Fifty years strong, 4 Seasons Coffee Roasters celebrates its legacy from Spokane’s coffee roots—with family at the helm. Founded in 1976 by Tom and Leslie Hutchinson, the first specialty roaster in Eastern Washington, the company started small, wholesale-focused, and named for the region’s four seasons. Though their downtown café closed in 2009, the roasting heart beat on, fueling local restaurants and grocers.
