  We have about a 23 game slate. I have 3 plays here that caught

  my eye. All three as we continue to do

  short money line favorites. So, so we can go 2 out of 3 eke

  out a winning day, all three of which have some pretty good line
• 1:05
  moves, good rhythm edges. And in particular, I want to
• 1:08
  continue to highlight this, some really good Juice Reel sharp
• 1:11
  mush indicators. Basically like we talked about
• 1:13
  prior, but if you download the Juice Reel app, you're going to

  go to that sharp mush tab. And it's kind of a cool name,

  sharp mush. Basically it means when you're

  looking at a particular game, is there a preponderance of the

  early or getting too confident and mushing a play.

  Had a good two day winning streak going.

  Lost it last night, 1 and 2 -, 1.4 units.

  Had a nice it with Portland late night.

  They were kind of, you know, scratching and clawing down

  early and really pulled away late.

  So it's good to see the Pilots come through.

  SIU Edwardsville was just a brutal start to the night

  because I felt like Southeast Missouri made every single shot,

  like they just would not miss. Didn't turn it over, played

  great. SIU Edwardsville didn't have
• 4:03
  much of a chance in that one. And really the kind of
• 4:06
  frustrating one was, was New Mexico State, very short money
• 4:09
  line player on -120 they're up at half, they're up much of the
• 4:13
  game. They pretty much collapsed in
• 4:15
  the last probably 2 to 4 minutes of that game.

  So that was a rough one. But either way, guys, 1 and 1
• 4:20
  and 2 -, 1.4 units. Let's see if we can finish off

  the week and the month of February.

  I gotta get my month straight here, hopefully on a hot note.

  So that being said, 3 plays for you.

  Let's dive right in. First one on the board for me,

  730 game Eastern Time tonight. We have Old Dominion visiting
• 4:38
  Coastal Carolina. Now let's set the stage.
• 4:41
  Talk line, movement, bet splits, rhythm and juice reel edges and
• 4:45
  I'll give you my play here for this one.
• 4:46
  So setting the stage, we have Old Dominion coming in 11 and 19
• 4:51
  on the year, but they really struggle.
• 4:53
  They've lost six in a row, just got crushed by Marshall 83 to 66
• 4:57
  did not cover as a nine and a half point Rd. dog in that one.
• 5:00
  On the flip side, Coastal 10 and 20 on the year, another not very
• 5:04
  good record, but they have played better.
• 5:06
  They've won two of their last three and they just beat Georgia
• 5:09
  State 80 to 74. They won that game outright as a
• 5:12
  3 1/2 point home dog. So what do we see across the
• 5:15
  market here? Well, this is one of my favorite
• 5:17
  moves. When you open out a pick and you
• 5:19
  see the line take one position or the other.
• 5:22
  So in this case, open out a pick, pick em spread of 0,
• 5:25
  whatever you want to call it, right down the middle.
• 5:28
  And it's always notable to me when you open out a pick em or
• 5:30
  like a baseball game -110 both sides, or you know, a hockey
• 5:34
  game -110 both sides. Maybe it's just the perfect pick
• 5:37
  em and the odds makers are right and it's right down the middle.
• 5:41
  Or maybe there are a lot of wise guys, people who set their own
• 5:44
  numbers who say, no, I don't have a pick em here.
• 5:46
  I got one team favored over the other.
• 5:48
  So it's always notable to me when you open out a pick, where
• 5:51
  does the line go from there? You know, if it stays the same,
• 5:53
  then maybe sharps. In the books, they got it right
• 5:56
  down the middle. There's no edge.
• 5:57
  But typically you're going to see the line move in One
• 6:00
  Direction or the other. So I always like to see a pick
• 6:02
  em and go with where the line moves because it tells me that
• 6:05
  pros or sharps, they saw value in that pick and they said no,
• 6:08
  there shouldn't be a pick and one team should be favored over
• 6:10
  the other. So based on opening as a pick,
• 6:13
  the move is toward Coastal Carolina.
• 6:15
  Coastal got bet up pick them up to -1 1/2.
• 6:19
  So it tells me right off the bat we got money coming in on
• 6:21
  Coastal. Ken Palm does have Coastal
• 6:24
  winning by two points. He's got a winning 70 to 68.
• 6:28
  So with this in mind, looks like sharps are really looking at the
• 6:31
  money line here. Pretty, pretty short money line.
• 6:33
  It's only -120 for Coastal. That's what I got.
• 6:36
  And I really like the DraftKings bet split on the money line for
• 6:40
  Coastal Carolina because the Shants, the Chanticleers are
• 6:43
  only getting 62% of money line bets, but 90% of money line
• 6:48
  dollars. That's a really good low bets,
• 6:49
  higher dollars bet split. So the lines going to Coastal,
• 6:52
  the money line split looks really sharp on Coastal.
• 6:55
  Then we get to some advantages here for Coastal Carolina,
• 6:58
  better offensive efficiency. They ranked 267th in the
• 7:01
  country. Doesn't sound great, but Old
• 7:03
  Dominion ranks 270, ninth big edge and effective field goal
• 7:07
  percentage. Hopefully Coastal can get their
• 7:08
  shots tonight, but they're shooting 50% versus only 45% for
• 7:13
  Old Dominion. Better three-point shooting as
• 7:15
  well. Big edge here, 35% for the
• 7:18
  Chanticleers, Old Dominion only 28%.
• 7:20
  And then also from a defensive standpoint, limiting offensive
• 7:25
  rebounds, you have Coastal only giving up or ranking 115th in
• 7:29
  the country versus Old Dominion ranking 288th.
• 7:33
  So basically Old Dominion gives up a lot of offensive boards.

  Coastal does not advantage Coastal.
• 7:39
  Of course, we do have a revenge play here, you know, pretty much
• 7:42
  tail end of the regular season, these, all these teams in
• 7:45
  conference play have already played once.
• 7:47
  So at least want to be aware of what happened the first time.
• 7:50
  Because again, revenge plays can be added motivation.
• 7:53
  And hopefully that's the case because Coastal went to Old
• 7:55
  Dominion back in late January and they lost 74 to 52.

  So it's a chance to get back at Old Dominion here.

  And then of course, we go to Rhythm.

  Rhythm has Coastal Carolina -1.6, so you're pretty much
• 8:10
  right at the -1 1/2. But juice real really good sharp

  mush indicator on coastal, 50% juice real sharp mush edge.

  That means 50% more of the better betters are betting on
• 8:22
  coastal versus the worst betters leaning more toward Old
• 8:24
  Dominion. So Long story short, we open at
• 8:27
  a pick. Pretty clear this line move is
• 8:28
  going toward coastal. I'm going to play coastal,
• 8:31
  hopefully get a straight up win at home.

  Coastal -120 on the money line. Next one for you, App State and
• 8:39
  Marshall 9:00 game here tonight. We have App State coming in 17
• 8:43
  and 12 on the year, but they have dropped three of their last
• 8:46
  four just lost the Georgia Southern 61 to 59.
• 8:49
  They're actually a 1 1/2 point Rd. favorite in that one and
• 8:52
  lost out right. Meanwhile, Marshall 18 and 12 on
• 8:55
  the year, they've won three in a row, just beat as we mentioned,
• 8:58
  Old Dominion 8366 covered as a nine and a half point home
• 9:01
  favorite. So what do we see across the
• 9:03
  market here? Well, this game open with
• 9:05
  Marshall listed as a three-point home favorite.
• 9:08
  And we've pretty much seen pretty consistent movement
• 9:11
  toward Marshall. Now, Marshall open -3 got bit up
• 9:14
  all the way to -3 1/2. We have seen it come down a
• 9:17
  little bit. Some books are down to 2 1/2.
• 9:19
  But now those two and a halfs are creeping back up toward 3.
• 9:22
  So it's been kind of a up toward Marshall, down a bit.
• 9:25
  Now turning back up toward Marshall.
• 9:27
  But if you go off the opener 3 again, dip to 2 1/2 at some
• 9:31
  shops. But now all these -2 and a halfs
• 9:33
  are -115 toward Marshall, looking like it'll probably go
• 9:36
  back up to three. So reading between the lines,
• 9:39
  looks like some liability here on Marshall.
• 9:41
  It just seems to me like the buyback was, hey, when it was
• 9:43
  app state, you know, 3 1/2 or even someone would get up to
• 9:46
  four. Maybe that's when you saw a
• 9:47
  little bit of buyback. But a couple things I still like
• 9:50
  about Marshall. Number one, really good bets.
• 9:53
  What, 67% of spread bets, 97% of spread dollars at Circa.
• 9:59
  So in particular, Circa Sharp book out in Vegas again caters
• 10:02
  to respected players, 2/3 of bets, tons of money on Marshall.

  Now Ken Palm only has Marshall winning by 167 to 66.

  So I'm going to go money line here.

  I got around a -, 170 earlier today.

  Now, if you haven't bet it yet, you might be able to get a
• 10:20
  better price like -155 because again, it has dipped a little
• 10:22
  bit. But I'm going to dance with the

  one who brung me. Stick to my original play here.

  And there's a couple reasons why I'm I'm thinking we should still
• 10:29
  stick with this one. One is that Circa really good
• 10:32
  money line split, only 33% of money line bets, 96% of money
• 10:37
  line dollars. So big pro and Joe split.

  Basically the splits at Circa are just really, really sharp
• 10:43
  here in favor of Marshall. Marshall has the better
• 10:46
  offensive efficiency. They ranked two O 2 in the
• 10:48
  country versus 264 for App State.
• 10:52
  Better offensive rebound percentage, 32% versus 27%,
• 10:56
  better free throw shooting, which could be crucial in a
• 10:58
  close game, 69% versus 66%. And then just classic scoring
• 11:04
  offense. Hopefully Marshall at home can
• 11:06
  put up enough points to get a win here tonight.

  They're averaging 76 points per game, 69 points per game for App
• 11:13
  State Home Rd. Marshall's been great at home.
• 11:16
  Hope that continues here tonight.

  They're 13 and three at home this season.

  App State is just five and seven on the road.

  And then one little, you know, continued angle here toward

  Marshall is that our friends at Rhythm have Marshall -3.4.

  So again, it was up, it dipped. It's creeping back up toward

  Marshall. But I like this play, hopefully

  toward Marshall winning this game out right here.

  Again, I got kind of a bad -170 it has dipped a bit, but dance

  with the one who brung me. Sticking with the Thundering

  Herd, you can now play Marshall. Money line around -155 So let's

  go Marshall. Now the game that I'm most

  excited to sweat tonight. It's a late night game and it
• 11:54
  should be really popping here in the state of Nevada because we
• 11:57
  got a inter civil war Nevada at UNLV 11:00 tonight.

  Now this one is right up my alley because it's a bit of a
• 12:05
  fade the trendy dog sharp contrarian play.
• 12:08
  So let's set the stage here. We got Nevada coming in 16 and
• 12:11
  12 on the year. They just snapped A2 game losing
• 12:14
  skid. They beat Wyoming 84 to 61
• 12:16
  easily covered as a 12 1/2 point home favorite.
• 12:19
  Meanwhile, UNLV 15 and 13 on the year, they've won four.
• 12:23
  Their last five just took down San Jose State 77 to 71, covered
• 12:27
  as a 2 1/2 point Rd. favorite. So what have we seen across the
• 12:30
  market here? Well, Nevada, the Wolfpack that
• 12:33
  is. They open as a very short 1 1/2
• 12:35
  point Rd. favorite and the public says wrong team is
• 12:40
  favored. You're the wrong team is
• 12:41
  favored. So currently you're getting
• 12:43
  nearly 60% of spread bets taking UNLV and the points.
• 12:47
  However, even though you're getting a majority bets on UNLV,
• 12:51
  the line isn't down to one or pick them.
• 12:53
  It went up further toward Nevada, Nevada -1 1/2 up to -2 a
• 12:58
  lot of books up to -2 1/2. So why is the line going toward
• 13:02
  Nevada if the majority of tickets are on UNLV?
• 13:05
  Again, tells me you got a sharp reverse line move when the
• 13:07
  betting line moves away from the popular side UNLV, toward the
• 13:11
  unpopular side Nevada. That tells you that despite the
• 13:14
  public on UNLV, the more respected betters that the wise
• 13:17
  guys or that the bookmakers are taking into account, you know,
• 13:23
  more severely are the sharps that are playing Nevada here.

  Fade the trendy dog. Of course, we like the gross
• 13:28
  dogs, the ones at the pound that no one wants to adopt, but yet
• 13:32
  the the very pampered ones, the popular ones, the French
• 13:35
  Bulldogs, even though I admit they're cute, but I just saw
• 13:37
  that they'd be they overtook the Labrador, I believe, as the most
• 13:40
  popular dog in America. I would argue the yellow lab,
• 13:44
  the English yellow lab, my girl Meadow, she's still number one.
• 13:47
  But anyway, those are the dogs you want to bet against because
• 13:49
  they become popular, they become trendy, they lose their
• 13:51
  contrarian value. That's what's here.
• 13:55
  You're currently only getting around 40% of bets on Nevada at
• 13:58
  DraftKings big public National Book.

  But over at Circa in Vegas, this is interesting.
• 14:04
  Wolfpacker getting 58% of spread bets, 92% of spread dollars.

  So basically DraftKings public National Book, it's all UNLV,
• 14:13
  but at Circa sharp, sharp Vegas book.

  And this is also, it's meaningful to me because this

  game is at UNLV, Nevada, UNLV. So you know, people were at

  Circa, they're right on on the ground, they're at Ground Zero
• 14:24
  for this match up. So they probably know these
• 14:26
  teams pretty well. And it's notable to me that that
• 14:29
  split is in favor of Nevada, which goes with that line move.

  Now, I want to protect myself. Nevada wins by one or two.

  I ain't losing my bet. I got Nevada on the money line
• 14:38
  at -130 And here are a few things I'm going to bank on with
• 14:41
  Nevada. The better offensive efficiency,
• 14:44
  66th in the country versus 159th for UNLV.
• 14:48
  Better effective field goal percentage, 55% versus 50%.
• 14:52
  Better three-point shooting, 37% versus 34%.
• 14:56
  Better offensive rebound percentage.

  Can we get some extra possessions here?

  Some put backs, 29% versus 27%. Also, the Wolf Pack do a better
• 15:04
  job at forcing turnovers. They ranked 60th in the country
• 15:07
  versus 90th for UNLV, and they limit their opponents.

  They do a better job at limiting their opponents on the offensive

  boards. 40th in the country versus 240th for UNLVUNLV gives

  up some offensive rebounds, which is a benefit hopefully
