  your purpose, your boldest expression in this lifetime.

  On the other, there is this persistent voice of doubt,

  of perfectionism, of it's not good enough

  and it will never be of why even try,

  if I already know that I'm gonna fail.

  This message has channeled through me,
• 0:41
  sent to you by your highest self,
• 0:44
  calling you forward into your gifts and magic,
• 0:48
  into your belief in yourself.

  Because you are, you have been made to be
• 0:54
  a gatekeeper of your own magic.

  Someone who blocks us, the collective,
• 0:59
  from experiencing the gifts of your essence and of your being.

  And this is by design.

  You have been conditioned to play smaller

  than life feels called to be

  because all life feels called to express,

  to blossom, to bloom, to take up space, to expand.

  And life seeks to expand through you.

  So every time you shrink yourself

  or you feel and worthy taking up more space

  or being more seen or sharing your stories,

  your gifts, your music, life is worse off for it.

  The force of life that seeks expansion,

  that seeks infinite possibility is seeking you,

  And so it is so deeply generous of you

  to refuse to deprive us of your message and of your magic.

  What do I mean by this?

  Every time you doubt what you are here to share,

  you deprive those people who are here to receive

  what you are here to give.

  Every time you doubt your music and say,

  it's not good enough, every time you diminish your writing

  and say, it's just, it could be better.

  Let me just edit and edit and edit it

  until it takes a shape that becomes unrecognizable

  and that initial flow of divine inspiration is blocked.

  Every time you doubt and diminish and shrink

  that voice within you that wants to sing and express

  and share, you deprive, you neglect all the people

  who want to experience you.

  You deprive them of the possibility of that experience.

  You deprive them of your vibration,
• 2:42
  of what you offer us even through your energy.

  So the most generous thing to do would be to say,

  I'm gonna share this message.

  I'm gonna share this music even if it helps one person.

  I will have done my role in this life.

  If I offer my heart, H-E, art, to the collective

  and it supports one soul in this world

  where we all need so much support, we all crave

  and deserve so much more love than what is being offered,

  So sometimes we are playing this dance

  between grand ambitions, infinite possibility

  and actually scaling that down to just supporting one soul.

  Just as we know that all indigenous peoples

  have a relationship to the medicine of the earth

  to plant medicine, to the healing properties of nature.

  If nature can be medicine and if you are nature

  then you are someone's healing.

  You are the offering that someone takes in

  fuses their day, their life, their heart width

  and leaves changed, leaves renewed, leaves refreshed,

  leaves more well, there are so many forms of healing

  and you are one of them.

  I believe that we are all one collective body

  that each of us has distinct functions within this body

  to bring more healing, especially if you receive this message.

  So you may be here to detoxify the body of the collective.

  You may be here to bring music and healing vibrations

  that instantly serve and soothe the collective nervous system

  that drop us into our heart and drop us into our deepest

  and most divine self.

  You may be part of the wall, you may be part of the collective feet

  here to take us on an adventure with you and through you,

  here to open up our sense of what is possible.

  Maybe through your storytelling you are an alchemist

  who transforms and transports us to new worlds,

  I was listening to an audio book yesterday

  called There Are Rivers in the Sky by Alif Shafak

  and it totally transported me to a new world.

  It was so rich and beautiful.

  I highly recommend you read or listen to that book.

  I've just started it, but the intro chapter
• 5:07
  and the way that she describes a droplet of water literally
• 5:13
  completely was a soul shift for me.
• 5:17
  Transformed and transported me to a whole new sense of the world.

  And you do that, you are an alchemist.

  You are a spell binder, a spellcaster.
• 5:29
  And so each time you don't share that gift
• 5:32
  in the way you feel called, we are less nourished
• 5:35
  and less possible for it.

  There are less possibilities unfolding through all of us
• 5:41
  when we play smaller than we feel called to be.

  So just as there's medicine in the earth,

  you are medicine to the collective body.

  Maybe you are the feet guiding us home, home to the wisdom.

  We've always known but have forgotten home to our truth,

  home to our ancestral healing, home to our voices.

  Maybe you are part of the collective voice here to speak,

  here to sing, here to allow and be the permission slip

  for other members of the collective

  who also feel called to speak and express

  and you stand and you sing and you speak power

  and life into us in such a way that we cannot help

  but feel a faith in our own voices restored.

  Maybe you are part of the collective eyesight

  and you are here to see, you are a seeer,

  you bring fresh perspective, you see and look at
• 6:30
  what many people are not willing to bear witness to

  and you open our eyes to what is right in front of us

  and what has always been.

  Each of us has a role to play.

  I believe there is a divine technology of healing
• 6:42
  baked into the human code and it's so fascinating
• 6:46
  that we are all given the choice to alchemize our pain
• 6:50
  into healing for others and ourselves
• 6:52
  or into further suffering, hurt people, hurt people
• 6:55
  but healed people also heal people.
• 6:57
  People who have chosen to be agents of light and love
• 7:02
  despite the pain that has been inflicted on them
• 7:04
  and you are one such person, you are someone
• 7:07
  who has every reason to refuse to be a source
• 7:11
  of healing in the world and yet has chosen the path
• 7:15
  of being a voice of generosity, healing,
• 7:17
  space holding, love.
• 7:20
  And the fact that you've made that choice,
• 7:22
  the fact that you've chosen,
• 7:23
  how can I be of service to the world
• 7:25
  but also how can I be of service to my inner child
• 7:28
  to my highest self because when you honor what is true
• 7:31
  for you, what is a desire for you,
• 7:34
  you are gonna be your most potent magnetic
• 7:37
  and of service self.
• 7:39
  You are going to be your most abundant possibility
• 7:42
  when you are also honoring that there is an abundant code
• 7:47
  seeped into baked into embedded in your desires.

  Within your deepest, soul deep desires, not egoic desires
• 7:56
  but desires that even if you could tell no one,
• 7:59
  you would still want to fulfill.

  Those soul deep desires or how we get to expand through you.

  So if you have a desire to be seen,

  if you have a desire to take up more space,
• 8:09
  if you have a desire to be a storyteller and artist
• 8:12
  to step into your most vibrant and vital voice

  and vision and values to really embody your values
• 8:22
  in the way that you exist in space and time,
• 8:24
  trust that that desire is part of a deeply intelligent code
• 8:29
  of healing and expansion that is ancient
• 8:32
  and that seeks to experience life through you.

  You are such a generosity, anyone who gets to hear you speak,
• 8:40
  anyone who gets to be heard and held by your listening
• 8:43
  and the generous way you listen and you hear even what is unsaid,
• 8:47
  maybe you are the collective ears, I feel like many of us over here
• 8:50
  are collective ears, we are listening deeper than the society
• 8:54
  we've been given towards us to listen, we are hearing
• 8:57
  what is not being said and we are allowing people within
• 9:02
  the collective to feel heard through us.
• 9:05
  Here comes the challenge is that sometimes in that gift
• 9:10
  of our service is also where we have not been given to.
• 9:14
  So we hear people but we feel unheard, we see things
• 9:17
  but we feel unseen and so this is part of the path
• 9:21
  that many of us walk is okay, I'm giving, I'm giving, I'm giving
• 9:25
  but how can I also receive?
• 9:28
  So that just came through and I don't know who needed to hear that
• 9:31
  but trust that people who deeply want to hear you,
• 9:34
  people who deeply want to see you, with you through you,
• 9:40
  they are on their way, they are on their way,
• 9:43
  people who are so aligned to who you are and who you are becoming,
• 9:46
  they are on their way to you.

  So my darling, my love, my angel, my soul sibling,

  as in we are resonating on the same frequency

  if this is speaking to you.

  I heard such an incredible insight from the spiritual teacher

  of the channel.

  He said that telepathy doesn't exist.

  What happens is you can be on the same frequency as someone

  so it's not that you're reading their mind,

  you're reading your mind, you're reading your mind.

  Isn't that so beautiful?

  You are so attuned that you are reading your own mind

  but you're on the same frequency so it feels like you're reading their mind

  but it's really one mind, it's one frequency.

  I just had to share that because I think that's so delicious.

  I have a paradigm shift and I was like whoa,

  my heart is expanded, my mind is open,

  I feel blown away in the best way and grounded and back

  and rooted back into myself and you are our rooting.

  So you are the medicine we are seeking

  and we want you to believe in yourself by we,

  I mean the collective who is dreaming through you,

  who is dreaming of you,

  the collective who is dreaming through you.

  Who do I mean by this?

  If you are a writer, your future readers,
• 10:52
  if you are a singer, I mean your future listeners.
• 10:54
  You may think I'm manifesting my career to be a singer
• 10:57
  but what if also because it's never either or it's both and
• 11:01
  what if also there are people who are manifesting your voice,
• 11:04
  they are manifesting your writing,
• 11:06
  they are manifesting your reading and they don't even know it.
• 11:09
  Just like did I know that I, one day I want to read a book called
• 11:12
  I want to read a book called They Are Rivers in the Sky
• 11:15
  and I wanted to unlock the beauty of poetic, vibrant expression and fiction
• 11:20
  and I wanted to speak to me in such a way that I feel so inspired
• 11:23
  to write and speak more through the senses.
• 11:26
  Did I think that once?
• 11:28
  I didn't have the conscious desire but this writer came into my field
• 11:32
  and fulfilled an unconscious desire I didn't even know I had.
• 11:36
  Someone is doing that through you.
• 11:39
  Someone is doing that with you.
• 11:41
  You didn't wake up today and say,
• 11:42
  I want to hear about how I am medicine.
• 11:44
  But some way unconsciously,
• 11:46
  there was a desire to be spoken life into in this way
• 11:50
  that you have called forth through me
• 11:53
  because as I was walking this morning, I was like,
• 11:55
  oh, my word, I have a voice that I'm feeling afraid of sharing
• 11:58
  but feeling called to shape.

  So I thought of all the people on this frequency and I thought,
• 12:03
  well, they are calling me forth into my work.
• 12:06
  They are calling me to be the medicine that I am.
• 12:09
  So people are calling you to be the healer that you have felt called to be,
• 12:14
  to be the filler, to be the spaceholder,
• 12:17
  but whatever you are manifesting, trust that it wants you back.
• 12:21
  What you seek is seeking you.
• 12:23
  I think that's called young who said that.
• 12:25
  And who you seek to be is a social self.
• 12:28
  Your higher self doesn't exist in isolation.
• 12:30
  They're part of a social world.
• 12:32
  It's so interesting.
• 12:33
  We're learning a lot of these spiritual concepts
• 12:35
  from an individualistic imagination.
• 12:38
  Now, I'm not saying this to create any opposition.
• 12:41
  I often fall guilty of this myself.
• 12:43
  So we have to think, oh, how can I infuse a social imagination?
• 12:46
  A collectivist imagination and layer it on to what I'm learning spiritually.
• 12:51
  So we learn, oh, you have a higher self.
• 12:53
  Well, your higher self has friends.
• 12:54
  Your higher self has readers.
• 12:56
  Your higher self has listeners.
• 12:57
  Your higher self has a community.
• 12:59
  They serve and a community that supports and gives to them.
• 13:02
  And I learned this really beautiful insight from Jay Shetty that a tree,
• 13:06
  okay, a tree gives, right?
• 13:07
  So a tree has fruit that it gives like you do.
• 13:10
  So you give fruits of your spirit.
• 13:11
  You give ideas, perspectives.
• 13:13
  You give music, vibration.
• 13:15
  You give delight.
• 13:16
  You give humor.
• 13:17
  You give whatever you give.
• 13:18
  You give the energy gifts that you give.
• 13:20
  But also, it is very important to not only give,
• 13:24
  because if all you do is give, you will be depleted.

  But what Jay Shetty said that I found so fascinating is that

  a tree doesn't receive from the exact same people it gives to.
• 13:35
  What does he mean by that?
• 13:36
  It's not like, oh, take this apple and then give me nutrients.
• 13:40
  Take this apple and give me sunshine.
• 13:42
  No, it's an ecosystem.
• 13:44
  I can give you this apple because I've been given sunlight.
• 13:48
  Because from the roots, I've been given soil.
• 13:51
  Because from the pollinators, I've been given more life.
• 13:54
  Because from the birds, I've been given more nests.
• 13:57
  Because I've been given to, I have so much that is now unfolding

  and growing and being nourished within me that here you go.

  Here's an apple.

  So sometimes as humans, we expect the very same people
• 14:09
  that we are here to nourish, to be our nourishment.

  And what if it's not one in one?
• 14:14
  They can be an ecosystem approach to understanding what it means
• 14:18
  to be giving and giving and giving and not receiving.
• 14:20
  Maybe you are seeking receiving from people
• 14:23
  who are not in a position to give to you.
• 14:25
  Just like sometimes you may expect things from your parents
• 14:28
  or your elders that they do not have the tools to give.
• 14:31
  So how can you say, okay, I want to feel more heard?
• 14:34
  So instead of expecting the same person who I can tell
• 14:36
  doesn't even hear themselves to hear me,
• 14:38
  I'm gonna say, okay, before I speak to this person,
• 14:41
  I'm gonna speak to a best friend or a soulmate, a soul sibling
• 14:44
  who's gonna hear me so that I can come to this conversation
• 14:47
  not expecting someone to give me something
• 14:49
  they do not have the capacity to give.
• 14:51
  Okay, okay.
• 14:52
  So trust that if you are medicine,
• 14:54
  it's also important for you to be receiving medicine.
• 14:57
  Who is your medicine?
• 14:59
  So who do you lean on to nourish your spirit
• 15:02
  such that you then are in overflow?
• 15:04
  These are the kinds of questions that I invite you to ask.

  Okay, you are medicine, you are our healing,
• 15:10
  you are our highest possibility when you are in yours.
• 15:13
  And in the social world that you are manifesting,
• 15:16
  you have people supporting you and pouring into you.
• 15:20
  And I want to invite you to think,

  if you think of a bridge between you and that world
• 15:24
  where you have served your highest purpose
• 15:26
  and you have served your highest calling.

  Who is there with you?
• 15:31
  So bringing this all together, trust that you are medicine,

  trust that you are healing, trust that you also deserve medicine
• 15:40
  and healing.

  I want to remind you your doubt deprives us of your magic,

  your shrinking keeps us smaller than we feel called to be.

  You are the permission someone seeks,

  you are the invitation,
• 15:52
  someone dreams of receiving,

  you are the vibration that someone is manifesting

  and praying for in this moment, believe in yourself

  because in believing in yourself,

  you believe in our self,

  which is ultimately what we are part of,

  one collective body, one collective healing.

  And if one part of the body doubts itself,

  the rest cannot feel in flow and in wholeness.

  It is deeply important,

  don't think you're being selfish by doing your own work,

  you are being so generous by giving to yourself

  just like each cell needs to be well

  in order for the whole body to be well.

  So when you focus on the cell and you say,

  I'm in a phase of my life where I need to focus on really healing,

  trust that that is a generosity to the whole system

  that you are part of, the organ you are part of,

  the part of the body, maybe the respiratory system,

  maybe you bring life into the collective body,

  you bring fresh air, you bring fresh perspective,

  you bring fresh energy into the body.

  If you need healing, trust that we all need you to do that healing.

  We all need you to do that healing and we thank you.

  We thank you for the work you're doing.

  We thank you for the invisible work you are doing

  in order to show up for your art,
