- Lord Hinkie: Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to another episode of the Z N G Dynasty Podcast. As always, I am joined by I would even just call you a secondary host at this point, right hand manned, you're my go to. Damien the Ninja Moore. Say hi to the people, big fella. ninja: Hello, thanks guys. Thanks for having me back. Thank you. Appreciate it. happy to be back for another one and by golly, I wish we'd be recording the last hour. 'cause that was some fun conversation. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, a lot of really good bits, wing tee offense and really that's all I can give you guys as a precursor to what we were talking about, 'cause the rest of it probably should have been a dark pod. But I digress. lot of good energy today. And I think without further ado, let's just head right into these breakdowns, brother. You ready to roll? ninja: Let's get rolling. Lord Hinkie: All right, as you guys know, we do the goods and the bads. We start off with the goods here for week seven. By the way, it's about to be week eight of the NFL season. What where has time gone? ninja: Nuts. Crazy it's week eight already. Lord Hinkie: It's insane. We're halfway through the season almost. Absolutely not. Soak in all these football games while you can because they go way too fast. Goods. First good on our list, Cam Scataboo. Had himself a day for the Giants against that Texans team. a little bit worried about the Texans, but we'll talk about them a little bit later. Scataboo, 17 carries, 124 yards, and a touchdown. The Giants had four rushing touchdowns in this game by four different players. pretty impressive performance for them, but Scataboo was definitely highly love it after his dud last week. ninja: Yeah, he was on timeout last week, ate too many of the green crayons, had to sit that one out. but back this week and you saw exactly what happened, Scataboo on a tear. That whole Giants team looked pretty good. and the Texans defense was miserable. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, not good at all. next good on our list, T. Higgins. And I threw in Joe Burrow here as well. Another four touchdown passes for Burrow, almost 300 yards, no picks, and T. Higgins, six catches, 150 yards in a tutty. really good game from him. really good game from this Bengals team. Kind of, you know, BTA'd the Ravens this week. ninja: Yeah, and one of my favorite things to do is after these games is watch one of my favorite YouTubers out there. He broke down film and he was like, Why having a guy like Jamar Chase is so important? Really freed up T. Higgins because they were so focused on Lamar dropping almost three guys in a zone, they would shade Lamar Jamar and really open up T Higgins. I love everything about it, but Joey B is spitting that thing right now. Bengals offense looks fantastic besides Chase Brown. Lord Hinkie: That guy might dress awful, but he does throw a pretty nice football. next on our list, Zay Flowers on the other side of this game. Eight catches, a hundred and thirty seven yards, and Tutty. He did start this game off with a fifty yard touchdown, which you know helped all these numbers. But he seems to be the lone bright spot there for the Ravens with no Lamar. ninja: Yeah, well the thing is is who's the next wide receiver to step up? I know you and me are both really high on a guy who's been a DNP this entire year, in Eliza Surrat. Jacoby Lane, I think he's still on IR or just getting back off of it now recently. Lord Hinkie: He actually was just back this week, yeah. ninja: Yep. and it's what are they gonna give ya? but besides that it's Zay Flowers or Bust as far as our passing game goes. And he's been making the most this is the first time I can confidently say in his career I feel like he's earned a wide receiver one title. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Would completely agree. I've actually notoriously been selling him in a few leagues that I've had him in and I am regretting that. in pretty much all of those aspects. next good on our list we have the the entire Tampa Bay Buccaneers. more specifically Bucky Irving. Twenty four carries, a hundred and six yards and two touchdowns. just tore it up. They ended up rushing the ball forty five Forty eight times this game and only threw the ball eleven. That's how you're whooping on a team when you throw eleven times. one of the weirdest game scripts I've ever seen in a one o'clock NFL game between two f pretty much fully healthy NFL teams. the Bucs just owned the Panthers this week. ninja: Talk about BTA. Whoa. Unnecessar. Lord Hinkie: Shocking. ninja: This is almost abuse. Am I calling CPS about this game? Maybe. it was really rough out there. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. The FBI should investigate this. ninja: man. That Panthers offense, we'll get into those, them in the bads, but man, they looked horrendous. Whether it was the Buccaneers playing really good, which we'll give them a lot of credit for here now, because they're part of the goods. Awesome game. Didn't have to do anything really. Their defense was on lockdown mode the entire game and they were essentially skating after the second quarter. and just do not lose. They were running the ball, punting, scoring touchdowns, defensive touchdowns, what? Didn't Lord Hinkie: But ninja: matter. Unstoppable this week. Lord Hinkie: Literally unstoppable. yeah, I mean when Baker Mayfield only has to throw the ball eleven times, you're doing pretty well for yourself. next good on her our list, Omar Cooper Junior had himself another pretty good week. Five catches, a hundred and fifteen yards and a touchdown. Mason Taylor for the Jets also had two touchdown receptions. Kenyan Sadiq only had one catch. I think we have something to talk about there, maybe we'll get into in a little bit, but Omar Cooper with back to back a really good week for the Jets. Another bomb touchdown catch. I know it's not, week in and week out predictable, but I think we have to start talking about as a pretty decent fantasy asset. ninja: I think we do too. my only thing is here, I'm going to respect our scouting, especially the first year. Is this going to be able to happen on multiple, multiple weeks over course of many seasons? that's what our scouting's for. You and me weren't high on him and these past two weeks have proven us wrong. When he's healthy, he's proven us wrong. so that's one thing I look forward to. Maybe I should have listened to the NFL execs instead of my own notes on this one. 'cause neither of us liked him going in the first round. We kinda thought, we like some other guys more. Lord Hinkie: What's shocking for me is that in college he was never a over the top deep threat. Like that was never really ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: his game. Like his game was always short, quick, speedy, out of the slot, like short catches, r run after catch. He was never really known as the over the top deep threat guy. And back to back weeks in the NFL he's caught in two massive bombs from Geno Smith. So maybe that's the side of his game we just didn't know he had because he never got to show it in Indiana. ninja: Well, I think part of it was A. D. Mitchell was out with an injury, at least last week. I I think this week he was active but didn't do much of anything. But A. D. Mitchell is your deep threat. Get over the top. Have some speed. And since they didn't have that, 'cause A. D. Mitchell has been out for an extended period of time this year, maybe they reverted Omar Cooper to that role. but you're right, in college we didn't see this film 'cause maybe if we saw this film, we would have liked him a little bit more. Lord Hinkie: Even just knowing that he had it in the tank, 'cause I he produced well at the NFL combine. I think he ran a four three something. But it's like you never saw that on tape, so I just thought he was maybe, a little bit fluky, but he's producing the NFL and I think we have to pay attention to it. next good on our list, Tony Pollard. Twenty five carries, a hundred and thirty yards, three touchdowns for the Tennessee Titans, pretty much their entire offensive week against Cleveland. Two early touchdowns too. I both of them came in the first quarter. Just an absolute bomb. ninja: Unk still got it. I mean, he showed it this week. No one started him this week. Absolutely no one Lord Hinkie: Nobody. ninja: started him. And he said, Hey, I'm still here. Don't forget. We still up. Glad I bet it. Lord Hinkie: On the other side yeah, glad you bet it too. We needed something the fall on Sunday. Shoo. ninja: Ha ha ha. Lord Hinkie: next goods on our list, two Cleveland Browns. Quinshawn Judkins, seventeen carries, ninety six yards, two touchdowns on the ground, and Casey Comsetcion with a little bit of a breakout game, eight catches, a hundred and twenty nine yards. looked really good this week. And I hate to give him credit and I almost don't want to, but Watson looked okay as an NFL quarterback. That's all I'm say. That's all I'm gonna say. ninja: Okay, that's where you lost me. I I'm I'm not gonna comment on it. But Judkins, yes, this is what I expected. Hopefully you bought low. I've been trying to buy low on him past couple weeks, probably lost out on that opportunity. KC Concepcion, one of my favorite film watches over the past offseason. Don't think he was a my guy necessarily, but I was definitely higher on him than Junior was. happy Lord Hinkie: Slightly ninja: to see him blossom into what I saw in college, what I liked him to be. and don't forget about Denzel Boston on the other side. Didn't have a good last couple of weeks. But this Browns offense is finally exciting to watch. Regardless of their Q who their QB is, they finally have the weapons where I'm excited to watch a Browns game on Sunday. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, still eight targets for Denzel Boston, so I don't think I'm really going anywhere with my thoughts on him. Just, not his week this week. next good on our list, Trey McBride. on International Ten Ends Week, ten catches, a hundred and eleven yards, and a touchdown on thirteen targets. it's very obvious that he is the offense for the Arizona Cardinals, but I think week in and week out, he just keeps showing why he is the entire offense for the Cardinals. the guy's unstopp it's unstoppable and he looks so cool doing it. Trey McByre just ninja: He Lord Hinkie: looks cool. ninja: he's one of the smoothest operators at the tight end position we've had in a while. Lord Hinkie: Yes. ninja: and it's good to see him go to work like he always does. Like he's so similar to Brock Bowers, but like McBride has this kind of like funk in his game where he's a little bit more like edgy in his route running. It's not Lord Hinkie: Mm-hmm. ninja: like Brock Bower, I think, is fluid and crisp and almost like a orchestra where McBride is like straight up eighties rock and roll music. Where we're always going to love a groove there. It's always a little bit, in your face, smash mouth, but then can also have those miraculous one handed grabs in the end zone like he's known for. Lord Hinkie: Mm-hmm. ninja: McBride is the best tight end in the NFL as of this moment. Sorry, Brock Bowers, you're number two. Lord Hinkie: But they're right there. They've always been cutting hairs, ninja: Neck and neck. Lord Hinkie: yeah. next good on our list to kinda throw it out there, Jameson Williams, five catches, ninety one yards, but two touchdown receptions. pretty good week for the Lions. The Lions offense I've only scored twenty points total, but a lot of their big name players had really good games. Gibbs had a bunch of yards, Amon Ross St. Brown had over a hundred and fifty receiving yards, Goff had three hundred yards and two touchdowns. But this Lions team is This offense and this offensive core is so good, but J Mo caught the two touchdowns this week, so he's on our list. ninja: Yeah, JMA this week on one of the touchdown guys, please I implore you to do film work. if you go back on I think it's his second touchdown of the g no first one of his touchdown grabs, he runs a drag and it's a sit. He sits on his drag route, middle of the field. Penne Sewell also runs a drag, sits in the middle of the field, the linebacker phases towards Penne Sewell leaves Jma wide open, gets a touchdown. miraculous work that he gets opened due to a lineman downfield. Absolutely love it. no qualms with the way Dan Campbell is running this offense because I love a big man getting some motion, running some routes. We love that here. Lord Hinkie: Can't a big man just gets an emotion? ninja: God forbid. Lord Hinkie: God forbid. next goods on our list. Javante Williams and CeeDee Lamb against the Birds on Monday Night Football. Javante, 25 carries, 150 yards, and a touchdown. CeeDee Lamb, five catches, 74 yards, two touchdowns on 12 targets. We the Eagles cannot stop running backs. We've talked about this week in and week out. It doesn't matter who you are. We can't stop running backs at all. So Javante huge day, C D's a stud, owned us out of the slot. but yeah, two big weeks for two cowboys. ninja: Yeah, I would almost put Pickens in this as well. most Cowboys ate this week. Dak looked pretty okay. Javante was good. I think Javante was the best of the three playmakers there. but CD is also CD Lamb. hey man, it's open season on the birds right now and no one's giving it to us easy, so hate to see it. Lord Hinkie: Hate to see it. Malik Willis had a pretty good week for, you know, Malik Willis standards. Two hundred passing yards, two touchdowns. Also ran one in off the ground. three total for the Miami Dolphins quarterback. It's a pretty solid week for him. ninja: Yes, solid week. I wanted to throw him in here, getting the tough win when they didn't expect it. Had a good performance. This was his best performance of the year by far, being fluid in his reads in the offense. I just wanted to give him a little bit of a shout out this week. Lord Hinkie: I'm sure you guys watching the Rams play football probably get Kyron Williams and Blake Coram mixed up because they look very like, they're similar heights, they wear similar numbers, but they also had similar stat lines this week. Kyron Williams sixteen carries, ninety nine yards and a touchdown. Blake Coram seventeen carries, ninety three yards and also a touchdown. So big week from the back up back there. Blake Coram does look very good in that backfield. They both also had long rushes of seventeen yards they tied each other. ninja: Love it. Blake Coram got the nod for me this week. like if you have an RB two to own in the NFL, it's Blake Coram getting Lord Hinkie: yeah. ninja: work week in, week out. I would almost say a must start in fantasy right now, especially with the bye weeks going on. Lord Hinkie: he's easily a start flexible. Yeah. and then the last gun on our list, Seahawks defense, dude. Absolutely ninja: It's back. Lord Hinkie: locked down the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday night. ninja: Hope you listened to the ninja when I said Seattle. Love it. Sam Darnold necessarily didn't have the best game, but who needs Sam Darnold to have the best game when Seattle's defense is absolutely cooking McFraud, Mafraud, awful, Lord Hinkie: Mafrodi. ninja: Miffrodi, just a lackluster Chiefs offense who haven't seen a top defense yet this year. They got a good look at one in Seattle and Seattle looked awesome. We were talking beforehand about a guy, Nikki Manwari. Man, he's so freaking good at football. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. So good. I want him on my football team. Please. ninja: Please. Howie Roseman, make it happen. Lord Hinkie: Please. probably one of the worst games I've seen Patrick Mahomes play. And I don't know if it was necessarily his fault. I just think everything was taken away from him. but very, very impressed by this the Seahawks defense. Finally stepping up, showing us what they really can be. moving on to the bads. First bad on our list. ninja: Sound music first, please. Hey guys, I'll take this one over. So the ninja admits when he's wrong about takes, but then one of our own probably sold you this week. He didn't show up. He didn't show up. He didn't let us believe this week. Never really a part of the game plan this week. Surprising. Did he ruin everyone's touchdown parlays this week? Yep. Lord Hinkie: Yep. ninja: Did he ruin the easiest moneyline game pick this week? Yep. Lord Hinkie: Yep. ninja: We hate to see it for one of our own. But we acknowledge the bad even if it's at our front door. Nico Collins. Bad this week. League loser this week. I don't expect him to be here very often. I don't think he'll be here the rest of the year. so still believe in the fella. Still believe in my guy. one bad week. Deserves he deserves to be here, but man, I hate to see it. Lord Hinkie: Really hate to see it. Texans were just spreading the ball around all over the place. Nico still had five targets, but only two catches for six yards. Really couldn't get anything going. I might even say the Giants defense has played very well this year. mostly their pass rush has been able to get home a lot. So Stroud was like kind of uneasy for most of that game, but yeah, not a great knife from Rico. Next bad on our list, which I believe this guy has made it on our bads list the back the past two weeks. Derrick Henry. Only seventeen well, seventeen carries, but for only forty five yards. One catch. Can't can't win weeks when Derrick Henry's putting up six fantasy points. You need more from the guy. ninja: Can't I I'm still gonna give him a little bit of a pass. Lamar isn't playing. So what does that factor into it? I imagine a whole lot. Lord Hinkie: I never thought he would be d this dependent on Lamar playing. Like I you y you'd think that they would be able to manifest some kind of offense through Derrick Henry with whoever, but cannot. ninja: Hey man. he's on the e he needs a passing game to support him. Snoop Putley ain't doing it. Zay Flowers had a good game, but it's not enough to really do it like Lamar moving the backfield, moving the pocket, making everyone uneasy about speed option, read option. he needs that at this stage of his career and it just hasn't been a good look for him. Lord Hinkie: Next bat on our list, the Carolina Panthers football team. ninja: Sad music again. Lord Hinkie: yeah, no one I yeah, I'll take this one over. Just a despicable showing for a football team that has showed so much promise this season. You've you've been so high and to fall this low. I mean Bryce Young, fifty percent completion percentage, one hundred and sixty three yards, threw two picks, and he took Five sacks. Taylor Mowen, I believe is a starting left tackle or right tackle, I can't remember exactly, for the Carolina Panthers, but he has been a bona fide stud on that offensive line for a long time. He did go down in this game with a knee injury, and I believe he's gonna be out for the rest of the season. That's gonna be a big hit for this Carolinas offense. With that being said, it shouldn't make you perform like a a single A team playing a six A team in high school. just the Buccaneers owned every aspect of this football game. Defensive touchdowns, three and outs, turnovers. I mean, they ran the ball forty five times, forty eight times or whatever it was, and you can't stop anybody. I mean, put your backs up against the wall. And play some friggin' football. Sad, sad performance. I'm I hope you didn't play any Panthers this week. But I know a lot of you did. ninja: Yeah, hopefully you weren't me and played the Panthers defense this week. Minus three points. Hate Lord Hinkie: Shoo. ninja: to see it. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I think there's a bounce back here for the Panthers. This was the one game this year really where Bryce Young has looked horrendous. Lord Hinkie: Five sacks. ninja: Yeah, yeah, but he needs to be better. this is but the one game where this offense like really faltered. I expect them to kinda pick up the pieces from here and figure it out. Hopefully their offensive line, they figure that out. But man One of the wonkiest one o'clock games I've seen in a minute. Lord Hinkie: So wonk. next bat on our list, Garrett Wilson. Only two catches for 26 yards. and a little verbal altercation with Geno Smith on the sideline. a lot of trade rumors going around Garrett Wilson right now, and I can see why. but not a great performance against the Dolphins. ninja: No, part of it is I don't think they're running concepts at favorite Garrett Wilson very much. Like all the work he used to be getting, Omar Cooper got the last two weeks. So it's kinda you pick and choose what's Doug E P really rolling up with today, and it's not anything for Garrett Wilson. Garr Wilson's a decoy right now. Lord Hinkie: Really expensive decor that guy. next bat on our list, Sam Laporta, tight end for the Detroit Lions. all of the Lions ate this week, or at least, you know, had an appetizer. Sam Laporta didn't show up the dinner. He had one catch for eighteen yards on international tight ends week. not only did I bet him the score in our parlay, but I just expected more from this guy. come on now. Against the Green Bay Packers, you're gonna put up one catch. ninja: Unacceptable. Lord Hinkie: Unacceptable. Next bad on our list, which goes through the Seahawks defense being good, is Patrick Mahomes was very bad this week. fifty five percent completion percentage, only a hundred and sixty five yards, no touties, an interception. He also fumbled the ball. could not the the entire Kansas City offense could not get anything going, and a lot of it stemmed from Mahomes not being able to throw the ball downfield or Kenneth Walker really getting any work. But Kenneth Walker's day was saved by a couple handful of catches. ninja: Yeah, the big thing here is holy crap, imagine a game where the Chiefs can't run ten point nine yards on average with Kenneth Walker per attempt and their offense doesn't look good. This was their first real glimpse back in the mirror, crap, we need to be able to work with this because if the running game ain't working today, their pass game is non-existent. It their pass game stems off the run game being so good, and if the run game isn't good. It's not the Pat Mahomes of old. That pass game ain't making up for it. It was gross to see. everything I expected it to be. Of course, 'cause I'm a serious better out here that knew that the Seahawks defense was shut down, lights out last week. but man, I missed Jalen Royals for two on catches. Hate to see it. Probably done with opportunities this year, junior. I think we were wrong on that one. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Yeah, we're gonna have to eat that. ninja: Whoever Cyrus Allen is, props for you for being out this kid, but tough luck for the entire Chiefs offense. everybody included. Not just Mahomes. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, end this podcast. next bat on our list was anybody on the Colts and Vikings game. Pretty mu I mean, if you had Jonathan Taylor, you were fine 'cause he scored a touchdown. but any pass catcher for the Colts stunk, Daniel Jones stunk, all the Vikings stunk. Hawkinson you got lucky with 'cause he caught a touchdown. just not a great game to be a part of there, all across the board. ninja: Yeah, I'm pretty sure we told you last week this was an under game. Hopefully you listened to us. Yeah, this was this was a gross one. Lord Hinkie: All right, Ninja. Talk to us. ninja: Hey guys. I've been pretty tame the last couple pots. Can I get the sad music please? Lord Hinkie: sad? Okay. I wish I had angry music. ninja: I'll get some metal in here for ya very soon. Actually tie work on that for me, please and thank you. Lord Hinkie: Thanks, Ty. Appreciate it. ninja: But I've been pretty mellow the past couple weeks about Eagles. I understand the the things going on there. And I'm trying to be respectful. Trying to let Howie figure it out, trying to let Nick Siriani figure it out. To my surprise this week, man, that offense looked good in the first half. Even with Tanner McKee, with all the injuries. Offensive line held up looked good. Saquon Barkley in limited touches looked really good. Damien Pierce looked. Looks serviceable. Makai Lemon dog. What? My qualm falls on the defensive side of the ball. And if you listen to this podcast and you remember way back in the day, we did off season pods. About off season moves. Maybe son of some of you remember the Eagles signed Tariq Woolen to a one year deal. Fifty million dollars, I do believe. Junior was over the moon about it. Me, not so much. Not happy about it at all. Actually almost disgusted about it. I think me and Junior went into many talks about how much I disliked that signing. And this week I was reminded why I hated that signing. Tariq Wollen is one of the worst corners I've ever seen play football. That's no exaggeration. Gimme Benjamin Saint Juiced. Guys know who that guy is? Yeah. Gimme him. Tariq Wollen is getting dogged. Walked. On over eighty percent of his routes. Quintana OBA is doing the best he can. Cooper DeGene down here, still doing okay. But the biggest downfall of this defense is every other offensive coordinator's game plan is find out where Tariq Wollen is on the field and you pick that receiver. You're telling me, Tariq Woolen, you're gonna get dog walked by Ryan Flaurnoy? What are we doing? Benjamin. I'm done. One year deal, trade We don't need him. Get a pick for him. Howie, you're you're the comp pick master. Get me a fourth for him. Get me a third. Get me a seventh. Who cares? This guy is terrible. Absolutely dreadful. I remember I was complaining yesterday during the game to junior, and I was like, man, he's getting dog walked. If anyone against Tariq Wollen, it it's over. He's getting dog walked. Within the next three minutes, hey, touchdown scored. Who was the corner it was on? Tariq Wollen. go figure. The biggest lap it laps in this Eagles defense isn't the front line, even though that's bad too. It's Tariq Wollen 'cause the game plan is to target whoever Tariq Woolen's on, 'cause they're gonna get a hundred yards a game. I wanna be so angry at this. But it feels weird for a fantasy pod, really dog in a corner. But the birds, we're desperate right now. We're desperate. I can't yell at the offensive guys. I love the first half from them. Defense needs to step up. Tariq Woolen needs to step up. And if he ever hears this. If there's not a Tariq woollen hater out there in the world, it's because I'm dead. Forever a Tariq woollen hater. That's my rant. Thank you. Lord Hinkie: No qualms. That's all I got, brother. yeah, that was awesome. moving on to the next part of our podcast. We have a couple trades to talk about, big guy. The Indianapolis Colts have decided that they're full on going Sam Hinky, even though they don't have any draft picks. We're trading away all our good players for really awful value and getting no pick compensation in return. the Colts have traded stud guard Quentin Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks for a third and a fifth, third this year for fifth next year and have also traded DeForest Buckner back to the Forty Niners, who the Forty Niners traded to the Colts back for for a first round pick about three years ago. The Colts are now sending him back to the Forty Niners for a fourth round pick this season. one, my first initial take is I don't think they got very good value for their players, but I do know that they're both on expiring contracts so it is what it is. You're fire sailing. Get what you can for these guys. my other take is, and you also threw this in the podcast, is that the the Colts don't own their first round pick this season. Obviously they own it for the future and they own their second and, you know, later picks or whatever, but the Jets own the Colts first round pick this year. And they're openly tanking. The I think the Colts pick where it's gonna end up being better than the Jets own first round pick this season. so yeah, this is the the Colts are in an awful situation. They did just fire their former GM whose name is escaping me at the moment, but ninja: Chris Ballard. Lord Hinkie: Chris Ballard, thank you. so this is going to be a new regi new regime starting over. I'm sure they'll fire Shane Steichen at the end of the season. Please bring him back to the Philadelphia Eagles. Fire Nick Siriani, hire Shane Steichen, please. but yeah, Colts. Gonna mean a bunch of new faces. I doubt this is the last trades that they make. ninja: Yes. I almost put the Jets in the good this week, not because of how they played on the field, but man, they did some work last offseason doing what they did. Cause now they might be set up with the one one and like the one six this year. That's incredible work in a really deep and loaded top first round twenty seven draft. the Jets are owning it. Love everything about it. for the Seahawks, everyone for years has been complaining. Me, myself included, about that interior offensive line, how it's awful. Now it's the best in the NFL. Mark it got Quentin Nelson all pro. love it. DeForest Buckner, back to the Niners. Hey man, another stud on that defensive front. No complaints here. Sign it. Colts fire sale everybody. I wouldn't be surprised if JT is on the move very soon. but man, the Jets are sitting real pretty. Right now. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I think JT right now is the player they can probably get the most value for. I can see them getting like a second round pick pretty easy for JT. but yeah, I I don't think this is the end for the Colts. I think they're gonna keep on tanking. We'll see how it goes. They're they're gonna suck. ninja: Man, it's Sam Hinky without your own first round pick, and that's a tough place to be. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, it's not good. only a couple injuries that I have of note for this week. Aaron Jones went down with some kind of knee injury. He's expected to be out. He's considered right now week to week. so to keep an eye on that. I'm sure he's probably gonna miss about two to three weeks. I believe it's some kind of knee hyperextension or something like that. and Jalen Waddell left the games on Sunday. I believe it's a shoulder injury. He's considered day to day right now, but obviously keep that check checking on that throughout the week and see if he's playing on Sunday. But even if he is, do we care? ninja: no, I got one more here, 'cause I got I got fooled with last week. Keep your eye on Lamar. I thought he was starting last week. Didn't keep an eye on that because right now he still is not certain to start again this Sunday. So really keep your eye on that. but no other notes besides that. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, kind a light week for injuries. bye weeks this week. The Texans are on a bye, Saints are on a bye, Giants are on a bye, and the Niners are on a bye. So a couple of decent fancy assets in there. You know, your CMCs, your Kittles, Chris Alave's, your Nico Collins, sitting them all, they're on a bye. Sorry about it. but that brings us to our weekly breakdown. So week eight is starting. Thursday night football. Panthers at the Packers. we said it earlier, the Taylors lost the Panthers lost Taylor Moton, not the Taylors. and their offensive line has absolutely gone to crap. I'm worried about Bryce Young, I'm worried about this offensive line, I'm worried about this pass game, I'm worried about Chuba Hubbard. I think it's not gonna be as bad as it was last week against the Bucks, but I think that Packers defense is pretty good and they also play very well at home. I like the Packers to win, depending on what the spread is, but we'll see what it is. I I like the Packers in this game. the Panthers side, I'm still playing Tet, even though I'm worried about Bryce. I'm not playing Bryce Young in a super flex league. I'd probably look to sit him. Chuba Hubbard. You can start Chuba Hubbard, I think. I think Chuba Hubbard's fine. But for me, I'm sitting co Jalen Coker and Bryce Young on this side on the Panthers side. What do you think, Ninja? ninja: no problems here. I actually think the Panthers keep it closer than last week. Surprise. it's hard to keep it closer than what was it, forty points. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: so give me Panthers plus six and a half this week. don't know what the line is right now, but Lord Hinkie: Three and a half. ninja: Okay, so tease it up a little bit. A little alt spread. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Old spread, pay the juice. Who cares? Packers side, playing Christian Watson, you're playing Matthew Golden. I think love's pretty good in a super flex, but I don't love this matchup for him. and Josh Jacobs is back. Jake Jacobs is back and he's got the backfield. I know they kind of split carries last week, but he was the only one there with some juice. He was catching passes too out of the backfield, caught a touchdown pass last week. It's all Josh Jacobs from here on out. And Kraft. Sorry, ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: I forgot to throw Kraft in there. ninja: Yeah, Marshawn Lloyd no longer. it's Josh Jacobs and no one else matters in this backfield. Not at all. Watson is obviously a start as of now. I think love is fine. Kraft is a must start in my opinion. golden flex, don't hate it. Could probably do better elsewhere, but if you have to, Mozzie. Lord Hinkie: I I everyone knows I love me some Matthew Golden. I think he's b played very well this year so far. He got twelve targets last week but only five catches. I gotta talk about when my guy does bad. This boy be dropping the ball a lot. ninja: It was in college tape. Lord Hinkie: it wasn't college tape. It's showing up in the NFL. I thought he could figure it out. He's still still gotta drop I think he leads the league in dropped passes right now. Figure it out, Maj Golden, 'cause you're playing really well, you look good, just you gotta catch them balls, man. Come on, please. Don't make me look bad. You have I got some hope in you, man. Come on. Anyways, next on our list, big game this week, Ravens at the Bills. Ninja. ninja: This is Ninja's game of the week. If Lamar Jackson plays, please for Lord Hinkie: If ninja: the love of God play. Lord Hinkie: if I I'm expecting Lamar Jackson to play. Bills are off of bye week at home. I think Lamar plays. That's the reason they sat him last week. I think he has even had a chance to play last week. He got a couple of limited practices in. Obviously keep an eye on what he does this week during Wednesdays and Thursdays practices, but I expect Lamar to play. I think it's gonna be a banger game, and it is a disservice to football fans. across the nation that this game is not Sunday night football and we will talk about ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: a little bit more later. But Raven side of things, I expect Lamar to play. I am doing this based off Lamar playing football. I would start him, no matter what, obviously. I played Derrick Henry and I feel good about it. Better than I felt the last couple weeks. Flowers, obviously he's a stud, playing of his mind this year. And for me I don't love the guy, but give me Rashad Bateman in this game, in this matchup. I want all of the players I can on this side. and with that being said, I'm still not playing Mark Andrews, but everybody else. Love him. Cheeky Jacob Jacoby Lane touchdown. Maybe. Cheeky. Hey. Big Justice Hill guy. ninja: Whoa, cheeky Justice Hill game coming in too. Cheeky Justice Hill game too. Need it this week. Lord Hinkie: Big Justice Hill guy. On the Bill side, obviously Josh Allen, obviously James Cook. I don't need to tell you to play him. DJ Moore is a big question. he was out the last couple weeks before the bye, now after the bye. I believe his he's expected to play, but he's still questionable. If he plays, I'm playing him in this matchup. If DJ Moore is out, I'm playing Keon Coleman. And I feel good about it. I think he's pr shown me enough last couple of weeks before the bye that I can feel okay about it, especially in this matchup. I think Shakir is a solid flex regardless of who plays. and Kincaid's gotta get his head out of his butt. He has to. For me. Nobody else. Not not himself, not Bill's fans, not the coaching staff, not his parents. Kincaid needs to get his head out of his butt for my well being. Do it for me, Dalton. Please. ninja: Please. Yeah, I don't think I start Keon. I'm still not sold there. I I like Shakira Naflex. this screams Dawson Knox to me. if I'm betting a Dawson Knox touchdown any time this year, it's gonna be this game. Put it down for the far out. You know, we each take one like stand per week. Give me Dawson Knox any timer this week. Chalk it. Lord Hinkie: And actually I I ninja: It's gonna hit. It's gonna hit. Lord Hinkie: see it. I actually see it in my my third eye right now. I'm watching Donk and Cade catch a wide open end around pass at the one yard line where ninja: He's taken all the work away from James Cook and Don Kincaid. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, where he can e Josh Allen could easily run the ball in because it's so open. He can also throw it to Dalton Kincaid because he's also open. He could, play hopscotch his way into the end zone, but instead he throws the ball to Dalton Knox and he scores a touchdown and he makes me sad. ninja: And he's double covered but comes down with some massive catch and it's awesome. Lord Hinkie: Stupid catch. Yeah, he toe taps both his feet in. He actually hits the pylon, but they count it anyways because it's all it's all Yeah, I can see it happening. ninja: Can't wait to bet for two plus. What? It's gonna be a banger. Lord Hinkie: I'm gonna throw up in my mouth. I can't wait to watch this game. I might I might put I might put this game on and then red zone ninja: I Lord Hinkie: as a secondary. ninja: I think I might just watch this game and screw the heck with red zone. I don't know. We'll see how it goes. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, the only other game I would watch is maybe the Cards Cowboys, but this game is going to be so fun. next matchup here, Titans at the Bengals. I think the Bengals are low-key. I don't know if it's low-key or not, one of the best teams in the league. They've be they've slowly become a very well balanced all around NFL team. Obviously they have a high powered offense with a lot of weapons, but their offense online has been much, much improved and has been playing well. Their defensive line is stopping guys, stopping the run, getting some pressure on the quarterback. They are looking very good this season. And the Titans stink. They did show a little bit of life last week. ended up did they No. Wait, am I completely blanket? Did they beat the Dolphins or lose the Dolphins? No, they played the What am I thinking of? Help me out here, Ninja. ninja: They didn't lose to the Dolphins, 'cause the Dolphins beat the Jets. Dolphins Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Who am I thinking of? ninja: God, let me go back in the notes. Lord Hinkie: Say get it this out for me, please. They lost to the Browns. Sorry, that's what it was. They lost it was supposed to be a gross game. We we ninja: Yeah, and it was a gross game. We told you to hit the under. It was a gross game. It was Yeah. Lord Hinkie: did tell you about the under, it went way over. It was twenty seven to twenty four. But ninja: Is that way over? Lord Hinkie: the over under was thirty nine ninja: the over the thirty I was gonna say thirty eight, yeah, that makes sense, but I'll take that miss every day of the week. Yeah, I'll take that miss every day. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. And I think in total that was fifty two. That's that's a two touchdown miss right there. bad on us, bad on my memory, but also bad on our bet of last week. But they showed some life offensively. Cam Ward looked okay. Tony Pollard Oxy have actually had a massive week. I don't know if I I don't know if they can keep it close against the Bengals. I think the spread right now is ten and a half points. It's a lot of points for an NFL team. But I think the Bengals are just that good, especially at home. Titan side, I like Pollard in this week. You gotta play him after last week. And I think Tate is fine. You could do much worse than Tate. Bengals side, you're playing all. Joey B. Jamar Chase, T. Higgins. And if this is not a Chase Brown game, then I don't know if a Chase Brown game exists. And I think I said that against the Dolphins when he let us down. But ninja: Yeah, that's what I said against the Dolphins too, and I got burned on a cross because of it. but for me, this is Zig added that. That was bad taste. For me, this is a Titans like well, this is a Bengals let down week. Like this is Bengals might lose this game because they've lost this game in the past. I could see this being a lot closer than it's supposed to be. just a gross under type of game where nothing can get going. I'd probably take the spread at ten and a half. I might sneakily bet this outright for the Titans. this has like a gross funk on it that I don't really know what's going on. I'm hoping to figure it out as the week goes on. Lord Hinkie: I I disagree, but then again you're usually right when it comes to these things and your little feels. For some reason you're you're very connected to the the third dimension of these NFL games and I I need to get that I need to get that code. Do the Cincinnati Bengals send whatever to the Colts for Jonathan Taylor and then win the Super Bowl? ninja: They should Lord Hinkie: Imagine Jonathan Taylor on this team. ninja: do they even run the ball enough? Why yeah, don't know. Lord Hinkie: Does it yeah, but does it matter? if you give Jonathan Taylor thirteen carries, he's getting you ninety yards compared to Chase Brown's forty. ninja: I mean it'd be so cool. Lord Hinkie: It'd be so fun. ninja: Like a like a better fit, 'cause Jonathan Taylor isn't necessarily a pass catcher. Like if Saquon could show any bit of health, send him to the Bengals, get like a second round pick back, Mazzy. He would he would eat in this offense. Lord Hinkie: he'd he'd be so good on this Bengals team. Any any half decent running back with some talent would be very good on this Bengals team. ninja: Any pass catcher out of the running back position would do wonders in the Bengal system. Lord Hinkie: Completely agree. Next game. Cardinals at the Cowboys, baby. Points, points, points, points, points. We need a points sound effect. Ty, thank you very much. They appreciate you throwing that into our email. Thank you. two of the worst defenses in the league are teaming up to give us just a fantasy points galore matchup. Cardinals side, I love McBride. I think he finishes as the tight end one this week. I like him more than a lot of wide receiver twos this week. I think he's putting up monster numbers. I like Michael Wilson to kind of figure it out. He's been down the last couple weeks having only decent games, but I like Michael Wilson has a really good game this week against the boys. I think Brissett's pretty good in the Superflex League. and then the running back situation, kind of gotta wait and see again. Jeremiah Love was a scratch last week. If he plays, if Jeremiah if Jeremiah Love plays, I'm playing him. If he's not playing, I'm not playing l Aushir. I do love me some ninja: Bam night. Lord Hinkie: Bam Knight. I was gonna say Bow Knight, but I'm like, that's wrong. Bam Knight. I do like me some Bam Knight. I probably wouldn't play him though in this matchup. He's more of just like a stash. but I like a lot of these cards this week. Cards are falling into place. ninja: hear me out. Tie this into the one before. give me the cards out. I'm starting if I have Bam Knight and I I'm able to throw him in a flex without sending anyone else, I'm doing it. If Jeremiah Love is back Lord Hinkie: If Jeremiah Love is out. ninja: if Jeremiah Love is back, obviously start Jeremiah. If Jeremiah Love is out, gimme Bam Knight. Give me Michael Wilson. Do I throw a sneaky little Elijah Higgins out there? What? Lord Hinkie: Well. ninja: Not fantasy lineups, but for bats. Yes, I'll do it. Lord Hinkie: Kendrick Bourne. ninja: I think the Cardinals keep this a lot closer than it should be, especially 'cause the Cowboys looked really good against the Birds, as they should. This is another down game. This is cards get right because that head coach down there, I really like what he's doing. I think he finds a way to win a tough one on the road. cards outright. Mark it. Lord Hinkie: I love it. Titans outright and a card's outright picks from the ninja. a ten and a half point underdog and a seven point underdog. I'm just feeling it this week. I love it. Cowboys side, you're playing everybody but Terrence Ferguson. he is losing snaps to a nobody, like a blocking tight end out of who what's it, who cares. ninja: You mean Jake Ferguson, please? Y you said your guy Terrence Ferguson. I just want to make sure that it's not Yeah. You did, you did. I tried to save you there, but Lord Hinkie: Thank you. Did I say Terrence Ferguson? I should I should never d I I did not mean to disrespect him like that. But Jake Ferguson, thank you for that. Has been losing snaps to a nobody. he's unplayable right now. he's unplayable NFL wise, he's unplayable fantasy wise. I would look for other options. Your redraft leagues, drop him. but you're playing everybody else. I think CD to the moon, Dak might finish as QB one this week. I love it. I love everything about this game. Fantasy wise. ninja: No qualms. Points, points, points. Cards outright. Lord Hinkie: Love it. next matchup, Vikings at the Lions. Really, really good football matchup here. I love the idea of this high powered Lions offense going up against arguably the best defense in football right now with the Vikings, and Brian Flores. And then the also the idea of two very mediocre offense I I love mediocre offense in the Vikings and a mediocre defense in the Lions going up against each other. who wins out in this game? The two higher powers matching up against each other or the two mediocres having to figure out how to get something done against each other. I think this is gonna be a fun little matchup. The Vikings are the last undefeated team in the league. They gotta go to Detroit and play in the dome. I kinda like the Vikings and the as a slight little underdog here. I think they're three and a half point underdogs. I'm definitely taking the plus three and a half and I might take him out right too. I I really like this defense. for the Lions side, I'm playing Jamar G Jameer Gibbs. I'm playing Amara St. Brown. And after that, I think I'm out. I'm not playing Laporta if I don't have to. I'm not playing J Mo if I don't have to. Golf, unless you're in a super flex league and you like you don't have any other options. Like the the Vikings are the number one defense against quarterbacks this year, so if you have any if like I would rather play Brissett than Jared Goff. ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: Do not want to play golf this week. ninja: I think I would play golf pending who you got, obviously. I would play golf over like I like the Titans to Lord Hinkie: Yeah, let me throw some names at you. ninja: maybe stun this week. I would play golf over Cam Ward. Lord Hinkie: That's fair. I agree with that. ninja: so it depends on matchups, but I I like a lot of what Lord Hinkie: Bryce Young. ninja: you're saying. y I think after last week you have to. I it's not that I Lord Hinkie: Play golf. ninja: want to, I n I have to. Yeah, I think I'd have to search Jared Goff over Bryce Young. I don't want to do it, but I think I'd have to. Especially Lord Hinkie: Bonish. ninja: Yeah, easily. Nah that's G gimme Jalen Hurts over Bonex. Lord Hinkie: Jalen Hurt right now. Blood clots and all. ninja: Yeah. Wow. but I agree with you. This is like almost ninja's game of the week 'cause I think this is I don't know what the over under is. This is gonna hit the under, I think, by a wide mar this is such a good NFL game that Lord Hinkie: Forty six and a half. ninja: that it's between this and the Ravens at Bill's. This is what I'm gonna swap it between. Like I don't think I need red zone this week, I just need these two games on. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, completely agree. ninja: And I'll figure it out. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. And then I'll get my fantasy matchups from the Cowboys, Cardinals game, Cardinals game. ninja: Yeah, I'll get that on my phone. Everything else on the big screen. Lord Hinkie: on the Viking side, I think Justin Jefferson has a massive game this week against this Lions secondary that can't stop anybody. really, really love him this week. TJ Hawkinson I think is really good. He's been been hit or miss so far this season. Caught a touchdown pass last week. I like Hawkinson in this matchup. I think Kyler in a super flex is pretty good. I even might play him in one QB leagues just in this matchup specifically. And then I'm expecting Aaron Jones to be out. So if he is out, I think Jordan Mason is a pretty good start this week as well. So pretty much across the board I like the Vikings, just no Jordan Addison for me. ninja: for me I would add Jordan Addison here. he has the potential to really blow up this week. Pro Jordan Addison has the potential to get two plus touchdowns this week and I might single bet that and I might hit. This line secondary is atrocious. Lord Hinkie: So bad. ninja: so give me all the Vikings pass catchers. No qualms. Lord Hinkie: asking for a friend, would you rather start Jordan Addison or Jacoby Myers? ninja: Jordan Addison. Lord Hinkie: Noted. but yeah, I love this ninja: Ha ha ha. Lord Hinkie: matchup. I I I I like the Jordan Addison playing too. I might throw him on there as well. next matchup, Raiders at the Jets. Imagine us talking about this game like week one and we were like, this game probably would stink, you know. And then Raiders at the Jets now is probably gonna be a pretty good NFL game. Raiders right now cannot run the ball at all. Genty can't get anything going. Even Mike Washington is struggling. They cannot run the ball at all. And then the Jets have some Garrett Wilson drama they gotta figure out. Got a little AJ Brown situation going on over there. Yelling at coaches, yelling at quarterback on the sidelines, trade rumors. gotta get that figured out. I think he does get traded. I don't know when, I don't know where, I don't know how. Feels like a forty nineers trading for Garrett Wilson, feels like just the match made in heaven. ninja: that'd be a good fit too. Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Match made in heaven. Guy who can separate really well going up against a super accurate quarterback that plays on time. I would love that a lot for Garrett Wilson. but you know, we shall see. Maybe we'll talk about that in another pod. Raider side of things, I like Genty. Even though he can't run the ball, he is ca he's catching a lot of passes, which he did not do in college. He is showing he can do that in the NFL and he's doing at a pretty high level. So I like Genty still no matter what. Brock Bowers, of course, and I still don't mind a Trey McBride. I love this kid. Trey ninja: Trey Tucker, not Trey McBride guys. Thank you. Lord Hinkie: Tucker. Man, I am off right now. I need to lock in. ninja: It's okay, gotcha. I'll pick you up. Lord Hinkie: Alright, I'm good. for the Jets side, just give Braylon Allen the job, man. The kid looked really good last week against the Dolphins, who I know who that's who they definitely played. but I don't care who if Brees Hall comes back. Just give Braylon Allen the job, trade Brees Hall for a third somewhere, send him to Cincinnati. Just get him out of there. Give Braylon Allen a job. ninja: that'd be a good fit too. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I'm on a roll today. I said I'm I need to lock in and I'm on a roll in the same sentence. Garrett Wilson 'cause you have to. ninja: Ha ha. Lord Hinkie: And then let's have a talk about Omar Cooper. ninja: Man, I don't want to just yet. I I I don't want Lord Hinkie: I don't think I can start him yet. I don't want to. ninja: to just yet. you gotta do a little bit more. I like I'm hearing ya Lord Hinkie: Detrade him. ninja: No. well I never drafted him, so maybe I'm now Lord Hinkie: I saw I'm on ninja: curious. Lord Hinkie: let me throw this at you. So I know I know what your answer is gonna be, but I know we're both homers and I obviously agree with you. But do you think you can s if you have Omar Cooper, do you think you can trade him right now for Mikhail? ninja: I would certainly try, said Lord Hinkie: Something plus to get to Mackay. ninja: The problem is you're gonna have to give it first. I think. N not Lord Hinkie: Class? Hm, maybe. ninja: plus, but Omar Cooper first for Mikhail. I think 'cause Omar Cooper probably went back end first round this year. Mikhail Lemon probably in your top five first round this year. Lord Hinkie: definitely. Yeah. ninja: So you're gonna have to it's not gonna be Omar Cooper in a second. Like, you're not gonna find that league. And if you do invite me so I can actually win some fantasy leagues, But for the most part, you're gonna need a first attached to anything to get to Mackay. Especially with how much he's been doing with Devontae Smith out. but for Omar Cooper, if I were to buy him, I I wouldn't mind sliding like a twenty seven second over if I'm like competing and just take a swing on that upside if I'm competing, if I have a nice little flex spot that I'm not really sure about. Omar Cooper, Demario Douglas. I'll take a pick swap that week, I'll I'll gamble on matchup. Lord Hinkie: Cheeky. and in the tight end situation, Sadiq and Mason Taylor kind of making this a little bit gross. I would just sit both of ninja: Man, it's gross and I Lord Hinkie: I liked Mason Taylor a lot coming out too. I was ninja: You did. You were a Mason Taylor guy. Lord Hinkie: a Mason Taylor guy and then I was I was happy he went to the Jets. I always finally got the reins. And then they draft Kenny on Sidek in the round. I'm l so I'm like, okay, maybe Mason Taylor stinks and I just don't know it yet. And then he looks pretty good the last couple weeks. Or at least the last week. ninja: Man, I don't know if I have Kenyon Sadiq, I'm not sitting him unless I have a top five tight end known. Lord Hinkie: Whoa, really? ninja: really like I don't I don't know what I have with this guy. Lord Hinkie: brother. ninja: Like I know I wasn't as high on scouting as like you were. Like I was much higher on Eli Stowers being closer to a 1B than you know Kenyon Sadiq being a one. But man, if he's on my team, I think I'm starting him. And it it maybe I'm blinded by potential and Because do I want to start a Pat Fryermouth who's probably not gonna do anything but has done things earlier this year. Penn State Legend, shout out. But am I going to sit Kenyon Sadiq for Pat Fryermouth? No. Do I want to start Lord Hinkie: But I think ninja: a Hunter Henry over Kenyon Sadiq? No. Lord Hinkie: So right now we're talking one tight end leagues and you're you're playing your best players if you have Like I'm playing TJ Hawkinson over Kenyon Sadiq this week. ninja: This week I would. Lord Hinkie: Don Kincaid, Dallas Goddard, Travis Kelsey, Tucker Kraft, Sam Laporta. I I don't like Sam Laporta this week, and I'm playing him over Kenyon Sadiq. ninja: I would agree. Lord Hinkie: And then you have your studs, obviously. It's like McBride, Bowers, Loveland. Fannin, Kittle, obviously Kittle's on a buy, but Kyle Pitts, Tricraft, it ninja: Whoa, easy. Lord Hinkie: like I think Kenyon Sadiq is closer to tight end fifteen for me than he is five, and that's just talking week in and week out basis. ninja: You're probably right. Lord Hinkie: I don't li I don't mind if you're if you're like a I'm shooting for upside, maybe he catches, a big touchdown or something, but it hasn't shown me enough to make him a week in a week out starter for me. ninja: No, but I think it like i in lineups I have him, it's like, man, he could pop off. I saw one week and it's like, Man, that was awesome. When is that coming back? And Lord Hinkie: Yeah, that's fair. ninja: I don't wanna miss out on that week coming back. But you are right. I would probably sit him up if I had other options, but Lord Hinkie: Not a lot of people got options. ninja: I don't know. I'm stuck on it, Lord Hinkie: next matchup here, Browns at the Steelers. haven't had a lot of sound effects, but gross. ninja: Man, ninjas worst game of the week. This is stinky. Lord Hinkie: It is very stinky. smash the under. both defen both offenses stink, both defenses are pretty good. this matchup, Brown side. I don't love Judkins, but like you can't sit him after he scored two touchdowns. So I guess you're playing Judkins. for me, I would play Judkins and Fanon. Am I playing Denzel Boston this week? That's my question. ninja: I would. Lord Hinkie: I know you would, but I don't I I think I would sit wide receivers for the Browns this week. Steelers side, quick and easy, Jalen Warren and a mouth. ninja: Mooth is okay if you have to too. Lord Hinkie: And I don't know if I even agree with that. Darno Washington has been Darno Washington's beginning a ninja: I don't like that I said it, but I think for Lord Hinkie: lot of work. ninja: I think Mouth has dumb enough this year where if I need a tight end, I'm happy to throw Mouth in there right now. Lord Hinkie: I think Denzel, the warden ward, is gonna lock down DK Metcalf. Yeah, I like Jalen Warren and him out. ninja: Is this a Jeremy Bernard game? Lord Hinkie: Might be a cheeky Jeremy Bernard game just PPR wise. he might catch seven passes for 28 yards. If that's his stat line, if if if Jeremy Bernard catches seven receptions for twenty-eight yards, I want a medal. I want a plaque. I want a plaque ninja: Ha ha Lord Hinkie: with my name on it. You heard it here first. That's all I got for this. That that's my professional breakdown for this game. German Radard's gonna have seven catches for twenty eight yards. ninja: Love it. Smash Yonder folks. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, smash the under. Next matchup here, Falcons at the Bucks. We said it earlier, Bucks absolutely stomped the Carolina Panthers and the Falcons actually beat an unbeaten Niners team last week who it feels like they were just hanging on by thread with a lot of injuries that they've had. but who are the Falcons? You I think you said it correctly. this team is so hit and so missed. They have such big wins but such awful losses. we have no idea what kind of Falcons team we're getting. And then for the Bucks side, it's like yes, they stomped the Panthers last week, but like Baker Mayfield's thumb, he never really got tested last week. Is he fully healthy? Can he make all the passes? Is he Mecca Buka wide receiver on this football team? I don't know. ninja: Literally no qualms, we can move on. Lord Hinkie: I don't know. ninja: this is this is a weird game where the Falcons obviously you have to start your studs, you gotta start Bichon and London. By weeks pending the way it went, maybe you start Pitts if you need to. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, re clip that. ninja: Clip it. I don't like I'm doing like I'm not happy about it because it's not gonna hit. Like this Falcons offense has been the most confusing an offense has been in recent memory, where they could be the best offense in the NFL or put them up against local school like Wilkesbury State or whatever, just some bum school, Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Insert local high school. ninja: insert local like college. D six type of bull crap program and they won't win. I don't know what I'm getting week in work out. so I'm not comfortable starting anyone but Bijan. I added Drake London to a piece of crowd, but I'm still not convinced. I'm just kidding, this week I am. But Pitts cause you have to. But for the Bucks, man, I wish I got to see Baker more. Like a I hate that they got they were able to get such a big lead, he sat out. I didn't get to see what that injury was, so I don't really know. So I'm gonna assume that it's fine. I think he's okay to start. Lord Hinkie: It was his thumb. It was his dislocated thumb. This was his first week back with his thumb injury. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: and he had a glove on that had a special like metal plate in it that wouldn't allow his thumb to bend backwards. So he almost had this like large thumb thing on his throwing hand. yeah. ninja: So it's I didn't get to see that enough. so it's it's a weird game. It's probably gonna be an under gross terrible. It's the NFC South. Like let's not get our hopes up. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, this is gonna get mucked up. Yeah. I got no qualms. but for me, I think I'm playing a Mecha Buca in this matchup and then I'm out. but no other qualms for the rest of the matchup. And that's strictly just 'cause like the guy had no targets last week. He's gotta have a bounce back this week. and I think Baker can at least get him the ball in short yardage situations. So Bucky, Baker, Eggbuka, I'm at. And only Baker in a super flex. Next matchup here, Colts at the Jaguars. just the Jags by a billion. The Colts are actively openly tanking. what else do we have to say about this game? Jaguars are coming off a bye. I think they're gonna have a massive, massive game. fantasy wise, J T for the Colts and then I'm out. you said it TJ TJ Warren? No. Tyler Warren. ninja: Son's a legend. What? Lord Hinkie: TJ Warren, yeah, dude, the lefty. I love that kid. Tyler Warren continues the battle, some kind of injury. We'll see if he gets back or not. and then the Jaguars man, just let him go. ninja: The cats loose. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I love that you threw it in there like that. ninja: Play all. Don't matter. Lord Hinkie: I think this is a a very big Bashal tootin' game. He's gonna be tootin' over the place. ninja: Love it. I wouldn't be surprised by the end of the weekend if Brian Thomas Junior is moved someplace as well. Lord Hinkie: Ooh, I kinda forgot about him. ninja: look for someone to get moved here, but man, this is screamin' jags by like a hundred and six. I might bet it probably not, but it's close. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I would alt line them two touchdowns. minus thirteen and a half, please. ninja: I like that. Yeah. the Colts are definitely tanking, which is crazy because they don't have their own first. It's unbelievable. Lord Hinkie: Yep. Such a weird organization. I think but big, big Bashaw Tuning game for me. I think it's gonna be crop dust and everybody on that field. ninja: Darn Tutin. Lord Hinkie: Chargers at the Rams. Will the Chargers win a game? ninja: Maybe I you said it. I asked the question you answered. I don't know. Lord Hinkie: No. The answer is no. I can't see them winning the game. I think it's that bad. I think this coaching staff is I'm sure they will. ninja: It it's the NFL sh stuff happens, like it's the Titans shouldn't have won a game. They won the game, so you know, like anything can happen. Lord Hinkie: gonna be so gross. this one's pretty easy for me I think. I'm not playing any charger no matter what their name is and I'm playing all the Rams and I love Blake Orham in this matchup. the only thing I would say is it seems like the the Rams are playing more two and three tight end sets compared to actually playing a wide receiver two next to Puka Nakua. and that wide receiver two is rotating so they're playing a lot of 2-2 Atwell, some Mumpfield, some Jordan Whittington. so I would just fade that entire wide receiver two spot. You're playing Puka to the moon, Kyron, Blake Orm, Stafford, and then I would play which tight ends would you pick for this team? Higbee. ninja: Probably Hake B. Lord Hinkie: Would you play Parkinson? I mean, obviously Da Davis Allen had two touchdown catches last week, but he's like Yeah. I would play I would feel the Higbee. ninja: it's a dice roll. I g I s I don't feel good about any of Lord Hinkie: I'd play Higby and then the other two I probably. ninja: Yeah, but the Chargers will win a game. Is it this week? Probably not. I expect the Rams to be active on the trademark, maybe even later this week where they get another piece to try and fill in for their team because it had some injuries. had some high hopes for Kanana Mumfield after the Devontae Adams injury. Didn't really happen. Probably dead now, but probably just like a weird Gross West Coast game. No one wants to see it. we can move on. Lord Hinkie: Next matchup here we have the Patriots at the Dolphins. Is this an AJ Brown get right game against this Miami Dolphins secondary? I don't know. He does stink. He is pretty butt cheeks, but if it's gonna be any game, it's gotta be this one. Patriot side of things, I like Drake May. I'm playing AJ Brown if I have him. I'm playing Hunter Henry. I like him in this matchup. Running back wise I guess you have to play Ramondre Stevenson strictly just 'cause he's probably gonna get a lot of touches, but I hate it. ninja: N no, I don't think you have to, to be honest with you. I think you can just let it go. 'cause I think this is gonna hit the under. I'm not really sure what is going on with that Patriots backfield. All I know is that there's a league where I had to start some guy named Kiner in my backfield. And that's a rough look. Sorry, Lord Hinkie: Gross. ninja: I I I do a pod and have to start a guy named Kiner who you never heard of from the Patriots. But This is just a weird four o'clock game. I told Junior in the first this i this is a one o'clock game through and through. Why is this a four thirty one? It seems a little out of place. Lord Hinkie: Such a random four o'clock game. ninja: It makes me think that there's gonna be something happening. something out of the blue is gonna happen. Something's gonna be weird. I don't like it. May is a must start 'cause you got to. I think AJ Brown is fine. g g gimme shoddy like a melody. Then I'm probably out here. Lord Hinkie: Wood. Shady Lickham Melody is Demario Douglas, by the way, for your non longtime listener. ninja: Yes. And then for the Dolphins I think Malik Willis is fine. I think he'll score enough points by himself in like a super flex to get you like sixteen. And then that's that's it for me. I'm not going anywhere else. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I'm only playing Ollie Gordon and that's just because I think I'll get a lot of cut touches. And even then, they're probably not good ones. So that's it for me. And then the Chiefs at the Broncos next matchup here. ill gross. ninja: One more time for me. Lord Hinkie: This game's also a ninja: I'll do it too. Ew. Lord Hinkie: It's a joke. under in this game, I mean you you play Kenneth Walker, Patrick Mahomes 'cause you have to. I guess Travis Kelsey if you have to. Probably Travis Kelsey. And then I don't I'm not playing a Bronco. I know Bo Nicks ran for a sixty two yard touchdown. I know RJ Har Harvey caught a fifty one yard touchdown catch. That was your entire offense last week. And I'm not banking on it. You're playing up against Steve Spagnola in a Chiefs defense. It's actually pretty good. Bo Nick still can't pass. Waddle's injured. I want nothing to do with this Broncos offense. Besides Jonah Coleman. And that's for dynasty purposes, not in this matchup. ninja: I love that you said that because I think I was higher on Jonah Coleman than you were, so that's pretty cool for me being right Lord Hinkie: He looked good, man. ninja: again. Man, I love but this is your sh classic episode of Family Guy for the Broncos. No. Please no. God no, please, no, no, no, no, no. No, just leave it alone. Leave it alone. Don't touch it. Leave this whole game alone. Don't even bet it. No one cares about this game. Zig's gonna watch it 'cause he's a loser. He's gonna watch a ten seven loser game. leave it alone. Don't touch it. can we move on from this next game? We don't have to talk about Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Bet the under. Yes. ninja: this one, right? Lord Hinkie: Yeah. yeah, there's gonna be a Sunday night football game, but like no one should watch it, actually. this game should be flexed out. No you should all find something to do with your wives or significant significant others. Sunday Sunday night ninja: Perfect date night opportunity. Lord Hinkie: perfect date night opportunity, go to the movies, go hang out with the in laws, find anything to do at eight fifteen on Sunday night because you do not want to watch this football game. Between the Eagles and the Commanders in Washington, by the way. I hate that I have to watch my favorite team play god awful on primetime football. It sucks. can can everybody just agree not to watch this game? Can we as a pact and as a podcast just agree, let's just not watch this game. Please. That's all I ninja: Man. I'm gonna watch it. I don't want to. Maybe I won't. I don't know. Maybe I'll find something to do. But just put us down already. the NFL is really good at flexing games. Why didn't you flex this one? this is an obvious get get out of here. Birds are bad, commanders are bad. Why is this Sunday night football? Terrible. But to give some Eagles some props, I love the way they fought in the first half. I thought it was great. This is like the part that I question about Nick Syrianis rallying the troops, getting them to commit. the first half was awesome. Saquon's on one leg. just sit him down for the year. I I love when he's out there, but man, he's not doing any favors. Tariq Wollen I can't go on that rant twice in one night. I could, but I won't. Terrible. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, let's not do that. Yeah, go ahead, you got some? ninja: I th this is a weird under just gross no one's gonna score this game. I would almost bet that the kickers in this game outscore any offensive player this game. For both teams. Jake Elliott plus whoever the commander's kicker is outscores any other player this game. Lord Hinkie: I would say that, but then the Eagles defense has been playing so bad and I think Tanner McKee looked okay enough last week to where I think we can maybe move the ball. yes, I know I said a lot of bad things about having to watch this football game, but all jokes aside, I think Tanner McKee looked okay. I think Mikhail Lemon had a very good game last week. That kid looked awesome. please give him the ball more. Utilize him the way he should be utilized. But I love the way the Eagles fought in that first half. You you ran out of steam in the second half offensively and your defense couldn't stop a cold. i like it's Fangio is slowly losing credibility for me. But fantasy wise for this game, I'm playing Tanner McKee in a super flex league and I'm I'm pretty okay with it. I I wrote in here, I'm playing Tanner McKee over Bo Nicks. I'm playing Tanner McKee over Jarrett Goff. I I I'm pretty happy playing him in this matchup. I think McKay Lemon is fine. I wouldn't start him, but I think he's fine. I think obviously it depends on the health of Devontae Smith. running back wise, I'm fading all of I don't know if Barkley's gonna play. I don't know if Damian Pierce like I I don't know anything about that situation, so I'm just fading it. And then on the commander side of things, I think Rashad White is a really good start this week against this Eagles defensive line that can't stop any running backs. I think Jaden Daniels is gonna run all over us. And I like Antonio Williams. Terry McLaurin is out for I believe the rest of the season with the knee injury. so I like Antonio Williams. He's a my guy. So that's what I got. ninja: We're shared white to the moon this week. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I really like him in this matchup and I hate that I do. Monday Night Football. Bears at the Seahawks. Gonna be a really, really good NFL game. And I feel like we say ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: that a lot with these Seahawks matchups, but it that's just kind of what these games end up being. I think it's gonna be a fun one. It's in Seattle again, back to back Seattle weeks. and their defense is legit. Bear side, like if you have to play Khaleb, sure. I'm playing DeAndre Swift. I'm playing Colston Loveland with the tight end situation, but I don't know if I'd play either one of the wide receivers. If I had to pick one, it would be Burden, just 'cause he's been more consistent, but I don't know if I want to play either one. ninja: Man, I with this game I keep finding myself like back in my early, you know, fantasy days, it's like I was looking for defensive matchups and I like, I gotta sit that guy. For this one it's like, nah, you you gotta let eat. Someone's gonna hit here. And I'm not gonna miss out. I think some bear is gonna really eat this week. I love Khalib in a big time game. I don't know if they're favored, but bears on the road love it. Give me outright Bears. Swift has a good game. Money guy should be coming back in a limited role at least. Expect him to get some juice. I think Loveland has been on the uptick. Wide receiver, it's really questionable fantasy wise, but NFL wise, who cares? They're both great. Who cares who has a good week? Man, this Bears team is looking really good. And Seahawks, defense is electric like we all thought it to be. Lord Hinkie: the Bears are actually three point underdogs in this game. Seahawks have a a field goal favoritism. and I think I'd probably agree with that just 'cause they're at home and their defense is so good. But the over under for this week is forty six and a half, and I think I'd be betting the under for sure. ninja: Under. Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Seahawks side of things for fantasy, JSN obviously, Zach Charbonnet is going to be coming back this week, or at least is is expected to come back this week. For me, I think that's probably gonna muddy up the waters in that backfield. I think Sharbs and that Emmanuel Wilson probably split carries. so I'm gonna fade for week one, wait and see what happens, and then I'm out for this team. So JSN basically in a ninja: Yeah, JSN is a dog. I wrote the question to you about sharps. If you're not a fan, I'm not a fan. I think one of these week AJ Barner is gonna have a week will I bet it ever? No, I'm just letting you know that I think it's coming soon. but JSN and I'm out this week. Lord Hinkie: Just throw it out there in case it hits, You want the credit. ninja: Just in case. Lord Hinkie: Z N G parlay for this week. we all lost last week, so we don't have to talk about it. But for the Z N G bet for this week, Zig is picking Zay Flowers. This kid loves doubling down on wide receivers that scored the week before. he's taken Zay Flowers at plus one thirty five against the Bills. I'll piggyback off of that. I'm picking a player in that same game. I was actually supposed to pick a couple other names, but they were taken from me before I got the chance to add them to the dock. But I play a fair game. I was in here last. Give me Josh Allen any time touchdown against the Ravens. so Zig picks a Raven. I pick a Bill. I like Josh Allen any timer, I'd probably even bet him two plus. But right now I've like one Josh Allen touchdown for the parlay. Ninja, who do you got? ninja: Hey man, we keep it real simple with one of our guys. It's darn Tutin minus one ten. great matchup this week. I might bet him for two. What three would who Lord Hinkie: But ninja: knows? sky's the limit, darn tootin' this week for the Z N G bet of the week. Lord Hinkie: Ninja, why don't you tell us about your parlay while I get some odds for that? ninja: Yes, sir. so starting off, yes, I did Rob Junior because I was in control of the dock all afternoon and I got my picks in first. Gimme J Jettas at plus one sixty-five. Love him this week. Drake London at plus one ten I think is also another really good matchup this week. Puka Nakua minus one forty-five. Should get a touchdown this week. And then Maybe the most liked player on our Pickums bets for the year, George Pickens, is back at it again. Plus 130. Love to see it. I think it's gonna hit. So if you add all of that nonsense up in my four-pick selection with J Jets, Drake, London, Puka Nakua, George Pickens, very chalky for the ninja. 2062 odds, ten dollars wins you at 216 bucks. I love it. Chalky, no really reaches here today, but man, this feels like it's cash money. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I really, really like the ninjas bet of the week. I'll definitely be adding that to my card. ten bucks wins about two hundred and sixteen. And then if for the Z N G Parlay, you get plus six sixty nine odds. Nice. ninja: I see. Lord Hinkie: ten dollars it wins you about seventy bucks. Couple of chalk picks in there, Darn Tutin and Josh Allen both being, you know, minus odds. But we're just trying to win a bet this week, okay? We're just trying to win your boys some money. That we're doing that for you. but without further ado, Ninja, do you have anything to say to people before we head out of here, Big Fell? ninja: Man, this has been such a good time. I wish we recorded the before pod before we actually got into the podcast, man, that Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: would have that would have done some numbers, I'm sure of it. But I'm happy to see ya. Happy to talk football with ya, and keep in mind guys, we're getting close to that 27th class. Eventually me and Junior will decide we had enough and actually do a mock draft of it. Who knows? Maybe it's alive in two weeks. What? Lord Hinkie: What? ninja: We'll talk about it. We'll see. I'm so behind on scouting. we'll figure it out. But Hope you guys are doing good in your fantasy football leagues. Hopefully you're listening to our our advice. Hopefully you're making some money. And if not, you know, follow the ninja. I'll never lead G astray because when you lose, I lose too. So I'm trying to make money. Been doing really good recently, especially college. I'm gonna start a betting segment in the sleeper streets for our streets. My own Saturday prediction. I'll put it out there for you guys. Let's make some money, brothers. Lord Hinkie: yeah. And without further ado, thank you guys for listening. I appreciate you guys tuning in. This was a very, very fun podcast to do. Like Ninja said, I think the before the pod was even better than the pod itself. but yeah, that's why we do this podcast, man. It's just I think our old intro was or our current intro is three guys sit around and talk football and it just so happens to be recorded. third guy obviously isn't here, but two guys sit around and talk football and it just so happens to be recorded. let us guys know let us know if you guys want to hear, some of those pre recording chats that we have. Maybe we'll start using the after dark pod like we used to. I'm sure you guys would love to listen to us just chat a bunch of nonsense for about forty five minutes before we actually record. I think it would be pretty fun. I know I have a great time doing it. shout out the Wing T offense. But yeah, as always, thank you guys for listening. I appreciate you guys tuning in.
