📢FDIC Bank Shutdown - THIS Is BIG For Silver Price and Gold Price · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:03
You woke up this. Morning to News of A.
• 0:06
Bank failure? Yes, a large US.
• 0:09
Bank A mid tier bank has. Failed.
• 0:11
Is this the 1st? In a series of financial issues
• 0:15
that we could be facing this year, we talked about 2020.
• 0:19
Four being the year. Of potential Black Swans.
• 0:23
Is this the? First domino to fall.
• 0:26
You want to know. I want to know.
• 0:28
We're going to dig. In and see what the evidence
• 0:30
  shows us. But there's.
• 0:31
Even more, we have a. News from Reuters warning them
• 0:36
  to. Have the regulators preparing
• 0:39
  for. Like financial crisis?
• 0:41
We're going to dig into. That, and we even have some real
• 0:44
surprising news about Bitcoin. And what the DTC has?
• 0:50
Said in terms of how banks can value Bitcoin, we're going to
• 0:54
  cover. That as well.
• 0:54
Thank you for being here. Thank you for.
• 0:56
Being part of Ron's basement, are we headed for a financial
• 1:00
catastrophe? What will that mean for the
• 1:03
price of silver? What will that mean for the
• 1:05
price of gold? We're going to figure it all
• 1:07
out. Let's jump right over to
• 1:09
  Reuters. Where?
• 1:11
We got the news. That, yes, US regulators seize.
• 1:16
Troubled lender. 1st. Republic and sell it to Fulton
• 1:20
Bank. We're not going to dig into this
• 1:22
one very much 'cause. Honestly, there's.
• 1:23
Not a lot of good analysis in this.
• 1:26
However, they give the details. Of what went on, some people are
• 1:29
saying it was about a $10 billion bank altogether.
• 1:33
But let's go over to Zero Hedge, who really gives a interesting
• 1:38
perspective. On what went on with?
• 1:40
This bank and why it could be, why it could very well be a.
• 1:44
Sign of things to come. The FDIC just sees troubled.
• 1:48
  Philadelphia Bank. First Republic First.
• 1:51
Bank. Corp and struck an agreement for
• 1:54
lenders, deposits and the. Majority of its assets to be
• 1:57
  bought by. Fulton Bank.
• 2:00
Here's where it starts to get. Very interesting.
• 2:02
Republic Bank had about 6 billion of.
• 2:05
Assets 4 billion of deposits. At the end of January.
• 2:08
According to the FDIC, the FDIC estimated the failure will cost
• 2:14
  the Deposit Insurance. Fund $667,000,000.
• 2:19
I don't know how much is in the FDIC, but it's not a lot.
• 2:22
Guys, you hear these stats right?
• 2:24
Like the FDIC really only. Has enough money to cover like a
• 2:29
very small percentage. Of the deposits in this country,
• 2:32
that's. Your money and my money that's
• 2:34
in banks. So 667 million is significant as
• 2:39
  the? Wall Street Journal reports
• 2:41
  first. Republic had four months
• 2:44
  struggled. To stay afloat.
• 2:46
Only around half. Of its deposits.
• 2:49
Were uninsured at the end of 2023 or.
• 2:52
Half of their deposits were. Uninsured at the end of 2023 in
• 2:57
  total. Equity or.
• 2:58
Assets minus liabilities was 96 million.
• 3:03
That excluded this is the key. This is why this could be.
• 3:07
The first of many dominoes to fall when the dominoes.
• 3:11
Fall if they fall. I don't know for sure.
• 3:14
I'm not, you know, don't have a. Crystal ball, But as the
• 3:17
dominoes fall, as the Fiat paper system falls apart, and we're
• 3:22
going to talk about this later in just a little bit of.
• 3:25
This money. Flows into silver and gold just
• 3:28
an eensy teensy little bit it could mean.
• 3:32
Unfathomable returns. For those of you who may have
• 3:36
decided to put some. Money into silver and gold.
• 3:38
So that excludes this is the key here. 2. 162 million.
• 3:43
Of unrealized, unrealized losses on bonds.
• 3:48
That it labeled as held to maturity, which means the
• 3:52
losses. Had not been accounted for on
• 3:55
  their balance. Sheet.
• 3:56
Look, guys, we've talked about this for years.
• 3:59
Here in the basement the. Banks get to do.
• 4:02
Disneyland accounting OK, they. Buy it, bought all these bonds.
• 4:06
Interest rates went. Up the bond.
• 4:08
Prices the value of the. Bonds plummeted because.
• 4:11
There's an inverse relationship between bond prices and interest
• 4:16
rates, so the banks are insolvent.
• 4:18
Almost all the banks I've heard people say in the country are
• 4:21
  insolvent if. They actually recognized.
• 4:24
The losses that they have. On their bond portfolios.
• 4:28
That's not even talking about commercial real estate.
• 4:30
That's not even talking about. Loans that.
• 4:33
They have out to the. American consumers who are in
• 4:36
dire straits as well the bonds. This is the real deal.
• 4:40
This is an example of what's going.
• 4:42
On in the entire banking industry.
• 4:44
They had 200 and. 62 million of. Unrealized losses.
• 4:48
Is that getting better? This is where we pose the.
• 4:51
  Question. Are we?
• 4:53
Heading into the last? Eight months.
• 4:55
Of 2020. 4 Where we could potentially.
• 4:58
All right, I'm not trying to say the Sky's.
• 5:00
Falling but if. We apply mathematics and we
• 5:03
apply just. Common sense to what's going?
• 5:06
On could we potentially? See an avalanche of.
• 5:09
These what are they called? Regional banks that are going
• 5:12
down, OK. Let's dig into this a little.
• 5:15
More than I've got something. To show you that will that will
• 5:17
pull this all together. So the somebody took him.
• 5:21
Over blah, blah, blah, whatever. OK, here we go.
• 5:28
  U.S. Banks.
• 5:28
  Are OK. This is interesting.
• 5:30
Add to this the fact that last week seasonally adjusted for tax
• 5:34
season. OK, that means they accounted
• 5:37
for the fact that it was tax season.
• 5:39
  U.S. Banks saw the.
• 5:41
Largest deposit outflows. Since 9:11, yes that 911 OK
• 5:48
people are pulling money. Out of the banks, that's what
• 5:51
  the statistics. Show.
• 5:53
  And the banks. They don't.
• 5:56
They don't have all the money. Right.
• 5:58
If they have to sell these. Bonds.
• 6:01
They're gonna have to. Realize the losses.
• 6:03
OK, All right. There we go.
• 6:06
Let's go now. Let's go look at why right now.
• 6:11
Right now, OK. This situation is could be
• 6:15
  critical, OK? Here's the 10.
• 6:17
Year bond yield, the CBOE interest rate on a 10 year bond
• 6:21
yield right now guys, we're sitting at 4.67.
• 6:24
This is a one year chart. You notice anything on this
• 6:27
Chart #1 bond yields have been going.
• 6:30
Up, up, up. Since when was this?
• 6:32
About Christmas time, Brianna, Merry Christmas.
• 6:35
  Merry Christmas. Interest rates are.
• 6:37
  Going up. Almost.
• 6:39
A full. Percent if we look.
• 6:40
Back over the whole year. We only had a month.
• 6:43
Or two right here where rates were higher.
• 6:46
But it gets crazy. More interesting and remember
• 6:50
these high rates are kryptonite. If that's the right word.
• 6:54
They are poison to the. Banking.
• 6:56
Sector. 'Cause if we look back over a
• 6:58
five year period, we can see. That where we are right.
• 7:02
Now rates are super high. And if we look out over a
• 7:05
  longer. Period.
• 7:07
A much longer period. All the way back to 1965.
• 7:10
Before many of us were born. We can see that where rates are,
• 7:14
  right? Now.
• 7:16
Let's get it there. OK, well, there we are.
• 7:18
There's the green line. Hey, they put a dotted green
• 7:21
line. Look at the dotted green line.
• 7:24
We have to go back all the way to here, which is.
• 7:28
The year 2000. Basically to see a time.
• 7:32
Period when rates were consistently higher than where
• 7:35
  they are now. Don't.
• 7:37
Forget though, guys back. Then OK, there was much less.
• 7:41
Debt. A fraction of the debt that we
• 7:44
have in the world right now, these banks, this.
• 7:46
Could. Be the start of something.
• 7:48
Big and if we have. Financial black Swans.
• 7:52
I'm not rooting for it. None of us are.
• 7:54
We just want to be realistic. If we have financial Black
• 7:56
Swans, where do you think the money's going to go?
• 7:59
Where do you think that the money is going to go?
• 8:02
Let's get back. On and say hello.
• 8:04
To each other. Hey guys, I almost forgot.
• 8:06
Thank you for being here. It's Saturday morning.
• 8:09
  We've got a bank failure I hope you're doing.
• 8:12
Well, when you're with me here in the basement, you're not just
• 8:15
with me, you're with a group of awesome.
• 8:17
People, but this is about you. It's a big deal that you're
• 8:20
  here. Thank you.
• 8:21
  Please. Do us a favor.
• 8:23
Give this a thumbs up. That would.
• 8:24
Be much appreciated you can. Subscribe to the channel anytime
• 8:27

• 8:31
Gold About silver and who doesn't?
• 8:33
Love gold and silver. I got a feeling buttercup.
• 8:36
That you? Love gold and silver.
• 8:39
Sorry, I should. Have called you a basement.
• 8:40
Dweller buttercup. 'S a term of endearment I like
• 8:43
to use and super chats. Are always super appreciated.
• 8:45
Let's move on. 'Cause we've got a lot more to
• 8:48
talk about, let's compare. Let's be realistic here.
• 8:52
A lot of people are. Giving us all this fanfare about
• 8:55
this massive bank. Failure that we had.
• 8:58
But let's compare that to bank failures that we.
• 9:02
Had in the past, let's. Take a look at this.
• 9:05
Right now this is. A chart which shows.
• 9:09
The bank failures that happened in, we've got back in two. 1007
• 9:14
2008. Right now the interesting thing
• 9:17
was that in 2023. We actually had a higher level
• 9:21
of bank. That was just a year ago.
• 9:23
We had a higher level of bank failures.
• 9:25
Remember Signature Bank? Remember Silicon Valley Bank?
• 9:29
  Remember first. Republic Bank.
• 9:31
But remember this. Nobody's talking about this.
• 9:34
When those banks went belly up, interest rates were actually a
• 9:38
little bit lower than where they are.
• 9:40
Right now and that caused. These 3-4 massive banks that
• 9:45
also caused what was it? Was it UBS or Credit Credit
• 9:48
Suisse? One of them right the. 100 O
• 9:51
plus year old. Bank that went belly up over in
• 9:54
Europe. Like that was a massive deal.
• 9:56
But we had these banks in the United States and those banks.
• 10:00
Combined were bigger than all the banks that went bust during
• 10:04
the worst year 2007, right? Of the financial crisis.
• 10:10
So when that happened last? Year 2 key things to remember.
• 10:13
  Interest rates. OK, thank you.
• 10:16
Susie just said we have 100 likes.
• 10:17
I'll do the dinger here in a second.
• 10:19
We had interest rates that were lower.
• 10:21
Than where they are now. The fact.
• 10:23
That rates are higher is putting even more stress on the banks.
• 10:26
  Let me. Tell you something.
• 10:27
  Well then. I Well, so that's. #1 #2.
• 10:31
Oh yes, that's right. I promised you this is a show.
• 10:34
Basement dwellers about silver. And gold.
• 10:36
  And guess what? When that.
• 10:38
Happened in 2023, you couldn't find silver at your local coin
• 10:44
  shop. The shelves were literally
• 10:47
  empty. I.
• 10:47
Remember walking into my local? Coin shop thinking I'm going to
• 10:50
buy some silver, right? It's going crazy And there was
• 10:53
nothing. And this is a big operation,
• 10:56
completely empty. And them telling me, yeah, you
• 10:58
can pay for it now and we're hoping.
• 11:01
That we'll get silver delivered. Within five to six weeks, that
• 11:04
  was just one year. Ago.
• 11:06
That's called a silver shortage. OK, remember.
• 11:10
People were paying 100%. Premiums on American.
• 11:13
Silver Eagles coin Chop Chris. Told me they were selling.
• 11:17
American Silver Eagles for $52 each.
• 11:21
I think the price is silver back.
• 11:22
Then. Only got up to like $26 per oz.
• 11:26
Be thankful right now if you still want to get your hands on
• 11:29
some American Silver Eagles. The premiums.
• 11:32
Are reasonable and you know. What you may?
• 11:34
Want to check out channel sponsor Pimbex Pi MB EX online

• 11:51
Gave them a chance, threw them into the mix when you were out
• 11:54
shopping for bullion you found. The best prices, the best.
• 11:58
Service and the best selection. Same thing I found, but I'll
• 12:02
never. Tell you what to do.
• 12:03

• 12:20
Silver during this period rates. Were lower this.
• 12:24
Could be an interesting remainder of 2024, no?
• 12:28
  Doubt about it. And.
• 12:31
Here we are guys. Hey, thank you.
• 12:33
For the hundred thumbs up. What a.
• 12:34
  Pleasure. What an honor.
• 12:36
Let's do the dinger, the pocket pinger.
• 12:38
I'm going to ring it 10 times. For you, OK.
• 12:51
I love the way that the sounds resonate.
• 12:53
I mean, it's just so, so awesome.
• 12:56
What else is going on it? Feels like there's.
• 12:59
A storm brewing of financial calamity right now because then
• 13:03
we get more. News about these.
• 13:05
Clearing houses, and this came from Reuters initially.
• 13:10
  But let's go see. What?
• 13:11
Our friend John Little over at Silver Academy, he kind of broke
• 13:17
the story. Regulators told to be ready.
• 13:21
To handle failed clearing. Houses OK, this is separate.
• 13:25
From the banking situation. OK, guys.
• 13:28
This is completely separate and we're going.
• 13:30
To go check out what Reuters had to say about this, there's the
• 13:33
Reuters screenshot, but this guy, Hal Turner.
• 13:37
Gave some snap analysis of this, he said.
• 13:40
In my opinion, the fact that this news has come out publicly
• 13:44
should be an earth shattering red flag for everyone it seems.
• 13:50
To me, they don't tell regulators to quote UN quote.
• 13:53
Prepare to handle failed clearing houses unless they
• 13:57
already know that more than one is failing.
• 14:00
Now which ones? The fact that this guidance.
• 14:03
From the Financial Stability Board has now been made, quote
• 14:07
UN quote, public, I think is their way of telling those who
• 14:11
need to know something is terribly wrong with more than
• 14:15
one clearing house and I. Think it's likely.
• 14:17
Signals those in the know. To get.
• 14:20
Out and get out fast. Again, I'm just reporting the
• 14:24
news here. Let's go see what Reuters had to
• 14:26
say about this. This is from.
• 14:28
London, England. And our friends at Reuters Let's
• 14:32
go up to Here we go, Regulators told to be ready.
• 14:34
  To handle failed clearing houses.
• 14:37
Regulators must equip. Themselves with tools such as
• 14:40
bail in bonds. Interesting to deal.
• 14:44
  Quickly with a failed clearinghouse.
• 14:46
For stocks, bonds, or derivatives, remember.
• 14:51
This is key. 'Cause we have failing banks in
• 14:55
the United. States with interest rates
• 14:57
higher. Than when we had the biggest
• 14:59
number of failing banks right now, guys, that's going on.
• 15:03
And and we've got clearing. Houses being put on watch.
• 15:07
OK, all right. The deal quickly for failed
• 15:11
clearing. House houses that handle stocks,
• 15:14
bonds, or derivatives. Oh, the derivative markets.
• 15:18
  It's it's only I don't know 3. Quadrillion. 4 Quadrillion.
• 15:23
  You know, remember, a trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000 and a
• 15:27
quadrillion is 1000 times a trillion is your head.
• 15:29
Spinning yet? Let me just say it's like
• 15:31
Infinity big without having to call on taxpayers for cash.
• 15:36
Well, let's hope not. You know, how would you like
• 15:39
that 'cause that's the big. Fear, bank bail ends.
• 15:42
  Right. It's happened before.
• 15:43
I think it happened in Cyprus, what, 6-7 years?
• 15:46
Ago. Where suddenly And that's again
• 15:49
some people. Say it's a possibility.
• 15:51
I'm not saying I think this. Is going to happen, but it's
• 15:54
happened in the past with banking Fiat, right?
• 15:58
  Unicorn fart does fractional reserve.
• 16:01
Banking system where the banks? Have to seize part of people's
• 16:04
  cash. I'm not predicting that's
• 16:07
imminent in this country, but that's what a bail in is, OK,
• 16:12
they don't want to take, but they don't want to take your
• 16:14
cash in, the G 20s risk watchdog said on Thursday.
• 16:18
After the global financial crisis of O7O9 regulators.
• 16:21
Mandated clearing for a wide. Range of derivatives.
• 16:25
Meaning they must pass. Through a clear backed by a.
• 16:29
Default fund to ensure completion of.
• 16:32
  Trades. What are derivatives?
• 16:34
Derivatives. Are these crazy bets that all
• 16:37
the big? Banks make with themselves.
• 16:39
Their bets about bets. Sometimes they're bets about
• 16:43
bets about bets. Warren Buffett called them
• 16:46
  financial tools of mass destruction.
• 16:49
  It's. Crazy.
• 16:51
The amount of money and derivatives.
• 16:53
And we're going to show you how all of this could what it could
• 16:55
  mean. For the silver.
• 16:57
Price and the gold price. More recently, the United States
• 17:01
has adopted rules to force more. Trades in the 26 trillion U.S.
• 17:06
Treasury market through. Clears as a result of such
• 17:09
  changes. Some clears have.
• 17:10
Become vital to the financial system in more than one
• 17:14
jurisdiction, meaning their failure could damage financial
• 17:20
stability. Does it feel like to you guys
• 17:22
that? Were on were like on thin ice,
• 17:24
  shaky ground. You know.
• 17:25
I know Lynette Zhang talks about it.
• 17:27
I know Andy Scheckman. I I have a new interview with
• 17:30
inner Andy Scheckman coming out next.
• 17:32
  Week. Probably Wednesday or Thursday
• 17:34
it is. It is the smart people.
• 17:37
In the room and the I don't think.
• 17:39
We are. These are Debbie Downers or
• 17:41
  doomsayers. These are realist right.
• 17:44
You know people that get paid. To assess risk and everyone is
• 17:49
saying all the warning signs are bright.
• 17:52
Red right now could damage. Financial stability unless they
• 17:55
stay. Can be stabilized or resolved.
• 17:58
Quote UN quote Meaning closed down in an orderly way.
• 18:03
OK, so there we have it. We got the banking.
• 18:05
  System. Having issues.
• 18:09
We've got this. News from the the regulatory.
• 18:12
Body that overseas the G20 banking system saying, hey guys,
• 18:17
be prepared, be prepared to be. Shut.
• 18:20
  Down. Be prepared for potential
• 18:24
catastrophe. And we're talking about the
• 18:26
derivatives market. Are you kidding me?
• 18:29
Are you kidding me? Hold on.
• 18:31
We, I think we got a super chat. Hey, metal Seer.
• 18:33
Thank you. And metal seer brings up.
• 18:35
  First Republic. Republic First.
• 18:38
I get all these Republic. All these failed banks.
• 18:40
Why don't they all say Republic Ron's Republic Bank?
• 18:44
Oh, I failed. Bail me out.
• 18:46
I need 100 million FDIC. Republic First Failure will cost
• 18:51
the F Dick. $667 million No, that's nothing how we can print.
• 18:57
  That right. Hey.
• 18:58
Hold on a second. Hey, this guy.
• 19:03
  Has a solution for. Everything.
• 19:05
I'll just print some money. OK?
• 19:07
Yeah. But Jerome, we want to tell you
• 19:09
  something. What?
• 19:10
Happens when you print money. Right, right.
• 19:14
If there's. Only a million of these in the
• 19:17
  world. Paper nothing.
• 19:19
Unicorn fart dust, right? Based on confidence?
• 19:24
There's. Only a million of these in the
• 19:25
world and you print another. Million, Jerome.
• 19:30
Guess what that means? The value of these go down by
• 19:32
  50%. I know that's an over simplistic
• 19:35
  way to look. At it.
• 19:35
But you can print these. Hold on, I got to show you.
• 19:38
  Something earth shattering, did you?
• 19:40
Realize here we go. Silvershire gave me this old
• 19:43
  beauty. This is today's.
• 19:44
Show and Tell Coin A1 oz round. You can't print this.
• 19:49
You can't print this right here, Jerome.
• 19:53
I'm not going to get him out again.
• 19:54
But look. Here's the solution for Jerome.
• 19:58
Oh, he hates that they hate. Gold and.
• 20:02
Silver They hate. The Federal Reserve the banking
• 20:06
establishment hates. Gold and silver I got.
• 20:09
Another event I'm going to do either later today or tomorrow,
• 20:12
I'm going to tell you about a billionaire who basically says,
• 20:15
that billionaire who says we are surging back towards the gold
• 20:18
  standard. It's happening guys, right?
• 20:21
And how the the the financial establishment, they don't like
• 20:26
you and me and I'm not. Popular with them, they watch.
• 20:29
Us right I've. Got it on good.
• 20:31
Word that the Federal Reserve right, they love to put.
• 20:34
Me up and watch and see. What the real people like?
• 20:37
You and me. Know about what's really,
• 20:39
really, really. Going on OK, now let's move on
• 20:44
to you want. To talk about crypto, we got big
• 20:46
news out of crypto, OK? And Bitcoin in particular.
• 20:52
And it's it's not. Necessarily good for.
• 20:54
Crypto and Bitcoin, if it could be.
• 20:56
Very, very good for. Silver and gold.
• 20:58
  Let's be real. Thank.
• 20:59
  You Timothy? Poole Hey, wow.
• 21:02
  I. Think he said something nice
• 21:03
about me. You are the man.
• 21:05
Thanks for doing shows on the weekend while I'm working on my
• 21:07
in my basement. You got it.

• 21:13
Thanks for the thumbs up. Thank you for the Super chats,
• 21:16
  OK. But.
• 21:18
Look, let's be real. We got a lot you got.
• 21:20
A lot in common with crypto people.
• 21:22
You may not like to. Hear that?
• 21:24
Don't throw eggs at me. But you've.
• 21:25
Got a lot? In common with.
• 21:27
Crypto people you take. Ten of us basement dwellers and
• 21:31
10 bitcoiners and put us in a room and don't.
• 21:34
Tell each other that we're. We're we're we're gold and.
• 21:37
  Silver bugs or? That we're.
• 21:39
Bitcoiners and We start talking about the financial system.
• 21:42
We start talking about all this stuff that we are talking about
• 21:45
right now. We get along, We're brothers.
• 21:48
Like, yeah, man, Jerome Powell's full of BS, you know, Fiat money
• 21:52
  system, Unicorn fart dust, right?
• 21:55
  We love it, Yeah. Awesome.
• 21:56
And then we say. How do you protect yourself?
• 21:59
And US 10 silver and gold, people say.
• 22:01
Silver and gold in the tent. Bitcoin People say Bitcoin and
• 22:06
  suddenly we hate. Each other.
• 22:09
It's just the reality, OK? There's very few people and
• 22:13
there are some people that have a.
• 22:15
Foot in each pond. I'm not anti Bitcoin, I'm, you
• 22:18
know, I I think it's a benefit. That the crypto people.
• 22:20
Have learned so much about what we know about.
• 22:23
But guys, the the Bitcoin people, this is.
• 22:25
Potentially earth shattering news and it could mean more
• 22:30
money coming. Back into right a bit.
• 22:33
The bit the crypto world has siphoned off a little bit of.
• 22:36
A demand for silver and gold. Some people think that.
• 22:39
Maybe that was done by design. We won't go down that tinfoil.
• 22:44
Haddish conspiracy theory path, but was Crypto created to
• 22:48
divert? Money away from silver and gold.
• 22:51
We just talked about. The financial economic.
• 22:54
Powers that be in the world, they don't like you and me.
• 22:57
And that's Okay. Not everybody has to like us,
• 23:00
right? That's part of getting growing
• 23:02
up, being a big boy and a big girl.
• 23:04
Realizing not everybody's gonna love us, Okay.
• 23:07
But let's talk about what? Bitcoin What we learned this
• 23:11
weekend about what's going on with Bitcoin?
• 23:14
We're going to go check. Out our friend Peter Grandich,
• 23:17
the one and only now. I think it's safe to.
• 23:19
Say he's not a big Bitcoin fan. He calls it Bitcon.
• 23:24
But he says this news below will be played.
• 23:27
Down by the crypto people but I think about it but think about
• 23:30
it they have deemed Bitcoin non. Worthy of credit period.
• 23:36
This is big news. And we're going to talk.
• 23:38
About what's on the left here. Next I will.
• 23:40
I will remind you all yet again. There are only three tier.
• 23:46
One investments in the world. Stocks, bonds and gold that you
• 23:52
know. Gold got moved to tier.
• 23:54
One, that was Basil 3, Basil 2, whatever.
• 23:57
This dinosaur, I think he's talking about himself.
• 24:00
We love you. Peter, you are the best.
• 24:03
Loves this relic gold and just substitute tulips with.
• 24:08

• 24:11

• 24:40
So it keeps track of all the securities.
• 24:42
And acts as a clearing house to process and settle trades in
• 24:47
  corporate and. Municipal securities.
• 24:51
It's like the bookkeeper of all the.
• 24:53
World's Financial Assets and what did the?
• 24:56
DTCC tell us. Again, this just came out.
• 25:00

• 26:06
  positions applied to the collateral.
• 26:09
Monitor OK. Let's just read this.
• 26:12
First one collateral valuation for corporate notes or bonds
• 26:15
rated B1 to B3. That means not very good quality
• 26:19
bonds, I think like. AAA is the highest.
• 26:22
Will be updated to use a haircut value of. 70% up from 50.
• 26:28
Percent Wow. So that's not good alone.
• 26:31
OK. That decreases the value that
• 26:35
that they can. Assign to those bonds.
• 26:37
But number two, OK, no collateral.
• 26:40
Value will be given for any ETF or other.
• 26:44
Investment vehicle that includes Bitcoin or any other

• 27:09
Interest. Rates, OK, the. 10 year bond
• 27:12
yield is. At like 25 year highs, there was
• 27:16
like two or three months where it was ever.
• 27:17
Higher we had a banking. Crisis when rates were
• 27:20
significantly lower. OK, we've got we've got the,
• 27:24
the, the clearing houses being warned to be prepared for.
• 27:28

Loved in this community. Thank you for.
• 28:22
  All that you do. OK.

• 28:26
  on. Let's pull it.
• 28:27
What does this mean for the price of silver?
• 28:29
What does this mean for the price of gold?
• 28:32
  Banking crisis, Clearing house, crisis.
• 28:35
  Cryptocurrency. All potential.
• 28:37
  Crisis. That's all I'm saying.

• 29:13

• 29:16
I believe with I I agree. About Silver and Gold Let.
• 29:19
Me ask you, do you agree? With the guy from the.
• 29:22
Federal Reserve. The New York Federal Reserve.
• 29:26
About silver and gold, think. About what we've talked about.
• 29:30
Already. And think about this because
• 29:33
this. My friends, is the answer that
• 29:37
we've all been waiting for. Not that one.
• 29:40
But here first comes the bubble, then comes the bath.
• 29:43
All right. That's about the stock.
• 29:47
  Market falling down? Let's go.
• 29:49
Back here, there we go that. My friends.
• 29:52
Is why we could have $15,000 gold $130.00.
• 29:58
Silver, I'm telling you, one year from now, I firmly believe
• 30:02
we're going to have 60. 2. Dollar and $0.50 silver.
• 30:05
You can say whatever. You want you can scream at me,
• 30:08
You can disagree with me, but. This is why this.
• 30:11
Is what is going to happen right here as you see on your screen,
• 30:16
  exters Pyramid John. Exter worked.
• 30:19
For the New York Federal Reserve for like 20 years.
• 30:21
He only died like I. Don't know 2019?
• 30:24
Years ago, this is what he developed.
• 30:27
He argued vehemently. Gold and silver are the base of
• 30:31
everything. It's an upside down Fiat Bunny
• 30:35
  money. What else?
• 30:36
  Money. Printing.
• 30:38
  Digital. Money.
• 30:39
Whatever you want to call it. Circus.
• 30:42
And the only real thing in the world are silver and gold.
• 30:46
See those down at the bottom and see how they're.
• 30:48
Small It's an upside inverted pyramid basement.
• 30:51
Dwellers inverted We love the. Fancy words, now, don't we?
• 30:55
So what's going to? Happen, right?
• 30:57
When some of the crypto. Money starts falling down Couple
• 31:01
  of the bricks. Imagine this.
• 31:02
Is a big upside down. Pyramid built out of bricks and
• 31:05
stones, right? This is the big this is the the
• 31:09
Super exciting news. Right now, we don't need the
• 31:13
  whole thing to. Immediately collapse.
• 31:15
As a matter of fact, we probably don't.
• 31:16
Want that to. Happen it would really be.
• 31:19
  Mayhem. Chaos, right?
• 31:21
That could happen. We'll always be like John
• 31:24
Carrier. The carrier rule will always be
• 31:27
prepared for the worst, right? But.
• 31:30
We don't need the worst. We don't even need half the
• 31:32
  worst. We don't need we.
• 31:35
We we need, we need. We need 1% of the worst is these
• 31:39
things fall. Down crypto money starts to fall
• 31:43
  down into gold. Derivatives 4.
• 31:45
  Trillion. We did some analysis.
• 31:48
  It or. I'm sorry 3.
• 31:49
Quadrillion. It's like just 1% of the
• 31:53
derivative. Of the money that's in
• 31:54
derivatives has to find a real home.
• 31:57
A real home, right? Silver and gold.
• 32:00
That's like $30 trillion. That, like, triples the price of
• 32:03
gold immediately 1%. One, OK, non monetary
• 32:09
  commodities. Corporate and municipal bonds.
• 32:11
Remember what we just read from the DTC?
• 32:14
They're given corporate and municipal bonds that are BB
• 32:17
rated or lower. A haircut, a little bit of.
• 32:20
That money starts to fall down. Bank money?
• 32:23
  What's bank money? Oh yeah.
• 32:25
Here I'm going to give you some sound effects.
• 32:29
Can you hear that? That's paper.
• 32:31
That's bank money. What did we just learn about
• 32:33
bank failures? I got to repeat it one final
• 32:36
time. For you it's the fact it's
• 32:39
mathematic. Interest rates now are higher.
• 32:43
Than when we had the. Biggest number of bank failures
• 32:46
ever. Just last year that was That
• 32:49
  was. Papered under, remember the.
• 32:50
BTFP, The Bank term funding. Program the bailout money.
• 32:54
Printing program that the Fed had to do to save the banking
• 32:56
system one year ago. Right now we're in worst
• 33:00
condition. Trying to think of a good
• 33:02
analogy, I mean. It was like.
• 33:05
Here's a great analogy. A year ago, when we had these
• 33:08
record banks, the banks were like.
• 33:10
  A like a Like a? Sprinter A-100.
• 33:12
Yard dash. Sprinter and they were sprinting
• 33:14
into a 10 mile per hour wind. That's.
• 33:17
That were that was the. Interest rate environment a year
• 33:21
and two months ago, 13 months ago now that.
• 33:24
Same sprinter the banks are. Sprinting into a 20 mile per
• 33:28
hour wind. The situation has gotten even.
• 33:31
Worse, this money is going to fall down.
• 33:33
Base money falls down all paper, the only thing.
• 33:38
You I want you to. Join me in staring at We love
• 33:42
John Exter, OK, may he rest in peace.
• 33:45
All right. He worked for the New York Fed.
• 33:47
This is the Federal OK Federal Reserve.
• 33:50
I'm going to ring the gong in one second.
• 33:52
When we stare at this. Remember gold and silver?
• 33:55
Two things to remember. They are tiny.
• 33:58
  They are. Minuscule.
• 34:00
I almost tear up saying that compared.
• 34:02
To all this paper fake. Money that's out.
• 34:04
There, OK. And on top of that, they are
• 34:07
the. Only real thing on that.
• 34:09
Whole chart Gold. Hold on, gold and silver, I'm
• 34:14
going back, are the only real things on that chart.
• 34:18
Everything above it, everything from the green base.
• 34:21
Money up is make believe synthetic man made and I want
• 34:27
you to. Think about this, right?
• 34:29
We know the four. Thousand Year History of Silver.
• 34:31
We know the 4000. Year History of Gold, right?
• 34:35
All that other stuff. Is man made?
• 34:37
History. Has undeniably showed us shown.
• 34:40
  Us. That.
• 34:40
Any other? Market or money system that's
• 34:43
developed, it's not based on anything real, always fails
• 34:47
Lennit Zhang every you know. Everybody has piles of this fake
• 34:51
Fiat money that has. Come and gone over the.
• 34:54
Years, This is where we. Are headed OK.
• 34:58
And it gets even crazier. But.
• 35:00
Let's ring the gong three times for 300 thumbs up.
• 35:03
Thank you, Susie, for being here and helping me today.
• 35:08
We're going to ring the gong three times.
• 35:09
We're going to listen to it resonate.
• 35:19
  Thank you basement dwellers. Yeah.
• 35:22
OK, here this is paper. Money.
• 35:26
OK, this is fake money. This is not real.
• 35:29
It's movie money. One of our great.
• 35:32
OK, this, this, this is, this is fake.
• 35:35
This is fake. Real money, OK?
• 35:37
See the difference? Fake real money or is there a
• 35:40
  difference? How much this is?
• 35:42
A great question for you. Is how much of a difference is
• 35:46
there? Between this and this, OK, not
• 35:50
much, but see if I can do this. Oh man, I'm on fire.
• 35:54
Today, this, oh, this is a 1925 peace dollar.
• 36:02
  Isn't she pretty? Look at.
• 36:03
  That how much of there's a? There's, there's.
• 36:05
  Very little difference between these.
• 36:08
Two, but there's a. Big difference between these two
• 36:11
and this, right? You know that.
• 36:14
Let's put that stuff away. All of this is happening in a
• 36:18
world where we need to be very, very.
• 36:21
Concerned we're. Talked about a lot of.
• 36:22
  Financial factors. OK, sounds good.
• 36:28
  It's it's it's it's the money fundamentals behind what's going
• 36:32
  on banking. Crisis.
• 36:34
  DTC, Crisis. All this?
• 36:37
Stuff supports higher silver and gold prices.
• 36:40
  But. The other cornerstone.
• 36:42
I'm sorry, we've been ignoring this.
• 36:44
I I, I hope you can forgive me. Basement dwellers, but there's
• 36:48
  another major, significant, massive factor.
• 36:52
Cornerstone. It will support the silver.
• 36:55
And gold price? No one can argue this.
• 36:58
It's been the timeless. Factor that has provided the
• 37:02
value. In silver and gold geopolitical
• 37:06
turmoil and when we just take a look at what's going on right
• 37:10
now in that regard, it is absolutely astounding here.
• 37:16
Let's look at. Let's look at.
• 37:17
Well, you know what? Let's go here. 1st All right,
• 37:19
let's go down and see what's going on with Russia.
• 37:22
Oh. Oh, Russia to seize $440 million
• 37:27
from JP Morgan. The nerve of those.
• 37:30
  Russians. Oh my.
• 37:31
Gosh, how could that be so, so the world right now, we're all
• 37:36
  getting. Along so well.
• 37:37
  Aren't we right? We know.
• 37:39
The war in Europe we know the war in the Middle East.
• 37:40
We know the potential for war in Asia with China and Taiwan.
• 37:45
This is escalation. This is the.
• 37:48
The system, right? It's part of some of those
• 37:52
  bricks on Extras Pyramid falling.
• 37:54
Apart, this is the world. Saying we don't trust each other
• 37:59
  anymore. This is the world.
• 38:01
Saying we don't want your. IO.
• 38:05
  Us anymore? So think.
• 38:06
  About this guys. Do headlines?
• 38:08
Like this right the. Western countries seizing
• 38:12
Russian assets. The Russians seizing US assets.
• 38:16
That's telling us that's giving us absolute.
• 38:18
They don't. Want each other's IOU, So what
• 38:21
are they doing? I bet you can answer that
• 38:23
  question. What are they doing?
• 38:25
What are they? Doing what have countries done
• 38:28
for thousands of years? Oh, I'll tell you what they're
• 38:32
  doing. They're buying precious metals
• 38:34
because there's no IOU. There's no counterparty risk
• 38:40
with precious metals in. This is just.
• 38:45
One small example of what is going on in the world right now,
• 38:49
but not, you know. But the United States?
• 38:51
  The world's biggest? Most.
• 38:52
  Powerful hegemony, hegemony economy, right?
• 38:56
We're doing OK. We're getting along with
• 38:59
  everybody, right? Hegemony.
• 39:01
Hegemony. Whatever it's called, let's go
• 39:03
take a look. Oh, hold on.
• 39:06
  CNN the Children's News. Network.
• 39:08
What did they? Have to tell us oh.
• 39:11
  Choose. Between stability and downward
• 39:16
spiral, China tells Blinken during the Beijing trip now.
• 39:21
Look I try to like. People in the world.
• 39:23
This never does me any good, but I have to be honest.
• 39:26
I don't like that guy, OK? I I'm one of the few people.
• 39:30
I'll say that about OK. Here US Secretary of State
• 39:33
  Antoni. Blinken talks with Chinese
• 39:36
president. Xi Jinping at the Great.
• 39:38
Hall. Of the people in China, OK,
• 39:41
  that's that. Picture.
• 39:42
Xi Jinping Oh, OK, let's just think about this.
• 39:47
How well are? Him and him getting along these
• 39:51
days, I would say not good. How well are him and?
• 39:57
MBSI think it's he's called the. President or the King of.
• 40:00
Saudi Arabia getting along, They seem to be getting along pretty
• 40:03
well. How well are are him?
• 40:05
And Vladimir Putin getting along pretty well.
• 40:07
How? Well, are him Xi Jinping Ji?
• 40:11
Right, the president of China. And the president of Brazil
• 40:14
getting along pretty good. What about is?
• 40:18
  I'm sorry, Iran. Pretty.
• 40:19
Good. OK, this is getting crazy.
• 40:22
In the world right now, and I'm going to tell you who's going to
• 40:26
win. You want to know who's going to
• 40:27
win, I'm going to tell you who's going to win, OK?
• 40:30
Chinese said. The US and China should, quote,
• 40:33
be partners rather than. Adversaries as he met with top
• 40:37
American diplomat. That's pretty scary, OK?
• 40:40
The meeting, which took place on the final day of Blinken's three
• 40:44
day visit to China, comes as the two countries continue to.
• 40:47
Stabilize rocky relations. And expand communications
• 40:51
including, Oh yeah, Taiwan, that little issue.
• 40:55
It says here China quote would like to see a confident.
• 40:58
Open and prosperous United States, We hope the United.
• 41:01
  States will view. China's development?
• 41:03
In a positive light. Once this fundamental problem
• 41:07
is. Solved sino US relations will
• 41:09
truly get. Better and move forward.
• 41:11
He said China. And the US should be.
• 41:13
Partners rather than adversaries the Chinese are doing this with.
• 41:18
Everybody. And they're offering it to the
• 41:19
  United States. But.
• 41:21
You know, what does the United States?
• 41:22
Say, all right, the United States is always full of this
• 41:25
bluster about, oh, things are horrible.
• 41:28
OK, here we go. Their meeting followed 5.
• 41:31
Hours of face to face. Time between Blanken, blanken,
• 41:34
whatever and counterparty Wang. Ji both sides characterized.
• 41:40
It as substantive and. Constructive, but Wang was also.
• 41:44
Clear about sharp tensions. That still exist.
• 41:46
Between the world's two superpowers, sharp tensions as
• 41:51
their meetings got underway, Wang said.
• 41:53
China and the. US face a choice?
• 41:55
Between stability and a downward spiral, need I remind you, China
• 42:01
has 1.4 billion people. China is in some eyes now the
• 42:06
largest economy in the world. I guess in the East with the
• 42:09
BRICS countries, they think China's the biggest, but in the
• 42:12
West we. Say they're the second biggest.
• 42:14
Economy, economy in the world, they are significant, but who's
• 42:17
  going to win? Who?
• 42:19
Who guys? Who do you think?
• 42:21
What do you think is going to win in all of this?
• 42:24
Who? Do you think the winner is going
• 42:28
  to? Be the United States.
• 42:29
You hear this all the time. It's the world's.
• 42:32
  Superpower, the Hegemony. Hegemony, huh?
• 42:35

• 43:13

• 43:16
a little nap. President Nixon, like, took gold
• 43:20
and silver and gave it, gave it one.
• 43:21

• 43:35
Waking up and despite the efforts of the United States.
