- 1:24Speaker 2: Woody Show. We got let's see the birthday's point of birthdays.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Trending news headlines coming up for you today is world
- 1:32Speaker 2: Snorkeling Day. I did see a shark one time. I
- 1:36Speaker 2: was in Hawaii and I was snorkling, and it was
- 1:38Speaker 2: pretty far down there. Still the area that where it
- 1:40Speaker 2: was like a nurse shark and it was just kind
- 1:43Speaker 2: of going along the bottom baby, And still I was
- 1:45Speaker 2: out scared. I went right back to the boat. Did
- 1:48Speaker 2: not like that.
- 1:48Speaker 5: I hope you didn't start splashing around because that's what
- 1:50Speaker 5: they're looking for.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Scared.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Did you say, nurse, it's a thing, the nurse shark.
- 1:58Speaker 6: I thought it was a NERF shark. NERF Yeah, like
- 2:02Speaker 6: a NERF yeah really yeah, nurse your whole life NERF.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Like like nurses, doctors, hospital.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Nurse, nurse really shark, yeah, some kind of version of NERF.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Now the bull shark is no good that like nurse
- 2:17Speaker 2: shark that they really won't mess with you.
- 2:19Speaker 1: So I'm looking at a nurse a nurse shark bite
- 2:22Speaker 1: and they will do that, but they have these little
- 2:24Speaker 1: like those little tiny teeth. Who cares. It'll still like
- 2:29Speaker 1: rip your skin up, but you're not going to lose
- 2:30Speaker 1: an arm.
- 2:30Speaker 5: But the bull shark is the one you think of
- 2:32Speaker 5: when you think of a shark.
- 2:33Speaker 2: No, great white is what I think of when I
- 2:35Speaker 2: think of.
- 2:35Speaker 5: A bull shark and hammerhead sharks. How do you take
- 2:38Speaker 5: them seriously?
- 2:39Speaker 1: Wonky dare to make fun to make fun of their face?
- 2:44Speaker 1: I feel like with hammerheads, you could you just grab
- 2:46Speaker 1: their eyes and can't bite me.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Can't bite me.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Always like having someone in a full nelson. Yeah, open
- 2:56Speaker 1: their mouths. Yeah, it's scary, but yeah, I like it.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I like those videos that you see, and it's these
- 3:00Speaker 2: shark experts. They're telling you what to do when you're
- 3:03Speaker 2: face to face with the shark.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It's likeady, you put your hand out and as they're
- 3:08Speaker 4: coming towards you, and then as they make contact with
- 3:11Speaker 4: your hand, you lead them away.
- 3:13Speaker 5: There was also one where they say you're supposed to
- 3:16Speaker 5: flip them over because it like paralyzed, you can just
- 3:18Speaker 5: get really up in there and flip them over.
- 3:20Speaker 2: This this was just they swim up to you and
- 3:24Speaker 2: they're because they're they're coming up out of curiosity, right,
- 3:26Speaker 2: They're not like bolting towards You're not sprinting towards you
- 3:29Speaker 2: like a shark sprint right.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Some in fast.
- 3:32Speaker 2: It's real slow, like a real slow approach and as
- 3:34Speaker 2: the as the shark reaches it just kind of like
- 3:36Speaker 2: almost like Jedi mind hand thing. Yeah, they're supposed to
- 3:40Speaker 2: lead them away. One of the first comments was like, well,
- 3:42Speaker 2: how are they even going to see if I'm there
- 3:44Speaker 2: if there's just a big cloud of coca, like a
- 3:48Speaker 2: smoke screen of coca, because you've crapped your pants because
- 3:51Speaker 2: all of a sudden, this giant shark is just swimming
- 3:53Speaker 2: towards you.
- 3:54Speaker 6: So I did look into it, because the first time
- 3:58Speaker 6: I heard about a nurse shark was from Big Boy
- 4:02Speaker 6: from Alcast. He did MTV Cribs, and he might have
- 4:05Speaker 6: pronounced it wrong because he had one.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Well, of course every rapper on MTV Cribs had an
- 4:12Speaker 2: aquarium that had a shark in it. And every single
- 4:15Speaker 2: one of those rappers also had a Scarface poster somewhere
- 4:18Speaker 2: in their house.
- 4:19Speaker 7: And they also say it was instead of Earth.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Me Ast, you something, that Scarface was the dumbest movie, dumb.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And the shark's name was Billy Ocean. By the way.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 4:31Speaker 2: So this guy in Georgia, he's recovering he fought off
- 4:34Speaker 2: a shark that attacked him while he was swimming with
- 4:36Speaker 2: his pregnant fiance.
- 4:37Speaker 1: This is in Daytona Beach.
- 4:39Speaker 8: Uh.
- 4:40Speaker 2: He says that he pushed his fiance to safety before
- 4:42Speaker 2: battling the shark and making it back to shore. He
- 4:45Speaker 2: was taking the hospital for treatment and uh, yeah, I
- 4:48Speaker 2: mean so they say the unprovoked shark attacks are extremely rare,
- 4:52Speaker 2: despite what you might see or hear or think.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to go out and provoke. Yeah,
- 4:56Speaker 1: you want to start, you don't want to start teasing it.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Well, what would constitute provoking? That could even just be
- 5:03Speaker 2: like excessive splashing around and stuff, right, well, because that
- 5:05Speaker 2: would provoke, That would make them believe.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I don't try to flex in the ocean. It's like
- 5:10Speaker 1: someone's blaming the victim.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Any kind of like shiny like rings.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Or anything that makes you look like fat seal.
- 5:19Speaker 1: A provoked shark attack includes, uh, basically, when you approach
- 5:23Speaker 1: a shark and try to mess with it, that's the
- 5:24Speaker 1: only time, not just like doing human stuff, popping it
- 5:28Speaker 1: around because.
- 5:29Speaker 2: This guy got a bit on the leg. But dude,
- 5:31Speaker 2: I mean, do how much hero action does he deserve for.
- 5:35Speaker 4: The rest of his life?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Yeah, pushing her out of the way to safety and
- 5:39Speaker 2: then battling the shark in her honor.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Greg will say she's already pregnant, so she's already ruined.
- 5:48Speaker 7: Monster.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's ruined with your baby, right, that's true. Does
- 5:53Speaker 2: that make a difference?
- 5:53Speaker 5: But is that why most people just get like a
- 5:55Speaker 5: bite on the leg or a bite on the side
- 5:56Speaker 5: because they try us and we taste gross and they
- 5:58Speaker 5: move on.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah, well we're not what they want because we don't
- 6:02Speaker 2: have the although i'd be very fatty and probably very
- 6:05Speaker 2: delighted marbling marble. Yeah, rich, I taste just like a seal.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I never liked humans before, but this woody guy, this one,
- 6:15Speaker 2: I tell you what I'm like, the wagoon of humans
- 6:18Speaker 2: to the sharks. Yeah, i'd tell its International Day of Friendship.
- 6:22Speaker 2: It is National Father in Law Day. Uh, it's National
- 6:26Speaker 2: intern Day. Those are always good ideas if you can
- 6:28Speaker 2: even find an internship now although now yeah now they're paid.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Yeah weird.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And then uh and then today is National Cheesecake Day
- 6:40Speaker 2: and it's National Chili Dog Day.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Let's go to chili dog both at the same time. Yeah,
- 6:47Speaker 1: what chili dog and cheese.
- 6:50Speaker 5: That's all the hot dog and the cheese.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Well, it's kind of like we were talking about that
- 6:54Speaker 2: that Oscar Meyer Wiener cake cake. But itiers Yeah, it was.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Rated pretty much the same thing we're talking about. Almost.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it doesn't sound good. What was the there was?
- 7:07Speaker 2: They made like an ice cream hot dog? So it
- 7:10Speaker 2: wasn't a hot dog that was there's no pork, but
- 7:12Speaker 2: how like the choco taco looked.
- 7:14Speaker 7: Like a chaco.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, it still exists. Cool dog, Cool Dog.
- 7:18Speaker 1: No sorry, rise and fall of cool Dog, Cool Dog.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Oh no, it was a Boston area. Was think of
- 7:25Speaker 1: a jig. Yeah, but it had a little look eminem was.
- 7:27Speaker 2: On top of Yeah, looked kind of Yeah. We tried
- 7:31Speaker 2: this once at the Iowa State Fair. Do you remember
- 7:33Speaker 2: the ice cream spaghetti? Yes, yeah, so it was they
- 7:37Speaker 2: put the vanilla ice cream through an extractor, so they
- 7:39Speaker 2: pushed it through it.
- 7:40Speaker 1: It looked like, uh, the noodles.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and then they have like a strawberry sauce that
- 7:44Speaker 2: went on top, and then every flakes and then flakes
- 7:46Speaker 2: of coconut. Greg, you were there, Yeah, I was eating
- 7:52Speaker 2: like cheese curd. Do you remember our station there we
- 7:54Speaker 2: would go for the Iowa State Fair. Absolutely, yeah, it
- 7:57Speaker 2: was that trip.
- 7:57Speaker 4: But I don't know if I was with you when
- 7:58Speaker 4: you got them. You were all walking the fair grounds together.
- 8:02Speaker 6: I was something else and we ate it again in
- 8:05Speaker 6: studio and yeah, when Tony spit in your mouth with the.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Food, okay, I remember that. That was marshmallows or no,
- 8:11Speaker 4: that was a bagel. See you only remember things on
- 8:13Speaker 4: Tony like baby bird and something into Well, then make
- 8:16Speaker 4: it more sexy and I'll remember, all right.

- 11:39Speaker 1: exactly sensa Woody Show.
- 11:44Speaker 2: We all welcome. Yeah, it's another new hour. Body, Greg
- 11:50Speaker 2: Minis Gina grad.
- 11:51Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Phones open eight seven seven forty four Wooding send us
- 11:56Speaker 2: a text over to two.
- 11:57Speaker 1: To nine eight seven. A lot of people have.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Been talking about this professor from Alcorn State University. His
- 12:05Speaker 2: name is doctor Jason Gibson, and he posted a video
- 12:10Speaker 2: on social media explaining how he busted and failed thirty
- 12:13Speaker 2: two of his students. Oh yeah, because they used AI
- 12:17Speaker 2: to cheat on an exam. And I guess what he is?
- 12:21Speaker 2: He hit a prompt into the question, and so this
- 12:25Speaker 2: is Professor Gibson explaining exactly what he is.
- 12:28Speaker 11: So this discussion post was a portion of my student's
- 12:31Speaker 11: midterm And if you look, looks normal, right. But if
- 12:35Speaker 11: you copy and paste this in white ink, I hid
- 12:39Speaker 11: placed the word Madagascar somewhere in the response in a
- 12:43Speaker 11: way that makes no sense.
- 12:46Speaker 2: All right, So Greg, let me explain this to you.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Please do it all right. So let's say you're on
- 12:50Speaker 2: a website and you see the text of a news story,
- 12:52Speaker 2: a news article, and you're reading it okay, and it looks,
- 12:56Speaker 2: you know, to be all normal, but in the white
- 12:59Speaker 2: margins of like between the paragraphs, he hid extra text
- 13:04Speaker 2: that you don't see with your eye because the text
- 13:06Speaker 2: is in white font font got it right, So it
- 13:09Speaker 2: just blends in. Now, if you just read the assignment
- 13:12Speaker 2: and then you wrote his paper, you wouldn't have seen
- 13:15Speaker 2: anything about whatever that was Mata and to add that
- 13:19Speaker 2: somewhere that makes no sense into your But when you
- 13:22Speaker 2: just drag and copy because you're highlighting it, it now displays,
- 13:26Speaker 2: it uncovers, almost like a disappearing ink kind trick.
- 13:29Speaker 1: You'll see that. But that's what the AI still reading
- 13:32Speaker 1: it right, So.
- 13:34Speaker 2: That you just pop that in the AI, it throws
- 13:36Speaker 2: in there's some random crap about Madagascar that makes no.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Sense, and now he knows that you used AI.
- 13:42Speaker 4: Got it? Wow.
- 13:44Speaker 6: Yeah, that's an old school trick with LinkedIn. When you
- 13:47Speaker 6: put in your resume, you put in like all this
- 13:49Speaker 6: extra stuff in white font in your resume, so it
- 13:52Speaker 6: triggers because not an actual person is reading your resume, no,
- 13:56Speaker 6: so it triggers the system because they're looking for keywords too,
- 14:00Speaker 6: and you put like a thousand keywords in there.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Remind me about the job by application process. I want
- 14:04Speaker 2: to come back to that, but let's finish up with
- 14:06Speaker 2: the professor AI here inc.
- 14:08Speaker 11: I hear it place the word Madagascar somewhere in the
- 14:12Speaker 11: response in a way that makes no sense. So if
- 14:17Speaker 11: Madagascar was somewhere in my student's response in a way
- 14:20Speaker 11: that did not make sense, I knew that they copy
- 14:24Speaker 11: it and paste the entire thing and just threw it
- 14:27Speaker 11: in ai yep or busted double dumb.
- 14:31Speaker 12: Because they did that. But then they didn't proofread their
- 14:33Speaker 12: paper at all. You should have read through it been
- 14:36Speaker 12: like what is this crap?
- 14:37Speaker 5: Or at the very least just retype it.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Yeah, like these no idea what the subject matter is
- 14:44Speaker 2: or what you're even talking about in this paper. Maybe
- 14:47Speaker 2: you figured out Madagascar must be something. Back to job advocate,
- 14:54Speaker 2: I've seen a lot of this, and it's been a
- 14:56Speaker 2: long time since I've sent a resume to get a job.
- 15:00Speaker 2: You know, it just hasn't happened. That's not the way.
- 15:03Speaker 1: It's not the way it really works in this industry, especially.
- 15:05Speaker 2: After you've been in it for a while. Like people
- 15:07Speaker 2: will call you and go, hey, we're interested in you know,
- 15:09Speaker 2: talking to you about this opportunity. Right, So it's been
- 15:12Speaker 2: a long long time, so I see how it happens though,
- 15:15Speaker 2: because I've hired people for this show and how you know.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Now it's like you upload a resume into the company
- 15:22Speaker 2: portal for the job applicants and it all gets forwarded
- 15:25Speaker 2: to some other like thing, this thing I got to
- 15:28Speaker 2: log into to see the applicants and blah blah blah
- 15:31Speaker 2: blah blah. But one thing I've seen a lot online
- 15:33Speaker 2: now is that the interview that they're doing with people
- 15:37Speaker 2: is just an AI bot. So it's a it's a
- 15:40Speaker 2: video of an AI bot and Greg, you're talking to
- 15:43Speaker 2: this quote Nurson. Yeah, and that's your initial interview with
- 15:48Speaker 2: the company.
- 15:49Speaker 5: I feel so stupid talking to that.
- 15:51Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking, Like, you can't even have
- 15:54Speaker 1: one person who's talking.
- 15:55Speaker 2: You've narrowed it down, you've used your AI, you've used
- 15:58Speaker 2: whatever electronics system to narrow down this handful of applicants
- 16:02Speaker 2: that you even want to talk to in the first place.
- 16:04Speaker 2: You can't have just a person spend five minutes talking
- 16:07Speaker 2: to applicants that now it's and so people are figuring
- 16:10Speaker 2: out now how to game that or just to make
- 16:12Speaker 2: it entertaining.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Have you seen some of those videos?
- 16:14Speaker 13: No?
- 16:15Speaker 2: Yeah, they're just type an AI interview AI job interview,
- 16:19Speaker 2: like on Instagram and stuff, and you'll see a bunch
- 16:21Speaker 2: of them.
- 16:21Speaker 6: Pop up if you're interviewing for a job in tech.
- 16:24Speaker 6: It's one of the most frustrating things of life. I
- 16:27Speaker 6: have friends that have applied and worked at Facebook aka Meta.
- 16:32Speaker 6: You go through eight to nine interviews before you even
- 16:36Speaker 6: get hired. Are they even say no? Yeas takes a
- 16:39Speaker 6: long time. So now looking back, we had our own struggles.
- 16:43Speaker 6: Like back in the day, things were more difficult now
- 16:45Speaker 6: as easy as things have become now when it comes
- 16:48Speaker 6: to you know, researching something like legitimately researching something, not
- 16:51Speaker 6: just popping something in the AI.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Remember having to go down the library and I was
- 16:56Speaker 1: explaining this yesterday to the kid.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Yeah, and all of your classmates, everybody in your grade
- 17:01Speaker 2: was doing the same assignment on the same subject, the
- 17:04Speaker 2: same time period in history, and you had to write
- 17:06Speaker 2: a paper on it and was gone, Yeah, because everybody
- 17:09Speaker 2: was looking for the same materials, the same you know,
- 17:11Speaker 2: source materials and to get their information.
- 17:13Speaker 1: All the good stuff was gone. Yes, And the best you.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Could do was find someone who had written a paper
- 17:17Speaker 5: like two years ago and buy theirs. That was the
- 17:19Speaker 5: best you could do when it came to cheating.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Or if you knew somebody with encyclopedia.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Right, I'll tell you this microfi card, catalogs and all
- 17:29Speaker 2: those things. That was such a pain in the ass.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Now it's now it's super easy, but now difficult. You
- 17:34Speaker 1: used to be able to send a resume and get
- 17:36Speaker 1: somebody on the phone and talk to them.
- 17:37Speaker 4: And the cool thing with physical resumes that you would send,
- 17:40Speaker 4: you could get creative and you know, like, yeah, send
- 17:43Speaker 4: other stuff with it.
- 17:44Speaker 12: Didn't you do that?
- 17:45Speaker 4: I did that?
- 17:46Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I told you.
- 17:47Speaker 2: I sent a I sent a tape, demo tape and
- 17:50Speaker 2: my resume in a giant refrigerator box. It was the
- 17:54Speaker 2: only thing in this box. And it showed up at
- 17:56Speaker 2: the program director's office. This big refrigerator box got delivered
- 18:00Speaker 2: and I got to call immediately.
- 18:01Speaker 5: I'm sure you didn't you like send them on a hand.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Yeah. I stole a hand off a mannequin and then
- 18:06Speaker 4: I wrote on the fingers I heard you needed a
- 18:08Speaker 4: hand with the show.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Yeah, And I got the job. The other one that
- 18:13Speaker 1: I did was this is when the you know, the
- 18:16Speaker 1: food saver that makes your own little vacuum sealed bags
- 18:19Speaker 1: and stuff.
- 18:19Speaker 4: I want one of those.
- 18:20Speaker 2: You haven't seen one of.
- 18:21Speaker 12: Those Morgans never use that like industrials.
- 18:23Speaker 1: No, you can get it anywhere civilians get it, So
- 18:27Speaker 1: basically you can.
- 18:28Speaker 2: You can you know, vacuum seal. Like just like you
- 18:32Speaker 2: go you go to Costco and you buy a ton
- 18:33Speaker 2: of chicken, but you know you're a single person. Yeah,
- 18:36Speaker 2: you could put like two chicken breasts in each one
- 18:37Speaker 2: to seal them up and then open it up and
- 18:39Speaker 2: then maybe reseal it, right, food Saver.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I'm like, man, so I was.
- 18:42Speaker 13: I was.
- 18:43Speaker 2: I just thought it was fun just to make the bags,
- 18:46Speaker 2: and then I was applying for this job at the
- 18:47Speaker 2: same time, like, oh, you know, it'd.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Be kind of cute vacuum seal.
- 18:51Speaker 2: I made a fake bag of blood so that looks that,
- 18:55Speaker 2: you know, looked like one of those, you know, like
- 18:57Speaker 2: the Red Cross would have. And I put a label
- 18:59Speaker 2: on it, I said, looking for fresh blood, looking for
- 19:02Speaker 2: new blood.
- 19:04Speaker 12: Did they weren't craped out?
- 19:06Speaker 13: No?
- 19:06Speaker 1: I use like corn starch and water and some red
- 19:08Speaker 1: food dye. And just put it in there. Yeah, they
- 19:11Speaker 1: thought that was cute, Yeah, and it got attention.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Or you can't do that today because people would even
- 19:15Speaker 2: do stuff like we don't put their resume on a
- 19:18Speaker 2: different color piece of paper because everybody's sitting in white paper,
- 19:20Speaker 2: but the green one.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Would show up.
- 19:22Speaker 5: Or those annoying a holes would like a glitter bomb.
- 19:24Speaker 6: I'll tell you this though, with all this information available,
- 19:27Speaker 6: people are still so lazy.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Well, I think the more information is readily available, the
- 19:33Speaker 1: dumber we become.
- 19:35Speaker 2: There you have to do.
- 19:36Speaker 1: You don't have to know anything because you can just
- 19:38Speaker 1: access it when you need it.
- 19:39Speaker 5: I am so scared of the next generation's doctors. I
- 19:41Speaker 5: can't even tell you, like what are they actually learning?
- 19:44Speaker 4: But I don't know.
- 19:45Speaker 2: But if they have access to the information, they can
- 19:47Speaker 2: figure it out on the fly, as long as they
- 19:49Speaker 2: can pop it into the computer. What my symptoms are
- 19:51Speaker 2: and here I can swallow this camera, you know, have
- 19:54Speaker 2: one crawled my ass for a couple of minutes, and
- 19:55Speaker 2: they can, you know, diagnose me like you know pet boys,
- 19:59Speaker 2: does they?
- 20:00Speaker 7: The car is Yeah, but it.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Wasn't even that long ago that doctors didn't sit at
- 20:04Speaker 4: a computer when they were with you. Yeah, nowadays, it's
- 20:07Speaker 4: rare that they.
- 20:10Speaker 1: It's it's so rare for everyone even making the extra effort.
- 20:14Speaker 6: Like if I meet with anybody, I've already gone to
- 20:16Speaker 6: their LinkedIn and like read everything about the company. People
- 20:19Speaker 6: don't even do that at all. That's why I hate
- 20:22Speaker 6: like doing group meetings because I'm like, I've over prepared.
- 20:26Speaker 6: I know the person that I'm meeting with, I know
- 20:27Speaker 6: what college they went to, i know like all the
- 20:29Speaker 6: talking points that I've put together, and then I have
- 20:32Speaker 6: a bunch of idiots who are like, oh, what's your name?
- 20:34Speaker 4: What are you doing?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Like, dude, all this information is available. Yeah, this is
- 20:39Speaker 1: why you don't have to be smarter. You just have
- 20:41Speaker 1: to work harder. Yeah, like you can.
- 20:42Speaker 2: You can outwork anybody like you're your work ethic. You
- 20:46Speaker 2: can outwork a smarter person and be more successful than
- 20:50Speaker 2: a smarter person because you're going to outwork them, you know,
- 20:53Speaker 2: and that's that's going to help you out. You can
- 20:55Speaker 2: learn anything on a job for the most part, other
- 20:58Speaker 2: than you know, open heart surgery. You might even be
- 21:00Speaker 2: I want to learn that, you know, But I'm saying
- 21:01Speaker 2: for the most part, like most jobs that are out
- 21:03Speaker 2: there is the college degree necessary.
- 21:05Speaker 1: No, But if you're a hard worker and you're there
- 21:09Speaker 1: and you're and you're learning, you're absorbing everything as you
- 21:11Speaker 1: get there, like you'll figure out that job. And because
- 21:14Speaker 1: you have that drive, you're going to succeed.
- 21:15Speaker 2: So those little things make Menace stand out compared to
- 21:18Speaker 2: these other people who just showed up for the meeting
- 21:20Speaker 2: and winged it. Yeah, you know, here, here's some other
- 21:23Speaker 2: fun stuff old school inconvenience that would piss people off today.
- 21:27Speaker 2: And researching of the library was in there writing everything
- 21:32Speaker 2: down by hand instead of just being able to take
- 21:34Speaker 2: a note in your your phone, hunting down a payphone
- 21:38Speaker 2: to get a hold of somebody, or you're running late
- 21:42Speaker 2: to something.
- 21:43Speaker 12: What did you do?
- 21:44Speaker 2: Like, I lived through this time.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no way to know. Yeah, I lived through
- 21:48Speaker 1: this time. I don't remember how we handled that.
- 21:50Speaker 2: But I was a kid too, so I didn't have
- 21:52Speaker 2: the adult experience with you know, stress, having to be
- 21:55Speaker 2: responsible for being on time somewhere. I just I left,
- 21:57Speaker 2: my parents left. Yeah, you know, sharing a single phone
- 22:01Speaker 2: line at the house that I cannot imagine doing that
- 22:05Speaker 2: now using a manual typewriter. I mean, we talked about
- 22:09Speaker 2: the process of finding a job camping out in line
- 22:11Speaker 2: for concert or game tickets.
- 22:13Speaker 5: That was kind of fun.
- 22:14Speaker 2: It was the midnight release of the new album was
- 22:17Speaker 2: coming out. If you didn't catch the song on the radio,
- 22:21Speaker 2: you had to wait till the album came out. And
- 22:23Speaker 2: you know, people were waiting at midnight sales.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I know, that looks so much fun. I never you
- 22:28Speaker 1: never did that, Never did that. I hosted a ton
- 22:30Speaker 1: of those.
- 22:31Speaker 2: You know, dude, I remember when Limp Biscuits Significant other
- 22:34Speaker 2: was coming out and we did this massive hundreds of
- 22:39Speaker 2: people showed up to this music store in the suburbs
- 22:43Speaker 2: and the radio station was on site for the midnight
- 22:45Speaker 2: I was broadcasting live from the midnight sale of you
- 22:50Speaker 2: know whatever for Limp Biscuits Significant Others ninety nine A
- 22:54Speaker 2: ninety nine, And it was huge, and there was a
- 22:58Speaker 2: ton of people out there and everybody was pomp and
- 23:00Speaker 2: as soon as it went fun, as soon as it
- 23:02Speaker 2: went out on the shelves, like people were coming out
- 23:05Speaker 2: ripping open the CD and you could hear in the
- 23:07Speaker 2: parking lot like everybody's blasting the CD and you know,
- 23:10Speaker 2: playing the songs, and it became we talked about those
- 23:13Speaker 2: community experiences like where you're watching a movie with somebody,
- 23:16Speaker 2: or Kevin Smith was talking about you know, you know,
- 23:19Speaker 2: watching that trailer with all the other nerds at Comic Con.
- 23:22Speaker 2: It just made the whole experience that or that shared
- 23:25Speaker 2: experience shared vibe.
- 23:26Speaker 5: The one we could never figure out as we grew
- 23:28Speaker 5: up was in college, how did everyone know where the
- 23:31Speaker 5: party was? Like, we all showed up at the same party,
- 23:34Speaker 5: but we didn't have cell phones. How did we And
- 23:36Speaker 5: we went back for some event we realized there was
- 23:38Speaker 5: a giant chalkboard and people would just write the address
- 23:41Speaker 5: on the chalkboard. We're like, oh, we forgot.
- 23:43Speaker 7: About that, dude.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Bolletin boards were a big deal. You post a piece
- 23:48Speaker 2: of Now the bottom of it was kind of like tattered,
- 23:50Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like the little tabs that
- 23:52Speaker 2: cut into a phone number on each one. So it's like, oh, hey,
- 23:55Speaker 2: i'm looking. I'm looking for this dog or if you
- 23:58Speaker 2: find it here and you grab the number, or oh hey,
- 24:00Speaker 2: i'm selling that was Facebook marketplace. I'm selling this couch.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Here's a crappy picture of it. If you're interested guitar lessons,
- 24:08Speaker 2: that's for total That's how you found out about I still.
- 24:13Speaker 6: Seem like especially like Jimmy Johnson stuff, but a telephone,
- 24:18Speaker 6: it's usually like it's usually like psychics and like I
- 24:20Speaker 6: can detail your car. You know, it's not any fun
- 24:24Speaker 6: stuff anymore.
- 24:25Speaker 2: I do like the ease of a lot of the stuff.
- 24:27Speaker 2: I'm not anti you know, progress and things like that.
- 24:32Speaker 2: It is weird to think. It is weird to think
- 24:34Speaker 2: about life sometimes before all that stuff, right, you know,
- 24:39Speaker 2: because again, but it's not like it's not like ancient
- 24:41Speaker 2: history or what you've only read about it, and it
- 24:45Speaker 2: seems like a different lifetime, right, it seems like a different.
- 24:48Speaker 7: And we weren't.
- 24:48Speaker 4: We weren't thinking it was so hard.
- 24:50Speaker 7: It was just just what it was, exactly.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Yeah. And thinking back to college. I had a record
- 24:56Speaker 4: store at my college. It ruled.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Smart.
- 25:00Speaker 2: That's like those people that set up the girl Scout
- 25:02Speaker 2: cookie sales right outside the weed dispenser. Total, that's good placement.
- 25:05Speaker 4: It was cool. And then we would go to those
- 25:08Speaker 4: releases like, oh, there's a new album out, let's go.
- 25:11Speaker 6: All the college stores are pretty fun. Yeah, the one
- 25:15Speaker 6: I went to the one I obviously didn't go to Boston,
- 25:17Speaker 6: but I popped into their to their store and they
- 25:20Speaker 6: had all kinds of stuff.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Isn't that where your wife she went to be U
- 25:24Speaker 1: did she graduate?
- 25:25Speaker 13: Uh?
- 25:26Speaker 1: No, Oh she didn't. No, no, no, she ended up
- 25:28Speaker 1: getting a job like me.
- 25:29Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 25:30Speaker 6: You know, obviously I didn't graduate, but I ended up
- 25:32Speaker 6: getting a job while I was in school, right, and
- 25:34Speaker 6: then never looked back.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Well, here we are.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Six you guys. Yeah, no encyclopedias.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Now careful, you know, if if you're gonna take a
- 25:43Speaker 2: shot and use a I for something like Morgan said,
- 25:46Speaker 2: just yeah, take a look at it. They know about
- 25:51Speaker 2: these things with white you know, font.
- 25:53Speaker 12: Or know what the prompt is in general you're writing about.
- 25:56Speaker 4: Especially if you're trying to become a doctor.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Show and we pop right over to Gina grad who's
- 26:05Speaker 2: got the trending news headlines.
- 26:07Speaker 5: Well, doctor Anthony Fauci, he's gone back up to Capitol Hill.
- 26:10Speaker 5: But instead of answering questions, he pleaded the Fifth a
- 26:13Speaker 5: ton of times.
- 26:15Speaker 1: What day of the week is it today?
- 26:16Speaker 13: On the divisive Council, I respectfully declined to and se
- 26:20Speaker 13: based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to.
- 26:22Speaker 1: The Constitution, what color tie you're wearing?
- 26:25Speaker 13: On the Advisive Council, I respectfully declined to and se
- 26:28Speaker 13: based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 26:32Speaker 13: What color is the carpet in front of you on
- 26:34Speaker 13: the Advisive Council, I respectfully declined to and se based
- 26:37Speaker 13: upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the const Let's.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Just get one thing straight. You don't have any rights
- 26:42Speaker 1: under the Fifth Amendment.
- 26:46Speaker 2: That happens every time.
- 26:48Speaker 7: You actually watched that.
- 26:49Speaker 4: I saw a lot of it, and it watched it, yeah,
- 26:53Speaker 4: and why it was interesting and because I was wondering
- 26:57Speaker 4: if he's ever not going to plead the fifth He
- 26:59Speaker 4: did it times.
- 27:01Speaker 2: He was given a pardon by Biden, right for every
- 27:05Speaker 2: everything up to and including twenty twenty five. So now
- 27:08Speaker 2: at this point he could be held in contempt for
- 27:11Speaker 2: however he handles this stuff. Right, So like this whole
- 27:15Speaker 2: thing yesterday, which is dumb dude, let it go. Yeah,
- 27:18Speaker 2: they love that, you know, well, he's this is this
- 27:20Speaker 2: is hey, by the way, this is what everybody's asked for.
- 27:24Speaker 1: So I hate to break out that. That's what I've
- 27:27Speaker 1: been saying.
- 27:28Speaker 2: But for years, one side's going after the other side
- 27:32Speaker 2: on every little like whatever it was for Trump and
- 27:35Speaker 2: oh he undervalued whatever, or hey, there were these documents
- 27:39Speaker 2: that were founded. Okay, and everybody was like rooting and
- 27:43Speaker 2: and what do you think was gonna happen? This is
- 27:44Speaker 2: my problem with the partisan politics is that the other
- 27:48Speaker 2: side is going to do the same thing, and when
- 27:49Speaker 2: it does, you can't act surprised.
- 27:51Speaker 1: So this is what you get. This is what happens.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Here we are and now the.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Next thing, whoever ends up in power next is gonna
- 27:58Speaker 2: try to right all the wrong And you know, be
- 28:01Speaker 2: tom petty about all the stuff that happened in this
- 28:04Speaker 2: period of time.
- 28:05Speaker 1: This is this is the world we are, This is
- 28:07Speaker 1: the world we're in now.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Well, this is because if it happens to them, that's
- 28:10Speaker 5: not fair.
- 28:11Speaker 6: This is it.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So if you root it for the other stuff, you
- 28:13Speaker 1: got to root for this stuff too.
- 28:14Speaker 4: But there were a few moments though, like he apparently
- 28:18Speaker 4: if it's true, if it's true, Fauci had used eight
- 28:22Speaker 4: federal employees to do nothing but apply for awards for him.
- 28:26Speaker 4: So that's how he made we have we have.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Shows in this building that yeah, make sure everybody in
- 28:35Speaker 2: the building knows it's my birthday tomorrow.
- 28:37Speaker 4: The balloon arch I thought the same.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Dude, somebody breathe make sure they put out a pressure
- 28:45Speaker 1: release about it.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, Well it's so funny that there was
- 28:49Speaker 2: I mentioned those Marconi awards. It's a big it's a
- 28:52Speaker 2: big award in radio, it's the Oscars of of radio.
- 28:56Speaker 2: And uh, and they put out this big email to
- 29:00Speaker 2: all the people who you know, work in the company
- 29:03Speaker 2: who were nominated for one of these awards. Right now,
- 29:07Speaker 2: ask when the last time they send an email out
- 29:09Speaker 2: about the actual ratings like these awards that mean nothing,
- 29:13Speaker 2: not a bit of ratings or revenue attached to any
- 29:15Speaker 2: one of these things. They never send out because and
- 29:18Speaker 2: I was told it was like, well, you know what,
- 29:19Speaker 2: it's interesting, It's like, I don't ever see anything about
- 29:22Speaker 2: the ratings that we always do very well in. And
- 29:25Speaker 2: the reason they don't put emails out about ratings anymore
- 29:29Speaker 2: is because of hurt feelings, because of some of these
- 29:34Speaker 2: same people who are constantly applying for their own awards
- 29:37Speaker 2: and things like that get butt hurt when like they're
- 29:40Speaker 2: not shown as the top show in the building or uh,
- 29:44Speaker 2: you know, they weren't in the top five of whatever,
- 29:47Speaker 2: and so now they don't. So now they don't send
- 29:49Speaker 2: out emails about ratings. Only when people are nominated for
- 29:53Speaker 2: useless awards?
- 29:53Speaker 5: Wouldn't it be the other way around?
- 29:56Speaker 1: Like you, this is what you're actually as you're on right.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you know you think if you say, oh I
- 30:02Speaker 2: got this award, I would like a razor and go,
- 30:05Speaker 2: well you are a whatever award winner. I don't know
- 30:08Speaker 2: They're not going to do that, you know. But yesterday this,
- 30:10Speaker 2: this is what Jeff and I were kind of laughing about.
- 30:12Speaker 2: This is exactly what it reminded us of.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Chappelle. Now, what if you put those two things together.
- 30:24Speaker 1: What day the week is it?
- 30:25Speaker 3: Today you're wearing.
- 30:33Speaker 1: We call he's a carpet in front of you.
- 30:41Speaker 12: That's what it was.
- 30:42Speaker 5: That's that was the old thing. Jared Letto he's facing
- 30:45Speaker 5: new sexual misconduct allegations after a BBC documentary called Jared
- 30:49Speaker 5: Leto Hollywood's Dark Secret that came out yesterday, and in it,
- 30:53Speaker 5: five women say they got sexually explicit phone calls from Leto.
- 30:57Speaker 5: One claims he assaulted her in a motel bathroom when
- 30:59Speaker 5: she was seventeen, and a dude also says Letos sexually
- 31:02Speaker 5: assaulted him when he was nineteen, and the BBC says
- 31:06Speaker 5: they spent months investigating all of this they looked over
- 31:08Speaker 5: a mountain of evidence leto deny.
- 31:10Speaker 2: What's the evidence? I'd be interested because my question, I'm
- 31:14Speaker 2: saying the honest question. When I when I saw this
- 31:17Speaker 2: a mountain of evidence, I go, Okay, well are these
- 31:19Speaker 2: police reports? Did they go to the cops, did they
- 31:21Speaker 2: report this or did they just wait for the documentary opportunity?
- 31:25Speaker 5: Well, it would it be like a class action suit,
- 31:27Speaker 5: like do you put it in the paper?
- 31:28Speaker 1: Anyone who's ever been touched by shared Letto call up.
- 31:30Speaker 1: But that's my question, and I don't know. I don't
- 31:32Speaker 1: know that maybe there are, maybe there are.
- 31:34Speaker 5: Reports to the allegations in the past that they may have.
- 31:37Speaker 2: I just think it's interesting when someone's first move to
- 31:39Speaker 2: expose something is a documentary. Yeah, like you waited however long,
- 31:43Speaker 2: but now it's an opportunity to you know, put a
- 31:45Speaker 2: documentary or have some kind of like sensationalized.
- 31:48Speaker 4: I think I saw on TMC that they did not
- 31:51Speaker 4: report it to the police. So I don't know what
- 31:53Speaker 4: evidence they would have mountain.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Of evidence, Greg, it'stain the mountain.
- 31:58Speaker 2: I don't And you know what, maybe it's true and
- 32:01Speaker 2: maybe he is all these things and he did all
- 32:02Speaker 2: these things. And that turns out to be the case,
- 32:05Speaker 2: then you know, hey, shame on him, and you know
- 32:08Speaker 2: he gets whatever he deserves at that point. But you know,
- 32:11Speaker 2: there seems to be a lot of these types of
- 32:12Speaker 2: allegations that get thrown out there based on mountain of evidence,
- 32:16Speaker 2: like well what evidence?
- 32:17Speaker 1: Yeah, like what your documentary?
- 32:19Speaker 2: What do we talking because it's uh, you know, documentary.
- 32:23Speaker 2: The documentary is not a court.
- 32:25Speaker 12: No, so you get paid to be in a documentary
- 32:29Speaker 12: usually not can it depends on who you are.
- 32:33Speaker 5: Well, Leno denies all this, and I say, Leno, I
- 32:36Speaker 5: meant leto He says, I've never sexually assaulted anyone in
- 32:39Speaker 5: my entire life. These claims are absolutely and categorically false.
- 32:43Speaker 5: Like you said, no criminal charges have been filed, None
- 32:45Speaker 5: of the allegations have been proven in court. So we'll
- 32:48Speaker 5: see what happens next. And we talked about Tony Romo
- 32:51Speaker 5: getting an o w I yesterday and now we have
- 32:53Speaker 5: a little update. Turns out Tony Romo had an open
- 32:56Speaker 5: container in his car, so whoopsie. So now he faces
- 33:01Speaker 5: three charges. Well it was ow I, open container and
- 33:04Speaker 5: refusing a breathalyzer. By the way, as of right now,
- 33:07Speaker 5: CBS Sports has no plans to discipline him over these charges,
- 33:10Speaker 5: So everything smooth saling for right now?
- 33:15Speaker 1: A yeah, and oh my god, you guys crently for
- 33:18Speaker 1: a drunk guy.
- 33:19Speaker 5: You know, it's so polite.
- 33:21Speaker 7: Did you see him doing his backstretches while he was
- 33:23Speaker 7: waiting to do that? Hilarious because he.
- 33:25Speaker 5: Works smarter, not harder. Well, this is pretty badass. Schools
- 33:29Speaker 5: in Florida, Georgia, and Colorado are going to be equipped
- 33:31Speaker 5: with these drones this year that can zoom through halls,
- 33:35Speaker 5: smash windows, and pepper spray active shooters if teachers report
- 33:39Speaker 5: a threat. How awesome is that The drones are made
- 33:42Speaker 5: by Mithral Defense out of Austin. They can be activated
- 33:46Speaker 5: by teachers, and they're capable of getting to a shooter
- 33:48Speaker 5: in fifteen seconds. I meanwhile, schools across the country they're
- 33:52Speaker 5: stocking up on defense tech like you know, AI powered
- 33:54Speaker 5: cameras and weapons and detectors things like that. Now, some
- 33:57Speaker 5: school districts and parents say military grade equip It meant
- 34:00Speaker 5: like these drones don't belong at pack schools with children,
- 34:03Speaker 5: but neither the shooters. Desperate times called for desperate measures.
- 34:07Speaker 5: What do you want?
- 34:08Speaker 1: I think it's awesome, but super sad at the same
- 34:10Speaker 1: time that.
- 34:12Speaker 5: Oh and remember when we talked about that sixty thousand
- 34:15Speaker 5: dollars robot teacher, you know that looked like the real
- 34:18Speaker 5: hair and sat in the classroom.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that wasn't for security. That was just they're
- 34:21Speaker 2: going to put a humanoid robot in the teachers.
- 34:24Speaker 5: And she was like kind of hot. That's why she
- 34:29Speaker 5: was a really good look as well.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Kids want to stay.
- 34:32Speaker 5: After class, spanky teacher. Well that's over now, it's over
- 34:36Speaker 5: before it started. Salamanca City Central High School has scrapped
- 34:39Speaker 5: the robot teacher program because teachers and families are worried
- 34:42Speaker 5: about the handling of students personal information.
- 34:46Speaker 14: Jealous.
- 34:47Speaker 1: Yeah, how hot it was? Yeah, and they did not like.
- 34:51Speaker 5: That she was hot and made by.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Her ugly.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Did you ever see your teachers out of the classroom
- 34:56Speaker 2: like at the grocery sod? Imagine when they have these
- 35:00Speaker 2: things eventually, and like some kid finds their teacher in
- 35:03Speaker 2: their dad's closet, right.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Gina, Gina, what are they doing with the doll asking
- 35:11Speaker 1: for a friend?
- 35:12Speaker 5: Let's say they're probably repurposing them.
- 35:14Speaker 7: Yeah, give them my address?
- 35:16Speaker 4: Yeah right, I saw my second grade teacher who I loved,
- 35:19Speaker 4: missus Neil, And I saw her in her car smoking
- 35:22Speaker 4: a cigarette and oh, man, shes smokes.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Do you think cool?
- 35:27Speaker 4: I thought she was cool. Yeah, oh I didn't think
- 35:29Speaker 4: smoking was cool and she didn't grade not then. I
- 35:32Speaker 4: think it was like fourth grade that I like it.
- 35:34Speaker 5: Yeah, we saw a principal smoking outside. We had a
- 35:37Speaker 5: heart attack.
- 35:37Speaker 6: Oh my god, they smoke. We have one teacher anymore,
- 35:41Speaker 6: We have one teacher. She dressed so slutty in public.
- 35:43Speaker 4: It was awesome.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Did you see blah bla blah. Yeah, she let them
- 35:48Speaker 1: all hang out nice.
- 35:50Speaker 2: I never thought, even as a kid, like, I never
- 35:53Speaker 2: thought seeing somebody smoke, that this is the time when
- 35:56Speaker 2: smoking was considered cool. Okay, le's normal. Yeah, I never
- 36:00Speaker 2: I never saw someone smoking out. Wow, it's cool. I
- 36:02Speaker 2: thought it was cool. The way they smoked, so like
- 36:04Speaker 2: if they held the cigarette in their hand just like,
- 36:07Speaker 2: you know, between their fingers with the lip side out,
- 36:09Speaker 2: I didn't think that was cool.
- 36:10Speaker 1: But if they held it with their thumb and their
- 36:12Speaker 1: pointer finger.
- 36:13Speaker 7: And it was kind of like and then they they
- 36:17Speaker 7: did one of one of those you know what I mean?
- 36:19Speaker 2: It like that was cool. I thought it was super cool,
- 36:22Speaker 2: like when they picked one foot up and kind of
- 36:24Speaker 2: like knock the the the cherry.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Yeah, off the end of it and like save the
- 36:29Speaker 1: rest of it.
- 36:30Speaker 2: You know, they would knock the cherry off the end
- 36:32Speaker 2: and put that little half smoked cigarette back in the pack.
- 36:36Speaker 7: I thought that was cool about smoke rings.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Well, that's awesome. I mean that was that was pretty cool.
- 36:41Speaker 4: That zippos were cool.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Were really cool. You could.
- 36:47Speaker 5: Why did people I don't know if they still do this.
- 36:49Speaker 5: They take a pack and the first cigarette they turn
- 36:51Speaker 5: upside down.
- 36:52Speaker 4: It's a lucky cigarette. I yeah, it's the lucky So
- 36:55Speaker 4: what do you do with it? You smoke it blast.
- 36:58Speaker 2: I always thought it was funny when you know, people
- 37:00Speaker 2: would take I mean I smoked very briefly, probably for
- 37:03Speaker 2: like three years. Yeah, I smoked pretty heavy because everybody
- 37:05Speaker 2: at the radio station was. It was part of the
- 37:07Speaker 2: social thing. So I see where people get looped into it.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Yeah you know what I mean.
- 37:12Speaker 2: And uh, anyway, so I started doing it too. Man,
- 37:15Speaker 2: you get a pack of cigarettes, and I never understood why.
- 37:18Speaker 1: It was just somebody you didn't get. Yeah, like yeah
- 37:21Speaker 1: you get and you're like you're just like you got
- 37:23Speaker 1: to activate it.
- 37:24Speaker 4: Yeah, make sure the lore is that it got the
- 37:28Speaker 4: tobacco more packed down. Yeah you get a yeah is
- 37:32Speaker 4: that right? I mean you could physically see it, because
- 37:35Speaker 4: it did.
- 37:35Speaker 1: It make a noticeable difference in the way that the
- 37:38Speaker 1: cigarette smokes.
- 37:38Speaker 5: Smokers are so habitual, like it's all like a lot
- 37:42Speaker 5: of hand movements.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Yeah, like baseball players their gloves all the time.
- 37:46Speaker 4: Yeah. We played a game where you open a new
- 37:48Speaker 4: pack of cigarettes and you take the sullafane wrapper halfway
- 37:51Speaker 4: down the pack, and then you put a quarter on it,
- 37:53Speaker 4: and then you use your lit cigarette to burn around it,
- 37:56Speaker 4: and then whoever made the quarter drop lost.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Yea, so cool man, you know what I mean?
- 38:01Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 38:02Speaker 2: Eight four Wooding text us over to two two nine
- 38:05Speaker 2: eight seven. We got more Woody Show next. Hang, it
- 38:08Speaker 2: just sounds so like.
- 38:12Speaker 1: In the future, weird. Ye give a wards back. Yeah right,
- 38:19Speaker 1: My award shelf was empty the Woody Show.
- 38:24Speaker 15: Show.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Hey, Greg, next time you're at Aldi, Oh I'm listening,
- 38:30Speaker 2: look for this item that they're selling. It's a stand
- 38:34Speaker 2: for your toilet seat that holds your phone while you're
- 38:37Speaker 2: sitting on the throne.
- 38:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Uh, it holds the phone. The flat place on top.
- 38:45Speaker 2: The straight picture here and then the toilet paper rollholders
- 38:48Speaker 2: underneath that, okay, and then at the bottom there's a
- 38:52Speaker 2: spot for like a like a toilet brush.
- 38:55Speaker 1: So there's something you would love to see aesthetically pleasing
- 38:58Speaker 1: the area.
- 38:59Speaker 2: There's the picture of it.
- 39:00Speaker 1: It looks like one of those.
- 39:01Speaker 2: It's not too it's actually not too bad. You would
- 39:04Speaker 2: have to sit your house.
- 39:05Speaker 4: Ah, yeah, in the in the primary bathroom my mind,
- 39:11Speaker 4: not in the guest bathroom or the powder room.
- 39:16Speaker 1: But yeah, you're not.
- 39:17Speaker 2: You're not with having like a like a plunger or
- 39:20Speaker 2: like a toilet brush visible.
- 39:23Speaker 4: Yeah, have one. That's why I thought, like you would
- 39:25Speaker 4: not would hate to be seen. No, that's not too
- 39:27Speaker 4: bad looking. But then the top for the phone, it
- 39:29Speaker 4: should be at an angle. Yeah, yeah, for sure it
- 39:32Speaker 4: can fall.
- 39:33Speaker 2: But this this woman, now, dare I say, Karen is
- 39:37Speaker 2: coming after aldi and she says they need to pull
- 39:39Speaker 2: this item off the shelf. It is quote irresponsible and inappropriate.
- 39:44Speaker 2: People have too much time. Her complaint is that it
- 39:48Speaker 2: encourages phone addiction end quote. Reinforces the idea that we
- 39:52Speaker 2: are all glued to our phones.
- 39:54Speaker 1: But whether you have that or not, but it's free will,
- 39:58Speaker 1: and we do it with magazine.
- 40:00Speaker 2: It's totally Aldi has not commented, but it seems like
- 40:03Speaker 2: they're ignoring her because the stands.
- 40:05Speaker 1: Are still there. Probably selling, I was gonna say, If anything,
- 40:08Speaker 1: she's probably helped them sell a few. Dude, I have
- 40:11Speaker 1: a toilet paper story for you.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Greg.
- 40:13Speaker 6: Oh, I just went and bought some yesterday, and then
- 40:17Speaker 6: I go back into my building and I have my
- 40:20Speaker 6: little wagon, right.
- 40:22Speaker 1: So the toilet paper is on full display for.
- 40:24Speaker 4: The whole world.
- 40:25Speaker 6: Yeah, your your nightmare. So people know that I bought
- 40:27Speaker 6: toilet paper. And this guy comes up and he goes, Oh,
- 40:31Speaker 6: my toilet paper deliveries here. And you know what I said, Greg,
- 40:34Speaker 6: I said, don't you think you need more?
- 40:37Speaker 4: Ourn?
- 40:39Speaker 1: So Greg, do that just in cases somebody calls out, Uh,
- 40:43Speaker 1: you know, look at you. You bought toilet paper. I
- 40:45Speaker 1: know that's your nightmare.
- 40:47Speaker 4: That comeback?
- 40:47Speaker 1: Yeah, don't you think you need a little bit more?
- 40:50Speaker 1: I'm not getting I'm not getting either.
- 40:52Speaker 7: Why not?
- 40:53Speaker 12: How is that a comeback?
- 40:55Speaker 1: Because hold on, you have your wagon? Yes, are you
- 41:00Speaker 1: not getting?
- 41:02Speaker 2: So you're you're pulling your wagon pulling full of toilet paper?
- 41:07Speaker 1: Right he goes, he goes, Oh, my toilet paper delivery
- 41:11Speaker 1: is here.
- 41:11Speaker 6: So he's making the he's calling out that I have
- 41:13Speaker 6: this toilet paper in there, even though there's a bunch
- 41:15Speaker 6: of other stuff in there. Yeah, and then I say,
- 41:19Speaker 6: and then I say, you go, don't you think he
- 41:21Speaker 6: needs more?
- 41:22Speaker 12: No, we heard what you said.
- 41:27Speaker 1: I guess where's the burn and there the burden is
- 41:30Speaker 1: he poops a lot? Okay, because he would need more. Morgan,
- 41:35Speaker 1: I mean, are you getting I like that?
- 41:37Speaker 12: Minace is so proud of it.
- 41:38Speaker 1: I'm struggling.
- 41:40Speaker 12: I'm and did the guy look confused when you said
- 41:44Speaker 12: that to him?
- 41:44Speaker 1: No, he's like, oh, he got me.
- 41:46Speaker 6: He laughed, like I get it because he was trying
- 41:49Speaker 6: to call me out for having the toilet paper, and
- 41:51Speaker 6: I said, no, dude, you don't gonna need more because
- 41:53Speaker 6: you poop more.
- 41:53Speaker 2: My uncle was a police officer for many many years,
- 41:56Speaker 2: retired now, but he was always saying, man, God, if
- 41:59Speaker 2: I walk into one more place and somebody puts their
- 42:02Speaker 2: hands and go, didn't do it.
- 42:04Speaker 16: One.
- 42:06Speaker 2: It's like, it's not as funny as you think it is. Yeah,
- 42:11Speaker 2: I hate a billion times, but yeah, your kids are
- 42:14Speaker 2: both really tall. Your sons are really tall, and doesn't
- 42:17Speaker 2: your one son get really mad like people when they
- 42:20Speaker 2: meet them, they go, oh, wow, you're tall, are you?
- 42:23Speaker 2: That's always you know, tall people get that question, how.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Tall are you?
- 42:26Speaker 8: He hates it and he gets mad right and even like, well,
- 42:29Speaker 8: like lower his height just because he's like almost six
- 42:33Speaker 8: or five. And I'll be like, well, I guess I'm
- 42:34Speaker 8: like six three, and I'm like yeah, because Sammy asked him,
- 42:37Speaker 8: and he gets like embarrassed.
- 42:39Speaker 7: Because that's the only thing people tell you.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I never heard.
- 42:41Speaker 5: That's why I never point out the obvious thing about someone,
- 42:43Speaker 5: because I assume they've heard it a million times. It's
- 42:45Speaker 5: not a great conversation.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Here you go, menace nine four nine. It took me
- 42:49Speaker 2: a second, but I get it.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 42:50Speaker 2: It's a solid burn. Well done.
- 42:52Speaker 1: They just don't want to get We'll get it, well done.
- 42:55Speaker 1: And a couple of other people on the text speaking
- 42:57Speaker 1: of Sammy, where is Sammy? Is she okay?
- 43:00Speaker 4: Uh?
- 43:00Speaker 2: Where is she going to be at?
- 43:01Speaker 4: Well?
- 43:02Speaker 1: Yeah, she's she died, so it's really sad.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Yeah, Sammy died. She's not here today.
- 43:10Speaker 1: She died pooping.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Yeah, Sammy died doing what she rest in peace?
- 43:15Speaker 1: Sam pooping? This rule the boy doesn't want to have sex? Yeah, yeah,
- 43:21Speaker 1: you gotta put your mouth on.
- 43:22Speaker 4: No, no, okay, that is quite impressive, quite quite quite impressive.
- 43:29Speaker 1: That's lovely.
- 43:32Speaker 17: We've been saying the Wood Show, It's Wood, it's Greg
- 43:38Speaker 17: Gorg Yeah, Hi Menace, Yeah, Sea Mass, We've got Jeff
- 43:43Speaker 17: g We've got Morgan.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Here, Morgan's got some some news. But she wants to share.
- 43:49Speaker 1: She she's downright giddy.
- 43:51Speaker 4: I really am, okay, good, I don't know.
- 43:53Speaker 12: I'm shooting sparks. Told Gina, Gina knows some people know. Yeah,
- 43:58Speaker 12: all right, just tell him.
- 44:01Speaker 1: So I.
- 44:04Speaker 12: The bell ready, get the bell ready. I'm going to
- 44:06Speaker 12: Japan next.
- 44:07Speaker 3: Yeah, there's so much.
- 44:10Speaker 1: More that's airhorn worthy, not be worthy.
- 44:12Speaker 12: And I'm flying first class for the first time.
- 44:16Speaker 1: She's freaking out.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Should be.
- 44:19Speaker 5: That's a long hour.
- 44:20Speaker 12: I'm literally crapping my pants right now. I know I'm
- 44:24Speaker 12: freaking out.
- 44:25Speaker 5: Is there anywhere news?
- 44:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 44:28Speaker 12: So this guy that I've been seeing, I mean the
- 44:32Speaker 12: same guy.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Yes, okay, I was wondering if this was still going on.
- 44:36Speaker 1: It is.
- 44:36Speaker 12: Yeah, we're doing well.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Yeah I was. I was wondering if this was still
- 44:39Speaker 1: going on?
- 44:39Speaker 12: Are you laughing, Sea Bass? He always laughs when good
- 44:42Speaker 12: things happened.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Well, like we're doing well, now one of he's doing
- 44:45Speaker 1: real well, what do you mean one of us, you know,
- 44:48Speaker 1: the first class have a simple story, you know.
- 44:53Speaker 15: Anyway, things are going really well, and I'm he's flying
- 44:55Speaker 15: me out to Japan.
- 44:56Speaker 2: This is the guy who's the m M A trainer
- 44:58Speaker 2: or whatever. Right, Okay, so you know he does something
- 45:01Speaker 2: that she thinks is really cool, right, and so they
- 45:03Speaker 2: have that in common. Right, And then she went to
- 45:06Speaker 2: d C.
- 45:07Speaker 12: Yeah, I was with him.
- 45:08Speaker 2: That was when they did the White House UFC event, right,
- 45:11Speaker 2: and you were there with him, And I remember leading
- 45:13Speaker 2: up to that.
- 45:14Speaker 1: That was the whole thing about like you know, uh,
- 45:16Speaker 1: what was it like there was like a bush request
- 45:18Speaker 1: or something request. It definitely came up.
- 45:22Speaker 2: And it seemed to be like after that trip, I
- 45:25Speaker 2: don't remember really hearing anything about him or otherwise after that,
- 45:30Speaker 2: So I didn't know if it fizzled out. I hadn't asked,
- 45:32Speaker 2: because then he started going through all the stuff with
- 45:34Speaker 2: the dog and yeah, and whenever, I'm like, okay, well
- 45:36Speaker 2: if the relationship didn't kind of work out the way,
- 45:37Speaker 2: because she was talking, Oh, we're gonna get married and
- 45:39Speaker 2: I'm gonna have this guy's baby.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Yeah, but you don't want to double down on the bad.
- 45:44Speaker 1: News just in case. Yes, so I didn't want to
- 45:46Speaker 1: ask about that in case that you know, hadn't worked out.
- 45:48Speaker 1: And then I got the dog thing and no, things
- 45:50Speaker 1: are great.
- 45:51Speaker 12: I just thought, maybe people don't need to hear all
- 45:54Speaker 12: my personal business.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Yeah, this, So what's the situation.
- 45:58Speaker 2: Are you guys dating or uh?
- 46:01Speaker 12: Gina heard something? He called me his girlfriend?
- 46:04Speaker 1: So, well, see this guy, I don't know seas let
- 46:09Speaker 1: me ask you.
- 46:10Speaker 2: He seems to be playing this the right way. He's
- 46:13Speaker 2: playing it the right way, yeah, because I mean she's
- 46:17Speaker 2: she's benefiting. No, I'm saying, but like you know her reaction.
- 46:20Speaker 2: You guys don't live close to each other, right, Okay,
- 46:23Speaker 2: so that's what I'm saying. It's a long distance thing.
- 46:25Speaker 1: He's courting her, Yeah, but he's he's.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Making her feel super special, right, He's saying all the
- 46:31Speaker 2: right to keep her like on the hook and super
- 46:33Speaker 2: excited on the hook.
- 46:35Speaker 4: Right.
- 46:35Speaker 1: I mean, this guy doesn't have to do much, you guys,
- 46:38Speaker 1: it's not like he's really like no, but I'm saying,
- 46:40Speaker 1: no offense.
- 46:40Speaker 2: This isn't you know, it's not.
- 46:42Speaker 1: An exclusive relationship or is it?
- 46:45Speaker 12: We have talked for Yeah, that's and because if.
- 46:50Speaker 2: He is juggling chicks, that's what I'm saying, he is
- 46:52Speaker 2: playing it. I think he's playing it pretty smooth.
- 46:53Speaker 7: Yeah, is that what you're playing?
- 46:56Speaker 4: Sea bass?
- 46:56Speaker 13: No?
- 46:57Speaker 1: No, No, I don't know.
- 46:58Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 46:58Speaker 1: I don't know anything about this other than what she
- 47:01Speaker 1: has said.
- 47:02Speaker 15: So I assume in the beginning, and like I did
- 47:05Speaker 15: do with most men, right, I just assume they got
- 47:07Speaker 15: a bunch of girls, Especially someone like this that can
- 47:09Speaker 15: do a lot of things, they probably have girls in
- 47:11Speaker 15: every town. He has told me that's not true, and
- 47:14Speaker 15: that he's interested in me and being monogamous and relationship. So,
- 47:19Speaker 15: I mean, again, that's what he says.
- 47:21Speaker 12: I believe it. Yeah, I believe it.
- 47:23Speaker 2: And so says, hey, we're going to Japan. Pack your
- 47:26Speaker 2: bags girl.
- 47:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:27Speaker 12: He was like, do you want to come to Japan
- 47:28Speaker 12: with me? And I'm like, uh, is it a work
- 47:30Speaker 12: trip for him? Yeah? So I'm going to get to
- 47:33Speaker 12: go to a fight in Japan.
- 47:34Speaker 5: Girl just starts to have a chick that actually cares about.
- 47:38Speaker 12: What he does.
- 47:40Speaker 7: I will say this, if you are a side piece,
- 47:43Speaker 7: you're not flying first.
- 47:44Speaker 5: Class, You're not going to events with you.
- 47:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean I think you're good.
- 47:47Speaker 1: That's that's a good point. It's for real first class,
- 47:50Speaker 1: not like business plus or anything like. Like I was
- 47:53Speaker 1: looking at the Giant.
- 47:54Speaker 12: It's a lie down seat. You can be six or five.
- 47:57Speaker 12: It's like a whole bed.
- 47:59Speaker 15: They call it a sweet She's gonna be playing Fergie,
- 48:01Speaker 15: you know my men the fancy song.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, glamorous, glamorous first Oh, that's a banger because
- 48:12Speaker 1: you can request, I.
- 48:13Speaker 15: Can request meals, I can have whatever drinks I want,
- 48:16Speaker 15: Like I'm an economy bitch.
- 48:18Speaker 12: This is crazy, all right? And again fight that long,
- 48:22Speaker 12: I know, for twelve hour flight.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Now, Morgan, you don't want to, you know, fumble this.
- 48:26Speaker 1: So I'm careful for the drinks.
- 48:28Speaker 12: You know, I'm not going to drink.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Are you flying with him or are you meeting him there?
- 48:33Speaker 12: Meeting him there? Okay, yow, Okay, he's already there.
- 48:36Speaker 2: Does that change something for you?
- 48:38Speaker 1: No, I'm just does okay, let me ask does he
- 48:40Speaker 1: is he previously married? Does you have kids? All that
- 48:41Speaker 1: kind of stuff? Now, I'm older.
- 48:44Speaker 7: Is he than than you?
- 48:45Speaker 12: He's older than me?
- 48:46Speaker 1: I mean that's how she likes him. Yeah, he could
- 48:49Speaker 1: be older, almost elderly.
- 48:52Speaker 12: He's in his forties.
- 48:54Speaker 2: That's young compared to how she I typically likes.
- 48:57Speaker 12: Like, am I too old for you? And I'm like,
- 48:58Speaker 12: you're not really old enough breathing.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Here's here's okay. Please don't take this the wrong way.
- 49:07Speaker 12: That's why I haven't talked about it lately.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Why we're all happy for you. Get that, Sea Bass.
- 49:11Speaker 2: You have to consider the source.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Unlike other people. I will not I will not spill
- 49:15Speaker 1: stuff you say off the air on the air. But
- 49:19Speaker 1: why you.
- 49:21Speaker 12: Ask him? And you asked that before, and I did
- 49:29Speaker 12: agree in the beginning.
- 49:30Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm not a beautiful like well, I'm not a
- 49:33Speaker 15: supermodel Instagram like super hot chick, right.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Which again, I get it, people fall in love.
- 49:37Speaker 12: I understand that my personality, Sea Bass.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Well, you said you just to be fair.
- 49:43Speaker 2: I remember when he had that that blonde girlfriend, lawyer
- 49:46Speaker 2: like chick. It brought over to your house, Greg, Yeah,
- 49:49Speaker 2: and we asked her the same question. Why him?
- 49:52Speaker 1: Did you have an answer?
- 49:53Speaker 2: Because she was like super cool and like.
- 49:54Speaker 1: Really like out going and whatever. Like all my girlfriend
- 49:57Speaker 1: has always been super cool, out math.
- 49:59Speaker 2: But we're always wondering because you are a certain way
- 50:01Speaker 2: with us. I think that he's uh, he's a different
- 50:03Speaker 2: person with that.
- 50:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:04Speaker 7: So yeah, but.
- 50:09Speaker 1: You said, like when you met this guy there was
- 50:11Speaker 1: some kind of connection right away.
- 50:14Speaker 12: Yes, I felt it.
- 50:15Speaker 15: But again I'm I don't like the term hopeless romantic
- 50:18Speaker 15: because I don't agree with the hopeless part.
- 50:20Speaker 12: But I am a romantic.
- 50:21Speaker 15: I love love, right, so I totally believe in like
- 50:25Speaker 15: love and first sight and all that stuff.
- 50:27Speaker 2: So you definitely felt you feel like you're in love?
- 50:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, really?
- 50:30Speaker 4: Really?
- 50:31Speaker 1: Well, I fall out of love.
- 50:32Speaker 12: I always fall into love and then I fall out.
- 50:34Speaker 4: Does he know that? Have you said that?
- 50:35Speaker 1: No?
- 50:36Speaker 2: Okay, so nobody's nobody said love.
- 50:38Speaker 4: No, no, no, and I won't How many times have
- 50:40Speaker 4: you been not physically like, how many times have you
- 50:43Speaker 4: been in the same space with this guy?
- 50:46Speaker 12: Well, other than meeting him, which was very brief, and
- 50:48Speaker 12: then when I saw him in d C.
- 50:50Speaker 4: So two times.
- 50:51Speaker 12: Yeah, Well d C was basically just when he was like,
- 50:54Speaker 12: well that was a couple of days, but it.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Was just one yeah, one time exactly.
- 50:59Speaker 5: But if he's not just some like dude who has
- 51:02Speaker 5: you know, is juggling chicks? In every report, she's you're pretty,
- 51:06Speaker 5: you're tall, you're thin, you're athletic, and you're into what
- 51:09Speaker 5: he does for a living.
- 51:10Speaker 7: It's perfect, great sense of humor, You're fun to be around.
- 51:14Speaker 12: Like I suggest you ask him why me, because I
- 51:17Speaker 12: would be I.
- 51:19Speaker 1: I don't want. I want to put this delicately.
- 51:20Speaker 4: That's nice.
- 51:21Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure we'll find out eventually, hopefully why not,
- 51:27Speaker 1: I'll tell you why. We're kind of going through all
- 51:29Speaker 1: the reasons right now. There's a large amount of expense
- 51:32Speaker 1: being put forth on Morgan, which is with all within
- 51:35Speaker 1: his right to do if he likes that.
- 51:37Speaker 12: And let me say, I never once asked to be
- 51:39Speaker 12: flown out or first.
- 51:41Speaker 1: Okay, absolutely, that's good and I don't think you would either.
- 51:44Speaker 2: But but he's got money. And somebody made a point
- 51:47Speaker 2: on the text. If he's got money, even a side piece,
- 51:49Speaker 2: find a side piece out first class not a big deal, true,
- 51:52Speaker 2: you know what I mean. It's not like he sent
- 51:54Speaker 2: a private jet for her.
- 51:55Speaker 1: I mean, if you're if you're not me, we'll get there. Well,
- 51:57Speaker 1: let's say at first pective class of Japan is probably
- 52:01Speaker 1: ten over ten thousand dollars. Yeah, there a round trip, yeah,
- 52:04Speaker 1: round trip probably. Yeah, that's my last first class of
- 52:06Speaker 1: business plus so that's like two thousand versus.
- 52:07Speaker 12: Ten thousand, you're actually right now it is around ten.
- 52:09Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's that's not nothing, and you have to
- 52:12Speaker 1: be that's a yeah. I mean you have to be
- 52:14Speaker 1: either really serious about someone or just have well over
- 52:17Speaker 1: seven figures. Maybe it's both, thank you, right, which but
- 52:22Speaker 1: you get my question being that if this guy met
- 52:24Speaker 1: Morgan by heard tagging him in a photo on Instagram,
- 52:27Speaker 1: which is fine and great, like there's there's a lot
- 52:30Speaker 1: of women who've done that. I'm sure that again, it's a.
- 52:32Speaker 4: Numbers game, dude.
- 52:33Speaker 1: You just keep on tagging until.
- 52:35Speaker 4: You find.
- 52:38Speaker 1: I'm not saying this isn't genuine.
- 52:39Speaker 7: He may very well.
- 52:40Speaker 1: You guys might be the you know, princess and the
- 52:42Speaker 1: peach or whatever the hell.
- 52:43Speaker 4: That proble is.
- 52:45Speaker 12: Just say you don't want to go to the wedding.
- 52:46Speaker 2: It's fine, but my point, but okay, I was also say, like,
- 52:50Speaker 2: because I think my wife saw like this guy excuse me,
- 52:54Speaker 2: like the like saw him on Instagram or whatever.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Yeah, She's like, oh wow, she goes he kind of
- 52:59Speaker 1: looks like Tyler.
- 53:00Speaker 12: Oh my god, I hate this. It's not the first
- 53:02Speaker 12: time I've heard that he's a much.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Anybody know.
- 53:08Speaker 2: My point is My point is, like this guy himself
- 53:12Speaker 2: other than his job, and he's got a really cool
- 53:14Speaker 2: job something you really think it's cool. And he's got
- 53:16Speaker 2: dough clearly, but he's not. He's not like like a
- 53:21Speaker 2: textbook handsome dude. He's a bigger guy, which is surprising
- 53:26Speaker 2: because you know he's a trainer for these fighters and
- 53:28Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 53:29Speaker 1: So it's like a I'm trying to like a manly
- 53:31Speaker 1: kind of man. Yeah, it's kind of like a like
- 53:35Speaker 1: a I don't I don't want to like he's.
- 53:37Speaker 12: Not he's not a some people would say he's ugly,
- 53:40Speaker 12: right or.
- 53:41Speaker 2: Like he's not a traditionally like you know, like handsome.
- 53:44Speaker 2: It's not a Brad Pitt kind of whoever, let's go
- 53:46Speaker 2: with Henry call from Henry.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Thing.
- 53:50Speaker 2: So maybe so you know, maybe he's thinking the same thing,
- 53:53Speaker 2: you know what I mean, like, you know, because it's
- 53:55Speaker 2: not just about you know, your job, like people would
- 53:58Speaker 2: be attracted him because of the job or because.
- 54:01Speaker 1: Of the money, you know, but like you're common interest.
- 54:04Speaker 1: Yeah you so like you're like why her? You could
- 54:07Speaker 1: be sitting like why me?
- 54:08Speaker 12: I mean it exactly, it's a valid question, thank you,
- 54:11Speaker 12: but it's not. But it's not you truly know it is?
- 54:16Speaker 5: That doesn't you believe everything Morgan says?
- 54:19Speaker 15: But also see you know me, right, but you don't
- 54:21Speaker 15: know me, know me? So I think when someone actually
- 54:23Speaker 15: truly gets to know me, like surprise, I'm actually a
- 54:25Speaker 15: good person deep down like and I'm not and I'm fine.
- 54:29Speaker 2: That's absolutely true. Everything Jef said is true.
- 54:32Speaker 1: It's true. So this goes back to Greg's point from
- 54:34Speaker 1: a long time ago. If you are a woman and
- 54:37Speaker 1: you want and you want to be set for life.
- 54:39Speaker 4: You say two words, I do and if this happens,
- 54:42Speaker 4: this is.
- 54:43Speaker 2: My Gina takes exception with that. She goes, why I
- 54:45Speaker 2: did it wrong?
- 54:47Speaker 4: You did? Yeah?
- 54:48Speaker 2: I know, and it is yeah, the exception the first one.
- 54:54Speaker 2: The first one is for money, the second one is
- 54:56Speaker 2: for love. But this worries me selfishly because is what
- 55:00Speaker 2: if it does progress to the next level?
- 55:02Speaker 4: Would he move to where you live?
- 55:05Speaker 1: Be out?
- 55:05Speaker 12: So you know we've already been talking about that.
- 55:11Speaker 1: A person that you've hung out with in person once.
- 55:14Speaker 12: I told y'all, I'm I'm like a lesbian kind of
- 55:17Speaker 12: move fast.
- 55:18Speaker 5: Well remember her, remember her famous support date from a
- 55:22Speaker 5: couple of years ago.
- 55:24Speaker 2: It's one thing Yeah, it's one thing if one side
- 55:27Speaker 2: is moving really quick like that, but if both sides
- 55:30Speaker 2: are moving really quick like that, and I think.
- 55:31Speaker 4: That's a good side.
- 55:32Speaker 8: Yeaheah, yeah exactly, because it's not one person loved bombing right, yes,
- 55:36Speaker 8: both of them together.
- 55:37Speaker 15: And it's not like we're saying like, oh, I'm going
- 55:39Speaker 15: to move in with you. It's talking about what are
- 55:41Speaker 15: your intentions.
- 55:42Speaker 12: What are you looking for? What do you see?
- 55:44Speaker 5: I think this trip will be a pretty big deciding factor.
- 55:48Speaker 6: Well, yeah, you always find out, like if you're really
- 55:50Speaker 6: competitive traveling with somebody out for sure.
- 55:53Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of Sea Bass's such a dick
- 55:55Speaker 2: text coming in one theory though, Sea Bass has a
- 55:58Speaker 2: crush on Morgan. He's getting his heart crushed on the air.
- 56:01Speaker 1: I don't think I'm acknowledging all the same things you
- 56:04Speaker 1: guys are acknowledging, and Morgan's agreeing with me. People Hello
- 56:08Speaker 1: and number two to Greg's point, and I agree Morgan
- 56:10Speaker 1: leading would be sad, but babe, but she doesn't have
- 56:13Speaker 1: much to leave.
- 56:20Speaker 18: What I was.
- 56:27Speaker 1: I talked about years ago. She's not tied down, this
- 56:30Speaker 1: job ain't gone anywhere, no offense, and I've been very
- 56:33Speaker 1: upfront because I was in Morgan's position. You know this,
- 56:35Speaker 1: there's not They're not just creating magical radio host jobs
- 56:39Speaker 1: at this company that pay six figures and just tossing
- 56:41Speaker 1: them out in the win. In fact, they're doing quite
- 56:42Speaker 1: the opposite.
- 56:43Speaker 4: True So to this is this is perfect for her.
- 56:46Speaker 1: But again, you got to go and I said with before, like,
- 56:49Speaker 1: you got to go where the opportunities are, and that's
- 56:51Speaker 1: what I commend Morgan for doing that.
- 56:53Speaker 5: I don't disagree with that.
- 56:55Speaker 4: So yeah, no, I logically agree without one thousand percent.
- 57:00Speaker 4: I just don't want more than to leave.
- 57:02Speaker 12: It's not going to happen anytime soon.
- 57:03Speaker 5: Don't forget about us, Morgan.
- 57:05Speaker 12: But I am going to Japan first class.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Yeah, she's looking.
- 57:08Speaker 2: Up like is she's supposed to be wearing a certain
- 57:11Speaker 2: like dress co poor.
- 57:13Speaker 12: I don't want to like, I can't show up in
- 57:15Speaker 12: like flip flops and stuff at the bund.
- 57:18Speaker 1: At least wear slacks and a sensible shirt.
- 57:22Speaker 7: I wore a suit.
- 57:24Speaker 12: Do I wear heels?
- 57:25Speaker 5: You know what you can do? The look, the travel
- 57:27Speaker 5: look if you want to look rich is you can
- 57:29Speaker 5: wear a sweatsup, but you have to wear a trench
- 57:30Speaker 5: coat over it.
- 57:31Speaker 12: Oh do I bring my fur coat?
- 57:32Speaker 5: Not at the next give.
- 57:37Speaker 1: We may be not talking about who to impressed the man.
- 57:38Speaker 1: We need to be talking about how to impress Japan. Yeah,
- 57:41Speaker 1: you don't want to show up to be some crappy,
- 57:43Speaker 1: lazy slab American.
- 57:45Speaker 12: Yeah, that's also true.
- 57:46Speaker 5: So let's ask chat Gibt.
- 57:48Speaker 1: I'll get on it.
- 57:48Speaker 7: We should do some fit checks, Morgan, Yeah, real.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Especially for a long flight athlease, You're wear would be fine. Yeah,
- 57:54Speaker 1: not to Japan, but god, you stupid Americans. Jeus, you're
- 57:58Speaker 1: disgusting to there. We go to a clean, highly respectful country,
- 58:02Speaker 1: and we respect that country by dressing like a.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Sports bar and some yoga pants something like that. They
- 58:08Speaker 2: make some nicer looking like uh no, not pants suits.
- 58:13Speaker 2: I don't even know what they would call it, but
- 58:14Speaker 2: like they're like some nicer and more comfortable at leisure
- 58:17Speaker 2: wear kind of pants like linen, and we would call it.
- 58:22Speaker 1: Travel slack. And she can change before she gets off
- 58:25Speaker 1: the planet, so like when.
- 58:27Speaker 5: She you know, yeah, I it presents Morgan. This this
- 58:31Speaker 5: hurts me so bad to say, but I just chat.
- 58:34Speaker 5: How should one dress in first class to Japan as
- 58:37Speaker 5: a young woman? Sea Bass might have been right.
- 58:40Speaker 1: Everything I've said.
- 58:41Speaker 5: So the goal is not to look too flashy. It's
- 58:43Speaker 5: to look polished, comfortable and understated. But everything they're showing
- 58:47Speaker 5: is like linen and sweaters and a nice.
- 58:50Speaker 12: Ya got seas. We have to go shopping.
- 58:52Speaker 2: Now, put your hair up and use like a chopstick
- 58:57Speaker 2: to hold it. You can have like a little pillow
- 59:01Speaker 2: attached to your back. You know you look most honorable.
- 59:07Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. If we work quick, we can start buying
- 59:13Speaker 1: your feet now, make them real small tiny feet. I mean,
- 59:17Speaker 1: do you have any wooden shoes that are just too
- 59:19Speaker 1: like right, if you want to get comfortable before you
- 59:23Speaker 1: go over there, like we can. You know, we can
- 59:25Speaker 1: put some walls up in the studio, build some paper,
- 59:28Speaker 1: paper partitions, some paper partitions and stuff like that.
- 59:31Speaker 4: Just sit on the floor.
- 59:32Speaker 12: Yeah, I don't want to stand out too much.
- 59:34Speaker 2: But back to as on tree in here or something.
- 59:36Speaker 1: When I walk by unique claws, like oh, that looks
- 59:37Speaker 1: like what people in Japan wear. It's very it's like
- 59:40Speaker 1: it's very pale colors and long and boxy.
- 59:44Speaker 4: Well, I know it's today. Maybe you're manifesting it, but
- 59:46Speaker 4: even again, like now I'm sounding like sea beats don't
- 59:48Speaker 4: take that's the wrong way. But today you look This
- 59:52Speaker 4: is going to sound terrible, but today you look more
- 59:56Speaker 4: put together than normal.
- 59:57Speaker 13: You have.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: You're wearing a ring, ear rings on.
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: It's like you make up your hair because normally you're
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: wearing oversized.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: T shirt, normally a slop.
- 1:00:10Speaker 12: I'm trying, Okay, I'll just say it, normally I do.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: Today you look really put together.
- 1:00:15Speaker 12: I brush my hair this morning, Greg, Yeah, exactly, jewelry on.
- 1:00:19Speaker 12: You look well. And it's and it's not the joey
- 1:00:22Speaker 12: that turns your fingers green either.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Oh, it's real joy.
- 1:00:24Speaker 12: We're trying to level up you guys.
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: We are trying.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: We are happy for you, excited about this experience. You're

- 1:00:44Speaker 2: in WARF tour and he was talking to all the
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: bands every so many bands. Yeah, yeah, I mean, and

- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Yeah, ended up being twenty seven interviews over too.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: Yeah, well, now did you go in there knowing about
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: all these bands or did you like, oh, I'm gonna
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: speak to this band, so I'm gonna look up some
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: stuff real quick. And because it seemed like you knew
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: all about them.
- 1:01:10Speaker 19: Yeah, So about I would say sixteen hours or already scheduled,
- 1:01:14Speaker 19: but about ten to twelve bands came up during the

- 1:01:28Speaker 1: I appreciate job you guys. All right, so, uh, what
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: do you show family Feud?
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: It's Warped Tour additions with Vaughan who talked to a
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: lot of the Warped Tour bands, and uh, who is
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: the first band?
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: All right?
- 1:01:42Speaker 19: So the first band is Gym Class Heroes and uh,
- 1:01:45Speaker 19: there you go, Gym Class Heroes Sleeping choke hold.
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: Yeah all right.

- 1:02:09Speaker 3: it minas or what menace as you? Formerly formally known
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: as White Menace. And I never had no. I just
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: wondered why why didn't he dropped? And I was like,
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: oh my, I don't know which one works better. No,
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: he comes to all the picnics.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so happy that he's doing really well and
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: they're doing this tour. It's gonna be awesome. All right,

- 1:03:17Speaker 2: you know.
- 1:03:19Speaker 6: But I mean if you see Traviy on social he's
- 1:03:24Speaker 6: a very communal guy, so he would probably want dinner.

- 1:15:43Speaker 2: totally in line with all of our sense of human Yeah,
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: we do a segment on the show called Guess Who's Gas.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: So that's exactly what you think.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's exactly what it's exactly what you think,
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: you know. But yeah, it's a great it's I thought
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: it was a lot of fun. It's just a fun movie.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: It's a fun movie.
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: It's a good old fashioned comedy baby.
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: Exactly American. It's it's it's it's uh, it's a it's America.
- 1:16:07Speaker 11: Now.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: We had you guys in today because I don't know
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: if you've if you're aware, we have our own special
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: agent who's out there enforcing the parking lots stability of America.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: And it's a it's called card Narks. Yeah, right, right right, yeah,
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: I don't know if you you might have seen something
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: about it on on social media. This this just came
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: from a stupid conversation, you know, on the air about
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: people who don't return their shopping carts, and it really
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: seemed to hit a nerve with everybody you know where
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: uh you know people were. It brought people together, like
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: everybody was kind of like annoyed by these lazy people
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: who don't return cards to the corral or back to
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: the front of the store.
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: I did that last night. I'll tell you what happened.
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: Oh you didn't.
- 1:16:46Speaker 20: I got home, my wife's like, there's no coffee. So
- 1:16:49Speaker 20: I'm like, so I had to go out to Gelson's
- 1:16:51Speaker 20: to get it. And I drive my cart over to
- 1:16:53Speaker 20: my car and I'm parked all the way on the
- 1:16:56Speaker 20: edge of the parking lot. And yes, but but the
- 1:17:02Speaker 20: wheels lock up because it's one of those okay, like listen,
- 1:17:06Speaker 20: it's it's one in the morning, right, And I'm like,
- 1:17:10Speaker 20: someone else, come get this guy.
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: Oh so this is where and the whole time and
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: here I am the price.
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: By the way.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: By the way, Jay used that shopping cart for his
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: one canister of college.
- 1:17:22Speaker 4: Can I push back though? Can I back?
- 1:17:24Speaker 7: Okay?
- 1:17:24Speaker 9: Now, I had a buddy who worked at a grocery
- 1:17:27Speaker 9: store when I was in high school, and it was
- 1:17:29Speaker 9: his favorite time to go out and collect the carts.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: He would smoke a.
- 1:17:33Speaker 9: Butte, he would, he would, you know, all right, slack
- 1:17:37Speaker 9: off a little bit out there.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: Collect So okay, let's we'll dress, but we'll dress both
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: these sort of these case scenaric case uses here. I'm
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: just you know, I'm just to start with Farber's uh
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: uh excuse here is that? Hey, and I've heard this before. Hey,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: this is a great time. The employees love it, but
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: they love slacking off, you know, smoking. Jay's exactly now.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: If you want to, if you want to trade a
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: dent in your car for an employe free time, you can.
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: Make that where the car come from.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Oh, because when they dumped the carts, you don't necessarily
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: you don't necessarily the cart's loose like, it's not it's
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: not correct. I've seen thousands of these. It could be
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: on an angle, there could be wind or forget the
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: dent in the car. Maybe they're just dumping it next
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: to a next to a spots. When the next person
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: pulls in, they can't open the rear door. They're done.
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: Little kid who can't see over the window still opens
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: the door into the cart.
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: I never thought of you.
- 1:18:30Speaker 9: With a straight cart I'm a survivor, thank you. I'm
- 1:18:33Speaker 9: just saying I do return my card all the time.
- 1:18:35Speaker 9: I'm just saying I've been.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Told guys, like again the firms Deputy Farber's excuse here,
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: you know that that's all well and good, but it's
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: nice outside. But when it's one hundred and fifteen or
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: when it's negative ten, oh, then then it's not so
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: convenient to go outside. And yeah, and back to Jay's
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: by the way, not to interrupt you, but to interrupt
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: you first of all, well done, and just shutting him up.
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: You guys, you guys play dumb excuse. You've heard the excuses.
- 1:19:04Speaker 14: Yeah, but it's yeah, yeah, But also this is good
- 1:19:07Speaker 14: for super troopers. For like, Farva is clearly not a
- 1:19:10Speaker 14: shopping cart car.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Farva would never return a shopping car, but does Yeah,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Farva would roll the cart even farther, maybe turn on
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: its side. Yeah, traffic. But to Jay j Red does
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: raise an actual valid point is and we give exceptions
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: in the cart and arcs for because what what he's
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: talking about is that they have anti theft locks on
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: the wheels. There's a line, you can see it. It's
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: like a little like like thin putty on the edge
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: of the shopping the parking lot. And let's say you're
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: loading the rear of your car and you might you
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: might accidentally trip that line that locks the wheel up,
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: and then you got to like either pop it up
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: on one wheel or return it or drag it. And
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: so we do give exceptions for cart wheels that are
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: locked because the locked wheel does it gets rid of
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: the rolling cart problem number one, that car's not learn anywhere.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: So I thousands of times literally have to help people
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: drag those carts. I'm so stupid.
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: I understand how that works.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: So it's a wheel lock.
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, because there's like there's no I'm saying,
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: but I know there's the lock on the but like
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: on the cart itself, there's no like a battery or whatever. Right,
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: it's just there.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: It is. There's a battery. There is a battery, and
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: it's it's over engineer history. So yeah, you can look
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: this up. There's a little and I just assume there
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: was no you have batteries and all these cards. You
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: can hear it. Like if you ever see if you
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: ever followed the car attendants around, it's I do often
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: they got the little unlocked and you can hear them
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: where they pressed the button. You hear little, a little,
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: a little lock in there, and then that's that. That
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: that strip that goes around the parking lot has a
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: radio as a specific radio frequency which you can emulate
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: on your phone to unlock these things. Actually, dude, are
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: you a virgin? My first and last lost? The carts
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: come second, third, fifth or whatever? Car number one eventually eventually.
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: Or does it?
- 1:20:50Speaker 14: Does this wrap work in bars with the ladies? Like
- 1:20:53Speaker 14: there is there one like cart and Arc groupie out there?
- 1:20:57Speaker 14: Oh there are, ye, yeah, there are as.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: Much as we love to bag on this guy, like
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: he does have a legion of fans like this cart
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: Narks thing. It started as a silly bit on this show, sure,
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: and it really has taken on a whole life of
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: its own, over a million you know, followers on its
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: nerd so people dig it. Also, the confrontations that end
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: up happening with the agent of the cart Narks agents
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: a Bastian. It's explosive, as you guys will hear, because
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: we're gonna have the agents of the super Troopers with
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: the agents.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: Of the cart Narks kind of come together day, right,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: If that's some special I've got some special case uses
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: that involved police officers. Actually, okay, you guys may people
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: trying but to talk to Steve Deputy mac here. Uh,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: there's there was a slang war. We call him cart
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: c words and we can't say it on the air. Yeah, okay, okay,
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: like they have like they have a badge bunnies in
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: your case, but so that they call themselves like the
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: hey b chase. You know, it's a term of endearment,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: right right, self deprecations.
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: I mean there's more than one.
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: Super Troopers three in theaters August seventh, Yes, super Troopers three.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: Can't wait to see it next Friday. That's from the
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: seven to one to four texting over. We have the
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: guys here, and we're gonna do a round of cart
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: Narcs with Agent Sebastian. Oh all right, so we got
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: the guys from Broken Lizard here, we have the super
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: Troopers I Studio. You guys, we got Thorny Rod mac
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: We got the Trooper Carl Foster. How fun is it
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: to make a movie like that? Because I'm watching this
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: and it just seems like and we were talking off
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: the air, but you guys have known each other for
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: so long. Is it just like it's just breaking balls
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: all day long.
- 1:22:38Speaker 20: I mean, we write these jokes off in bars and
- 1:22:42Speaker 20: you know, we just come up, meet people and funny
- 1:22:45Speaker 20: things happen, and then we put them into the script
- 1:22:48Speaker 20: and then we kind of try to craft that exact
- 1:22:51Speaker 20: best version of that joke with proper lighting and sound.
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: And then.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: And then get a studio to give you money for
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: that's right, you know, and they keep doing it. Yeah,
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: It's like we had that every once in a while
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: we have that realization, like, dude, this is our job
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: we're getting we're getting paid for this. This is pretty uh,
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: this is this is pretty crazy. What's the background though,
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: is like, because I know you of the improv right right,
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: the guys were a sketch group, right, Yeah, we went
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: to college together.
- 1:23:16Speaker 9: We went to Colgate University in upstate New York, and
- 1:23:19Speaker 9: Jay had some background in Chicago improv and uh so
- 1:23:24Speaker 9: you know, somebody offered the chance to do a show
- 1:23:26Speaker 9: there and he put together a group of people he
- 1:23:28Speaker 9: thought was funny that was us and uh then there's
- 1:23:31Speaker 9: like fifteen of us or whatever, and uh, we just
- 1:23:33Speaker 9: started doing shows on the campus, sketch shows more than
- 1:23:36Speaker 9: improv because we weren't.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: Really we tried improv it weren't very good at it.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: That's a that's a specific set, a set of skills.
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: Well, if you look at like, this happens a lot
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: like the Unpractical Jokers, guys basically did that sort of
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: same thing. Yeah, they're doing more, you know, reality comedy.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: You guys are doing more obviously scripted stuff.
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: Yeah like that.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: That can work where you just meet some guys you
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: gel with or girls or whatever, and twenty five years later.
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: Yeah, it's Yeah.
- 1:23:57Speaker 9: We moved to New York after college and we kept
- 1:23:59Speaker 9: doing shows and started making little films, and we made
- 1:24:02Speaker 9: a movie called Puddle Cruiser that went to sun Dance
- 1:24:05Speaker 9: and that was our calling card and it got us
- 1:24:07Speaker 9: to Super Troopers.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: Yeah, somebody on the text here six oh three dude.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Hell yes, Broken Lizard movies got me through many inebriated nights,
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: deer fast slamming, salmon club dread were always summer sleepover staples.
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: Nice.
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: Yeah, who's the most serious and who's.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: The least serious?
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: Because I mean, you wouldn't think this is serious business,
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: but at some point there is a business to it,
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: right like you, Yeah, you do have to answer to,
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: you know, studios and stuff like that, so you can
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: do whatever you want if you're doing and things independently.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: But like who's the most serious, who's the least serious? Well,
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: these two are like mom and dad.
- 1:24:40Speaker 21: Jay's directing and it is really hard to direct while
- 1:24:43Speaker 21: you're trying to act, and so he has to be
- 1:24:45Speaker 21: you know, he's You're you're spending so many plates, you're
- 1:24:47Speaker 21: juggling so many things. Steve and I and Eric who's
- 1:24:52Speaker 21: not here, then kind of just get to screw around.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: And make each other laughs.
- 1:24:57Speaker 21: Yes, so these two come and get give us notes
- 1:25:01Speaker 21: and we like, we'll be in the yeah, we'll be
- 1:25:02Speaker 21: in a in a cruiser, and then one of these
- 1:25:06Speaker 21: guys will come over and we're like, oh man, we
- 1:25:08Speaker 21: are getting notes from one of these guys.
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: You're like, shut up, don't give me notes. Yeah.
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: Well, it's a fun movie, man.
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: Supertroopers three, it's uh we were talking. It's it's the
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: first uh last super Troopers movie was six years ago,
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: so uh, it's time in theaters. August seventh. The guys
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: are here and you're gonna witness some enforcement from our
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: own right, Agent Sebastian of the cart narcs love it,
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: and it is narc week here on the Wood Show,
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: It's Shark week on Discovery. It is narkly, yes, trying
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: to get people do the right thing, don't be lazy,
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: return those shopping carts to the corral or back to.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: The front of the store, and deflect all the excuses.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: We already already heard a couple of examples of it
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: from these guys. Yeah, so now the theme for you guys, specifically,
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: these are cop encounters. These are people who I find
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: out are police officers, and I'm not busting cop cars.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: These are you know, billion clothing. Now, this first guy, I.
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: Tell you, guys, tell you guys, you're in your playing clothes,
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: you know, not in uniform today.
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: So this first guy, maybe you should have known he
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: was a cop because he had a glock hoodie on
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: and a magpole hat, which are gun things for folks
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: who aren't aware. But he dumped his cart just right
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: next to the spot next to his car. He's like, whatever,
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: who cares? And as you'll hear, he first just tries
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: to give me like the funny, like sarcastic, condescending blowoff.
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: Will Oh no, you know that's what the cart's go
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: over there.
- 1:26:30Speaker 16: Oh no, it's all funny. All right, we'll try.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: God, I got him.
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: Guess I don't hope you pay.
- 1:26:36Speaker 16: Well I didn't. So just a magnet's not a sticker now,
- 1:26:39Speaker 16: you know, can scratch paint loose carts.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: Don't put that on my car.
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: Tell you what, I won't if you take a dard
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: back about that, and I'm gonna rush you because I'm
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: a car. Oh so yeah, the if they Because again
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: I gave him the opporunity. I gave him attle siren
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: and he said, oh I have a nice dare ha
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: ha ha Hey you like like I have some kind
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: of loser, but from in the parking lot, like I'm
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: not an authority over here. Yeah, tries to blow me off,
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: so I put the magnets shame and says, I don't
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: returmber shopping car like a jerk, lazy bones whatever, And
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: then he pulls rank on me.
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: He thinks, and again, just a magnet, you're shirt a
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: kind of car any kind of the damage or.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: Anything, Now I am I'm not to be intimidated as
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: an agent of the cart arcs guys. So I asked him,
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: just a matter of factly, well if he were to
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: arrest me? Is he just threatened? What would that entail?
- 1:27:25Speaker 16: And I'm gonna arrest you because I'm a car now, sir,
- 1:27:28Speaker 16: what are the charges? Don't touch my sir. You gotta
- 1:27:32Speaker 16: have a tom what's the reason to arrest me?
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: Don't you gotta have a charge, sir?
- 1:27:37Speaker 12: Problem?
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: My problem is the car to be left out? See
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: the fake out?
- 1:27:42Speaker 7: Now do you like?
- 1:27:44Speaker 14: Are you studying the laws so that you know that
- 1:27:46Speaker 14: he can't He's got nothing on you. Oh, you can't
- 1:27:50Speaker 14: attach it like you can attach a magnet to somebody's car.
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: Right, as long as if anything knows more about the law,
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: you or the super truth when it comes to cart
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: law to me, obviously, cart law's like law the lambs
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: the grocery store.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: You're out there.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: Well, no, I don't want to give any I want
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: to be fully uh you know, impromptu. I don't want
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: the I don't want the employees calling their buddies and saying, hey,
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: you know, comes crew with the carton ark. He's coming
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: to my place. Uh that but that being said, Uh,
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: they're they're glad I'm there. I've been kicked out of
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: a couple of lots. I'm not gonna lie, that's you know.
- 1:28:20Speaker 9: But except for those kids who are smoking joints.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, taking their free time. But no, it's I
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: want people to behave naturally in the wild. This is
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: fully authentic in that in that respect, Jay, but it's
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: just ask your question. Yeah, like like he says, well,
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: you might just scratch my paint. Well, no, the magnets
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: are clean. It's only on there for a minute or two.
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: That's in modern clear coats. That's not gonna be a
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: problem whatsoever.
- 1:28:41Speaker 5: And these were very civilian excuses. Yes, we hear these
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: all the time, right right right exactly now. At the
- 1:28:46Speaker 5: end of that clip you heard, I said, I'm going
- 1:28:48Speaker 5: to give him a fake out. So he's already come out,
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: he's already stoped his car, gotten out, threatened me once
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: or once here. I then take the magnet and I
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: pretend like I'm putting it in a place where he
- 1:28:57Speaker 5: can't see it, but I don't really put it on there.
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: It's not really there.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: So get some to move. Yeah, so I just testing
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: it again. Yeah, and now how he's getting out for
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: nothing like a stupid idiot and it's been faked out.
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: So that's fake out really, No, not really, it was
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: a trick.
- 1:29:11Speaker 16: It was a fake out. Now, will you take your
- 1:29:13Speaker 16: car back?
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: Please?
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: Why not?
- 1:29:16Speaker 16: I've asked you nicely though, and then you laughed in
- 1:29:18Speaker 16: my face. But I was asking nicely first that you
- 1:29:20Speaker 16: laughed in my face. I'm a nice guy. Actually, I'm
- 1:29:23Speaker 16: helping you out here.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: Double fake.
- 1:29:28Speaker 16: I didn't work full of once, shame on him, full
- 1:29:31Speaker 16: him twice, didn't actually full on that second time?
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: All right, now, So it didn't work on that one.
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: You can't win them all, can't get to people to
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: see the wrongs otherways.
- 1:29:39Speaker 7: Has the child of divorce.
- 1:29:40Speaker 21: This whole thing makes me very uncomfortable.
- 1:29:46Speaker 14: It's okay, well because you know, because because he's the
- 1:29:49Speaker 14: guy is just digging his heels in now, this is like,
- 1:29:51Speaker 14: it's an unhealthy marital argument.
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: I don't you're not. I'm not gonna be wrong exactly.
- 1:29:56Speaker 16: You know.
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: Well, that's that's the cart Narks has inadvertently uncovered so
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: much about in psychology, about about ego and admitting hay,
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: because this could have been over at the beginning. He said,
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: he said, hey, my bad, And if he'd even ask
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: me to take it back, I would have like, hey,
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: my bad, I'm sorry. I was being lazy? Would you
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: mind taking that for me?
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: I surprised you could just catch it when it aired,
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: But Doctor Phil legitimately did an entire episode about cart
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: narks on his show and kind of dug into that
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: whole like psychology, brought his mom on the.
- 1:30:21Speaker 14: Show because you know, my suggestion is, you know, if
- 1:30:26Speaker 14: you were like, can I just can we have an
- 1:30:29Speaker 14: honest conversation about something, and approached with a wholesome manner
- 1:30:34Speaker 14: that was very non threatening, they might actually take the
- 1:30:36Speaker 14: cartoon telling whoop is threatening?
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: Sir?
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: Yeah, Steve's in therapy.
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: I could do the pussy angle. I'm sure that might.
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: But again, I'm not yelling, I'm not threatening, I'm not screaming.
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: I'm just kind of politely pointing. Hey, would you you
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: know that they asked you to take it back? You
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: said you take it back?
- 1:30:56Speaker 17: Oh?
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: Absolutely, they if they now now there's a difference between
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: tone that they and they say, hey take that back
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: for me, bitch, Like that's different than would you mind
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: taking that back for you?
- 1:31:03Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: Yeah, so I've had both responses.
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: For sure, it's society, no matter what, even the tone,
- 1:31:08Speaker 6: they don't want to be told what to do.
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: Sure, nobody. Wait, I thought, bitch and c where were
- 1:31:12Speaker 4: in terms of endearment in your.
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to in the community already. It's an
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: in group thing. The the super troopers are here and
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: we're doing around them. What he showed cart narks that
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: his narc week and there's another person not bringing their
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: cart back. Yeah, and this guy he didn't explicitly tell
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: me he's a cop.
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: This was out in Long Island. So you're gonna hear
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: a different agent. You're gonna hear Agent Vinny Carterini. He's
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: got the the local accent. But this guy everything about
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: him with between the sunglasses, the haircut, the big beefy guy.
- 1:31:44Speaker 21: Uh.
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: We We found out later that he was indeed off duty.
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: But again, same deal. He's parked way out, leaves his
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: cart just loose, and Agent Vinny Carterini asks him politely
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: to take it back. All right, hold on there we go,
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: Oh what's this on?
- 1:31:59Speaker 13: Right?
- 1:32:00Speaker 16: A little spot there, Try to ask you to be
- 1:32:03Speaker 16: a good guy, be a sweetheart and take your cat
- 1:32:05Speaker 16: back to that because.
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: You know where it goes. Right. Oh, come on, now,
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: you're playing you're playing you you are playing games.
- 1:32:12Speaker 3: Walk away from right now.
- 1:32:14Speaker 16: I'm asking you polite, Lisa, and I'm saying I will
- 1:32:18Speaker 16: as soon as you take your caught back politely. The
- 1:32:20Speaker 16: store is not responsible if the cod damage is another
- 1:32:22Speaker 16: person's cat, right, but you'll be gone by that.
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: I'm not you.
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: Who's who's being scared threat.
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: This guy sounds like a guy who might not the
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: law like enough enough to know to say I feel threatened.
- 1:32:39Speaker 2: He's kind of I said the words I feel threatened.
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: So whatever happens after that, he can then.
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: Try to just for sure smart he might be a lawyer,
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: or he's oh, you know, he's building a case. He's
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: building a cop case. Yeah, big guy, bigger than any
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: of us in this room.
- 1:32:53Speaker 21: That's also mental gymnastics. That's like I I put myself
- 1:32:56Speaker 21: in the victim role, you know.
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: And you're exactly correct if he now if he'd started
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: out that way, and maybe he could have gotten away
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: with it. But you heard him initially he's like, yeah,
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't know where the cars go.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: Ha ha, you know, because he tried to give me,
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: like again the blowoff with classic you know, alpha cop tactic. Right,
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: But then then he knows, well, I got to build
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: a case so I can charge this guy with something. Uh,
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: so that continues as he builds that case. Do you
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: alling walk away?
- 1:33:22Speaker 16: Are you allying walk away?
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: No, you're not.
- 1:33:28Speaker 4: In your hand?
- 1:33:29Speaker 12: Does walk away light one?
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: So? Would you like to touch it? So you are
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: lying to try to build a case?
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: You walk away?
- 1:33:36Speaker 16: If you're threatened that, how come you're approaching mery to.
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: Get my call?
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: So? No, you're in your car.
- 1:33:41Speaker 16: If you're a lying through your teeth, try to build
- 1:33:43Speaker 16: a case instead of taking.
- 1:33:44Speaker 4: Your cord back?
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: Walk away?
- 1:33:46Speaker 16: I mean, you know harm I promise you this.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: I will never touch your body.
- 1:33:50Speaker 16: I will never take anything from you.
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: So will you take your card back? Now?
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: Why not want to?
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: Finally, I don't want to?
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: So you got my other minds is on the case?
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: There they all turned into patulant children one of them.
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: Yeah, well the big badass guy I don't want to.
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: And again, this happens in so many cart Knocks videos.
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: You're scaring me as he's like walking me down, like
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: trying to put the bow up on me.
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: You know, I mean you are very intimidating with those
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: glasses in the vest, all those muscles exactly.
- 1:34:19Speaker 13: So, so.
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: Guys, you guys should see him run I don't know
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: what they did the Super Trooper Academy, Like what kind
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: of stuff they had.
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: All challenging you to push like cop tests, like hey,
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: come do pete with us and stuff? Yeah, it used
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: to be Yeah, but.
- 1:34:33Speaker 14: We got We got chased through Madison or no, Nashville.
- 1:34:37Speaker 14: We got chased in a pickup truck by two women.
- 1:34:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and we were hiding like we were running through
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: the pushes hit in the bush. Why were they after you?
- 1:34:46Speaker 4: What do you think.
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: You hadn't put your cards back that we were there
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: a whole foods being irresponsible citizens? Know?
- 1:34:57Speaker 14: But they did they they they chased us, and they
- 1:35:00Speaker 14: were screaming at us and chased us in the pickup
- 1:35:02Speaker 14: trucks they ran.
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: They wanted a piece of a piece of action.
- 1:35:06Speaker 4: I really did.
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: We literally hidden bushes, yeah, in an apartment building to
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: get away from That's how.
- 1:35:13Speaker 4: Good we are now.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: Has there ever been somebody that you were genuinely afraid
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: to approach that? I mean, there's death like this guy
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: that got definitely guys that are bigger than me. But
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: I'll give you a specific example. We've never played any
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: audio from this because this was in Oklahoma City. A
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: guy was very prominently open carrying. He had a big
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: old silver shiny one strapped to his hip. Okay, and
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: had two mags in the back of his Stay away
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: from that guy, and he left his card out. I
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: was in like the Costco and outside Oklahoma City. Yeah,
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: And I said, you know what, this guy is just
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: looking for an excuse. He oh, yeah, he's open carried.
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: Don't be carrying the Costco with his wife. And he's
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: you know, fifty five whatever, big truck. And I said,
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: you know what, not worth it today today. So back
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: to our buddy here in Long Island. Uh, he's so
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: he's doing the hole like I'm scared, which is falling
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: apart because he just said I don't want to return
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: my cart, So he tries a new angle. Exactly. That's
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: the problem with America.
- 1:36:09Speaker 16: You lied said you felt threatened when I'm the sweetest,
- 1:36:11Speaker 16: most lovable cuddle bug you ever heard in your life.
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: I feel if they try to stop my car, You're
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: gonna jump in. No, I will.
- 1:36:18Speaker 16: Okay, you can get your car if you like it.
- 1:36:20Speaker 16: I'm getting you are lying, sir. Why that is not
- 1:36:24Speaker 16: a weapon, it's all Would you like it? You can
- 1:36:26Speaker 16: tell you can have it. You can have this.
- 1:36:29Speaker 3: What the do you understand?
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: Oh boy.
- 1:36:32Speaker 2: The one thing he's caring is like what they used
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: to like wave planes into the cat you know what
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: I mean. It's just basically a pointer outside of the concert.
- 1:36:37Speaker 2: You get this little orange thing parking attendant kind of thing.
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: Let's see, that's the thing. He's a cop, so he knows.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: I have to say there's a weapon involved. I have
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: to say I feel threatened. Sure, I have to say
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: that inside my car you're gonna jump in and car
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: jack me somehow. Uh So, I don't know as fake
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: cops is this? Does it hold any water with you guys?
- 1:36:55Speaker 4: I don't know, is it? Are you sure this guy's
- 1:36:56Speaker 4: a cop?
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: Oh wait? I never docks people in my videos, but
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: I've got reports after that fact, like, oh I know
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: people people see these videos where they every video has
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: this guy's Levittown, Long Island.
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: So dude, I saw you on cart narcs.
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: He doesn't have to sign a release.
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: Well, no, it's it's the first you are in public.
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: You are to know it's a It's it's like it's
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: like doing it's basically a TV news reporting thing.
- 1:37:20Speaker 14: Essentially expectation of privacy he wavers between logic and then
- 1:37:24Speaker 14: being out of control, like the you know, I feel threatened,
- 1:37:26Speaker 14: I feel scared.
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: Very logical. Yeah, but then he loses his mind and
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: then he well, look, you guys are Thespians are actors.
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: I mentioned this the other day, like not Thestians speak
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: for yourself.
- 1:37:40Speaker 4: I tried it a little in college.
- 1:37:41Speaker 2: But but like this is what college.
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: You have different tactics when you're trying to get something
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: out of somebody. You're working with pity, angered, you know, fear,
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: et cetera. All right, So finally, as you he's mad
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: at me because I keep putting the maggot on. Uh,
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: and then he just decides to chase me down within
- 1:37:57Speaker 1: and throw the card at me. Oh wow, man, I
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: keep dealing with the button. Hold on, here we go.
- 1:38:02Speaker 16: I'm gonna apply my lazybones bump a magnet.
- 1:38:06Speaker 3: Well, sir, my car just tell you not going here?
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: My car?
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: I told you, what is your problem?
- 1:38:12Speaker 16: All right?
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: There's my problem?
- 1:38:15Speaker 16: This cause my problem?
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: Turn for what?
- 1:38:21Speaker 1: What's what could have happened if I wasn't hitter heroically
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: rescue this? You got your car down? What does that
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: sign say?
- 1:38:28Speaker 16: Please return cars here?
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: How far?
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: Who I placed it.
- 1:38:34Speaker 16: Face it.
- 1:38:35Speaker 1: I told you a thousand times. Do you lie like
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: this all the time?
- 1:38:38Speaker 3: Are you a liar?
- 1:38:39Speaker 16: Bones? Is that what you are?
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: You kind of read it out?
- 1:38:42Speaker 7: See you know what you should do.
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: I'm listening when he's chasing you, you should be running
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: towards the shopping cart return slot. This is exactly what happened,
- 1:38:50Speaker 1: by the way he shoves you here, that he shoves
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: it at me, and it just so happened. I'm walking
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: like I'm backing it up and I'm pointing to the
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: sign says please return cards here. It lands did at
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: the cart?
- 1:39:01Speaker 7: Boom, there we go?
- 1:39:04Speaker 1: And then did you did you laugh in his face?
- 1:39:06Speaker 13: Like?
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: What's up?
- 1:39:08Speaker 3: I try to be.
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: I try to be you know, civil never cuss into
- 1:39:11Speaker 1: that nature. But that's the thing with the internet. Everyone
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: else can laugh in this man's face for the end
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: of time. Now, so sure we'll see.
- 1:39:17Speaker 13: Uh.
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: You know, guys, ever decided to retire from the police force,
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: maybe you can decide to join up with the cartnarks.
- 1:39:23Speaker 7: Well, I would.
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: I would like to say, you know you were like
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: who knows more about the law.
- 1:39:28Speaker 14: Kevin Heffernan, who plays Rod Farvat, is actually a lawyer
- 1:39:31Speaker 14: who has passed the bar into states that is some
- 1:39:34Speaker 14: broken lizard trivia right there.
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: Yeah, true, but I don't know what my rights here
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: and specialized shopping parking, I don't know my right.
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: But if you guys got together, you'd be unstoppable.
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: Well that's that's cart.
- 1:39:47Speaker 2: Another another explosive edition of the cartnarks. Thank you Agent
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: Sebastian and the other death in agency the consultation.
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: Glad we would help the super trippers coming up.
- 1:39:58Speaker 16: And I'm going to apply my lady bones bump a magnet.
- 1:40:02Speaker 3: Well, sir, my car, don't just tell you not to
- 1:40:06Speaker 3: go near my car?
- 1:40:07Speaker 1: I told you, what is your problem? All right? There's
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: my problem?
- 1:40:11Speaker 16: This cause my problem for what.
- 1:40:17Speaker 1: What's it could have happen if I was a hitter
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: heroically rescue this? You let your car down? What is that?
- 1:40:23Speaker 1: What does that sign of say? Please return cards here?
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: How far.
- 1:40:29Speaker 3: I placed it?
- 1:40:31Speaker 1: I told you a thousand times. Do you lie like
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: this all the time? Are you a liah bones?
- 1:40:35Speaker 16: Is that what you are?
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: Thank you?
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: Caderini.
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: I can barely remember to open my mouth when I'm
- 1:40:40Speaker 2: eating like you think I'm gonna remember to bring a
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: canvas bags to go.
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: I don't think you're gonna remember it.
- 1:40:45Speaker 2: Something shoe and thanks people love cart and Arks and

- 1:40:56Speaker 2: The seventh, and a lot of love on the text,
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: a lot of people for all different things, man, because
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: you guys have done so many different things, not just Supertroopers.
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: But it says if you can't have a full on
- 1:41:07Speaker 2: conversation with somebody completely in super Troopers quotes, then you'd
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: be taken out back and beaten with a hope. That's
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: from the five O three. This one from the three
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: two one. I'm a Vermonter as I hate saying that Vermonter. Yeah,
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: I guess yeah.
- 1:41:21Speaker 1: And I get a kick out of the super Troopers movies.
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: Uh nine oh nine says opening scene from the first Supertroopers.
- 1:41:27Speaker 2: The guy with the mutton chops was a tenant of mine.
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: I was like, where do I know you? And then
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: it hit me, Supertroopers. I'm so glad the Supertroopers are on.
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: I've loved Steve since the first movie. And then this
- 1:41:42Speaker 2: one three to one oh says the most crazy Broken
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: lizard coincidence. Halloween two thousand and eight, I dressed up
- 1:41:48Speaker 2: as a character in beer Fest. I went out and
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: I partied. Then I came back to my house, heard
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: a random party still going on nearby, stumbled into it
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: and walked in. Turned out to be the German guy
- 1:41:59Speaker 2: from beer Fest I was dressed as.
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: What a coincidence.
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: Yeah, a lot of people like you know, asking about
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: different things, whether it's like, you know, is it gonna
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: be anything more with beer Fest or Tacoma FD we're
- 1:42:10Speaker 2: talking about that a little bit off the air.
- 1:42:13Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, ideas come up, or it's like every
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: time we make.
- 1:42:17Speaker 20: A new movie, there's this group of people online who
- 1:42:20Speaker 20: get really angry and said this should be potfast, and uh,
- 1:42:26Speaker 20: we kind of taunt them a little bit.
- 1:42:28Speaker 4: Dude smoke joints.
- 1:42:30Speaker 7: But I think we probably will make that movie.
- 1:42:33Speaker 4: I think we probably will. Just could just be taunting
- 1:42:37Speaker 4: you right now, but I really do think we'll make it.
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: Well, we've we've doubled down there.
- 1:42:41Speaker 14: You say you saw Super Troopers three last night, right, Yeah,
- 1:42:44Speaker 14: there's a similar type of teaser at the end of it.
- 1:42:46Speaker 7: Yeah, so we're just inviting.
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: More of this punishment on our we learned.
- 1:42:50Speaker 20: It's sort of like cart and arcs if you get
- 1:42:51Speaker 20: if you get mad at us and go you want
- 1:42:53Speaker 20: to make them way.
- 1:42:54Speaker 4: We're like, yeah, we're not gone to that.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: We don't feel like it.
- 1:42:58Speaker 2: Yeah, there can be something, I know, personality, There could
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: be something that I was actually considering doing, but the
- 1:43:02Speaker 2: fact that you.
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: Want me to do it so bad now I'm like,
- 1:43:04Speaker 1: not get it. Well, they do very specific things like
- 1:43:06Speaker 1: we're talking about. They do top stuff, fireman stuff, beer stuff,
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: so it's not like just generic like family comedy stuff.
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: So you're all, I'm sure you get those those communities
- 1:43:16Speaker 1: super interested invested in you.
- 1:43:17Speaker 14: Yeah, but it just you know, and going back to
- 1:43:19Speaker 14: the psychology, I'm remembering like when we were starting out
- 1:43:21Speaker 14: in New York City doing.
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: Sketch comedy in the village. We would have a show
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: coming up the next day and Kevin would say to
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: to Jay and me like when we're like, oh, we
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: might go out and have a beer or something, Kevin
- 1:43:33Speaker 1: and be like, well.
- 1:43:34Speaker 14: Remember we have a show tomorrow, so don't go too hard.
- 1:43:37Speaker 14: And we're like, well, now we're gonna get blacked out drunk.
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: Well, the screenings, how they've been going on and we
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: were talking about going to uh, you guys want to
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: comic condis and screens down there. I mean, because I'm
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: in a position where it's like I've seen the movie
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: and I would love to talk about a number of
- 1:43:53Speaker 2: different things, but like I don't want to like blow
- 1:43:55Speaker 2: up your spot.
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: And really, you see the crowd.
- 1:43:57Speaker 4: Though you didn't.
- 1:43:58Speaker 15: I did not.
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: I did not see it'd be fun. It would be
- 1:44:00Speaker 2: a really fun movie obviously with the crowdsordes in theaters.
- 1:44:02Speaker 9: Go see it there, Like the other night, weigh three
- 1:44:04Speaker 9: hundred people in the theater and it would blast because
- 1:44:06Speaker 9: it's like, you know, they don't put the movies like
- 1:44:08Speaker 9: that in the movie theaters anymore.
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: We don't go.
- 1:44:10Speaker 9: We used to go watch movies like that and laugh
- 1:44:12Speaker 9: with three hundred people in a room, and people don't
- 1:44:13Speaker 9: do that anymore.
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: And it really is. It's one of those things like
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: even if you're watching that's how guys like me got
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: it into Super Troopers one is. It came out on
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: DVD and right it was a cult and then became
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: a cult hit because me and my all my friends
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: would get drunk watch it.
- 1:44:25Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:44:25Speaker 1: It's like the text is saying recite the lines back
- 1:44:28Speaker 1: to each other. I was telling these guys I went
- 1:44:29Speaker 1: to a screening of beer Fest where they gave us
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: free beer, and it was the best movie screening I've
- 1:44:35Speaker 1: ever seen my entire life, because everybody was laughing, drinking.
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: It's it's it's a party. The stuff these guys makes
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: a party type of atmosphere movie. Yeah, and make it.
- 1:44:44Speaker 14: Making that movie was funny too, because like, you know,
- 1:44:47Speaker 14: it's we're drinking. You know, a lot of times we're
- 1:44:49Speaker 14: drinking fake beer. Sometimes we're drinking real beer.
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: But like after a while, the seal would break and
- 1:44:54Speaker 1: every after every take, you know, Jay would call cut
- 1:44:57Speaker 1: and then like cast and crew would all meet in
- 1:44:59Speaker 1: the back throom and everyone being together. It's just it's
- 1:45:02Speaker 1: a party.
- 1:45:03Speaker 2: Oh you were you were talking about like uh, you
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: know they talk about like practical effects or you know,
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: just kind of the fake stuff, like when it comes.
- 1:45:09Speaker 1: To like the there's there's this again. These guys are
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: so good at making like like the mention of the text,
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: these memorable scenes, memorable quotes, and in the first Super
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: Troopers where Lieutenant Farva is barfing at because he's like
- 1:45:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna get hammer blah, blah blah. That was that's
- 1:45:23Speaker 1: that was real barf right.
- 1:45:25Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, it was a thing where we wanted to
- 1:45:28Speaker 9: you know, you get annoyed you see someone puke on
- 1:45:30Speaker 9: on screening and be like a little peace super mean,
- 1:45:32Speaker 9: it's just.
- 1:45:32Speaker 4: Like, let's do it for real.
- 1:45:36Speaker 20: Well, we were, we were really good at puking back then,
- 1:45:39Speaker 20: and we wanted it to for those who were also good.
- 1:45:43Speaker 20: We wanted them to be like, that's the connoisseurs of puke.
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: Spoiler, there are there are some puke in the three
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: there is.
- 1:45:50Speaker 9: That was that real different future absolutely yeah, method acting.
- 1:45:55Speaker 14: A respectable amount, but the Super Troopers one is the
- 1:46:00Speaker 14: most impressive thing because he's clearly suffering as he's doing it.
- 1:46:05Speaker 4: It's real.
- 1:46:06Speaker 7: It's real.
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: Yeah, it's real, and it's technicolor.
- 1:46:08Speaker 7: He requested.
- 1:46:09Speaker 14: He requested bowls of the most colorful stuff from Craft
- 1:46:12Speaker 14: Service gummy gummies, and Eminem'll.
- 1:46:16Speaker 4: Try to make it, you know, colorful, beautiful.
- 1:46:18Speaker 1: Well, it's a it's a fun movie.
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: I saw it by myself and yes, with a group
- 1:46:23Speaker 2: of people like watching it in that kind of community experience,
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: It's it's gonna be a blast. Super Troopers three in
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: theaters August seven, anything else about the movie that you
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: want to share, because again, I feel like I can't
- 1:46:34Speaker 2: talk about a couple of things without ruining it so badly.
- 1:46:38Speaker 2: Wanted to talk about a couple of things.
- 1:46:39Speaker 9: But you want to see farther make love. I mean,
- 1:46:42Speaker 9: I think that's the way you do is Yeah, and
- 1:46:45Speaker 9: some some funny Indian stuff.
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: Yea Bollywood dance number.
- 1:46:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: Well, because again the whole thing is two different stories
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: going at the same time. We're trying to stop a
- 1:46:56Speaker 2: wedding at the same time stop a drug ring there
- 1:46:58Speaker 2: in town. Guys that thank you so much for coming in.
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: Thank you, guys. Go see Sedge Gropers three against in
- 1:47:04Speaker 1: theaters August seventh. It is The Woody show'll be right back.

- 1:47:48Speaker 1: What's up?

- 1:48:12Speaker 7: I mean, Huntington Beach is so great.
- 1:48:15Speaker 4: Show.
- 1:48:16Speaker 1: Yeah, what a great town?
- 1:48:19Speaker 4: Like cool?
- 1:48:20Speaker 22: You just literally walked the streets and like, oh there's
- 1:48:22Speaker 22: another bar, Oh there's there's seventeen thousand people half naked.
- 1:48:28Speaker 22: I mean, what better place to be?
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: Yeah, that's great.

- 1:48:34Speaker 2: you see like the All ninety eight seven setup, And
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: I know Booker and Striker are broadcasting, Nicole Alvarez is

- 1:48:54Speaker 2: before we go up in the club, we have t
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: o Tim who is here now? Little feedback from reacting
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: to gayest drink a Mexican man can drink? The question
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: we got from that woman at at Fluffy's birthday party.
- 1:49:07Speaker 2: Birthday party, what was it? Some of the feedback on
- 1:49:11Speaker 2: the text and spicy marks are pretty gay and basic.
- 1:49:15Speaker 2: But you ungay it by eating the helopano. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:49:21Speaker 2: I don't know you ungay a drink. We were getting
- 1:49:24Speaker 2: some votes for screwdrivers. Mezcal is amazing. I like the
- 1:49:29Speaker 2: campfire reference, but I've always said it tastes like a
- 1:49:32Speaker 2: sharpie smells we were talking about because we were talking
- 1:49:35Speaker 2: tequila and yeah, I said, I don't like the smoky ones.
- 1:49:40Speaker 6: Yeah, oh dude, on that tequila tip. There was one
- 1:49:43Speaker 6: thing that I think we kind of whiffed on and
- 1:49:45Speaker 6: we just forgot about it. No, I just totally forgot
- 1:49:48Speaker 6: about when it became what was the most white person tequila?
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: The super o G.
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: Tequila up on that slept on the other feedbacks and
- 1:50:03Speaker 2: the rocks tequila or garbage.
- 1:50:06Speaker 1: Oh here.
- 1:50:07Speaker 2: I wanted to know what you thought about this because
- 1:50:08Speaker 2: I have had many of these with my heterosexual life
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: partner Tim here as we would have somebody said the
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: Gayest Drink by far As Palomas.
- 1:50:17Speaker 1: I disagree. Refresh, I disagree. I I love a great boloma.
- 1:50:22Speaker 1: You know you're the one who introduced actually at my house.
- 1:50:24Speaker 1: I mean, one of the first things I always offer
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: is a ploma.
- 1:50:28Speaker 2: I think I do a little clay podcast class.
- 1:50:31Speaker 4: Refresh Pine.
- 1:50:33Speaker 1: No, no, it's tequila, it's squirt. I put a little
- 1:50:38Speaker 1: bit of orange peel in there. You put lime in there?
- 1:50:42Speaker 7: Seman.
- 1:50:43Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, man, it's no no, it's so
- 1:50:49Speaker 1: It's so great.
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: I mean, he stirs the drink with his penis.
- 1:50:53Speaker 6: There is no seam in there.
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: How dare you?
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: That's gross?
- 1:50:57Speaker 7: How dare you? All right?
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: While we have some other questions here for to Tim. Now,
- 1:51:02Speaker 2: if you have a question that you'd like to have
- 1:51:03Speaker 2: brought up here during this segment, which by the way,
- 1:51:06Speaker 2: is gaining in popularity more and more every week, and
- 1:51:08Speaker 2: keep hearing more and more about it, and thank you

- 1:51:23Speaker 4: Tim?
- 1:51:24Speaker 8: What is the smell that you are guaranteed to sniff
- 1:51:26Speaker 8: in a Latino household. Guaranteed smell in a Latino household?
- 1:51:32Speaker 2: Does mark are open?
- 1:51:33Speaker 3: All right? I love it?
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: Same? All right?
- 1:51:39Speaker 2: I got my answer written down.
- 1:51:41Speaker 4: Likewise, trying to remember how to spell.
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: All right, that's always that's always a fun one.
- 1:51:47Speaker 2: Well, that could be any word at all. We're talking
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: about medic here. You have your answer there, Tim, Yes,
- 1:51:53Speaker 2: I do, all right, I have mine. I'm gonna say
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: fabulous son, and I dude, I love the smell. And
- 1:52:01Speaker 2: I know there's different different flavors. There's there's different colors.
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: One do we have your gotta go with the turquoise one, yeah,
- 1:52:07Speaker 2: the purple, blue, purple, like the purple. The purple is
- 1:52:11Speaker 2: the one I like the best, But this blue one's
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: pretty good.
- 1:52:14Speaker 4: Is good?
- 1:52:14Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:52:15Speaker 1: You know why because the smell to me is just clean, totally.
- 1:52:18Speaker 4: It's like the cilantro totally.
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: Yeah, So that's fresh. That fabuloso is his mind? What
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: do you say, greg, I said, fabulos fabuloso?
- 1:52:27Speaker 1: Nice?
- 1:52:28Speaker 5: Uh GINI grad I was kind of in the same realm,
- 1:52:31Speaker 5: but I said fabric softener.
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: Fabric sauce. Yes, really, Oh yeah, menace. What were you
- 1:52:37Speaker 2: having such a hard time spelling.
- 1:52:40Speaker 7: V with lime?
- 1:52:45Speaker 1: Oh my god?
- 1:52:46Speaker 7: Yes, for the camera game.
- 1:52:50Speaker 2: A E and then it looks like another E and
- 1:52:53Speaker 2: then a C A with lime. Yeah.
- 1:52:55Speaker 7: First first of all starts with the C.
- 1:52:59Speaker 1: Save's so funny.
- 1:53:01Speaker 2: Alright, what you what did you put?
- 1:53:03Speaker 12: Okay? I mean, why do I think this? I don't know,
- 1:53:05Speaker 12: but rosemary that you grow in the garden?
- 1:53:09Speaker 2: All right, yeah, all right, Jeff g purple purple purple? Alright,
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: Tim and Pam, but shout out to come some onions.
- 1:53:30Speaker 22: I mean, I feel like, you know, one of one
- 1:53:32Speaker 22: of the things that you always walk into a house
- 1:53:36Speaker 22: Latino house, you smell food automatically, but I feel Likethia.
- 1:53:40Speaker 22: There's always something like a little bit of burnt just
- 1:53:44Speaker 22: it's just on the on the top of the stove.
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: With the tongs on the No, you gotta just pomme it.
- 1:53:53Speaker 2: No, yeah, all right, Next question for t O Tim.
- 1:53:58Speaker 7: This came in on the tech line.
- 1:54:01Speaker 8: Tim, my man slash baby Daddy is in jail for
- 1:54:04Speaker 8: the next five years. Do I have a green life
- 1:54:07Speaker 8: to hook up and date other people?
- 1:54:10Speaker 13: Uh?
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: I mean, I don't even know if we have to
- 1:54:13Speaker 2: take guests of him. Can we can discuss?
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I was saying, but I mean, Tim, I mean,
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: don't put that on me.
- 1:54:18Speaker 2: Man, Man, well, Tim, what do you what do you say?
- 1:54:20Speaker 1: I mean, here's what I would say.
- 1:54:22Speaker 7: Five years.
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: I think you wait for your man to get out
- 1:54:27Speaker 1: in five years. Now, if it was five years, is
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: the cutouf? Well what did you tell him?
- 1:54:32Speaker 5: We can both see other people.
- 1:54:34Speaker 22: Now if it's like if it's like fifteen to life,
- 1:54:37Speaker 22: I'm like, yeah, screw it, man, Like, go find somebody.
- 1:54:40Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: But oh, five years, like five years ago is pretty
- 1:54:44Speaker 1: darn quick. I'm thinking stick around, stick around.
- 1:54:48Speaker 6: Yeah, you want them to stick around. But I think
- 1:54:51Speaker 6: there's still stuff happening on the low. It's just it's
- 1:54:54Speaker 6: just not public. It's just not out there and everybody
- 1:54:57Speaker 6: knows about it.
- 1:54:57Speaker 2: So would you feel that way you're going away for
- 1:55:00Speaker 2: let's say you're going away.
- 1:55:01Speaker 1: For five years. I'm going away for five years.
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: You're going away for five years. You're cool with her
- 1:55:06Speaker 2: taking that approach?
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: Well, remember I said I said she should be wait
- 1:55:11Speaker 1: for she should wait for.
- 1:55:12Speaker 2: Me for five years. Five and a half years. You're
- 1:55:14Speaker 2: going away.
- 1:55:16Speaker 1: Now we're now, we're now, we're Penny pinching.
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: What's what I'm guessing for Tim is Tim. I would
- 1:55:23Speaker 2: think that Tim would really want her just to wait
- 1:55:26Speaker 2: however long it is, like, unless.
- 1:55:29Speaker 4: It's head or whatever whatever I mean, I would like.
- 1:55:31Speaker 1: Because there's a chance he gets out for good behavior,
- 1:55:33Speaker 1: because he's a good boy.
- 1:55:34Speaker 7: Well that's what I was just going to say.
- 1:55:36Speaker 8: If it's county jail, five years equals two and a half,
- 1:55:39Speaker 8: so he'll be home a lot sooner. So I would say,
- 1:55:41Speaker 8: try to stay true to your man if you can. Yeah,
- 1:55:44Speaker 8: but listen, you know, if you get a horny man,
- 1:55:46Speaker 8: just do it on the low, like minister. Yeah, I agree,
- 1:55:49Speaker 8: I mean it on the low and not with any
- 1:55:51Speaker 8: of his friends.
- 1:55:52Speaker 7: Yeah, say something.
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: It can't be out there.
- 1:55:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:55:57Speaker 1: All right, Well there you go.
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: There those are You should have left the fun one
- 1:56:02Speaker 2: for the second, you know, lead with the heavy and
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: then cleaned up with fabulosa the way to go.
- 1:56:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:56:09Speaker 2: If you got a question for a future round of
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: T O Tim, you can send us your question on
- 1:56:13Speaker 2: the text over to two two nine eight seven, or
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: like I mentioned.
- 1:56:16Speaker 1: Just d us with an email email at the woodieshow
- 1:56:19Speaker 1: dot com. We'll take a quick break.
- 1:56:21Speaker 2: We'll come back and then we're gonna go up in
- 1:56:22Speaker 2: the clurb here on this throwback Thursday that is next.
- 1:56:26Speaker 1: Hang on, I'm with Woody on this.
- 1:56:29Speaker 12: It's very strange that it's not good at all.
- 1:56:30Speaker 5: Oh God finished, its a sour after Oh my God,
- 1:56:36Speaker 5: tastes like cold grease.
- 1:56:42Speaker 19: Show.
- 1:56:44Speaker 1: Well, here's another example of what a dumb world.
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: We live and nothing, nothing makes sense. This dude, he's
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: a small business owner. His company sells razors and shaving
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: supplies and crap like that. So you know, the weights
- 1:57:00Speaker 2: of the packages that he's sending out to the customers
- 1:57:02Speaker 2: pretty low, and he found a loophole to help with
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: his shipping costs. Because you do everything you can to
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: keep the shipping costs as low as you can, you
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: want to have to pass that along to the customer.
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: I know we had that, man. That was the biggest
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: issue with this Woodie Show merch store.
- 1:57:19Speaker 1: Is that you know, we kept things.
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: We're not making any money on that, right but for
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: whatever reason, and we're still trying to figure that part out.
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: Like the cost of sending out if somebody orders like
- 1:57:29Speaker 2: a Woody Show hoodie, the shipping on it was like
- 1:57:32Speaker 2: nineteen dollars. It was like, wait, what, that's not possible
- 1:57:37Speaker 2: really or shouldn't be possible.
- 1:57:38Speaker 4: Correct.
- 1:57:39Speaker 2: So we have DJ Tim Martinez. He's he's been working
- 1:57:41Speaker 2: on a couple of different Yeah, so there's different ways
- 1:57:44Speaker 2: we could do it, just like we'd have to maybe
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: have somebody else, you know, handle things.
- 1:57:48Speaker 4: Dude.
- 1:57:48Speaker 5: It's that's crazy.
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: It's been it's been a thing, dude, it's been a
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: thing since we've started.
- 1:57:56Speaker 7: We're done.
- 1:57:56Speaker 6: We use the building mailing system and we like we
- 1:58:00Speaker 6: would print out like all the stickers and we use
- 1:58:03Speaker 6: like the whole budget for the building, like within a
- 1:58:06Speaker 6: week for the month.
- 1:58:08Speaker 1: Well, jokes on us. They stopped giving us that service.
- 1:58:10Speaker 1: Here are years and years. Yeah, they stopped paying for
- 1:58:13Speaker 1: that long time ago.
- 1:58:13Speaker 3: Anyway.
- 1:58:14Speaker 2: So this guy, small business owner razors and shaving supplies.
- 1:58:17Speaker 2: He's sending these things out and so we found a
- 1:58:18Speaker 2: loophole to help with the shipping costs.
- 1:58:20Speaker 4: Listen to this.
- 1:58:21Speaker 10: This is a thirteen point one ounce order going to Colorado.
- 1:58:25Speaker 10: It costs seven dollars and sixty cents to ship. Now,
- 1:58:30Speaker 10: let's add some rocks to the order, two pounds. Let
- 1:58:35Speaker 10: me update my weight over here. It now costs five
- 1:58:38Speaker 10: ninety seven to ship if you get any free rocks
- 1:58:42Speaker 10: with your order from Margaret Razors.
- 1:58:44Speaker 4: That's the reason. Yeah.
- 1:58:46Speaker 23: Wait, just because it's like a round number, it costs
- 1:58:49Speaker 23: less to ship something heavier than it did for something lighter.
- 1:58:53Speaker 23: That doesn't make me say what about companies using It's
- 1:58:56Speaker 23: the USPS.
- 1:58:56Speaker 1: It's the Postal Service.
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: Like I said, nothing, nothing makes any sense, like it
- 1:59:01Speaker 2: went like so, thirteen point one ounces was seven dollars
- 1:59:04Speaker 2: and sixty cents to ship a couple of small bags
- 1:59:07Speaker 2: of rocks two pounds, now three ounces, and it goes
- 1:59:09Speaker 2: down to five ninety seven box. I'm everything, everything's the same. Yeah,
- 1:59:15Speaker 2: you see in the video he just throws he literally
- 1:59:16Speaker 2: just throws the rocks into the thing, puts the new
- 1:59:19Speaker 2: number in there, and now it's lower what backwards?
- 1:59:23Speaker 1: Yeah, this is so weird.
- 1:59:25Speaker 15: Pirate ship though, if you want to do it yourself,
- 1:59:27Speaker 15: you can save doing it online there.
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:59:29Speaker 2: The Postal Service hasn't commented on this yet because they're
- 1:59:32Speaker 2: they're so oblivious and that's just for you socks and
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: pennies though, Irish ship.
- 1:59:38Speaker 1: So yeah, yes, hopefully, uh greg.
- 1:59:41Speaker 2: A little piece of news for you. Germany is getting
- 1:59:46Speaker 2: rid of paper checks at the end of twenty twenty seven,
- 1:59:50Speaker 2: so it's not.
- 1:59:51Speaker 12: Gonna go there.
- 1:59:51Speaker 4: Yeah, to pay their credit cards.
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: Greg is one of the only people I know who
- 1:59:55Speaker 2: still writes checks for stuff and puts him in envelopes
- 1:59:58Speaker 2: and puts stamps on them and then mails them out.
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: I'm only down to three main bills with checks, and
- 2:00:03Speaker 4: that's credit cards two of them, and then a car payment.
- 2:00:07Speaker 4: I signed up for auto pay for the mortgage. Yeah,
- 2:00:10Speaker 4: thank you.
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: Why couldn't you do to the modern age, Why couldn't
- 2:00:14Speaker 2: you do that with the I could, but especially the
- 2:00:18Speaker 2: car paim. The car PEM is the exact same amount.
- 2:00:20Speaker 4: I sometimes I like to add more to the principal what.
- 2:00:24Speaker 1: Is gonna get washed in? His whole already has and.
- 2:00:29Speaker 4: I could.
- 2:00:29Speaker 2: Okay, Well, then you can set up an automatic payment
- 2:00:32Speaker 2: and then if you want to change it, there'll be
- 2:00:33Speaker 2: to the next upcoming payment. You literally just go in
- 2:00:35Speaker 2: there and just change the amount. I've paid it online before,
- 2:00:38Speaker 2: but I've never set up the auto pay. Only the
- 2:00:40Speaker 2: auto pay for the mortgage, or even if it was
- 2:00:42Speaker 2: an autopay, let's just say, instead of writing the check
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: out and getting the stamp in the whole thing, you
- 2:00:46Speaker 2: just logged onto your bank and you did bill pay
- 2:00:49Speaker 2: and you can just do it individually like one offs.
- 2:00:51Speaker 1: And not audi business.
- 2:00:53Speaker 4: I have done that before.
- 2:00:54Speaker 2: I understand you not wanting a fast food restaurants app. No,
- 2:00:58Speaker 2: you never doing things that way.
- 2:01:00Speaker 4: It could be free food if you have the app.
- 2:01:01Speaker 4: I wouldn't do it.
- 2:01:02Speaker 1: Yeah, forget.
- 2:01:03Speaker 2: I can't understand it.
- 2:01:05Speaker 4: Well, I probably could.
- 2:01:07Speaker 7: Do you get paper bills or do you do paperless?
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: That's the thing. I signed up for the mortgage auto
- 2:01:13Speaker 4: pay thing or enrolled in it, and they still send
- 2:01:16Speaker 4: me every month the statement that with multi pages an
- 2:01:20Speaker 4: envelope to send it back and it says already paid.
- 2:01:23Speaker 4: Do nothing.
- 2:01:24Speaker 1: That's damn ways.
- 2:01:27Speaker 2: I still sign up for I want paper billing. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:01:30Speaker 2: I like to because there's so many emails and stuff
- 2:01:33Speaker 2: that come through. It gets lost, you know where. If
- 2:01:35Speaker 2: there's a bill there, I take it and I put
- 2:01:36Speaker 2: it in the bill pile and that way I can
- 2:01:37Speaker 2: just go through make sure I still pay it online. Yeah,
- 2:01:40Speaker 2: but I just make sure that it's paid. It just
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: wait for me to stay organized with the bills. Now
- 2:01:45Speaker 2: Australia as well, they are bidding farewell to paper checks
- 2:01:49Speaker 2: by twenty thirty.
- 2:01:51Speaker 1: So it seems like it's it's creeping across the globe.
- 2:01:53Speaker 2: Greg soon to come to a country near you.
- 2:01:55Speaker 4: I'll be ready when it's time, you know. For America.
- 2:01:58Speaker 1: Australia also got rid of paper a long time ago.
- 2:02:01Speaker 1: That's crazy when you go there. In some other countries too,
- 2:02:03Speaker 1: they have basically plastic money. Really yeah, say it's got
- 2:02:06Speaker 1: like see through portions in its.
- 2:02:08Speaker 4: Yeah, it's fun.
- 2:02:08Speaker 1: It's transparent.
- 2:02:12Speaker 2: Insensitivity draining for a politically correct worlds.

- 2:03:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's awesome. They cool clothes there now.
- 2:03:14Speaker 2: Man, it's only because somebody on social media decided that
- 2:03:17Speaker 2: Kirkland was going to be a cool brand.
- 2:03:19Speaker 1: Totally, there's nothing necessarily cool about it. It's not if
- 2:03:22Speaker 1: the logos cool or anything else.
- 2:03:24Speaker 2: Someone just decided and everybody else, just like Sheep, followed
- 2:03:27Speaker 2: along with it, and Kirkland was gonna be something that
- 2:03:31Speaker 2: was gonna be cool to wrap. Dude, remember the longest
- 2:03:33Speaker 2: time champion like this, that was like, dude, you were poor,
- 2:03:39Speaker 2: you were like, dude, you wouldn't be you wouldn't be
- 2:03:41Speaker 2: caught dead champion stuff. Then all of a sudden, Champion
- 2:03:45Speaker 2: became really cool and everybody wanted it and everybody wanted
- 2:03:48Speaker 2: to rock.
- 2:03:48Speaker 5: That awesome guys clothes. Look, I always get stuff from
- 2:03:51Speaker 5: my husband there.
- 2:03:52Speaker 2: I'm not knocking it. I don't care I'll wear anything.
- 2:03:54Speaker 2: I don't care what anybody thinks about that I'm saying.
- 2:03:56Speaker 2: But it's funny how out of note people here watch this.
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: That's why I say sometimes I'm convinced that people go here.
- 2:04:02Speaker 2: We're just going to do this to watch how everybody reacts,
- 2:04:05Speaker 2: just to do it, just to see.
- 2:04:06Speaker 1: If we can get people to do it.
- 2:04:07Speaker 4: Like the Balenciaga duct tape. Uh, what do you call it? Bracelet?
- 2:04:11Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 2:04:11Speaker 1: Right, like we know this, we know this is so dumb.
- 2:04:15Speaker 4: Let's watch it up.
- 2:04:17Speaker 2: Yeah exactly, all right, Thank you very much, Greg Gory,
- 2:04:21Speaker 2: Thank you so much for giving the show some of
- 2:04:22Speaker 2: your valuable time this morning. You know we'd love it.

- 2:04:27Speaker 2: suck it. Catch back here on Friday. Have a great day.
