- 0:01Silver and gold investors, we have plenty to be optimistic
- 0:04about. And on a day like today, we need
- 0:07to remember that yes, $28,000 gold and yes, 300 to $500
- 0:13silver. It's not me saying it, it's not
- 0:16you saying it. It's two of the top analyst in
- 0:19the world of precious metals. But before we get to that, let's
- 0:21go do a look, a quick see, look at the what's happening right
- 0:26now in the silver market. Here we are at CNBC.
- 0:30This is the May futures contract down 4%, down $3.36.
- 0:36Look, we've talked about this many times and as I was looking
- 0:39at this chart before we came on, when you look at that chart of
- 0:43silver, do you see what I see? Right, that isn't that a
- 0:46Christmas song? Do you see what I see?
- 0:49Well, what I see here, I'll just get the crayons out because we
- 0:53need to be optimistic #1 this is one year, OK?
- 0:58And what we see obviously is a big price run up over one year
- 1:03in the price of silver. That's not really the important
- 1:07part. What I see just it's plain as
- 1:09day is that like this area right in here, this kind of spot has
- 1:15been a massive consolidation for silver.
- 1:18Look, it would have been great, right, Had we just continued up,
- 1:24up in a way up in this point. Remember when we hit $120.00
- 1:27silver? But it just, oh man, I can
- 1:30almost not put it into words, but it just feels like kind of
- 1:34in here. We are consolidating.
- 1:36Now. I've said many times, based on
- 1:38all the analysis that I do that about $72 is the line in the
- 1:43sand. If we go below that, I'll start
- 1:46to get a little concerned, but I'm not concerned long term.
- 1:50Not concerned what a long term one bit at all.
- 1:58Sorry, lost audio there for a second because we are fine on a
- 2:01long term basis when it comes to the silver price.
- 2:05And you know what, let's go back a few years and just see how
- 2:08well silver has done. This was astonishing to me.
- 2:13A traditional money shared this from Silver Elephant since 2000.
- 2:18Hold on, not sharing the right screen, there we go.
- 2:20Sorry about that guys. Since 2016, the silver price
- 2:26over the last 10 years, did you know this?
- 2:29The silver price has gone up by almost 500%, almost 5X gold, up
- 2:34by 335% in the M2 money supply, up by only quote UN quote 80%.
- 2:42We're going to talk more about the M2 money supply later, but
- 2:45there it is for those of you who like graphics, right, over the
- 2:48last 10 years, gold, look at silver and compared to the M2
- 2:52money supply. And of course, we're getting all
- 2:54these comparisons with the performance of gold since like
- 3:00the year 2000, excuse me, versus the S&P 500.
- 3:04I mean, is silver even that guy, Michael Saylor, I think we
- 3:08looked at that yesterday that put all that money into Bitcoin.
- 3:11He'd have been way better off having put that money into
- 3:14silver. I apologize for my voice.
- 3:19We've had allergies around here lately.
- 3:21Anyhow, the the outlook, whether we look back ten years or think
- 3:25about this, we just looked at what silver's done 5X over the
- 3:29last 10 years. Imagine 10 years from now.
- 3:33Let's just roughly say we have a $80 silver price right now.
- 3:38If we do 5X in the next 10 years, that'll be $400.00
- 3:42silver. Which I know sounds obnoxious,
- 3:45sounds crazy, but it's not actually with the worsening and
- 3:49worsening of the financial situation of the United States
- 3:53of America, right, is that debt clock number goes from 39 to 40
- 3:58to 50 to 60 trillion. It could happen.
- 4:01It could go much higher than that.
- 4:03I'm, I know I get, I get a little bit of hate sometimes
- 4:07from people that say, oh, you're talking about 300 five, $100
- 4:11silver. Well, it's not me.
- 4:12I'm always referring, I actually believe silver's going to go to
- 4:15like 800 or 1000 in that we could see that within the next
- 4:1910 years. Now, of course, I'm not a
- 4:22financial advisor, you know, do your own research.
- 4:25I can give you this financial advice.
- 4:27Please always be responsible. Diversify dollar cost average
- 4:32into things like precious metals if that's what you decide to do.
- 4:36But that's what I see happening and I think it's a pretty much a
- 4:39sure thing. What about the COT report?
- 4:41The COT, the COT report, A lot of the big silver and gold
- 4:46Youtubers like to focus on these super technical reports.
- 4:49We're going to learn about it. Right now it's actually pretty
- 4:52simple, but this is the post that I want to show you first.
- 4:56Apparently some good news from the COT report.
- 4:59Hold on here. Yep, from silver trade the
- 5:03silver COT report, which I can I'll give you a sneak peek
- 5:06stands for commitment of traders is a bull signal.
- 5:10Large speculators net long 23,000 contracts up 145 this
- 5:16week manage money piled on 932 launch to 14,770, open interest
- 5:22up 1800. New money joining the bulls,
- 5:27specs accumulating while commercials hedge silver's rally
- 5:31has legs. So I wanted to like learn a
- 5:34little bit about what that COT report is.
- 5:36I knew it was the commitment of traders, but why is it so
- 5:39important? So let's learn about this
- 5:41together. The commitment of traders report
- 5:45is a weekly scoreboard published by the government.
- 5:49So we know we can trust that. That reveals exactly how
- 5:52different groups are betting on the price of silver.
- 5:56It breaks the market down into two main sides, the commercials,
- 6:01who are usually those big banks, Oregon mining companies hedging
- 6:04their physical silver, and the speculators like hedge funds and
- 6:10retail investors like you and me.
- 6:12We're just trying to profit from price swings.
- 6:15By looking at this report, investors try to figure out if
- 6:18the big players are feeling bullish, which according to
- 6:21silver trade they are, or bearish, expecting the price to
- 6:26drop. I think we most of us know what
- 6:28bullish or bearish means. For example, if the big banks
- 6:31suddenly stop betting against silver and start buying, which
- 6:36is apparently what that report as of yesterday showed us, it's
- 6:42often seen as a signal that a major price jump might be right
- 6:47around the corner. So very interesting.
- 6:51And, you know, we'll keep an eye on that.
- 6:53Yeah. I, I, I I don't mind.
- 6:55I love looking at charts. I love hearing about cotton
- 6:58reports and all this technical stuff.
- 7:00But at the end of the day, guys, we know what it really comes
- 7:03down to is the value of the US dollar going down the tubes, the
- 7:07M2 money supply and the fundamental factor if we focus
- 7:11on silver, that there's only so much silver on the planet Earth.
- 7:17Don't tell anybody because you can still get it right at the
- 7:20bullion. You can still get it at places
- 7:21like first meant We'll talk about them in a second, right.
- 7:25And that there's that there's a monetary component to silver
- 7:29that's been around actually a little bit longer than gold.
- 7:32Oh, and by the way, and we're going to talk about some crazy,
- 7:36I mean most a new concept when it comes to solar, but there's
- 7:40industrial demand for silver as well.
- 7:42Hey, if you do want to get your hands on some silver, check out
- 7:45channel sponsor First Meant. They are awesome.
- 7:48They're in Las Vegas, NV, they are silver specialist mint.
- 7:53That's all they do. They're owned by First Majestic
- 7:56Silver, Keith Newmeyer's juggernaut silver company.
- 7:59So the silver that you get from First Mint literally goes from
- 8:02the mine to the mint directly to you.
- 8:05It never shows up on a COT report.
- 8:08It's COT free, it's spoof free, it's everything free and the
- 8:13prices are so good. They're not free, but they're
- 8:15good. They're competitive.
- 8:16They've got great customer service in a great selection.
- 8:19Here's their website, firstmint.com.
- 8:22You can check them out. Hey, while we're out here, we'll
- 8:25get the sponsorships mention Brixton Metals.
- 8:28Thank you for sponsoring Ron's Basement.
- 8:30They are a Canadian exploration stage precious metals company,
- 8:34gold, silver, also nickel, cobalt and copper.
- 8:38They got a huge copper project and they have a strategic
- 8:41investment in their company from BHP, which is one of the largest
- 8:46mining companies in the world. And I forgot to show Brixton, I
- 8:50apologize. There's
- 8:51brixtonbrixtonmetals.com. Next we'll go to 1st Mining
- 8:56Gold. They've got 2 massive multi
- 8:58million ounce development stage projects in Canada, Spring Pole
- 9:02in Ontario and Du Parquet located in Quebec.
- 9:05Literally millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada and
- 9:09they're working through the development phase.
- 9:11I always like owning the development phase and
- 9:15exploration phase companies because I like this idea that
- 9:18when you own the stock, these companies have massive amounts
- 9:21of gold, silver, copper, everything in the ground.
- 9:26It's like it's in a vault. It's in Mother Nature's vault,
- 9:29right? And there's a lot that goes in
- 9:30between exploration development in the actual mining of the
- 9:34metals. But the value proposition is
- 9:37unbelievable. I'm going to share with you a
- 9:39video later that you can watch that it.
- 9:41I was a guest on a really cool precious metals channel that
- 9:46focuses on the mining companies. Man, I am all over the place.
- 9:49Hey, we got something fun and new and there's something really
- 9:53cool about this. I got an e-mail yesterday from
- 9:56some of our our fellow basement dwellers and super nice guys.
- 9:59They're like, we built an app and will you check it out?
- 10:02And I'm like, yeah, I'll check it out.
- 10:03And I looked at it and I looked at it on my phone.
- 10:05I was like, this is really cool. I want to share it with you
- 10:08right now. It is called the metal tracker
- 10:13terminal dot lovable dot app, metal dash tracker dash terminal
- 10:19dot lovable dot app. But what I like about this, and
- 10:22it's even easier to see on your phone.
- 10:24They've got the gold price on the left column, the silver
- 10:27price on the right column, but it's all in one place.
- 10:30They also have China, right, the Shanghai Gold Exchange on the
- 10:34left gold, on the right silver. But what I really like is
- 10:37they've got this little thing that shows the premium $10.44
- 10:41right now between the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the silver
- 10:45spot price. But they also have Indias
- 10:48market, which I can sometimes have a hard time seeing.
- 10:51So the price of silver in India 80 just changed, just went up a
- 10:55penny. 8349 our friends in India, but also shows that
- 10:59premium in India as well. And they do.
- 11:02They do the same. Wow, look at the premium.
- 11:06Is that right? For gold in India?
- 11:09This says $432 per oz. That's crazy.
- 11:15Yeah, here, hold on. I'll circle that for you.
- 11:18Maybe it's hard for you to see, but this little red thing
- 11:20Anyway, go check this out again, metal dash tracker dot dot dash
- 11:26terminal dot lovable dot app they're on.
- 11:31They also have the gold to silver ratio, which I found
- 11:33interesting. In China, it's OK.
- 11:36In the US we're about 61.61. Look at that.
- 11:40In China, the gold to silver ratio is much, much lower.
- 11:44OK, what about a massive correction?
- 11:50Some people are saying the stock market's overvalued and we're
- 11:53going to have a massive correction.
- 11:54Doom and gloom. I don't really, I'm kind of 5050
- 11:58on that one, but a lot of people are saying it and then they're
- 12:01saying that gold and silver are going to get completely smashed.
- 12:04Well, there's one guy out there who I got a lot of respect for,
- 12:08Jordan, Roy Byrne, and he put out his perspective on that very
- 12:12fact right here. Let's see what Jordan has to say
- 12:15about a correction and then a like smash down in the gold and
- 12:19silver price. He said gold already dropped
- 12:2527%. Silver has been cut in half.
- 12:29I mean, think about that, right? All these people that are
- 12:31saying, oh, we're going to have a 2008 GFC type crash in the
- 12:35markets and that's going to make gold.
- 12:36And so gold and silver kind of already had their crash.
- 12:39Remember, what was that January 28th Friday I think it was?
- 12:43I don't know. Did the air conditioner stop
- 12:46working at the Comex? Anyway, high quality juniors
- 12:50were sold off 30 or 40%. Gold's open interest right now
- 12:55is at a 17 year low. Silver's was at a 15 year low
- 12:59just weeks ago. Now you want to talk a guy talk
- 13:02about a guy who knows about the technical sides of gold and
- 13:04silver. I think Jordan Roy Byrne knows
- 13:07it as good as anybody. He's a great chart analyst as
- 13:10well. So we're going to listen to him,
- 13:12he says. Yet all I see and hear is fear
- 13:15about a stock market crash in a 2008 style gold wipeout.
- 13:20He says the 2008 boogeyman is back, right?
- 13:25No. The correction might drag on in
- 13:27time, but the lows are in and I want to know that he's talking
- 13:31about the lows that we are seeing in the gold and silver
- 13:36price now. So thank you, Jordan.
- 13:38And I'm in that camp as well. Like, you know, right, silver
- 13:42already kind of had a crash. I mean, remember what February,
- 13:46remember what March felt like? You remember what today?
- 13:48Well, today is not a crash, but you get my point, guys.
- 13:51We're fine with silver as long as we stay above $72.50.
- 13:56That's the basement. That's the basement floor.
- 14:00We get below that. We're going to start singing a
- 14:03different tune. We're still very bullish long
- 14:06term. I won't go through the reasons
- 14:08with you again. You know those reasons, but
- 14:10nonetheless, what about $28,000 gold?
- 14:14Yes, I put it out there on the the thumbnail image for this
- 14:18live stream video. Sometimes I get attacked like oh
- 14:21yours, it's clickbait. No, it's not clickbait.
- 14:24It's real and there's a real analyst Patrick Karen, another
- 14:28one that Northstar bad charts. This guy gets respect in the
- 14:33world of precious metals and he's going to show us, it's real
- 14:36easy to understand how we could be in for $28,000 gold and how
- 14:41$28,000 gold would be. Would it would have been a fact
- 14:46if this had happened back in 1980?
- 14:49I'll explain to you why right now.
- 14:50Hey, before I forget, man, thank you for being down here.
- 14:53We love talking about gold and silver.
- 14:56You're a basement dweller. I'm it's like you're our little
- 14:58time together in the basement. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 15:01We want you to come back and if you can give us a thumbs up,
- 15:04that's awesome as well, $28,000 gold.
- 15:08Patrick Karim right there. He is from 130.
- 15:11That's a lot of followers for gold and silver.
- 15:14Analyst Northstar, bad charts, chart trader, scientific weight
- 15:17of evidence, market analysis, incorporating risk and money
- 15:21management. He says gold is heading towards
- 15:24being worth 4 times the price of the stock market, the S&P 500,
- 15:30which is currently around 7000 as of the last few days.
- 15:34Why? He says it would not surprise me
- 15:37to see a $28,000 price tag on gold before it's all said and
- 15:45done because has has has the gold price ever been 4X the S&P
- 15:51500? So the S&P 507,000 and gold were
- 15:56to be 4 times as valuable. That would make $28,000 gold.
- 16:00So on his chart, let's hold on me move this out of the way.
- 16:05Get this over here. OK, we are right here right now
- 16:11about .6. If you darn it, this is going to
- 16:14bug me. Let's move this over here.
- 16:17There we go. OK, so gold versus the S&P 500,
- 16:21that's what this chart is showing.
- 16:23You take the gold price and you divide it by the S&P 500 like a
- 16:27fraction. Right Now, let's say we got
- 16:29what, $4800 gold divided by 7000 and we're going to be over here
- 16:34about .61. That's right here on this chart.
- 16:39OK, we've gotten this low is .2 right, right around the time we
- 16:44had the tech bubble, right? That that that period of time
- 16:47we've been as high in 19801979AS4.
- 16:54Where is it right here? Wow, actually there's four.
- 16:58That's the four to one target. And the reality is I didn't
- 17:03realize this guys, there's four. We got as high to me looks like
- 17:08at some points as 7 on this chart when they, if you look at
- 17:13this upper Wick up here that you can barely see, but trust me, it
- 17:16goes up there. If we were at 7 S&P, I'm sorry,
- 17:20gold to S&P 500 ratio, that would be at 7000 S&P, that would
- 17:26be $49,000 gold. Wow, unbelievable.
- 17:31But the point here, and even if we go back to 2011, OK, we were
- 17:37at 1.5 gold price, the S&P 500. So that would mean right now if
- 17:44we were at that ratio, we would be at about 14131415.
- 17:49Can we get a fifteen $15,000 gold?
- 17:52This is not out of the question. I'm going to take this chart off
- 17:56the screen. This is not fantasy.
- 17:58This is a mathematical record of what has happened in the past,
- 18:04OK? This is not some dream, right?
- 18:06And on top of that, if you factor in the US government
- 18:10financial situation right now aired in 1980, we're in way
- 18:14worse condition. So people get mad at me, right?
- 18:17People can say, oh, you're crazy telling me we can get $28,000
- 18:21gold. No, the proof's in the pudding,
- 18:24right? And I would argue that it could
- 18:26even go higher because we are in worse condition.
- 18:29The situations are much worse. We've got, we got more debt
- 18:33right now, right, than we have ever had in history as a
- 18:36country, right? That's the fact.
- 18:39On top of that, we've got an oil, such an oil crisis.
- 18:42That's the worst that we've ever had.
- 18:44Think about it, right, Right. So when we look at 19801970 to
- 18:491980, you know, that whole story, we're in way worse shape
- 18:52right now. The underlying fundamental
- 18:56conditions are way worse. And like Jordan Roy Burton said,
- 18:59we already had a crash in the gold price and silver price.
- 19:02Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe in three months.
- 19:04I'm sitting down here saying, guys, silver's it.
- 19:07I mean, silver's at $44.00 an ounce.
- 19:11And I'm crying, OK, and I'm shaking.
- 19:14I'm cold out here in the basement.
- 19:16But I don't think so. That just seems, that seems out
- 19:19of the realm of possibilities, doesn't it?
- 19:22Right. Now, think about this, right
- 19:24though, that chart that I showed you, those are real hard
- 19:27numbers. If, if we were at the same ratio
- 19:31right now that we were in 1980, we'd be a $28,000 gold.
- 19:35Where do you think I have to get my calculator out?
- 19:38Where do you think we would be? Hold on, If we had a 50 to 1
- 19:42gold to silver ratio, 50 to 1, which is not, I mean, some
- 19:47people say we're going to go to 30, we're going to be
- 19:49conservative. We'll be wildly optimistic with
- 19:51the gold price 28,000, but we'll be where's my calculator?
- 19:55There it is, 28,000 divided by a 50 to 1 gold to silver ratio.
- 20:01The answer I don't know if yeah, you can see it, that would be
- 20:06560. Dollar per oz silver.
- 20:14Wow, that would be absolutely incredible.
- 20:19Yes, Upstairs, Susie, what's something?
- 20:23Happened on the news to cause this little drop today in the
- 20:30gold and silver. Oh, upstairs, Susie has a
- 20:33question that maybe some of you are pondering as well.
- 20:36She's wondering that something happened in the news that caused
- 20:38the drop in gold and silver. Before I answer that, let's just
- 20:42go out and take a look real quick and make sure there wasn't
- 20:45more of a drop since we came on. Hold on here.
- 20:48And now we're still down about four or 5%.
- 20:52Now with the, the, the, the reason, Susie into you, the
- 20:56viewers that we're having this, it's short term noise, OK?
- 20:59The reason why we got the silver prices down today, nothing more
- 21:03than short term noise. It's speculation that these
- 21:06peace talks aren't going to happen between the US and, I
- 21:10don't know, maybe it's changed in the last 30 minutes.
- 21:13It's speculation about the Straits of Hormuz being open,
- 21:16being closed, being open, being closed.
- 21:18It's speculation about the ceasefire, but it's thought that
- 21:22things aren't looking good. The, the general consensus is
- 21:25that there's worry that the, that the, that the peace talk
- 21:30situation is not going well. That may have changed.
- 21:37Oh, Wash, that's another. Thank you, man.
- 21:40Upstairs, Susie. OK, thank you.
- 21:45For those of you who are new, this is our lovely assistant
- 21:49upstairs, Susie, who also happens to be my wife, and she
- 21:52communicates on this walkie-talkie.
- 21:54Yeah, Wash, apparently the headlines.
- 21:56Let's back up here. And then there was something
- 21:59else she said. Maybe she'll remind me.
- 22:01But Wash is the new nominee for the Fed Apparently.
- 22:04He said he's not going to just do President Trump's bidding,
- 22:08which people may have looked at as well.
- 22:11I'm not going to lower interest rates.
- 22:13But let's be real. He's probably going to say
- 22:17whatever he needs to say to get elected.
- 22:20So that also some combination of what's going on in the in the
- 22:24Middle East and, and, and speculation that things aren't
- 22:28going well there. And then what, what Wash is
- 22:31saying as well are probably the two biggest factors that today
- 22:35are having. It's a short term, it's noise
- 22:38guys. It's noise that's driving these
- 22:41these markets. I know, look, it's volatility.
- 22:44We talk about that all the time down here.
- 22:46I understand red days. I don't like it.
- 22:49It's a little depressing when you see the silver price down
- 22:525%. Yeah, OK.
- 22:54But haven't we established right this it's there's going to be
- 22:58volatility And remember the one year chart we looked at and
- 23:01silver it, you know, a year ago right now I got news for you
- 23:05guys and me as well. If we were sitting down here one
- 23:10year ago, let's go look. All right, let's go look at the
- 23:13it's already up for US. One year ago right now, the
- 23:17silver price was about $33 per oz if we've been sitting down
- 23:22here together. And a lot of you were right.
- 23:26And we, we, we talked about, you know, a year ago at $33 silver
- 23:31price that we'd be sad because we have $76 silver price a year.
- 23:36In a year, we would have been jumping for joy.
- 23:41We'd have been having a party. I'd have been dancing with that
- 23:43big stuffed bear behind me, right?
- 23:45I mean, so just remember that. And don't forget, right, that,
- 23:49that that bear, that's the silver bear.
- 23:51He had a $85 blindfold on for years.
- 23:54We took that off. So things are OK.
- 23:57Things will continue to get better.
- 23:59There was something else Susie brought up.
- 24:01Susie, I forgot the other question you had or maybe that I
- 24:05had. Another question, I just did
- 24:09that super. Chat OK, Yep, Yep, we will.
- 24:12We will get to that. Let's talk about the M2 money
- 24:15supply. Jesse Colombo, right, like the
- 24:18the hottest rising star in the world, three to three to $500
- 24:22silver. Let's go check it out.
- 24:24But what he talks about also is the M2 money supply.
- 24:28And we're going to learn why that is so important for us to
- 24:32understand. And here he is.
- 24:35Make sure I got the right screen up.
- 24:36Here we go. This is Jesse Colombo.
- 24:39He writes a sub stack called the Bubble Bubble Report.
- 24:42It's like, I think the biggest sub stack in the world of gold
- 24:46and silver. And there's a reason why this
- 24:48guy is smart and he's dead on. Let's talk about the M2 money
- 24:52supply and then let's talk about the silver price.
- 24:56He says with all the concern over the rising cost of living
- 24:59in the United States and globally, the root cause is
- 25:03being ignored, which is the rapid expansion of the money
- 25:06supply. And that's one of the biggest.
- 25:09OK Anyway, a core tenant of my outlook is that a new secular
- 25:13bull market in precious metals began 2 years ago based on
- 25:17historical patterns and will persist for at least a decade.
- 25:22In this scenario, I see gold reaching 15 to 20,000 per oz and
- 25:29silver reaching 300 to $500.00 an ounce, with platinum,
- 25:34Palladium, mining stocks all rising on a commensurate level.
- 25:38OK in green. One of the reasons why I am so
- 25:41bullish on precious metals and miners is the relentless
- 25:45expansion of the money supply both in the US and globally, and
- 25:49how that erodes the purchasing power of Fiat or paper
- 25:54currencies, resulting in inflation.
- 25:57OK, we got some and we got some other cool things to talk about
- 26:00with this. Precious metals are the best
- 26:02hedges against that over the long run, especially in tough
- 26:05times. I see a head in which this Fiat
- 26:09money regime has existed since 1971 unravels.
- 26:15We're going to look at the chart in one second, but I want to
- 26:17remind you of something, OK, what what started in 1971 and
- 26:22went through 1980, OK, where we had this unbelievable rally in
- 26:28silver from now under $1.50 to over $50.
- 26:32Think about this. This just hit me.
- 26:34This is very important 1970 to 1980.
- 26:39Nixon took us off the gold standard in 1971.
- 26:42That was just the absolute beginning of the world of Fiat
- 26:46money in the United States. That was like the the, the the
- 26:50first couple innings. Now we've got 50 years of built
- 26:55up, 56 years of built up mismanagement of the Fiat.
- 26:59Look at what is the point is look at what gold and silver did
- 27:03during that period, right? Like Jesse said, the post 1971
- 27:06when they expanded the money supply started to expand.
- 27:09They'd print money out of thin air, but that was just the very
- 27:13beginning. They were just getting their
- 27:14little foot sweat beezies wet at the Fed.
- 27:17They were like, oh, we can gosh, we don't have to back up the
- 27:21money with gold and silver anymore.
- 27:23We can, we can print. And so when they first started
- 27:26doing it, they were just, you know, they had their training
- 27:29wheels on. Well, guess what?
- 27:31The training wheels are off at the Fed now.
- 27:35They're like driving one of those Kawasaki Ninja
- 27:37motorcycles. I that that dawned on me this
- 27:40morning when I was reading through what Jesse said.
- 27:42OK, now let's go back and look at the chart just to get an idea
- 27:46of what he's talking about with this bull market and where
- 27:51things started. OK, wrong one, go down a little
- 27:55bit. All right, one more quick
- 27:57paragraph. I want to point out that the USM
- 27:592 money supply bottomed out just six months before the current
- 28:03secular bull market and precious metals began.
- 28:06And I believe that this is no coincidence, OK?
- 28:10The M2 money supply did bottom and then six months later the
- 28:14bull market started. But one of the primary reasons
- 28:17why precious metals took off. So if we look at his chart here,
- 28:21OK, you can see, OK, this is where in red the M2 money supply
- 28:26bottomed in October of 2023 right here.
- 28:30And then very clearly, right, it starts to go up and that's six
- 28:34months later in gold. He's got that's where the
- 28:38current secular bull market in precious metals began in April
- 28:44of of 2024. And he's calling.
- 28:47And again, this is the M2 money supply.
- 28:51Since October, when it bottomed, the M2 money supply has surged
- 28:55by 2 trillion, or 2%. Let's go out to the US debt
- 29:00clock, right and see proof of what he's talking about, which
- 29:05is right. Where's the M2 money supply?
- 29:07There it is right in the middle left of your screen.
- 29:11I don't know if I can circle this for you.
- 29:13Yes, I can or not. That's the M2 money supply.
- 29:17Is it still going up? Well, let's look.
- 29:19Let's see if we can keep track. There's 300, it's 22 trillion,
- 29:24700 billion, but let's see how long it takes for another
- 29:27$100,000 to get added to the M2 money supply.
- 29:32OK, here we we are. We're coming up on 700 thousand,
- 29:36800,900 thousand. OK, so you get my point.
- 29:43The M2 money supply continues to expand, as does the US national
- 29:49debt. We're now at 39 trillion, $146
- 29:54billion. It's really astonishing what's
- 29:58going on right now in the world. I'm going to I've got some crazy
- 30:02insights for you about solar. We'll talk about that tomorrow,
- 30:06but I want to show you something.
- 30:07I was a guest on a new guy who started a channel in the gold
- 30:12and silver sector. I was his first like non mining,

- 30:19really quick. I'll ask you to help support
- 30:21him. He's a great guy.
