Speaker 1: totally fine. Yep. I liked the resolution more or less,

Speaker 1: and he starts running forward and he's like a fading

Speaker 1: being hit. So Shin thinks enough the dead or the past.

Speaker 1: Kitty's wing arms are reaching out towards Fredrika because she

Speaker 1: has the gun to her head, and Chin continues the

Speaker 1: living can never interact with them. He's like climbing on

Speaker 1: too Kitty and like running up him. Nothing comes of

Speaker 1: them remaining in this world. Geez, Shin, there's nowhere for them.

Speaker 1: To go, so he jumps into the area that Frederica

Speaker 1: told him Kitty was and then out loud says, it's

Speaker 1: kitty holes that we still don't really know what those are,

Speaker 1: and he grips the controls tightly. A semi transparent hand

Speaker 1: appears and like grips Shin's hand and he fires. We

Speaker 1: see his mouth almost kind of like he smiles, but

Speaker 1: he just looks so tired, and his cockpit rocks. We

Speaker 1: see a screen in his cockpit that's showing like his schematics,

Speaker 1: and one of his legs is blinking red and it

Speaker 1: says right four leg pile bunker abnormality. We get a

Speaker 1: quick cut of Kitty's eyes and then to Shins as

Speaker 1: he gasps, and we hear Kitty say that goes for

Speaker 1: you too, doesn't it. That's what I'm saying. Shin, now

Speaker 1: like in an alternate space, has his pistol to Kitty's

Speaker 1: head and he's standing over him. Is Kitty is laying

Speaker 1: on the ground and the shadow of Morpho and Shin's

Speaker 1: reaganly for in the background, which is like white behind them.

Speaker 1: Kitty is gripping Shin's hand as he holds the gun,

Speaker 1: and he says, you're like me, you have nothing left. Fuck.

Speaker 1: The gun fades away and Katy tightens his grip on

Speaker 1: Chin's hands and continues, no, you more than me. Shin gulps.

Speaker 1: to Kitty's self destruct sequence as it counts down eight sevens,

Speaker 1: Kitty says, so. Shin looks up, and now Kitty is

Speaker 1: standing over him, still holding his hand, and Shin is

Speaker 1: on his knees, and he continues, why are you still alive? Kitty, like,

Speaker 1: I think, tries to pull his hand away, and Shin

Speaker 1: like won't let him for a second, which is weird,

Speaker 1: and then he completely pulls away. The self destruct sequence

Speaker 1: hit zero more Fox explots Shin in his like human body.

Speaker 1: Shin is blown back away from Kitty, and then we

Speaker 1: cut it to his Reagan leaf also being blown away,

Speaker 1: and as he's falling, his eyes start to close and

Speaker 1: his calm thing is blinking yellow. I don't really know

Speaker 1: what that means, and then we cut to red. Shin

Speaker 1: is being held down by Ray and it's in like

Speaker 1: a really wide aspect ratio, like a like letterbox, you know,

Speaker 1: with the black bar on the top and a black

Speaker 1: bar on the bottom. I don't really know how to

Speaker 1: say that. Which is the first time I think we've

Speaker 1: frame and we see on the wall a crayon drawing

Speaker 1: of Shin and Ray as a knight. And then it's

Speaker 1: sunsets and there's just like a field of debris with

Speaker 1: like mech parts and legs and shit and a repetitive

Speaker 1: like banging, kind of clanking sound in the background. We're

Speaker 1: just kind of panning across the debris fields, and we

Speaker 1: hear Ray say if it weren't for you, if it

Speaker 1: weren't for you, And then a female voice comes in

Speaker 1: and says if it weren't for you, And then many

Speaker 1: voices are kind of alternating back and forth saying if

Speaker 1: finally we see Shin his back to the camera, walking

Speaker 1: in like many different backgrounds and ages, and Ray says reaper.

Speaker 1: then his legion body burning, and then him walking away

Speaker 1: into white. Then Shin looking at like the little bag

Speaker 1: that he keeps raised juggernaut piece in and we hear

Speaker 1: back anymore. Shin curls his hand around the little metal

Speaker 1: Shin is now sitting on that bench that he liked

Speaker 1: to sit on at this Spearhead barracks outside and he says, no, wait, brother.

Speaker 1: We hear a voice say breakfast time. Someone else is

Speaker 1: like hooray, and then there's like lots of lively voices

Speaker 1: in the background, and someone else says Shin Shin looks

Speaker 1: behind him and he jumps off the bench because all

Speaker 1: of his dead comrades are just standing there and they're

Speaker 1: just covered in blood because I guess that's what they

Speaker 1: do now, and Kujo's like, Shin, thanks, And then from

Speaker 1: like the bottom like letterbox area, this black thing kind

Speaker 1: of morphs up and turns into like a shadow of Shin,

Speaker 1: not in the place that his shadow would be, but

Speaker 1: just in the frame now, and it says, you have nothing.

Speaker 1: Shin is just staring at this thing and maybe his

Speaker 1: dead comrades in just like a mix of disbelief and fear,

Speaker 1: and the shadow continues nothing to protect, no place to

Speaker 1: go home to a girl who I think is Leka

Speaker 1: says thank you. The shadow moves behind her, and honestly,

Speaker 1: it's really interesting because it's like it's more real than

Speaker 1: the scene, you know, It's like it's on top of

Speaker 1: the scene, like trying to think about how to say

Speaker 1: this in a way that makes sense, Like it's almost

Speaker 1: if it is the real thing, and this scene is

Speaker 1: just kind of on a TV somewhere. I don't know

Speaker 1: It remateializes behind Kaye and kay is like, thank you, Shin.

Speaker 1: The shadow continues, not a single reason to live. Fuck.

Speaker 1: It disappears and then re emerges in front of Shin's

Speaker 1: incredibly shocked face and continues, you were kept alive only

Speaker 1: so that you could kill the morpho. At this point,

Speaker 1: multiple other comrades are thanking him, and the Shadow says,

Speaker 1: so it if no place needs you anymore. It lifts

Speaker 1: its hands kind of in the shape of a gun,

Speaker 1: and then it's like shot away, like a bullet hits it.

Speaker 1: Shadow returns, then there's no reason for you to stay alive.

Speaker 1: The scarf around the Shadow's neck lifts and his head

Speaker 1: is like, no longer attached to his body like the

Speaker 1: scarf was the only thing attaching it, like the girl

Speaker 1: with the ribbon around her neck kind of deal, and

Speaker 1: both the body and the head just kind of tumble

Speaker 1: off screen. We cut to a knife striking metal. Shin

Speaker 1: is striking something, but we can't see what it is,

Speaker 1: and he looks incredibly afraid and frustrated, and we hear

Speaker 1: Ray say, no, forget that, I'd appreciate it if you

Speaker 1: could remember me just once in a while. He's remembering

Speaker 1: you all the time, Ray. We see now that Hin

Speaker 1: is desperately trying to chip away or break off his

Speaker 1: own insignia on his Reagan leaf, and Ray continues, when

Speaker 1: you're free, when you're happy, just then once in a while,

Speaker 1: now when you left me behind? He strikes down again

Speaker 1: at his symbol, and the tip of his knife just

Speaker 1: breaks off and flies back up at him, cutting his

Speaker 1: forehead and a few of his hairs, and he starts

Speaker 1: to bleed, and he says, why does every single one

Speaker 1: of them leave me alone? Die before me? We see

Speaker 1: various shots of battles that he's been in, and then

Speaker 1: tell me that they're the ones that thoughts to the

Speaker 1: see the memorial that the Federacy made to them, and

Speaker 1: someone is standing outside of it, and the shadow reappears

Speaker 1: possibly Eugene, who's the person standing by the memorial, whoever

Speaker 1: meaningless journey. We see Shin's toolbox and the shadow blips

Speaker 1: out of existence, and Shin is still bleeding and he

Speaker 1: looks like he's gonna cry now, and Eugene, who is

Speaker 1: of course covered in blood, says Shin. He lifts up

Speaker 1: his hand which is holding his locket. Thank you. Shin

Speaker 1: falls to his knees and he's shaking, and he just

Speaker 1: like looks down at the broken piece of knife and

Speaker 1: the piece of raised juggernaut that he's holding, and we

Speaker 1: hear Frederica say, your heart's frozen cold. That's why the

Speaker 1: one feelings you shared with your comrades burn you. Spearhead

Speaker 1: and Frederica are walking over behind him, and Theo's like,

Speaker 1: are they too painful to bear? And says, then we'll

Speaker 1: and he drops the knife and he reaches out for them,

Speaker 1: and as he does, the aspect ratio gets narrower and

Speaker 1: he gasps because yeah, and jumps back and now his

Speaker 1: arm is severed, and there was like blood and stuff, guys,

Speaker 1: Shin is terrified because all this shit doesn't make any sense,

Speaker 1: is really fucked up, and he's like, wait. He reaches

Speaker 1: out with his other non severed hands. Wait. The aspect

Speaker 1: ratio continues to narrow until he's totally outside of it,

Speaker 1: and then it blips out completely to black again. He says, wait.

Speaker 1: The background cuts back in and he's reaching up towards

Speaker 1: his broken screen inside his Reagan leaf. The sky outside

Speaker 1: is blue and there are some birds flying off, which

Speaker 1: might be kind of symbolic, and he's actually bleeding from

Speaker 1: his head still, so that's great. He stares in shock,

Speaker 1: and then he kind of looks down and he's trying

Speaker 1: to like survey the area kind of assess what's happened,

Speaker 1: and time since the mission began is forty nine hours,

Speaker 1: fifty three minutes and seventeen seconds. The field around him

Speaker 1: is completely blue. It's just filled with those little flying

Speaker 1: legion and Katy is still there on fire. His rail

Speaker 1: gun's having like little explosions on it and stuff shin size,

Speaker 1: and he tries to like tap his ear like where

Speaker 1: his old power raid used to be, but I mean,

Speaker 1: obviously it's not there anymore. And he looks at his

Speaker 1: screen and sees that there's still no signal from the

Speaker 1: rest of Spearhead. Get this kind of weird shot of

Speaker 1: the wreckage and his gun in it. It's like looks

Speaker 1: like it's stuck in some like liquid metal or something,

Speaker 1: which is bad because I'm pretty sure the last person

Speaker 1: who had that was Frederica. Then we cut to his legs,

Speaker 1: which are not in bad shape or anything yay, but

Speaker 1: kind of like wedged. Like right next to his left

Speaker 1: leg is Ray's little scrap metal piece and and he

Speaker 1: reaches down to get it but groans in pain, and

Speaker 1: he continues to try, and he's like straining himself to

Speaker 1: reach it, but for some reason he just can't. And

Speaker 1: actually it's probably because his seatbelt is stuck, which I

Speaker 1: learned later on in the episode, but also I think

Speaker 1: he's in pretty big pain and he's just trying and

Speaker 1: he can't, and he just eventually lets out this like

Speaker 1: horrible guttural scream that I thought the voice actor did

Speaker 1: like an amazing job on, and I just wanted to

Speaker 1: say that I totally understand what happened here. This was

Speaker 1: like the last straw. Everything sucks. Everyone's dead, he's hurt,

Speaker 1: he's not dead, which is what he wanted. He's having

Speaker 1: these horrible dreams about everything, and he's kind of holding

Speaker 1: it together until that one thing happens where he just

Speaker 1: can't fucking reach that piece of metal, and that's enough

Speaker 1: to just totally break everything anywhere. He is totally fucked up.

Speaker 1: But then there's this sound and he gasps and looks

Speaker 1: up and on his screen it says alert enemy recognized. Really, dude, really,

Speaker 1: A legion is walking towards him, and he kind of

Speaker 1: sighs and scowls, and then the blue light in the

Speaker 1: legion's eye area, you know, just turns pink and I've

Speaker 1: been trying to figure out whose robotic voice this is.

Speaker 1: I think it's just Shin. I think Shin is just

Speaker 1: talking to Shin. So we hear a semi robotic Legion

Speaker 1: voice say you thought it was over, didn't you. Shin's

Speaker 1: eyes widen and he gasps, and the voice continues, you

Speaker 1: thought it would be over when you killed the morpho. Right.

Speaker 1: Shin shakes his head and his expression is just filled

Speaker 1: with fear, and he starts to shake and he's like,

Speaker 1: no more, and the voice says, but We cut briefly

Speaker 1: to Shin running with his arm out stretch, saying don't

Speaker 1: leave me, and the voice continues, now it's just me again.

Speaker 1: We flashed back to Shin saying will you remember me?

Speaker 1: And then the voice is like, but to tell the truth,

Speaker 1: Shin cuts it off and just says kill me. The

Speaker 1: Legion approaches his Reagan Leaf from the side whereas Insignia

Speaker 1: is and says, you've been waiting for this. It raises

Speaker 1: its arm. This moment, Shin is clutching his scarf and sweating,

Speaker 1: and he looks totally afraid, despite that this is kind

Speaker 1: of what he says he wants. The Legion brings down

Speaker 1: its arm, and as it does, we cut to a

Speaker 1: foot stepping through the bottom of the letterbox with a

Speaker 1: field of red spiderlies behind it. The legion is shot

Speaker 1: back before it can actually hit Shin and it explodes.

Speaker 1: Sin's just like what the fuck and stares for a second,

Speaker 1: and then he looks over in the direction of the shot,

Speaker 1: and through his cracked screen he can see a figure

Speaker 1: coming up the hill in the distance. As this person

Speaker 1: moves closer, the little blue flying legion fly away as

Speaker 1: they do, revealing that under them is a field of

Speaker 1: bright red spider lilies. So we know a couple of

Speaker 1: things here. Ay, I remember this field from when they

Speaker 1: were originally in this territory, not the you know mission

Speaker 1: where they were all supposed to die. And b that's

Speaker 1: where that weird red spider lily that was just in
18:26
Speaker 1: the last episode came from. The field is just full

Speaker 1: of them. Anyway, that's not really the exciting part. The

Speaker 1: exciting part is it's Lena Gay. She looks a little

Speaker 1: bit beat up. Wait wait, no, this is so cool.

Speaker 1: I'm just really happy to see Lena again. I'm so

Speaker 1: happy she's not dead, even though I suspected in the

Speaker 1: last episode that the voice that was all garbled up

Speaker 1: some reason, he doesn't have any audio in his cockpit,

Speaker 1: like maybe that's been damaged. And then she just looks

Speaker 1: shocked for a second, and she lowers her arm to

Speaker 1: her chest and looks just incredibly devastated because she thinks

Speaker 1: the reason he isn't responding is because he's probably dead.

Speaker 1: She takes a deep breath, exhales, and turns around to leave,

Speaker 1: and Sin is just sitting there, and then he taps

Speaker 1: something on his control panel while she's walking away. Through

Speaker 1: his intercom, he says, I see that you're with the

Speaker 1: San Magnolia Republic. I want to just say right here,

Speaker 1: that his voice sounds a little distorted, so I can

Speaker 1: understand if maybe somebody wouldn't recognize it. Immediately, she turns

Speaker 1: back around and we get this really cool overlay on
