- 0:30Speaker 5: twenty First it is mixed one or two point nine.
- 0:33Speaker 5: Good Morning, Billy the Kid Candye Lopez this year producer
- 0:36Speaker 5: Pooh is here And Okay, I feel like I am
- 0:40Speaker 5: prepping for a winter storm and just chaos everywhere. I
- 0:43Speaker 5: don't know what is going on, and so many people
- 0:46Speaker 5: have DM me and message me about something that they've
- 0:49Speaker 5: seen all over Dallas apparently and Dallas. Yeah, And I
- 0:54Speaker 5: don't want to get into it right now, because first
- 0:57Speaker 5: of all, I'm okay, and I don't The reason I
- 1:00Speaker 5: don't want to talk about it right now is because
- 1:03Speaker 5: I don't want to keep going over it a million times.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Something happened yesterday that somebody did talking about me publicly
- 1:12Speaker 5: that is confusing, ridiculous. I'm confused, and that's why I
- 1:18Speaker 5: wasn't going to talk about it at first. I'm like,
- 1:20Speaker 5: you know what, I'm not even going to get into
- 1:21Speaker 5: this because whoever did this obviously wants attention. Yeah, and
- 1:26Speaker 5: it's I'm going to get into it at seven point thirty,
- 1:29Speaker 5: and I hate to do that, but it's because that's
- 1:32Speaker 5: when a lot of people, you know, are waking up,
- 1:33Speaker 5: they're all listening.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Then that's like one of the peak moments.
- 1:36Speaker 5: And I just don't want to keep explaining what happened,
- 1:39Speaker 5: and because I don't even know all the details, and
- 1:42Speaker 5: as I'm trying to figure out why somebody would be
- 1:45Speaker 5: this angry at me. Really, that's what it seems like
- 1:48Speaker 5: at least, And I know I'm being vague, but it's
- 1:50Speaker 5: for a reason, trust me. But it's also I'm just
- 1:53Speaker 5: being as real as can be. It affected my mood
- 1:55Speaker 5: yesterday because at first I thought somebody was making this up.
- 1:58Speaker 5: I'm like, why would somebody say this kind of stuff
- 2:00Speaker 5: about me publicly? I don't get it. And then I
- 2:03Speaker 5: realized it wasn't a joke. So we're gonna have to
- 2:05Speaker 5: get into it today seven point thirty. And I hate
- 2:07Speaker 5: when people do that, and I'm sorry I'm being vague yeah,
- 2:10Speaker 5: and making you wait.
- 2:11Speaker 6: But no, I get it.
- 2:12Speaker 7: I mean, I have so many questions because I was
- 2:14Speaker 7: at dinner last night with my family at Texas Roadhouse
- 2:17Speaker 7: for my dad's birthday, and I saw my friend Monica
- 2:20Speaker 7: text me or message me, and it popped up and
- 2:22Speaker 7: I could see what you're talking about?
- 2:23Speaker 6: And I was like, yeah, WT every other letter and.
- 2:28Speaker 7: Then and then I couldn't focus because I was at dinner.
- 2:31Speaker 6: My whole family was there as a whole thing.
- 2:33Speaker 5: But yeah, so somebody hit me up about it online
- 2:36Speaker 5: and I saw a couple of messages. Then my phone
- 2:37Speaker 5: started blowing up and I was playing basketball, so I
- 2:40Speaker 5: wasn't like checking my phone right And then as soon
- 2:42Speaker 5: as I got done, everyone was messaging me like, hey,
- 2:45Speaker 5: what's going on with this? Yeah, And it was a
- 2:47Speaker 5: picture of something that's I don't even know exactly where
- 2:52Speaker 5: it's at.
- 2:52Speaker 6: Yeah, no, I don't either.
- 2:54Speaker 5: It's a sign that's talking about me. That's all I'm
- 2:56Speaker 5: gonna say. That's all I say. And it's so confusing.
- 3:00Speaker 5: And I had to call my son, because you know,
- 3:04Speaker 5: I had to call my son and be like, hey, well, yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 5: you might hear something about me, but like, let me
- 3:08Speaker 5: explain it's not. Yeah, and he's like, wait what, I'm like, yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 5: just don't worry about it. But I had to tell
- 3:13Speaker 5: you in case you saw something online and it was
- 3:15Speaker 5: a whole thing. So either way, seven point thirty, we're
- 3:18Speaker 5: going to talk about that. Yeah, it's just a lot. Yeah.
- 3:21Speaker 7: I don't know who has this amount of time in
- 3:23Speaker 7: their life or like why anyone would do.
- 3:26Speaker 6: That, I don't get it.
- 3:27Speaker 5: Totally drained my energy yesterday. So and I was all
- 3:31Speaker 5: excited in a good mood in a weird way for
- 3:33Speaker 5: the weather. Yeah, I know, kind of exciting to get
- 3:36Speaker 5: a winter storm, but kind of not.
- 3:37Speaker 7: Yeah, well I want a winter storm that's just snow, right. Well,
- 3:40Speaker 7: we have fun and it's picturesque and you know, nobody
- 3:44Speaker 7: gets hurt.
- 3:44Speaker 6: It's not like a dangerous situation. But I don't know
- 3:47Speaker 6: what's happening with this thing coming in Friday.
- 3:49Speaker 5: I'm sure you'll give us an update. I will, yeah,
- 3:51Speaker 5: Texas Top Stories, but it could be just snow at
- 3:53Speaker 5: this point. I don't really think they know what's going
- 3:55Speaker 5: to happen.
- 3:56Speaker 6: Yeah, not yet.
- 3:56Speaker 7: And like weather is so dramatic these days, like before
- 3:59Speaker 7: social media, do you remember when we just turned on
- 4:01Speaker 7: the TV to get weather, and that's just what it was.
- 4:03Speaker 7: There wasn't like you know, you know all these Instagram
- 4:05Speaker 7: stories and just dramatic.
- 4:07Speaker 6: Weather weather people.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Yes, it's a lot. So well.
- 4:10Speaker 6: I do have an update though in Texas Top Story
- 4:12Speaker 6: for sure, that coming up.
- 4:13Speaker 5: Candice Lopez, Happy birthday to your dad. Hopefully you enjoyed
- 4:16Speaker 5: Texas Roadhouse.
- 4:17Speaker 6: Yeah we did. Man, it was loud in there though.
- 4:20Speaker 7: I don't know if it's because I only go to
- 4:22Speaker 7: Texas Roadhouse with my entire family, So we asked for
- 4:24Speaker 7: a table for nine, right, and they just have to
- 4:27Speaker 7: see us in that one spot where all the birthdays are.
- 4:30Speaker 6: And it was just like non stop, you know, just
- 4:32Speaker 6: a clapping in the song and the saddle coming out
- 4:35Speaker 6: and all that.
- 4:36Speaker 2: So yeah, that.
- 4:40Speaker 6: It is a whole lot. My dad was just like,
- 4:42Speaker 6: please do.
- 4:43Speaker 7: Not tell them it's my birthday. Like it was just
- 4:45Speaker 7: every five minutes and came out.
- 4:46Speaker 5: I'm like, your dad, I don't want I don't want
- 4:48Speaker 5: all that attention, right, But did you tell them anyway?
- 4:51Speaker 6: No, we didn't. We did it because literally it was
- 4:53Speaker 6: just it was a lot. Everyone was just like, oh
- 4:55Speaker 6: my gosh, it's so loud in here. I could not focus.
- 4:58Speaker 7: I'm so over stimulated at Texas Roadhouse because I know
- 5:02Speaker 7: there's just so.
- 5:02Speaker 6: Many people, and then my my family's crammed into one
- 5:05Speaker 6: of those little booths.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Do you think when we were twenty one, we'd have
- 5:07Speaker 4: been like, wow, it's so loud in here.
- 5:10Speaker 6: No, we would have been the loud one.
- 5:11Speaker 4: We would have been the loud one.
- 5:13Speaker 6: Please.
- 5:14Speaker 4: How life changes? How life changes? All right?
- 5:17Speaker 5: Well, happy birthday? Yeah, thank you, Papo Lopez. Yes, we
- 5:21Speaker 5: appreciate producer.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Howbout you?
- 5:24Speaker 8: I had fun yesterday a parent teacher conference. Oh oh
- 5:27Speaker 8: really yeah, for my thirteen year old because him and
- 5:30Speaker 8: his little friend had been acting up.
- 5:32Speaker 6: Really.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Oh oh yeah, where'd he get that from? I never
- 5:38Speaker 4: got caught in class? You did?
- 5:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:41Speaker 8: She was like, yeah, he's just doing some excessive talking.
- 5:45Speaker 8: And I was like, oh okay, yeah. I was like
- 5:47Speaker 8: I'll get it handled.
- 5:48Speaker 4: She was like, thanks so much.
- 5:49Speaker 7: Dad.
- 5:50Speaker 4: By the way, I listened to the show.
- 5:52Speaker 6: That's cool.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Okay, Well, then I believe the teacher whatever she says,
- 5:57Speaker 5: I believe passed in the class.
- 5:58Speaker 7: So I'm like an excessive talk using the worst thing.
- 6:00Speaker 7: And we all got in trouble for excessive talking and
- 6:03Speaker 7: that's what we do.
- 6:04Speaker 3: For a living.
- 6:04Speaker 4: Now, Yeah, you're right.
- 6:06Speaker 9: I did.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Yeah, he's got eighty eight and I'm like, well he
- 6:08Speaker 4: is passing.
- 6:09Speaker 6: That's good.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Yeah, but he's doing a podcast or in a class.
- 6:14Speaker 6: Like Subscribe.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Its Texas Tough Stories on the Tents with Billy's Kid
- 6:20Speaker 4: in the morning only on the New Mix one two
- 6:23Speaker 4: point nine. Candice well Pants, we got a turty little
- 6:25Speaker 4: secret at six fifty. But right now, let us know
- 6:27Speaker 4: what's going on in our world.
- 6:28Speaker 7: Yeah, well, this is a weird thing to say, but
- 6:30Speaker 7: a winter storm watch has been issued for the Metroplex
- 6:33Speaker 7: starting at noon on Friday, as we prepare for what's
- 6:36Speaker 7: being called a significant ice storm U So as of
- 6:40Speaker 7: right now, of course we have two days to watch
- 6:42Speaker 7: this Arctic era as it gets closer. But as of
- 6:44Speaker 7: right now, they're saying an inch or more of ice
- 6:47Speaker 7: is possible, one to four inches of snow is possible,
- 6:50Speaker 7: and then once we get below freezing Friday, some areas
- 6:53Speaker 7: won't get above freezing until Tuesday.
- 6:56Speaker 4: That is no bueno. No, it's not good.
- 6:59Speaker 5: No.
- 7:00Speaker 7: The frit days, when the rain gets here, it turns
- 7:01Speaker 7: to freezing rain, then sleet and then eventually snow. But
- 7:05Speaker 7: this storm is going to affect you know, Texas all
- 7:07Speaker 7: the way to the Carolinas. This is going to impact
- 7:10Speaker 7: a lot of people. Two hundred million people will have
- 7:12Speaker 7: temps below twenty degrees. So travel is going to be
- 7:15Speaker 7: a mess. I mean, basically impossible for a lot of places.
- 7:19Speaker 7: But I did see an expert weighing in on things
- 7:22Speaker 7: like the water burger cup thing you know that went
- 7:25Speaker 7: viral where people cut them up to protect the exposed pipes,
- 7:28Speaker 7: And they say, yes, any styrofoam cup will work. But
- 7:31Speaker 7: they're not going to work as good as products made
- 7:33Speaker 7: for this obviously, but it's better than nothing. But be
- 7:37Speaker 7: sure you know how to shut off the water, protect
- 7:39Speaker 7: your pipes, all those things.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Protect your pipes, drip your faucets. You got to do
- 7:43Speaker 4: that stuff like this.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean we went yesterday and got firewood, and Mike, well,
- 7:48Speaker 7: because we haven't started. We haven't had a fire at
- 7:50Speaker 7: our house at all.
- 7:51Speaker 4: And it stn't tell me you're the family that takes
- 7:53Speaker 4: all the damn bread.
- 7:54Speaker 6: No we didn't. I'm gonna make bread. I'm gonna make bread.
- 7:57Speaker 9: I'm doing this.
- 7:58Speaker 6: I'm doing this right, Okay, you guys have I'm gonna
- 8:00Speaker 6: go make.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Some because I'm telling you, the grocery store yesterday was
- 8:05Speaker 4: already busy. Uh huh, people freaking out. I'm like, Okay,
- 8:08Speaker 4: I get it.
- 8:09Speaker 5: You want to be prepared, but at the same time,
- 8:10Speaker 5: don't hoard things to where other people can't get things.
- 8:13Speaker 7: Yeah, we didn't hoard anything, but I remember last year
- 8:16Speaker 7: or whatever year it was the year before and there
- 8:18Speaker 7: was no chicken, and I was like, I just want chicken,
- 8:20Speaker 7: and I couldn't find chicken because everyone was just like
- 8:22Speaker 7: taking all the proteins.
- 8:23Speaker 5: You know how different we are. Here's how different we are,
- 8:25Speaker 5: Cannie and I love our differences. Yeah, I celebrate our differences.
- 8:29Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Shit, yesterday you were like, you know what, I better
- 8:32Speaker 5: get to Kroger or tom Yeah. I got to stock
- 8:35Speaker 5: up on firewood.
- 8:36Speaker 4: I gotta be ready. I gotta have a bottle of water.
- 8:38Speaker 4: You know what. My first thought was, what, I better
- 8:41Speaker 4: go to Specs and get liquors.
- 8:46Speaker 7: Yeah smart, I mean, we definitely have what we need
- 8:48Speaker 7: to make margaritas some again.
- 8:50Speaker 4: So yeah, storm Watch twenty twenty six.
- 8:54Speaker 6: Yeah, they're starting to pre treat the road. So no
- 8:57Speaker 6: black eyes though, Oh it's possible. Yeah, fly out there.
- 9:00Speaker 4: For sure.
- 9:02Speaker 6: Guys all day.
- 9:03Speaker 4: That's also stripper name. Yeah, my gosh, you ready, ladies.
- 9:06Speaker 6: Yeah, guys, real quick.
- 9:10Speaker 7: A new pole says parents are becoming less uptight about
- 9:13Speaker 7: their kids using swear words. A new pole says only
- 9:16Speaker 7: half of parents think it's never okay for kids to
- 9:19Speaker 7: use choice words. The survey says thirty five percent of
- 9:23Speaker 7: parents of kids between six and seventeen kind of think
- 9:26Speaker 7: it depends on the situation, but twelve percent say it
- 9:29Speaker 7: just depends on the word.
- 9:30Speaker 6: But it's mostly teens.
- 9:31Speaker 7: You know that parents are letting swear more these days,
- 9:34Speaker 7: which is really interesting.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Yeah. I see it all the time.
- 9:37Speaker 6: Yeah do you.
- 9:38Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, my my son was four, he was already
- 9:40Speaker 5: dropping the bomb. Yeah, he was doing he was like
- 9:44Speaker 5: four or five. I think that was his first word.
- 9:45Speaker 5: Oh no, I don't know. I don't get so uptight
- 9:48Speaker 5: about it. But it's weird because I'm, you know, a
- 9:51Speaker 5: grown adult.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Obviously. I still don't even like to swear in front
- 9:54Speaker 4: of my mom.
- 9:55Speaker 5: No, because I was taught as a kid by my
- 9:57Speaker 5: grandfather was like, yeah, you just don't do that in
- 10:00Speaker 5: front of ladies. Yeah, because that's an old school mentality.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Unless it's Kannice Lopez.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm just one of the guys.
- 10:07Speaker 5: It is what it is.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I have no issues.
- 10:10Speaker 5: I just but I'm not comfortable with my son. Like
- 10:12Speaker 5: my son said something the other day by accident, huh,
- 10:15Speaker 5: because he quote didn't know it was a swear word.
- 10:19Speaker 5: It was which one peede off.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I don't want to.
- 10:22Speaker 6: Say, Okay, that's a mile.
- 10:23Speaker 4: That's a mile, right, like, h that's in fractions. Still
- 10:27Speaker 4: caught me by surprise. Yeah, he was like, Dad, I'm
- 10:29Speaker 4: not gonna lie. That peed me off. And I was
- 10:31Speaker 4: like whoa. He's like what And I go, that's kind
- 10:35Speaker 4: of not a good word. It's a bad word.
- 10:38Speaker 5: It's not the worst word, but I just don't be
- 10:41Speaker 5: throwing it out there. It's like you're gonna go to
- 10:42Speaker 5: school and say that that's not appropriate.
- 10:44Speaker 6: Totally yeah, totally my bad.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:47Speaker 7: So, uh, guys, what's the weirdest thing you've ever done
- 10:49Speaker 7: while driving? Because William Shatner, who by the way, is
- 10:53Speaker 7: ninety four, I had no idea he was ninety four,
- 10:55Speaker 7: but this, this picture of him has gone viral because
- 10:57Speaker 7: he was driving around la while eating a bowl of cereal.
- 11:02Speaker 7: I guess he was at a red light when this
- 11:04Speaker 7: picture was taken, But I just have so many questions
- 11:07Speaker 7: that combo of ninety four and cereal and driving.
- 11:10Speaker 4: I'm not so much worried about the cereal. I'm worried
- 11:12Speaker 4: about the ninety four. Yeah, Like, what are you doing right?
- 11:16Speaker 4: You have it that together at ninety four that you
- 11:19Speaker 4: could still drive and have a bowl?
- 11:21Speaker 6: Yeah, And I zoomed in. This is like Raisin bran
- 11:23Speaker 6: or some kind of like fun It looks like Raisin brand.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Of course it was got that in some meta musil.
- 11:31Speaker 4: What are you doing? Yeah?
- 11:33Speaker 6: So good for him?
- 11:34Speaker 4: No, not good for him. Put that down, focus on
- 11:37Speaker 4: the road, Sit down somewhere, Sit down somewhere. I don't
- 11:40Speaker 4: need all that. But I've seen it.
- 11:43Speaker 6: Yeah, I've seen people do weird things too, like clip
- 11:45Speaker 6: their nails.
- 11:46Speaker 5: What's the weirdest thing you've seen somebody do while they're driving?
- 11:49Speaker 5: Let us know this morning, because I just want to know.
- 11:51Speaker 5: I have seen somebody clip their nails, and that is disgusting.
- 11:54Speaker 11: For sure.
- 11:54Speaker 4: You are gross in your car, just flying in the
- 11:57Speaker 4: back seat. Where to go? Who knows? You don't need fries?
- 12:03Speaker 4: You need fries? Cool?
- 12:04Speaker 3: Totally.
- 12:05Speaker 4: You're eating soup in your car.
- 12:07Speaker 6: It's risky. It's risky, super risky.
- 12:10Speaker 4: I saw somebody cooking one time in their car.
- 12:12Speaker 6: I'm batch you, all right, I'm cannas on fens. Those
- 12:16Speaker 6: are your Texas top stories. I'll be all right.
- 12:18Speaker 5: Really fake news. I'm gonna give you three headlines. You
- 12:20Speaker 5: gotta tell me which one is fake? Which one is
- 12:22Speaker 5: a fake headline? Out of the three? Uh canvases on
- 12:25Speaker 5: a really strong role right now, settled down, He's won
- 12:29Speaker 5: multiple weeks in a row. At this point, are you
- 12:32Speaker 5: gonna pick first? Or do you want who to pick first?
- 12:34Speaker 8: Who?
- 12:34Speaker 6: Do you want to pick first?
- 12:35Speaker 5: Today?
- 12:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 12:36Speaker 6: I'm fine first today, will pick first until he wins again?
- 12:44Speaker 4: All right first headline.
- 12:47Speaker 5: A new report says that ozempk could save airlines five
- 12:51Speaker 5: hundred and eighty million dollars a year. New reports say
- 12:55Speaker 5: that ozempk could save airlines five hundred million dollars a year.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Headline number one. Headline number two. Man arrested for reckless
- 13:03Speaker 5: driving because he was painting while driving down interstate. Man
- 13:09Speaker 5: arrested for reckless driving because he was painting while driving
- 13:14Speaker 5: down interstate.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Headline number two. Headline number three.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Chinese wedding goes viral as twin brothers marry twin sisters
- 13:22Speaker 5: with twin uncles in the crowd. What Chinese wedding goes
- 13:26Speaker 5: viral as twin brothers marry twin sisters with twin uncles
- 13:31Speaker 5: in the crowd. Three headlines. One of them is fake,
- 13:34Speaker 5: one of them is made up. It is very confusing wedding.
- 13:37Speaker 5: And you got to tell me which one of these
- 13:39Speaker 5: headlines is fake? And producer who We've already narrowed it down.
- 13:41Speaker 5: You're gonna go first, Go ahead. I'm gonna go with
- 13:44Speaker 5: the second story. Second story, Yes, man arrested for a
- 13:47Speaker 5: reckless drive and you don't think that's true painting? No,
- 13:49Speaker 5: come on, people do ridiculous things. No, ridiculous things.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Do you want to lock that in? Yeah? Lock me in?
- 13:55Speaker 4: All right, lock it in? Double, lock it oh double.
- 13:58Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, confident?
- 14:00Speaker 5: Okay, another one, all right, Canda Slopez, which one do
- 14:06Speaker 5: you think is a fake story?
- 14:08Speaker 6: I'm gonna go with.
- 14:09Speaker 7: I guess that first story, the Olympic story of the airlines.
- 14:13Speaker 5: Really, see, you know what you're sweet? Because I can
- 14:17Speaker 5: already tell that you're trying to let poo win.
- 14:20Speaker 4: I should already tell okay, you tries disclosure.
- 14:24Speaker 6: I was going to talk about that airlight story.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Oh fine, pooh, you wan way to go.
- 14:35Speaker 5: Thanks, I said, you know how when you play games,
- 14:38Speaker 5: when you're a parent, you play games with your kids
- 14:40Speaker 5: and you finally let them win one.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Congratulations, pooh.
- 14:45Speaker 5: The story man arrested for reckless driving while painting was
- 14:49Speaker 5: a fake story.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Now, if you want to go full disclosure, Oh, here
- 14:53Speaker 4: we go.
- 14:53Speaker 5: That story was originally about cereal, but then you did
- 14:56Speaker 5: the story about William Shatner in the Cereal and I'm.
- 15:01Speaker 4: Like, I gotta change it last minute.
- 15:02Speaker 5: So it was a whole thing, hilarious scenes behind the
- 15:06Speaker 5: scenes because sometimes we just don't talk to each other
- 15:08Speaker 5: about what we're talking about because it's just live.
- 15:11Speaker 4: So yeah, though, this is crazy though.
- 15:13Speaker 5: New report says that airlines could save five hundred and
- 15:16Speaker 5: eighty million dollars in fuel costs because of ozempic.
- 15:20Speaker 4: This is real. This is a real story though. Yeah.
- 15:23Speaker 5: New research from some fancy research company says drugs like
- 15:26Speaker 5: ozempic could result in society being ten percent slimmer, and
- 15:30Speaker 5: if that happens, total passenger way across flights would fall
- 15:33Speaker 5: by two percent, which this reduction would translate into roughly
- 15:37Speaker 5: one point five fuel savings for airlines.
- 15:40Speaker 7: Oh so if we lose weight, we should get our
- 15:42Speaker 7: bags for it.
- 15:43Speaker 5: That's what I'm trying to say, you know what I'm saying,
- 15:45Speaker 5: because I'm thinking, if I lose ten pounds, hold on,
- 15:46Speaker 5: let me.
- 15:47Speaker 4: If I lose ten pounds, then I carry the one.
- 15:49Speaker 6: Yeah, I just that would weighs fifty pounds.
- 15:51Speaker 4: But it only really weighs forty. So at least give
- 15:55Speaker 4: me free wifie. How about that?
- 15:58Speaker 2: Right?
- 15:59Speaker 4: So you know that's a real story. The other story
- 16:01Speaker 4: is kind of wild too.
- 16:02Speaker 5: Chinese wedding goes viral as twin brothers married twin sisters
- 16:05Speaker 5: with twin uncles in the crowd. Yeah, everybody's talking about this.
- 16:08Speaker 5: The video has over ten million views online. It's just
- 16:11Speaker 5: a photo of all four sets of twins together. The
- 16:14Speaker 5: best part was a surprise for the pair of newlyweds.
- 16:17Speaker 5: They only learned about twin uncles on their wedding days,
- 16:20Speaker 5: so they didn't know that there was gonna be twin
- 16:22Speaker 5: uncles in the crowd. But how crazy is that the
- 16:25Speaker 5: twin brothers would marry twin sisters? What are the odds
- 16:29Speaker 5: of that happening?
- 16:29Speaker 6: Yeah, they got the same taste.
- 16:31Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, The wedding host called this coincidence a miracle.
- 16:34Speaker 5: Two families have lived near each other for years, but
- 16:36Speaker 5: weren't close until a matchmaker introduced the couples in twenty
- 16:39Speaker 5: twenty two. And now they're married, and now they're trying
- 16:42Speaker 5: to also get in the Guinness World Records as a
- 16:44Speaker 5: family with four pairs of twins.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Oh wow, I have zero twins in my family.
- 16:48Speaker 6: Yeah, we have one pair my cousin's kids, a boy
- 16:51Speaker 6: and a girl.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Really, yeah, you could have them, Like, if you had
- 16:55Speaker 4: more kids, you might have twins.
- 16:56Speaker 6: Maybe. I don't know. I don't know which side that
- 16:58Speaker 6: came from me either.
- 16:59Speaker 4: I'm making this. I think I have a doppelganger, do
- 17:04Speaker 4: you Yeah?
- 17:04Speaker 5: But I don't have a twin obviously, But yeah, they
- 17:06Speaker 5: say yeah, no, they say no, I'm just saying, they say,
- 17:10Speaker 5: as a doppelganger.
- 17:11Speaker 11: Oh right.
- 17:11Speaker 5: Everybody in the world has one doppleganger, a person that
- 17:13Speaker 5: they say looks exactly like you.
- 17:15Speaker 6: Wow.
- 17:16Speaker 4: There's also a new phrase called choppel ganger. What's a
- 17:19Speaker 4: chap gang?
- 17:19Speaker 9: Have you?
- 17:20Speaker 4: Did you see that? Yeah, that's a doppelganger who's uglier
- 17:23Speaker 4: than you. I know, I'm not making it up. That's
- 17:27Speaker 4: a real thing.
- 17:27Speaker 7: They say, it's a real all doppelganger is uglier than us.
- 17:31Speaker 6: We always think that, right, you never see I wish
- 17:34Speaker 6: I look like that.
- 17:34Speaker 4: I'm hoping my doppelganger is better looking than me, you
- 17:37Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. Poor guy, off your.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Promise, you'll feel better.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Dirty Little Secret is on. It's mixed one or two
- 17:47Speaker 5: point nine bill at a kid. Candice slow Pez is
- 17:49Speaker 5: her producer, who is here. I'm getting a lot of
- 17:52Speaker 5: more messages, even more than I thought I was getting earlier.
- 17:55Speaker 4: I'm checking my dms and they're just going insane.
- 17:58Speaker 5: If people are, you know, seeing certain things that are
- 18:01Speaker 5: out there right now about the show, and not necessarily
- 18:05Speaker 5: positive things.
- 18:06Speaker 6: Right, But we're here, we're live, Like, yeah, that's the
- 18:08Speaker 6: good part.
- 18:09Speaker 4: We're here. We're live. I'm going to talk about it
- 18:10Speaker 4: at seven thirty.
- 18:11Speaker 5: The only reason I'm pushing it off till then is
- 18:13Speaker 5: so I only have to really hopefully talk about it
- 18:14Speaker 5: once and be done with it.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:17Speaker 4: I don't really know why someone is doing this, or.
- 18:20Speaker 5: Some multiple people. I'm a little bit confused by it.
- 18:23Speaker 5: I don't even know all the details. Trying to figure
- 18:25Speaker 5: it out. I've had my boss on the phone last night,
- 18:28Speaker 5: like why did who did I make angry? Why did
- 18:30Speaker 5: I make somebody upset? Or multiple people? I don't know.
- 18:33Speaker 4: It's just confusing.
- 18:34Speaker 5: So a seven thirty, we'll explain exactly what's going on,
- 18:37Speaker 5: and I'm going to post the picture online too, okay,
- 18:39Speaker 5: because yes, there was a picture involved.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I know I'm being vague.
- 18:42Speaker 6: Someone sent it to me.
- 18:43Speaker 4: No they did, Yeah, yeah, multiple people send it to me.
- 18:46Speaker 5: But now it's like all over the place, and I
- 18:48Speaker 5: can't say much about it until because we're also trying
- 18:50Speaker 5: to figure out exactly legally why that was my concern.
- 18:54Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't even know how to talk about it.
- 18:57Speaker 4: Right.
- 18:58Speaker 5: It's a whole thing, and I have a couple ideas
- 19:01Speaker 5: of who might be behind it. But yeah, so it's
- 19:04Speaker 5: it's becoming a thing. Seven thirty. We'll talk about it,
- 19:07Speaker 5: dirty little secret right now. If you got one eight
- 19:09Speaker 5: three three seven eight seven one o two nine, bring
- 19:12Speaker 5: it big secret, little secret. I don't care what is
- 19:15Speaker 5: whatever it is, and you got one, so what's up?
- 19:19Speaker 3: Okay?
- 19:19Speaker 6: I know how you guys are, and you're still going
- 19:22Speaker 6: to make fun of me for this?
- 19:24Speaker 4: No, yes, Okay, maybe what is it? I'm so curious
- 19:29Speaker 4: now I have to.
- 19:30Speaker 6: Really get this off my chest. I faked having a
- 19:32Speaker 6: peanut allergy for years. You faked it.
- 19:36Speaker 4: You faked a pet allergy. Wait yay, why would you
- 19:40Speaker 4: fake it?
- 19:40Speaker 3: It started when I was a kid. It was by accident.
- 19:47Speaker 6: Somebody thought I was allergic and I just went with it.
- 19:51Speaker 9: And then suddenly I was getting special treatment and everyone
- 19:55Speaker 9: was careful with these features, were checking labels.
- 19:58Speaker 6: Kids were like, oh, let me baby a seat.
- 20:00Speaker 10: You know the girl that's allergic to peanuts.
- 20:03Speaker 6: And I felt like like important, so I went along
- 20:07Speaker 6: with it.
- 20:07Speaker 4: So you so you started just saying that you had
- 20:10Speaker 4: a peanut That's.
- 20:11Speaker 7: How it isn't inzo school like the kids with the
- 20:13Speaker 7: peanut ol. Do you have a special table and it's marked. Yeah,
- 20:16Speaker 7: I get handled with care.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Basically, So you like that? So something about that as
- 20:20Speaker 4: a kid, you were like, oh, I feel like VIP
- 20:23Speaker 4: almost like.
- 20:24Speaker 6: Like VIP but for kids.
- 20:26Speaker 4: But the only thing is it kept it kept going.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I just couldn't stop.
- 20:29Speaker 5: So still I wait, wait, wait, wait, I'm sorry. So
- 20:32Speaker 5: this wasn't just happening as a kid, You're still doing it?
- 20:35Speaker 9: Yeah, my.
- 20:38Speaker 6: So for years. Like you guys, I carried an EPI pen.
- 20:44Speaker 9: I would flinch if someone opened a jar of peanut butter.
- 20:47Speaker 10: And I started telling.
- 20:49Speaker 9: Stories like, oh, these close calls. You know that my
- 20:53Speaker 9: one friend, she she put peanut butter on my sandwich.
- 20:56Speaker 9: And they were like, oh, no, I heard myself talking
- 20:58Speaker 9: about so much.
- 20:59Speaker 10: That I actually believed it.
- 21:02Speaker 9: My parents they were like, she developed an allergy later
- 21:05Speaker 9: in life.
- 21:06Speaker 6: No, my doctor thought I was allergic.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Yes, it was like, you've taken it into a butter
- 21:13Speaker 4: into adulthood.
- 21:14Speaker 5: I wish I had on call psychologist, because this has
- 21:17Speaker 5: to mean something that you.
- 21:20Speaker 4: I mean, it's obviously you like the attention. You like
- 21:23Speaker 4: the I don't know, the focus that's.
- 21:25Speaker 6: Your thing, focus on your brand.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Right like you like it.
- 21:28Speaker 5: It's part of who you are, and you just kind
- 21:30Speaker 5: of like the way it makes you feel, and it's
- 21:31Speaker 5: something to talk about.
- 21:32Speaker 4: And it's just I don't know, I don't know what
- 21:34Speaker 4: it is. What is it for you?
- 21:35Speaker 1: I don't I mean, I guess I couldn't go back
- 21:38Speaker 1: like in my medical chart.
- 21:40Speaker 6: You know, my parents thought I was allergic. What was
- 21:42Speaker 6: I going to do tell them that it was all
- 21:44Speaker 6: a lie?
- 21:45Speaker 9: So you and I still get nervous when someone opens
- 21:48Speaker 9: a peanut butter jart.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Not because I'm allergic, but because what if I don't
- 21:52Speaker 1: react to it and they know that I'm not allergic?
- 21:55Speaker 6: This is so some people like you grew out of it.
- 21:59Speaker 6: Yeah it does.
- 22:00Speaker 4: For whatever reason, my body's changing. It doesn't bother me anymore. Yeah, because.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I've lied about it for so long that it's become
- 22:09Speaker 1: this strange like prison for me. Yeah, I'm in this
- 22:13Speaker 1: invisible cage and I don't even know how to tell
- 22:15Speaker 1: the truth about it anymore.
- 22:17Speaker 4: Now do you lie about other things?
- 22:19Speaker 10: No, it's just maybe this is like my.
- 22:21Speaker 6: One exciting thing.
- 22:22Speaker 9: That's maybe like the dad, his job was boring, so
- 22:25Speaker 9: he made it exciting.
- 22:26Speaker 6: Maybe maybe it made me interesting.
- 22:29Speaker 5: Yeah, And I do really believe that if you tell
- 22:32Speaker 5: a lie long enough, you start to believe it yourself.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Yeah you know what I mean?
- 22:35Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 22:36Speaker 5: Yeah, right, pooh, what if anyone lies on the show,
- 22:43Speaker 5: just throw that out there. Well, thank you for your confession,
- 22:46Speaker 5: very that's a fascinating one for me. I can understand
- 22:49Speaker 5: why you do it as a kid. It's just developing
- 22:51Speaker 5: it into an adult is I don't know. Maybe we'll
- 22:54Speaker 5: have a psychologist call up and tell us what it's
- 22:55Speaker 5: all about. But either way, it's a nonjudgment zone, and
- 22:58Speaker 5: we appreciate your confession. Maybe one of the weirdest confessions
- 23:02Speaker 5: that fag an allergy.
- 23:04Speaker 4: That's so.
- 23:05Speaker 5: But you know what, then, I had a friend I
- 23:07Speaker 5: remember one time saying, and I don't want to say
- 23:09Speaker 5: who it is.
- 23:10Speaker 4: We work with him Junior, who does traffic for us.
- 23:15Speaker 4: Fake he faked a be Oh god, he faked a
- 23:19Speaker 4: bee allergy?
- 23:20Speaker 5: What because when he was a kid, because he would
- 23:22Speaker 5: freak out so bad, and he was so scared to
- 23:24Speaker 5: bees that he thought, if I'm gonna scream and run away,
- 23:27Speaker 5: at least I better tell people.
- 23:29Speaker 4: I might die exactly. That's why I get so scared.
- 23:33Speaker 4: But the truth is he's just really scared of bumblebees.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Fun tough stories on the tents with Billy's Kid in the.
- 23:42Speaker 6: Morning only Mix one or two point nine.
- 23:46Speaker 4: People are so sweet.
- 23:47Speaker 5: I'm starting to get dms like, Hey, don't worry about
- 23:49Speaker 5: I don't know what happened, but I love you and
- 23:51Speaker 5: I love the show and I can't wait to hear
- 23:54Speaker 5: what's going on.
- 23:54Speaker 4: At seven thirty.
- 23:55Speaker 5: We're gonna talk about all this drama at seven thirty
- 23:58Speaker 5: and you probably are like, what what do you mean?
- 24:00Speaker 5: But it'll all make sense when I talk about it,
- 24:02Speaker 5: because if you follow me online at Billy on the radio,
- 24:04Speaker 5: people are like, what is happening? Seven point thirty will
- 24:07Speaker 5: discuss and it affects the entire show. Ye Cannaslowpez what
- 24:11Speaker 5: is going on?
- 24:11Speaker 7: Well, a state of emergency has already been declared here
- 24:14Speaker 7: and Techak cruiser starting to treat the roads, preparing for
- 24:17Speaker 7: what's being called a significant ice storm, some are calling
- 24:20Speaker 7: a catastrophic Already this storm is going to span all
- 24:24Speaker 7: the way from Texas to the east coast, so we're
- 24:26Speaker 7: talking about a widespread ice event. A winter storm March
- 24:30Speaker 7: has been issued for the Metroplex starting at noon on Friday.
- 24:34Speaker 7: So I'm hearing anywhere from an inch or more of
- 24:37Speaker 7: ice possible, one to four inches of snow is possible,
- 24:40Speaker 7: and then once we get below freezing Friday, you know,
- 24:42Speaker 7: some areas won't even get above freezing until Tuesday.
- 24:45Speaker 4: See that's the dangerous part.
- 24:46Speaker 5: The dangerous part is the ice and that it's going
- 24:48Speaker 5: to stay cold, so you know, and I just wish
- 24:52Speaker 5: they could have told us earlier.
- 24:54Speaker 4: I know, it's weather and it changes.
- 24:55Speaker 5: But it's like all of a sudden, this went from
- 24:57Speaker 5: yesterday it might turn into something by the end of
- 25:00Speaker 5: the day, was serious, and now it's catastrophic.
- 25:02Speaker 7: Right now, which makes me wonder what's it going to
- 25:04Speaker 7: be tomorrow because I don't know which of these you know,
- 25:06Speaker 7: whether people are being dramatic, and which ones are serious.
- 25:09Speaker 5: That's what concerns me, because don't get me wrong, I
- 25:11Speaker 5: don't want it to be catastrophic, Oh absolutely not. I
- 25:14Speaker 5: also don't want to scare people so much because they're
- 25:17Speaker 5: saying the power grid is going to hold up.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Are they telling the truth? I don't know.
- 25:21Speaker 5: I hope so, yeah, are McDonald's ice cream power grid?
- 25:26Speaker 5: It reminds me of the ice cream machina McDonald's. Yeah,
- 25:30Speaker 5: barely works.
- 25:31Speaker 7: I wasn't living here yet in twenty twenty one. We
- 25:34Speaker 7: don't have that big situation. I was gone for a
- 25:37Speaker 7: little while. But yeah, I think people are just really
- 25:39Speaker 7: triggered by that, and like, if that happens again, we
- 25:41Speaker 7: want to be prepared.
- 25:42Speaker 5: So and they're saying you, they're saying, be prepared, get
- 25:45Speaker 5: the things you need, but don't overstock to where you're
- 25:47Speaker 5: taking from other people.
- 25:48Speaker 4: So they can't for sure.
- 25:51Speaker 7: Yeah, today looks good though, guys, light raining around, we'll
- 25:54Speaker 7: get up to about sixty two for a high, So
- 25:56Speaker 7: just a heads up. Also, the sale of TikTok is
- 25:59Speaker 7: scheduled close tomorrow as American investors are set to take
- 26:02Speaker 7: over operations of the app here in the US. So
- 26:06Speaker 7: this ended up being a fifteen billion dollar buy from
- 26:09Speaker 7: Byteedance and China. Part of this deal was that the
- 26:12Speaker 7: US would keep the algorithm on American user data, so
- 26:16Speaker 7: if you're one of the one hundred and seventy million users,
- 26:19Speaker 7: you don't have to download a new app.
- 26:21Speaker 6: An automatic update will happen on its own.
- 26:23Speaker 7: They're saying, though with a new algorithm, it could look
- 26:26Speaker 7: a little different for you for a while until it
- 26:29Speaker 7: relearns your preferences again.
- 26:31Speaker 6: But yeah, I don't.
- 26:32Speaker 7: I deleted TikTok so I don't even do it anymore. Yeah,
- 26:35Speaker 7: oh yeah, months ago.
- 26:37Speaker 4: You know what good for you? Yeah?
- 26:38Speaker 6: I just I don't need it. What do I need
- 26:40Speaker 6: that for?
- 26:40Speaker 8: Same?
- 26:40Speaker 5: It's just like it becomes an attention grabber and it
- 26:43Speaker 5: just sucks the energy out of me, and you start
- 26:46Speaker 5: to look at it and NonStop you get addicted to it.
- 26:49Speaker 4: I see why I can't get the whole point of it. Yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 4: it's designed to get addicted to.
- 26:54Speaker 7: It can't be good for us, right, And I'm just
- 26:55Speaker 7: starting to get stuff that I don't even want to see.
- 26:57Speaker 6: You know, that's not my preference. Actually, I don't know
- 27:00Speaker 6: why you're sharing that with me, So I just it's
- 27:02Speaker 6: just not my phone.
- 27:03Speaker 5: And I apologize because probably anything weird that pops up
- 27:06Speaker 5: on your phone is probably because of my algorithm.
- 27:08Speaker 6: Oh yeah, for sure.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:09Speaker 7: But you're making your own butter now, which I know
- 27:10Speaker 7: you got that from my algorithm, So that's cool for
- 27:12Speaker 7: the Instagram.
- 27:13Speaker 4: I did make my own butter, and that was all
- 27:14Speaker 4: because of your granny core algorithm.
- 27:17Speaker 6: Sourdough's next.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Oh god, if I ever make sourdough bread, I'm not
- 27:24Speaker 4: going there.
- 27:25Speaker 7: But guys, text between Taylor Swift and Blake Lively were
- 27:30Speaker 7: unsealed yesterday as part of the legal battle between Blake
- 27:33Speaker 7: and Justin Baldoni continues. This thing's been going on for
- 27:36Speaker 7: over a year, and I know you're tired of hearing
- 27:37Speaker 7: about Blake and.
- 27:39Speaker 4: It's just to get me mad. I'm already having a
- 27:40Speaker 4: bad day.
- 27:41Speaker 7: Well, this involves Taylor Swift and we're excited to see
- 27:43Speaker 7: her text, you know, because you know, Blake had these
- 27:46Speaker 7: claims of harassment and retaliation against Justin while they were filming.
- 27:50Speaker 6: It ends with us.
- 27:52Speaker 7: But according to court documents which Blake's team filed yesterday,
- 27:55Speaker 7: Taylor texted her I think this Blank knows something is
- 27:59Speaker 7: coming because he's gotten out his tiny violin. That's the
- 28:03Speaker 7: text that was shared publicly. Taylor's reps haven't commented, neither have.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Justin's That's what Taylor texts her.
- 28:09Speaker 6: Blake, Yeah, talking about I think, yeah.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Justin Justin. I'm just more curious how Taylor text, Like
- 28:16Speaker 4: does she use emojis?
- 28:17Speaker 6: Yeah, they're saying she's to the word here, so if
- 28:21Speaker 6: you were curious, Oh.
- 28:23Speaker 4: We know she swears from this last album.
- 28:24Speaker 6: Oh yeah, for sure.
- 28:25Speaker 7: Blake's lawyers say this is a real text, but say
- 28:28Speaker 7: it wasn't about you know, uh, them discussing that filming situation.
- 28:33Speaker 7: It was about the New York Times article that reported
- 28:36Speaker 7: Justin launching a smear campaign to retaliate against her. But basically,
- 28:40Speaker 7: these newly until documents say numerous women, cast crew execs,
- 28:43Speaker 7: even his own PR team, all had the same stories
- 28:46Speaker 7: about working with him.
- 28:47Speaker 6: Which is pretty damaging area.
- 28:49Speaker 5: I'd be so happy if I never heard Blake Lively
- 28:51Speaker 5: and Justin Baldoni's name. Again, you have no idea. I'd
- 28:55Speaker 5: rather bake sour go bread no naked. Oh yeah wow
- 29:00Speaker 5: wait and I hate being naked?
- 29:02Speaker 4: Yeah you do, so I would rather do that.
- 29:05Speaker 5: Okay, Well, but I appreciate because I do want to
- 29:08Speaker 5: know about Taylor Swift.
- 29:09Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, and I love Taylor.
- 29:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:11Speaker 5: Sometimes I think Candis is just trying to get it,
- 29:13Speaker 5: get me maybe a little bit exactly.
- 29:15Speaker 7: I'm Candaslow Fez and Sere in Texas Top Stories.
- 29:18Speaker 5: Hey, good morning, It's mixed one or two point nine
- 29:21Speaker 5: bail at a kid, Candae Lopez, producer Pooh is here.
- 29:24Speaker 4: And I know I've been talking about and teasing this.
- 29:27Speaker 5: Hey listen at seven thirty because I'm getting a lot
- 29:29Speaker 5: of DMS and messages and calls and texts and everything
- 29:32Speaker 5: at this point of something that started yesterday out of
- 29:35Speaker 5: nowhere that happened that involves you know, my personal life,
- 29:39Speaker 5: also work life, the show. Everything that started off is
- 29:43Speaker 5: what I thought was a total joke, and I thought
- 29:46Speaker 5: this is funny. Whoever's doing this is stupid whatever, and
- 29:50Speaker 5: then it turned into not so much a joke, and
- 29:53Speaker 5: basically what happened about four o'clock yesterday afternoon.
- 29:56Speaker 4: I get a DM that says, and I just posted.
- 30:00Speaker 5: About this and you could see it at Billy on
- 30:02Speaker 5: the radio at Mix one o two nine FM. I
- 30:06Speaker 5: get a DM that says, this is wild. I get
- 30:10Speaker 5: a DM that says, hey, do you know there's a
- 30:12Speaker 5: sign on seventy five saying to cancel.
- 30:16Speaker 4: Your show on the radio? And I'm like what?
- 30:20Speaker 5: And I put question mark, question mark, question mark, what
- 30:22Speaker 5: do you mean? On a billboard. I'm confused. Someone DM
- 30:25Speaker 5: me about this. Someone else DM me about this, but
- 30:27Speaker 5: I wasn't sure what they meant because they did, because like,
- 30:30Speaker 5: what's this sign all about? I had no clue what
- 30:33Speaker 5: they were talking about. So I'm like, well, send me
- 30:37Speaker 5: a picture or whatever. Long story short, I get a
- 30:40Speaker 5: picture of this, and over the highway on seventy five
- 30:46Speaker 5: there's a huge banner on a bridge that says cancel
- 30:50Speaker 5: Billy the Kid in the morning. I'm Mixed one oh
- 30:52Speaker 5: two point nine, and I still laughed because I thought
- 30:58Speaker 5: this is funny.
- 31:00Speaker 4: Up to something.
- 31:01Speaker 5: He's trying to get me back, because all we do
- 31:02Speaker 5: is play jokes. On each other true and this is
- 31:05Speaker 5: obviously AI. Yeah, because in today's world, you don't know,
- 31:09Speaker 5: you don't know what's real and what's not. I'm like,
- 31:11Speaker 5: this is obviously AI. It's funny, it looks real, but
- 31:16Speaker 5: nobody's doing that. Then I get another DM. Yeah, Then
- 31:19Speaker 5: I get another DM. Then I get another DM. Are
- 31:23Speaker 5: you serious about another sign? Same sign? And another picture
- 31:27Speaker 5: on six thirty five? And I thought, okay, And I
- 31:32Speaker 5: gotta be honest, I'm so confused. And I thought, okay, Well,
- 31:37Speaker 5: I checked my dms to see if whoever did this
- 31:39Speaker 5: or the people that did this DM me, or did
- 31:42Speaker 5: I miss an email about someone who's upset about something
- 31:46Speaker 5: that I did? But no, And I posted this online
- 31:49Speaker 5: you could see on Instagram and if you see one,
- 31:52Speaker 5: because the funny part is I called you last night.
- 31:54Speaker 4: I called Pooh last night.
- 31:55Speaker 5: I did.
- 31:56Speaker 4: I didn't even know how many of these there are.
- 31:58Speaker 9: Well.
- 31:58Speaker 7: No, we were at dinner for my dad's birthday Texas
- 32:00Speaker 7: Roadhouse and I saw a message from our friend Monica
- 32:02Speaker 7: pop up and she was like, girl, what did I miss?
- 32:04Speaker 4: My God?
- 32:05Speaker 6: I have no idea. I've missed it too. I literally
- 32:08Speaker 6: don't know what this is about.
- 32:09Speaker 5: You know, and I don't know how big the banner.
- 32:11Speaker 5: The banner, I will say, is huge. It's a big banner.
- 32:14Speaker 5: It's got to be.
- 32:15Speaker 6: I mean, girl's seen it from their cars on seventy five.
- 32:18Speaker 4: People are sending me pictures of it.
- 32:19Speaker 5: I'm like, there's no way, and I don't know if
- 32:21Speaker 5: somebody took it down or if there was some that
- 32:23Speaker 5: were up it took down. And if it's you that
- 32:25Speaker 5: posted this, because I'm trying to find details, can you
- 32:28Speaker 5: let me know what I did?
- 32:30Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, for real?
- 32:31Speaker 6: Right, who has this much time?
- 32:34Speaker 10: Well?
- 32:34Speaker 4: That was my first thing, is why?
- 32:37Speaker 5: And then I have to call my son, and you
- 32:39Speaker 5: think about all the things that happened behind, you know, personally.
- 32:43Speaker 5: So I call my son, who's fourteen, and I'm like, hey, Rider,
- 32:46Speaker 5: you might see something online because of course he has
- 32:48Speaker 5: an Instagram.
- 32:48Speaker 4: He sees things.
- 32:49Speaker 5: He's old enough now where people talk and this kind
- 32:53Speaker 5: of stuff has happened to me before. Listen, I've been
- 32:55Speaker 5: lucky enough to be on the radio in Dallas for
- 32:58Speaker 5: twenty five years. I've had some weird things happen. This
- 33:02Speaker 5: has got to be one of the strangest because I
- 33:05Speaker 5: don't get it. If somebody was upset before they did
- 33:08Speaker 5: something mad or you know, complained or I've had people
- 33:11Speaker 5: come up to the radio station.
- 33:13Speaker 6: Call our boss or write a letter.
- 33:18Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, and that that happened back in the day.
- 33:21Speaker 5: Well, somebody brought up some crazy lady brought up something
- 33:25Speaker 5: one time, you know what, Yeah, what hold on, I'm
- 33:30Speaker 5: thinking about stuff. I'm like, there was an incident that
- 33:33Speaker 5: happened years ago where somebody brought up a petition to
- 33:37Speaker 5: try to get me off the air because of something
- 33:40Speaker 5: that happened that was not even a big deal, but she,
- 33:43Speaker 5: this particular person was making it a big deal and
- 33:45Speaker 5: she came up to the station. I'm going to call
- 33:47Speaker 5: our boss and see because I had to call her
- 33:49Speaker 5: last night too, to Zan. I called Zan because like,
- 33:52Speaker 5: is she mad at us?
- 33:53Speaker 6: Like what, like are we in trouble? I have no idea.
- 33:56Speaker 6: She hasn't reached out to me at all.
- 33:57Speaker 3: No.
- 33:57Speaker 5: Well she I talked to her and she's like, I
- 34:00Speaker 5: don't know what you're talking about, okay, And I was like, okay,
- 34:03Speaker 5: but I'm gonna call her again because I'm like, can
- 34:04Speaker 5: you think of anything or anyone who would be upset?
- 34:07Speaker 5: And if it's you, you know, we try to be
- 34:09Speaker 5: one hundred percent transparent on the show, sometimes a little
- 34:12Speaker 5: too transparent where we talk about our personal lives and
- 34:16Speaker 5: things that happen and you know it's got me troubling
- 34:19Speaker 5: in the past and relationships and whatnot, like you shouldn't
- 34:22Speaker 5: have talked about that, or you know, whatever the case
- 34:24Speaker 5: may be. I mean, we try to be real as possible,
- 34:28Speaker 5: you know, and I don't know anything that I did,
- 34:31Speaker 5: and I've done stupid stuff in the past.
- 34:32Speaker 6: Yeah, but like I can't think of anything, no one.
- 34:37Speaker 7: Thing, not only and I'm good at that usually because
- 34:39Speaker 7: I'm such a.
- 34:40Speaker 5: Safety you know, I play it safe, you do, and
- 34:43Speaker 5: I'm always if anybody pushes, you know, the limits.
- 34:46Speaker 4: I might a little bit, but nothing like I used to.
- 34:49Speaker 4: That's why I think it's all money mild compared to it.
- 34:52Speaker 4: But I'll be honest, right, yeah, like I have.
- 34:55Speaker 6: I'm a different world.
- 34:57Speaker 5: I'm a dad, so I'm not trying to do anything
- 34:59Speaker 5: to jeopardize my job and everything. And needless to say
- 35:02Speaker 5: a couple things, thank you for the nice messages.
- 35:06Speaker 4: Yeah, that helps, and the concern and if.
- 35:08Speaker 5: You see one of these signs, I mean, let me
- 35:11Speaker 5: know where it's at, because there's no way I can
- 35:13Speaker 5: be out and find them. And I'm just getting DMS
- 35:15Speaker 5: and I don't even know technically where they're at. I
- 35:17Speaker 5: know one's off seventy five. Yeah, I know one's off
- 35:19Speaker 5: six thirty five. And then somebody sent me a picture
- 35:22Speaker 5: of just the bridge, but it looks like a different
- 35:24Speaker 5: bridge than the other two, So that leads me to
- 35:26Speaker 5: believe there's another one. And I don't know why they're
- 35:29Speaker 5: trying to cancel me or you know, because it's the
- 35:33Speaker 5: show or what I did. But if you're listening, I
- 35:36Speaker 5: will be one hundred percent real and put you on
- 35:39Speaker 5: the air and we could talk about it.
- 35:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean this involves all of us, Like I mean,
- 35:44Speaker 7: I don't know if they're targeting you specifically or the show.
- 35:46Speaker 6: I don't understand.
- 35:48Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 35:48Speaker 5: I'm not even mad, but I will be honest. Yesterday,
- 35:51Speaker 5: yesterday afternoon, I was a little drained from it. Like
- 35:55Speaker 5: last night, I thought to myself, I don't want to
- 35:57Speaker 5: do this stuff any like, I don't want to do
- 35:58Speaker 5: this stuff anymore.
- 35:59Speaker 7: Well, it's eat and you're just living your life and
- 36:01Speaker 7: then all of a sudden, it's just like no cam.
- 36:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I gotta call my mom.
- 36:05Speaker 5: And then Candice, I gotta call you, I gotta call
- 36:07Speaker 5: it who And then you're telling your families. Yeah, and
- 36:09Speaker 5: it's like, this shouldn't be this dramatic. I don't know
- 36:12Speaker 5: what what it was, but if it was you that
- 36:15Speaker 5: I upset and you decided to do this, you can
- 36:19Speaker 5: call me up. You can DM me at Billy on
- 36:22Speaker 5: the radio, on Instagram, you can we can have a
- 36:25Speaker 5: conversation on the air if you feel more comfortable. Yeah,
- 36:29Speaker 5: and keep it one hundred percent real on why you're upset,
- 36:33Speaker 5: because I don't want to upset people. If anything, the
- 36:36Speaker 5: goal of this show is to make people feel good
- 36:38Speaker 5: and laugh and forget about all the drama in the world.
- 36:41Speaker 4: So the last thing I want to do is create drama.
- 36:44Speaker 5: So if I upset you, or something happened, maybe I
- 36:47Speaker 5: said something by accident, whatever, I'm just trying to guess at.
- 36:51Speaker 6: This point anything it would have been by accident.
- 36:53Speaker 7: I mean, yeah, I hate confrontation. I hate drama like this,
- 36:57Speaker 7: like I like.
- 36:58Speaker 4: You hate it.
- 36:59Speaker 6: I just freeze.
- 37:00Speaker 4: I used to love it either.
- 37:02Speaker 5: The last time something like this happened to me where
- 37:04Speaker 5: it was big and it was out of control, and
- 37:06Speaker 5: I'll just be real was. I was on another station
- 37:09Speaker 5: years and years ago when the song because I Got
- 37:11Speaker 5: High by Afroman was huge and I played it for
- 37:16Speaker 5: four hours straight. I had so many complaints for four hours,
- 37:22Speaker 5: I played it NonStop. I had Dare the school program
- 37:26Speaker 5: mad at me. Dare.
- 37:29Speaker 4: I disappointed Dare.
- 37:32Speaker 5: And you know what, I realized that it was like, Okay,
- 37:34Speaker 5: I was young, I was immature, it was stupid, it
- 37:37Speaker 5: was dumb. I did it whatever right, and I apologized
- 37:42Speaker 5: if I did something like that, let me know eight
- 37:44Speaker 5: three three seven eight seven one two nine if it
- 37:47Speaker 5: was you who hung these banners. You can see him
- 37:48Speaker 5: at Mix one O two nine FM or at Billy
- 37:51Speaker 5: on the radio. But we're going to try to get
- 37:53Speaker 5: more details on this and hopefully figure it out because
- 37:57Speaker 5: right now it's been hard to even just do the
- 37:58Speaker 5: show and act like everything's normal when it's obviously not.
- 38:02Speaker 4: I made someone mad, which is not a surprise.
- 38:06Speaker 6: Well, I just I don't get it.
- 38:07Speaker 4: And then Pooh's like, is it an X? And that's
- 38:09Speaker 4: what I was thinking, you know where my mind goes.
- 38:11Speaker 3: You know.
- 38:11Speaker 5: The funny part is though my recent ex, no way,
- 38:14Speaker 5: no no way, my most recent ex, no, she wouldn't
- 38:18Speaker 5: do this.
- 38:19Speaker 4: No, she's not like that. It's and it wasn't even like.
- 38:21Speaker 7: That with us, where I can't even think of an
- 38:23Speaker 7: ex that would have that level of disrespect.
- 38:25Speaker 4: And I was with my recent ex for almost five years.
- 38:28Speaker 6: If that never even crossed my mind?
- 38:30Speaker 4: Right, if it was an X before that, What is
- 38:32Speaker 4: going on in your life that you're still worried about?
- 38:35Speaker 4: Is no way? That's the thing.
- 38:38Speaker 5: So either way, we'll keep you up to date on
- 38:40Speaker 5: what's going on. We got Candice Cord coming up next.
- 38:41Speaker 5: But if you see something, I mean, just let me know,
- 38:44Speaker 5: because I think I'm kind of like weirded out by this.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Yeah, to the point it's distracting if you want to
- 38:49Speaker 4: know the truth.
- 38:50Speaker 5: So if I seem a little off today, that's why
- 38:52Speaker 5: if you missed the drama we were just talking about.
- 38:54Speaker 5: Somebody put up signs all over the place. Apparently now
- 38:57Speaker 5: that we know there's at least at least three that
- 39:01Speaker 5: say cancel and Billy the Kid in the morning now
- 39:03Speaker 5: mixed one or two point nine, and we're just being
- 39:06Speaker 5: real about it talking about it. Some people wouldn't talk
- 39:08Speaker 5: about it because they don't want to draw attention to
- 39:10Speaker 5: this because then it's like whoever hung these signs everywhere?
- 39:14Speaker 6: This is kind of what they probably want.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Well, guess what.
- 39:18Speaker 5: The only reason I have to address it now is
- 39:20Speaker 5: because the sun comes up and I'm looking out the window,
- 39:23Speaker 5: and the person hung one across the street right from
- 39:26Speaker 5: the building, so we can see it right there. So
- 39:29Speaker 5: when I passed with it, okay, you got to stand up.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Whoever did this put a sign right in front of
- 39:35Speaker 5: the radio station?
- 39:36Speaker 6: Are you serious?
- 39:37Speaker 5: Which is funny because I drove right by it this
- 39:39Speaker 5: morning and didn't see it. But this is good because
- 39:42Speaker 5: now we're going to ask our security to see if
- 39:46Speaker 5: they can pull the cameras and if it'll reach across
- 39:48Speaker 5: the street.
- 39:48Speaker 4: If they reach across the street, we'll see who hung
- 39:50Speaker 4: the sign.
- 39:51Speaker 6: Yeah, that's perfect.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Nobody's called in and said, hey, this is probably you know,
- 39:56Speaker 5: this is who I did it. I don't know what
- 39:59Speaker 5: I did to make this person mad. I'm gonna take
- 40:01Speaker 5: just wait, I'm laughing because now this is like it's
- 40:04Speaker 5: obviously so like ridiculous to me that someone's you got
- 40:09Speaker 5: my attention.
- 40:10Speaker 4: I just want to know what I do. Give me
- 40:13Speaker 4: a second.
- 40:13Speaker 5: I'm gonna post this because this just I didn't even
- 40:15Speaker 5: see this we're right out in front of the tollway well,
- 40:19Speaker 5: and it's on the morning. It's on the fence, and yeah,
- 40:22Speaker 5: just give me a second. I'll post it at Billy
- 40:24Speaker 5: on the radio. At Billy on the radio, I'll post
- 40:28Speaker 5: it here in a second. Zan Zan who does afternoons
- 40:32Speaker 5: here and she's also our bosses on the phone right now,
- 40:34Speaker 5: and you're live by the way.
- 40:35Speaker 11: Good morning, morning guys, and fire all the fun this morning.
- 40:41Speaker 11: I wouldn't say you're fired, but this is definitely not
- 40:45Speaker 11: exactly how I thought this week was gonna go. You know,
- 40:48Speaker 11: I don't know what's really happening here.
- 40:50Speaker 5: I'm confused too, and we're we're talking about it, but
- 40:53Speaker 5: do you know anything because I don't get it.
- 40:56Speaker 11: I mean, so I got like this email like laugh
- 41:00Speaker 11: week that was kind of crazy, but I like, you know,
- 41:03Speaker 11: I get like tons of emails about you guys, like
- 41:05Speaker 11: whether they're just women who want you or.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Really, but I did get like.
- 41:13Speaker 11: One crazy email. I got like this crazy email last week,
- 41:16Speaker 11: but it was like really like all choppy and kind
- 41:18Speaker 11: of like it was so insane, like insane that I
- 41:21Speaker 11: didn't really pay much attention to it because we were
- 41:23Speaker 11: just so busy last week. But I feel like I
- 41:26Speaker 11: need to dig up that email and send it to
- 41:28Speaker 11: you because I'm kind of thinking that this might be
- 41:31Speaker 11: what's going on.
- 41:32Speaker 5: Can you please do that, because now that's because I
- 41:34Speaker 5: want to read it, because I think whoever's doing this
- 41:36Speaker 5: or whoever did it it has to have a reason
- 41:39Speaker 5: for it.
- 41:39Speaker 4: So can you find and forward it to me?
- 41:41Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm going to go through my email and I'll
- 41:43Speaker 11: forward it to you here in a few minutes if.
- 41:45Speaker 3: You want to. I mean, I don't.
- 41:47Speaker 2: I don't.
- 41:47Speaker 11: What I don't want to do, Billy is like really
- 41:49Speaker 11: like get this person fired up though you know what
- 41:51Speaker 11: I'm saying, Like, I don't want to like basically get
- 41:53Speaker 11: them so angry at us that this escalates into something bigger.
- 41:57Speaker 4: I know, No, I get that. When you get a chance,
- 42:03Speaker 4: all right, I'm.
- 42:03Speaker 11: Gonna I'm gonna send you this email and keep me
- 42:06Speaker 11: updated all if you figure out what's going on with
- 42:08Speaker 11: this whole thing.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Thank you, Zane.
- 42:10Speaker 5: Hold on, stay there, I'm put her on hold because
- 42:13Speaker 5: someone's telling me to pick up Line thirteen.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Alicia, don't swear what's going on?
- 42:19Speaker 3: I said, what if it could be the cookie lady,
- 42:23Speaker 3: the lady that found your address until wanted.
- 42:27Speaker 6: It could be, you know what, a real ex wouldn't
- 42:30Speaker 6: do this.
- 42:32Speaker 4: That is someone who because that did weird me out.
- 42:35Speaker 3: You might be right, You might be right, might have
- 42:39Speaker 3: been embarrassed about it and gotten mad and decided to
- 42:43Speaker 3: do this.
- 42:44Speaker 5: But the thing about it is is this is so
- 42:46Speaker 5: whoever has the time to do this and the money
- 42:49Speaker 5: because that that it's this is like, you really think
- 42:53Speaker 5: I would have done something awful to them, right? And
- 42:56Speaker 5: I obviously I would of course if I did. You know,
- 43:00Speaker 5: if I did something wrong, I wouldn't remember that. I'm like, oh,
- 43:03Speaker 5: I see, because you.
- 43:04Speaker 7: Get anxious immediately when you know in your gut you
- 43:07Speaker 7: did something wrong or hurt somebody like you get anxious immediately.
- 43:10Speaker 4: Wonder it might be TIFFs, treats girl. It might be
- 43:13Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 43:14Speaker 6: I still her name.
- 43:15Speaker 4: No, well, yes I do. I'm not gonna say it.
- 43:17Speaker 6: On the air because of the neighbor, but yeah, well
- 43:20Speaker 6: but I'm.
- 43:20Speaker 5: Going to you know what, maybe I'll text my neighbor
- 43:22Speaker 5: and see is this something she would do? Alicia, you
- 43:24Speaker 5: are the best. Thank you for that, because that that
- 43:26Speaker 5: might be the best theory so far.
- 43:28Speaker 3: Well, you'll have a really good day, and Billy, try
- 43:30Speaker 3: not to let it worry you too much.
- 43:32Speaker 4: I appreciate it. I'm good. I won't thank you so much.
- 43:35Speaker 3: I love you, and I love all of you.
- 43:39Speaker 4: We love you too. I'm giving you a hug through
- 43:41Speaker 4: the phone in a non creepy way, consensual hug. Thank you,
- 43:47Speaker 4: Thank you, Alicia, You're the best.
- 43:49Speaker 5: I don't know and I and I try to and
- 43:51Speaker 5: if you know me over the years, and if you
- 43:53Speaker 5: don't know about tif's treats, girl, this is a woman
- 43:55Speaker 5: who found my home address, send me TIFFs treats and
- 43:59Speaker 5: ask me and I said no, thank you. And it
- 44:02Speaker 5: wasn't because of anything but just I'm just no ready
- 44:06Speaker 5: right exactly? Is it her?
- 44:08Speaker 4: Possibly? Someone else said what did I do to make
- 44:11Speaker 4: this person mad? Canni?
- 44:13Speaker 6: The fountain person?
- 44:14Speaker 4: I don't even understand. Remember the south Lake fountains.
- 44:17Speaker 7: Something about the fountain in south Lake, I don't remember.
- 44:21Speaker 6: It was a big deal at one point.
- 44:23Speaker 4: Because they dorank and they put soap in the in
- 44:25Speaker 4: the fountain. But I didn't do that.
- 44:27Speaker 6: No, we didn't do it.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Did she talk about it? I talked about it.
- 44:30Speaker 5: Oh, there was a woman who was mad at me
- 44:32Speaker 5: because she said that since I talked about it is
- 44:34Speaker 5: giving people out. I gave people ideas and someone else
- 44:37Speaker 5: did it. Yeah, I don't have that much power, right,
- 44:40Speaker 5: all right, I hate to break it to you. I
- 44:42Speaker 5: wish I did, but I don't. But either way, details
- 44:46Speaker 5: as they come in and we'll figure it out. But
- 44:48Speaker 5: this is kind of weird me out, and I don't know.
- 44:50Speaker 5: It's just strange, especially when you have a kid. If
- 44:52Speaker 5: this was happening back in the day, it'd be like whatever.
- 44:54Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:54Speaker 5: Now it's like, I'm not worried about I'm gonna get
- 44:56Speaker 5: beat up. I mean, I got Poo to guard me.
- 44:59Speaker 9: I got you.
- 45:00Speaker 4: Yeah. He could easily be lured away with a water Burger.
- 45:06Speaker 5: If you ever want to beat me up, just be like, Pooh,
- 45:09Speaker 5: here's a gift card to Waterburgers, and then I'm totally vulnerable.
- 45:14Speaker 4: He's going for Candace Court.
- 45:16Speaker 2: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 45:20Speaker 4: Thank you for having us on this morning. We need
- 45:22Speaker 4: to love. It's mixed one or two point nine if
- 45:23Speaker 4: Bill had a kid.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Candace Lopez producer Pooh, and usually we do Candace Court
- 45:26Speaker 5: a little bit earlier around seven thirty, but today has
- 45:28Speaker 5: been a hot mess.
- 45:30Speaker 4: Oh yeah, an absolute hot, dumpster fire mess. Oh yeah,
- 45:34Speaker 4: yeah it is.
- 45:35Speaker 5: But we're gonna survive. Candas Cord. If you've got a problem,
- 45:37Speaker 5: you write her and just she'll solve it. She's so
- 45:39Speaker 5: good at this. She keeps me calm in situations like
- 45:41Speaker 5: today when everything's going nuts at Candas on Air, on Instagram,
- 45:45Speaker 5: at Candas on Air.
- 45:46Speaker 4: So here's a good one.
- 45:47Speaker 5: I'm getting married in the fall and I plan to
- 45:49Speaker 5: ask four of my closest friends to be my bridesmaids.
- 45:53Speaker 5: One of the girls I've known my whole life, and
- 45:55Speaker 5: I didn't think twice about including her the promise God.
- 46:00Speaker 5: The problem is she's around four eleven four foot eleven
- 46:07Speaker 5: inches tall, and the rest of us are much taller,
- 46:11Speaker 5: like almost six feet tall. I don't think it's a
- 46:14Speaker 5: big deal, but my mother has been insistent about me.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Not including her.
- 46:23Speaker 6: Whoa because she's four eleven?
- 46:27Speaker 5: Oh you got no, She says, my friend will stand
- 46:31Speaker 5: out and look quote weird in the pictures, and she's
- 46:38Speaker 5: she's worried it will be embarrassing for my friend. Oh yeah,
- 46:42Speaker 5: you're worried about the friend's feelings, obviously.
- 46:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:48Speaker 5: I've pushed back on this idea, but my mom isn't
- 46:50Speaker 5: letting it go, and she's paying for the wedding, which
- 46:53Speaker 5: makes this even harder. It's really getting to that time
- 46:56Speaker 5: where I need to be solidifying the wedding party, and
- 47:00Speaker 5: I feel like I'm gonna upset someone with all of this.
- 47:03Speaker 5: But it's my mom or my friend. That's really how
- 47:07Speaker 5: I feel at this point. Okay, Wow, I never expected
- 47:14Speaker 5: this one. This is an interesting dilemma. Yeah, because you're
- 47:18Speaker 5: really worried about the aesthetics of the wedding.
- 47:20Speaker 6: I hate that so much.
- 47:22Speaker 7: Weddings should not be all about the pictures and the aesthetics,
- 47:26Speaker 7: Like we are worried about people's feelings.
- 47:28Speaker 6: But you think she just woke up one day and
- 47:29Speaker 6: was like, oh crap, I'm short and this really no,
- 47:33Speaker 6: We've been short forever.
- 47:35Speaker 5: This kind of is weak as I'm sure it's triggering
- 47:37Speaker 5: you because you're you're four eleven.
- 47:39Speaker 7: I can't imagine someone me finding out, Oh, your mom
- 47:42Speaker 7: don't want me in your wedding.
- 47:43Speaker 5: Because I'm smaller because I'm a short queen, right, because
- 47:47Speaker 5: I'm a hobbit?
- 47:48Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 47:49Speaker 2: No?
- 47:49Speaker 3: Right?
- 47:50Speaker 4: Oh wait was she four eleven? She say? Tall or wide?
- 47:54Speaker 6: Okay, she said tall either way, It doesn't matter.
- 47:57Speaker 4: Either way, it doesn't matter. You're right, canvas.
- 47:59Speaker 6: This is actual day.
- 48:00Speaker 7: We're supposed to be celebrating and thinking about love and
- 48:03Speaker 7: the bride.
- 48:04Speaker 6: Why are you putting all the attention on her?
- 48:06Speaker 5: The last thing you should be worried about is aesthetics. Yeah,
- 48:09Speaker 5: you shouldn't be worried about that. When you choose somebody
- 48:11Speaker 5: to be in your bridal party, you're doing it because
- 48:13Speaker 5: they are a friend for life. They are with you
- 48:16Speaker 5: through this love, through thick and through thin. You're almost
- 48:19Speaker 5: kind of solidifying your love to them too. Oh yeah,
- 48:22Speaker 5: because you're showing them. Listen, you're here by my side
- 48:24Speaker 5: through this mass I mean love, right, you know what
- 48:27Speaker 5: I mean?
- 48:28Speaker 7: Well, that's just rude of the mom to even think
- 48:30Speaker 7: that in the first place and make it feel like, well,
- 48:33Speaker 7: I'm paying for the wedding.
- 48:34Speaker 4: So I have to say so, Mama has a point.
- 48:37Speaker 4: She's paying for it. You ain't got no one has
- 48:39Speaker 4: no right to sit there and say what mom, I.
- 48:43Speaker 6: Want their daughter to be upset in this position.
- 48:47Speaker 4: In that position, i'd be like, mom, keep your money.
- 48:49Speaker 4: I will be a lope.
- 48:50Speaker 5: Oh yeah, before I let you pick my bridesmaan because
- 48:53Speaker 5: she's a short queen.
- 48:55Speaker 8: I'm just saying, this is her dream wedding. It's is
- 49:00Speaker 8: not about to be ruined because they're homegirl.
- 49:03Speaker 4: Has got shortcum.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Can you imagine if I if I didn't have you
- 49:07Speaker 5: in my wedding because I don't know, because you have
- 49:10Speaker 5: rolls on the back of.
- 49:11Speaker 4: Your back god, or because you have small hands. Not
- 49:16Speaker 4: saying you do.
- 49:18Speaker 5: I got big hands and small ears. Yeah, like right, okay,
- 49:21Speaker 5: perfect example. You know what your ears are gonna look
- 49:23Speaker 5: weird my picture because they're so.
- 49:25Speaker 6: Tiny, ridiculous little baby ears. Who's even like looking at
- 49:29Speaker 6: their wedding pictures.
- 49:31Speaker 8: After like you know if they when they except, but
- 49:37Speaker 8: when they line everybody up, it's like yeah.
- 49:40Speaker 4: Tall, tall, like a cell phone sitting on.
- 49:43Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, I got it.
- 49:48Speaker 4: I got an idea.
- 49:50Speaker 6: I got an idea.
- 49:53Speaker 4: In the corner. Die, I have an idea. Everybody, Relax.
- 49:57Speaker 6: What's your idea with a I you can easy make her.
- 50:00Speaker 4: The same height or no, what about stilts? Are we
- 50:05Speaker 4: ruling that out?
- 50:07Speaker 7: We're not doing stilts, but yeah, if she has an
- 50:10Speaker 7: issue with it, you could make the long dress a
- 50:13Speaker 7: thing and she can wear the highest heels if she
- 50:15Speaker 7: has a problem with it, but she probably doesn't.
- 50:17Speaker 6: I guarantee you. She's four eleven. She's been four eleven
- 50:20Speaker 6: since you've known her.
- 50:21Speaker 4: So now I gotta be in Stiletto's to be in
- 50:23Speaker 4: your wedding. She can't wear a long dress and like
- 50:26Speaker 4: some wedges up underneath, big big.
- 50:28Speaker 6: Wed She's not uncomfortable. We have her, isn't it stupid?
- 50:31Speaker 4: What if we pay Pooh to have him put her
- 50:34Speaker 4: on her on his shoulders?
- 50:38Speaker 2: Oh?
- 50:38Speaker 4: I know what they could do when they take the photo.
- 50:40Speaker 4: They could all be on steps. She'd just be on
- 50:43Speaker 4: the top step. Yeah, that won't look weird.
- 50:45Speaker 6: Yeah, they'll figure it out. It's a picture.
- 50:47Speaker 4: Like, it's not a big deal.
- 50:49Speaker 6: It's not a big deal. Why is her mom making
- 50:51Speaker 6: this a big deal? Is there's more to this or
- 50:53Speaker 6: her mom is just ridiculous? And I joke you're a
- 50:56Speaker 6: mom zilla.
- 50:57Speaker 4: I joke around because I mean, I'm canceled. It doesn't
- 51:00Speaker 4: matter anyway, Oh you're not.
- 51:01Speaker 6: Yes, I am not canceled.
- 51:03Speaker 4: Doesn't matter. I'm canceled, So so it doesn't matter what
- 51:08Speaker 4: I think. Candice. You are the judge, you have the verdict.
- 51:12Speaker 7: Yeah, mom is obviously guilty of being a short queen,
- 51:15Speaker 7: hating sharon.
- 51:18Speaker 4: Short queens worse than a Karen is a Sharon?
- 51:22Speaker 7: Oh yeah, that's a short you are comes in small
- 51:26Speaker 7: packages right right on us because we're small.
- 51:30Speaker 6: What we didn't ask for this. We're fine.
- 51:32Speaker 4: You can't help that. You're four eight, right, she's four eleven?
- 51:36Speaker 4: Are you four eight?
- 51:37Speaker 6: No, you're four nine, I'm four I'm five to two.
- 51:41Speaker 4: Five to. We're not doing this for charity.
- 51:47Speaker 6: How tall are you five two?
- 51:49Speaker 5: That's like saying he's six foot six, So right, court
- 51:57Speaker 5: is adjourned, you short queens. If you want to win
- 52:01Speaker 5: a thousand dollars.
- 52:02Speaker 4: Listen up. Thank you to our amazing listeners.
- 52:06Speaker 5: I mean absolutely take something that has me kind of
- 52:08Speaker 5: down and just feeling weird and turn my entire attitude
- 52:12Speaker 5: around with their comments online.
- 52:14Speaker 6: Seriously, Oh, I.
- 52:15Speaker 5: Mean, I can't express you how much I love y'all.
- 52:17Speaker 5: It's mixed one or two point nine. Billy the Kid,
- 52:19Speaker 5: Candice slow Pants, producer, pooh, there's some drama on the
- 52:22Speaker 5: show and behind the scenes, not really behind the scenes
- 52:25Speaker 5: now it's in front of the scenes because there's banners,
- 52:28Speaker 5: not signs.
- 52:28Speaker 4: I was originally saying signs No, that's a banner, a banner.
- 52:32Speaker 6: Scene like a professional banner.
- 52:34Speaker 4: It looks I don't know, it does well kind of.
- 52:37Speaker 6: Well, it feels just it feels professionally.
- 52:39Speaker 5: It feels professional. It's big enough to be professional. And
- 52:42Speaker 5: says canceled Billy the Kid in the morning. Yeah, and
- 52:45Speaker 5: they're hanging up and there's multiple signs. Now we figured
- 52:47Speaker 5: out there's more than one. There's there's probably three or
- 52:50Speaker 5: four at least that we know of, which is just crazy.
- 52:53Speaker 6: I don't like the font though, use the better font.
- 52:57Speaker 5: Well that's what some of the people online are saying.
- 52:59Speaker 5: They're like, who has the time to do this kind
- 53:01Speaker 5: of thing? And I'm trying to figure out what I did.
- 53:03Speaker 5: The security guy here is actually looking through the cameras
- 53:06Speaker 5: to see if we can find out who hung one
- 53:08Speaker 5: across the street. I don't know if it's reaching, So
- 53:12Speaker 5: we're gonna figure it out. But and I'm trying to
- 53:14Speaker 5: get the person to call up so we could talk
- 53:15Speaker 5: to them. Yeah, because I want to know why I'm canceled.
- 53:18Speaker 5: I'd like to know why I'm canceled. Yeah, because I'm
- 53:20Speaker 5: going to get canceled. At least, let me do something
- 53:22Speaker 5: to get canceled, right, So we're trying to fight that
- 53:25Speaker 5: negativity with some positivity. We've been doing Fill your Fridge,
- 53:27Speaker 5: which has just been so much fun. Amy with the
- 53:30Speaker 5: right of one eight hundred truck Wreck. I know she
- 53:32Speaker 5: doesn't want the credit, but one eight hundred truck Wreck
- 53:35Speaker 5: does so many incredible.
- 53:36Speaker 4: Things, miracles for the community.
- 53:38Speaker 5: We did the Holiday hookup, now we're doing Fill your Fridge,
- 53:41Speaker 5: just giving away cash. You could sign up at mix
- 53:43Speaker 5: one of two nine dot com.
- 53:45Speaker 3: Amy, how are you, I'm good, Billy, Let's give away
- 53:48Speaker 3: some money.
- 53:49Speaker 5: My favorite part of my day is, like people always
- 53:50Speaker 5: ask my favorite part of my job.
- 53:52Speaker 4: They're like, what is is? I mean the celebrities.
- 53:53Speaker 5: I'm like, no, I love doing stuff like this because
- 53:55Speaker 5: it's so fun to give back and thank you to
- 53:57Speaker 5: one eight hundred truck Wreck. You just do incredible things
- 54:00Speaker 5: for the community, and Fill your Fridge has been so
- 54:02Speaker 5: fun to do.
- 54:03Speaker 2: Well.
- 54:03Speaker 3: We got two more winners today, so well, let's do it.
- 54:07Speaker 4: Karen's on the phone. Good morning, Karen, how are you.
- 54:09Speaker 10: I'm good?
- 54:10Speaker 4: How are you I'm good? Say hi to Amy?
- 54:12Speaker 3: Hi, Hey, hey, hey, Karen, you are in a good
- 54:16Speaker 3: place today because you're talking to Billy the kid you're
- 54:18Speaker 3: talking to me. You got one eight hundred truck wreck
- 54:20Speaker 3: support behind you, so we or you could use a
- 54:23Speaker 3: little help for filling the fridge.
- 54:25Speaker 10: Yes, yes, ma'am. I recently lost my food stamps and
- 54:31Speaker 10: about two months ago I found now I was pregnant.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Oh well, that's a big congratulations with the Wow, that's
- 54:39Speaker 3: a heavy load. I mean, we totally get it. How
- 54:42Speaker 3: many other kids do you have or is this your
- 54:44Speaker 3: first one?
- 54:45Speaker 10: No, I have two more. They're both seven, and they're
- 54:47Speaker 10: both excited.
- 54:49Speaker 3: I bet they are. They twinned.
- 54:51Speaker 10: No, one is my step son and the other one
- 54:54Speaker 10: is my biological daughter.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Oh sweet, what are their names?
- 54:58Speaker 10: Sophia and Harrison.
- 55:00Speaker 3: So Fia and Harrison, Billy. I know they're just seven,
- 55:03Speaker 3: but that doesn't mean these kids can't eat.
- 55:05Speaker 4: Oh no, they start eating young. That's what they do too.
- 55:07Speaker 3: Yeah, they yes, they do well. Karen, let's do this.
- 55:11Speaker 3: We're going to fill up your fridge for sure, but
- 55:14Speaker 3: you probably need a little extra because you've got a
- 55:17Speaker 3: new baby.
- 55:18Speaker 5: On the way.
- 55:18Speaker 3: So we're not going to do just one thousand dollars
- 55:20Speaker 3: one eight hundred truck wreck today. We're going to do
- 55:22Speaker 3: fifteen hundred dollars.
- 55:24Speaker 10: Wow, yay o, my go on, thank you, thank you,
- 55:27Speaker 10: thank you, thank you.
- 55:29Speaker 5: One eight hundred truck wreck coming through big fifteen hundred dollars, Karen,
- 55:32Speaker 5: that'll help.
- 55:33Speaker 10: Yes, thank you, thank you. Oh my god, thank you
- 55:35Speaker 10: guys so much.
- 55:36Speaker 3: Well, I'm glad we can do it for you. I'm
- 55:38Speaker 3: glad we can fill up that fridge. Make sure you
- 55:40Speaker 3: got plenty of food for the month. I hope it
- 55:42Speaker 3: lasts longer than a month. I don't know if it will.
- 55:44Speaker 3: And then you got an extra five hundred dollars. Whether
- 55:46Speaker 3: that is a ton of diapers, is that the new
- 55:49Speaker 3: car seat, is that the stroller? But it's whatever you need.
- 55:53Speaker 3: All from one eight hundred truck wreck and Billy and me, Yes.
- 55:56Speaker 10: Thank you, thank you guys. All Hill are amazing.
- 55:58Speaker 9: Thank you.
