He Got the Death Penalty. Texas Let Him Out. Then He Killed Again.
In 1966, Kenneth Allen McDuff raped and murdered three teenagers—and strangled a 16-year-old girl with a broomstick. He was sentenced to death.
Then the system set him free.
Between 1989 and 1992, the man known as the Broomstick Killer walked the streets of Texas again… and the body count kept rising.
Host Alexander Lawson breaks down the chilling crimes, the catastrophic parole failures, and the victims whose lives were stolen twice over—once by McDuff, and once by a justice system that should never have let him go.
