- 0:03Good day.
- 0:04Welcome to the Midday Report on the America Out Loud News Talk Radio Network, the counter momentum of spin.
- 0:11I am your host, Dr.
- 0:12Franco Musio.
- 0:14To our friends listening in the United States and around the world.
- 0:17You know, we've we've been speaking a lot about what's going on in Iran and the permutations and what have you and activities and events that we were not expecting or possibly were.
- 0:31So there's there's no lack of hard news items to keep our adrenaline going, and boy, is it going.
- 0:37Our aim, though, on this show is to dissect out the nuances and underlying causes and foundations of the events with which we come into contact now continuously.
- 0:48So I'm going to take a hard right or a hard left or what have you veer away from Iran for at least this week.
- 0:57And uh I'm going to talk about something that's very sensitive and also extremely interesting, and it's just oh, drenched with political overtones, but I'm going to try to get into the biology of this.
- 1:13So the title is transgenderism, medical facts versus societal deep fakes.
- 1:21So again, transgenderism, medical facts versus societal deep fakes.
- 1:26And there are some definitely biological facts and definitely an overwhelming amount of deep fakes.
- 1:34So for many years, the community, scientific community, uh has been seeking this holy grail of the origins of human homosexuality, bisexuality, transgenderism, and possibly everything in between.
- 1:48But the everything in between, uh, I'll tell you a lot of that, uh, including bisexuality is is, I think personally, a contrivance of uh largely progressive left-wing politics, media, and the unguided.
- 2:05So I'll also posit that religious doctrine uh it is sharply opposed to humans dictating kind of fanciful and illogical interpretations of divine providence.
- 2:16On the other hand, homosexuality and what we'll see, transgenderism, are extremely complex issues and biological and neurobiological, biologically based.
- 2:30So they do have medical and medical foundations.
- 2:34So, but what I'm going to focus on is transgenderism and in a balanced and objective fashion, although later on we'll talk about the societal input, we'll elaborate on that.
- 2:46So, some points, some foundational points.
- 2:51Biological sex in utero and at birth is not synonymous with gender, although it is for the majority of individuals.
- 2:58So most human beings have 23 pairs of chromosomes, a total of 46, one half inherited from their mothers and one half from her father's.
- 3:10I should say.
- 3:11The 23rd pair of chromosomes determines one sex.
- 3:15So X for females and XY for males.
- 3:19There are rare anomalies resulting in an abnormal sexual and physical characteristics and possibly many times mental effects.
- 3:28So for example, Turner syndrome.
- 3:31Turner's syndrome is OX.
- 3:34So there's a complete lack of an X or a Y from one allele, if you will, and then an X or Kleinfelter syndrome, which is XY, instead of three chromosomes, or instead of two, there are three.
- 3:47Trisomy X, XXX, and Jacob syndrome, which is XY, and extremely rarely YY.
- 3:57So these are aberrancies, these are abnormalities.
- 4:01And unfortunately, the individual has a likely mental retardation and many other physical problems.
- 4:10Now, primary sex characteristics are the features present at birth that compromise or comprise, I should say, the external genitalia for males, so the penis testes scrotum, and the internal genitalia for females, which are the ovaries and uterus.
- 4:28Secondary sex characteristics develops during preuberty.
- 4:32So males grow pubic hair, facial hair, deepen their voices, while females develop breasts, grow pubic hair, and widen their hips.
- 4:41Now brain structural anatomy, neuroanatomical pathways, and neurohormonal pathways differ.
- 4:50And this results in the brain's masculination or feminization.
- 4:56In fact, the brain is either a masculine brain or a feminine brain, typically associated with the gender and based on the biological sex.
- 5:09So now gender, what does that mean?
- 5:12It's very confusing, but the term is more complex and abstract.
- 5:16So gender comprises those qualitative, qualitative aspects, ascribing sexual identity.
- 5:24So typically associated separately for males and females, such as behavior, cultural traits, self-representation, interests, lifestyles, roles, characteristics, and at times psychological traits and appearance.
- 5:42Now, there can be a blending, of course.
- 5:44There can be intersections.
- 5:46So little boys play commonly involves soldiers, police officers, firemen, aggressive play, such as with plastic weapons, but girls do that too.
- 5:57So what's wrong with that?
- 5:58Not.
- 5:59So little girls commonly play with baby dolls, play house and assume nurturing role play.
- 6:07Typically, little boys do not do that, even though recently we heard Gavin Newsom's wife say, Well, I had my little boys play with dolls.
- 6:18All right, fine.
- 6:19I mean, right.
- 6:20I I remember playing with dolls, but tearing the heads off too.
- 6:24And I think she said that about her.
- 6:29You know, what can you do?
- 6:30So definitions, male transgenderism.
- 6:33What does male transgenderism mean?
- 6:36A biological or anatomical female at birth identifying as a male.
- 6:42That's male transgenderism.
- 6:45Female transgenderism.
- 6:47That is the opposite.
- 6:49It's biological or anatomical male at birth, identifying, again, gender identifying as a female.
- 6:59So let's go a little bit into the neurobiological foundations, because these are extremely interesting, and there's a lot, a lot, a lot of research going on with this.
- 7:00Let's go a little bit into the neurobiological foundations because these are extremely interesting, and there's a lot, a lot, a lot of research going on with this.
- 7:11So gender dysphoria, we've heard that refers to psychological aspects of transgenderism, in which there's a distress and psychological pain due to a discrepancy and incongruence of one's biological sex and sexual identity or gender.
- 7:11So gender dysphoria, we've heard that refers to psychological aspects of transgenderism, in which there's a distress and psychological pain due to a discrepancy and incongruence of one's biological sex and sexual identity or gender.
- 7:29They don't go together.
- 7:29They don't go together.
- 7:31There's a clear, clear biological dichotomy between the brains of males and females.
- 7:36That's why I mentioned before about feminization or masculinization.
- 7:41Although now the aberrations, they're being discovered in a very scientific way, and they actually are leading to a nascent field of neuroscience for gender dysphoria and bona fide transgenderism.
- 7:57So it does exist.
- 7:59It does exist.
- 8:00It's been hypothesized that transgender individuals have brain structural characteristics similar to those of their identifying sex and not their birth, their biological sex.
- 8:14On the other hand, researchers of a relatively recent study, they utilized detailed MRIs or structural MRI data, and they found that the differences in the cortical, the gray matter, uh the the volumes in the cortical surface areas, although not the thickness, but the surface areas of transgender men and women compared to non-transgender women and men respectively.
- 8:44So in other words, a transgender man, a man who I'm sorry, uh a person who identifies as a man, although had women biological characteristics at birth actually had brain structural characteristics similar to women, non-transgender women, and then the opposite.
- 9:10A transgender woman, a person who identifies as a woman but born with male sexual characteristics, so a biological male but transgender woman actually has the brain characteristics, radiological characteristics of a man.
- 9:31So now that that's just based on uh structural data, but the brains of transgender notwithstanding, notwithstanding identifying as a male or female, they were at variance.
- 9:43They were at variance as well compared to the non-transgender brains of those of their biological sex.
- 9:50So the conclusion was reached that transgender individuals may have their own brain, we call it phenotypes or characteristics.
- 10:02Now, it gets even more complex.
- 10:13Meaning that the twins were uh uh exactly identical from one egg compared to dizygotic for uh fraternal twins.
- 10:23In other words, two eggs, two separate sperms.
- 10:27So this is stimulated research into genetic causes, possible genetic causes for gender dysphoria and actually transgenderism.
- 10:37There's no single gene, at least at this point associated with what I'm talking about, but there's there have been isolated findings, including uh mutations, uh uh what's called a mutated allele A1 of cytochrome P450 gene.
- 10:54And this is a gene which is uh very important in the liver and metabolism, but uh also can be controlling sex hormone production, and they found that this is more common that this aberration or mutated, as I should say mutation, more commonly seen among transgender males.
- 11:14So, in other words, uh biological female identifying as a man.
- 11:19So another study, whole exome genetic sequencing study among 30 transgender individuals identified even more, 21 variants, variants in 19 genes associated with estrogen receptor signaling pathways for sexual brain development.
- 11:36And in fact, it turns out that the estrogen pathway, I'll talk about in a second, um, is exceedingly important.
- 11:44So, and these variants that were found were not found in a group of 88 control studies in non-transgender individuals.
- 11:54So that's that's pretty fascinating, actually.
- 11:58Now, let's talk about this.
- 12:01An area of study that others are looking at is the role of hormonal influences, and that's what I was just talking about, estrogen, uh, on the developing in utero brain, possibly resulting in transgenderism.
- 12:16So, sexual rigonatal development, determining determining biological sex begins in the first trimester.
- 12:24So typically, like I said, um with boys or with men, men, um you have, or male, let's say male, you have testes, you have the scrotum, and with females, you have ovaries, you have uterus.
- 12:42The brain, on the other hand, the development of the brain aligns typically with the particular biological sex.
- 12:51So that leads to gender, that is the brain masculinization or feminization.
- 12:56That though, that occurs during the second and third trimesters.
- 13:01So in transgenders, there is a disharmony or disconnection, if you will.
- 13:06So typically, typically, there's a coordination of biological gonadal development with gender.
- 13:13That is testes associated with brain masculinization and ovaries associated with brain feminization, typically.
- 13:22Although aberrancies, or we can call them disconnections may occur.
- 13:27And that can result in gender dysphoria.
- 13:32Not all the time, but but many times.
- 13:34That's what's theorized.
- 13:35So there appear to be 19 separate genes responsible for estrogen receptor signaling pathways, which are one uh component, we talked about essential for the determination of gender.
- 13:52So counterintuitively, the estrogen pathway appears to be activated before or shortly after birth in a biological male, completing brain masculinization.
- 14:00Or shortly after birth in a biological male, completing brain masculination.
- 14:07Whereas activision activation does not occur in a biological female, completing brain feminization.
- 14:08Where activation does not occur in a biological female, completing brain feminization.
- 14:17So it's their eyes.
- 14:17So it's their eyes, and follow me here that a biological male, biological male, aberrantly not undergoing activation of the estrogen pathway.
- 14:19And follow me here that a biological male, biological male, aberrantly not undergoing activation of the estrogen pathway, this may contribute to feminization of the brain and thus female, female transgenderism.
- 14:29This may
- 14:36So in other words, you have the biological basis of a male, but you don't have the mental or the uh struct not only structural, but the neurohormonal pathways for the brain uh aligning with uh aligning with a male, and vice versa.
- 14:58So a biological female, biological female aberrantly undergoing activation of the estrogen pathway may contribute to masculinization of the brain and thus male transgenderism.
- 15:10So it's interesting that to note that there's a two to three time increase in the prevalence of female transgenderism.
- 15:20And you know, we hear a lot about uh biological males competing in female sports.
- 15:25Well, in fact, there's three times more of female transgenders compared to male transgenders.
- 15:30Why?
- 15:31The scientific community doesn't know yet.
- 15:34Uh the reasons for this disparity, they remain unclear.
- 15:37But guarantee you guarantee you, there's a lot of studies going on in relation to this.
- 15:44Now, now let's go into the social science.
- 15:48So what I've just talked about is the biological medical reasons behind transgenderism, and they uh it occurs.
- 16:00It's not something made up.
- 16:02It does occur um that uh, yeah, can there be intermixing, which I'm gonna talk about in a minute here, intermixing of politics and uh not only politics, but progressive and non-progressive ideology.
- 16:17The answer is yes, and influence, obviously, in groupthink.
- 16:21Um could that play a role in all of this?
- 16:24Well, from a social standpoint, yes, but from a biological standpoint, absolutely not.
- 16:34So, bottom line is transgenderism, transgenderism does exist.
- 16:40It does not to the point that it's almost like a I don't know, an inf not an infection, but an epidemic, no, no, but it does exist.
- 16:49So, what I'm gonna do is pause right now for a commercial break, and coming up afterwards, we're gonna talk about the demographic statistics and the surveys as well.
- 17:01This is Dr.

- 18:51Alrighty, welcome back.
- 18:53Welcome back.
- 18:54So what I'm gonna do is uh going to the social science because it is fascinating, it really is.
- 19:04So social scientists, I'm not one, hardly, hardly, but they've been grappling with numbers and percentages of non-heterosexual individuals globally since the original work of Alfred Kinsey in two seminal works.
- 19:20Now, I have my kind of doubts about this, but um sexual behavior in the human male, that came out in 1948, and sexual behavior in the human female that came out five years later in 1953.
- 19:36Of course, they were bestsellers.
- 19:38So in essence, what was claimed was that roughly 10% of males and five percent of females reported exclusively homosexual orientation, um, with 30% of males and 17% of females reporting at least some overt homosexual experience to orgasm.
- 20:02Now, I don't truly believe those numbers, but the 10% and the 5% I do of male and female homosexuality respectively.
- 20:12Now, these numbers have been criticized throughout the years due to the earlier methods of data gathering at that time, although later studies, later studies corroborate these findings.
- 20:25Many have taken place, uh many more have taken place since that time on non-heterosexual orientation within the US and globally to now include what we're talking about, a focus on transgenderism.
- 20:41So the US uh United States Williams Institute of the UCLA School of Law, um, based upon that they've done a lot of studies about this.
- 20:52So, based upon scientific surveys, they estimated that the number of transgender adults, so both transgender males, transgender females in the US, uh 18 and above years of age, um I and I'm gonna repeat this.
- 21:00Transgender males, transgender females in the US, uh 18 and above years of age.
- 21:09Um, I and I'm gonna repeat this.
- 21:13They estimated to be 0.3%, 0.6%, and point five percent during the years 2011, 2016, and 2022, respectively.
- 21:13They estimated to be 0.3 percent, 0.6 percent, and 0.5 percent during the years 2011, 2016, and 2022, respectively.
- 21:26So, in other words, um, in 2011, 0.3
- 21:26So, in other words, um, in 2011, 0.3 percent of adults were transgender, or at least they labeled themselves as transgender, and then in 2016, a doubling, 0.6 percent, and then in 2022, a leveling off, 0.5%.
- 21:45Now, this is their study, there are many others.
- 21:49Uh statistically, and I'm not good at statistics, but a meta-aggression model based upon 12 surveys found that approximately 0.4 percent of the adult US population are they claim themselves to be transgenders as of 2016.
- 22:14Now, the most recent study by Gallup estimated an increase, uh, a significant increase over three times to 1.3 percent of all adults identifying as transgenders in 2024.
- 22:31So that's 3.36 million people.
- 22:36Now take that at face value, but if you dissect this data further, um a very compelling study by the Pew Research Center in uh a little bit more than three years ago, 2022, they examined the numbers of transgenders and non-binary individuals.
- 22:57So transgenders plus nine binary.
- 23:00So what does that mean?
- 23:02I I don't even know, meaning people who don't identify themselves as man, a man or a woman.
- 23:09Anyway, they put they lump those together, and based upon, and then they looked at them, they looked at them uh based upon the demographics of age.
- 23:19So this is interesting that uh and then they also dissected that as strictly transgender, strictly non-binary.
- 23:29So 3.1% going to 0.5 percent, going to 0.3 percent, going to 0.2 percent of individuals identified as strictly transgender per the age ranges of below 25, 25 to 29, 30 to 49, and 50 and above, respectively.
- 23:56So 3.1% of individuals below 25 years of age identified themselves as transgender.
- 24:04This is the most recent Pew study in 2022.
- 24:090.5 percent of individuals age 25 to 29 identified themselves as transgender, 0.2 percent of individuals, I'm sorry, point five, 0.3 percent going down between the ages 30 and 49, and then 0.2 percent ages 50 and above.
- 24:28So notice a pattern.
- 24:30Pattern is as the age demographics increase, the percentage of claimed transgenders decrease, okay, decrease.
- 24:41So as opposed to now, there's another study, a Gallup study that we talked about, um, that's 2024, we just mentioned above.
- 24:49So a total of 0.6 percent of all adults, okay.
- 24:54And if you take it, so age range is even all the ranges that I just mentioned, 0.6% in this study identified as strictly transgender, 0.6.
- 25:06So what does that mean?
- 25:09What does that mean?
- 25:10So 1.56 million individuals.
- 25:13So what to me, what it means is that uh you have such a higher amount at the lower age ranges, and then just mathematically uh going significantly lower, the higher age uh with the higher age ranges.
- 25:32So no, if you're transgender, you're transgender, it doesn't, it shouldn't matter what your age is.
- 25:38Okay, it should not matter.
- 25:41So I'm gonna give you some other numbers.
- 25:44So here we go.
- 25:45Here we go.
- 25:465.1%, 1.6%, and 0.3% of individuals identified as transgender or non-binary per the age range is 18 to 29, 30 to 49, and 50 and above.
- 26:01So 5.1% of individuals 18 to 29 identified as something other than heterosexual, transgender or non-binary.
- 26:11Again, I don't know what non-binary means, but I want to say not normal.
- 26:16Okay.
- 26:1730 to 40, and I'm gonna get a lot of hate mail here.
- 26:2030 to 49 year, uh, the um demographics 30 to 49, 1.6 percent, and then 15 and above 0.3%.
- 26:28So a total of 1.6 percent of adults in this study identified as transgenders or non-binary, 4.16 million individuals.
- 26:40That's a lot.
- 26:42So the social science lexical of non-heterosexual orientation, it continues to grow.
- 26:53Okay, the term non-binary, non-binary, we heard a lot about this during the Biden administration.
- 26:59Uh, we're learning less about this, or we're hearing, I should say, less about this in the current administration.
- 27:04So the term non-binary, as I said before, remains enigmatic to me, as it refers to gender andor sexual identification that are not exclusively male, not exclusively female, you know, take away the transgender part.
- 27:21So these identities, and I put in quotation marks, identities, uh, may fall out, may fall out, they do, outside of the traditional binary male and female gender.
- 27:32So you have names like oh, terms like a gender.
- 27:36Okay, so a gender, so you're not a male, you're not a you're not a female, or you're not a male.
- 27:42What the hell are you?
- 27:44So a gender or big gender.
- 27:46So you're both male and female.
- 27:47Well, in fact, that's hermaphrodites, and I had one in my practice, a hermaphrodite, both a male and a female.
- 27:55But people say that they enjoy this stuff and they want to be that, they want to be.
- 27:59So gender fluid, what the hell is that?
- 28:00Gender fluid.
- 28:00What the hell is that?
- 28:02You can change your gender at your whim, you know.
- 28:02You can change your gender at your whim, you know.
- 28:05One day I'm this, one day I'm that.
- 28:05One day I'm this, one day I'm that.
- 28:06Gender queer, demigender.
- 28:06Gender queer, demigender.
- 28:09I I don't even know what those mean.
- 28:09I don't even know what those mean.
- 28:10But so these these come out.
- 28:10But so these come out.
- 28:13So these identities may not be mutually exclusive.
- 28:13So these identities may not be mutually exclusive.
- 28:16That's another thing.
- 28:16That's another thing.
- 28:16So the individuals may oh, forgive me.
- 28:16So the individuals may oh forgive me.
- 28:21They pertain that they may pertain to multiple or even a combination of segments of each.
- 28:21They pertain that they may pertain to multiple or even a combination of segments of each.
- 28:27So you could be a little, it's like going.
- 28:27So you could be a little, it's like going to the, I don't know, going to the restaurant.
- 28:32You could be uh a little agenda one day, you could be bigender or combination, you could be gender fluid, you can be gender queer.
- 28:38Oh my goodness gracious.
- 28:40Now, now let's talk about the controversy here, the political party affiliation.
- 28:47I think, and looking at this is also an important variable in examining this uh this subject of transgenderism.
- 28:56So it's not the scope of of what I'm talking about, but a 2020 Williams Institute report, so again, UCLA revealed that among LGBT, what about the Q plus and all that?
- 29:11No, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender voters, voters, 50%, 15%, 22%, and 13% respectively identified as Democrat, Republican, Independent, or another or no party.
- 29:28So let me let me say this again.
- 29:3050% identified.
- 29:33So this was among LGBTQ, all that stuff.
- 29:36Um 50% identified as Democrat.
- 29:4522% identified as independent, and 13% uh another or no party.
- 29:53So based upon another study, a more recent 2022, Kaiser Family Foundation, Washington Post survey, 42%, 10%, 28%, and 20% of transgender adults identified as Democrat, Republican, independent, or another or no party.
- 30:14So among that study, 42% identified as Democrat, 10% as Republican.
- 30:22Notice the difference there, 28% independent, and 20% another party or no party.
- 30:29So if you want to flip these numbers around a little bit, the majority of transgenders are not democrat.
- 30:35They're a combination of Republican, independent, and no party.
- 30:39So the same study reported, same study that am I boring you with all these statistics?
- 30:47They're very, I think they're they're fascinating.
- 30:50That 29%, 31%, 26%, and 14% of non-non-transgender adults, okay, non-transgender, adult uh identified as Democrat, Republican, Independent, or another party.
- 31:05So 29% of non-transgenders identified as Democrat, 31% as Republican, 26% as independent, and 14% as another party.
- 31:19So when you when you mix this together, okay, you mix this together, the the age demographics, the age demographics, uh of political party affiliation of all voters, notwithstanding sexual orientation, also demonstrate kind of noteworthy patterns when superimposed upon the age demographics of transgenders that I just mentioned.
- 31:47So per the 2024 Pew Research Center findings, if you look at age ranges, and they looked at a number 18 to 24, 30 to 39, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 80 plus.
- 32:00So you say, wow, that's that's too many ranges, but not really.
- 32:06So in this study, the the percentage of democratic party affiliation, when you look at those ranges, were 66, 55%, 47, 43, and 39, respectively.
- 32:20So let me go through that again.
- 32:23Ages 18 to 24, okay.
- 32:26Um, so 66% of those individuals said they were Democrat or identified as Democrat.
- 32:35Ages 30 to 39, 55 identified as a Democrat, 50 to 59 ages, uh 47%, 60 to 69, 43%, and 80 plus 39%.
- 32:48So look at you see the pattern there, and it's the opposite for uh Republican Party.
- 32:55So if your Republican Party uh affiliation, age range is 18 to 24, 34 percent identified as Republican, age range 30 to 39, 42 percent did, age range 50 to 59, 50 percent, 60 to 69, 53 percent, and then 80 plus, 85 percent.
- 33:16So do you notice how the transgender, the identification as transgenders uh decrease significantly by 300%, actually, going from 18 to 24, and then going up the ladder in terms of age, the identification of transgenders, uh uh people claiming that they're transgenders decrease significantly, and party affiliation, party affiliation, can we say that this is scientific?
- 33:51Well, I don't know, but but it's certainly associations are huge.
- 33:56The uh the uh affiliation with the Democrat Party goes down as the age demographics go up, and conversely, the Republican Party affiliation with Republican Party goes up as the age demographic goes up, and then again, the transgenderism identification goes down as the age demographic goes up.
- 34:24So bottom line is there are many more transgenders claiming to be transgenders are democrat at the younger ages than Republican.
- 34:32Now, if you look at all of this data, truly, if you're transgender, uh it doesn't change.
- 34:40The age demographic should not change at all.
- 34:44So what that tells me that many are being influenced and many are being influenced, claiming that they abide by or a spouse, uh uh transgender ideology, or I shouldn't say ideology, I should say that they actually uh are trying to say that they are transgenders, but they're not.
- 35:00Say that they are transgenders, but they're not.
- 35:03They're really not.
- 35:03They're really not, whereas a certain percentage really are certain percentage has the real transgenders should have no bearing on age, as I said, but but no bearing on um party affiliation either.
- 35:04Whereas a certain percentage really are.
- 35:08Certain percentage has the real transgenders should have no bearing on age, as I said, but but no bearing on um party affiliation either.
- 35:21So there's a huge huge disconnect here.
- 35:21So there's a huge, huge disconnect here.
- 35:25There's a huge disconnect, and um, but I'm trying.
- 35:25There's a huge disconnect, and um, but I'm trying to show everyone that transgenderism does exist.
- 35:33It does, but not nearly as an epidemic, not nearly as an epidemic.
- 35:40And the progressive progressive left are touting that transgenderism is good, is fine, be yourself, uh, you know, let's teach this in the schools, blah, blah, blah.
- 35:51No, it's based on biology, it's based on neurobiology, and um, and this thing about influencing, I think very, very inappropriately are young people uh is is a crime.
- 36:07I really do.
- 36:08So anyway, let's take a break.
- 36:10I'm gonna I'm gonna go to some opinion and commentary, but I'm also gonna talk about some facts, some facts about um are there, for example, are there health issues, specific specific health issues or chronic diseases.
- 36:28Uh is there uh more violence or not among transgenders?
- 36:33And uh there's a lot in the news about that too.
- 36:35But hold tight, we're gonna go to commercial break, and we're gonna tackle these issues right at the other end of the break.
- 36:43Thank you.

- 37:54Welcome back.
- 37:55Welcome back.
- 37:56So let me just make a few comments.
- 37:59You may or may not agree with me.
- 38:02Let's see what you think about this.
- 38:04Um, you know, there's so many insights that can be gleaned from what I mentioned, the neurobiological and statistical discussions.
- 38:12So almost all data can be spun in various directions, particularly uh, and this is for sure one's desired intentions.
- 38:21Data can be spun in so many different ways.
- 38:23So notwithstanding uh me, strong conservative background, uh, I've always always espoused objectivity, even at times counter to the dictates of my own party.
- 38:35So for purposes of clarity, I I'll construct what I'm gonna say in a sequence, and um kind of what I just mentioned before.
- 38:45So according to Pew Research Center study of 2022, we talked about that, there's a 15.5 time increase in the number of self-reported transgenders from the ages younger than 25 compared to ages 50 and above.
- 39:06So enigmatically, there's a 17-time increase in the number of self-reported transgender or non-binary individuals.
- 39:20Same thing, from younger than 25 to 50 uh years of age and over.
- 39:27So that's interesting, that's a little disturbing, but so based upon the neurobiological determinants of transgenderism we talked about, uh true transgenderism is determined again in utero or shortly after birth upon completion of the hormonal and neuronal pathway determinants for biological sex and gender to reach fruition.
- 39:52In other words, the combination, the connection between biological sex and gender.
- 39:59So as a result, it's clear that a large percentage of younger transgenders are, I want to say fallaciously identifying themselves as such, because there can't be such a great variation in the percentage of true transgenders, based like I said, based upon the biology, based upon the medical aspects, um, per age demographics.
- 40:25There should not be this disparity.
- 40:27In other words, as you as you become older, there's less transgenders.
- 40:31No.
- 40:32So true transgenders is such, not with span notwithstanding one's age, nor one's political affiliation.
- 40:40So it's compelling that there's such a tremendous increase in self-identification with this, with transgenderism among uh the younger age individuals, uh in regard to this and other subject matter, and and to some degree it's not their fault, but uh many younger individuals are they're by definition immature, their brains have not fully developed.
- 41:04Thus, I I would say they're more subject to external pressures and influences in all areas of life, all areas alike compared to to older individuals, often with much more experience, and I do say wisdom.
- 41:17So it's not to say that all young individuals are to be characterized as such, as there's certainly those young people, believe me, with better and greater judgment and wisdom, uh, from whom we can all learn.
- 41:32So here we go, the term non-binary, it's fraught with controversy.
- 41:37And as per religious, moral, ethical, and rational principles, human beings do not have the poetic license or agency to manipulate, confuse, and in essence, make a mockery.
- 41:51I will call it a mockery of the binary nature of humankind.
- 41:56Um, and I'll also submit um that God's plan does not allow for making a travesty and circus of the sexuality of mankind, as per strict scripture, or it were created in the village uh the image and the likeness of God.
- 42:00That God's plan does not allow for making a travesty and circus of the sexuality of mankind, as per strict scripture, or created in the village uh the image and the likeness of God.
- 42:13Now, um, as I said, there are true transgenders.
- 42:13Now, um, as I said, there are true transgenders.
- 42:17It is not uh their fault.
- 42:17It is not uh their fault, it's not their fault that they're born that way.
- 42:20It's not their fault that they're born that way.
- 42:23And not only that, it's it's very similar to uh poor, unfortunate individuals that are born.
- 42:23And not only that, it's very similar to uh poor, unfortunate individuals that are born with so many with defects, let's say, and not only physical but mental defects.
- 42:36So non-Christian religions likewise submit to similar precepts that I mentioned before.
- 42:42So there's a medically scientific foundation for transgenderism due to the abrancies of neurobiology.
- 42:49Now, we can talk about homosexuality, it's not the scope of what we're talking about, and that also may be a possibility, but that's another show.
- 42:59Now the the recent coining of terms, the ageender bigender, gender fluid, gender queer, demigender, whatever the hell that means.
- 43:09Um, so uh I think is an affront to our intellect and all the institutions of knowledge that define, truly define our human condition.
- 43:19So it's not too long ago that the world was uh accosted on a daily basis by the acronym spewed by oh, you remember her, the Biden administration's press secretary.
- 43:32Um I would contend that this was one manifestation of the utter hypocrisy and downfall of that particular administration.
- 43:41So the greater numbers of female transgenders as opposed to male transgenders, further kind of uh highlight the cases of the injustices of female transgender athletes.
- 43:56We talk about that uh and many do about biological females uh allowed to compete in uh uh non uh against non-transgender biological uh so these are biological males competing against non-transgender biological females.
- 44:12It's a black and white fact of medical science versus an opinion that a biological male will develop the muscle mass and the physiology, allowing for the surpassing of a biological female in the domain of athletics.
- 44:27So, my goodness, remember the the Olympics um not these, but the last summer Olympics, where you had in um uh I think it was an Algerian um Algerian female transgender who went against an Italian and within within a very, very short period of time, just beat beat her to smithereens.
- 44:48That that should have not happened in any way.
- 44:53That that transgender female, no transgender female should be allowed to play in these types of sports or any sports.
- 45:03It's just not appropriate unless you have the transgender uh categorization or categories they compete against themselves.
- 45:12That's fine.
- 45:13But so it's ludicrous from all standpoints for biological men to compete against biological females, just ludicrous.
- 45:20And the injuries that the whole world has witnessed in this and this venue and many other venues is clear testimony, clear.
- 45:28It's black and white to the proof of uh uh proving these injustices.
- 45:32So I mentioned before the the superimposition following political statistics, it's indisputable.
- 45:41There are four times more transgenders identifying as democrats relative to Republicans.
- 45:47Furthermore, among the total voting public, there is uh 1.3 to 1.7 uh increase in individuals identifying as democrats relative to Republicans from the younger age demographic, uh, 18 to 24, compared to the sequentially increased age groups up to 80 and above.
- 46:06So what can you deduce?
- 46:08What can I deduce from these statistics?
- 46:10I said before, that the overlapping data is self-evident, that is younger individuals are much more idealistic, they're relatively immune to the realities of life, and generally attracted to the more socialistic tenets of the democratic, the progressive, especially, democratic party.
- 46:28So in tandem, the vagaries of sexual identity, particularly espoused by the far left, that they've been extending their tentacles into the party uh and by extrapolation into the minds of younger age groups.
- 46:42So this idiotic alliance or allegiance of the previous administration with these oh my goodness mindsets is ten amount to, again, in my opinion, groupthink lunacy.
- 46:55So the thesis of my points all here is that the uh subject of transgenderism for the most part, not for the part that they really are transgenders, but reflects the influence, of course, of the hyperpartisan left wing of the Democrat Party and global, global counterparts around the world.
- 47:17Um, and what is the attempt, I think, to abnormally shape society's values, norms, and ethics.
- 47:24Um, so there's certain amount bona fide true transgenders, although the fringes of the Democratic Party, they've allowed for and they've enabled, enabled uh inflation of this phenomenon.
- 47:39Now, if you look at the facts, or I should say the studies, other studies, um, so arguments that transgender men can harm girls uh if they participate in girls' sport, female sport.
- 47:53Well, it's obvious.
- 47:54It's obvious.
- 47:55It's it's unfair.
- 47:56So that they've the risk in, and this has been documented time and time again.
- 48:02Cisgender girls, it means real girls or cisgender males use the word cis.
- 48:07Cis is actually a CIS, a chemical term.
- 48:10It's a chemical term, but they've applied it to this.
- 48:13So long-term injuries to real real girls in contact sports like basketball or soccer, volleyball, do the difference of physical stature and strength.
- 48:22Yes.
- 48:23Yes.
- 48:24So transgender females uh clearly, clearly, clearly should not be involved in this type of conf uh competition, and it is very unfair.
- 48:35The bone density, the muscle mass, um, they uh the even after hormonal therapy, uh, there's still physiologic benefits from male development.
- 48:47Even after taking estrogens, they still still have that developmental uh bone and muscle mass developmental advantage.
- 48:59Now, um there are I I don't understand this, but there are critiques of this uh that there's no evidence of of the dominating or causing significant harm.
- 49:00Um there are I I don't understand this, but there are critiques of this, uh, that there's no evidence of of the dominating or causing significant harm.
- 49:13This is what the left will say.
- 49:13This is what the left will say.
- 49:15Some studies will claim this too.
- 49:15Some studies will claim this too.
- 49:17So advocates argue that inclusion and that there are organization, left wing organization, the American Civil Liberties Union, as an example, and many others.
- 49:17So advocates argue that inclusion and that there are organization, left-wing organization, American Civil Liberties Union, as an example, and many others, uh, that they very wrongly, wrongly state, no, there's nothing wrong here.
- 49:35There's nothing wrong whatsoever, there's no proof.
- 49:38It's it's almost saying, it's almost like saying the propaganda of the Iranian state media saying, no, we're winning, we're beating the Americans.
- 49:47Can't you see we're beating them?
- 49:51And it's something like that.
- 49:53Um, are there or is there a higher uh rate of mental health issues among transgenders?
- 50:00The answer is yes.
- 50:01They they do, the real transgenders that they do experience significantly higher rates of mental health issues, anxiety, depression, suicide, compared to the general, general cisgender, meaning non-transgender population.
- 50:18So that they, by based on research, based on psychological research, they're roughly six times more likely to have food disorders, and as I said, uh uh higher rates of suicide.
- 50:32Uh they um there the statistics say that they're on average three to four times more likely to experience mental health condition and cisgender individuals.
- 50:45Their uh studies suggest that 82% of transgender individuals have considered suicide, and 40% have attempted it in their lifetime.
- 50:56Um the transgender youth are even higher risk.
- 51:00Studies showing three to 13 times the rate of mental health conditions compared to their peers.
- 51:06And and there are studies now showing that between 2001, um, so the there's depression, anxiety among transgender gender diverse adults uh based on statistics have rose from about 20% 2014 to 51% 2022.
- 51:27And you could say, well, the stigmata, discrimination, the victimization, uh the gender, just the gender dysphoria, there they're upset that they do have it and lack of support.
- 51:39In fact, um I've had some transgender patients who have told me, look, uh, and and even homosexual patients have told me uh this is not my choice.
- 51:51I don't choose this, and I'm not happy with it.
- 51:54If I had, if it were up to me, I would not want to be transgender.
- 51:59So so that's an interesting point to think about.
- 52:03And and many, many homosexuals have told me that too in in my practice, that um that now these are these are individuals who have kidney disease and and other internal medicine issues.
- 52:16So I don't see them as a psychiatrist would or a psychologist would, or an endocrinologist would.
- 52:23But uh, yeah, yeah.
- 52:25If they tell me if we had the choice, we would not want to be transgender.
- 52:31So that that speaks volumes.
- 52:34At least many have said that.
- 52:35There haven't been, you know, social society that I'm aware of, studies uh claiming this, or studying this, I should say.
- 52:44Now, are there specific health issues compared to non-transgender individuals that uh transgenders have?
- 52:51The answer is yes.
- 52:53Aside from the depression, the anxiety, the suicides, um, there is a higher rate of substance misuse.
- 53:02Uh that's not a health condition per se, but it'll lead to a health condition, so alcohol and drug use disorders, tobacco use.
- 53:09Now, if you center in on cardiovascular disease, yeah.
- 53:14There are actually higher risk of heart disease, um, blood clots, uh thrombotic events or blood clots, stroke, uh, particularly related to the estrogen therapy in transgender women.
- 53:28Um, and then couple that with tobacco use uh would uh lead to that.
- 53:35So uh among chronic diseases, diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension.
- 53:43There is a higher incidence of that among male and female transgenders.
- 53:49Now, HIV, uh other sexually transmitted diseases or infections, uh, yeah, trans women uh uh especially are at higher risk.
- 54:01Cancer is now this is interesting, transgender men uh retain risk for cervical cancer, and both trans men and women have higher risk of certain hormone-related cancers.
- 54:13So uh yeah, that that's that's interesting.
- 54:17It's not a good thing.
- 54:19And then access to care, access to care uh is an issue as well.
- 54:25Now, look let me just finish with this.
- 54:28Um there have been, of course, obviously, mass shootings, and there is uh now commentary that oh, the majority of them are transgender, that they're really, if you look at all the mass shootings, and and I've said this, there is not a higher rate of transgenders committing crimes compared to the general population.
- 54:51So all crimes and also mass shootings.
- 54:55Although the most recent ones that they've been more popularized, if you will.
- 55:00So I disagree with that, but uh the right-sided or leaning media will will propagate this.
- 55:06I I disagree with that from a biological and and and statistical standpoint.
- 55:12So transgenders are are at risk overwhelmingly more to be victims of crime than perpetrators of crime, and um there's no evidence truly, if you look at all the violent crimes uh among transgender individuals compared to the general population, that that there is not.
- 55:31So studies will continue.
- 55:33There was one from Sweden that said they offered the trends, people who transition at a higher rate of committing crimes, but that really is not true.
- 55:45So a lot said, a lot more to be said, but thank you so much for listening.
- 55:51I enthusiastically look forward to being with you weekly on the countermomentum spin, uh, where we will endeavor to address and work towards solving the problems, or at least trying to solve the problems of the world.
