- 0:00Speaker 1: About you know, MU and all of the other sand
- 0:03Speaker 1: disks and drum and all of that stuff. So tapping
- 0:07Speaker 1: on Thursday at seven o'clock, shots everybody I took advantage
- 0:10Speaker 1: of of a bundle that we did last week. It
- 0:12Speaker 1: is over, but everybody that took advantage of it. If not,
- 0:16Speaker 1: then you could just it's back to regular you know,
- 0:19Speaker 1: ey University dot call monthly, annual. But if you took
- 0:23Speaker 1: advantage of that three year, congratulations. If you didn't take advantage,
- 0:26Speaker 1: then just get in where you fit in. Like I said,
- 0:29Speaker 1: whether it's monthly, whether it's annual, you know, but uh,
- 0:32Speaker 1: you know, go to e Y University. Make sure that
- 0:34Speaker 1: you take advantage because that that class is probably going
- 0:36Speaker 1: to be you know, the most people probably that we
- 0:39Speaker 1: had so far, so highly anticipated class.
- 0:42Speaker 2: So make sure you chap in.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm excited for it, man. I've been cooking up.
- 0:46Speaker 4: I gave I gave Shoty a little bit of the
- 0:48Speaker 4: preview with a direction that we're going. Well, every day
- 0:52Speaker 4: i've been out here, I just been like, all right,
- 0:53Speaker 4: I got to add that. I gotta add another piece.
- 0:55Speaker 4: There's so much going on. I spoke to Ian a
- 0:58Speaker 4: little bit about it earlier. From TSM to it's so
- 1:02Speaker 4: much that it's going to probably be one of our
- 1:05Speaker 4: longer classes, and we got special guests coming into to
- 1:08Speaker 4: go with some.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Option streaming as well.
- 1:10Speaker 4: So EYL University, all the earners, make sure you're packing,
- 1:14Speaker 4: all the new earners, make sure you're packing.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Is going to be one of those ones.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Last time we showed you what happens if you miss
- 1:20Speaker 4: a class, right, we show you some of the returns
- 1:22Speaker 4: if we span that out to a six month maybe
- 1:25Speaker 4: a twelve month range against really really discussing.
- 1:28Speaker 3: So make sure y'all tap in. It's going to be special.
- 1:31Speaker 5: I guarantee you that, and I would be remiss if
- 1:34Speaker 5: we didn't celebrate Rashad for elevating to getting the gold jacket.
- 1:39Speaker 5: Yeahs a life two thousand percent return on the wake up.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm like, why are people hitting me up? I
- 1:49Speaker 4: read the post, I said, oh, thanks Saddy him you.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Well, let's start with that because that's been obviously one
- 1:55Speaker 1: of the topics of discussion, you know, every every couple
- 1:58Speaker 1: of years. These type of things happened, happened with in
- 2:01Speaker 1: video yep, it happened with saying this actually the same
- 2:06Speaker 1: time as Mu Mu it's happened with uh Man.
- 2:11Speaker 2: What else has happened in this recent history?
- 2:14Speaker 3: I mean all I mean the entire memory sector. To
- 2:17Speaker 3: look at it.
- 2:18Speaker 4: It's a West, It's Western Digital, is Cgate as well.
- 2:21Speaker 4: I mean we're watching these companies. We watched it with
- 2:24Speaker 4: GV crossing over eleven hundred, We've watched it with Dell.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I mean, there's so many parts of this AI story that.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Are just running right now to all time highs and
- 2:36Speaker 4: a m D obviously, you know after their report, and
- 2:39Speaker 4: I'm sure we'll talk about that a little bit later.
- 2:42Speaker 4: The question still remains, has the story change and the
- 2:44Speaker 4: answer continuously is no, it hasn't. And so we've been
- 2:47Speaker 4: talking about it on market moneys for two years now, right,
- 2:50Speaker 4: So like when people are talking about Mike cron it
- 2:52Speaker 4: was eighty six dollars, eighty seven dollars. We understand what
- 2:55Speaker 4: the GPU was and I'm glad that people came to
- 2:57Speaker 4: a realization of what that actually is and understand how
- 3:00Speaker 4: that's going to work inside of the data center IRAQ,
- 3:03Speaker 4: and then understanding what memory with the ponent and the
- 3:05Speaker 4: part that it plays it's vital, and the fact that
- 3:08Speaker 4: there's the shortest means that now we can control price.
- 3:11Speaker 4: And when you can control pricing on something that is
- 3:13Speaker 4: in demand, you're seeing legendary returns. And so it's interesting
- 3:18Speaker 4: that they reported it's blowout quarter and we were like
- 3:21Speaker 4: reporting and god, and I'm like, look, sometimes the numbers
- 3:24Speaker 4: are not matching what the stock is doing. Sit tight,
- 3:27Speaker 4: We're going to be in for a nice treat here.
- 3:30Speaker 4: And here we are crossing over what is it? Did
- 3:33Speaker 4: it get to eight hundred today? It nearly got to
- 3:35Speaker 4: eight hundred. We said it was going to four, We
- 3:38Speaker 4: said it was going to five.
- 3:39Speaker 3: And here we are.
- 3:40Speaker 4: So the story's not over yet, still has some more legs.
- 3:44Speaker 3: We're still in twenty twenty six.
- 3:45Speaker 4: It's been sold out up until twenty twenty seven, and
- 3:48Speaker 4: I think the story still continues.
- 3:50Speaker 5: You're here to high eighteen sixty seven today. Amazing return.
- 3:54Speaker 5: And you know what I love about the story when
- 3:56Speaker 5: it comes to video AMD Micron saying this, they are
- 4:00Speaker 5: real companies that are focused on enterprise.
- 4:04Speaker 3: That deliver real results.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Like for a while, there are a lot of companies
- 4:07Speaker 5: that were getting a lot of attention that we're not
- 4:10Speaker 5: great businesses. So even for the point where everyone keeps
- 4:13Speaker 5: making like us. This is comparable to nineteen ninety nine.
- 4:17Speaker 5: These are some of the strongest profit margins I've ever
- 4:20Speaker 5: seen in these types of businesses in tech. Ever, like
- 4:25Speaker 5: this class of technology companies is probably fifteen times better
- 4:30Speaker 5: than the ones in ninety nine. But hell of a
- 4:34Speaker 5: run for Micron. I know everyone wants to know. Is
- 4:37Speaker 5: they're more room to grow? There is? Do I think
- 4:39Speaker 5: they'll split at some point? They're going to have to
- 4:41Speaker 5: if they keep running at this space. But once again, Rashan,
- 4:46Speaker 5: I want to give you credit not only for holding
- 4:48Speaker 5: on for one but for multiple and being an advocate
- 4:52Speaker 5: for a quality company.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Appreciate it.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Don't come in and being gracious, No, I.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Know, I think it's I think it's important, right, Like
- 5:07Speaker 4: I think I think people understand when they watch this,
- 5:10Speaker 4: they watch us, they know I'm extremely bullish on a
- 5:13Speaker 4: lot of these companies.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Shoty kind of takes the more conservative approach.
- 5:17Speaker 4: So like watching something that goes from ten percent to
- 5:21Speaker 4: now two thousand percent, shout out to g he just
- 5:23Speaker 4: hit two thousand percent as well, Like, what what is
- 5:26Speaker 4: the mind frame of the conservative investor as he's watching appreciation?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Well, you know, I'm always a paranoid person, just in
- 5:34Speaker 1: life in general. You know, I think, you know, that's
- 5:38Speaker 1: just I'm paranoid, so I always think about what the
- 5:42Speaker 1: worst case scenario could happen. So I think you always
- 5:44Speaker 1: you always gotta be mindful oring good times of just
- 5:48Speaker 1: you know, thinking about what could potentially happen go wrong.
- 5:53Speaker 1: And there's a lot of there's a lot of talk
- 5:55Speaker 1: about that right now on Instagram, at least on my algorithm,
- 5:58Speaker 1: there's too much of it, a lot of talking, like
- 6:00Speaker 1: you said, and comparing it to nineteen ninety nine, compared
- 6:03Speaker 1: it to two thousand and eight, comparing it to you know,
- 6:08Speaker 1: a variety of different stock market crashes that have happened
- 6:12Speaker 1: in the past. So I think that, yeah, the companies,
- 6:18Speaker 1: is a difference between what happened and then. But you
- 6:21Speaker 1: still got to think, you know, just be mindful. There's
- 6:24Speaker 1: a geopolitical things that can happen. It's midterm elections is
- 6:27Speaker 1: going to be interesting. Talking about the Republicans redistrict redistricting. Yeah,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and now that looks like that, you know, they might
- 6:38Speaker 1: actually be able to hold on to the House, which
- 6:40Speaker 1: looked like they were going to technically guaranteed lose the House.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Now that kind of changes the geopolitical landscape of things.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I ran you know, you got in Yahoo goes on
- 6:49Speaker 1: sixty minutes yesterday talking about the goal is for Israel
- 6:53Speaker 1: to not rely on America at or all anymore and
- 6:56Speaker 1: not have any more funding.
- 6:59Speaker 3: The next city is said done.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Well, ten years is a long time. But so it's
- 7:05Speaker 1: a lot going on right now, huh.
- 7:08Speaker 4: I said, after all those years to say like, yeah,
- 7:10Speaker 4: listening to ten years, we don't want to have anything
- 7:12Speaker 4: to do with this.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Give me ten, Just give me another ten.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I'll figure that.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I'll figure it out a decade.
- 7:21Speaker 1: It's definitely historic, you know, it's definitely historic as far
- 7:23Speaker 1: as you know, just coming from a world of finance,
- 7:26Speaker 1: that's not something that you know, is ever really thought
- 7:30Speaker 1: about something two thousand percent, one thousand percent something like
- 7:32Speaker 1: that that's really like even private equity returns really on
- 7:38Speaker 1: a public market. So you know, I think it takes
- 7:42Speaker 1: a while to actually even fully believe it.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Yeah, because.
- 7:50Speaker 1: That's not something like I said, me, I was in
- 7:52Speaker 1: traditional finance for twelve years, so you know that's something
- 7:56Speaker 1: that I still kind of have that that level of
- 7:59Speaker 1: thinking as far as you know, more conservative safety, don't
- 8:03Speaker 1: lose money, which's always going to be.
- 8:05Speaker 2: The thing is not number one the rule, but you know,
- 8:08Speaker 2: you start, you gotta kind.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Of rewire your belief system a little bit to have
- 8:14Speaker 1: you know, more take more risk and just have a
- 8:18Speaker 1: little bit more you know, optimistic view on things that
- 8:23Speaker 1: are not traditionally possible during you know, regular financial structures.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Yeah, really quick, I think I was gonna say, I
- 8:33Speaker 4: think that that's important. Like literally, that's a that's a
- 8:36Speaker 4: phone call that we just had. Like what he was
- 8:39Speaker 4: just saying, literally is a phone call that we had.
- 8:41Speaker 4: And the premise of it was like think of the
- 8:44Speaker 4: times that we're in where like, not only are you
- 8:46Speaker 4: doing two thousand percent, but like you're you're watching communities
- 8:49Speaker 4: of people that are saying, hey, I'm only at six
- 8:52Speaker 4: hundred percent.
- 8:53Speaker 5: Yeah, but like they're feeling like that feel at four
- 8:56Speaker 5: hundred somebody's lifetime return at one point.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Hey, one hundred percent is not good anymore.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Whereas like you come from a world in two thousand
- 9:05Speaker 4: and eight when you're starting this where seven to twelve
- 9:07Speaker 4: percent is like, hey, if I can guarantee you that
- 9:10Speaker 4: this is this is really a good year, and now
- 9:12Speaker 4: you've done two thousand percent, this is not the first
- 9:15Speaker 4: time you've gone over a thousand, it's not the first position,
- 9:17Speaker 4: so it's just a new time, and so I appreciate
- 9:21Speaker 4: I want to call it a pessimistic view. I'll call
- 9:23Speaker 4: it more of a conservative view because it gives me
- 9:25Speaker 4: a chance to explain my bullet case over and over
- 9:28Speaker 4: and so far the story hasn't changed, and so I
- 9:32Speaker 4: don't think the returns are going to change, because, like
- 9:34Speaker 4: you said, Ian, these companies are actually making real money.
- 9:39Speaker 3: They have real revenue, and they have real guidance and.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Each quarter they're beating those numbers and that's going to
- 9:45Speaker 4: continue for at least to the end of this year,
- 9:48Speaker 4: and I think definitely into twenty twenty seven.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Until we see something something drastically changed.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I think the only thing that changes is Ian and
- 9:54Speaker 1: just I would like to get your perspective on it.
- 9:56Speaker 3: This.
- 9:56Speaker 1: The companies are obviously legitimate companies and eight produce real products.
- 10:00Speaker 1: They're not like just phantom you know, nonsense. Is the
- 10:04Speaker 1: demand over hyped? That's the thing that people, I think
- 10:07Speaker 1: are concerned about. There there is a demand and is
- 10:10Speaker 1: but the AI demand there's been a forerunning of it,
- 10:14Speaker 1: So like when it all settles down well, AI will
- 10:18Speaker 1: definitely be here and will definitely be a part of it,
- 10:20Speaker 1: But will the demand even if it comes down a
- 10:24Speaker 1: little bit, that could be that could make drastic It.
- 10:27Speaker 5: Could be devastating for those who are not disciplined. And
- 10:30Speaker 5: I want to you can and one thing I want
- 10:31Speaker 5: to say, you can be a conservative bull And also
- 10:35Speaker 5: to the asset class that you use to express your
- 10:38Speaker 5: belief in your bullish case matters. So like you did
- 10:41Speaker 5: it in options, I choose to do it in futures right,
- 10:44Speaker 5: so that matters the selection. But to your point, would
- 10:48Speaker 5: that be a place where we get to a mean
- 10:51Speaker 5: where the returns on is hot? Yes, but I think
- 10:54Speaker 5: the elite companies are going to remain elite. It's no
- 10:58Speaker 5: different than like when I look at open Ai and
- 11:01Speaker 5: I said this before, open Ai is the Apple of
- 11:04Speaker 5: AI and Anthropic is the Microsoft. It's the same battle
- 11:09Speaker 5: from thirty years ago. Now you have gates versus jobs,
- 11:13Speaker 5: the capitalists versus the creative, the psycho person versus the
- 11:18Speaker 5: more structured person. In terms of pr it's the same
- 11:22Speaker 5: going back to the story, the same story when you're
- 11:25Speaker 5: going around making your case to go public. Anthropic has
- 11:28Speaker 5: done a better job and even like when Apple was
- 11:32Speaker 5: coming public right a couple of years later than you
- 11:35Speaker 5: hear about Steve Jobs' parenting style and how he's not
- 11:38Speaker 5: as president. That was to devalue the leadership of Apple,
- 11:43Speaker 5: which affected their stock, to make you lean more on
- 11:46Speaker 5: the safer Bill Gates, who was safer at the time.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Now we can argue if it was an illusion or
- 11:51Speaker 5: not right, But my thing has always been you have
- 11:55Speaker 5: to be hyper concentrated. The only case to be in
- 11:58Speaker 5: any market is a bull. Because even when people are
- 12:00Speaker 5: making that nineteen ninety nine comparison, I'm like, what benefit
- 12:03Speaker 5: do you get over the market crashing because.
- 12:07Speaker 3: You missed out?
- 12:07Speaker 5: Like let's say you short the market and you short
- 12:10Speaker 5: with options in futures, and your best case scenario, you
- 12:14Speaker 5: may get four or five hundred percent because you're not
- 12:16Speaker 5: going to stay into the very bottom and you're not
- 12:18Speaker 5: shorten at the very top. Hold for the long term
- 12:21Speaker 5: for great quality companies. But do I think the demand
- 12:23Speaker 5: will be there?
- 12:24Speaker 2: Yes?
- 12:25Speaker 5: Is there going to be some fallout amongst the companies
- 12:27Speaker 5: who attach themselves to AI that are not of high quality? Absolutely,
- 12:32Speaker 5: And I think that restructuring will come in late twenty
- 12:35Speaker 5: twenty seven.
- 12:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I think the keyword you said there was shotty
- 12:39Speaker 4: was demand. I think that that's the word that I'm
- 12:42Speaker 4: always looking for in every report. And the most important
- 12:45Speaker 4: report happened in early April, and that was TSM. And
- 12:48Speaker 4: once TSM tells us that the demand has tripled or
- 12:52Speaker 4: it's double or squadrupled, then I know the AI story
- 12:54Speaker 4: is still very much attagged. There are other companies that report,
- 12:58Speaker 4: and that helps if I know the manufacturing right, the
- 13:01Speaker 4: order capacity, because it doesn't matter if it's in Video
- 13:05Speaker 4: or if it's Google, or if it's Meta, or if
- 13:07Speaker 4: it's Xai. The manufacturing capacity still comes through TSM.
