SPEAKER_00: Alright, Hulin Daf Kuf Tasvov Agita Vok.
0:03
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start by the bottom line on Kufi Dalaman Baze.
0:09
SPEAKER_00: Which we'll see all of this today.
0:11
SPEAKER_00: Zahti Gemara El Lamayat.
0:12
SPEAKER_00: Elamyat is coming right off something, but we're still in the, you know, this is a new thing.
0:16
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
0:17
SPEAKER_00: So the Gemara previously was going through a couple of different Mikardras.
0:20
SPEAKER_00: How we know that again, the classic Mikar that we're all familiar with, we're gonna have today from Tanidabi Bishmal.
0:26
SPEAKER_00: How we know that about the Mikarta Bas of Bachal, the Isra of Bas of Bachal by all three things is the fact that it says three times in the tie, Echa, the Isr, Dishal, Echa, the Isra, Achila, Echad the Isra, no, as we know.
0:37
SPEAKER_00: But there were other Mikars as well, and right now, specifically, we're going on Ravashi's Mikkar that says, which taught me you're not allowed to eat a toyva, which Ravashi understood that.
0:49
SPEAKER_00: Kosha tia, anything that I made a toyebah for you.
0:53
SPEAKER_00: Meaning anything that was an Aveira.
0:55
SPEAKER_00: So anything which came through an Avera, you're not allowed to uh eat or have benefit, we're gonna see from that thing.
1:03
SPEAKER_00: Koshatiyavti l'ocha.
1:04
SPEAKER_00: Basically, anything that came through an Aveira, you're not gonna be able to have now.
1:08
SPEAKER_00: So that's why, Ly Savasha Gadiba Khalevi May, in its pure sense, in its literal sense, is that that's already a ta'ev.
1:14
SPEAKER_00: The ta'h told you you're not allowed to cook it together.
1:16
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if you were either that I've ever cooked them together, that's something that I was tiafti l'ha, that I asserted to you and made it a ta'eba for you.
1:23
SPEAKER_00: That's why Derah Bishw asked to tarah.
1:25
SPEAKER_00: Now that's going to be Asr Islam, that's Ravashi's Mikar.
1:27
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like Ravashi's Mikar, is that anything that's call sha tiafti l'ucha, right?
1:33
SPEAKER_00: Like soiha kol saeba, that anything that I was tiafti l'ha, anything that's considered anything that came through an Averah is now gonna be Asr.
1:41
SPEAKER_00: If that's the mikar, then let's find other things that came as a result of an Aveira but are not Usr.
1:47
SPEAKER_00: Because that's gonna be a good question, right?
1:48
SPEAKER_00: My sashab is Lit Siru.
1:50
SPEAKER_00: If so, then you're gonna tell me anything that came through an Aveh, is he now gonna be Asar?
1:53
SPEAKER_00: What about Maya Sashabis?
1:54
SPEAKER_00: Maya Sashab is something that was done with a malachan chab, it should be usur.
1:57
SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna ask, it is usar.
1:59
SPEAKER_00: Answer is it's not usar.
2:00
SPEAKER_00: It's not usar across the board.
2:01
SPEAKER_00: There are different calling, open chin yel khas, and there's uh there's all shukanarta, how it works.
2:05
SPEAKER_00: Rashi brings it right here, right?
2:07
SPEAKER_00: We learned specifically bimazid lo yoy khalhu.
2:09
SPEAKER_00: If he did it be mazid, then he can't eat it, but it's only because of knaas, it's not inherently usar, it's not doubashityavdi l'hab.
2:15
SPEAKER_00: It's a kanas if he did it be mazid, but other people it depends what and when, but other people can eat it, even he might be able to eat it, uh, you know, because depends on what situation.
2:27
SPEAKER_00: Again, right?
2:27
SPEAKER_00: So drabana different things.
2:29
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that it's not usar across the board, even this is a whole knazz.
2:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not dabash tiafdil'ha that's usar inherently, this mysah shabis.
2:35
SPEAKER_00: My shabbis inherently is mutter.
2:37
SPEAKER_00: It's a kanasal draban and imposed.
2:39
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, my sah shabis litzeru.
2:41
SPEAKER_00: If it's gonna if this is true, that dovershitavti l'hha, anything that I made us lisecha, koi so eva, anything that came through an Aveir is now gonna be usar.
2:47
SPEAKER_00: And what about Maisa Shabis?
2:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, it came through an Avero, Amaka, answers the Gemara.
2:52
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why it's different because the post says ki koideshilochem.
2:55
SPEAKER_00: Shabis is koidesh, as we know, which teaches me hi koidesh vein massel kadesh.
2:59
SPEAKER_00: Shabis inherently is koidesh, vein ma sell koidesh, something that came as a result of maïshabis, but is sir, that's not koidesh.
3:05
SPEAKER_00: Koidesh over here means like uh like a kidesh, right?
3:09
SPEAKER_00: Koidesh in certain in terms of pentikdash amaleo, in terms of the the the bad type of koidesh.
3:13
SPEAKER_00: Koidesh just means separated, right?
3:14
SPEAKER_00: It's movdo, usually for kiddush with tahara, but it also could be separated moved for the other ways.
3:20
SPEAKER_00: So koidesh can also mean usr.
3:22
SPEAKER_00: So over here, koideshilohem sha, that's koidesh right, kochim.
3:26
SPEAKER_00: It's it's koidesh uh in its inherent sense it's also usar to you.
3:29
SPEAKER_00: It's koidesh but it's usur, it's it's uh it's hekdash.
3:32
SPEAKER_00: But the point is, he khadeshilochem, that's the sharesh of the word.
3:34
SPEAKER_00: He koidesh mean myself khadesh, my shabbas is not koidish, it's not usur.
3:37
SPEAKER_00: So we learn it from the pasik, you would think maybe to say, yeah, but no, it's a pasik teaching you that my shabbas is not going to be usr, and that's why we don't apply this.
3:45
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but if I have a Makar, so I understand why Maya Sashabis not, because I have a Pasik.
3:48
SPEAKER_00: Well, what about other things?
3:49
SPEAKER_00: What about Kharsh Bishrabachamar?
3:51
SPEAKER_00: What about Kileh the Hema, right?
3:52
SPEAKER_00: Khersh Bishraba Khamar, you do Kharisha with a shar na chamar.
3:55
SPEAKER_00: The chhisimp part of dashwa.
3:57
SPEAKER_00: Or if you worked with a with a cow while you muzzled it, you were sah some shrabadisha.
4:03
SPEAKER_00: These are isuri.
4:04
SPEAKER_00: So the stuff that you produced while you were doing these in your name, let's ruin it should be ulcer.
4:08
SPEAKER_00: Why not tiafti l-hahu?
4:10
SPEAKER_00: Because this is a tebah, or the animals themselves, maybe it should be completely usar.
4:14
SPEAKER_00: Because uh this is uh because tiaf tilhu.
4:17
SPEAKER_00: Again, it came as a result of an Aveira, so it should be inherently ulcer.
4:20
SPEAKER_00: And it's a Kamarda, I can't say it's Shabiz the Khmer Maisim, the Khamira Maaseh Mutarim.
4:25
SPEAKER_00: Shabis, that's chamira shabis, that's more Khamar, Maasea Mutaram.
4:28
SPEAKER_00: Still, Maisa Shabbis is gonna be mutter, and it's not gonna be usar after the fact.
4:31
SPEAKER_00: Hani Lokalshikan, these that are they're just latvin.
4:34
SPEAKER_00: So that for sure, but Shabis is mutter, so so too these things are also gonna be mutter, and you're not gonna be able to see that the ma'seha of the maïsim of these things, the results of these averas, are gonna be usar.
4:43
SPEAKER_00: So okay, what about kill's roim?
4:45
SPEAKER_00: Kile's roim, kalayim, as it relates to seeds, litzer, that should be usar.
4:49
SPEAKER_00: Why?
4:49
SPEAKER_00: This is tiahti laho.
4:50
SPEAKER_00: Because tiautilaho came as a result of an avera.
4:53
SPEAKER_00: And says, different types of climb, right?
4:56
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that Tara showed us by Kilehakaram, which is the most humar type of calayam, specifically something mixed with a vineyard, kilehakaram.
5:04
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that Tara told you by Kilehakaram, pen tiktash, referenced a minute ago, right?
5:08
SPEAKER_00: Pen tiktash, because it might become astra.
5:10
SPEAKER_00: That teaches it, which taught me pen tukatesh, that you have to burn it.
5:13
SPEAKER_00: Kilehakaram is chaif srevi, you have to burn it all.
5:16
SPEAKER_00: And that's asumana.
5:17
SPEAKER_00: So, what does that teach me?
5:18
SPEAKER_00: That teaches me that that specifically becomes asumanam.
5:23
SPEAKER_00: Which implies that a different type of Klein, like Kerri Zarim, Zroim is going to be okay because Kilehakarim the Torah told me you have to burn it, but not Kile Zraim.
5:28
SPEAKER_00: Kile Zaram is gonna be okay.
5:29
SPEAKER_00: So saying about Kile Karam, Asura Mimba Kilebimba, Kile Zraim, Achila Siriba Nasharu.
5:34
SPEAKER_00: How do you know to say that it's the opposite?
5:36
SPEAKER_00: Maybe just say that yeah, it tells you you have to burn it by kile hakaram, because killehakaram is the most humor.
5:41
SPEAKER_00: That it's usur bindba kila bindba no.
5:43
SPEAKER_00: But kile zeroim, not that it's totally mutter, but it's just not as usr.
5:46
SPEAKER_00: It's it's mutterba no, but it's still uh usr bachila, right?
5:52
SPEAKER_00: So it's going, well, I'll tell you why not.
5:53
SPEAKER_00: Because iskush to kile behema.
5:55
SPEAKER_00: Because another day kile zeroim, less humor one, is iskush to kile behama.
5:59
SPEAKER_00: This supposed says, Behem khalaisarbiaklaim.
6:02
SPEAKER_00: Sadheleis is raclim.
6:04
SPEAKER_00: So we have kile behema and kile zroim together.
6:08
SPEAKER_00: So there's a hekish, the ma behem thayatim menamatar.
6:12
SPEAKER_00: It's just like a behema if you if you made two animals that were not supposed to be made, you did kile behema, and uh you have that type of shatness, and it's still gonna be mutter what comes out of it.
6:21
SPEAKER_00: The offspring that's climb over here is gonna be mutter.
6:25
SPEAKER_00: So to your sad that kele zroim is gonna be mutter, what comes out of it's gonna be mutter across the board, not half usar, half mutter.
6:30
SPEAKER_00: So that was a big hanacha.
6:32
SPEAKER_00: The fact that kile behema is gonna be completely mutter, how do you know that?
6:36
SPEAKER_00: How do you know that it's mutter?
6:37
SPEAKER_00: Midasr ahmana climb lagavaya, mechalit share.
6:40
SPEAKER_00: You want to know what the answer is?
6:41
SPEAKER_00: Kile behema from the fact that the tarot Asir, Kile Behema Lagavaya, meaning that you can't bring a carbon if it's client.
6:47
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that the tar would have to go out of its way to teach you that it's asr as a carbon, mechal hadit shar.
6:52
SPEAKER_00: That is that implies that for a regular hadith, it's mutter, it's mutter across the board.
6:57
SPEAKER_00: No, it's gonna be mutter to have this animal.
7:00
SPEAKER_00: And that's why the tar specifically needed to tell you, but a carbon, that's already you can't bring it as a carbon.
7:04
SPEAKER_00: Says the gumar, okay.
7:05
SPEAKER_00: What about oysavesbinoy litzar?
7:07
SPEAKER_00: If you shaft two animals on the same day, oysives binoy, the uh the parent and uh and the child, which is an issue in the tailor.
7:14
SPEAKER_00: Now let's shaft them on the same day.
7:16
SPEAKER_00: So that should now become usr.
7:18
SPEAKER_00: Why?
7:18
SPEAKER_00: Because it came as a result of an Aveyro.
7:20
SPEAKER_00: Taver Shahi Aftilha.
7:22
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why not.
7:22
SPEAKER_00: Because Midasrachman Mikhus' man, the uh from the fact that the Torah had to asser the sul of Mechusr's man, like, to be brought as a carbon.
7:30
SPEAKER_00: Mechusman meaning it's Mechus'man.
7:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not ready for whether it's not old enough, whether it's Benoit, why isn't Mikhus' man?
7:37
SPEAKER_00: Because you weren't ready to shachti yet.
7:38
SPEAKER_00: You have to wait because its mother was shachted today.
7:40
SPEAKER_00: You have to wait till tomorrow to shachti.
7:41
SPEAKER_00: That's still Mechus'man.
7:42
SPEAKER_00: So Isabina inherently is Mechus'man.
7:44
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that the Torah had to tell you Isa Binay, or Mechusman is Usr to bring us a carbon.
7:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, there's a Hadzit chariot that it's going to be multiprised.
7:52
SPEAKER_00: Shiluchakan.
7:53
SPEAKER_00: Let's start.
7:53
SPEAKER_00: Shiluchhaqan should be Asir.
7:55
SPEAKER_00: This was a little misleading.
7:56
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean?
7:57
SPEAKER_00: Shiloh Chakan should be Asir.
7:58
SPEAKER_00: Zak Trash Yirash explains right here that Shiluchakan can go in not till it's an aim alban.
8:02
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to send away the aim, right?
8:04
SPEAKER_00: Shalek the shalakhsaim.
8:07
SPEAKER_00: That's what it's supposed to say.
8:08
SPEAKER_00: But what if you didn't do that?
8:09
SPEAKER_00: What if you were iber the issir?
8:10
SPEAKER_00: There's an issue in a mitra over here, right?
8:11
SPEAKER_00: So that what's the issir?
8:12
SPEAKER_00: To take the Lisikaim alar from forgetting the exact possible.
8:15
SPEAKER_00: But you're not allowed to take the mother from on top of the on top of the children.
8:18
SPEAKER_00: What if you did?
8:18
SPEAKER_00: That's an issir.
8:19
SPEAKER_00: But it's a lavanita klasse that you're allowed to fix, and therefore you're not gonna get malchus.
8:22
SPEAKER_00: That's what Rashi brings.
8:23
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Zakrashi Khana not always took the mother, you were I and you took the mother from on top of Balafanin Vihai Vinu, and he came before us and we were machaiven.
8:34
SPEAKER_00: We were machaivim to to now let her go, let her free.
8:37
SPEAKER_00: To send her away, because it's not the kaman, Mishalah may alak it.
8:39
SPEAKER_00: If you send her away, you're not gonna be like it.
8:41
SPEAKER_00: Why?
8:41
SPEAKER_00: Because again, it's a lavan say.
8:43
SPEAKER_00: So the usr alakila alamus.
8:45
SPEAKER_00: So that bird that he that he shooed away now and he let free, that should be usr bakila illamis.
8:50
SPEAKER_00: Why the nebda ba'?
8:51
SPEAKER_00: Because there was an averh.
8:57
SPEAKER_00: So that should be, that should be now Usr alamis.
9:01
SPEAKER_00: If it's uh Dabr Shati Abdi Lakha.
9:03
SPEAKER_00: So again, as the Gemarah says, Shiluakha Kamlitz or it should be Asr alamis if he was over that.
9:08
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gemara is like, Ama Tayah Shaleah, let's it tell you to do if you were Ivor.
9:13
SPEAKER_00: If you took the mother, you weren't supposed to.
9:14
SPEAKER_00: You took the mother.
9:15
SPEAKER_00: What do we tell you to do?
9:15
SPEAKER_00: Shaleah, send it away.
9:17
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that this mother is Usr, if it's really Usur inherently, Usr Alamas is Rashi brought, then what should you do?
9:22
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, put it in a cage or something.
9:24
SPEAKER_00: You're sending it away for someone else to be nich, find this bird that's actually usar and eat it.
9:27
SPEAKER_00: No.
9:27
SPEAKER_00: Like, uh what?
9:31
SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
9:32
SPEAKER_00: Very good.
9:33
SPEAKER_00: So send the gummar, so so Laimatara, saleh the takala, the is not telling you to send it away to be maqsal other people at takalah it's gonna come out at takalah.
9:41
SPEAKER_00: This thing is really usar, someone else is gonna come by this bird, he's not gonna have any idea what happened, and therefore, and therefore, that's why it must be from the fact that the sir is telling you Shaleh that you send it back away, that it doesn't become usar.
9:52
SPEAKER_00: Sashikamar, umrish lakhish, re shlakish.
9:54
SPEAKER_00: Now that was all Ravashi.
9:55
SPEAKER_00: We went back and forth on Rabashi's Makar.
9:57
SPEAKER_00: That was Ravash's Makar.
9:58
SPEAKER_00: Well again, what was Ravashi's Makar?
9:59
SPEAKER_00: That Bas of Bahala, it's a Davar Shatyavti L'Hah.
10:05
SPEAKER_00: Anything that came as a result of an Aveira is now gonna be Assur.
10:08
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, Lai Savasov, Ghidibah Khalivimai.
10:10
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna cook it together.
10:12
SPEAKER_00: So if you did, you were either the Isra Bishop, Bas of Bahalov.
10:15
SPEAKER_00: But now it came as a result of an Aveira, and that's why it's gonna be awesome about Khabana as well.
10:19
SPEAKER_00: That was Rav Ashi.
10:21
SPEAKER_00: And we tried asking Kash's, if so, Dav Shatyavti Lahchah, what about all these things?
10:24
SPEAKER_00: They should also be awesome.
10:25
SPEAKER_00: They came as a result of a minavera, and the Gomara's of it was basically to tell you why those things did not apply.
10:29
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara writer, another Mikar.
10:32
SPEAKER_00: That was Rabashi now Yverish Lakesh.
10:37
SPEAKER_00: Says, I'll Toy Khami Menu no, I'll say, Uvash my busha.
10:42
SPEAKER_00: So this is by the carbon pesah.
10:43
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to eat it no, no means raw.
10:46
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to eat it raw or cooked, but rather it'sh.
10:49
SPEAKER_00: It has to be roasted, right?
10:50
SPEAKER_00: So it says by carbon pesah.
10:52
SPEAKER_00: What does it have to do with us?
10:53
SPEAKER_00: She either mevushal.
10:54
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to say washel mevushel.
10:56
SPEAKER_00: It's a double lush.
10:56
SPEAKER_00: Why does it have to say matamalamar mewushel?
10:59
SPEAKER_00: The extra mewushel is teaching you that Yeshua Bishal lah she kazu.
11:02
SPEAKER_00: There's another type of bishool that's like this.
11:04
SPEAKER_00: Like this, that what?
11:05
SPEAKER_00: She kazu zakrashisha usurbahila kaze.
11:08
SPEAKER_00: It's usubahila.
11:08
SPEAKER_00: Carbon pesah is usurbachila, it's a carbon.
11:10
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to.
11:11
SPEAKER_00: No.
11:11
SPEAKER_00: The answer is yeah.
11:12
SPEAKER_00: It's like a carbon.
11:12
SPEAKER_00: It's asrbachila, except in a certain very specific way.
11:15
SPEAKER_00: On our pesach, etc.
11:16
SPEAKER_00: On Pesach.
11:17
SPEAKER_00: But the point is, it's in general, carbonus is you know, as a standalone thing, it's as bachilah and therefore there's another bishop that's Asir Ba'ahilah kazeh.
11:27
SPEAKER_00: Just like this carbon.
11:28
SPEAKER_00: Vezas, eh?
11:29
SPEAKER_00: And what's that other bishop the extra lush on a bishop over here?
11:32
SPEAKER_00: That's Basabakhala.
11:34
SPEAKER_00: And that's how we know that it's also going to be also.
11:36
SPEAKER_00: It says like my Ummar Ba'chan Rebechan said to Rish Lakesh.
11:39
SPEAKER_00: Again, this is a Rishhlakish that brought a new Makar over here.
11:41
SPEAKER_00: So naturally Reban's answering back.
11:43
SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
11:44
SPEAKER_00: Khurzusha Shana Rabbi.
11:45
SPEAKER_00: Rish Lakesh, you're bringing a whole new Mikar.
11:47
SPEAKER_00: What is it bad?
11:48
SPEAKER_00: What Rebbi said?
11:49
SPEAKER_00: Rebbi already said something, and therefore you should have it.
11:51
SPEAKER_00: It should be enough what Rabbi said.
11:52
SPEAKER_00: Why do you have to bring your own Mikar?
11:55
SPEAKER_00: Is it not good?
11:56
SPEAKER_00: Is it uh the khimuchhu?
11:58
SPEAKER_00: Rashid says, is it like nest disgusting in your eyes?
12:01
SPEAKER_00: Whatever you don't like what Rebbe said.
12:03
SPEAKER_00: What did Rebbe say?
12:04
SPEAKER_00: Where was his Mikar that Rishlakish maybe didn't agree with?
12:07
SPEAKER_00: So Rebbi said, Loy Say Chlenu.
12:09
SPEAKER_00: It says in the parsha of Psule Ha Mukdashin.
12:13
SPEAKER_00: And specifically, Rashid says, Psule mukdash him shen nifdu.
12:16
SPEAKER_00: So you have uh carbon, something that was uh mukdashin, right?
12:20
SPEAKER_00: It was uh khardim, and it became nisau as a result of something.
12:23
SPEAKER_00: So what are you supposed to do?
12:24
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to be poided.
12:25
SPEAKER_00: So psule a mukdashram shenifdu, have a dinner of chulin to a certain extent, and have a dun also of of uh have a din of kachim as well.
12:33
SPEAKER_00: It has a din of chulin that you're allowed to eat it, you were poid it, you're not allowed to be poid the khakim generally, but if it got a mum, so it was it wash, then you are allowed to be poided.
12:42
SPEAKER_00: But still it's as gizavida and different things, and therefore it's still considered like khotchim that it's a bizaba.
12:47
SPEAKER_00: But it's considered like kulin that you're allowed to eat it.
12:50
SPEAKER_00: So, what does it say?
12:53
SPEAKER_00: It says Laysehlenu.
12:54
SPEAKER_00: And it says Allah Kamai.
12:56
SPEAKER_00: So by Psula Mukhdasham Shinivdu it says Laysehlenu.
13:00
SPEAKER_00: So it says it twice.
13:01
SPEAKER_00: That's the point, Rashad says, the Hodrksiblay Sachana.
13:03
SPEAKER_00: It says it again, Lai Sachhan, if you look at the posic, it says in an extra time.
13:06
SPEAKER_00: Um Rakadam Laisikhlen, Allah Artstich Pakanu Kamah.
13:09
SPEAKER_00: The Hodric Sivlai Schana, and again it says.
13:11
SPEAKER_00: So what do we do with the extra l'hana over here?
13:12
SPEAKER_00: Zakti Gemara, Zakturabi, Lais Sechlenu, the Basu Bahalov Kazamidabah.
13:16
SPEAKER_00: That postuk over there by Psulamukudashim Shanimdu is talking about Bas of Khalil.
13:19
SPEAKER_00: The extra mention of Lay Sakhlenu is referring to Bas of Baham.
13:26
SPEAKER_00: How do you know it's talking about Bas of Bahala?
13:27
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's talking about something else.
13:28
SPEAKER_00: So Amrit Salaman Yudgimomidas Shatterjasman.
13:31
SPEAKER_00: Let's learn from the Yud Gimidas Shatterni Jasmine that this extra time that it says by Psul Mughdashim is really referring to Basa Bahalam.
13:39
SPEAKER_00: How do we learn that?
13:39
SPEAKER_00: What is one of the Yudgimal Midas?
13:41
SPEAKER_00: Davar Alamin Ma'inyana.
13:43
SPEAKER_00: That something, what's the meah of Davar Alam and Mayñana?
13:46
SPEAKER_00: That basically means context.
13:47
SPEAKER_00: Whatever context the Pasik was talking about, that is what the Limur is.
13:51
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Davr Alamin Ma'inyana, that's its Indian.
13:53
SPEAKER_00: It's Isa Indian.
13:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Ma Ba' Khazmudhabra, what is the Posik talking about?
13:58
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, you're gonna tell me that the context of the Pasik is Basar Bachalov or Shaykhs.
14:01
SPEAKER_00: We're in Psula Mugdashim.
14:03
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna learn from Davar Alam and Ma'anyana that we're talking about Basar Baqalov?
14:06
SPEAKER_00: The context is not Bas of Bahalav, it's Psalm Mugdashin.
14:08
SPEAKER_00: The answer is that no.
14:10
SPEAKER_00: The Ian over here, the context over here is Bameh Khazmadav.
14:12
SPEAKER_00: What's the posik talking about?
14:13
SPEAKER_00: Mishnay meaning.
14:14
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik is talking about two different meaning.
14:16
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see two different meaning?
14:18
SPEAKER_00: Rashi explains.
14:19
SPEAKER_00: Again, Sulayam Guddashim Shaliftu inherently is considered both Hulin and both kachim.
14:23
SPEAKER_00: It's chulin that you could eat it, but it's kachim that it's Asur Begizabida.
14:26
SPEAKER_00: So since you have two different things going on over here, it's both chulin and both kachim.
14:30
SPEAKER_00: So it's chulin because it got a mum, but it's uh because it's as bigizavidah.
14:34
SPEAKER_00: So afkhand shayy meenim.
14:36
SPEAKER_00: So two were probably the extra mention of Lay Sikhlenu is coming to teach you something else.
14:40
SPEAKER_00: Tuminim.
14:41
SPEAKER_00: What else is that?
14:42
SPEAKER_00: Basar, Bahallah.
14:43
SPEAKER_00: Basar's one, is another, and that's another Tuminim.
14:45
SPEAKER_00: That's the extra Ley Sichhlanim that's teaching you by Absulli Hammuk Dashin.
14:49
SPEAKER_00: So this is Rish Lakeshan's response back to the right.
14:52
SPEAKER_00: That is Rabbi.
14:58
SPEAKER_00: Why are you bringing a whole new Makar?
15:00
SPEAKER_00: Is this not uh you don't like what Rebbi said, and this is what Rebbi said.
15:03
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, why are you bringing your own Makar?
15:05
SPEAKER_00: And that's what we're up to.
15:05
SPEAKER_00: And the Gamar answers back, Imeah, Rish Lakesh answers back.
15:08
SPEAKER_00: I don't know why I brought another Makar and I wasn't satisfied with Rebbi.
15:11
SPEAKER_00: Because if you only had Rebbe's Makar, Ime Ahi Hava mina hani me l'abakila, I would think that that's only true that it's not subakhili, but not necessarily announcing.
15:19
SPEAKER_00: I brought another Makar to teach you, even the Hanah is gonna be Austria.
15:22
SPEAKER_00: So Rebi ba'naminale.
15:24
SPEAKER_00: So I understand Raisht Lakish.
15:26
SPEAKER_00: He had to add on to Rebbe's lima to teach you also by another.
15:28
SPEAKER_00: What about Rebbe himself?
15:29
SPEAKER_00: Who didn't necessarily say Rashtlakish's Mikar.
15:31
SPEAKER_00: So Rebbi Ba'aminale, how is he gonna know that Isr Hanal by Bas of Bahala?
15:34
SPEAKER_00: Not galay.
15:36
SPEAKER_00: He's gonna learn it from the following.
15:36
SPEAKER_00: Nimmer can it says over here by Bas of Halov.
15:40
SPEAKER_00: It says Ki amkodesh at says in the positive in the parha of Kiyam Kodashala Shem, Lisa Basha Big Bahlevima, one of the can't one of the times it says that it says ki'am kodesh atlashem.
15:51
SPEAKER_00: It says over there, kodesh webina isra that a jew aid is not a lot of be a kadesh.
15:57
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that lay kadesha and lay a kaddesh, both the male and the female, there's an isr.
16:02
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over there?
16:02
SPEAKER_00: Immala, just like over there in the partial design, it's talking about it's an isrhana.
16:06
SPEAKER_00: Why is it isrhana?
16:07
SPEAKER_00: Because it's not a khilah over there, it's an isr b'oh, which is obviously isr an.
16:11
SPEAKER_00: So just like over there, it's an isser hanah of khan pa hanah.
16:15
SPEAKER_00: So to be here that it says kadesh again, it's a xer shabik, kadesh kadesh, lay a kadash.
16:23
SPEAKER_00: So we have a xer shab, just like over there, it's an hear where it says, and in the same postic it says khandoish.
16:30
SPEAKER_00: So this is talking about the isrhana, and that's what that's how Rabbi's gonna learn it.
16:33
SPEAKER_00: It says the gummar.
16:36
SPEAKER_00: We have another Mikar from the Bear Belazar.
16:40
SPEAKER_00: He ta taught over the following.
16:42
SPEAKER_00: Loisikhlu kol Nivela.
16:44
SPEAKER_00: It says, and this also the context is important, the Vigomer, underline that.
16:48
SPEAKER_00: So Lois Saichlu Khol Nivela, and then the positive continues in the same breath, Lai Savasha Ghibba Kalevima.
16:53
SPEAKER_00: So one of our L'Asha Gidiba Kalevimais is said is net is said in the parsha of Lois Saighlu Kol Nevela.
17:00
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Tara, the Tara told you, what is it telling you by me, makesh these two things about a nevela, you're not allowed to eat a naval and l'habash gidba kalev in my basebahala?
17:08
SPEAKER_00: So the tara is telling you, sevastim karena.
17:12
SPEAKER_00: When you're selling the naveela, what are you supposed to do with the naval?
17:14
SPEAKER_00: So we had that already, right?
17:16
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to give it to the giratpaisha, maybe sell it, or you're allowed to sell it to Girat Paisha.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to sell it, you can sell your naval.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: So the naval, when you're selling your naval, kishatimkarena, lois of a slenavatim karana.
17:27
SPEAKER_00: We say sevash or gediba khalibim in the same pasik of naval to teach you that you're not allowed to cook it and then sell it.
17:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what does that teach you?
17:35
SPEAKER_00: Because once you cook the Basar Ba Khalab, you're not allowed to sell it in.
17:38
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, once you cook the Bas of Khalab and it's now Assar Ba'na.
17:40
SPEAKER_00: It's not Assurbahana, you're not allowed to sell it in, because then you would be getting a no out of this cooking that you did.
17:44
SPEAKER_00: And that's how he knows that it's Usr Bihanab.
17:46
SPEAKER_00: The Bari Bishmal Tana, the most famous one.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: Another Mikar isn't the one we all know.
17:55
SPEAKER_00: Echod the Isra, no, the Echhod the Isr Bishol.
17:58
SPEAKER_00: One is for the Isra, one for the Israel.
18:00
SPEAKER_00: No, and one for the Isla Isr Bishol.
18:02
SPEAKER_00: Tanya, Ismanud, Ismanud over Mina Basabahal Shahs.
18:06
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that Bas of Bahala is not the Mikar?
18:08
SPEAKER_00: Namakan it says over here, Kiyam Kodashatah.
18:10
SPEAKER_00: We just quoted that, right?
18:11
SPEAKER_00: It says in the partial of Lay Savash Ghiddi B Khalib, Kiam Khodesh Ata.
18:15
SPEAKER_00: It says also the Anche Koidesh Tiyun Li.
18:21
SPEAKER_00: So it says in the Parsh of Trefa that the Anche Koidesh Tiunli.
18:24
SPEAKER_00: So we have again, um, we have Koidesh Koidesh.
18:28
SPEAKER_00: So it says Kiam Kodeshatah and it says Kiam the Anche Koidesh Tiunli and the Parsh of Trefa.
18:32
SPEAKER_00: What has what does that teach me?
18:33
SPEAKER_00: Malalan Osir, Afkanasur, just like over there by Treva Tasir.
18:36
SPEAKER_00: So Tobirat Osser.
18:37
SPEAKER_00: The Ainli Alabakilos.
18:38
SPEAKER_00: I only know that a Tref is Osabahilos.
18:40
SPEAKER_00: How do I know?
18:41
SPEAKER_00: But Nominai, how do I know that this of Baser Bahala is also gonna be Asbah no?
18:45
SPEAKER_00: Ahmed Kabah.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say a kabahimer.
18:47
SPEAKER_00: Umma Urloh shalinavda, asurabana, just like Arloh, Madah Arlah.
18:52
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the tree of fruit trees going out, sister, the first three years, are Asur Bahano, right?
18:56
SPEAKER_00: But there was no Aveira ever done, it's just the natural Allah, that the first three years is gonna be considered Arla, and it's gonna be Asma.
19:02
SPEAKER_00: So Arlah shalai nevda verah asurabahno, it's gonna be awana, even though an Aveira was not done with it.
19:07
SPEAKER_00: So Bas of Ahhalavish nev the Ba Vera, Basabahalov that Aveira was done.
19:12
SPEAKER_00: You cooked it together, so Aveira was done.
19:13
SPEAKER_00: And it didn't shasubana, so for sure it should be as the Gemara on the on the Kabukhimer, by the way.
19:20
SPEAKER_00: What we just started is gonna be a long khajbin, even in really into tomorrow's daff, but we'll try to do most of it.
19:24
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it says the Gemara like this that you're gonna tell me that we learned from a Kabukhmer from Arla.
19:29
SPEAKER_00: Orlah that there was no Aveira dan and still Asubana Basabal that there's no Aveira dan, that there wasn't Aveira dan, so for sure it should be Asubana.
19:36
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, really?
19:38
SPEAKER_00: Mal Arla Shikane Lay Hoisula Shakesher Arla, I can tell you, I can tell you appear from that Arla never had a Shasta Kaiser, so maybe that's why it's more Khamar.
19:47
SPEAKER_00: So so ma so how you gonna tell me by Basar Bahalaf that had a Shasla kosher?
19:51
SPEAKER_00: Why?
19:51
SPEAKER_00: Because Basra on its own was permitted, and Khal on its own was permitted, so it had a time that it was mutter, so that's a cool law.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it shouldn't be asramana like Arlah and Siddhakimara.
19:58
SPEAKER_00: No, Khamitz but Pesachiah, Khamitz on Pesach should prove to you that this is not telling whether it had a Shasakash or not.
20:06
SPEAKER_00: Why?
20:06
SPEAKER_00: Shakespeare Shasakash, Basubanah because Khamitan Pesach has an Israel even though it once had a Shastakasha.
20:12
SPEAKER_00: Before Pesach, it wasn't Asur Bhana.
20:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it was sorry, before Pesach it wasn't uh it was completely mutter, it had a shah sa khasha and there, and it's still Asur Bahana in there so we clearly see that that's not a determining factor.
20:26
SPEAKER_00: Maybe Khamitz Pesach is different because there's an Ainish Kharis, so it's much more Hammer.
20:30
SPEAKER_00: So Kilehakarim Kia Kent's Gemara.
20:32
SPEAKER_00: No, Kilehakaram will prove to you that that's not the point.
20:38
SPEAKER_00: Because there's no Kharas by Kilehakarim, but it's still Asur Behana.
20:43
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, okay.
20:44
SPEAKER_00: Let's break this down.
20:45
SPEAKER_00: Let me Xerashava.
20:46
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need the Xer Shovel we started off with?
20:48
SPEAKER_00: We start off with the Xerashova, Kohdesh Khoidesh from Trefa.
20:51
SPEAKER_00: We left Baser Bakhalov from Trefa, right?
20:53
SPEAKER_00: Kiam Kodash Hatala Shamala Kyha.
20:54
SPEAKER_00: And then we add Ubasabaste Trefala Sehlu.
20:57
SPEAKER_00: We add also over there Kiyam La Pasuk was uh uh just to go back to that.
21:07
SPEAKER_00: So Kaidosh, Kaidosh call you from Trefa to Basabakhalov that there's gonna be uh that it's gonna be usur.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: Then we said, how do you know even is there?
21:15
SPEAKER_00: So we started making uh a kavokhimer.
21:17
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar.
21:18
SPEAKER_00: Once you had the Kabukhammer over here, and we went back and forth a shava, etc.
21:21
SPEAKER_00: Luming Kzherh Shava, why do I need the Kzair Shava in the first place?
21:24
SPEAKER_00: If Khadishh Khadas from Trefa, Lai see Kula be kabochimer, why don't we just learn the whole thing from with a kabokhimer from Arlah?
21:30
SPEAKER_00: What would be the kabuchimer?
21:31
SPEAKER_00: The Gemar spells it out.
21:32
SPEAKER_00: That Umah, Orlah Slay Nevda Bhavira, Surah Bin Mahida Bin Mana.
21:35
SPEAKER_00: Orlah that never had an Avera done.
21:37
SPEAKER_00: It's just Asir.
21:38
SPEAKER_00: Still, it's Asser bin Mahida bin Mana.
21:40
SPEAKER_00: There's an Isr, Yahila, and there's an Isra.
21:42
SPEAKER_00: So Basabahalush nev the Bavera in it.
21:44
SPEAKER_00: Then she's also been Mahina bin Mah.
21:46
SPEAKER_00: So Basabahala that an Aveira was done.
21:48
SPEAKER_00: So for sure it should be Asir both Bahilah and Ana.
21:51
SPEAKER_00: So why don't I just why why do I need the Sher Shab in the first place?
21:54
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I just learn it out of one big halfheimer from Arlah?
21:56
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemar.
21:57
SPEAKER_00: Back me shum the eqal maimar, because we could.
22:00
SPEAKER_00: Answer back the following that Hharish Bhasharva Hamar, the Hhoisan Piparvadashbah, that we could ask a Pircha from if you're Hurish Beshar Bamar, that's Klein, right?
22:10
SPEAKER_00: Kilbehema, and Hisimpi Paravidashbah, that's Lisah Sam Shrabadisha, these two Isurin that should prove to you that Shinevdab that an Avira was done and still their mutter.
22:20
SPEAKER_00: There's no Isra on Albah, there's no Isr afterwards.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it shows you that the fact that an Aveira was done doesn't necessarily make this more Khammad that now it should for sure be usually falls off.
22:31
SPEAKER_00: And ask the Gemara, okay.
22:32
SPEAKER_00: But Lamalin the Maymar, Kilea Karim Yahshiku.
22:34
SPEAKER_00: So what do we say?
22:35
SPEAKER_00: We went back and forth.
22:37
SPEAKER_00: That uh and and we landed by Kileya Karim.
22:41
SPEAKER_00: We tried to say that Kileakarim a second ago, kileyakerim, just go back.
22:45
SPEAKER_00: Sha'ain Oy Nishkaris, that it doesn't have an oynishkaris, and it's still Assurman.
22:50
SPEAKER_00: So the Gemara, why do I need to fall into Kileyakaram?
22:53
SPEAKER_00: We should just say Arlah Toihiach.
22:58
SPEAKER_00: We should have said that Arla should prove to you and it should go back and forth.
23:02
SPEAKER_00: Belesi b'a tzara, and you should come out with a with a tzara shabbat.
23:06
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about over here?
23:07
SPEAKER_00: So generally the way it's uh the the the the way it happens whenever you see this type of khajman in the gemarah, we say, let's learn it from A, and then we try saying, Ah, you can't learn it from A because uh this thing.
23:17
SPEAKER_00: Let's say it's uh, you know, it's a Ainish Kharis, or it's more Khamra, whatever it is.
23:21
SPEAKER_00: So we try saying, okay, but B.
23:23
SPEAKER_00: B shows you that it doesn't have that Khamra, and Allah still applies to learn it from B.
23:27
SPEAKER_00: But then we ask, yeah, but B has its own Khamra, so you can't learn it from B.
23:30
SPEAKER_00: So what does the Gemara usually do?
23:31
SPEAKER_00: Usually it doesn't introduce a third topic, it usually reverts back to A.
23:35
SPEAKER_00: That B has its own Khamra, but yeah, look at A, it doesn't have its own Khamra.
23:39
SPEAKER_00: So the Khadra Din lay Zekariza, Tzara Shaba Shabahan, that they have one tzara shaba, it's afani maybe this that also has that tzara shaba.
23:46
SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna learn it out of a combination of A and B, A has its own khmra, B has its own humra.
23:51
SPEAKER_00: They both have a tzara-shaba that's not either of those khumra, and the allaha still applies.
23:54
SPEAKER_00: Afani maybe, whatever I'm trying to prove that that alakha still applies.
23:57
SPEAKER_00: Is that what we did over here?
23:58
SPEAKER_00: No.
23:58
SPEAKER_00: We brought a third thing which was killatram.
24:00
SPEAKER_00: We went back and forth, and then we brought kileakaram.
24:03
SPEAKER_00: That's the Gamar's question right now.
24:04
SPEAKER_00: Lamalina Mayhmar Kileyah Karamhi khhu.
24:06
SPEAKER_00: Lema orla tahiya, Bilihadir Dinah let it go back and forth from A to B.
24:09
SPEAKER_00: Vilaysiba's, we should learn it out of a tzarashaba.
24:12
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says it over here.
24:13
SPEAKER_00: What would be the tzarashaba that we would say?
24:14
SPEAKER_00: Loi roi or lah.
24:16
SPEAKER_00: I'm like five lines from the bottom in Rashi Lahajina.
24:18
SPEAKER_00: Loi Roy Orla Kari Khamit.
24:20
SPEAKER_00: Orl and Humits is what what we would bounce back and forth.
24:23
SPEAKER_00: That orlah is not like Khamit, Biloi Roy Khamit Kerai Orla.
24:26
SPEAKER_00: And Khamit's not like Arla, right?
24:28
SPEAKER_00: Because they each have their own Khamra.
24:30
SPEAKER_00: Hatzarashabahman, what's the tata shabh?
24:31
SPEAKER_00: Shah Sur Bahila.
24:32
SPEAKER_00: Basurbanah.
24:33
SPEAKER_00: They're both Asur Bahilah and Asurma.
24:35
SPEAKER_00: Afani Avi, Basur Bachalov, the Hoy of the Asurbahila, Mikzerashavah, Yehei Asr Apanah.
24:41
SPEAKER_00: So to I should bring Passer Bachalov, since it's Asur Bahahilah how do we know that from Mikzer Shavah?
24:47
SPEAKER_00: It should also be Asurahanah.
24:48
SPEAKER_00: So Zakta Gemar, that's the Gemar's question right now.
24:54
SPEAKER_00: Let it bounce back and forth between Arla and Khamitz.
24:57
SPEAKER_00: And I come out that they each had a tsavar shobah, that they're asurbachila and anas.
25:01
SPEAKER_00: So to this that it's as should also be asurma.
25:04
SPEAKER_00: Answers the answers me shum de egalemay mar navaila toih.
25:10
SPEAKER_00: You want to know why I didn't say that?
25:11
SPEAKER_00: Because then I could have just answered that navah will prove to you that that's not necessarily true.
25:14
SPEAKER_00: Sha'surbahila mathar's bana.
25:16
SPEAKER_00: Because what I just tried doing, I just tried saying, let's bounce back and forth back and forth between Orla and Khamates to teach you that just like those are Asr Baha'i lahana.
25:24
SPEAKER_00: So to this, that is Asr Baha'ila, should be Asura.
25:27
SPEAKER_00: But I just found a veilah that's Asr Baha'ilah and not Asrba'nah.
25:30
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it shows you that it's not necessarily Talihaba.
25:32
SPEAKER_00: And just because it's Asarbakhilah doesn't teach you, doesn't make, doesn't tell you that anything that's Asr Baha'ila is automatically going to be Asbahana.
25:39
SPEAKER_00: Because I have an Availa that's As Bahilah and not Asrba'nah.
25:42
SPEAKER_00: And therefore that's why I had to bring in Khila kiram.
25:45
SPEAKER_00: But Amali are Mart Khalibash, this is what they say over the name of Rishlakish.
25:51
SPEAKER_00: Let me teach you a rule as it relates to uh these nyanim, sarah shab.
25:55
SPEAKER_00: So call mahatsad, migufai parchhinan, me'aalma le parchin.
25:58
SPEAKER_00: Any ma'atzad, if you want to bring a pircha and shlog up a tzadashaba, you could only bring a pircha mgufa, something that's within that sadashaba itself.
26:05
SPEAKER_00: But me'almas, a random aloha that doesn't apply to it, layparchinan.
26:08
SPEAKER_00: You can't bring as a you can't bring as a pircha.
26:12
SPEAKER_00: And meaning, what would be the pircha over here?
26:14
SPEAKER_00: Navela.
26:14
SPEAKER_00: You just tried saying, ah, I'll bring nava.
26:15
SPEAKER_00: Navela is me'alma.
26:16
SPEAKER_00: Navela is uh is a random third party thing.
26:18
SPEAKER_00: It's not me gufa, it's not within these allahas of uh of khumates or urlah that we're bringing over here.
26:24
SPEAKER_00: And then of course, since Rish Lakesh said that a tzara shavah you could only be you could only bring a pircha mikufa and not me'alma.
26:29
SPEAKER_00: So Yahitz Bim'at's.
26:31
SPEAKER_00: So the question goes back, why do I have to bring in a third topic over here, which is kidakarim?
26:35
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I just learn that of a tzadashavah from Urlah and Khamates and bounce back and forth?
26:40
SPEAKER_00: Laura is equal, they each have their own kumra, tzadashabah shabah, and that they're a subhilah asubana.
26:44
SPEAKER_00: So too, Basabah, but it should be asubana.
26:47
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I say that?
26:47
SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna tell me that I have a pircha from Nivela?
26:50
SPEAKER_00: Nivela is a third-party uh Indian over here, it's not a pircha mi gufai of this tzadashava.
26:55
SPEAKER_00: And Rish Lakesh told me that a tzarashavah, you cannot bring a pircha from a third-party thing.
27:01
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gemara, Mishum Dikil Mifrah.
27:03
SPEAKER_00: You wanna know why I didn't say the Tzadashava?
27:04
SPEAKER_00: Because I have a different pircha.
27:05
SPEAKER_00: You're right, not Nivela, because that's me almah.
27:08
SPEAKER_00: But I have a different pircha.
27:08
SPEAKER_00: What's a different mircha?
27:13
SPEAKER_00: Within themselves, Miguel Parfinan.
27:14
SPEAKER_00: You want to know what the pircha I have that's migufan?
27:17
SPEAKER_00: The pircha I have over here is that they're gidulay karka.
27:19
SPEAKER_00: Khamitz is gidulei karka, right?
27:21
SPEAKER_00: It's bread, whatever.
27:22
SPEAKER_00: Bread is gidula karka.
27:24
SPEAKER_00: Arla is naturally gidulay karka.
27:26
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since they have uh tsara shavah, you're not gonna be able to learn it.
27:32
SPEAKER_00: So even now with the third step, so you're gonna tell me that's why I didn't say the tsarashavah, and that's why I brought a third topic in, which was kileakarim.
27:37
SPEAKER_00: Says the gumara, is kileakarim any different?
27:39
SPEAKER_00: Kileyakaram is also gidulikarka.
27:41
SPEAKER_00: So says the gumara, if so, that that would be our pircha, then astronomy, even with your third step of kileakarim, canal frach.
27:48
SPEAKER_00: It's all gidulay karaka.
27:49
SPEAKER_00: You have the same pircha that didn't help you at all.
27:50
SPEAKER_00: And says the gumara, I'm liachalabashi, I'll tell you another further, uh deeper Indian over here.
27:56
SPEAKER_00: That Aki Amin ishakash.
27:57
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you what Ishtaku said.
28:06
SPEAKER_00: Any question.
28:06
SPEAKER_00: That uh any question, what would be an example of any random question?
28:09
SPEAKER_00: Gedule karka.
28:10
SPEAKER_00: All these things I found a random Indian that they share in common, that they're gedulay karka.
28:14
SPEAKER_00: Does is that does is that specific to uh the point we were trying to make?
28:17
SPEAKER_00: No, you found one random thing that they all share in common, that's their gadulh karka.
28:20
SPEAKER_00: That's koldu.
28:21
SPEAKER_00: A regular tzadashabh you could bring a pircha from koldu from anything.
28:24
SPEAKER_00: However, a tzadashavah that's in the format of loyim amrit, if you use the words loy imamrit, sometimes we say loyim amrit bazad, then it has sheken uh this, shaken and his cards, like we saw.
28:34
SPEAKER_00: But loyim amrit, if you have a tzadashavh where it uses a lush of loy'im amrit, then kalvahimer parchinan, kalduhu layparchinan.
28:42
SPEAKER_00: You could only bring a pircha if it's kal or khumr.
28:45
SPEAKER_00: If you find a kulah or a khumr, there's not it's you have to understand this kalvahimr, meaning you if you find a kulah or a khumra, then you could bring that as a pircha.
28:53
SPEAKER_00: But koduhu, but any random thing you find in common, like the fact that they're all gidulikarka, that loi parchinam.
28:59
SPEAKER_00: That you can't bring as a pircha, and that's why you can't ask that kasha from Gedule Kar from uh Kileh Karem, because that would be a random thing, right?
29:07
SPEAKER_00: You're bringing it to Shoga, you went back and forth, and uh and therefore you know uh the the pircha that you would possibly have on the Kileyakarem, uh the fact that they're Gedule Karka is an unrelated thing.
29:18
SPEAKER_00: It's Kulduhu and Kodu would not work in this Khajan.
29:20
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gomarva, lifrachlikulu.
29:21
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I ask on all of them?
29:23
SPEAKER_00: All three or la, khummates, and kileak karim that what?
29:26
SPEAKER_00: Malikulushiken gedule karka, that they're all gedula karka.
29:29
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna ask me, I thought we just said you can't do that.
29:31
SPEAKER_00: That's because we understand it in the sefa.
29:32
SPEAKER_00: But the Gemar is about to develop that.
29:34
SPEAKER_00: Then Ella Omarlay or Marthai Rashi or Martha Vashi expla clarifies what he just said.
29:38
SPEAKER_00: That Hokhi Aminishlakis, I'll tell you what Ishlakis said.
29:42
SPEAKER_00: That and Rashi explains, by the way, what the question over here is.
29:48
SPEAKER_00: Since it's not learning one from the other, we're learning one thing from three things, then Kamat sorry, khan mitzlas.
29:57
SPEAKER_00: Kematzah.
29:58
SPEAKER_00: So kematzah.
29:59
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's considered like a regular tzarashab, eh?
30:01
SPEAKER_00: And hilkakh lifra khula kula khra.
30:04
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, you should be able to bring any kodu, any question that's uh related to all of them, even though it's not specifically a kulah or a khumra.
30:10
SPEAKER_00: So again, since you're learning from three, it's it should be considered like a regular tzadashabh?
30:13
SPEAKER_00: So Rishlakish clarified, or rather Murdhit Ravashi clarified what Rish Lakesh said and the answer, that I'll tell you.
30:19
SPEAKER_00: Khodmichadah, if you're learning one thing from the other, then this applies.
30:23
SPEAKER_00: What we just said, Kula the Khomra Pakinin, you could only ask a pircha if you found a kulah or a khumra, but khodu layparchina, but a random fact they all share in common, like the fact that they're gedulay karka, that's not necessarily a kula or a khumra, that you can ask a pircha.
30:35
SPEAKER_00: Chodomikar, if I'm learning one thing from two things, that's where a filu koldu parchhin.
30:39
SPEAKER_00: You can ask a pircha even koldu.
30:40
SPEAKER_00: If you're learning one from two things, you could say, ah, those two things are gadulay karka.
30:44
SPEAKER_00: Even koldu, even a random topic that a random fact they have in common, that you're gonna be able to ask as a pircha.
30:50
SPEAKER_00: Khanitzlas, but if you're learning one from three, then ehatar dinavasubimat's if you could turn it around and they compare to Lloy's e kariza, they each have their own kula khumras, but we turn it around as a sadashovah that they both have one sada shovah in common that we're learning from.
31:04
SPEAKER_00: Then parhin and khodu.
31:06
SPEAKER_00: Then you could ask any type of uh any type of pircha, vi lay.
31:09
SPEAKER_00: But if not, then kulahumra parhinan, kaldu lay parhina.
31:12
SPEAKER_00: Then you could only ask if you find a kula or a humra.
31:15
SPEAKER_00: Kalduhu layparhinan, a random fact you found in common, the fact that they're all gidulay karkah is random, that's called you, and therefore that you're not gonna be able to ask as a pircha.
31:23
SPEAKER_00: And that's why Issiben Yehuda brought in the number three over here.
31:27
SPEAKER_00: Besides for Arlan Khamis, he also brought in Kileah Karem.
31:30
SPEAKER_00: Why?
31:30
SPEAKER_00: Because there was no Kula or Khumra to ask on that.
31:34
SPEAKER_00: And according to this Khajbin, you're not gonna be able to ask from the fact that they're all Gedule Karka.
31:38
SPEAKER_00: And you're right, even though Kileh Karem is Gedule Karka, and they're all Gedoule Karka, but once you brought in a third, as we saw, it's not uh learnt out of specifically Mazad, but they're all it's learning out of one out of the three.
31:49
SPEAKER_00: According to Da'alocha, we just clarified from Rish Lakesh, you are not able to ask from a Kaldahu, and therefore you can't ask.
31:54
SPEAKER_00: I don't care that they're all Gedule Karka, it still stands, and that's why he brought in this third uh Indian of Kelea Karam, and we'll hold it's uh a little bit of a new khajman over here, but we're holding it up for today.
