- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning, Good morning. It is time for us to
- 0:02Speaker 1: go to God in prayer. And I've asked my friend
- 0:04Speaker 1: faster Keith Norman, once again to lead us in prayer.
- 0:08Speaker 2: And I pray now for families, for friends, and Lord
- 0:11Speaker 2: for fellowship all over the land. God, I thank you
- 0:14Speaker 2: that a deep wealth of friendship is a gift that
- 0:17Speaker 2: you have given to so many of us over the years. God,
- 0:20Speaker 2: we've met people that we have remained in contact with
- 0:23Speaker 2: for so many years of our life. And then, Lord,
- 0:25Speaker 2: we have social medial tools that will give us opportunity
- 0:28Speaker 2: to reach out and connect with friends. I pray now
- 0:31Speaker 2: for strong friendships. Lord. If a man will have friends,
- 0:34Speaker 2: he must first show himself to be friendly. If a
- 0:37Speaker 2: woman will have friends, she must first show herself to
- 0:40Speaker 2: be friendly. So God, let us first show ourselves as
- 0:43Speaker 2: worthy friends. And then Lord, make the tithes and the
- 0:46Speaker 2: fellowship of friendship across the land. Lord, thank you for
- 0:49Speaker 2: my family, my brothers, my sisters, my cousins, my parents,
- 0:52Speaker 2: and my children, all of those who are surrounded, Dear
- 0:55Speaker 2: God by us in the city and across the nation
- 0:58Speaker 2: in which we live. I pray now God that our
- 1:00Speaker 2: families are healthy and strong. Lord We didn't pick them.
- 1:03Speaker 2: We didn't choose them, But God, you gave them to
- 1:05Speaker 2: us for a reason. Teach us how to get along
- 1:07Speaker 2: with one another and to love one another. And Lord,
- 1:10Speaker 2: among all of these groups, let us have sweet fellowship.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Fellowship is the corneria, Dear God, that unites us one
- 1:16Speaker 2: with another, that we are able, Dear God, to enjoy
- 1:19Speaker 2: life in peace. Lord, remove crime from our surroundings so
- 1:23Speaker 2: we don't have to walk with our heads on a swivel,
- 1:25Speaker 2: that we can just walk forward and keep our praise
- 1:28Speaker 2: and our hearts and our minds stayed on You. This
- 1:31Speaker 2: is my prayer of peace for the city of Memphis,
- 1:34Speaker 2: for our family, for our friends, and sweet fellowship. Amen.
