- 0:00You can do all the best of nutrition if every single day you're living out of fear that nutrition alone is not going to fix it
- 0:05not losing toxins is not going to fix it you got to work on yourself mentally emotionally and spiritually when you smell something
- 0:12It goes directly into your brain right has huge impacts right doesn't get filtered out has huge impacts on your neurology
- 0:18There's so many benefits to rosemary
- 0:20I'm personally neurodegenerative conditions just from smelling
- 0:23Yeah rosemary there is three foods that you would tell people to avoid what would that be number one is ultra-process
- 0:30Foods in general. Yeah, so there's a difference between process and ultra-process
- 0:34You got to get rid of seed oils in general seed oils are gonna be like corn, soybean, safflower, cotton seed, peanut oil, canola oil
- 0:41There is some science to back up what you're saying so I love that number three number three is gonna be
- 0:48Dr. David Jockers my man my friend my brother how are you today? How's it going man Warren Phillips non-toxic dad great to be here
- 0:59I know we go way back like 20 years yeah, and you know great to see you you married my best friend's sister who I knew
- 1:06Before you know it back when she was single before she ever met you and you know it's just amazing
- 1:11You know how far you've come how far I've come and how God's blessed our lives. I'm doing great. How could it be here?
- 1:17Yeah, it's great, man
- 1:18I mean just like all things you got into this for a reason
- 1:22Yeah, you know, yeah, and your heart's good, you know
- 1:24You've always had a great heart. You've always had an eclectic way as well. That's different than most other humans
- 1:30And it's very special very unique to you and you've had a quite a massive impact
- 1:36On the world with the things that you do your a genius researcher you write your own articles for so many years
- 1:42You wrote for health journals and magazines and other people's websites. You're a
- 1:48Special human man, and so glad to know you you're an amazing heart amazing family
- 1:55You do it right. How did you get into this?
- 1:57Why did you become a chiropractor and then yeah, then launch into
- 2:02You know social media and all the things that you've done podcasts
- 2:04I mean just you just had a really worked hard and yes this guy
- 2:09I've never seen someone as is focused and as hardworking as you either like you you have the gifting and in the work ethic
- 2:16It's just it's it creates change. Well, thank you for saying that. I appreciate that and you know
- 2:21I mean it God leads us in unique directions and so I never thought growing up that I would be a doctor like I never once thought about it
- 2:28Never thought I would happen
- 2:30My mom actually became a naturopath and so when I was growing up she was a nurse and then she became a midwife
- 2:37Mm-hmm, and then she became a naturopath, right? I'm such therapist naturopath so she was constantly studying and she would grow her own food and things like that
- 2:45And it's the early 90s. We're on like a macrobiotic diet. We're on like a new diet every every year, you know
- 2:51So she was just changing things around you know as a kid
- 2:54I used to rebel against it
- 2:56But my older brother developed acne all over his face and she would say that's because he's eating all this sugar process chocolate
- 3:02And so I started linking food to how I looked and I was an athlete growing up and she would say, you know like my mom would bake
- 3:10Lyma beans and kale and stuff like that with macrobiotic diet is if you're not aware of it
- 3:15It's super bland. It's like a low fat. I mean it's you and I wouldn't recommend it the only good thing about is it's whole food
- 3:21It's whole food based
- 3:22Beyond that though the actual nutrition principles aren't what I would what I would recommend
- 3:27But what I learned because she would say I would say why do I need to eat this kale and she'd say well
- 3:32That's gonna help your energy. You're gonna, you know
- 3:35You're gonna be better. I was baseball player gonna be better at baseball gonna be better at basketball when she said those words
- 3:39I was like I would eat as much kale as as I need to like pop by exactly like if it's gonna make me better
- 3:44I'm gonna eat it. I'll swallow it down
- 3:47And so she taught me the food I put in my body is gonna impact my performance in life
- 3:54And how I show up in life
- 3:56And I always took that with me
- 3:58And so when I got into college I became a personal trainer over time
- 4:03I got into fitness and
- 4:05You know as a as a teenager at first it was just I wanted to look better
- 4:08I was always told I was so skinny growing up. So I wanted to put on weight
- 4:12So, you know, I was lifting weights trying to eat, you know as much as I possibly could I remember my first nutrition class that I took in
- 4:18In undergrad
- 4:20We had to count up how many calories we were eating and I was eating like 6,000 calories a day
- 4:25Because I was trying to bulk up. Yeah, this is what I needed to do. Can you but but even press that?
- 4:30I know right. It's crazy
- 4:31And no digestion
- 4:34Absolutely. Well, that's what ended up happening
- 4:36Yeah, I always had some issues with my gut
- 4:38But it really hit the family. I was 21 years old
- 4:41And so I was a personal trainer and I was also I also had an evening job working at a grocery store as a stock clerk
- 4:48I was going to school at the same time. So I just you know is that working at right?
- 4:52This is what you do. Yeah, so I would sleep for you know five six hours
- 4:56Right get up and you know personal trainer. You usually see in your clients early in the morning five a.m. Yeah, and back then
- 5:02The nutrition knowledge I had I was actually living a healthier
- 5:06I guess I I had a healthier diet than everybody I knew
- 5:10Because I thought I got to eat whole grains right things like that a lot of things that you know back in
- 5:16The 90s early 2000s. This is what we read in men's health right which is what I would I would read men's health
- 5:21And they would talk about you know eat tuna fish sandwiches and stuff like that
- 5:25I'm gonna eat four tuna fish sandwiches, you know
- 5:28And so in the 80s it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches peanut butter. You got it exactly so
- 5:33So anyways, this is what I was doing. I would eat from the first from the time I woke up and I had to have protein shake
- 5:37But I went to bed and so I would eat you know eight meals a day and
- 5:43And I wasn't sleeping real well, you know, it's pretty stressed right but but working hard, you know
- 5:48Being productive and when you're you know, I was living in a sense like an athlete yeah
- 5:53And eventually it hit the wall where I developed irritable bowel and so I would have intense cramping in my gut
- 5:59I would go for I had orthostatic
- 6:01hypotension where I go from sitting to standing and I would get really dizzy. Yeah, yeah
- 6:06And so here I was trying to eat all this food and I actually started losing weight
- 6:10And so I'm 170 pounds now
- 6:14In the best shape of my life at almost 43 years old, okay back then I think I may have gotten up to about 175
- 6:21Even eating all those you know calories
- 6:24And I actually dropped to start dropping weight went down to about 140 pounds
- 6:30And you know like colleagues, you know different people were we're concerned about me
- 6:35And this is over about a year or two span. I started losing that weight
- 6:40Along that way I realized I need to learn more about nutrition
- 6:43And so I started reading some books made some diet changes
- 6:47Some of them worked a little bit some didn't okay
- 6:50Wasn't actually until I got into graduate school
- 6:53Actually went into chiropractic school and that's a whole nother god story
- 6:55But I had chiropractors at my gym that I was a trainer at
- 6:59And they were like I think you'd really like chiropractic
- 7:01I picked up a book on chiropractic and it talked about
- 7:04Because really I just wanted to be a lifestyle coach right and this book talked about
- 7:10How god designed our bodies to heal themselves right? We need a little healthy lifestyle
- 7:14Talked about the spine related to the nervous system. I said this makes a lot of sense
- 7:18I want to do that chiropractic principles. Yeah, exactly the interference. That's right
- 7:21And so
- 7:22Cositional you got it
- 7:23And so as I started chiropractic school my irritable bowel symptoms were on and off right I would have good weeks bad weeks
- 7:31And so
- 7:32Fortunately I was better than you know at at this point I was 22
- 7:36Better than I was at 21 right diet was better a lot of things had changed
- 7:41They were better, but I still had issues right and when I got chiropractic school
- 7:46I met a friend and he said hey
- 7:48You should check out this website dr. Mercola, right? And this is back in 2004
- 7:54And I read and and he had just put out a book called the no-grain diet. Yeah, and I was like
- 7:59Oh, I eat grains like every single meal, right? Like whole grains every every every meal. Mama said
- 8:04Yeah, exactly. I mean it's whole grains, right? Yeah, and so I was like well, I gotta I'll try it out
- 8:10Right, and so I tried it out and I mean within two weeks. I felt significantly better
- 8:15Yeah, and that actually got me to work because a no-grain diet is really a high protein diet, right? It wasn't
- 8:23Marketed we didn't even know about ketones back then right, but it was about them
- 8:28We knew about its scientific researchers knew about it particularly from their research on epilepsy
- 8:33But as far as understanding like there was nobody writing books on ketones
- 8:39And the ketogenic diet and so back then you know
- 8:43the first kind of term other than
- 8:45Then dr. Mercola's no-grain diet was when I heard you and dr. Pompa talking about the cellular healing diet
- 8:50And I was like, oh, that's basically what I'm doing
- 8:52Yeah, anti-inflammatory does exactly and I read a book called good fats bad fats, right?
- 8:57Or fats that heal fats that kill. That's what it was Udo Erasmus, right?
- 9:00So I was reading these books as I was starting graduate school
- 9:03I love that you'd like know all the book names. Oh, yeah
- 9:06These were books authors. I read Jordan Rubens maker's diet. Yeah, right?
- 9:10And I met him back in you know 2005. He's become a good friend ever since I know a good friend of yours as well
- 9:14But I started reading these books and putting these things in action
- 9:17And I saw massive changes in my own life and my own health to where I had 7 a.m. Classes
- 9:23I'm going to the top of my class in school
- 9:25And so I just saw my brain come alive my body come alive
- 9:28I was able to regain that weight my blood pressure stabilized
- 9:31I remember it's significantly better. I remember your story. Yeah, remember you we took you out to dinner
- 9:36Yeah, after the event and there's Isaac and Dr. Jocker's over there
- 9:40You know and still in school and this little genius
- 9:43sharing all this information we bought you dinner. Yeah, I remember yeah, you were so thankful and you're so kind and
- 9:49Little that I know you know this little firecracker of a human would have the impact that he's having
- 9:54Isaac I always knew you know, I mean that guy is
- 9:57And he's the head of your like yeah student groups and just leadership qualities through the roof
- 10:02I didn't even know we had a sister by the way
- 10:04Wasn't until he like invited her back into the states that you know, we had that
- 10:09You know energy exchange and I'm like that's gonna be my future wife
- 10:12You know, and I we did it right man, you know, yeah, but we got married quick. So yeah
- 10:18It's just it's amazing how life shifts so it's so cool like I've always been so proud of your work
- 10:25The things that you're doing and the truth that you bring to the world and so many people you've helped because then you open to clinic
- 10:31You start helping all this other people with these same, you know with all the information you've read
- 10:37Really drilling down running blood work doing all the things. Yeah, right obviously chiropractic as well
- 10:42That's right. Do you even have a clinic anymore? You know, I don't so I saw patients for 12 years
- 10:47I actually opened my clinic in early 2009
- 10:50So I graduated from car practice school late 2008 and opened the clinic on credit cards and actually lived in my clinic
- 10:58I remember yeah
- 11:00And so I mean it couldn't get a business loan because the economy had crashed right it was at the worst time for our economy
- 11:06Last however many years right and I couldn't get a business loan
- 11:09But I got like credit cards and like a home refinance loan. I didn't have a home
- 11:13But it was really God's way God just showed up and he showed me time and time again. I'm gonna provide for you
- 11:19And you know, I opened the clinic. I had a lot of fear a lot of fear failure
- 11:24worked super hard
- 11:26Overworked right once again exactly there's a theme here and ended up getting sick again. I mean, it's it's an interesting story
- 11:33It's a story. I'll definitely share with my kids the level of hustle that I had
- 11:37Is admirable but not healthy. Yeah, and so I would I would shower in the gym across the street
- 11:44You know working seven days a week and I had a lot of success from the world standpoint
- 11:50Right, but inside I was struggling every day. I had this massive fear of failure
- 11:54I was lonely and so all of those things took a toll actually developed skin cancer
- 12:00And so I was actually sleeping you know non-toxic dad
- 12:03So in my clinic we had a power panel in the back right I was sleeping literally right under that and then
- 12:09When I started my clinic like eventually we moved to digital x-ray
- 12:13But we had a chemical processing x-ray machine in the beginning because it was low cost, right? Yeah
- 12:19And so that was my main bathroom that I used right like I had two bathrooms in my clinic
- 12:25One was for me and one was for my patients and that was like right next to where I slept
- 12:30Was this chemical process or some breathing in these toxic chemicals? I'm sleeping right under a power panel
- 12:36They're making me cringe. So whatever you think of EMF's like I think it's pretty obvious
- 12:40That's not healthy. That's not a healthy sleep environment
- 12:43Not all this research to back. Yeah, exactly. Of course you've read it 100% and so I was setting myself up for some sort
- 12:49You know, I wasn't sleeping a whole lot because I was working all the time
- 12:52I would binge eat at night now binge eating for me
- 12:56Was a lot healthier in most people. I'm not like eating ice cream. Yeah, it's a warrior diet another mccola
- 13:00Yeah, yeah, promoter of he's promoted
- 13:02I would do intermittent fasting, but then it was like I would eat like
- 13:06Ezekiel bread with like coconut oil and blueberries or something
- 13:10I don't know it was something that and and for me
- 13:12I tend to be gluten sensitive and so it was like I thought oh because it sprouted
- 13:17Should be fine. Yeah, it's better. Yeah, it's better. It is better
- 13:20It really significantly reduces the gluten content
- 13:22But there's too many carbs. It was too much you know for my body type
- 13:27Too much gluten and so I ended up developing chronic inflammation that
- 13:32Resulted in actually a skin cancer and skin cancers actually but killed my grandfather
- 13:36So he had a metastatic melanoma which is basically a skin cancer. I've spread throughout his body
- 13:42And actually went into his bones destroyed his bones ended up killing him
- 13:45I mean from some time he was diagnosed a time he died. It was five months. Oh my god. I just ravished his whole body
- 13:52And I grew up in Florida on the beach been sunburn a lot more than somebody should be so certain risk factors
- 13:58I don't believe that melanoma. I don't believe that sunburns are the only cause of melanoma
- 14:03I think it's an inside out thing
- 14:04But yeah, if you're burning your skin you're not helping yourself right and then that's not a good thing
- 14:09And so I was doing that when I was younger interestingly
- 14:12I haven't been sunburned since and I get a lot of sun is I think a lot of it has to do with your diet, right?
- 14:17It puts a huge role, right? I mean 100% it's oxidative stress and if you have just like anything else
- 14:23You can reduce if you're if you're healthier
- 14:26Right, I mean you know the signs but for those listening like if you have if you're eating a lot of antioxidants
- 14:31You're not going to oxidize. That's right
- 14:33So sun and then when you oxidize this is what damages the cell
- 14:36You got it exactly and eating all the seed oils and things like that play a big role
- 14:40And if you're eating a lot more of the more stable fats
- 14:44That's going to be a big factor there and then the antioxidants like you talked about colorful fruits and vegetables
- 14:48So
- 14:49So anyways
- 14:51You know, I developed the skin cancer on my nose
- 14:53I never got it diagnosed
- 14:54But it was just there time and time again right side of my nose
- 14:58And I would look at it in the mirror
- 15:00And I was actually telling patients because part of my why story
- 15:04Why I got into this is seeing what happened to my grandfather
- 15:08Right, he's the one that taught me how to drive
- 15:09Giving me my first job is doing doing
- 15:12Moving his lawn washing his car when I was a teenager
- 15:15So he was a mentor to me right and I watched him die quickly
- 15:18And so I'm telling patients you know a few times a week whenever I do a
- 15:22Talk I'd be talking about how quickly he went right and he had actually
- 15:27In order for that to happen that disease I've been building in his body for years right decades right for it to ravish his system like that
- 15:34And so
- 15:35I'm telling this story, but I'm looking at myself in the mirror thinking there's something not right here
- 15:39And I know like spiritually I knew
- 15:42My life is is whacked right now like I can put on a good face or everybody thinks I'm fine
- 15:46I'm going to church
- 15:47People think on the outside. I'm fine, but I'm not fine. Yeah, like I'm I'm I'm scared of failing
- 15:54That's what's driving me every single day like I knew that I was imbalanced and so
- 16:00I at that period of time I went ahead I bought a house so I could move out of my move out of my clinic right
- 16:08Was walking distance actually believe her not to my to my clinic and I got shower filters right
- 16:15Things to help buffer EMFs. I hired another doctor in there
- 16:20To help obviously offset some of my stress on my workload
- 16:24And so I did things and I actually did a five-day water fast
- 16:29And really focused in spiritually because you know what
- 16:33You can do all the best nutrition if you're if every single day you're living out of fear
- 16:38Right that nutritional loan is not going to fix it
- 16:40You know
- 16:41Toxins is not going to fix it. You got to work on yourself mentally emotionally and spiritually
- 16:47And so that's what I did and over a period about six months that nodule that I had
- 16:52Okay, and I had been there for a year growing
- 16:56Gradually reduced to where you know now you can barely even see it just a very faded little
- 17:03You know basically little scar at this point and you know, I knew I was healed
- 17:08And from there I just got even more passionate about spreading this message and and teaching more people
- 17:15And so over time, you know, I ended up hiring another doctor and kind of delegating my load and then eventually
- 17:21I've always enjoyed the creative element and and so I was writing you you had mentioned how I was writing articles for
- 17:27Other websites and magazines and stuff like that even Mercola, right? Yeah, and from Mercola and so all of that in the beginning
- 17:35It was it was fun to me like I'm like to me. It was like the idea of like
- 17:39Creating something that could be evergreen
- 17:43People could see it people could find it and it would add value to people's lives was like
- 17:47Wow, this is so cool. Yeah, and and it was it was also helping because I would have clients
- 17:54constantly asking the same questions anybody any practitioner knows
- 17:58You're gonna get the same questions over and over and over and over again people are like what do I do for my thyroid
- 18:03What do I do for this? What do I do for that? I'm saying the same things
- 18:06So I just started writing articles on those topics and then I was I would say you know what?
- 18:10That's a great question. I'm gonna send you an article, right? So I a little pen and paper at my adjusting base
- 18:15And I'm like, oh, okay, Jenny needs the article on thyroid. So I would just write Jenny dash thyroid
- 18:20So at the end of the shifts, I would just be sending out articles to my patients and they loved it
- 18:24They'd be sending it to their friends. It was actually a referral source, right?
- 18:28And I was getting exposure from people all over the world people in Australia
- 18:32Israel that wanted to consult with me because they read this and I'm like, this is
- 18:35Really cool. Yeah, yeah, and and I just enjoyed the process in fact
- 18:41Part of de-stressing from constantly. I'm more I'm an introverted person. So
- 18:47I enjoy this kind of interaction. Yeah, but when it's like I'm talking for hours and hours and hours seeing lots of people
- 18:53It just stresses me out so part of the de-stressing would be reading books
- 18:57Writing articles was actually it would actually help balance me, right?
- 19:01And de-stress me and so I'm like, well, what if I could spend more time doing that kind of thing
- 19:06That's just made to me like immediately my my heart and spirit was like that's what I need to do
- 19:12Yeah, that's that's part of my healing process. I need to go I need to spend more time doing this because I enjoy it
- 19:17And I actually want to get it to where like when you're seeing a lot of patients some people are made for that like
- 19:21God just put them on the planet
- 19:23To be or they're extroverted to be around people to be educating people all the time
- 19:29For me, I realized it was a means to an end right and so I started you know gradually reducing
- 19:35Hours to where I was like I was seeing patients maybe 10 hours a week and then um I met my wife
- 19:44Right just like you we moved quickly got married. I got I got a matter from the time I met her
- 19:50To the time we were engaged just four months and four months later we were married
- 19:54And then six weeks after that we conceived
- 19:57And a few months after that we realized we didn't conceive but just one but we actually had twins. Yeah
- 20:03And so yeah, and so we
- 20:05I knew her a year and a half and we had two boys, right? We've been married for married for nine months new stressor
- 20:12Exactly
- 20:14And so I realized you know
- 20:16I need to be home as much as I can, right? Yeah
- 20:19And we ended up yeah, and we ended up having four kids in five and a half years and it was very stressful
- 20:23But it was you know the greatest thing that's ever happened
- 20:26Outside of my salvation and in Jesus Christ. It was the greatest thing that's ever happened is marrying my wife
- 20:31Having four kids of five and a half years. We got a chance to know each other
- 20:35You know good good side ugly side right and work through all of this thing
- 20:39Oh, yeah, you know such a blessing and and that when I had my twins
- 20:44The first year I realized I need to find something that can be more flexible, right?
- 20:50And that was where content creation I realized I'm gonna go all in 100% into this
- 20:56And that's exactly what I did and you know for for my online health website
- 21:02Like I lived off of my clinic for years and just allowed that to kind of grow
- 21:07And um, you know about four years into I think you know anytime you're growing a business
- 21:12This is just business advice. It's like it's like a child
- 21:15Right like your business is like a like a child
- 21:18When you have a child, right? I was just talking to somebody downstairs that has has a 17-month-old
- 21:24It's a lot of input right baby
- 21:27Yeah, yeah, and smiling. Oh, yeah, it was all over that baby
- 21:30Yeah, and so it's like that oh you got to help them with everything
- 21:33You know you're changing diapers super cute, but it's like it's all of your energy. It is it's a lot of energy
- 21:39And that's first several for a few years, right? And then all of a sudden they start getting more independent
- 21:43Right now there's there's a different way of you know a certain way of you got to change your parenting and things like that
- 21:48But it comes a little easier like we have our four kids like my my youngest is three and a half now
- 21:54And it's like my wife and I constantly look at each other. We're like this is like the easier
- 21:57It's not that it's easy because we saw four kids under nine
- 22:02But it's like the easiest we've ever had it. So we don't have the baby stage at this point everybody's potty trained
- 22:08You know, they're not pooping all over the crib and yeah now people tell me teenage years, but you know
- 22:13We haven't gotten there yet. We'll see I'm 13 year old. It's not that bad. Yeah, it's not that bad
- 22:17And so with a business
- 22:20You know if you really wanted to be successful, there's a lot of energy output in the beginning
- 22:24Yeah, okay, and you if you set a good foundation just like with kids
- 22:29Man, it gets so much easier as it goes on and so about four four five years in it just started really really taken off
- 22:36and
- 22:37You know my wife and I we were able to buy a house in an area that we wanted to live in right which is further away from my clinic
- 22:45It was about 45 minutes from my clinic
- 22:47Um, and it was closer to to family closer to you know Isaac who's my best friend who you both you know as well
- 22:54And his family his four kids and we wanted to raise our kids together and
- 22:58From there, I was like I just have to sell my clinic because I don't I want to drive 45 minutes
- 23:02And if something happens to one of my doctors, you know what I mean
- 23:05I've got to go in there every day at that point. I was going in like once a week once every other week
- 23:10And so got in the process ended up selling my clinic and just have been really focused on creating great health content
- 23:18Through blogs infographics
- 23:21podcasting and and YouTube. Yeah, it's amazing content and it's spread all over the world like till you know
- 23:28You should you're doing what you're designed to do bro like you yeah
- 23:31You're you're a wealth of knowledge
- 23:34And speaking of which right let's let's pull out one of these out of you if there is
- 23:40Three foods that you would tell people to avoid
- 23:43What would that be? Yeah, for sure
- 23:45Well, number one is ultra-process foods in general. Yeah, so there's a difference between processed and ultra-processed
- 23:52High polyphenol extra virgin olive oil is a processed food
- 23:55But I would argue that's one of the best things you could put in your body you can get a grass fed
- 24:01You know, no nitrates no chemicals hot dog
- 24:05It actually be really healthy. Yeah, still processed still processed right ultra-process would be like
- 24:11You're in your lays
- 24:13Potato chips right you're all of the
- 24:15The things that really you couldn't find in nature
- 24:19Right and and you look at it and it's just a bunch of different chemical based ingredients right those are things that we definitely need to avoid
- 24:27Um, they're gonna cause all kinds of havoc and drive up inflammation oxidative stress in your body
- 24:32So we got to we got to get rid of the ultra-process foods. We got to get rid of seed oils in general
- 24:36So seed oils are gonna be like corn, soybean, safflower, cotton seed, peanut oil, canola oil
- 24:43Anything that has that in that we got to get rid of right we got to avoid it some flour oil as well
- 24:48Yeah, and so there's a better form I have a question like a hyoleic sunflower oil. It's better
- 24:53But it's because really there's when when it comes to seed oils
- 24:58You definitely want to avoid
- 25:00You don't want a lot of these high omega-6 fats in general, okay? So a high oleic oleic acid is a monoinsaturative fat
- 25:10Right it's more stable. It's what's the main fat in olive oil and avocados a lot more stable fat than these long chain
- 25:16You know polyunsaturative fats that's why I brought it up because it's better
- 25:20So to say that in today's environment that
- 25:23sunflower oil is the best seed oil I would I would agree you would
- 25:28Get in trouble and I and I and I do mention that in videos and I do just lump it all seed oils to avoid the topic at times
- 25:34Yeah, but from what I've researched. Yeah, if you're gonna do a seed oil
- 25:38Yeah, and there's so many other options
- 25:41But sunflower oil
- 25:43Hyoleic sunflower oil say if that shows up in a in a product that you like
- 25:48And it's maybe one or two products now week
- 25:50Unfortunately, they can put in everything but say it shows up in a potato chip. Yeah, um in or organic
- 25:56Version would you still eat that potato chip? You know, I think it depends on how it's being utilized right like some companies
- 26:03Like there's protein powders that have it, but they're using it to they're not cooking it right?
- 26:09So they're using it to kind of like help it flow better right help right the powder actually flow in next better
- 26:15And therefore, it's more stable where I can yeah, whereas you're if you're cooking
- 26:20French fries or potato chips or something like that in it
- 26:23You're completely damaging it and so it's blown oh insaturated probably one of the reasons why it's it's the
- 26:28mono saturated
- 26:29It's a mono unsaturated mono unsaturated. Yes, but if you're cooking something at a high temperature even a mono unsaturated
- 26:34You're gonna damage it unless it has a ton of polyfuel. Yes, right?
- 26:37Maybe in olive oil then it can offset
- 26:39Exactly, some of that oxygen and then that's cooking in avocado oil and olive oil
- 26:45It's okay, but you're
- 26:48oxidizing it. Yeah, and yeah, then you have to waste all those phenols right like well
- 26:52Then that's what's the super food exactly so don't don't kill it use a saturated fat correct coconut oil the easiest one
- 26:59Grass-fed butter. Yeah, hello. Yeah, and so sunflower oil probably the reason why it's the best seed oil is not only can you make it
- 27:06High oleic, but also on top of that it has more vitamin E
- 27:09Which helps stabilize its antioxidant helps stabilize it so it doesn't go random
- 27:13All of those other types of seed oils exactly
- 27:16But again, I wouldn't recommend it if it's cooked now. Yeah, I actually would recommend a good quality olive oil
- 27:22If you're gonna cook with with something it's not a saturated fat
- 27:26Yeah, a lot of people like avocado oil because as a high smoke point, but it has lower levels of antioxidants
- 27:32Than your olive oil if you get a good quality olive oil. Yeah, but you're gonna pay more money for the olive oil and so it's like
- 27:39You're kind of wasting it'll protect the oil the polyphenols unless you just completely smoke it. Yeah, smoke it
- 27:45But it will protect it, but you're also paying a lot for that cooking oil, right? Whereas you can use coconut oil
- 27:50You can use tallow grass-fed butter or something like that. It's just a lot cheaper
- 27:55There are some individuals maybe with like for example a certain genotype apoi fours that
- 28:02tend to do a little bit better on a not such a high saturated fat diet
- 28:08But even for those individuals I still recommend getting for those people. Okay, I recommend
- 28:15Getting leaner cuts of meat, but still cooking in some of the saturated fat just for the stability perspective
- 28:21Now if you're cooking a lot of stuff maybe a little extra virgin olive oil
- 28:23But extra virgin olive oil is best when you're just putting it on your salad or on your meat
- 28:28In the wrong form exactly
- 28:29That's right the best way to cook your meat is not to put herbs on
- 28:33At right away because you're gonna now oxidize ruin those herbs afterwards. Yeah, so they're they're no good
- 28:39It might provide it buffers some of the heterocyclic amines there the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarb information these these
- 28:47You know carcinogenic chemicals. Yeah, yeah, just yeah exactly. And so if you're marinating it
- 28:52It will buffer that yeah, but I would marinate
- 28:55Pre and then actually put them on after as well. Yeah, right for for kind of your best action and then yeah, you know
- 29:01The benefits of rosemary is a great one great one. Yeah, although it smells good tastes good
- 29:06Rosemary actually helps boost the cita coli and in your brain too. So it's great for memory
- 29:11Right, so it's yeah, I just did a video on that. It's like I didn't
- 29:15Would have never thought that a rosemary video, but when you when you I had to shoot it because
- 29:21There's so many benefits to rosemary
- 29:23Persing neurodegenerative conditions just from smelling. Yeah rosemary. Well, you're old factory nervous
- 29:28One of the powers of like essential oils like a fan essential oils and so aroma therapy your old factory bulb
- 29:35Right
- 29:36Which is kind of in your nose when you smell something gets directly back into you know
- 29:42Basically old factory bulbs in your in the back of your brain
- 29:44It goes directly into your brain right has huge impacts right doesn't get filtered out
- 29:49Has huge impacts on your neurology. That's why you don't want to smell mercury and your physiology. Yeah, exactly
- 29:54That's right. It's bypasses
- 29:56Yeah, doesn't it bypass your brain barrier. Yeah, exactly
- 30:00So I mean you also mean to be careful like I think you can over like you if you if you're if you're using
- 30:06Yes, you're using essential oils improperly like I'm just gonna do a bunch of frankincense every day. Well
- 30:12You might not want to do that like yeah, it'll drive a pathway because herbs essential oils
- 30:17They're therapeutic. They're used and then there's tonic herbs. There's therapeutic herbs
- 30:22And then there's food right that you can get nutrients from every day and you can eat them all the time
- 30:27So a tonic herb would be something you could use the atomic goji berry something you can use more often
- 30:32But herbs they have this powerful impact they drive a pathway
- 30:36Into healing yeah, right and it's neat like with herbology and all this stuff you can combine one herb that's gonna kill you and another herb
- 30:44that will
- 30:45Negatively to will stop that herb from killing you like an antidote and you give it together and it can
- 30:51Create energy in your body and create a healing and there's frequency with this stuff. It's yeah
- 30:55It's mind-blowing like the amount of information you can learn
- 30:59I get excited and I get excited talking to people like it's remarkable and you know when it comes to health
- 31:05It's not a more is better. I think yeah, you know, that's what I was doing in my early 20s
- 31:09I thought okay, you were a more is better kind of more is better. I'm doing more right
- 31:14And so it's really finding the sweet spot. That's really what it's all about because a lot of these things are stressors on the body
- 31:20But they they are what we call whoremedic stressors whoremedic stressor is a stressor some sort of stressor that our ancestors
- 31:28Would have encountered, right? So it's kind of our our biology
- 31:33Has dealt with it in the past and knows how to deal with it. Yeah, okay, but if we get too much of that stressor
- 31:40It's going to overwhelm our system overwhelm our ability to adapt like like cold exposure for example
- 31:45Yeah, okay, you know, they say don't go out in the cold. I this is what I learned growing up
- 31:48They'll go out of the cold. You're gonna get sick. Yeah, yeah
- 31:50Everyone says that I mean if you spend too much time in the cold
- 31:52You definitely it will wear down your system. You lose resilience. Yeah exactly and then you can get sick
- 31:58But short-term cold exposure actually makes your body more resilient stronger
- 32:03I mean, you know, there's so many great benefits to it neuro protective all these powerful benefits
- 32:07And now people are certain to realize that with you know doing
- 32:11What is it called cold plunges right cold punches cold showers things like that
- 32:15But you got to get the right amount of stress and when you're stacking all these stressors
- 32:20You know, this is always like you know, I have a best-selling book. I'm fasting and so people are always asking me they're like
- 32:26They're like I heard fastings bad for hormones or fastings bad for women
- 32:30And I'm like well, it could be bad. Yeah, it could be good right if you do it right
- 32:35He is you got to be able to do it right if you're stacking all these stressors on as somebody who's already stressed and doesn't have much resilience
- 32:40Yeah, and they think oh fastings gonna help me they start doing that. It's not gonna be good
- 32:45No, and so you got to get the right amount of hormetic stressors for your body to help prime you
- 32:51And become more so you can become more resilient. That's kind of it's kind of the that's the art
- 32:56Yeah, of being well the art of wellness and help in general exactly. Yeah stress is good like stress in your life
- 33:02Helps your brain think faster. You don't remove stress from your life. Stress is your friend
- 33:07That's right. It's the energy that helps you focus. Yep, and know what's important where it's heading to right it and it's
- 33:13And that's why I like toxicity if you remove the massive amounts of stress the small amount of stress your body can adapt to
- 33:19It's a hormatic stress it can actually get better at detoxing you can start to colonize bacteria
- 33:25Through the ages that can you know remove some of the stuff and we have those yep
- 33:29And that's why wipe them out with antibiotics, right? Yeah, we kill off the candida
- 33:32But we really need to address the source and allow the candida to protect you or what you know parasites even right
- 33:38Hormetic stress
- 33:38Yeah, and this is one of the things I love about what you're doing because you're bringing exposure
- 33:43To toxins and a lot of these toxins a lot many of them are new toxins
- 33:48They're not toxins that our ancestors would have experienced no
- 33:51So we have to build whole new biological pathways in order to deal with these and they're an overwhelming amount of stress in our system
- 33:57And it's kind of like trying to drive with your parking brake on so if you're overloaded with with toxins
- 34:03You're not you got to turn a parking brake off right and as long as our parking brakes on
- 34:08Okay, your car is not going to drive right no
- 34:10And so getting rid of your exposure. I know you're you're big on that helping people be aware of what they're being exposed to
- 34:16And then helping the body to to detoxify itself properly and using you know your binders and things like that to help get these toxins out
- 34:24You're turning off that parking brakes. So now you just hit the gas and feel right you got to go right again exactly
- 34:29Now you're back
- 34:30So
- 34:31The third right we up we went down some rabbit trails. We yeah talked about number one
- 34:36Ultra process process foods. Yeah, I'd love that clarity there. Then we talked about seed oils
- 34:41We hit the
- 34:43Lake like if you see that showing up organic sunflower oil high oleic
- 34:49Not going to end your day
- 34:50Yeah, right that that's again you try to avoid seed oils, but
- 34:54Can drive up your mega sick through can make all kinds of arguments
- 34:57But there is some science to to back up what you're saying. So I love that. Yeah, number three
- 35:03Number three is going to be chemicals right and so pesticides herbicides different chemicals
- 35:08Obviously when you remove the ultra-process foods you're going to get rid of if you were eating a lot of those
- 35:12You're going to get a lot of chemicals
- 35:14But this is also why it's important to go as organic as possible
- 35:18Because you know if you're not getting organic if you're doing an all-conventional based diet
- 35:23Okay, and you're let's say you're eating high protein like I teach, okay
- 35:28Healthy fats you're eating lots of colorful fruits and vegetables, but it's all conventional 100% conventional
- 35:34You were getting probably three times the amount of chemicals as you would from that from your diet as you would if you're eating as
- 35:40Or let's say 60% organic right right and so and I think 60% organic for
- 35:46For most people that are listening to this is realistic. Yeah, okay
- 35:50It's not realistic to do 100% organic. It's just you're not gonna be able to find stuff everything that's
- 35:56That everything organic, but most people are listening to this in today's day and age
- 36:01You can find local farmers. You can find whole food. You know
- 36:05There's some of these grocery stores. You can find you can buy a quarter of a cow
- 36:08You know things like that that there's ways that you can get as much work. You can grow your own
- 36:12Right and get as much organic stuff as possible
- 36:16And so when you do that you're significantly reducing the amount of
- 36:20Pesticides and herbicides are going in your diet, especially with your animal products, right?
- 36:24In fact, that's actually one of the one of the things I learned from
- 36:27From you guys back when I first met you
- 36:30Dr. Pompeo is always like the bio-accumulation, right? The amount biological concentration. It's in
- 36:36Science play 101's right. That's right. So when the the cows eating
- 36:41pesticide laid-in grains right herbicides and pesticide yet glyphosate all these different chemicals and they're eating that
- 36:48That's getting into their meat and dairy products
- 36:50And then when we're consuming that it's gonna get into our body. We can deal with some of it
- 36:54Right, but if we're constantly putting that in every single time we eat we're putting high amounts of that in
- 36:59Um, it's gonna be a problem at some point that toxic bio-accumulation is gonna build up in our system
- 37:04It's like eating the larger fish given the example sardines not that much mercury, but the sardines
- 37:10consumed by a seabass and the seabass is consumed by
- 37:13A grouper and the grouper is consumed by you know, whatever, right?
- 37:16And they're or they're just eating a lot of small fish over and over again
- 37:20Then you get the the law of biological concentration. So the bigger the fish
- 37:24Yep
- 37:25They're eating bigger bigger bait like when you're fishing you got to use a bigger bait to catch a bigger fish
- 37:30Higher concentrations build up in the tissues. This happens in beef. Yeah, it happens in chicken
- 37:36You know, uh, you know your GMO grain, you know, that's being sprayed
- 37:41100% in your concentrating glyphosate and other toxic chemicals. Yep
- 37:46And then that that gets into your body. Yeah, and so in your bio bio-cumulating
- 37:51Absolutely, I don't know when you're thinking about when you're thinking about exactly
- 37:55You got it when you're thinking about diet
- 37:57You should be thinking about I'm going to get the maximal amount of nutrients and the minimal amount of toxins when I'm eating food
- 38:02Maximize nutrients minimize toxic. Exactly. So going as organic as possible is key
- 38:08You know with your animal products trying to find 100% grass fed
- 38:12Wild caught seafood
- 38:14Um, you know, these are kind of term pasture raised. These are the kind of terms you're looking at
- 38:18If you know your farmer even better like we have a local farmer. We get a lot of stuff from
- 38:23Right, we know that they're doing it well
- 38:24Okay, and a lot of times you can have your kids run on the farm. Exactly. People would be surprised. There's actually
- 38:30A lot of local farmers out there. I just don't do a whole lot of advertising
- 38:33But like you just show up at their doorstep and you're like hey, I see you got like 20 chickens like do you guys do eggs?
- 38:39Oh, yeah, yeah, come on over, you know every Sunday or whatever
- 38:42You know, whatever and so a lot of times these there's a lot of
- 38:46Very small time farmers that are doing things right. There's a lot of bigger farmers in different areas
- 38:51You know, I live in an Atlanta area and we're able to get have we have a great farmer. That's you know
- 38:56They deliver to homes and things like that. So we just order we get a whole bunch of stuff works really really well
- 39:02You know, you can grow your own stuff which which is very helpful as well
- 39:06So there's a lot that you can do you just got to start thinking outside the box. I think
- 39:10Where people go wrong is they just immediately hear something? They're like oh 60% are I can't do that too expensive, right?
- 39:16Too expensive. I don't even know where to get it right and they shut it down it's limited thinking they should be thinking
- 39:21That's a realistic goal. How do I figure it out you start doing the math like I always say tell people do the math
- 39:27It's a math. It's a math problem
- 39:28Well, you can't afford it. What are you spending on your food? Well, we're going to McDonald's
- 39:33We're going to Taco Bell twice a week. We're you know pizza this pizza that and then you look at what you can make that for at home
- 39:40Yeah, it's either less
- 39:43Or the same. Yeah, you know and you're paying for convenience and your sacrificing health
- 39:49You're paying for convenience and sacrificing health exactly
- 39:54Will not end well because the convenience you're paying for is going to come back to bite you because you're not
- 40:00Investing into your health. Yeah, so it's not five years ten years live law of biological concentration
- 40:07I have Taco Bell sitting at my house. It still does not smell. It smelled when I bought it a little bit of onions
- 40:13Smell is now gone. I don't know what chemicals in there. Yeah, but you think it's it's in my office
- 40:18You think it'd be rotting right now with tomato and all this stuff absolutely even the McDonald's doesn't smell anymore
- 40:24I don't know if there's like deodorizers. Maybe it's the seed oils that are sequestering the
- 40:29The bacteria so you know the bacteria isn't colonizing right
- 40:33In the bags all greasy and you know, it's it's not food. It's not alive. It's dead food
- 40:39Yeah, when when food is spoiling its bacteria
- 40:42That are eating it and then pooping out endotoxin or toxins basically and it's same thing with our body like when we have gas
- 40:50Reason why our stool stinks is because of these endotoxins that are released that ideally are getting out of our body
- 40:56But that's why food should like natural foods if you let them sit out banana. It's gonna stink. Yeah, right eggs
- 41:03Right, they're gonna stink. That's the way it's supposed to be. That's the way these bacteria are breaking your body and you stink
- 41:09Yeah
- 41:10You stink for a reason right have toxins that are coming out through because you're living because you're living because you're alive
- 41:15Yeah, exactly. I mean it's key processing. You got exactly and these these bacteria their job is to break down decaying matter
- 41:22And so if something's not decaying
- 41:25What is it you know that's the question we got to ask there and you know they say
- 41:29The illiterate of the 21st century are not those who can't read and write right? This is an issue that you know
- 41:35Generations passed
- 41:37Wasn't necessarily easy to figure out like a lot of people were illiterate and they couldn't read and write in 21st century
- 41:41We can read and write right if you listen to this podcast you can read and write
- 41:45They say the illiterate of the 21st century are not the are those who can't learn something
- 41:50Realize it's actually
- 41:52Misinformation right or it's not serving you in the way that it's not leading you
- 41:56Where you want to go in life and then choose to unlearn it and relearn new strategies and new a new way of approaching things
- 42:04And that's really you know if you've been taught to believe that all food is the same
- 42:10You got to unlearn that and relearn new strategies. This is just not going to get you where you want to be
- 42:14I would I would imagine 90% of America believes
- 42:19That all food is the same the calorie calorie out principles low fat diet
- 42:24Like you when I realized that people didn't know this stuff and it was being shared around the world
- 42:31And you're reaching 10 million 15 million people a month that woke me up to
- 42:36My and I'm going to ask you your greatest fear
- 42:39We're concerned in the world as people don't have this knowledge. Yeah, like the lack of you know our
- 42:45The quote scripture our people perish for lack of knowledge right and so toxicity
- 42:49um
- 42:50Really the root cause is people don't understand right yeah, they're they don't it's lack of knowledge
- 42:56lack of knowledge is toxicity because if you can
- 42:59gain knowledge and from that knowledge you can gain gain wisdom
- 43:03And then from that wisdom that truth that you have you can great understanding and understanding that this can and will change my life
- 43:10It will improve how I feel how I'm connected to God and nature and my family
- 43:15Like if you can motivate yourself with this energy that we're sharing right now
- 43:19Hmm and make a change your life could rapidly you know how you're your life rapidly right now is going like this down
- 43:26Take that energy thank it for teaching me that this path is not for me any longer and then watch
- 43:33Applying some of the principles that you teach that I'm teaching
- 43:36Thousands of other influencers that are working hard to educate you through
- 43:41Laughter we're trying everything everything we can possibly do to reach into your heart so that you can hear the truth
- 43:48It's not easy doing what you do. It's not easy doing. I do and in thousands of others
- 43:52It's not easy being a mom for crying out loud. It takes work. You talked about the stress of raising children
- 43:57But we're dancing
- 43:59You know like in a in a show you know to get you to hear the truth using
- 44:05Science using laughter using comedy
- 44:08Using all the tools of communication song emotion
- 44:13Why
- 44:15It's not about money. It's about reaching people
- 44:18We don't that's right
- 44:20We don't think like that anymore. We've made the mistake of grinding and making money and doing all those things
- 44:26It's toxic. Yeah, because at the end you have money and you have stuff that steals time away from the things that matter
- 44:34Yeah, you know, and again, yes, we have the luxury of of getting that wisdom because some people are still trying to find that
- 44:40Right because our dads or because of you know trying to prove ourselves
- 44:44Same thing dad. I just want to earn your approval like all the things that drove me
- 44:48um
- 44:49It's toxic toxic mindset. So that toxic mindset that that you spoke of
- 44:54The the we are illiterate in the 21st century not because we can't read and write is because we can't learn
- 45:02Something new and we're so programmed to believe this as true our unconscious minds
- 45:08We don't want to learn if we learn something new it'll stress us out
- 45:11It'll the the foundations of our belief structure because we've built a foundation on sand
- 45:17Right, you built your business on a good foundation so that it could grow without you
- 45:21If you build your life on principles like all food is the same
- 45:26If you build your life on that principle your foundations of your life will lead you to disease
- 45:31100% of the time there's no way of avoiding that
- 45:34And so here we are
- 45:36Yeah, absolutely, and you know just piggybacking off what you said
- 45:38I think it's Jose have four six where my people perished for a lack of knowledge
- 45:42But I believe that there's another translation of my people perished for a lack of vision
- 45:47And so knowledge is you know getting knowledge about about the world right listening to this podcast
- 45:53You're getting some knowledge
- 45:54But vision is really taking that knowledge and putting it into application
- 45:58Like how is that knowledge now going to to impact your life and your future?
- 46:03And so you got to have a vision you got to have a compelling vision for your life
- 46:07And that compelling vision will allow you to take knowledge that you learn and actually put it in the process
- 46:13Yes, and that's so critical right because people can learn stuff
- 46:16You and I have learned stuff more like oh probably be a good idea like I mean, I know in my marriage
- 46:21It's like okay, you know, this person is giving advice on marriage
- 46:25And I'm like that's probably a good idea and then I forget about it
- 46:27Yeah, I'm not putting it into action. I'm like oh, you know what I shoot with that into action my wife will love that
- 46:33And so I think that's this is what we have to do right is taking knowledge
- 46:39And if we feel like that knowledge can really help me impact my life and make my future better
- 46:45Let's put that into practice and that's the visionary component. Yeah, every area of our lives
- 46:50Yeah, I think as once you learn that skill right that you need a compelling vision
- 46:54So and we've done this I do this in my life. I know that that's what I need
- 47:00So when I'm my back hurt and I share this on podcast
- 47:02I've visioned and visioned my life
- 47:04Not being able to pick up my kids and my back hurting and saying daddy. Why can't you pick me up? Why can't you carry me to bed?
- 47:10So there's the pain you feel that right it hurts
- 47:14So I created a compelling vision of throwing my kids up in the air
- 47:18Being strong and yeah, being that for my children
- 47:21I created that vision because I know I needed that
- 47:24Because I I'm busy. I don't want to go to the PT
- 47:28I don't want to exercise my core and if I didn't I have a trainer come into my house
- 47:34Because I know if I don't do that. I'm not going to go to the gym. So for me
- 47:37I have to pay for that. I have to put an investment
- 47:40They have to show up my house so that I'll wake up in the morning because I'm just not I'm just not that guy
- 47:45Like I don't I don't you know
- 47:47I'm not going to be the TRT influencer
- 47:49You know sure that that wants to look a certain way. I just want to be a great dad
- 47:54That's my compelling vision for my life. I want to be a better husband a better father
- 47:58And I implement things because
- 48:01when I do
- 48:03That part of my life gets better and my foundation gets better and gets stronger and I become happier
- 48:08So it there's this beautiful feedback loop which talks back to the downward spiral that you're living right now
- 48:15And you knew here this podcast two guys that are sick. We've both done it wrong. We've done wrong in our marriages
- 48:20We've done it wrong raising our children. We've done it wrong in our diets even healthy diets
- 48:25But you have an opportunity to learn
- 48:27You have an opportunity to be inspired to create a compelling vision of your life
- 48:31Of energy of clarity of connection to nature and God again like this stuff can happen for you
- 48:37Yeah, and I think we're not special. I'm not special. That's right. And let's let's let's elevate let's you know
- 48:43You know get that free. Yeah, I don't want to add something to that like when you were struggling with something like when I had health struggles
- 48:50Right periods of time when my wife was upset at me when I was having all this fear of failure in my business
- 48:56Mm-hmm. I was very vulnerable when you if you're out there in your listening and you're struggling in your health
- 49:02Whatever area your career your relationships. Yeah, it puts you in a place of vulnerability
- 49:07Mm-hmm, and when you're vulnerable
- 49:10Knowledge is not gonna
- 49:13Good to get knowledge knowledge is always good to get
- 49:15But knowledge alone is not gonna move you into a place of victory, right?
- 49:21And so that's where the compelling vision has to come in when you hurt your back
- 49:25Right, I actually tore my bicep didn't march tore my bicep tendon
- 49:29Right like I was vulnerable
- 49:31Okay, and and God has a way of kind of revealing he wants us to be vulnerable because ultimately
- 49:37He wants us in a place where you know, we are
- 49:41You know, basically we're fully
- 49:44You know, we're dying to ourselves right and we're in a place where we are reliant on him and he actually wants trust exactly
- 49:50Trust and so he wants us. It was actually a beneficial thing for him
- 49:54You know Paul says when when I am weak
- 49:57He is strong, right?
- 49:59And so it's a principle you got it and I don't care who you are
- 50:02That's right and that's a vision right there. It's compelling vision
- 50:05And so we're all gonna go through periods of struggle in our life
- 50:09By having that compelling vision to know that okay
- 50:14In this moment, I'm vulnerable because I feel weak, right? Mm-hmm
- 50:18But God can show up through me and having that compelling vision
- 50:21That's going to help you take those next steps
- 50:24Whether it's you know changing your diet making nutrition changes starting to exercise going to PT if you're physical therapy or something like that if you're
- 50:31Injured right whatever it is right some of these things seem big when you're in a vulnerable state
- 50:36Okay, sometimes people are like oh my gosh. I got a detox. I got to do this to detox
- 50:42I got to get my my mercury fillings
- 50:45Right like I gotta get out of my house. I got molded in my home. Right? Are you kidding me?
- 50:49Like I just spent all this money renovating my house. It's a very vulnerable state. Yeah
- 50:54Scary, but God can show up for you and he wants to show up for you
- 50:58And if you have a compelling vision you're gonna allow him to move on your behalf
- 51:03And I think that you're gonna get where you want to get removing that fear
- 51:08Living in trust. Mm-hmm. I'd like to say you know some of the in layman's turns everything is
- 51:14You know, it's working out as it's intended and if you allow the process
- 51:17You know people say trust the process and there's lots of different language patterns
- 51:22You can say but if you don't allow the process it'll never happen. We stop it right because we get into fear and we start making
- 51:30Emotional and rational decisions and this is getting into a psychology
- 51:34You know and you know and obviously spiritual place, but you know, it's some of the real
- 51:41Real juice that wakes up a human soul, right? Yeah to change
- 51:46I love that you add that to what you do and you understand
- 51:49Of course if you've been at this long enough you understand that's the these core beliefs are so critical
- 51:54You know to to our health to our families to the future
- 51:58that being said
