- 0:09Man, I want your host off the ponies. Go ahead, and any
- 0:11juice sheld be due to the pod. Let's go ahead and get the other
- 0:14members of the pot in here. That's right. She is the first lady
- 0:17of the pot, the only lady of the pod, and she is fluffy
- 0:20and finance. Key key, Hey, friends, what's up, kiky?
- 0:25How you feeling? Everybody's good? We're good. I wasn't invited to the
- 0:28brunch. That's crazy? Hoe? Do I need to please? Because I
- 0:35invited? Tone? Is that in the same text message spread? I don't
- 0:40know and I want to say tone even loved the message? I did?
- 0:43Oh? I did? I went to church. I had to go to
- 0:45church. Whoa, I went to church. I went to church. Two
- 0:47brothers, the services and not and after eight I can't do the eight o'clock
- 0:51sir. I got a I got a betting podcast that I do, a
- 0:55sports betting podcast that I do at ten thirty on Sundays. And then I
- 0:59go to the one o'clock service. And by the time I would have got
- 1:02to you your dinner, I mean your brunch. I would have been it
- 1:04had been dinner time. Actually, well it was from twelve to four,
- 1:07so you had more than enough time. However, you know I didn't take
- 1:11it personal because y'all know I don't go to nothing. You didn't cut to
- 1:17my birthday. Damn not that that's crazy. So I explained that times.
- 1:23But see, this is what you call gas lighting, because let's talk about
- 1:26this brunch, your birthday. We didn't get past that. It's not going
- 1:30back there. We healed, we healed. You have never been the one
- 1:34event. Is that true? I don't know something. No. I support
- 1:40all your events. You do, you do it, you do support all
- 1:44my events. I have been to one of your events before. I just
- 1:46remember because we was in a club and Zach was there. We had a
- 1:49good time. But so quick video proof. I will pull up the videos.
- 2:00I remember what I had on. But I am a friend, a
- 2:04friend that my friend is popping, like talk upon is popping, and people
- 2:08get mad at me because I don't like talk upon you to death, Like
- 2:12can you get me in here? Can I get it? Can I go
- 2:13with you here? I don't like to bother him. He's working that's all
- 2:16a job for him. So I don't want to be his fluffy and fine
- 2:20friends following him around the club. So that's why I don't come out.
- 2:23Guy, that's what he's there for. I know, I know that takes
- 2:28fully. He takes enough advantage for both of us. So just know that
- 2:31is the only that lie. The lie is so good, she said,
- 2:40I remember what I had on what man? I all right, let's go
- 2:46ahead and get you the next intro man. What's up Zach Buoy? That
- 2:50is our funny man at the pod Man, And he's always changed his hairstyle,
- 2:53making me jealous because I am bald man. What's up my bald brother?
- 3:00That don't take me too far? You my brother involved? You know
- 3:08something? I'm sorry that something I don't want. I'm sorry. I don't
- 3:15want no Problems's good with you. I'm good man. I can't complain.
- 3:19I actually was at the brunch. It was an amazing brunch. And at
- 3:22your birthday party was amazing birthday party. What they have this time? Now?
- 3:24I did the first I went to you something shrimping grits nuts. It
- 3:30was nuts, like I meant like, it was good. It was crazy.
- 3:35I was like okay. The shrimping grits were delicious. Okay. The
- 3:43Philly cheese, the Philly cheese steak sliders, Oh you brought those back?
- 3:47Something else? Them? Were them different? Yeah? Them were different?
- 3:52Them taste like them? Had you in a choke? Hold? We you
- 3:54like? How many of these can I eat? You know? Then that
- 4:00only did they have bacon THI thick bacon good? Good? Why do you
- 4:12win you over the not? Then they had complimentary cocktails. I came into
- 4:19an express so it was it was a good time, man. Yeah,
- 4:26what about the ladies? What about them? Bring out the ladies? That
- 4:30the nice people there? I ain't I'm not gonna talk upon you. I'm
- 4:34gonna let you live today. You know, you talk, you'd be like
- 4:41Zach. So it wasn't no ladies down. And then you know he had
- 4:44you tell all his business. So I'm gonna just say, Zach had a
- 4:46great time. He had a great time, didn't you, brother, Your
- 4:50brother, man, I had a good time. Yes you did, Yes,
- 4:58you did, like a mug like, oh it was ladies there,
- 5:03like he didn't remember. He came in. He came in his most lazy
- 5:10playing fit to act like he really wasn't trying to dress up, but he
- 5:13was really dressing up. The bacon wasn't the only thing thick up in there.
- 5:17Okay, yes it was. It was a beautiful He's just as bad
- 5:24as Tone. Now. I'm just saying, she want to snitch on you.
- 5:29I'm here after the pot. It's cool, like you know, Yeah,
- 5:32that was networking. That's what we name for it. I like that
- 5:38this man is a serial networker. I like network I wasn't doing nothing crazy.
- 5:44Oh my god, let's get to it. If we have not potted
- 5:47since the Drake album came out. Right now that Drake album came out,
- 5:51I know we're gonna have people defending it. Maybe I haven't asked you guys
- 5:57what you thought about it. Me personally, I think that it wasn't.
- 6:00I think it's impossible for Drake to make a bad, bad album. It's
- 6:03impossible. But do I think it was a great Drake album? No?
- 6:08Do I think it's gonna it's gonna age? Well? No, kind of
- 6:12like the one when he was trying to tell us about electro house or whatever
- 6:15that was. That was trash. I just think Drake has decided to say,
- 6:19man, I want to sing no, bo, you are a rapper.
- 6:24People like you because you're a rapper that can sing, but the album
- 6:28can't be seventy percent singing in thirty percent rap. We want the bars.
- 6:31What you think over there shaking your head because I just feel like everybody gives
- 6:36Drake such a hard time, but I want to, like, we have
- 6:40to before we give critique, we have to acknowledge that the man has been
- 6:43consistent for a very long time. And that's very hard to do in today's
- 6:46industry, right, so that I take my hat off to you. But
- 6:51all this randomness, I don't want it. I don't want it. So
- 6:56whenever my artists, my favorite artist gets to a point where they're burnt out,
- 7:00and it's okay, it happens to all creatives, take some time off,
- 7:03try some other things, go back to acting. Start open a car
- 7:08wash. I don't know what you need to do acting? Yeah, you
- 7:12know, like open a logmat. That's what the hood dudes do in my
- 7:15neighborhood. Do something else, Okay, until you have that fireback in you
- 7:19to drop another album, because I hate when they tarnish their legacy and brands
- 7:24by putting out subpar projects. And as a fit. I'm gonna be honest
- 7:29with y'all. Nothing has made me be like, oh my god, Drake
- 7:32dropped an album. I must stop what I'm doing and go listen. And
- 7:35that is what usually happens when Drake drops an album, is that I make
- 7:40time in my schedule to go listen. This. From what i've the singles
- 7:44that's been put out, it's just kind of like, oh, Drake dropping
- 7:46now, huh okay, And I don't like that for my legends and people
- 7:50who are at Drake's status. So instead of us, I feel like set
- 7:55him continuing to put our projects that we can tear apart and that are not
- 7:58up to the Drake standard. Take some time off, do it. You
- 8:01know, hey, drive uber. I don't know, but like relax for
- 8:05a little bit, and then because you know, when you just you just
- 8:07do random stuff like you know, you can go do he can go do
- 8:11whatever. He's Drake, he can do whatever. But don't feel that you
- 8:13have to the pressure is on you to keep dropping projects that don't make sense.
- 8:18It ain't moving the needle. It ain't moving the needle. I don't
- 8:22know. That's just my take. I got an idea. Kiki sparked an
- 8:24idea I got for Drake. So go ahead, go ahead, zach Don,
- 8:28what do you think about it? Bro Will? I just I feel
- 8:30I agree. I'm not saying that this is his best album, but I
- 8:31don't feel like y'all put Drake in a position where he really can't in,
- 8:37you know. And it might be because of how great he is, you
- 8:39know what I'm saying. And we all love him from different moments of his
- 8:41career, and we all have our favorite Drake. We all have our favorite
- 8:46Drake. Does that make sense? So when you don't get your favorite Drake
- 8:50on the album, you don't like it. Tone likes rapping Drake, I
- 8:54like talk talk ish about like when he boss up and talk about I like
- 9:01that Drake, like I was talking to Lean about it. He likes lyrical
- 9:03Drake. Some women like singing Drake. Some people won't controller type Drake.
- 9:09And that's so hard when you're complete, when you're trying to put together album
- 9:13and please all these people. We were at the concert, not that I
- 9:16thought the concert was. That's what I most critical on them was you would
- 9:18like and I love the concert. That's where most critical on him was I'm
- 9:24probably one of the few people I really liked that cause were you. You
- 9:31had to be a lie. I wasn't little, but that's that's my personal
- 9:37You had to be somewhere else to enjoy that concert. I liked it.
- 9:41I like the stage. I like the fact that stage had all of those
- 9:43different things going on. Dism I was not cool with or what about Peter?
- 9:50What about Peter? What Peter pan pulled up was that that was your
- 9:54jam? No, I liked it. I like I like the kid that.
- 10:00I like the young Drake. I like he had Virgil doing certain stuff.
- 10:05And then I just liked Drake rapping on it was good. I liked
- 10:09I like her Lost after I like her Lost. I think y'all all look
- 10:13at me like I like like like wild like I like the Lost wasn't a
- 10:22bad album. That's not what we're saying. I'm sitting here. We're talking
- 10:26about the actual show wasn't all that. But back to that, let's say
- 10:30with the album, y'all, y'all aren't being fair to Drake. I said
- 10:33that all the criticism, yo, butdding them talking about he needs to start
- 10:37having sex with stop having sex with twenty five year olds and just getting in
- 10:41his personal man, Like, that's just that's a wild take over because you
- 10:46didn't like the music or whatever. You know what I'm saying, People,
- 10:50when people love you, they start to take everything you do very very personal.
- 10:54And what y'all need to do is start realizing that this is actually a
- 10:56love for Drake. I want Drake to think of it like this. Drake,
- 11:00think of it that people love you, and that's why they're so passionate
- 11:03about it, and they love different parts to you. And I know it's
- 11:05hard for you to figure out which Drake to give. I was just talking
- 11:09to write a writer, was like, I was expecting to take care and
- 11:11he was probably expecting views. I'm expecting a different album. Everybody's expecting something
- 11:16different, and Drake's Drake's biggest strength is that he has no music identity.
- 11:24Zach, stop it, Siler, what are you talking about music? We
- 11:28had me and you actually had this conversation. I just remember now. First
- 11:31of all, I think to Keiki's point, I think Drake needs to take
- 11:35a minute, take a minute maybe act. I think he's I think he's
- 11:39or produce something. I think he's a funny guy. I think whenever he's
- 11:43done Saturday Night Live. He does amazing job. Right. Also, I
- 11:46think that he probably needs to go back to what he was doing before,
- 11:50which is probably tough, tough because he's super super famous, not just famous,
- 11:54he's incredibly famous. Maybe go back to hanging out at houstoning out in
- 12:00Atlanta for a while, hanging out in La Miami and like really be in
- 12:05the club, be around it and get that energy back. That to me,
- 12:09will bring back some of that some of that toxic. And then we
- 12:13like the bars. We like to hear him say something clever. I mean
- 12:16all of the different bars that Drake has dropped over there over the years.
- 12:20Now to you say he has no musical identity, Drake's musical identity is that
- 12:26he can rap really really good. And he when you know, when you
- 12:31say for all the dogs, everybody everybody is waiting to oh this is it.
- 12:37He is about to say themazing toxic, crazy shit that have us laughing
- 12:43and being like, oh, like dog, I still love the bar where
- 12:46he talked about men she used to soda and nuggets. I told him,
- 12:50but that is one of I was like, Bro, that's crazy he talking
- 12:54when he talks about reservations at Carbone y'all laughing. While y'all laughing, she
- 13:00was looking for the most toxic lines from this album. I because he said
- 13:03so. He has said so much clever stuff over this entire career. When
- 13:11you hear for All the Dogs, I'm like, oh, like, I
- 13:13literally turn it on like I can wait, and it's like, I'm like,
- 13:18bro, you singing like you singing? And I told you his biggest
- 13:22record, his biggest record where he's singing, was a Kanye record that helped
- 13:28me up produce Find Your Love. That's his biggest record singing. He is
- 13:33not Chris Brown, He is not Luther Vandroz. He is not Mariah Carey.
- 13:37He is not none of the great singers of our time. What he
- 13:41is is a rapper that can wrap his face off and can make a song
- 13:46and can sing a little bit. The album just needs to be. In
- 13:48my opinion, I think you go seventy thirty like Brand New, and you
- 13:54give us the tuscan level, you give us the you drop us in the
- 13:58vibes. Yes, what's that Marvin's Room? Yes, get me started on
- 14:05the Kiky song. That song you just said that, You just proved my
- 14:09point. The records you named brand new is anything I'm asking sampling. It's
- 14:16sprinkled in there between bars. No, Drake is not Okay, first of
- 14:20all, I dobody from the bars Drake. You said Drake is known because
- 14:24he's like he murdered ship. No, Drake is known for making good songs.
- 14:28It's not necessarily not just necessarily lyrical. Okay. Some of his biggest
- 14:33records, like you just named brand New, he came out the gate singing.
- 14:37He came out the gate with Trey songs. When you talk about a
- 14:39Drake album, it's always he came out the gate with Tray songs. Nobody
- 14:43cared. When he came out with that song with Trey songs, nobody cared.
- 14:48But until we heard him rat, it was like, what are you
- 14:54the same man who told me that? Who performed that? You're who perform
- 15:00at your hold on? What mix tape did he have about I was there
- 15:05drake first performance? What mix ta did he have out? It was the
- 15:09first one. What was the name of the person I'm singing? No,
- 15:11he came Now, look he came out singing and then went on to rap
- 15:16all of those great songs on that mixtape. That song Will had it was
- 15:20probably that album probably was probably sixty forty singing, rapping, rapping, sixty
- 15:26forty singing. I'm not saying the man can't cannot, but you cannot tell
- 15:31me that Drake's success comes from singing. Nobody cares. No, Drake's success
- 15:39comes from being able to adapt to any sound. He had a Houston era,
- 15:43he had the controller error. Remember he was, He's been, He's
- 15:48always been able to do different sounds. He goes. What he does.
- 15:52Drake's strategy is he teams up with what the bars that you're talking about are
- 15:56usually on somebody else's record out on his album, No No, unless it's
- 16:03one of them eight Am or those are the ones out that he goes and
- 16:06he just goes hip hop. But I'm talking about me goes what do you
- 16:11do? Got on there and went nuts, black Boy JB. What he
- 16:15does he gets these artists as they're coming up, and then he'll get to
- 16:19the song and he'd be like, let me give you the Drake Stimulus package.
- 16:22I'm gonna go crazy and I'm gonna make you a superstar. And we
- 16:25love those volumes. But if you're talking about my problems, if you're talking
- 16:29about albums, Drake always sings on his albums. The difference is these songs
- 16:34he's singing aren't that good. It's not the fact that he's singing, it's
- 16:40just the fact that he's singing once ain't that good? Oh so okay,
- 16:41So name me a Drake single, that Drake a feature. What he sang
- 16:45on that record and made it better? Sissa, this is a record?
- 16:49What sign you out? No, this is a record, the the Somemer
- 16:55Walker record. Wait, he sang on it on that. The whole thing's
- 16:59Drake saying Walker. I think y'all both got very valid all a rapping and
- 17:03it works, got people that worked very well. Rapping Drake gets you signed.
- 17:07Singing Drake, how you listen to? That's just a fact. Rapping
- 17:11Drake will get you a deal. Rapping if Drake comes on, and I
- 17:14don't care if I can't rap, but if Drake raps on whatever I'm saying,
- 17:18If Drake came and wrapped on the end of it is goddamn part,
- 17:21it's gonna go viral singing Drake at the end of this part, it's gonna
- 17:23be like to But he's always been a singer. He has He's always been.
- 17:30What's the song everybody with Nicki Mina Got Money record? What was the
- 17:34name Rock? That's the one that everybody that really got Drake. Everybody was
- 17:41like, yo, the dude at the end, the dude that kind of
- 17:44sund a little bit like Kanye West, but a little bit way more lyrical.
- 17:48It's cold everybody when they hurt. Nobody reason nothing from bad rock except
- 17:55Drake's verse. Just as passionate as I would. I'm sorry I got as
- 18:03passionate as you are about his rap. Some women are just passionate about his
- 18:07singing records. No, not none, don't stay on. Not a woman
- 18:11in the United States. So what was Martin? So Marvin's room one one
- 18:15of the biggest bergency Marvin Pockets We have to find your love? It's not
- 18:21one of the biggest. Ain't nobody singing those songs? But he's singing they
- 18:26are the one with versus okay, singing what's that he got one with twenty
- 18:30one savage. You just talked about what did he sing you? All of
- 18:37you? That's when he's singing toxics level? Okay, Now it's not now
- 18:42because he ain't sick of toxic. But if he's singing, he's singing.
- 18:45Okay, but so you remember what you talking to on the top, stop
- 18:52singing twenty one? Can you do something other than that he's singing and it's
- 18:59a bitch, yeah said, we got everybody need to put some respect on
- 19:07Drake name. Everybody need to put some respect on Drake Name. Y'all just
- 19:08took us back down memory lane, which makes me now feel like, you
- 19:11know what Drake put out? Whatever the hell you won't put out whatever you
- 19:15want at this point, do whatever you want. Put all the sperm you
- 19:18wont on the stage, puts Virgil up there, the Ninja Turtles, whatever
- 19:22you want to put up there. And you know what, we all need
- 19:23to shut our broadcastes up and let you do whatever you want to do,
- 19:27because you know what, you've been consistent for this long and it's a lot
- 19:30more of people that have come and gone. So let us put some respect
- 19:34on Aubrey's name. Now, can we move on? Okay, all right,
- 19:37let's move All right, let's move on. Let's move all right,
- 19:40key, come on, man, what you got for? We gotta talk
- 19:44about Will and Jada? Okay. If I didn't came to stressed, I
- 19:48picked my stress, okay, and I picked to talk about this because I've
- 19:52been I've been involved in this because Jada called all of us on the family
- 19:56group chat line and nobody asked for it, but she felt the need tell
- 20:00us anyway. So since we all here at the dining room table, let's
- 20:03just go ahead and address it now. I didn't came up with a new
- 20:06theory where I think that I've been saying free Will Smith, Free Will Smith.
- 20:11I actually want to free Jada because let me yes that I want to
- 20:15filthy because craz you saying you know. I went home, I talked to
- 20:22the Lord about it and the lady, and when I was talking to the
- 20:25lady about it, I came to the real, la, lady, you
- 20:32are sleepy. Well, yeah, when I was talking to the lady,
- 20:37I came to the conclusion that Jada is the one that needs to be free
- 20:41because if you do your research, her and Will have done several interviews where
- 20:47they've been laughing about bad marriage for life. Will has talked about how no
- 20:52matter what happens, he don't he will not get a divorce, but yeah,
- 20:55he will give her the green light to live her own life and find
- 20:57her true happiness. Jay don't want to be free, and Will will not
- 21:02let her be free. So what is Jada doing. She's like, I'm
- 21:03gonna humiliate drag him into hell, and if you don't let me go,
- 21:08I'm gonna keep on telling secrets. I'm gonna keep on talking about Tupac,
- 21:12this kid. I know she needs to be free. Yes, y'all follow
- 21:15the storyline. So what I discovered is I think they don't have no prenups
- 21:19free from a millionaire. Yes, she wants out. She wants out a
- 21:25life change. They ain't had no money before she met Will, and that's
- 21:27why she wants out so she can get half. There's no prenup Will,
- 21:33so allegedly I don't know Will allegedly there's no prenup exactly. And and you,
- 21:41this is a if this ain't a ton capone play if I've ever seen
- 21:45one. If you got married with no prenup, you're never leaving. We
- 21:49can go, you can go get a mass you know you will be like,
- 21:52go get you a man, sist. I'm good, I'm gonna go
- 21:53over here. But we're never getting a divorce because you don't play about your
- 21:56bread. Will is the same way wants out. He won't let her out,
- 22:00so she just keep dragging his ass, hoping that he will get so
- 22:03fed up and embarrassed that he will finally present her with a divorce so she
- 22:07could be free and truly go love Tupac like she wants to over in Mexico.
- 22:11Okay, And that is why, y'all the lady I get. I
- 22:22used to do that, but oh I talk to the lady, and that's
- 22:26what me and a lady came out with. It's not free Will, it's
- 22:30free Jada. Because no woman would do this unless she was trying to be
- 22:33free. And that lady won't out and he won't give it to her.
- 22:37All right. I think he just gave us the most wild conspiracy theory.
- 22:41I heard that guy the conspiracy theory. A minute. I gotta let that.
- 22:47And I tell you one more thing she got. She got stuff on
- 22:49Will that's dir that's deeper than what she's ever said. And she given him
- 22:56every year. Every year she drops something and she like, keep playing with
- 22:59me, and I'm gonna tell it all so he so this is like the
- 23:02strike too. Now if he don't let her out this year would have divorced.
- 23:04She gonna come back around and tell us what really be going on,
- 23:07which is what them people on TikTok's day, which I love Will Smith too
- 23:11much to ever tell y'all what I saw on TikTok But deep dive, deep
- 23:22dive the hell out of a story, baby, And I don't hay a
- 23:30year from now when Jada back on another tour, dropping another gym, just
- 23:34saying Kicky told you, maybe she got something on him. That's why he
- 23:37never speak out. That's why he never discredited what she say. He never
- 23:41rebuttaled, he never he could never clap back, none of that because he
- 23:44know she got it on him. He definitely doesn't clap back. He don't.
- 23:47He don't clap down. He said something. Interest will get to it,
- 23:48though, Zach, what do you think about it? Though? I
- 23:52mean, Jada Pigg is out here wild in most people's eyes. Do you
- 23:55think it's for a certain reason outside of Tupac living in Mexico. I don't.
- 24:00I don't think I'm as far as where Kiki is going with. I
- 24:03don't think anybody can be. But I will. I will say this Will.
- 24:10In my opinion, I feel like Jada is jealous of the perception that
- 24:15Will has to the world. Yeah, okay, So you know we everybody
- 24:19looks at Will like, oh that's Will Smith, this great actor. Da
- 24:22da da da. You know what I'm saying, and you know, we'll
- 24:25we'll be getting a little mad. He'd be a little temperamental sometimes the black
- 24:29Never forget what the black unveb said, never forget what was saying about about
- 24:33him or whatever. You know what I'm saying. She even he even apologized
- 24:36to her. So I think that she has an issue like it burns her
- 24:41inside in her soul to sit here and watch the world not know what she
- 24:48know. So she'll go out here and throw him under the bus, throw
- 24:53him under the bus to kind of just see like he ain't as perfect as
- 24:56y'all think. He ain't as perfect as y'all think. And that's what she
- 24:59be trying on the show, because when she said, I looked at him
- 25:04like, you ain't called me your wife in this long at the Oscar slap.
- 25:08Come on, man, you can easily it's another way to say that.
- 25:11First of all, y'all are legally still married and I still love you,
- 25:17so obviously we ain't got no divorce. So me taking up for you,
- 25:22not that I agree with him doing it. But I'm saying me taking
- 25:23up for you may be a sign of that. Why does it have to
- 25:26be I ain't called you that in six years. I mean, you know
- 25:29what I'm saying, Like, that's a wild take, and that's a take
- 25:32on somebody that's trying to hurt you. You know what I'm saying that I
- 25:36want the world to think something wrong with you. She needs to be freed.
- 25:38Like she's like, oh, he's will Is all over the place.
- 25:41That's how she wants us to think. It's like Will is out here,
- 25:45erradick, he's impulsive, he's crazy, And then it just start making you
- 25:51think. You start looking at old interviews, like when he said it was
- 25:56motivational within the context. But remember he was like, I will die on
- 26:02a treadmill. The difference between me and you is that I will die on
- 26:04this treadmill before you will. And I'll risk my life to stop running before
- 26:10you because I'll die here. And I was like, that sounds motivational sometimes,
- 26:14but if you really think about that, that's crazy as hell. Yes
- 26:17it is, that's crazy. You have you a different level of But that
- 26:21might be part of what makes Will Smith the genius that he is as well.
- 26:23You know it contributes to his success. But it's something. It's something
- 26:29name right, it's something name right. Now. Let me go ahead,
- 26:33let me let me give y'all a couple of some perspective. Come, that's
- 26:36something on your lip. Brother, Go ahead, man, get that day
- 26:38goes out? Cool? You've been eating before the pod man, I'll be
- 26:42hungry. I get it. I have no clue where this dude he can
- 26:47eat that much. I'm jealous. It remain one hundred and twelve pounds,
- 26:51very long, not much long, I think exactly. Yeah, I'm very
- 26:59jealous. Let let's get to this. First of all, I want to
- 27:03tell you from a person that has active friends that you can't this is a
- 27:07steven A moment. I'm dropped. I got active friends. You can't believe
- 27:08nothing they say because they always you never know when they acting, You never
- 27:14know they are. You talking to people that can complete control of their emotions
- 27:18and can and can really jump in and out of characters at any moment.
- 27:23Do I like with Will Smith? Have you ever heard let's just break Will
- 27:26down? Have you ever heard anybody question Will being from the hood of Philly?
- 27:32Nobody's like, nah, he really from the birds. Now he really
- 27:36ain't like that. Ain't nobody ever question that? And we all know no
- 27:40matter how much you go away from the hood, that's still it's still in
- 27:44you. We'll just realize how to keep it hidden. He's like, oh,
- 27:48it's best to keep this dude hidden. But whenever people really really truck
- 27:51test, will he really get to that point where you were like, oh
- 27:55he from Philly for real? Same thing, Kevin Hard. I mean,
- 27:57of course we don't meet meal, but most of them. Dudes are pretty
- 28:00much the same, all of them. When they get mad and get they
- 28:03get different. So him being calm, he knows that if he comes out
- 28:08and says something against Jada, it's gonna look nuts. Now that Jada Pinkett's
- 28:11whole thing. How I feel from a person that's done complete wrong in his
- 28:17life to women is that when I look at this, look I look at
- 28:22this, I see Jada, I see, I see I want to get
- 28:25you back energy, thank you, I see a you done done something and
- 28:32I want to get you back. I want to get you back for a
- 28:34person to be quiet all these years, all these years, and then all
- 28:40of a sudden, now she got that. I want to get you back
- 28:42energy, She dropping nuggets. She like, what's the best way to hurt
- 28:45a man, talk about your old man. We all know that, and
- 28:48we all know that we don't as dudes, we want to forget that our
- 28:52woman ever existed before she was with us. We act like we want to
- 28:56be all want to be what I like to say Christopher Columbus and felt like
- 29:00we find this found five before everybody ain't nobody found his finance woman walking around.
- 29:07So she just she did. He knows, she's already said. They
- 29:11talked about this, that he's insecure about Tupac as he should because he was
- 29:15alive with Pop was the goddamn man. That was the thing. Imagine,
- 29:21just imagine this if Poc never died, Pac never died. Pak was literally
- 29:27doing the exact same thing as Will Smith was doing. Went from rapping to
- 29:33being a movie star. Pack at that point had way bigger movies than than
- 29:37Will Smith had. I think we was just on TV at that time.
- 29:41I think he was on TV and then he got it and much more successful
- 29:44music. Yeah, I mean legend, he I mean complete legend like Pop,
- 29:51Pock and Big and and and a lot of people. They really don't
- 29:55they don't understand understand it and even went to a diddy to an extent,
- 30:00they ran culture, like literally ran culture. Notorious Big and Tupac were the
- 30:06biggest things in culture, black and white. They were right up there.
- 30:11So you look at you look at somebody that had successful. Anyway, now
- 30:15let's get back, let's get back to the to the Jada Jada situation with
- 30:19Will. I just think Will did something. And he even responded and said
- 30:25that I think she's clever and resilient, resilient and clever. Come on,
- 30:32g resilient sounds like I put you through some stuff. Maybe it's a little
- 30:37smith running around, who knows. I don't know. But something came something
- 30:41that pissed Jada off. And now he's saying that she's clever because she's using
- 30:45that whatever he got she got on him to make money book Red Table Talk
- 30:52coming back in twenty twenty four. It's a lot of stuff cooking for Jada.
- 30:57I think it's all of this. I think Will really did some wild
- 31:00stuff. He did something wild. I don't even believe it. Ala Pecia,
- 31:06I don't believe it. I believe you gotta be in something so wild
- 31:10that woman cut her hair off because she was shook. And that's why he
- 31:14ain't saying nothing, because he like, I can't. I can't say nothing
- 31:18because if I start fighting back with way she fighting back, she might tell
- 31:22Hey, the big secret, whatever it is. Come on, you doing
- 31:29good? You didn't talk to the lady too. I just know, I
- 31:34know, I know. I've had women try to destroy it. Will is
- 31:37a victim here, and y'all are out here making will it's not no victim.
- 31:41Will has not been revealed. And if you don't let this lady out
- 31:44of this marriage, next year, the book run is gonna be. My
- 31:47husband was doing X, Y and Z and that is and she gonna explain
- 31:51why all this stuff has happened. You cannot tell me, Jada Pinkett.
- 31:55You she wanted to get caught cheating with August Alsina. You win it.
- 31:59You Jada pink It. You went and got August. You could have cheated
- 32:02with anything in New Orleans. Man, I wish ya was in New Orleans.
- 32:07Everything everything Jada has done has been deliberate to let Will know. If
- 32:12you keep if you keep playing with me, I'm gonna keep revealing. And
- 32:15the best thing he can do is go ahead and split that bread and let
- 32:17her out the marriage. Oh, he got it. I would think if
- 32:21anything is something why women can understand cheating. I don't know this is all
- 32:25alleged. I would think from the way it's acting and the will being as
- 32:30famous as he's been for so many years, I ain't gonna lie Willy got
- 32:37I feel like it's gotta be another kid somewhere. It's as I talk to
- 32:45the lady is deep and if he don't want it exposed, that's why them
- 32:49kids is weird. He don't. It's a lot. It's a lot allegedly
- 32:53that she don't want. I mean that he don't want to get out and
- 32:55that is why he do not fool with Jada. He don't clap back.
- 32:59He just let us talk. He just let her talk. But if you
- 33:00don't hurry up and get it settled, it's gonna all be exposed. I
- 33:04think he doesn't clap back too, because I think I think another reason he
- 33:07doesn't crack back. I know Zacton frustrated over him. You need to talk
- 33:12to the lady, that's you. Yeah, to get off TikTok, to
- 33:15stop talking to the lady. Now, what's the thing I don't understand what
- 33:20Will is old school celebrity. Will is no Will comes. Will comes from
- 33:27the old school of celebrity. Jada school of celebrity is we don't tell our
- 33:35business publicly. You know how many crack cocaine habits. All these secrets and
- 33:39parties and stuff. All this new social media tell all your business, put
- 33:45it all out there things. Will is not from that era. You're further
- 33:50proving my point. He don't roll like that and so out here telling all
- 33:53that. You know, he's gonna let her do it because he loves her,
- 33:57and he's still trying to fight for her. To me, it's like
- 34:00trying to fight for her approval. Still, I don't agree with that,
- 34:04but I just don't think I do. I think he does fight for approval.
- 34:07But I just feel like Will is not gonna be on that exposed type
- 34:10stuff, because that's not the error he say. Ain't no man, especially
- 34:15no light skinning man, gonna let his wife cheat on him, pull him
- 34:19at a red table and have him crying, then go to the awards,
- 34:22watch him smack another man on the biggest night of his career, and then
- 34:25spend the block and get in a book and tell the world that they weren't
- 34:30even together. Okay, don't even claim the man. Okay, she didn't
- 34:34change her relationship status on Facebook till it's complicated. She said I was single
- 34:37when he slapped him, Okay, so that further discredits him. And then
- 34:40got on these people internet and talk about Tupac every other day. Won't let
- 34:44that man sold rest even though he in Mexico, And then told us about
- 34:47Tupac and alopecia. That's her soul mate, that's her all that she not
- 34:52doing that for no reason. She wrong for telling us Tupac had We didn't
- 34:58need to know that. Now. The daughter was the worst thing to me.
- 35:01When the daughter was like, Tupac, would you come back to my
- 35:04mammy? I hated that that one, that one that one tore and tell
- 35:08my soul. I was like, he's been doing something always since back then,
- 35:13since the letter. Is that what you're saying, been crazy since the
- 35:17beginning. I gotta watch this, just TikTok as a Will Smith fan,
- 35:22and I mean a fan from day one. Let that lady out that divorce
- 35:27because I don't want your legacy to be further tarnished. But I know what
- 35:30a hurt woman will do because I've been one, and so let her go.
- 35:37Let it go, split the money, whatever it is, Illuminati,
- 35:38whatever y'all got going on, go ahead and split that up and let her
- 35:43go, because she's gonna expose you if you if you keep, if you
- 35:45keep. I don't think it's nothing to exposed like that. I think Will
- 35:49has been. I just don't think it's nothing. Crazy and my I don't
- 35:52care what TikTok is with me. I don't. I don't care because I
- 35:55just know lady or not, No, I do. I know is impossible
- 36:02for us to men When I say us to be that type of famous.
- 36:07I don't even understand the type of fame that Will got. I'm block famous,
- 36:12a couple of blocks famous, and it's still hard for me. The
- 36:15flesh is weak, bro, Like that's the thing I feel, Will together
- 36:20and wild out. I'm talking what block seven night back? Then? Yeah,
- 36:24they know me right there, they don't. I'm good. I can't
- 36:29walk nowhere from setting down to anything without somebody asked me for a picture.
- 36:32Hell, you're talking about what you're talking about? Oh yeah, I go
- 36:39live just on top of this is crazy, okay, sugar Fay. I
- 36:49can't go on play with Satday, not any third, but but I feel
- 36:53something told accept it to I'm happy for that fame too happy. But I
- 37:01just say it like geez like it' it's it's it's wild to watch two of
- 37:05the people that we you know, even to the point where you got Jada,
- 37:08uh the Jada Piggy and will Smith love being taken out of a verse
- 37:13j Cole Like, I don't know if I'm gonna say that. No,
- 37:15yes, that's that's it's just a different it's a different kind of time because
- 37:19again, they were one of our favorite couples. All right, Zach,
- 37:22what we got g you ain't do your homework? Okay, Oh I did
- 37:29it. I did the homework. I did it, you know, exact
- 37:36a lot of whisper. He gonna look at me a whisper, like they
- 37:37can't hear you this like what we were talking about, Jack mind the comedian
- 37:45because I did that. Your topic, Jesus Christ, Hey, everybody,
- 37:51my topic is Mother and Marco. What would you like to say? Would
- 37:55you like to say? It was supposed to go over sea. It was
- 38:00supposed to be a smooth transition. I mean, we hadn't done this podcast
- 38:07for years a couple of years and now Tone has always been the responsible one,
- 38:09and I don't know why he expects us to be. I can't never
- 38:14remember nothing, Zach don't pay attention. So I'm, you know, on
- 38:16behalf of me and my little slow brother. We apologize. We're gonna get
- 38:21better at this, I promise. Were trying to change up the format of
- 38:22the pot I thought it would be interested having one eye doing topic they do
- 38:27it, and everybody doing topic instead of me just shooting the topic out.
- 38:30It felt a little bit more organic. I did good this week, she
- 38:34missed last week. I did this week. Next week will be We'll be
- 38:38ready, all right. So basically what happened was Funny Marco was on.
- 38:42I mean, he had south Side the producer. Some people may know him
- 38:46as Karesha Young, Miami's baby daddy, but he's a he's an established producer,
- 38:52you know what I'm saying. And g Herbot, his friend, came
- 38:55on the came on the un podcast Funny Marco pot Cash with him. So
- 39:00you know, Funny Marco already does the awkward interviews. It's kind of like
- 39:05a little weird It's like a weird Tenson thing going on. Well, they
- 39:08went on the gee Herbot and south Side went on that mug and completely bullied
- 39:13Funny Marco in my opinion, completely bullied him. Shottown bully yet like a
- 39:20real south Side bullying. Shut up, you ain't finna do nothing for ourtown.
- 39:23Yeah, that type of bullying. They get that type of bully into
- 39:28him. And my only advice to Funny Marco, because I know what you
- 39:31went through, this is sometimes in life you have to take an ass with
- 39:38you have to as a man. It's certain things you can't let people keep.
- 39:45Let people see get done to you. Okay, okay, I see
- 39:46what you're saying, or without you being upset, because then you're sweet,
- 39:51okay. Not everybody trying you. Me and Toms having a conversation about something
- 39:53the other day, that you let that keep happening. Next thing, you
- 39:57know, you getting robbed going to your car, everybody trying. You know
- 40:00what I'm saying. You are weak, Yes, take a l Sometimes you'll
- 40:02be like, hey, bro, I ain't finna be too much more.
- 40:05You know what I'm saying, and just let him know. Not that you're
- 40:07gonna win. I'm not saying it's a win. I'm not even saying it's
- 40:09smart. It's still a way that you have to defend yourself. Marco though,
- 40:14because he let herself just get I mean, he was his hat off.
- 40:20I know when he finished the drink, he threw the cup in his
- 40:23face. Come on, now, you're gonna let somebody throw a cup in
- 40:28your face during the interview? Key Absolutely not. You know me, the
- 40:30whole place would have been shut. I mean, but then again we are
- 40:32from the same place. So that's what happened. You let Chicago in your
- 40:36house. You ain't pat nobody down. You didn't. You didn't you didn't
- 40:38check to see if nobody had an ankle out at all, if they was
- 40:42on papers. You can't just let everybody in your house, especially Chicago,
- 40:45and then you let two of them at once. That was never a good
- 40:47idea because what you bring it, ohquit with Chicago. You certainly don't let
- 40:54Chicago in your house with a fringing. You know what I'm saying, Like
- 40:59you for you from Chicago, and this is your friend what he needed to
- 41:01come for like neither you should have had it one on one. But my
- 41:05thing about it is and where I take up for funny Marco because his whole
- 41:09persona is this silly man who does these awkward interviews. If he had broke
- 41:15character, that would have thrown away his entire brand, because then it's like,
- 41:20that's his character, that is who he is, that's his brand.
- 41:22So you play with everybody else, but when somebody's playing with you, you
- 41:25can't take it that. I can't agree that he should have got up and
- 41:30lost his temper and everything, because that's outside of who his character. I
- 41:34think he should have checked it within his brand. I saw clips. What
- 41:38I would have done is stopped the interview. It never would have said the
- 41:42light of day because I would have been like, y'all doing too much.
- 41:45So since y'all doing too much, come back when you sober and we can
- 41:47have a good time. But my brand is a funny guy, and I
- 41:51don't. I ain't nothing about this funny. So I'm gonna stop it right
- 41:53here. That's one thing. Second thing is, on the other hand,
- 41:58you gotta look at it as as a creative we have to be honest with
- 42:01our audience. So I kind of respect him still putting it out because this
- 42:05is ho this experience that he went through, and he would talk about No.
- 42:10I sat at home, and I was like, what would I have
- 42:12done? Because I don't know about y'all as women in the industry, especially
- 42:15a woman who is uh not afraid to ask certain questions and make and make
- 42:21good content. Right, Some artists come into the room already on the defense
- 42:25because they're like, oh, she thinks she's finna be the next Wendy.
- 42:28Not on me, Not on me. So we sit down to have an
- 42:30interview, you got an attitude from me saying how you doing? And I'm
- 42:35not even trying to be facetious. I'm not trying to be rude or nothing.
- 42:37I want to have a good time. But some artists come in on
- 42:40the defense, and I feel like they came in there like he ain't finna
- 42:43play with us, So we gonna do. We gonna do way more,
- 42:45We gonna do the most and show him that we ain't gonna play with him.
- 42:47The moment if it was me, the moment that started, I'm be
- 42:51like, y'all not ready for this experience because y'all making it weird. You
- 42:53know what I'm saying. They don't have What I do is not weird.
- 42:55It's just it's good content. So either we here to make good content or
- 42:59have a good interview, Well, y'all can leave. So it's just but
- 43:01even that, even telling them they can leave, it's standing up for yourself.
- 43:06When I say stand up to you and I say you get your ass
- 43:08beat. I probably shouldn't say that first year. But what I mean is
- 43:10at some point in that interview you have to say something or stop the interview,
- 43:15like I can't do this. Man, y'all y'all doing too much?
- 43:17Right, he threw it once, you threw a cup in my face.
- 43:21Now I go through the whole interview. They tried, they broke his thirty
- 43:23thousand dollars watch. I just saw a clip that they didn't even show in
- 43:27the interview where they broke his watch. They gambling front. It was just
- 43:30you let them go too far, way too far. You know how they
- 43:34took an inch in the beginning, and then once it wasn't no response,
- 43:37they was like, oh yeah, you're sweet. That's what I'm saying.
- 43:39That's how they treated him. But they definitely treated that. Zach Zack really
- 43:45is calling it for real. That's exactly what it happened. It seems like
- 43:49it was we let this go, now, we let this go, and
- 43:52now we let this go and now at this point we think you're sweet,
- 43:54So now we just gonna take over the whole told thing. It ain't your
- 43:58show. No more beat They call him to beat it because you're doing y'all
- 44:01doing to going cups at his face had off you eate what wait? What
- 44:07is this about? You ain't finna do that like that? That that's where
- 44:09it got a little bit. A little bit it did, and I get
- 44:14it, and I know her Herbal. I don't know south Side, but
- 44:15I do know Herbal talked on plenty occasions. He a fun dude and a
- 44:20cool dude, and I think he was playing. But there is another thing
- 44:23that funny Marco do. He may may have to think about this moving forward.
- 44:28You can't get gangsters drunk because you never know how it's gonna go.
- 44:30And that's a drunk. That's the fact I got friends. I ain't no
- 44:35gangster, but I got friends at gangsters and they turned into grimlin. I'd
- 44:37be like, oh, I want it, bro, I don't know if
- 44:40we're gonna go to jail tonight. I gotta leave you alone, because once
- 44:43gangsters get drunk, you don't know how it's gonna go. You just don't
- 44:46know. They're gonna need to be the fun gangster. They're gonna start bullying
- 44:49somebody. They gonna see their baby mama or somebody like, nah, man,
- 44:52I don't even like you looking at me. We weren't even looking at
- 44:55you. Yeah, it was you just don't know how things gonna go when
- 44:59you, Yeah, a gangster drunk. He had two of them in the
- 45:01room. That was a little tip. But it was playful bullying, though
- 45:06I don't want you to think it's playful. It was playful bullying, like
- 45:10they were bullying him. But it wasn't like we're gonna beat you up,
- 45:14but you ain't gonna do nothing to us, type like we're gonna do whatever
- 45:16we want in here. You shut up talking to me, didn't I tell
- 45:19you stop talking? Which is kind of like you're playing with your little cousin.
- 45:23But you know, one day your little cousin gets mad, like you
- 45:27push you down the stairs or something. Yeah, and when I don't but
- 45:30I don't kind of respect about it. If he was, if he let
- 45:34that go on in a moment he put it out, I wonder is his
- 45:37response now because of what everybody else's feedback was, or did he think this
- 45:44was good content in the moment when he put it out. No, he
- 45:45did. He said it when he put the content out that he was bothered
- 45:49by it. He said because because he said, I thought about not putting
- 45:53it out, but I said, you know what, I'm gonna put it
- 45:57out and show people that, hey man, I'm gonna growth from this moment.
- 46:00But this was an uncomfortable moment and I don't want this to happen.
- 46:02And he probably put it out again too, to show other people that he
- 46:07has coming on his show. Hey man, if y'all pulling this, I'm
- 46:09probably not. It's probably not gonna because he said I'm gonna grow from this
- 46:14moment, so maybe it is. He ends the interview early like, now
- 46:16I'm about of here, bro, I'm not gonna let y'all do that to
- 46:20me. Y'all could go cause it just like I said, like, I
- 46:22just think it was a miss on everybody part, right. Marco had an
- 46:28opportunity to dead the interview what he saw going left, because early in the
- 46:31clip you could see it going left and then for her bowing them, they
- 46:36missed out on a good moment. Because his interviews do do numbers. They
- 46:39missed out on them. And I don't you know, like I said,
- 46:42like I look at you Herbal like man, like a like I mean,
- 46:45younger than me for sure, like a little bro. And I want to
- 46:47see him get to his highest level. Right and anytime I see negative stuff
- 46:52come out about him, it just bothers me. I'm like, ah,
- 46:53dang, like a man. I couldn't even really watch it cause I was
- 46:58like, ah, because I know what's going It's gonna make him look bad.
- 47:00Well he was really not even really trying to do that. But like
- 47:04you said, zact playful boy. They were play for bullying and and south
- 47:07Side was a little follower. And and let's just say how it was because
- 47:10south it was originally Marco on south Side doing the interview. Oh really,
- 47:15south Side was acting regular with Marco when they they were just going back and
- 47:17forth talking, right, you know, some funny stuff. You know,
- 47:21he was playing with him, but I don't know stuff like that. As
- 47:22soon as Herb got there and saw what he was on, south Side turned
- 47:25up, so they were gassing each other up. They were gassing each other
- 47:30up on Marco. Oh yeah, now you don't do that. And then
- 47:32you know what I'm saying. It was like, I don't like you.
- 47:35Ain't this next thing? You know, they got stacks of money out.
- 47:37He's talking about some you brought shoes for his son's birthday party and I gave
- 47:42him ten thousand. I'm like, this is win, this is too much.
- 47:44It's some history there, but I'm I'm not gonna tell y'all what the
- 47:47lady said on TikTok about this, but I'm gonna shut up. But I
- 47:52do want to ask you just follow on. I don't get none of these
- 47:58videots. I've had interviews that go bad. T I. That's what I
- 48:01was gonna ask y'all. Yeah, T I definitely ble and T I looking
- 48:05at each other like he was talking to me crazy. Then I ended up
- 48:07saying something to him crazy. It was defin this is first TI headlight skin
- 48:14on lif skin. Yeah yeah, fresh out, fresh off the street,
- 48:16just serving packs. I got a brand new album twenty fours. I'm going
- 48:21to talk and you. I really don't want to be here, but I'm
- 48:23here and he looking at me like, man, he's just talking. Yeah
- 48:28yeah, I mean but you heard that, Yeah I did, but it
- 48:30was real nasty. But why Okay, so you you came in the room
- 48:35with good intentions or were you later or anything. No, it was good
- 48:37intentions. But what it is is is what it was at t I.
- 48:42And that's why I always say, like, you don't know another person.
- 48:44You don't never hear question about they street credibility. T I was fresh.
- 48:50All this is first album, fresh off the street. He don't know nothing
- 48:52about radio interviews, so and he's probably seen other radio interviews, so he
- 48:58on he had guard mode. I'm just talking to him about and he like
- 49:02he looking at me and it's a real messed up energy. It's like a
- 49:07real mess up. It's not like he tried to punk me, but it's
- 49:08just like I don't really want to be here. G I don't even know
- 49:12why I'm talking to you, and I'm just like I'm talking a poem bro
- 49:15you in Chicago. You got to talk to me. This is like,
- 49:17you know what I mean? We having that. It was a little bit
- 49:20of an ego thing, but I just ended the interview cool said all right,
- 49:22man, well you know what good talking to you? Man album in
- 49:27stores blah blah blah. Talk to you soon he felt the end of the
- 49:30interview, Hey you want hey record rep, you want pictures? No,
- 49:32I'm good. So did he say anything after that's left? No? So
- 49:37after it was over everywhere again. I interview him again a year later,
- 49:44new album. Year year later, he remembered the inter action. He is
- 49:47much more radio trained at this time, and we we were talking for real.
- 49:53We talking for real. Man. It turned out to be an I've
- 50:00interviewed t I on a ton of other occasions and been nothing but gracious,
- 50:05and there's been times where he wouldn't talk to nobody but me. So it
- 50:08was like, so, it's you had those awkward moments. But I think
- 50:13if you ended like you said, professionally in a way like hey man,
- 50:15all right, cool? Yeah, I think people respect that, and we
- 50:20respected like you know what, because it makes somebody think like damn like and
- 50:24especially for us, like especially for us if you say, if somebody asked
- 50:29you you want pictures, you'd be like, no, I'm cool, and
- 50:30you just go back to working. It's cool. I always say, like,
- 50:32I don't want you in here. I could do better, I could
- 50:36talk better about you if you if you then you talking to me, if
- 50:39we're gonna have a week interaction, I say that like My favorite thing is
- 50:45to interview people that want to be interviews. Yeah, like, if you
- 50:46don't want to be here, honey, let me go because this is a
- 50:50job for me, like it is a job for you. So and I'm
- 50:52trying to benefit what you got going on. So if you don't want to
- 50:54talk, let me go, free me. So. Yeah, I love
- 50:59what that that. Have you ever had an interview go bad on you?
- 51:00Oh yeah, Kevin Gates, Oh yeah, telling me about that? What
- 51:05you doing? So? Because that's unpredictable. I'm scared of him, Like
- 51:09you never know, you know, he's a little more evolved and healed now,
- 51:14Kevin Gates. This is this is early Zach too. I just started
- 51:17on the radio. I wasn't strong or anything like I was really starting.
- 51:21It was one of the first like what's it called where you do it in
- 51:23the sound studio all like a lounge, like a sound lounge with the fans
- 51:30in it, so you had actual bodies in there watching you. Yes,
- 51:34it's tough. It's so first of all, edit that I've had to entertain
- 51:37this guy. I've had to entertain the crowd for three hours. He's late
- 51:42as hell. Kevin Gates's latest Hell they say. I knew something was gonna
- 51:46go wrong because they say, who's the record rep? Comes say who's doing
- 51:51an interview? Yeah, that's that's all. And then my feet was like,
- 51:55Sacks are doing it. She was like the look on her face like
- 52:00Zach doing it? Now. Mind I'm about a year and a half here
- 52:05on radio, and I never forget. He comes in. He finally comes
- 52:08in, you know, Luke, y'all, y'all give it up. And
- 52:12I'm like, they give me the sign he's here. I'm like, all
- 52:13right, y'all, give it up for Kevin Gates. He comes in sitting
- 52:15next to me, like where you sitting, Kiki? And uh, I
- 52:19forget the first question I asked, so what's up? Yeah, so Kevin,
- 52:23what got you started rapping? Or something like that or something real basic
- 52:27something like that. He said that type of question in sorts my intelligence.
- 52:32Why would you ask me something like that that that I talked to real Nicholas,
- 52:37I talked. It was like he went there with me. So I'm
- 52:40like, okay, I just played it off. I was like, all
- 52:43right, okay, all right. I was like, well, I was
- 52:46just ben there because if I was in my mind today, I would have
- 52:50said what I really thought I would have if I if I could do it
- 52:52all over again, I would say, well, all I've heard of you
- 52:53is about you eating booty. And this is right when he when he first
- 52:57came out with I eat booty, you wouldn't say that. Yes, I
- 53:00swear, if you had a height you that's really what I heard. That's
- 53:04the only thing I had heard that. That's when that's when you get into
- 53:07somebody. You think about what you would have said in the shower. I
- 53:12could have said that I really like, really happened, But what really I
- 53:17said? I went through it. I was like, okay, okay.
- 53:21So then we get to talking about so he got so it starts off like
- 53:25that. So now I got a little crack on my voice because I'm nervous.
- 53:30Now I'm nervous, people are watching, and I just forced it was
- 53:35such a cringe interview. Then I finally finished the interviews, it was completely
- 53:38cringe. And then the other one I did that was pat was Davy.
- 53:44Oh wow. I brought up Kevin Durant. I knew he was cool.
- 53:47Don't like you, That's what I'm saying. I brought up Kevin Durant and
- 53:51he didn't like the angle I took and got mad. Yep, because KD
- 53:55his boy. And it was right when KADD went to Golden State and I
- 53:59called them, I called the move we Oh he didn't like that. Yeah,
- 54:04that wash, But like you, that was kind of your fault.
- 54:07No, it's not, it was. I mean it was. I don't
- 54:09think it was a weak boo. Why would you literally get upset some sports
- 54:15talk. Why would you get mad over some sports too. That's weak because
- 54:17that's his homie. That's not your boy. What is Davies? Okay,
- 54:28but you don't get upset like it's it's just an opinion. You don't know
- 54:32that. You don't know this man. I don't know KD. I don't
- 54:35know you. He's just doing his job and saying an opinion. You could
- 54:37have been like, bro, that's my homie. Lets move like you don't
- 54:40not have to get weird. I hate that. So do you agree that
- 54:45cities? You agree with? Money? Long got mad at me for asking
- 54:46that question. Yes, you were wrong, you were wrong a question.
- 54:51You were wrong, and I'm gonna tell you why you are. And now
- 54:55that i'm his little sister, I can tell you this. You were wrong
- 54:59because you asked once she brushed it over and gave you. She curved you,
- 55:05and you did not respect the curve. You asked like three times.
- 55:08You did not let it go because you knew it, because we knew it
- 55:10was the truth. So it's like me asking you, like, are you
- 55:14pregnant? And I know you're pregnant. I had the video. It wasn't
- 55:22his fault. We all knew what it was. We knew what was going
- 55:27on, and we felt like she was gonna go to another platform after right
- 55:30after tones interview and revealed that news. Right. So, he had been
- 55:35told by a couple of different people that this was a great question to ask
- 55:37because it's something that is true. And he asked her and I think he
- 55:42wasn't ready for her to lie because he was like, now you're gonna lie.
- 55:45You basically like you gonna lie, and she was like and so she
- 55:47got upset because he didn't respect the curve. Now that is one thing us
- 55:51interviewers have to do. I'm sorry about didn't respect the curve. Now,
- 56:00I feel bad. I feel bad, but it's our job. I do
- 56:02feel bad to ask the question, but also interviewers, once they curve us
- 56:08respect the curve. I normally respect the curt. Yeah you do. You're
- 56:12very good about you, very nice. I respect, I respect the curve.
- 56:15I let I let Jesse Smoller, who I destroyed on the radio,
- 56:20and he told me that one thing. And when we at BT Awards,
- 56:23just because he came into BT Awards after we all knew he had been lying
- 56:28to the world, I let him. I let him curve me, I
- 56:31let him Curt. Normally, I respect the curve. I don't know why
- 56:34I didn't let money money log. I apologize now, I really, I
- 56:38really, I really hope you get another single and everything. I'm sorry that
- 56:46shady, but yeah, Joe, I really I do. I really do
- 56:52apologize, like I know, I really do. I guess normally, I
- 56:54respect the curve. Yeah, man, that was my worst y'all want to
- 56:59go? And then my worst interview was well it was yellow Beasy, my
- 57:04worst interview, right, and so I don't feel bad about it my worst
- 57:07interview because we saw how that went for him. But I wasn't more so
- 57:13upset about what he's like him as a person. I wanted like embarrassed because
- 57:15it was him. I did the interview with tone and we were and I
- 57:20was more worried about in pressing Tone because I'm like, this is dope,
- 57:22Like I'm getting to do an interview with Tonekapon. I'm not even he child.
- 57:25We ain't heard the song since, so I'm not worried about him.
- 57:29But like it was so he called me off guard because his song was called
- 57:32sex in the Bathroom or something like that or sex some sex in the bathroom,
- 57:37and he asked me did I had like I said something to big up
- 57:39the record, and he was just like, so, do you get fucked
- 57:42in the bathroom? I'm like, excuse me. Yeah, it was kind
- 57:46of bad. It was awkward. It was and I was more worried about,
- 57:50like, you know, it's like this my moment where Tone coupone and
- 57:52you didn't ruin it. So yeah, Yellow Beezy would never get another answer
- 57:54to my attention. Yeah, asked you that. Yeah, it was,
- 57:58Yes, it was bad. It was And I jumped over. I jumped
- 58:01out. He got us out of there. I got us out of there.
- 58:05I was kind of little. I was a little pissed off. I
- 58:07little pissed off because of it because because he said that, I like,
- 58:10gee, what kind of but I just kind of what y'all gonna say,
- 58:15I'm surprised, I want when this happened, but they had an influence when
- 58:19he was in here. I've had two bad interviews because of an influence that
- 58:22we had formerly at the station, and I was there for both. I'm
- 58:30dead asked. I'm dead as I was because an influence that was telling me
- 58:35that I wasn't a good view interviewer because I wasn't creating these moments at people's
- 58:40expense, which you should never go into an interview trying to create exactly,
- 58:44and I've never I've never done that. I will ask the obvious question,
- 58:49but normally I take the curve. But this dude was this person. God
- 58:54blessed him on Oh my God. But I'm gonna tell ay body, I
- 59:00got it from the Mud. I got this career out the Mud, and
- 59:02I'm gonna keep working it the way I need to work. I ain't never
- 59:06taken outside influences. Again, I'm not listening to nobody else. This career
- 59:09came from the Mud. All told Gapone, all all my mentors shout out
- 59:15to him, and he know who he is. It ain't never been nah,
- 59:20now that I think about it. I had two to my two interviews,
- 59:23and I could witness anyways because of that influence of that person. Two
- 59:28worst I I messed up at that point. That person wasn't one of the
- 59:34biggest pop stars in the world, but now she is. Who's the other
- 59:37PERSONA cat destroyed it to the point where she called it was mad and put
- 59:45something on our Instagram, Oh my god, I gotta get out of here,
- 59:49man. And you wouldn't even say it that. Normally I would never
- 59:54say that stuff. I probably wouldn't even ask money long as he didn't even
- 59:59know. You don't know, like yo, because I really like now that
- 1:00:04record was my joint. Yes, he didn't know. I told him.
- 1:00:07I was one of the people that told him, like, she is pregnant
- 1:00:08and she's probably gonna go reveal this on the next platform. But then there
- 1:00:14was other people around who doubled down and encouraged him to ask. But again,
- 1:00:19you did ask more than once, and that was that was that was
- 1:00:22it. I'm sorry about that. I am I truly apologize. I feel
- 1:00:24like it's always okay to ask once. Once you curved me, I let
- 1:00:29it go. I did I did that was that was a mistake. I'm
- 1:00:31cool with that. I made mistake, yeah, but the other one was
- 1:00:34totally not I was there for that. Yeah. I was so mad at
- 1:00:37Kevin Gates. I couldn't even listen to his music. I love his music
- 1:00:40and I liked it, but he made me so sorry. I'm sorry.
- 1:00:45I had to interview him twice too, mind you. After that, we
- 1:00:47had to go upstairs and do another interview. That was that was awkward.
- 1:00:52Yeah, you had him do one for the radio to like to play on
- 1:00:54air. After doing he didn't save you from that, didn't say who good
- 1:01:02training though? That was good training. It's always good training when it go
- 1:01:06left, and the training for the next time you are training. But now
- 1:01:08I got enough with y'all celebrities try to come up here and try to check
- 1:01:12me. I got enough with freak Kiki with back my Kiki comes to BT.
- 1:01:20Not dealing with those ladies. No more, not doing that one thing.
- 1:01:24I'm gonna tell you something domb with lady. He let me ask the
- 1:01:29questions and then when they know how they go if if they curt, they
- 1:01:34go bad on me. He like, KICKI out? Why did you say
- 1:01:36that? Now? Why would don't say that? She's so crazy? Y'all?
- 1:01:40I'm like totally switched on that key, damn. But it works.
- 1:01:51It works, it works, man, Like that's the thing, like I
- 1:01:54can't you know, you know, guys except god, questions from guys and
- 1:01:59women many except girl questions from women. It's just what it is, bro,
- 1:02:02It's just that's just the name of the game. All right. I
- 1:02:06guess we got final thoughts because we don't have much time. Wait a minute,
- 1:02:08an hour and two minutes. This is a good part. Share it
- 1:02:13with somebody. Don't be stingy. I shout out, you know, y'all
- 1:02:15comment, but I need you to comment, follow, share all of that,
- 1:02:20run it up and telling people you share it to the subscribe za final
- 1:02:23thoughts, Hey, final thoughts. You ain't got nothing. I ain't got
- 1:02:28no thoughts. I don't have any final thoughts. My thoughts been final.
- 1:02:30You need to go talk to the lady I've been. I'm trying to figure
- 1:02:32out whatever TikTok KEI be looking at. I gotta go watch it, then
- 1:02:36me to pay. Please send me the videos that you watch them. I
- 1:02:38need to know that. And I also learned in this podcast and never called
- 1:02:43Tom about oh yeah, and I don't want to so yeah, all right,
- 1:02:50Final thoughts. I talked to Keiki about another situation that have been happening
- 1:02:52in entertainment, and Kiki first thing out of her mouth said, yeah,
- 1:02:57I was just watching it on TikTok. This is at this point, it's
- 1:03:00just female journalistic minds, always ducked off in TikTok. Yeah, I better
- 1:03:07day. Don't sleep on TikTok tik teaching everything. Oh my god, God,
- 1:03:12hey man, you know what it is, shed a pot? But
- 1:03:14more can we say
