- 0:05Speaker 1: Thank you, good afternoon, everybody.
- 0:09Speaker 2: President Trump campaigned on the promise to secure our homeland
- 0:13Speaker 2: and deport violent alien criminals from our communities. That is
- 0:18Speaker 2: why the American people overwhelmingly re elected him back to
- 0:21Speaker 2: this office. And it's why the American people defeated the
- 0:24Speaker 2: Democrat Party in devastating fashion.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Today we have.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Officially learned Democrat officials still refused to accept the will
- 0:33Speaker 2: of the American people. Maryland Democrat Senator Chris van Holland
- 0:38Speaker 2: rushed to Dulles Airport this morning to fly to El Salvador,
- 0:42Speaker 2: potentially using taxpayer dollars to demand the release of deported
- 0:47Speaker 2: illegal alien MS thirteen terrorists. The Democrats and the media
- 0:52Speaker 2: in this room have continually and wrongly labeled Kilmar Abrago
- 0:57Speaker 2: Garcia as a Maryland father.
- 1:00Speaker 1: There is no Marilynd father. Let me reiterate.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Kilmar A Brago Garcia is an illegal alien M S
- 1:08Speaker 2: thirteen gang member and foreign terrorist who was deported back
- 1:12Speaker 2: to his home country. And when a Brago Garcia was
- 1:16Speaker 2: originally arrested, he was wearing a sweatshirt with rolls of
- 1:19Speaker 2: money covering the ears, mouth, and eyes of presidents on
- 1:22Speaker 2: various currency denominations. This is a known MS thirteen gang
- 1:27Speaker 2: symbol of here no evil, speak no evil, see no evil.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Abrago Garcia was also arrested with two other well known
- 1:34Speaker 2: members of the vicious MS thirteen gang, and two separate
- 1:38Speaker 2: judges found that A. Brago Garcia was a member of
- 1:41Speaker 2: MS thirteen, and that finding has never been disputed. In
- 1:46Speaker 2: just this morning, it was revealed through Maryland court documents
- 1:49Speaker 2: that abrago Garcia's wife petitioned for an order of protection
- 1:53Speaker 2: against him for two instances of domestic violence in May
- 1:57Speaker 2: of twenty twenty one. Here whre is the order right
- 2:01Speaker 2: here the court ordered that the respondent committed the following
- 2:06Speaker 2: acts of abuse once in May of twenty twenty one,
- 2:10Speaker 2: assault in any degree, and on May fourth of twenty
- 2:14Speaker 2: twenty one, he punched and scratched his wife, ripped off
- 2:19Speaker 2: her shirt, and grabbed and bruised her.
- 2:22Speaker 1: This is from a court in Maryland.
- 2:26Speaker 2: So not only are Democrats rushing to defend an illegal, criminal,
- 2:29Speaker 2: foreign terrorist gang member, but also an apparent woman beater.
- 2:34Speaker 2: To set all of that aside, the basic fact that
- 2:36Speaker 2: he was a legally inside our country and had a
- 2:39Speaker 2: lawful deportation order made him subject to removal back to
- 2:43Speaker 2: his home country of El Salvador, and if he ever
- 2:46Speaker 2: ends up back in the United States, he would immediately
- 2:49Speaker 2: be deported again. Nothing will change the fact that Obrago
- 2:53Speaker 2: Garcia will never be a Maryland father, he will never
- 2:57Speaker 2: live in the.
- 2:57Speaker 1: United States of America again.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And the United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the
- 3:03Speaker 2: President of the United States and the Secretary of State
- 3:05Speaker 2: could not be compelled to forcibly retrieve this citizen of
- 3:09Speaker 2: El Salvador who is currently locked up in a maximum
- 3:12Speaker 2: security prison in his home country due to his MS
- 3:15Speaker 2: thirteen membership. To remind the media and the Democrat Party,
- 3:19Speaker 2: MS thirteen are among the most vicious and dangerous individuals
- 3:22Speaker 2: in this world. They pose a direct threat to the
- 3:25Speaker 2: United States, El Salvador, and any other.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Country who maintains basic law and order.
- 3:31Speaker 2: MS thirteen rapes innocent girls and women, runs sex trafficking operations,
- 3:36Speaker 2: murders for sport, and terrorizes law abiding people. That's why
- 3:41Speaker 2: El Salvador President Bukelli made it clear this week that
- 3:44Speaker 2: he will not be releasing this MS thirteen gang member
- 3:47Speaker 2: from his prison.
- 3:48Speaker 1: But that is not enough. All of that is not enough.
- 3:52Speaker 2: To stop the Democrat Party from their lives. The number
- 3:56Speaker 2: one issue they are focused on right now is bringing
- 3:58Speaker 2: back this illegal alien terrorists to America. But where are
- 4:02Speaker 2: the Democrats applauding the fact that southern border crossings just
- 4:05Speaker 2: hit a historic low. Where are the Democrats supporting our
- 4:09Speaker 2: brave men and women of law enforcement who are putting
- 4:11Speaker 2: their lives on the line every single day to arrest
- 4:13Speaker 2: the violent illegal alien invaders that the previous administration allowed
- 4:17Speaker 2: into our country? And where are the Democrats when innocent
- 4:20Speaker 2: Americans are victimized by illegal criminals that Joe Biden let in.
- 4:26Speaker 2: It's appalling and sad that Senator Van Holland and the
- 4:29Speaker 2: Democrats applauding his trip to El Salvador today are incapable
- 4:34Speaker 2: of having any shred of common sense or empathy for
- 4:36Speaker 2: their own constituents, in our citizens. Nobody knows this more
- 4:41Speaker 2: than the woman standing to my right, Patty Morin, whose
- 4:45Speaker 2: beautiful daughter Rachel was brutally maimed and murdered at the
- 4:48Speaker 2: hands of an illegal alien in August of twenty twenty three.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Patty no longer has her daughter because of the failed
- 4:56Speaker 2: Democrat Party's open border And these are policies that President
- 4:59Speaker 2: tru is bringing an end to. Patty should not have
- 5:03Speaker 2: to be here today, but she is, and we are grateful,
- 5:06Speaker 2: and we are honored for her willingness and her request
- 5:09Speaker 2: to share her powerful story with the world.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Thank you, Patty for being here.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Thank you. A lot of you don't know the whole
- 5:20Speaker 3: story about Rachel and about the crime that was committed
- 5:24Speaker 3: against her, Even us, her family, we didn't know all
- 5:29Speaker 3: the details. They kept most of it close to their chest,
- 5:34Speaker 3: the detectives, because they didn't want to do anything to
- 5:42Speaker 3: hurt the case. They wanted to keep the integrity of
- 5:46Speaker 3: the case, so they kept everything close. I sat for
- 5:50Speaker 3: the last two weeks in her trial, and we saw
- 5:56Speaker 3: layer upon layer upon layer of evidence against the accused,
- 6:02Speaker 3: an illegal immigrant from Al Salvador, and the things that
- 6:07Speaker 3: we thought, well, maybe this might have happened. We didn't know.
- 6:12Speaker 3: But when we were at the trial, we got all
- 6:14Speaker 3: the puzzle pieces, and I want to share some of
- 6:17Speaker 3: those things with you. You know that Rachel's a thirty
- 6:21Speaker 3: seven year old mother. She has five children. We've walked
- 6:25Speaker 3: the trail for the last twenty five years that we've
- 6:27Speaker 3: lived in Maryland. It's a safe place for our family.
- 6:31Speaker 3: It's where we go to get a little bit of
- 6:32Speaker 3: New England, because that's where we're from, New England. When
- 6:37Speaker 3: she went on that trail that day, she was not
- 6:40Speaker 3: planning on dying. She wasn't planning on walking to her death.
- 6:44Speaker 3: She was planning on going to the grocery store with
- 6:46Speaker 3: her girls afterwards. Victor Martinez, he waited for her, He
- 6:54Speaker 3: waited for her to come closer. He saw her, he
- 6:59Speaker 3: saw that there was nobody around. He attacked her. He
- 7:06Speaker 3: dragged her one hundred and fifty feet, blood gushing from
- 7:10Speaker 3: her head. It left one hundred and fifty foot trail
- 7:14Speaker 3: of her blood to the culverts where he took He
- 7:18Speaker 3: picked her up. He threw her against the wall of
- 7:25Speaker 3: the tunnel and he raped her. But before he did that,
- 7:30Speaker 3: he stopped on that trail and rocks still stained with
- 7:35Speaker 3: her blood. He used them to hammer her head against
- 7:41Speaker 3: those rocks. They say twenty at least twenty times. They
- 7:47Speaker 3: could count the cuts in her head. They said that
- 7:52Speaker 3: when they did the autopsy, and I've seen the pictures,
- 7:55Speaker 3: there's a six inch square in the back of her
- 7:58Speaker 3: head where the skull is shattered, the way that you
- 8:02Speaker 3: would crush an eggshell and pieces three fords of her brain,
- 8:07Speaker 3: hemorrhaged her right and left side of her face, bashed
- 8:12Speaker 3: in her beautiful face, bashed in her head, bashed in,
- 8:19Speaker 3: broken bones, fractures. He takes and he drags her some war.
- 8:25Speaker 3: He drags her through the thorn bushes. She has all
- 8:30Speaker 3: the scrapes and cuts on her body. There wasn't one
- 8:33Speaker 3: inch of her body that didn't have some kind of injury,
- 8:37Speaker 3: whether it's bruising, broken bones, contusions, the scratches. She had
- 8:44Speaker 3: a fractured rib, fractured nose, fractured skull. And then he
- 8:52Speaker 3: takes her into the tunnel and he picks her up.
- 8:56Speaker 3: He throws her against the wall. Blood is gushing from
- 9:01Speaker 3: her head. Her hair is soaked in blood. And they
- 9:05Speaker 3: showed us pictures of her body against the wall, outlined
- 9:10Speaker 3: the blood, outlined her body, and you could see where
- 9:14Speaker 3: the blood ran down around her as he was raping her.
- 9:19Speaker 3: And then he threw her down and raped her some more,
- 9:24Speaker 3: and then he strangled her because he didn't want her
- 9:27Speaker 3: to be able to live to tell the story. They
- 9:30Speaker 3: said that when they did the autopsy on her neck,
- 9:34Speaker 3: that one of the things they do is they open
- 9:36Speaker 3: up the neck and they look to see how far
- 9:38Speaker 3: the injury is, and they went all the way down
- 9:41Speaker 3: as far as an injury as possible, hemorrhaging in the
- 9:44Speaker 3: muscles because of how strong and violent the group was
- 9:50Speaker 3: around her. These are the kind of people that have
- 9:55Speaker 3: no compulsion like to them, this is nothing. And when
- 10:03Speaker 3: he was sitting in the courtroom, he actually looked like
- 10:09Speaker 3: he thought he was going to be set free. There
- 10:13Speaker 3: was no remorse on his face at all. This person
- 10:18Speaker 3: took my daughter so violently and so gruesomely and so
- 10:24Speaker 3: graphically that they sealed the pictures because I don't want
- 10:28Speaker 3: my granddaughters to see these pictures. These are the kind
- 10:34Speaker 3: of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country.
- 10:40Speaker 3: These are the kind of criminals that we need to
- 10:42Speaker 3: remove from our country. We are American citizens. Why should
- 10:46Speaker 3: we allow people like this, violent criminals that have no
- 10:51Speaker 3: conscience at all to murder our mothers, our sisters, our daughters.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I don't understand why there's even any kind of problem
- 11:06Speaker 3: with this. And it's not that it's political like the
- 11:11Speaker 3: left of the right, although I understand different parties have
- 11:14Speaker 3: used it in the past. But we have to look
- 11:17Speaker 3: at it as we are American citizens. We need to
- 11:21Speaker 3: protect our families, our borders, our children. I don't care
- 11:28Speaker 3: about politics to what I do, but I want to
- 11:33Speaker 3: preserve life. And that's the only reason why I have
- 11:38Speaker 3: taken and spoken about Rachel all this time. If you're
- 11:42Speaker 3: a mother here in the room, can you imagine standing
- 11:46Speaker 3: there alive? You're alive. If someone comes and puts the
- 11:50Speaker 3: hands into your chest and rips out your heart, that's
- 11:54Speaker 3: what it feels like. It feels like a part of
- 11:57Speaker 3: you is being ripped out of you. You can't even
- 12:00Speaker 3: described the pain, just like you can't describe to your
- 12:03Speaker 3: husband what it feels like to carry a baby in
- 12:06Speaker 3: your womb, or to feel those first kicks, or to know,
- 12:10Speaker 3: just intuitively, if it's a boy or a girl. It's
- 12:13Speaker 3: only a thing that a mother knows. Why are we
- 12:18Speaker 3: not protecting the American citizens? It's just common sense. Why
- 12:24Speaker 3: are we not protecting our children? And to have a
- 12:29Speaker 3: senator from Maryland who didn't even acknowledge or barely acknowledged
- 12:35Speaker 3: my daughter and the brutal death that she endured, leaving
- 12:41Speaker 3: her five children without a mother and now a grandbaby
- 12:46Speaker 3: without a grandmother, so that he can use my taxpayer
- 12:51Speaker 3: money to fly to El Salvador to bring back someone
- 12:56Speaker 3: that's not even an American citizen. Why does that person
- 13:01Speaker 3: have more right than I do, or my daughter or
- 13:07Speaker 3: my grandchildren. I don't and I don't understand this. Thank you,
- 13:16Speaker 3: thank you, thank.
- 13:19Speaker 1: You, And I just wanna say that.
- 13:25Speaker 2: As a mother and as an American citizen, the President
- 13:29Speaker 2: and our entire team, and I hope people in this
- 13:32Speaker 2: room are are grateful for your willingness to come here
- 13:35Speaker 2: and your requests to share your daughter's story.
- 13:39Speaker 3: And I think the country.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Hears you a lot and clear.
- 13:41Speaker 4: So thank you.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Does anyone have any questions for Patty or for me? No,
- 13:50Speaker 1: I have a question, No anybody. Okay, I'll see you
- 13:54Speaker 1: all later. The President will be aston e L.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Thank you for being yours more day.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Please tell the truth, exactly, tell the truth. Tell like
- 14:11Speaker 4: how violent it really is. This, this is a problem
- 14:15Speaker 4: protecting our children. It's more than just politics or votes
- 14:22Speaker 4: or just anything.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It's about national security, protecting Americans, protecting our children. Thank you.
- 14:30Speaker 4: Thank you for listening to really good Bride for mem
