- 0:11Hello and welcome to Bradders Rappers where this episode we
- 0:18take a look back at show one of a test of the faithful.
- 0:26I am joined by my unofficial official Co host, my little Alex
- 0:34Horne of the wrestling world, Mile Smith.
- 0:39Good afternoon, Miles. Evening or afternoon, whatever
- 0:44we want to say. I don't know what time of the
- 0:47day it is. We've we've, we've done too many
- 0:50of these now and they all blow into one.
- 0:54Podcast, but yes. So we're going to review Show 1
- 1:04and then later on we're going to have Nikki on and we will review
- 1:09show too. That's not how it's going to be
- 1:14for us, but for you listening and watching, that is how it
- 1:18will look. So we were back at the
- 1:25Manchester MMU for, as I say, future shock, a test of
- 1:31faithful. This on paper, this card will
- 1:38look really good. And unfortunately, the there was
- 1:45a few things that went against them, but they I think it's fair
- 1:50to say they more than made-up for it for how they kind of like
- 1:53padded this card out. Yeah, we adopted what?
- 1:57Happened so we're going to rush through this because well we're
- 2:07just going to try and rush through it so we can get the
- 2:10show more compact for you so match number one for the future
- 2:18shock adrenaline championship, the leading man gorgon, the
- 2:26leader of the horde. So notes of the match, Gorgon.
- 2:34This starts out the writer of the two surprising Tony by the
- 2:41more traditional his approach to this match, not resorting to
- 2:47kind of time wasting or basically he wrestled, which I
- 2:56don't think anyone really expected governor to really do,
- 3:00but more kind of trying to waste time, get up to different trips
- 3:10and all all different things. But we didn't expect him to come
- 3:15out wrestling. Tony fights back with a number
- 3:20of offences. One with his now traditional
- 3:24running off the the road and with hitting a leaping
- 3:29clothesline. Gorgon hits a flurry of offence
- 3:35but is stuck dead with a super hit from the champion right then
- 3:42misses a claim to Babe and finds nothing but Matt Gogan.
- 3:49Then it's a running Meteora. The Horde then come out to give
- 3:57some immoral support to Gogan, and while you have Serafin and
- 4:03Haley cooling on the opposite side of the ring, distracting
- 4:08referee Reese Solomon grabs a bottle of water.
- 4:14Solomon to give to Gorgan, who I think it's fair to say he was
- 4:20going to try and mist Tony. However, someone that has
- 4:27suffered being misted in the face a few Times Now, that being
- 4:32an AJ, he came from nowhere to kick the bottle of water into
- 4:38the face of Gorgon, blinding him temporarily and LED to Tony
- 4:45hitting the claim to fame and celebrate by hitting a crotch
- 4:51shot on the way out. What was your assessment of this
- 4:59contest? Probably wasn't the match I'd
- 5:02start off with, but always good to have a title match from the
- 5:05start. Gorgon impressive finally
- 5:12wrestling solo for once without any help, but we knew he
- 5:18couldn't. Eventually he eventually got his
- 5:22friends out, but I'll. Say this one.
- 5:25I think this might be the most impressive display of the goal
- 5:31behind the scene quite a while. It might be his best singles
- 5:35match in future Shot today. Especially the Hive scene, even
- 5:41though we kind of had shenanigans and everything,
- 5:44this, this performance was easily one of the best I've seen
- 5:49from him. And I think that's that helped
- 5:53make this match as good as it was.
- 5:59So for an opening contest, it wasn't, it wasn't too bad.
- 6:03It did help set the tone a wee bit, I thought.
- 6:11But yeah, it was a really serviceable match.
- 6:16Match #2 saw Slambulance, that being Doctor Proctor and Slam
- 6:24Johnson. They took on the Tevlin
- 6:28brothers, that being Aiden and KJ.
- 6:33So I'll take a quick sip and I will give you the notes.
- 6:39So Slum uses all his mass at the beginning as the Tevlings run
- 6:46into him and try and take him down, which they can't Procter
- 6:52and slam. Then perform a double CPR on
- 6:57Aiden and KJ. Oh, was that the Nino Nino spot?
- 7:01Yeah, that was funny. I love that.
- 7:06To which I didn't even hear you and Lindsay doing that until I
- 7:09watched the video back earlier. You know what?
- 7:13I'm going to change it. I'm not going to call it CPR.
- 7:16I'll call it the Nina Nina spot from now on.
- 7:22The Tevlins then take over on Doctor Proctor as they keep him
- 7:26away from his corner. Aiden chokes Proctor with his
- 7:32towel. We then see some really nice
- 7:36tandem offence from the Tevlins. One thing we saw that
- 7:41unfortunately I didn't manage to capture was KJ leaning kind of
- 7:52almost with his head in between the ropes and making a like a
- 7:56keeping his back flat on the outside.
- 7:59And what it did was allow Aiden to kind of springboard over the
- 8:06top rope and kind of just lay on his back and then propelled
- 8:12himself back in. So it's it's a kind of like a
- 8:17bookshop lariat in a way where he went out the ring, leaned on
- 8:23his brother, came back in and kind of had the angle to get
- 8:28more power into a lariat, which he performed.
- 8:34Slam then gets the hot tag, taking out his other opponents.
- 8:41Slam gears up to do a big dive to the outside, which we knew
- 8:45was not going to happen, but Proctor instead took the die for
- 8:52him. Slam looks done and dusted with
- 8:59the Tavians taking him down, but they poked the bear so to speak
- 9:06as Aiden slaps him across the face giving Slam Johnson a
- 9:12second wind if you like. This leads to slambulence then
- 9:17hitting multiple offensive moves, one hitting I think it
- 9:23was Slam hits a kind of like a Falcon arrow on KJ.
- 9:30Slam goes to cover him. However, he did not know that
- 9:34Aiden had done a blind tag and with that it saw Aiden rolling
- 9:41up Slam for the 1-2 and the free.
- 9:49What was your take on this one? Quite a fun little tag team
- 9:54match. Nice to see the Tevelins pick up
- 9:58a never win. Yeah, yeah, never win.
- 10:01It's been a while. Won their.
- 10:03Records. They won.
- 10:04Yeah, they lost the last match. So we then came to match #3
- 10:14which was Joe Blazer taking on Romi Kendrick.
- 10:22So notes I have for this. Romi immediately makes a beeline
- 10:29for Joe Blazer then responds with a backdrop.
- 10:34Kendrick dives over the top rope to land on Joe.
- 10:40We then have Romi slipping a couple of times.
- 10:44Oh yeah, he slipped out the ring.
- 10:45While on the apron, one of them leading to him kind of holding
- 10:51his back in ribs for a couple of seconds.
- 10:55And this is where we really get to like the story of this match
- 11:00as Blazer just targets the and kind of like kidneys, much like
- 11:08he did at the Future Shock Tournament show.
- 11:13With the steel chair, yeah. So kind of everything hand back
- 11:18to that Joe focuses mostly on from his ribs and kidneys.
- 11:26Romney then fires back with a nice clothesline followed by a
- 11:31Superman punch and unfortunately then misses a five star frog
- 11:37splash. Joe goes straight back to work
- 11:42on the back of his opponent, torturing him with a really
- 11:48nasty looking Boston crab that he had deep in hits.
- 11:56The Blazer Glory only gets 2 counts, but then we have Romy
- 12:04hitting a spinebuster with a twisting frog splash because he
- 12:11doesn't like to do the normal frog splash, he likes to put a
- 12:14bit of A twist to it. Getting the 123 and getting some
- 12:21revenge for what happened to him back in December, I think it
- 12:28was. Yeah, December, yeah.
- 12:32What was your view on this one? It was an all right little
- 12:37match. I got you creased up when I
- 12:40called Blazer a gammon. Yes, you did.
- 12:43I don't know why I decided to call him a gammon, I just
- 12:46thought he looks like 1 so it. Was just the randomness of just
- 12:52shouting, just shouting gammon at him.
- 12:56And I think we all had the same idea.
- 12:59Why a gammon? I don't know, I just decided to
- 13:04go with what I thought top of my head.
- 13:08And God bless you for it. So we moved to match #4 as we
- 13:15really get through this show. It was a match that was not
- 13:21announced on. Yeah, this was an unannounced
- 13:25match which had a very, very, very strange dynamic.
- 13:29Yeah, so it was a match that it said Gorgon demanded, and we
- 13:37thought Gorgon was going to face another person.
- 13:42Turns out it was pretty much punishment for Solomon as he
- 13:49took on the Hunter. Bright strong.
- 13:54The hunter came out from behind and attacked Solomon.
- 14:00Then we saw him hitting some big power moves, hitting a
- 14:05spinebuster. Solomon then sits up much like
- 14:11Michael Myers, Arcane Undertaker, whichever person you
- 14:15would prefer. Both then begin to trade shots
- 14:21at each other. Solomon starts to get some
- 14:26offence in on his opponent. We see Briak hitting a lovely
- 14:33German suplex on his opponent. We then see a kind of like a
- 14:40shell shock manoeuvre from strong.
- 14:47Solomon then hits a razor's edge, which.
- 14:50Oh yeah, that was. An awkward.
- 14:54It was impressive. An awkward London, yeah.
- 14:59It's almost like he kind of lost his grip.
- 15:03When he was, he thought I slipped off Solomon's shoulders.
- 15:06Yeah, but it. Looked superb.
- 15:12Oh it. Was impressive.
- 15:14It was impressive how we had him like literally over his head and
- 15:18Brake's not a small man. No, no.
- 15:22He is the fact that he held brake over his head like with
- 15:27that much height was as long as he did.
- 15:31Yeah, he was. He was up there for a good
- 15:33minute and a half. Yeah, he went to the outside as
- 15:39well because the Brian had him in a submission unlike the the
- 15:46railing. So he hits that razor's edge
- 15:53outside his edge. Whichever you prefer.
- 15:56Strong disappears for about 30 seconds, but you kind of
- 16:02gathered where he was going. He then reappears with a chair
- 16:08and begins to just wear down the monster.
- 16:12Solomon puts him as, as you say in a in a hold.
- 16:20Then the kind of fight on the stage.
- 16:23Solomon doesn't so much slide down the stairs.
- 16:28He almost does like a Pele flip backwards down the stairs.
- 16:34Yeah, he gets shoved down the stairs backwards because.
- 16:37I don't think they realised how close he was to the stairs to be
- 16:41fair, but this, this was just really too kind of like meaty
- 16:50men slapping meat. Yeah, very, very strange
- 16:54dynamic. Both heal versus heal right?
- 16:57Got the like. It got more of the cheers.
- 17:00Which she was not happy with, no.
- 17:04He shouted. Don't.
- 17:05I don't need your applause. And then we just kept chanting
- 17:07and then. People even more like cheered
- 17:11and clapped him. But it's it's the thing with
- 17:17Solomon of he, I think it's going to come to a point where
- 17:24he's going to kind of become a fan favourite in a sense.
- 17:29I think he is going to turn face soon.
- 17:32Been working. Around is what are they going to
- 17:34do with Solomon when he turns face?
- 17:36Is he going to take the bandages off?
- 17:38Is he going to de mask? I don't think he'll do mask.
- 17:43I don't think I. Don't think they'll do that.
- 17:49Oh, is he going to put another mask on?
- 17:51I so. I have said I feel Solomon does
- 17:55need a new mask. Yeah.
- 17:58Because this this is the first match I can recall where there's
- 18:02not been him. Like messing with the eye.
- 18:06I think he needs to rebrand. Yeah, if if rebrand the mask
- 18:11have not like a lucha mask, but like sort of like AI don't know.
- 18:17Just something that would. Like a face guard or something
- 18:20you can see out of like a hockey mask.
- 18:24Yeah, just just something like, I mean, the hockey mask would
- 18:27fit in well. Yeah, hockey mask would fit
- 18:29Solomon. Yeah, that would fit his
- 18:32character very well. So that saw Solomon winning by
- 18:39disqualification. Yeah, because Bryant came with a
- 18:42chair. Yeah, and then proceeded to beat
- 18:46down Solomon after the match. Solomon had it had a rough
- 18:50afternoon. Oh.
- 18:53Anything that could go wrong did go wrong.
- 18:57The last time I saw someone have this much of a bad day, it was
- 19:02on a health and safety video called Warehouse Klaus.
- 19:07And if you've seen that video, you'll you'll know what I mean.
- 19:10This was like the first time you actually felt bad for a heel.
- 19:19Yeah, I'd probably go along with that.
- 19:24I felt a bit bad for him but then.
- 19:27Yeah. It's it's Solomon in the Horde
- 19:29and I can't really feel sorry for him.
- 19:32I felt sorry for him even though he's in the Horde.
- 19:35Yeah, I mean, if you're in the Horde to feel sorry for you.
- 19:39Conflicted, I suppose is the best word I can use for that
- 19:46match #5 yes. Was supposed to be Joey Hayes.
- 19:53Messing me up. Was supposed to be Joey Hayes
- 19:56versus Danny Hope. Yeah.
- 19:58I loved Danny's Thromo in this. So Danny Hope comes to the ring.
- 20:05We've seen Danny before the show outside with the arm sling on,
- 20:10so he's walked out the union, gone to the shops or whatever.
- 20:15This was brilliant. I so Danny comes to the ring,
- 20:18cuts a promo saying he's not medically clear to wrestle
- 20:22tonight because he's done any damage to his arm.
- 20:26He's got the doctor's note, it's been signed off by his mum and
- 20:31then me just being me just starts chanting Danny's mum.
- 20:37And it gained traction. It even popped Danny himself as
- 20:43I watched the clip of him and he was just smiling away.
- 20:51There's there's been a couple of times in future shock shows
- 20:54where either you or a couple of people have started chants and
- 20:59it is ridiculously gained track one of them.
- 21:06This was one of them. If only the gammon chant had got
- 21:09over more, it would have been fun.
- 21:13That would have been fun, Yeah. But yeah, this this was a good
- 21:17chant because it, it kept PG. Yeah.
- 21:21And it put Danny's mum over I. Mean he can play it back and
- 21:26said mum you, you basically everyone was chanting.
- 21:31Yeah. So actually, as Miles says, he
- 21:36cuts this promo and says you're not facing me, you're facing
- 21:41someone that many people are saying is the new Joey Hayes
- 21:48turns out to be George Armstrong of the McCarthy Performance
- 21:53Centre. I the outcast of the McCarthy
- 21:56Performance Centre, the one that's never seen.
- 21:59We've seen him once, but then we haven't seen him.
- 22:06But on this show he appears a couple of times.
- 22:09So whether it's a case of like work or something, he can't
- 22:16always be on shows, we don't know.
- 22:22But we have seen him in the in the past being involved with
- 22:26them. But this is the first time we've
- 22:28seen almost that the the full strength squad so to speak.
- 22:38Joey starts out the quicker of the two.
- 22:42Armstrong fights his way back and puts Joey in a fair bit of
- 22:47trouble. Hayes then rallies and hits the
- 22:52stop and standing step up kick. Hayes then hits the JKO for the
- 23:03match to pick up the victory. Danny Hope, who spent most of
- 23:09the time kind of chant talking into the microphone and telling
- 23:15Armstrong to get on him and winding the crowd up.
- 23:19He then gets in the ring with Hayes up on the rope
- 23:23celebrating. Removes the sling super kick on
- 23:30Joey. However, as he goes to hit it,
- 23:36obviously Joey knows what he is going to do.
- 23:42Goes to hit a JKO. Hope escapes the clutches of
- 23:49Joey and this match eventually will happen.
- 23:54But I think we were. I think we both agree that it
- 23:59was a bit too soon to have this kind of match so soon without
- 24:04any real build up other than what when he effectively turned
- 24:12on his partner and we've seen no build up until they show.
- 24:18So just holding off I feel has definitely helped with this feud
- 24:28and this match really did has helped the storyline storyline
- 24:33go along. I feel because you've had you've
- 24:39now had Haze and Hope squaring off and I think we will get like
- 24:44a stipulation match for these two.
- 24:47It almost feels like you have to with everything that's happened.
- 24:53But yeah, yeah, it was a good little match.
- 24:55I fought this. Don't know what your take was on
- 24:58it. It was all right, more of a
- 25:01storyline match. It wasn't focusing on the
- 25:04wrestling. I thought it was just a set up.
- 25:07It was a settled match. It did its job.
- 25:12And then we came to our main event.
- 25:16Oh. Boy, what a match a match a.
- 25:23Match that didn't promise a whole lot.
- 25:27But this match delivered. Delivered.
- 25:30Oh my God. So.
- 25:32I was in stitches for all of this match so.
- 25:38The the main event was a six man tag match and originally they
- 25:46had Northwest Strong in Teddy Ray and Chris Ridgway come out.
- 25:53Then the O 5 came out and we all look confused because he said it
- 25:59was a six man tag and it was two on two.
- 26:05What we then realised was it seemed like they even didn't
- 26:12know who their tag partners was and it was like a blind third
- 26:18man for both teams. So the old Five had Josh Easy,
- 26:26no Fresh Strong had Peter Sidor, who from the moment he came out,
- 26:37I think it's fair to say I was very happy when I heard his
- 26:41music played, even if no one else was at the time.
- 26:46I was happy so. As soon as the music played and
- 26:52Sidor's names on the graphic devastated having Sidor as their
- 27:02tag partner, Ridgeway takes his jacket off, launches it at
- 27:09Sidor, who catches it. Didn't wear it though, which I
- 27:17thought you should have done Sid.
- 27:20Although he's wearing a Cape, it looked like a Cape.
- 27:24It was actually a traitors gown. Cloak is the actual term.
- 27:32And as he makes his way down to ringside he looks as happy as a
- 27:38pig in Maple syrup. So we start this match with both
- 27:48members of Northwest Strong in Ray and Ridgeway throwing Sidor
- 27:53out the ring and effectively showing tough love to their new
- 27:59member of Northwest Sidor. Northwest Sidor.
- 28:05Which is pretty much free on to this for most of the contest
- 28:10because whatsoever. And you have it where the door's
- 28:18out on the floor and Ray's just standing on him and then
- 28:24Ridgeway is just kicking him and shoving him and slapping him.
- 28:30But the the match itself has Northwest strong members
- 28:35targeting the legs of Deck Henry because that's pretty much kind
- 28:42of like his. His main thing is speed and take
- 28:45away the legs, they're not going to do much.
- 28:49The all 5 then turn the tables and have Ray at their mercy as
- 28:55Harvey Dukes comes in and immediately starts kicking both
- 29:03members in the corner, going back and forth.
- 29:08However when he goes to kick, try to read my note when he goes
- 29:14to kick Ridgeway again as the door leaps in front of Ridgeway
- 29:20and sacrifices himself. This then sees Ray taking the
- 29:26legs of Dukes out and having both members of the O 5 kind of
- 29:33being neuralised to some degree. Easy comes over to help, then
- 29:40takes a snapmare and a stiff boot to the back from Ridgeway
- 29:47we're. Snapping right in front of us.
- 29:50And was like a gunshot when he kicked him.
- 29:58Then we have the moment that's behind me with Teddy Ray face
- 30:04down and pretty much out of service at this point.
- 30:09Sidor is trying his best to kind of get the crowd on his on his
- 30:14side, which they were. Ridgeway does not want to tag in
- 30:21Sidor whatsoever, realises he has two options, go it alone or
- 30:29tag in Sidor. Try to revive Teddy.
- 30:33Yeah, he tries a few things to try and get Teddy going.
- 30:37Teddy not there at all. He tags in the Canadian
- 30:44Superstar. To a huge.
- 30:47Oh, massive pop. Huge pop.
- 30:53Sal Sidor comes in momentum fully on his team.
- 30:56Is this where he hit the Canadian?
- 30:59No, we haven't come to that. Bit yet?
- 31:00Oh my God that that was brilliant.
- 31:03When? He's tagged in, starts kind of
- 31:10giving like showing emotion of to say I'm ready, I'm ready to
- 31:16go, and then proceeds just get beat up by every member of the
- 31:22opposing team. Then we have Ridgeway and Dukes
- 31:28trading back and forth, boots to the back.
- 31:34Siddall then gets tagged back in, I think it's by Ridgeway and
- 31:40at this point we see Northwest strong walk off, leaving Sidor
- 31:44on his own for a free on one handicap near enough.
- 31:51And it looks at this point it's it's inevitable what's going to
- 31:55happen. Sidor is going to go 16 and O.
- 32:01However, Sidor then proceeds to look like he's going to pull off
- 32:09a miracle as he hits a Canadian destroyer on Harvey Dukes.
- 32:17Then hits. I'm calling it the fall of Troy.
- 32:21I know it's the F5 but I'm calling it the fall of Troy on
- 32:26deck Henry. Then just as the free is about
- 32:32to be hit by the referee, both Ridgway and Teddy come back in
- 32:37and kicks the door away to stop him from winning the match for
- 32:41his team or their team. Even then they leave the the
- 32:47ring waving and just watching him from the stage area.
- 32:53Sado doesn't know what's what's happening and as he turns
- 32:58around, yeah. It's a super big.
- 33:01Party effectively Dukes then hits a beautiful springboard
- 33:09cutter and the one, the two and the three but in.
- 33:21In truth, the MVP of this match was Peter Sadour.
- 33:27The the humour and the comedy value that Sidor brings to any
- 33:36match, whether it's in the ring or out the ring.
- 33:40It was amazing. It's I've never known a match
- 33:48where one person who should not be getting this cheered in truth
- 33:57was the biggest fan favourite in the whole match.
- 34:04More so than it wasn't even the wrestling ability, it was the
- 34:09whole character and demeanour that Sidor was showing off to
- 34:19it. We've we've had moments with
- 34:21Sidor where he'll like shout at kids and tell him that the daddy
- 34:27doesn't love him, things like that, which I find so funny.
- 34:34But this was the first time where he didn't really chat with
- 34:41the fans as much during a match. It was more his how he kind of
- 34:48like his facials and everything, his body language and everything
- 34:54in this match, it was just comedic.
- 34:58It was just funny and I think it was the thing of, I mean, we
- 35:04could be biassed because we had a decent like section behind us
- 35:09as well because you had you, me, John, Lindsay, Dean, Samuel and
- 35:19within our little group we were just cheering for say door,
- 35:25which probably wasn't what they were wanting, but that's what.
- 35:29They got, that's what they got, yeah.
- 35:33To which if it was the same again, we should have brought
- 35:35like little signs that just said like say door section or
- 35:38something like that. I'm cheering for him on Sunday.
- 35:43Oh, I've got the shirt. I've got the shirt ready to go
- 35:47on Sunday wherever they want to or not.
- 35:53But here's here's hoping we don't see O in the 17.
- 35:58We hopefully we see one in the 16.
- 36:01Probably not, but one can live in hope.
- 36:09Future world champion right there.
- 36:12You, you, you say that I actually think he would make a
- 36:19superb adrenaline champion. Yeah, put some gold on him, but
- 36:27different. Watch that man shine, Yeah?
- 36:30I think to be fair, I would love to see Right and Sado in the
- 36:34ring. Oh, that would be good.
- 36:37Because they're both charismatic as hell, they're both great in
- 36:42the ring, and I can sense it. I can imagine them having a
- 36:49really good wrestling match or putting on a very comedic match
- 36:57that if I had to have a fantasy match, I would probably go for
- 37:02Rotten Sado at this moment. Yeah, just have right versus
- 37:07Sado in a in a standoff comedy match.
- 37:11Yeah, if I feel it's one for like the Fairfield if they still
- 37:16do like those. The gimmick shows.
- 37:19Gimmick shows. Yeah, just have a comedy match,
- 37:21right Versus Sado. Whoever pops the crowd the most
- 37:25gets the bell. Yeah.
- 37:27Because I mean, we had the coffin match with Saidor and
- 37:31Vespa. Oh yeah, which?
- 37:33Which Vespa? Which?
- 37:35We've got a verb again. But yeah, the it's it's one of
- 37:40those strap a rocket to him. But I'd love to see him like
- 37:48over promotions as well. I know he works at a fair few.
- 37:52He's like an Energizer Bunny. Yeah, he's he is one of those
- 37:59people of it's infectious when you see him come out because
- 38:05you're either going to really love him or you're going to
- 38:08really hate him. But it's going to be more a case
- 38:13of, oh God, not him. In that sense.
- 38:18It's not one of hate. It's more of like annoyance or
- 38:24you really love him. So, as I say, here's hoping he
- 38:34wins Sunday. Let's go, Peter, but.
- 38:38I'm I'm, I'm not going to hold me breath, put it that way,
- 38:42sadly. But yeah, that's, that's
- 38:49effectively what happened on show one.
- 38:53Yeah. What was what was your overall
- 38:56assessment, would you say, of the show?
- 39:05It was interesting, a little bit slow, a couple of matches were a
- 39:15bit wishy washy, like they were OK a couple of matches, but
- 39:21like. I think.
- 39:24Jason, I was. Going to say compared to the
- 39:29second show, this one felt more storyline.
- 39:33Driven, yeah, it felt more storyline.
- 39:35It felt like it definitely was the weaker show of the two, but
- 39:42I don't know. If it was the the weaker of the
- 39:46two. I'd say weaker by a little bit.
- 39:49It wasn't like, mind blowing. Yeah, it it didn't feel like a
- 39:54normal future shock. Yeah.
- 39:59Still, still good. For I think they were testing
- 40:02things. I think they they were
- 40:03experimenting different, different matched matchups and
- 40:08like they were testing the waters.
- 40:11I think, I think this was like a, a test show to see how things
- 40:16got over, especially with the main event.
- 40:19I felt like that might have been thrown together like the week
- 40:22before. I I definitely feel like it was
- 40:27one of those where they either something because normally you
- 40:31have the matches already since in the public domain and we went
- 40:38into this thinking where a couple matches light.
- 40:41Yeah, because we only had like 4 matches announced.
- 40:44Yeah, because you had, I mean, the matches we knew was right in
- 40:49Gorgon Slamulint and Tevlin Blazer and Kendrick and Haze and
- 40:56Hope. And then Hope was injured.
- 41:01Oh, we thought he was injured. We didn't expect Strong and
- 41:06Solomon, which was a bonus match.
- 41:09And then he had the six man tag match thrown in as well.
- 41:13So it felt like it was padding the show out, and by padding it
- 41:21out they struck gold in the main event.
- 41:27So yeah, I agree with that. Yeah, yeah, vet.
- 41:33So depending how I work this, it's either going to be 1
- 41:39massive show or I'm going to break it up.
- 41:46I will see how the editing goes, but for any socials just look
- 41:55below. If I do split this up, I will
- 42:02say my thanks to Miles here. Always a joy and I'm sure we'll
- 42:11catch up on show 2 very soon, he says.
- 42:20But yeah, that's the end of the show.
- 42:24Anything you would like to throw in before we we head off?
- 42:28Now we've pretty much covered everything.
- 42:31There we go. So thank you for watching
- 42:38listening. If you want to leave a like and
- 42:45a comment on Spotify or whatever it is, please do.
- 42:51It would be very helpful because I'm going to try and start
- 42:57pushing this podcast a bit more. I am currently in the process of
- 43:03writing a piece on sub Stack so hopefully that will be up by the
- 43:12time this goes out. If not, I'll put it on the next
- 43:16show, but for now at least, thank you for listening and
- 43:23good. Night.
- 43:24Good night.
