480,000 Illegal Immigrants Arrested in 9 Months plus Portland Showdown BIG WIN! · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:01
Speaker 1: You know, we have fifty nine countries that agreed to
• 0:03
Speaker 1: the deal. We have a piece in the middlease for
• 0:05
Speaker 1: the first time ever, we made a deal with him
• 0:08
Speaker 1: us that you know, they're gonna be very good. They're
• 0:10
Speaker 1: gonna behave, they're gonna be nice, and if they're not,
• 0:12
Speaker 1: we're going to go and we're gonna eradicate them. If
• 0:14
Speaker 1: we have to, they'll be eradicated. And they know that.
• 0:18
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
• 0:22
Speaker 3: Good Tuesday morning. It's nice to have you with us
• 0:24
Speaker 3: on the forty seven Morning Up. They've Ben Ferguson with you.
• 0:26
Speaker 3: And here are the two big stories that are coming
• 0:28
Speaker 3: out of the White House this morning.
• 0:30
Speaker 4: First up, the Department.
• 0:31
Speaker 3: Of Homeland Security has announced an incredible feat arresting more
• 0:36
Speaker 3: than four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the
• 0:39
Speaker 3: first nine months of President Trump being in office. You're
• 0:42
Speaker 3: gonna be shocked to know just how many of these
• 0:45
Speaker 3: four hundred and eighty thousand have criminal records. Also, there
• 0:50
Speaker 3: was a massive win for the President when it comes
• 0:53
Speaker 3: to deploying the National Guard, this time coming from the
• 0:56
Speaker 3: ninth US Circuit decision dealing with him doing exactly this
• 1:01
Speaker 3: in Portland and what does this mean for other cities
• 1:04
  Speaker 3: around the country.
• 1:05
  Speaker 4: But first, did.
• 1:06
Speaker 3: You see that gold just hit an all time new
• 1:09
Speaker 3: high of over four thousand dollars an ounce?
• 1:13
Speaker 4: And if you hear that and you're like, are you
• 1:15
  Speaker 4: kidding me?
• 1:15
Speaker 3: And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity, Well, I
• 1:19
Speaker 3: don't know if you missed your opportunity, But my friends
• 1:21
Speaker 3: at Kurt Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question
• 1:25
Speaker 3: for you. You also may not be paying attention to the
• 1:28
Speaker 3: incredible gains with silver that are happening right now as well,
• 1:32
Speaker 3: And that's why I trust the guidance of the team
• 1:35
Speaker 3: at kirk Elliott. In fact, I literally just got a
• 1:39
Speaker 3: hundred ounce bar of silver the other day, and the
• 1:42
Speaker 3: reason why is because after I talked to the team
• 1:44
Speaker 3: at kirk Elliot Precious Medals, they let me understand exactly
• 1:49
Speaker 3: where I could have a big upside in investing in silver. Now,
• 1:53
Speaker 3: the other part that I love about them is this
• 1:55
Speaker 3: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
• 1:59
Speaker 3: companies that you'll hear if you listen to talk radio
• 2:02
Speaker 3: or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell you
• 2:05
Speaker 3: how the pricing actually works well at kirk Elliott. They're
• 2:09
Speaker 3: real simple, just eight percent when you buy and zero
• 2:14
Speaker 3: commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever, that
• 2:18
Speaker 3: is the other reason why I recommend them to all
• 2:21
Speaker 3: of you. They also don't sell you quote rare coins
• 2:24
Speaker 3: or precious coins that you pay insane markups on and
• 2:28
Speaker 3: then when you go to sell them you find out
• 2:29
Speaker 3: they're really not worth that much. They are a bullyon
• 2:33
Speaker 3: only approach. They focus on investment grade metals, no overpriced collectibles,
• 2:39
Speaker 3: no gimmicks. That means you get more gold or silver
• 2:43
Speaker 3: for your money at fair value when it's time for
• 2:46
Speaker 3: you to sell. So if you're ready to find out
• 2:49
Speaker 3: if gold and silver is right for you in your portfolio,
• 2:53
Speaker 3: then call them and get a plan.
• 2:56
Speaker 4: You can visit them at.

• 3:21
Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 3:25
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 3:26
  Speaker 4: We've got a very.
• 3:26
Speaker 3: Big story coming out of the White House, and as
• 3:29
Speaker 3: a promise that President Donald Trump made to every American
• 3:32
Speaker 3: if he was elected president, it was that he was
• 3:35
Speaker 3: going to do whatever he could to get rid of
• 3:38
Speaker 3: illegal immigrants in this country, and he was also going
• 3:41
Speaker 3: to get rid of the illegal immigrants first that had
• 3:44
Speaker 3: committed the most heinous crimes. He also promised he was
• 3:47
Speaker 3: going to make dangerous cities safe again. All of this
• 3:52
Speaker 3: he is paying off on. But now we have some
• 3:54
Speaker 3: of the biggest data we've seen so far backing this up.
• 3:58
Speaker 3: The Department of Homeland Secure has arrested more than four
• 4:02
Speaker 3: hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the first nine
• 4:07
Speaker 3: months of the Trump administration. I'm going to give you
• 4:10
Speaker 3: that number again, four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants
• 4:15
Speaker 3: in a nine month span. This while many illegal immigrants
• 4:19
Speaker 3: have been hanging out in sanctuary cities being protected by
• 4:22
Speaker 3: the radical left. Now here's something else that you need
• 4:25
Speaker 3: to know. Seventy percent of the four hundred and eighty
• 4:28
Speaker 3: thousand legal immigrants had been arrested, had been convicted of
• 4:33
Speaker 3: crimes or had criminal charges against them pending. Christy nom
• 4:38
Speaker 3: made the announcement during a stop in Branden, Florida.
• 4:41
  Speaker 4: As.
• 4:42
Speaker 3: They also put out a press release giving you some
• 4:45
Speaker 3: of the background, saying, quote, President Trump unleashed ICE to
• 4:49
Speaker 3: target the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens. Some
• 4:53
Speaker 3: of the criminals arrested included illegal aliens convicted of incests
• 4:58
Speaker 3: with a minor, homicide, sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor,
• 5:03
Speaker 3: and domestic violence. Seventy percent of ICE arrests are of
• 5:07
Speaker 3: illegal aliens convicted or charged with a crime in the US.
• 5:13
Speaker 3: This statistic doesn't even include they say, foreign fugitives, illegal
• 5:17
Speaker 3: aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and
• 5:23
Speaker 3: also suspected terrorists. NOOM highlighted nine of the worst of
• 5:28
Speaker 3: the worst illegal immigrants who have been arrested in South
• 5:32
Speaker 3: and Central Florida alone. They included several different individuals. Nome
• 5:37
Speaker 3: set the press conference, we are not going to let
• 5:39
Speaker 3: these individuals terrorize our streets anymore, and we're not going
• 5:43
Speaker 3: to let them make victims out of families that live
• 5:46
Speaker 3: in this country. I want you to hear directly from
• 5:49
Speaker 3: Christynome at the press conference, and here's part of what
• 5:52
Speaker 3: she had to say.
• 5:53
Speaker 5: I'll give you some examples of individuals that were brought
• 5:56
Speaker 5: to justice here in Sarasota and in this area. The
• 5:59
Speaker 5: first one i'll talk of out as a convicted murderer
• 6:01
Speaker 5: whose name is Eric Carlos Artilis Ramos, an illegal alien
• 6:05
Speaker 5: who was from Cuba. He had a prior removal order
• 6:08
Speaker 5: in two thousand and eight, and now because of the
• 6:10
Speaker 5: work of this office, he is off the streets. He
• 6:13
Speaker 5: was also previously convicted of kidnapping and carjacking. We also
• 6:18
Speaker 5: have another individual, Oscar Alfredo Retina Maraquin, an illegal alien
• 6:23
Speaker 5: from Al Salvador. He was convicted of sexual assault against
• 6:26
Speaker 5: a child and in nineteen ninety five, and he was
• 6:29
Speaker 5: also arrested for dui. He has been deported twice before,
• 6:33
Speaker 5: in nineteen ninety nine and in twenty nineteen. Re Entry
• 6:37
Speaker 5: after deportation, I'll remind all of you is a felony.
• 6:41
Speaker 5: The next individual is Arturo Sanchez Morales. He's an illegal
• 6:44
Speaker 5: alien from Mexico. He was arrested for driving drunk and
• 6:48
Speaker 5: he's already been deported once before he re entered, which
• 6:51
Speaker 5: is a felony, and was issued a final order of
• 6:54
Speaker 5: removal in twenty sixteen. He had previously been arrested for
• 6:57
Speaker 5: burglary as well for possession of cocaine and larceny and
• 7:01
Speaker 5: has convictions for multiple DUIs and lud acts against a minor.
• 7:06
Speaker 5: And again I'll talk about Laylis Rinaldo Benaro Zaharin, who
• 7:11
Speaker 5: is an individual from Honduras who's been in this country
• 7:14
Speaker 5: illegally and he has a conviction for domestic battery. He'd
• 7:17
Speaker 5: been deported twice before, in twenty eleven and in twenty seventeen.
• 7:22
Speaker 5: These individuals are just a handful of people that have
• 7:26
Speaker 5: been in this country creating victims out of American citizens
• 7:29
Speaker 5: that now those families do no longer have to worry about.
• 7:33
Speaker 5: Not only have they been brought into and incarcerated, but
• 7:36
Speaker 5: they're going to be brought to justice and pay for
• 7:38
Speaker 5: the crimes that they've committed. Every single day, our law
• 7:41
Speaker 5: enforcement officers put their lives at risk to protect the
• 7:44
Speaker 5: American people. Every single day they get up and they
• 7:47
Speaker 5: go do their jobs to make sure that American families
• 7:50
Speaker 5: can live the lives that they've dreamed of since they
• 7:53
Speaker 5: were young. The left's anti cop rhetoric has led to
• 7:57
Speaker 5: a thousand percent increase in violence against our law enforcement officers.
• 8:01
Speaker 5: We have to stop the rhetoric that is allowing individuals
• 8:05
Speaker 5: the cover that they want to perpetuate violence against those
• 8:08
Speaker 5: who enforce our laws. Last month, we had an individual
• 8:13
Speaker 5: open fire at an ICE facility and we also saw
• 8:16
Speaker 5: that we saw victims from that attack that happened not
• 8:20
Speaker 5: just against ICE agents but also about detainees that were
• 8:23
Speaker 5: there at that facility. That individual, when he fired upon
• 8:27
Speaker 5: the building, created some victims. We lost two lives there.
• 8:31
Speaker 5: Three individuals were hurt and two died later on. After
• 8:35
Speaker 5: that event, the suspect had anti ICE written on the
• 8:39
Speaker 5: ammunition and on his bullet casings, proving that he had
• 8:43
Speaker 5: targeted against individuals that we're working to keep our streets safe.
• 8:47
Speaker 5: Criminals are now even placing bounties on our law enforcement officers.
• 8:52
Speaker 5: This last month, the Department of Homeland Security arrested a
• 8:55
Speaker 5: criminal illegal alien and a Latin King's gang member who
• 8:59
Speaker 5: placed a bounty on our US Border Patrol Chief Greg Bevino.
• 9:03
Speaker 5: Still they keep pressing on, and we've seen as well,
• 9:07
Speaker 5: individuals on TikTok and other apps making threats against our
• 9:12
Speaker 5: law enforcement officers, putting bounties out on their head, and
• 9:14
Speaker 5: we will bring all of those individuals to justice. We
• 9:17
Speaker 5: will continue to bring murderers and rapists. Those who perpetuate violence, pedophiles,
• 9:23
Speaker 5: gang members in our communities. We will go after them,
• 9:26
Speaker 5: bring them to justice, and we will save lives. The
• 9:29
Speaker 5: American people see this, and they see that President Trump
• 9:31
Speaker 5: is focused on making sure that our streets are safe
• 9:34
Speaker 5: and that our families have opportunities to raise their children
• 9:37
Speaker 5: in safe communities. In fact, recent polls have shown that
• 9:41
Speaker 5: fifty four percent of Americans want illegals to be brought
• 9:45
Speaker 5: into justice and they want to deport those who are
• 9:49
Speaker 5: in this country illegally. But seventy eight percent of Americans
• 9:53
Speaker 5: want these criminal, illegal aliens brought to justice. That's because
• 9:57
Speaker 5: the American people understand the benefits of having law and order.
• 10:00
Speaker 4: Again, this isn't just a win for Donald Trump.
• 10:03
Speaker 3: This is a win for every man and woman in
• 10:06
Speaker 3: this country, especially men and women that have been victims
• 10:09
Speaker 3: of countless crimes by illegal immigrants.
• 10:12
Speaker 2: Now story number two.
• 10:14
Speaker 3: The Ninth Circuit saying that President Trump can send the
• 10:16
Speaker 3: National Guard to Portland is another massive win for law
• 10:21
Speaker 3: and order. And if you think that the Left is
• 10:24
Speaker 3: going to sit down and just say okay, fine, the
• 10:28
Speaker 3: President's going to be able to be the president and
• 10:29
Speaker 3: he has the authority to do this and he was
• 10:32
Speaker 3: elected to do it. You're wrong, MSNBC having a total
• 10:35
Speaker 3: meltdown as Lisa Rubin had to read the Ninth Circuit
• 10:39
Speaker 3: decision authorizing Trump to deploy the National Guard in Portland.
• 10:43
Speaker 3: Take a listen to how they spun it on MSNBC.
• 10:46
Speaker 6: Yeah, And I want to just correct one thing and
• 10:47
Speaker 6: then explain why functional it is the same. This is
• 10:50
Speaker 6: a stay of Judge Immigrant's opinion, and that's why it
• 10:54
Speaker 6: reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did, because
• 10:56
Speaker 6: this is an emergency motion to essentially pause for order.
• 10:59
Speaker 6: But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct. It
• 11:02
Speaker 6: has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing
• 11:07
Speaker 6: the President to send the National Guard back onto the
• 11:10
Speaker 6: streets of Portland. And Katy, I want to read if
• 11:12
Speaker 6: I can, just from a little bit of the beginning
• 11:14
Speaker 6: of this ninety three page opinion, it says, after considering
• 11:18
Speaker 6: the record, and by the record they mean all the
• 11:20
Speaker 6: factual evidence at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it
• 11:23
Speaker 6: is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority
• 11:28
Speaker 6: under ten USC. Section twelve four oh six. That's the
• 11:32
Speaker 6: statute we've been referring to. As Title ten, when we
• 11:34
Speaker 6: have conversations about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the
• 11:38
Speaker 6: federalization of the National Guard, when the president is unable
• 11:42
Speaker 6: with the regular forces to execute the laws of the
• 11:44
Speaker 6: United States. And this is the important part. The evidence
• 11:47
Speaker 6: the president relied on reflects quote, a colorable assessment of
• 11:51
Speaker 6: the facts in law within a range of honest judgment.
• 11:54
Speaker 6: We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on
• 11:58
Speaker 6: the merits of their appeal, basically saying that when and
• 12:01
Speaker 6: if a court considers all of the record in this
• 12:04
Speaker 6: matter is tried and it gets back to an appellate
• 12:07
Speaker 6: court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing
• 12:10
Speaker 6: and full evidence, that they still think Donald Trump is
• 12:13
Speaker 6: likely to prevail there because he has the discretion to
• 12:18
Speaker 6: determine as the president, within a range of honest judgment.
• 12:22
Speaker 6: So when it is reasonable is what you and I
• 12:24
Speaker 6: were talking about last week.
• 12:25
Speaker 3: It is very clear the left realizes now they're running
• 12:29
Speaker 3: out of ways to stop President Trump from doing his job,
• 12:32
Speaker 3: a job that he was elected by the American people
• 12:35
Speaker 3: to do, and they're going to do everything they can
• 12:37
Speaker 3: to continue to try to stop him. But as we witness,
• 12:40
Speaker 3: what is happening now in Portland, and the total number
• 12:43
Speaker 3: of arrest nationwide in the last nine months, and law
• 12:47
Speaker 3: and order that is also being restored to incredibly violent
• 12:52
Speaker 3: cities like Portland, Washington, d C. Memphis, Tennessee, and many
• 12:57
Speaker 3: more to come, including Chicago. You're with as a president
• 13:01
Speaker 3: that is doing exactly what he promised he was going
• 13:03
Speaker 3: to do, keep all Americans safe no matter where you live.
