or four home runs for whoever signs him.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_00]: And somebody's going to get him.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to sign somewhere.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's the other thing.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_01]: I've heard the Rams may sign him.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know that I like that idea.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_01]: Um, either not I'm not afraid of it, but if you see great shape, I'd rather have him be a niner.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_01]: Let's before we do our, our, our, our prize picks lineup.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_01]: Um, camp battles.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_01]: Let's talk about camp battles.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_01]: I, I've, I've kind of broken them down.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll throw them to you.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_01]: You just tell me who who wins these battles.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_01]: RB2, Kaylon Black, or Jordan James, Jordan James.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I got K-Lone Black, tell me why.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I love, I think he's a more complete Black.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: I think that he adds a little bit more in the receiving game.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I love the fact that he's been in the system for a year.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_00]: It took him a while to surpass yet that entry by the colds game he surpassed Isaac Rendo.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I would be willing to argue, they only skill position player that looked even half way decent against Seattle on the playoffs.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_00]: average 4.7 yards per carry on six carries.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_00]: CMC couldn't do anything.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_00]: Brian Robinson could do anything.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_00]: He actually got a little bit of movement.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_00]: I know it was kind of trash time at that point, but there's just something about that kid.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I like Caleb Black, but I'm going Jordan James.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan James showed me one thing of the minicamp.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: He's way faster with a ball in his hands than he is without.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_01]: And you could say the same thing about rice.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_01]: You could have said the same thing about Owens.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_01]: There are football players that are faster with the ball in their hands.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_01]: Then they are just for the stopwatch.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_01]: This guy looked really quick with the ball in his hands, which, you know, I think that the safety valve pass to CMC black or James, I think is gonna be there for the Niners this year.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_01]: I hope they utilize that.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_01]: I just think black is more dependable as a blocker.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_01]: I also think he's a little bit more dynamic, just overall.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's, to me, he's a little bit more of a,
- 47:07[SPEAKER_01]: a little bit more trustworthy, a little tougher, a little bit more reliable.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely a better blocker.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_00]: Travel around the head of James.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, I think black is really special where I think James is useful, but we'll see.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I wouldn't be surprised that they're both pretty good to be completely honest.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_00]: Are those movements, that's best case?
- 47:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, that is the best case.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_01]: Let's move to left guard.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we asked Chris Firster about left guard and he told me, hey, Robert Jones is the best run-blocking guy of the options at left guard.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_01]: Matt Mayoco thought when the Niners took Carver Willis from the fourth round that he was going to be the starter at left guard.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: And then Colton McKinvits when we asked him about left guard during the OTAs, he said Connor Colby's play speed is noticeably
- 47:57[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to lean towards, even though I like the idea of going with the run blocker, I'm going to lean towards Colby.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_01]: Colby at 50 starts at Iowa.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think his play speed did need to be sped up as conditioning needed to be improved.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_01]: He needed to fully adapt from
- 48:16[SPEAKER_01]: eaten whatever on the couch to, I've got a diet right, eat right, you know, live right and play fast.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I think Connor Colby, I'm going to go with Connor Colby over Robert Jones and Carver Willis and everybody else, but who do wins at left card in your mind?
- 48:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'm given the W to the mallet guy Connor Colby as well.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: I'm with you Larry.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_00]: I just think that he's going to win this job outright.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_00]: I would hedge that bet with Robert Jones coming in number two.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_00]: I think Carver Willis is the long-term play at center and is way too much of a project player.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: to kick in to guard early on.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I think it's just going to take too long for him to kind of get into competition there.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't see.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's the long term play at center is kind of, but he's got to learn at cart.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's what Chris Forster does with everybody.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_00]: Learn at guard and kick him to center after a season.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: So a Connor Colby's going to win that job.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with you, Larry.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: Who's the young?
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's their jobs open for wide receiver four five and six.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: Who's the young wide receiver
- 49:22[SPEAKER_00]: I like Jacob Cowling the most, you know, I call him routes on air, Jacob Cowling, which is rude and disrespectful, like he had more entries than practices completed last year.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_00]: But this is also the same guy that never missed one college game in five consecutive seasons.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm hoping that's the anomaly there.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_01]: Mike Evans, who doesn't know anything about anybody on this nine or team saw a couple practices of Cowling, and we're like, that was like, that guy's pretty damn good.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_00]: he's he provides an element to the game that nobody else on this roster has and it's that energizer bunny high-end acceleration speed now to Sean Stripley's got it but he's six two two ten.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: Cowing has things and remember that dude was a rookie punt returner and held that job down all year like he could he's been asked to do a did it he didn't lose one punt he
- 50:19[SPEAKER_00]: There is something there and that slot role Christian Kirk, you know, that's awesome.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_00]: Captain Kirk's got it right now, but long term, Cowen should have a chance and he gets a whole other year of eligibility because he'll be that restricted for age and after year three now, kind of like John Jennings had, I want to go take up Cowen man and I'm kind of limping in a little bit just because gosh, he's got to make it through a practice,
- 50:48[SPEAKER_00]: I like the kid, man.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_00]: I like to take.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_01]: He's very polished, and he's not just a speedster.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_01]: He's got ball skills, he's a small guy, but he's got real route running ability and real ball skills.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, Brock Perti couldn't really make music with him.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna go Jordan Watkins.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a big fan of the Ole Miss receivers.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_01]: You know, not all of them have fulfilled their potential in the pros.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, AJ Brown's been really good.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_01]: Lequan Treadwell, for example, it's not been very good.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: DK that Lequan Treadwell coming up and that draft, he was, yeah.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_01]: Look great.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: DK Metcalf, you know, obviously has been very good.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_01]: Dante Moncreef was not very good.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_01]: Elijah Moore, I thought, was going to be better than he is, but he's still going in the NFL.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_01]: Now, you got dribbling and Watkins, and I kind of think both these guys are going to play really well.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_01]: Um, the other competition I think is going to be really good may not be for a job necessarily a starting job, but just for a roster spot, the Niners have five young.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_01]: linebackers between Shane Dugger, Larry Worth, Nick Martin, Tate and Bethune, Shane and Graham.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_01]: You have five linebackers all into the age of 25.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_01]: We're all pretty freaking athletic and can run.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm really eager to see some of them obviously, Raheem inherited some of them in the case of Dugger and Worth.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_01]: He brought in himself.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_01]: So I would imagine there's an advantage to those two guys since they just were brought in during this regime, but who's the if you could buy stock in one of those five Back-up line backers were all uber athletic.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_01]: Who do you want to buy stock in?
- 52:37[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to go Nick Martin his ability to blitz the quarterback.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's very, very good.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now you only saw for one year at OSU Oklahoma state, but he's dynamic in that closing speed.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_00]: He finally won the starting job for the Sam line back a roll last year gets a concussion on the opening kickoff.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_00]: a concussion lasted way longer than what but this was a third round pick.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_00]: This was a guy that was drafted in the same sphere as Fred Warner.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now he's not Fred Warner.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody's Fred Warner besides Fred Warner, but the pedigree is there and I would argue Nick Martin is a better fit for Rahim Morris's scheme than he was Robert Soliske.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I agree.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, that will spot for Nick Martin and solid scheme.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's where that was going to be, but the Sam role, the hybrid role and where he Morris is scheme, that fits him a little bit more because he's a pressure player.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so that brings a live that part of the game.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_00]: So I think the Niners want it to be Nick Martin.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, big Martin wants to be Nick Martin.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: Great kid.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_00]: But you got to see something man.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: You got to see something.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's been two years since he's played meaningful snaps.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's the killer And so almost this whole live-backer room.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of young guys and potentials there was potential mean potential means you ain't done it yet
- 53:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_00]: And so it's kind of hard to buy into one of these, but the fact that you have these five dart throws, you just need one or two to hit.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: You just need one or two to hit.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think that's a great call.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I like Nick Martin with Raheem Morris as well.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Nick Martin has size and strength and speed and production and I just think it hasn't happened for him for whatever reason, but I, you know, it was, it was one year.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_01]: He played 14 snaps in those 14 snaps.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_01]: He made seven tackles.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean,
- 54:29[SPEAKER_01]: that right there is impressive.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm going to go since we're just for the sake of, you know, we're doing the live stream and we can talk about anything.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go with Larry Worth the third.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_01]: He's so awesome.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_01]: He's really intriguing.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the more I watch this guy, the more I read about this guy, the more I really like this kid.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_01]: He's 64 to 25.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_01]: He's super versatile.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_01]: This kid started playing football when he was five years old and his stated goal from when he was a little kid was that he wanted to reach the NFL.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's been his life long goal, okay?
- 55:07[SPEAKER_01]: And he plays high school football and he gets hurt, his senior year in high school.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know the way that works.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_01]: He basically was a no star high school recruit because of the injury.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_01]: He had to walk on at Jacksonville State.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_01]: which is in Alabama, I believe, it's not in Jacksonville.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_01]: He's from Jacksonville, Florida.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_00]: That is correct.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_00]: He walked on a lot of kids there, yeah.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_01]: Jacksonville states in Florida, right?
- 55:34[SPEAKER_01]: And he's playing for Richrod, Richrod Regus.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_01]: And he earns a scholarship.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_01]: He called it the best day of his life.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_01]: And then at the end of the year, you're so thankful for that scholarship that he transferred to Arkansas.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_01]: Because why wouldn't you?
- 55:51[SPEAKER_01]: You got a chance to play in the SEC.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_01]: So his college stats for two schools, 47 games, 21 starts, 211 tackles, 10 TFL, six PPUs, three force thumb on a pick.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_01]: I started 11 of 12 games in Arkansas and he had 64 tackles, but it's the size and the link that he has allows him to match up with tight ends and the big slot receivers.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_01]: He had his bust out year in 23 at Jacksonville State.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_01]: This guy's played both, and he played nickel, free safety, and linebacker this last year in Arkansas.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, Kyle Posi did a great piece of Niners Nation, kind of showing all the different areas that they lined up Larry worth the third.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_01]: He's an instinctive, consistent tackler with closing speed.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_01]: He had, as I said, he had that knee injury, a senior in high school, so he was walking on.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_01]: But he's a very consistent tackler.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_01]: He's also got an elite train.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_01]: He's got elite short area burst in short area explosion.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_01]: And he sees the field well.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking about a guy who's about six, four, two, 20.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a one, five, seven, 10 yards split.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_01]: That's cooking.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_01]: Four, six, two, and the 40, which is good.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_01]: 17 reps at 225, which is a little underrated.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_01]: He has his own YouTube channel, which automatically means he's a stud.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_01]: Um, now I'm just joking about that.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: But the one thing about this kid, we see this all the time all over the place sometimes.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_01]: great athletes are great athletes and sometimes they, you know, are come through the front door and sometimes, you know, they slide in the back door.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_01]: This guy had a 37 and a half inch vertical and an 11 to broad jump.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_01]: Those numbers were the equal of only sunny styles.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_01]: Sunny styles went 10th or 8th or whatever overall.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_01]: This guy is an undrafted free agent who the Niners are just bringing to camp.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_01]: He's got the same jumping capability as sunny styles.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_01]: And he had 118 tackles over his last two years at Arkansas.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I just think they brought him in to a tryout camp at OTAs and signed him to a three year deal after tryout camp.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to buy stock in this kid because when I watch him, he looks plenty big enough even though he's kind of skinny.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's obviously a hybrid player, but he can cover and when you see some of those traits 37 and a half inch vertical on a 64 to 120 pound athlete 11 to on the broad.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_01]: These are explosive.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_01]: Those are explosive traits.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_01]: And the jumping traits scouts put a lot of credence into the jumping traits because it shows lower body explosion.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_01]: And when you have lower body explosion and you're a very consistent tackler and you went from a walk on a Jacksonville state to starting in the
- 58:56[SPEAKER_01]: You got my attention, man.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: You got my attention.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_01]: This kid looked amazing in the mini camp.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_01]: And if I had to buy stock in one of these guys, I mean, I love Nick Martin.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_01]: I could easily second year thing, but I'll, I'll say very worth just to be a little different and I love this kid.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_00]: The one thing that I do want to add about Larry Worth is he, his prototype, his athletic measurements, which he went through, screamed special team stud, and your special teams is filled primarily of two positions, linebackers and tight ends, because they're big, they're fast, they can play in space, that gives players an extra avenue to grab hold of a roster spot and then develop into a positional defensive player, but linebackers and tight
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: you're going to be on all the special teams units and that's what this guy has done he's fought and done the dirty work to fight his way up not one but two separate rosters and who doesn't love Arkansas running backs man we're going to talk about Drake Greenlaw earlier lay a worth man let's just get all the pigs who he's out there and I'm a long-horn guy saying that but that that's okay that's okay for this is some of these Arkansas players can really hit there's no question about that
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's do our prize picks lineup.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_01]: Crook show listeners, prize picks as a brand new offer.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_01]: Prize picks as America's number one sports picks habits incredibly easy to use, just choose more or less.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_01]: On a few players stats lock in your lineup and you're ready to go, rather pick teams instead where you can do that now too, pick the winner spread or total on your favorite games and fights.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_01]: Here's a brand new offer, though.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_01]: New users who play their first $5 lineup will get $150 in bonus lineups if they're first lineup wins.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_01]: Just download price picks and use the code HMA when you sign up.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_01]: That code HMA will receive $150 in bonus lineups.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_01]: If you're first lineup of $5 or more wins, price picks is available in most states, including California, Texas and Florida, lock in that first lineup and go get the dub.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_01]: price picks.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_01]: Code HMA download the app now.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_01]: Let's slide over and we will put together our price picks lineup.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_01]: We'll put a put the Johnny and I down here in the corner and we will move.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_01]: We'll share the screen right here and bring our price picks line up to the screen and I have it there.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, there it is in the bottom.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_01]: Boom.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_01]: Share the screen and then we'll come over here and make sure that we have the right format up so we make sure everything looks nice and pretty
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, they were in a very, I love it.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_01]: Look at that.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_01]: Look at that.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_01]: The grind, the grind never stops.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you to prize picks for being a proud sponsor of the crew show.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_01]: We love prize picks.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_01]: All right, we're going to go season totals.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_01]: NFL season totals.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_01]: Pook into Kua, Ashton, Gentie, Dak Prescott, Caleb Williams, B. John, J.S.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_01]: and Stafford, Josh Allen.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_01]: Um, is there any of these guys you have a conviction on their season ahead, statistically?
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_01]: Um, there's always one or two that that make me kind of go, hmmm.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking across the Justin Jefferson number.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: 1149.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_00]: This dude's hit a thousand yards every season.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_00]: He had the worst quarterback the NFL last year.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: I think that he's going to have a big bounce back year.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_00]: That offense is great.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_00]: The offensive line is good.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm taking more on Justin Jefferson.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_01]: like that.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_01]: I like that quite a bit.
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go last on Derek Henry.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_01]: I just think that you eventually fall the time catches up.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_00]: Well, 50's a lot, man.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, 1250 for a big back who, you know, I mean, they've got they've got
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, well, I could dig up their depth chart.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_01]: I know Keaton Mitchell's no longer there.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_01]: But I just think on the age factor alone, Henry going for 1250 seems like a tall ask.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_01]: Is there another one that stands out to you that you want to go with?
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_01]: We can go three or four here.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_00]: Man, Caleb Williams, that 3,500 pass yards is pretty low.
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_00]: I'd take more on that one.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'd take more on that one.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I like that.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go more on Ashton, genty rush yards loving 974 and a half.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's gone down.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_01]: That was at 999 the other day.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to go with those four.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_01]: Let's put, we'll put five.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_01]: Put five on it.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_01]: Put five on it.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_01]: There you go.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_01]: And we will submit our lineup.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_01]: Bingo.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_00]: What's that?
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_00]: You're welcome for not singing that, uh, I just want to say the right one.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_01]: Could you imagine we start singing that?
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_01]: Um, okay.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_01]: Wait a second.
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so we've done that.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_01]: Let me come over here and hit our, we got our line up submitted.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_01]: Let's view the lineup.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_01]: Here we go.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_01]: Four-pick power play.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_01]: $5 pays 50.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_01]: Justin Jefferson's got to have 1150 receiving yards or more.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_01]: Derek Henry's got to have less than 1249 and a half, so less than 1250.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_01]: Basically, Caleb Williams has got to have more than 3,574.5 passing yards and Ashton Gentys got to rush for 975 yards.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_01]: If those four things all happen.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_01]: our $5, we get 10 times our money for our $5 wage or courtesy of prize picks.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you to prize picks for being a proud sponsor of the crude show and we're big fans of prize picks.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_01]: We'll move Johnny and I back up here to our rightful spot.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_01]: There you go and we'll move that out of the way.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_01]: Bingo.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_01]: Bingo.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_01]: Look at that.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's amazing.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's amazing.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's a magical thing that's happened.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_01]: All right, a couple other sponsored mentions I want to get here before we get to our our couple last topics that I want to get to with John.

- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_01]: August 7th Friday, August 7th, they're having a trade night up at 205 Cypress Avenue in Pacific Grove, on the Monterey Peninsula.

- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_01]: on the Graham, all right.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_01]: We were talking about, about job, you know, battles or, you know, position battles in camp.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_01]: We didn't finish that up.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_01]: Who do you think wins the Jair Brown Marky Seagull Ashton Davis?
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_01]: Who do you think wins the Coralist Waitman Jack Boomiester punter competition?
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's start with the hot topic, the punner, let's go to the Golden Boot man.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_00]: Jack Balmester is awesome.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, longhorn very well aware of this young gentleman.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_00]: He's not young.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_00]: He's actually like 27.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, I think you brought him in there for that ceiling type play.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_00]: I would not be shocked if the Niners would have drafted him in the seventh round if they went ahead of seventh rounder.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_00]: They really, really like this kid.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_00]: It took forever to get them in because the work vis visa issues, but this is a special special kid that doesn't get a lot of touchbacks.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_00]: He's not the hang time enthusiast, but man, it just
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_00]: very, very consistent and not allowing returns to take place.
- 1:08:00[SPEAKER_00]: And so it really big on Jack Balmester, the punner, and pretty excited to have a solid core of kicker punner for the 49ers team.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's been a while.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_00]: You had the highest drafted kicker in the highest drafted punner in the NFL for a long time.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_00]: Neither one of them ever had a top five year despite that.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_00]: Eddie P in his first year.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_00]: I would argue, man, do this one kick.
- 1:08:21[SPEAKER_00]: You can me one, Phil, but it's nice to have quality special team, shout out to Brandt Boyer.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if we're going to safety spot, I am all in on Marquis Seagull.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_00]: I think that his ceiling play runs of four, three.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's one of the best tacklers on the 49ers defense regardless of position.
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_00]: he's just got to learn to make plays on the ball.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_00]: Constantly in the right spot, but it didn't matter.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_00]: White receivers were still open, tight ends were still open against them.
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_00]: He's got to take that next step up and the confidence to make plays on the ball.
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_00]: He got benched after starting five games in that Bugs game gave up a deep post and a cover three can't do that, Shannon, threw him under the bus.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_00]: But then Jair Brown comes in.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_00]: He did the same
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_00]: I want more consistent players, and Jaya Brown is the least consistent player on this roster.
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_00]: I really think it's going to be Marquis Eagle and Malak Mustafa.
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_00]: Ashley Davis, a little bit of outside track though for Malak Mustafa's job if I want to be honest with you.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_00]: I think they want speed on that back end, but I'm going Marquis Eagle and Malak Mustafa.
- 1:09:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm with you.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_01]: I'm with you.
- 1:09:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Seagull was inconsistent as well, and some of his numbers were better against the run than they were against the past, which is interesting because he was a corner and he does have four, three, seven speed.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought that his advantage would be in coverage.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_01]: But it didn't necessarily work out that way last year, but I really like Mark, he's Seagull.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_01]: I like his physicality and I like his coverage ability.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_01]: And to me, I think if you said, what's the ideal
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_01]: Defense, it's it's Mustafa at strong and Siegel at free.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, but I mean, the Niners use their safeties in kind of an interchangeable way.
- 1:10:11[SPEAKER_01]: So they don't necessarily always pay attention to the, you know, the free safety strong safety, you know, it's not like, you know, usually your strong safeties up in the box, your free safeties covered down the field that camp chancellor or autonomous right you're playing a lot of cover three your free safeties playing the deep metal your strong safeties up in the box like a linebacker.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's, it's, it's a little different in some other coverages, but I do think see goal and Mustafa are, are probably their best combination, probably their best combination.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_01]: Some people expect them to trade for a veteran safety at some point.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_01]: I don't necessarily know if I see that last topic before we get out of here ESPN today did a breakdown and their breakdown was the ranking NFL teams by the under 25 talent list and the number one youngest most talented team according to them is New England
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and they just had a nice draft, you know, Elliot Wolfe front in the show there, got a lot of young talent.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_01]: Houston is number two in this list, largely because of the Deshawn Watson trade.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_01]: Let's be completely honest.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_01]: That Deshawn Watson trade really set up the Texans to have a deep young core and it's as good as anybody's.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_01]: Ryan Poles from the Bears deserves a lot of credit because the Bears are number three on this list, but they also made a big trade.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_01]: What was the trade that they made that got them a bunch of picks?
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_00]: They did the trade for the number one pick whenever they took Bryce Young.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_01]: Right, right, um, but I mean, didn't they gain, I thought the gained extra picks with some trade was that that was that I think I don't want for that one.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Um, yeah, because they traded the number one to Carolina and they took everything from Carolina that there you go.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_01]: So, and the bears have capitalized on that.
- 1:12:04[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and then the Browns are number four on this list, uh, Tennessee is number five, really interesting there.
- 1:12:11[SPEAKER_01]: The Raiders are six, Jets are seven, C Hawks, the World Champion, C Hawks are number eight on the list, which is always kind of discouraging.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_01]: Giants nine, Saints 10.
- 1:12:21[SPEAKER_01]: Well, where are the Niners, you say?
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_01]: The Niners are way, way, way down here.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_01]: Here we are, 27 last year, they were ranked 30th on this list.
- 1:12:34[SPEAKER_01]: Um, is this the reason that the 40 thenners are going to fall short of the Super Bowl?
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the the 49ers have screwed up some picks.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, they they traded away cement draft capital for trade lands.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_01]: They got, you know, $20 million in bed with Javan Hargrave, it didn't work out.
- 1:13:00[SPEAKER_01]: How do you look at the 49ers, 27th overall in their core players under the age of 25?
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_01]: And they're naming guys like Mustafa and Seagull and Upton, Stout and Collins and Williams.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_01]: And this year, you know, Carver Willis and Stribbling, K-Lon Black, Jordan James.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_01]: By the way, Romero Heights already 25, so he doesn't qualify for this list.
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_01]: He's a rookie.
- 1:13:21[SPEAKER_00]: That was what I was going to say is like well, you're drafted 25 year old rookie running backs and defensive ends like that you're got to miss that there you go, that was for Melalite calling you saying yeah all about like that on his age, man, I'll call me up, but like I will say this.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_00]: two parts trailands straight.
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_00]: One, you gave up all that draft capital and you missed on trailands.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_00]: Two, the 49ers sense that.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like people always say, Kyle Shanahan doesn't learn.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't adapt.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't adjust.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_00]: He's too private.
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_00]: No, that's a 100% incorrect in how they draft.
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_00]: Since the trade lands draft, they have not drafted inexperienced players.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_00]: I talked about how to shine dribbling was the most experienced running back in this draft.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_00]: For metal height, it was the most experienced defensive end in this draft.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_00]: Kaelon Black was the most experienced running back in this draft.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_00]: They have only targeted in their draft inexperienced players that have a lot of snaps.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's going to translate to this.
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a double on tanger there a little bit with the train Lance one you gave up all that draft capital and missed on trade, but to you stop drafting inexperienced players.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you got a old roster anyway because you got all these future hall of famers and then you bring in Mike Evans and Christian Kirk and Drake Greenlaw, it's not a young team they are capitalizing on men we have quality starters pillars all across this roster.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go after it.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_00]: And the rookies that we do get, let's make sure the rookies that can step in and play, which, you know, the 49ers were on the other end of fans, man, why don't we let rookies play?
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_00]: Well, now you're trying to 25 year old rookies that can't play.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_00]: And my last point about this is guess who the 30 second team on this list is before you get all pissed off.
- 1:15:05[SPEAKER_00]: I know, I say it's the Rams.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, which I, to me, my bold prediction, we're going to finish.
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to walk out the door at the bold prediction.
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_01]: My bold prediction is that the Rams are going to be a disappointment this year.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_01]: And the Rams a lot of people are, you know, think are going to win the Super Bowl.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_01]: But this is a young man's game and you've got to have some youth.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_01]: And what the 49ers, you have the 49ers have 9 or 10 guys on their roster that are older players.
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_01]: But they've also drafted a lot of young players in the last three or four drafts and the arrows pointing up on those players.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_01]: The Rams only have two players currently under 25 who started games for the last season.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_01]: Cam Kinschens and Terence Ferguson.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_01]: They just, they just wasted an opportunity to add a blue chip stud to their Super Bowl ready team by drafting Tyson.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_01]: And hedging on the future, at quarterback, you got a 38 year old quarterback in Matthew Stafford.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_01]: The Rams starters look amazing, but the Rams second team in 13 is really, really, really thin.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_01]: This is one of the most top heavy football teams I've seen since the Cowboys under Barry Switzerland.
- 1:16:25[SPEAKER_01]: This is one of the most top heavy football teams in the entire league in the last 20, 25 years.
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_01]: If they get off to not a great start or have the wrong series of injuries, they could miss the playoffs.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_00]: They've bet on the ram since McVay showed up.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_00]: They've been, this has been their roster construction philosophy.
- 1:16:47[SPEAKER_00]: Now, they've been one of the top five healthiest teams every single year except for one.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_00]: And guess what happened that one year where they weren't the most healthy team in the NFL, they didn't make the playoffs.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_00]: And so yeah, that is there.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_00]: And they traded away another one of their young rising stars Jared Vers in that Miles Garrett trade we have to see how that goes.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, if you're like,
- 1:17:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, just look a little further south to southern California before you make that assessment.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_01]: Bold prediction Rams are full-schooled this year.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_01]: They'll make the playoffs, but I think it's a disappointing year for the Rams.
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think they're going to win the Super Bowl.
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they're in a Super Bowl or bus mode, and I think it's going to be bust.
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_01]: Do you have a bold prediction?
- 1:17:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm pretty far out on the Detroit Lions.
- 1:17:34[SPEAKER_00]: The more I look at that roster,
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_00]: there's a lot of pauses about the team.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_00]: I get the offense is going to be awesome.
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm just like, man, one or two things go bad.
- 1:17:45[SPEAKER_00]: I think that this could kind of be the implosion of the lions.
- 1:17:50[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I'm the, I'm out on a limb here.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, the lions, I could see not have in a very advantageous season.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just going to say, I'm going to be betting the under on almost
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_01]: rookie right tackle.
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_01]: Sam LePorta, you know, contract situation.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_01]: They did add, I say a potato to Jamir Gibbs, so they have a second back there.
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, offense is going to be good.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_01]: Defense defensively could be a question mark.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_01]: Brian Branch hurt Kirby Joseph hurt, you know, those are other corner.
- 1:18:29[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even want to talk about he's not their corner anymore.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_01]: What rock yes in or are you talking about the guy from Alabama?
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Terry on Arnold.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's he's he's gone.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to do it for us.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks to our sponsors.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks to pick and a pickle.
- 1:18:45[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks to Price picks.
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks to Nevada Chevrolet.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_01]: All of my sponsors.
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like to thank all of them.
- 1:18:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to put this on the screen and just ask one question.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 1:19:02[SPEAKER_01]: Why, did we, did we, do we really need to bring back these uniforms?
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_00]: Did they're hit with a lot of the fans, man?
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_00]: Those jerseys look clean, but I hate watching tape with them.
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_00]: brutal.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_01]: I like the old black jersey, John, more with the Kaepernick era.
- 1:19:19[SPEAKER_01]: Now you couldn't see the numbers.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_01]: So I like the numbers on this one better, but I don't, I don't hate these gold, the black unis.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_01]: What I hate is the gold face mask.
- 1:19:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm not it's cheesy.
- 1:19:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to have a black face mask.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, I do love black uniforms, though, man.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a, whenever I used to play video games and do the custom uniforms, dude, the all black uniforms just looks so intimidating, man.
- 1:19:44[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I used to do?
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_01]: I always play snow.
- 1:19:46[SPEAKER_01]: I, you know, I take maddening them and play in the snow, no matter where it was, even if it's a dome, I'm going to snow.
- 1:19:53[SPEAKER_01]: And, and then I would just get a great running back and just run the ball and then know how to load up my kids and make them rage quit.
- 1:20:00[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's awesome.
- 1:20:01[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's fancy and one-on-one.
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you're doing it right, bro.
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_01]: All right, I should have bought it for the door, but we got three of these.
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_01]: Mil tickets is two gems.
- 1:20:15[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks, 100.
- 1:20:17[SPEAKER_01]: The gems thing is a new thing.
- 1:20:19[SPEAKER_01]: Mil tickets is two gems, 100.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_00]: All right, there you go.
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_01]: And we got this one from the A-Cop, Roger Cadell at the Niners Pluck, one non-quarterback player, they chose for free for three years.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_01]: From any team, who do you guys take?
- 1:20:34[SPEAKER_01]: I'm taking, oh, one non-quarterback.
- 1:20:38[SPEAKER_01]: You're taking Jamar Chase.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_01]: So I was gonna say, Jamar Chase is my number one.
- 1:20:42[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
- 1:20:43[SPEAKER_01]: I would have taken Jamar Chase until last year.
- 1:20:45[SPEAKER_01]: I might take Kyle Pitz.
- 1:20:47[SPEAKER_01]: I think Kyle Pitz in the next four or five years could be amazing.
- 1:20:51[SPEAKER_01]: I think Kyle pitches one of those guys is going to have a great career.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_01]: It just didn't start when we thought it was going to start.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_01]: It took him a while to get it going, but I think he is going to be really good.
- 1:21:00[SPEAKER_00]: Will Anderson is pretty high on my list.
- 1:21:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's a good one.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_00]: That is a good one.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_01]: All right, John.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_01]: Great to see you, man.
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_01]: I got a one question.
- 1:21:09[SPEAKER_01]: I know we were gone over here, but one question just for the people who are streaming, watching the stream.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_01]: You just got back from Paris.
- 1:21:16[SPEAKER_01]: You just got back from Europe.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_01]: What was your favorite part about track?
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_01]: Had you been to Europe before?
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_01]: And what's your, what was your, what was the highlight of the trip or the part that you were just like, man, I'd love to share this with people what to I'll say this man.
- 1:21:33[SPEAKER_00]: We were in France for a lot of the world cup and so a kept got to I got to watch lots of France games in France with Parisians and whatever else that was awesome.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_00]: It was pretty cool how.
- 1:21:45[SPEAKER_00]: You know, just experiencing that with them and being there for the winds and their losses and all those things.
- 1:21:51[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, Southern France and the Mediterranean man, that is about as pretty places I've ever been shut out to the city.
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_00]: A particular spot, a particular spot.
- 1:21:58[SPEAKER_00]: Southern anti man, that place was off the charts just outside an east on the French Riviera.
- 1:22:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was our 20th anniversary.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_00]: So the wife and I went out there and we had a good time.
- 1:22:09[SPEAKER_00]: Really, really good time.
- 1:22:11[SPEAKER_01]: Congrats on 20 years, bro.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_01]: Seriously.
- 1:22:14[SPEAKER_01]: I've been married 20, 7 years on August 7th, so there you go.
- 1:22:22[SPEAKER_01]: I've got you, I've beat you, I've got you, congrats to you and your pride and great to have you back.
- 1:22:30[SPEAKER_01]: We're fired up to be streaming with our new time Wednesdays at 715.

- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_01]: But this guy travels first class and he does some amazing stuff and I've talked to nine of fans who were like, Krueg, you've got to show up at one of John's parties.
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_01]: They have a great time and I know we want to make New Orleans, but instead we went to, we had to elish you Florida on that Saturday.
- 1:23:07[SPEAKER_01]: You guys party on Saturday.
- 1:23:09[SPEAKER_01]: And we, we miss connection, but we will definitely hook up in Atlanta.
