Transcript
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Racers Odds.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: I'm David Stiles.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: He's Andrew Curlin.
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: Andrew, I don't know if we've recovered yet from the long nights at Echo Park Speedway, but what a weekend of racing.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Ryan Blaney even took the Harley out on the track after it was over.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: It was just a great, great weekend in Atlanta at Echo Park Speedway.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: And oh yeah, I did really, really, really well in the sports books.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: I only missed one bet last week, and the parlays even paid off.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: So I'm on a hot streak.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: You are, and I'm not.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: I'm like Tyler Rennick bleeding the points, and you're Denny Hamlin catching me uh in this monopoly money uh bankroll that we've both got going here.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: But um yeah, Echo Park was uh it was an eventful race for sure.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: It was a race that happened.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Honestly, like once we got the track all dried off, I was entertained.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: I was caffeinated and fired up and ready to go.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And um I just wish we had Chase Briscoe on Racers Odds at about the uh rain delay mark of that race because I talked to him right before we were gonna get back in the car and roll, and he's like, This race is gonna play into the Ford's hands.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Like they have the trimmed-out speed.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Handling is not as much of an issue as it was before this weather delay.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: The Toyotas are all made for handling, and the Fords are completely trimmed-out race cars.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: And look who the fastest car was all night long.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: It was Ryan Blaney.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And when it came time to win the race and be the fastest car, Ryan Blaney was the one to get it done.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: So um I I'm not complaining.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: I I think it was cool to see the best car win the super speedway race.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: You don't normally see that a lot.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: It's kind of hard to even tell who the best car is at a lot of these super speedway races.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: But we had a clear number one driver, and it was Ryan Blaney, and he got it done.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: Well, on paper, it looks like he just dominated the thing.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: But we had 30 lead changes among ten different drivers.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: So and it was not sorted out until the final lap, which is just makes Echo Park just fabulous for racing.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: If you don't like that kind of stuff, like Kyle Bush said, then don't even watch because it the racing's just so good there.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: But you did have some wins.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: You got Blaney to top 10 to win.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: You also had Josevar to top 10.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: And uh the one that I guess hurts the most is the Austin Hill to top 10.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: And uh that that just didn't happen.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: And then Saturday's race, I thought I picked him on Pit Road.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: I ended up going to Pit Road uh in Echo Park, so we had a lot of fun with that, and he was very good, but had a lot of damage, and it just didn't it didn't work out for him.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: Now we get ready to go to a track that has not seen a points pain race in 30 years.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: The last time we were here at North Wilkesboro Speedway was in late September of 1996, and Jeff Gordon won that race, the last points race that we've had at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: Now I will say we've had three All-Star races here, and we are getting ready to have our fourth truck race at this facility.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: So the track has seen some action, but this is the first points paying race that we've had here, and I'm really excited.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: This is, I guess you could say, the closest track to me growing up, and I just never got a chance to go to it because I was five the last time they raced here.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: So it's uh it's been a while and and I'm really excited for it, and it should put on a good show, and we're deep in this in-season challenge, which is also a lot of fun for me right now because it's predicated on all these matchups.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: So you've prepared to go up to Wilkes County and go to North Wilkesboro Speedway.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: What are you looking at to short this race here middle of the week as we get ready to go up there and see some short track action?
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I don't think we should discount these all-star races.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start off by saying that because uh even though we've only had three races and that's a relatively small sample size, there's a lot of consistent trends that I'm seeing.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: And the biggest one, and and we've been talking about it the last couple of months, is when is Joey Logano gonna turn it around?
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: He might be my favorite going into this weekend.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Uh across three races, he has led uh 338 total laps.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: He won the race in 2024.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Honestly, should have won it last year.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: If you remember, we kind of had that gimmicky promoter's caution that Michael Waltrip threw, and that ultimately gave Christopher Bell the win.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Logano stayed out, Bell took tires, and that was the winning strategy call.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: But Logano was the man most of last year's All-Star race.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Um he he's finished top ten in the last six short track races, ninth last week.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: I like his momentum.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: And he finished second in this race last year, arguably could have won it had that late race caution not come out or not have been in the cards.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: Um I really like him.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: You know, we talk all year about like where the heck has Ford been, and honestly, like Ford is my number one manufacturer this weekend.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Ryan Blaney uh has an opportunity to clinch a playoff or a chase spot this weekend.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Uh last week's winner, he's going for his ninth straight top ten.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: He's finished top sixth in the last seven short track races.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: He could be a winner.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: Um so it's funny how like the storylines have changed as soon as we go to a short track.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: I mean, we haven't been to a short track since Bristol.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: And if you remember last time the Fords were dominating, Ryan Blaney should have won that race on speed.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: I think as we shift to this new style of racing, it's been all Toyota talk, but I really like the Fords this weekend.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: One thing to also remember is that they're gonna make a push.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Like there is gonna be a Pinsky push here.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: It started last week in Atlanta.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: I'm a full believer in it, and these next handful of races line up really, really well for them, and they've kind of fixed those little problems on pit road that I think caused Blaney to lose that race at Bristol earlier in the season because he had track position to start the race.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: He ran really well, then they pitted, and he would lose all the track position and then have to fight his way back up into the top five, and it just made for a hard win.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: So I I like what you're saying.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: Logano is favored in some books.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: I I was just looking at it a second ago, and if you're looking at him, it's plus a thousand.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: I like that for him to win the race.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: The other thing to top five plus one thirty, that's good as well.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: If you look at him to top ten, this is where you you know you start to see, I think, a little bit better odds for different people.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: And Logano's minus two twenty five to top ten at North Wilkes Pro.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: So Andrew is right on the money.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: I think Joey's going to be very good here.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: And you know, I'm this is self-serving for me as well because I've got him to win the championship still in that push, and so I need him to have a couple of good races in a row, and I think it is going to happen.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: So I I like those bets.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: Another guy that I'm looking at to top 10 is the gentleman that won the clash at the beginning of the year.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: Ryan Priest.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: He's very, very good on this style of track.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: I think that he'll run really competitively, and the like you said, the Fords are going to be pretty good.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: So I've got Ryan Priest to top 10 at plus 130.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: He's one of the first couple of drivers with plus money to top 10 on Caesars.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: The other one, Bubba Wallace.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: So I like both of those guys, but I think I'm going to put the money on Ryan Priest, and I've got Bubba coming up in another bet here shortly.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: So what else are you thinking for this weekend?
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like that.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: The uh I just re-watched last year's North Wilkesboro All-Star race.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: And again, it's an all-star race, but honestly, they ran green for most of that race.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: Like there wasn't any stages.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: Like you got to see who the best car was over a long green flag run.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Um, and the two best cars, I mentioned one of them, Joey Logano, but the second best car was the guy that won the race.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Christopher Bell was up in that top five, top three all night long, had the best strategy call to ultimately get him to the win.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: But he, regardless, before that, uh was still one of the best cars out there.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Winner last year, he uh has had five runner-ups this season, and including one of them was last weekend at Echo Park Speedway, and he's just been really good as of late.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: So I like Christopher Bell to win the race, um, but I did just put some things together.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: So I put a Logano top ten at plus one thirty-five, and then Bell and Blaney top ten parlay, both of them to finish in the top tens plus two thirty.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Um that's what I like.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: And then um I'll just roll through the rest of them because you're gonna see a trend here.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: Ryan Blaney to win the race plus five hundred.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: I just I think he's the favorite going into this weekend.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: I know I said Lugano, but I'm talking myself into Blaney as I speak out loud here.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Um plus three twenty for Penskey to win.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: That's how I round out my bets.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: I really like just a Penskey car winding up in victory lane, either Logano or Blaney.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know if Sindrick necessarily has the speed to match them, but um, that's what I like.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And and to go back to your Ryan Priest bet, he's finished in the top ten in 50% of the last six short track races that we've been to.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: So he uh he certainly has the potential and speed to be able to do that.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Well, it's just one of those things that he's good on these short tracks.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: This is what Ryan Priest has made his name off of there in Connecticut at Stafford Speedway, and and I think he'll just he'll run well, I have a feeling.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: So that's plus 130 on Caesars.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: I like this Christopher Bell bet to win.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: I think there will be some strategy.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: This will be the longest race we've had at North Wilkesboro.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: It'll be 450 laps.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: So this will be a marathon.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: And oh yeah, by the way, Christopher Bell has the best pit crew statistically out of any pit crew in the Cup Series.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: So that will make a difference just because you're going to make up spots on pit road and get track position.
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: We saw that happen last week at Echo Park Speedway, where he had another second place finish.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: That's five of them on the year with no win yet.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: So it is coming, and I think it may be this weekend.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: Again, that bet plus 475.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: I really like that.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: And you know me, I usually don't pick a winner.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: So I'm I'm hammering down on that, and it kind of goes with these other matchups.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: So we've only got two for the in-season challenge left, so it'll be a two-leg parlay.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: We're gonna ride with the people that we picked because if I don't, I feel like that's we're just not gonna follow the principle.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: So the first one, Elliott versus Todd Gillilland.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Chase Elliott is minus 600, Todd Gillilland plus 400.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: If you've got any kind of inclination that Todd might be good, that's a pretty lengthy matchup there at plus 400.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: You might as well pick him to win something else.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna put a few units on Chase Elliott.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna gain a whole lot of uh bang for your buck as far as your investment goes by betting on a minus 600.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: But when you pair it with Bale versus Blaney, where the matchup is Bale minus 110, Blaney minus 140, and we're picking Bale, it actually makes our parlay plus 145, which is a little bit more palatable.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: We're in plus money.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: So put a few units on that.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: It's a two-legg parlay.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: I know the odds are not very high, but this show's not about getting rich quick.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: It's about growing your bankroll and helping you find that money as you invest it through sports betting here on NASCAR.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: So I like both of those.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: So uh Elliott minus 600, Bell plus 110, and that'll be our little two-legger.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: Now, there are two other matchups that I really like, and they're both even at minus 115.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: The first one, Bubba Wallace versus Chris Busher.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: Bubba Wallace's statistics on the short tracks lately have been really, really good.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Chris Busher's known to run well on short tracks, but the data is not there as of late, and I actually think Ryan Priest has been running better in the RFK cars on the short tracks than Chris Busher has.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to put a few units on Bubba Wallace.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: Everything that happened at Echo Park last week, where he was running second, got moved back to 29th.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: I think that'll fuel the fire a little bit for him.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: And those 23-11 cars in the Toyota camp have just been so good all season long.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: So I like Bubba Wallace in that matchup when it's even.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: They're both at minus 115.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: That's a flip of the coin.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: The second one, two teammates matched up against one another, both of them in Toyotas, Ty Gibbs versus Chase Briscoe.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: Briscoe needs a good run, but Ty Gibbs won at Bristol earlier this season.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: And I think to put the money on Ty Gibbs is a smart bet.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: Another good finish for him last week.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: He's got a ton of momentum.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: So that is the other bet that I'm looking at.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: Ty Gibbs minus 115 over Chase Briscoe.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: So those are the matchups.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: Those are the parlay.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: That's the in-season challenge, and we're hoping that Christopher Bell can go because I put a few units on him at plus 1,000 when Sonoma was here.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: So we need Christopher Bell to win.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: And so I'm riding that train.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: Give me the 20 car for the remainder of this in-season challenge.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: We've only got two races left.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: So it's been it's been a lot of fun.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I've had a lot of fun with it.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, if you've listened to this and you've put a few units here and there on the matchups that I've given you, we've done pretty well.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: So that's about all I'll say with it.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: I'll pat myself on the back a little here.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Ty Gibbs, I like because he's finished top five in both of the short track races that we went to, including, as you mentioned, that Bristol win, um, which I like a lot.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So um, David, one other bet that I have, and I've already made it.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: I made it a few months ago, actually, and it's why I'm wearing an Argentina jersey, uh, is because I bet Argentina to win the World Cup back in June on Cauchy when they had a 19% chance to win it.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Guess what?
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: They're in the World Cup final, they play on Sunday, so I gotta root on my Argentina team because if they win, I got them at some pretty long odds back a few months ago.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: So uh Leo Messi, man, he's unstoppable.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: He's the greatest of all time, and uh gotta wear the jersey to represent him.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: You'll have to you have to give me a little bit of a hard time because I played soccer, but I don't know a whole lot about soccer.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: And when we were coming back from Echo Park Speedway Saturday night, we had the soccer game on the phone, and Andrew was driving, and he said, Well, tell me what's happening.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: And I did my best.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: I called a goal, but it it wasn't the best play-by-play I've ever done, but we got it.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: We had some fun with it.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: And uh yeah, we got to see Argentina beat uh who were they playing?
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: Switzerland?
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: They were, yeah, they were playing Switzerland.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: And they just remember they just beat uh England the other day to advance to the World Cup final, and um they've got all the heart.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: That's the thing.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: They've they've come back and have so many comeback wins this tournament.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: It's uh they're just a fun team to watch.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: And uh, if it's not the U.S., gimme Argentina to win it all.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: But David, as you've been strategizing your moves, I've been looking at pick them, and I think we should go there next because I'm gonna call an audible, I think, as to who I pick as my top driver.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: Uh, do we know who gets to pick first, though?
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: So I scored 22 points, you scored 17 points.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: I had Daniel Suarez last week, you had Ty Dillon.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: Ty Dillon actually finished ahead of Daniel Suarez.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: But didn't get as many points.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: And I thought Daniel Suarez, yeah, but he didn't get as many points.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: I thought Daniel Suarez might be more of a factor late in that race, but uh their car got pretty tight in traffic and they ended up pitting a couple of times, and they took four tires versus two, and everybody else took two, and it kind of hamstrung the team.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: They they were a top five car, I think.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: They just got mired back in traffic, but he scored a ton of points.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: 22 points, and you finished 22nd.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: That's a pretty that's a pretty good day.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: So that moves you to minus 149 in our point standings.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Um I do get to pick first, so I will walk you through my strategy because you weren't gonna be able to pick this driver uh that I was going to go with, but uh I was gonna pick Ryan Priest.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: That's who I was gonna go with, that's who I had slotted down for North Wilkesboro, but I don't like it.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: I'm going and I'm making a big move this weekend because I'm confident in this driver, and he is just jumping off the page like he hasn't all season long.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: I want Joey Logano uh this weekend at North Wilkesboro, and I will move Ryan Priest to pick him at New Hampshire.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna flip-flop the two.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: You already picked Ryan Priest, so I'm not afraid to tell you what my strategy is, but give me Joey Logano, and I think we're gonna have a handsome point today.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Oh man.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: See, I I was thinking, should I do something like that as well?
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Should I pick someone that I think will run and have a chance to win the race and be top five car?
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: And I I can't do it.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: I'm so far behind that I need I've already and here's the thing, I've wasted one of my bigger picks and only got two points out of Reddick at Chicagoland a couple weeks ago, so I'm a little bit snake bit, and I'm already down 149 points, so I think that that you've made a great pick.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: But I've got to use this guy right here because if I don't, then I'm gonna end up having to use him somewhere else down the line, and it we're getting pretty late in the season.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And he runs pretty well at these kind of tracks, and you're gonna shake your head because I know I'm not gonna score any points.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: Give me Noah Gregson.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: So it could happen.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: He doesn't run real well, but it's part of the strategy.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Give me the four-car.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: I don't know what pain scheme they're running, but I like it when he runs along John Silver's car.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: I think it looks good.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: So his best finish here is 11th.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Um, granted, that was in an all-star race, but uh he was a fan vote and had to drive his way from the back when he finished 11th.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: So um not terrible.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: I will say, of of all the drivers that does have probably more of a notebook here that would be in that category of back half, it is Noah Gregson because he's won that fan vote.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: And so he's he's been in the all-star race all of these years.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Whereas these other drivers have had to race in the open, they don't have any seat, they don't have as much seat time.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: So Noah Gregson actually could be someone that surprises us.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: I don't think that's a terrible move, David.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: I really don't.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: No.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: When when doing this at the beginning of the year and slotting it through, those are kind of some of the numbers that I looked at, and I was like, well, this isn't bad because then maybe I can save some.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: The whole strategy for me is to save the guys towards the end of the season.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: And so we've done a little bit of that.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: I've been bit a couple of times because SVG, Tyler Reddick, they've netted me three points in total.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: And they're those picks are gone.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: And so that's why I'm down so badly, is because Andrew's capitalized on both of those misfortunes where you know, in those in those weeks where he's picked them, he's he's been able to cash in.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: He hasn't picked Reddick yet, but he got 63 points for Shane Van Gisberg as well.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And you picked Reddick already, right?
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've picked Reddick already.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: You're gonna have to wait.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to wait all season to hear my my Tyler Reddick pick.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: I I'm waiting to use him at homestead.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: Well, and uh you don't have to worry, I can't pick him, so you you're you're he's my homestead pick no matter what.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we'll see what happens.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: So I'm excited to go to North Wilkesboro.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: It is an exciting race, it's in a great area of the country because I'm from Western North Carolina, so it's right there in the mountain area, foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: It's a great place to see a race, and it's part of NASCAR's history, and they've really leaned into the nostalgia, which is pretty cool for that area.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: So you can catch all that action here on PRN.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: I know Andrew, you'll be on Pitt Road, so that's exciting.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: Uh any anything that you're looking forward to?
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: Uh I I I'm just honored, honestly, to be back part of the history.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Um it's cool to say that I'm gonna be on the broadcast of the first points race at North Wilkesboro in just about 11,000 days.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: And so um that's something that I don't take lightly.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: That's uh a really neat honor, and that's what I'm most looking forward to is being part of that history that this special racetrack brings to the sport.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Well, here on Racers Odds, it's all about trying to add some fun into those weekly NASCAR races, helping you grow that bankroll, and tune in next week.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: We'll short Indy and tell you what happened at North Wilkesboro.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: For Andrew Curland, I'm David Stiles.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: Thanks for stopping by Racers Odds.
