The district attorney's office says Lejon Mabon
• 0:23
was sentenced to 41 years to life for a 2021

home invasion where the homeowner was shot twice
• 0:30
but survived. Detectives later tied Mabon to
• 0:34
the scene through DNA on clothing recovered after
• 0:37
the attack. And in a quick follow -up to yesterday's
• 0:40
standoff near 47th Avenue and Martin Luther King
• 0:43
Jr. Boulevard, after more than five hours, unfortunately,
• 0:47
the suspect did take his own life. In City Watch,

• 1:57
