- 0:08Suze: June 21st, 2026. Welcome everybody to the Women and Money podcast,
- 0:14Suze: as well as everybody smart enough to listen. Suze O
- 0:18Suze: here and today is Suze School.
- 0:21Suze: And all I can do is give you advanced warning
- 0:23Suze: and tell you. you best take out your Suze notebooks
- 0:27Suze: because I'm going to be talking about a lot of
- 0:29Suze: symbols for ETFs, two individual stocks that I like for
- 0:34Suze: dividends that you've never heard me talk about before and
- 0:38Suze: all those kinds of things. Next, however, and most important.
- 0:44Suze: Today is Father's Day. So seriously, everybody, happy, happy Father's
- 0:52Suze: Day to all you incredible fathers out there. I just
- 0:57Suze: have to say this, um, it always makes me a
- 1:00Suze: little sad around this time because today, June 21st.
- 1:08Suze: Many years ago, 1981 to be exact, my father died
- 1:15Suze: and he was 71 years of age, and my only
- 1:19Suze: regret that I have in my entire life,
- 1:23Suze: is that he never got to see my success. He
- 1:28Suze: died a man thinking he was a failure. Who was
- 1:31Suze: going to take care of his wife? Who was going
- 1:33Suze: to take care of his daughter? And here we go,
- 1:38Suze: but
- 1:39Suze: obviously he did a great job because look at me now,
- 1:43Suze: but Daddy, I hope you're doing great wherever you are,
- 1:47Suze: and I just want to thank you, thank you, thank
- 1:49Suze: you for all the lessons, life lessons, invaluable life lessons
- 1:56Suze: that you taught me. So happy Father's Day, everybody.
- 2:01Suze: Also, today is the very last day, everyone, that you
- 2:08Suze: can get the Must-Have Documents for $99. Starting tomorrow they
- 2:15Suze: go up to $153. Now I have to tell you,
- 2:20Suze: even at $153 seriously, for $2,500 worth of the state
- 2:28Suze: of the art documents,
- 2:30Suze: that you can revise and revise and revise as many
- 2:33Suze: times as you want for free. All updates are free.
- 2:37Suze: You can share it with your family members and those
- 2:40Suze: that you know need the must-have documents, because listen to me,
- 2:45Suze: it just takes one person to step forward and then
- 2:49Suze: share it with others, and then you get afraid and
- 2:51Suze: you go, but they'll know my information. No, they won't.
- 2:54Suze: You get an activation code when you purchase this.
- 2:58Suze: You then open it up, you create your own account
- 3:01Suze: with a password and everything, and if you just give
- 3:04Suze: that activation code to your mother, your sister, your kid,
- 3:08Suze: I don't care.
- 3:10Suze: Then they download that. They then get to create their
- 3:14Suze: own must-have documents with their own passcode so none of
- 3:17Suze: you can see each other's information. And by the way,
- 3:22Suze: this might make a fabulous gift for Father's Day. To
- 3:27Suze: get it, go to musthavedocs.com. Just that simple. One last thing,
- 3:34Suze: and then I'll start here, is that tomorrow, the 22nd.
- 3:39Suze: I'm going to be doing a podcast with Doctor Mindy Pelz.
- 3:43Suze: Do you not know her? You need to know her.
- 3:46Suze: She's so incredible, I can't even stand it. So, anyway,
- 3:51Suze: if you wanna watch it, listen to it, go to youtube.com/
- 3:57Suze: at Doctor Mindy Pelz, P E L Z. That is
- 4:02Suze: what you should do, and you can watch.
- 4:05Suze: I'm sure it will be fabulous. She is fabulous, even
- 4:09Suze: if you don't want to see me on her podcast,
- 4:11Suze: on her YouTube channel, cause she's really on YouTube, everybody.
- 4:15Suze: You should just watch her, especially as older women, what
- 4:19Suze: happens to our bodies. Nobody, in my opinion, is better
- 4:23Suze: than her. All right, everybody, are you ready to go
- 4:26Suze: to Suze School? Get out those notebooks, like I said,
- 4:30Suze: here we go.
- 4:32Suze: Now this is what I want you to all understand.
- 4:35Suze: A healthy market is not one, in my opinion, where
- 4:39Suze: only seven big technology stocks are holding everything up. That's
- 4:45Suze: not healthy. A healthy market is when value stocks, small
- 4:52Suze: company stocks, industrials, transportation stocks, real estate, banks, utilities, and
- 4:59Suze: even consumer stocks,
- 5:01Suze: start to wake up and guess what? That is exactly
- 5:07Suze: what we are seeing right now. However, one reason that
- 5:12Suze: these things right now are starting to change is because
- 5:15Suze: oil started to come down. Crude oil really still looks weak,
- 5:22Suze: and if oil keeps coming down,
- 5:24Suze: that can be very good for all of you, by
- 5:27Suze: the way, and for the market. Why? Obviously lower oil
- 5:32Suze: can mean lower gasoline prices, less inflation pressure, lower interest rates,
- 5:38Suze: lower volatility, and more money in your pocket. Now I
- 5:42Suze: don't know when that's really going to happen.
- 5:44Suze: I don't know how soon, even if they open up everything,
- 5:48Suze: oil's really gonna start to flow and the problem will
- 5:50Suze: be solved, but let's just assume that we're on that
- 5:55Suze: track for now.
- 5:57Suze: So when oil comes down, however, I don't want you
- 6:00Suze: to just think, well, I'm gonna pay lower at the pump.
- 6:04Suze: I need you to think bigger than that, cause lower
- 6:07Suze: oil can help consumers, it can help stocks, it can
- 6:11Suze: help bonds, it can help real estate, it can help utilities,
- 6:14Suze: it can help the whole mood of the market.
- 6:18Suze: Now, in the past, you know, I've said to you,
- 6:21Suze: I like the Standard and Poor's 500 ETF, the VTI ETF,
- 6:26Suze: VOO ETF. I like all those, but do you remember
- 6:30Suze: a long time ago,
- 6:32Suze: I actually said to you, I also want you to
- 6:35Suze: start looking at the ETF with the symbol RSP, and
- 6:41Suze: this is the equal weighted Standard and Poor's 500 index ETF.
- 6:47Suze: And that means that every stock gets treated more equally
- 6:51Suze: instead of the biggest companies dominating the whole index like
- 6:55Suze: with SPY or VOO. Big difference. Now, in the past,
- 7:01Suze: obviously SPY has outperformed RSP, but if you were to
- 7:08Suze: look at it so far this year, 2026, the RSP
- 7:14Suze: is up 9 to 10%.
- 7:17Suze: Versus 8 to 9% for SPY. Why is the RSP
- 7:24Suze: possibly doing better than spiders? It's because investing is starting
- 7:30Suze: to broaden out. Value happens to be doing better than
- 7:35Suze: growth stocks right now. So given that that's true, are
- 7:39Suze: you invested in value at all?
- 7:43Suze: Are you invested in large cap or small cap? What
- 7:47Suze: are you doing now? I get it. You hear AI,
- 7:50Suze: you hear NVIDIA, you hear tech, and you want to
- 7:54Suze: put everything in there. You hear SpaceX.
- 7:58Suze: And that's all you want to do. Now, let me
- 8:00Suze: just comment for a second on SpaceX, everybody. Listen, it's
- 8:05Suze: gone up, it will come down. You have to be
- 8:10Suze: careful here. I've told you that. There's nothing stopping it
- 8:15Suze: from going below the 135 price that it came out at.
- 8:19Suze: And what concerns me,
- 8:22Suze: is this thousands of people have SpaceX where their shares
- 8:28Suze: are absolutely locked up and they cannot be sold for
- 8:33Suze: three months, six months. There's all these rules out there,
- 8:36Suze: a lot of shares of stock, employees that own the stock,
- 8:41Suze: and when that stock comes out of the restricted phase,
- 8:45Suze: most of those people are going to be
- 8:47Suze: selling in my opinion. And then what happens to the
- 8:50Suze: price of SpaceX. So stop thinking that you missed out
- 8:55Suze: on something. Stop having this thing where you have to
- 8:59Suze: get in the day something comes out. And by the way,
- 9:03Suze: I just have to say that the same mistake could
- 9:06Suze: have been made with Fitz, F I T Z. You
- 9:09Suze: bought Fitz's Keith Fitz-Gerald's ETF thinking
- 9:13Suze: it's like a stock that's gonna come out, it's gonna
- 9:16Suze: go up right away. No.
- 9:20Suze: FITZ ETF is for long term, because it just came out,
- 9:25Suze: it's gonna need a lot of time for the dividends
- 9:28Suze: to start paying, for things to get reinvested, for these
- 9:32Suze: markets to straighten themselves out. So, a lot of you
- 9:35Suze: are like, what do I do right now? It's down 5%
- 9:38Suze: from where it came out. What did I tell all
- 9:42Suze: of you? Little by little.
- 9:46Suze: I didn't tell you to keep a lot of money
- 9:49Suze: in there, that all of a sudden it's gonna make
- 9:50Suze: you a lot of money. So many of you have
- 9:53Suze: gotten into the bad habit of...
- 9:57Suze: The stock went up, the stock went up, this is
- 9:59Suze: going up, my money's going up, and then all of
- 10:02Suze: a sudden you get into something, and it goes down,
- 10:05Suze: and you don't get it, so now you're totally confused.
- 10:09Suze: You have to be very clear as to why you
- 10:12Suze: invest in something, and why you do not.
- 10:16Suze: So, if it makes you nervous, don't invest in it.
- 10:20Suze: I don't care what it is, but it's something that
- 10:24Suze: will need time, especially the FITZ ETF. It's going to
- 10:28Suze: need significant time now. Maybe you wait and you watch
- 10:33Suze: to see what it does before you put any more
- 10:35Suze: money in it, or you decide, all right, I'm gonna
- 10:37Suze: put $50 a month into it, or $100 but no
- 10:42Suze: big amounts of money.
- 10:43Suze: Just let these markets work themselves out, all right. Just
- 10:48Suze: that simple. Now I know a lot of you want
- 10:53Suze: to know, are all the ETFs and individual stocks in
- 10:57Suze: the past something that I still believe in, or should
- 11:01Suze: we sell, or what should we do? Here's why I
- 11:03Suze: cannot answer that question. I don't know when you bought them.
- 11:09Suze: If you bought the majority of ETFs and individual stocks
- 11:13Suze: that I mentioned on this podcast when they first came out,
- 11:18Suze: you are up significantly.
- 11:21Suze: But if you listened to this podcast, after they had
- 11:25Suze: already gone up significantly, and now they're down,
- 11:30Suze: I don't know where you are on the spectrum. So
- 11:33Suze: if in fact you bought them when I originally talked
- 11:37Suze: about them, then you probably have a serious gain. Now
- 11:41Suze: the question becomes, do you want to take that gain
- 11:45Suze: off the table? Do you have losses that you can
- 11:48Suze: offset it with? Does it still make you feel secure,
- 11:52Suze: or are you afraid if you own any stock, any ETF?
- 11:58Suze: And now it's making you watch it every day, you
- 12:01Suze: don't know what to do with it. Here are the
- 12:04Suze: two questions you need to ask yourself to help you
- 12:08Suze: make those decisions, 'cause I can't make them for you.
- 12:12Suze: Let's say you own XYZ, whatever that may be, a stock,
- 12:16Suze: an ETF, and it is at a certain price right now.
- 12:22Suze: If you hadn't purchased XYZ and all the money that
- 12:27Suze: was in XYZ was in cash rather than the ETF
- 12:32Suze: or stock, the question is this would you buy it today?
- 12:39Suze: If the answer to that is no, well, guess what,
- 12:42Suze: you best sell it. If you wouldn't buy more today
- 12:45Suze: that says you have lost faith in it, you should
- 12:48Suze: sell it.
- 12:50Suze: If you say, yes, I would buy more, then you
- 12:54Suze: keep it just that simple.
- 12:58Suze: Ask yourself those two questions. However, if you say I
- 13:04Suze: don't know what I would do, then sell half.
- 13:07Suze: Take some money off the table, or if you have
- 13:10Suze: a loss in it. All right, take your loss.
- 13:14Suze: And then somehow, eventually you'll be able to offset that
- 13:18Suze: loss with some gains. But don't go crazy. Don't write
- 13:23Suze: into me and say, should I sell it? Should I
- 13:26Suze: do this? I don't know what you should do, cause
- 13:29Suze: I don't know when you bought it, I don't know
- 13:31Suze: what your tax situation is, I don't know if it's
- 13:34Suze: in a retirement account. If not, that's not my job.
- 13:38Suze: My job is to educate you so that you can
- 13:42Suze: be exposed to things that I like.
- 13:45Suze: You decide, do you want to buy it or not.
- 13:48Suze: You decide, do you want to sell it or not.
- 13:52Suze: There is no right or wrong. I can't predict the future.
- 13:56Suze: I don't know what's going to happen. Anything can happen
- 14:00Suze: at any time that will make these markets crash. So
- 14:04Suze: you have to know your age, your situation, and make
- 14:08Suze: those decisions yourself. You got that, everybody.
- 14:13Suze: So what I want to do now, however, is give
- 14:17Suze: you a list of exchange traded funds just so you
- 14:23Suze: know their category, and maybe if you want to invest
- 14:27Suze: in any of them, you can look at them and say, OK,
- 14:31Suze: I'm going to do that.
- 14:33Suze: So, are you ready now? I told you that value
- 14:37Suze: stocks have been doing better than growth stocks. So for value,
- 14:43Suze: you could look at the ETF VTV or IVE. I
- 14:50Suze: am not going to give you their names. I'm just
- 14:52Suze: giving you their symbols. However, if all you want is
- 14:56Suze: growth stocks, that's all you want, then the symbol is
- 15:01Suze: VUG or IVW.
- 15:07Suze: Small cap stocks which have been doing incredible by the way,
- 15:11Suze: the Russell 2000 index can be represented by IWM, the
- 15:17Suze: symbol IWM or VTWO. Write them down.
- 15:25Suze: And listen, when small caps are doing really well, it's
- 15:31Suze: a good sign because it tells me that investors are
- 15:36Suze: starting to take on more risks far beyond the giant names,
- 15:40Suze: and that's good. If you want big tech exposure, and
- 15:45Suze: that's all you want,
- 15:47Suze: then there's the ETF QQQ. If all you want are semiconductors,
- 15:54Suze: then there's my favorite, as you know, SMH, or there's
- 15:59Suze: another one, SOXX. If all you want are those magnificent
- 16:04Suze: seven stocks, that's all you want. Do you remember what
- 16:08Suze: they are?
- 16:09Suze: Think about it, but anyway, then there is MAGS or
- 16:15Suze: you could use MGK for large cap growth exposure in
- 16:22Suze: that area.
- 16:24Suze: But here's where many of you are making a mistake, OK?
- 16:28Suze: You hear AI, you hear NVIDIA, you hear tech, and
- 16:32Suze: you want to put everything in there, and I am
- 16:34Suze: telling you, do not do that. That is not investing,
- 16:39Suze: that is chasing. All of you are chasing SpaceX right now.
- 16:44Suze: I am telling you, stop chasing it.
- 16:47Suze: Because the real story, really, is so much bigger than that,
- 16:52Suze: I can't even tell you. Industrials are strong, machinery is strong,
- 16:59Suze: you know, companies that are tied to infrastructure, equipment manufacturing,
- 17:03Suze: the data centers, they're all, and even AI build out,
- 17:08Suze: they're strong. So if you're looking for just industrials, you
- 17:12Suze: could look at XLI,
- 17:15Suze: or symbol VIS. Let's say you are interested in energy.
- 17:21Suze: Not that I would be right now, but let's just
- 17:22Suze: say you were. Then the energy ETF is XLE. Maybe
- 17:29Suze: you want, let's just say, oil and gas exploration.
- 17:34Suze: The ETF is XOP. Crude oil just by itself is USO.
- 17:42Suze: And by the way, if you wanted to just buy gasoline,
- 17:45Suze: it's UGA. But remember this, that if the point is
- 17:51Suze: that oil may go lower.
- 17:54Suze: Then I don't want you to buy oil. Look at
- 17:57Suze: what benefits from oil. That's what I want you to see.
- 18:02Suze: What benefits from lower oil.
- 18:05Suze: What is that? Real estate investment trusts or REITs, and
- 18:10Suze: they've been really strong. So for a general REIT, you
- 18:15Suze: can look at VNQ or XLRE. Now I know that
- 18:21Suze: I still like CTRE Care Trust as an REIT as
- 18:26Suze: well as Fitz likes it, but just something for you
- 18:29Suze: to think about. Now, I have mentioned these in the past,
- 18:35Suze: but I'm still sticking by them. Financials have been mixed.
- 18:39Suze: Remember I said a while ago to look at some
- 18:42Suze: bank stocks, but they have shown some strength now. So financials,
- 18:48Suze: the ETF is XLF or for banks there is KBE
- 18:55Suze: or KRE. I recommended both of those a while ago.
- 19:00Suze: I also recommended utilities for you. Now I get that
- 19:05Suze: they are boring, but boring can make you money. So
- 19:09Suze: for utilities, I told you I liked XLU. Why might
- 19:14Suze: utilities work again? Because if interest rates come down, and
- 19:19Suze: I'm not saying they're going to right now, but if
- 19:22Suze: they do, then utilities can become more attractive. Also, they
- 19:28Suze: tend to be more defensive.
- 19:30Suze: So do not just dismiss them because they're not exciting.
- 19:34Suze: Now I've talked to you about consumer things in the past,
- 19:39Suze: and I admit that consumer stocks and ETFs, they have
- 19:42Suze: had a rough time because of higher interest rates as
- 19:46Suze: well as higher energy prices. But if rates ease and
- 19:50Suze: oils come down.
- 19:52Suze: Then consumers may get relief. For consumer discretionary stocks, stocks
- 19:59Suze: where consumers don't have to buy, it's at their discretion.
- 20:03Suze: The ETF is XLY. For retail, there is XRT. For
- 20:12Suze: home builders, there is XHB or ITB.
- 20:20Suze: For transportation, and by the way, it's been very strong lately,
- 20:24Suze: there is IYT.
- 20:28Suze: Now I still don't have a problem with gold and silver.
- 20:33Suze: I know Fitzy doesn't like it. Fine, but I do
- 20:37Suze: still believe that they can play a role as long
- 20:41Suze: term diversifiers. I just do, and I stated that on
- 20:44Suze: the webinar. I don't have a problem with you having
- 20:47Suze: money
- 20:48Suze: in it. Small amounts, and they can be represented by
- 20:52Suze: what the ETF for gold, GLD, or IAU and if
- 20:58Suze: you want silver, OK, ETF is SLV but I want
- 21:04Suze: you to be very clear here.
- 21:06Suze: This isn't where I want you to go out and
- 21:09Suze: buy 25 different ETFs. That would be absolutely ridiculous. That
- 21:14Suze: would be such garbage. It's just nuts. But I want
- 21:18Suze: you to at least know that these are the ETFs
- 21:22Suze: that represent every area in the market, especially if you
- 21:27Suze: see that one area may be taking off, and you
- 21:30Suze: want more exposure in just that area rather than across
- 21:34Suze: the board.
- 21:35Suze: Now you know, however, I'm still going to tell you
- 21:40Suze: that if you own a broad-based index fund like VOO, SPY, VTI,
- 21:48Suze: or really RSP, I am telling you, I still think
- 21:54Suze: in the long run you will be just fine, OK.
- 21:59Suze: So, obviously, you can buy individual stocks besides those. I
- 22:05Suze: don't have a problem with that, but you have to
- 22:08Suze: know with individual stocks that you have to watch them,
- 22:13Suze: you have to know when to buy them, when to
- 22:15Suze: sell them. You really have to think about this. Now,
- 22:19Suze: I just want to talk about dividends for a second here.
- 22:22Suze: As you know, for a long time, I've been telling
- 22:26Suze: all of you, hey,
- 22:28Suze: I'd be investing in dividend stocks and dividend ETFs, so
- 22:32Suze: that even if these markets did go down, I was
- 22:36Suze: being paid to wait. Do you remember me saying that?
- 22:40Suze: And have you done that?
- 22:42Suze: Maybe you have, maybe you haven't, but a lot of
- 22:46Suze: my money seriously is in individual dividend paying stocks, equity, income, stocks,
- 22:55Suze: things like that. If I was going to do ETFs,
- 22:58Suze: these are my recommendations, nobody else's, all right. My number
- 23:03Suze: one would be the Schwab US dividend equity ETF, symbol is SCHD.
- 23:10Suze: And it pays approximately anywhere about, I'd say 3.5% right now. So,
- 23:15Suze: it's got a really great long term record. My next one,
- 23:21Suze: by the way, would be the iShares Core Dividend Growth
- 23:26Suze: ETF symbol is DGRO. The income on that is only
- 23:32Suze: about 2%.
- 23:34Suze: But it does focus on companies that grow dividends, and
- 23:37Suze: it has a lot broader diversification, and it does have
- 23:41Suze: more technology exposure, 'cause I told you, didn't I, that
- 23:46Suze: besides dividend income, I want it to grow as well.
- 23:51Suze: The next really would be the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF.
- 23:56Suze: Dividend is only 1.7% OK, but it does give you
- 24:01Suze: exposure to companies that have this like long history of
- 24:05Suze: raising dividends, so it's more growth oriented than income oriented.
- 24:11Suze: I also really like the Vanguard High Dividend yield ETF
- 24:16Suze: symbol VYM.
- 24:18Suze: Again, only gives about 2.2%, up to maybe 2.5% somewhere
- 24:24Suze: in there, but it's like this broad basket of these
- 24:27Suze: like hundreds of companies that are dividend paying companies that
- 24:32Suze: are good companies. And then, again, if you're looking for
- 24:36Suze: more growth than dividends, I believe it or not, like
- 24:40Suze: the Wisdom Tree US Quality Dividend Growth Fund.
- 24:44Suze: Symbol DGRW, gives 1.3%. It's higher than Vannguard or Schwab
- 24:51Suze: in terms of their expense ratio, so that's up to you.
- 24:54Suze: You don't need to get this one. They emphasize earnings
- 24:57Suze: growth and dividend growth altogether. So, those would be my
- 25:03Suze: favorite ones. Again, the four top would be SCHD, DGRO, VIG,
- 25:11Suze: and VYM. Now...
- 25:15Suze: If I was thinking of looking at individual stocks that
- 25:20Suze: paid a nice dividend, and that I thought offered me growth,
- 25:25Suze: we're in good areas and everything like that, let me
- 25:29Suze: tell you about two investments that may deserve your attention
- 25:34Suze: right now. They have my attention, just so you know.
- 25:38Suze: First one is symbol BEN, B-E-N.
- 25:42Suze: And believe it or not, BEN is Franklin Resources. That's
- 25:47Suze: what it stands for, and their parent company is Franklin Templeton. Now,
- 25:52Suze: it's not an ETF, not a mutual fund, it is
- 25:55Suze: a stock, and the stock is currently trading right around
- 25:59Suze: $33 per share, and it pays an annual dividend of
- 26:04Suze: approximately $1.28 so that gives you a yield of about 4%. Now,
- 26:10Suze: why do I like it?
- 26:11Suze: I like that BEN is a money management company. All right,
- 26:16Suze: listen closely. It manages roughly 1.7 trillion in assets across
- 26:23Suze: mutual funds, ETFs, private markets, fixed income, and wealth management.
- 26:29Suze: I want you to think about that. So as investors
- 26:33Suze: put money to work,
- 26:36Suze: then Franklin Templeton earns fees on those assets, right? Yes.
- 26:41Suze: And as markets grow, assets can grow. So as more
- 26:46Suze: investors like seek these dividend strategies and active management because
- 26:50Suze: they want people to handle their money and alternative investments,
- 26:56Suze: Franklin has the opportunity to benefit here.
- 27:00Suze: So for years, investors have ignored companies like this, because
- 27:04Suze: everybody was, what do you think everybody was doing? They
- 27:07Suze: were chasing technology, but markets don't stay that narrow forever,
- 27:13Suze: and eventually leadership broadens, and that is what is starting
- 27:17Suze: to happen. So, BEN is not a momentum story, meaning
- 27:20Suze: that's not where everybody is starting to go and put
- 27:23Suze: their money. It's a dividend story.
- 27:27Suze: It's a value story. It's a turnaround story, and while
- 27:32Suze: you wait to see if that turnaround continues, OK, what
- 27:36Suze: are you doing? You're collecting roughly a 4% dividend yield.
- 27:43Suze: So, I like that one a lot. And am I
- 27:46Suze: going to add it to my portfolio? Most likely. Next,
- 27:51Suze: there's a stock with the symbol PLD. Now...
- 27:57Suze: PLD is a company by the name of Prologis, P
- 28:03Suze: R O L O G I S, and it's currently
- 28:07Suze: trading about $141 a share. It pays an annual dividend
- 28:14Suze: of approximately $4.28 a share, which gives you a yield
- 28:19Suze: of about 3%. Now, why do I like them?
- 28:24Suze: I like them because they're one of the largest owners
- 28:27Suze: of logistics and warehouse real estate in the world. So, really, everybody,
- 28:33Suze: this is where modern commerce lives. Think about this, when
- 28:37Suze: you order something online,
- 28:39Suze: maybe when a retailer ships merchandise, when a delivery company
- 28:43Suze: moves product across the country, chances are those goods pass
- 28:48Suze: through facilities owned by Prologis. Amazon needs warehouses. Retailers need warehouses.
- 28:57Suze: Manufacturers need warehouses. Delivery companies need warehouses, and Prologis owns
- 29:04Suze: many of the best ones in the world.
- 29:07Suze: So what I like about PLD is that it isn't
- 29:10Suze: dependent on the next hot technology trend. It owns infrastructure
- 29:15Suze: that business needs every single day, that creates cash flow,
- 29:20Suze: that supports dividend growth, and that provides exposure to one
- 29:25Suze: of the most important parts of the global economy, if
- 29:29Suze: you ask me, the movement of goods. So what's the
- 29:32Suze: takeaway here?
- 29:35Suze: BEN gives you exposure to financial services, asset management, income,
- 29:40Suze: and really a potential turnaround story. PLD gives you exposure
- 29:46Suze: to logistics, industrial real estate, global commerce, and long term infrastructure.
- 29:53Suze: Neither one of these really is gonna make you rich overnight,
- 29:56Suze: I promise you that, but I don't want investments that
- 30:00Suze: promise to make you rich overnight.
- 30:02Suze: I don't want it. I want you to own investments
- 30:05Suze: built on real business, real assets, real cash flow, and
- 30:10Suze: real dividends. It's just that simple because in my opinion,
- 30:17Suze: that's really how wealth is really built. So, bottom line here,
- 30:23Suze: if this market continues to broaden out beyond a handful
- 30:27Suze: of technology stocks,
- 30:29Suze: if investors place a greater value on income, dividends, and
- 30:35Suze: durable businesses...
- 30:37Suze: Then companies like BEN and PLD could be positioned to benefit,
- 30:43Suze: and that's why I think you should look at them. So,
- 30:47Suze: there we go. All right, that's everything. Now, remember, last
- 30:55Suze: day today, to get the must-have documents, and tomorrow, do
- 31:00Suze: not forget to listen to me on Doctor Mindy's YouTube.
- 31:06Suze: I can't wait to see it. I love her like
- 31:08Suze: I told you again.
- 31:10Suze: Go to youtube.com/ at Doctor Mindy Pelz. That's P E
- 31:17Suze: L Z, and let's see how we do together. Until then,
- 31:21Suze: there's only one thing that I want you to remember
- 31:23Suze: when it comes to your money, and it is this
- 31:26Suze: people first, then money, then things. Now you stay safe.
- 31:32Suze: Bye bye.
