- 1:36SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, I've been chilling.
- 1:37SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, hold on, hold on.
- 1:38SPEAKER_04: Before we start, I listened to last episode.
- 1:41SPEAKER_04: There's a lot of mockery going on, and I I wasn't like a fan of that.
- 1:45SPEAKER_04: So I think asking the people that you podcast with weekly, how is their week, weekend, day, whatever, is a very normal question.
- 1:55SPEAKER_04: Like when you link up with your partners, like what y'all what do y'all niggas say to each other?
- 2:00SPEAKER_04: Like, hey, how like how's it been?
- 2:02SPEAKER_04: How's it hanging?
- 2:02SPEAKER_04: Like, what's going on, what's poppin'?
- 2:04SPEAKER_04: Like, those are all the same thing.
- 2:07SPEAKER_04: I guess.
- 2:08SPEAKER_04: So to mock me for caring about what y'all niggas do in y'all personal lives is a little crazy.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Nah, but you be you be having things to say when niggas don't have shit to do.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 2:19SPEAKER_04: Cause like, what are y'all doing with y'all lives?
- 2:21SPEAKER_04: Working, making money.
- 2:22SPEAKER_04: No, but they gotta be interesting story there.
- 2:24SPEAKER_04: Why gotta be interesting?
- 2:25SPEAKER_04: I'd fucking think about it.
- 2:26SPEAKER_04: Every single day you leave your career to do anything, something interesting happens.
- 2:30SPEAKER_04: It might not be interesting to you, but it'll be interesting to our listeners.
- 2:34SPEAKER_04: For example.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Nothing.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Oh, I open, I open Superhero Academy back up.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: It's not really for the public though.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Uh what is that?
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Well, I well, I be training athletes.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: Like I've always I've been doing that for since like 2020.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: You have a notable one?
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: Athletes I train?
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm trying to get them on the show, but you know, there's things, things, you know, niggas gotta build the set.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: That's basically it.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, I work with I work with a lot of pros.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Well, not a lot, a few pros and then some college level athletes.
- 3:06SPEAKER_04: That's dope.
- 3:07SPEAKER_04: That's dope.
- 3:07SPEAKER_04: So uh like do you charge?
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: Uh right now, I don't want to disclose my prices on uh you don't have to tell them.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: But um I mean if all right, so I work with a few of them for free because like I've known them for since we was like kids.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: But if new people want to come, like just regular niggas, then they gotta pay because it's like I'm not I'm it's my time at the end of the day.
- 3:31SPEAKER_04: No, of course not.
- 3:32SPEAKER_04: I just want to try to give you some advertisement here.
- 3:34SPEAKER_04: Like if you want to become a national champion or something, holler at cash at at cash.com.
- 3:41SPEAKER_04: So I don't know.
- 3:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but um you're supposed to ask me something.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Okay, how was your trip in Mexico, man?
- 3:49SPEAKER_04: I'm actually You didn't know your sombrero on.
- 3:51SPEAKER_04: You fucked up already.
- 3:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, I can't.
- 3:52SPEAKER_04: I can't wear it.
- 3:53SPEAKER_04: Soon be wearing this big ass hat all the time.
- 3:55SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I can't I can't wear the sombrero, man.
- 3:58SPEAKER_04: Um I want to talk about my Mexico trip when we have a full cast.
- 4:05SPEAKER_04: I just want more opinions in the room.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm not gonna be here.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: So you never gonna get to talk about it.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: Hey.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: Because my story might outshine yours.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: It's not about shining, brother.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: Alright.
- 4:13SPEAKER_04: Just we just, you know, we'll we'll let the fans die.
- 4:17SPEAKER_04: But uh, yeah, so where are you about to go?
- 4:19SPEAKER_04: I'm about to go to DR.
- 4:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean, off-rip DR, I think, is is better than Mexico.
- 4:23SPEAKER_04: So if I ever African.
- 4:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, nigga.
- 4:30SPEAKER_04: Got you back.
- 4:31SPEAKER_04: But um, yeah, so I think we should get uh right into it, bro.
- 4:36SPEAKER_04: Um it's been a very heavy music week, I would say.
- 4:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: We got the clips or clips, depending on who you talk to.
- 4:46SPEAKER_04: Um we have um Biebs, Justin Bieber, he dropped.
- 4:50SPEAKER_04: We have Giveon, he dropped.
- 4:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 4:52SPEAKER_04: Um and Jack Boys.
- 4:55SPEAKER_04: Travis Cannon.
- 4:56SPEAKER_04: I'm not gonna say that.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: Say it again?
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: The Jack Boys.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: That's that's alright?
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: That's the name of the uh group.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: It's a group?
- 5:04SPEAKER_04: Who the other Jack?
- 5:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but you see, this is my problem with these rap niggas.
- 5:09SPEAKER_04: Who else is a Jack Boy?
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: Don Tolliver, Sheck West.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, for real?
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: I did not know that.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: Shout out to New York.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: Uh So Fago, I guess, too.
- 5:21SPEAKER_04: Now you name the niggas.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: That's not even a real person.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: He was an XXL freshman.
- 5:23SPEAKER_04: That's not a real person.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Say Fago.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: So Fago.
- 5:26SPEAKER_04: What's his song?
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: He don't have no hit songs.
- 5:30SPEAKER_04: Nah, he has to.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: How do you know who he is?
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: Because I know more about music than you.
- 5:36SPEAKER_04: Well, maybe this new these new niggas, yeah, but not overall.
- 5:39SPEAKER_04: Fucking crazy.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Sick of smiling.
- 5:45SPEAKER_04: Stick a smile.
- 5:46SPEAKER_04: I didn't roll my eyes.
- 5:47SPEAKER_04: I looked at the camera to let them know that I looked back at you to make sure you knew I was talking to you.
- 5:52SPEAKER_04: But yeah, I mean, there's a few other people.
- 5:53SPEAKER_04: I just can't think of the top of my head.
- 5:55SPEAKER_04: Okay, cool, cool.
- 5:55SPEAKER_04: I didn't I didn't realize that uh there was more than one Jackman, so it's all good.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, so you're saying Naeem's getting left out?
- 6:02SPEAKER_04: I if if I'm him, I'm trying to join up.
- 6:04SPEAKER_04: And he's the man.
- 6:06SPEAKER_04: They just boys.
- 6:07SPEAKER_04: He's Jack Man.
- 6:08SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 6:08SPEAKER_04: See what I'm saying?
- 6:09SPEAKER_04: Yo, listen, man.
- 6:10SPEAKER_04: Anyways, what music did you listen to, Mr.
- 6:14SPEAKER_04: Music Man?
- 6:14SPEAKER_04: I listened to all the albums.
- 6:16SPEAKER_04: All the new albums I've got.
- 6:17SPEAKER_04: I find that hard to believe, but what was your favorite one?
- 6:20SPEAKER_04: Uh the Clips one.
- 6:22SPEAKER_04: Oh.
- 6:23SPEAKER_04: Nigga came prepared.
- 6:24SPEAKER_04: I'm about to light you up, nigga.
- 6:26SPEAKER_04: What the hell?
- 6:27SPEAKER_04: So, um, what was your uh synopsis on the clips album?
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I haven't I didn't grow up like a clips fan or anything, but um Strike one.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: Like I listened to Pusha T's, like I was never really I knew Pusha T could rap and shit like that, but I never listened to like any of his projects until he came up with the last one with Kanye West.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh shit, this nigga nice.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: So then um I never listened to Malice ever.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: So that was my first time like listening to him.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: And I think he had the best song on the album.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Was it was the song we talked about, how he found his dad committing suicide.
- 7:01SPEAKER_04: That was uh you see the problem with um listening to music for me is I don't remember the names of the songs because I just play the album like in my car, and I'm like I think the car test is the best thing.
- 7:13SPEAKER_04: Because when I first listened to the clips album, I was like listening to it like through like a regular speaker, like you know, just chilling around the house.
- 7:19SPEAKER_04: But the car test to me is the thing.
- 7:21SPEAKER_04: So I think the song you're talking about is uh Birds Don't Sing.
- 7:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, something like that.
- 7:25SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so yeah, it's a song about their deceased pops.
- 7:28SPEAKER_04: Um okay, so give me a number out of ten.
- 7:32SPEAKER_04: I'll listen to it one time through, so I can't really just first, just you know, this is a hot this is a hot take.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: You don't have to sit on this.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: I'll say like like eight and a half nine.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: Um, who's a better rapper?
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Malice or uh you know what's crazy that since I don't really know like I don't I'm not really um that knowledgeable of them.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: Good, man.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: I was talking about current day music.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: But you're right though.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Um they kind of sound the same, like they have the same flow.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: No, no, like it's hard for me to at times it was hard for me to discern which which one was which.
- 8:05SPEAKER_04: I don't know how that's possible.
- 8:07SPEAKER_04: Okay, so you listened to um Thug Gunner and Um Baby on the song before, right?
- 8:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you can tell the difference?
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:16SPEAKER_04: See, when they first was like making music together, it's like a running joke in my group that we could not tell when Thugs verse started and like Baby's verse ended, because it all sounds like one dude because of how similar, like you know, the slang they use, the affliction they use.
- 8:32SPEAKER_04: But to me, malice and push a T is pretty easy.
- 8:34SPEAKER_04: Like, I think Pusha T has like a more nasally higher, like his voice is a little higher, and Malice is like a darker, even like so.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: To me, it's like pretty it's because they have the same exact flow.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: And then bars are kind of like the way they rap is like the same.
- 8:52SPEAKER_04: I think Pusha T is is is is uh um the flows are similar.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: Pusha T Pusha T, I think he he he uh emphasizes more on the the Coke.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: No, well that too, but I was gonna say like as far as like the structure of how he writes his music, like the the punchline he emphasizes more on that as far as and malice is like smooth, smooth.
- 9:13SPEAKER_04: I think Malice is like a more metaphor kind of guy.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:16SPEAKER_04: Like and and uh pushes like more similes, like Coke is like this, Coke is like that, I have this like that.
- 9:22SPEAKER_04: But I think the better rapper, I thought it was a known, like, you know, there's known knowns and known unknowns.
- 9:28SPEAKER_04: I thought it was a known known that Malice was the better rapper.
- 9:31SPEAKER_04: It's like I think it's the reverse of the Thompson twins.
- 9:35SPEAKER_04: I think the only Thompson twin I ever hear about is Amen, right?
- 9:40SPEAKER_04: And he's the better one.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: They actually they averaged the identical stats.
- 9:45SPEAKER_04: Oh, so then to me, this is probably an even better argument.
- 9:48SPEAKER_04: So to me, it's like Pusha T is the more known brother because Malice took a break and Pusha T has a solo career.
- 9:56SPEAKER_04: But I always assumed that everybody knew that Malice was the better rapper until this album came out.
- 10:00SPEAKER_04: A lot of people were like, oh shit, I didn't realize that uh Malice is the better rapper.
- 10:04SPEAKER_04: So I was just like, I thought that was like common knowledge, but it's dope.
- 10:07SPEAKER_04: I think uh what the clips is doing is dope for um older rappers because it got you know the younger generation, even though you're like uh you're younger than me.
- 10:15SPEAKER_04: I don't know why you did so.
- 10:16SPEAKER_04: You didn't do grinding in high school?
- 10:17SPEAKER_04: You didn't do the beat on the t on the lunch room table?
- 10:20SPEAKER_04: That's impossible, you know what I mean.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: I wasn't making beats.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, nobody made the beat.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: No, I'm saying I wasn't the nigga with the pencil that put you too.
- 10:27SPEAKER_04: That's the thing about the grind and beat.
- 10:28SPEAKER_04: You could be whack, because I'm not nice at doing that, but everybody could do it.
- 10:32SPEAKER_04: That that's what made the beat so dope.
- 10:34SPEAKER_04: Is that it was a very simple beat that you could replicate, but it was hard.
- 10:37SPEAKER_04: So, like, grinding don't mean nothing to you.
- 10:39SPEAKER_04: Like, that's like that beans something to me.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: Nah, it doesn't mean nothing to me.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: Like, I understand it's a it's a moment.
- 10:44SPEAKER_04: No, no, of course, but like you personally don't have a connection to the grinding beat.
- 10:48SPEAKER_04: Damn, that is crazy.
- 10:49SPEAKER_04: Alright, so tell me about the album you really want to talk about.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Which one was that?
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: Doesn't be one.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: Nah, my favorite, I think actually my favorite one might have been the Give Meon album.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: I'm more of an RB type of nigga.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: But um, what was that?
- 11:01SPEAKER_04: I have never heard yo, I've never heard you say I've sat down this podcast mad times.
- 11:05SPEAKER_04: I love RB as well, but I've never heard you say that.
- 11:07SPEAKER_04: Nigga, Chris Brown's my favorite artist.
- 11:09SPEAKER_04: Chris Brown kind of poppy though.
- 11:11SPEAKER_04: But he is RB.
- 11:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but the hell.
- 11:15SPEAKER_01: So he just went to Grammy for that?
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: I I I guess.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: No, he's like super poppy, you know, but yeah, dude.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: So he's like half and half.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: But um Justin Bieber's album, you know, Justin.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: So I was thinking about this.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: It's like it comes a point in an artist's career when he could think of either about legacy or think about I'm doing what's fun.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: So to me, well, I think even he would admit, because the name of the album is swag.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: Like Justin Bieber's album Right.
- 11:49SPEAKER_04: Swag.
- 11:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it don't he didn't like break it down like it means.
- 11:52SPEAKER_04: Nah, it's just swag.
- 11:52SPEAKER_04: It's just swag.
- 11:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 11:53SPEAKER_04: He's he's he's a wigger now.
- 11:55SPEAKER_04: He's always been.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: I never felt that way until like recently.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Nah, he's always been that.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Since ever since he went to Diddy's house for 24 hours or whatever, whatever the fuck that video was saying.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: Diddy turned them out.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: But um, swag.
- 12:08SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: Nah, go ahead, man.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: So, like I was saying, it's either you think about my legacy or I want to do what's fun because who gives a fuck?
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Because niggas know what I have done.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that's what Justin Bieber's path is right now.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: Like he knows I'm one of the greatest artists all time.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: I have one of the best voice.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: I'm one of the most iconic artists of all time.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: And who gives a fuck about me having 10 out of 10 albums every single time?
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: I'm doing what's fun and whatever I want to do now because I have all the money I never want for nothing.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: So who gives a fuck what you think about what I'm doing in my life?
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: I'm doing what's fun.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: And he said to himself, he's like, People want me to take a break from music because he did stop making music for years and years and years.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: He was like, But I feel like the culture needs me, so I'm gonna do what I feel like I should do.
- 12:54SPEAKER_03: Is there a hit record on this album?
- 12:57SPEAKER_03: No.
- 12:58SPEAKER_03: Was there a hit record on his last album?
- 13:01SPEAKER_03: I would have to look at his album.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: I think there was one.
- 13:04SPEAKER_04: Um, I'm not a super pop guy.
- 13:06SPEAKER_04: I fuck with pop, but I'm not super pop, so I can't really remember what it was called.
- 13:10SPEAKER_04: But it's that one that uh he has a really good ballad on it.
- 13:13SPEAKER_04: Like he he has a very good vocal performance on there.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah, he had mad hits on his on his album.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: It was um this is one that I had to peaches out in Georgia.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:23SPEAKER_04: That shit was a smash record, bro.
- 13:25SPEAKER_03: Justin Bieber write his own music.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: I don't really think that RB niggas.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: No, they don't.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: But but he writes some songs though.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Justin B.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: had a lot of songs on his album.
- 13:39SPEAKER_04: Justin Bieber?
- 13:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, no, no, I can't do that.
- 13:41SPEAKER_04: He's pop, bro.
- 13:43SPEAKER_04: Why, because he's white?
- 13:44SPEAKER_04: No, hell no.
- 13:45SPEAKER_04: We have um Justin Timberlake did uh did an RB album.
- 13:49SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 13:50SPEAKER_04: No, I don't he he has soul though.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: Like, I'll give that.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Justin has soul.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what that's what um so on the album, Drewski is like in the album.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: Like he has like skits.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, I was about to.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: No, Drewski can sing.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: Yo, you never heard Drewski's song?
- 14:06SPEAKER_04: He has music, like I give you.
- 14:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah, like he can really sing.
- 14:08SPEAKER_04: Like, he so he's RB too.
- 14:10SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he made a RB song.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: Yo, I I'm dead ass.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: It was him singing, and then the Bend the Don nigga, you know, the other nigga he be with.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: He was rapping.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: But that song is like a good song, though.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: Bro, I ain't gonna hold you, bro.
- 14:20SPEAKER_04: I'm dead ass.
- 14:21SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna give it a gander.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: But anyways, um, so Juice's on the album, like he's just like doing skits like in between, like he was telling Justin Bieber, like, yo, like you a white boy, but on the inside, you black.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Like you got sold.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: How do you feel about that?
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Um, I mean, obviously, we know a satire, so it's like there's some people that genuinely believe those things about white people.
- 14:40SPEAKER_04: How do you feel about that?
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: That with that that they're black on the inside.
- 14:44SPEAKER_04: I mean, is that statement like it remove the satire?
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: So I I just feel like they're it's like saying, Oh, you're invited to the cookout type of thing.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Like they're giving a white person a compliment, like, yo, even though you're white and our ancestors have these type of troubles in between them that I'm accepting of you being a part of what I see as my culture.
- 15:04unknown: Alright, man.
- 15:06SPEAKER_04: That's that's that's what you ask me about.
- 15:09SPEAKER_04: No, I it's like you gave me the definition.
- 15:11SPEAKER_04: I I knew that.
- 15:12SPEAKER_04: But like, how do you personally feel about that?
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, I mean the cooker.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Nah, I I mean I know I got some white niggas I feel like that about.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: I got one.
- 15:21SPEAKER_04: No, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
- 15:23SPEAKER_04: But my my thing is, why do we let white people do the most basic shit that black people do all the time?
- 15:30SPEAKER_04: And then because they can do it, it's like, oh yeah, you're not.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: Nah, I don't do that.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: But Justin Bieber, he's not doing basic shit.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: That's like, he's amazing.
- 15:38SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 15:39SPEAKER_04: Fair enough, fair enough.
- 15:40SPEAKER_04: All right, so uh there's no standout record for you.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: Uh first listen through, no.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: Oh, he has a song with Sexy Red.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: Okay, that gotta be hard.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: That songs.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: That's it's a he has he has good songs on there, but I don't see any of them being like billboard number one.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and that's that's and you're saying that's not what he was trying to do anymore.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: He's just doing something fun.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Like he featured a whole bunch of artists.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: Like he has a song with Lil B.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: He has a song with Cash Cobain.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: He got uh New York.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: Let me see.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: Oh, he had a bunch of features.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: Like he was just like just doing random shit.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: Like he has a lot of songs by himself.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: It's uh there's 21 songs on his album.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 16:12SPEAKER_04: Yeah, this is the wigger album.
- 16:13SPEAKER_04: This nigga went full wig.
- 16:15SPEAKER_04: Um, my man said sexy red though.
- 16:17SPEAKER_04: That that got a song.
- 16:18SPEAKER_04: He got a song with Gunner too.
- 16:19SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 16:20SPEAKER_04: I wonder how Thug feels about that.
- 16:22SPEAKER_04: Thug has been very vocal.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Thug don't you don't see what uh Young Thug said the other day?
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: He said that if you a rat, um you shouldn't be making rap music no more.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: Just rap uh do he said gospel music or some shit.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 16:35SPEAKER_04: He's been very vocal about it.
- 16:36SPEAKER_04: I'm pretty sure he's talking about Gunner.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, of course.
- 16:39SPEAKER_03: So I think um I mean Justin Bieber and Young Thug not friends.
- 16:44SPEAKER_03: I don't think.
- 16:45SPEAKER_03: I mean I don't think it matters.
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: I'm just saying Gunner.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: Alright, uh Give you on.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: Give meon's gonna like any album he does, it's gonna be a Give Yon album.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: Like Giveon's uh I'm pretty sure he writes his music and he has a like a very distinct voice.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: The way he uses his voice is like he's he's a very good artist.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: I like Give Yon's album a lot.
- 17:08SPEAKER_04: Like a trumpet.
- 17:09SPEAKER_04: But my problem with him is um it's it's all starting to sound the same.
- 17:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it does.
- 17:14SPEAKER_04: That is my only issue.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: And he takes a long time to come out with music too.
- 17:17SPEAKER_04: Well, I actually respect that though.
- 17:19SPEAKER_04: I like I like that he puts the time into his craft, but I need what what what album is this for him?
- 17:25SPEAKER_04: Maybe three.
- 17:26SPEAKER_04: Maybe third.
- 17:27SPEAKER_04: I think around this time, I think you gotta start getting a little bit more experimental.
- 17:33SPEAKER_04: You know?
- 17:34SPEAKER_04: But I mean with that voice, it's come on now.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: This is fourth.
- 17:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you see what I'm saying?
- 17:39SPEAKER_04: Like he's four albums in and like Well, actually, one of his albums had like the same song.
- 17:45SPEAKER_04: Well, let's say three, four, whatever.
- 17:46SPEAKER_04: Okay, yeah.
- 17:47SPEAKER_04: But I I personally just feel like he should now start like doing get a little bit more experimental.
- 17:52SPEAKER_04: It doesn't i it it doesn't maybe the subject matter can change a little bit.
- 17:54SPEAKER_04: Maybe the um the product production, like maybe do a concept album.
- 17:58SPEAKER_04: Um, because to me, um the dude, uh what is it, Leon Thomas?
- 18:02SPEAKER_04: I mean, I feel like he's like starting to like circle the wagons a little bit with this RB shit.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, that's when you have a certain type of voice, is you have more like you can be more versatile.
- 18:14SPEAKER_04: So I mean, no, it's that's fair, but like he could do some flash shit, like do a concept album.
- 18:21SPEAKER_04: Like niggas don't do concept albums no more.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: That shit is whack.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: That shit is kind of whack, I'm not gonna lie.
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: Concept album is kind of whack.
- 18:28SPEAKER_04: I don't think so.
- 18:29SPEAKER_04: Uh it's it's different.
- 18:30SPEAKER_04: But alright.
- 18:32SPEAKER_03: Um, so you said Is there a standout record on that album?
- 18:38SPEAKER_03: There probably is, but I gotta listen to it more.
- 18:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because my favorite thing when um when um music like it's like a inside baseball thing for me, is I like to figure out what's gonna be the hit that's not obviously the hit.
- 18:50SPEAKER_04: So like when um when Young Thug dropped um So Much Fun, I think I isolated Hot and Bad, Bad, Bad.
- 19:00SPEAKER_04: I was like, okay, I think these two songs are gonna go.
- 19:03SPEAKER_04: And you know, sometimes it's a it's a hit or miss thing, but that's like a little inside baseball thing I do.
- 19:06SPEAKER_04: Um Back to the Clips album for me, because it's the only one out of the the the three or four that dropped I listened to.
- 19:12SPEAKER_04: Oh well, the the Jack Boys thing?
- 19:14SPEAKER_04: Did you I didn't finish, I didn't even get to.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: It's too much music on the club.
- 19:16SPEAKER_04: How much how long is the album?
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: Like how many songs?
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's probably mad songs.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: They always drop some songs.
- 19:22SPEAKER_04: I really did not know.
- 19:23SPEAKER_04: 17 songs.
- 19:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I really didn't know that Shaq West was still making music.
- 19:26SPEAKER_04: That's dope, though.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it went to play basketball or some shit, and then he came back and started making music.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: He tried to make the NBA.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, I guess.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: He did like a whole thing.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: He put his name in the draft and he did like a whole music video about being a.
- 19:38SPEAKER_04: Oh no, I remember that.
- 19:39SPEAKER_04: I just thought that was a rollout.
- 19:40SPEAKER_04: But he was like really like trying to go.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Well, he went and played professional in some in like Paris or some shit, but he's not that good.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: So come on now.
- 19:47SPEAKER_04: Play professional.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: That's off of like I'm Shaq West.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: It's not because he was good.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: It's like Megas heard his music and was like, yeah, we're No, because you're famous, so you have a connection to be able to do something.
- 19:58SPEAKER_04: Oh, so you don't think J.
- 19:59SPEAKER_04: Cole deserves his spot in the Africa League either?
- 20:01SPEAKER_04: I don't think, well, that's why he went to Africa, because he's like, he's not that good.
- 20:05SPEAKER_04: This is the second time you shoot in Africa today.
- 20:08SPEAKER_04: That was crazy, bro.
- 20:09SPEAKER_04: Africa don't got a league, that's good.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: That's good?
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: That's ironic.
- 20:16SPEAKER_03: Um, all right.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: That was ironic.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: Niggas.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: But they didn't basketball's an American sport.
- 20:24SPEAKER_04: Basketball's a Canadian sport, nigga.
- 20:26SPEAKER_04: Don't do that.
- 20:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's North America.
- 20:29SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 20:30SPEAKER_04: But no, but I would just I would just assume that Africans could like have a decent leap.
- 20:34SPEAKER_04: Like, not number one, but maybe like two or three.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: Hell no.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: It's about the the advancement of the society.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: Like Africa's still throw, well, most of the countries that throw well countries.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, bro.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: A lot or a lot of them.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: Like, even the countries that have some of the best players don't even have indoor basketball courts.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: Like, I like that's crazy.
- 20:52SPEAKER_04: I'm shocked that they don't, you know, haven't, especially because they have a lot of guys that have been in the league.
- 20:58SPEAKER_04: They don't have that much.
- 20:59SPEAKER_04: No, I'm just talking about historically.
- 21:01SPEAKER_04: They could have like they can't get one good league together, you know what I'm saying?
- 21:04SPEAKER_04: From the guys that they have had or playing currently.
- 21:07SPEAKER_04: They're trying to.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: That's what um Lu Al Dang.
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Lu Al Dang.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: He's that's what that's that's what his country doesn't have an indoor basketball court at all.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: Like in the whole country, that's crazy.
- 21:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's crazy to me because he's like made a lot of money.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: But he's in, I mean, he's not a fucking like making money like how these niggas is making now.
- 21:23SPEAKER_04: Indoor basketball court?
- 21:24SPEAKER_04: How much money do you think that takes to make?
- 21:26SPEAKER_04: A lot, millions of dollars.
- 21:27SPEAKER_04: Indoor basketball court.
- 21:28SPEAKER_04: That takes millions of dollars to make.
- 21:29SPEAKER_04: Okay, if it takes a mil like a couple millions to make, he made a lot of money.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: So you think that he's just gonna take a million dollars?
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: So, all right, how I don't think how you know.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: No, no, explain.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: So when you're in the NBA, right?
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: Say, let's say, matter of fact, I'm just gonna look up how much he made in his career.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: Nigga, that nigga made a lot of money.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Because nowadays, niggas is making crazy money.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: He wasn't making that money.
- 21:53SPEAKER_04: He got two max contracts, I believe.
- 21:57SPEAKER_04: That nigga made a lot of money, bro.
- 21:59SPEAKER_04: I don't think you understand.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: This nigga was not a bench warmer.
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but he was also spending money while he was going off.
- 22:05SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he couldn't build one fuck.
- 22:06SPEAKER_04: Yo, LeBron built the whole city, my nigga.
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: The whole city.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: What are you talking about?
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: He made 168.5 million.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: You see my point?
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: All right, but that doesn't mean he's gonna take$5 million out of his pocket and put it in in Africa.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: I mean, he probably did, but he's probably doing it with other things.
- 22:23SPEAKER_04: No, no, that's fair.
- 22:23SPEAKER_04: That's fair.
- 22:24SPEAKER_04: I'm just, you know.
- 22:26SPEAKER_04: I think he should have built one indoor basketball thing.
- 22:28SPEAKER_04: He's a basketball player.
- 22:29SPEAKER_04: Well, he played.
- 22:30SPEAKER_04: Where the fuck he played when he goes there?
- 22:32SPEAKER_04: Outside.
- 22:34SPEAKER_02: That's the problem.
- 22:35SPEAKER_04: They go five mil.
- 22:36SPEAKER_04: Come on, son.
- 22:37SPEAKER_04: That nigga sneeze five mil.
- 22:38SPEAKER_04: Fuck out of here.
- 22:39SPEAKER_04: Shout out Lou Aldano.
- 22:40SPEAKER_04: All right, let's keep it music though.
- 22:42SPEAKER_04: Drake is in the in the news again.
- 22:46SPEAKER_04: And he says that uh UK rappers are the best lyricist.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: Then they go on some fuck America time, and that's what it really is.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: So Oh shit.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: That's just like that's I think that's stemming off of the fucking Join of Lucas and Skepta shit.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: Oh no, that's exactly I didn't I didn't listen to the song though.
- 23:04SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 23:05SPEAKER_04: So I'm a music nigga.
- 23:09SPEAKER_04: I like hip hop.
- 23:10SPEAKER_04: I love hip hop.
- 23:11SPEAKER_04: Hip hop is a part of me.
- 23:13SPEAKER_04: I'm a part of hip hop.
- 23:14SPEAKER_04: I actually tried my hand at rapping a little bit.
- 23:16SPEAKER_04: You never did that.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: I said we could do a sci-fi.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: Did I?
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: No, I never put a verse.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Nah, I never put a verse on a song.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: Because I just haven't.
- 23:26SPEAKER_04: You've been you've been around rappers.
- 23:27SPEAKER_04: You never you've been in a studio, I'm sure.
- 23:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I used to just shoot videos.
- 23:31SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you never had to like, yo, let me get let me get on here real fast.
- 23:34SPEAKER_04: Nah.
- 23:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, come on.
- 23:35SPEAKER_04: You gotta, you know, you might have a hidden talent, you never know.
- 23:38SPEAKER_04: But the joiner Lucas, Skepta, that that's what kind of started the whole thing.
- 23:45SPEAKER_04: Skepta basically challenged um America, all of America.
- 23:50SPEAKER_04: Like I it was a friendly thing though, from from my perspective.
- 23:55SPEAKER_04: And what I didn't like is when he got a reaction, he like was like, nah, I I didn't work, I didn't become a GOAT in my field for Jordan Lucas to be the nigga I'm battling.
- 24:07SPEAKER_04: That was like kind of his response.
- 24:09SPEAKER_04: I think that was kind of weak.
- 24:10SPEAKER_04: Um I do understand it though, because it's like if you're Kendrick and Joey Badass has been dissing you for like fucking a month now, uh Kendrick might not feel like he needs to respond because like Joey gotta like raise his profile.
- 24:23SPEAKER_04: Which some people agree with, some people don't.
- 24:25SPEAKER_04: The essence of hip-hop, I feel like you gotta if you're the chant, you kind of gotta take all contenders, but within reason.
- 24:32SPEAKER_04: Like, if I dissed fucking Kendrick, I don't think he should be fucking battling me.
- 24:37SPEAKER_04: But Skepta probably has the same amount of or even less no notoriety in America than Jordan Lucas.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's all I'm saying.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: Like, Skepta, you you full of shit.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: Like, what the hell?
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: Nobody gives a fuck about no fucking Skepta here.
- 24:52SPEAKER_04: Then the nigga called out ASAP Rocky by name.
- 24:56SPEAKER_04: Again, he wants he wants to keep it friendly.
- 24:57SPEAKER_04: He's like, Yeah, I'm I want to battle a nigga like ASAP.
- 25:00SPEAKER_04: And you choose a nigga like ASAP is not a lyricist.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and he also don't fucking.
- 25:05SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he don't.
- 25:05SPEAKER_04: I mean, he's been trying.
- 25:06SPEAKER_04: And Drake kind of pointed that out, but that's not it.
- 25:08SPEAKER_04: He's from New York.
- 25:09SPEAKER_04: We can't diss him.
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: Nah, he has an album that's been almost coming out for Malon.
- 25:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, for Mail on now.
- 25:14SPEAKER_04: Um, yeah, what, testing?
- 25:16SPEAKER_04: The new albums were Don't Be Dumb, or is that one that already came out?
- 25:20SPEAKER_04: There's no album, Don't Be Dumb.
- 25:21SPEAKER_04: Oh.
- 25:21SPEAKER_04: Like Testing was his last album.
- 25:23SPEAKER_04: Okay, so yeah, I think Don't Be Dumb is the one we're we've been waiting on, but I think he changed the name again.
- 25:27SPEAKER_04: But yeah, so I think Skeptor was already bugging the fuck out with his approach on this whole thing.
- 25:33SPEAKER_04: And then I think Drake kind of just to me, he kind of ruined the little buzz because now it's so absurd that it's it can't be fun anymore.
- 25:43SPEAKER_04: Because him saying that they're better lyricists, I don't understand.
- 25:47SPEAKER_04: Like, is he talking about today?
- 25:49SPEAKER_04: Is he talking about all time?
- 25:51SPEAKER_04: Is he talking about his personal preference and when he listens to music?
- 25:56SPEAKER_04: So it's just a very strange thing to say.
- 25:59SPEAKER_04: And when he was in London when he said it, yeah.
- 26:02SPEAKER_04: I mean, I think you're you're probably right.
- 26:03SPEAKER_04: It's he's on some fuck America shit.
- 26:05SPEAKER_04: They're not like us.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's that's really because just like I was saying last week, Drake is the type of nigga where it's like, if you my men's, you are the best nigga ever.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: I'ma put I'm a I'ma big you up as any as many times as I can, blah blah blah blah.
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: So all these American niggas that turn my back on me, I fuck y'all niggas these UK niggas never turn their back on me.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: Yo, UK is the illest shit out, nigga.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: The fuck is y'all niggas talking about?
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: My son's skepta, he's smoking y'all boots.
- 26:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but the problem with that type of thinking and rhetoric is now you're gonna get your man's like jammed up.
- 26:36SPEAKER_04: That's like if oh you my man's and I'm like, oh, this nigga Cash could beat anybody in a fight.
- 26:42SPEAKER_04: That's setting you up to get your ass whooped.
- 26:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I don't think that's a friend.
- 26:45SPEAKER_04: That's that's fucked up.
- 26:46SPEAKER_04: That's fucked up.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: So But I mean, if I'm a nigga that feels like I could beat everybody up, then you wouldn't be wrong for saying that.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: That's like saying we're playing one-on-one and and like yo, my son Cash is nice, or my son AG is nice, that nigga bust anybody ass in basketball, and then some fucking pro nigga come, but I let's first play.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: And you really feel like you could beat him.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: So I'm I'm gonna just have your back because confidence means a lot in any work of life.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: So if I'm giving you the confidence you need, maybe you could beat the nigga.
- 27:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but like when you know for a fact that your man can't do something, I think it's there's a way to retreat respectfully.
- 27:21SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 27:21SPEAKER_04: Well, definitely.
- 27:22SPEAKER_04: I don't I don't do that.
- 27:23SPEAKER_04: I tell a nigga straight up, like, yo, you suck.
- 27:25SPEAKER_04: Nah, you see, there's a spectrum here.
- 27:27SPEAKER_04: No.
- 27:27SPEAKER_04: You don't gotta do that.
- 27:28SPEAKER_04: That's not your friend.
- 27:29SPEAKER_04: I'm just telling you, I'm really.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: No, it don't.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: Yo, yes, it does.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: Telling your friend he sucks.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: If my man sucks and he, I'm like, yo, listen, you're not good.
- 27:37SPEAKER_04: No, that's not the same thing as telling somebody they suck.
- 27:39SPEAKER_04: Hey man, you're not that good at that.
- 27:41SPEAKER_04: Hey, you suck.
- 27:42SPEAKER_04: That's not the same thing.
- 27:43SPEAKER_04: So now we're talking about tone.
- 27:45SPEAKER_04: Yes, absolutely.
- 27:46SPEAKER_04: That shit matter in a friendship.
- 27:47SPEAKER_04: We're talking about friends here.
- 27:50SPEAKER_01: Nigga.
- 27:52SPEAKER_04: Yo, I'm yo, I can't wait till we have one of your peoples come on this pod so I can ask them some questions about you.
- 27:59SPEAKER_01: You could, they're gonna say, yo, I promise you, they they might tell you that I'm worse than how I'm portrayed.
- 28:04SPEAKER_04: I'm not saying no, but then my follow-up questions are gonna be like, Why don't why do you even speak to this nigga?
- 28:08SPEAKER_04: That that would be my follow-up thing.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: Okay, that'll be a question for them next.
- 28:12SPEAKER_04: That's what I'm saying.
- 28:13SPEAKER_04: Because this sounds crazy to me.
- 28:15SPEAKER_04: If I start doing fucking art and I come in here with a fucking art piece, and your response to me is, oh, this sucks, that's gonna offend me.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: Well, I might not say you suck then.
- 28:26SPEAKER_01: I might be like, yo, I'm not not sure.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm not feeling this.
- 28:28SPEAKER_04: I'm not especially knowing that artists, because a lot of my friends are artists, they make music.
- 28:33SPEAKER_04: Um artists are very sensitive about their shit.
- 28:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 28:38SPEAKER_04: So it's like you can't tell a nigga.
- 28:40SPEAKER_01: Nigga just be sensitive about anything, it don't even matter what it is.
- 28:43SPEAKER_04: I don't know if I agree with that.
- 28:44SPEAKER_04: But artists are definitely very sensitive about their stuff.
- 28:46SPEAKER_04: So telling a nigga that he sucked is kind of aggressive.
- 28:50SPEAKER_04: That's that's your friend.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I might not say you suck.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna be like, yo, yeah.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: That's not it.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: That's not it.
- 28:56SPEAKER_04: Thank you for being a normal person.
- 28:58SPEAKER_04: We got one.
- 28:58SPEAKER_04: We got we got him today.
- 29:00SPEAKER_04: All right.
- 29:00SPEAKER_04: So how do you think there's a fallout?
- 29:04SPEAKER_04: Do you think any like USA Like I saw it on Twitter, but it's not by rappers, it's just by like people talking.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: Skeptus should be battling a nigga like Joanna Lucas.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I agree.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Like, who do you want to you want to battle Kendrick Lamar?
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: Nobody wants first of all, nobody wants to listen to your shit.
- 29:20SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna lose by default.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: That uh uh uh nobody nobody wanna hear that shit.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: And these niggas' lyrics, if you really listen to their song, they be so basic.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: It's just you're more the thing that's more attention-grabbing is their accent rather than the shit they're saying.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Like, if you listen to these UK niggas rap, like I'd be listening to like these grind DVD or whatever the fuck they had over there.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Um I seen the old videos, and that shit is like the shit they're saying is whack, but it just sounds cool because of the accent.
- 29:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, I don't got a problem with the UK uh rap.
- 29:51SPEAKER_04: It's not, I guess this is like back to the Africa thing.
- 29:54SPEAKER_04: Um, it's not the the second or third best league in rapping.
- 29:58SPEAKER_01: Like well, it'll be the second best, I guess.
- 30:01unknown: I don't know.
- 30:02SPEAKER_01: Canada.
- 30:02SPEAKER_01: Country?
- 30:03SPEAKER_01: Canada?
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: Well, there's only like one Canadian nigga.
- 30:06SPEAKER_04: Nah, I think we got Tory Lanez.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 30:09SPEAKER_04: We got the weekend.
- 30:10SPEAKER_04: He doesn't rap.
- 30:11SPEAKER_04: He doesn't rap, but that nigga, I'd take the weekend or Skepton to rap off.
- 30:16SPEAKER_04: I think that nigga with a shoe.
- 30:19SPEAKER_04: I'm telling you, that nigga That shit was trapped.
- 30:22SPEAKER_04: That nigga hit some shit off.
- 30:25SPEAKER_04: But um, yeah, like they they not and and like I said, they just now bubbling up.
- 30:30SPEAKER_04: They finally got a couple would you consider uh Central C uh a superstar?
- 30:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 30:36unknown: Okay.
- 30:37SPEAKER_04: I don't know if I go that far, but they get they starting to get some stars.
- 30:40SPEAKER_04: So why wouldn't he be a superstar though?
- 30:42SPEAKER_03: Um can he tour?
- 30:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:47SPEAKER_04: If you say so.
- 30:48SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't know if he can.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: What kind of tour?
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: Like a stadium?
- 30:51SPEAKER_04: No, like a regular tour.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Central Seek, yeah.
- 30:54SPEAKER_04: He got like four records.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: No, he doesn't.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: He has an album.
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: Of course he got an album.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but like how much hit?
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: So you're saying he only has four hits?
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: Like, how much hits do you need to tour?
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, you could tell.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: Like I spice went on a fucking international tour.
- 31:06SPEAKER_01: She got one like one good song.
- 31:08SPEAKER_04: She's the she's the queen of the city.
- 31:10SPEAKER_04: Like, she's from New York.
- 31:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, she made a song with Central C.
- 31:12SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I know.
- 31:13SPEAKER_04: That's why I asked.
- 31:14SPEAKER_04: I I'm trying to remember you the you the new guy.
- 31:16SPEAKER_04: You like the you the new rapper.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Central C could he could tour.
- 31:19SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 31:20SPEAKER_04: I'm pretty sure he has been on tours.
- 31:21SPEAKER_04: But like Central C literally, like, he can't he can't bar up Ice Spice.
- 31:25SPEAKER_04: Like he can't what?
- 31:27SPEAKER_04: He can't bar up.
- 31:29SPEAKER_04: I think Ice Spice got him on that song.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, I thought you meant like if they dissing each other.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm talking about.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: Like I think that you know what?
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: This nigga can say anything.
- 31:38SPEAKER_04: I'm dead ass though.
- 31:39SPEAKER_04: That's that's the problem.
- 31:41SPEAKER_04: Like, I don't know.
- 31:42SPEAKER_04: I think I know a couple of skeptic songs because it's like 2K or something.
- 31:45SPEAKER_04: But like I don't really I never dove into his music, so I don't know where this is coming from.
- 31:51SPEAKER_04: But it it will in the the idea behind it is pretty dope.
- 31:54SPEAKER_04: I think um friendly, you know, rap between the continents could be dope.
- 32:01SPEAKER_04: Just to see what like how would they cut like how would they make fun of us?
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: I think you say American niggas is fat and dumb.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: That's all they ever say.
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: You don't know geography, you don't know what your parents are.
- 32:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but that doesn't that doesn't work in bars.
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know, but I don't know what what what could they say?
- 32:18SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: Like it's just And then what like how would they dig up dirt?
- 32:22SPEAKER_01: Like American media is so like it's global.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so but niggas not gonna really find you you have to pay somebody to find dirt on Skepta because who nobody's in UK.
- 32:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so I don't know.
- 32:33SPEAKER_04: I don't I really don't know how it would go, but I would I would have enjoyed it.
- 32:36SPEAKER_04: But to me, Drake kind of ruined the whole thing by making it like not funny and cool anymore.
- 32:40SPEAKER_04: It's like now he's just saying anything.
- 32:43SPEAKER_04: Um You you excited for his new album?
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: Drake?
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, I always like when Drake came out with a new album.
- 32:50SPEAKER_01: Um I don't think well, I don't I didn't really like his last album that much.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: Sexy Songs for You or the one before that?
- 32:58SPEAKER_01: I think the one before.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: Well, Sexy Songs for You, that was cool.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: But let me see what the what was his last album?
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: Was it um For All the Dogs?
- 33:04SPEAKER_01: I don't I wasn't a big fan of that one.
- 33:06SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: I think Certified Love Boy is like that was like that's Drake.
- 33:11SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 33:11SPEAKER_04: Um I'm a new Drake fan.
- 33:13SPEAKER_04: I I know all his hits, obviously, because I partied to them.
- 33:16SPEAKER_04: But uh I'm starting to go back through his discography.
- 33:18SPEAKER_04: And um he's um Drake, Drake actually a better rapper than I thought he was.
- 33:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Drake is elite.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: That's why niggas saying Drake.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: Elite.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: He is.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: Yo, Drake is nice.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: Nah, he's nice.
- 33:32SPEAKER_04: I thought he was just a party artist type nigga.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: No.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: He actually could rap.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: What album?
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: You you haven't listened to all his albums yet?
- 33:38SPEAKER_04: Nah, I I take my time with music.
- 33:39SPEAKER_04: I'm starting to snigga.
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: It's been like fucking like almost a year.
- 33:43SPEAKER_04: Nigga, you think I'm just sitting around listening to music?
- 33:45SPEAKER_04: I got shit to do.
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but you have a car and you drive every day.
- 33:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: So you could just listen to in one year, you don't think you could have listened to eight albums?
- 33:53SPEAKER_04: Absolutely, but I like podcasts and stuff too.
- 33:56SPEAKER_04: All right.
- 33:56SPEAKER_04: Check us out.
- 33:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but um, yeah, and I'm getting through his catalog.
- 34:00SPEAKER_04: He definitely be barring niggas up.
- 34:02SPEAKER_04: But I'm I'm like, I'm not unfamiliar with Drake.
- 34:05SPEAKER_04: Like, just want to make that clear.
- 34:06SPEAKER_04: Like, I know the I know the hits.
- 34:08SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:08SPEAKER_04: But I didn't realize that his pen was that good.
- 34:10SPEAKER_04: And I've been surrounded by Drake fans my entire life, so it's been insufferable.
- 34:14SPEAKER_04: So I purposely be an antagonist.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: Because you that's what you basically saying.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: You say Drake was being insufferable, so you avoided his music.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was being an antagonist.
- 34:25SPEAKER_04: Well, I guess.
- 34:26SPEAKER_04: Maybe.
- 34:27SPEAKER_04: But yeah.
- 34:27SPEAKER_04: Shout out Drake.
- 34:28SPEAKER_04: Um, uh, our last music topic though, which you have to do with a lot of explaining, because I don't know what's going on with your girl.
- 34:34SPEAKER_04: It's Nicki Minaj.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, so yeah.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: Nicki Minaj's been going on this tirade, as per usual, where she's been um saying that Jay-Z owes her mad money, and her his label exec is a is a rat and got bonded out by Trump and all this shit.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Basically, her whole beef with him is from a title deal when uh She said no.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's not it?
- 34:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, she said that oh, like y'all, y'all, oh, you do the Nick Minos, but she did that whole Nikki thing, like, oh, y'all think it's that?
- 35:05SPEAKER_04: Y'all think it's the title thing?
- 35:06SPEAKER_04: It's way more than that.
- 35:08SPEAKER_04: Like she did that whole thing.
- 35:09SPEAKER_04: Oh, or yeah, she said that's like the bottom, like that's the lowest level.
- 35:12SPEAKER_04: So then how she owe.
- 35:13SPEAKER_04: Well, I don't know.
- 35:14SPEAKER_04: That's what we owe.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: So nobody knows what's going on.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she clearly does.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: But yeah, she only she knows.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: Well, she said she's gonna expose a nigga, right?
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: Or some shit.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, bro.
- 35:23SPEAKER_04: Like, okay.
- 35:25SPEAKER_04: Let's just talk about some actual facts.
- 35:27SPEAKER_04: Is Nicki Minaj the greatest uh rapper, woman rapper of all time?
- 35:31SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 35:32SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 35:33SPEAKER_04: Why is she doing this to her career?
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: She's Justin Bieber thing.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: Nah, come on.
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: You can either go with the mystique of I'm the best all time, I don't need to talk to nobody, or I could do what's fun.
- 35:46SPEAKER_01: And she's doing what's fun.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: Jay-Z E, on the other hand, is doing the other thing.
- 35:50SPEAKER_01: I'm the greatest rapper of all time.
- 35:51SPEAKER_01: So you agree.
- 35:53SPEAKER_01: That jiggers the goat.
- 35:55SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 35:56SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 35:57SPEAKER_01: Um expect that.
- 35:59SPEAKER_01: I'm the greatest rapper of all time.
- 36:01SPEAKER_01: Uh so I don't gotta talk no more.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: I don't gotta be in the public guy, I don't gotta drop music.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: I could just go out with grace and just be do my own thing on the business side.
- 36:09SPEAKER_01: I don't gotta be in the public.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: It's two sides of the coin.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: I'm a Nikki fan.
- 36:13SPEAKER_01: I'm a I'm a I'm a Jigger fan.
- 36:16SPEAKER_03: Um This is New York versus New York, bro.
- 36:20SPEAKER_03: I don't like that offer it.
- 36:21SPEAKER_04: Um, but I just don't like seeing our elder statesmen, especially people that are like real, like, why couldn't they just handle this behind the scenes?
- 36:32SPEAKER_04: What's the social media angle?
- 36:33SPEAKER_04: Because she's probably been trying to reach out and niggas not answering.
- 36:36SPEAKER_04: You and you think that's the way he's gonna she's gonna get an answer from him?
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: No, but she, you know, just like any other New York girl, she goes on social media about it.
- 36:45SPEAKER_04: I don't know, man.
- 36:46SPEAKER_04: I don't like this.
- 36:47SPEAKER_04: Um, I would rather get some new music from her, honestly.
- 36:50SPEAKER_01: You want to hear a new Nicki Minaj album?
- 36:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Honestly speaking.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: Did you listen to the last one?
- 36:55SPEAKER_01: No.
- 36:56SPEAKER_04: But I but I prefer I prefer her put this in a rap than what she's doing on Twitter.
- 37:00SPEAKER_04: So she wants you want her make a diss song that you I would rather that.
- 37:03SPEAKER_04: That's hip-hop.
- 37:04SPEAKER_04: This shit she's doing is not hip-hop, bro.
- 37:05SPEAKER_04: This is bad.
- 37:07SPEAKER_04: Um, the Desiree being a rat thing, she's not wrong about that.
- 37:10SPEAKER_04: She did uh she was like an informant.
- 37:12SPEAKER_04: Like she helped take down like a fucking drug cell or something, like a fucking cartel thing.
- 37:18SPEAKER_04: But I don't see the relevancy.
- 37:22SPEAKER_04: What does her being a rat have to do with you getting your money from Jay-Z?
- 37:26SPEAKER_01: She's talking shit.
- 37:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but like she's doing a New York girl thing.
- 37:30SPEAKER_04: Oh my god, bro.
- 37:31SPEAKER_04: I just it's just I just don't like seeing it.
- 37:35SPEAKER_04: It's it's a bad look for hip-hop, it's a bad look for Nikki.
- 37:39SPEAKER_03: And like if you're if you're Jay-Z, how what would you do?
- 37:46SPEAKER_03: Nothing.
- 37:47SPEAKER_03: Oh, so you you just let let this rock out.
- 37:49SPEAKER_01: Jay-Z got another thing to worry about.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: He got a fucking paternity floor, so you gotta worry about it.
- 37:54SPEAKER_04: Let's let's let's get into that a little bit.
- 37:56SPEAKER_04: If you're up like him, why don't you just take the test?
- 38:00SPEAKER_04: Because I know why I wouldn't.
- 38:01SPEAKER_04: Because he's scared.
- 38:02SPEAKER_04: Nah, nah, nah.
- 38:04SPEAKER_04: The reason why I wouldn't do it is because now that just opens the floodgates to everybody every person.
- 38:10SPEAKER_01: Nah, but it has to get passed by the judge.
- 38:12SPEAKER_01: The judge actually passed because the judge believed the case.
- 38:13SPEAKER_04: Oh, the judge passed it?
- 38:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 38:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, so he's he has to do it.
- 38:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he has to do it.
- 38:17SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 38:17SPEAKER_04: And does do you think this changes anything?
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: Well, if he's actually his son.
- 38:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, what does it change?
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: Now this nigga about get famous on social media and start talking, probably.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: About what?
- 38:25SPEAKER_04: Like just anything.
- 38:26SPEAKER_01: You didn't grow up with Jay-Z.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: He's like.
- 38:28SPEAKER_01: But niggas just gonna just make him niggas get famous for the stuff.
- 38:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's for less for less.
- 38:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's that's dope.
- 38:33SPEAKER_04: Um damn, son.
- 38:35SPEAKER_04: How do you explain that to Beyonce if you Jay-Z?
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: Well, was they together at that time?
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: Because that nigga's mad old.
- 38:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, even if they were, though.
- 38:44SPEAKER_04: You know how women are.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Nigga, he's famous.
- 38:46SPEAKER_01: What the hell?
- 38:47SPEAKER_01: Nigga fuck a million bitches.
- 38:48SPEAKER_01: So you just left your kid out there?
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: He didn't know.
- 38:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, you didn't know.
- 38:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 38:54SPEAKER_01: I don't know, man.
- 38:55SPEAKER_01: What you're gonna do is drop another lemonade.
- 38:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 38:58SPEAKER_04: Cowboy Carter lemonade, man.
- 39:01SPEAKER_04: But I I hope uh Nikki uh gets over this.
- 39:05SPEAKER_04: I hope they reconcile.
- 39:06SPEAKER_04: I hope they can speak about this.
- 39:07SPEAKER_04: I think the Super Bowl thing bothered her too, because she keeps bringing that shit up.
- 39:10SPEAKER_04: She said that like Jay-Z ruined the NFL, the NBA.
- 39:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that's what really I think that's what really sparked the whole beef.
- 39:17SPEAKER_01: Like, so she was, I think she was holding it down.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: If she if she actu if she if he actually did owe her money, I feel like she was holding it down about the money until the Super Bowl shit.
- 39:25SPEAKER_01: And she's like, Alright, now fuck this nigga.
- 39:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but and I don't know if it's true, but they announced that uh Jay-Z might be the uh headliner for the next Super Bowl.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've seen that too.
- 39:34SPEAKER_01: But how do you feel about that?
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, who else was would be like, because they have to like I feel like he's like building every year is getting like bigger and bigger and bigger, and it's like after last year, the only next person would be Drake, but obviously he can't do that.
- 39:48SPEAKER_01: So what's he gonna do?
- 39:49SPEAKER_04: If I'm Jay-Z, I don't want to follow fucking Kendrick.
- 39:52SPEAKER_04: Like, why would I want to follow that?
- 39:54SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, Jay-Z could easily put on a bigger performance than Kendrick.
- 39:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but it's the the cultural impact that Kendrick did, it's really hard to follow.
- 40:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but then it's gonna be like yo, Jay-Z went in a crazy run because he had Usher.
- 40:07SPEAKER_01: Who do he had before Usher?
- 40:09SPEAKER_01: Was Usher his first one?
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: No.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: Nah, Rihanna.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: Rihanna was his first one.
- 40:12SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: So he had Rihanna, Usher, Kendrick, and then him.
- 40:15SPEAKER_01: Then be like, yo, this nigga went on a crazy run for the Super Bowl.
- 40:18SPEAKER_01: Yo, I love black people.
- 40:19SPEAKER_04: I think we gotta do Kanye before him.
- 40:21SPEAKER_01: Nah, he would never do that.
- 40:23SPEAKER_04: He got to.
- 40:24SPEAKER_04: That would be crazy, dude.
- 40:25SPEAKER_04: I think if I'm if I'm trying to top Kendrick, I throw Kanye out there.
- 40:30SPEAKER_04: But you can't trust Kanye.
- 40:32SPEAKER_04: That's the point.
- 40:32SPEAKER_04: That's the point.
- 40:34SPEAKER_04: You just let it happen.
- 40:35SPEAKER_04: Let that nigga be Kanye.
- 40:37SPEAKER_04: And then they reconcile and they drop Washington Thrones too.
- 40:39SPEAKER_04: That'll be a good ending of Kanye's career.
- 40:41SPEAKER_04: That'll probably save his career.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: That's never gonna happen.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: Wash the Throne 2.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: That nigga called Jay-Z kiss retarded.
- 40:49SPEAKER_04: What's a better way to reconcile and to do it on wax?
- 40:54SPEAKER_04: They can have an argument on wax.
- 40:56SPEAKER_04: I just want everything to be hip hop, nigga.
- 40:58SPEAKER_04: That's that's what it should be.
- 41:00SPEAKER_04: This whole social media shit is fucking whack.
- 41:03SPEAKER_04: But you know, Nikki, please come to your senses.
- 41:07SPEAKER_04: Shout out.
- 41:08SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 41:09SPEAKER_04: This is probably gonna be your favorite topic today.
- 41:13SPEAKER_04: Because I'm gonna make you eat your words on this young lady.
- 41:17SPEAKER_04: I keep messing her name up.
- 41:19SPEAKER_04: Is it Angel or is it Angela?
- 41:23SPEAKER_04: What the fuck?
- 41:25SPEAKER_04: How you how you love her so much even her name?
- 41:27SPEAKER_04: I never I never said I love her.
- 41:28SPEAKER_04: Oh, she got the 30 over here.
- 41:30SPEAKER_04: Come on, bro.
- 41:31SPEAKER_04: Angel Reese.
- 41:32SPEAKER_04: That doesn't mean I love her.
- 41:33SPEAKER_04: I just think that she has an enjoyable body.
- 41:37SPEAKER_04: And she's good at basketball now.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, shout out to Angel Reese.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, nigga.
- 41:42SPEAKER_01: Eat your fucking word.
- 41:44SPEAKER_01: Nah, what do you mean eat my word?
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: You said that she if she sucked, then I'm gonna say she sucked, just like I said.
- 41:49SPEAKER_01: But she's been playing good.
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: So shout to Angel Reese.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: This is what I I would like you to be good at basketball for the rest of your life.
- 41:55SPEAKER_01: Keep doing good.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: Keep I think she's averaging like 17 and 14 or some shit, like some crazy shit like that.
- 42:01SPEAKER_01: Nigga, shout out for the last like five games.
- 42:04SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Angel Reese, man.
- 42:05SPEAKER_04: You're doing you're playing good.
- 42:07SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 42:07SPEAKER_04: That's that's all I really wanted to hear you say.
- 42:09SPEAKER_04: And she got the pull-up mid range now.
- 42:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, nigga.
- 42:13SPEAKER_01: Alright.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: Um, but Angel Reese, she got her own shoe.
- 42:17SPEAKER_01: And you know, when I when she first started playing in this shoe, um I was like, yo, this is a good-looking shoe.
- 42:24SPEAKER_01: It's not a bad-looking shoe.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: You didn't say it on the spot.
- 42:27SPEAKER_01: Because it wasn't announced that it was good, that was her shoe yet.
- 42:29SPEAKER_01: But now it's been revealed.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: Well, she's it was released now.
- 42:32SPEAKER_01: That's her first shoe with Reebok.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: Um Reebok?
- 42:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 42:38SPEAKER_01: Nah.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: You thought she was gonna get a Nike shoe?
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, nigga.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: Oh, don't do that.
- 42:43SPEAKER_01: You're crazy.
- 42:44SPEAKER_01: Nah, that's for like elite players.
- 42:46SPEAKER_01: She's an elite player today.
- 42:47SPEAKER_01: No, she had she's on a good run right now, but she's not an elite player.
- 42:50SPEAKER_04: Do you think?
- 42:51SPEAKER_01: Nike is only Audrey Wilson and Calen Clark, and I think um Paige Becker's gonna get one too.
- 42:58SPEAKER_01: But you know, maybe this could be the revitalization of Reebok that they tried to do with John Wall.
- 43:03SPEAKER_01: Didn't really work out.
- 43:04SPEAKER_01: Nah.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: But um Angel Reese, it's a good looking shoe.
- 43:07SPEAKER_01: Would I get it?
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: Um, probably not.
- 43:11SPEAKER_01: But only because this is the thing with this is like inside of basketball, not even inside baseball.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: So, Nike, what they do with their sole of their shoe, they have a specific chemical they use on the sole to where you don't have to break in the shoe.
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: So you get on the court and it's it's like skeep squeak right away.
- 43:27SPEAKER_01: So it's like a playable shoe.
- 43:28SPEAKER_01: Like as far as the comfortability, you know, like you might have to break that in.
- 43:31SPEAKER_01: But with most other brands, obviously don't have that technology, so you have to break in the shoe.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: So, like this shoe's gonna be slippery for like the first couple days of you wearing it, but eventually it gets the grip.
- 43:42SPEAKER_01: And I don't play basketball enough for me to be breaking in shoes, so that'll be the main reason.
- 43:47SPEAKER_04: Gotcha.
- 43:48SPEAKER_04: I thought it was like another reason, but that's fine.
- 43:51SPEAKER_03: Um also Caitlin Clark is struggling.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: She's coming off injury.
- 43:58SPEAKER_01: What what is struggling?
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: I haven't I've been paying attention.
- 44:00SPEAKER_04: She's actually shooting like 11% from three.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: No, she's coming off injury.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: She's leading the league in turnovers.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: She has the highest usage rate.
- 44:08SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 44:09SPEAKER_01: I mean, LeBron has the most turnovers of all time.
- 44:11SPEAKER_03: So he ain't leading the league in turnovers, nigga.
- 44:15SPEAKER_01: He probably has before.
- 44:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, once or twice.
- 44:17SPEAKER_04: Well, he won a ring.
- 44:20SPEAKER_01: Caitlin Clark.
- 44:20SPEAKER_01: Kaylin Clark's team is not good, and she's the she's the highest usage.
- 44:24SPEAKER_01: Like, and they be the way they play her.
- 44:26SPEAKER_01: Have you seen how they play her?
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: Like, that's crazy.
- 44:28SPEAKER_04: I'm not even gonna pretend like I watched the WNBA.
- 44:30SPEAKER_01: Well, I don't watch it either, but I be seeing the videos.
- 44:32SPEAKER_01: Like, I watch the highlights sometimes and shit like that, and they be like double teaming her credit.
- 44:35SPEAKER_01: Like since she came in the league.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: Because so this is the thing.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: They compare Paige Becker's to Caitlin Clark, and Paige Becker's coming to the league is completely different than Caitlin Clark.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: Caitlin Clark was getting beat up.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: She uh was getting double teamed, she getting um fucking boxing one, face guard full court, all type of shit.
- 44:55SPEAKER_01: Paige Becker just came in and she's like, dude, she's elite, she's nice as fuck, and nobody was beating her up or nothing like that.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna tell you why.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: It's because of Angel Reese.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: Yo.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: That is really why.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: You sound like to me.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: RG3?
- 45:09SPEAKER_01: RG.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: No, but it's true though, because what before Caitlin Clark came in, if if Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark was in different draft class, Caitlin Clark wouldn't have been treated like this.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: But it's because they had the beef in college and that led into the uh the WNBA where it was like they made it a black girl versus white girl thing.
- 45:24SPEAKER_01: So now things like, nah, fuck this little white bitch.
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: We biggest up Angel Reese.
- 45:27SPEAKER_01: We don't see Angel Reese because she's a black girl.
- 45:29SPEAKER_01: But that's honestly, that's really what happened.
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: Because Paige, why isn't Paige Beck's being treated like that?
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: Because Page Beck is I have my own theory.
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 45:35SPEAKER_01: Because she's likable.
- 45:38SPEAKER_03: Kaylin Clark.
- 45:39SPEAKER_03: Because she's a dyke?
- 45:40SPEAKER_03: She is?
- 45:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:41SPEAKER_03: Well, I didn't know that.
- 45:43SPEAKER_04: But Kaylin Clark, that might be the real reason.
- 45:46SPEAKER_04: Like, I didn't even know that.
- 45:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they have a B for a straight woman in WNBA.
- 45:50SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 45:50SPEAKER_04: So maybe that's the reason.
- 45:51SPEAKER_04: It's a compound.
- 45:52SPEAKER_04: I seen a video of somebody like give her a back shot.
- 45:55SPEAKER_01: Kaylin Clark, yeah.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: And she got tight.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: She wasn't jacking that.
- 45:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because what the f- That's crazy.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: Imagine you in a WNBA locker room and you take a video.
- 46:02SPEAKER_04: She's about to say something else.
- 46:02SPEAKER_01: I mean, in an NBA locker room.
- 46:04SPEAKER_04: No, that's that's what I didn't want you to say.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, imagine you in the NBA locker room and you and you taking a live video and y'all just won a fucking NBA cup and some nigga come hump you from the back.
- 46:11SPEAKER_04: Nah, I'm boxing that nigga.
- 46:13SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 46:13SPEAKER_04: I don't care.
- 46:14SPEAKER_04: That's Shaq.
- 46:14SPEAKER_04: Shaq, he got away with a lot of shit because he was big.
- 46:17SPEAKER_04: Nah, me and Shaq would have to fight.
- 46:19SPEAKER_04: Fuck that.
- 46:20SPEAKER_04: I'll take my lumps, nigga.
- 46:21SPEAKER_04: And humps.
- 46:22SPEAKER_04: Lumps.
- 46:23SPEAKER_04: He's not, he gets one hump off, but that's because he's He gonna hump you first and then beat you up, and then he's gonna hump you a lot of times after that.
- 46:28SPEAKER_04: He's gonna hump me the one time because he caught me off guard, and then Gilbert Arenas and I are gonna show up.
- 46:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know what I'm on.
- 46:35SPEAKER_04: This nigga's fucking crazy.
- 46:38SPEAKER_04: His guns big enough to kill Shaq.
- 46:40SPEAKER_04: So let's not do that.
- 46:41SPEAKER_04: Shout out Shaq though.
- 46:42SPEAKER_04: Jersey hurt.
- 46:43SPEAKER_04: Um yeah, so RG3, who you clearly sound like, got on the internet.
- 46:50SPEAKER_04: He reposted Angel Reese in a like a monkey in her jersey as the cover of 2K.
- 46:57SPEAKER_04: Because she is on the cover of 2K, why Caitlyn Clark not?
- 47:02SPEAKER_01: You know why.
- 47:02SPEAKER_01: No, I don't.
- 47:03SPEAKER_01: I'm asking you.
- 47:04SPEAKER_01: Because they just doing it off of what niggas want.
- 47:09SPEAKER_04: Wait, wait, wait.
- 47:09SPEAKER_04: Now you're confusing me.
- 47:10SPEAKER_01: It's a black, they want what they feel like I thought niggas wasn't jacking um Angel Reese.
- 47:17SPEAKER_04: I mean uh black people?
- 47:18SPEAKER_04: Oh no, you I thought yeah, I thought black men weren't jacking Angel Reese.
- 47:22SPEAKER_04: No, the black people in general are.
- 47:24SPEAKER_04: Okay, I got you.
- 47:25SPEAKER_04: So RG3 is in the minority.
- 47:27SPEAKER_04: I didn't know that.
- 47:28SPEAKER_01: I thought like it was like a whole thing that no niggas think that she suck at basketball, but niggas don't hate her.
- 47:33SPEAKER_04: But that makes sense.
- 47:34SPEAKER_04: So niggas will buy the game if she's on it.
- 47:37SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't think that's gonna make niggas buy the game, but they're doing like a whole thing where they just because 2K is like on a like steep decline as far as terms of what people that really like the game.
- 47:46SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, that's a fact.
- 47:47SPEAKER_01: So um, like doing the shit with Melo and Angel Reese being on the cover, they just put in like, okay, who do black people like?
- 47:54SPEAKER_01: Mello, of course.
- 47:55SPEAKER_01: Angel Reese, she's she's popping right now.
- 47:57SPEAKER_01: She's like one of she's the most famous person in WNBA, and she's not the best player.
- 48:00SPEAKER_01: She's not even close to being the best player.
- 48:02SPEAKER_01: So, uh let's just put her.
- 48:04SPEAKER_04: I didn't like the mellow thing.
- 48:05SPEAKER_04: I think that uh Melo owes Brunson a check.
- 48:08SPEAKER_04: Because if it wasn't for this next run, I don't think Mellow gets on that cover, honestly.
- 48:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's true.
- 48:13SPEAKER_01: And because that's mad at random.
- 48:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, like how retired for like Melo on the cover of 2K, and then I did exactly what you did.
- 48:20SPEAKER_04: Like, oh, this is some nigga shit.
- 48:21SPEAKER_04: This really is some nigga shit, and I don't I don't like that.
- 48:24SPEAKER_04: But um RG3 reposed the meme, and it was a monkey in the Angel Reese jersey.
- 48:33SPEAKER_04: Why are you laughing?
- 48:35SPEAKER_01: That's that's so stupid.
- 48:38SPEAKER_01: And you know, that's not even the original picture of that meme.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: Like that's like a remix.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: Like niggas it was the same thing, but like niggas just kept making like making it.
- 48:47SPEAKER_04: It was like a monkey in the suit?
- 48:49SPEAKER_04: I mean in another person's jersey?
- 48:51SPEAKER_01: Like, it was like supposed to be Angel Reese as a monkey, but like niggas made like better versions.
- 48:55SPEAKER_04: Oh my god.
- 48:58SPEAKER_04: So RG3 was like, this is like unacceptable, this is wrong, and he should have just ended his tweet there.
- 49:07SPEAKER_04: Firstly, he probably shouldn't have reposted the fucking meme.
- 49:11SPEAKER_04: I think that's the first mistake.
- 49:13SPEAKER_04: And then he goes off the deep end and starts like making himself the victim, blaming Angel Reese for like his family getting attacked because she reposted some video and death threats.
- 49:24SPEAKER_04: And then he spilled some tea, I guess you would call it.
- 49:28SPEAKER_04: And he said that like he has confirmation now that Angel Reese hates Caitlin Clark.
- 49:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so with with with RG3 doing this, I don't really feel like he's really wrong.
- 49:40SPEAKER_01: Cause this is my thing.
- 49:41SPEAKER_01: I feel like he's just tone deaf and he's like self-unaware, self-oblivious.
- 49:45SPEAKER_01: Because um, I don't think that him telling his perspective of the situation is wrong, but it's like with Meek Mill, once you do one thing wrong, think is gonna be on your ass.
- 49:57SPEAKER_04: No, but what about his timing though?
- 49:59SPEAKER_01: Like, why would he use that post to air that grievance?
- 50:02SPEAKER_01: Because this is that's what I'm saying, he's tone deaf.
- 50:04SPEAKER_01: Because it's like he's saying, yo, I have a lot of reasons to like not like this woman, and I didn't even do this.
- 50:11SPEAKER_01: That's what I basically took from it.
- 50:13SPEAKER_04: But niggas is jacking that.
- 50:15SPEAKER_04: It wasn't that made the meme.
- 50:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that he that's his burner account.
- 50:18SPEAKER_04: Because it was like so, like the fact that he found it on the page that like it's not like he saw the image somewhere, like he literally like found it from the the source, yeah.
- 50:28SPEAKER_04: And that that page is like some obscure, like it doesn't have a lot of followers.
- 50:32SPEAKER_04: How the fuck did he find that?
- 50:33SPEAKER_04: Did he like search Angel Reese's name?
- 50:36SPEAKER_01: Nah, that picture has been on a lot of posts.
- 50:37SPEAKER_01: Like every time they post about the 2K or some shit, like that.
- 50:40SPEAKER_01: Like, I've seen that picture a lot of times.
- 50:42SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's not the only I don't think that account made that picture, but that account just posted the picture.
- 50:46SPEAKER_04: Okay, but I think he screenshotted that account though.
- 50:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, which is kind of weird.
- 50:49SPEAKER_01: No, you screenshotted the the comment that was on a post.
- 50:52SPEAKER_04: Oh, okay, okay.
- 50:52SPEAKER_04: All right, so maybe it wasn't him.
- 50:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's the running theory.
- 50:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's that's stupid though.
- 50:57SPEAKER_01: Like it's funny though.
- 50:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that would be funny.
- 51:00SPEAKER_01: Imagine he posted his own account on Axel.
- 51:03SPEAKER_04: Yeah, damn.
- 51:04SPEAKER_04: Shout out RG3, but um, yeah, so explain to me why you don't think he's as wrong as the internet thinks he is.
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: It's just like I said, like he's just saying, like, yo, I have all these problems with this girl, and he's letting everybody know the full context of what he's talking about, and by using the picture, he's just uh spreading awareness of the things that are going wrong because there's a lot of racism going on on Twitter since Elon Musk took over, and he's like, I have all these issues with this girl, and I wouldn't even never do anything.
- 51:31SPEAKER_01: This is unacceptable.
- 51:32SPEAKER_01: And you know, these are the problems that I have.
- 51:34SPEAKER_01: We've had our differences multiple times.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: I feel like the message was too long.
- 51:37SPEAKER_01: I think that's what it really was.
- 51:37SPEAKER_01: Because if he would have said one or two things, might not have been that deep.
- 51:40SPEAKER_01: Niggas still have been mad, but he just like went on and on and on and on and on.
- 51:44SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean.
- 51:46SPEAKER_04: How do you feel about him like basically breaking the news that Chino liked Kain Leg though?
- 51:54SPEAKER_04: Like it's never been official.
- 51:55SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it was not official.
- 51:56SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm saying.
- 51:56SPEAKER_01: Like, on that post, like he should have made a video, like he should just do another video like how he did before.
- 52:01SPEAKER_01: And I feel like it would have been more appropriate to have this long form type of uh conversation about this topic.
- 52:05SPEAKER_01: Because putting out in the post, it just looked like you're trying to get too much hit off at the same time about some shit where is it doesn't make sense for that post.
- 52:13SPEAKER_01: But I mean, I think it's pretty apparent that she does not like her.
- 52:17SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't think that like it's now it's quote unquote official, just like Stephen A.
- 52:21SPEAKER_01: Smith be like, yo, Kevin Durant's friends and family are telling me this, and Katie be like, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 52:25SPEAKER_01: Like, but it's it's apparent, like everybody knows RG, like niggas know RG3 is right, they just want him to be wrong because he has a white woman and and he's RG3, yeah.
- 52:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so Ryan Clark's been on the block, though.
- 52:36SPEAKER_04: My man did a video.
- 52:37SPEAKER_04: He was like, basically, I'm just paraphrasing, you know, it is my problem with this nigga.
- 52:42SPEAKER_04: Like, this this was like why would you repost that?
- 52:45SPEAKER_04: And why are you bringing up these grievances while this young lady is being attacked?
- 52:48SPEAKER_04: I think she responded too.
- 52:49SPEAKER_04: She tweeted something like, like, you you gave out my whole family's name.
- 52:54SPEAKER_04: Or some shit like that.
- 52:55SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 52:56SPEAKER_04: What?
- 52:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah, she said something, but um I don't know.
- 52:59SPEAKER_01: Ron Clark, just pack it up.
- 53:00SPEAKER_01: Don't even respond to RG3 no more because niggas packed you up the first time.
- 53:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, niggas don't know.
- 53:05SPEAKER_01: There's no point.
- 53:06SPEAKER_01: Now it's like you throw in fucking pebbles in the lake.
- 53:08SPEAKER_01: Like nobody gives a fuck.
- 53:10SPEAKER_04: I just don't like this, man.
- 53:12SPEAKER_04: Um Angel Angel Reese seems like a down-to-earth young lady.
- 53:16SPEAKER_04: Caitlin Clark seems like she just wants to play ball.
- 53:19SPEAKER_04: And Paige uh Beckers is a homosexual.
- 53:23SPEAKER_04: That's what you're telling me.
- 53:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she is.
- 53:24SPEAKER_04: How do you know that?
- 53:26SPEAKER_01: Because it's true.
- 53:28SPEAKER_01: What do you mean?
- 53:28SPEAKER_01: She's gay.
- 53:29SPEAKER_01: She's she's openly gay.
- 53:31SPEAKER_01: She dressed like a hood nigga.
- 53:34SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: You know what you gotta say?
- 53:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, she also got um this is inside of basketball.
- 53:39SPEAKER_01: And this is crazy because it's crazy how in nowadays this is still possible.
- 53:43SPEAKER_01: She got exposed.
- 53:45SPEAKER_01: Like she had like videos of her like naked with her teammates in the shower, and like shit doing like I think I don't know if it was not really sexy, but they was like touching each other and shit like that.
- 53:56SPEAKER_01: That shit has scrubbed from the internet.
- 53:58SPEAKER_04: Like it's gone.
- 53:58SPEAKER_01: It's gone.
- 53:59SPEAKER_01: Cause I seen it with my eyes.
- 54:00SPEAKER_01: She's she's on Nike?
- 54:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 54:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's why.
- 54:03SPEAKER_01: But how nowadays, how is that possible?
- 54:06SPEAKER_01: That that you cannot find those videos.
- 54:08SPEAKER_01: And it's mad videos and pay.
- 54:09SPEAKER_01: Mad videos.
- 54:11SPEAKER_01: It's not.
- 54:12SPEAKER_01: I'm telling you.
- 54:12SPEAKER_01: I seen those shits with my eyes.
- 54:14SPEAKER_01: That's how I know it's real.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: But she looks good?
- 54:17SPEAKER_01: No.
- 54:20SPEAKER_01: I don't think that's a normal question.
- 54:22SPEAKER_01: No, she doesn't.
- 54:22SPEAKER_01: I mean, she's not, she has no body.
- 54:25SPEAKER_01: She's like flat.
- 54:26SPEAKER_04: I I really don't know what she's.
- 54:27SPEAKER_04: She could walk in this room right now.
- 54:28SPEAKER_04: I wouldn't know what she looked like.
- 54:29SPEAKER_04: She's blonde, right?
- 54:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 54:30SPEAKER_01: I mean, she's not an ugly girl.
- 54:32SPEAKER_01: She's she's cute, but you know, she's built like an athlete.
- 54:36SPEAKER_01: Like, she don't have no, well, built like a white athlete.
- 54:38SPEAKER_01: Built like a white athlete.
- 54:39SPEAKER_01: This thing is crazy.
- 54:40SPEAKER_04: Speaking of built like an athlete, you seen what happened with um Serena Williams?
- 54:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 54:44SPEAKER_04: How do you feel about that?
- 54:45SPEAKER_04: I know that's your bag.
- 54:47SPEAKER_01: No, Serena Williams is not my bag.
- 54:49SPEAKER_01: No, wait, what's wrong with Serena Williams?
- 54:51SPEAKER_01: I just don't think she's as attractive.
- 54:52SPEAKER_01: But from the neck down?
- 54:55SPEAKER_01: You think she's attractive from the neck down now?
- 54:57SPEAKER_01: No.
- 54:57SPEAKER_04: But that's because that's not my bag.
- 54:59SPEAKER_04: What she's doing now.
- 55:00SPEAKER_04: What she's doing now is type your bag.
- 55:02SPEAKER_01: So, no.
- 55:03SPEAKER_01: What?
- 55:04SPEAKER_01: Anyways.
- 55:04SPEAKER_04: Nigga, she fucking lost like 60 pounds.
- 55:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know, but that happens with any, that's gonna happen with any athlete, really.
- 55:11SPEAKER_01: Like if you look at the NFL like linemen and shit, when they retire, they just become normal niggas that are just tall and shit.
- 55:18SPEAKER_01: Because you're putting on all that weight to be better at your sport.
- 55:20SPEAKER_04: If you don't have to be like, But you think she had a fatty to be nice at tennis?
- 55:24SPEAKER_01: That's part of it, yeah.
- 55:26SPEAKER_01: I don't think she wasn't working out to have a fatty, but her genetics, when she did certain workouts, just built put the muscle in her ass that protruded like that.
- 55:33SPEAKER_01: Like me and her can do the same workouts.
- 55:34SPEAKER_01: My ass is not gonna be fat like that.
- 55:36SPEAKER_04: Come on, what are we doing?
- 55:37SPEAKER_04: What do you mean?
- 55:38SPEAKER_04: Why why'd you do that?
- 55:40SPEAKER_01: I'm just saying, like, that's don't say it again.
- 55:43SPEAKER_01: I'm just saying that's just how like everybody's genetic makeup is differently.
- 55:47SPEAKER_01: So doing these certain workouts for performance is gonna build my body to perform optimally, but that doesn't mean it's gonna be shaped a certain way.
- 55:53SPEAKER_01: But another person, it can make their body be shaped a certain way.
- 55:57SPEAKER_01: So since she doesn't have to be a professional athlete no more, then she just slimmed down.
- 56:02SPEAKER_01: Maybe she was taking PEDs too.
- 56:04SPEAKER_01: That's highly highly likely.
- 56:05SPEAKER_04: I don't think so.
- 56:06SPEAKER_01: Most professional athletes take PEDs, some form.
- 56:10SPEAKER_01: LeBron?
- 56:11SPEAKER_01: LeBron definitely takes a steroids.
- 56:13SPEAKER_01: Basketball's not a sport where taking steroids affects the game anyway.
- 56:17SPEAKER_01: Just it's just for injuries.
- 56:18SPEAKER_04: That sounds like what a LeBron fan would say.
- 56:20SPEAKER_03: Michael Jordan?
- 56:21SPEAKER_03: Taking steroids?
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 56:24SPEAKER_03: Probably.
- 56:26SPEAKER_03: Bill Russell wasn't though.
- 56:28SPEAKER_01: I don't know technology back when Bill Russell was playing.
- 56:30SPEAKER_01: I think he was playing fucking Converse.
- 56:32SPEAKER_04: He didn't need that.
- 56:33SPEAKER_01: Um And he was only playing like 20 games and playing five teams.
- 56:37SPEAKER_04: Don't do that.
- 56:38SPEAKER_04: Don't do that to Bill.
- 56:39SPEAKER_04: Shout out Bill Russell.
- 56:41SPEAKER_04: Alright, so just to keep his sports.
- 56:44SPEAKER_04: We're gonna talk about your man, Paul Pierce, the truth.
- 56:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he was on um, I think that was his own podcast.
- 56:50SPEAKER_04: I could never tell.
- 56:51SPEAKER_04: These niggas just doing a lot right now.
- 56:53SPEAKER_04: He was on a show, A Show, and they had like a relationship expert.
- 56:57SPEAKER_04: Her name is um, don't want to butcher this, uh, Cheyenne Bryant, Kobe.
- 57:01SPEAKER_04: Um, and he kind of asked a question that I feel like these relationship fix my life type people, why are they never prepared for this question?
- 57:12SPEAKER_04: So he asked her straight up, you're 42 years old, you don't got a man, like what's going on?
- 57:20SPEAKER_04: Like you gotta like she started a she kind of put her foot in her mouth with her first response, which was like she insinuated that she had a roster of men.
- 57:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so that was strike one.
- 57:30SPEAKER_04: Then she went on to say, I got this one dude who like we're on and off, and Paul Pierce hit her with the gut punch of, oh, so like you like his work.
- 57:40SPEAKER_04: Like you're 42 years old and you this guy's work, and then she tried to spin it around like nah the guy is her work, which I don't think women understand that that don't really work like that.
- 57:50SPEAKER_04: Um why are these people never prepared for these questions?
- 57:56SPEAKER_01: So I feel two ways about this.
- 57:59SPEAKER_01: One way is if I'm a relationship coach and I'm married, now the pressure is really on me as far as my relationship, because if something goes wrong in my relationship, I'm full of shit.
- 58:14SPEAKER_01: So you're putting a big risk as being a relationship coach, being in any form of relationship, like a serious relationship.
- 58:20SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 58:20SPEAKER_01: If you're single now, you could still be the relationship coach and you could be right about everything, but they're gonna still look in your personal life in a different way.
- 58:30SPEAKER_01: As well, if you know so much about being a relationship, why are you not in one?
- 58:34SPEAKER_01: But in your personal life, the stress is gone.
- 58:37SPEAKER_01: So it's really a double-edged sword because if you are in a relationship, the pressure's on your relationship.
- 58:43SPEAKER_01: If you're not a relationship, the pressure's on you when you're a relationship coach.
- 58:47SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 58:48SPEAKER_04: You you're a trainer.
- 58:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 58:51SPEAKER_04: If some nigga comes to you, he's like, yo, why you why you ain't making it to the NBA, stupid nigga?
- 58:56SPEAKER_04: You have a response for this.
- 58:58SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 58:59SPEAKER_01: No, do you do you?
- 59:00SPEAKER_01: Sure, yeah.
- 59:01SPEAKER_01: All right, let's do it.
- 59:02SPEAKER_01: Why'd they make it to NBA?
- 59:03SPEAKER_01: Nigga, I'm fucking 5'10, and 165.
- 59:06SPEAKER_04: From Muggsy Bowes, though.
- 59:07SPEAKER_01: That nigga was playing when niggas couldn't fucking tribble between their legs.
- 59:12SPEAKER_01: Jalen Brunson is 6'2.
- 59:13SPEAKER_04: That nigga's not 6'2.
- 59:15SPEAKER_04: Well, he's listed.
- 59:16SPEAKER_04: He's listed.
- 59:17SPEAKER_04: All right, all right, okay.
- 59:18SPEAKER_04: So not a lot of injuries.
- 59:19SPEAKER_04: No, but see, at least you have a prepared response.
- 59:22SPEAKER_04: I feel like these people that do these things never have a prepared response.
- 59:26SPEAKER_04: It's like you should know that you're gonna be questioned about your personal life.
- 59:30SPEAKER_04: I think who did it really well was Kevin Samuels.
- 59:33SPEAKER_04: I remember people used to like question him, like, the fuck, like, what do you know?
- 59:36SPEAKER_04: Blah, blah, blah.
- 59:37SPEAKER_04: And he was like, No, I was y'all.
- 59:38SPEAKER_04: I was fat, I was broke.
- 59:40SPEAKER_04: That's how I know how to change because he started off with men.
- 59:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he only got popping when he started shitting on women.
- 59:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 59:47SPEAKER_04: But he went through it.
- 59:48SPEAKER_04: He literally said it.
- 59:49SPEAKER_04: He was like, Yeah, I was overweight, I didn't make any money, I didn't dress well, and I did all these things to become a high value man.
- 59:55SPEAKER_04: So I can talk on these things.
- 59:57SPEAKER_04: So to me, he was prepared for it.
- 59:59SPEAKER_04: And, you know, when he started attacking women, they would like try to jump into his life, but he was already, he's already an established guy, so he he can't lose that argument.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_01: So But it's like, well, woman, how could you, how could you, how could a woman be prepared for that question, realistically speaking?
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_01: Because at the end of the day, women don't have to do as much work as men have to men do.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_01: And you learn how to teach from the work.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_01: Like teachers go to college to be a teacher for high school students.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_01: So it's like there's no, there's no, there's not gonna be a correct answer no matter how they prepare themselves.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_04: I got a man.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_04: She should just lie.
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_01: And just be like, my it's private or something like that.
- 1:00:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I got a man.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_01: Well, I I guess that's fair.
- 1:00:37SPEAKER_04: Like, she should to me she just got caught off guard.
- 1:00:39SPEAKER_04: Like she was stuttering, stuttering and shit.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_04: And I'm like, how do you not be prepared for this question?
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_04: And like to get like a nigga like Paul Pierce, like he ain't the smartest nigga in the world.
- 1:00:47SPEAKER_04: Like, he had her like in a box.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_01: I was like, Okay, I so I think I said this before.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_01: I no, I didn't say this, I said this in a barbershop.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_01: Paul Pierce is never in my um wildest dreams would I have thought that this would be a nigga that I agree with on anything in life, just because who the fuck is this nigga?
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_01: But since Paul Pierce started being on the internet, like once he calmed down off the prostitutes and all that shit, and he just started talking normal.
- 1:01:15SPEAKER_01: Paul Pierce, I fuck with Paul Pierce.
- 1:01:18SPEAKER_01: Like, he does say a lot of things, but I'm like, okay.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_01: And just because you're not Nostradamus or Pluto or some shit, doesn't mean Pluto, to be violence, yeah, my fault.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_01: Um doesn't mean that you can't make sense.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_01: No, of course.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_04: And Paul Pierce is a nigga, he makes a lot of sense when he talks.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but like do you think like he like would you expect him to be the nigga that would like put somebody in a box though?
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_01: Uh so the way Paul Pierce is, he's not a stupid nigga.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_01: Well, I didn't say he's but no, but this this is the thing.
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_01: It's like when you're you're a common type of guy, like the way he colloquially speaking, like he the way he talks and shit, like he's normal, but I feel like he is more intelligent than his verbalogy.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's fair.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_01: And that catches people off guard a lot, and that's the easiest way to catch somebody in a box.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_04: Yeah, she probably underestimated.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think a boxed up, yeah.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_04: She's like a doctor, so I think her name is Dr.
- 1:02:15SPEAKER_04: China, whatever.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but she might also be drinking on the show and shit like that, so we don't know really.
- 1:02:20SPEAKER_04: You gotta you gotta know what's going on, man.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_01: But yeah, that was just like is I don't feel like there's no correct answer.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_01: I feel I feel like she you're always gonna get caught off guard because, like, what am I gonna say?
- 1:02:28SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like women be full of shit.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_01: Like when it comes to like the relationship talk and shit like that, like because it's always like a it's a known thing.
- 1:02:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's because you got your single friends and they telling you how to live your life and they single.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_01: It's like at the end of the day, they don't have to like I was saying with Kevin Samuels, he had to do this work to get to this level of knowledge.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, woman, you they get chos for the most part.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_01: Like, what are you really gonna teach me?
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_01: And niggas just picking you up because she's a good-looking woman too.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_01: So I'm sure for the majority of her life, she's been the prey as opposed to the uh poacher or whatever.
- 1:02:57SPEAKER_01: The predator.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_01: Same shit.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_04: The poacher.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: My African brain goes.
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_04: Okay, nah, cool.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_04: I respect that.
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_04: Now you back, you back, you back.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_04: My African brain, yeah, you back.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_04: But um, shout out Paul Pierce.
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_04: Um, I think that the relationship experts, the life coaches, the things like that, I think it it died with um with Kevin Samuels.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_04: I haven't seen like nobody kind of filled the voice.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_01: Nobody's as big, but that's because people are afraid to talk about women.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_01: And and Kevin Samuels wasn't afraid.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_01: Like, there's um there's two people that I see on TikTok.
- 1:03:37SPEAKER_01: It's one, I forgot her name, it's like my fit life or some shit like that.
- 1:03:41SPEAKER_01: It's a black girl.
- 1:03:42SPEAKER_01: She used to be fat, and she got in really good shape, and she be talking crazy to woman.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_01: She like, they'll be asking stupid questions like, oh, how do I lose weight?
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_01: You're gonna walk your ass to that kitchen and eat less.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_01: Like, she'd be like giving it to them straight like that.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_01: And people was like, What the fuck?
- 1:03:57SPEAKER_01: Like, we talking like that.
- 1:03:58SPEAKER_01: She's like, Because I have helped over a thousand people lose X amount of pounds.
- 1:04:03SPEAKER_01: I used to be fat myself, I can show you my before and after pictures.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_01: I know what I'm talking about.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_01: And she is not like a nutritionist or anything like that, but she did the work and she learned that she knows what works and what doesn't work.
- 1:04:13SPEAKER_01: And I mean, fitness in general is not rocket science.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_01: Like, it's calories in, calories out, lift weights, build muscle, it uh fucking lowers your uh most people always talk about the shit that cholesterol?
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, um metabolism.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_01: When you get gain more muscle, it speeds up your metabolism, shit like that.
- 1:04:32SPEAKER_01: Like, it's not it's not rocket science.
- 1:04:33SPEAKER_01: Like anybody could teach anybody how to do that.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_01: And um, there's another guy, but he does it with only guys, though.
- 1:04:39SPEAKER_01: Like he'll tell a guy, it's called like it's a thing going on called look max looks maxing, where like you're maximizing how you look.
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_01: Is he black?
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and I think I've seen a clip where some dude, like it was a white dude, he came over with his shirt off, and he was like, Yeah, like I'm I'm bulking right now.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_04: And then the nigga was just like, Nah, you're just you're fat.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_04: Like, you're not bulking.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and then he then he took his shirt off, and I was like, Yeah, that nigga's doing too much.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_01: Well, I've never seen him show his own mind.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_01: Because he showed him, he's like, I'm this is what bulking looks like.
- 1:05:10SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, that's that's being fair though, because a lot of niggas don't know what's going on.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_01: Like a lot of niggas really believe, like, oh yeah, I'm bulking right now.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_01: But they they're telling everybody else, they're lying to everybody and lying to themselves, but they know what's really going on, type shit.
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and then this is like saying that uh the most evil people are people that were fat and got fit.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_04: They're like the most evil people.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've seen that.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_01: They said about girls mostly though, because girls, girls are mean in general, but let a fat girl get skinny.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they get they get nasty.
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_04: That's what Lizzo's doing now.
- 1:05:39SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and they rip a lot.
- 1:05:41SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah.
- 1:05:42SPEAKER_01: So But that's what that's what your girl Lizzo's doing now.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_04: Why is Lizzo my girl though?
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_04: Like what what what part of like anything I've ever said ever like makes up.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think you said y'all rip Lizzo.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_04: I have never said that.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_04: I have never said that.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_04: I told you there's two types of fat girls it's fat girls that are built up refrigerators, and it's fat girls that are curvy.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_04: Curvy fat girls, good money.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_04: Lizzo is not curvy.
- 1:06:04SPEAKER_01: So but you said Lizzo looks good.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_04: No, I I said she's not ugly.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_01: See, now niggas is potding.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_04: No, no, no.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_04: No, I never said that.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_04: So I'm not I'm not potding at all.
- 1:06:13SPEAKER_04: I'm very consistent in my takes.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_04: Just like how you hate fat people, I don't feel the same way.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_04: I think there's beautiful women of all types.
- 1:06:20SPEAKER_04: You think there's only one type?
- 1:06:22SPEAKER_03: No.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_03: So is there a beautiful fat woman?
- 1:06:26SPEAKER_04: There's only so what what many types are there?
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_04: It's tall, short, fit, not fit.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_04: So why did you jump to fat?
- 1:06:34SPEAKER_04: Because that's your that's the people you got beef with.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_01: I think that's wrong.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_01: That's why.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_01: Well, being fat?
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:39SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:06:41SPEAKER_04: But you didn't answer my question, though.
- 1:06:42SPEAKER_01: Is there a can there be a beautiful fat woman?
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_04: Is there a beautiful fat woman?
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_04: I guess.
- 1:06:47SPEAKER_04: No, no, I guess.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_04: I don't know what on top of my.
- 1:06:50SPEAKER_04: No, but you you you are open to the idea of there being a beautiful fat woman.
- 1:06:54SPEAKER_04: She has the potential.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_04: No, no, no.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_04: In her current state of being a fat woman.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_04: What does beautiful mean?
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_04: Attractive to you.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_01: Oh no, hell no.
- 1:07:02SPEAKER_01: You see, that that's where we Well, let me not say hell no.
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_01: I'll just say regular no.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_04: It's too late.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_04: But that's where we differ, though.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_04: I think women can be beautiful in all shapes and sizes.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_04: Alright, that's fine.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_04: They're gonna get you though.
- 1:07:14SPEAKER_01: How are they gonna get me?
- 1:07:15SPEAKER_01: If I'm not attracted to a fat woman, that I'm wrong?
- 1:07:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you have to be.
- 1:07:19SPEAKER_01: How?
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_04: It's like you have to be attracted to trans women now, or else you're wrong.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:07:31SPEAKER_04: I'm telling you, that's what the internet says.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_04: You have to be, or else you're wrong.
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_01: Attracted to a trans woman?
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_04: No, don't do this.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_01: What?
- 1:07:39SPEAKER_01: If I didn't know they was trans, sure.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_01: But once I find out they're transgender.
- 1:07:43SPEAKER_01: Why does that change anything?
- 1:07:44SPEAKER_01: Because you have a penis.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_01: What if they got it off?
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you nasty niggas.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_04: Wait, wait.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_04: You choose it.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_04: I'm not refined out of it.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_04: I just went real.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_04: I didn't say that.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_04: I didn't say that.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_04: That's what you was going though.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but I did it though.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_04: You see how I didn't do that?
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_04: I wasn't gonna put you in that position, bro.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_04: That's bad.
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_04: That's almost what you kind of said.
- 1:08:08SPEAKER_01: No.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_01: I was trying to say I was trying to think of how not to be offensive.
- 1:08:14SPEAKER_04: It's too late.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_04: It's too late.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_04: What do you mean?
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_04: If you are not attracted to trans women, you you're you're bad.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_04: That's what the internet said.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_04: So it's too late.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_04: You already offended them.
- 1:08:23SPEAKER_01: So what?
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna get more in trouble for not liking fat woman or trans woman?
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_01: That's a very good question.
- 1:08:28SPEAKER_01: We're gonna find out.
- 1:08:29SPEAKER_04: Put a poll up.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna say nothing.
- 1:08:31SPEAKER_04: Pause, but put a poll up.
- 1:08:32SPEAKER_04: Put a poll up.
- 1:08:33SPEAKER_04: All right.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_04: Our last sports topic.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_04: I don't even think this is a real person, but I believe in cash.
- 1:08:39SPEAKER_04: Cash rules everything around me.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_04: So Tahad Peterford.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_04: I got that?
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_01: Petifer.
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_04: Ain't no way that's his last name.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_04: That's his name.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_04: Petterford?
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_04: You gotta change that.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_04: Him and Noah Kanega gotta switch.
- 1:08:52SPEAKER_04: He can't walk around.
- 1:08:53SPEAKER_04: He's black?
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_04: He can't walk around with that last name.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_04: Petterford?
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_04: Alright.
- 1:08:59SPEAKER_04: We gotta get that nigga on the pod.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_04: I want to talk to him.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_04: Um, but yeah, he got a DUI.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_01: Summer?
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so Tahad Petiford is uh one of the best college players in the NCAA.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_01: He went to the draft, and um, I think he went undrafted, but he played in the summer league.
- 1:09:16SPEAKER_01: And um he went back to Alabama, I believe, and he got a DUI, and people are trying to say that like he ruined his chances of being a WMB.
- 1:09:25SPEAKER_01: I mean WMB.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_01: Ruined his chances of being an NBA.
- 1:09:30SPEAKER_01: And I don't I don't feel that is so.
- 1:09:32SPEAKER_01: Like if he would have killed somebody or something like that, that's one thing, but it does look bad because at the end of the day, he's 19 years old, and you know, getting a DUI and going to jail is like, you know, it looks bad on you, but that doesn't mean that you're like a rotten fruit.
- 1:09:47SPEAKER_01: That just means you did something bad and you can learn from the experience.
- 1:09:50SPEAKER_01: If you hurt somebody and got to a car accident, something like that, it was like uh he just got pulled over and got arrested.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_01: It's not really that big of a deal.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_04: In the NFL, you can literally kill somebody.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_04: It's happened.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_04: I'm not gonna say no names since I'm not anti-black, but you can kill somebody and still get drafted top five by a championship organization.
- 1:10:09SPEAKER_04: That should let you know who I'm talking about.
- 1:10:12SPEAKER_04: And in the NBA, we always kind of looked at that league as more buttoned up.
- 1:10:19SPEAKER_04: Like the fact that if I feel like if David Stern was a commissioner, he would be he would probably struggle making it to a team.
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_04: If David Stern was a commissioner, what's dude's name?
- 1:10:30SPEAKER_04: Uh I don't want to name his name because again, I'm not trying to attack black men, but he had like a domestic situation.
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_04: He still Kevin Porter Jr.
- 1:10:38unknown: Yeah.
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_04: Oh, not even him.
- 1:10:39SPEAKER_04: It was another one.
- 1:10:39SPEAKER_04: But the fact that there's multiple guys that have these things on their on their jackets and they're still playing basketball.
- 1:10:45SPEAKER_04: Um I don't I I don't think this new era, I think he's fine.
- 1:10:50SPEAKER_04: But if this was 10 years ago, I think he would have he would have been in trouble, honestly.
- 1:10:53SPEAKER_04: The NBA was a lot more like buttoned up as a league that they didn't like that was like the whole knock on the NFL, like yo, y'all niggas let anybody play.
- 1:11:01SPEAKER_04: And the NBA was kind of like a little bit more prestigious.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_04: I did hear something I want to ask you a question about.
- 1:11:08SPEAKER_04: Do you think uh basketball has become like hockey and tennis and now baseball that you have to be rich?
- 1:11:15SPEAKER_04: I said that like a couple episodes ago.
- 1:11:17SPEAKER_04: Oh, for real, my fault.
- 1:11:18SPEAKER_03: But yeah, that's that's uh does that benefit the sport though?
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_03: And what means?
- 1:11:26SPEAKER_03: Is the product better?
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_01: Um, do you get better talent?
- 1:11:30SPEAKER_01: Because Well, you definitely get in better talent.
- 1:11:32SPEAKER_01: Gotcha.
- 1:11:33SPEAKER_01: Because I mean, if you're getting better from a younger age, that means when you're the finished product, you're gonna be better than not as before.
- 1:11:41SPEAKER_01: Like, um, it's just like how we always how people are coming to realize now, like, we done with the 80s, we done with the 90s.
- 1:11:48SPEAKER_01: Like, these niggas was not that good.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_01: Like, nowadays, uh, so this is the thing.
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_01: The star players are gonna be the star players.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_01: You're gonna have niggas average 30, you're gonna have niggas that double double every game and all that shit.
- 1:12:01SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be in every generation.
- 1:12:03SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna compare the stars from now and stars back then.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_01: Gotta compare the average guys.
- 1:12:08SPEAKER_01: That's what that's so that's why I'm going.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_01: The average nigga today.
- 1:12:11SPEAKER_01: Smoking the average nigga.
- 1:12:12SPEAKER_01: You will never, you don't know who's gonna score 40.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_01: That's why gambling is such a big thing because Gary Trent Jr.
- 1:12:19SPEAKER_01: could score 40 points in a playoff game, which he did in this last playoffs.
- 1:12:24SPEAKER_01: Niggas was not doing that shit in the 90s and 80s and not even really the 2000s with some random nigga on the bench.
- 1:12:31SPEAKER_01: Now, I know Gary Trent Jr.
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_01: because I'm a basketball nigga, but your grandma and your mom watching the game is not gonna be like, who the fuck is this nigga?
- 1:12:40SPEAKER_01: They're gonna be like, who the fuck is this nigga?
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_04: Where's LeBron?
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_04: Where's Steph?
- 1:12:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like back in the days, it was only gonna be Michael Jordan, Scotty Pimpin, Clyde Drexler, all these niggas scoring, all these doing all the crazy highlights, saving the game, hitting game winners.
- 1:12:52SPEAKER_01: Now you have just literally like the team that just went to the championship, the Pacers, they're a team full of role players.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like niggas is not gonna like you can you you your son doesn't know who Andrew Nimbard is.
- 1:13:05SPEAKER_01: Nah, hell no.
- 1:13:06SPEAKER_01: Like, and Andrew Nimbard is one of the best players in the playoffs, period.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he had he was killer.
- 1:13:11SPEAKER_01: So, like, I forgot why I even started talking about that.
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_04: Nah, we were just talking about like how how the um is it becoming a rich people sport?
- 1:13:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so those kids were not homeless niggas growing up playing and going to the park so they have an outlet for their emotions.
- 1:13:29SPEAKER_01: They was my parents are putting me in this school and putting me in this training once I get out of school, and maybe even training me before I go to school because I want my put my son in the best position to be able to play professional basketball.
- 1:13:40SPEAKER_01: And at every level, there was kids being trained from elementary school.
- 1:13:44SPEAKER_01: I watched this video um on Instagram the other day, and this guy was training his son, it sounds like five years old.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_01: He trained him how to have the perfect shooting form and putting through handling drills and all type of shit.
- 1:13:56SPEAKER_01: When I was a kid, I was even playing sports.
- 1:13:58SPEAKER_01: Like I started playing basketball when I was like 13.
- 1:14:00SPEAKER_01: And too late.
- 1:14:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I I got as from from that age to when I stopped playing basketball, I got really good.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_01: But if I would have been training with a trainer from when I was five years old, I don't where would I be?
- 1:14:14SPEAKER_01: Nah.
- 1:14:15SPEAKER_01: Your body wouldn't have like helped me.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_01: You would have been right here, nigga.
- 1:14:19SPEAKER_01: Don't do that.
- 1:14:21SPEAKER_01: But that's that's just what it is.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, I have friends that grew up normal and they still play professional.
- 1:14:26SPEAKER_01: Like, I know a lot of people that's like that.
- 1:14:27SPEAKER_01: Like my boy that played in the NBA, he didn't grow up with no trainer or no shit like that.
- 1:14:31SPEAKER_01: But how many more, like, how many more niggas are there gonna be like that?
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_01: I feel like in like 20 years from now, you have to have a training.
- 1:14:38SPEAKER_01: Like, even now, I feel like that's right.
- 1:14:39SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I don't think I think 20 years, I think it's happening now, bro.
- 1:14:41SPEAKER_04: I don't even think you need to wait 20 years.
- 1:14:42SPEAKER_04: I think um basketball, I think uh sports in general.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_04: I can't think of a sport that you still get it out the mud.
- 1:14:52SPEAKER_04: Like, I can't think of one.
- 1:14:55SPEAKER_04: Video games.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_04: Oh, like esports, yeah.
- 1:14:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but um, yeah, because they said that that's what happened to baseball, but we just didn't care because nobody cares about baseball.
- 1:15:03SPEAKER_04: But they said that happened to baseball like five years ago.
- 1:15:05SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, you gotta Yeah, I watched this other podcast, um, and this guy was talking about because he's like famous, and he's in California, he's a famous comedian in California and shit.
- 1:15:15SPEAKER_01: What's his name?
- 1:15:16SPEAKER_01: Uh Brennan Schab.
- 1:15:17SPEAKER_04: I know who that is.
- 1:15:18SPEAKER_01: So his son plays baseball and he's like oldie nice at baseball, but he's like crazy genetics.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_01: Like his dad's like fucking 6'6, 270 pounds, and his son is big and everybody, but he was like, yo, these kids play year-round, they work with a trainer, and they're like eight, nine years old.
- 1:15:32SPEAKER_01: That's crazy, bro.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_01: That's but that also leads into why there's so much injuries now, because uh your body cannot handle that's why I'm saying a lot of athletes take PEDs because PEDs is not for being yeah, it's recovery.
- 1:15:49SPEAKER_01: That's why people get brolic, for those of you who don't know, is because they can work out more, they can train the same muscle over and over again, and their recovery time is lower.
- 1:15:56SPEAKER_01: Like if you work out with no person, you might only be able to work your chest once a week because you're gonna be that sore.
- 1:16:00SPEAKER_01: There's no soreness with PEDs if you're taking the right dosage or whatever.
- 1:16:04SPEAKER_01: So you could train chest every day or whatever, however, your training program is.
- 1:16:08SPEAKER_01: So with these kids, they're being trained crazy from a young age, and they're putting a lot of stress on their body.
- 1:16:13SPEAKER_01: So by the time they get to the professionals, um, their body is like giving up because you're done growing now and it can't handle that much stress.
- 1:16:21SPEAKER_04: Damn.
- 1:16:22SPEAKER_01: Um, but so do you think we're better for this?
- 1:16:27SPEAKER_01: For the product, yeah.
- 1:16:28SPEAKER_01: Because I mean, there's always gonna be people that don't get injuries.
- 1:16:31SPEAKER_01: It's like it's it there's a lot of things that go into injuries, not only the stress on your body.
- 1:16:35SPEAKER_01: It's maintenance, a lot of these.
- 1:16:36SPEAKER_01: Nah, it's um it's biomechanics, like how your body moves.
- 1:16:39SPEAKER_01: Like there's things where it's too much valgus or varus in your knees, and that's if you need if you're knock-need or bow leg when you're jumping, um if you're putting enough pressure on your on your big toe when you jump, and how you have to train your body to move that way to put less stress on your tendons and joints.
- 1:16:55SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of things that go into it that gets overlooked, but I feel like as time goes on, the people that are richer are gonna be able to work with biomechanical specialists and kinesiologists that'll train their kids to not be injured as much as the next person that's only trained on being the best basketball player.
- 1:17:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so we're just seeing like the first wave of the money.
- 1:17:13SPEAKER_04: The second wave is gonna be like the LeBron James shit where I'm gonna get like the people that know all of the biomechanics to start with my eight-year-old.
- 1:17:21SPEAKER_01: There's there's even gonna be the fucking CRISPR shit when you go and do uh in vitro in vitro fertilization, and then you're picking your kid to have these certain genetic traits.
- 1:17:32SPEAKER_01: I want my kid to be.
- 1:17:33SPEAKER_01: I don't think they have it where you could be like, this kid's gonna be athletic or not, but they might have like yeah, they have height and eye color and shit like that.
- 1:17:40SPEAKER_04: I don't like that.
- 1:17:40SPEAKER_04: That's bad.
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_04: But everybody everybody's gonna look the same.
- 1:17:45SPEAKER_01: Well, like the 2K player.
- 1:17:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:17:47SPEAKER_01: You're gonna make the cutest nigga you can make.
- 1:17:48SPEAKER_04: Everybody's gonna look the same.
- 1:17:49SPEAKER_04: Just gonna be whacked.
- 1:17:51SPEAKER_04: Ugly niggas gonna be lit though.
- 1:17:53SPEAKER_04: Nah.
- 1:17:53SPEAKER_04: Because they're gonna be different.
- 1:17:55SPEAKER_04: Nah.
- 1:17:55SPEAKER_04: I'm telling you.
- 1:17:57SPEAKER_04: Watch, watch.
- 1:17:58SPEAKER_04: Ugly niggas gonna have a revolution.
- 1:17:59SPEAKER_04: They're gonna be lit.
- 1:18:00SPEAKER_04: They're gonna be like, yo, we don't only we don't even mean on niggas left.
- 1:18:03SPEAKER_01: So that means the broke people are gonna be cool.
- 1:18:04SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 1:18:05SPEAKER_01: But you can be broke and good looking, though.
- 1:18:07SPEAKER_04: But that's by you didn't do it through CRISPR.
- 1:18:09SPEAKER_04: So you're gonna be even more lit.
- 1:18:11SPEAKER_04: It's gonna be the the attractive broke people, then the ugly niggas, then CRISPR niggas at the bottom.
- 1:18:17SPEAKER_04: Because niggas gonna be like, you didn't work for that.
- 1:18:19SPEAKER_04: It's like that nigga that's rich in your high school, but it's like it's your parents' money.
- 1:18:24unknown: Like, fuck.
- 1:18:25SPEAKER_01: Niggas ain't care.
- 1:18:26SPEAKER_01: Niggas was like, flaw.
- 1:18:27SPEAKER_01: I'm fucking with this nigga.
- 1:18:28SPEAKER_01: That's what most people are.
- 1:18:29SPEAKER_04: My school, they was like calling niggas like that corner.
- 1:18:32SPEAKER_01: But you went to like an alternative school.
- 1:18:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, no, I did not.
- 1:18:34SPEAKER_01: What are you talking about?
- 1:18:35SPEAKER_01: That was not a regular, that's not a regular school.
- 1:18:37SPEAKER_04: It was a regular school.
- 1:18:38SPEAKER_04: What was alternative about my school, nigga?
- 1:18:40SPEAKER_04: I had everybody in my school from every demographic.
- 1:18:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but that's what's your point?
- 1:18:45SPEAKER_01: That's not like a regular school.
- 1:18:46SPEAKER_01: Explain to me why it was.
- 1:18:48SPEAKER_04: Yes, it was.
- 1:18:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so you're not gonna have the same ideology that's everything was more condensed because it was so small.
- 1:18:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I understand.
- 1:18:54SPEAKER_01: But if you go to like the big schools, niggas not gonna be clowning the rich nigga that's fly every day.
- 1:18:58SPEAKER_01: They gonna be like, nah, that's my men's.
- 1:19:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it was corny.
- 1:19:02SPEAKER_04: Now you got you can't uncorn, though.
- 1:19:04SPEAKER_04: If you're corny, you're corny.
- 1:19:05SPEAKER_04: It doesn't matter how much money you got.
- 1:19:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I'm saying people are not gonna look at it that way in a different situation.
- 1:19:09SPEAKER_04: That's possible.
- 1:19:10SPEAKER_04: It's possible.
- 1:19:10SPEAKER_04: I'm open I'm open to that idea.
- 1:19:12SPEAKER_04: All right.
- 1:19:13SPEAKER_04: Well, that's pretty much it.
- 1:19:16SPEAKER_04: I think we gotta we could do our segment.
- 1:19:18SPEAKER_04: Uh two's nine.
- 1:19:19SPEAKER_01: What time are we at?
- 1:19:19SPEAKER_04: Uh we got an hour and 20 minutes.
- 1:19:22SPEAKER_01: All right, so it's a nice one.
- 1:19:24SPEAKER_01: This is our out-of-gas uh submission of the week.
- 1:19:29SPEAKER_01: So I saw me and my boys always been on that funny time and telling each other you cute when you're mad or don't get a shape up, you start looking snackish.
- 1:19:37SPEAKER_01: Just jokes, you feel me?
- 1:19:39SPEAKER_01: But the other day, my man looked at me all serious and like, yo, if I was gay, I'd rip.
- 1:19:47SPEAKER_01: I said, hold up, what he talking about, not chill.
- 1:19:50SPEAKER_01: It's just them gay games y'all too grown to play.
- 1:19:53SPEAKER_01: Bro, we almost 30.
- 1:19:54SPEAKER_01: You got a kid in a BM that hate you.
- 1:19:57SPEAKER_01: That ain't a game no more.
- 1:19:58SPEAKER_01: That's a confession.
- 1:19:59SPEAKER_01: So now I'm wondering, am I out of gas for taking it too far?
- 1:20:04SPEAKER_01: Or am I out of gas for and this nigga wrote this shit wrong?
- 1:20:08SPEAKER_01: Is he out of gas for taking it too far?
- 1:20:10SPEAKER_01: Or am I out of gas for even entertaining that shit in the first place?
- 1:20:13SPEAKER_04: Can I go?
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:20:15SPEAKER_04: I said a couple of uh pods ago that uh black people, I'm assuming this person is black, just going over the banana.
- 1:20:23SPEAKER_04: Maybe I'm wrong.
- 1:20:24SPEAKER_04: But black people, especially black men, have started to adopt the white boy humor.
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_04: And this is when cultures clash.
- 1:20:33SPEAKER_04: This is clearly when cultures clash.
- 1:20:36SPEAKER_04: The dude that said that shit, he definitely took it too far.
- 1:20:42SPEAKER_04: You cannot say that.
- 1:20:43SPEAKER_04: Unless, of course, you're a homosexual man.
- 1:20:46SPEAKER_04: But then you have to disclose that to your friend.
- 1:20:49SPEAKER_04: I don't think it's fair to play gay games and actually be gay.
- 1:20:52SPEAKER_04: Because then they're not games anymore.
- 1:20:55SPEAKER_04: Um, the other guy, he's wrong too.
- 1:21:00SPEAKER_04: Because if you are participating in white boy humor, there is no end to white boy humor.
- 1:21:04SPEAKER_04: That shit I've heard and seen white people, white boys, they there's no end.
- 1:21:10SPEAKER_04: These niggas there's just no end.
- 1:21:14SPEAKER_04: There's no, hey, there's a line here.
- 1:21:16SPEAKER_04: You go as gay as until until niggas is doing some actual penetration, that's probably the line.
- 1:21:21SPEAKER_04: And I would not be surprised if in a guy, a group of gay, I mean a group of straight white men that that has happened.
- 1:21:26SPEAKER_04: It's just jokes, bro.
- 1:21:27SPEAKER_04: I would not be surprised.
- 1:21:28SPEAKER_04: Would that surprise you?
- 1:21:30SPEAKER_01: No, that definitely is happening.
- 1:21:31SPEAKER_01: I've heard stories like that.
- 1:21:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you see what I'm saying?
- 1:21:33SPEAKER_04: Like online.
- 1:21:34SPEAKER_04: So I think it's just a case of um both teams lose.
- 1:21:39SPEAKER_04: Both niggas is out of gas.
- 1:21:42SPEAKER_04: That's how I look at it.
- 1:21:44SPEAKER_04: Yo go.
- 1:21:46SPEAKER_01: Yo, your man's is flay.
- 1:21:48SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna lie.
- 1:21:49SPEAKER_01: Like, that's so even I don't even like the other shit.
- 1:21:53SPEAKER_01: Like, you looking like a snack when you get a shape up.
- 1:21:55SPEAKER_01: That's that's too far.
- 1:21:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but like fillet games is like I don't even know.
- 1:22:02SPEAKER_04: That's the base, but that's for black people.
- 1:22:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:22:05SPEAKER_04: For white people, it don't gotta be funny.
- 1:22:07SPEAKER_04: We gotta be gay.
- 1:22:08SPEAKER_01: Just making people uncomfortable.
- 1:22:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:22:10SPEAKER_01: That's the bag.
- 1:22:11SPEAKER_01: But like that, yeah, y'all, both of y'all is fillet.
- 1:22:15SPEAKER_01: All of y'all is flay.
- 1:22:16SPEAKER_01: Y'all whole group of friends are fillet.
- 1:22:17SPEAKER_01: All y'all flay niggas.
- 1:22:18SPEAKER_01: I hope this is none of my friends, because they're flying out niggas playing around like that.
- 1:22:22SPEAKER_01: I never heard nobody talk about like that, talk like that.
- 1:22:24SPEAKER_01: That sounds like some niggas from well, I'm not gonna disclose it.
- 1:22:26SPEAKER_04: From where?
- 1:22:28SPEAKER_01: Anyways, um, yeah, y'all flay.
- 1:22:30SPEAKER_01: That's crazy though.
- 1:22:31SPEAKER_01: Niggas said if you was a girl, I'd if I was a girl, I'd have ripped.
- 1:22:35SPEAKER_04: He should have stopped him when he started that sentence.
- 1:22:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, don't even let him get that.
- 1:22:39SPEAKER_01: No, I'm gonna let a nigga get a started.
- 1:22:41SPEAKER_01: Nah, nah, nah.
- 1:22:42SPEAKER_01: If I was a girl.
- 1:22:43SPEAKER_01: Because I don't know where you're going with that.
- 1:22:46SPEAKER_01: You right.
- 1:22:48SPEAKER_01: Because a nigga might say, if I was a girl, I'd be selling pussy.
- 1:22:51SPEAKER_01: I'd be like, all right.
- 1:22:52SPEAKER_01: That's gay too, though.
- 1:22:53SPEAKER_01: Nah, that's not that gay.
- 1:22:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's not that gay.
- 1:22:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you're right.
- 1:22:56SPEAKER_01: But saying if I was a girl, I want to rip you, that's filled.
- 1:22:58SPEAKER_04: Nah, but that's bigging up your man.
- 1:23:00SPEAKER_01: Nah, that's not big enough my man.
- 1:23:01SPEAKER_01: That's that's sucking down your man.
- 1:23:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, man.
- 1:23:04SPEAKER_01: That's oh my god.
- 1:23:06SPEAKER_04: Put your man on.
- 1:23:07SPEAKER_04: So if you're in the club, right?
- 1:23:10SPEAKER_04: They like, yo, I want to talk to that girl, but I'm shy.
- 1:23:14SPEAKER_04: And your man go over there, and he's like, yo, if I was a girl, I'll fuck him.
- 1:23:20SPEAKER_04: What's the difference?
- 1:23:22SPEAKER_04: What's the difference?
- 1:23:23SPEAKER_04: Nigga, that girl's gonna be like, what the fuck?
- 1:23:25SPEAKER_04: Yeah, what two niggas got going on?
- 1:23:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but like, uh, it's game, game is game.
- 1:23:31SPEAKER_01: But you know, in a in the right crowd, the girl might actually jack that.
- 1:23:34SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:23:35SPEAKER_01: Because these progressive people, I don't know.
- 1:23:37SPEAKER_04: But that's the world we live in now.
- 1:23:39SPEAKER_01: That's if I was a girl, I'd fuck them.
- 1:23:43SPEAKER_01: That's wild.
- 1:23:43SPEAKER_01: To get a to that's that's a wingman move?
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_01: In this in this era.
- 1:23:48SPEAKER_01: We gotta get a girl on her to see if they would jack her.
- 1:23:50SPEAKER_04: I'm trying to tell you that's what's gonna take us to the next level.
- 1:23:53SPEAKER_04: That's because that might work.
- 1:23:58SPEAKER_01: And that's that's not gonna work.
- 1:24:00SPEAKER_01: That's not gonna work.
- 1:24:00SPEAKER_01: That might work with a white a white girl.
- 1:24:02SPEAKER_01: That's not working with no somebody with melanin.
- 1:24:04SPEAKER_01: Septum Pearson?

- 1:24:26SPEAKER_01: Niggas in Jam niggas in New York don't wear that.
- 1:24:28SPEAKER_01: Jamaican niggas in New York, I never seen a nigga with net shirt.

- 1:24:32SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:24:32SPEAKER_01: Um, if you buy a if you ride a motorcycle and you got the spike on your helmet.

- 1:24:39SPEAKER_01: You niggas don't be freaky like that.
- 1:24:41SPEAKER_01: But the white niggas, what else?
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_01: The eyebrow piercing.
- 1:24:46SPEAKER_01: What about tongue piercing?
- 1:24:48SPEAKER_01: On a man.
- 1:24:49SPEAKER_01: You know, I know a few niggas that have tongue piercings, and it is very off-putting.
- 1:24:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know.
- 1:24:56SPEAKER_01: Because it's like, why do you have that?
- 1:24:57SPEAKER_01: That's just why.
- 1:24:58SPEAKER_04: And I don't want to ask though.
- 1:24:59SPEAKER_04: Because then I don't want to.
