A six-year-old girl, Deleyah Mendoza, is missing and in imminent danger in Newark, California. Last seen near Baine Avenue and Cherry Street at 11:30 PM Friday, authorities have issued an Amber Alert targeting a suspect — 24-year-old Donovan Blair, described as 5’10”, 190 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He may be traveling in a gray Honda Insight (2009–2011) with temporary plate 93742245. Deleyah, 4 feet tall and 50 lbs, was wearing striped pajamas, a cheetah print backpack, and pink flip-flops.
