- 0:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No matter how long or how short you've been with us.
- 0:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we want to greet you and say thank you so much for joining us.
- 1:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're glad to have you with us.
- 1:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's just uh it's an incredible time here at Voices for Voices.
- 1:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we're getting closer and closer to reaching that humongous goal of reaching 3 billion people, reaching and helping 3 billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond, uh, as well as reaching uh over 300 countries, territories, and provinces.
- 1:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're well over 110 at this point, and help us reach over 3,000 uh cities across the world.
- 1:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we're well over, I think, uh, 11, 1200 uh cities that we've reached thus far.
- 1:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh the whole reason, it's it's because of you, it's not because of us.
- 1:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we're just the um we're just the mouthpiece uh uh of sharing content, sharing uh stories, events, uh and and we really just want to help people.
- 2:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh that's been my goal from day one with Voices for Voices, and that is continuing, and it will continue uh for the duration of this organization, which isn't a fly-by-night organization.
- 2:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, this is a uh century, two-century uh long business organization.
- 2:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We are a nonprofit 501c3 nonprofit charity organization.
- 2:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So any and anything you're able to do, if you're able to pitch in uh a dollar, uh we would greatly appreciate that.
- 2:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can head on over to lovevoices.org, lovevoices.org, and lovevoices.org.
- 3:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That is l-o-v-e v o i c e s dot o r g.
- 3:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm Justin Alan Hayes uh here with Voices for Voices.
- 3:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's really an incredible time here at the organization and also a very impatient uh time at at uh at times uh where those of you who have had projects or had goals that you're you're working on, you hear jingle bell, that that's our dog Lucy.
- 3:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh you're you're probably hearing it.
- 3:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh people think, wait a minute, am I hearing a bell?
- 4:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What's going on?
- 4:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so impatience, so that's that's what we're gonna talk about with with this show.
- 4:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I'm an impatient person.
- 4:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't like I don't like to wait.
- 4:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I like for you know, we have ideas, we have projects, we have you have different different things.
- 4:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we don't want to wait, right?
- 4:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's why there's what's called fast food uh restaurants where you can order.
- 4:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, now Lucy's growling too.
- 4:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh she's got plenty to eat, plenty, plenty of water to drink, so she's good.
- 4:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh she's just playing with her chew toy.
- 4:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and and so it's you know, or impatient, you know, as I as I just stated, with I don't want to wait 15 minutes, 10 minutes for my food.
- 5:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I want it right now.
- 5:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I want to order it in my car, in my truck, on my bike, and then I want to pull just around the building, not around the whole building, just you know, maybe half of the building, if that and then I want to pick up, I want to pay, and then I want to pick up uh my food.
- 5:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's what I'm talking about, uh, you know, being impatient, and that is not the easiest to do uh with you know bigger projects, you know, bigger uh yeah, bigger projects, but bigger, bigger things, uh and even some small things.
- 5:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it really doesn't matter what what size of the project or the s what what size of that thing is that that you want to complete, um maybe maybe it's a Lego.
- 6:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I'm not very Lego inclined.
- 6:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not a very uh artist inclined.
- 6:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I prefer coloring than than than drawing.
- 6:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so that's that's just me.
- 6:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've I've found that's like my my my part that um that I I like to do when I have the opportunity is uh is the coloring.
- 6:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and so having an adult coloring book is kind of helpful because the pictures are already uh already drawn.
- 6:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, there's sometimes numbers that relate to uh you know the colors.
- 6:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And sometimes there's not.
- 7:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so that impatience of oh, do I have to wait?
- 7:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do I have to wait for for this to be drawn before I can color it or paint it?
- 7:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's just that's just me.
- 7:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh fast food uh not is not usually that the healthiest.
- 7:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um not usually the healthiest food.
- 7:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and that and that's okay.
- 7:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh because we're just talking about you know patience, impatience, and as as it relates to a prior episode, uh very recent episode actually, talking about how we took the idea of having uh an audio-only podcast, actually, two audio-only podcasts, and then how we worked our way again.
- 8:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is oh my four years ago, maybe, maybe four years ago, maybe five, to where we are today, and if you would have asked me back at that point, you know, hey Justin, do you do you do you think in several years that you would be here, that you're reaching people, that you're helping people near and far, and the amount of episodes, amount of cities, amount of territories, uh countries, provinces, etc.
- 8:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I probably would have said you're crazy, or I'm crazy for bringing it up.
- 9:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As I as I talk through one of that, uh one of our earlier episodes, it may actually even be the episode right before this one, depending on when it uh when it drops.
- 9:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so we'd look at the evolution of how we get from point A to point B.
- 9:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's we've talked about this many, many, many times.
- 9:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's very rarely a straight line.
- 9:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, there's peaks, there's valleys.
- 9:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes there's more peaks, sometimes there's more valleys, and so that's where that that pate that we hear you, Lucy.
- 9:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh sometimes it's just so un unpredictable, and we just have to.
- 10:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Kind of go with the flow.
- 10:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If we're doing what we love, if we're doing what we feel like we're meant to do, which I do with voices for voices, then it doesn't feel like as much of work uh as something uh different.
- 10:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If I didn't feel that I was being called to be a doctor, then even though that is a very, very noble profession, and I I just I don't have the stomach to be able to do that, uh you know, bless everybody, bless the doctors, nurses, the techs, everyb everybody, the anesthesiologist, everybody that's involved.
- 10:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's and it's especially with we we talk about medical care that oftentimes it takes time.
- 11:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we just have to take take time.
- 11:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not easy, it's not fun, it's not something we look forward to.
- 11:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It absolutely is not something we we look forward to.
- 11:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I look forward to completing a project, getting something done and out, and part of it is I feel like I have to show I have to show what I've done.
- 12:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And my my counselor and psychiatrist, they they know the the medical terms and and and diagnoses and and that that come with that.
- 12:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I do, I feel like I gotta show, like, here's what I'm doing, because it's it's a little bit unorthodox, it's more accepted now than it was 10, 20 years ago.
- 12:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What we're doing here at Voices for Voices.
- 12:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But it's unorthodox for the for the majority of people.
- 12:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I I I get it.
- 12:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I can see how it can seem like where's the deliverables?
- 12:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Why isn't it happening quicker?
- 12:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I and I I wonder the exact same thing.
- 13:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What's taking so long?
- 13:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The deliverables, where are they at?
- 13:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so like I'm I'm uh I'm like a I'm like a child.
- 13:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, look, look, look what I've done, look what I've done.
- 13:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then if it's not a topic that relates to somebody, then it can even be a worse thing of you spend your time on this topic, and it comes down to not everybody's gonna love every single thing we do.
- 13:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't matter who we are, doesn't matter where we live, doesn't matter how much money we have, doesn't matter any of that.
- 13:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It doesn't.
- 13:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's why it matters so much for us to do what we feel that we're called to do, what we love to do.
- 14:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because nobody nobody's gonna pick up on it if we don't we're not believing ourselves.
- 14:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If we don't have that belief ourselves, might as well pack it in.
- 14:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I felt like that many a times of well what are we doing here?
- 14:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What are we doing here?
- 14:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And the closer I got to that, those feelings and those thoughts, then something else happens.
- 14:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's like, oh that's why.
- 14:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's why we're still here.
- 14:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so even every day, every moment is not gonna be filled with all these accolades.
- 15:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's just not.
- 15:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's where the patience comes in.
- 15:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That I'm not great at.
- 15:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not great at having the patience.
- 15:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we have to have patience.
- 15:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Cause like I said, a majority of things take time.
- 15:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Anything worth doing, for the most part, takes time.
- 15:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Unless you win the lottery, the Powerball, you win big at a casino.
- 15:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's gonna take some time.
- 15:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe a day, maybe a week, maybe a month, maybe six months, maybe a year, maybe ten years.
- 15:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it just comes down to how much do we want to put in of ourselves, of our mind, body, spirit, soul and to what we're doing.
- 16:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That for me helps a little bit with the patience.
- 16:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't help a hundred percent.
- 16:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It doesn't help a hundred percent at all with the patience.
- 16:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It helps a little bit though, because I'm able to go, okay.
- 16:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Let me just take a step back or two or three steps back.
- 16:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And when I do that, I go, oh, I didn't realize we were this close to this or that or this or that or this or that.
- 16:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we just have to we have to believe in ourselves, we have to keep dreaming.
- 17:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have to always keep dreaming, never stop dreaming, never stop believing in ourselves.
- 17:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never ever ever stop believing in yourself.
- 17:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every single one of us is here on this earth for one reason or another.
- 17:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I got chills just saying that, so I know that's the fact.
- 17:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I want to see you dream, live out your dreams, go after your dreams.
- 17:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's gonna be times people are gonna doubt you.
- 17:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's gonna be times where a lot of people are gonna doubt you.
- 17:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's gonna be times where you're going, oh my gosh, why have I spent so much time on this?
- 17:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And there's gonna be other times you're going to go, oh my gosh, I didn't realize that five years ago, this one thing that I did, that really started it all.
- 18:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I get goosebumps again.
- 18:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh as I revert back to, you know, where it all started.
- 18:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The doubt, the money.
- 18:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nothing nothing can take the heart out of what you what you what you do, what you have done, what you're going to do.
- 18:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you just gotta do it.
- 18:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's okay to ask questions, it's okay to do your research or due diligence.
- 18:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's okay to ask people their thoughts.
- 18:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: At the end of the day, though, you have to be the one that makes the decision.
- 19:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because you're the one that's gonna be waking up every morning or afternoon, depending on you know, sleep schedules and and and such.
- 19:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you're gonna be the one that's gonna have to look yourself in the mirror.
- 19:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, I gotta look myself in the mirror and go, okay, Justin, are you doing what are you doing with your life?
- 19:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What are you doing with your life?
- 19:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is it worth it?
- 19:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I can say, heck yeah, it's worth it.
- 19:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so because I I believe in myself, I dream, I believe that God put me here for a reason, that he's kept me here for a reason.
- 19:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And even if I'm no longer on this earth tomorrow, again, I'm not foretelling anything, but for some reason, today's my last day.
- 20:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Our shows are gonna live on.
- 20:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna continue helping people for a long, long time, and that's exactly what I want to do.
- 20:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's exactly what we are doing at Voices for Voices in so many different ways.
- 20:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In a way we're we're really just getting started.
- 20:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah.
- 20:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're just getting started.
- 20:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So maybe that maybe maybe you are too.
- 20:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's okay.
- 20:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It takes five, ten years to finally get started.
- 20:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's gonna be some bumps, some bruises, some some obstacles.
- 20:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some forks in the road we gotta pick.
- 20:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes we'll pick the wrong one, we'll have to back up, and then go down the other other fork, side of the fork.
- 21:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But that's all that's all that's all normal.
- 21:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's all normal.
- 21:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And everybody's gone through that at some level, big or small.
- 21:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let this be a time for reflection.
- 21:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A time to not worry as much.
- 21:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like a time to be a little bit just a teeny bit more patient.
- 21:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And a time for you to dream, a time for you to go after your dreams, a time for you to believe believe in yourself.
- 21:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then others will believe in you as well.
- 22:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you so much for joining us on this episode of the Voices for Voices TV show and podcast.
- 22:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm Justin Allen Hayes, founder of Voices for Voices.
- 22:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you so much.
- 22:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you can give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share.
- 22:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you can reach out to maybe 25 contacts in your phone and say, hey, you got to check out the Voices for Voices TV show and podcast.
- 22:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is one of the hottest shows and podcasts in the world.
- 22:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because it is.
- 22:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The analytics prove it out.
- 22:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We are.
- 22:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's taking a while to get here.
- 22:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's going to continue to take a while.
- 22:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you so much for being a part of us and spending your time, your energy with us, no matter how much time or how little time.
- 23:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just remember, voices for voices.

- 23:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For prosperity, for success, whatever that means to you.
- 23:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Have a wonderful day.
- 23:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll talk to you on the next episode.
- 23:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Bye bye.
