- 0:26Speaker 2: This is the year. This is the year we're coming
- 0:29Speaker 2: in professional like, and here you are. What are you
- 0:33Speaker 2: already offended?
- 0:34Speaker 3: You promised that was going to be twenty twenty seven.
- 0:37Speaker 2: No, no, I changed it to change is twenty twenty six.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Now we're going to be really professional. We're gonna like
- 0:43Speaker 2: up our.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Game and we're just growing a blazer.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Definitely put on a blazer. Caredith Marx paging Meredith Marx.
- 0:54Speaker 2: She's busy talking nonsense. But I am so thrilled to be,
- 1:00Speaker 2: you know, just jumping into a new year with these
- 1:03Speaker 2: darlings and you, Emily and all the other darlings out there.
- 1:07Speaker 2: So thanks, thanks for tuning in, thanks for listening, and
- 1:11Speaker 2: I'm just happy to be here.
- 1:13Speaker 3: You're a liar, I'm alicious, despicable person.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Not exactly the way I wanted to start, but that's okay.
- 1:21Speaker 2: It's a jumping off point. Happy new Year to you.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Happy new Year. Amy, if you don't know, is still
- 1:27Speaker 3: in the thick of it because La county schools, at
- 1:31Speaker 3: least the elementary schools. Most of them are not back
- 1:34Speaker 3: to school yet. They have until Monday and then they're back.
- 1:40Speaker 3: That was not like that last year, because as we
- 1:42Speaker 3: were speaking right before we went on, we spoke fires
- 1:46Speaker 3: were a year ago exactly, and weren't kids back at
- 1:50Speaker 3: school then?
- 1:51Speaker 2: Uh, sorry, you don't know. Yeah, I think they probably
- 2:01Speaker 2: were the way that the calendar works out, but it doesn't,
- 2:05Speaker 2: you know, at the end of the day, it's always
- 2:07Speaker 2: just a little shy of three weeks. The vacation that
- 2:10Speaker 2: they have, which you know, quite frankly is is great
- 2:16Speaker 2: for many reasons, but also tough for others, you know
- 2:18Speaker 2: what I mean, tough for others. A lot we've had
- 2:22Speaker 2: and we've I've got a houseful, I've got my parents here,
- 2:24Speaker 2: you know, so I'm coming in. You know, there's just
- 2:27Speaker 2: a lot going on. You know. It's like where's the iron,
- 2:30Speaker 2: you know, and we're watching movies and then it's my
- 2:34Speaker 2: dad talking like, oh he would he'd be freezing to death.
- 2:38Speaker 2: My mom, shut up, Alan, Alan, shut up.
- 2:40Speaker 3: You're not giving the endings away, just talking through them.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Soiling well, yeah, other things. There have been other times
- 2:47Speaker 2: when he's given, but but really, as you go along,
- 2:50Speaker 2: he tries to talk and then my mom gets really irritated,
- 2:53Speaker 2: causes the whole thing we were doing, alexis Question of
- 2:56Speaker 2: the Day, just after we've been doing that after dinner
- 2:59Speaker 2: every night. Okay, Maddy loves it. Tonight it almost tore
- 3:05Speaker 2: our family apart. I mean, I you know, we're really
- 3:07Speaker 2: getting down to like it's coming to a tough end here,
- 3:12Speaker 2: but we're having a blast.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Well, what was the question?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Okay? Well, the question was which era has the most pets?
- 3:25Speaker 2: Is it?
- 3:26Speaker 3: Like?
- 3:26Speaker 2: Is it baby Boomers? Is it gen X? Is it
- 3:30Speaker 2: gen Z? Or is it millennials? Wow?
- 3:33Speaker 3: Well I would think that just by this in sheer
- 3:36Speaker 3: numbers of people, could it be baby boomers?
- 3:40Speaker 2: Is that your answer?
- 3:45Speaker 3: Yes?
- 3:46Speaker 2: Okay, well you're wrong, You're dead wrong.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Oh okay, I'm just going with numbers not anything else.
- 3:52Speaker 2: You don't need to explain your wrong answer. It's okay,
- 3:55Speaker 2: I think I do.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So what is the answer? What is the correct answer?
- 3:58Speaker 2: Amy?
- 4:00Speaker 3: God?
- 4:03Speaker 2: The correct answer is millennials. So what happened was as
- 4:07Speaker 2: I was like, it's either gen X or it's millennials,
- 4:10Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm not sure. Let's go with gen x so,
- 4:13Speaker 2: and then we all agreed on gen X, right, So
- 4:15Speaker 2: my mom was like D because gen X was the
- 4:19Speaker 2: D answer okay, and she.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Just yelled D out without any voice prompt She's like,
- 4:27Speaker 3: she said D, but should she say Alex? At first?
- 4:31Speaker 2: No, but that's okay, you don't need to okay, okay.
- 4:34Speaker 2: So then my dad's like, well, no, that was It
- 4:37Speaker 2: wasn't D. It was it was gen X. And then
- 4:40Speaker 2: she's like, that's what I did. And then and then
- 4:44Speaker 2: Brett's like, but but it said this, And then I'm like, no,
- 4:47Speaker 2: we said gen X because gen X was D. He's like,
- 4:50Speaker 2: but Alexa just said that the statistics for for gen
- 4:54Speaker 2: x ors is this, And then Mattie's like, no, Alex
- 4:56Speaker 2: is trying to explain that the statistics are what en
- 5:00Speaker 2: exers did as far as pets, but the answer is
- 5:03Speaker 2: actually millennials. And so like we just all were at
- 5:06Speaker 2: like it was just talking over and we couldn't even
- 5:08Speaker 2: get the full answer. And then we were just like, okay,
- 5:11Speaker 2: let's do the music quiz.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Eh?
- 5:15Speaker 2: Is that all right? The music quiz is really fun.
- 5:21Speaker 2: We have a good time with that. But we've been
- 5:24Speaker 2: just having a blast. Of course, my mom organized my
- 5:27Speaker 2: spice rack throughout a ton of spices. Guys, get into
- 5:32Speaker 2: those spice racks. You're not gonna believe what year are
- 5:36Speaker 2: on your spices, because I was pretty shocked at some Yeah.
- 5:40Speaker 3: See, that's that's the thing we make fun of our
- 5:42Speaker 3: parents for when we moved, like cleared out their kitchen.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 5:47Speaker 2: And here we are and here are yeah we are
- 5:51Speaker 2: because it's the spices you don't use, you know.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah, you got him once to try that one thing. Yeah,
- 5:58Speaker 3: you got way too much. Yeah, and that was ten
- 6:01Speaker 3: years ago now, right right.
- 6:03Speaker 2: And as much as like nutmeg is going to be
- 6:06Speaker 2: used in say a cider mix or a pumpkin pie,
- 6:10Speaker 2: you'd think that that would be circulated more often. But
- 6:14Speaker 2: it really isn't. It really isn't. Nutmeg is one of
- 6:17Speaker 2: the first to age. And then coming coming come in.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Remember Teresa called Cooman coming, She's like, I don't know
- 6:27Speaker 2: alls I use? Is a rege nose battalion spices? Yes,
- 6:37Speaker 2: but then we last saw each other gosh before Christmas. Yeah, wow,
- 6:43Speaker 2: that's a long time ago.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Outdoor movie night for street food Cinema, you'll tide.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Oh my god. You know, if you are a Los Angeles.
- 6:54Speaker 2: If you aren't you know Los Angelino, or you are
- 7:00Speaker 2: visiting around that time before Christmas, get yourself over to
- 7:05Speaker 2: this downtown area. It's a historical district. It is called what.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Is it called it, well, street food, cinema sponsors. U'll
- 7:13Speaker 3: tie at the Heritage Museum. Yeah, Heritage Minima is an
- 7:16Speaker 3: outdoor movie. Like they go around different places on Saturdays
- 7:21Speaker 3: in the summer, but they lock it in for Halloween
- 7:25Speaker 3: and the Christmas holidays at the Heritage Museum.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Oh, they do Halloween there too. Oh that's cool. Yes,
- 7:34Speaker 2: well it's so it's so beautiful. It's really beautiful. I
- 7:38Speaker 2: mean all the Victorian houses that have been picked up
- 7:41Speaker 2: from other places around the Los Angeles Auria and moved
- 7:45Speaker 2: over there to secure them and restore their beauty.
- 7:49Speaker 3: You know, it's really exactly what it is. Yeah, it's
- 7:56Speaker 3: old houses. And then they like you go in the
- 7:59Speaker 3: houses and there's sing alongs and sometimes Santa's in there,
- 8:04Speaker 3: sometimes he's not, and uh, yeah it's great. And then
- 8:08Speaker 3: you watch movies outside big screen.
- 8:12Speaker 2: And very comfortable chairs. I mean I wouldn't even call
- 8:15Speaker 2: him chairs, I'd call him like a Chay's lounge almost. Yeah.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Well, reclin.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Not really, but you gotta bring a footstool.
- 8:24Speaker 3: That's what I do.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Oh, that's all you do?
- 8:28Speaker 3: Can?
- 8:28Speaker 2: I just can?
- 8:30Speaker 3: I got to pack a wagon of fun.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Listen to you, guys, I didn't. I mean, I know
- 8:35Speaker 2: I'm only pretty good, but I mean to the next level.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I got a real look into what this gal is
- 8:41Speaker 2: made of, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
- 8:44Speaker 2: She is like the Martha Stewart if if like survivalists,
- 8:47Speaker 2: you're like a survivalist, but Martha.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Stuarts outdoor movie experiences.
- 8:52Speaker 2: But yeah, I've been telling you, well, I didn't know.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I didn't know what was in store for me. I
- 8:58Speaker 2: mean you did, like, okay, well what does Maddie like?
- 9:00Speaker 2: Does she like? You know, what kind of deserts does
- 9:03Speaker 2: she like? You know you said things like that. I thought, okay,
- 9:06Speaker 2: I knew you were going to be bringing some stuff.
- 9:08Speaker 2: You said, pizza rolls. I didn't know you were hand.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I didn't know you were making them from scratch. I
- 9:14Speaker 2: didn't know you were making cinnamon rolls from scratch, which
- 9:18Speaker 2: get a fresh dollop of whipped cream that she had
- 9:24Speaker 2: in like a ball, a travel ball jar, a travel.
- 9:30Speaker 3: That you would keep that of your cold cooler on
- 9:32Speaker 3: the way in, and you keep your cast roles and
- 9:34Speaker 3: your pizza rolls in a hot cooler with your cinnamon.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Rolls, alls of rolls, a lots of rolls happened in
- 9:43Speaker 2: and it's all at her feet. You would never suspect it.
- 9:46Speaker 2: You're sitting there watching a movie and then all of
- 9:48Speaker 2: a sudden, a plate with a fork and not just
- 9:52Speaker 2: a fork, an actual utensil fork, a metal fork in
- 9:58Speaker 2: a fabric linen apkin is passed your way with a
- 10:02Speaker 2: fresh dollop of cinnamon over a semon role, and you're like,
- 10:05Speaker 2: where am I? What am I doing? Is this the
- 10:06Speaker 2: best night of my life? Because Home Alone? They did
- 10:09Speaker 2: Home Alone. They're playing that. That was amazing and.
- 10:13Speaker 3: It was one and two.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Oh my god, it was just a delight perfect night.
- 10:17Speaker 2: The weather was great, and you had she had her
- 10:20Speaker 2: head lamp on her head so she could see what
- 10:22Speaker 2: she was doing.
- 10:23Speaker 3: It was not not during the film, that is not. Yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 3: the director of Home Alone had my head in a stitch.
- 10:36Speaker 3: If I had a head lamp on during Home Alone.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Oh man, it was a sight to see. And so
- 10:45Speaker 2: miss Jamie Moyer.
- 10:46Speaker 3: We had a great night.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Jamie was there. We walked all around. God, it was
- 10:49Speaker 2: so fun. I loved it.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I was there every night.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Yeah, she love it runs the joint. I mean truly,
- 10:58Speaker 2: I get it. I mean, you're so much closer to
- 11:00Speaker 2: it than I am. I mean, it's far far for me.
- 11:02Speaker 2: So it's really a hop, skip and a jump for you.
- 11:04Speaker 2: You're just like right there. Why wouldn't you go?
- 11:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I say that every day that it's happening. Why
- 11:10Speaker 3: am I not there? Why don't I go? Why did
- 11:13Speaker 3: I not buy a ticket tonight? Okay, I'm gonna go.
- 11:19Speaker 2: So thank you for that, you know, truly truly, And
- 11:24Speaker 2: then I don't remember anything else that's happened because I
- 11:27Speaker 2: just feel like I need a nap, you know. But
- 11:29Speaker 2: I'm excited. We're going to Palm Springs this weekend. We're
- 11:33Speaker 2: going to a wedding. We're gonna get away. My parents
- 11:35Speaker 2: are going to be staying with Maddie. I rented the
- 11:38Speaker 2: runway because oh good, yeah I rented it. I got
- 11:42Speaker 2: my own shoes, but I rented that runway good, and
- 11:45Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna walk it, you know. So Yeah,
- 11:49Speaker 2: that's that's kind of like what's going on with us here,
- 11:51Speaker 2: and it's kind of a Darling's After Dark because we're
- 11:55Speaker 2: recording at nine thirty at night Thursday.
- 11:58Speaker 3: We haven't watched Beverly Hills after show.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Oh I you're to say we haven't watched Beverly Hills.
- 12:05Speaker 3: We haven't even watched the episode. We're just gonna wake it.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Just hopped on here and just we're gonna just assume
- 12:10Speaker 2: what happened based on.
- 12:12Speaker 3: The trailer for the episode. Yeah, so Jennifer Tilley bought
- 12:19Speaker 3: she bought Sedona. I guess that's.
- 12:21Speaker 2: When she totally bought Sedona. Amanda the New Girl is like,
- 12:25Speaker 2: I bought it too, and then Erica is like get drunk,
- 12:32Speaker 2: and then uh, and then Dari's like, you have no
- 12:35Speaker 2: idea how bad it is being in Sedona when my
- 12:38Speaker 2: kids are in Florida. And then do you think I'm close?
- 12:44Speaker 3: Pretty close, I would say, And then we still don't
- 12:47Speaker 3: know if Kyle is with Morgan. So that and that's it.
- 12:51Speaker 3: That's the episode. Thanks everybody by.
- 12:53Speaker 2: It's been really fun. Yeah, but AnyWho, I uh, I'm
- 13:02Speaker 2: excited for the year. We've got a lot coming up.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Traders is probably on as we speak. Emily, that's tough
- 13:09Speaker 2: that's tough to know. That's tough to feel right now,
- 13:11Speaker 2: and so I appreciate you being here. Maybe we'll hop
- 13:15Speaker 2: off and watch it tonight, but we're gonna be recapping that.
- 13:18Speaker 2: That's gonna be hot on Monday. You're gonna get that
- 13:21Speaker 2: on Monday. If you are, Yeah, you're gonna get that
- 13:24Speaker 2: on Monday. And then my god, you know, I have
- 13:27Speaker 2: a whole schedule on what I'm doing this month. Completely
- 13:30Speaker 2: forgot about vander Pump Rules, completely forgot about it.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Yeah, you too, complain.
- 13:35Speaker 2: No one said a word, and you know what that says?
- 13:38Speaker 2: Something that says a lot.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Wait a second, Well, okay, I didn't even look at
- 13:46Speaker 3: I didn't look at that. What's Tuesday below deck and.
- 13:50Speaker 2: What uh Potomac? Because Traders is gonna be Monday. So
- 13:55Speaker 2: that's why it wasn't as glaring. And then we also
- 13:59Speaker 2: have on a Valley Persian style, which I have to
- 14:02Speaker 2: I have to throw into a Monday as well, because
- 14:06Speaker 2: so many of these shows are airing like on Thursdays
- 14:08Speaker 2: and like they're so late in the week. So anyway,
- 14:12Speaker 2: who knows what we're gonna do? Oh we always do
- 14:15Speaker 2: so but AnyWho, yes, well, okay, should we should we start,
- 14:27Speaker 2: I mean talking about Beverly Hills.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Yeah, let's do it.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Okay, let's start with me. Hi, I let's.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Start with me, because that's how Amanda would start a sentence.
- 14:42Speaker 3: He's liking Amanda until this episode.
- 14:45Speaker 2: I know. Wow, she is a lot. Oh my god,
- 14:49Speaker 2: she's such a piece of work. I am so here's
- 14:52Speaker 2: the thing though, I'm so excited because these Beverly Hills
- 14:57Speaker 2: ladies they need some pushback. They a lot of pushback.
- 15:01Speaker 3: We absolutely need her, Yeah, because she is that kind
- 15:04Speaker 3: of there but vacant housewife we've been kind of missing
- 15:09Speaker 3: for a minute because Dury to me, I feel like
- 15:14Speaker 3: she undermines us a little bit. And yeah, whereas Amanda
- 15:18Speaker 3: is fully standing.
- 15:19Speaker 2: And she's Yeah, she's. Amanda's kind of like Drita on steroids.
- 15:25Speaker 3: You know.
- 15:25Speaker 2: She's like the new like three point zero version. It's
- 15:28Speaker 2: like if you didn't update your phone, you know, five times,
- 15:32Speaker 2: now you have to do like five updates in a row.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Like that's who Amanda is. After Drey, you know, it's
- 15:38Speaker 2: kind of.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Like Amanda's Duri doesn't know what character to be and
- 15:42Speaker 3: Amanda's locked in on this one and it's still that
- 15:45Speaker 3: shit like I'm all, I'm like, oh, all right.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I mean her next book is going to be like
- 15:51Speaker 2: how to get people to not like you. It's just like,
- 15:54Speaker 2: you know, just do all of these things. Like you know,
- 15:56Speaker 2: I have no doubt she's incredibly successful and she's gotten
- 15:59Speaker 2: every that she wants, and it's she's living the best life.
- 16:03Speaker 2: But like, how do you make friends when you're just
- 16:07Speaker 2: you're just betty won up? And you know, just when
- 16:11Speaker 2: when Kathy's eyes glaze over, they're already glazed over, but
- 16:16Speaker 2: when you get like a double glaze. You know how
- 16:18Speaker 2: cats have like three, like fifteen eyelids. Kathy as like
- 16:23Speaker 2: fifteen eyelids came down on Kathy's eyes when Amanda was talking,
- 16:27Speaker 2: and I didn't even think that was possible.
- 16:29Speaker 3: But wow, because she usually just like walks away or
- 16:34Speaker 3: like starts talking like she's oblivious. I couldn't believe she
- 16:37Speaker 3: gave her that much attention.
- 16:39Speaker 2: It's because it was her party and it was at
- 16:41Speaker 2: her house and it was her they were eating at
- 16:43Speaker 2: her table. She couldn't she was stuck.
- 16:48Speaker 3: Because I was even like last episode, I was with Amanda,
- 16:51Speaker 3: like with the Dreek conversation and Boza's kind of like, Amanda,
- 16:55Speaker 3: You're not like I don't think both said it to
- 16:58Speaker 3: her face, was saying like, basically, Amanda, this is not
- 17:00Speaker 3: real financial advice. But I thought, like, it might not
- 17:03Speaker 3: be real financial advice, but it is really good. I mean,
- 17:06Speaker 3: we got to start somewhere, We got to start with
- 17:08Speaker 3: the basics here.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I think I'm with her of that, I'm on board
- 17:12Speaker 2: with you one hundred percent. And also, she made it
- 17:14Speaker 2: very clear she's not a financial planner or analyst or somebody.
- 17:18Speaker 2: She's I can't even remember now, it's been so long.
- 17:21Speaker 2: It felt like five weeks ago that I last talked
- 17:23Speaker 2: about Beverly Hills. But she's a financial manifestor you know,
- 17:28Speaker 2: something like that. So she's basically like, you find your
- 17:31Speaker 2: identity in your world and then you build from there.
- 17:34Speaker 2: So like you. I really liked what she said to Durry.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I really enjoyed it. I also think there are plenty
- 17:41Speaker 2: of aspects of her coaching and teaching that I would
- 17:44Speaker 2: probably totally dig. For example, that and what we just
- 17:48Speaker 2: discussed and what she said last time. But when she
- 17:52Speaker 2: said something along the lines of you know, I think
- 17:56Speaker 2: the producer asked in the confessional something like, do you
- 17:59Speaker 2: feel out of place or something like that, and she said, no,
- 18:03Speaker 2: I feel welcome or I feel confident in any room
- 18:06Speaker 2: that I want to be in. And I thought that
- 18:09Speaker 2: that was a great answer, but it's just the way
- 18:13Speaker 2: that she says it, it just comes off as so arrogant.
- 18:16Speaker 2: But really, at the end of the day, what's behind
- 18:19Speaker 2: that is that we should all feel so you know, confidence,
- 18:24Speaker 2: we should all feel so self assured in our own
- 18:27Speaker 2: identity that it doesn't matter where we are, if we're
- 18:31Speaker 2: sitting with kings and queens or if we're sitting with
- 18:35Speaker 2: a newspaper stand person, like we should feel just as
- 18:40Speaker 2: welcome or just as is solid in who we are
- 18:43Speaker 2: no matter where we are.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Is like also where I want to be. And so
- 18:50Speaker 3: that's like that's where I'm like, Okay, that's a great
- 18:53Speaker 3: thing to say, Amanda, But like you really want to
- 18:55Speaker 3: be at Kathy's house. You want to be sitting in
- 18:58Speaker 3: her living room?
- 18:59Speaker 2: Like I like, yeah, she wants to be on The
- 19:01Speaker 2: Real Housewives.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess. But it's like there's an uncomfortability thing happening,
- 19:07Speaker 3: and it's like can we talk about that?
- 19:08Speaker 2: Yeah? Can we talk about yeah? One hundred percent, Like
- 19:12Speaker 2: you want to be here and you feel welcome, but
- 19:14Speaker 2: everyone else is not digging it.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Well, yeah, there's something like you're forcing this and it shows.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Well that's what. Yeah, that's what I mean. Like, I really,
- 19:25Speaker 2: I know, I love it. I like her so far
- 19:28Speaker 2: what I've heard. I think that her teaching could probably
- 19:31Speaker 2: do a lot of people good, which is why she's
- 19:34Speaker 2: probably very successful. But then you then you see the
- 19:37Speaker 2: actual person and then you're like, whoa, it's the way
- 19:41Speaker 2: you're doing it.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, after seeing this, I know exactly who
- 19:46Speaker 3: she is, like one of these people that speaks in
- 19:49Speaker 3: like like that. I feel comfortable in every room I
- 19:53Speaker 3: walk into, and it's like, great, I need to now
- 19:58Speaker 3: walk into a room that I'm not comfortable walking? What
- 20:00Speaker 3: do I do for that? Oh, you don't have anything.
- 20:01Speaker 3: I just pad five hundred dollars for this fucking lecture
- 20:04Speaker 3: and I'm just gonna go with your fucking catchphrases. And
- 20:08Speaker 3: there's nothing there there.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Oh, I'm sure there's much more to that, Emily. Didn't
- 20:13Speaker 2: you hear There's an app, there's a website, there is
- 20:16Speaker 2: alerts and notifications. It's not just a catchphrase. You're gonna
- 20:21Speaker 2: get the bait. You're gonna get all the building basics
- 20:23Speaker 2: to get to where you need to be.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Trusts, I will say hats off to her for having
- 20:30Speaker 3: all that shit ready to go before she had her
- 20:33Speaker 3: first episode of the Housewives, because the the road to
- 20:39Speaker 3: heaven is paved with intentions of having that. Remember that
- 20:44Speaker 3: Sutton said that Tillie's like to hell.
- 20:47Speaker 2: It's not oh yeah, yes, that's right. It's actually to
- 20:52Speaker 2: hell with Chuckie it is.
- 20:54Speaker 3: She's like looking at producers.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Yeah, whoa Sutton. Sutton is like coming in with a whole, fresh,
- 21:05Speaker 2: new take.
- 21:07Speaker 3: She looked good.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Yeah, she looked alert. She wasn't given crazy eyes. She
- 21:15Speaker 2: got a little freshoked up. Yeah. And I'm telling you,
- 21:19Speaker 2: you know, so you were I think out of town
- 21:23Speaker 2: for the first episode of Beverly Hills. You couldn't do
- 21:25Speaker 2: it right.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Yeah, so I can do it.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Al lir face, your lie of face. So you know,
- 21:36Speaker 2: the whole thing about a v and him leaving and
- 21:39Speaker 2: all that stuff. I you know, I just I have
- 21:42Speaker 2: these ideas, and I'm sure other people maybe thought this too,
- 21:46Speaker 2: But like I think that AVI called her out on
- 21:48Speaker 2: her drinking and was and was just wasn't going to
- 21:52Speaker 2: put up with it. Anymore. And basically it was like
- 21:54Speaker 2: I can't, I can't stand by this and then left
- 21:58Speaker 2: or he was like you need to do some thing
- 22:01Speaker 2: and she was like, no, I won't, and now you
- 22:03Speaker 2: need to leave.
- 22:03Speaker 3: You know.
- 22:04Speaker 2: I'm not sure, but I think that it had to
- 22:05Speaker 2: do with her drinking as to why he left. That's
- 22:07Speaker 2: that's my take on it. And maybe that's what actually
- 22:12Speaker 2: him leaving was what woke her up a little bit.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe something went down.
- 22:19Speaker 2: I think for sure it did.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I really do, Yeah, because there was no getting through
- 22:24Speaker 3: to her on that and I and it does seem, well,
- 22:29Speaker 3: it is interesting because she does still like I'm it's yeah,
- 22:34Speaker 3: it's just she still has her wine here and there.
- 22:37Speaker 3: It'll be interesting to see if that lifestyle of uh
- 22:42Speaker 3: not drinking as much she can handle that during filming. Yeah,
- 22:46Speaker 3: So I think filming takes a lot out of sudden
- 22:50Speaker 3: in that way.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Well, it takes a lot out of the bottle of Sutton's.
- 23:00Speaker 2: I mean, look, I don't think that it's just because
- 23:03Speaker 2: of filming. I think that it's a you know, an
- 23:07Speaker 2: all year round affair, if you will.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that there's a lot of that that
- 23:13Speaker 3: is in like the way that she has lit like
- 23:16Speaker 3: the culture of her life. You know. I think there's
- 23:19Speaker 3: a lot of like afternoon drinks, I mean, and afternoon
- 23:24Speaker 3: get togethers and then gala's and I think, especially like
- 23:29Speaker 3: coming from the South, I think that that's just part
- 23:32Speaker 3: of it. And I think like, yeah, maybe she should
- 23:37Speaker 3: try it this way for a little bit.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it's nice to see, I mean, completely unexpected, and
- 23:49Speaker 2: I'll be interested to see like what happens because a
- 23:53Speaker 2: lot of the times people if they do And I'm
- 23:55Speaker 2: not saying she has a drinking problem, but I think
- 24:00Speaker 2: she does. You weren't. I think that she has a
- 24:04Speaker 2: problem with drinking.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Not a drinking problem, No, I get it.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but like if you don't go and work the steps,
- 24:15Speaker 2: like if you don't go into rehab, can you kick it?
- 24:19Speaker 2: You know, can you get control of it? And this
- 24:22Speaker 2: would be this will be an interesting little experiment.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Well you know, yeah, I don't know. Maybe like she
- 24:29Speaker 3: can just have a glass of wine every week.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Maybe.
- 24:33Speaker 3: I think she leans on it a lot for filming
- 24:35Speaker 3: in terms of having to do these social gatherings, because
- 24:39Speaker 3: I think she is I think it's probably been involved
- 24:42Speaker 3: in her life as long as she's can remember to
- 24:45Speaker 3: have drinks socially at these social things. So I do
- 24:50Speaker 3: wonder with filming, especially like there's an added layer.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I mean, and that goes into like New
- 24:57Speaker 2: York you know, the New York Housewives. They all when
- 25:01Speaker 2: filming is up and running, they are in the bottle
- 25:05Speaker 2: twenty four to seven, I mean, the old ones, the
- 25:07Speaker 2: old New York o g host housewives. And I remember
- 25:12Speaker 2: like even Derinda on Watch What Happens Live, where like
- 25:14Speaker 2: her drinking had been questioned and she's like, I mean,
- 25:18Speaker 2: do you really want me to stop drinking? Like you
- 25:20Speaker 2: excuseually want me to stop drinking? Like I mean, is
- 25:23Speaker 2: it gonna be entertaining? And she has a point like
- 25:25Speaker 2: we all you look in New York and they're just
- 25:27Speaker 2: the biggest lushes. They were also drunk all the time.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Oh my god, it's like crazy.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but they're still entertaining when they get sober too,
- 25:35Speaker 3: because at the at the end of the day, at
- 25:37Speaker 3: the end of the day, they still.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Caved to heaven. Well yeah, yeah. Well, when she was like,
- 25:46Speaker 2: this is a trip where I want to, you know,
- 25:48Speaker 2: build on our friendships and I would like to introduce
- 25:51Speaker 2: you to Sutton Brown, and you know, it. It should
- 25:57Speaker 2: sound corny, but it actually didn't. It sounded pretty nice
- 26:01Speaker 2: the way that she put it. I thought it was
- 26:03Speaker 2: kind of a lovely little introduction and quite humble, and
- 26:06Speaker 2: I thought it was really beautiful, but beautiful.
- 26:10Speaker 3: She's sharp in not a like mental way. She's sharp.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Her edges are sharp right now, like you cannot It's
- 26:19Speaker 3: almost she's sharper than when she was drinking in terms
- 26:23Speaker 3: of like.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Edgy and like, oh body interesting right.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Like coming for Jennifer Tilly that hard and I see,
- 26:32Speaker 3: like I know that we had that clip coming up
- 26:35Speaker 3: of Jennifer saying this is what Abby had to deal with.
- 26:38Speaker 2: But I'm like, well, not just avy.
- 26:41Speaker 3: I think this is sudden, like not having something to
- 26:46Speaker 3: take the edge off. She's gonna come for you the
- 26:49Speaker 3: second she needs to like take the edge off, and
- 26:53Speaker 3: Jennifer Tilly is gonna get it.
- 26:55Speaker 2: She's gonna get it. She has it coming. Oh no,
- 27:01Speaker 2: for no.
- 27:01Speaker 3: Reason except for that, I think Sutton just feels the
- 27:05Speaker 3: most comfortable with her.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah. I mean Sutton was putting Amanda in
- 27:12Speaker 2: her place by saying, like, if you think you got
- 27:16Speaker 2: Erica for one second, you didn't. I was like, holy shit, like, what,
- 27:23Speaker 2: who are we talking about?
- 27:25Speaker 3: The god? Okay? I was like, oh, yes, that's a
- 27:30Speaker 3: good call.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, oh wow yeah. But I honestly don't even
- 27:39Speaker 2: know what Amanda's point was in her retort back to Erica,
- 27:46Speaker 2: why she thought she got her. I didn't understand how
- 27:49Speaker 2: she got her anyway. I was very confused about that.
- 27:52Speaker 2: And honestly, you don't even need to explain it because
- 27:55Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 27:57Speaker 3: I just think it's Amanda telling tales. I just think
- 28:00Speaker 3: like Amana is sitting at Kathy's like, oh, this is
- 28:04Speaker 3: my experience and I won, and it's like I won
- 28:09Speaker 3: behind it. It's just like she's just spinning out on
- 28:12Speaker 3: her like this is why I'm on the winner's platform,
- 28:16Speaker 3: and it's like, okay.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Cool, it's gonna be so great. They're all gonna be
- 28:20Speaker 2: so annoyed with her and she's not gonna give two shits.
- 28:23Speaker 2: I really don't. And that's what's gonna be so great
- 28:25Speaker 2: about it is that she's gonna be so unbothered, bewitched,
- 28:31Speaker 2: unbothered and bewildered.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Yeah, that's her new girl.
- 28:36Speaker 2: It's great. It's really great. It's so good. And then
- 28:40Speaker 2: even like getting on the plane with Rachel talking about
- 28:44Speaker 2: everybody's fashions and she's like, she came on with ALV
- 28:50Speaker 2: logo's bigger than I've e've ever seen befar and that
- 28:54Speaker 2: in my head. Yeah, she was like really feeling that.
- 29:03Speaker 3: It's like, not Sedona's the one thing that wasn't right.
- 29:08Speaker 2: It was the one thing. Kyle's tur cooins was great.
- 29:11Speaker 2: I loved her breaking down everyone's looks. That was awesome.
- 29:15Speaker 2: It was such a cool little moment. I hope, Yeah,
- 29:18Speaker 2: they continue to do that, even though you know, I don't.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I know, that's not what kind of show it is,
- 29:24Speaker 2: but it would be really cool if they did.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that they can do it. I think
- 29:29Speaker 3: that they can at least casually give us something like
- 29:33Speaker 3: that every other episode. I'm fine, Yeah, it's a little
- 29:36Speaker 3: I mean, she's a pro. I want to hear what
- 29:38Speaker 3: she has to say because you know she's thinking it, yes,
- 29:42Speaker 3: so let's hear it.
- 29:43Speaker 2: And I loved her outfit, Oh my gosh, it was
- 29:46Speaker 2: so good. The hat and the fringe and the glasses.
- 29:48Speaker 2: She just just I mean, she really can just do
- 29:50Speaker 2: no wrong. I loved it.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Wow. I totally hated it that it was though it
- 29:58Speaker 3: was it was. She was wearing a chandelier from her
- 30:03Speaker 3: ear lobes down to her tits. It was so much
- 30:09Speaker 3: beads and crystal whatever. Hang, I was like, that looks
- 30:13Speaker 3: heavy and awful. It looks so uncomfortable.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Oh, I thought it was great, and it looked it
- 30:19Speaker 2: looked effortless, absolutely effortless.
- 30:22Speaker 3: That to me, I was like kidding, Oh God, thank god, Okay.
- 30:27Speaker 2: But I love the hat and I'm a sucker for
- 30:31Speaker 2: like an all black look anyway. Yeah, oh, did you.
- 30:38Speaker 3: By the way, speaking of the all black and this
- 30:40Speaker 3: is last episode with the speed dating, did you catch
- 30:43Speaker 3: that Darite is wearing Shannon Badoor's dress that she always wears,
- 30:48Speaker 3: the black facetop with the black polka dots. Wears that
- 30:53Speaker 3: one all the time.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Oh, I know what you're talking about now, No, we
- 30:56Speaker 2: didn't put that together. Was that not one of the
- 30:59Speaker 2: funniest things you've ever seen? Them showing up one by
- 31:02Speaker 2: one and coming in in all black. I mean that
- 31:07Speaker 2: was wild.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Yeah, it was. But I also was like I would
- 31:11Speaker 3: have done the same thing. See, yeah, I would not
- 31:15Speaker 3: have wanted to come in flashy.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I know, but that was crazy. That was so crazy, hilarious.
- 31:21Speaker 2: I just couldn't believe the coincidence of it all was amazing.
- 31:24Speaker 2: And they just looked like they were at a fricking
- 31:27Speaker 2: wake at a funeral and they're like in a speed
- 31:29Speaker 2: dating thing. It was so funny. Oh, Erica and this
- 31:33Speaker 2: Shrek guy. That was really cool to hear her talk about.
- 31:37Speaker 3: Wow.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I mean it was nice to see that
- 31:41Speaker 2: she was like, you know, talking pretty freely about it.
- 31:45Speaker 2: We'll see where it goes. Loved that picture of them.
- 31:47Speaker 2: I remember seeing it in the uh, in the papers
- 31:51Speaker 2: and just in a T shirt, you know. The Crocs
- 31:54Speaker 2: comment was funny and Rachel being like, if he was
- 31:57Speaker 2: wearing Burks, I'd make out with him. I love Burks.
- 32:03Speaker 2: That was so unexpected of her, it was. And also like, no,
- 32:09Speaker 2: now with the feet, please not to say that I
- 32:13Speaker 2: don't have a pair of Birks. I do, and I
- 32:15Speaker 2: wear them in the summer all the time. Yeah.
- 32:18Speaker 3: I don't need to see I don't need to see
- 32:19Speaker 3: it on him. I don't want to see.
- 32:23Speaker 2: What are you You're not saying fine, okay, okay, but
- 32:26Speaker 2: you're not saying that people can't wear burks, are you
- 32:30Speaker 2: at all? Ever?
- 32:31Speaker 3: No, I'm saying, go ahead and wear there. I don't
- 32:33Speaker 3: want to see. To me, there's nothing sexy about that
- 32:38Speaker 3: on a on a guy. I'm like, that's not the
- 32:42Speaker 3: first thing I see.
- 32:43Speaker 2: And I'm like, damn, okay, good.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Understand that take from her, Like I neither crocs honestly,
- 32:53Speaker 4: Like I wouldn't clock the burks either, But to be
- 32:56Speaker 4: like that's that's what I'm into, I'm.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Like, yeah, it was very It shook me when Rachel
- 33:03Speaker 2: said that. I was like, whoa, huh. I mean, I know,
- 33:07Speaker 2: in in many ways she was kind of like she's
- 33:10Speaker 2: kind of hippyish, so I suppose it kind of checks out.
- 33:13Speaker 3: But meanwhile, like, I'm literally wearing them right now.
- 33:21Speaker 2: That's hilarious with socks, socks and burgs.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Baby, I just looked at the ground and gross.
- 33:31Speaker 2: And you you're disgusted by your own shoes and feet?
- 33:37Speaker 3: Wow, called Erica Jane and Rachel Zoe.
- 33:41Speaker 2: All Right, So how about Durrett's house with Kyle, And
- 33:45Speaker 2: I mean, Durite is picking up from last week? She
- 33:48Speaker 2: is spiraling, she is out of her mind with this
- 33:51Speaker 2: peak stuff.
- 33:52Speaker 3: This is so Chense is serving those dogs the most
- 33:56Speaker 3: expensive dog food?
- 33:58Speaker 2: Oh yeah, is that true?
- 34:00Speaker 3: Well, I hope that it's It is very expensive. I
- 34:04Speaker 3: think it's like thirty bucks or something like.
- 34:07Speaker 2: That for what a bag.
- 34:09Speaker 3: K I looked it up and I couldn't get a
- 34:12Speaker 3: gauge on it. I think for a bag. Okay anyway,
- 34:18Speaker 3: but I'm hoping that that is sponsored because they got
- 34:21Speaker 3: a lot of screen.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Time Batch and then small batch small.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Batch dog food okay, because she prepped it for ten
- 34:29Speaker 3: minutes while she's talking about this, and then I was like,
- 34:31Speaker 3: all right, this is.
- 34:33Speaker 2: Snacks for her, Kyle. It's really funny. He's like, Kyle,
- 34:38Speaker 2: can you please come over. I have to do an ad.
- 34:40Speaker 2: I have to make money. Pik has just told me
- 34:43Speaker 2: he's never going to pay for small batch again. So
- 34:46Speaker 2: I reached out for small batch and I said, Piku.
- 34:49Speaker 2: He all of a sudden he told the business manager
- 34:52Speaker 2: to tell me he's not paying for small batch. I
- 34:54Speaker 2: wasn't expecting this. So I'll do an ad. Are you
- 34:57Speaker 2: okay with that? I need the money? Got oh.
- 35:01Speaker 3: I was like, well, Amazon, drop it off. This is
- 35:04Speaker 3: on Amazon, Amazon, Amazon.
- 35:06Speaker 2: Amazon, whatever you want, Kyle, we'll do it Amazon Life.
- 35:12Speaker 2: When you're here, we'll do a small batch and then
- 35:16Speaker 2: we'll talk and then we'll do Amazon Live, and so you.
- 35:18Speaker 3: Show the dogs eating it, like you you.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Are the dog, right, yeah, it has to be an
- 35:24Speaker 2: ad Oh my god.
- 35:26Speaker 3: But she knew what she was doing with it, like
- 35:28Speaker 3: she was really like grinding it up. She was like
- 35:30Speaker 3: really prepping their meals. Nice. I was like, this is
- 35:33Speaker 3: I'm now hungry.
- 35:36Speaker 2: I hate that when when an animal's food makes me hungry.
- 35:40Speaker 2: I hate it. I'm like, oh, what's wrong with me?
- 35:43Speaker 3: Like that wouldn't happen with a can of friskies, Like
- 35:47Speaker 3: I would never no no, no, no, no no no. Yeah.
- 35:50Speaker 2: But like Chuck Wagon, I remember those commercials, I'd be
- 35:56Speaker 2: like and like when I'm making swoopies like her tuna
- 36:05Speaker 2: and it's this brand called Applause, and it's like it
- 36:09Speaker 2: looks so good because it looks like actual people tuna.
- 36:12Speaker 2: You know, it's like really good quality. I mean it's
- 36:14Speaker 2: thirty dollars for a bag. No I'm kidding, wow. And
- 36:21Speaker 2: sometimes I'm like, smells so good. I feel like eating tuna.
- 36:25Speaker 2: But anyway, so yeah, you're right. So she's furiously making
- 36:29Speaker 2: small batch and she is in the thick of it
- 36:33Speaker 2: with this guy, and like she is just it's a lot,
- 36:36Speaker 2: I mean and I'm I have a I believe her.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Do you believe her?
- 36:41Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 36:42Speaker 2: Okay, the one style does not?
- 36:45Speaker 3: Yeah, No, well, yeah, I don't. I think that p
- 36:49Speaker 3: K at the end of the day, he's a con
- 36:51Speaker 3: man and a charmer. Part of being a con man
- 36:54Speaker 3: is is you're an excellent charmer. And you know, he
- 37:00Speaker 3: as we know allegedly you know, Bravodac get really leaned
- 37:03Speaker 3: into it. And there's that guy came into this relationship
- 37:07Speaker 3: with Derey with a family that he had left a
- 37:12Speaker 3: shit ton of like weird debt, and so it also,
- 37:17Speaker 3: like is a very good argument for everything that they
- 37:20Speaker 3: currently have that Dury is entitled to all of it,
- 37:26Speaker 3: because I think that he when they started that relationship,
- 37:30Speaker 3: I don't know how much money PK actually had.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Right, Well, she's saying he didn't have anything.
- 37:35Speaker 3: Right and I believe that, and I believe, like what
- 37:39Speaker 3: you know, his past behavior shows is that he does
- 37:43Speaker 3: not hang with his kids. That seems to be a pattern.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think that she's right to just be like,
- 37:51Speaker 2: somebody please help me here, can you please have MO
- 37:54Speaker 2: talk to him? Or you know, of course Kyle saying like, well,
- 37:57Speaker 2: I mean I've heard that PK is saying that you're
- 38:00Speaker 2: not letting him see the kids, and it's like that's
- 38:03Speaker 2: that's what bad people do and what bad people say.
- 38:07Speaker 2: You know, I'm sure there's so much behind it where
- 38:10Speaker 2: it's like he comes into town and he wants to
- 38:12Speaker 2: see the kids. Well it's like, okay, well they probably
- 38:14Speaker 2: have ballet and horseback riding and all this, and they've
- 38:17Speaker 2: got school and they've got this. You can't just come
- 38:19Speaker 2: in and swipe them out of their routines.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Right.
- 38:24Speaker 3: It felt to me like remember like when Kim and
- 38:27Speaker 3: Kanye were getting divorced and he wanted to have them
- 38:29Speaker 3: go to a different school when he was with it
- 38:32Speaker 3: on his fifty to fifty custody.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Really, Oh wow, I didn't know that.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Okay, Yeah, it's just but it had that vibe to
- 38:39Speaker 3: it when Dury was explaining it in her interview, like
- 38:42Speaker 3: he comes to town and then like just expects to
- 38:45Speaker 3: like clear the decks and like Dad's here and now
- 38:48Speaker 3: we're going to just do Dad's thing. And it's like, well, no,
- 38:51Speaker 3: the parent has to like incorporate into their lives, right.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I don't know. It's a mess, and I just don't
- 38:58Speaker 3: I just think that, like I do think Deurret's right.
- 39:03Speaker 3: I just think that she's not as fun as Piquet.
- 39:05Speaker 3: And that's why Kyle is like, but the party's over here.
- 39:09Speaker 3: He's fun and funny and he makes me laugh and
- 39:13Speaker 3: Durie doesn't. But it's like, well, yeah, but he's still.
- 39:17Speaker 2: It is interesting that Kyle is sticking up for him
- 39:21Speaker 2: on some level, and it is giving me pause in
- 39:27Speaker 2: a way to like question dearite slightly. And that's because
- 39:30Speaker 2: I trust Kyle. I do trust on some level that
- 39:34Speaker 2: she is pretty fair. However, she really gives, like, and
- 39:42Speaker 2: she's given Mauricio, you know, in my opinion, just so
- 39:46Speaker 2: much leash or rope to have fun, you know, and
- 39:51Speaker 2: to do whatever. And she's taken him back time and
- 39:54Speaker 2: time again, and then she's kept it away from the
- 39:58Speaker 2: public so as to not humiliate him or their family.
- 40:03Speaker 2: So that that's how she rolls, you know, and that's
- 40:05Speaker 2: why when.
- 40:05Speaker 3: She everyone rolls in Beverly Hills on that show.
- 40:09Speaker 2: And so that's their advice. That's why like even Amanda's like, well,
- 40:12Speaker 2: you know, I first thought it was this, but now
- 40:14Speaker 2: I'm thinking it might not be good for her to
- 40:16Speaker 2: be talking about this. It's like, well, yeah. I mean,
- 40:19Speaker 2: God forbid Dry speak the truth about what's happening here,
- 40:22Speaker 2: you know, and and say my husband is a full
- 40:26Speaker 2: blown alcoholic, And I mean I know that that a
- 40:29Speaker 2: lot of people had an issue with that when she
- 40:31Speaker 2: did do that. A lot of viewers thought that that
- 40:34Speaker 2: was like not her story to tell and to out
- 40:36Speaker 2: someone and if they have an alcohol problem to say that.
- 40:40Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't really I didn't really see
- 40:43Speaker 2: too much of a problem with it. I don't. I mean,
- 40:45Speaker 2: maybe I'm being insensitive, but it seems like a person
- 40:49Speaker 2: who's really trapped and stuck at this point and they
- 40:51Speaker 2: don't even know like which way to turn.
- 40:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:54Speaker 3: As fans of the show, especially with Beverly Hills, we all,
- 41:01Speaker 3: I'm speaking for all of us, every single one of you.
- 41:05Speaker 3: We are kind of wanting them, and I really am
- 41:09Speaker 3: speaking for Amy now one h Amy can turn your
- 41:13Speaker 3: mic off. I'll just I'm doing a depression of Amy.
- 41:18Speaker 2: That is not nice. You cut it out right now,
- 41:20Speaker 2: young lady. You will go to bed without a cinnamon
- 41:24Speaker 2: roll and a fresh dollup of whip cream? How dare you?
- 41:28Speaker 2: All right? Go on make your point.
- 41:30Speaker 3: I only want the whip cream, so now what we
- 41:36Speaker 3: keep demanding that our Beverly Hills ladies give us the
- 41:39Speaker 3: real story of what's going on.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Yes, thank you.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Yeah, and after Read's giving us the real story, all
- 41:50Speaker 3: warts and all, and so we have to I have
- 41:54Speaker 3: to say. And I'm not a to eat fan. I
- 41:58Speaker 3: think I've been pretty clear about that, but I will say,
- 42:01Speaker 3: she's giving me the show that I've kind of wanted.
- 42:06Speaker 2: Yeah, and now and guess what now they want her
- 42:09Speaker 2: to shut up?
- 42:10Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, because then they've got to because if Dared
- 42:14Speaker 3: starts putting it out there this hard, it makes them
- 42:17Speaker 3: look like, well, then I've got to do that or
- 42:21Speaker 3: it's weird. They almost are. Especially Kyle is kind of
- 42:25Speaker 3: making Daid a little bit. I feel like she's gaslighting her.
- 42:29Speaker 2: She's kind of making her look like a crazy lady. Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 2: she's making her look like the crazy wife. Yes, I agree.
- 42:35Speaker 3: And meanwhile, like and also like Erica too, Like Erica
- 42:40Speaker 3: is at least being less judgmental on Dereid, but like
- 42:45Speaker 3: you know, both everybody on this show, Sutton, they've all
- 42:50Speaker 3: had crazy shit go down in their marriages that we
- 42:54Speaker 3: are completely shielded by while they deflect, and Dured.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Is like, come on, in see the mess because she's
- 43:02Speaker 2: got nothing, like she's got nowhere to go. It feels
- 43:06Speaker 2: like that. I don't know what kind of support system
- 43:08Speaker 2: she has, but I know our parents are great. I
- 43:11Speaker 2: know her parents are really there for her. But the
- 43:15Speaker 2: way that she is like popping off in these scenes,
- 43:19Speaker 2: it concerns me for her.
- 43:21Speaker 3: She doesn't have boy George anymore.
- 43:24Speaker 2: That's a hit, that's a real hit.
- 43:25Speaker 3: That's a hit. That's a goodbye goodbye chameleon. Yeah, it's
- 43:32Speaker 3: not even the opposite of car.
- 43:33Speaker 2: I know, well, coma Kama come up, but it sounds
- 43:37Speaker 2: like kama kama come up, So goodbye, go goodbye. Dree
- 43:45Speaker 2: is telling them straight away, do you know how part
- 43:48Speaker 2: it is to go through this hello?
- 43:51Speaker 1: You know?
- 43:51Speaker 2: And people do know, but they're like, yeah, but we
- 43:53Speaker 2: didn't really tell anybody. We didn't really tell a camera.
- 43:58Speaker 2: We told people near us, and we dealt with it quietly.
- 44:02Speaker 2: We didn't do what you're doing, and so they don't
- 44:04Speaker 2: even know how to handle it.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Yeah, And I guess the argument too can be like, Jurie,
- 44:09Speaker 3: you're making this way harder for yourself, not because of
- 44:13Speaker 3: the show you're making. For the show, You're making it
- 44:16Speaker 3: easy for your divorce. You're making it really hard.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Okay, So then lawyer, if Kyle is being a good friend,
- 44:23Speaker 2: it's because she's trying to shut her up so that
- 44:25Speaker 2: she doesn't screw herself in the end, Right, is that
- 44:28Speaker 2: what it is?
- 44:29Speaker 3: I think I think we're seeing it. Yes, absolutely, I
- 44:33Speaker 3: mean we see we saw Kathy do that at the
- 44:37Speaker 3: last season when with when they were sitting at Kathy's
- 44:42Speaker 3: for lunches at last season and Durie started going in
- 44:46Speaker 3: on how pqu is a bad dad and Kathy's like, uh.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Right, right, So I.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Think that they are all in like in the moment,
- 44:57Speaker 3: like no, you don't want to say this. The camera's
- 45:00Speaker 3: right there. There is a.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Camera right there. Yeah.
- 45:03Speaker 3: Yeah, but Duri really can't help herself, and that is entertaining,
- 45:07Speaker 3: as if you were.
- 45:09Speaker 2: She can't help herself because she won't. She she's gonna talk.
- 45:13Speaker 2: She's gonna talk, and she's not gonna stop. And I
- 45:17Speaker 2: know her. But he thought that she was never gonna
- 45:21Speaker 2: He thought that she was never gonna like say anything.
- 45:24Speaker 2: He's an idiot.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Oh yeah, although I can see p K thinking that
- 45:31Speaker 3: because he is a narcissist. I think he thought, like,
- 45:37Speaker 3: you know, there's nothing really happening with Dree between like
- 45:43Speaker 3: you know, with the accents and everything else, Like she
- 45:45Speaker 3: can't lock.
- 45:46Speaker 2: In the accents like on who she is, you know,
- 45:49Speaker 2: where their voice is in s touch.
- 45:53Speaker 3: And I think that, you know, speaking of chameleons, like
- 45:58Speaker 3: she kind of like locks in on the accent of
- 46:00Speaker 3: who she's with or the vibe of who she's with.
- 46:03Speaker 3: But I never thought, and I'm sure he didn't think
- 46:07Speaker 3: that she would turn on him so viciously on camera. Right,
- 46:12Speaker 3: She's very much about appearances. So yeah, I don't know.
- 46:18Speaker 2: Wow, Well he was fighting to go to mediation. That's
- 46:22Speaker 2: not good. You got to go to those those family
- 46:25Speaker 2: court meetings or else that you've got nothing, you know,
- 46:28Speaker 2: and then so if you don't do that, then you
- 46:30Speaker 2: have to go to actual court and then you have
- 46:34Speaker 2: to duke it out. So she's trying to settle this
- 46:39Speaker 2: without going to court, and both of them spending all
- 46:44Speaker 2: this money.
- 46:45Speaker 3: There's no way they're going to go. He doesn't have money.
- 46:49Speaker 3: There's no way they're going to go to court. Also,
- 46:53Speaker 3: as she said, everything becomes public, and I don't think
- 46:57Speaker 3: he wants that either.
- 46:58Speaker 2: No, no, he sure doesn't. But she's making it public.
- 47:02Speaker 2: But you know what, I bet you. I mean, of course,
- 47:05Speaker 2: there's way more to the stories than she's I mean,
- 47:08Speaker 2: she's not telling us everything, so she's probably only giving
- 47:13Speaker 2: us the tip of the iceberg. Which is why, like
- 47:15Speaker 2: we're in this situation now because last season, when you
- 47:18Speaker 2: were just saying, like she was talking about how he's
- 47:21Speaker 2: not a good dad and stuff, Well she's back this
- 47:25Speaker 2: season and she's talking shit about him again. Nothing happened
- 47:30Speaker 2: to her from last season, So why would she stop?
- 47:34Speaker 3: I think? Yeah, and the one thing, I well, a couple,
- 47:37Speaker 3: I'm sure a lot has changed, but I do think
- 47:39Speaker 3: now she probably has a lot more receipts in terms
- 47:43Speaker 3: of like text messages from him being like, now she
- 47:47Speaker 3: has two years or whatever of text messages being like, yeah,
- 47:52Speaker 3: I want to hang out with the are you coming over?
- 47:54Speaker 3: You said you were going to be here?
- 47:55Speaker 2: Where are you?
- 47:56Speaker 3: Pqu the kids are asking like those.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Kinds of things.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Yeah, So she'll probably roll those out at some point.
- 48:04Speaker 2: This is going to be a very long divorce because
- 48:07Speaker 2: they're not divorced yet and it's been has it been
- 48:10Speaker 2: almost two years?
- 48:13Speaker 3: Well a year and a half, I don't know.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Oh, I guess that's not that bad, but yeah.
- 48:18Speaker 3: I also don't know if they can't afford I think
- 48:22Speaker 3: it's I think it's one of those things where it's
- 48:25Speaker 3: like they it's too expensive for them to get divorced.
- 48:29Speaker 3: They can't like like the assets, like I don't know.
- 48:35Speaker 2: Well, when Durit says to Kyle, like, if you were
- 48:39Speaker 2: talking about mo in this way, you know, and I would,
- 48:46Speaker 2: you know, believe you instead of questioning you. And I
- 48:49Speaker 2: think that's a really good point. And because Kyle's like, well,
- 48:53Speaker 2: Moe would never do that, and she's like, yeah, but
- 48:55Speaker 2: if he did, I would believe you and I would
- 48:58Speaker 2: be like, what are you kidding me? And it's it's
- 49:01Speaker 2: kind of true because every single time Dura it's like
- 49:04Speaker 2: he's out for blood. You don't know him, Kyle, She's like, wow,
- 49:07Speaker 2: I mean he's kind of like he makes his funny
- 49:09Speaker 2: jokes and he's not that ray. It's like you're completely
- 49:12Speaker 2: ignoring what you really aren't believing her. You really aren't.
- 49:16Speaker 2: So is it because you don't believe her? Or are
- 49:19Speaker 2: you talking to p K and hearing his side so
- 49:22Speaker 2: much that you're choosing to believe PK over Durid? And
- 49:25Speaker 2: that's kind of what it sounds like.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I just yeah, I agree, but I think, like
- 49:34Speaker 3: I I would stand, I would believe to read over
- 49:37Speaker 3: PK any day.
- 49:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know why Kyle is. I guess it
- 49:41Speaker 2: just goes back to where we landed before, which is
- 49:44Speaker 2: she's trying to protect her on camera.
- 49:49Speaker 3: Yeah, that's best case scenario.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Best case scenario. Yeah, h how about finding out that
- 49:57Speaker 2: Rick Rick work does a way to or the Wolldorf.
- 50:02Speaker 3: Wait, what was that He was a waiter or a
- 50:06Speaker 3: bartender and she was a party planner.
- 50:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, she was like I worked at
- 50:11Speaker 2: the Waldorf and Rick worked as a waiter there. I
- 50:15Speaker 2: don't know what that was because that's the first time
- 50:18Speaker 2: we've ever heard Rick Rick was a waiter and you
- 50:21Speaker 2: guys both worked at the Waldorf. Is that how you met?
- 50:24Speaker 3: No? No, because she said that was in nineteen eighty five.
- 50:29Speaker 3: And like when was Paris Hilton born? Like they were
- 50:33Speaker 3: living at the Waldorf. I think that is when like
- 50:35Speaker 3: like they were like renovating it.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Oh, so the waiter wasn't he was a waiter but
- 50:43Speaker 2: not then? He was a waiter like earlier in his life.
- 50:46Speaker 3: Maybe there was a theme party that they had at
- 50:48Speaker 3: the Waldorf where they pretended to be a waiter, right,
- 50:54Speaker 3: but like they I didn't understand that at all. Okay,
- 51:00Speaker 3: don't do this.
- 51:02Speaker 2: Well, I lived at the Walldorphan Rick. He dressed up
- 51:07Speaker 2: as a waiter for one day and he shadowed a
- 51:12Speaker 2: nice man named Stephen. You shadowed him all day as
- 51:16Speaker 2: a waiter. So he's a waiter now.
- 51:23Speaker 3: Yeah. That was also this That's also when I clicked
- 51:27Speaker 3: into my being like, oh, Amanda, you're awful. That was
- 51:32Speaker 3: at Kathy's when she said something like Carol's my right
- 51:36Speaker 3: and my left hand, and a man is like I
- 51:38Speaker 3: have one of those. I was like, ewa, yeah.
- 51:45Speaker 2: That was and it wasn't a joke, Grouse, No, it
- 51:50Speaker 2: sure wasn't. Yeah, I was disgusting.
- 51:54Speaker 3: She's gonna say that she was joking at the reunion
- 51:57Speaker 3: and that was not a joke. She is not that
- 52:00Speaker 3: or like starkynastic or cynical or funny. She that was
- 52:04Speaker 3: not a show. Yeah.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Well, speaking of one of those, Rachel Zoe doesn't have
- 52:14Speaker 2: one of those. Rachel Zoe, I'm kidding. I don't know
- 52:17Speaker 2: if she has an assistance, and I'm sure she doesn't.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Yeah, she doesn't have nanny.
- 52:23Speaker 2: That was very cool to hear. I loved hearing that.
- 52:28Speaker 3: I mean I did, Yeah, that's great. I think I do.
- 52:31Speaker 3: I don't know would she be would everybody be more
- 52:34Speaker 3: chill if she had help at home? I don't know.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Well, I think her having an assistant or a team
- 52:39Speaker 2: of people is what makes it work that she's able
- 52:42Speaker 2: to not have a nanny. Like, that's what's missing in
- 52:45Speaker 2: my life. I don't want a nanny. I just want no,
- 52:50Speaker 2: I don't want a nanny, I just want an assistant.
- 52:54Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, I think, I mean, I think that's okay.
- 53:00Speaker 3: I because I also see like people that have nanny's
- 53:04Speaker 3: and it's like, I don't know how you don't have
- 53:06Speaker 3: a nanny, So I don't know. I was like, wait what.
- 53:11Speaker 2: But are wait are you saying you think that's okay
- 53:15Speaker 2: because you don't think it's possible that she's able to
- 53:18Speaker 2: do that, or because.
- 53:19Speaker 3: I don't know how you don't have help if you're
- 53:22Speaker 3: a single parent. I mean, I'm saying with Rachel Zoe's
- 53:26Speaker 3: lifestyle and schedule, like how are you getting Skylar and
- 53:32Speaker 3: the oh?
- 53:32Speaker 2: I see the other kyu to hi practice Kius.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Yeah, Like Rachel, you are like you've got a million
- 53:41Speaker 3: things going on. You've got two kids that have two
- 53:43Speaker 3: very different schedules three pm every day, Like, yeah, how
- 53:48Speaker 3: are you doing this?
- 53:49Speaker 2: Well, you know, that's a really good question because like,
- 53:52Speaker 2: so she's been a single mom technically, right for about
- 53:56Speaker 2: a year.
- 53:56Speaker 3: Now, I think, so, yeah, so that's not a.
- 54:00Speaker 2: Very long time. So before that, I would imagine that
- 54:04Speaker 2: the duties were split, you know, between she and Roger.
- 54:09Speaker 2: So that's why they didn't really need a nanny because
- 54:11Speaker 2: you've got two people, right, But now she's saying she
- 54:15Speaker 2: still doesn't have a nanny, and we do know that
- 54:20Speaker 2: apparently Roger's like not around very often. She's doing the
- 54:23Speaker 2: lion's share of the work. Yeah, I don't. I wonder
- 54:27Speaker 2: how she's gonna. I wonder if she's gonna be able
- 54:29Speaker 2: to sustain that. But if her kids are older, sometimes
- 54:34Speaker 2: that can be a little easier with carpools and such
- 54:37Speaker 2: and getting to activities and yeah, but yeah, that's.
- 54:43Speaker 3: Every day, Like, that's a lot. That's a lot to
- 54:46Speaker 3: like figure out, man, And it's also like managing a household,
- 54:49Speaker 3: Like it's a lot. So I mean, hats off to everybody.
- 54:54Speaker 2: That's that's off to me. Hats off to.
- 54:57Speaker 3: We'll get there, but not yet. We'll see, we'll see,
- 55:02Speaker 3: we'll see twenty twenty seven. No, it's a lot. So
- 55:06Speaker 3: I think no shame in her getting a nanny or
- 55:09Speaker 3: a house assistant.
- 55:12Speaker 2: Way maybe, but you know what, it's kind of funny.
- 55:14Speaker 2: She's probably like, I don't have a nanny. I just
- 55:16Speaker 2: have like a chauffeur for my kids, and assistant for
- 55:21Speaker 2: my kids and a chef, and she.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Had a driver.
- 55:25Speaker 2: She probably has everything, Yeah, but a nanny, and like
- 55:29Speaker 2: that's what we're missing here. That's probably what.
- 55:32Speaker 3: Or she doesn't call it a nanny. She calls it
- 55:35Speaker 3: like it's that organizes my child's day for me and
- 55:40Speaker 3: then executes the activities.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I have been a pair, not a nanny. It's
- 55:49Speaker 2: a French bi. Her kids are really cute.
- 55:56Speaker 3: Oh my god, I love them. Well, Skuyler, that little
- 56:00Speaker 3: better wear a helmet on that e bike. And I
- 56:02Speaker 3: don't like him on that e bike.
