- 0:09Speaker 1: It's the bold perform it tonight.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Did you see the ABC chairman on with Chris Kenny
- 0:18Speaker 2: an hour or two ago claiming the ABC was not
- 0:21Speaker 2: bas perished. The thought, well, the fact check coming up,
- 0:24Speaker 2: and I say to mister Williams Kim, I know you bus,
- 0:29Speaker 2: Why is there in hence getting a state funeral after
- 0:31Speaker 2: the damage is done? And the Argentinian up yours to
- 0:35Speaker 2: England after winning a World Cup semi final this morning,
- 0:39Speaker 2: and the vile misogyny of a Green senator who I'd
- 0:43Speaker 2: say is hypocrite of the year.
- 0:46Speaker 1: But first, here we go again.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Journalists horrified that liberal senator just sent a Nampa jimper
- 0:53Speaker 2: Price dares to suggest that multiculturalism is a cunning labor
- 0:58Speaker 2: plot for more labor voters. Oh the horror that Price
- 1:03Speaker 2: might just have blown the whistle again.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Check this headline in the hard left Guard in Australia.
- 1:09Speaker 2: You sent an amper Hiper Price for rebute for sharing
- 1:12Speaker 2: false claim labor importing Indian migrants.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Well that rebuke of Price, by the ways.
- 1:20Speaker 2: From Liberal Senator Andrew McLaughlin Marx quoting climate catastrophist who
- 1:26Speaker 2: really should just join the Greens have been done with it.
- 1:29Speaker 2: But what did Price actually do and how false is
- 1:34Speaker 2: it really what she said, because what we've seen in
- 1:38Speaker 2: the past week has actually proved that, yes, indeed, Labor
- 1:41Speaker 2: really is exploiting multiculturalism to tear us apart for electoral gain.
- 1:49Speaker 2: But let's first go back to last year. Now, you
- 1:52Speaker 2: might remember that Price was forced back then by the
- 1:56Speaker 2: then liberal leader Susan Lee to apologize the Indian Austry
- 2:00Speaker 2: millions for what many Indian community that he disclaimed was
- 2:03Speaker 2: an insult. Reportedly, Fate claimed the same Fate claimed again
- 2:07Speaker 2: that Labor was importing Indian immigrants for their votes, although
- 2:10Speaker 2: Price actually put that more vaguely.
- 2:14Speaker 3: There is a concern with the Indian community, and only
- 2:16Speaker 3: because there's been large numbers, and we can see that
- 2:19Speaker 3: reflected in the way that the community votes for Labor
- 2:22Speaker 3: at the same time, So if they're going to see
- 2:23Speaker 3: a reflection that, ok, these individuals are going to vote
- 2:26Speaker 3: for us more more so than other parts of the community,
- 2:29Speaker 3: well then of course they're going to express a view
- 2:32Speaker 3: that will get those sorts of individuals into our communities.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Oh the outrage, outrage, outrage.
- 2:40Speaker 2: That cause, and Price was made to say, Oh my mistake,
- 2:44Speaker 2: of course, immigration policy doesn't discriminate like that, but it's
- 2:52Speaker 2: that the full story. Under this Albanizer government, nearly a
- 2:55Speaker 2: quarter of a million Indians have come to liver.
- 2:57Speaker 1: There's a extraordinary number. In just what four years.
- 3:00Speaker 2: We now have around a million Indian born people, outnumbering
- 3:04Speaker 2: even the British born, far outnumbering Aborigines a million a
- 3:10Speaker 2: more than half can now vote, and boy do they
- 3:14Speaker 2: vote labor.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Here's Redbridge Pulse that called Samara.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Eighty five percent of the Indiandia aspora voted for the
- 3:22Speaker 4: Load Party at the last election thereabouts.
- 3:25Speaker 1: It varies across the country.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Well, it was attacked for saying that, and since said, oh,
- 3:31Speaker 2: actually eighty five percent labor voters in some areas and
- 3:34Speaker 2: others it's more like sixty percent. But either way, Indian
- 3:37Speaker 2: immigrants are big labor voters. Now, if you think.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Labor is so pure, so pure that it could.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Never never consider which immigrant groups vote, what you, my friend,
- 3:52Speaker 2: are really naive? Do you really think that this government
- 3:56Speaker 2: gave three thousand tourism visas to people from terrorists run
- 4:00Speaker 2: Gaza just out of sheer kindness, not thinking hmmm, this
- 4:06Speaker 2: might help us within the Muslim vote.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I mean I've worked for labor.
- 4:10Speaker 2: You know I have seen this game close up or
- 4:15Speaker 2: even go back further Labor Prime Minister of GoF Whitlam
- 4:18Speaker 2: saying no way did he want to lead in anti
- 4:20Speaker 2: communist refugees from Vietnam like Australia wants to lead an
- 4:23Speaker 2: anti communists flee in the communist run Baltic states. The
- 4:26Speaker 2: vote liberal here saying I am not having hundreds of
- 4:29Speaker 2: effing Vietnamese bolts coming into this country with their religious
- 4:33Speaker 2: and political hatreds against this and by us. He of
- 4:36Speaker 2: course spent labor. Now true, the Alberizi government doesn't exactly
- 4:41Speaker 2: say I will you know, we'll get more Indians, but
- 4:45Speaker 2: you know few of those British or not Germans. They're
- 4:49Speaker 2: not doing that exactly right, But it is sure saying
- 4:54Speaker 2: let's keep up this mass immigration. It wants to keep
- 4:57Speaker 2: this good thing going. And last week we saw exactly
- 5:02Speaker 2: why Indian Prime minister they're Indiramodi. He came on a
- 5:07Speaker 2: visit and held an extraordinary political rally in Melbourne, nearly
- 5:11Speaker 2: thirty thousand Indian Australians coming to celebrate being Indian and
- 5:16Speaker 2: chant Mody's name as if he is their real prime minister. Now,
- 5:32Speaker 2: the Australian Prime Minister was also there, treating Modi like
- 5:36Speaker 2: a big brother or a life raft, even though Mody
- 5:40Speaker 2: is anti Muslim, is a Hindu nationalist implicated in race rights,
- 5:45Speaker 2: while Alberizi, of course is a multicultural leftist polar opposite.
- 5:50Speaker 2: But most extraordinary, more extraordinary than that was this site
- 5:56Speaker 2: of an Australian Prime minister being an MC at a
- 5:58Speaker 2: political rally for a foreign leader. More extraorinary was Albanez's
- 6:03Speaker 2: message to the Indians there that we were lucky to
- 6:08Speaker 2: have them, not they were lucky to have us.
- 6:13Speaker 5: Australians of all backgrounds have been enriched by your bringing
- 6:18Speaker 5: your culture here and adding it to our multicultural character.
- 6:23Speaker 1: We're a better nation because we have you in it.
- 6:29Speaker 2: And there was nothing, absolutely nothing about integrating or assimilating.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And this, of course is the multicultural vision of a
- 6:37Speaker 2: nation of tribes deliberately kept as tribes.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And if you think I exaggerate, that.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Was confirmed by Victorian premierge center Alan, who is also
- 6:46Speaker 2: at that Indian rally, also pandering to Modi and explicitly
- 6:52Speaker 2: preaching against assimilation.
- 6:55Speaker 6: We are home to more Indian Australians. Than anywhere else
- 7:00Speaker 6: in the country. Victoria respects India. We value your people.
- 7:07Speaker 6: Let me say this to Victoria's great strong Indian community
- 7:11Speaker 6: who are here tonight.
- 7:13Speaker 5: You are welcome here.
- 7:15Speaker 6: Your children never have to choose between being proudly Indian
- 7:20Speaker 6: and proudly Victorian, because in this state you can be both.
- 7:28Speaker 6: And here in Victoria you can be whoever you want
- 7:33Speaker 6: to be. Yet stay who you are.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Now.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Last weekend, a panel on the ABC's left leaning Insiders
- 7:45Speaker 2: that saw all this said almost what just Enter Price
- 7:49Speaker 2: had been smashed for saying before, and had been disowned
- 7:53Speaker 2: by even her own liberals for saying that this was
- 7:58Speaker 2: in fact, alban is the explorer multiculturalism for the votes
- 8:01Speaker 2: for labor votes.
- 8:04Speaker 7: The PM just lent right into it, didn't It was like,
- 8:08Speaker 7: we're a multicultural.
- 8:09Speaker 8: Nation, you belong here.
- 8:11Speaker 7: He wants to make all of those Indian Australians his.
- 8:14Speaker 9: Voters, right, Yeah, well we are, and I mean it's
- 8:17Speaker 9: sort of a statement of the obvious to a certain extent. Again,
- 8:19Speaker 9: it's been contested, yeah yeah, but also there's an electoral
- 8:22Speaker 9: advantage there as well for the Prime Minister to bring
- 8:25Speaker 9: that diaspa onsite.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It electoral advantage quite natural.
- 8:29Speaker 2: And when a podcaster saw them say that podcast is
- 8:33Speaker 2: Sam Bamford, whose interviewed just in a Nempergipper Price in
- 8:36Speaker 2: the past.
- 8:36Speaker 1: He saw red and posted this.
- 8:40Speaker 10: So now we're just importing Indians for votes. That's pretty
- 8:42Speaker 10: much what the ABC came out and just said. And
- 8:44Speaker 10: it's not just Indians, it definitely would be Africans Middle Easterns.
- 8:48Speaker 11: You know.
- 8:48Speaker 10: The funny thing is about this entire situation, especially them
- 8:51Speaker 10: talking about it on the ABC like this. It was
- 8:54Speaker 10: not only a year ago that they came after just
- 8:57Speaker 10: Enterprice for pretty much saying the exact same thing. This
- 9:00Speaker 10: was an article written by the ABC. Liberal Party faces
- 9:03Speaker 10: fierce backlash from Indian community over Price immigration claims. The
- 9:07Speaker 10: federal opposition is in damage control.
- 9:12Speaker 12: Now.
- 9:13Speaker 2: To be fair, actually the ABC panel did not actually
- 9:16Speaker 2: say labor was importing Indians for the votes. It said
- 9:20Speaker 2: there were votes in it for labor and electoral advantages.
- 9:24Speaker 2: You just heard them say, so obviously this whole mass
- 9:28Speaker 2: immigration thing is suiting them. But Senator Price felt vindicated
- 9:33Speaker 2: enough to repost Bamford's comments that you just saw on
- 9:38Speaker 2: X and journalists today demanded to know whether her leader
- 9:42Speaker 2: Angus Taylor was okay with this. Taylor and Lass basically
- 9:47Speaker 2: dodged the question.
- 9:49Speaker 12: I cannot say a repast is not an endorsement, and
- 9:52Speaker 12: I'll repeat that again because it's an important point. But
- 9:55Speaker 12: can I also say that you sinda like me and
- 9:58Speaker 12: Jane believed that immigration policy is hugely important to get
- 10:02Speaker 12: right in this country. The numbers have been too high
- 10:04Speaker 12: and the standards have been too low, and the numbers
- 10:07Speaker 12: must change.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Now, you know, to be forgiving you know, mass immigration,
- 10:15Speaker 2: multicultural policy, and of course it dented politics. That's all
- 10:18Speaker 2: now made this topic too dangerous for most politicians of
- 10:22Speaker 2: the mainstream, particularly to even dare to challenge right.
- 10:25Speaker 1: A million Indian.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Born people here, three quarters of a million Chinese born,
- 10:31Speaker 2: nearly half a million born in Muslim majority countries. There
- 10:34Speaker 2: are all groups leaning too labor. There's too many to offend,
- 10:39Speaker 2: too many potential voters that you might upset by saying, well,
- 10:44Speaker 2: how about assimilating maybe, and upset by maybe telling the
- 10:48Speaker 2: truth about multiculturalism, how it is now dividing us into tribes.
- 10:54Speaker 1: But you know, at least give Price.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Credit for having the guts to do it, and give
- 11:00Speaker 2: Orleian Hanson credit as well, because it won't be long
- 11:04Speaker 2: now before no one in politics will be left to
- 11:08Speaker 2: save us from this. Joining me is my Thursday regular
- 11:16Speaker 2: commentator One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce, the former Deputy Prime Minister.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Great to see you again, Barnaby is just send an
- 11:22Speaker 2: MP A jimper Price right that labor is exploiting mass
- 11:25Speaker 2: immigration and multiculturalism for the vote. So labor is dividing
- 11:31Speaker 2: Australia to conquer it.
- 11:33Speaker 11: Yes, but don't tell anybody. I mean, let's just look
- 11:35Speaker 11: at what Jacinta Allen just said there. I listened to it,
- 11:39Speaker 11: so as she said, you can be whoever you want
- 11:42Speaker 11: to be or whatever you want to be and still
- 11:45Speaker 11: be Australian. Really, okay, I believe that all people of Dussent,
- 11:50Speaker 11: which is you Andrew, should be put into a pyre
- 11:54Speaker 11: and burnt alive.
- 11:56Speaker 1: So I can believe that.
- 11:57Speaker 11: Apparently that's that's okay, that's okay, no problems, no problems
- 12:02Speaker 11: with that, just center. I mean, it is an absurd statement,
- 12:05Speaker 11: but by reason that the premiere of Victoria says it
- 12:10Speaker 11: really worries me because they believe that Australia's culture is
- 12:14Speaker 11: something that you can just dispense with you can believe
- 12:17Speaker 11: in anything. And what we've been saying all along is
- 12:20Speaker 11: we believe in Australian culture and you must work within
- 12:23Speaker 11: those guardrails. And if you believe that Catholics, Protestants, Hindus
- 12:29Speaker 11: outrageous need to be killed, sorry you can't believe in that, well, I've.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Actually got a real life for example.
- 12:39Speaker 2: No, to me, that comment of Justinto Allen and the
- 12:44Speaker 2: implicit endorsement by the Prime Minister is better illustrated by
- 12:48Speaker 2: a real life example of the fact that when the
- 12:51Speaker 2: Islamic State was out there pledging death to infidels and
- 12:56Speaker 2: beheading people and all that more, Australian Muslims by far
- 13:02Speaker 2: join the Islamic State terrorist army then join the Australian
- 13:07Speaker 2: army more. And if you don't think, hey, well maybe
- 13:10Speaker 2: you know you can't just be what you want to be.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Knowing that is that is just insane, That is just
- 13:19Speaker 2: so dangerous. Now, Bunaby, you explain it really well. I
- 13:24Speaker 2: wrote a Monday column which I know upset a lot
- 13:26Speaker 2: of One Nation supporters that what's frustrated me about Pauline
- 13:30Speaker 2: Hansen is this is a huge issue, right, I've been
- 13:33Speaker 2: writing about it for years you've been talking about it,
- 13:36Speaker 2: and it's one of the big parties of both tried.
- 13:38Speaker 1: To shut down.
- 13:39Speaker 2: So Pauline gives a big speech on this at the
- 13:41Speaker 2: National Press Club, calling for monoculturalism instead, a word that
- 13:44Speaker 2: needed tiding up. But she refused to give speech after
- 13:48Speaker 2: speech after that to explain exactly what she meant and
- 13:51Speaker 2: to Rebut all the laws of the other parties and
- 13:53Speaker 2: the journalists were saying about it. When is one nation
- 13:56Speaker 2: going to follow through and argue this case like a
- 13:59Speaker 2: city whi is party must than would.
- 14:02Speaker 11: Well, I've been speaking to Pauline tonight and I'm speaking
- 14:05Speaker 11: to you right now, and all the way through I've
- 14:07Speaker 11: been saying quite clearly, i suppose the antithesis of mono
- 14:12Speaker 11: is multi and let's define what mono means. It means
- 14:16Speaker 11: the Australian culture. It is one culture, the Australian culture.
- 14:20Speaker 11: It encompasses your capacity to have different beliefs, different greeds,
- 14:23Speaker 11: different races, but you must abide by the guard rails
- 14:27Speaker 11: of an Australian culture. If you do not, then we
- 14:31Speaker 11: have to tolerate what just Center Allen said that you
- 14:33Speaker 11: can believe anything and it's okay, and that might believe.
- 14:37Speaker 1: That belief might be that I.
- 14:39Speaker 11: Kill you, I kill you, I kill you because you're
- 14:43Speaker 11: not the right religion, you're not the right person, you're
- 14:46Speaker 11: not the right color, or whatever, and that is anathema
- 14:50Speaker 11: to Australian people.
- 14:51Speaker 1: We are an egalitarian nation. We take you as you
- 14:54Speaker 1: walk up to us. We do not have a.
- 14:56Speaker 11: Class system, a class system, any other system that differentiates
- 15:01Speaker 11: between the value of Australian people. And we also believe
- 15:05Speaker 11: that your inherent purpose, your absolute purpose, must be to
- 15:08Speaker 11: the advancement of the Australian people, and therefore you must
- 15:11Speaker 11: give more than you take to make Australia a better place.
- 15:15Speaker 11: It's part of the Australian culture. If you want to
- 15:17Speaker 11: work outside that, we don't. I don't want you. We
- 15:20Speaker 11: don't want you the Astralan people in the majority. Some do,
- 15:24Speaker 11: they're crazy. We don't want you. And I think this
- 15:27Speaker 11: is when you think about it, if you think honestly
- 15:31Speaker 11: and politically, just in the lexicon, if you say, what's
- 15:34Speaker 11: the opposite Tomno, Well, it's multi I don't believe in
- 15:38Speaker 11: a multicultural Australian And people say that's outrageous. No, I don't.
- 15:43Speaker 11: I don't believe in the Inca culture. I don't believe
- 15:45Speaker 11: you chop people's heads off, roll them down the edge
- 15:47Speaker 11: of the pyramid, pull out their beating heart, and the
- 15:49Speaker 11: sun will rise. I don't believe. And people hate this
- 15:53Speaker 11: the literal interpretations of the series of the Qur'an because
- 15:57Speaker 11: that says that other people can be dispensed with or whatever,
- 16:01Speaker 11: thrown off buildings, and I don't believe in that. Now,
- 16:04Speaker 11: if just center Alan does, well, let me have the
- 16:07Speaker 11: debate with Cina al.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Well.
- 16:10Speaker 2: I just thought, you know, for example, the analogy with
- 16:14Speaker 2: the soccer use that that labor has been mocking, like
- 16:17Speaker 2: you know horse laughing at and even Paul scar the
- 16:21Speaker 2: l and p senator, shame on him, was mocking deliberately
- 16:25Speaker 2: not understanding or too stupid to I don't know. It's
- 16:27Speaker 2: actually correct that there's a public culture, one team, one
- 16:32Speaker 2: set of values, one rule, one flag, one uniform. But
- 16:36Speaker 2: under that you can come from refugee, canc African, you
- 16:39Speaker 2: can be you can be whatever you like, whatever you like, private, multicultural, public,
- 16:46Speaker 2: monocultural like the soccer US.
- 16:50Speaker 11: Understand jerseys on do they run up with different jerseys on?
- 16:54Speaker 11: Do they do they choose at times to walker to
- 16:57Speaker 11: fight for the other team and the ball into the appos,
- 17:01Speaker 11: shooting each other to their own goal.
- 17:03Speaker 1: No they didn't.
- 17:04Speaker 11: They work for a common purpose under a common banner,
- 17:07Speaker 11: which the Australian jerseys, the Australian, the Australian, you know whatever,
- 17:13Speaker 11: the Australian, the Australian dress, and they went out and
- 17:17Speaker 11: played for Australia.
- 17:18Speaker 1: But it's Paul going to say this is she needs
- 17:21Speaker 1: to give a speech.
- 17:22Speaker 2: She needs to give a speech on exactly this, this
- 17:25Speaker 2: one topic, and just clear up some of this rubbish
- 17:28Speaker 2: that's been said. And if you've been talking to her
- 17:30Speaker 2: about it, that gives me a little hope that she might.
- 17:33Speaker 2: I think this is really quite important. Meanwhile, you've got
- 17:36Speaker 2: another problem, Barnaby. One day she said it about Malcolm Roberts.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Really he has been acting like a complete kook, spouning
- 17:44Speaker 2: some very strange and ugly conspiracy theories.
- 17:47Speaker 1: These are just two of them, ever looked.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I'm open to their being kemprouse in Australia.
- 17:52Speaker 4: I have never denied it.
- 17:53Speaker 10: The globalists are entrenched in Ukraine and the Russia was
- 17:57Speaker 10: controlled by the globalists.
- 18:02Speaker 2: You know, praising Putin and all that. Globalists in Ukraine.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Is that what a metaphor for Jewish bankers or something?
- 18:08Speaker 2: I don't know. Are you comfortable with a fellow One
- 18:10Speaker 2: Nation politician saying this, or can't you wait for ill
- 18:13Speaker 2: health to force Malcolm Robins to retire and get replaced
- 18:16Speaker 2: by someone else.
- 18:17Speaker 11: I'm responsible within my nation for treasury and for infrastructure,
- 18:21Speaker 11: and if it cost money, I want to know about it,
- 18:23Speaker 11: and if it's something you want to build, I want
- 18:25Speaker 11: to know about it. I'm not going to throw a
- 18:27Speaker 11: colleague under a bus. I've noted in those interviews that
- 18:32Speaker 11: I don't think they're recent there in the.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Past, and you know, I'll.
- 18:41Speaker 11: In one nation, you have an incredible liberty to speak
- 18:43Speaker 11: your mind, and of course that comes at a price
- 18:48Speaker 11: that it ends up in the media. The mind of
- 18:52Speaker 11: Malcolm Robinson is an incredibly decent human being. Is not
- 18:56Speaker 11: the mind of me or the mind of other people.
- 18:58Speaker 11: But he is absolutely within his right to express his views,
- 19:02Speaker 11: and you're absolutely within your right to say, okay, I'll
- 19:06Speaker 11: take you to task on them.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Well, I'll tell you what.
- 19:10Speaker 2: If that's his mind that this is expressing, he would
- 19:14Speaker 2: be far better to keep his mouth shut. Then let
- 19:17Speaker 2: us see what Stixon and birchit are all in that
- 19:21Speaker 2: mind of his. Barnaby, I really appreciate you fronting up
- 19:26Speaker 2: and sorry I was thinking of I was actually thinking
- 19:30Speaker 2: of a former labor minister. You might recall of whom
- 19:34Speaker 2: that was said. But anyway, there you go, Barnaby, Thank
- 19:36Speaker 2: you so much indeed for your time.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Really appreciate it.
- 19:40Speaker 2: After the break fact checking the ABC's chairman's laughable claims
- 19:45Speaker 2: and scar news this evening Rowandina, we're back too from
- 19:49Speaker 2: holidays to discuss it with me.
- 19:51Speaker 1: He is champing at the bit.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Is there a party in our federal Parliament? It's nastier
- 20:01Speaker 2: and more hate filled than the Greens and bigger hypocrites
- 20:07Speaker 2: as well. On top of that, it's not just that
- 20:09Speaker 2: the Greens talk peace while attracting jew haters everywhere with
- 20:13Speaker 2: their deranged lies about Israel, making them, in my opinion,
- 20:17Speaker 2: the most evil party we've found in Canberra in my lifetime.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I want to play you something that one of its senators,
- 20:23Speaker 2: Sarah Hanson Young said today that truly shot me and
- 20:28Speaker 2: given it with Sarah Hansy Young saying it that saying
- 20:31Speaker 2: a lot. She was having a laugh at photos today
- 20:35Speaker 2: published in the Financial review of One Nation leader paul
- 20:38Speaker 2: In Hanson and Sicily where she caught up with billionaire
- 20:41Speaker 2: and Dona Gina E Reinhardt, who was secretly photographed in
- 20:43Speaker 2: the pool. And I won't show you that, but watch this.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Here is handsome young today, this supposed feminist, this supposed
- 20:52Speaker 2: enemy of misogyny, enemy of misogyny, unless that victim of
- 20:57Speaker 2: misogyny is a white woman of the race.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And then they are.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Not just abused by this incredible hypocrite, but even mocked
- 21:07Speaker 2: for their looks.
- 21:09Speaker 7: They get nasty, they divide and they set people up
- 21:12Speaker 7: against each other.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I saw that, Yeah, I mean.
- 21:23Speaker 5: I wished I hadn't seen it.
- 21:25Speaker 7: One of those things you think images you don't want
- 21:28Speaker 7: in your head.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Join me back from his holidays, is Rowan Dean to
- 21:34Speaker 2: a Chief of the Spectator Australia, host of The Outsiders
- 21:36Speaker 2: every Sunday at nine a m a host of his
- 21:38Speaker 2: own show and Fridays at seven pm. They wondering took
- 21:40Speaker 2: a holiday with a schedule like that. But Rowan, if
- 21:43Speaker 2: a liberal man had mocked a picture of Sarah Hansoon
- 21:48Speaker 2: Young in a pool, And by the way, I should
- 21:50Speaker 2: reminder not to throw stones in glass pools. Had Tony
- 21:54Speaker 2: Abbott mocked a picture of her in the pool, what
- 21:57Speaker 2: would the Green say then, and handsome Young apologize for
- 22:01Speaker 2: being so crass.
- 22:04Speaker 5: Well, I can tell you exactly what would happen, because
- 22:06Speaker 5: as a conservative publication at the Spectator of Australia eight
- 22:11Speaker 5: years ago, we published that photo you just showed there
- 22:14Speaker 5: of Sarah Hanson Young's interesting, shall we say, descola tage
- 22:19Speaker 5: and its appropriateness in Parliament and we got absolutely hounded.
- 22:25Speaker 5: All the female journalists of the left piled in. How
- 22:29Speaker 5: despicable we were, We were dinosaurs. It was twenty eighteen.
- 22:33Speaker 5: How dare anyone poke fun or mock a female in
- 22:38Speaker 5: that sort of way? So she or certainly her supporters
- 22:40Speaker 5: are incredibly thin skinned when it comes to mocking or
- 22:44Speaker 5: poking fun at them, But of course the rules are
- 22:48Speaker 5: always different when it's the other way around. The hypocrisy
- 22:50Speaker 5: of the left is just staggering. You asked, is there
- 22:53Speaker 5: a party nastier than the Greens? And well, well they're nastier.
- 22:59Speaker 5: They certainly as nasty and that is the Labor Party.
- 23:03Speaker 5: And we even have the Monika the mean Girls, to
- 23:06Speaker 5: describe two of the most senior female members of the
- 23:09Speaker 5: Labor Party, who were described as the mean Girls, largely
- 23:14Speaker 5: but not exclusively for their school girlish, nasty treatment of
- 23:18Speaker 5: their own of women, of your great friend Kimberly Kitching
- 23:22Speaker 5: for examples, kitchen and this was the way they treat
- 23:27Speaker 5: even their own women, let alone women on the other
- 23:29Speaker 5: side of the fence. So how anybody, and then of
- 23:32Speaker 5: course we had an Alban Easy with his ridiculous sexist
- 23:35Speaker 5: marks the other day. How anybody in their right mind
- 23:38Speaker 5: in the Liberal Party thinks, own, here's a great idea.
- 23:41Speaker 5: Now's the time to say we have a problem with women,
- 23:45Speaker 5: let's have gender quotas in it. I mean, for seriously,
- 23:48Speaker 5: the Liberal Party should be slamming Labor and the Greens
- 23:52Speaker 5: for their approach to women, not the Liberal Party's approach
- 23:55Speaker 5: to women.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Andrew Oh, I thought that report to a by you know,
- 24:02Speaker 2: these little liberals with that what's his name senator from Murray.
- 24:08Speaker 1: No, don't marry, but.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Anyway that gee, mate, you're doing a great job, I
- 24:11Speaker 2: must say to that liberal because I can't even remember
- 24:13Speaker 2: your name, and under pressure of the spotlights, maybe you
- 24:16Speaker 2: should start fighting labor instead. But ridiculous, You're quite right,
- 24:21Speaker 2: ABC Chairman Kim Williams, to his credit, goes on Chris
- 24:27Speaker 2: Kenny's show on Sky News Today and denied, bare face,
- 24:33Speaker 2: you know, not even crossing fingers or anything, denied the
- 24:37Speaker 2: ABC was biased theories.
- 24:39Speaker 8: I'd most certainly can test that with you, Chris. In fact,
- 24:44Speaker 8: I would have no idea how the overwhelming majority of
- 24:47Speaker 8: people at the ABC vote, and nor would I seek
- 24:51Speaker 8: to find out. The ABC is a national resource, it
- 24:57Speaker 8: is a force for impart and it's a force for
- 25:01Speaker 8: objective journalism.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Now, of course, you know, and I know that's an
- 25:07Speaker 2: absolute dodge because we don't know if they vote green,
- 25:09Speaker 2: we don't know if they vote labor, we don't know
- 25:11Speaker 2: if they vote socialists, but we do know almost none
- 25:14Speaker 2: of them would vote liberal.
- 25:16Speaker 1: But when he was asked the.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Name even one right wing presented a match, say, you know,
- 25:21Speaker 2: the ABC's very left wing, David mar to name just
- 25:24Speaker 2: one this Rowan is what he said.
- 25:28Speaker 8: We have had people of an avowed conservative persuasion on
- 25:33Speaker 8: the ABC, guests know as from time to time in
- 25:39Speaker 8: in I mean you remember when Tom was there, Tom Switzer, yes,
- 25:43Speaker 8: for his one program a week on Radio National.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Well it was a pretty good program. Ron, What do
- 25:51Speaker 1: you make of that.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Tom Switzer, a Trump critic who's far from a committed conservative,
- 25:57Speaker 2: given an obscure weekly show on radio for a while
- 26:00Speaker 2: complaining about how he's being managed there and hasn't worked
- 26:04Speaker 2: with the ABC for two years. Now, what do you
- 26:07Speaker 2: make of that response?
- 26:08Speaker 5: Well, firstly, I'd just say what a joke again to
- 26:12Speaker 5: be citing Tom who left two years ago because he
- 26:14Speaker 5: was fed up with not being allowed. I don't want
- 26:17Speaker 5: a verbal or put words in Tom's mouth, but my
- 26:19Speaker 5: memory is that he was unhappy with not being allowed
- 26:23Speaker 5: to express his views to the fullest extent, which is
- 26:27Speaker 5: part of the media. That's where it goes. But to
- 26:29Speaker 5: cite Tom Switzer from two years ago on an obscure
- 26:32Speaker 5: radio or a small radio show as evidence of conservative
- 26:36Speaker 5: talent on the ABC is points out the very problem
- 26:41Speaker 5: you've just identified.
- 26:42Speaker 1: The problem.
- 26:42Speaker 5: There are none, There are no conservatives. It's a conservative
- 26:45Speaker 5: free zone. And the point of it, I mean, good luck,
- 26:47Speaker 5: good luck, I mean very well done to Chris Kenny
- 26:50Speaker 5: for getting Kim Williams on, and well done to Kim
- 26:52Speaker 5: Williams for coming on to Sky. That's great because most
- 26:56Speaker 5: ABC people wouldn't dare or wouldn't dream of doing it.
- 26:59Speaker 5: But the real problem was made absolutely crystal clear. The
- 27:04Speaker 5: ABC do not think there is a problem, Andrew, Kim Williams.
- 27:08Speaker 5: Williams genuinely does not think there is a problem at
- 27:12Speaker 5: the ABC. And this is why reform of the ABC
- 27:16Speaker 5: is impossible. This is why it needs to be put
- 27:19Speaker 5: on a subscription model, defunded by the taxpayer entirely and
- 27:24Speaker 5: forced to survive on its own two feet, because it
- 27:27Speaker 5: will quickly learn just how biased and out of touch
- 27:31Speaker 5: it is, because it will go bankrupt within days without
- 27:35Speaker 5: the taxpayer funding.
- 27:36Speaker 1: There.
- 27:36Speaker 5: So put them on a subscription model, let them sink
- 27:39Speaker 5: or swim, and then Kim Williams can come on and
- 27:42Speaker 5: tell us how great it is to only have Tom
- 27:45Speaker 5: Switzer on his radio channel two years ago.
- 27:48Speaker 1: They would find.
- 27:48Speaker 5: Out that they could actually do a lot better and
- 27:51Speaker 5: be more in touch with the Australian public if they
- 27:54Speaker 5: had more conservatives on their miserable little TV champs.
- 27:58Speaker 11: Andrew, but there you.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Just made think they're so when pushed he could name
- 28:06Speaker 2: he could, indeed name someone that he thought was a conservative.
- 28:09Speaker 2: He couldn't think of anyone who was of the left.
- 28:11Speaker 1: No way, he couldn't. Oh no, no, no, but he
- 28:14Speaker 1: could remember.
- 28:14Speaker 2: One guy two years ago that was a conservative, which
- 28:17Speaker 2: sort of makes the point, but he couldn't name someone
- 28:20Speaker 2: that you and I people you know are of the
- 28:23Speaker 2: left by their deeds, what they've said, what they've done.
- 28:27Speaker 2: You know ABC presenters like Louise Milligan, Sarah Ferguson, Laura Tingle,
- 28:32Speaker 2: Annabel Crabb, Patricia Carvellis, Sally Sarah Frank Kelly, David, Jonathan Green, Jan.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Friend, Annabel Crab. I'd look, I've named fifteen just like that,
- 28:48Speaker 1: just like that.
- 28:50Speaker 2: And he's saying, oh no, no, we did once once
- 28:55Speaker 2: have that partime conservative.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I mean it's shameless.
- 29:00Speaker 5: And you have to ask yourself, why does Angus Taylor
- 29:02Speaker 5: actually bother going on the ABC? Why do any conservatives
- 29:07Speaker 5: ever bother going on the ABC? Seriously, they're talking to
- 29:11Speaker 5: the wrong audience. If the Liberal if the Coalition want
- 29:14Speaker 5: to get back in the game, they have to start
- 29:16Speaker 5: talking to the real Australia, not the fake can rebubble.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yes, yes and yes, Ron Dean, what a pleasure to
- 29:24Speaker 2: have you back from holidays, to be honestly going away
- 29:27Speaker 2: for so long shameful. Thank you for so much, and
- 29:30Speaker 2: don't forget people watch your own show tomorrow after the break?
- 29:34Speaker 2: Why is broadcasting there? Inn Hinch getting a state funeral
- 29:37Speaker 2: after the tragedy's caused by his law breaking.
- 29:45Speaker 1: I know we're in an.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Age where people are judged by how they seem and
- 29:50Speaker 2: what they actually do, But a state funeral for broadcaster
- 29:53Speaker 2: Darren Hinch. The Victorian government gives a state funeral to
- 29:57Speaker 2: a man who broke the law and so allowed a
- 29:59Speaker 2: pedophile to abuse even more children. Amazed boil the tributes
- 30:04Speaker 2: to Hinch praising him for his campaigning against pedophiles, how
- 30:08Speaker 2: he even went to jail for going on radio to
- 30:11Speaker 2: denounce one in particular, the truly evil priest Michael Glennon,
- 30:14Speaker 2: who was eventually convicted for crimes against fifteen children. And
- 30:18Speaker 2: what amakes me though about that is that, yes, you know,
- 30:22Speaker 2: Hinch made himself look good.
- 30:24Speaker 1: By going on air and naming Glennon the ahead of
- 30:27Speaker 1: his trial.
- 30:27Speaker 2: In nineteen eighty five, listing Glennon's past sex crimes, warning
- 30:31Speaker 2: that it was a bad man.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Don't send your kids there.
- 30:34Speaker 2: But none of these tributes go on to mention the
- 30:36Speaker 2: tragic costs of Hinch's look at me stunt. There are
- 30:41Speaker 2: actually laws against doing what Hinch did, and he knew that,
- 30:44Speaker 2: and almost every journalist does too. You can't prejudice a
- 30:48Speaker 2: trial by jury like that by declaring a man guilty
- 30:52Speaker 2: and publicizing his record just when the trial's on.
- 30:56Speaker 1: And when Hinch did just that, the trial in the.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Judge in Glennon's case declared a mistrial. Hinch himself was jailed,
- 31:06Speaker 2: and Glennon walked free. Three children Aboriginal boys.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Paid for what Hinch had done.
- 31:15Speaker 2: In the six years that this Glennon was free before
- 31:20Speaker 2: he was charged again, he abused at least three more children,
- 31:25Speaker 2: including a child under the age of ten. Hinch's stunt
- 31:30Speaker 2: saved no one, as the High Court later ruled when
- 31:32Speaker 2: it found against him. Hensch didn't need to publicize Glenn's
- 31:35Speaker 2: past crimes to warn parents again letting him near their
- 31:38Speaker 2: children and just saying he'd been charged would have been enough.
- 31:44Speaker 2: But Hench didn't call himself the human headline for nothing.
- 31:46Speaker 2: You've got to work at this, and three children maybe
- 31:49Speaker 2: more paid for him to have his time in the spotlight.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Joining me is the panel former liberal Senator Holly Hughes
- 31:55Speaker 2: now with One Nation, and Chris I. McSweeney, who has
- 31:57Speaker 2: worked for coalition prime ministers and premiers. A state funeral
- 32:00Speaker 2: for Darren Hinch and before him, by the way, one
- 32:03Speaker 2: for former Labour senator Graham Richardson with all the allegations
- 32:06Speaker 2: against him of corruption. I like him, but I mean
- 32:08Speaker 2: you can't ignore those allegations. Have our politicians gone overboard
- 32:11Speaker 2: handing out these state funerals?
- 32:13Speaker 4: Well, I don't know. Do you get a state funeral
- 32:15Speaker 4: out of a serial box? Now there seems to be
- 32:19Speaker 4: a significant increase of state funerals. And I thought there
- 32:24Speaker 4: were people who had contributed to the fabric of society.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Now there's no doubt that Hinch he was a great
- 32:30Speaker 4: media operator. It was a media legend. And I take
- 32:33Speaker 4: your point about that shiny example of the media getting
- 32:36Speaker 4: involved in the justice system. And we often have this conflict,
- 32:40Speaker 4: and that is one of the largest ones. But I
- 32:43Speaker 4: tell you what I said to so many of my
- 32:45Speaker 4: friends Darren Hinch passed away.
- 32:47Speaker 1: We love him.
- 32:48Speaker 4: He hates a pedophile. So you know the campaign worked.
- 32:53Speaker 4: It did get him significant media attention. You're right, but
- 32:56Speaker 4: at what costs. But we do have this conflict the
- 32:58Speaker 4: media and the justice system. And I do want to
- 33:01Speaker 4: say about Hitch as well. You know ten years ago
- 33:04Speaker 4: he stole a significant stole, as if they're entitled to them,
- 33:08Speaker 4: a significant amount of votes off the Labor Party. He
- 33:11Speaker 4: was doing what one nation is doing before one nation
- 33:14Speaker 4: was doing it ten years earlier than anybody else to
- 33:17Speaker 4: become a federal senator. And he told me once his
- 33:21Speaker 4: largest booth was the blue collar western suburbs of Melbourne,
- 33:27Speaker 4: which the Liberal Party has been trying to pick up
- 33:29Speaker 4: votes for from the last five six years, and that
- 33:33Speaker 4: Broadmeadows booth was his largest quota. He did it before
- 33:37Speaker 4: anybody else was disrupting our political system. So for that
- 33:41Speaker 4: I think he's a pretty good political trailblazer as well.
- 33:44Speaker 4: But at state funeral, I don't know who gets one
- 33:47Speaker 4: of these days.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Everyone Holly Hughes.
- 33:50Speaker 7: Look, I don't just think to Alan is so desperate
- 33:53Speaker 7: to take the distraction away from her government and how
- 33:57Speaker 7: terrible they are in the later to this election, she's
- 34:00Speaker 7: prepared to do anything. I think Christiere one hundred percent right.
- 34:02Speaker 7: They do seem to be at the bottom of every
- 34:05Speaker 7: serial box now, just constantly being given out. I mean,
- 34:09Speaker 7: I think if we're looking at those things, maybe there
- 34:11Speaker 7: does need to be some sort of guideline in place
- 34:14Speaker 7: because they are at a significant cost to the taxpayer
- 34:17Speaker 7: as well. You know, this is not a time when
- 34:20Speaker 7: we can afford to be willing illy with taxpayer money,
- 34:22Speaker 7: certainly not in Victoria.
- 34:24Speaker 4: That's a good point.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Well, it's like the honest system. Quite often the honors
- 34:29Speaker 2: are given to reflect glauri on the politician giving them,
- 34:32Speaker 2: not in the person receiving them. That's what it really
- 34:34Speaker 2: is about. Look at me next to this hero that
- 34:37Speaker 2: I've just put a medal on, you know, the Royal
- 34:41Speaker 2: Commission of Andy Semitism, Christie. It's giving us such an
- 34:45Speaker 2: insight into the ignorance and the go with the flow
- 34:48Speaker 2: cowardice of some of our top universities. We've really had
- 34:51Speaker 2: Sydney University's first chance for admitting he'd been deaf and
- 34:54Speaker 2: slowly to react to the fear of fears of Jewish students.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Even though they were screaming his ear.
- 34:58Speaker 2: If we're propaacing the activist set up one hundred and
- 35:01Speaker 2: thirty nine tenths on his campus and we're harassing Jews,
- 35:05Speaker 2: said he didn't want to provoke the protests. Now we've
- 35:07Speaker 2: heard from the Australian National University it's also apologized and
- 35:12Speaker 2: has this, you know.
- 35:13Speaker 1: One of the things he.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Did was dismiss complaints from Jewish students that one student
- 35:18Speaker 2: was making mock Hitler mustaches gestures of look at the excuse.
- 35:23Speaker 13: And so the investigator found that it was not indeed
- 35:27Speaker 13: a mustache gesture, but a gesture that this student commonly
- 35:32Speaker 13: made in multiple contexts, in multiple events.
- 35:40Speaker 2: And dismiss complaints that another student in an online meeting
- 35:43Speaker 2: was making Hitler salutes Hitler salutes and dismissed that because
- 35:48Speaker 2: otherwise it seems he was quite nice have looked.
- 35:51Speaker 13: There was good reason to believe that doing such a
- 35:55Speaker 13: salute would be pretty antithetical to that particular student identity,
- 36:02Speaker 13: And so there was the finding of no misconduct in
- 36:05Speaker 13: that case.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Lost for words, You give me some, please, Christy.
- 36:12Speaker 4: I'm struggling to Andrew, and I'm finem yeah, And I'm
- 36:16Speaker 4: certain if more students came forward, and more students went
- 36:19Speaker 4: through the channels of submitting these things, we would see
- 36:22Speaker 4: a significantly larger evidence space. We've got enough of an
- 36:26Speaker 4: evidence space to understand that what we have seen and
- 36:30Speaker 4: what we have learned is probably multiplied by several several factors.
- 36:34Speaker 4: The vice chancellors knew, and I know that they knew
- 36:38Speaker 4: because I had a conversation with a vice chancellor from
- 36:41Speaker 4: a university who said to me, we're not having it here.
- 36:45Speaker 4: I took down personally myself, the pro Palestinian posters and
- 36:50Speaker 4: the student union that wanted to go all out and
- 36:53Speaker 4: support this. I practically banned it from campus, and I
- 36:57Speaker 4: had my own staff out there as well as myself
- 37:00Speaker 4: taking down all this propaganda, and other universities turned a
- 37:04Speaker 4: blind eye. We can create safe spaces for any minority
- 37:09Speaker 4: at a university, it seems apart from a major group
- 37:12Speaker 4: of people being victimized by fellow students and by staff
- 37:16Speaker 4: academic stuff at.
- 37:17Speaker 2: That sounds to me you're describing Jennifer westerncop there, and
- 37:22Speaker 2: this bit Holly really sun me too and might explain
- 37:25Speaker 2: some of the rests. The acting vice chancellor of the
- 37:28Speaker 2: Australian National University, unable to describe the Israeli flag or
- 37:32Speaker 2: even recall its colors, have looked what does.
- 37:36Speaker 1: The Israeli flag look like? What colors are on these?
- 37:42Speaker 11: I'm during a mental blank.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Well, I'll help you.
- 37:46Speaker 4: That's okay, blue, Amilarison, blue and white.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Halley.
- 37:51Speaker 2: Is that a great advertisement for what's supposedly one of
- 37:53Speaker 2: our finest universities.
- 37:56Speaker 7: No, and I think Love you're a bit more embarrassed
- 37:59Speaker 7: by you blatant ignorance towards the anti Semitism that was
- 38:03Speaker 7: occurring on campus, not that you just couldn't recall what
- 38:06Speaker 7: the Israeli flag colors were. I mean, honestly, those universities,
- 38:10Speaker 7: they have boards, they have all sorts of organizations behind them,
- 38:14Speaker 7: if they're not sitting down and looking at a review
- 38:17Speaker 7: of who the staff are, who the vice chancellors are.
- 38:20Speaker 7: I mean, Christy, you made the point that there's safe
- 38:22Speaker 7: spaces for everyone except for this group of people in
- 38:25Speaker 7: particularly Jewish students. But you know there's no safe spaces
- 38:28Speaker 7: for biological women either. We know that this left wing
- 38:32Speaker 7: ideology has taken over universities, and the fact that these
- 38:36Speaker 7: people still have a job they would not in any
- 38:40Speaker 7: other workplace, allowing such blatant discrimination, and those excuses around
- 38:45Speaker 7: the mustache and the Hitler salute give me strength. They
- 38:50Speaker 7: are disgusting and how these people still have a job
- 38:54Speaker 7: is beyond me. Let alone one responsible for educating our
- 38:57Speaker 7: future generations.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Now look in her defense that acting vist chancellor, she
- 39:04Speaker 2: wasn't the Vice chancellor at the time. But that ignorance
- 39:07Speaker 2: is just stunning to me. Now, look, I shouldn't really
- 39:10Speaker 2: be saying this because my wife is pining for us
- 39:13Speaker 2: to get a new dog since our last one passed away.
- 39:16Speaker 2: But I would like to pay a tribute to some
- 39:19Speaker 2: very good doggies. In Melbourne, a couple of dog walkers
- 39:21Speaker 2: were out with their packs doing their exercises. I think
- 39:25Speaker 2: it was yesterday when a man jumped out and grabbed
- 39:27Speaker 2: one of them.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Here as she explains, what happened.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Now, what happened there was released the dogs, which they
- 39:49Speaker 2: let slip their dogs of war. The man fled and
- 39:52Speaker 2: the dog literally taking a bite out of one of
- 39:55Speaker 2: his legs. That's the most interesting exercise that probably had
- 39:58Speaker 2: in years. Doggies, Christie, give them some.
- 40:02Speaker 4: Good Oh I love a good doggie stories.
- 40:04Speaker 13: You know.
- 40:05Speaker 4: I am a proud owner of quite a vicious two
- 40:08Speaker 4: hour when a stranger comes near her, so I can
- 40:11Speaker 4: see that that probably would have happened. I think that's fantastic.
- 40:15Speaker 4: And isn't that actually do you know? Just a twist
- 40:19Speaker 4: fait that the dog walkers thought, no, let's do this
- 40:22Speaker 4: and chase this offender away. But more to the point.
- 40:26Speaker 4: You know, women in broad daylight, walking in a park victims,
- 40:31Speaker 4: serious potential victims of this sort of crime, commonly often
- 40:36Speaker 4: in broad daylight. And thank goodness the doggies did spring
- 40:40Speaker 4: into action because that criminal wouldn't have been caught.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Victoria, No, no, what a fool I mean, you know,
- 40:49Speaker 2: not every woman, unfortunately does walk with a pack of
- 40:51Speaker 2: dogs to protect them. But that's modern Melbourne. Maybe that's
- 40:54Speaker 2: necessary now. Christophin Sweening, Holly Hughes, thank you very much
- 40:57Speaker 2: to you both
