- 5:28Speaker 3: How are you were talking about?

- 5:37Speaker 4: Retippid Joelene, Hey, how are you? Timothy Ryan? What's up?
- 5:46Speaker 2: Uh?
- 5:47Speaker 4: Italian G E four seven zero. That's a new one.
- 5:53Speaker 4: How are you? Italian G eight four seven zero? Uh?
- 6:02Speaker 3: Oh? Click checking in from Orlando, Florida. Yeah, and that's Orlando, Florida.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Yeah, and that is it? So Rob, why don't you
- 6:12Speaker 4: give the intro here on what we're going to be
- 6:13Speaker 4: talking about tonight.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Okay, folks, we blew some minds a couple of weeks
- 6:19Speaker 3: ago in members only, when I just dropped it out
- 6:23Speaker 3: of the clear blue sky that you know, there's some
- 6:29Speaker 3: things with the JFK assassination that have become part of
- 6:34Speaker 3: the cannon, just part of everything, or something that everybody
- 6:38Speaker 3: just believes, but nobody actually knows where in the hell
- 6:42Speaker 3: it came from, or when in the hell it came from,
- 6:46Speaker 3: or how it became a thing that everyone just repeated
- 6:54Speaker 3: and wrote about and repeated and wrote about and repeated
- 6:57Speaker 3: and wrote about. And one of the things that we
- 7:02Speaker 3: talked about on Members Only that we're gonna expand on
- 7:05Speaker 3: here tonight was the top ten record store encounter. Now
- 7:11Speaker 3: there's a lot of stuff that went along with that,
- 7:16Speaker 3: and we're going to do a small recap of that
- 7:19Speaker 3: here this evening. But we're gonna be going through this
- 7:23Speaker 3: and kind of as we do a chronological order of things.
- 7:28Speaker 3: So before we get to the top ten record store,
- 7:31Speaker 3: there's some other things that happened with JD. Tippett the
- 7:35Speaker 3: day of the assassination, pre murder, yes, yes, pre murder.
- 7:44Speaker 3: And uh, we're going to start Joe's gonna start us
- 7:48Speaker 3: off with one of one of the weird things, well
- 7:54Speaker 3: not really weird, I mean, uh, you know, I guess
- 7:59Speaker 3: going home and have lunch an hour after you just
- 8:03Speaker 3: took a break, as normal for a cop that's not
- 8:07Speaker 3: very busy. Maybe I don't know, but we're gonna start
- 8:10Speaker 3: with JD. Tippet going home for lunch, and then we're
- 8:12Speaker 3: gonna go chronologically from there. We're gonna track tipp Its
- 8:15Speaker 3: movements up until his untimely demise at Tinton Patten, and
- 8:25Speaker 3: we're gonna see if what we think we know about
- 8:29Speaker 3: these movements are true, because if they're not true, then
- 8:41Speaker 3: we have to rethink everything. So let's go through what
- 8:45Speaker 3: we think we know about what happened with Tippett that day,
- 8:50Speaker 3: starting with going home for lunch with his lovely wife
- 8:54Speaker 3: Marie Joe. Let's do it.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Oh all right, yes, and this is Marie Tippett. I
- 9:04Speaker 4: believe this is on the fiftieth assassination. We're going to
- 9:06Speaker 4: see her in the second. This is obviously the funeral.
- 9:10Speaker 4: She is not Erica Kirk. She's actually a grievance little duke.
- 9:16Speaker 2: I carried the kids to school and then Alan got
- 9:19Speaker 2: sick and had to go out and get him. And
- 9:22Speaker 2: I was babysitting a little boy and I had Curtis there.
- 9:26Speaker 2: He was four almost five. He like seventeen days getting five,
- 9:33Speaker 2: so he was there. Jeddy called me in wanted to
- 9:36Speaker 2: know if I could recommend fasty bunch. Everybody was busy,
- 9:41Speaker 2: but he could remember the house in eating, so I
- 9:45Speaker 2: did in the sandwich I SI fried for tatas, and
- 9:49Speaker 2: he came home and eat and I kissed him goodbye
- 9:53Speaker 2: and he left, never knowing that that would be the
- 9:57Speaker 2: last time I would ever seen in my alive, but
- 10:00Speaker 2: I felt so blessed later that to know that I
- 10:03Speaker 2: got to see him one last time. He came home
- 10:06Speaker 2: for lunch. So it wasn't uh too long after that
- 10:13Speaker 2: that young sister Christine Christopher called and said, uh, how
- 10:19Speaker 2: shad he? And I said, he's okay, he can't buy
- 10:23Speaker 2: for lunch. She said, no, I mean really caught a
- 10:26Speaker 2: police department and find out, and so at her assistance,
- 10:32Speaker 2: I did. And the also told me that he had
- 10:35Speaker 2: been killed. Was it already been s uh told on
- 10:39Speaker 2: the television the radio. I just didn't have a year.
- 10:43Speaker 2: It was just the most unbelievable day of my life.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I just could not comprehend really that he had died that,
- 10:53Speaker 2: uh know, it was a reality that he was at
- 10:59Speaker 2: there just doing his job, like AlSi go other officers
- 11:03Speaker 2: and heard the same reports that they did. And they
- 11:08Speaker 2: had brought him over to an a different district and
- 11:11Speaker 2: told him to kind of hang out and patrol there
- 11:14Speaker 2: that uh and gave some uh description that would have
- 11:20Speaker 2: probably been like a needle in a haystack finding And
- 11:24Speaker 2: but he happened to stop Oswald and officely wanted to
- 11:27Speaker 2: question him because he uh spoke to him through the
- 11:31Speaker 2: window and doing so, he got out of the car
- 11:36Speaker 2: and got even with the front with on one at Osmoshoti.
- 11:40Speaker 6: So uh with him?
- 11:43Speaker 2: What about forty five minutes after he had killed the president,
- 11:47Speaker 2: he had also killed the police officer that had stopped
- 11:51Speaker 2: him to the questioning.
- 11:53Speaker 6: So fat that was just.
- 12:02Speaker 2: It's such a horrible and horrible thing for me to
- 12:06Speaker 2: find out that he was gone and I wouldn't.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Be able to see anymore.
- 12:12Speaker 2: But I appreciate the fact that he loved his job,
- 12:15Speaker 2: and he was doing what he liked to do and
- 12:21Speaker 2: in alignment work that he liked, and it was a
- 12:25Speaker 2: good officer.
- 12:27Speaker 4: It was a Christian man.
- 12:29Speaker 2: I always knew that wherever he was, as long as
- 12:33Speaker 2: he was alive, I was loved and that was important
- 12:39Speaker 2: so I didn't know how I was the one to
- 12:43Speaker 2: make get without him.
- 12:45Speaker 6: It just didn't.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Dawn on me that there would be that I would
- 12:50Speaker 2: ever have to live without it.
- 12:51Speaker 3: There'd be a time that I would I can tell
- 12:53Speaker 3: him starting terrible here. Yeah, Now we're just worried about
- 13:07Speaker 3: hearing the h yes, so uh portions of that audio
- 13:13Speaker 3: not yeah, no, I hear I hear you and uh.
- 13:18Speaker 4: And after that it goes into all the officers or
- 13:22Speaker 4: people there at the hire and counting the money because
- 13:25Speaker 4: like Marina, a bunch of people sent the widow Marie
- 13:28Speaker 4: Tippett a tonne of cash in the middle and uh,
- 13:33Speaker 4: but the most interesting or the most significant part of
- 13:36Speaker 4: that is JD. Tippett stopped home for lunch. So when
- 13:40Speaker 4: we talk about the car stop, thank you Brandon Branton
- 13:48Speaker 4: up buddy, thank you so much, sir.
- 13:51Speaker 3: The double b we us and cores keep Brandon flying
- 13:59Speaker 3: high allegedly.
- 14:05Speaker 4: So you know, was he really in a huge rush
- 14:08Speaker 4: that day, stopping over someone in the car looking in
- 14:13Speaker 4: the back seat. We're gonna get I'm gonna get into
- 14:14Speaker 4: that later, you know, running into the top ten record
- 14:18Speaker 4: record store or was he just kind of chilling he
- 14:20Speaker 4: had tea or coffee with the fellow officer earlier that morning,
- 14:27Speaker 4: and uh, yeah, so we're gonna go over his pre
- 14:31Speaker 4: murder movements and see what we can maybe challenge ourselves
- 14:38Speaker 4: on our beliefs on these movements.
- 14:41Speaker 3: So with that, yeah, because everything that we think we
- 14:47Speaker 3: know about they that they did not come from Tippett himself.
- 14:52Speaker 3: It came from what other people suppose that eye witnesses
- 14:56Speaker 3: have told us that they witnessed JD. Tippett doing. The
- 15:03Speaker 3: question is are these people believable? Now? What do we know? JD.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Tippett actually said that day, Well, let's hear from the
- 15:15Speaker 3: man himself and his police radio transmission. You ready for this, Joe,
- 15:24Speaker 3: I am here we go.
- 15:29Speaker 6: Attention all squads.
- 15:30Speaker 5: The suspect and the shooting that Elman Guston is reborn
- 15:35Speaker 5: to be an unknown white male, approximately thirty slender bills,
- 15:40Speaker 5: high five ten inches, weight one hundred and sixty five pounds,
- 15:45Speaker 5: therefore to be armed with what it thought to be
- 15:47Speaker 5: a thirty caliber rifle. God Brothers description at this time
- 15:52Speaker 5: our information twelve forty five KKV three six thirty seven
- 15:58Speaker 5: to seven here Brew in Central Olquere.
- 16:03Speaker 6: Uh, I'm here, you are in the Cliff area. You
- 16:16Speaker 6: know you will be at large pretty hard here. That
- 16:21Speaker 6: comes down, all.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Right, I'm a paused there. Now. What we heard there
- 16:34Speaker 3: was the police transmissions from the dispatch to several different officers,
- 16:40Speaker 3: including J. D. Tippet. He says the Tippet, you are
- 16:44Speaker 3: in the Oak Cliff area, are you not? And what
- 16:48Speaker 3: he says is allegedly Lancastern eighth. Now, there is some
- 16:57Speaker 3: discussion about whether or not he said lancing An eighth
- 17:01Speaker 3: or Lancaster an eighth. It doesn't I mean, it's not
- 17:10Speaker 3: a huge deal. I mean they're they're pretty close. I
- 17:13Speaker 3: think they're within two blocks of each other. But uh,
- 17:18Speaker 3: just for perspective purposes, I believe Let's pull up a
- 17:30Speaker 3: map here, let's do it. Okay. This is a map
- 17:41Speaker 3: from Jack Myers.
- 17:45Speaker 4: So the.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Blue stars, okay, are the places where R. C. Nelson, Tippett, Lewis,
- 17:58Speaker 3: and Parker were from the top of the Common Street Viaduct,
- 18:03Speaker 3: Houston Street Viaduct, Cadiz Viaduct, and the Corinth Viaduct. A
- 18:07Speaker 3: green star. Where you see the green star is the
- 18:12Speaker 3: common location of tom an Angle at Lansing An eighth
- 18:17Speaker 3: at different times. Now in the Warren Commission report. It's
- 18:22Speaker 3: listed as Landcaster and eighth. In the DPD transcript of
- 18:28Speaker 3: the radio logs, it says landcaster and eighth. The yellow
- 18:37Speaker 3: star of way over here is where Angle then went.
- 18:44Speaker 3: The red line is tip its route from the top
- 18:48Speaker 3: ten record store up Bishop along Sunset to Beckley and
- 18:54Speaker 3: tenth dotted for the final stage to the murder site
- 18:57Speaker 3: where he was killed alleged at one O nine. The
- 19:03Speaker 3: purple dot is Loubi's cafeteria, where Officer Mensil was, and
- 19:11Speaker 3: the red dot is where mens Mensil was cruising in
- 19:17Speaker 3: quotations at one O seven, which is kind of following
- 19:24Speaker 3: Tippets a legend route. The black star is where Gerald
- 19:30Speaker 3: Hill says he was at approximately one twenty one PM. Okay,
- 19:38Speaker 3: just for perspective purposes, right, okay, So we're gonna move
- 19:43Speaker 3: forward in our timeline here just a bit too around noonish, okay, okay,
- 19:56Speaker 3: because I believe what time did he leave uh Marie
- 20:01Speaker 3: for lunch was about eleven fifty, so.
- 20:04Speaker 4: I couldn't find the time. She didn't say, and the
- 20:08Speaker 4: interviews that I found what time he came for lunch,
- 20:12Speaker 4: but you would.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Have it was eleven thirty to eleven fifty eleven fifty
- 20:17Speaker 3: five ish, yeah, something like that.
- 20:20Speaker 4: Yeah, and Matt, we are going to get there in
- 20:22Speaker 4: terms of some of the problems with.
- 20:26Speaker 3: You know, no one.
- 20:28Speaker 4: There's no documentary record of anyone until the eighties, and
- 20:33Speaker 4: no documentary record of the traffic stop and et cetera,
- 20:37Speaker 4: et cetera.
- 20:37Speaker 3: So poor Matt's probably sitting there just exploding all over
- 20:40Speaker 3: the place. Yeah, oh boy, we we like you, Matt.
- 20:46Speaker 4: We had a good time in Dallas this year. And
- 20:49Speaker 4: uh yeah we got some more as the horn Runner woo.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Happy birthday to me from tubs. Thank you, appreciate you.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Youtubes.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that's like ship thirty bucks up here in America.
- 21:07Speaker 3: I don't know, it's just I mean, the dollar's worth shit.
- 21:11Speaker 3: So yeah, the double B coming through again. Happy birthday
- 21:17Speaker 3: to me. Thank you buddy. Appreciate it, Appreciate it. Awesomeness.
- 21:27Speaker 3: So to move on in the timeline here, it's around noonish.
- 21:34Speaker 4: And we have Tippet.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Going to a call at the Hodges Supermarket for a shoplifter,
- 21:46Speaker 3: a woman shoplifter.
- 21:54Speaker 4: I would love to be a fly on the wall
- 21:56Speaker 4: for that one.
- 22:00Speaker 6: Now.
- 22:02Speaker 3: This was on Bonnie View Road, which I believe was
- 22:04Speaker 3: in the normal patrol area of Tippet Oakcliffe was not
- 22:08Speaker 3: his normal area. But the problem with this is that
- 22:14Speaker 3: he cleared himself according to the radio transmission logs four
- 22:19Speaker 3: minutes after arriving at Hodges's Supermarket, and there is no
- 22:24Speaker 3: arrest record. There is no anything about him arresting this shoplifter.
- 22:31Speaker 3: So maybe he gave her a slap on the hand
- 22:34Speaker 3: told her to give a shit back stern warning. Yes, yeah,
- 22:40Speaker 3: I told her don't do this anymore.
- 22:44Speaker 6: Now.
- 22:44Speaker 3: There's a lot of researchers who have really really gone
- 22:50Speaker 3: over this whole Tippet thing with a fine tooth comb.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Hey now, thanks my bird, Thanks Treyn making this a
- 23:05Speaker 3: great fan birthday.
- 23:06Speaker 4: What are you gonna do with all this cash?
- 23:11Speaker 3: I'm gonna port it right back in the show.
- 23:13Speaker 6: Baby.
- 23:13Speaker 3: You'll see what I invested in here in a minute,
- 23:16Speaker 3: all right, because I do this for you. I found
- 23:20Speaker 3: something really really cool and uh, you'll get to see
- 23:25Speaker 3: it here.
- 23:25Speaker 4: In a minute.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I'll whip it out and show everybody here in just
- 23:28Speaker 3: a minute.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Whip it out after I can't wait for you to
- 23:32Speaker 4: whip it out.
- 23:35Speaker 3: So we have him at Hodgess Supermarket again, allegedly for
- 23:41Speaker 3: a shoplifter. No rest made, nothing in the record about
- 23:45Speaker 3: an arrest. He doesn't take any woman to jail, nothing
- 23:49Speaker 3: like that.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Okay, but when is the radio call of that again?
- 23:55Speaker 3: Nd mefre the twelve twelve thirty range? Okay, yeah, I
- 24:04Speaker 3: think it's closer to twelve thirty. The DPD Channel one
- 24:11Speaker 3: dispatcher reports a shooting in the downtown area. By this time,
- 24:18Speaker 3: Texas School Bok Depository employee Lee Oswald has already grabbed
- 24:22Speaker 3: his blue work jacket and left the TSBD on foot.
- 24:27Speaker 3: He will board a city bus and that bus will
- 24:29Speaker 3: get stalled in traffic. The DPD Channel one dispatcher next
- 24:33Speaker 3: to orders all downtown area squads to Daly Plaza code three,
- 24:36Speaker 3: which means fire, you know, light them up, lights and sirens.
- 24:41Speaker 3: And by twelve forty four what we just heard?
- 24:44Speaker 4: Uh?
- 24:45Speaker 3: A general description of the Kennedy suspect, slender white male
- 24:49Speaker 3: five ten one sixty is broadcast over both channels one
- 24:52Speaker 3: and two. Now twelve forty five Murray Jack. The dispatcher
- 25:01Speaker 3: asked Tippett to report his location. Tippett replies, according to
- 25:06Speaker 3: police logs, that I am about Keast and Bonnieview, which
- 25:10Speaker 3: makes sense if he is leaving the Hodges Supermarket that
- 25:14Speaker 3: was on Bonnieview. Okay, However, he may not have actually
- 25:24Speaker 3: been there, because somewhere beginning approximately twelve forty five, Tippet
- 25:33Speaker 3: will be seen allegedly sitting inside his squad car parked
- 25:37Speaker 3: at the Glaco gas station, which was a situation like
- 25:43Speaker 3: right at the entrance of Oak Cliffs across this from
- 25:45Speaker 3: the Houston Street Viaduct. The viaduct connects downtown Dallas and
- 25:51Speaker 3: Dealey Plaza to Oswall's neighborhood, so it was a good
- 25:54Speaker 3: choke point for Tippet to set up shop at to
- 25:58Speaker 3: be on the lookout right for something. Now, before we
- 26:05Speaker 3: slightly get there, Joe, I want to show everybody this here.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Now what this says, and this is an FBI report,
- 26:25Speaker 3: Let's see. I believe they were interviewing the driver of
- 26:30Speaker 3: the bus knowing right, and what this basically says is
- 26:44Speaker 3: it says Jones advised that the bus proceeded in the
- 26:47Speaker 3: direction of Houston Street, and approximately four blocks before Houston
- 26:51Speaker 3: Street was completely stopped by traffic which was backed up
- 26:57Speaker 3: in this area. He recalled it. This time a policeman
- 27:02Speaker 3: notified the driver the president had been shot and he
- 27:07Speaker 3: told the driver no one was to leave the bus
- 27:10Speaker 3: until police officers had talked to each passenger. Jones advised
- 27:16Speaker 3: that before the bus was stopped, though, the driver made
- 27:20Speaker 3: his last passenger pick up approximately six blocks before Houston Street,
- 27:24Speaker 3: and that one was a blondhaired woman and the other
- 27:27Speaker 3: was a dark haired man. Jones advised that when the
- 27:31Speaker 3: bus was stopped by traffic and prior prior to the
- 27:34Speaker 3: appearance of the police officers plural, the woman left the
- 27:40Speaker 3: bus by the rear door and the man who was
- 27:43Speaker 3: sitting behind him left the bus by the front door. Okay,
- 27:47Speaker 3: so Jones is just another passenger on the bus, not
- 27:49Speaker 3: the driver. Sorry, So the man who was sitting behind
- 27:53Speaker 3: him left the bus by the front door, and the
- 27:55Speaker 3: woman went out the rear door. Will was held up
- 27:58Speaker 3: in traffic prior to the police getting on the bus
- 28:01Speaker 3: and searching all of the passengers for a firearm. Okay,
- 28:09Speaker 3: Now it's alleged, Joe, that these two officers that got
- 28:16Speaker 3: on this bus and did this little search were in
- 28:20Speaker 3: fact Westbrook and Croy, which will factor into the equation
- 28:29Speaker 3: a little later in the story, because here is Westbrook
- 28:36Speaker 3: getting in car two O seven, which happens to be
- 28:42Speaker 3: the number of the police car allegedly that stopped in
- 28:46Speaker 3: front of Oswald's rooming house, possibly the other police car
- 28:51Speaker 3: that was seen in the area of four four four
- 28:56Speaker 3: ten Jefferson or not not Jefferson on Tenth Street. But
- 29:06Speaker 3: we'll get there, I promise. So back to the glocos station.
- 29:17Speaker 4: I can.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Find it here. Here's a little map to help out
- 29:23Speaker 3: as well. So the Glocal gas station is a fifteen
- 29:27Speaker 3: oh to north Zang's Boulevard. You can see it right
- 29:29Speaker 3: there across you have to cross the Houston Street viaduct
- 29:34Speaker 3: that goes over the Trinity River, Okay, And it's a
- 29:38Speaker 3: straight shot up Zang's man to Oswald's residence right off
- 29:44Speaker 3: of Zang's on Beckley Okay. Yet Oswald chooses to leave
- 29:50Speaker 3: the cab not at his rooming house, but one two, three,
- 29:55Speaker 3: four five blocks past his roomy house at the corner
- 30:01Speaker 3: of Zang's and Neely Street, which he had previously lived at.
- 30:07Speaker 3: By the way on Kneeley Street, right, Yeah, Elsbeth is
- 30:16Speaker 3: also somewhere around here, close by right here, But it's
- 30:21Speaker 3: somewhere close by.
- 30:23Speaker 4: Which Mary Bloodsoe was the landlady who was also on
- 30:28Speaker 4: that bus that you just referenced a couple of months ago.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Yeah, the red arrow that's pointing at Neely Street. That
- 30:37Speaker 3: is right above the word Davis. That's where Elsbeth is.
- 30:41Speaker 3: You can see it right there. So those are two
- 30:46Speaker 3: former places that Oswald lived. We also have the location
- 30:54Speaker 3: of the El Chico restaurant where the Oswald looked like
- 30:57Speaker 3: was seen and a red Ford falcon at the bottom
- 31:02Speaker 3: of course the Texas Theater. To the right of that
- 31:05Speaker 3: and up a little bit is actually where JD. Tippett
- 31:07Speaker 3: was killed. And northwest or northeast of that, at the
- 31:13Speaker 3: Coleman apartment on Ewing Street, which is the same street
- 31:18Speaker 3: that Ruby lived on, only he lives more south in
- 31:21Speaker 3: a more southerly southerly direction, was the apartment of K.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Kathy K. Coleman and Harry Olsen. Okay, And to the
- 31:34Speaker 3: left of that you see Marsalis Street, Marsalis Avenue or
- 31:38Speaker 3: whatever it is running down through. So the bus would
- 31:42Speaker 3: have come across the Houston Street viaduct, the Marsalis bus,
- 31:47Speaker 3: and it would have made a left right right about
- 31:49Speaker 3: at the Glackog gas station onto Marsalis and then running
- 31:54Speaker 3: on down h So very interesting. So let's get to
- 32:01Speaker 3: the Glaco station.
- 32:03Speaker 4: Joe, Let's get there.
- 32:11Speaker 6: Now.
- 32:11Speaker 3: I may not be a very good researcher, although I
- 32:16Speaker 3: play one on TV sometimes.
- 32:20Speaker 4: Hey, Jess, how are you? Thanks for tuning in on
- 32:23Speaker 4: your walk?
- 32:24Speaker 3: What a lovely night for a walk. Yeah, we got
- 32:26Speaker 3: a lot of.
- 32:29Speaker 4: We got We got a lot of JFK slubs in
- 32:31Speaker 4: here today tonight.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Yes, hopping, it's hopping, Joe, I love it.
- 32:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 32:41Speaker 3: So the gist of it is that five witnesses happened
- 32:48Speaker 3: to see JD. Tippett parked at the Glaco station sitting
- 32:54Speaker 3: in his car for about ten minutes from roughly twelve
- 32:58Speaker 3: forty five to twelve fifty five roughly now. These witnesses
- 33:04Speaker 3: include a pretty well known photographer in the JFK milieu,
- 33:14Speaker 3: if you will. This guy's name is al Vokland and
- 33:18Speaker 3: his wife now al Vokland famously took this picture of
- 33:23Speaker 3: the limo and the Secret Service follow up car hauling
- 33:27Speaker 3: ass to Parkland. Okay, huh. You can see Clint Hill,
- 33:33Speaker 3: you know, he's straddling everybody in the back seat, and
- 33:36Speaker 3: then you can see Hickey back there with his R
- 33:40Speaker 3: fifteen pointed up in the air. Yeah, I guess, Uh,
- 33:45Speaker 3: Jack Valenti and David Morales have gotten inside the follow
- 33:48Speaker 3: up car by Now, I'm kid, that's a joke, people, joke.
- 33:59Speaker 3: So yeah, al Volcann took this picture about ten minutes
- 34:05Speaker 3: before he supposedly he and his wife supposedly saw Tippet
- 34:10Speaker 3: at the Glacos station and waved to him as they
- 34:12Speaker 3: were driving by. Okay, now, the other three witnesses, I
- 34:23Speaker 3: don't know if they worked at the gas station or
- 34:25Speaker 3: if they were just random scuffoozes. Because Joe, I don't
- 34:29Speaker 3: know if you know this or not.
- 34:32Speaker 4: Probably not.
- 34:35Speaker 3: I only know it from years of delivering motor oil
- 34:39Speaker 3: to many different service stations. But there are actually people,
- 34:48Speaker 3: mainly old people, who like to hang out at gas
- 34:52Speaker 3: stations and shoot the shit with other people. So I
- 35:01Speaker 3: don't know if these guys were just cafuses hanging out
- 35:03Speaker 3: at the gas station, or if they worked there or what.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Damn Brandon David Morales, Yes, Sancho, thank you, sir, appreciate
- 35:17Speaker 3: your brother, appreciate.
- 35:18Speaker 4: You, thank you.
- 35:21Speaker 3: Hell yeah. Now, these three guys at the Glacko are JB.
- 35:30Speaker 3: Shorty Lewis Uh what's this other dude's name, Holling's head
- 35:38Speaker 3: or something? Like that, here we go, uh, Tom Mullins,
- 35:46Speaker 3: Emmitt hollings Head and JB. Shorty Lewis Okay, now B
- 35:54Speaker 3: JB ab Joe Borelli, also known as Shorty Lewis. I
- 35:58Speaker 3: was there now researching this story because it has become
- 36:05Speaker 3: part of the Tippit lore, Okay. I don't know how
- 36:11Speaker 3: accurate the vocalans could be. If they're driving by they
- 36:17Speaker 3: see a Dallas cop, they might think it's tip It,
- 36:21Speaker 3: or they might think of somebody else and then after
- 36:23Speaker 3: the fact say it was tipp It. I don't know.
- 36:29Speaker 5: I was just not.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Convinced of their accurate depiction of tipp It at the
- 36:36Speaker 3: Glacos station. So I tried to go back as far
- 36:42Speaker 3: back as I could possibly to try to find the
- 36:47Speaker 3: origins of this story because it is not in an
- 36:50Speaker 3: FBI report, It is not in a DPD report, okay.
- 36:56Speaker 5: And here.
- 37:00Speaker 3: Is where I found the first mention sixty cents folks
- 37:06Speaker 3: of this tippet lore story. In the Shadow of Dallas,
- 37:12Speaker 3: a primer of the assassination of President Kennedy, published by
- 37:16Speaker 3: the editors of Ramparts magazine. Ooh it is then Joe
- 37:29Speaker 3: ram Part San Francisco California Baby, published in nineteen sixty
- 37:39Speaker 3: shit sixty six. No, I'm sorry, I take that back.
- 37:48Speaker 3: This was published in January of nineteen sixty seven, so
- 37:53Speaker 3: the information had to gotten got sometime in nineteen sixty six,
- 38:00Speaker 3: when allegedly William Turner of Ramparts magazine visited Dallas and
- 38:07Speaker 3: somehow found these cafoozes. M hm okay, And I'll hang
- 38:14Speaker 3: on a second. Another another birthday shout? Yeah, sorry, what
- 38:23Speaker 3: are you doing your cock blocking my birthday? Shout? Whoa, yeah, right,
- 38:32Speaker 3: thank you Jack, jeez, Jack, appreciate that, brother, appreciate man.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Hell yeah, man, that's like forty dollars in American money.
- 38:45Speaker 3: I'm joking, that's a joke. Thank you. I appreciate it.
- 38:49Speaker 4: Wow, thank you man.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Hell yeah. Awesomeness. So I'm gonna read you straight out
- 38:58Speaker 3: of In the Shadow of Dallas, the primer, the very
- 39:04Speaker 3: origin of the story. And what did Matt say about this?
- 39:08Speaker 4: He said, David Lifton found five of them witnesses in
- 39:12Speaker 4: the nineteen sixties, but I don't know when in the sixties,
- 39:17Speaker 4: And that's what I was trying to highlight when you
- 39:19Speaker 4: highlighted that. So it could have been after this book
- 39:23Speaker 4: or before. I'm not sure, but this is the furthest
- 39:26Speaker 4: earliest you could find.
- 39:27Speaker 3: So I'm going to tell you it's a comment. Joe,
- 39:38Speaker 3: all right, I'll hit the horn. Paul, my brother, Thank you, Man,
- 39:43Speaker 3: appreciate it. Earl Roberts. We got to get this show
- 39:51Speaker 3: number one. We're working on it. Paul, appreciate your brother. Yeah,
- 39:55Speaker 3: thank you, tucking Son.
- 39:58Speaker 4: Wow.
- 39:59Speaker 3: All right, So this is the excerpt from this book
- 40:04Speaker 3: here and I quote the tip of killing was never
- 40:09Speaker 3: conclusively solved by the Warren Commission. Again, it wasn't their
- 40:14Speaker 3: job to solve the Tippet murder, right, that would be
- 40:19Speaker 3: the Dallas police. They kind of stopped investigating things after
- 40:24Speaker 3: Oswald was killed and it was concluded that he did
- 40:28Speaker 3: it right. The gross faults and a chain of evidence
- 40:33Speaker 3: pointing to Oswald as the lone cop killer have been
- 40:36Speaker 3: exposed in several recent books. Certainly, the Commission did not
- 40:40Speaker 3: add adequately investigate Tippet's movements prior to his death or
- 40:45Speaker 3: the curious presence near the scene of off duty patrolman Olsen,
- 40:50Speaker 3: a close associate of Jack Ruby, on Bill Turner's last
- 40:55Speaker 3: whirlwind trip to Dallas, acting on a tip Matt from
- 41:00Speaker 3: sleuth David Lifted. He uncovered five witnesses the tippets whereabouts
- 41:07Speaker 3: in the last minutes of his life.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Oh Jesus Christ, you're gonna go to on some type
- 41:14Speaker 4: of vacation here, huh.
- 41:17Speaker 3: I'll be in Italy next fucking week. Oh my goodness,
- 41:20Speaker 3: what's going on here? Brandon? I love you, brother. What's
- 41:25Speaker 3: going on here? Y'all? Thought Joe's birthday was awesome?
- 41:34Speaker 2: Man?
- 41:35Speaker 3: Thank you for the love people. I'm feeling it. I
- 41:37Speaker 3: am right here, right beside my large heart and my heartburn.
- 41:43Speaker 3: It's right here.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Thank you, Brandon, I thank you man.
- 41:47Speaker 3: You guys are freaking awesome.
- 41:49Speaker 4: Man. Yeah. Wow wow was right? Wo wow wow? Was right.
- 41:54Speaker 3: So he uncovered five witnesses the tippets whereabouts in the
- 41:59Speaker 3: last minute of his life. There was no indication that
- 42:02Speaker 3: the Commission or any police agency were even aware of them. Again,
- 42:07Speaker 3: no police reports. These people didn't come forward and go
- 42:10Speaker 3: to the police or the FBI. That's a problem Number one.
- 42:18Speaker 3: It took sleuth David Lifting to give a tip to
- 42:22Speaker 3: Bill Turner to track these kafoozas down. Photographer al Vulkland
- 42:33Speaker 3: and his wife Blew, both of whom New Tippets said
- 42:39Speaker 3: that fifteen or twenty minutes after the assassination, which would
- 42:43Speaker 3: put it about twelve fifty, saw him at a gas
- 42:47Speaker 3: station and waved to him. They observed Tippets sitting in
- 42:50Speaker 3: his police car at a Glaco gas station in Oakcliff,
- 42:52Speaker 3: watching the cars coming over the Houston Street Viaduct from
- 42:56Speaker 3: downtown Dallas. Again, if you drive in buying a car,
- 43:01Speaker 3: how accurate are you going to be that you can
- 43:03Speaker 3: see it's a cop and a cop car? Sure, but
- 43:07Speaker 3: are you really going to be able to read the
- 43:08Speaker 3: tiny number on the door as you're going thirty five
- 43:12Speaker 3: forty five miles an hour past them? Or recognized the
- 43:16Speaker 3: face of an officer sitting in a car. I don't know,
- 43:21Speaker 3: Maybe maybe, but maybe maybe. Three boys of the Glacos
- 43:27Speaker 3: station again, Tom Mullins, Emmett Hollingshead, and JB. Shorty Lewis,
- 43:33Speaker 3: all of whom knew Tippett, confirmed the Vokaland story. They
- 43:38Speaker 3: said Tippet stayed at the station for about ten minutes,
- 43:41Speaker 3: somewhere between twelve forty five and one o'clock, and then
- 43:45Speaker 3: went tearing off down Lancaster at high speed on a
- 43:50Speaker 3: B line toward Jack Ruby's apartment and in the direction
- 43:53Speaker 3: of where he was killed. A few minutes later, Hey.
- 44:03Speaker 4: Tim, Tim Gardner said, haven't heard that Rob? What's up?
- 44:06Speaker 6: Joe?
- 44:07Speaker 3: Hey? Hey, hey, now, what's up Tim? From the Seiphered
- 44:10Speaker 3: Past podcast?
- 44:12Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 44:14Speaker 3: Check it out on YouTube, folks and give him a follow.
- 44:16Speaker 3: He's doing good work over there despite having joined a show. Yeah,
- 44:21Speaker 3: or in spite of having joined the show.
- 44:23Speaker 4: Yeah, and your and your favorite researcher just today.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Oh, boys, getting deep around here, I know, all right,
- 44:35Speaker 3: So again I like to pride myself on being somewhat
- 44:39Speaker 3: of a good researcher.
- 44:40Speaker 4: Joe.
- 44:41Speaker 3: Right, yes, now here, we have an allegation that, you know,
- 44:54Speaker 3: if these people supposedly new Tippet well and enough to
- 45:01Speaker 3: recognize him in the car he was in, okay, they
- 45:05Speaker 3: must have liked the guy, right, They must have knew
- 45:07Speaker 3: the guy or talked to him at some point. Why
- 45:10Speaker 3: wouldn't you come forward.
- 45:14Speaker 4: If when he was shot in the head.
- 45:17Speaker 3: After he'd been killed that day, why wouldn't you come
- 45:20Speaker 3: forward to the police and say, hey, it's a terrible
- 45:24Speaker 3: thing that happened. We saw this guy. He sat in
- 45:27Speaker 3: our parking lot for ten minutes. You know why didn't
- 45:31Speaker 3: nobody come forward.
- 45:33Speaker 4: It's a valid question. It's a valid question, sir.
- 45:36Speaker 3: That's red flag number one, Red flag number two? Is
- 45:41Speaker 3: your boy looked every freaking ware, and I mean the
- 45:47Speaker 3: corners of the interwebs, and I could find not a
- 45:52Speaker 3: goddamn thing on Uh, let's see who was this again,
- 46:01Speaker 3: Tom Mullins, Emmett hollings Head or JB's lewis. Nothing and
- 46:09Speaker 3: I mean nothing except for the reference to this incident
- 46:18Speaker 3: right the story now. I don't know if David Lifton
- 46:25Speaker 3: ever expanded on how he got his hot sleuthing tip
- 46:31Speaker 3: to Bill Turner, or if he ever wrote about it
- 46:36Speaker 3: anywhere prior to William Turner or after William Turner and
- 46:42Speaker 3: explained himself. Maybe somebody knows. But again, I could find
- 46:49Speaker 3: nothing on any of these three guys and any kind
- 46:54Speaker 3: of official capacity at all. And supposedly I've seen references
- 47:00Speaker 3: to researcher Greg Lowry, who I have no idea who
- 47:05Speaker 3: that is. I even looked googled Greg Lowry, JFK researchers
- 47:11Speaker 3: Greg Lowry, Tippett. Fact, there's nothing out there except references
- 47:16Speaker 3: to him. I have not seen any primary documents, there's
- 47:21Speaker 3: no books written by these people. I've also seen reference
- 47:25Speaker 3: to Bill poop Pulty, who I know is a real person.
- 47:28Speaker 3: I've heard of him, seen him on some videos. Holy Hannah, woh,
- 47:36Speaker 3: Sally twenty pounds.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Wow, pounds are worth a lot more than dollars.
- 47:42Speaker 3: That is like thirty five bucks in American money. Thank you, Sally.
- 47:47Speaker 4: Wow.
- 47:47Speaker 3: Here's some UK quiz and punts to add the brief
- 47:52Speaker 3: shut a roup. Let me translate that for you, Joe,
- 47:56Speaker 3: please do he greenbacks and pennies to add the breath
- 48:05Speaker 3: short Rob, this is gifts, tears and cake. I love it.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Thank you, Sally. Give rid to Askafuza in your picture.
- 48:18Speaker 4: Thank you Sally. We love you. And by the way,
- 48:22Speaker 4: when we get to James A. Andrews, who is the
- 48:25Speaker 4: guy who was allegedly stopped by Tippet, the information is
- 48:30Speaker 4: provided by Greg Lowry by way of Bill Poulty.
- 48:35Speaker 3: So yeah, there's a whole lot of storytelling going on here, folks.
- 48:41Speaker 3: And I just don't know how much you can believe
- 48:50Speaker 3: when it comes to some of these things, because it'll
- 48:53Speaker 3: as we'll see here in a minute when we get
- 48:55Speaker 3: to the top ten record store. You know, eyewitness supposed
- 49:02Speaker 3: eyewitness memory really changes over time. What happens affects your memories.
- 49:15Speaker 3: And the fact that this story didn't come out until
- 49:22Speaker 3: four years after the assassination is a little sus to me.
- 49:26Speaker 3: The fact that these people who supposedly new tip it
- 49:29Speaker 3: never went to the cops with their story. That sus
- 49:33Speaker 3: to me. The fact that there is nothing out there
- 49:37Speaker 3: on these people that did anything of any kind of
- 49:39Speaker 3: note other than be referenced in a ramparts book is
- 49:45Speaker 3: a little sus to me.
- 49:48Speaker 4: Yeah. And that's kind of consistent with Glauco and top
- 49:53Speaker 4: ten and the traffic Stop in terms of no actual documentation, right.
- 50:00Speaker 3: And Matt, look, I get it. Where is his research?
- 50:04Speaker 3: Where can we see it? Where is it? I mean,
- 50:06Speaker 3: is it just stories at this point? Because I couldn't
- 50:11Speaker 3: find it anywhere nowhere. That's an honest question.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Holy man, Oh my goodness.
- 50:24Speaker 3: They love me, Joe, they really love me. Thank you,
- 50:30Speaker 3: thank you, thank you, Anthony Man, thank you brother.
- 50:39Speaker 4: Yeah. Taken away from the carpet budget.
- 50:43Speaker 3: It's any carpet in Queensland, hit up, chriss carpets. I
- 50:52Speaker 3: don't get people. I love you guys, man, you guys rock,
- 50:55Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 50:56Speaker 4: We love our community here and we have a good time.
- 51:02Speaker 3: We do, so, you know, it adds to the conspiracy
- 51:08Speaker 3: lore of this thing. If Tippet is sitting at the
- 51:13Speaker 3: end of the Houston Street viaduct waiting on a bus
- 51:16Speaker 3: to go by, right, that doesn't come by. So Oswald
- 51:28Speaker 3: goes over in a cab. Right, But does Tippett know
- 51:37Speaker 3: that or does he not know that? Who knows? And
- 51:45Speaker 3: if he's watching and looking and checking every cab or
- 51:50Speaker 3: bus or car that goes by, how did he not
- 51:55Speaker 3: see Oswald in the back of a cab or in
- 51:57Speaker 3: the front of the cab? He he was in the front,
- 52:01Speaker 3: was in the front. Yeah, oh my pah, my boy.
- 52:11Speaker 3: You have to sing it, shine, my only son, Shine.
- 52:16Speaker 3: I want to be just like you if I grow up.
- 52:18Speaker 3: If you grow up, don't ever grow up, don't ever
- 52:21Speaker 3: grow up. You don't stop playing because you grow old.
- 52:27Speaker 3: You grow old because you stop playing. Those are wise words,
- 52:33Speaker 3: wise words from the Triple B.
- 52:35Speaker 4: Thank you, Paul.
- 52:39Speaker 3: So if if Tippet's job was to intercept Oswald coming
- 52:46Speaker 3: over the Houston Street viaduct, uh, he failed miserably at that,
- 52:54Speaker 3: and player of conspiracy lord to things because now now
- 53:01Speaker 3: it looks suspect instead of tipp It being just a
- 53:05Speaker 3: guy who happened to stop oz walled and get shot
- 53:09Speaker 3: over an oak cliff allegedly. Oh my goodness, Scott, Hello, Scott,
- 53:19Speaker 3: bab I love cheerleaders, you know why? Thank you Scott,
- 53:28Speaker 3: God bless you and spandex shorts. Yes, yes, m hmm, okay,
- 53:37Speaker 3: thanks Pam, appreciate it. So moving on from the Glacos station,
- 53:52Speaker 3: He's mas says, he's written hundreds of pages. Where the
- 53:55Speaker 3: where the fuck are they at? Then? Who's got him?
- 54:00Speaker 3: I'm saying, where can I find him?
- 54:06Speaker 4: Email at the Long to Know, Yeah, the Long Government
- 54:12Speaker 4: Podcast at gmail dot com.
- 54:13Speaker 3: You know, it's so hard to find some of the
- 54:15Speaker 3: research from some of these old farts who didn't write
- 54:19Speaker 3: any books, you know, from like the sixties and seventies.
- 54:22Speaker 3: The supposedly did all this research, but yet where is it?
- 54:27Speaker 4: Yeah, and a lot of the links that used to
- 54:29Speaker 4: work don't work anymore that I've experienced.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Well, I haven't even seen any links to any.
- 54:36Speaker 4: Old, older, older links. I'm saying, not specifically, you have
- 54:44Speaker 4: to reach out to him.
- 54:47Speaker 3: How about he reaches out to these nuts. See, that's
- 54:55Speaker 3: the kind of that's the kind of shit I don't
- 54:56Speaker 3: like when researchers hoard and you know, like, oh, I
- 55:02Speaker 3: work so hard to get this. I'm not charing with anybody,
- 55:04Speaker 3: and you have to ask me politely and if I
- 55:06Speaker 3: like you, I'll give it to you.
- 55:09Speaker 4: All right.
- 55:10Speaker 3: So is Lowry still alive? Is polty? I don't think polty?
- 55:15Speaker 4: Is It seems like it based on a NT's comment, Yeah,
- 55:21Speaker 4: I don't know. Yeah. The point is you searched for
- 55:25Speaker 4: it and you couldn't find it, and you went very deep.
- 55:29Speaker 4: I did go deep, no pun intended.
- 55:32Speaker 3: Yeah. Again, at this point, it's a story written in
- 55:38Speaker 3: a book and supposedly Lowry confirmed. Did he How do
- 55:48Speaker 3: we know he did? It's a story till I did
- 55:52Speaker 3: he record the interview? Did he transcribe the interview? With
- 55:56Speaker 3: these stories people? I don't know? Who knows? So let's
- 56:05Speaker 3: move on a little bit, Joe we Shall In the
- 56:12Speaker 3: timeline UH, at about twelve fifty four, dispatcher Murray Jackson
- 56:23Speaker 3: contacts Tippett, who is now about a mile from the
- 56:26Speaker 3: Glacos station, allegedly if he was over there on Lancaster Street.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Oswald and Tippet are both apparently moving in the direction
- 56:34Speaker 3: of the Texas theater allegedly.
- 56:39Speaker 4: Oh boy, yeah, no, I'm saying, well, no, I was
- 56:47Speaker 4: interrupting you.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Oh we got another one. Oh, Zentar, thank you, Zandar appreciate.
- 56:56Speaker 4: Hell yeah, thank you, Sandar, appreciate that.
- 57:01Speaker 3: Let me blow that party or baby.
- 57:03Speaker 4: And he said, the important parts of Lowry's research are
- 57:06Speaker 4: in jokes McBride's book. But that's kind of to Rob's point.
- 57:12Speaker 4: It's a story on a story on a story, and
- 57:15Speaker 4: we're not saying it's not true. We're saying it's semi problematic.
- 57:20Speaker 3: This is how stuff gets repeated and written about and
- 57:25Speaker 3: repeated and written about and it becomes lore. But did
- 57:29Speaker 3: it really happen or does it even matter? That's all
- 57:34Speaker 3: we're saying.
- 57:34Speaker 4: That's all we're asking.
- 57:36Speaker 3: Yeah, because as you'll see as we get to the
- 57:39Speaker 3: top ten record store, as we're coming up on now,
- 57:44Speaker 3: there's a gargantuan sized red flag over this entire thing
- 57:53Speaker 3: even happening. Okay in my view, So again, moving on
- 58:05Speaker 3: to the top ten record store, let's see here if
- 58:08Speaker 3: we can pull it up on a map so everybody
- 58:11Speaker 3: can kind of see where we're at here, because it's interesting,
- 58:20Speaker 3: where's my maps here?
- 58:23Speaker 6: It is?
- 58:24Speaker 3: Okay, circled. There's two circles. The one on the right
- 58:29Speaker 3: that's Texas the Texas Theater.
- 58:31Speaker 4: Did you circle these yourself?
- 58:34Speaker 3: I did. I can tell thank you.
- 58:38Speaker 4: You have previously hated on my circling, so.
- 58:42Speaker 3: Hey, it is what it is.
- 58:44Speaker 4: Yeah, it's not easy to circle. It's not to say that. Okay,
- 58:50Speaker 4: Texas Theater is on the left.
- 58:52Speaker 3: Right, No, the Texas Theater is on the right circle,
- 58:56Speaker 3: got it?
- 58:57Speaker 4: Okay?
- 58:57Speaker 3: Yep. You'll see Zang's Boulevard to the right of the
- 59:00Speaker 3: Texas Theater cutting through Jefferson Boulevard. Right now, if you
- 59:06Speaker 3: go down the street opposite and away from where the
- 59:09Speaker 3: Texas are, away from the JD. Tippett murder site, which
- 59:14Speaker 3: is not on this map, it is over to the
- 59:16Speaker 3: right moor down Jefferson. But if we go past the
- 59:19Speaker 3: Texas Theater, okay, and we go another block or to
- 59:26Speaker 3: down the street, you have the Top ten Record store
- 59:31Speaker 3: kind of at the corner of Jefferson and Bishop. Okay.
- 59:37Speaker 3: So supposedly when JD. Tippett was at the Top Ten Records,
- 59:44Speaker 3: he was parked on Bishop facing the opposite direction, and
- 59:50Speaker 3: they saw him leave and saw his car move up
- 59:55Speaker 3: Bishop Avenue. All the way up to Sunset and make
- 59:59Speaker 3: a right, okay, and from there that's where he would
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: make his way over to tenth and Patent.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: So this is just for a frame of reference, as
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: they call it, in your brain as to where these
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: places are in Oakcliffe, because not all of us are
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: blessed to live in Texas, Matt right, Joe, Yeah, uh problems,
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: It showed it. It's a no tax state, right right.
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: We went into great detail on the last members only
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: about the Top ten Record Store and the story of
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: the lore there. Okay. Now, the claim is that Oswald
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: came in that morning at approximately seven point thirty and
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: bought a ticket to the Dick Clark variety show that
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: was happening that evening at o'clock.
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: Right, And this was just to make it obvious for
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: people listening that might have not been there. This was
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: the claim of dub Stark, yes, right, the owner of
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: the Top ten Record store in I believe nineteen eighty one.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: And Louis Cortinez, who was a counter employee.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: Eighteen years old by the way.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: Yes, Now, of course it could not have been to
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: Oswald as we know him at seven point thirty in
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: the morning, at the Top ten Record store because allegedly
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: he was in Bulle Fraser's car on the way from
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: Irving to work. Okay, so that's problem number one. Okay,
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: it couldn't have been Oswald. The Oswald, right, that's problem
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: number one. Problem number two is that they didn't come
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: out with this story. They didn't report it. Again. This
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: is somebody who allegedly frequently came into the Top ten
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: record store and bought records for his kids, according to them,
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: and he would stop there and make phone calls and
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: use their phone while on duty. They knew him, supposedly. Okay,
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: these two guys chose not to report it to the
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: police again. After JD. Tippett is killed literally blocks from
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: where they are, minutes after leaving their store, they don't
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: tell the police. The only document we could find, right
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: was from what was it the John Whitten? Right, Yeah,
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: And that was from I believe it was what three
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: days later.
- 1:02:49Speaker 4: I have it here somewhere. It was December third, nineteen fifty.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: Three, December third, and that was an alleged was it was.
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: Yeah, FBI, I can put it up in a second
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: if you want.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: I just read it. I'll tell us what it says,
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: it's not that long, it's not that interesting.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: No, it's not okay. On twelve three, sixty three, mister
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: John D. Witten telephonically advised that he heard Lee Harvey
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: Oswalt was in the Top ten record store on Jefferson
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: on the morning of eleven, twenty two sixty three. Oswald
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: brought a return. Oswalt bought a ticket to some kind
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: of some kind and left. Then sometime later Oswalt returned
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: to the record shop and wanted to buy another ticket.
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: At this same time, Officer JD. Tippett was in the store,
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: but it apparently was just a coincidence. Oswald then left
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: the record shop for the second time. It is not
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: known whether or not Oswalt bought another ticket. Mister Witten
- 1:03:58Speaker 4: requested his name not be mentioned in any way as
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: it could hurt his business.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: Right, what's to say At the bottom of the document too,
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: I clipped it.
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: Oh, there was a handwritten thing that said do not
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: investigate further. I'm paraphrasing.
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: Yeah, this couldnot have been Oswald. He was at the
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: school book depository at these.
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: Times, right, right, And it was hand written.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: And this is the only reference to the Top ten
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: record shop in nineteen sixty three, nineteen sixty four, sixty five,
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: all the way to the nineteen eighties when they decided
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: to come forward with their story that's a problem to
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: save their failing record store.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: Right, yeah, yeah, the I believe you described him as
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: the creative dubbed Stark, who lived overseas, was like a painter.
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: He sold the business, then then bought the business back,
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: and they still have the telephone there today, allegedly that
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: g used.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: I think bought it and it's.
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's become somewhat of a JFK like monument
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: in a sense, right, or a JFK assassination monument. And
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: Rob and I theorized that, like, did this guy just
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: come up with the story just to drive business to
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: a store? And to me, mm hmmm, kind of makes sense. Yeah,
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: it's still around today a record store.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: Is Matt exploding yet?
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: I hope not?
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: Okay? Good, Okay. So you see the many, many problems
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: with this story. There's many parts of the story that
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: cannot be true. Therefore, why should we believe some twenty
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: couple years or roughly twenty years later, yeah, that they
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: tell this story about JD. Tippett coming in, and again
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: it adds to the conspiracy lore of everything, because hey, JD.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: Tippitt had a dispatch radio in his car, so if
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: he wanted to talk to his dispatcher, he could. He
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: didn't have to go into a record store and use
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: their phone to call. Who who would he call? It
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: wouldn't be the cops because he could talk to them
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: on the radio, So it had to be a conspirator
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: Joe that he was trying to receive instructions or let
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: them know something important or something right. It just adds
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: to the lore of the story. It does, and again
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: we would go from one suspect story to another suspect story. Again,
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: we didn't get any of these movements from Tippet. These
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: are all people who supposedly knew tipp It well that
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: are telling these stories yet didn't care enough to come
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: forward at the time to tell the authorities what they knew,
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: which is highly suspect, highly suspect. Yeah, Matt's saying that
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: Gary Mack broke the story in eighty one, Yep, yep, yep.
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: Again this comes from Badgeman Guy and later on Loan
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: Nutter Gary Mack so and again Gary Mack was highly
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: involved with Jack White Jim Mars back in the day.
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: Of course, John Armstrong is a disciple of Jack White's
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: and the two Oswald theory, And of course this matches
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: right in with the theory because you have Oswald in
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: two places at once type of thing. But again, now
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: we have two suspect stories of Tippet's movements before his
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: untimely demise. So Joe, let's get to the third one.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: Hands out. Yeah.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: Well, like I briefly alluded to before, I was looking.
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: Very hard for.
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: Documents, honor, mister James A. Andrews. Hold on, let me
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: can you remove the layer? I know? Yeah, sorry, And
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: the first thing I could find was from a book
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: Harvey and Lee. And this is the couple second, this
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: is the short paragraph that refers to mister James A. Andrews.
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: A few minutes after one pm one of four to
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: one oh seven, insurance salesman James A. Andrews was driving
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: west on Tenth Street, eight nine blocks west of Tenth
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: and Patent, a couple of blocks from the top ten
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: record store. A police car following Andrews suddenly passed him
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: and forced his car to the curve.
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: So I'm just going to.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: Stop there, Rob, because I know you've been pulled over,
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: and I know I've been pulled over. If a cop
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: pulls you over, do they go in front of your
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: car and hope that you stop and not hit the
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: or did they just put on their lights?
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: Well, you know, I don't know how things worked back
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: in the early sixties. I would assume they had lights
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: on their car, right, I mean, let's look at Tippet's
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: car real quick. Yeah, he's got lights on top and
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: a siren.
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: You light them up, you know, yeah, because you never
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: know if the person's going to stop and literally hit you.
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: But just wanted to make that point. A police car
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: following Andrews suddenly passed him and forced his car to
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: the car by brought that. The officer jumped out of
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: his patrol car, motioned for Andrews to stay put, and
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: then ran back to Andrew's car. The officer looked in
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: the front and the back seat of the car, and then,
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: without saying a word, returned to his patrol car and
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: drove off. Andrews looked at the officer's name plate, which
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: read Tippet, and was perplexed by his actions. He recalled
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: the Tippett seemed to be very upset agitated and was
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: acting wild. After returning to his police car, Tippett turned
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: the car around and began driving east on Tenth.
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: Street, and also right prior to this, at about one o'clock,
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: the dispatcher Murray Jackson tries to radio tipp It but
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: gets no answer.
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: Right. The last dispatch was I believe twelve fifty four right? Right?
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: So I mean listen. I searched FBI documents, DPD documents,
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: Texas Portal history. There's nothing.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: Did he footnote this at all? In Harvey and lead?
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: Did he footnote this at all?
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: Not that I'm aware of, at least this part, which
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: is also a problem. This is what researcher Bill Dreness
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: wrote in his essay car number ten, Where are you?
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: And this is a screenshot from.
- 1:12:04Speaker 3: The ed Forum.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: I hate to do this, but it's gonna happen one
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: more time because I couldn't find it online. The information
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: is provided by Greg Lowry by way of Bill Polty.
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: James A. Andrews worked for the American National Life Insurance,
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: whose offices were located across the street from Austin's Barbecue, which,
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: of course GD Tippett worked part time as a security guard.
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: Right Lowry was interviewing Andrews to get recollections of Roscoe White,
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: who worked out of the same office as Andrews. During
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: the interview, Andrews told Greg, since you were interested in
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: the assassination, let me tell you something that happened, and
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: told the following story. James A. Andrews was returning to
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: work at his office in oak Cliffe a little after
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: one pm on November twenty second, sixty three. He was
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: driving west on West tenth Street. Only a police car,
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: also traveling west, came up behind Andrew's car, passed him,
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: and cut off in front of Andrew's car, forcing him
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: to stop. The police car pulled in front of Andrew's
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: car at an angle, heading into the curb in order
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: to stop him. The officer then jumped out of the
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: patrol car, motioned to Andrews to remain stopped, ran back
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: to Andrew's car, looked in the space between the front
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: and the back seat. Without saying a word. The policeman
- 1:13:25Speaker 4: went back to the patrol car and drove off quickly.
- 1:13:28Speaker 4: Andrews was perplexed by this strange behavior and looked at
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: the officer's named plate, which read tipp it. It sounds
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: very familiar to he just red rope. This is documented
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: in a list of personal effects removed from this body. Oh,
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: Tippet's name plate was removed from his personal effects. Shucker
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: Andrews remarked that Tippett seemed to be very upset and
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: agitated and was acting wild. So we have hearsay of hearsay,
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: I hearsay essentially, Yeah, and you have a game of
- 1:13:59Speaker 4: telephone essentially, Yes, we.
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: Have a game of telephone going on here. And apparently
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: Roscoe White worked at American National Life Insurance.
- 1:14:10Speaker 4: I don't know that that perplexed me to make a
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: pun there, But I don't know just this whole thing
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: that doesn't make sense to me, which is why we're
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: going over it and in such detail.
- 1:14:26Speaker 3: And you know, a question that Lowry may have asked
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: this guy is what kind of car were you driving?
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, M Like, maybe that's why
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: Tippett pulled him over. Was he in a specific type
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: of vehicle? Did he think he saw somebody in the
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: back seat that resembled Oswald? But there was nobody in
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: the car. So, Joe, if you were freaking out and
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: you're trying to find somebody, and he said, all right,
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: fuck it, I'm just gonna start randomly pulling people over
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: and looking in their cars. Why do we only hear
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: from one person about this incident? You would think if
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: I was Jade Tippett and I'm freaking out because I'm
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: really trying to find somebody that I can't find, I
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: would be pulling over more than one car.
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: I'd be sitting like right on the viaduct, like like
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: looking at everyone though that went by. And of course
- 1:15:36Speaker 4: you missed the person that's in a cab, which is.
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: You know, one of them here there right now, Joe,
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: he's in Oak Cliff.
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: I don't know. None of this story makes sense to me,
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: so let me go to the next line here. And
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: this is unfortunately another education forum on The only James
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: Andrews that is in the warrant Commission is a James D. Andrews,
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: who ironically was a first sergeant in f Battery and
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: was I guess stationed with William McEwan Duff, who was
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: the only suspect in the General Walker killing. That's the
- 1:16:28Speaker 4: only reference I could find him, James.
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: Or shooting General Walker shooting.
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: Yeah, in the Warren commission, so and again he doesn't
- 1:16:39Speaker 4: come up until what the nineties, early two thousands the story.
- 1:16:45Speaker 4: And again, this is something that I have believed the
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: whole time, and now I have questions. Yeah, this is
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: from some guy named Duke Lane. This is education forum
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: post from twenty eleven, and I don't ever like to
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: post posts, but I thought this was good enough that
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: I thought it was worth reading. He goes. What I
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: thought I was saying is that the Andrew story just
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: doesn't make sense. It does not fit with either known
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: facts nor either assumed ones that I've examined and found
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: that fit with those that are known. A quick recap,
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: the guys at the Top ten Records last claim to
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: have seen Tippett leave northbound, then eastbound. This jibes at
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: least with the fact that Tippett died north and east
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: of where these guys saw him. Andrew Stop, if it
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: ever happened, was north and west of Top ten, and
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: afterward Tippett took off again, going west, then in what
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: could only have been a few minutes later at most,
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: he was several blocks east of the stop location. Going easterly,
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: Tippett sped off from the Andrews scene in quotations as
- 1:17:56Speaker 4: it is described acting like a wild man that a
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: short time later and into these above disparities, he was
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: cruising slowly across tent speed across tenth Street and approached
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: his killer slowly and real friendly like right, which, of course,
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: he approached the guy who eventually killed him. I'm not
- 1:18:15Speaker 4: saying that was Oswald. Why would Tippett approach a man
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: in a car in the direction opposite he was seen last?
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: Like a wild man? He had approached another on foot
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: diametrically opposing manner, in a diametrically opposing manner. Why would
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: he speed off westbound and end up east of this
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: location cruising slowly? Since none of these officers this is
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: a different post could have been who stopped Andrews, we
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: are left with three possibilities. Tippet stopped Andrews. Another unknown
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: officer not authorized or directed to be in that district stopped.
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: Wearing what wearing a Tippet name plate right right.
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: In the district that stopped Andrews. Or Andrews wasn't stopped
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: and Rob I think I'm going number three here.
- 1:19:08Speaker 3: I don't think Andrews has ever stopped I think it
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: is a horseshit story.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: Yeah, and you know we have Marie Tippet's widow. This
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: is from the HCA summary. And by the way, rob
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: let me, let me bring this up on my phone.
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: Tippet married Marie married JD. Tippett in nineteen forty six,
- 1:19:41Speaker 4: which makes sense, right, everyone's coming back from the war
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: and the couple had three children. Mary died on ninety
- 1:19:47Speaker 4: two at ninety two on March second, twenty twenty one,
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: after suffering for medical issues. His distant cousin was the
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: actor Wayne Tippett, who appeared in two films about the
- 1:19:59Speaker 4: Kennedy assassination, Running Against Time in JFK. How's that for
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: a simulation for you. But Marie Tippett remarried twice after
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: the death of her husband, Jad Tippett, and I'm not
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: going to judge her for that because she's a widow,
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: even though she got hundreds of thousands of dollars a
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: widow with three kids. Her first remarriage was to Dallas
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: police lieutenant Harry Dean Thomas, which is why her name
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: is Marie Tippett Thomas. He died of cancer in nineteen
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: eighty two. Her second marriage was to Carl Finner in
- 1:20:38Speaker 4: nineteen ninety three. That marriage ended in divorce as well,
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: So you kind of wonder why. And I don't even
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: know if I believe that if Tippett had to Goumar
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: and if he fathered the bastard, because of course she
- 1:20:57Speaker 4: was rumored to be pregnant with this on after. But
- 1:21:01Speaker 4: we have all these officers in the HSCA summary saying JD.
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: Tippett was a great family man blah blah blah, and
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: of course they're going to say this after his death.
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: I get it. You have William Engelin, who I believe
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: you mentioned briefly earlier, said that he socialized with JD.
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: Tippett and he had coffee or tea at the Old
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: Drive in about eleven thirty to eleven forty five of
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: the morning of November twenty second. Now, whether that time
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: is right, Rob and I kind of debated before the show.
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: Yeah, everything I saw was ten thirty to ten forty five.
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: Yeah, it could be a typo, but the point being
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: is that doesn't seem like JD. Tippett was acting so
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: wild on that morning. Seems like he was having coffee
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: or tea. He went home, he had a sandwich, the
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: way he approached his killer. You know, it doesn't it
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: doesn't line up with what we've been told what in
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: the past three instances, right, And these are two other officers,
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: Basil Robinson and Calvin Owens, which said that he was
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: a family man and his only uh, you know, he
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: had been a close personal friend of Tippett and his family,
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: and Tippett had few outside interests besides, he was working
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: all the time. So what are we to make of
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: all these pre Tippet movements, rob.
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: Well, they all sound like stories told by people who
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: want to insert themselves into the timeline, into the lore.
- 1:22:54Speaker 3: It wouldn't be the first time we've heard of people
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: doing this, Joe. There's been several. There's been tens of several,
- 1:23:01Speaker 3: there have been dozens, maybe.
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: Hundreds, probably hundreds. Yeah.
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: So again, some of these stories that we've all come
- 1:23:14Speaker 3: to know that have become part of the lore when
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: you really try to trace them back to the roots
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: of everything, what proof do we have that any of
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: these instances ever actually took place? A big fat zero.
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: Yeah. And the question I have is then, like, why
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: why other than to create conspiracy lore? Right with the
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: Tippet pullover with the rushing into the top ten with
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: the Glocos station. The Glocko station is the one I'm
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: most inclined to believe in out.
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: Of the three. But like, why.
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: Why create these these stories other than to insert yourself?
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: I'm asking you again.
- 1:24:08Speaker 3: If you're a JFK researcher, and it's a couple of
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: years after the assassination, you go to Dallas and you
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: try to track down some witnesses to talk to him, right,
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: and you know, you get a hot tip, Hey, go
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: talk to this guy. He knows something, right, So you
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: can talk to this guy, and he tells you this
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: fantastical story, right, And maybe it's just one guy. Maybe
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: it's JB. Shorty Lewis right, and he says, I was
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: there with my buddy Tom Mullins and.
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: Drinking, drinking a forty at the gloco.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Yeah, Holland Emmitt Holland's head, they both did, but we was.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: I was there with both of them, and you know
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: we seen him. He was sitting in the parking lot
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: for ten minutes. Then he tore ass out of here
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: like bay out of hell.
- 1:25:06Speaker 3: I don't know what, don't know what was going on,
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: And there may have been a cop station there, but
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: it might not have been Tippett. Who knows.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: It could have but who knows?
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: Right if it was, Tippity wasn't supposed to be there
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: right there. He was not dispatched to the Glaucos station
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: and told to post up. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: So again, these stories add another layer to the lure
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: of everything. And again you know how people love to
- 1:25:45Speaker 3: insert themselves in the story. And the biggest red flags
- 1:25:48Speaker 3: to me, Joe again are that none of these people,
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: none of them came forward at the time Tippett was
- 1:25:59Speaker 3: killed to tell their stories. Yeah, comes later, Yeah.
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: Eight or nine people, I think No, No, no documentary record,
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: no warrant commission, no HSCA.
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: Even it's a problem, It is a huge problem. And
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: again it gets Rinston repeated, Rinston repeated written in about
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: in books you have authors citing other books. You have
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: authors citing independent SKFOOSA researchers who hoard their research and
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: don't share unless you ask nicely and they like you
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: type of thing. And then what do they actually give you.
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: Yeah, at the end of the day, they give you
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: muddying of waters. I think it's a short answer, and
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: it's something that, like I said, I remember is only
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: that I've believed for ever since I've gotten into this case.
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: And you know, I think it's kind of you know,
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: we weren't there, so I'm not saying it dinner didn't
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: happen one hundred percent, but it creates a good lesson
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: of how you need to kind of really, you know,
- 1:27:23Speaker 4: do your research yourself and not just believe everything you've read, because.
- 1:27:29Speaker 3: Saying everything is technically everything is a story. Sure, technically
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: everything is a story, but there's a difference between an
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: eyewitness who you can prove was there, who gave documentary
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: statements to the authorities, and some ass hats that come
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: out of the woodwork twenty years later with a story
- 1:27:56Speaker 3: that didn't go to the cops. They supposedly knew this game.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Yeah, and we have many criticisms of the DPD. We
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: did the last few weeks on them, but they did
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: have same day affidavids or same weekend affidavids for pretty
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: much everyone, and yeah, it's it's it's a problem to
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: us and not saying that we trust the whole documentary record,
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: because some of that is fudged too.
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: In a sense, But it's more believable when you have
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: people that come forward and things are documented at the time.
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: You know, we can talk about the Tippett murder witnesses, Okay,
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: we can talk about Helen Markham and KEITHA. Clemens and
- 1:28:47Speaker 3: Scroggins and Benavit's we can talk about all these people.
- 1:28:50Speaker 3: They all have stories, they all contradict each other. Yet
- 1:28:55Speaker 3: we know that you were all there.
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: Yeah, because we know the records, because they're in the record, We.
- 1:29:00Speaker 3: Know the two lineups, we know they talk to the
- 1:29:02Speaker 3: Warrant Commission, you know.
- 1:29:05Speaker 4: And we're not making any distinctions on like our judgments
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: on the Tippet killing, on whether it's Oswald or not.
- 1:29:13Speaker 4: We're just talking about the pre JD Tippett movements and
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: was that enhanced for conspiracy lore, and I think we've
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: kind of come to the conclusion that most likely it was.
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: Yeah, we're not saying that Oswald killed Tippitt. No, We're
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: just talking about certain parts of the story that have
- 1:29:40Speaker 3: become canon in the assassination lore that probably aren't true,
- 1:29:47Speaker 3: that have no foundation whatsoever, no believable foundation, And that's
- 1:29:56Speaker 3: a problem. Does it change the narrative? Maybe you know again.
- 1:30:05Speaker 3: Part of the narrative when you're looking at things is again,
- 1:30:12Speaker 3: I showed you this guy's this right Westbrook and Croy
- 1:30:17Speaker 3: and car two O seven. All right, let's go to
- 1:30:24Speaker 3: the affidavit of early In Roberts December fifth, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: about thirty or hang on, no, that's the wrong one.
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: This one.
- 1:30:49Speaker 3: FBI statement November twenty ninth. Early in Roberts advice she
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: couldnt furnish the exact time I was all returned to
- 1:30:56Speaker 3: his room at ten twenty six Beckly after the assassination
- 1:30:59Speaker 3: of the president, but staid a rough guess would be
- 1:31:01Speaker 3: one pm blah blah blah blah blah because of the TV.
- 1:31:06Speaker 3: Miss Roberts advised. After Oswald entered his room about one pm,
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: she looked out the front window and saw police car
- 1:31:13Speaker 3: number two O seven with two uniformed policemen in the car,
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: which showed up and stopped in front of the residence
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: at ten twenty six North Beckley, and one of the
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: officers blew the horn tit on the car and then
- 1:31:27Speaker 3: drove slowly on Beckley towards Zangs. Roberts said. The reason
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: she recalled a number of the cars because she had
- 1:31:34Speaker 3: worked for two policemen who drove a squad car one seventy,
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: and she looked to see if these were the two
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: officers she knew parked in front of the residence. Now
- 1:31:51Speaker 3: could Earlene and her one eye and one bad eye
- 1:31:54Speaker 3: one good eye?
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: She was blinded one eye?
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, uh, mistake two o seven for ten
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: two people in the car for Tippett and his jacket
- 1:32:07Speaker 3: hanging up in the back seat there as you can
- 1:32:09Speaker 3: see it as being another person in the vehicle. We
- 1:32:13Speaker 3: don't know. Yeah, yeah, it's all speculatory because when you
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: go back and now you read this after David December
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: fifth from Earling Roberts, it's very interesting because she says
- 1:32:30Speaker 3: thirty minutes after Lee Oswald left, three Dallas policemen came
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: to the house looking for Lee Oswald, which would have
- 1:32:38Speaker 3: been at one thirty in the afternoon. Folks, Yeah, uh so,
- 1:32:49Speaker 3: how much can you trust what Earling Roberts had to
- 1:32:57Speaker 3: say about things? I don't know what's she mistaken about
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: the time or did three Dallas policemen come to the
- 1:33:09Speaker 3: house looking for Oswald at one thirty? If they did,
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: that's a problem because he wasn't even arrested yet at
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: the Texas Theater. By this time, nobody would have known
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: where his rooming house was.
- 1:33:24Speaker 4: Right, his address was not on a file with the TSBD.
- 1:33:28Speaker 3: Yeah, nobody had this address.
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: Even Ruth Baine and Marina didn't have it.
- 1:33:33Speaker 3: Right, No, they didn't have it. They didn't have it.
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: So and what's interesting is this is a note to
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: Curry from Westbrook, driver of car to O seven. He says,
- 1:33:50Speaker 3: and this is coming from Westbrook. Officer Valentine was operating
- 1:33:53Speaker 3: car two O seven and this car was parked at
- 1:33:56Speaker 3: Houston and Elm and Valentine was assisting in the search
- 1:33:59Speaker 3: of the school deposits we're building. The keys to car
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: two O seven were given to Puttingham, along with keys
- 1:34:04Speaker 3: from other cars parked in the media as sending and
- 1:34:06Speaker 3: released to the third Fleet commander. It's a city hall
- 1:34:09Speaker 3: at three point thirty pm. So what this is here
- 1:34:12Speaker 3: is Westbrook denying, okay, that him and Croy basically hijacked
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: car two O seven from in front of the depository
- 1:34:23Speaker 3: building and drove it to the scene of the Tippett
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: murder and close to the Texas Theater.
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: Because remember Westbrook allegedly walked to the TSBD correct.
- 1:34:38Speaker 3: Right, So again there's lots of problems with this story
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: and things really start to get overweaved on, if you will,
- 1:35:00Speaker 3: Let's see this thing here. Yeah, Now, this is Tippet's
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: police car from a different angle. And I always thought, Joe,
- 1:35:10Speaker 3: you can see something in there in the in the
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: front passenger seat. It looks like a like a notebook
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: or a notepad like kind of hanging down from the dash.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: Mm hmmm.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe there's a picture of somebody on the notepad.
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: You see what I'm saying. M h yeah, through upper
- 1:35:32Speaker 3: torso in their head.
- 1:35:33Speaker 4: Yeah, you can see like the dark outline of maybe
- 1:35:36Speaker 4: the upper body.
- 1:35:37Speaker 3: Yeah, that's odd, right, that is odd. That's odd.
- 1:35:42Speaker 4: That is odd. And uh yeah, I mean, Matt, we're
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: not saying Oswalt did killed tipp It or didn't kill
- 1:35:52Speaker 4: tipp It. That's not we're not even getting We're not
- 1:35:55Speaker 4: even going there on this episode. We're just saying some
- 1:35:58Speaker 4: of his pre or movements are problematic, and maybe the
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: stories that we've been told over and over and over
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: again are not quite accurate.
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and cannot be accurately if you're telling them a
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: true story of the Tippet murder. I think it's in
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: what's the word I'm looking for, disingenuous to add these
- 1:36:29Speaker 3: stories into the mix, and as any kind of believable occurrences,
- 1:36:38Speaker 3: because to me, you can't nothing about them. Screams to me,
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: this happened. We don't have any proof of any of it.
- 1:36:48Speaker 3: It's all stories. It's like Joe said, it's a game
- 1:36:50Speaker 3: of telephone. Somebody told somebody else this, and somebody told
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: them that, and then they wrote a book, and then
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: they cited this book, and YadA YadA, YadA, yep. And
- 1:37:00Speaker 3: not only that, there's a couple other things missing. When
- 1:37:05Speaker 3: it comes to the Tippet murder. Uh, you can't find
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: him anywhere, actually anymore. Benavide's DPD, Affid David from Lavelle's
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: Supplementary Offense Report in eleven twenty two sixty three. Benavid's
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: FBI statement on three one sixty seven. You can't find
- 1:37:24Speaker 3: the DPD, telephone call sheets, Scogin's trip manifest, Scagin's Cab
- 1:37:29Speaker 3: Company statement from three seventeen sixty four, the Cab Company's
- 1:37:33Speaker 3: telephone log or the Dudley Hughes Funeral Home ambulance call slip.
- 1:37:41Speaker 3: So there's some missing evidence when it comes to the
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: Tippet murder, that might be of some use. Put to
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: some use, now, Joe, I'm gonna wrap this up with
- 1:37:54Speaker 3: the doozy for you.
- 1:37:56Speaker 4: Okay, all right, I like the doozies.
- 1:37:58Speaker 3: All right, let's go back to this map here. Okay, actually,
- 1:38:03Speaker 3: this is the first time we're seeing it, I think.
- 1:38:06Speaker 4: Yeah, let me enlarge this here pun intended.
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: Sto right at the top where you see Domino's Pizza.
- 1:38:21Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: Of course, this is not contemporaneous with nineteen sixty three.
- 1:38:24Speaker 3: This is now okay, right, but the street layout is
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: the same as it was in nineteen sixty three. Okay,
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: but you see up where the Domino's Pizza is, right
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: at the top, right beside cliff Yep. Okay, let's come south.
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: From Domino's Pizza. We run into Zang's Boulevard right right.
- 1:38:43Speaker 4: It's kind of in like a triangle right.
- 1:38:48Speaker 3: Zang's and Beckley, and that's where Oswald's rooming house was.
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: Now okay, now, now it's the Dominos Pizza.
- 1:39:00Speaker 3: That's right down the street. So if we go, let's
- 1:39:07Speaker 3: see what is it northwest from the intersection of Zangs
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: and Beckley. All right, you'll see.
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: You run up and you.
- 1:39:18Speaker 3: See where it says Elsbeth Street, uh.
- 1:39:27Speaker 4: Right above eld oh, yes, yes, yes, yes, to the
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: left left bottom ish of the Domino's pizza thing. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:39:37Speaker 4: I got it.
- 1:39:38Speaker 3: Yeah, there's Elsbeth and intersects with a street called Nashis right.
- 1:39:46Speaker 4: I thought it said Nachos.
- 1:39:51Speaker 3: Now I've put a pin drop and a certain address
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: on this street. Okay, Now you're maybe asking yourself, well,
- 1:40:01Speaker 3: why would you do that, Rob, Why would you put
- 1:40:04Speaker 3: a pin drop on Nash's Street? All right, it's address. Well,
- 1:40:09Speaker 3: I'll tell you address to me, Joe, six one.
- 1:40:19Speaker 4: West Nasca Street. And that was This is the package
- 1:40:24Speaker 4: that was found in the post office after his death.
- 1:40:27Speaker 3: Correct, this is the mysterious package. Now what's odd about
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: this mysterious package is it contained a paper bag similar
- 1:40:37Speaker 3: to the one that would be found allegedly in the
- 1:40:40Speaker 3: school book depository. Okay, about rifle length? Right now, it's
- 1:40:46Speaker 3: odd about this package.
- 1:40:48Speaker 4: Joe, rightful length? Sorry?
- 1:40:53Speaker 3: Is it doesn't have a stamp on it, okay, which.
- 1:40:59Speaker 4: Means, well, what's at the bottom right?
- 1:41:03Speaker 3: That is a metered stamp at the post office, which
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: means they throw it on a scale and they say okay,
- 1:41:10Speaker 3: that'll be twenty five cents, and you pay them and
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: they stamp it and they mail it. Right, So it
- 1:41:17Speaker 3: was never paid.
- 1:41:19Speaker 4: No, it had to be paid, okay.
- 1:41:23Speaker 3: For them to stamp it. It has to be stamped
- 1:41:25Speaker 3: at the post office. So instead of putting stamps on
- 1:41:28Speaker 3: the envelope and mailing it yourself, somebody took this thing
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: to the post office and it got weighed, and postage
- 1:41:37Speaker 3: was paid and it got stamped. Okay, you got stamped. Now,
- 1:41:46Speaker 3: there is no street in Dallas spelled this way West
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: Nashus Street, okay, but there is a six so one
- 1:42:02Speaker 3: West Nash's Street, which is damn close to Elsbeth, damn
- 1:42:10Speaker 3: close to Neely and damn close to Oswald's rooming house. Okay,
- 1:42:17Speaker 3: mm hmm. Now what do I do, well, Ship, I'll
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: throw the address up in Google, and this is where
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: it sent me. Didn't send me to Niche Street. Sent
- 1:42:35Speaker 3: me to eleven oh one Woodlawn Avenue, Okay, in this
- 1:42:39Speaker 3: cute little greenhouse right now. The interesting thing is see
- 1:42:46Speaker 3: the street to the left of the house, Yes, okay,
- 1:42:52Speaker 3: that's that's that's Nash's Street. Okay. So I peddled my
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: way around the corner to Nasha Street. Okay, and lo
- 1:43:07Speaker 3: and behold, lo and behold.
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: Now this.
- 1:43:16Speaker 3: House to the left, this blue one or not, I'm sorry,
- 1:43:21Speaker 3: not blue, it's it's a it's white with a with
- 1:43:24Speaker 3: a I guess, a brownish green roof. Yeah, okay, Now
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: there's a bunch of ship sitting on the curve and
- 1:43:32Speaker 3: it looks like that house. Right. But the interesting thing
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: about the green house, Joe, that would have been facing
- 1:43:41Speaker 3: Nash's Street would have been six oh one, because it's
- 1:43:46Speaker 3: the first house on the corner in that block, the
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: sixth block of Nash Street. Okay, if you look very closely, Joe,
- 1:43:57Speaker 3: you'll see a porch and an overhang, right, but there's
- 1:44:03Speaker 3: no door. At some point, at some point in the
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: intervening years of nineteen sixty three and twenty twenty six,
- 1:44:15Speaker 3: they decided to board up and take away this side
- 1:44:21Speaker 3: entrance to the house. Or more than likely, this little
- 1:44:25Speaker 3: shit box house was cut up into many apartments back
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: in the sixties, right, how they used to do.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: So?
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: Yeah, imagine if you will, in nineteen sixty three that
- 1:44:45Speaker 3: there was a door right here at the top of
- 1:44:48Speaker 3: the side porch.
- 1:44:49Speaker 4: That's what sladly just said. You could see where a
- 1:44:51Speaker 4: door would have.
- 1:44:52Speaker 3: Been exactly, and this would have been a little shit
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: box apartment at six oh one West Nashes.
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: Wow.
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: So is this really where Oswald was living and somebody
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: else was staying at Beckley? Because it wouldn't be the
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: first time, Joe that we've heard that the hospital really
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: didn't stay.
- 1:45:22Speaker 4: At Beckley, Yeah, or that he lied to people about
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: where he was staying, as we've covered recently.
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:45:32Speaker 4: So I just thought that that was how wow, that
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: is hell interesting.
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it blew my mind when I saw this side
- 1:45:43Speaker 3: porst that led to nowhere. I was like, wait a minute,
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: that there had to used to be a door there
- 1:45:50Speaker 3: that would have been six oh one because it's the
- 1:45:52Speaker 3: first house on the sixth block of Nashlle Street. Holy shit,
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: right wow wild huh.
- 1:46:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:46:06Speaker 3: So my point with all of that showing you that
- 1:46:11Speaker 3: is that when it comes to lore and what we
- 1:46:15Speaker 3: think we know about the assassination isn't always true or
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: possibly isn't always true. And depending on who you believe,
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: if you believe JB. Shorty Lewis, if you believe al Vaulkland,
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: if you believe James Andrews, if you believe Louis Cortinez
- 1:46:36Speaker 3: and dub start. If you believe Erline Roberts. What if
- 1:46:43Speaker 3: these things never happened? What if these things weren't true?
- 1:46:48Speaker 3: What if the truth lies somewhere else? And what is it?
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: That's the million dollar question right, not.
- 1:47:00Speaker 4: One we can answer, but it's a great question and
- 1:47:03Speaker 4: a great point. And yeah, it's you know, crazy it is.
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: And folks, that's a pot, that's a pot, as they say.
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: So again, thank you for tuning in, Thanks for watching
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: the show. Yeah, we're almost seven new people in here now.
- 1:47:27Speaker 4: We appreciate it, and we appreciate all of Rob's birthday
- 1:47:33Speaker 4: super shots from everyone.
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: Oswald's trap house. Yeah, and like I said, Southwest brings
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: up the Beckley bunch, you know, and to do and
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: his research about you know, was Ozbal even living at
- 1:47:50Speaker 3: ten twenty six North Beckley or was it this other guy,
- 1:47:52Speaker 3: Herbert Leon Lee that she confused him with and who
- 1:47:55Speaker 3: knows what was going on there?
- 1:47:59Speaker 6: You know?
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, you just got to reevaluate everything you think,
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: you know when it comes to some of these stories
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: and lore within the assassination, because trust me, they aren't
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: all true. You see the ones now that you know
- 1:48:20Speaker 3: aren't true when we talk about James Files and Judy
- 1:48:24Speaker 3: Baker and people of that ilk who try to insert
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: themselves into the story for some reason, who can tell
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: a damn good story and spin a good yarn, but
- 1:48:36Speaker 3: there's no actual proof of anything that they say. And
- 1:48:40Speaker 3: when you look at some of these older stories, these
- 1:48:44Speaker 3: are the o G. Judy Bakers and James Files, you know,
- 1:48:49Speaker 3: inserting themselves into the story for whatever reason. Many years later,
- 1:48:59Speaker 3: and here we are, you know, these older ones have
- 1:49:04Speaker 3: become part of the fabric of the story. And it's
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: time to start cutting some of this ship out of
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: the quill, right, if we're ever going to get to
- 1:49:13Speaker 3: the truth?
- 1:49:15Speaker 4: Yes, so what that means? Yeah, and that that is
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: what we are after, the truth, not not the lore.
- 1:49:24Speaker 4: And uh, you know, we obviously still believe there's a conspiracy,
- 1:49:31Speaker 4: but we're trying to cut out the bullshit. And I
- 1:49:33Speaker 4: think we did a good amount of that tonight. And uh,
- 1:49:37Speaker 4: I thought this was a banger of a banger, which
- 1:49:40Speaker 4: means a double banger.
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: Yes, Matt, we hope you still have some hair left
- 1:49:45Speaker 3: after this show. Uh, you aren't exploding over there and
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: pulling it out. I hope we did it some kind
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: of justice, Thank you sir.
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I'd love to chat about it with you sometimes.
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: But is that noise? Do you hear that?
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: It might be me?
- 1:50:07Speaker 3: There's some Italian cell phone going on? What the hell
- 1:50:09Speaker 3: is that?
- 1:50:10Speaker 4: No? My cell phones quiet? It might be my.
- 1:50:17Speaker 3: Here it is a game.
- 1:50:19Speaker 4: My headphones, my penders dropped. That's about it. Well, we
- 1:50:27Speaker 4: have no pets. We are petless these days. Rob and
- 1:50:31Speaker 4: I to dance ourselves out, but we thank everyone for
- 1:50:36Speaker 4: joining in. We've had a lot of good researchers in
- 1:50:41Speaker 4: here tonight. We thank you for your input and comments.
- 1:50:46Speaker 4: We were glad to go back and forth with you.
- 1:50:48Speaker 4: We usually dance out with our pets. Fortunately, Rob's kitty
- 1:50:53Speaker 4: died and I am in Italy without my dog Ruby ironically,
- 1:50:59Speaker 4: and yeah with that, bring Dino for the record.
- 1:51:03Speaker 3: But he said, come to Bourbon Street and I'll show
- 1:51:05Speaker 3: you what I think of the case. Thank you, folks
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: for the birthday wishes, the birthday super chats, the birthday loot,
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: much appreciated the walls people for good news. Things like
- 1:51:20Speaker 3: this cost a pretty penny and there hard to sign.
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: I wanted the earliest, I print.
- 1:51:30Speaker 4: The greatest lies.
- 1:51:31Speaker 3: I told the greatest Christ are committed in the name
- 1:51:35Speaker 3: of justice. The quotation is it could be used for
- 1:51:39Speaker 3: him or against him in.
- 1:51:40Speaker 7: This strange appreciates you brother. We don't know the basement
- 1:51:49Speaker 7: in phonetics and someone.
- 1:52:00Speaker 3: Yeah, damn right, Timothy, much love, thank you ever love.
- 1:52:08Speaker 4: We love you all.
- 1:52:10Speaker 3: Yep, we'll see you coming up. Member the Only show
- 1:52:15Speaker 3: next Wednesday. Papa, Papa, Papa, Joe, Papa Pooh Birthday, Peace Birthday.
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: I hope you have a great birthday, sir.
- 1:52:29Speaker 3: I will try at my age, Joe. You just you
- 1:52:32Speaker 3: just want them to be here and over quickly. I
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: hear you. Man, I love to see another one. That's
- 1:52:37Speaker 3: that's the main thing. All right, folks, we out peace
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: till next time. We love you and thank you
